The delivery and installation of our pool went smoothly and we are very popular with friends and family. About a month after start-up our pump started leaking but the service department shipped us a replacement and now the pool is operating great.

We were lucky to get a pool when we did. Though we spent more than we wanted the quality was worth it. Installation was satisfactory and completed in two days. Asked to have ladder moved; I did it myself as installer was too busy.
The construction crew arrived at my property the night before on their way home from a previous install to drop off some equipment for the next day. They arrived back the next morning and began work at the time they had indicated before. We discussed where the pool was to be placed and the location of the ladder and filter. The job went like clockwork with no unexpected delays. The soil removed was placed where I wanted it to fill in some low spots in my yard. Was enjoyable to watch the progress and efficiency with which they worked. By the end of the day, the pool was up and running. Water was obtained from the local fire department that took the load off my well. All in all, I am extremely pleased.
When they installed the pool the pump did not work and they dug a deep trench (a little over 3 feet deep) around the pool. For the past 13+ months I have been calling and trying to get the problem resolved. They refuse to honor the warranty and the trench is dangerous.
Worth waiting on. Very sturdy, beautiful and easy to clean. I believe that this pool will last many years. We had an issue with the pump leaking and Blue World Pools took care of the issue in a timely manner. Mr ** the man that put in the pool Very professional and polite.
This has been our first experience with Blue World Pools and I have to say, despite the long wait to enjoy it, we are super pleased! We have to give high praise to everyone involved from the salesman, to the financial and installation departments, as well as our installers, who kicked tail getting everything placed just right! My family can now enjoy making memories in our own backyard for years to come thanks to our new amazing pool!

Great expectations is what I had in Blue World Pools. I got everything I was promised and then some. Not a day goes by that I'm out at my pool, even if I don't get in it. I enjoy just sitting by the water or in the water. It has become my sanctuary.
When we originally reached out to Blue World Pools while searching for our above ground pool the company looked legit. When the salesman came to our home he was polite and assisted us with getting our pool. He intentionally did not say anything about the details of the contract that we did not see. Things like our $250000 home was collateral for an $18000 pool. That we were not allowed to refinance our home while we had the loan. Other details about delinquency and foreclosure were not explained! This company is all about acquisition and not educating consumers. They are snake oil salesman....Stay FAR away! Encourage everyone to look elsewhere for their pools!
From our sales lady Tamara to Paul and his installation crew everything was a smooth efficient process! The ionization pump system is very easy to maintain as we were told when we signed our contract. Our sales lady did excellent job with her presentation and did not try to push us into signing a contract right away.
We bought our pool May 2020. This was a cash deal. The salesman was late, but called ahead of time. Once he arrived he was very nice and knowledgeable about the pool. He was able to answer any question we had. Our pool was installed about 4 weeks later. The installation guys were awesome. Very friendly and explained everything to us that we needed to do on our end after they left. Service has been great also. Always answers our questions and very friendly. The whole process has been very easy. Our family has enjoyed the pool every day since. Great job Blue World Pools.
It did take a while to get our pool installed because of COVID-19. I believe they were just that busy. Once we got it installed though, it has been completely worth it. The pool itself is beautiful and is put together nicely. It looks and feels high end. The liner is thick. It is very easy to take care of and we love the ion system, it was so worth it! Everyone that has come by to see and use it has been very impressed and our family has had so much fun in it this summer. This is exactly what we were looking for with 2 small children!
The salesperson was knowledgeable and very social, she answered all my questions, seemed very confident in their product. I was able to negotiate and got the deal that I asked for. The installation crew was great, they were very helpful and stuck with me during the complete installation and follow up to correct some of my concerns. The pool is a great looking addition to our yard. We are still in the landscape process complete the yard and plan on building a small deck in the offseason, once completed I will upload some pictures. I would recommend Blue World to my neighbors and friends.
My pool, purchased from Blue World Pools, was install by a guy named Brody and he was awesome! He and his "helpers" installed my pool in a few days and it's perfectly level, no issues all summer. We love our new pool!

Got the pool installed the first part of June. Absolutely had the best installer ever! Cameron and his brother worked hard and got the water started before they left! Went through all the instructions and made sure we were completely comfortable before they left! It took us a few days to get the pool filled and get our chemicals all done since we live 20 miles from our pool store. Once getting that we have been all in on the pool! We’ve had lots of company since we got it installed! Haven’t regretted it for a minute! The grandkids and nieces love it! What a great way to spend our Covid 19 shutdown!
The installation was good and prompt and the installers were good and professional. They also asked us before installing if we were sure thats what we wanted and also made sure to clean up the mess. We love our new pool. We have good customer service every time we have called.

Blue World Pools has agreed to cancel our contract without penalty, refund our deposit and suppress the inquiry on our credit. We have received our deposit back and are now satisfied with the resolution.
Has been a horrible experience since we started this purchase. Very few answered phone calls or returned messages. We have been given 5 different install dates. We have tried to cancel our order now. No one will answer or return calls. We even sent a certified letter to cancel and a week later still no response. If I could give zero stars I would. This is still an ongoing nightmare. Oh they will also do a credit check even if you are paying cash. No reason for that cause they require half payment before they start installing and the remainder after it done. Payment has to be from guaranteed payment such as cashiers check. No reason for credit check if you are not financing through them.
We decided to purchase a pool from Blue World Pools because it was the best deal we could find. After the process of buying, we were offered an upgrade to the best pool they offered, along with some bonuses. We are now swimming in a better pool and enjoying every minute of it.
The pool looks great! My family has really enjoyed having a pool in the backyard. Their customer service could be better but the installation crew was awesome considering there were only two young guys doing all the work. In just a couple of days it was up and running.
Ordered pool. Took about a month to come in. Install was changed because salesman did not know installer would not remove small shrub.. After that install went smooth.. We love our pool. Use it every day..
While getting started with Blue World Pools was a little tricky at the start (due to Covid and the shutdown), I have to say once the process got started it went pretty quick. We were wanting our pool for our 28th anniversary celebration and they made it happen!!! The installation was quick and the installer was awesome!!! I would recommend them!!!
I bought a 24ft round above ground pool from Blue World Pools. They installed within three weeks which gave us enough time to get permit and electrical done. The first installer made some mistakes, but Blue World Pools made everything right without any issues. Thank you.
We love the pool. The installer was knowledgeable and experienced. He gave us a lot of information about the ionizer vs chemicals. They did a great job. We swim every day. It is easy to keep clean and really a necessity in Texas!!!!
We are really enjoying our awesome pool! It's deep and big and the kids are really enjoying it. I was a little worried about putting it in the shade but it's been a dream and the water stays cool and refreshing. Just had our first hurricane and the pool did great.

