We love the pool, easy to work with on almost everything. If you need something you just call them up and they work with you on the problem from problem with your pool or if you need replacement parts

Customer service is always phenomenal and products needed are always available and if needed to be ordered it's never long. It's always quick. Been a customer for more than 5 years. Always a great experience.

They were quick and on time. The process was completed in a timely manner and with best quality possible. The workers were very knowledgeable and friendly. They showed me how to work the pool and supplies. I would highly recommend this company.

This is a very professional company. The sales agent was at our residence within a couple days and discussed all the options that were available and discussed pricing and it is very affordable. They are very quick with appointments and getting the installation scheduled so you can be in your pool enjoying the Blue World experience. I would recommend overall any other chemicals or salt pools around, it is like swimming in a clean bottle of water.

Today after being called by a rep that said they don’t have another option other than doing a soft pull of our credit before going any further. To which I said, "You do understand that it is illegal for you to say soft credit check if it’s not a soft credit check." He then quickly seemed concerned and gave me a direct phone number for the company to enquire from them directly. I called the number and hit 1 for sales. A man in a very unprofessional manner answer the phone. After he says Blue World Pools. I explained my husband and I intend to pay cash for the pool, so we just wanted to get some pricing info. "We’re not willing to give you our information for any type of credit check without pricing." He said, "Well then you better go to Walmart or Amazon." He said, "We have to pull the soft check to confirm you're the owner." I said, "Would you like to see the paperwork proving I’m the owner? I’ll email you a copy."

Love the pool way better than chlorine. The no chemicals is the best part of the pool. You don’t get out feeling like your eyes are burning. The pool is very easy to take care of. The filter system is also very easy to maintain.

They were quick to set up and meet. The installation went quick and easy. A professional contractor come to install. From start to finish the whole process went very smooth. The convenience of maintaining my pool is great!

Excellent company from sales to parts company need anything just call. Easy to take care of. I’m 72. Take care of this myself. Just close your Eyes, take a deep breath while your digging is going on. Grass will grow back.

Blue World Pools was easy to work with and install was done quickly and efficiently. The pool is low maintenance with the exception of getting it up and running each year. The videos and brochures are helpful when opening and closing.

We love our above ground pool. Blue world has a great parts department and customer service. Love the Main Access ionizer system. It makes the water so clear. No complaining of eyes burning from the grand kids when they come over to swim.

Customer service is great. They've helped us clear up water issues after we didn't put the cover on last winter. Ran flawlessly prior to that for over a year. We have really enjoyed the pool with our grandkids. Our grandson is in it all the time.

We had a Blue World Pool installed last year and couldn't be happier. The installer walked us through the instructions on the system and what and when to do what. I feel compelled to share my experience with Blue World Pools, a company that claims to offer affordable pool installations. Unfortunately, my encounter with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I've had my pool for 9 years and it has held up very well. I've not had any leaks. The colors of the liner have remained vibrant and I think that has to do with having an ionizer system instead of having to put so many chemicals in it.

Blue World has been great. Set up was easy and the crew was very knowledgeable. The system that the pools run on are great. Very easy to use even for people that know nothing about pools. I look forward to warmer weather to open it back up.

Blue World Pools is amazing. Our pool is still up and working since the day we got it. No problems at all. The kids love it every year and it’s easy to clean just add some bleach and you're all set to go.

Had a problem, called service and they were excellent in guiding me and what to do, taught me about the tutorials on their website, how to stop the problem that started. Just excellent service, was excellent installers, are great salespeople are great. Can't say much more about it because they're just great.

Always able to get a hold of someone to answer my questions, have had any major problems with my pool just to clear the water. So far everything has went great the first year of having my pool. now I am opening up for the second year so we will see how this year goes

They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my pool's needs to get it up and running for the summer. Their pricing is very affordable and they walk you through every step of the way in maintaining your pool and running it.

I had two appointments with one no call no show then one canceled. They came out and tried to do a 90min presentation which wasn't mentioned on phone. Their 399 is a loophole. Bottom line their cheapest package is over 10 grand. Was a waste of time and very misleading. Don't bother to waste your time unless you're willing to spend big money or finance and if ya don't pay they can take your property.

