    The Salesman that sold us the pool was great, he very friendly & informative. Not a pushy salesman. Due to Covid, getting it here & installed took a bit but we expected that. Once it arrived the guys put it up & explained it to me very well. I was amazed at how great it looks. Thanks again Blue World. I would & have recommended Blue World to my friends & family.

    Updated on 06/25/2023: Purchased pool in the middle of the pandemic and installed on July 6, 2021. Installers were great and explained everything and did an amazing job. This is the 3rd year and pool is amazing. Wish I would of done this years ago.

    Original Review: Ordered Classic Pool March 24 2021 got installed on July 6th in VA. Took a while to find an installer also glad that they did not do it that early since it was really cold. Once we got a install date our installer from FL was wonderful. Provided everything including bobcat and sand and pool. Very professional and installed everything. Pool is very sturdy, love the pump and ionizer. Have Crystal clear water finally after we realized we did not use the correct bleach, the spill-proof bleach. Once we added the regular bleach everything has been perfect ever since. Looking forward to many years with our new 24 Classic Pool. Used our own financing since their interest was very high. Swim in it every day since install.

    After a few communication issues with BWP and my installer, things got ironed out and we've been swimming without issue! We were hesitant with the contract and didn't read the fine print as closely as we probably should have...We learned that BWP has 120 days to get your pool installed once you sign the contract. Fortunately, our installer and the weather worked with us and we were swimming in about 50 days.

    (I only selected one star because I couldn't select 0 stars - they do not deserve even one.) I have been trying to get my DELUXE pool repaired and made safe for use since its installation 20 May. It slid off its foundation within a few days of its installation and now sits off-level with a 4 inch drop on one side. It is now 12 July and the pool is still unsafe for use. I have called multiple times. I have asked repeatedly for assistance in getting this installation repaired and have received no cooperation from Blue World Pools.

    A technician was dispatched on 2 June who reported his assessment that the pool needed to be reinstalled and that was the last I heard from them. Blue World kept promising to send technicians and not one has showed up. As of 23 July the pool is still unsafe for use and Blue World Pools has not offered any response. I have acted in good faith and have made every effort to get this resolved. Blue World Pools, on the other hand has not taken any action to resolve this situation.

    This pool was supposed to have been a certified installation backed by a fully warranted product and yet the Blue World who made all those promises to get the sale - won't honor them once they deliver the product - lifetime warranty is only as long as a gnat's life - less than a few days. Blue World is poorly staffed, uses non-local, untrained and certainly uncertified installers - a clear indication that they are in an industry and market area they cannot sustain or support. They leave an unsafe product at great risk to the homeowner. I have filed a BBB complaint against Blue World. M. **.

    My experience with the purchase of my Blue World Pool was perfect. The rep that came out to talk to my husband and I was new but very knowledgeable. The installation went so smooth. They cleaned up after it was installed and the main installer was very helpful showing us how to operate the filter system. I recommend this pool to anyone looking for a great addition to your home.

    Very satisfied with my purchase of a pool from Blue World. The salesperson was friendly and informative. The installers were excellent. The children love it. The maintenance has been pretty easy, just like they said it would. My package came with such great items. Even a little things like the ladder. It was good quality, heavy duty.

    Affordable luxury pools. Great company. They are quick to meet your needs. Great product and customer service. Would recommend to many. The pools are free of chemicals so it’s not harsh on your skin or hair or eyes. They provide affordable financing at a low interest rate. I already had my pool for almost a month and I love it. Package comes with everything you need for this pool.

    BUYER BEWARE!! Classic bait and switch selling tactics. We went with them anyway. The saleslady said chlorine free no less than 5 times. Bleach is a type of chlorine. They even had documents in her sales binder about how it was chlorine free. Anyways she inspected our backyard and said it would take less than a day and it would be easy. Their installer showed up late with not enough workers for the job (their words not mine) We were promised they would dig it into the ground the first few feet free of charge and the remaining feet for a nominal fee. They refused to dig lower than 18". They were supposed to show us that all rocks were removed from the sand prior to covering it but did not then wanted us to sign documents saying they let us inspect it. They were supposed to show us they used a herbacide to kill any plant life where the pool was going but didn't and wanted us to sign paperwork saying we did.

    They were supposed to compact the sand/dirt and didn't so I have high and low spots in the pool didn't bring enough sand to build a cove around the edge so hopefully the liner doesn't leak. They were so late it took two days for the install. They also left 18" by 1' across buy 18' hole that was a hazard for me to fill in stating that was not their job even though they created that hole. When they left they left all the trash stating that they are under no obligation to remove it. This included their trash from lunch. When we went to dispose of all their trash it was then we realized extra parts, warranty documents and instruction manuals were put in with the food trash. I guess they felt I didn't need those, that their badly photocopied directions were enough.

    We called Blue World pools several times only to get a voicemail and no return calls. When we started to fill all 13,000 gallons we found a leak so we again called Blue World this "trustworthy company" and finally got a person after being transferred from the sales department (go figure they always pick up when they try to sell you something) we were told there is nothing they could do. They have no control over how installs are handled and to contact the installed Campbell Pools in Texas. WHAT!!?? So called Campbell only to wait a week. By this time we noted that since the ground was not compacted the one side of the pool had sank 6" and was bending the frame. Mr. Campbell from Campbell pools said the only thing we could do was to drain the pool of all 13,000 gallons so he could come back and try to level better. He did but little did we know this meant placing brick under the posts and using dirt and sand from other parts of our yard.

    The pool leak was never been resolved and Blue World now says they don't really warranty anything other than the liner if we can prove it was a manufacture defect. So lifetime warranty in my opinion is worthless. I only started getting phone calls returned after the 90 day install warranty had expired (that's pretty coincidental). If you have issues expect to pay over $100 for them to send a contractor out maybe. Expect them to be of little to no help if you have issues with the water. The company that makes the Ionizer recommends an entirely different maintenance program. I still have fights with algae every so often and the water is often cloudy after a lot of swimmers but after doing my own research that is common with ionizers and the reason makes sense.