My experience was exactly what my salesperson said it would be. The employees are kind and informed about the product they sell. My family and I have enjoyed our Blue World Pool from the first day we were able to swim.
If I could, I would give this business 0 stars. We signed our contract on June 23rd. Our salesman promised us that even though the contract says that the installation takes 30-120 days, it would be installed in 4 weeks. (He said that the 120 days on the contract was for places that needed extra work to get the area ready for the pool to be installed, like removing trees, etc.) He said over and over that Blue World Pools was a family business and the owner, Sean G. Michael Warren, wants to only do right by his customers. I specifically asked him if we find out that they are not able to set up by the end of July could we cancel and still get our money back and he said absolutely.
I also asked him a specific example and said "Let's say in 2 weeks my husband loses his job because of COVID can we cancel even though the contract says that they will charge us 50%." He said, "Yes they would let you cancel and you would get your money back, the owner would never do something like that, he is a family man." Well he lied because it is Aug 7th and the pool is still not installed and we are being told we cannot cancel.
On Aug 5th after still not having an install date, we called to cancel the pool. We thought it would be no problem because we were promised by our salesman that we could cancel. My husband talked to couple different people and they were both extremely rude. One man chuckled and told him that if he really wanted to cancel then fine but we were going to be charged 50% of the contract. When we told him what our salesman said he just said we have 120 days to have the pool installed and you signed the contract knowing that. At this point we got off the phone because the man was being rude and was not helpful at all.
Next we talked to a person who said he was the VP of the company. He said pretty much repeated the same things that the other people have said. That they have until 120 days to install and that they were extremely busy because of COVID. We realized we had been screwed. Either we got a $5000 bill and no pool or we got the pool but it would be in a couple weeks (at least that is what we thought). The man promised me that the pool would be installed in time for us to enjoy it this season. We just had to be patient. I asked when we would find out the install date. He said he could not give it to me but someone would call soon. Well yesterday someone did call but the install date they gave was Sept 17th. We are in Ohio and our pool season is over at the end of Aug. The VP knows this and even brought up that he knew our pool season would be ending soon so it needed to be installed soon.
We were pretty upset over this. We went to the BBB website to file a complaint and saw that 3 other people filed complaints and they signed their contracts in July. Those 3 got their pools installed already. They had their pools installed in 4-5 weeks. So why is ours being installed 3 months from when we signed our contract. Blue World Pools promotes itself as a family business which is supposed to convey that it is a business you can trust and that will treat you like "family".
I would not treat my worst enemy the way Blue World Pools has treated us. If we had known that the pool would not be installed until Sept 17th, we would never have signed the contract. I know that they can say that their contract says that they have 30-120 days to install however their employees play that down and promised that it would be installed in 4 weeks. I am not the only customer that has complained about this. I want Sean G. Michael Warren, the owner, to contact us and if his company really is a "family business", then make this right and give us our deposit back and cancel our contract with no penalty.
Great pool, quality Pump, liner, & ladder is so comfortable. My only complaint is that after asking multiple people, multiple times to provide a receipt that says I paid the pool in full using a cashier’s check from my bank no one has gotten back to me. I’m happy with the 24’ round pool. I use it 3 or 4 times a week and everything is great quality. I have had it since June 2020.
I love my pool! The side of the pool is sturdy. The lining is sturdy, pretty and strong. The ladder folds up so my two little girls age 2 and 5 cannot enter the pool without an adult pulling the ladder down. The side of the pool is very sturdy. I was concerned about this because we have some strong winds in Texas, but i'm not concerned about the pool structure. The pump is POWERFUL. When I was told this is a zero maintenance pool, I was extremely skeptical, but they were right! The pump is very strong and keeps the pool clean. We only run our pump for 12 hours which keeps electric costs down. We are very pleased with our pool and would absolutely recommend this pool.
My husband and I have had an overall good experience with Blue World Pools. We were able to start enjoying our pool about a month after purchase, which during these crazy times, seems pretty fast to me. Everyone we talked to were friendly, helpful and strived to provide us the best deal.
My pool is everything they said it would be and more. I absolutely love the low maintenance, the size, the quality and look. I have a large family but could not afford an in ground pool, my entire family can swim and we don't rub elbows. The Sales Rep that came to my house was very professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of their products. We told him what we wanted and he was able to direct us to our 27' Classic pool.
We had an issue as our deck was being built around our pool as it is slightly un-level (A little more than they allow). We contacted Sean ** (Manager) and he was willing to have the installers come back out, drain our pool and re-level it. He even sent us a few gifts for the pool so that our kids could enjoy. Any questions that we have had since having the pool installed, whether it be about maintenance, the system, etc, they have been very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
We are very pleased with the pool and the service. Everything was on time. The appointment and the installation went smoothly. I have recommended the company to my neighbor and they are in the process of getting one installed.
I purchased my Blue World Pools in May and was able to have it installed by June 12. My family is enjoying this wonderful pool during all the very hot days we have been having this summer! Thank you Blue World Pools for such a quality pool and the excellent service you have provided me.
The after install service is horrendous and non-existent. I've been dealing with them for over 4 months on trying to get service even after being charged for service and nothing. No response from them without hounding them, and now I'm getting nothing again so I've got a pool that is 4 years old which is worthless because they won't follow through with service afterwards like they said they would. This is definitely one company I'd give zero/negative stars to if possible. Company is shady and during installation before they will even do the installation, they want you to sign paperwork saying that they haven't told you any false information or bad dealings with them the whole time. If you refuse to sign, they won't do the install yet still want payment due to the contract which in itself is a shady tactic.
Enjoying the pool, install was easy. They come do it all. Salesman is not pushy, these are not cheap but worth every penny. The colour are very modern and pleasing. Don’t ever buy that other brand.... You know the one, this one has lifetime guarantee.
5 years into my purchase, I find out that I cannot refinance my pool to lower my interest rate from 15.9% due to the fact that they put a lien on your property. I'm also having issues with parts failing that I thought would be covered under they highly praised "lifetime warranty". The warranty, I'm told, is a "pro-rated warranty". I'm not sure it covers anything. I'm very disappointed, to say the least. It is VERY difficult to talk to a human when I call. I don't get return calls when I leave a message. When I do finally reach a rude customer service person, they cannot answer my questions immediately and "cannot guarantee a call back" to give me the answers I need. This is a SCAM from many angles! BEWARE!!!
Yes you can. The fixture filing lien does not prevent you from refinancing your pool financing with someone else and paying us off. If you are paying us off with the refinance then we release the fixture filing. If you are not paying us off we do what is called a subordination so you can refinance your home to get a better rate. We know by you saving money it helps you pay all your bills including the pool payment. Your initial review was during the busiest time of the year for us in the service department in the middle of the COVID19 pandemic. We did our absolute best to operate during this timeframe. We are in the office from 9-6 M-S in the service side. The warranty is exactly as detailed in the contract you signed and is pro-rated based on the swim season of initial purchase. I called Blue World Pools (you see their spots on TV all the time $399 for a big ole pool everything included). I just wanted a pool for my grandson! Anyway, I talked to the guy on the phone, he explained everything to me then asked me for my name and address. Seemed harmless enough! Well today I had a hard hit on my credit report, you know, the one I've been working on forever!!! I was SO angry. To add insult to injury, we had an appointment today at 12 noon and they were a no-show! So what do they gain by this scam? They don't know who they messed with...here goes the letter-writing and calling and driving them crazy campaign... Avoid this company! They never call when they say they will and keep putting us off...
My family and I bought a pool from Blue World Pools Inc. in May of 2020. We were told that it would be 3-4 weeks before our pool would be installed, and that we were lucky because the demand for pools was so high. Around 3 weeks later I received the phone call to set up the date for our pool installation. Yay! Things seemed to be going well! The date for our pool installation came and the pool installer called to say that his truck needed repairs. OK, well things happen, no big deal. He said he would be there the next day to install the pool.
Around 1:30 the following day we had not heard a word from Blue World Pools or the installer. We contacted the woman that sold us our pool. She was able to figure out that our installer quit that morning and told us, "There is no one else in MO to install your pool." She said we were the "highest priority". 2 weeks go by and no word from Blue World Pools or their representatives. So I take it upon myself to see what is going on with my swimming pool (btw I have already paid them $700 of my hard earned money and spent $100s of dollars on other pool necessities).
After being disconnected 4 times while trying to reach their installation department, the representative tells me July 7th for a new installation date. I questioned the length of time and was told that I was going to be a high priority with my new pool installation date, she said "believe me when I tell you, you are lucky it is that early, we are so busy". Is that supposed to make me feel better?
