Installation was professional and timely. For the past year we have not experienced any problems and enjoy the pool constantly. The care and maintenance is easy and cost effective. We recommend the chlorine free ion pool that is completely chemical free.

Blue World Pools was very easy to work with. They answered all my questions quickly. Their customer service is wonderful. I love that someone comes to your house to let you see and feel the difference in quality. Very nice people also.

I have had my 24ft Blue World Pool for going on 4 years and we have loved it! The install has turned out to not be great because apparently there was not enough sand used so we now have divots. This Summer, we had ran into an issue that has created dark brown spots that are continuing to spread. We have scrubbed them and tried everything we can think of (they don't feel raised or like anything is there), but nothing is helping. I have reached out to Blue World 4 times and can't get a single response. I have been told that the spots might be from the install and underneath the liner.

Blue World Pools made it easy. Installation only took half a day. All I had to do is add the water. They leveled my pool area. Customer service is great. They make me feel like I matter. The pool increased our house value.

I had my pool installed 3 months ago. The family and I have enjoyed the pool so far. The installation process was good with the exception of them leaving the dirt behind. It was a lot of work to have that removed from the yard. The maintenance of the pool is going good and the filter was easy to learn and use.

Great company that stands by their word. There was a slight issue with initial installer but after a new installer was dispatched everything was smooth sailing. Customer service and the entire corporate installation team were very helpful and friendly.

He set me up with a contractor close in proximity to the area in which I live, in the mean time he walked me through, the things that I could do on my end to make it the project much easier for the contractor when they arrive to fix whatever is the cause of my pool draining water. Pool was installed nicely and has been a great retreat for our family and gatherings. It was installed in one day and they explained everything to us in detail. The installer made sure we knew everything about the pump and how to run it before leaving.

We are extremely happy with our pool! The installers were amazing and very helpful. We have had two pools before this one and this one is the best one yet. We love the fact that they piped it with PVC, so no more flimsy hoses and we love the floor drains.

My pool was installed on August 18, 2025 and while I’m still working on adjusting the water my kids and I have enjoyed the pool. Hoping for an Indian summer so I can truly enjoy the pool prior to winterization. The installers were amazing and even came back when I had a quick question!

The installation went great. My grandchildren and I will love it for years to come. It is a little expensive but the warranty saves me a lot of headaches. The drains in the floor are A big plus and plenty of YouTube videos if you have questions.

It took a couple months to get installed. I recommend reaching out in March/April for pool to be ready by summer. Mine was installed mid August, but the salesman said that would probably be when it was installed, so no surprises.

Our experience was good with Blue World Pools but it took a very long time for the installer to get to us from the date that we purchased. We got pretty flustered and we thought about canceling our order a few times then we decided to stick it out.

I waited about 3 months before I decided to purchase the pool. The install was great. The installer was even great. I got the 18-foot round pool. I was so happy when I bought my first home. I was excited to be able to put in a pool for my grandkids. The salesperson was so nice, he said all the right things, showing us photos of installed pools, and making us feel comfortable about the fact that I had grandkids with special needs, so did he. But after the sale. I should have known that it was too good to be true. Something was wrong. Please people do not buy a pool from Blue World! I can't believe a company would do this to honestly, hard working people!

During COVID-19, locked down with 2 kids, we were desperate to find ways to entertain them. We discovered Blue World Pools! They were easy to work with and got everything installed quickly and with great quality. We've never looked back and continue to enjoy the pool year after year!

Consumer review link is different. Its set up to have company look better than it is. I called last week. Pool I selected was going to pay no financing. They tricked me, ask for my address, name which is normal. My radar popped why do they need my birthday for? MY YARD IS 60 FEET BY 40 FEET WHY WASTE THEIR TIME AND MINE. He said they will come out first for some reason. He then came back saying my credit is locked. I have to do this because of thieves as them if I know what I want and paying on the spot what's the reason for a credit check. BBB, STATES ATTORNEY HAVE TO BE NOTIFIED RUNNING CREDIT CHECK ON PEOPLE WITHOUT ANY PERMISSION. IMAGINE IN FUTURE YOU NEED ASSISTANCE SHADY ONE TIME WOULD BE SHADY SECOND TIME.

