    We are absolutely in love with our new pool. It was installed in 8 hrs. and had it up and running ready to swim a few days later. I love it being Maintenance free, it's one of the best investments I have ever made. My kids and family love it. I love that it is hassle free and I can just enjoy the pool and not work the whole summer on keeping it clean.

    The service with them was very efficient and quick and also the installers were very knowledgeable and eager to assist with all of my questions and concerns. By this being my first above the ground pool l was nervous about the upkeep, after speaking with the installers I no longer have that concern.

    The salesman was very knowledgeable about the options of all the pools they offer. He let us pick the one we wanted. The installers did an awesome job. We are swimming on our pool daily.     From the time I made an appointment with the sales rep I was so skeptical. The appointment was set, the sales person arrived in a timely manner, she was respectful and knowledgeable. She measured where the pool would go and where I wanted it to go. We went in the house and she told me all about the pools, the company and the service that they provided and the guarantees. I was sold on the pool. I signed the paperwork to purchase the pool. The call came to confirm the installation, then the call came from the installer and then before I knew it the installer was here and installing the pool. It was set up a few days ago and I am so happy with it. I needed help with the test sequence and the staff that answered were able to give me the answers I needed immediately. I was so happy with the service!!

    Was told at time of purchase that it would take 4 to 6 weeks. Was contacted ten days later and was given installer's information. They contacted us two days later and set up delivery time for pool and installation. The installation company called several times keeping us informed on everything. Our installers were very good while they endured 103 temperature.

    We’re very satisfied with this pool. It's built well and the installers were very meticulous while installing it. I’m very picky about someone installing something for me. I always go behind them and fix the little things that they missed or didn’t install to my satisfaction. The only thing I found was that they forgot a pair of scissors when they left! Great job Blue World installers!

    We had our pool (24' round) installed 3 years ago and have loved it ever since! We built a 32'x52' deck around it and it just compliments the house. The entire staff (from install to sales/service) was awesome to work with! They get back to you when you have questions and are willing to do anything to make it right. I would (and have) recommended them to anyone looking for that oasis in their backyard. What makes it even better is the easy maintenance. These pools cost a lot less than in-ground pools not only with install but upkeep and are fun for everyone.

    The pool is a top quality above ground pool. The installers prepared the ground and set up the pool. Blue World Pools are a hybrid pool that uses Ionization for water clarity and one gallon of household bleach once a week. Nearly being maintenance free, gives you so much more play time than work time. Thank you Blue World Pools.

    I purchased a Blue World Pool and am enjoying it. They had it installed in a day. The water is crystal clear and I enjoy swimming in it without any chlorine or salt products. The ladder that comes with it was better than a typical a frame ladder.

    I had my pool installed last season and I am still impressed with quality and excellent customer service. I owned a pool for many years before this purchase and it was time consuming and I felt like I was constantly adjusting the chemicals and messing with filter. With My Pool from Blue World I literally put a gallon of bleach in a week, run the filter 4 hours a day and my pool is always clear an ready to go. I am so glad I upgraded to the classic pool!! It really has been a great investment.

    I have had a wonderful experience with Blue World Pools beginning with my salesman Jack who was very pleasant and answered all my questions, even after I purchased the pool. Jack followed up with me many times prior to having the pool installed. He was professional questions and was responsive to any questions I had. He also provided contact information including a photo of my installer. Jack went way out of his way to ensure I was satisfied. Then there is my installer Thomas and his team. They were professional and arrived a day early. The pool was installed in record time. Thomas was also very receptive to phone calls after the installation and made an emergency call to my house because something was leaking. He fixed it and was on his way. I could not have asked for a better team.

    First, I contacted Blue World Pool for the advertised $300 pool. Salesperson makes appointment with my mom, husband, and myself. She was very nice and turned us away from $300 pool and got our attention on a much more expensive pool that was going to be $19k but we were supposed to get a discount because of the ad and because my husband and I are both disabled vets. I asked the salesperson how long before pool would be installed since it’s already June. We were told 4-6 weeks so I’m thinking 4th of July we should have a pool.

