    This is a very professional company. The sales agent was at our residence within a couple days and discussed all the options that were available and discussed pricing and it is very affordable. They are very quick with appointments and getting the installation scheduled so you can be in your pool enjoying the Blue World experience. I would recommend overall any other chemicals or salt pools around, it is like swimming in a clean bottle of water.

    Today after being called by a rep that said they don’t have another option other than doing a soft pull of our credit before going any further. To which I said, "You do understand that it is illegal for you to say soft credit check if it’s not a soft credit check." He then quickly seemed concerned and gave me a direct phone number for the company to enquire from them directly. I called the number and hit 1 for sales. A man in a very unprofessional manner answer the phone. After he says Blue World Pools. I explained my husband and I intend to pay cash for the pool, so we just wanted to get some pricing info. "We’re not willing to give you our information for any type of credit check without pricing." He said, "Well then you better go to Walmart or Amazon." He said, "We have to pull the soft check to confirm you're the owner." I said, "Would you like to see the paperwork proving I’m the owner? I’ll email you a copy."

    He said, "Now lady you can just go to Amazon." Then I asked for his boss, and he said, "I’m the owner." I was like wow well if that’s the case good luck with your business. He then told me he’s been in business 40 years how about you? Which was already enough. I let him know of my line of work and said I would be sure to leave reviews at every corner. He then told me “OH YA WELL LET ME GET YOUR NUMBER REAL QUICK, SO I CAN SHOW UP AT YOUR WORK. At which point I was flabbergasted, this dude who claims to be the owner just threatened me. I was like maybe I should add the police to this phone call since you would like to threaten me. He then hung up. Reading reviews allowed me to know that they don’t do a soft pull. It’s super illegal for them to say that when it is not. In fact not only can they be fined the employees who said it’s in the script would be fined as well.

    Love the pool way better than chlorine. The no chemicals is the best part of the pool. You don’t get out feeling like your eyes are burning. The pool is very easy to take care of. The filter system is also very easy to maintain.

    I’ve been a customer since 2020 and my family has enjoyed the pool. Year to year we find fun ways to experience a good time. Not only with family but with friends too. I also Learned that I prefer an ionization system.

    We love our above ground pool. Blue world has a great parts department and customer service. Love the Main Access ionizer system. It makes the water so clear. No complaining of eyes burning from the grand kids when they come over to swim.

    Customer service is great. They've helped us clear up water issues after we didn't put the cover on last winter. Ran flawlessly prior to that for over a year. We have really enjoyed the pool with our grandkids. Our grandson is in it all the time.

    We had a Blue World Pool installed last year and couldn't be happier. The installer walked us through the instructions on the system and what and when to do what. The customer service has always been great when we have had questions. We have had an above ground pool since 1992 and this is the best one we have had. We love it.

    WE LOVE OUR POOL!!! We had a good experience with the install. The men that did it were very friendly and did not leave a mess behind. They explained everything about the pool and answered all the questions. We have not had any problems with the pool except for it being a little uneven. OTHERWISE LOVE THEM!

    I feel compelled to share my experience with Blue World Pools, a company that claims to offer affordable pool installations. Unfortunately, my encounter with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.

    1. Misleading Sales Tactics:
    o Blue World Pools sells pools priced between $5,000 and $7,500 and advertise $399 pools.
    o However, they charged me well over $21,000 for the same pool.

    o Their sales representatives are skilled at convincing customers to upgrade to the premium pool, which was allegedly a free upgrade. Instead, they added an extra $6,000 to the bill.

    2. Lack of Transparency:
    o the company lacks a user-friendly website for managing accounts, checking balances, or making payments.
    o They don’t send regular statements; only a payment history is available upon request.

    o Shockingly, out of the $365 monthly payment, only around $70 goes toward the principal amount.

    3. Threats and Unprofessional Behavior:
    o When I attempted to cancel my pool installation initially, due to their month-long delay, I was told I couldn’t.
    o Even worse, they threatened to take my home if I missed a payment. While I understood the concept of a lien, their aggressive approach was unacceptable.

    o Their customer service is rude and unprofessional.

