Recently my partner and I purchased the Classic 27' round pool. It started with filling out the form to set up an appointment with a sales representative. This process was straightforward and relatively swift. The day prior to our appointment the sales rep contacted us to confirm the appointment, and then the day of the appointment the sales rep kept in contact with us letting us know his ETA. He was really nice and professional the entire time. He walked us through the types of pools offered, the filtration system and pump, and measured our yard where we wanted the pool to go just to be sure it would fit, and not once did we feel pressured into making any purchases.

They arrived on the date they said they would. They said the pool. Some mess was left behind, but it turned out fabulous. Whenever I have had a problem, their customer service people have taken the time to walk me through the steps I need to take to get it solved.

We had a great experience from start to finish when purchasing our 24 ft above ground swimming pool. We made an appointment for an assessment to have a Blue World pool put in. They came on the scheduled day and gave us a presentation on the Blue World pools and we were very impressed so we decided to buy one. The pool was ordered within a week and we received a call to have the appointment set up to get the pool put in. The man that came and set-up the pool did it all in one day. After he completed the insulation of the pool, he explained everything to us on how everything works.

We had to wait a while for installation because they were behind but once they got here it went smooth and quick. They worked diligently to get our pool installed. Leveling the ground, paying sand, sidewalls, liner and all. When they were done they cleaned up their mess and left our place the way they found it. Very nice guys and informative. Answered all our questions.

We love our pool. It have been the easiest pool to keep up. It stay so clear. Customer service has been there to answer my questions. It’s very sturdy. My grandkids love it. I love that we don’t have to put a lot of chemicals in it. We just put a gallon of bleach a week in it, and it stays clear and balanced.

We got out our pool at the end of the season and even with the crazy rainy, hot weather they got it down in a timely manner and kept us in the loop through the whole process!! And answered all of our questions.

Hello to all who read this. Back early July 2023 I purchased an above ground pool. I gave a down payment 1000.00 unfortunately I was unable to get the pool. Since July I have been trying to get my refund. I emailed an associate that they were working on getting my refund. We are heading into October and still no refund. They sometimes respond to my emails and sometimes they don't. I called no answer. I have faxed a form they mailed to me and still no response. All I want is my refund.

I sat on my deck and watched them Dig the ground. Make sure everything was level, It's not easy my backyard is a downhill slope, They made it all nice and level, They put the pool together, They did an awesome job putting all the pieces together, The pool is up filled with water and it is beautiful. I love my new pool.

It took from July 2 to September 21 from the time we signed the contract until the time the pool was installed. The installation crew was very helpful. We went with the Classic 15' pool. We are enjoying it into the fall in North Florida.

We choose to have a show pool installed by Blue World Pools. The salesperson was so very friendly and reassuring. She answered all our question. It took a while for an installer to come. I'm guessing our remoteness was a factor. When Manny came he was very professional. We couldn't be more happy.

They were very helpful in purchasing and all the installation procedures. If you called them with a question or problem they were quick with the answer or if they didn't have it they made sure to get you the person with the correct answer.

Gary, the pool installer, showed up on time and completed the job by himself in one day and with professionalism. I would recommend Blue World Pools to anyone. We have had easy financing. We went from the Midline Pool to the Classic Pool and it is awesome.

My pool buying experience was a pleasurable one, everything that was promised and more. Thank you Blue World Pools, we love our pool. If we move we will definitely buy another pool with Blue World again.

We are happy with our purchase of a pool. Great quality and lots of fun for the family. Only issue is the sales pitch needs to be more accurate. I was sold on not needing any chemicals but the installers informed me otherwise.

The process was easy and everything explained to us before hand. The install went smoothly and we are truly enjoying the pool. Only downside is the instruction manual is not very detailed, so not helpful for a first time pool owner.

The company was very thorough from start to finish. Installation was done by one person who was a powerhouse and he had the pool done in 2 days. He was personable and fun to work with. He also made sure to follow up several times to make sure we were all set. We are very happy with the whole process and have used the pool almost every day since.

Great people there with you every step of the way, will not pressure you into anything you do not want. Always just a phone call away. The family that came and put my pool up was great, I was their 485 pool install. Would recommend to anyone.