From the time we signed on the dotted line, it was July 7th 2022 until today, July 7th, 2025, thus company has been nothing but a pain to deal with. Our pool was supposed to be delivered and installed, according to salesman before the end of July. After the company rescheduling installation 3 times, our pool was finally installed the first week of Sept. Didn't even get to use it. Filled it to make sure no leaks and let water sit for couple days to verify, drained it and winterized it. Come late spring, the ionizer was rusted, the pump wouldn't work and the instructions made no sense, my husband is a journeyman maintenance worker so he knows how to work on these kind of things.

Blue World Pools staff have been amazing. Everyone has been professional and helpful with every step of the process. We love our pool!! The installation crew were amazing and finished our setup even when it started raining.

First time the ground was still a little moist. Installer recommended we wait for better day. Second time ground was ready and the install went very smooth. Great people to work with. Very respectful of your property and customer. I would have them do work for me anytime.

Love our Blue World Pool. We have had our pool for about 7 years now and say that the pool has shown itself to be extremely durable and very low maintenance. Spring set up is easy. My wife can’t wait to get in it everyday during the summer.

I called a salesman came out. He spent time explaining the pools and all the difference. He was very nice and knowledgeable. We thought it was getting put in a little earlier but due to weather and busy times. We had the installer call and they showed up and put our pool in. It didn't take long for the process. He explained the pump and we received paperwork for all to go with the pool. If I need more help I call them and they are on the phone helping me thru the process of getting things taken care of.

Everyone was nice, friendly and knowledgeable about their product. I would recommend them to others. The installers showed up when they said they would and finished the job on time as promised. He even came back and helped me with other questions I had.

Overall the process was very simple. The group that did our installation was very good and very informative. The end of season and spring startup process is very straight forward. We couldn't be happier with our pool's performance.

Paid way too much to have the problems we had from the installation to the top plates rusting out within 5 years. This company wants you to work with a warranty company that only wants you to buy more plates. Would not recommend this company!

The pool is great and customer service is is on point. The said there was no chemicals needed and I was shocked when all last year the only thing I needed to do is adjust the pH a few times where other friends of mine spent all kinds of money to get the crystal clear water I had.

Installation was smooth and quick. I have been super pleased with how little chemicals it took. (They told me it wouldn’t need much but I didn’t believe it) the water quality is excellent. The maintenance is way less and the double circulation from the floor drains makes it stay cleaner much longer than a normal pool.

The whole process was went smooth. The contactor were nice and efficient. This is a beautiful and sturdy pool. A great addition to our home. Blue World Pools is great with issues. But Damon had so much integrity and knowledge about the product, we decided to get one! Best decision we ever made. We love our pool, and we still talk to Damon often! Salesman was good. Lee in customer service was AWSOME. The company itself I’ll never do business with again. I paid $17,500 for a 27 upgraded pool last August and now that it’s time to open it up for the season, I have an installer mistake of him cutting the liner too short and they refuse to warranty their work. They were more than willing to sell me a new liner but not fix the one I have now. Told me I’d have to fix or replace!

Worst company and product ever. Mother in law spend 17 thousand dollars for above ground pool. Supposably has warranty and all this great stuff. 2 years later we have grass growing through the pool call about liner warranty no call backs no help. Then a freaking tree liner is shot and we still aren't getting any help. By year 3 pool is gone. But she is still making those payments. This was 10 years ago pool paid off last year finally. Today I find out they never finalized the the payoff and still have a lien on the house. Call them and get told, "It will take us a few weeks to send you a letter saying to paid this off." We have bought 2 other above grounds pools that worked great and not nearly the cost. And each lasted longer than a Blue World pool. Save yourself pain and suffer, don't but here....