    4. False Advertising:
    o The pool doesn’t stay as blue as they claim.

    o Their sales pitch about low maintenance and no need for bleach products turned out to be far from the truth.

    5. Seeking Legal Help:
    o I’m now stressed due to this purchase and plan to seek legal assistance.

    o Filing a complaint with the State Attorney General’s office seems like the right step.

    My Advice to You:
    • Avoid Blue World Pools: Don’t fall for their deceptive practices.
    • Read Reviews: Look at the experiences of others; you’ll find red flags.

    • Stay Informed: Don’t overlook warning signs like I did.

    Let’s protect each other by sharing our stories and holding companies accountable.

    I've had my pool for 9 years and it has held up very well. I've not had any leaks. The colors of the liner have remained vibrant and I think that has to do with having an ionizer system instead of having to put so many chemicals in it.

    I had two appointments with one no call no show then one canceled. They came out and tried to do a 90min presentation which wasn't mentioned on phone. Their 399 is a loophole. Bottom line their cheapest package is over 10 grand. Was a waste of time and very misleading. Don't bother to waste your time unless you're willing to spend big money or finance and if ya don't pay they can take your property.

    We have been extremely happy with our Blue World Pool. The maintenance is very easy compared to other types of pools. We have friends with various types of pools and it seems difficult and expensive for them to keep up with their pool levels. The customer service at BWP is phenomenal and our questions are answered completely when we call. They will walk you through anything and stay in the phone with you until you are comfortable with taking care of your pool. One thing I will say is this is a big investment that should be thought through before signing a contract.

    Our salesman offered many incentives to sign the contract same-day and we had been wanting a pool for many years, so we did sign the same day. This may not be wise for all people so make sure you are completely comfortable with the monthly payment and commitment before signing. We are VERY happy we chose this pool! After startup each season and minor adjustments of levels, we follow the required maintenance (easy peasy) and we have a crystal clear pool all season long!

    Blue World Pools is legit!! They do what they say!! They came - got my pool set up, started water — made sure pool was holding. We had a small leak I noticed a few days after installation - they came back the next day and fixed it!! Easy peasy!! Love them and have shared their name with many others!! Thank you Blue World!!     I scheduled my appointment for an installer to come out and give an estimate. Within that call I was told I was within the area that they install in. Was given the name of the person to come out and give an estimate. The day comes around and nobody shows up. I wasted my time waiting!! I finally called and was told they don’t know why I was scheduled. I’m not in area they install! I said, "Then why the hell would he say it was after he checked???" Waste of my time and they should have realized it and called me back and cancelled! Very unprofessional!!

    I love my pool. My wife has always wanted a nice big pool. She has always had a pool every year just the little soft-sided pools. Getting our Blue World pool is the best thing that we could have ever done. When we have cookout, get togethers, parties everyone enjoys the pool. If you are considering getting a nice easy to maintain pool blue world pools is the way to go.

    I have had a pool since 2016, I hit a financial crisis and I was not able to pay on my pool. I asked them to take the pool back in 2018 and they told me no that they do not do that instead I find out that a UCC-1 lien was placed on my property. Years pass and I received a call a couple of months back and here we are 2024. I have not heard from them since 2019 or 2020. I can't remember. I do not take kindly to threats that affect my family. I was told if I did not pay the arrears from missed payments and that if I did not start making payments that they would force me to sell my home, take my tax returns or take any assets that I have.

    I live in Texas and they can not garnish my wages due to Texas law. I did not put up any collateral due to my home was under a mortgage at the time of the sale and is still under a mortgage. I have replace everything but the shell of the pool. Please I warn everyone to please read the fine print before signing anything with this company. Also beware. They use Above Ground Pool Gurus as an alias due to all the reviews BWP gets.

    Blue World Pools has been wonderful to work with. My husband is a Disabled Combat Veteran with a spinal crush injury, we use the pool for aqua-therapy. Additionally, we have six children in multiple sports that use the pool for training and recreation.     Blue World Pools made an appointment a week or two ago to meet with me, at my home, to demonstrate and potentially sell our family a new swimming pool. The sales representative did not show for our 11:00AM appointment. I waited an hour and called the customer service line to ascertain why the appointment was missed.