Blue World Pools products are better than any others out there! We are in love with our pool and it’s low cost and maintenance for upkeep. Customer service has been extremely helpful in all aspects. They also back and warranty all of their products. They are easy to work with and extremely helpful and polite!

Everything from sales to installation was perfect. I have since ordered additional items from Blue World (Power Ionizer and caps). Everything came as promised. Customer Service for parts and support could use improvement. I have spoken to a couple of people that in my opinion should go do something else. However, most of the CS people were great (Justin was best). So overall it's a thumbs up from me.

Pool is nice. Really big and large enough for our family of 4 to be in at the same time. Installation team was absolutely awesome. Came to get the job done and was very professional. One recommendation, get your own financing.

Had a few issues getting pool installed because of weather. But so far I'm very pleased with Blue World Pools as well as the employees and installers! Thank you Blue World Pools and staff for making my dream of having a pool come true!

We sat on the front porch and talked about all the options we had to choose from. We went over why Blue World Pools is a better one for us. It has a lifetime warranty and that means a lot to us. The installation was done professionally. I didn't do anything but watch. They were very nice. I would recommend blue world pools to anyone looking for a pool.

I was told the pool will be put up in three weeks and that was in May and the pool was put up at the end of August!! Each time I called I was given the runaround and was told something different every time.

We are enjoying our pool so far. They set it up in a day. It’s easy to clean. We have received help every step of the way if needed. This was a good purchase so far. The pool is really big and can hold lots of people. I’m hosting my son a pool party for his birthday next week. I'm super excited.

We had an excellent experience with everyone we delt with in office and our installers we fantastic. Very hard workers, very professional and pleasant to work with! The installers were completely done in 10 hours. We were amazed to say the least! Loving our BLUE WORLD POOL!

My recent ex husband and I bought a pool from them and began to have a few issues with the pool and this company has the worst customer service experience. The worst!!!! We went to sell our home. Need a payoff quote and again took their sweet time and the nastiest customer service. No respect for the customer at all. Needless to say I'm still waiting on the payoff about to come through to the title company, the title company called me to tell me they were still waiting for a payoff amount and how rude and nasty they was to them as well. I'd never ever ever recommend BLUE WORLD POOLS!!!! I wouldn't give this company your time or day. Overpriced and very rude!!!! Better companies elsewhere.

The price was great, the set up was fantastic. Our pool went up in one day. The pool is just what we wanted. We are very happy with the product and service we have received from Blue World Pools. They are a great company to work with.

Love my pool. I have a little problem with the cloudiness, but I need to work on that. Other than that it’s been a great pool and I love everything about it. Whenever I call for help their customer service is more than willing to help and my installation went without any problems and the guy did a wonderful job and explained everything. The vacuum that came with the pool does a wonderful job.

We ordered an above ground 24 foot pool through Blue World Pools. They exceeded our expectations in the materials used and work performed. We had a "no pressure" meeting with a sales representative. They want to be sure you are satisfied.

The installer explained about opening pool in detail. I videotaped him telling me what to do and why. Just not an installer he was very knowledgeable!!! Thank you! He made sure the area was level. And that the pool was in the right spot!

My experience with Blue World Pools was a little rocky, customer service needs training on customer etiquette, however the sales rep and installer were great to work with. I purchased the classic and I’m very satisfied with the product, a little pricey but worth the reward on a hot day. The vacuum is amazing and the pool is very low maintenance.

The installer and his crew was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about installing the pool. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up all the trash. The installer answered questions we had and showed us how to operate the the pool.

Our family just got a pool from Blue World Pools and we love it.. The installer (Paul) that came to our home was awesome. Paul walked my husband through everything that needed to be done when the pool was finished being installed and gave us his business card in case we had any issues. Love the service. Don't find service like this anymore..

The installation was a bit challenging but the workers kept at it and saw to every detail. I had to take down our existing pool after thirty years and also remove most of our existing deck as it went all the way around. We had just enough room to fit the twenty-four foot classic model into that space. The intakes on the bottom of the pool combined with the skimmer really keep the water extra clean.

We received our pool four weeks after purchase and we couldn't be happier! Installation went great too. The entire family including the dogs love it!! No regrets here! We plan on using this every summer for the next 15 years!