Had a great experience from start to finish. However had 2 pools installed because the first pool was a bad install. Blue World made it right. Sent a very experienced crew out the second time around and got a complete new reinstall and very satisfied with my family's pool. And very pleased with all the helpful and knowledgeable friendly staff throughout the whole experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Salesman did a good job telling us about the pools and payments. Blue World Pools keep in touch with updates and promotions. The installation team was fast and the team I got was just one man that did everything. If my friends and family get a pool I was have them request that guy

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The finance they offer is so corrupt. They have a very shady contract and they bill you like crazy. We have been paying don't his pool for 9 years and the way they set it up and the way they explained it to us was so different. It will be an 11-year loan. On a 15.000 loan, we will pay almost $30,000. It is unbelievable what they did. They have not sent an invoice for 9 years. We called and asked for one and it was like pulling teeth. When you see the math that is why. We are angry at ourselves for trusting so much and not researching this company. The customer service is terrible. I called asking questions and she yelled at me. Was very short and just rude when I was trying to understand. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY unless you want a serious problem.

Every one of them are the nastiest people we have ever encountered in our lives. There is no such thing as excellence with this company from our experience. Not only did we not get to swim during the summer because the install took 3 months. We were late and then harassed to death, hung up on, threatened, you name it! It makes having the pool a complete nightmare. Then after a payment was made it couldn’t be found and once found there was no apology. Just more nastiness. We are making our first moves to legally get as far away from this company as possible. Also, you may think you’re dealing with a large company but it’s a small call center of people waiting for you to slip up to threaten a lien on your home.

Coming off deployment and the end of the school year for the kids, all timely expectations were met, from initial contact and marketing of the product to the time of installation and follow-ups—excellent quality service by the company and fast installation from an experienced installer. The company looked into our interests and worked with us on cost savings and lower interest payments that are affordable and within our reach. Undoubtedly, the mineral-free pool we received costs less maintenance and is easy to do for yourself.

Lee from Blue World Pools was our salesman here in eastern North Carolina. He's a great with us. He told us everything upfront. He didn't beat around the bush and he did not pressure us to buy anything. From the time we ordered to the pool was installed was about 3 weeks. The contractor showed up just like he was supposed to and I got right to work. They were here for about 8 or 9 hours. And it was on a holiday.

Updated on 05/13/2026: After owning our pool for over two years, we still remain deeply satisfied. Everything is still working as it was when first installed. We highly recommend Blue World Pools.

We had our pool installed this summer, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The installation process was incredibly fast, and the installer was professional, friendly, and thorough. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and we were impressed with the level of care and attention to detail.

The pool is just so the right size for our yard. The staff was very professional and nice. They also walked us through the process and saw it all the way through until the end. I recommend them highly. The installation was simple and didn’t take long at all.

We purchased a 27' round above ground pool from Blue World Pools. I must say the experience from start to finish was very professional!! The representative that met with us at our house was very knowledgeable, informative, and listened to what we were trying to accomplish for our family. Once we decided on the pool the installation company contacted us and set up a day to install. This was done in a timely and professional manner. The work was done and completed in 2 days the pool was set up and ready for water. We decided to fill pool using 2 water trucks and then using our well. The service department employees are very nice and helpful!! We are first time pool owners so I had quite of few questions. They answered them very attentively. Great company to do business with!!!

So easy to get started, Blue World Pools is so easy to get started, call them up. They send out a representative to show you all the product they have. You can pick the price range that suits you. Pick out what you would like, Then they will pick a date that they can bring your pool out. When the pool is in they bring it out and it take one day for them to set up, put water in and have fun in your pool. Very easy.

Me and my husband purchased a pool from Blue World pool February 2024. We had read all the reviews about them and the salesman that came out reassured us that he would be there with us the whole way through. We are in Memphis Tennessee by the way. Well the salesman kept his word (Thank you Keith). When the contractor didn’t get our pool setup fast, he called Blue World and they fired them and sent someone else out the next weekend and when it looked like it was leaking from the sand filter they were out in 3 days. We haven’t had any other problems since.

We were happy for the first year. Second year of winterizing and we developed a leak in the drain area. After being on the phone for over an hour, I asked what they would do about this leak, which was obviously caused by faulty installation. I was basically told I was on my own as there is only a 90 day warranty for labor. If I had this to do over, I would NOT buy a Blue World pool - I would use a local company with a better warranty!

We are thrilled with how it looks and how it operates. Thankfully the upkeep is much less onerous than previous vinyl above ground pools. I appreciate the filter backwash system instead of “disposable” filters. The circulation is great and keeps the water crystal clear! The vacuum system has a learning curve but we got it figured out. We give it a 10 out 10!