    The salesperson said Chlorine free at lead 5 times during the high pressure sale. It's not bleach is still chlorine and two gallons a week is about the a .4 Chlorine level which is the accepted range for ionizer by pool professionals (not Blue World Pools). In the end we feel lied to and cheated. The system doesn't works as advertised, the install was a nightmare and they ruined my backyard. They don't return calls and do not honor warranty related issues in a timely manner. I would steer clear.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET COMPLETELY SCREWED!!! The salesman was VERY persistent and manipulative. Luckily we discovered a MUCH better deal of better quality with the same type of purification system that our salesman made sound unique and therefore regretted our decision by the next day. This company makes it EXTREMELY difficult to get out of the contract, even within the legally required three business day buyers remorse period. I had to pay over $250 just to send them a telegram that would get there in time as snail mail would have put me past that date and it can't be done by phone. Like I said, they intentionally make it extremely difficult. If they were a good honest company this would not be their standard.

    I've yet to receive my deposit check along with my voided check for auto payments back as was requested in the telegram. Today, almost two weeks later, I receive this letter from them. I have yet to sign it as it's an agreement to not do exactly what this comment is doing, tell the truth about this company. Please take this comment seriously and look into this company outside of their site before you consider buying a single thing from them. This is the most shady company I've had the displeasure of trying to get out of doing business with! Please read this letter they sent me! Full disclosure, I have not yet signed this insane agreement so my comment here is not in violation of the agreement. Once I sign it, I will not say anything more however my feelings will not be changed!

    Since I can't post the letter here, this is what it reads: 'Dear valued customer it has come to our attention that you have requested a cancelation of your contract. We hope you make reconsider at some point in the future as we know how beneficial a swimming pool is to families. We believe that a family that swims together stays together. If we can help you in your swimming pool needs at any time in the future please call us at 1 807 060907. Blue World Pools Inc is canceling your pool contract without penalty. We here at blue world pools are concerned about looking out for your best interest during these troubling economic times. We are here to help and support you because blue world pools inc loves our customers. 

    For us to cancel your contract and refund your down payment please fill out the following section and fax or mail this letter along with a copy of both the front and the back of your cashed down payment check showing where the money was taken out of your account by blue world pools inc. Please fax this information to blue world pools inc of Nevada 9120 double diamond suite for 9 to 5A Reno NV 89521 or you may choose to fax as at 7709881959 or 7709881967. I (we) Agree that blue world pools as an ethically superb company that has agreed to cancel our contract without penalty in an effort to help me (us) Out in our time a financial troubles. I (we) Further agree to never disparts blue world pools in any manner.'

    Additional positive comments: I have none!!!! Also mind you, they are asking for a copy of the front and back of my cashed down payment check. Something I do not have because they've not cashed it or sent it back as I requested. I'll be filing a lawsuit against this company if they do not get this fixed and completely canceled immediately!!!!

    Do not buy anything from them! Stay away from this company... They do not manufacture the pool; they do not stand by the installation, they do not stand by whether the pool is leveled or not; or whether there is enough sand under the liner. They make you sign a waiver so that they have no liability for anything... When the salesman comes they tell you everything will be cover... They are the best, their pool is the best, NOT TRUE! I don't even think the installers are trained by the company... They are just contractors. You are better off buying your pool from a local store.. Or Leslie pools and contract someone to install it.... Someone that you can check references!

    I have 2 guys come to instal the pool... When I asked one of the guys how come they are not putting a solid base for the columns... He told me he didn't know anything about the pool installation... He was just a helper/day worker... When I asked the other guy he said that Blue World never told him he had to do that. Also I didn't think they had enough sand... Blue world made me sign a paper where I had to say that everything was installed correctly that day... I told them I don't know... I do not sell or install pools for a living! That is why I was paying them 15K for the pool ... So that they can make sure all of that is done correctly!!!! The guy told me but you are there watching them, we are not there. So it is your responsibility! So freakin unreal! If your pool breaks because of installation they are not responsible!

The installer was on time and did a great job setting the pool up. He answered our questions and explained how everything worked.     We love our new pool. It is definitely easy to take care of. The skimmer collects every bug and debris effortlessly. The automatic vacuum is the greatest invention. Just set it in, hook it to the skimmer and it does all the sides and bottom sparkling clean. It smells clean and refreshing since you don’t use chlorine. The ironizer keeps the pool so clear. The pool installers we excellent and had the pool up in a matter of hours. Everything is perfect.

    They were very informative when giving their presentation and knowledgeable. Got us into the pool of our dreams. The installers were just awesome. They worked like well oiled machines. Couldn't believe how quick and efficient they worked. Don't regret our purchase one bit! Since the install Blue World has called several times to follow up and make sure we are satisfied and our needs are met. We just love our pool and are so happy we decided to stop wasting our time and money on those do it yourself pools and purchase a Blue World Pool.

    Even though I live 4 miles from the ocean, sometimes you need a break from the crowds and sand. That's where you enjoy Blue World Pools. Once I made my decision, it was a breeze. My pool was installed on June 2nd, 2021. The installer (Donnie) was knowledgeable and did a great job. He was very helpful even after his job was complete. I have had my pool running for a couple of weeks now and have been using it without a problem. My family and I enjoy the pool. The water feels great and it is clear. The pool is very easy to maintain, I check the water levels, put a gallon of bleach in every week as prescribed and ensure the filter is clean. Very little maintenance is needed with the pool if the directions in the pool manual are followed. Look forward to making many memories! Would recommend Blue world pools!!

    Our salesman was kind and courteous. He came the same day I called in the pouring rain! The finance representative was wonderful. We had a rocky start with installation scheduling and the installers rescheduling but we are pleased with our pool and the kids are happy! The maintenance hasn’t been bad. You just have to follow the guide, and use the bleach once a week, test your water and adjust as needed. It’s mostly common sense. Nothing is perfect ever in this world so we never expected perfection. Overall I am pleased and looking forward to warmer days and swimming fun!