Another 2 weeks goes by and I have heard NOTHING from BWP. Finally on July 5th we get a phone call from the installer and he confirms the 7/7 install. OK, finally on the right track. Guess what? It's 3pm on 7/7 and I still have NO POOL. Installer called this morning and told me he went to the warehouse this morning to get our pool, and it wasn't there. "Maybe I can do it tomorrow". "Blue World Pools is experiencing higher than usual demand". All of this is just excuses and extreme unprofessionalism. I feel like I have been scammed and I am beyond upset about my experience with this company. I am currently trying to cancel my order, but of course I can't get anyone to call me back. Do yourself a favor and shop locally for a pool like I should've, but whatever you do: DO NOT get a pool from Blue World Pools, Inc.
My experience with Blue World was very professional and understanding. They kept me updated with my installment dates. Because of the Coronavirus I had to wait longer than usual with my installment dates so that was a little frustrating. But they reassured me that they was doing everything and everything that they can to get the process done as fast as he can.
Stay away from this company - do not call for their $399. Special. They will run your credit without your permission by using you phone number and address. I feel so violated. It said on my credit report for "Financing!" why would I finance $400.00?? Kira (a tech) was supposed to come here today at 4:00pm est. It is 4:50pm! I tried to call and speak the finance department and no one was available! I was transferred to 3 different people. Total scam artist!
This was not my first rodeo with a pool, although my previous pool was much larger and different. It was a Utopia (European pool made to be above and inground due to strange circumstances - creek bank and shelf rocks). I love my new smaller pool and the virtual non maintenance (as far as balancing chemicals). I LOVE the COPPER/SILVER IONIZATION - no chlorine or salt required!! system. My new pool has been very easy to maintain and is so BEAUTIFUL!! I would recommend anyone wanting an above ground pool that will LAST to call Blue World Pools. Lifetime warranty on the pump, pool, liner and autovac is hard to beat!! :)
I wish I could leave a great review with a beautiful picture of a pool, but I STILL DON'T HAVE ONE. I was told by the sales rep that this was a 3-4 week process for installation. We're past 4 weeks and my file cannot even make it out of the finance department. I have been told twice in the last week that I am in the pile to be called today by the underwriter. Today I spoke to someone in the finance department named Larry and, sure enough, I was told the same thing. Each time the same story: they are looking at my physical file, it's on the desk, I will be called today.
I am tired of hearing that and when I asked to speak to someone over him he just kept repeating the same thing. Would not switch me to different department when asked, would not tell me who is over the department, just the same thing over and over that I will be called today. Then he threatened that he will tell the underwriter that I do not want to be called today (like I believe that's going to happen anyways) before hanging up on me. Now I am on hold all over again while leaving this review. I am beyond fed up with being given the run around with this company.
it was a pleasant experience working with Blue World Pools. they are very respectful and helpful if you have any questions at all. Everything was explained completely and in a way that we could understand it. Everything was also put in writing. We would recommend them to anyone.
I absolutely love my pool. I have more time to swim and way less time having to clean it. I have got in my pool every day since I bought it as long as weather permitted. It takes less chemical it has stayed so crystal blue too. We love it.
We had a great experience with Blue World Pools and love our new pool. Install was quick and professional. The whole process was easy and streamlined. The installers were courteous and professional and stayed longer to help us better understand the pool system.
Excellent work from the installer. He was helpful and efficient. So far we love it. The pool is gorgeous. We had a pool before but it wasn't as nice as this one. The ion filtration system is really good.
Year one of never owning a pool has been an experience. We love the pool and watching the grandkids get better and better at swimming. It is a very relaxing place to unwind after a long day at work...
Sales lied about prices and commitment. Call them about 3 weeks ago, to see about their prices for above ground pools. I was told they had pools in stock and they could beat the price that we had gotten for another company that had one in stock plus they gave me 1000 off on it. So we cancelled the other one! They set up a time to come out to the house, they told me they was sending someone out from Little Rock. I told them that is over 6 hrs from my house, they said that was ok. We set up a 1pm. At 11am they called to the date, said he was tried up and could not make it. So they changed it to the next day at 3pm.
So here two day of sitting around waiting, I called them about 330pm to see where he was at. Then I was told they was going to call them to check. After a little while on hold, they came back and said that tech said he was not going to come out to was too far for him. So they want to set up a different time and a different tech out of Springfield or Joplin to come out, I told them Springfield was closer. But I would hold off. I called that company back that was going to sell me that pool they had in stock and they told me it sold, now I would have to wait anywhere from 8 weeks to 18 weeks before they have more in.
So I called them Blue World Pools back up to set up a time for them to come out to the house, again they asked for are names and DOB. "Why" so they set up a time for today at 3pm. Again I waited till 330 to call them to see where the tech was at. Then I get the runaround, for this person to that person, they would hang up on me. I call over and over again, to find out what is the problem.
Finally they told me that I am over a 100 miles from the closest sales tech and because of that I would not be able to purchase a pool from them. So I asked to talk to a supervisor or manager to file a complaint and they hang up on me again. So I called back, asked for a supervisor and got hang up on again. Finally after the 5th or 6th time they transfer me to a lady to reset up my appointment so I told her what was going on, then she sent me to a different sales department. After telling him what was going on, he said sorry about everything and that the pools there are over 12,000 so how is that cheaper or can beat the other company's price.
Company owner reached out and got me in touch with the finance department and answered all of my questions. The check clearing early was an absolute error and not typical. They had been having trouble with their phones. Oh, I did find the paperwork with the lien notice and I remember that now. There's a lot that they go over when you apply. Also, the contract had the payment amount and I feel a little better. I am still waiting on information about installation which is frustrating but I get that they are busy this time of year and COVID may have some installers down.
We had a very nice salesman come out and we purchased a pool with a post-dated deposit check that was cashed right away. I received a text from financing and cannot get anyone on the phone. I've called. My husband called. I even responded to the text but nothing. My husband left messages but no one got back with him. I left a voicemail and it will be returned at their convenience but the text was all caps and seemed super urgent.
We still don't have an install date which is fine because that check clearing destroyed our budget. I'm going to elaborate because if you're that tight, you don't need a pool, right? We had already had a setback this month but I'd scheduled the appointment so we met. I told the sales rep that we were going to have to wait. He got on the phone and got a great deal and said we could post date a check for the deposit. He was super polite and went out while my husband and I talked it over. We could afford the installation and deposit in July at the time so we went for it. The deposit was always the hurdle. It was the reason I wanted to walk away and think it over. It went against my better judgment but I wrote a post dated check.
I have a picture of the check the day I wrote it because we don't have carbons and we have the picture from the bank. It was clearly written for July. I tried calling several times and was hung up on as was my husband. I understand there is an issue with the phone lines based on comments to other people. It was outside the three day cooldown period so we just wanted to talk with financing to make sure that the rest of the information provided was accurate and figure out what is happening.
Already finding out that this was probably a poor choice, but at this point I feel like we are screwed. When I went to put the information for the auto draft on the paperwork, he told me not to worry about putting down the monthly payment, which in retrospect was odd. I read the contract and didn't see anything about a lien but what I'm reading elsewhere makes it seem like it's in there. The guy made it seem like nothing starts until it's put in but then he was wrong about the check so when will the payments start? All this and we don't even have the pool yet!!!
It's ten days until the check was supposed to even be allowed to be deposited. So far, not impressed with the company and there doesn't seem to be a way to get them by phone. I'm hoping someone from the company reaches out because it certainly doesn't work when the customer tries. As of right now, I'd say don't do business with them if you can't pay cash. Apparently they do a hard check even if you are. I'm still waiting on the credit check to hit our credit so how I got a call about financing I don't know since I can't reach the company!
Our pool installed end of last summer. Completed in one day. So glad we have it to enjoy. We are new to this so had lots of questions. Get a Blue World Pool ????♀️ I truly like that the pool uses Copper Ionization technology rather than chemicals. Healthy swimming. This company asked for my name and date of birth to verify my address. I never provided my social security Number and they ran a hard inquiry on my credit without my permission. I just don’t understand how it is possible for a company to pull your credit without your permission. Their company never asked to pull my credit. They said they just needed the info to verify my home ownership. They did disclose they were running a credit check.
Great Pool! Great Investment! Great Quality! Great Service! My family and I love the pool. So easy to maintain being chlorine free. We haven't been able to enjoy it as much as we would like due to us having a deck built around it and some landscaping. We can't wait until everything is done to fully enjoy the pool everyday. Even our neighbors are wanting to try it out.

