Lee from Blue World Pools was our salesman here in eastern North Carolina. He's a great with us. He told us everything upfront. He didn't beat around the bush and he did not pressure us to buy anything. From the time we ordered to the pool was installed was about 3 weeks. The contractor showed up just like he was supposed to and I got right to work. They were here for about 8 or 9 hours. And it was on a holiday.

Updated on 05/13/2026: After owning our pool for over two years, we still remain deeply satisfied. Everything is still working as it was when first installed. We highly recommend Blue World Pools.

We had some issues with the first pool liner, but they quickly came and replaced it. They were super helpful to work with. Not only did they replace the liner, but gifted us with some additional supplies to offset the water usage. There have been no other issues and have very much enjoyed using our pool. Maintenance has been so easy!

We had our pool installed this summer, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The installation process was incredibly fast, and the installer was professional, friendly, and thorough. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and we were impressed with the level of care and attention to detail.

My family and friends have enjoyed our pool and I am able to swim with no problem from chlorine. Chris in service department is great. He was polite when I was trying to get a new cover and didn't remember the size.

The pool is just so the right size for our yard. The staff was very professional and nice. They also walked us through the process and saw it all the way through until the end. I recommend them highly. The installation was simple and didn’t take long at all.

I absolutely love the fact that the whole process was super easy from application all the way to install period. I also love the fact that the installer made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the pool before he left from winterizing the pool all the way to bringing it back up and running during the spring How to run the filter? And I will say, the fact that this ionized filter makes maintenance on this pool so much easier is absolutely amazing.

We purchased a 27' round above ground pool from Blue World Pools. I must say the experience from start to finish was very professional!! The representative that met with us at our house was very knowledgeable, informative, and listened to what we were trying to accomplish for our family. Once we decided on the pool the installation company contacted us and set up a day to install. This was done in a timely and professional manner. The work was done and completed in 2 days the pool was set up and ready for water. We decided to fill pool using 2 water trucks and then using our well. The service department employees are very nice and helpful!! We are first time pool owners so I had quite of few questions. They answered them very attentively. Great company to do business with!!!

Blue World Pools are top-of-the-line. The sales representative was thorough. The buying process was easy, and installation was efficient. Our installers were friendly and knowledgeable. The pool with the ionizer is amazing. Our water is clean and clear.

So easy to get started, Blue World Pools is so easy to get started, call them up. They send out a representative to show you all the product they have. You can pick the price range that suits you. Pick out what you would like, Then they will pick a date that they can bring your pool out. When the pool is in they bring it out and it take one day for them to set up, put water in and have fun in your pool. Very easy.

We are absolutely happy with our pool. our family very much enjoys every minute. I highly recommend the pool, great quality and looks beautiful in our yard. Anytime I have had to call the office I have had nothing but friendly service

Me and my husband purchased a pool from Blue World pool February 2024. We had read all the reviews about them and the salesman that came out reassured us that he would be there with us the whole way through. We are in Memphis Tennessee by the way. Well the salesman kept his word (Thank you Keith). When the contractor didn’t get our pool setup fast, he called Blue World and they fired them and sent someone else out the next weekend and when it looked like it was leaking from the sand filter they were out in 3 days. We haven’t had any other problems since.

Blue World Pools were wonderful, from the salesperson, to the contractors, to customer service representatives. Everyone was very polite, courteous, and professional and answered any questions or concerns we had! We love our pool!

I am very pleased with Blue World Pools and their installation crew. They are very knowledgeable and talks you through you through every process. Customer service is on point and has a solution to any problem that may arise. I will definitely be recommending Blue World Pools to family and friends.

We were happy for the first year. Second year of winterizing and we developed a leak in the drain area. After being on the phone for over an hour, I asked what they would do about this leak, which was obviously caused by faulty installation. I was basically told I was on my own as there is only a 90 day warranty for labor. If I had this to do over, I would NOT buy a Blue World pool - I would use a local company with a better warranty!

We are thrilled with how it looks and how it operates. Thankfully the upkeep is much less onerous than previous vinyl above ground pools. I appreciate the filter backwash system instead of “disposable” filters. The circulation is great and keeps the water crystal clear! The vacuum system has a learning curve but we got it figured out. We give it a 10 out 10!

