Ordering a pool online is something my husband and I were very hesitant about doing. We took the leap and let them come out and give us a presentation. The salesmen that came out was super nice and respectful of our home. After the presentation, we talked things over and decided that we would give it a try. Financing was easy with several options to choose from and the office staff was great to work with. 5 weeks later we had a new pool in our yard. The installation company was amazing to deal with and were so friendly and helpful to answer any questions we had. So patient showing us the ropes since we were new pool owners. We will definitely suggest to others to buy from Blue World Pools.

Fast, professional install, and maintenance has been a breeze compared to our temporary pools that only had a little cartridge filter. Much, much less harsh shocking required when running the ionizer, and the flow rate with the included components keeps things clean. It came with a quality pump, large sand filter, and ionizer, and all are still running great 3 years later. The construction is sturdy, and both the exterior components and liner are holding up well without any signs of degradation. We also appreciate that it has hard plumbing vs hoses and that it came with floor vents in addition to the skimmer. Everything was put together flawlessly, and there haven’t been any leaks or issues to date. We also had a steep slope they leveled for us as part of the package, so we didn’t have to hire anyone to do that separately before install. Highly recommend!

I've enjoyed the experience of ordering my pool, to receiveing my pool, to the install of the pool and instructions of how to operate the pool system, and the customer service following up with me making sure I'm enjoying my pool, which I am enjoying my pool.

Installation date was delayed 3 times but finally the pool was installed and was professionally done.

Blue World Pools was a very reliable, helpful, and professional company that installed my above-ground swimming pool. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their staff was easy to work with and provided answers to all of my questions prior to the install.

It was easy to purchase the Blue World pool though a sales person, Mr. CAIN, who came to our home. Mr. Cain, helped set up financing through Blue World Pools. We chose Midline pool. Everything was done from our home which was so convenient. Installation of the pool was included in the cost. We later got a call from a manager at Blue World Pools who explained that if we paid for the pool, rather than finance, we could upgrade to the Classic Pool, with no change in cost. The Classic pool not only included an upgrade to thicker pool walls and wider top rails, but also included a winter cover and liquid summer pool cover. We really love our pool.

Purchased above ground pool from Blue World Pools. The quality of at the pool is good. We have the 24 foot round classic pool. It was installed by knowledgeable pool installer. Tips for future buyers: communication was slow from Blue World Pools. The process took longer than expected. We live rural and installer had to commute 2.5 hours to my location. The whole process took 10 weeks. Be patient with the process.

It was exciting to see the installation of our Blue World above ground pool! Great installers! Very polite and hard workers! We really enjoy the pool and the grandkids love it! The office personnel were very helpful with answering any questions we had!

I am very happy with my pool. They did a very good job on installing, very professional and very polite. The only problem I had was with the customer service. I would call and would hear nothing back when I was trying to find out when they were gonna be here to put my pool in, and then when I would finally talk to someone, they would tell me one thing, and it wouldn’t happen and when I talked to the installer, he was the one who told me when my court would be installed. They really need to be on the same page with their installers, but other than that, I am very, very happy with my bowl.

We are going on six years with our Blue World pool. Everything is running smooth still and it’s holding up great. We have not had to spend much on chemicals at all. Best pool we have purchased.

We thoroughly enjoy the pool and the complete set up for that matter. The ionizer system plus bleach once a week keeps maintenance way down. The E-Z vac and the main drain circulation are also good in keeping the pool perfect and ready to go!

Got my 24 feet round pool and I love it. Blue pool has been great. They call me about four times. Check up how is my pool doing. They been very friendly. Also told me if have any problems if the pool just call them. I would Recommend Blue world pool to anyone.

Am not at all happy with this pool, have had nothing but trouble with it. Has cost me a fortune would not recommend it to anyone. Charge 365.00 for a service call no way after you pay so much for these pools. Our ionizer froze and broke and other parts did not tell us you had to take parts off and store them for the winter.