    Blue World Pools will probably remove this from their comments however if you are thinking about purchasing a pool through this company do not do it. The customer service is horrible. I spoke with a field technician named Will who was very rude and disconnected the call after he talked over me. They maintained that they don't do a hard credit pull. They lie. I had to call them four times and received different answers each time. The first young man told me there was a hard credit pull.

    I decided not to do it. They kept calling me everyday for 2 weeks so I finally said I was told there was a hard pull. Is there a hard credit for or not for $400 pool and they said no. It is not. I said, "Why would the young man tell me?" He said, "We do a title search." They didn't ask for my social. All they said was "We will take your name and number and or birthday and do a title search to make sure that you own the land." That was the first lie. After calling back and getting another representative he also ensured me that it is not a hard credit for so in my stupidity I said okay. You can check the deed. You can check the title. I did not give them authorization to check my credit however 3 minutes after getting off the phone with the agent I received an alert from Experian that said, "You have a hard inquiry on your file.

    I immediately called Blue World back. It's a ** to speak with a supervisor or a manager. The agent transferred me to a field technician that would be Will. I explained to him what took place and he said, "Unfortunately that's our policy." I said, "Well I need you to correct the inquiry that's on my credit report. If not I will civilly sue you" and he snorted and said, "Huh you're going to sue us over two points on your credit report huh" and proceeded to talk over me and disconnected the call. That led to me calling three more times asking for a supervisor and or manager. They kept me on hold for a very long time.

    I finally reached another representative a female and I told her I'd been on hold for about 15-20 minutes and she said, "Hi ma'am that's nothing. You usually on hold for an hour an hour and a half hold on" and then she transferred me to a supervisor. I stand corrected assistant manager that kept saying to me unfortunately and however after I became very frustrated and explain to them that I was going to sue them next because my FICO score is not to be played with.

    I reached a young lady at their corporate. What they said was their corporate name Selena who said that she would retract the hard inquiry however I had an appointment for tonight at 8:30 in which they canceled because I was complaining. This company is not reputable. They are not customer friendly. They do not care about anything but the sale and they are liars. If you are thinking about it don't do it because I'm not finished with them. My next stop is Better Business Bureau, Facebook, Yelp and Google reviews anyone that will listen.

    Blue World Pool was great! There are a lot of negative reviews on Youtube, but we have had no issues with their product. Getting the pool chemically balanced took some time and extra money, but now that we are balanced, it is only taking the bleach once a week and some shock here and there. My kids love the pool! The only flimsy piece to the pool is the ladder. But, we plan to change them out in the future. The installers, were fast and knew exactly what they were doing. The stone breakers is the family that installed ours and I we loved them! They explained things to us a number of times without getting frustrated. We first time pool owners and they had a lot of patience with us!

    I am a 30 year Army veteran, with a son and daughter in Afghan. I am so upset because ever since I got in this contract I have been lied to about installment of the pool. It went from 4 weeks of approval to several weeks to month. I have one of my sons coming on RR from the war and I wanted the pool so bad for him because he likes to float. I need help. I just don’t know what to do. This company is treating me like YOU TAKE WHAT DATE I GIVE YOU OR YOU JUST DO NOT GET THE POOL UNTIL I FEEL LIKE IT. I need this pool install before the 18 of June 2021. Please if you are planning to get a pool e-mail and I will discuss what happened and how much it has cost me….Please, please help. I just don’t know what to do anymore

    My experience with Blue World Pools has been very good. Every representative I’ve spoken with has been professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. This includes customer service reps from salesmen to finance to appointment setters. Even after the installation, I received a call to see how my installation was handled. This is outsourced but they were terrific also. The blue water pool seems to be a much better constructed pool than others. Overall I have been very satisfied.

    I had a salesman to my house on a Saturday 5/22. I said I needed a day to think on it because I wanted to think and research because the costs is so high. He was back on Sunday 5/23. The price went up $1k. He told me he couldn't guarantee June install but was certain it would happen especially because of no financing. He even put in my cash order that day with a manager who was told about the June push. I got a call from installation on 6/4 stating they just received my file (2 weeks after sale). They still haven't scheduled it as of 6/8. I waited 25 minutes on hold to be told she isn't doing scheduling again until end of June and they are already into mid-end of July. I cannot stand being lied to for the sake of a sale.

    Our Blue World pool is a great quality pool. We love how sturdy it is. The walk down steps are perfect for elderly swimmers. It feels like we have an in ground pool, just that it is above ground. Perfect. Now we feel safe that the dogs won't accidentally fall in and drown. Thanks to all of the friendly customer service reps who have called to ensure that the pool was installed properly.     The Blue Worlds Pools experience was great! The entire process was so simple from Sales through Installation. The Sales guy was very knowledgeable on the products and discussed every option available in great detail which allowed us to make the best choice for our family. On the day of installation, my installer explained everything that was going to happen. Once the pool was up, he walked me through what I needed to do to assure all went well with start-up. Shout out to the Blue World Pools Service Department too! I have called them a couple of different times to make sure I knew exactly what I needed to do! They were patient and positive as they worked with me. We opted to finance with Blue World Pools. They make that process easy as well! Now my family is loving our new pool just in time for summer!

    Was scheduled for a quote twice in 1 day. Customer service did not have the knowledge to express verbally why these appts kept getting cancelled. Then had a heated convo with one of the customer service reps that had the nerve to contact me back on my cell phone, whispering in the phone threatening me. I have attempted to contact the company to no avail. Can't get a return call, can't get a hold of anyone. Horrible customer service.

    For 2 months I have been trying to get the pool liner warrantied and have been getting nothing but a headache, always put on hold for at least 30 min and then sent to a website that replied back to me after a month and said they no longer handle their warranty. All this is due to a bad install leaving rocks on the floor under the liner, all I want is a new liner that should have a lifetime warranty but I guess that was a lie too, and I would install it myself and do a better job than their installers. Anyone who does not believe me is welcome to come out to my home and see for themself.

