We bought our pool 2 years ago and it has been a good deal for our family, we have not had major problems, just minor ones like the pool cover torn, so we replaced it with a cheaper one that only lasted one season. The outside ladder broke, and we are replacing it with a wooden deck.

I spoke with a representative and they worked with me to schedule and sales person to come and visit. The salesman was really informative and polite. When we decided to purchase a 27 ft pool the Blue World reps worked with to get the price we were happy with. The installers came out and installed the pool and gave a tutorial for how to operate and maintain the pump. They also provided me with instructions as to how to winterize the pool. I especially love the ionizer. I only have to add 2 gallons of bleach a week. No water test or chlorine. I am very pleased with my experience from Blue World Pools.

Very happy with the entire process, from installation to quality of materials. The installation was done in a timely manner, I have enjoyed my pool very much. Very easy to maintain. Very easy to open in the spring. Very easy to close in the winter.

Customer service was great from the initial inquiry to final installation of pool. The overview of choices was explained in great detail before decision was made on purchase. The installation was completed in 1 day. We love our pool!

We had 4 or 5 guys come install out pool and they didn't wanna leave without finishing the job. They finished it in one day. I was shocked. Kids are happy. We've had the pool a couple years now and love it!

This company will not answer your calls whatsoever. You can call the sales department and they pick up right away to get you to buy. Once they have you, good luck trying to get a hold of service and parts. I’ve been calling for months and waiting over 30 minutes at a time and no one picks up. I would definitely go buy somewhere else with better customer service.

I purchased the Classic model 24' pool in March 2020, with the upgraded liner, upgraded steel supports and the lifetime warranty (very important!). The pool was completely paid off in June 2021. I have had a few problems with this pool, some of which were taken care of reasonably well, but I am now having problems resolving issues that continue to present. The first was the algae, which was fixed by purchasing algaecide. This was unexpected, as we were told that this would be a chemical free pool, but this incident was not a deal breaker, and has not repeated itself as of this time.

It was a good experience except they had to keep changing my installation date due to Covid19.... The men who did the installment involve me though every step of the way.. They also made sure they answered any questions I had and took his time going over the handbook to make sure I understood how things works.

Our pool was installed late in the season, so we did not get much chance use it in 2021, but we are very excited and looking forward to 2022! Very high-quality materials. Our installers were extremely helpful and professional! They did a FANTASTIC job and spent time reviewing the new pool with us and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend!

Blue World Pools made the process of getting a pool easy and stress-free. Everyone we came in contact with, from sales to installation, was polite and helpful. We love our pool and are excited for next summer!

Once I filled out the form that let them know I was interested they were quick to call me and answer all of my questions, there was a slight miscommunication to get someone out to our house to talk about the pool but it got worked out! They are really busy during their busy months so it is understandable.

Purchase was easy and they kept us informed along the process. The installers were amazing and knew exactly what they were doing. Couldn't be happier with how everything went!!! Would highly recommend Blue World Pools.

We were given great service installation with smooth great customer service. The insulators were respectful and very good at what they did. They did some extra work that they did not have to do. The salesman was friendly and was not pushy.

Other than it took them longer to get back to us and set up pool...from spring till fall...long wait. Once they set up and very nice men on their way...we just have not used do to fall and cold weather. We are looking forward to it in summer 2022.

Blue World Pools had a salesperson set an appointment and he was on time for our appointment. He went over all of the pool options that were available and sold us our above ground pool and it was installed in the time frame we were given, and the pool installation was completed in one day.

I had no problems at all with the sales and installation dept. The finance dept was great too. I would recommend them totally. Everyone was so polite and easy to talk to. Can’t wait to jump in my new pool!

I saw the advertisement on the internet. I called and a Rep was sent out. I placed an order and was given a date for installation. Everything went as planned. I now have a beautiful pool in my backyard!!

When I called Sales, Customer Service…. all questions were addressed professional. Due to the demand there was a delay in the install. However; a date was given and honored. I was pleased with the overall experience.

Company was great from the beginning with the salesman to the last with the installers. Easy to understand, friendly. Professional and finished the job in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a strong quality swimming pool with a 25-year guarantee.