This pool have been very easy to maintain and has been enjoyed by all of my family and friends. Would recommend this company due to the ease of the maintenance. Have had no issues since purchasing this pool 3 years ago.

We had our pool installed 2 years ago during covid and have had zero issues with the product. In fact my neighbor had the same size installed by a local company at the same time and has replaced the liner already.

We have been extremely happy with our Blue World Pool. The maintenance is very easy compared to other types of pools. We have friends with various types of pools and it seems difficult and expensive for them to keep up with their pool levels. The customer service at BWP is phenomenal and our questions are answered completely when we call. They will walk you through anything and stay in the phone with you until you are comfortable with taking care of your pool. One thing I will say is this is a big investment that should be thought through before signing a contract.

I called Blue World Pools two years ago during the hot summer to find out if I could afford a pool. They sent a salesman to my house that evening!!! He was awesome and helped me get my pool financed! It was my installed a month later. So far I had to call them a few times and every time that take care of my issues! Best customer service for sure!!!! 10 out of 10.

So we just recently purchased a pool from Blue World Pools. And they were fantastic! The salesman was very knowledgeable about the various products he was selling and the installer had it built in a day, was very friendly. The pool itself was affordable and maintenance is easy enough. Customer service was on point with any and all questions we had. Highly recommend, impeccable service, five stars.

Blue World Pools is legit!! They do what they say!! They came - got my pool set up, started water — made sure pool was holding. We had a small leak I noticed a few days after installation - they came back the next day and fixed it!! Easy peasy!! Love them and have shared their name with many others!! Thank you Blue World!! I scheduled my appointment for an installer to come out and give an estimate. Within that call I was told I was within the area that they install in. Was given the name of the person to come out and give an estimate. The day comes around and nobody shows up. I wasted my time waiting!! I finally called and was told they don’t know why I was scheduled. I’m not in area they install! I said, "Then why the hell would he say it was after he checked???" Waste of my time and they should have realized it and called me back and cancelled! Very unprofessional!!

I love my pool. My wife has always wanted a nice big pool. She has always had a pool every year just the little soft-sided pools. Getting our Blue World pool is the best thing that we could have ever done. When we have cookout, get togethers, parties everyone enjoys the pool. If you are considering getting a nice easy to maintain pool blue world pools is the way to go.

Were happy with the service we get. My grandchildren love coming over to swim. Whenever there is a problem they don't hesitate to help. The ionizer helps by not using as much chemicals so it's cheaper in the long run.

I have had a pool since 2016, I hit a financial crisis and I was not able to pay on my pool. I asked them to take the pool back in 2018 and they told me no that they do not do that instead I find out that a UCC-1 lien was placed on my property. Years pass and I received a call a couple of months back and here we are 2024. I have not heard from them since 2019 or 2020. I can't remember. I do not take kindly to threats that affect my family. I was told if I did not pay the arrears from missed payments and that if I did not start making payments that they would force me to sell my home, take my tax returns or take any assets that I have.

Justin had great customer service and was very helpful..Can't wait to enjoy our pool this summer after necessary repairs are done. Again great customer service and if I need to I will be contacting Blue World for future needs.

Blue World Pools made an appointment a week or two ago to meet with me, at my home, to demonstrate and potentially sell our family a new swimming pool. The sales representative did not show for our 11:00AM appointment. I waited an hour and called the customer service line to ascertain why the appointment was missed.

Very good company to work with. They came out and described the pool to us and set up the account and insulation date. The installers were on time and did a very professional job, customer service has been great to deal with.

Have had the pool since 2008. Energy efficient and low maintenance. Using bleach instead of chlorine is definitely cheaper and works great. The self vacuum makes clean up easy. My family and friends enjoy our pool every summer.

We were able to upgrade to the Mid Level pool and it is Awesome. We have had multiple pools in the past and this one is the best by far. They squeezed us in to install in early July so we could get usage out of the Pool when our grandkids came for their summer visit.