From the time when the salesman visited us to when our Pool was installed. Blue World Pools went above and beyond our expectations. The install date was in line with the quoted timeframe the salesman stated to us when we ordered our pool. The Installer did a fantastic job!!! We had heard about other pool installations going horribly wrong from other who had purchased from various companies. We are ecstatic how good our installed Pool looks and operates. Anyone who see our pool always makes comments about how nice it looks. Finally, The Pool. The quality is top notch. I was a bit hesitant with a No Chemical Pool. Boy was I wrong. Just follow the directions that Blue World Pool provides and no issues. My pool has stayed Crystal Clear since it was Installed. Bravo Blue World Pools!!!!

The pool installers were great. They did a great job and were very professional. We love our pool. Maintenance is easy and have had no problems with our pool or equipment. Blue World has continued their service with a great customer service department as well.
We had an excellent experience with Blue World Pools from start to finish. Our sales rep was informative and low pressure. The timeframe frame sales contact to install was roughly 3 weeks with great communication and an upgrade and better financing terms than we could have anticipated. First time pool owner and it was a lot to deal with at first. I called the service department several times with questions and they were always friendly and very helpful. They help ease my concerns. My two young boys can't wait to swim in the pool everyday!! Glad we finally decided to buy our first pool through Blue World.
I’m glad we were able to find a great pool through Blue World Pools. They were upfront about everything as far as when we were going to get our pool, what our payments were going to be. Worked with us when it came to payments.
We got the run around from this company from the very beginning. When the installer finally arrived, he came without the product and said that he could start prepping the area but that the warehouse was closed when he went to pick it up. Then he wanted us to sign an agreement that we inspected the product and agree that it arrived in tact before he could start. We refused so he had to leave. The poor communication between the installers and the service department is just the tip of the iceberg.
First install - the plumbing leaked and it was not level. They left our yard a complete disaster. We had to rent a skid steer and still, after a year, it looks horrible. It took us months to get anyone to call us back. We were told that they would send someone out at the end of the season. At the end of the season we got the run around, but finally got another installer out.
Second install - We had to completely drain the pool and two guys came out, tore it out, and re-leveled it. When they took the liner out it was revealed that the liner wasn't cut out on one of the bottom drains so it hadn't been operational all season. They put the pool back together and left. They left the old liner and all of the packaging that they brought with them laying in our yard. Keep in mind that it takes several days to fill this pool, so several days later, once the water got up to the skimmer, it started poring out the side. Turns out they didn't align the liner properly so there was a huge gap around where the water is returned to the pool after it runs though the filter. We had to stop the pool and our water sat stagnate until Blue World could send someone else out. Many many calls and no returns more run around, finally someone comes out (over a month later!). We had to completely drain the pool yet again!
Third Install - Two different guys came out. At this point not one person has been consistent. Same scenario as second install. Except they forgot to replace the bolts in one of our support legs so it's falling apart where they meet. We got the pool refilled just in time to winterize it. Side affects of three installs in one season include: strain and aging on the pump and filter (they're basically three years old). We have a well with a water filter systems and softener that the water runs through, so there's aging and strain on my home water system. Spent extra money replacing the filters in that system more frequently due to the amount of water we are pumping through them. Blue World doesn't care. They don't return your phone calls more often than they do. Many of their receptionists are rude. They hire installers from Craig's list, which is why you will never run into the same person more than once.
Now, after all of this, our pump and filter aren't working properly. The filter is pumping the sand into the pool and needs replaced, but Blue World wouldn't return our calls until after our 1 year warranty expired and now want us to pay to replace it and pay the labor for the repairs. The reason they are broken is due to the back flushing and process that you follow during the initial set up and it's their fault that we had to completely drain the pool three times!
We are powerless and feel completely defeated that we spent $12,000 on a pool that has so many issues and is going to cost us even more money to fix. And we can't stomach completely draining and refilling this pool a fourth time to fix the remaining install issue. We've talked to everyone up to the owner of the company and just today we spoke to a service technician that called us to arrange payment for his labor to come out and work on the filter. This was supposed to be fun, but it's been nothing but stress and depression.
We are very pleased with the customer service of Blue World Pools. The entire experience from sales, installation and to financing has been exemplary. We look forward to many summer days and nights beside our pool.
I called to ask about buying a pool. I was immediately asked to schedule a site visit, and during this scheduling, I was asked for my name, address, and date of birth. When I questioned Blue World Pools about why they needed a DOB to schedule a site visit, they told me it was so they could "verify I was the homeowner." I made it clear that I had no intention of taking out a loan, and that I would be paying for any pool I may or may not purchase with cash/card.
They reiterated that they were ONLY verifying my home ownership. However, my credit report showed a hard inquiry for an installment loan that I did NOT consent to. When I called the company and asked them to remove this inquiry as I did not consent, they basically told me I was stupid and that I had consented to this, and suggested I file legal action.
I did NOT consent to applying for a loan, and was led to believe at MOST they would be performing a soft inquiry on my credit file. But beyond this unbelievably shady way of obtaining "consent" I do not appreciate being called stupid when I call in and ask them to rectify a situation that they called. Regardless of whether they actually do a good job with pools or not, I will never recommend using them, because they are deliberately walking as close to the "legal" line as possible without crossing, and anyone who cares about predatory practices only so far as they won't be caught is not someone I want to deal with.
This is a very good pool. It is low maintenance. Good quality pool. No need to constantly add expensive chemicals. The company is easy to work with. Always ready to answer questions and offer help or advice.
We are super satisfied with our Pool experience and Installation. Quality pool and Work! The process was easy and pretty quick??? Salesman was thorough explaining all the features of the pools. Installer was prompt, on time and set up in a very professional manner!
The only thing I can say good about Blue World Pools is about the professionalism of the installer we had. They worked tirelessly trying to resolve all of our issues with the so called service department, the owner which is useless, as was the service manager! Had it not been for the installers this whole experience would have been a nightmare even more so than COVID-19. They went above and beyond to try to resolve our issues.
They actually came back to our home 6 Times and install a new liner because the liner that was shipped was Damaged, and the service department “suggested” we patch it. REALLY!! I explain to the service department that I did not spend $20,000 for a pool liner that was already damaged prior to install. And that they should know that patched liners would eventually leak. This was not acceptable for a new pool liner to be damaged when I got it.
The second liner that was shipped was not the right size!!! As I said, the service department can’t even read and order and send the correct size of liners to a customer. They should have checked to make sure that the right size was being shipped. But of course they blamed the warehouse, and again if the warehouse people that fill orders go by the paperwork they received from the office then how are they to know that they shipped the wrong size.!!! Nothing like placing the blame on someone else, management in the service department as the owner always shift the blame to someone else. If I’m the owner of a company Then I would take full responsibility for my employees and I try my best to make it right instead of blaming someone else.
So again the installers had to drive over two hours to reinstall the third liner. The installers worked in the rain, they worked from daylight to dark, they purchased sand and then purchased more sand to make sure that our pool was perfect. As I said the only good thing about Blue World Pools were the installers. I live in Texas our Ground is black gooey mud. The installers made sure before they left that everything was perfect and I greatly appreciate it since the customer service department was useless. They cleaned up, packed up, hold off trash cleaned around the pool made sure that the ground was swept up raked up cleaned up.
If I had to communicate with anyone from Blue World Pools I went through my installer because trying to talk to anybody in that office was a joke. After speaking to the owner, he offered a upgrade package of “Gifts” Poorly made China made not working floating pool lights. We also received a couple of pool chairs that were OK but could’ve been purchased from Walmart. And some pool toys for the kids. But after spending $20,000 those were just a attempt to make things better. But, it was appreciated because my grandchildren enjoyed the pool toys but it was not equal to the frustration aggravation and lack of helpfulness from the customer service/install department.
If I had to do it over, it would not be with Blue World Pools but once they have you sign that contract you have no choice. They keep your money. They put a lien on your property. But this was my fault for not reading and doing more research on this sham of a company. But again once it was done the pool is great, the low maintenance Ion filter is amazing. And I’m glad that I don’t have to deal with the office (what a joke to call it a joke) ever again!!!
BUYERS BEWARE! Where do I begin! Over 5 weeks of “if anything could go wrong it did!” Wrong size of crab liner, hole in the pool-liner, Horrible customer service! After you buy the pool and it is delivered it is yours!! You cannot send it back! You can not tell them to take their substandard product off your property!!! It is yours!! $12,000 later and 5 trips by the installers (which were amazing, the ONLY good experience we had with Blue World Pools) we are dissatisfied, disillusioned, and disgusted with the customer service we encountered after the pool was “delivered.” Put on hold for 45 minutes by the “owner” Sean Warren, spoken to by a Mr. ** as rude as I have ever been spoken to.
Lied to, ex: new crab liner ordered but when we never received as promised no order could be found, re-install scheduled but installer had not been notified!! When I called to verifiy that they were coming installers did not have us on his install schedule!!!! I could go on and on about the poor customer service and the business practices of Blue World but as I was “told” by their CS and install managers once it has shipped to our home it is ours and we are basically SOL, and we are on the hook for the price of the pool! I truly do not want this pool! My concern is if my experience is as bad now and I don’t even have my pool installed after 6 weeks, how will their warranty work or service be? Please avoid this company at all cost!!!