    My uncle passed away the same week and we left out of town for funeral but I called 3x that week to find out what’s going on. I was told it’s In underwriting. I was a bit confused and questioned the lady when I called because I specifically asked if my credit was going to be checked because I’m buying a house. I was told no that it’s all in house financing but my credit was pulled twice by this company. I asked what my interest rate would be and the lady couldn’t tell me because it’s in underwriting so now we are 4 weeks in and I’ve had to continue to call them.

    Finally, I called to them to cancel it because I’m not getting straight answers and feel lied to. Then I called back to speak to manager and the lady says she could drop my price down to $13k but I only have 3 days to “mail” them a certified letter to cancel but mail takes longer than that. Contract says 50% after 3 days if pool ordered. Pool should not have been ordered since I hadn’t been approved to my knowledge and should have been 30% but this company is telling me I have to pay $8500 for not doing a damn thing but lie and frustrate the consumers. We have asked to have a manager call us and that hasn’t happened yet. I am filing a report to BBB for these liars and misrepresentation.

    I'd like to thank the top Leadership of going the extra mile and willingness to satisfy a contract and a customer. I had a series of issues once my contract moved along to the installation department. They brought the crew in that teaches their installers to handle the installation with white gloves. The internal issues were discussed at length, as a PM, I had brought the issues with resolutions as an escalation, the conversation was well received and issues rectified. I can appreciate the difficulties of running a world class operation and ensuring quality control along the way and keeping it consistent. As a customer I appreciate being heard and completely satisfied with the outcome.

    Customer service and management are the worst I have ever dealt with. They have a don't care attitude, refuse to offer assistance and hang up on you. May 14th sales person was out I went with midline pool, was told install would be within 3-4 wks. I had to keep calling to ask about install date was finally told June 24th. Finance calls. Of course they upgrade you. I was told classic is the Cadillac of their pools the best, Fred also told me 4 inches deeper than midline. Found out today by Fred that midline and classic are both 52 inches deep. When I asked why did he tell me when we last spoke it was deeper the conversation ended because he tried to argue that he didn't tell me that and he hung up on me.

    Supervisor Andria is no better she also has a don't care attitude as well and also hangs up on you. I received a call at 8p.m. night before my scheduled installation date to tell me it was cancelled. This whole company needs training in customer service and people skills. LET'S SEE HOW LONG IT TAKES THE NEXT SUPERVISOR TO CALL ME BACK!!!!

    We purchased a 27' round, 4' deep above-ground pool from Blue World Pools in 2020. We had a great summer, spending many hours in the pool with family and friends. It was a lifestyle-changing decision, as we found it became a great excuse to grill out, invite people over and relax. After deciding to sell our house that winter, the first thing we did at our new house was to call Blue World Pools and get the same pool again. This is our second pool in 2 years, and one of the best investments we have made. There is nothing more refreshing after doing yard work or a long day at the office than getting into your own pool.     I signed a contract & paid $4,500 with Blue World Pools to have an above ground pool installed and encountered the worst experience ever. 4/1/22-4/4/22 The installer (1 man) showed up 4 hours late day 1 & late in the evening for the next 3 days. Installer damaged the pool. On day 4, I called company and they terminated their installer and said they would need to bring a new frame and liner & I told them? NO? & I would cancel the sale. I followed cancellation instructions & I have proof of letter received within proper timeframe. They’re not agreeing & threatening arbitration & attorney cost.

    Blue World Pools salespeople are very dishonest and will intentionally lie about many things including delivery times. I purchased a pool from Blue World Pools and the salesman said it would be installed in 3-4 weeks and they could fit the equipment through my 48 inch fence gate. 5 weeks later I just found out the opening needs to be six feet and installation is 3 months not 3 weeks. Very frustrating to have someone lie to my face multiple times for a sale.

    The first installation was cancelled and we had to wait a couple of weeks while they found a new installer. During that time they were very hard to get ahold of to try to get a status. The salesman that sold us the pool left a card and said call him anytime but when we tried he never answered or returned any of my calls. The new installers were kind and knowledgeable and did a good job. I am pleased with the final result but not so much with the process we had to go through to get here.