Experience wasn't bad as far customer service however we had a rep come out approve the location for pool..explained the deck plans. Built deck to accommodate pool location and installers came to put in and wouldn't install where previous flags were marked. Additional money to level more...first year we were excited to just have a pool...3 years later...the pool is sagging...not level.. pool pump hook up crack side of the pool where the pump was installed.

Made installing a fast and easy process. All of my questions prior to installing and also during and after installation were answered. Everyone was courteous, workers and telephone operators. Highly recommend.

Product is decent, at best. Part broke in the winter after pool was winterized as per their written instructions. The plastic PVC pipe had no water in it, and yet it shattered in the cold, a manufacturers defect, obviously. When spoke with service department, was given the run-around. They have TERRIBLE customer service. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau over their poor service and vague promises.

Good quality and great installment by the staff and team was very helpful and very timely and they are so helpful to us. And our kids love their new pool and this has been a get decision for our kids and family fun in the spring and summer time.

Very professional, and went over instructions in detail.. Little to no maintenance required to maintain the pool... The grandkids love the ion system because their eyes don't burn... I love it because I don't have to purchase chlorine to keep it clean.

Ordering a pool online is something my husband and I were very hesitant about doing. We took the leap and let them come out and give us a presentation. The salesmen that came out was super nice and respectful of our home and dogs. After the presentation we talked things over and decided that we would give it a try. Financing was easy with several options to choose from and the office staff was great to work with. 5 weeks later we had a new pool in our yard. The installation company was amazing to deal with and were so friendly and helpful to answer any questions we had. So patient showing us the ropes since we were new pool owners. We will definitely suggest to others to buy from Blue World Pools.

Blue World Pools has been awesome. The installer that installed our pool done a jam up job and we are very happy with our new pool. We haven't had a problem since it's been installed and it came with all the parts that was needed.

Great experience with everyone involved with purchase of my pool. Very helpful and nice. We had a great sales person, we had a had a great scheduler and our installer was amazing, friendly and very informative.

The pool itself was wonderful. The installation awful. We were replacing a previous older pool and had a completely flat surface, a bit smaller than the new pool. The installers added sand which had been delivered previously. The weather had been rainy and the sand was wet. They left deep ruts and tire tracks in the sand, so after installation the bottom had deep ridges and ruts! Deep enough to trip over!! We contacted them several times and finally they sent someone out. Said there was nothing they could do to improve it. The steps float and bob around since the suction cups on the bottom don't have a smooth surface to adhere to. Over $20,000 for a pool and we feel cheated!! Terrible customer service!! Also, a cap was broken on a support post and we were told they would send us a new one (after several conversations) but never did. Just would like the ground level!!

Would fully recommend. If interested in above ground Blue World is way to go. Great sales man, professional installers and pool is great. Love it. Can’t wait till summer to jump back in and enjoy it. Very beautiful and the ionizer is great. Keeps it so clean and blue. Highly recommend.

We are happy with the pool that we purchased from Blue World Pools. They were very helpful in getting us a fabulous pool. We enjoyed it this summer to the fullest. The pool looks good and the installers were very friendly.

Bought the 27’ classic pool. Installer was very fast and professional. Only issue is a sharp object (rock) is trying to penetrate the bottom of pool liner. Other than that, the pool is perfect, awesome quality.

Charged me double the price after financing. Went from 27,000 to 57.000 dollars for 11 years. Not a good company to deal with. Will lie to you so make sure you read every little detail in the contract or they will get you.

Salesperson was great. Installers were friendly and professional. No issues with installation. Winterizing we needed some help. They helped with a service call. Service call walked us through the process, and we were able to complete winterizing the pool. I have enjoyed working with this company.

I was having trouble winterizing the pool, little did I know I was missing a piece. I called the service department and was helped immediately. It was quick and easy. He was able to explain everything very thoroughly.

This company did exactly what they said they were going to do. Installers were friendly. You will have work to do yourself so be prepared. Pool stayed clear and pretty for the summer until I winterized it.