Once we ordered the pool a installation company contacted us on a delivery and installation date. Installed in a few days. Everything was explained on how to treat the water and how to operate the pool pump. Pool warranty was discussed and if we had any problems to contact Blue World Pools and they would take care of it.

Talking with the salesperson was an experience. It was a very fantastic experience. Working with the finance and sales personally was wonderful as well. Easy process. Finally the installation. The installer went above and beyond to make sure we knew what we were getting and where we wanted it installed. Perfectly set the pool up in a very timely manner and was very polite the entire time. Showing great respect for my property and myself. Could not be happier in my experience.

The installation went smooth. The installer was honest and explained everything and answered every question we had. He showed us how to operate the pump and didn't leave us with anything that he didn't already explain.

The pool is great. The people are very happy to help when you them. The pool is very good quality. The service is great. They are concerned if there is a problem and help when needed. Everything we researched was on point, from the sales rep to the finance dept to the men who did the install. Each went beyond to answer any questions we had, the end product was exceptional We are very excited to say we have a Blue World pool.

We got a free upgrade to a larger pool and some added items free. The installation crew arrived when they said they would and they were very professional and knowledgeable. They went over all the startup and maintenance steps with us twice in addition to written instructions and a link to a website with videos.

Blue World Pools went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them. They helped me out in a lot of ways and answered all my questions. Pool was installed very nicely and looks great using a lot.

Very nice people. Great pool. Is low maintenance. It’s been a lot of fun in the few weeks that we have had it. It only took a few hours before it was ready to go! The installer showed all the general care too.

When the salesman came to our house to go over the pool, he showed us examples of materials used. The liner he showed us was much thicker than the actual liner installed. I was told I would receive a call to schedule the install in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks and no call, I called them and they claimed to have never received our paperwork. So they "upgraded" us to the deluxe pool. It was supposed to be upgraded everything. I would hate to see the material they use for the other pools.

Installed in 1 day. Did a great job. Blue World Pools did a great job. Salesperson did great job showing us all the different pools, explaining financial options. Installers how to take care of pool and winterize the pool.

Delivered and installed product on time and installed correctly, everything promised came without a problem and even some extras were thrown in, couldn't be happier, looking forward to doing more business in the future.

We bought a 24' pool this summer. The sales lady was very informative and not pushy. It took a month to get the install crew out. They worked through the day to get the install done in one day. Everything went great!

I recommend. Them they offer a great product. Installation was professional. Got it installed on time. I paid in full at install and they gave me extra stuff for pool. I recommend them. I bought the midgrade product. I don't regret it.

We love our Blue World Pool! There is no better way to start and or finish the day and the minimal amount of upkeep is an added bonus for sure. I never really thought I would get a pool simply because of the cost and time for maintenance and with Blue World Pools it's not a concern anymore.

Very good customer service and sales team and our installer was the best and did a great job. Would recommend them to anyone. Needed in a hurry and they got me completely installed within 3 weeks. My son's birthday was coming and he wanted a pool party and they made it happen. Everyone was really nice and as helpful as could be.

We had a representative named Lisa come meet with us to explain all about the different pools and prices. She was very friendly and helpful. We decided on a 27ft round midline pool. Next we got on the schedule within 4-6 weeks but ended up having to reschedule for permit reasons in our county. Once the permit issue was resolved we got back on the schedule within 2 weeks & our pool installer Josh & Kyle came & got everything set up within a day. They were hard working, friendly, and answered all of our questions. So far everything is looking amazing & working properly. We have not been able to enjoy our pool yet due to issues getting our county inspection completed.

Company was easy to work with and all expectation have been met or exceeded. Installation was fast and professional. Financing is available and easy to qualify. If you are shopping for a quality pool with excellent service and professional installation I would strongly recommend Blue World Pools.

So my husband was scrolling through FB and saw an ad for Blue World Pools. He called and talked to them and set up an appointment with a consultant. The consultant came out, his name is Damon. We showed him where we wanted the pool, went back in the house sat down and went over everything from sizes, questions, to prices and more question.

Salesperson came to our house. We heard about the pools and lifetime warranty. Within a month we have our pool and can't wait to get to use it. The hot summers we have in Tennessee are awful. This will get us outside enjoying the summer. Thanks again BLUE World Pools.