It was delivered properly and on time. The installers were absolutely wonderful and I had one little issue with the pool after it filled and brush and we swim in it and the Blue World Pools send somebody out and fixed it. I am very happy with all of it. Looking forward to being able to swim this summer since we got it at the end of the year last year.
Horrible experience!! For a $400 pool I do not want a hit on my credit report. I honestly think it's bad business to REQUIRE a credit check before a person can purchase the pool with cash! I don't even understand why you have to send out a sales rep before you can purchase but I was willing to agree to that but I will NOT give you my social security number over the phone especially before the sales rep comes to my home.
My wife and I had been shopping for pools for over three years. Finally we found Blue World Pools. From the day Corina ** (sales rep.) entered our home the experience was painless and flawless. She explained everything and was upfront with us all the way. My one recommendation is do your homework, shop, and be prepared when shopping for a pool. Know, this is a big expense. It has to be thought out and planned. Blue World was with us the whole way and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. I am pleased to say that our pool was installed by Anthony ** of Blue World Pools, and was very professionally done. Top notch. Highly recommend him!! Love this pool. It’s a great quality design and great size to have a wonderful time with friends and family! The ladder is one of our favorite features, it clips up for a great safety feature. Makes it easier to not stress about our little one being able to get in without us!
A minor issue with scheduling but the installer was very understanding and definitely went out of his way to accommodate us. Very professional and informative. He adjusted his schedule and worked well into the evening to make sure the job was complete.
The guys came at 9 am and were done about 6:30 pm. Two of the guys had done lots of work together and worked in sync which was great to watch. The bonus was the pool was ready to swim in the next evening. Fabulous enjoy for my whole family. Wish I had done it years ago.