Easy pool. Blue World Pools made purchasing a pool an EASY process. When calling in to Blue World Pools their telephone etiquette and charisma was on point. No hassles or dilemmas. Installers for pool were professional and knowledgeable about the pools. My 24ft pool is clean, clear and beautiful!

Great experience overall and very helpful explaining how to maintain the pool and pump. Highly recommend. The installation guys came all the way from Oklahoma since I am the first person in my area to get a pool from them and still got it done in one day.

We love our pool, I’m even building a deck around it.. Unfortunately pump strainer cracked last year and I bought part from BWP and it never arrived. I reported a leak of water from connections and have not got any responses. Called and no one answers.

We live in Brazoria Tx where it is very hot so we love our pool the salesman was on time and very nice answered all my questions. The install was fast and did an amazing job. The pool itself was great quality. Just an overall great experience and I love my pool.

The pool guys were great! Our backyard was a blank canvas, and as a result, there were a lot of questions and complications that had to be answered and overcome. Absolutely no fault of the pool company or the installation crew they sent out. In fact, after we purchased the pool it took us a few months before WE we were ready to start the installation. We finally scheduled the installation, and then had to delay it. Twice! Entirely issues on our side, but the installers just took it in stride.

Everything went smooth with installation and setting up. Would recommend to other family and friends. Pool still looks like new after a 1 1/2 of having it. The liner still in great shape it hasn’t faded like other cheap brands.

Pool took a long period of time to install due to pandemic. Once it was installed enjoying it. The installer was great, efficient, and clean. Explained everything in detail for us. We can’t wait to use it more this summer.

From installation with the Installers to over phone conversations with The Blue World staff everything so far is Great from them explaining how to put in Chemicals use of the pump water temperature etc.

If you were looking for an affordable but beautiful Pool then Blue World Pools is who you need to call! Their customer service is great and their installation was quick and they did a great job! We were unsure if we wanted to get a pool but we are so glad we did. Low maintenance is one of the many perks to the Blue World Pools. You will not be disappointed!

We loved our installation team. They set up our oval pool fast and efficiently. They went over all the maintenance and daily/weekly maintenance with us and were patient while we learned and wrote everything down. It is so easy to maintain and we love being able to go into our backyard and use our pool!

We've had our pool for a few years now and absolutely love it! It's become the highlight of our summer evenings. Installation took longer than expected but it was during the summer months. Overall satisfied.

Was a very fast install. Best investment ever. Cleaned their stuff up very well. Explained to me what everything was. Did not bother me till was completed. Gave me excellent gifts for my purchase. Reasonable price.

Had to replace pool pump within the first year, wrinkles in the liner, faded where steps were (had to move them). Terrible “warranty” and customer service when we called about the pool pump not working and the stairs cracking, plus dark spots in the liner all occurred within the first year and we were told it is not covered.

The process was easy and the people were great! It took a little longer to process and get someone out to install... but once it was installed and everything was done it was worth the wait!! The product is amazing! We got a great pool at the best price and it will last us a lifetime! We love it!

This is a high quality pool. The pump, filter and liner are very good and should last many years to provide my family with a lot of enjoyment which it was purchased for in the first place. The installer did a great job.

The install of my pool was so smooth and easy. Lots of contact with the install crew, they were friendly and made sure that we understood what was being completed. Financing was easy as well. Love the fact that my pool is chlorine free.

Scott was amazing. He gave us lots of info for keeping our pool in good shape. Customer service was excellent. We needed a new pump and it was here the next day. An O-ring was stretched but they are sending out another.

I would recommend getting your pool from Blue World. They offer great customer from start to finish. They have even made a few calls after the installation to make sure everything is good with our pool. We absolutely love our Blue World Pool!

Although it took 8 weeks for delivery (because of COVID issues) we were still able to enjoy our new pool. This was installer's first install and we had a few bumps but he worked through them and kept us informed and did an outstanding job. I received phone calls throughout the process and was informed of next step. I would highly recommend Blue World Pools!!! Not too sure of their financing as the interest rate is extremely high so I did get my own financing through my bank. Can't wait for next summer to jump back in!!!

