I’ve had a really great experience with Blue World Pools! From the beginning, everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, professional, and helpful. They’ve been great about answering my questions and making the whole process feel much easier and less stressful. I really appreciate the customer service and how responsive they’ve been whenever I needed assistance. I’m very happy with my experience so far and would definitely recommend Blue World Pools to anyone considering getting a pool. Great company and great people!

Blue Whirlpool is the pool I wanted to go with because of no chlorine usage, so less chemicals, but you still have to use the chemicals, just pH and decrease that and increase of, but you will have to use chlorine. There is no such thing as no chlorine in this area. Installer was wonderful; had a bit of issues with the office not returning calls and not keeping updates. Pool is very expensive for what you're getting but still uses chlorine. Don't let them tell you it doesn't.

It was easy to purchase the Blue World pool though a sales person, Mr. CAIN, who came to our home. Mr. Cain, helped set up financing through Blue World Pools. We chose Midline pool. Everything was done from our home which was so convenient. Installation of the pool was included in the cost. We later got a call from a manager at Blue World Pools who explained that if we paid for the pool, rather than finance, we could upgrade to the Classic Pool, with no change in cost. The Classic pool not only included an upgrade to thicker pool walls and wider top rails, but also included a winter cover and liquid summer pool cover. We really love our pool.

Purchased above ground pool from Blue World Pools. The quality of at the pool is good. We have the 24 foot round classic pool. It was installed by knowledgeable pool installer. Tips for future buyers: communication was slow from Blue World Pools. The process took longer than expected. We live rural and installer had to commute 2.5 hours to my location. The whole process took 10 weeks. Be patient with the process.

I am very happy with my pool. They did a very good job on installing, very professional and very polite. The only problem I had was with the customer service. I would call and would hear nothing back when I was trying to find out when they were gonna be here to put my pool in, and then when I would finally talk to someone, they would tell me one thing, and it wouldn’t happen and when I talked to the installer, he was the one who told me when my court would be installed. They really need to be on the same page with their installers, but other than that, I am very, very happy with my bowl.

Blue World Pools worked with us on a install timeline. Installation was flawless with professional installers that were GREAT.

We purchase our pool from Blue World Pools in 2025. We love it. We always have good service and great staff to help us with any problems. They help us saving money on supplies. Laura

On June 8th of 2026 I called in to Blue World Pools to make a payment for the months of June July and August plus a additional Principal payment on my account, I was told this would not be a problem and was told that the payment I made of $3000 would be split $1849.65 applied as payments for June July and August and the remaining portion of my $3000 payment $1150.35 as an additional Principal payment. Starting in August I began receiving calls from Blue world pools stating that I was late on my payment from August. After speaking with them I was told that their system had changed and they were no longer able to process payments 3 months in advance.

The price of the pool is way too high. It takes a long time to get install. The first installer canceled twice. They finally set me up with another installer which Josh and he was very good at what he does. The pool quality seem to be good. Only had a week so we will see.

We had a phenomenal Installer here in Indiana. We love that freshwater takes so very little care. It is so easy to care for. Salesman was very knowledgeable. Customer service is outstanding. This was a wonderful investment. Our grandchildren loves the pool.

Only negative thing was waiting 6 weeks for pool to be installed. Otherwise installed in one day and installer did an outstanding job with both install and start up explanation.