We have enjoyed our new Blue World Pool. It was set up quickly and we had the whole summer to enjoy it. The copper ionizer makes maintenance a breeze! Our water was crystal clear all summer and with the ionizer we were able to know the temperature of the water every day.

I purchase a Blue World pool in July and the salesman was excellent and very knowledgeable about the pool. He provided us with pricing and financing information. When he called his supervisor the financing information was explained again. They inform us of the total price, interest rate and how many months we will be set up for. However, when it came close to the installation date. We were offer a bigger pool with a lot of accessories. The price was lower, the interest was lower and how long we will be paying on the pool was shorter. So, I was truly please they offer us a much bigger pool at a lower price and a good interest rate. Although it took a little longer to get my pool, I was very pleased with the outcome. The installer was also excellent and knowledgeable about the pool and they even provided me with their phone number in case I have any questions.

Very knowledgeable and understanding they help me from the beginning to the end. And installation was a brief they did it very fast. And they took their time. They didn't rush thru it. My whole family loves our pool.

We worked with Blue World Pools. Although the install took longer than originally planned the company communicated with us the entire way. They were respectful and reassuring even when issues rose with installation and a leaking liner. They did not stop working with us until all the issues were resolved and they followed up until we were happy with our pool.

I have been blown away with the customer service from Blue World Pools from day 1! It was not a fast moving process but I would be more concerned if it was rushed. The installation people were very communicative and flexible (gotta be flexible with Midwest weather). Couldn't be happier!

Recently my partner and I purchased the Classic 27' round pool. It started with filling out the form to set up an appointment with a sales representative. This process was straightforward and relatively swift. The day prior to our appointment the sales rep contacted us to confirm the appointment, and then the day of the appointment the sales rep kept in contact with us letting us know his ETA. He was really nice and professional the entire time. He walked us through the types of pools offered, the filtration system and pump, and measured our yard where we wanted the pool to go just to be sure it would fit, and not once did we feel pressured into making any purchases.

They arrived on the date they said they would. They said the pool. Some mess was left behind, but it turned out fabulous. Whenever I have had a problem, their customer service people have taken the time to walk me through the steps I need to take to get it solved.

We had a great experience from start to finish when purchasing our 24 ft above ground swimming pool. We made an appointment for an assessment to have a Blue World pool put in. They came on the scheduled day and gave us a presentation on the Blue World pools and we were very impressed so we decided to buy one. The pool was ordered within a week and we received a call to have the appointment set up to get the pool put in. The man that came and set-up the pool did it all in one day. After he completed the insulation of the pool, he explained everything to us on how everything works.

We had to wait a while for installation because they were behind but once they got here it went smooth and quick. They worked diligently to get our pool installed. Leveling the ground, paying sand, sidewalls, liner and all. When they were done they cleaned up their mess and left our place the way they found it. Very nice guys and informative. Answered all our questions.

We love our pool. It have been the easiest pool to keep up. It stay so clear. Customer service has been there to answer my questions. It’s very sturdy. My grandkids love it. I love that we don’t have to put a lot of chemicals in it. We just put a gallon of bleach a week in it, and it stays clear and balanced.

We got out our pool at the end of the season and even with the crazy rainy, hot weather they got it down in a timely manner and kept us in the loop through the whole process!! And answered all of our questions.

Hello to all who read this. Back early July 2023 I purchased an above ground pool. I gave a down payment 1000.00 unfortunately I was unable to get the pool. Since July I have been trying to get my refund. I emailed an associate that they were working on getting my refund. We are heading into October and still no refund. They sometimes respond to my emails and sometimes they don't. I called no answer. I have faxed a form they mailed to me and still no response. All I want is my refund.

I sat on my deck and watched them Dig the ground. Make sure everything was level, It's not easy my backyard is a downhill slope, They made it all nice and level, They put the pool together, They did an awesome job putting all the pieces together, The pool is up filled with water and it is beautiful. I love my new pool.

It took from July 2 to September 21 from the time we signed the contract until the time the pool was installed. The installation crew was very helpful. We went with the Classic 15' pool. We are enjoying it into the fall in North Florida.