Blue World Pools sold us their midline pool and we became a “show pool” for potential buyers. Our pool installation was delayed but when it happened there were no problems. The pool has held up well and we are enjoying it. We like the ionizer so we don’t have to worry about chlorine.

This product is superior to the one we had in the past. It was great to have someone install it for us and we did not have to do it ourselves. The company sent an installer that even prepared the pool site for us.

Blue World Pools is a horrendous company to deal with. True scammers. They don’t tell you when they finance that the interest rate keeps rising and you end up paying $40,000 to $50,000 for a $3,000 pool. They also put a lien on your home and horribly rude every time you talk to them on the phone! They scammed my elderly parents. Got them to finance and put a lien on their home. My parents had already paid them over $25,000 when they where still alive. They both passed away last year and we had to sell their property to pay their debt. Blue world pools was unbelievably rude, NEVER offered any condolences for us losing our parents, only demanded the rest of their money and sent threatening text messages about the lien. When we sold their property we had to pay them ANOTHER $16,000 to get the lien off the property. In total that was $41,000 for a $3,000 pool!

I have had a very good experience with Blue World Pools. The pool is high quality, the customer service department has been very responsive to my questions and the parts and service group has been great. I spend a lot of time in my pool, and it has changed our lives for the better since the first day we got in the pool. The ionization technology is such an improvement over chlorine or salt, we love it. I would recommend to anyone.

Blue World Pools were professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. The salesman was helpful and very friendly. I purchased a pool from Blue World pools and the installation was fairly quick and the installs were fantastic in going over how to use the systems. They were polite and efficient and answered any questions we had. They also reminded us of we have any other questions to just give a call.

I have the 24 ft and we love it. The pool ionizer and bottom drains is what I like the best. Getting a pool from Blue World is a one stop shop. They set everything up. I recommend getting a Blue World Pool.

We shopped several pool places and decided to go with Blue World Pools because of the knowledge and the history of their pools. The staff was able to answer all our questions and also concerns. The pool, liner, and pump seem to be high quality. Would recommend.

It is sad that a star has to be given instead of a red flag. The customer service from the time we got the pool until now, has been terrible. We have been trying to get a valve replaced on our 2-year-old crooked pool (purchased the most expensive pool they have) for over a month! My first call, they said it isn’t covered under warranty and had a contractor contact me to set up to get it fixed. TWICE, he was a no-call no-show. The agent said “Well, if he doesn’t call you again, we will hit him in his pockets and fine him $250”….sooooo they were going to just profit on my misfortune (which they did), my inconvenience, & our ruined Father’s Day plans.

I contacted them and was told if I book my appointment the same day then they would take an extra $100 off purchase price. They then call back and say no one available for the appointment in my area so they'll just mail material to purchase the pool...no mention of the extra $100 off because no appointment! I also received no voice-mail regarding cancelation which they claim was about 30 minutes before the appointment. I was then told someone could show me larger pools instead of what I'd asked for. It feels like a scam.

I'm extremely busy to keep up with pool, I want to swim in pool and Blue World Pools can do all this with a phone call.. The patience is like if they are here in my backyard. Excited and extremely happy.

My husband and I had a great experience with Blue World Pools. John came out and sat down to talk with us about purchasing our dream pool. And he made it happen. Jeremy and Zach came out and installed it, in less than 3 months from doing the paperwork. We were shocked at that. Overall experience has been great and we’re pleased.

The customer service department is wonderful. They help me out with getting another liner and ionizer for my pool with no problem. Customer service rep was very nice and knowledgeable. The pool is amazing and the whole family loves it.

Blue World Pools were easy to deal with and they wasted no time in getting our pool installed. RSL installation installed the pool and did a great job. The pool looks great. They even told me any problem reach out to them not Blue World. I was having cloudy and green tint water. They were able to walk me through what I was doing wrong. My water is back blue and clear. I’ve had a great experience with Blue World with their product (the pool is beautiful) and the customer service has been fabulous too! They are always available to answer my questions! It’s very helpful since I am a first time pool owner.

From the initial meeting with the salesman to the final installation everyone was very friendly and professional. Salesman helped get the pool I wanted at a payment I could afford. The scheduling department had to reschedule the installation several times due to weather conditions. They worked around my schedule. It took less than 2 hours to install my 25ft x 52inch round pool. My pool is the sturdiest, well designed and most attractive above ground pool I have ever seen.