    I was told by a customer service staff member that the appointment was double booked and that they had proof that they had called to try and let me know of the conflict so it was my fault that the appointment was missed and they would reschedule. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was again informed that they could prove it was me who was wrong for missing the appointment as Blue World Pools had attempted 5 times to call me and reschedule the appointment that had been on the books for at least a week.

    I had to check my call log as I had not recieved, to my knowledge, any such calls. Blue World Pools, did call 4 times on Sunday, while I was flying home from vacation, and 1 time today well after our appointment should have been met. None of these calls actually made it to me, as such, I was at the appointed place and time for the appointment. I'm a retired military officer, being where I am meant to be when I am meant to be there is important. An apology for the missed event would have gone a long way towards correcting the situation but informing me that it was my fault and that Blue World Pools could prove it was my fault that the appointment was missed is unacceptable. Last time I checked, I was the prospective customer, not the entity trying to sell a product and service. As a consumer, my business and future purchases, not proving that I am at fault for a missed appointment, should be the focus.

    I suppose that I should be happy though, Blue World Pools Customer Non-Service saved me a lot of future headaches this morning by representing, that at their company, customers are second to making certain that responsibility for mistakes are the customer's not the company's fault. There are a bunch of companies out there selling this same type of product and services, don't repeat my mistep, take your business to someone that is invested in keeping you as a customer rather than doing business with someone that just wants to prove that you, not the company, is wrong when mishaps take place.

    Have had the pool since 2008. Energy efficient and low maintenance. Using bleach instead of chlorine is definitely cheaper and works great. The self vacuum makes clean up easy. My family and friends enjoy our pool every summer.

    We were able to upgrade to the Mid Level pool and it is Awesome. We have had multiple pools in the past and this one is the best by far. They squeezed us in to install in early July so we could get usage out of the Pool when our grandkids came for their summer visit.

    Experience wasn't bad as far customer service however we had a rep come out approve the location for pool..explained the deck plans. Built deck to accommodate pool location and installers came to put in and wouldn't install where previous flags were marked. Additional money to level more...first year we were excited to just have a pool...3 years later...the pool is sagging...not level.. pool pump hook up crack side of the pool where the pump was installed.

    Landscape bricks are crack and the location gets no sunlight and was installed at the very back of yard line. Would be nice to send someone out to okay the pool location that knows what they are talking about. However 3 years later we are having to find someone to relocate our pool. Never had one done before. Learning experience but for 12 grand for an above ground pool. Highly disappointed. Future troubleshooting for your company. Dont like how it was organized and lack of knowledge for the process.

    Product is decent, at best. Part broke in the winter after pool was winterized as per their written instructions. The plastic PVC pipe had no water in it, and yet it shattered in the cold, a manufacturers defect, obviously. When spoke with service department, was given the run-around. They have TERRIBLE customer service. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau over their poor service and vague promises.

    Make sure you document everything in writing when dealing with these people. They said everything non-parts related is covered under your home owners insurance, not their warranty. They refused to fix their damage and did not call me back. Very poor service from these people. We have had nothing but incompetent installers and customer service representatives.

    Ordering a pool online is something my husband and I were very hesitant about doing. We took the leap and let them come out and give us a presentation. The salesmen that came out was super nice and respectful of our home and dogs. After the presentation we talked things over and decided that we would give it a try. Financing was easy with several options to choose from and the office staff was great to work with. 5 weeks later we had a new pool in our yard. The installation company was amazing to deal with and were so friendly and helpful to answer any questions we had. So patient showing us the ropes since we were new pool owners.     The pool itself was wonderful. The installation awful. We were replacing a previous older pool and had a completely flat surface, a bit smaller than the new pool. The installers added sand which had been delivered previously. The weather had been rainy and the sand was wet. They left deep ruts and tire tracks in the sand, so after installation the bottom had deep ridges and ruts! Deep enough to trip over!! We contacted them several times and finally they sent someone out. Said there was nothing they could do to improve it. The steps float and bob around since the suction cups on the bottom don't have a smooth surface to adhere to. Over $20,000 for a pool and we feel cheated!! Terrible customer service!! Also, a cap was broken on a support post and we were told they would send us a new one (after several conversations) but never did. Just would like the ground level!!