We choose to have a show pool installed by Blue World Pools. The salesperson was so very friendly and reassuring. She answered all our question. It took a while for an installer to come. I'm guessing our remoteness was a factor. When Manny came he was very professional. We couldn't be more happy.

They were very helpful in purchasing and all the installation procedures. If you called them with a question or problem they were quick with the answer or if they didn't have it they made sure to get you the person with the correct answer.

Gary, the pool installer, showed up on time and completed the job by himself in one day and with professionalism. I would recommend Blue World Pools to anyone. We have had easy financing. We went from the Midline Pool to the Classic Pool and it is awesome.

My pool buying experience was a pleasurable one, everything that was promised and more. Thank you Blue World Pools, we love our pool. If we move we will definitely buy another pool with Blue World again.

We are happy with our purchase of a pool. Great quality and lots of fun for the family. Only issue is the sales pitch needs to be more accurate. I was sold on not needing any chemicals but the installers informed me otherwise.

The process was easy and everything explained to us before hand. The install went smoothly and we are truly enjoying the pool. Only downside is the instruction manual is not very detailed, so not helpful for a first time pool owner.

The company was very thorough from start to finish. Installation was done by one person who was a powerhouse and he had the pool done in 2 days. He was personable and fun to work with. He also made sure to follow up several times to make sure we were all set. We are very happy with the whole process and have used the pool almost every day since.

Great people there with you every step of the way, will not pressure you into anything you do not want. Always just a phone call away. The family that came and put my pool up was great, I was their 485 pool install. Would recommend to anyone.

Blue World Pools products are better than any others out there! We are in love with our pool and it’s low cost and maintenance for upkeep. Customer service has been extremely helpful in all aspects. They also back and warranty all of their products. They are easy to work with and extremely helpful and polite!

Everything from sales to installation was perfect. I have since ordered additional items from Blue World (Power Ionizer and caps). Everything came as promised. Customer Service for parts and support could use improvement. I have spoken to a couple of people that in my opinion should go do something else. However, most of the CS people were great (Justin was best). So overall it's a thumbs up from me.

Pool is nice. Really big and large enough for our family of 4 to be in at the same time. Installation team was absolutely awesome. Came to get the job done and was very professional. One recommendation, get your own financing.

Had a few issues getting pool installed because of weather. But so far I'm very pleased with Blue World Pools as well as the employees and installers! Thank you Blue World Pools and staff for making my dream of having a pool come true!

Excellent customer service and a great installation. The technician was very informative. They keep us updated throughout the entire process. Very happy with the purchase. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was told the pool will be put up in three weeks and that was in May and the pool was put up at the end of August!! Each time I called I was given the runaround and was told something different every time.

We are enjoying our pool so far. They set it up in a day. It’s easy to clean. We have received help every step of the way if needed. This was a good purchase so far. The pool is really big and can hold lots of people. I’m hosting my son a pool party for his birthday next week. I'm super excited.

We had an excellent experience with everyone we delt with in office and our installers we fantastic. Very hard workers, very professional and pleasant to work with! The installers were completely done in 10 hours. We were amazed to say the least! Loving our BLUE WORLD POOL!

My recent ex husband and I bought a pool from them and began to have a few issues with the pool and this company has the worst customer service experience. The worst!!!! We went to sell our home. Need a payoff quote and again took their sweet time and the nastiest customer service. No respect for the customer at all. Needless to say I'm still waiting on the payoff about to come through to the title company, the title company called me to tell me they were still waiting for a payoff amount and how rude and nasty they was to them as well. I'd never ever ever recommend BLUE WORLD POOLS!!!! I wouldn't give this company your time or day. Overpriced and very rude!!!! Better companies elsewhere.

The price was great, the set up was fantastic. Our pool went up in one day. The pool is just what we wanted. We are very happy with the product and service we have received from Blue World Pools. They are a great company to work with.

Love my pool. I have a little problem with the cloudiness, but I need to work on that. Other than that it’s been a great pool and I love everything about it. Whenever I call for help their customer service is more than willing to help and my installation went without any problems and the guy did a wonderful job and explained everything. The vacuum that came with the pool does a wonderful job.