    I highly recommend Blue World Pools. I was very skeptical about investing in a Blue World Pool. I decided to check it out and the sales rep was awesome. He was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. He was not pushy and did not pressure me in any way. It was installed in late August by a great crew. Being the end of August left us with little time to enjoy the pool before having to close it up for the winter. We reopened the pool this May and I was so surprised to find that the pool water looked pretty much the same as it did when I closed it, just as I was told it would with following closing procedures. I was amazed how easy it was to get it prepared for this year's swimming season.

    My family and grandkids love this pool. My experience with BWP was great from the initial purchase up to the final installation. The installation crew was courteous and professional and Customer Service answered all my questions and concerns when I contacted them by phone. They were very friendly and helpful and never made me feel stupid about questions I had. My grandkids love it and it is a great place for friends and family to hang out and enjoy while relaxing and cooling off. I am very blessed now to have a BWP and it has been a great investment. I now have a high quality, low maintenance pool that we can afford and enjoy for years to come. If a person is serious about investing in a good quality pool that is low maintenance, I highly recommend Blue World Pools.

    Called to make an appointment for a pool quote. Husband and I committed ourselves to 10:30 AM, today. NO one showed up. I called their 800 number. First person I spoke w/ sounded unhappy w/ her job and/or callers. Real attitude. Passed me to sales. Second person was short and gruff w/me right out the gate before he even knew who I was or why I was calling. He says we're not on the "board," whatever that means, and QUICKLY transfers me back to the first person. I tell the first person what little I know, and I am not pleased. She tells me someone "tried" to call us. I said nope; I don't even have a missed call. I went to ask her what phone number she has for us... and suddenly, just like that, the girl who hates her job is gone.

    It was either a disconnect, or she hung up on me. I suspect the latter. I decide to give it the benefit of the doubt, and assume we were disconnected. I called back, and I happen to get her. I asked her nicely, did we get disconnected or did you hang up on me....and she says..."uh-hum." I start to explain and asked what's going on, and she now puts me on hold without saying a word (music starts playing), and someone else picks up the line. A nice person. So I ONCE AGAIN, start to explain, and ask where is our person. She tells us for some reason it's pending and something to do w/our deed??? 1. There is nothing wrong with our deed. Lived here for over 20 years. 2. They could have called and asked us any questions if they had any. I wouldn't trust this company after all of this. NO way.

    Our pool is very easy to maintain. The chemical balance is very easy to set up this spring. Over the winter it stayed blue and only required a few chemicals to get totally balanced and ready for swimming fun.

    First off, we never received our pool contract from the sales representative. Though I have asked for ours several times from different levels/departments within the company. Hold times can be 30 minutes plus for any department without knowing positions in the queue and you most likely will find yourself transferred/redirected for another lengthy hold. I have found hanging up and trying the number+extension again sometimes removes the hold time; makes zero sense.

    The installation was a rush job with the ground not being 100% cleared or leveled prior to setup; blame falls on customer for not checking thoroughly enough. Be warned, there will be metal screws all on the ground where they assemble the metal posts; I stepped on one and it stuck nicely into my bare foot. We discovered seven more screws spread out in the area to include near the pump. Anything plastic needs to be double checked for proper alignment/fit; unfortunately breaks/leaks won't be noticeable until water levels are sufficient to discover the leaks. You will need an extension cord regardless of distance from outlet. No extension cord is provided and this was not mentioned to us until a few days prior to actual installation. Would be nice if a true site survey was conducted prior to day of installation; sales personnel are not trained on how to do this.

    This is by no means a chemical free pool! Though we were told several times the pool only required weekly Clorox bleach to sustain it. We discovered after installation, that this pool requires ALL the chemical and testing maintenance an old chlorine pool requires. In comparison to my previous salt water pools, this pool requires substantial maintenance in time and money. Don't be fooled, this pool will cost you a lot to maintain it! For the cost to quality comparison, we definitely believe we overpaid for this pool! Just one of those experiences that proves patience is needed during these times.