However, for the first time since I can remember, we settled for Blue World Pools and ended our search for a pool company on their first visit.     I was going to give 4 stars but Salesman was good, no pressure, we did get pool from them, install took more time than they promised, but it is a 27 ft pool and it was 100 deg out, so maybe just don't promise one day install, for nitpickers, like me. But overall it is a nice pool with lifetime warranty. So what is 2 day install in the stream of time? I'm sure the pool will give us years of family fun.

    I called December 9, to get an extension on my payment. The girl agreed to charge my account 12/25 instead of 12/21. On 12/21 they charge my account. I had 5 minor monthly reoccurring charges that were coming out of my account on 12/22 and thanks to World Pool I incurred 5 $35 overdraft fees. I called on 12/22 irate of course because we had an agreement to extend my payment. I did my due diligence to avoid these fees specifically.

    To make matters worst, ironically they had no record of my call on 12/9. How convenient, the girl even specified the last four numbers of the card saved on file she would have charged on the 25th. The lady I spoke to was super unprofessional and said she would have “Mrs **” call me (today 12/23) and just as I expected I didn’t get a call. When I told the girl “your company has low standards of customer service” she replied back saying “We are not customer service, we are collections.” Pool is great however my pump was installed very un-leveled. Go with a local company! It’s cheaper! And they normally value your service! This company doesn’t care about you once you buy! I should of listened to ALL the reviews I read! Shame on me. Lesson learned!

    They had some issues understanding my phone number and account info for my automatic payments, and I had to call and wait on hold to fix those a lot. This is just a small grievance though, because their classic pools are the greatest! The installation team was a local of TN and his wife. At first I was confused there were only 2 people and a Bobcat, but they worked so hard and my pool was up in 6 hours! I've read all their reviews on Google and Trustpilot, and I want to make it clear. I had no intention of spending more than $400 on a pool from them.

    Yes they try to convince you to get the more expensive pools, and they're really persuasive (NOT high pressure though). The reasons they give are legitimate. It all boils down to 'you get what you pay for' and their classic pools are fantastic quality. I've never been happier with a purchase. The people at Blue World Pools made my vacation during Covid-19 as safe as it gets. I don't even have to leave my house!

    If you are looking for a quality and beautiful above ground pool, then call Blue World Pools. Our pool is gorgeous. And safety is their top priority. The ladder is sturdy and if you have small children they have a safety feature for you. The filtration system is so good that we seldom need to vacuum. Our property had more than a 3% grade; therefore, we built the area up and surrounded it with a brick border. The soil was very compacted and the installers had a tough time with the drainage pipe, but they were successful in the end. The installation only took a day. We are very pleased with our pool.

    It was the beginning of the summer and with the Covid Pandemic and unable to do anything we came across the Blue World advertisement on social media and decided to take a chance and called. We were great with a really nice person which took my information and made me an appointment with a salesperson. A few days later a salesperson came to my house and at the time I was available and showed us all the information. We deed decide to get the pool.. and few weeks later we got call from our installer and booked it again at my convenience. Then 3 weeks later we had a pool installed and we are so happy that we decided to go with blue world pools. Their customer service was great and we the installer were very polite and helpful ...     I had been wanting a pool since we moved in to our new home. After looking around and doing some research I came across Blue World Pools. I had a salesman come by and give me a presentation.     My experience with Blue World Pools happened at the onset of Covid 19. They were great overall. My only issue was the customer care was not communicating with me. I'm sure they were overwhelmed with the pandemic as well. I am pleased with my pool. They were great at making sure all the parts came replaced quickly - a piece that broke in transport. Made sure the installers cleaned up and have us basic start up instructions. The installers we fantastic, stayed while I asked questions, took the time to show me what I needed to know.

    Well the at home sales person needs a lot of work. Should not say something you are getting and then the main company doesn't even know what you are talking about. After waiting for an install day to be given, finding out that the company never received my paperwork. Like any contact that has a lot of personal info that now has still not been seen by the company. Taking 3 hour of my day at work to finally getting a hold of someone that I was able to get paperwork to the company via email and scans. That person really went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. The installer did do a great job at installing the pool and letting me know everything I need to know.

    I purchased a pool from Blue World Pools in May, 2020. The installation team of 2 began the work in early July. An unexpected storm with high winds came through my area and destroyed the walls before the men were able to put up all the supports. They got as many attached as they could, even while it was raining, but the storm was too much. The men cleaned up the property and worked with Blue World office personnel to replace the damaged product. They completed my pool in late August; the delay was not the crew's fault, and the foreman kept in touch with me while I was waiting, which I greatly appreciated. The 2 men worked non-stop until the pool installation was complete, and did not leave until they were sure I had an understanding of my responsibilities regarding the filling of the pool as well as the start-up process. They were friendly, respectful of my property, and I have enjoyed my pool because of them.

    Everyone from the sales team to the installers were professional and knowledgeable. I am happy with the quality of the materials and the pool looks great. Be prepared to find a place for the soil removed from the installation area - I had around 3 yards removed as there was a bit of a slope where we put the pool. I had a low area on the side of my house and I was able to bring the grade up significantly using the excess soil.

    Product and material so far so good. Installation from purchase date was a long wait due to COVID. Ordered in July and officially had our install the beginning of October. Blue World Pools GA. Department don't have respectful or concerned customer service agents. Very rude, as I told the Nevada Dept. Moving forward our first installer damaged our lawn as well as our neighbors. Our 2nd installers were the BEST! They were patient and took their time as far as answering our questions, by us being first time pool buyers. Awesome!! We didn't shop around as we probably should've...it's pricey! But we intend on getting our money's worth!