We ordered an above ground 24 foot pool through Blue World Pools. They exceeded our expectations in the materials used and work performed. We had a "no pressure" meeting with a sales representative. They want to be sure you are satisfied.

The installer explained about opening pool in detail. I videotaped him telling me what to do and why. Just not an installer he was very knowledgeable!!! Thank you! He made sure the area was level. And that the pool was in the right spot!

My experience with Blue World Pools was a little rocky, customer service needs training on customer etiquette, however the sales rep and installer were great to work with. I purchased the classic and I’m very satisfied with the product, a little pricey but worth the reward on a hot day. The vacuum is amazing and the pool is very low maintenance.

The installer and his crew was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about installing the pool. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up all the trash. The installer answered questions we had and showed us how to operate the the pool.

Our family just got a pool from Blue World Pools and we love it.. The installer (Paul) that came to our home was awesome. Paul walked my husband through everything that needed to be done when the pool was finished being installed and gave us his business card in case we had any issues. Love the service. Don't find service like this anymore..

The installation was a bit challenging but the workers kept at it and saw to every detail. I had to take down our existing pool after thirty years and also remove most of our existing deck as it went all the way around. We had just enough room to fit the twenty-four foot classic model into that space. The intakes on the bottom of the pool combined with the skimmer really keep the water extra clean.

We received our pool four weeks after purchase and we couldn't be happier! Installation went great too. The entire family including the dogs love it!! No regrets here! We plan on using this every summer for the next 15 years!

Once we ordered the pool a installation company contacted us on a delivery and installation date. Installed in a few days. Everything was explained on how to treat the water and how to operate the pool pump. Pool warranty was discussed and if we had any problems to contact Blue World Pools and they would take care of it.

Talking with the salesperson was an experience. It was a very fantastic experience. Working with the finance and sales personally was wonderful as well. Easy process. Finally the installation. The installer went above and beyond to make sure we knew what we were getting and where we wanted it installed. Perfectly set the pool up in a very timely manner and was very polite the entire time. Showing great respect for my property and myself. Could not be happier in my experience.

The installation went smooth. The installer was honest and explained everything and answered every question we had. He showed us how to operate the pump and didn't leave us with anything that he didn't already explain.

The pool is great. The people are very happy to help when you them. The pool is very good quality. The service is great. They are concerned if there is a problem and help when needed. There is no keeping up with it. Water is clear and clean. Love it. Happy that I bought it. I would tell everyone to get one..

Everything we researched was on point, from the sales rep to the finance dept to the men who did the install. Each went beyond to answer any questions we had, the end product was exceptional We are very excited to say we have a Blue World pool.

We got a free upgrade to a larger pool and some added items free. The installation crew arrived when they said they would and they were very professional and knowledgeable. They went over all the startup and maintenance steps with us twice in addition to written instructions and a link to a website with videos.

Blue World Pools went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them. They helped me out in a lot of ways and answered all my questions. Pool was installed very nicely and looks great using a lot.

Very nice people. Great pool. Is low maintenance. It’s been a lot of fun in the few weeks that we have had it. It only took a few hours before it was ready to go! The installer showed all the general care too.

When the salesman came to our house to go over the pool, he showed us examples of materials used. The liner he showed us was much thicker than the actual liner installed. I was told I would receive a call to schedule the install in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks and no call, I called them and they claimed to have never received our paperwork. So they "upgraded" us to the deluxe pool. It was supposed to be upgraded everything. I would hate to see the material they use for the other pools.

Installed in 1 day. Did a great job. Blue World Pools did a great job. Salesperson did great job showing us all the different pools, explaining financial options. Installers how to take care of pool and winterize the pool.

Delivered and installed product on time and installed correctly, everything promised came without a problem and even some extras were thrown in, couldn't be happier, looking forward to doing more business in the future.

We bought a 24' pool this summer. The sales lady was very informative and not pushy. It took a month to get the install crew out. They worked through the day to get the install done in one day. Everything went great!