    I purchase a Blue World pool in July and the salesman was excellent and very knowledgeable about the pool. He provided us with pricing and financing information. When he called his supervisor the financing information was explained again. They inform us of the total price, interest rate and how many months we will be set up for. However, when it came close to the installation date. We were offer a bigger pool with a lot of accessories. The price was lower, the interest was lower and how long we will be paying on the pool was shorter. So, I was truly please they offer us a much bigger pool at a lower price and a good interest rate. Although it took a little longer to get my pool, I was very pleased with the outcome. The installer was also excellent and knowledgeable about the pool and they even provided me with their phone number in case I have any questions.

    Recently my partner and I purchased the Classic 27' round pool. It started with filling out the form to set up an appointment with a sales representative. This process was straightforward and relatively swift. The day prior to our appointment the sales rep contacted us to confirm the appointment, and then the day of the appointment the sales rep kept in contact with us letting us know his ETA. He was really nice and professional the entire time. He walked us through the types of pools offered, the filtration system and pump, and measured our yard where we wanted the pool to go just to be sure it would fit, and not once did we feel pressured into making any purchases.

    Once the purchase was made, we received a call from Blue World to set up a date of installation. Like other reviewers on here state, some of the customer service staff need a refresher on how to be when they are talking with customers. The ones who actually came and installed the pool were great. They were kind and very professional. It took them only around 5 hours to install the pool completely. They did a very good job with it and kept us in the loop the entire time. They were also very knowledgeable and told us we could always give Blue World a call or reach out to them if we had any questions. My partner and I are overall very pleased with how the process has gone. Sadly, we have not been able to use the pool due to the late season install but we are both looking forward to opening it up next season.

    We had a great experience from start to finish when purchasing our 24 ft above ground swimming pool. We made an appointment for an assessment to have a Blue World pool put in. They came on the scheduled day and gave us a presentation on the Blue World pools and we were very impressed so we decided to buy one. The pool was ordered within a week and we received a call to have the appointment set up to get the pool put in. The man that came and set-up the pool did it all in one day. After he completed the insulation of the pool, he explained everything to us on how everything works.

    We are very satisfied with our Blue World pool. We have not had any issues at all. We love it. We only add two gallons of regular Clorox a week. We test the water by putting the strip in the water daily and have had no issues with our pool at all. The ph, alkaline and copper have been within every day since we got the pool put in. My grandkids love this pool including my husband and myself. Blue World Pools did a great job.

    We had to wait a while for installation because they were behind but once they got here it went smooth and quick. They worked diligently to get our pool installed. Leveling the ground, paying sand, sidewalls, liner and all. When they were done they cleaned up their mess and left our place the way they found it. Very nice guys and informative.     Hello to all who read this. Back early July 2023 I purchased an above ground pool. I gave a down payment 1000.00 unfortunately I was unable to get the pool. Since July I have been trying to get my refund. I emailed an associate that they were working on getting my refund. We are heading into October and still no refund. They sometimes respond to my emails and sometimes they don't. I called no answer. I have faxed a form they mailed to me and still no response. All I want is my refund.

    We are enjoying our pool so far. They set it up in a day. It’s easy to clean. We have received help every step of the way if needed. This was a good purchase so far. The pool is really big and can hold lots of people. I’m hosting my son a pool party for his birthday next week. I'm super excited.

    My recent ex husband and I bought a pool from them and began to have a few issues with the pool and this company has the worst customer service experience. The worst!!!! We went to sell our home. Need a payoff quote and again took their sweet time and the nastiest customer service. No respect for the customer at all. Needless to say I'm still waiting on the payoff about to come through to the title company, the title company called me to tell me they were still waiting for a payoff amount and how rude and nasty they was to them as well. I'd never ever ever recommend BLUE WORLD POOLS!!!! I wouldn't give this company your time or day. Overpriced and very rude!!!! Better companies elsewhere.