This pool is great. I have recommended it to everyone in our neighborhood that isn't looking to spend a fortune on an in ground pool. This is maintenance free. Just add your bleach once a week and swim all you want! The pool was installed in one day and the crew that came out was great. I was contacted by Blue World Pools every step of the way during the process to make sure that everything was great. Customer Service is great and have always been able to answer any questions I have.

I have a 24’52” round pool. It’s three years old and I haven’t had any problems with it. It’s been a great addition for our family, especially the kids and grandkids. We added a deck which makes it even better!

In 2015 is when I got the 24' round above-ground pool from Blue World Pools. We were more excited than smart. Once the contract was made I should have researched other companies. Sure Blue World Pools are affordable but paying on a $1500.00 pool for 16 years is uncalled for. I've paid over $24,000.00 in the 8 years I've had this pool and have another 8 more to go per contract. That will be around $50,000 for a pool that the metal rail has rusted through, the liner is separating, I've changed the pump twice.

I absolutely loved my experience with this company and their trusted employees. I have always dreamt of my dream pool and this company has truly made my dreams a reality. Any time I have needed help with the water in the pool I have been taken care of so well.

We love our pool! We had a pool before BWP and the company was very unprofessional and their customer sucked! BUT BWP has been a wonderful company to work with! We haven’t had any issues with our pool since it’s been put in. I ordered some hoses for my vacuum this morning and the customer service rep was very nice and very professional. I have and will continue to recommend BWP to everyone.

Blue World Pools have gone over and above to make our pool purchase a positive experience!! We have recommended them to many of our neighbors and family members. My husband and I wanted the $399 pool. Was told they no longer have that. The person that came to our house was nice. Once we gave them a deposit, for a more costly pool, we told them we wanted to to look into OUR loans. They don’t tell you they put a lien on your house! They don’t tell you a representative will call you and tell you he is about to slap you upside the head. Yes! He left the message on my phone! After that, we looked into canceling the contract. $9,000 plus!

18x33' Classic pool kit with the ionizer sand filter; great pool for a good price; pool is low maintenance, chlorine free; has entry stairs for easy access, and my favorite part... The ionizer has a water temperature readout. Due to a hurricane and unusually rainy weather all summer, our installation was rescheduled multiple times. The installers were very meticulous and protective of my investment. The company and the installers went above and beyond putting customer satisfaction at the forefront. The company staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the purchase.

The sales team called and was very very kind and offered me great deals. The installers came on the date. They said they was going to come on time. We found Blue World Pools on a Facebook advertisement. We were a bit skeptical at first but went ahead and requested information. Within 30 minutes they had called and were setting up a consultation! That evening at 6pm we had our consultation and were signing papers on our new pool! Ryan was awesome! 3 weeks later we had our pool installed! We've had it for 2 weeks now and absolutely love our new 24' classic pool! From start to finish everyone we spoke to were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! As of right now I am highly disappointed in the service with Blue World Pools. We have been trying to get our pool installed since June 2024 and as of August 2024 we still have not received a pool. I have talked to several people at Blue World who keep telling me to contact this one or that one, but everyone keeps giving me the run around. My family and I would like to have a pool and enjoy it for a little while before the season ends. The sales rep that came out to our house and sold us on the pool told us that we would be swimming within 3 to 5 weeks. Well, we are definitely past the 5-week mark.

I do not understand how this company is still in business. They are the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I spoke with the BBB in my state (Florida). They said to file a complaint with them, not the attorney general. I went ahead and file a complaint with both! The more complaints they receive the more chances there is for them to look into this scamming company. They go by the numbers. So let's get these messages filed with consumer protection center in your respective state, so we can get these thieves out of business. The only way to get justice and our money back. Smh...smh.... People lie to make a sale..and customer lose more than they want to spend. When you are unsure and don't read the reviews. Warranties are not a thing here. So if you do still decide to shop with them, better get it all in writing to cover yourself and your family.