    The salesperson who came to my home was very nice and knowledgeable about the product. He convinced me that the 18' Midline was the way to go. After much thought and several conversations with the finance department I was able to get the pool to within my price range.     We purchased a Blue World Pool June of 2020 and have never been happier. The install was great as well as the installers. The team took their time and made sure they did the job correctly and made sure we were a part of the process every step of the way. Once they were done we were shown all we needed to know on how to take care of the pool and what all the moving parts to it were and how they all worked. This has been a great investment for our family and the pool has been great and help up amazingly. With 5 granddaughters and a rowdy 16 year old, the pool is good and tough. LOL We as the adults have had a great time in it as well just floating around after a hard day's work.

    I purchased and received my pool from Blue World Pools about a year ago. Everything was delivered in perfect condition as it was packaged for shipment carefully to avoid any damage. I was sent an inventory sheet and went over everything carefully as recommended and all was there undamaged. The pool installers were kind and courteous and worked quickly to get us set up!     The process was simple. The sales lady came out and did not pressure us to upgrade. We decided on a Midline 18 foot round pool and was happy with the payment plan established by Blue World. After speaking with finance, we were offered an upgrade to the Classic Pool, top line, installation for having a different method of financing on our own and paying off Blue World. So, we upgraded for the same price as the Midline series. Installation was within 3 weeks of our first sales meeting. The installer was amazing! He described the entire process to us regarding the filter/pump/ionization system. He answered all of our questions. We have had our pool since July 1, 2020, and the care and upkeep has been simple and affordable. I would recommend Blue World Pools for anyone's pool needs.

    The construction crew arrived at my property the night before on their way home from a previous install to drop off some equipment for the next day. They arrived back the next morning and began work at the time they had indicated before. We discussed where the pool was to be placed and the location of the ladder and filter. The job went like clockwork with no unexpected delays. The soil removed was placed where I wanted it to fill in some low spots in my yard. Was enjoyable to watch the progress and efficiency with which they worked. By the end of the day, the pool was up and running. Water was obtained from the local fire department that took the load off my well. All in all, I am extremely pleased.

    When they installed the pool the pump did not work and they dug a deep trench (a little over 3 feet deep) around the pool. For the past 13+ months I have been calling and trying to get the problem resolved. They refuse to honor the warranty and the trench is dangerous.

    When we originally reached out to Blue World Pools while searching for our above ground pool the company looked legit. When the salesman came to our home he was polite and assisted us with getting our pool. He intentionally did not say anything about the details of the contract that we did not see. Things like our $250000 home was collateral for an $18000 pool. That we were not allowed to refinance our home while we had the loan. Other details about delinquency and foreclosure were not explained! This company is all about acquisition and not educating consumers. They are snake oil salesman....Stay FAR away! Encourage everyone to look elsewhere for their pools!

    It did take a while to get our pool installed because of COVID-19. I believe they were just that busy. Once we got it installed though, it has been completely worth it. The pool itself is beautiful and is put together nicely. It looks and feels high end. The liner is thick. It is very easy to take care of and we love the ion system, it was so worth it!     Got the pool installed the first part of June. Absolutely had the best installer ever! Cameron and his brother worked hard and got the water started before they left! Went through all the instructions and made sure we were completely comfortable before they left! It took us a few days to get the pool filled and get our chemicals all done since we live 20 miles from our pool store. Once getting that we have been all in on the pool! We’ve had lots of company since we got it installed! Haven’t regretted it for a minute! The grandkids and nieces love it! What a great way to spend our Covid 19 shutdown!

    Has been a horrible experience since we started this purchase. Very few answered phone calls or returned messages. We have been given 5 different install dates. We have tried to cancel our order now. No one will answer or return calls. We even sent a certified letter to cancel and a week later still no response. If I could give zero stars I would. This is still an ongoing nightmare. Oh they will also do a credit check even if you are paying cash. No reason for that cause they require half payment before they start installing and the remainder after it done. Payment has to be from guaranteed payment such as cashiers check. No reason for credit check if you are not financing through them.

    If I could, I would give this business 0 stars. We signed our contract on June 23rd. Our salesman promised us that even though the contract says that the installation takes 30-120 days, it would be installed in 4 weeks. (He said that the 120 days on the contract was for places that needed extra work to get the area ready for the pool to be installed, like removing trees, etc.) He said over and over that Blue World Pools was a family business and the owner, Sean G. Michael Warren, wants to only do right by his customers. I specifically asked him if we find out that they are not able to set up by the end of July could we cancel and still get our money back and he said absolutely.

    I also asked him a specific example and said "Let's say in 2 weeks my husband loses his job because of COVID can we cancel even though the contract says that they will charge us 50%." He said, "Yes they would let you cancel and you would get your money back, the owner would never do something like that, he is a family man." Well he lied because it is Aug 7th and the pool is still not installed and we are being told we cannot cancel.

    On Aug 5th after still not having an install date, we called to cancel the pool. We thought it would be no problem because we were promised by our salesman that we could cancel. My husband talked to couple different people and they were both extremely rude. One man chuckled and told him that if he really wanted to cancel then fine but we were going to be charged 50% of the contract. When we told him what our salesman said he just said we have 120 days to have the pool installed and you signed the contract knowing that. At this point we got off the phone because the man was being rude and was not helpful at all.

    Next we talked to a person who said he was the VP of the company. He said pretty much repeated the same things that the other people have said. That they have until 120 days to install and that they were extremely busy because of COVID. We realized we had been screwed. Either we got a $5000 bill and no pool or we got the pool but it would be in a couple weeks (at least that is what we thought). The man promised me that the pool would be installed in time for us to enjoy it this season. We just had to be patient. I asked when we would find out the install date. He said he could not give it to me but someone would call soon. Well yesterday someone did call but the install date they gave was Sept 17th. We are in Ohio and our pool season is over at the end of Aug. The VP knows this and even brought up that he knew our pool season would be ending soon so it needed to be installed soon.

    We were pretty upset over this. We went to the BBB website to file a complaint and saw that 3 other people filed complaints and they signed their contracts in July. Those 3 got their pools installed already. They had their pools installed in 4-5 weeks. So why is ours being installed 3 months from when we signed our contract. Blue World Pools promotes itself as a family business which is supposed to convey that it is a business you can trust and that will treat you like "family".