I recommend. Them they offer a great product. Installation was professional. Got it installed on time. I paid in full at install and they gave me extra stuff for pool. I recommend them. I bought the midgrade product. I don't regret it.

We love our Blue World Pool! There is no better way to start and or finish the day and the minimal amount of upkeep is an added bonus for sure. I never really thought I would get a pool simply because of the cost and time for maintenance and with Blue World Pools it's not a concern anymore.

Very good customer service and sales team and our installer was the best and did a great job. Would recommend them to anyone. Our friends and neighbors are all coming over asking who did our pool and trying to get one also. Me and my wife love the pool and love relaxing in our pool everything after our hard days at work.

Needed in a hurry and they got me completely installed within 3 weeks. My son's birthday was coming and he wanted a pool party and they made it happen. Everyone was really nice and as helpful as could be.

We had a representative named Lisa come meet with us to explain all about the different pools and prices. She was very friendly and helpful. We decided on a 27ft round midline pool. Next we got on the schedule within 4-6 weeks but ended up having to reschedule for permit reasons in our county. Once the permit issue was resolved we got back on the schedule within 2 weeks & our pool installer Josh & Kyle came & got everything set up within a day. They were hard working, friendly, and answered all of our questions. So far everything is looking amazing & working properly. We have not been able to enjoy our pool yet due to issues getting our county inspection completed.

Company was easy to work with and all expectation have been met or exceeded. Installation was fast and professional. Financing is available and easy to qualify. If you are shopping for a quality pool with excellent service and professional installation I would strongly recommend Blue World Pools.

So my husband was scrolling through FB and saw an ad for Blue World Pools. He called and talked to them and set up an appointment with a consultant. The consultant came out, his name is Damon. We showed him where we wanted the pool, went back in the house sat down and went over everything from sizes, questions, to prices and more question.

Salesperson came to our house. We heard about the pools and lifetime warranty. Within a month we have our pool and can't wait to get to use it. The hot summers we have in Tennessee are awful. This will get us outside enjoying the summer. Thanks again BLUE World Pools.

Blue World Pools sold us their midline pool and we became a “show pool” for potential buyers. Our pool installation was delayed but when it happened there were no problems. The pool has held up well and we are enjoying it. We like the ionizer so we don’t have to worry about chlorine.

This product is superior to the one we had in the past. It was great to have someone install it for us and we did not have to do it ourselves. The company sent an installer that even prepared the pool site for us.

Blue World Pools is a horrendous company to deal with. True scammers. They don’t tell you when they finance that the interest rate keeps rising and you end up paying $40,000 to $50,000 for a $3,000 pool. They also put a lien on your home and horribly rude every time you talk to them on the phone! They scammed my elderly parents. Got them to finance and put a lien on their home. My parents had already paid them over $25,000 when they where still alive. They both passed away last year and we had to sell their property to pay their debt. Blue world pools was unbelievably rude, NEVER offered any condolences for us losing our parents, only demanded the rest of their money and sent threatening text messages about the lien. When we sold their property we had to pay them ANOTHER $16,000 to get the lien off the property. In total that was $41,000 for a $3,000 pool!

I have had a very good experience with Blue World Pools. The pool is high quality, the customer service department has been very responsive to my questions and the parts and service group has been great. I spend a lot of time in my pool, and it has changed our lives for the better since the first day we got in the pool. The ionization technology is such an improvement over chlorine or salt, we love it. I would recommend to anyone.

The finance dept. was also helpful, they listened and cared about the customer, they communicated through the whole process, and handled everything for me. I purchased a pool from Blue World pools and the installation was fairly quick and the installs were fantastic in going over how to use the systems. They were polite and efficient and answered any questions we had. They also reminded us of we have any other questions to just give a call.

I have the 24 ft and we love it. The pool ionizer and bottom drains is what I like the best. Getting a pool from Blue World is a one stop shop. They set everything up. I recommend getting a Blue World Pool.