I have found to be much more relaxed after I got my pool. My health has improved. It’s great exercise. I’m enjoying it because it’s not cheaply made. It’s well-built. My husband and I are two big people in this pool is amazing for the both of us

BlueWorld Pools have the best pools around! They are pricey but my kids are happy that’s all that matters to me! Thanks for the first time great installation for my pool we enjoy it every summer with big gatherings with our family.. lots of fun and laughter.

We got our pool in October of 2020. Beside the delay it was great service. The installer did a fantastic job. Finance was excellent also and the sales person addressed our concerns and helps us with best pool.

Updated on 05/14/2024: This review is for a product after a year of ownership. I’ve always felt looking back one year later can tell a lot. In this regards, the 24 foot AGP I got a year ago has performed well beyond expectations. This is South Florida. The maintenance has been very minimal. Mine is a no chlorine power ion system. The water is so nice and clear. I was told exactly how to take care of it by the install team and they have been on point about it. My water has been so blue all year. Looking forward to cleaner and funnier times ahead this summer!

This will be our 3rd year having our Blue World Pool swimming pool. I will be honest, we were hesitant to buy with the price that was quoted. However, the installation was complete and we were using our pool within 3 weeks. Since day one, we have had very minimal time spent on maintaining crystal clear water. That in itself is worth every penny spent for our water oasis in our backyard. We put very minimal amount of bleach in once a week, perform a 5 minute backwash (which is soooo simple) and otherwise just skim any leaves that fall in that comes with having our Blue World pool! to the pool and we are swimming all summer.

Great pool. Great installation and customer service. They came out and installed within one day and did a great job. Very professional and timely. This pool is a property value investment for years to come.

Blue World Pools was able to answer all of questions and having that customer service access made us feel good about our purchase! The turn around was also pretty quick. Sunny days are more fun with our pool.

After several months of rescheduling due to COVID we finally got our pool installed October 2020. I didn't get much of a change to use it in 2020, but it was well used 2021. The installers were great and very friendly, and even were very tolerant with my curious 10 year old who wanted to "help" and watch. We are so happy with our purchase!

Company ran my credit unaware to me for pool installment loan but said they was checking to see if I'm the owner. Naw you ran my credit so you can push a pool loan on my the day the sales guy comes out to give me a quote. No one stupid. Made me lose a few points on my credit for something I have not even discuss.

When me and my wife were discussing getting a new pool and year after year getting seasonal cheaper brand pools from Walmart, eBay and Amazon, we decided to look for a lifetime investment and me, my wife decided to call Blue World Pools and it has been above and beyond our greatest decision. From sales to our installers, it has been a pleasure dealing with everyone. I look forward into working with Blue World representatives for the future for all our pool needs and anytime we have questions or issues, they're are just a phone call away. We have wanted a pool forever, I saw Blue World Pools on TV and decided it was time to call. We had a nice salesman and he was knowledgeable about all the models available. We decided on our model and started the ball rolling. It only took a few weeks to get the pool installed and we are pleased with our choice. It is just in time for the summer and we cannot wait to take a dip. I would recommend to friends. If you are looking for a professional company and want a high end quality pool these are your people.

Blue World Pools. I cannot say enough about the service I received from our original quote call to the completed installation call. The salesman we had was Richard, he was friendly and answered all my questions as they came. Although we were offered the lower-priced Econoline pools, we were hooked on the midline style. Mainly because it’s self cleaning!! I add 2 gallons of bleach weekly and empty the filter baskets… that’s it. We’ve been running it about a month now and that has stayed true. The second reason we chose this style was it is chlorine-free!! No more dry skin!!

The installer was very knowledgeable, He arrived on time and completed the install in one day. So far I’ve had only one problem. The pump pot was cracked. I called and the installer called me in about 20 minutes. He ordered the replacement part two days later he changed it out! No issues since!

From start to finish everyone that I have been in contact with has been amazing. The installer was the greatest. From the sales guy to everyone I have dealt with has been very professional and knowledgeable of what they helping me with.