If you encounter leaks directly after installation then we would come out and fix them. The installation team takes pictures throughout the installation to ensure it is done properly, and I am happy to share them with you. The screw packets come with extra screws, however they should not be left scattered on the ground. Balancing your pool water when it is first filled is absolutely normal, however moving forward it should be easier and more cost efficient to maintain. Please understand you need to contact our service department with help balancing the water with our ionization system. You might be being lead astray by a local pool store.     We called and they scheduled a meeting. He met at our convenience and spent lots of time answering all our questions & concerns. Helped us find ways for great discounts. Took a little long to hear back once we signed up, but finally it all came together. Installers were very nice, but didn’t put the pool close enough to the deck as we had asked.     Right from the first day of the pool being filled it leaked. I called and called to get someone to fix it and spent hours on the phone on hold. I was told the installer was not able to fix it due to personal issues, that I understand. However, after a month or better of getting no response or service, the payment department called to set up the payment, I told them I bought a pool not a sieve and that I would make no payment until it was usable. Boy that is when things started happening, I had an installer on the phone really quick and in a hurry wanting to set up an appointment to get it fixed. I can still get no help on this thing. It still leaks but not as bad.

    I was told to go to their web site for accessories, well can't find it and oh well just the way it goes, only got 7 or 8 years left. Don't have to be worried about being let down by their service department, been there, still doing that. They called to ask how the pool was and if I was satisfied, when I told them no again, it is still leaking they said they would have a manager call, well that was a while ago now, I sent pictures as I was asked to and never got a response. Don't get me wrong. We love the pool when we can use it, just have to keep putting water in it. But customer service needs a lot of work....

    RINKY - DINK COMPANY....You don't want them to contact you. Rinky - Dink company. Requires both people to be home- ok. Proof of ownership of property - ok. Must sit through a 90-minute sales pitch-ok and a credit check before they speak to you - not ok. If I am paying cash you have not business knowing my credit score. Requires a "credit check" even if you are paying cash or the highest expensive pool package. And of course you own your own land - we do. But a credit check. When I question this; they said company policy. Hung up on when I questioned his practice. I called them back. The lady CSR told me it is company policy. Then she told me that they only deal with professional people and hung up on me. Guess they did not know that both my myself and husband are professional people just retired.

When installer had pool set up it was missing parts, had to wait several days therefore the installer was here longer.     This is a good buy, it's very durable, good size. We had a pool party there was around 13 people in the pool and a volleyball net. It was a lot of fun. It's big enough to lay on the floating devices, the pump is quiet. So it makes swimming enjoyable.

    I spoke with a representative and they worked with me to schedule and sales person to come and visit. The salesman was really informative and polite. When we decided to purchase a 27 ft pool the Blue World reps worked with to get the price we were happy with. The installers came out and installed the pool and gave a tutorial for how to operate and maintain the pump. They also provided me with instructions as to how to winterize the pool. I especially love the ionizer. I only have to add 2 gallons of bleach a week. No water test or chlorine. I am very pleased with my experience from Blue World Pools.

    This company will not answer your calls whatsoever. You can call the sales department and they pick up right away to get you to buy. Once they have you, good luck trying to get a hold of service and parts. I’ve been calling for months and waiting over 30 minutes at a time and no one picks up.     I purchased the Classic model 24' pool in March 2020, with the upgraded liner, upgraded steel supports and the lifetime warranty (very important!). The pool was completely paid off in June 2021. I have had a few problems with this pool, some of which were taken care of reasonably well, but I am now having problems resolving issues that continue to present. The first was the algae, which was fixed by purchasing algaecide. This was unexpected, as we were told that this would be a chemical free pool, but this incident was not a deal breaker, and has not repeated itself as of this time.

    The next two problems were the broken steps and the broken intake flap. I called customer service for that problem. I left messages on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, and Saturday, October 10, 2020. When I called on Friday, October 16, 2020, I was able to speak to Phillip who stated they would ship those out if I sent pictures of the broken pieces, which I did. I also told Phillip about a leak we found in the pool that seems to only leak whenever the pump is turned on, and he stated he would have someone contact me. I received those parts within a few days after speaking with him. A few problems contacting someone who could help, but so far, not so bad.