Installers were knowledgeable and nice. They knew what they were doing. They made sure they knew where the pool was to be set before installation process started to ensure there were no mistakes. They double checked their work as well.

Very happy with our pool. Bought the 18' pool. The install was flawless. Got in mid Sept. Was still able to get a few swims in, all the way to Oct. Great instructions on how to close up for the winter. Looking forward to next swim season.

Install was great and customer service was amazing. They cleaned up after and did not leave a mess. Also showed me how everything needed to work and how to maintain it. Also when I had any questions they were there to help.

It started off rocky but once they got the ball rolling they did a excellent job!! Only thing they can improve is installing pool at better time frame.. I will have to wait to enjoy my pool spring... I was hoping this Summer...

We love our pool. The quality and size of the pool for the price is great. The set up team was great!!! Sale and customer service was misleading on the ordering process. I was able to talk to a team lead and she was great and had the right truthful answers.

We ordered our pool in June, it was finally installed in October. They were not good about letting me know when we would get the pool after we were initially told it would be soon. The installer did a great job.

The entire process from the first phone call until the pool was installed was excellent. The install happened 7 weeks from purchase and the installers were knowledgeable and super friendly. They also had a problem with the pool we had ordered and upgraded at no cost to a larger pool.

I love my pool and so does my grandkids. They want to stay in it all the time. I would stay in it myself but the cold weather is coming. And it is sturdy and well built. I love how the steps on the inside is flush against the wall and the the ladder on the outside can be raised up and locked so no one can get in especially little kids.

Very informative and had pool done in a day. I believe that they sent the best to install my pool. The guy was very nice. I also enjoyed the guy who came to sell us the pool. All around was a great experience.

Purchased a pool from Blue World Pools June 6th 2021. Was told because I agreed to be a show pool that my pool would be installed immediately. Was in the contract I signed. After 6 June 2021 I did not receive any calls to schedule my install, EVER! I called only to get a voice mail that said they would call back in 24 hours, never happen, or once someone did answer told me they would call back, never happen. I only knew my pool was being installed, the day before the installer came, was because the installer answered a month old text I sent them on if they have a date for my install.

I had been looking for a pool for a long time before I contacted Blue World Pools and I'm so glad I did. The experience was great from the sales presentation to the installation. Everyone involved was so helpful and professional and I was even upgraded to a larger pool at no additional cost. WOW. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Everything was great with ordering and the waiting period was just as told it would be but after a rocky start with installation, Blue World Pools got us a new installer and sent them out as fast as they could and they got the work done. Was able to enjoy it some before closing up for the winter! Super happy with our pool and can't wait to open it back up in the Spring 2022!!!!

The salesman explained everything and the installation people described what they were doing and showed us how to work everything on the pool. Any questions that we had we were able to call and they would be able to walk us through on the phone very easily.

UPDATED 4/22/2022: Our pool is approaching a year old and has provided us with loads of family fun. Maintenance has been super easy with the pump and filter system that came with the pool. I have added a screened enclosure which has reduced the amount of airborne debris that gets in the pool. Blue World Pools is the way to go as far as I'm concerned. Affordable, Attractive, and easy to maintain.

I will definitely recommend this company to other people. They are very professional and responsive from the salesperson all the way to the installer. The price of the pool was good as well. The whole experience just was great.

Our entire experience With Blue World was great! The installer was very knowledgeable, friendly and worked hard with his team to put up our beautiful pool. He answered all of our questions, and clean up in the yard was excellent. We have been swimming EVERY day possible! The Blue World pool is a high quality pool! They did a fabulous job with the installation. We are very happy with our pool. I was extremely concerned at the beginning since there was no showrooms, but no… they did not disappoint us. I hope to ease anyone who may have had my concerns. I loved the installers. They were very professional.

As a whole, the company is great. The salesman that came out was awesome! He knew his stuff and was very professional. Then we get to the finance department, where they weren't sure what stack my paperwork should be in, which ultimately delayed my pool install. I had to call them to check the status. Yes, they offered me free stuff, which wasn't the point. So what was supposed to take a month took over 2. So to the install process. Wow, the installers were simply amazing! They went thru everything, worked hard, very professional and helpful! Now, I understand this was a crazy year but I feel they could've planned just a little better.