    Love my pool. I have a little problem with the cloudiness, but I need to work on that. Other than that it’s been a great pool and I love everything about it.     My experience with Blue World Pools was a little rocky, customer service needs training on customer etiquette, however the sales rep and installer were great to work with. I purchased the classic and I’m very satisfied with the product, a little pricey but worth the reward on a hot day. The vacuum is amazing and the pool is very low maintenance.

    Our family just got a pool from Blue World Pools and we love it.. The installer (Paul) that came to our home was awesome. Paul walked my husband through everything that needed to be done when the pool was finished being installed and gave us his business card in case we had any issues. Love the service.     The installation was a bit challenging but the workers kept at it and saw to every detail. I had to take down our existing pool after thirty years and also remove most of our existing deck as it went all the way around. We had just enough room to fit the twenty-four foot classic model into that space. The intakes on the bottom of the pool combined with the skimmer really keep the water extra clean.

    Once we ordered the pool a installation company contacted us on a delivery and installation date. Installed in a few days. Everything was explained on how to treat the water and how to operate the pool pump. Pool warranty was discussed and if we had any problems to contact Blue World Pools and they would take care of it.

    Blue World Pools is a great pool to get. They are very efficiency and professionally about putting the pool up and getting your pool ready to be installed. They were pretty much on time. They were here and they graded my yard where the pool was gonna be set up at. Also, they had the pool pretty much set up good. It took them a little while, but it was only two of them here. But it's a great pool. You don't have to put any chemicals in it or anything. The only thing that you have to put in it is Clorox once a week. No chlorine, no other chemicals, not unless your pH is high or low, then you might have to put a little pH in it. But it saves you a lot of money in the long run because you do not have to buy chlorine and all them other chemicals to run the pool. And you also don't have to run the pump all the time. It only has to run like maybe 12 hours a day. It's a great, great pool. If you want one, you need to get in touch with Blue World Pools because it's a great pool.

    When the salesman came to our house to go over the pool, he showed us examples of materials used. The liner he showed us was much thicker than the actual liner installed. I was told I would receive a call to schedule the install in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks and no call, I called them and they claimed to have never received our paperwork. So they "upgraded" us to the deluxe pool. It was supposed to be upgraded everything. I would hate to see the material they use for the other pools.

    We were told we could use the gift certificate they gave, us as a gift, on their website. I later find out there is no website. I'm supposed to call them and they will let me know what they have. I don't know about you but I like to see what I am getting before I get it. The vacuum doesn't work very well either. In my opinion the pool is not worth the price.

    We had a representative named Lisa come meet with us to explain all about the different pools and prices. She was very friendly and helpful. We decided on a 27ft round midline pool. Next we got on the schedule within 4-6 weeks but ended up having to reschedule for permit reasons in our county. Once the permit issue was resolved we got back on the schedule within 2 weeks & our pool installer Josh & Kyle came & got everything set up within a day. They were hard working, friendly, and answered all of our questions. So far everything is looking amazing & working properly. We have not been able to enjoy our pool yet due to issues getting our county inspection completed.

    From start of the process to getting pool installed & ready it has taken about 2 months. Blue World Pools were excellent with their end of this process, the hold up has been on our end & county/state guidelines. My experience with Lisa, Josh, & Kyle was great! They have reached out and responded to messages multiple times. Great customer service on their end!

    So my husband was scrolling through FB and saw an ad for Blue World Pools. He called and talked to them and set up an appointment with a consultant. The consultant came out, his name is Damon. We showed him where we wanted the pool, went back in the house sat down and went over everything from sizes, questions, to prices and more question.

    The salesman was very pleasant and professional. So My husband and I decided to get the midline pool. We signed the papers and talked to a lady on the phone and agreed to terms and conditions, also they gave a three-day cancelation term. Also, put $1,000.00 down. If we cancel we get the money back. So after the sale, my husband and I talked some more, decided to cancel because we weren't fully ok with the decision, we were kinda nervous about it. So I called for about three days and finally someone called back. His name was Russell. He was kind and professional. I told him we wanted to cancel the pool and he offered the classic pool that was deeper and some free things to go along with the pool. So I called my husband and talked to him and we decide to get it.