We shopped several pool places and decided to go with Blue World Pools because of the knowledge and the history of their pools. The staff was able to answer all our questions and also concerns. The pool, liner, and pump seem to be high quality. Would recommend.

It is sad that a star has to be given instead of a red flag. The customer service from the time we got the pool until now, has been terrible. We have been trying to get a valve replaced on our 2-year-old crooked pool (purchased the most expensive pool they have) for over a month! My first call, they said it isn’t covered under warranty and had a contractor contact me to set up to get it fixed. TWICE, he was a no-call no-show. The agent said “Well, if he doesn’t call you again, we will hit him in his pockets and fine him $250”….sooooo they were going to just profit on my misfortune (which they did), my inconvenience, & our ruined Father’s Day plans.

I contacted them and was told if I book my appointment the same day then they would take an extra $100 off purchase price. They then call back and say no one available for the appointment in my area so they'll just mail material to purchase the pool...no mention of the extra $100 off because no appointment! I also received no voice-mail regarding cancelation which they claim was about 30 minutes before the appointment. I was then told someone could show me larger pools instead of what I'd asked for. It feels like a scam.

I'm extremely busy to keep up with pool, I want to swim in pool and Blue World Pools can do all this with a phone call.. The patience is like if they are here in my backyard. Excited and extremely happy.

My husband and I had a great experience with Blue World Pools. John came out and sat down to talk with us about purchasing our dream pool. And he made it happen. Jeremy and Zach came out and installed it, in less than 3 months from doing the paperwork. We were shocked at that. Overall experience has been great and we’re pleased.

The customer service department is wonderful. They help me out with getting another liner and ionizer for my pool with no problem. Customer service rep was very nice and knowledgeable. The pool is amazing and the whole family loves it.

Blue World Pools were easy to deal with and they wasted no time in getting our pool installed. RSL installation installed the pool and did a great job. The pool looks great. They even told me any problem reach out to them not Blue World. I was having cloudy and green tint water. They were able to walk me through what I was doing wrong. My water is back blue and clear. Recommend.

I’ve had a great experience with Blue World with their product (the pool is beautiful) and the customer service has been fabulous too! They are always available to answer my questions! It’s very helpful since I am a first time pool owner.

From the initial meeting with the salesman to the final installation everyone was very friendly and professional. Salesman helped get the pool I wanted at a payment I could afford. The scheduling department had to reschedule the installation several times due to weather conditions. They worked around my schedule. It took less than 2 hours to install my 25ft x 52inch round pool. My pool is the sturdiest, well designed and most attractive above ground pool I have ever seen.

I have found to be much more relaxed after I got my pool. My health has improved. It’s great exercise. I’m enjoying it because it’s not cheaply made. It’s well-built. My husband and I are two big people in this pool is amazing for the both of us

BlueWorld Pools have the best pools around! They are pricey but my kids are happy that’s all that matters to me! Thanks for the first time great installation for my pool we enjoy it every summer with big gatherings with our family.. lots of fun and laughter.

We got our pool in October of 2020. Beside the delay it was great service. The installer did a fantastic job. Finance was excellent also and the sales person addressed our concerns and helps us with best pool.

Updated on 05/14/2024: This review is for a product after a year of ownership. I’ve always felt looking back one year later can tell a lot. In this regards, the 24 foot AGP I got a year ago has performed well beyond expectations. This is South Florida. The maintenance has been very minimal. Mine is a no chlorine power ion system. The water is so nice and clear. I was told exactly how to take care of it by the install team and they have been on point about it. My water has been so blue all year. Looking forward to cleaner and funnier times ahead this summer!

This will be our 3rd year having our Blue World Pool swimming pool. I will be honest, we were hesitant to buy with the price that was quoted. However, the installation was complete and we were using our pool within 3 weeks. Since day one, we have had very minimal time spent on maintaining crystal clear water. That in itself is worth every penny spent for our water oasis in our backyard. We put very minimal amount of bleach in once a week, perform a 5 minute backwash (which is soooo simple) and otherwise just skim any leaves that fall in that comes with having our Blue World pool! to the pool and we are swimming all summer.