    I would not treat my worst enemy the way Blue World Pools has treated us. If we had known that the pool would not be installed until Sept 17th, we would never have signed the contract. I know that they can say that their contract says that they have 30-120 days to install however their employees play that down and promised that it would be installed in 4 weeks. I am not the only customer that has complained about this. I want Sean G. Michael Warren, the owner, to contact us and if his company really is a "family business", then make this right and give us our deposit back and cancel our contract with no penalty.

    Great pool, quality Pump, liner, & ladder is so comfortable. My only complaint is that after asking multiple people, multiple times to provide a receipt that says I paid the pool in full using a cashier’s check from my bank no one has gotten back to me. I’m happy with the 24’ round pool. I use it 3 or 4 times a week and everything is great quality. I have had it since June 2020.

    I love my pool! The side of the pool is sturdy. The lining is sturdy, pretty and strong. The ladder folds up so my two little girls age 2 and 5 cannot enter the pool without an adult pulling the ladder down. The side of the pool is very sturdy. I was concerned about this because we have some strong winds in Texas, but i'm not concerned about the pool structure. The pump is POWERFUL. When I was told this is a zero maintenance pool, I was extremely skeptical, but they were right! The pump is very strong and keeps the pool clean. We only run our pump for 12 hours which keeps electric costs down. We are very pleased with our pool and would absolutely recommend this pool.

    My pool is everything they said it would be and more. I absolutely love the low maintenance, the size, the quality and look. I have a large family but could not afford an in ground pool, my entire family can swim and we don't rub elbows. The Sales Rep that came to my house was very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of their products. We told him what we wanted and he was able to direct us to our 27' Classic pool.

    We had an issue as our deck was being built around our pool as it is slightly un-level (A little more than they allow). We contacted Sean ** (Manager) and he was willing to have the installers come back out, drain our pool and re-level it. He even sent us a few gifts for the pool so that our kids could enjoy. Any questions that we have had since having the pool installed, whether it be about maintenance, the system, etc, they have been very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

    The after install service is horrendous and non-existent. I've been dealing with them for over 4 months on trying to get service even after being charged for service and nothing. No response from them without hounding them, and now I'm getting nothing again so I've got a pool that is 4 years old which is worthless because they won't follow through with service afterwards like they said they would. This is definitely one company I'd give zero/negative stars to if possible. Company is shady and during installation before they will even do the installation, they want you to sign paperwork saying that they haven't told you any false information or bad dealings with them the whole time. If you refuse to sign, they won't do the install yet still want payment due to the contract which in itself is a shady tactic.

    5 years into my purchase, I find out that I cannot refinance my pool to lower my interest rate from 15.9% due to the fact that they put a lien on your property. I'm also having issues with parts failing that I thought would be covered under they highly praised "lifetime warranty". The warranty, I'm told, is a "pro-rated warranty". I'm not sure it covers anything. I'm very disappointed, to say the least. It is VERY difficult to talk to a human when I call. I don't get return calls when I leave a message. When I do finally reach a rude customer service person, they cannot answer my questions immediately and "cannot guarantee a call back" to give me the answers I need. This is a SCAM from many angles! BEWARE!!!

    Yes you can. The fixture filing lien does not prevent you from refinancing your pool financing with someone else and paying us off. If you are paying us off with the refinance then we release the fixture filing. If you are not paying us off we do what is called a subordination so you can refinance your home to get a better rate. We know by you saving money it helps you pay all your bills including the pool payment. Your initial review was during the busiest time of the year for us in the service department in the middle of the COVID19 pandemic. We did our absolute best to operate during this timeframe. We are in the office from 9-6 M-S in the service side. The warranty is exactly as detailed in the contract you signed and is pro-rated based on the swim season of initial purchase.     I called Blue World Pools (you see their spots on TV all the time $399 for a big ole pool everything included). I just wanted a pool for my grandson! Anyway, I talked to the guy on the phone, he explained everything to me then asked me for my name and address. Seemed harmless enough! Well today I had a hard hit on my credit report, you know, the one I've been working on forever!!! I was SO angry. To add insult to injury, we had an appointment today at 12 noon and they were a no-show! So what do they gain by this scam? They don't know who they messed with...here goes the letter-writing and calling and driving them crazy campaign... Avoid this company! They never call when they say they will and keep putting us off...

    My family and I bought a pool from Blue World Pools Inc. in May of 2020. We were told that it would be 3-4 weeks before our pool would be installed, and that we were lucky because the demand for pools was so high. Around 3 weeks later I received the phone call to set up the date for our pool installation. Yay! Things seemed to be going well! The date for our pool installation came and the pool installer called to say that his truck needed repairs. OK, well things happen, no big deal. He said he would be there the next day to install the pool.

    Around 1:30 the following day we had not heard a word from Blue World Pools or the installer. We contacted the woman that sold us our pool. She was able to figure out that our installer quit that morning and told us, "There is no one else in MO to install your pool." She said we were the "highest priority". 2 weeks go by and no word from Blue World Pools or their representatives. So I take it upon myself to see what is going on with my swimming pool (btw I have already paid them $700 of my hard earned money and spent $100s of dollars on other pool necessities).

    After being disconnected 4 times while trying to reach their installation department, the representative tells me July 7th for a new installation date. I questioned the length of time and was told that I was going to be a high priority with my new pool installation date, she said "believe me when I tell you, you are lucky it is that early, we are so busy". Is that supposed to make me feel better?

    Another 2 weeks goes by and I have heard NOTHING from BWP. Finally on July 5th we get a phone call from the installer and he confirms the 7/7 install. OK, finally on the right track. Guess what? It's 3pm on 7/7 and I still have NO POOL. Installer called this morning and told me he went to the warehouse this morning to get our pool, and it wasn't there. "Maybe I can do it tomorrow". "Blue World Pools is experiencing higher than usual demand". All of this is just excuses and extreme unprofessionalism. I feel like I have been scammed and I am beyond upset about my experience with this company. I am currently trying to cancel my order, but of course I can't get anyone to call me back. Do yourself a favor and shop locally for a pool like I should've, but whatever you do: DO NOT get a pool from Blue World Pools, Inc.