The pool is a forever pool. Installation was done in one day like I was told. The pool is just as they said it would be. Very sturdy, not a cheap looking pool, very good material. Everything was explained to me in detail on how to care for the pool. I would recommend this company to people.

Buying my pool from Blue World Pools was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Installer came around noon in the Texas heat and installed my pool, they worked as a team and showed me and my wife the basic operation and how to start up the pool. When they finished the team cleaned up the work space and left my yard like it was when they came, a great job.

Updated on 06/07/2022: I have had my pool for almost a year now, and my family has enjoyed it to the fullest. It was super easy to winterize last year, and even easier to re-open for the summer. We will be spending A LOT of time in it this summer.

The installation of our Blue World Pool was not perfect, but the delays were unforeseen. When the installation of our pool was delayed, Blue World Pools offered upgrades to ensure we would be happy with our pool. They followed up after completion to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our Blue World Pool.

We knew we wanted a pool and Blue World Pools had everything we were looking for. They have multiple options at different price points. We had a knowledgeable salesperson. Our installers were great and the follow up customer service has been pretty good.

We love our pool we purchased from Blue World Pools. It was the best decision we could have made. It was a great, fun investment. Once they came out to install the pool it was a smooth process. The maintenance on this pool is very easy. Anyone can do it.

From the start of our first appointment with salesmen to the installers of the above ground pool was very professional. They did everything they had told us they would do and then some. Very pleased with the performance of the company.

They setup our appointment and came when they said they would. Install was very efficient, done in like 4 hours. Had questions about the water levels once the pool was done filling and those were answered promptly. Very happy with our pool.

On April 26, 2021 we entered a contract for a pool. We have had four install dates, we have not received a pool yet. They did not call to say they were not coming they just don’t show up. It’s always the same excuse. We are paying cash for the pool it is not financed. I was told by Russ that we could cancel after they did not meet the 120 day stipulation. Now we are being told they can’t meet this date but if we cancel we must pay 50 percent of the cost. If you decide to buy a pool read the contract carefully or you will be held hostage by this company. They try to make right by offering steep discounts and add-ins but at this point summer is over, my family has not had any pool time and I could have bought the same pool for half the price and been swimming by now. Don’t trust a word they say!

I have had my 27' Blue World above ground pool for 3 years and it has been a delight. The company is pretty awesome as well. The staff are always friendly and ready and willing to help. Have a question about the pool?... Just call. They will have the answer! Maintenance is just adding 2 gallons of chlorinating liquid once a week (I put mine in on Sunday) and you're all set. The entire family enjoys cooling off in the pool on these hot SC days. I highly recommend Blue World Pools and I know you won't be disappointed.

The Salesman that sold us the pool was great, he very friendly & informative. Not a pushy salesman. Due to Covid, getting it here & installed took a bit but we expected that. Once it arrived the guys put it up & explained it to me very well. I was amazed at how great it looks. Thanks again Blue World. I would & have recommended Blue World to my friends & family.

Updated on 06/25/2023: Purchased pool in the middle of the pandemic and installed on July 6, 2021. Installers were great and explained everything and did an amazing job. This is the 3rd year and pool is amazing. Wish I would of done this years ago.

All around please with pool and customer service was awesome! Return calls promptly. Answer all your questions about testing water and everything. Grandkids love it and adults also. Very happy with our decision.

After a few communication issues with BWP and my installer, things got ironed out and we've been swimming without issue! We were hesitant with the contract and didn't read the fine print as closely as we probably should have...We learned that BWP has 120 days to get your pool installed once you sign the contract. Fortunately, our installer and the weather worked with us and we were swimming in about 50 days.

(I only selected one star because I couldn't select 0 stars - they do not deserve even one.) I have been trying to get my DELUXE pool repaired and made safe for use since its installation 20 May. It slid off its foundation within a few days of its installation and now sits off-level with a 4 inch drop on one side. It is now 12 July and the pool is still unsafe for use. I have called multiple times. I have asked repeatedly for assistance in getting this installation repaired and have received no cooperation from Blue World Pools.