I had two appts for an estimate and both were a no call no show. After the first one I called and they apologized and rescheduled. Second time they did the same thing only when I called to let them know it happened again I was told I was being directed to the confirmation department. After 20 minutes of being on hold I was done! Horrible customer service. I’m starting to wonder if this is some sort of scam. Do not recommend at all.

I love my pool. I can swim when I can. I can have my granddaughter and grandson, great- grandson over to swim. My husband can swim and I can come out to swim sh.. We at home my family stay next door to us.

Installers was very nice. Purchased a 24 foot above ground midline. Took six weeks to arrive and two days to install. Filling up with water now so we can enjoy the pool this year. We are excited and can not wait.
Installers done a great job. Only took them 8 hours to prep ground and pool installed. Cleaned up everything, left no mess. Company called for every step to ensure us they were working on getting financing and installer out. 4 weeks from start to finish.

We chose to upgrade to the midline above ground pool. It is a beautiful pool and our grandkids love it! We were nervous at first making such a big purchase, but everyone at Blue World has been so helpful and made us feel at ease. The blue world team does call and check on everyone involved in the sale and install of the pool, this helps insure that the customer is happy. Thanks blue world for our summer fun.
I was really hopeful as I had great customer service on the phone yesterday and set up a consultation. Then, I got a call later in the evening saying they double booked, but as a teacher trying to teach online right now, I couldn't do any of their other openings since you have to be available for a full 90 minutes. They said they would stick with the originally scheduled time. Then, this morning, after I got up early to get work done so that I would be completely available for those 90 minutes, they call and say they can't reach the consultant so they want to try and reschedule again. I was really looking forward to moving forward with a purchase, but I guess I'll have to find another company now as if it's that hard to even get a consultant to come out, it worries me about how the rest of the process would go with them. It's a shame... I was all ready for this purchase.
I got my pool in April 17 2019. My pool was installed wrong. Took me 5 months and over hundreds of emails and phone calls and after 5 months I got another installer to come out. Now in five months my pool stayed green and I was adding shock acid flock in this pool you shouldn't have to do. Installers come out. Jet broke vacuum broke and everything was backwards. They had to replace and fix a lot. My husband told them main drain was used to check. Jim ** the owner said use it.
Well in Oct after installers fix rest I filled winterized pool. 2 days later it leaked out. Jim told me to uncover. He would have fixed this Spring. He's been an **. I was to have main drain fixed today. Nope. He said never to contact Blue World again without an attorney. But I do have the installers coming out May 28th. Yes May 28th. Wow. This is crazy. Love the second installers but I don't or wouldn't let anyone get this pool off these people. Got to swim in my pool 2 times in one year and they still took 300 monthly out. No discount. No "I am sorry". Just a big fat **. Nice to you to get you in door. After that you're **. Stay away.