    My experience with Blue World was very professional and understanding. They kept me updated with my installment dates. Because of the Coronavirus I had to wait longer than usual with my installment dates so that was a little frustrating. But they reassured me that they was doing everything and everything that they can to get the process done as fast as he can.

    Stay away from this company - do not call for their $399. Special. They will run your credit without your permission by using you phone number and address. I feel so violated. It said on my credit report for "Financing!" why would I finance $400.00?? Kira (a tech) was supposed to come here today at 4:00pm est. It is 4:50pm! I tried to call and speak the finance department and no one was available! I was transferred to 3 different people. Total scam artist!

    This was not my first rodeo with a pool, although my previous pool was much larger and different. It was a Utopia (European pool made to be above and inground due to strange circumstances - creek bank and shelf rocks). I love my new smaller pool and the virtual non maintenance (as far as balancing chemicals). I LOVE the COPPER/SILVER IONIZATION - no chlorine or salt required!! system. My new pool has been very easy to maintain and is so BEAUTIFUL!! I would recommend anyone wanting an above ground pool that will LAST to call Blue World Pools. Lifetime warranty on the pump, pool, liner and autovac is hard to beat!! :)

    I wish I could leave a great review with a beautiful picture of a pool, but I STILL DON'T HAVE ONE. I was told by the sales rep that this was a 3-4 week process for installation. We're past 4 weeks and my file cannot even make it out of the finance department. I have been told twice in the last week that I am in the pile to be called today by the underwriter. Today I spoke to someone in the finance department named Larry and, sure enough, I was told the same thing. Each time the same story: they are looking at my physical file, it's on the desk, I will be called today.

    I am tired of hearing that and when I asked to speak to someone over him he just kept repeating the same thing. Would not switch me to different department when asked, would not tell me who is over the department, just the same thing over and over that I will be called today. Then he threatened that he will tell the underwriter that I do not want to be called today (like I believe that's going to happen anyways) before hanging up on me. Now I am on hold all over again while leaving this review. I am beyond fed up with being given the run around with this company.

    I absolutely love my pool. I have more time to swim and way less time having to clean it. I have got in my pool every day since I bought it as long as weather permitted. It takes less chemical it has stayed so crystal blue too. We love it.

    Sales lied about prices and commitment. Call them about 3 weeks ago, to see about their prices for above ground pools. I was told they had pools in stock and they could beat the price that we had gotten for another company that had one in stock plus they gave me 1000 off on it. So we cancelled the other one! They set up a time to come out to the house, they told me they was sending someone out from Little Rock. I told them that is over 6 hrs from my house, they said that was ok. We set up a 1pm. At 11am they called to the date, said he was tried up and could not make it. So they changed it to the next day at 3pm.

    So here two day of sitting around waiting, I called them about 330pm to see where he was at. Then I was told they was going to call them to check. After a little while on hold, they came back and said that tech said he was not going to come out to was too far for him. So they want to set up a different time and a different tech out of Springfield or Joplin to come out, I told them Springfield was closer. But I would hold off. I called that company back that was going to sell me that pool they had in stock and they told me it sold, now I would have to wait anywhere from 8 weeks to 18 weeks before they have more in.

    So I called them Blue World Pools back up to set up a time for them to come out to the house, again they asked for are names and DOB. "Why" so they set up a time for today at 3pm. Again I waited till 330 to call them to see where the tech was at. Then I get the runaround, for this person to that person, they would hang up on me. I call over and over again, to find out what is the problem.

    Finally they told me that I am over a 100 miles from the closest sales tech and because of that I would not be able to purchase a pool from them. So I asked to talk to a supervisor or manager to file a complaint and they hang up on me again. So I called back, asked for a supervisor and got hang up on again. Finally after the 5th or 6th time they transfer me to a lady to reset up my appointment so I told her what was going on, then she sent me to a different sales department. After telling him what was going on, he said sorry about everything and that the pools there are over 12,000 so how is that cheaper or can beat the other company's price.

    Company owner reached out and got me in touch with the finance department and answered all of my questions. The check clearing early was an absolute error and not typical. They had been having trouble with their phones. Oh, I did find the paperwork with the lien notice and I remember that now. There's a lot that they go over when you apply. Also, the contract had the payment amount and I feel a little better. I am still waiting on information about installation which is frustrating but I get that they are busy this time of year and COVID may have some installers down.

    We had a very nice salesman come out and we purchased a pool with a post-dated deposit check that was cashed right away. I received a text from financing and cannot get anyone on the phone. I've called. My husband called. I even responded to the text but nothing. My husband left messages but no one got back with him. I left a voicemail and it will be returned at their convenience but the text was all caps and seemed super urgent.

    We still don't have an install date which is fine because that check clearing destroyed our budget. I'm going to elaborate because if you're that tight, you don't need a pool, right? We had already had a setback this month but I'd scheduled the appointment so we met. I told the sales rep that we were going to have to wait. He got on the phone and got a great deal and said we could post date a check for the deposit. He was super polite and went out while my husband and I talked it over. We could afford the installation and deposit in July at the time so we went for it. The deposit was always the hurdle. It was the reason I wanted to walk away and think it over. It went against my better judgment but I wrote a post dated check.

    I have a picture of the check the day I wrote it because we don't have carbons and we have the picture from the bank. It was clearly written for July. I tried calling several times and was hung up on as was my husband. I understand there is an issue with the phone lines based on comments to other people. It was outside the three day cooldown period so we just wanted to talk with financing to make sure that the rest of the information provided was accurate and figure out what is happening.

    Already finding out that this was probably a poor choice, but at this point I feel like we are screwed. When I went to put the information for the auto draft on the paperwork, he told me not to worry about putting down the monthly payment, which in retrospect was odd. I read the contract and didn't see anything about a lien but what I'm reading elsewhere makes it seem like it's in there. The guy made it seem like nothing starts until it's put in but then he was wrong about the check so when will the payments start? All this and we don't even have the pool yet!!!