My experience with the purchase of my Blue World Pool was perfect. The rep that came out to talk to my husband and I was new but very knowledgeable. The installation went so smooth. They cleaned up after it was installed and the main installer was very helpful showing us how to operate the filter system. I recommend this pool to anyone looking for a great addition to your home.

Very satisfied with my purchase of a pool from Blue World. The salesperson was friendly and informative. The installers were excellent. The children love it. The maintenance has been pretty easy, just like they said it would. My package came with such great items. Even a little things like the ladder. It was good quality, heavy duty.

Affordable luxury pools. Great company. They are quick to meet your needs. Great product and customer service. Would recommend to many. The pools are free of chemicals so it’s not harsh on your skin or hair or eyes. They provide affordable financing at a low interest rate. I already had my pool for almost a month and I love it. Package comes with everything you need for this pool.

BUYER BEWARE!! Classic bait and switch selling tactics. We went with them anyway. The saleslady said chlorine free no less than 5 times. Bleach is a type of chlorine. They even had documents in her sales binder about how it was chlorine free. Anyways she inspected our backyard and said it would take less than a day and it would be easy. Their installer showed up late with not enough workers for the job (their words not mine) We were promised they would dig it into the ground the first few feet free of charge and the remaining feet for a nominal fee. They refused to dig lower than 18". They were supposed to show us that all rocks were removed from the sand prior to covering it but did not then wanted us to sign documents saying they let us inspect it. They were supposed to show us they used a herbacide to kill any plant life where the pool was going but didn't and wanted us to sign paperwork saying we did.

Great Pool! The installers showed up at the appointment time slotted and were super professional! Also, the equipment, customer service and warranty is par with price paid. I would recommend to anyone.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET COMPLETELY SCREWED!!! The salesman was VERY persistent and manipulative. Luckily we discovered a MUCH better deal of better quality with the same type of purification system that our salesman made sound unique and therefore regretted our decision by the next day. This company makes it EXTREMELY difficult to get out of the contract, even within the legally required three business day buyers remorse period. I had to pay over $250 just to send them a telegram that would get there in time as snail mail would have put me past that date and it can't be done by phone. Like I said, they intentionally make it extremely difficult. If they were a good honest company this would not be their standard.

Do not buy anything from them! Stay away from this company... They do not manufacture the pool; they do not stand by the installation, they do not stand by whether the pool is leveled or not; or whether there is enough sand under the liner. They make you sign a waiver so that they have no liability for anything... When the salesman comes they tell you everything will be cover... They are the best, their pool is the best, NOT TRUE! I don't even think the installers are trained by the company... They are just contractors. You are better off buying your pool from a local store.. Or Leslie pools and contract someone to install it.... Someone that you can check references!

My family loves our pool that Blue World sold us. Everyone that has helped us with our purchase has been great to work with. Our pool arrived within the scheduled time. The installer was on time and did a great job setting the pool up. He answered our questions and explained how everything worked. I had a few questions later and I was able to reach someone who was able to help me over the phone. I’m very satisfied with our pool and how easily I can reach someone if needed.

It takes a while from payment to installation, but once it happens, it’s magic. The installation crew was quick, clean, and knowledgeable on my pool. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants an amazing pool.

We love our new pool. It is definitely easy to take care of. The skimmer collects every bug and debris effortlessly. The automatic vacuum is the greatest invention. Just set it in, hook it to the skimmer and it does all the sides and bottom sparkling clean. It smells clean and refreshing since you don’t use chlorine. The ironizer keeps the pool so clear. The pool installers we excellent and had the pool up in a matter of hours. Everything is perfect.