They get 1 star because it's the lowest I can give. I am not impressed with the amount of personal information required just to get a quote on a simple $399 pool. They have my phone number, email address and physical address. That's fine. I was not looking for financing and they still wanted my date of birth and to know who my husband was. I'm not impressed. I just wanted a quote. A simple quote. You can gather my personal information AFTER I decide if I want to purchase or not. Not before. I drew the line at my date of birth for a simple quote and hung up. Ridiculous.

Do not buy a pool from this company. It will rust and fall apart before you even pay for it. They do not work with you. They’re rude and harassing. We were late on one payment and they harassed us and my family

I've been a Blue World Pool owner for about 5 years. From install to service, these guys are the best! They always take care of the customer...every single time! I love my Pool and my Blue World family!

Quoted us a price. Salesman was pushy. Tried to get out of it. They wanted 404.00 a month for 132 months for a 24 x 52 inch pool. That's 58, 111 dollars for a pool! Why am I going to spend nearly 60,000 for a pool. Beware!

The installer was great and very knowledgeable! I’ve had little issues and the servicing department is kind and helpful! They know exactly what my concerns are and what needs to be done to address them!

My nave is Ronald ** and I met with a salesperson from Blue World Pools on July 1st 2024. He made a lot of promises such as we would never have to add chemicals, lifetime warranty, and the biggest thing is that he would always answer his phone and personally make things right. After reading the contract I realized none of the promises was written in the contract. I called him on July 2nd, no answer. I left a message for him to call me back and I have never heard from him. I went online and read the reviews and soon realized I did not want anything to do with this company. This review could change to a 5, very satisfied if Blue World Pools honored the cancellation as written in the contract.

We purchased our pool 3 years ago from Blue World Pools. We have had excellent use with our pool. It was a very simple installation process that was very timely. The pool has worked excellent. It is easy to maintain winterize and reopen each year. If we had to do this over again we would certainly buy the same pool. It is a 27 ft diameter above-ground pool. And we have an easy Blue World Pool portal app that makes it very simple to go in and see the short videos to remember how to close the pool and open the pool and there is also customer service to call should I need them. Overall experience with this pool is excellent.

Had some issues with my pool so I called to speak to someone and was connected to Christopher. He was so helpful and answered all the questions I had. He even explained to me why the issues were happening and how to prevent it in the future!

I not only "live chatted" this company, I also called them in reference to the $399 pool special. When I inquired about upselling and wasting time as I was only interested in the special, the chat representative disconnected the chat after telling me to reach out when I am ready because that's what they do. On the call, the NASTY female rep I spoke with got an attitude because I told her I didn't want to waste time with other pools because I was interested in the special only. She said, "Well, we don't want to waste our time either." I hung up. I wouldn't dare buy from this company just because of their ignorant reps. If they act like that, I can imagine how the people that come out act. Too bad I didn't get a name because I am going to review, review, review. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!

Great service is always in mind with this company and they are always very helpful every time I call and are very informative, I have been a customer of the company for 3 years and they haven't failed to not help me out.

Amazing Customer Service and great quality product. We had our pool put in last year after a guy came out to explain all the options. After we made our decision, it was about three weeks until installation and was put up in one day! (Of course it took longer to fill the pool, but the installers didn’t need to stay for that). They explained how to use the pump and clean it and we have had no problems with it. The pool is sturdy and the pump and equipment were all installed properly and works well. They even called recently to check that the pool was to our satisfaction!

After putting my phone number and email into their website, I read some reviews that I did not like about the company. Now have been calling me every 30 minutes for the past 4 days leaving a 2 second voice mail saying nothing. They spoof a number related to my cell phone to appear local, when they are obviously not because I do not live in the area that I got the phone number.

I love my pool. Customer service is top notch. Always willing to help. From the seller to installer to parts all very nice and kind and helpful. I’ve had pool for 4 years now so when I call the maintenance dept always has suggestions for my concerns.

I would highly recommend not buying a pool from Blue World Pools. I had a scheduled date to have a rep come out and show me their pools. They did not show, and no call or email to cancel. I called Blue World Pools and they stated my appointment was not scheduled for that time. I asked to speak with a manager and I was hung up on. Upon calling back I was greeted by another rep who said that should not have happened and said to cancel on the website. I went to the website and was prompted to call yet again.