We purchased our above ground pool from Blue World Pools. We choose the deluxe model salt water pool for less chemicals for our children. Our sales rep was great and knowledgably and walked us through all the options. When our installers arrived they were professional and we knew exactly what to expect. We couldn't believe how fast they had it installed and got the job done. We cannot wait for warmer weather to get in and enjoy our pool. Our son is asking daily if we can go swimming yet.

I had a really great experience with Blue World Pool. The financing was easy. All around great experience!!!!! The installer was very knowledgeable about the product and did a really good job on the install and the best part about it was that it was installed on the third of July and it was really for our pool party on the 4th!

The sales lady and customer service were great. The installation team was quick, clean and very professional. I had to call customer service for a problem with a missing hose and within 3 days it was delivered. I would highly recommend Blue World Pools to everyone.

Nice pool and have enjoyed it but hard to get in touch at times with a lot of wait times on the phone. When we have questions there is a long hold time to get to talk to anyone. When we get through to talk to someone they are very helpful.

We absolutely love our Blue World above ground pool. My family and friends spend a lot of time in it every summer! We got above ground for safety reasons, the ladder can be locked so small children cannot climb in without an adult, and dogs just can't get in.

We had a pleasant experience with the sales person and with the people who installed the pool. They took their time installing the pool. They showed us as they did step by step so we understood what they were doing as the did it. They answered all our questions and gave us some good advice. The sales lady was as equally knowledgeable. We will recommend this Blue World team to others.

This is my first pool - I've had it about a month (haven't even gotten the water bill for filling it yet). I have been very happy with it. The two men who came to install it were professional, showed up exactly on time (called before arrival to make sure I was still expecting them), and even though we had a bad thunderstorm, they got it completely installed and set up in one day. The installers made sure they didn't make a mess in my yard with their equipment - before starting we went over the best location for the pool, they explained how they were going to work, and even asked where I wanted the sod and dirt they dug up before starting. It took me about 3 days to get the pool filled, and then I had some questions- my installer quickly called me back and answered everything I asked. He assured me that if they needed to come back, they would be glad to, but it wasn't necessary due to how well they answered my questions.

Blue World Pools did what they said they would when they said they would. Cleaned up after installation. They keep me informed about what was being done. Good product that worked as they said it would. Very happy with my experience with Blue World Pools & the installer.

He explained all of the features of every selection of the different pools they offered. He was knowledgeable about all of them. He explained the installation of my pool. He answered all my questions about the warranty and upkeep of my pool.

I was researching above ground pool companies in order to select a reputable company. Blue World Pools were allegedly running a special and their website claimed they had free estimates, but when I informed their Rep that I would be surveying several other pool companies which is my right as a consumer to find the best possible price for my budget. The Rep assumed that we would be purchasing a pool based on his presentation and appeared agitated and annoyed when I thanked him and said I would make a decision after I did my due diligence.

I saw the website ad online. I opened it and was prepared to get an above ground pool for almost nothing. I spoke with the salesman and in the end I decided on the classic 18 foot. We have loved every minute of it. Grand babies love it. Win win.

The install didn't take long. The yearly up keep is not hard. The customer service representatives are kind and knowledgeable. I recommend Blue World Pools every time and give them a thumbs up. You will not be disappointed.

I contacted Blue World Pools regarding the purchase of an above ground swimming pool. They sent a representative out to meet with me and my husband. He was very knowledgeable and professional, explaining the process from start to finish. The installers they sent out were super young men. They worked for 2 days preparing the ground, so the pool would be level, etc. They did an excellent job!! We are well pleased and have enjoyed our Blue World Pool last year and can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can begin using our pool again. I highly recommend Blue World Pools.

Paul explained the entire experience during his sales call. Richard came to complete the installation on time and finished in one day. His crew cleaned up and left the pool filling up, ready to swim the next day! Customer Service has answered all my questions in a friendly manner.

I bought a pool in 2016 for this company and a UCC-1 Lien was placed on my property as soon as the pool was installed. I fell on hard times and I could not afford to keep paying on the pool in 2018. According to Texas state law a UCC-1 Lien is only valid for 5 years, but the company can file a continuation statement and extend it another 5 years which they did. I told them several times I cannot afford to keep paying for a $20,000 pool and they will not come get the pool. When you try and call everyone in conversion team from my past experiences are rude and refuse to work with you. Sean Warren the CEO is the best person to contact. He is respectful and will talk to you like a human being. I stated a review in the past and after talking to Sean I change my review but now is a different story now that I found out I still had a lien on my property. I will be contacting my lawyers to see what I can do to remove the UCC-1 lien off of my property.