Even though I live 4 miles from the ocean, sometimes you need a break from the crowds and sand. That's where you enjoy Blue World Pools. Once I made my decision, it was a breeze. My pool was installed on June 2nd, 2021. The installer (Donnie) was knowledgeable and did a great job. He was very helpful even after his job was complete. I have had my pool running for a couple of weeks now and have been using it without a problem. My family and I enjoy the pool. The water feels great and it is clear. The pool is very easy to maintain, I check the water levels, put a gallon of bleach in every week as prescribed and ensure the filter is clean. Very little maintenance is needed with the pool if the directions in the pool manual are followed. Look forward to making many memories! Would recommend Blue world pools!!

Our salesman was kind and courteous. He came the same day I called in the pouring rain! The finance representative was wonderful. We had a rocky start with installation scheduling and the installers rescheduling but we are pleased with our pool and the kids are happy! The maintenance hasn’t been bad. You just have to follow the guide, and use the bleach once a week, test your water and adjust as needed. It’s mostly common sense. Nothing is perfect ever in this world so we never expected perfection. Overall I am pleased and looking forward to warmer days and swimming fun!

Blue World Pools will probably remove this from their comments however if you are thinking about purchasing a pool through this company do not do it. The customer service is horrible. I spoke with a field technician named Will who was very rude and disconnected the call after he talked over me. They maintained that they don't do a hard credit pull. They lie. I had to call them four times and received different answers each time. The first young man told me there was a hard credit pull.

Blue World Pool was great! There are a lot of negative reviews on Youtube, but we have had no issues with their product. Getting the pool chemically balanced took some time and extra money, but now that we are balanced, it is only taking the bleach once a week and some shock here and there. My kids love the pool! The only flimsy piece to the pool is the ladder. But, we plan to change them out in the future. The installers, were fast and knew exactly what they were doing. The stone breakers is the family that installed ours and I we loved them! They explained things to us a number of times without getting frustrated. We first time pool owners and they had a lot of patience with us!

I am a 30 year Army veteran, with a son and daughter in Afghan. I am so upset because ever since I got in this contract I have been lied to about installment of the pool. It went from 4 weeks of approval to several weeks to month. I have one of my sons coming on RR from the war and I wanted the pool so bad for him because he likes to float. I need help. I just don’t know what to do. This company is treating me like YOU TAKE WHAT DATE I GIVE YOU OR YOU JUST DO NOT GET THE POOL UNTIL I FEEL LIKE IT. I need this pool install before the 18 of June 2021. The Pool installers, Ronnie & Cole were awesome. They answered whatever questions we had and are very professional! I love my Pool! We had a rough time in the beginning but all in all everything worked out and we were given everything that was promised.

My experience with Blue World Pools has been very good. Every representative I’ve spoken with has been professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. This includes customer service reps from salesmen to finance to appointment setters. Even after the installation, I received a call to see how my installation was handled. This is outsourced but they were terrific also. The blue water pool seems to be a much better constructed pool than others. Overall I have been very satisfied.

I had a salesman to my house on a Saturday 5/22. I said I needed a day to think on it because I wanted to think and research because the costs is so high. He was back on Sunday 5/23. The price went up $1k. He told me he couldn't guarantee June install but was certain it would happen especially because of no financing. He even put in my cash order that day with a manager who was told about the June push. I got a call from installation on 6/4 stating they just received my file (2 weeks after sale). They still haven't scheduled it as of 6/8. I waited 25 minutes on hold to be told she isn't doing scheduling again until end of June and they are already into mid-end of July. I cannot stand being lied to for the sake of a sale.

Our Blue World pool is a great quality pool. We love how sturdy it is. The walk down steps are perfect for elderly swimmers. It feels like we have an in ground pool, just that it is above ground. Perfect. Now we feel safe that the dogs won't accidentally fall in and drown. Thanks to all of the friendly customer service reps who have called to ensure that the pool was installed properly. Our installers were excellent and very helpful with information on how to get the pool up and running.

The sales experience was executed rather well, the customer service was exquisite, they worked with my family and I to get us exactly what we wanted. Install day was great, pool came out excellent. The installer had great expertise in the installation of the pool. They also were very timely, showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. They were very respectful and honest, any questions we had they took the time to answer and do a tutorial afterwards of how to run the pool.