    I called Russell back and told him and we had a pool ordered. So a week went by and a man called, his name was Josh. He said, "I will be there tomorrow to install your pool and I now know this is a short notice." I said, "It is. I haven't even got to go get the loan yet." He said, "It's ok" and he would be at my home the next day. So next day comes, he calls and says he was at distributions center to get the pool and they have loaded the truck but they loaded the first pool we ordered. Shucks, what a bummer.

    So he gave me a choice if I still wanted that one installed or wait till the other one came in. My husband and I decided to wait. So I went and got the loan and Josh called a couple weeks later and picked up the pool and said he would be here the next day to install it. He came the next day to install the pool and we are very happy with it. Josh has also been very honest and kind to us and I have even been asking him questions after he has left. Josh is very patient. Thank You Blue World Pools.

    Blue World Pools is a horrendous company to deal with. True scammers. They don’t tell you when they finance that the interest rate keeps rising and you end up paying $40,000 to $50,000 for a $3,000 pool. They also put a lien on your home and horribly rude every time you talk to them on the phone! They scammed my elderly parents. Got them to finance and put a lien on their home. My parents had already paid them over $25,000 when they where still alive. They both passed away last year and we had to sell their property to pay their debt. Blue world pools was unbelievably rude, NEVER offered any condolences for us losing our parents, only demanded the rest of their money and sent threatening text messages about the lien. When we sold their property we had to pay them ANOTHER $16,000 to get the lien off the property. In total that was $41,000 for a $3,000 pool!

    When I called to get the payoff the finance lady said “I will send the payoff when time permits!” I said, "You will send it NOW if you want it to be paid off!!!!" My lawyer even said they were extremely rude to her! They are heartless, inconsiderate, extremely rude, very selfish people who are excellent con artists! You sign their contract and you're making a deal with the devil himself. They scam you with lies and you don’t even realize it until it’s too late. They take you for everything! My parents wanted to leave their children a little something. By the time blue world pools was done with us there was barely anything left! Beware!!!! Be VERY aware!

    It is sad that a star has to be given instead of a red flag. The customer service from the time we got the pool until now, has been terrible. We have been trying to get a valve replaced on our 2-year-old crooked pool (purchased the most expensive pool they have) for over a month! My first call, they said it isn’t covered under warranty and had a contractor contact me to set up to get it fixed. TWICE, he was a no-call no-show. The agent said “Well, if he doesn’t call you again, we will hit him in his pockets and fine him $250”….sooooo they were going to just profit on my misfortune (which they did), my inconvenience, & our ruined Father’s Day plans.

    They set up another contractor who I talked to Friday who said he would come Monday or Tuesday & asked what the last contractor was going to charge. I could not recall off hand. Monday when I called him, he said he was waiting to hear back what I was paying the other guy instead of just telling me what he charged, which I thought was odd. He said he would come out yesterday (Wednesday). He actually text me and said, “This is Ryan, please send me your address, I am mapping everything out”. Yesterday, another no-call no-show. I text him yesterday with no response. So THREE WHOLE DAYS, I have wasted and committed to sit and wait around for a contractor with a no-call no-show. 3 work days, that Blue World apparently profited on.

    I just called understandably annoyed at the fact I have not only wasted time with 5 phone calls at 45 minutes plus each, but 3 whole work days for someone to not show up…money out of my pocket for unreliable contractors. The guy I talked to in service...which I WISH I would have recorded the call or asked his name, but he has ZERO business working in customer service. He actually told me that there was a note in their system that said the order was closed because “the customer refuses to pay”…..What?! This REALLY upset me. That was 100% FALSE! I said, "Why would I be on the phone with you guys again about your unreliable contractors that have been a no-call no-show in 3 different instances if that were the case? Why would I have agreed to have another contractor assigned?" He wanted to argue with me about it.

    I said, "I would like to know who actually said that? Is there a recorded call or in writing?" He said he did not know who said it. I said..."So a note was put in by someone that said I refused to pay, which I 100% did NOT say, but you don’t know who said it...but find more truth in that rather than the customer that is calling AGAIN because no one showed up." He said, "Well, obviously we are doing something right, we’ve been in business for a long time." I said, "And a long time of not providing very good customer service." He said, "If you want to talk about the pool instead of how BWP sucks." I said, "Are you serious right now? How do you have a job talking to customers that way?"