    This is where things went south. I received a text message on my phone from Campbell's Pool Installation in Fort Worth, asking to see pictures of the leak. When the pictures were sent, they stated that the pool would need to be patched due to a small hole/slice in the liner, and that it would not be warrantied. Soon after that, (sometime in February) the entire liner came apart in multiple places. The liner basically shredded the bottom edge that rubs against the metal walls. I called again to have them replace the liner, and they stated that the warranty did not cover the liner unless the liner split at the seams.

    I asked for a copy of the signed contract at that time as I have never received one (a copy was supposed to be mailed to me as the salesperson did not drag a copy machine around with them). I was told that they would mail it to me for a fee. I tried to order a new liner through Blue World Pools, and they stated they did not have any liners to sell. I purchased a new liner, Styrofoam pool cove, and a plastic underlayment through Amazon because the underlay or cove was never installed, and the liner is of better quality and much thicker than what was installed to begin with.

    I was out $1,600.00, but I don't have any problems with the liner now. The reason for the liner shredding? A cove was built out of sand for the install, and the sand pushed down which caused the original liner to sit directly against the metal walls and the bottom rail, which destroyed the liner. The reason for the leaks? Vegetation grew through the sand underlayment and poked holes in the middle of the liner.

    The directional valve began leaking a few days ago. I sent an email to Blue World Pools this last Wednesday about this and that I found a few of the end caps broken. At this time I have not received a response to this email. I called them today to ask them about the parts. I was told my pool's lifetime warranty now does not cover plastic parts and that the above parts would cost me $571.00. It was my understanding that the only thing the lifetime warranty did not cover was the liner unless it split at the seams (per the previous conversation about the liner), but I cannot get the warranty terms mailed to me to verify. By the way, the only metal parts on the pool are the outside walls, the wall rails, and the top flange. Everything else installed on the pool is PLASTIC. Not much of a warranty...

    At this time, I have not received a copy of the original signed contract that has the lifetime warranty terms on it. I have already purchased a liner for my pool. I purchased a gauge because I wasn't going to bother Blue World Pools for a $9.00 part. Now I have to purchase a directional valve and 4 end caps on a pool that does not seem to have any warranty. Looking up these parts, I can purchase the valve for $54.85 and ten of the original top caps for $219.90. I would have never paid $20,000 for a pool with no warranty. I could and would have purchased a $800.00 pool at Walmart if I knew I was being sold a pool with no warranty on any of the actual parts that might fail. This is ridiculous. The entire reason for this purchase was for the WARRANTY! This is probably the worst experience on a purchase I have experienced so far.

    The pool guys were great! Our backyard was a blank canvas, and as a result, there were a lot of questions and complications that had to be answered and overcome. Absolutely no fault of the pool company or the installation crew they sent out. In fact, after we purchased the pool it took us a few months before WE we were ready to start the installation. We finally scheduled the installation, and then had to delay it. Twice! Entirely issues on our side, but the installers just took it in stride.

    When we finally came up with a good date to start, they showed up, we had a long talk about our plans for the backyard, and they got to work. It turns out that it’s harder to install a pool in an empty backyard if you don’t have any solidly mounted equipment installed to begin with. Who knew? But the installation proceeded quickly and cleanly. They installed everything needed, and in a few days we had a pool! It has some temporary issues due to the rest of the backyard still being an empty mess, but after the rest of the yard is done this spring I will get some pictures of the pool nestled between the deck, patio, and garden area. Unfortunately, since we pushed the installation back so far, we only had a couple of weeks to fill, treat, and winterIze the pool. But we love it!!!

    Had to replace pool pump within the first year, wrinkles in the liner, faded where steps were (had to move them). Terrible “warranty” and customer service when we called about the pool pump not working and the stairs cracking, plus dark spots in the liner all occurred within the first year and we were told it is not covered.