My family purchased a 21 ft round pool. Everything was as the sales representative said. The liner fits well, walls are sturdy and strong. Love the pump and is really user friendly and low maintenance. The Ionizer works well. My family has enjoyed it so much already and all of the cousins have come and enjoyed a dip too! Instillation was stalled a couple times due to rain, but as soon as it was clear, they were right out and had it up by the end of the day with water going in it before they left. The installers were very professional and kept the area neat and clean. Getting a hold of customer service is very easy. Everyone is helpful and they call and check on you weeks after the pool is installed. Overall, we are truly pleased with the entire process.
I felt worried free when selecting the pool that fit my budget. My salesperson informed me on discounts that could helped make my purchase more affordable. My salesperson was pleasant and knowledgeable.
The salesperson they sent out was very good and knowledgeable about the products. Once we made a decision on the pool somebody called us to make sure that that’s what we wanted and we ended up upgrading because the upgrade gave us extra stuff like a covering for the pool for winter. After that a person called us to schedule the installation. The installer came when he said he was going to come and he took one day to install it and did a wonderful job.
I scheduled an appointment even scheduled 3 weeks out to ensure snow was gone.. The lady got all my info and did a hard pull on my credit and scheduled me an appointment. Someone was to call the day before and the day of. Never received a call. I called was passed from person to person for over 3 hours for a man to inform me nicely he did not see where my appointment was ever really scheduled. Even though I had to listen and agree to the spiel she read me. He says, "I don't know what happened but sometimes things get lost." "Why? You didn't lose the ability to pull my credit." He said, "We can reschedule that," the only option but it would make a second pull on my credit. HELL NO!!!! And they could not be out the next day it would be weeks more... Ugh no. I will pay more and go somewhere more ethical and reliable.
Very good pools. The only thing they don’t tell you about it is the electrical. Looks really nice in my backyard. My kids love it. Just got it installed last week. Looks great. The installation guys was really nice and talked about everything about the different things of the pool.
The process was quick and easy and they had our pool up and ready to go before it was even time to swim! The installer was very professional and done a great job and it only took ONE day! This is going to be a GREAT summer.

I've paid for my pool and they had put a lien. They sent me paperwork, for me to pay for their lien removal. I've called several time which they assure me they will get it removed. I also have a pool liner that last 4 years and pump lasted 2 years. Please don't buy from these rip off people.

So I had 3 appointments that were canceled within an hour of arrival time. I was about to give up on them. They offered a good discount to give them one more shot so I did. I'm glad I did. After the salesman showed up he was knowledgeable and respectful. I signed up and within a week and a half I had my install date. Then the virus hit and it took an extra week but the installer showed up and was awesome. Installed it in about 8 hours. I will let you know once filled it takes about 4 or 5 days to get chemistry right but don't skimp it will pay off. I would definitely suggest Blue World Pools to anyone.
The pool has been easiest pool to maintain all year round for us. It stay crystal clear all year round. Don't need to add chemicals except for few gallons of bleach a week. Easy peasy. My family loves it and family gathering are great.
This company is a joke, first when you call, and for them to provide you information you have to make an appointment, 2nd in doing that you have to give them information like your date of birth to verify you are a homeowner, they do not tell you that you are authorizing them to pull your credit. Now I have a hard inquiry on my report showing an installment loan which I did not approve. Then the guy comes out and gives his whole speech, which is a joke! You dont compare above ground pools to in ground pools.
Third after an hour of listening they talk about prices. They advertise a $399 pool, but then they get you and talk about their other two pools which the prices go from $399 to $21000.00. Seriously this place is a scam! Then we told the guy he can stop talking, that we were not interested and he got all mad and said he had to go through the whole presentation. Seriously if a customer says they're not interested don't waste anymore of their time! So I suggest you not waste your time with this company. They are a scam!

The installation was done so well and efficient. They were professional and courteous. I highly recommend their work. They cleaned I the area, and made sure we understood how to take care of the pool before leaving.
These guys did an outstanding job. They were very professional and fast. Allowed 8hrs to install and was done in 6.5 hrs. Pool was ready to fill. Once I filled the pool did start up according to manual. There was not problems found. Very pleased with the service and the pool. I would recommend this pool and company to all. Everything was explained from financing to pool start up. I'm one happy customer.
We had our pool installed a couple weeks ago. We have not had a chance to enjoy it yet, early spring = too cold to swim, but it looks great. The water is clear and has remained so. The whole process was quick and easy!
Everyone that I felt with in the purchasing to the institution was great. Everyone was pleasant and Courteous. The finished product is better than I had thought it would be. The salesman came to our home was very polite, very courteous and was very information and on his product. The installer was very polite and courteous, cleaned up his mess, showed me step from step about the pool and was very informational.

Purchased a pool from Blue World Pools. Installer contacted in a week and scheduled us to install our pool. The installer did a excellent job getting the pool level. He was thorough and told me exactly what I needed to do.
We bought a 23' round pool from them and it was not as easy an installation as I thought it would be. Our most level ground still had to be dug out about 2 ft on one side to make it level. They did a good job, even though it does sort of look like a crashed space ship. My review, however is based on post sales service. So far, everything we needed to have done we had to hire someone else. I cant even get parts from them. A fire destroyed the ion control board and cartridge and I have to get a replacement from somewhere else. Oh well... Point is, if you need a pool installed, great. If you want service for that pool, look elsewhere.

We got our pool about 3 years ago now. Great experience from the beginning. Installers were friendly and did a great job. The company still checks once in a while to make sure we are still happy with our purchase. The pool we got was not the basic, but the next one above that, and it’s great and my kid’s love it!

We love our pool. Very easy to maintain and lots of fun! Timely installation and no problems. Our first liner was leaking but they came back and replaced it and haven’t has a problem since. Would recommend if you want above ground.