This pool is great. I have recommended it to everyone in our neighborhood that isn't looking to spend a fortune on an in ground pool. This is maintenance free. Just add your bleach once a week and swim all you want! The pool was installed in one day and the crew that came out was great. I was contacted by Blue World Pools every step of the way during the process to make sure that everything was great. Customer Service is great and have always been able to answer any questions I have.

I have a 24’52” round pool. It’s three years old and I haven’t had any problems with it. It’s been a great addition for our family, especially the kids and grandkids. We added a deck which makes it even better!

In 2015 is when I got the 24' round above-ground pool from Blue World Pools. We were more excited than smart. Once the contract was made I should have researched other companies. Sure Blue World Pools are affordable but paying on a $1500.00 pool for 16 years is uncalled for. I've paid over $24,000.00 in the 8 years I've had this pool and have another 8 more to go per contract. That will be around $50,000 for a pool that the metal rail has rusted through, the liner is separating, I've changed the pump twice.

We love our pool! We had a pool before BWP and the company was very unprofessional and their customer sucked! BUT BWP has been a wonderful company to work with! Once we gave them a deposit, for a more costly pool, we told them we wanted to to look into OUR loans. They don’t tell you they put a lien on your house! They don’t tell you a representative will call you and tell you he is about to slap you upside the head. Yes! He left the message on my phone! After that, we looked into canceling the contract. $9,000 plus!

As of right now I am highly disappointed in the service with Blue World Pools. We have been trying to get our pool installed since June 2024 and as of August 2024 we still have not received a pool. I do not understand how this company is still in business. They are the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I spoke with the BBB in my state (Florida). They said to file a complaint with them, not the attorney general. I went ahead and file a complaint with both! The more complaints they receive the more chances there is for them to look into this scamming company. They go by the numbers. So let's get these messages filed with consumer protection center in your respective state, so we can get these thieves out of business. The only way to get justice and our money back. Smh...smh.... People lie to make a sale..and customer lose more than they want to spend. When you are unsure and don't read the reviews. Warranties are not a thing here. So if you do still decide to shop with them, better get it all in writing to cover yourself and your family.

They get 1 star because it's the lowest I can give. I am not impressed with the amount of personal information required just to get a quote on a simple $399 pool. They have my phone number, email address and physical address. That's fine. I was not looking for financing and they still wanted my date of birth and to know who my husband was. I'm not impressed. I just wanted a quote. A simple quote. You can gather my personal information AFTER I decide if I want to purchase or not. Not before. I drew the line at my date of birth for a simple quote and hung up. Ridiculous.

Quoted us a price. Salesman was pushy. Tried to get out of it. They wanted 404.00 a month for 132 months for a 24 x 52 inch pool. That's 58, 111 dollars for a pool! Why am I going to spend nearly 60,000 for a pool. Beware!

My nave is Ronald ** and I met with a salesperson from Blue World Pools on July 1st 2024. He made a lot of promises such as we would never have to add chemicals, lifetime warranty, and the biggest thing is that he would always answer his phone and personally make things right. After reading the contract I realized none of the promises was written in the contract. I called him on July 2nd, no answer. I left a message for him to call me back and I have never heard from him. I went online and read the reviews and soon realized I did not want anything to do with this company. This review could change to a 5, very satisfied if Blue World Pools honored the cancellation as written in the contract.

We purchased our pool 3 years ago from Blue World Pools. We have had excellent use with our pool. It was a very simple installation process that was very timely. The pool has worked excellent. It is easy to maintain winterize and reopen each year. If we had to do this over again we would certainly buy the same pool. It is a 27 ft diameter above-ground pool. And we have an easy Blue World Pool portal app that makes it very simple to go in and see the short videos to remember how to close the pool and open the pool and there is also customer service to call should I need them. Overall experience with this pool is excellent.

Had some issues with my pool so I called to speak to someone and was connected to Christopher. He was so helpful and answered all the questions I had. He even explained to me why the issues were happening and how to prevent it in the future!