Rob, the director of customer service is a rare gem. He has gone above and beyond my expectations! We met as strangers and now I feel like we’re family. I’m so excited for my pool installation! I feel like a child on Christmas morning.

The $399 pool they offer is a complete Bait and switch!! They pulled my credit without asking! The ding is still on my credit report and they came last summer! Plus, the pool advertised on TV is a scam. It doesn't exist! I called before my sales guy came out and the guy I was talking to said that they have NEVER, EVER sold the pool advertised for $399, or however much it was. We decided to change that! We listened to his spiel, and when he was done, we said we wanted the pool advertised for $299. The guy got so mad, he said, "well, you need a permit, and proof of this and proof of that" and we said, "No worries. We can get all that." We could! He got so mad we had to ask him to leave. I think he did that on purpose. Again, another $399 pool...NOT SOLD!

We haven’t had any problems with our pool & we’ve had our pool since 2016. Customer service has been great when we have needed them. I highly recommend using this company for your pool purchase. This is a great business!

Scheduled an appointment and had to go out of way to arrange a time me and my husband could both be home or they wouldn't come. We work different schedules. The day of the appointment I got a call 3 hrs before where they tried to reschedule because they didn't have a a tech Scheduled. Then I told them it was hard for me to get a time for me and my husband to be home together while working opposite schedules so we wouldn't be Able to do this again because we had to cancel his Dr's appointment for him to be home and pay a cancelation fee already. So the guy told me to hold on then came back and said, "Never mind. I found someone that can be out there today at your scheduled time."

The salesman needs updated information regarding the bleach used weekly to maintain the pool. The service dept. has been very helpful and specifically Mario the install manager is extremely knowledgeable!

I have had my pool maybe 9 years and I had a hole in my liner. They wanted to charge me an outrageous price. I was under the impression that the pool was covered for life. Now I need a pump and was on hold for over 30 minutes and never got someone to answer. I bet if I was wanting a new pool they would pick up right away. I would not recommend Blue World Pools to anyone. It is a rip off. I have been paying for 9 years and still have not finished paying for my pool.

I’ve been a customer with Blue World Pools for almost 10 years now. They’re always helpful and they have results oriented staff working for them. After my pool was paid off they even sent a guy out to my home to help troubleshoot my pool when I didn’t know how to get it going. Would definitely recommend.

I have enjoyed my Blue World Pool for several years. I like the fact it purifies the pool with an ionizer rather than harsh chemicals. Customer service has greatly improved. No long wait times and Justin and Brittany were so helpful and courteous.

Blue World Pools did an amazing job at selling the above ground to us. The people were wonderful and very helpful. Our installer took his time and did everything at a good pace and was done in a day and half and he waited till water was in pool. We will recommend this again.

Blue World Pools installed our pool and we are truly enjoying every minute of having a pool. It is nice to have a place to share with our family and friends. We did a water sample and gave him the numbers and he told us step by step what to do. He even sent how to videos to show us. He was very knowledgeable and very personable. I have always wanted a pool and it didn't matter if it was above ground or in ground. Being able to lounge around and relax in the water and not have to drive or go somewhere except out my back patio door. This pool is amazing, and my kids love it too. No chlorine. No Salt. Eyes are turning red for the chemicals. Skin doesn't feel dry or scratchy. The service and installation techs are amazing.- New Braunfels, TX

We love our swimming pool, very low maintenance! Quick installation, you should find your own financing tue. Company's interest rate is high. You can find a better rate on your own! No chlorine or salt!

We have had no issues with the pool or with Blue World Pools. They give you everything you need. We order parts from them. 2 gallons of bleach a week is all that’s needed to maintain. Very inexpensive to upkeep.

If you haven't got yours yet what are you doing? Great, Great, Great quality. Swimming is believing. We get so many compliments on this pool. Our friends from up the road are getting theirs after seeing ours.

This is a very professional company. The sales agent was at our residence within a couple days and discussed all the options that were available and discussed pricing and it is very affordable. They are very quick with appointments and getting the installation scheduled so you can be in your pool enjoying the Blue World experience. I would recommend overall any other chemicals or salt pools around, it is like swimming in a clean bottle of water.