They were great help with understanding the details of each pool and help me to make the perfect purchase for my family. They installed the pool on the perfect area and made sure I was happy before they ever completely installed it

They explained to me how clean and maintenance my pool and pool system. Showed me how clean and keep my pool clean and asked me if I had any questions and I said that I was completely satisfied with the service.

The pool has been great. Very low maintenance, as promised. I pool ionizer is great, and even after heavy rains the water stays clear. My family loves it. Can’t wait for warm weather so we can jump in.

This is the 2nd pool I have had installed by Blue World Pools. First one lasted 14 years with same original pump and sand filter! Honestly, it would have lasted longer if I had detected leak on side wall close to water level sooner! (She ripped 6 years after I fixed the leaky liner. Not bad for my negligence). I wouldn't purchase another from any other company. I signed to purchase midline model for 2nd pool and the hired installer was let go for reasons unknown to me but Blue World Pool upgraded me to the Elite Model for free for my inconvenience due to a short delay install! I have been very satisfied with it and enjoying it ever since. I would recommend them to anyone!

Our pool has leaked since day one. Took nine months to get service. We have questions on how to take care of the pool as we need to winterize it and start over with first treatment. No one calls back, answers phone messages or emails. If we want to purchase a pool, I bet they would answer!

Everything went fine. We have used the pool several times since install. We chose the classic 24’ round pool. The automatic vacuum system is really cool, makes keeping the pool cleaning so much easier.

Blue World Pools came out and talked with us about the different pools that they offer. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the pools. When the installer came out, it was very wet from the rain. He recommended installing it when it was dryer. I agreed and I was glad that he didn't install it at that time because I wanted it to be installed correctly. When it was dry, the installer came back out and installed the pool in a timely manner. After he was done, he explained how to get the pool started and how to maintain the pool. He answered any question that we had. We have really enjoyed this summer with all of the grandkids. We wished we had done this a long time ago.

Fast response from when the interest card was placed to when the salesmen arrived. They were able to provide a great deal and listed out all expectations. The sales person of course has to do their pitch but understood our time constraints and moved along quickly. Although it may seem odd the installer showed up about a month after signing the documents and completed the install in one day. It did take about 10 hours for the install.

Rain and schedule issues had us out a few months. But we love our new pool. Install was flawless. It was beautifully done. I would recommend this pool to anyone. Tony was a terrific installer if you are in lower Alabama.

Blue World Pools provided excellent service in installing our new 24 foot above ground pool. We were able to talk with the installer to choose a good installation time to fit our schedule. He was able to install the pool where we wanted it in one day. The installer also explained how to maintain the pool and keep it safe for small children. We like the ion pool system better than the chlorine system because it is easier to maintain. We are very happy with our Classic 24 foot round pool.

It took a few back and forth calls but we managed to come to an agreement on pool price. Then comes the waiting for the pool to get installed. I was nervous because so many bad reviews on pool getting installed. We were contacted very quickly by the installer. He gave me an install date, but the day before my pool was to be installed I found out that he was let go. I did get another installer, fairly quickly and was in contact with them. They came and installed my pool, within 2 weeks. The 2 installers were awesome, they worked hard to get my pool up within a day and a half. I have no issues at all with my pool. I am a very happy customer.

The installers came when they were scheduled. It took them 2 days to put the pool up and having it running. The installers when they were finished they cleaned up everything. The pool looks great. You only have to put 2 gallons of bleach in it a week and it stays beautiful. I would recommend this pool to everyone.

Recently purchased one of Blue World Pools Midline pools and had installed. The installation process was completed in a timely manner as promised by what I can only describe as a team of conscientious technicians. They leveled the ground and meticulously measure it to a fraction of an inch using laser technology. They answered questions tirelessly as had many. Upon completion, the lead technician described in great detail how to maintain the pool and how it worked. They cleaned up after installation and even left me with their personal cell phone in case of any issues. The home office has picked up the phone several times and helped my with further queries and have been nothing other than great in their effort to support me. Would recommend Blue World to anybody seeking an above ground swimming pool. The pool is sparkly.