The Blue Worlds Pools experience was great! The entire process was so simple from Sales through Installation. The Sales guy was very knowledgeable on the products and discussed every option available in great detail which allowed us to make the best choice for our family. On the day of installation, my installer explained everything that was going to happen. Once the pool was up, he walked me through what I needed to do to assure all went well with start-up. Great service and product. I like that there are no chemicals required to be put in the pool. It has like a softener system in the pump. My kids love it! The install took a little longer than expected but that's ok. The finish product was worth the wait.

Was scheduled for a quote twice in 1 day. Customer service did not have the knowledge to express verbally why these appts kept getting cancelled. Then had a heated convo with one of the customer service reps that had the nerve to contact me back on my cell phone, whispering in the phone threatening me. I have attempted to contact the company to no avail. Can't get a return call, can't get a hold of anyone. Horrible customer service.

For 2 months I have been trying to get the pool liner warrantied and have been getting nothing but a headache, always put on hold for at least 30 min and then sent to a website that replied back to me after a month and said they no longer handle their warranty. All this is due to a bad install leaving rocks on the floor under the liner, all I want is a new liner that should have a lifetime warranty but I guess that was a lie too, and I would install it myself and do a better job than their installers. Anyone who does not believe me is welcome to come out to my home and see for themself.

Great Customer service! Very courteous and always willing to answer questions regarding the pool. They walk you through, step by step, if you have any issues with the pool. They respond in a timely manner. The pool installers were very nice as well. The ground was wet during install but, they made sure they didn’t ruin the landscaping in my yard.

I was going to give 4 stars but Salesman was good, no pressure, we did get pool from them, install took more time than they promised, but it is a 27 ft pool and it was 100 deg out, so maybe just don't promise one day install, for nitpickers, like me. But overall it is a nice pool with lifetime warranty. So what is 2 day install in the stream of time? I'm sure the pool will give us years of family fun.

Pool is constructed of top quality components. Installation crew was very thorough and professional. They even helped us choose a more constructable location for the pool than we chose with the salesperson, and performed additional site preparation at the new site. I called December 9, to get an extension on my payment. The girl agreed to charge my account 12/25 instead of 12/21. On 12/21 they charge my account. I had 5 minor monthly reoccurring charges that were coming out of my account on 12/22 and thanks to World Pool I incurred 5 $35 overdraft fees. I called on 12/22 irate of course because we had an agreement to extend my payment. I did my due diligence to avoid these fees specifically.

One time they call me to make a payment, when all the payment suppose to be deducted from my account. And then she want me to gave her my information from my account. I told the lady that I need to check with my bank.

They had some issues understanding my phone number and account info for my automatic payments, and I had to call and wait on hold to fix those a lot. This is just a small grievance though, because their classic pools are the greatest! The installation team was a local of TN and his wife. At first I was confused there were only 2 people and a Bobcat, but they worked so hard and my pool was up in 6 hours! I've read all their reviews on Google and Trustpilot, and I want to make it clear. I had no intention of spending more than $400 on a pool from them.

If you are looking for a quality and beautiful above ground pool, then call Blue World Pools. Our pool is gorgeous. And safety is their top priority. The ladder is sturdy and if you have small children they have a safety feature for you. The filtration system is so good that we seldom need to vacuum. Our property had more than a 3% grade; therefore, we built the area up and surrounded it with a brick border. The soil was very compacted and the installers had a tough time with the drainage pipe, but they were successful in the end. The installation only took a day. We are very pleased with our pool.

We were great with a really nice person which took my information and made me an appointment with a salesperson. A few days later a salesperson came to my house and at the time I was available and showed us all the information. We deed decide to get the pool.. and few weeks later we got call from our installer and booked it again at my convenience. Then 3 weeks later we had a pool installed and we are so happy that we decided to go with blue world pools. Their customer service was great and we the installer were very polite and helpful ... Ordering was very easy and selections were great not overwhelming so making a decision on what pool I wanted was simple. The installation was quick efficient and well done. Installed in one day with no issues or future problems so far. Explanation of equipment was great. My installer was excellent on all steps. My family chose their top of the line 25ft round pool but was looking at their lower end pools but after reviewing choices the best bang and the quality and features of the pool we picked was well worth the money.