Today after being called by a rep that said they don’t have another option other than doing a soft pull of our credit before going any further. To which I said, "You do understand that it is illegal for you to say soft credit check if it’s not a soft credit check." He then quickly seemed concerned and gave me a direct phone number for the company to enquire from them directly. I called the number and hit 1 for sales. A man in a very unprofessional manner answer the phone. After he says Blue World Pools. I explained my husband and I intend to pay cash for the pool, so we just wanted to get some pricing info. "We’re not willing to give you our information for any type of credit check without pricing." He said, "Well then you better go to Walmart or Amazon." He said, "We have to pull the soft check to confirm you're the owner." I said, "Would you like to see the paperwork proving I’m the owner? I’ll email you a copy."

Love the pool way better than chlorine. The no chemicals is the best part of the pool. You don’t get out feeling like your eyes are burning. The pool is very easy to take care of. The filter system is also very easy to maintain.

They were quick to set up and meet. The installation went quick and easy. A professional contractor come to install. From start to finish the whole process went very smooth. The convenience of maintaining my pool is great!

We love our above ground pool. Blue world has a great parts department and customer service. Love the Main Access ionizer system. It makes the water so clear. No complaining of eyes burning from the grand kids when they come over to swim.

Customer service is great. They've helped us clear up water issues after we didn't put the cover on last winter. Ran flawlessly prior to that for over a year. We have really enjoyed the pool with our grandkids. Our grandson is in it all the time.

I feel compelled to share my experience with Blue World Pools, a company that claims to offer affordable pool installations. Unfortunately, my encounter with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I've had my pool for 9 years and it has held up very well. I've not had any leaks. The colors of the liner have remained vibrant and I think that has to do with having an ionizer system instead of having to put so many chemicals in it.

Blue World has been great. Set up was easy and the crew was very knowledgeable. The system that the pools run on are great. Very easy to use even for people that know nothing about pools. I look forward to warmer weather to open it back up.

They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my pool's needs to get it up and running for the summer. Their pricing is very affordable and they walk you through every step of the way in maintaining your pool and running it.

I had two appointments with one no call no show then one canceled. They came out and tried to do a 90min presentation which wasn't mentioned on phone. Their 399 is a loophole. Bottom line their cheapest package is over 10 grand. Was a waste of time and very misleading. Don't bother to waste your time unless you're willing to spend big money or finance and if ya don't pay they can take your property.

We have been extremely happy with our Blue World Pool. The maintenance is very easy compared to other types of pools. We have friends with various types of pools and it seems difficult and expensive for them to keep up with their pool levels. The customer service at BWP is phenomenal and our questions are answered completely when we call. They will walk you through anything and stay in the phone with you until you are comfortable with taking care of your pool. One thing I will say is this is a big investment that should be thought through before signing a contract.

I called Blue World Pools two years ago during the hot summer to find out if I could afford a pool. They sent a salesman to my house that evening!!! He was awesome and helped me get my pool financed! It was my installed a month later. So far I had to call them a few times and every time that take care of my issues! Best customer service for sure!!!! 10 out of 10.

I scheduled my appointment for an installer to come out and give an estimate. Within that call I was told I was within the area that they install in. Was given the name of the person to come out and give an estimate. The day comes around and nobody shows up. I wasted my time waiting!! I finally called and was told they don’t know why I was scheduled. I’m not in area they install! I said, "Then why the hell would he say it was after he checked???" Waste of my time and they should have realized it and called me back and cancelled! Very unprofessional!!

I love my pool. My wife has always wanted a nice big pool. She has always had a pool every year just the little soft-sided pools. Getting our Blue World pool is the best thing that we could have ever done. When we have cookout, get togethers, parties everyone enjoys the pool. Were happy with the service we get. My grandchildren love coming over to swim. Whenever there is a problem they don't hesitate to help. The ionizer helps by not using as much chemicals so it's cheaper in the long run.

I have had a pool since 2016, I hit a financial crisis and I was not able to pay on my pool. I asked them to take the pool back in 2018 and they told me no that they do not do that instead I find out that a UCC-1 lien was placed on my property. Years pass and I received a call a couple of months back and here we are 2024. I have not heard from them since 2019 or 2020. I can't remember. I do not take kindly to threats that affect my family. I was told if I did not pay the arrears from missed payments and that if I did not start making payments that they would force me to sell my home, take my tax returns or take any assets that I have.