The marketing of the $400 pool did capture me for the initial call and meeting with the sales team. I was initially upset with the 'bait n switch' approach even though they do cover their tracks in paperwork and signoffs. I will say the installer was awesome and very thorough, the pool quality is apparent. I believe the products and warranty are the reason for the increased price although still not sure about $15k, but over time may change my mind. The sales team does over sale the zero maintenance, no chemicals and no draining for winter. Monthly bleach is required, some drainage and removal of pump and ionizer is required for winter. Honesty is the best policy, come on and stop the marketing schemes.

Hector is an excellent installer. Did a great job. Showed up on time and almost completed the job in one day except he had to stop because of rain and due to inclement weather. He was able to return the following day and complete.

I would recommend Blur World Pools to anyone. The filtering system keeps the water crystal clear and we are very happy with the ionization system. It is a much more pleasant water experience than the chlorine system. The lifetime warranty relieves the worries of any major concerns. When I first encountered Blue World Pools, it initially seemed to be overpriced. But after buying one and having it installed, I can see why the price must be where it is. This is a very high quality pool; much more so than I thought it would be. The installers were prompt and professional, and the materials themselves are excellent. Except for a plumbing issue that followed Wintermageddon in Texas in 2021, everything has held up and remained intact. My only issue with the pool is something beyond BWP's ability: the original installers no longer service my area, and thus could not repair the pool after the damage caused by the extreme cold that year. I did find a good repairman, but BWP couldn't recommend one to me that serviced my area. So, we're kind of orphaned right now. Thankfully I can do the regular maintenance myself. My family has greatly enjoyed the pool!

We recently had a pool installed and have had such a pleasant experience...It is very easy to maintain, we haven't had any problems at all. My kids use it almost daily. Will be sad when we have to close for winter lol.

Our family truly enjoyed the pool during COVID. Our grandchildren were out of school. It gave everyone something fun to perform outside. We played games with water super guns and chose sides. That was a blast. We cooked outside and returned to the pool after playing red light, green light. We laughed, sang songs from the radio and danced. It was a pleasure even when I was alone it was relaxing on the floats with an adult drink.

This company is a scam!!! Blue World Pools is a finance company first and foremost. Selling cheap pools is the side hustle. They came into my home with the promise of a $300 pool then like a timeshare push and push and push for you to buy a $15000 above ground pool which is insane. They tell you the $300 is the same as one at Walmart and if you want it then you still have to pay $2000 to prep the site or they will not install it even though free installation is stated on the website and in contract. Their finance rate is the same no matter how good your credit is but you don't find that out until after the fact when you get hit with a 34% interest rate!!!! And the icing on the cake is that the company hires felons to travel and represent them. FELONS that they send to your home. How this company is still in business with all the criminal activities is terrifying.

The representative came to our home to explain the company and pricing; she was really patient with our questions and concerns. The pricing was reasonable. Once the installers contacted us, it was exciting to see the process at work. The installers were patient with the weather and finished the job in one day. They gave explicit instructions about the pool, skimmer, and anything else we had questions with. I highly recommend them as a great company to work with.

Even though it took about 4 or 5 weeks for the installer to come put in our pool, it only took about a total of 7 hours. It’s a beautiful pool with clear water, no burning chlorine eyes, no dry skin from chlorine, no salt. It has an ionizer which we have had no problem with.

We recently purchased a new pool from Blue World Pools and we couldn't be happier with our decision. There was one issue we encountered, we wanted to finance, spoke to finance department and were given our rates and payments, but on day of install the installer had paperwork for a cash deal. The installer had already started leveling my yard when this was discovered and when we called finance they said that I had said I wanted to pay cash. Then they said they would send over the proper forms and to go sit by my computer and wait for them.

Happy to have the pool installed completely. Ground work included. Still a little expensive. Although everything in the country is expensive now. Maybe the price will come done as inflation lowers in our county.

He wasn’t able to get me my money back but was able to help out by sending me some supplies and extras for the pool. Russ was great but have to give my overall experience a BIG THUMBS DOWN!