    When a customer calls justifiably upset about an experience, and instead of doing your part as a customer service agent to de-escalate the situation, adding to a fire… I said, "I can not talk to you anymore about this, let me talk to your supervisor." He said “Finally, something we can agree on”… How is this guy even allowed on their phone’s helping customers?! When the next supervisor (supposedly) got on the phone, I told him that he 100% needed to listen to the conversation that I had with the guy previously.

    We are business owners, our employees would not work for us anymore if they had that little self-control in speaking to customers…Ridiculous! I asked the supervisor to modify the note in their system because I absolutely did NOT refuse to pay any contractor and did not appreciate the false statement on my behalf. I told them we would find our own contractor because for 2 years and certainly over the past month, they have been proved to be unreliable.

    I contacted them and was told if I book my appointment the same day then they would take an extra $100 off purchase price. They then call back and say no one available for the appointment in my area so they'll just mail material to purchase the pool...no mention of the extra $100 off because no appointment! I also received no voice-mail regarding cancelation which they claim was about 30 minutes before the appointment. I was then told someone could show me larger pools instead of what I'd asked for. It feels like a scam.

    I’ve had a great experience with Blue World with their product (the pool is beautiful) and the customer service has been fabulous too! They are always available to answer my questions! It’s very helpful since I am a first time pool owner.

    From the initial meeting with the salesman to the final installation everyone was very friendly and professional. Salesman helped get the pool I wanted at a payment I could afford. The scheduling department had to reschedule the installation several times due to weather conditions. They worked around my schedule. It took less than 2 hours to install my 25ft x 52inch round pool. My pool is the sturdiest, well designed and most attractive above ground pool I have ever seen.

    I have found to be much more relaxed after I got my pool. My health has improved. It’s great exercise. I’m enjoying it because it’s not cheaply made. It’s well-built. My husband and I are two big people in this pool is amazing for the both of us

    BlueWorld Pools have the best pools around! They are pricey but my kids are happy that’s all that matters to me! Thanks for the first time great installation for my pool we enjoy it every summer with big gatherings with our family.. lots of fun and laughter.

    Updated on 05/14/2024: This review is for a product after a year of ownership. I’ve always felt looking back one year later can tell a lot. In this regards, the 24 foot AGP I got a year ago has performed well beyond expectations. This is South Florida. The maintenance has been very minimal. Mine is a no chlorine power ion system. The water is so nice and clear. I was told exactly how to take care of it by the install team and they have been on point about it. My water has been so blue all year. Looking forward to cleaner and funnier times ahead this summer!

    Original Review: My wife and I had looked at a few pool companies around my area. Blue World came out, sat down with me and showed me many options. We had the perfect spot for a pool. The salesman was very informative and straightforward about the whole process. We ended up with a 24’ Round and we couldn’t be happier. It was installed just in time for the summer. The installation team was very professional, courteous, and friendly. They even ran through the start-up process a few times with us, to make sure we understood. Blue World also provides a video to watch anytime. The maintenance on it is minimal, but the fun has be maximum. Thank you Blue World Pools!

    This will be our 3rd year having our Blue World Pool swimming pool. I will be honest, we were hesitant to buy with the price that was quoted. However, the installation was complete and we were using our pool within 3 weeks. Since day one, we have had very minimal time spent on maintaining crystal clear water. That in itself is worth every penny spent for our water oasis in our backyard. We put very minimal amount of bleach in once a week, perform a 5 minute backwash (which is soooo simple) and otherwise just skim any leaves that fall in that comes with having our Blue World pool! to the pool and we are swimming all summer.

    At start up this year and last, our water was coffee colored and thought we would never get it clean. The hardest part was cleaning leaves out as both years our cover came off due to high winds in the spring. Once the leaves were out and the ionize system was turned on, our water was literally completely clear with no hints of green pretty much overnight. I would not trade the memories made or the relaxation.