Typically stains are caused by improper water balance i.e. minerals, organice materials, or chemical damage. Wrinkles happen in a liner if you drain the pool below where someone should.     Although it took 8 weeks for delivery (because of COVID issues) we were still able to enjoy our new pool. This was installer's first install and we had a few bumps but he worked through them and kept us informed and did an outstanding job. I received phone calls throughout the process and was informed of next step. I would highly recommend Blue World Pools!!! Not too sure of their financing as the interest rate is extremely high so I did get my own financing through my bank. Can't wait for next summer to jump back in!!!

    Purchased a pool from Blue World Pools June 6th 2021. Was told because I agreed to be a show pool that my pool would be installed immediately. Was in the contract I signed. After 6 June 2021 I did not receive any calls to schedule my install, EVER! I called only to get a voice mail that said they would call back in 24 hours, never happen, or once someone did answer told me they would call back, never happen. I only knew my pool was being installed, the day before the installer came, was because the installer answered a month old text I sent them on if they have a date for my install.

    Pool installers come and install the pool and when I fill it up with water it leaked from the plumbing to the filter. So installers come back and fix it. Guess what? It has a leak under the pool. So two months have passed and Blue World Pools service tells me I am at the mercy of the installers schedule and they can't help me. Do not get screwed over like I did, stay away from this company.

    UPDATED 4/22/2022: Our pool is approaching a year old and has provided us with loads of family fun. Maintenance has been super easy with the pump and filter system that came with the pool. I have added a screened enclosure which has reduced the amount of airborne debris that gets in the pool. Blue World Pools is the way to go as far as I'm concerned. Affordable, Attractive, and easy to maintain.

    As a whole, the company is great. The salesman that came out was awesome! He knew his stuff and was very professional. Then we get to the finance department, where they weren't sure what stack my paperwork should be in, which ultimately delayed my pool install. I had to call them to check the status. Yes, they offered me free stuff, which wasn't the point. So what was supposed to take a month took over 2. So to the install process. Wow, the installers were simply amazing! They went thru everything, worked hard, very professional and helpful! Now, I understand this was a crazy year but I feel they could've planned just a little better.

    The pool is a forever pool. Installation was done in one day like I was told. The pool is just as they said it would be. Very sturdy, not a cheap looking pool, very good material. Everything was explained to me in detail on how to care for the pool. I would recommend this company to people.

    Buying my pool from Blue World Pools was one of the best decisions I have ever made. From my initial contact with the sales rep to the day of installation, I immediately knew that this company was top notch.     Installer came around noon in the Texas heat and installed my pool, they worked as a team and showed me and my wife the basic operation and how to start up the pool. When they finished the team cleaned up the work space and left my yard like it was when they came, a great job.

    Updated on 06/07/2022: I have had my pool for almost a year now, and my family has enjoyed it to the fullest. It was super easy to winterize last year, and even easier to re-open for the summer. We will be spending A LOT of time in it this summer.

    They setup our appointment and came when they said they would. Install was very efficient, done in like 4 hours. Had questions about the water levels once the pool was done filling and those were answered promptly. Very happy with our pool.

    On April 26, 2021 we entered a contract for a pool. We have had four install dates, we have not received a pool yet. They did not call to say they were not coming they just don’t show up. It’s always the same excuse. We are paying cash for the pool it is not financed. I was told by Russ that we could cancel after they did not meet the 120 day stipulation. Now we are being told they can’t meet this date but if we cancel we must pay 50 percent of the cost. If you decide to buy a pool read the contract carefully or you will be held hostage by this company. They try to make right by offering steep discounts and add-ins but at this point summer is over, my family has not had any pool time and I could have bought the same pool for half the price and been swimming by now. Don’t trust a word they say!

    I have had my 27' Blue World above ground pool for 3 years and it has been a delight. The company is pretty awesome as well. The staff are always friendly and ready and willing to help. Have a question about the pool?... Just call. They will have the answer! Maintenance is just adding 2 gallons of chlorinating liquid once a week (I put mine in on Sunday) and you're all set. The entire family enjoys cooling off in the pool on these hot SC days. I highly recommend Blue World Pools and I know you won't be disappointed.