    It's ten days until the check was supposed to even be allowed to be deposited. So far, not impressed with the company and there doesn't seem to be a way to get them by phone. I'm hoping someone from the company reaches out because it certainly doesn't work when the customer tries. As of right now, I'd say don't do business with them if you can't pay cash. Apparently they do a hard check even if you are. I'm still waiting on the credit check to hit our credit so how I got a call about financing I don't know since I can't reach the company!

    Our pool installed end of last summer. Completed in one day. So glad we have it to enjoy. We are new to this so had lots of questions. Many thanks to Vonn answering our questions in Customer Service and our installers both Adam and team and Tim and his team. Get a Blue World Pool ????‍♀️ I truly like that the pool uses Copper Ionization technology rather than chemicals. Healthy swimming. And the company is great about giving credit toward their line of pool products Beautiful addition to our home and giving us much enjoyment

    This company asked for my name and date of birth to verify my address. I never provided my social security Number and they ran a hard inquiry on my credit without my permission. I just don’t understand how it is possible for a company to pull your credit without your permission. Their company never asked to pull my credit. They said they just needed the info to verify my home ownership. They did disclose they were running a credit check.

    Great Pool! Great Investment! Great Quality! Great Service! My family and I love the pool. So easy to maintain being chlorine free. We haven't been able to enjoy it as much as we would like due to us having a deck built around it and some landscaping. We can't wait until everything is done to fully enjoy the pool everyday.     From the time when the salesman visited us to when our Pool was installed. Blue World Pools went above and beyond our expectations. The install date was in line with the quoted timeframe the salesman stated to us when we ordered our pool. The Installer did a fantastic job!!! We had heard about other pool installations going horribly wrong from other who had purchased from various companies. We are ecstatic how good our installed Pool looks and operates. Anyone who see our pool always makes comments about how nice it looks. Finally, The Pool. The quality is top notch. I was a bit hesitant with a No Chemical Pool. Boy was I wrong. Just follow the directions that Blue World Pool provides and no issues. My pool has stayed Crystal Clear since it was Installed. Bravo Blue World Pools!!!!

    We got the run around from this company from the very beginning. When the installer finally arrived, he came without the product and said that he could start prepping the area but that the warehouse was closed when he went to pick it up. Then he wanted us to sign an agreement that we inspected the product and agree that it arrived in tact before he could start. We refused so he had to leave. The poor communication between the installers and the service department is just the tip of the iceberg.

    First install - the plumbing leaked and it was not level. They left our yard a complete disaster. We had to rent a skid steer and still, after a year, it looks horrible. It took us months to get anyone to call us back. We were told that they would send someone out at the end of the season. At the end of the season we got the run around, but finally got another installer out.

    Second install - We had to completely drain the pool and two guys came out, tore it out, and re-leveled it. When they took the liner out it was revealed that the liner wasn't cut out on one of the bottom drains so it hadn't been operational all season. They put the pool back together and left. They left the old liner and all of the packaging that they brought with them laying in our yard. Keep in mind that it takes several days to fill this pool, so several days later, once the water got up to the skimmer, it started poring out the side. Turns out they didn't align the liner properly so there was a huge gap around where the water is returned to the pool after it runs though the filter. We had to stop the pool and our water sat stagnate until Blue World could send someone else out. Many many calls and no returns more run around, finally someone comes out (over a month later!). We had to completely drain the pool yet again!

    Third Install - Two different guys came out. At this point not one person has been consistent. Same scenario as second install. Except they forgot to replace the bolts in one of our support legs so it's falling apart where they meet. We got the pool refilled just in time to winterize it. Side affects of three installs in one season include: strain and aging on the pump and filter (they're basically three years old). We have a well with a water filter systems and softener that the water runs through, so there's aging and strain on my home water system. Spent extra money replacing the filters in that system more frequently due to the amount of water we are pumping through them. Blue World doesn't care. They don't return your phone calls more often than they do. Many of their receptionists are rude. They hire installers from Craig's list, which is why you will never run into the same person more than once.

    Now, after all of this, our pump and filter aren't working properly. The filter is pumping the sand into the pool and needs replaced, but Blue World wouldn't return our calls until after our 1 year warranty expired and now want us to pay to replace it and pay the labor for the repairs. The reason they are broken is due to the back flushing and process that you follow during the initial set up and it's their fault that we had to completely drain the pool three times!

    We are powerless and feel completely defeated that we spent $12,000 on a pool that has so many issues and is going to cost us even more money to fix. And we can't stomach completely draining and refilling this pool a fourth time to fix the remaining install issue. We've talked to everyone up to the owner of the company and just today we spoke to a service technician that called us to arrange payment for his labor to come out and work on the filter. This was supposed to be fun, but it's been nothing but stress and depression.

    I called to ask about buying a pool. I was immediately asked to schedule a site visit, and during this scheduling, I was asked for my name, address, and date of birth. When I questioned Blue World Pools about why they needed a DOB to schedule a site visit, they told me it was so they could "verify I was the homeowner." I made it clear that I had no intention of taking out a loan, and that I would be paying for any pool I may or may not purchase with cash/card.

    They reiterated that they were ONLY verifying my home ownership. However, my credit report showed a hard inquiry for an installment loan that I did NOT consent to. When I called the company and asked them to remove this inquiry as I did not consent, they basically told me I was stupid and that I had consented to this, and suggested I file legal action.

    I did NOT consent to applying for a loan, and was led to believe at MOST they would be performing a soft inquiry on my credit file. But beyond this unbelievably shady way of obtaining "consent" I do not appreciate being called stupid when I call in and ask them to rectify a situation that they called. Regardless of whether they actually do a good job with pools or not, I will never recommend using them, because they are deliberately walking as close to the "legal" line as possible without crossing, and anyone who cares about predatory practices only so far as they won't be caught is not someone I want to deal with.