I not only "live chatted" this company, I also called them in reference to the $399 pool special. When I inquired about upselling and wasting time as I was only interested in the special, the chat representative disconnected the chat after telling me to reach out when I am ready because that's what they do. On the call, the NASTY female rep I spoke with got an attitude because I told her I didn't want to waste time with other pools because I was interested in the special only. She said, "Well, we don't want to waste our time either." I hung up. I wouldn't dare buy from this company just because of their ignorant reps. If they act like that, I can imagine how the people that come out act. Too bad I didn't get a name because I am going to review, review, review. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!

Amazing Customer Service and great quality product. We had our pool put in last year after a guy came out to explain all the options. After we made our decision, it was about three weeks until installation and was put up in one day! (Of course it took longer to fill the pool, but the installers didn’t need to stay for that). They explained how to use the pump and clean it and we have had no problems with it. The pool is sturdy and the pump and equipment were all installed properly and works well. They even called recently to check that the pool was to our satisfaction!

After putting my phone number and email into their website, I read some reviews that I did not like about the company. Now have been calling me every 30 minutes for the past 4 days leaving a 2 second voice mail saying nothing. They spoof a number related to my cell phone to appear local, when they are obviously not because I do not live in the area that I got the phone number.

I would highly recommend not buying a pool from Blue World Pools. I had a scheduled date to have a rep come out and show me their pools. They did not show, and no call or email to cancel. I called Blue World Pools and they stated my appointment was not scheduled for that time. I asked to speak with a manager and I was hung up on. Upon calling back I was greeted by another rep who said that should not have happened and said to cancel on the website. I went to the website and was prompted to call yet again.

The $399 pool they offer is a complete Bait and switch!! They pulled my credit without asking! The ding is still on my credit report and they came last summer! Plus, the pool advertised on TV is a scam. It doesn't exist! I called before my sales guy came out and the guy I was talking to said that they have NEVER, EVER sold the pool advertised for $399, or however much it was. We decided to change that! We listened to his spiel, and when he was done, we said we wanted the pool advertised for $299. The guy got so mad, he said, "well, you need a permit, and proof of this and proof of that" and we said, "No worries. We can get all that." We could! He got so mad we had to ask him to leave. I think he did that on purpose. Again, another $399 pool...NOT SOLD!

We haven’t had any problems with our pool & we’ve had our pool since 2016. Customer service has been great when we have needed them. I highly recommend using this company for your pool purchase. This is a great business!

Scheduled an appointment and had to go out of way to arrange a time me and my husband could both be home or they wouldn't come. We work different schedules. The day of the appointment I got a call 3 hrs before where they tried to reschedule because they didn't have a a tech Scheduled. Then I told them it was hard for me to get a time for me and my husband to be home together while working opposite schedules so we wouldn't be Able to do this again because we had to cancel his Dr's appointment for him to be home and pay a cancelation fee already. So the guy told me to hold on then came back and said, "Never mind. I found someone that can be out there today at your scheduled time."

The salesman needs updated information regarding the bleach used weekly to maintain the pool. The service dept. has been very helpful and specifically Mario the install manager is extremely knowledgeable!

I have had my pool maybe 9 years and I had a hole in my liner. They wanted to charge me an outrageous price. I was under the impression that the pool was covered for life. Now I need a pump and was on hold for over 30 minutes and never got someone to answer. I bet if I was wanting a new pool they would pick up right away. I would not recommend Blue World Pools to anyone. It is a rip off. I have been paying for 9 years and still have not finished paying for my pool.

I’ve been a customer with Blue World Pools for almost 10 years now. They’re always helpful and they have results oriented staff working for them. After my pool was paid off they even sent a guy out to my home to help troubleshoot my pool when I didn’t know how to get it going. Would definitely recommend.

I have always wanted a pool and it didn't matter if it was above ground or in ground. Being able to lounge around and relax in the water and not have to drive or go somewhere except out my back patio door. This pool is amazing, and my kids love it too. No chlorine. No Salt. We love our swimming pool, very low maintenance! Quick installation, you should find your own financing tue. Company's interest rate is high. You can find a better rate on your own! No chlorine or salt!

We have had no issues with the pool or with Blue World Pools. They give you everything you need. We order parts from them. 2 gallons of bleach a week is all that’s needed to maintain. Very inexpensive to upkeep.