Customer service in all departments was excellent. Sales, service & installation. As a new pool owner, I had many questions. I was walked thru every step I had questions about & trust me, I had plenty. I even panicked a few times & with the help I received from everyone, I feel comfortable saying I can do this! The pool is amazing! I've never seen a system like it. The water is crystal clear without any chemicals. Maintenance is minimal & I love that about it as well. My neighbors also said they have never seen a system like the one I have. I think they might be a little jealous. I live in a community where most everyone has a pool. But not like mine! I also know that I can call Blue World anytime with questions & they will have someone who can answer them. Ty all! I love my pool!
Updated on 03/13/2023: I bought a pool in 2016 for this company and a UCC-1 Lien was placed on my property as soon as the pool was installed. I fell on hard times and I could not afford to keep paying on the pool in 2018. According to Texas state law a UCC-1 Lien is only valid for 5 years, but the company can file a continuation statement and extend it another 5 years which they did. I told them several times I cannot afford to keep paying for a $20,000 pool and they will not come get the pool. When you try and call everyone in conversion team from my past experiences are rude and refuse to work with you.
Sean ** the CEO is the best person to contact. He is respectful and will talk to you like a human being. I stated a review in the past and after talking to Sean I change my review but now is a different story now that I found out I still had a lien on my property. I will be contacting my lawyers to see what I can do to remove the UCC-1 lien off of my property. It has been 7 years and the statute of limitations has been reached to collect money from me, but the lien is still on my property. I refuse to call this company and talk to them unless I speak directly to the owner. I have not heard from this company since 2018 they have not even tried to contact me. I want everyone to know stay away from this company unless you want a UCC-1 Lien on your property and want to finance a $20,000 dollar pool that you can get on amazon for $5,000.
Original Review: DO NOT BUY from this company if you live in Texas. If you get in a bind lose your job or money gets tight and can't make payments they will consider you breach of contract, they will put a lien on home and property and will put you in a conversion process which means they can garnish your wages and seize any assets with a clear title just so they do not take a loss. I strongly recommend you take your money elsewhere. In addition I will give credit where credit is due. Unlike the conversion team the Owner is very respectful and knows how to speak to you.
I strongly recommend that you read the fine print before you sign anything with this company. I will say there are options for you if this happens to you. The best option is to get a lawyer. I am dealing with the owner and I hope I can get things resolved. It's hard to have a good working relationship with the conversion team when all they do is make threats and tell you that if you do not pay they will take the stuff you worked so hard for to get. They are very rude and disrespectful unlike the owner. I understand they have a job to do and that is collecting money owed but they could be more caring and understanding with the customer and listen to the customer instead of threatening the customer. I am a Husband, Father and hardworking man and I do not take threats kindly when it affects my family and takes food off the table for them.
Best quality aboveground pool I've ever experienced. Cant beat the design and construction. The process was easy and the owner manual is very detailed. The products that they recommend are awesome. Cant wait to jump in this summer.
Nice above ground pool. Had a very good presentation from the sales lady, I was not pressured in a sales and she listened to me for the options that I wanted. The setup was late summer so we did not get much enjoyment but the kids are looking forward to for this summer.
The sales lady that came to our home was very helpful. We love our pool. The kids spent all summer in it. It was great not having to drag them to a pool. We live in a small town and there is not a pool near us.
Nice size pool, and easy maintenance. Keep your pool water balanced and all will be well. The pool pump runs smoothly, easy to clean debris out of the pool skimmer. Also get yourself a leaf vacuum. It will help out a hell of a lot cleaning the bottom of the pool and top surface of the water.
My family and I purchased a 27 foot pool from the Blue World Pools. The pool is very strong in the winds. The pool is strong in snow and ice. The filter and pump are strong and the best once I have had so far. I have had the big store cheaper pools but they don’t last long like this one. This pool chemical system is easy and simple to use for anyone.
I have to tell you that I am very disappointed in our new pool. It’s NOT CRYSTAL CLEAR like it should be. The gentleman who dug/installed the pool has been back out however it’s still not crystal clear. I have seen many pools in my life and this pool isn’t living up to my expectations. Our pool has been in for a month and I have only been in it once because of the cloudiness. There is sand on the bottom that apparently is leaking from the sand bag that holds our steps in place. In my opinion the sand bag shouldn’t be leaking and if it is then it needs to be replaced. One would think that the vacuum would pick up the sand but it’s not or if it is because the sand bag is leaking there is continuously sand being let out into the pool. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
Another problem with this pool is the bottom of the pool isn’t smooth. There are bumps throughout the bottom of the pool. I thought when it was installed that the installer was to laser level and smooth out the sand before the liner was laid down. Please correct me if I’m wrong. Also I don’t believe the skimmer is working properly. We check it every day to find very little in it. We also have been picking up leaves manually from the bottom of the pool that the vacuum hasn’t picked up. Why is that? Shouldn’t the vacuum be able to pick up these leaves? We also were told by our salesmen that we’d be getting a water fountain, solar cover and an upgraded vacuum with this pool. That didn’t happen.
We paid cash for this pool and now I’m wishing we never purchased it. I’ve called the salesman three times and he’s never returned our calls. Please explain to me why this happens. You get our money and then you forget about us. This pool was sold to us with a lifetime guarantee but if we can’t get help when we need it when something major happens I guess you won’t be around to fix it either. NOT HAPPY!!!!
So here is a list of items that needs to be addressed:
1. The water isn’t crystal clear (the guy who dug the ground and has been out once said it’s as clear as it’s going to get). NO it’s NOT!!!! Crystal Clear is how it should be all of the time. Finally we contacted a local pool place and they helped us and over $100 later got the water crystal clear with NO help from anyone from Blue World Pools.
2. Leaking sand bag in the steps – STILL AN ISSUE.
3. Vacuum not picking up sand and leaves - STILL AN ISSUE.
4. Skimmer not picking up. This seems to be working now.5. Additional items we were told we would be getting:
a. Water fountain,
b. Solar cover,
c. Upgraded vacuum.
We purchased a pool that met our needs and the sales representative was able to work with us price wise. Where this pool may seem expensive we are looking forward to having the peace of mind of a lifetime warranty.
I've had my pool going 2 summers. The company checks on me around the beginning of pool season to make sure equipment is functioning properly and to see if I need anything. My buying experience was great from start to finish.

We purchased our Blue World Pool last season and thoroughly enjoyed it until it got absolutely too cold to endure being wet and outside. We have plans to construct a deck with a landing for a structure to change clothes in. The terrain was prepared well and timely. The pool was installed professionally and quickly with success. When we had questions, customer service was responsive, friendly and helpful. We expect a lot of use this summer enjoying this opportunity for quality family time.

The salesman was courteous and didnt pressure us in any way to upgrade from the econoline. This pool is awesome. Super easy to maintain! No harsh expensive chemicals. We LOVE it. It fits my family and friends without us feeling cramped as we play all day!
We have had our pool for about a year now. And have enjoyed it. Any problems that have come up with it, I have called their customer service department and have been able to fix the problem. They have been very helpful.