Have had the pool since 2008. Energy efficient and low maintenance. Using bleach instead of chlorine is definitely cheaper and works great. The self vacuum makes clean up easy. My family and friends enjoy our pool every summer.

We were able to upgrade to the Mid Level pool and it is Awesome. We have had multiple pools in the past and this one is the best by far. They squeezed us in to install in early July so we could get usage out of the Pool when our grandkids came for their summer visit.

Experience wasn't bad as far customer service however we had a rep come out approve the location for pool..explained the deck plans. Built deck to accommodate pool location and installers came to put in and wouldn't install where previous flags were marked. Additional money to level more...first year we were excited to just have a pool...3 years later...the pool is sagging...not level.. pool pump hook up crack side of the pool where the pump was installed.

Made installing a fast and easy process. All of my questions prior to installing and also during and after installation were answered. Everyone was courteous, workers and telephone operators. Highly recommend.

Product is decent, at best. Part broke in the winter after pool was winterized as per their written instructions. The plastic PVC pipe had no water in it, and yet it shattered in the cold, a manufacturers defect, obviously. When spoke with service department, was given the run-around. They have TERRIBLE customer service. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau over their poor service and vague promises.

Good quality and great installment by the staff and team was very helpful and very timely and they are so helpful to us. And our kids love their new pool and this has been a get decision for our kids and family fun in the spring and summer time.

Very professional, and went over instructions in detail.. Little to no maintenance required to maintain the pool... The grandkids love the ion system because their eyes don't burn... I love it because I don't have to purchase chlorine to keep it clean.

Ordering a pool online is something my husband and I were very hesitant about doing. We took the leap and let them come out and give us a presentation. The salesmen that came out was super nice and respectful of our home and dogs. After the presentation we talked things over and decided that we would give it a try. Financing was easy with several options to choose from and the office staff was great to work with. 5 weeks later we had a new pool in our yard. The installation company was amazing to deal with and were so friendly and helpful to answer any questions we had. So patient showing us the ropes since we were new pool owners. Blue World Pools has been awesome. The installer that installed our pool done a jam up job and we are very happy with our new pool. We haven't had a problem since it's been installed and it came with all the parts that was needed.

Great experience with everyone involved with purchase of my pool. Very helpful and nice. We had a great sales person, we had a had a great scheduler and our installer was amazing, friendly and very informative.

The pool itself was wonderful. The installation awful. We were replacing a previous older pool and had a completely flat surface, a bit smaller than the new pool. The installers added sand which had been delivered previously. The weather had been rainy and the sand was wet. They left deep ruts and tire tracks in the sand, so after installation the bottom had deep ridges and ruts! Deep enough to trip over!! We contacted them several times and finally they sent someone out. Said there was nothing they could do to improve it. The steps float and bob around since the suction cups on the bottom don't have a smooth surface to adhere to. Over $20,000 for a pool and we feel cheated!! Terrible customer service!! Also, a cap was broken on a support post and we were told they would send us a new one (after several conversations) but never did. Just would like the ground level!!

Would fully recommend. If interested in above ground Blue World is way to go. Great sales man, professional installers and pool is great. Love it. Can’t wait till summer to jump back in and enjoy it. Very beautiful and the ionizer is great. Keeps it so clean and blue. Highly recommend.

Bought the 27’ classic pool. Installer was very fast and professional. Only issue is a sharp object (rock) is trying to penetrate the bottom of pool liner. Other than that, the pool is perfect, awesome quality.

Charged me double the price after financing. Went from 27,000 to 57.000 dollars for 11 years. Not a good company to deal with. Will lie to you so make sure you read every little detail in the contract or they will get you.

I was having trouble winterizing the pool, little did I know I was missing a piece. I called the service department and was helped immediately. It was quick and easy. He was able to explain everything very thoroughly.

We have enjoyed our new Blue World Pool. It was set up quickly and we had the whole summer to enjoy it. The copper ionizer makes maintenance a breeze! Our water was crystal clear all summer and with the ionizer we were able to know the temperature of the water every day.

I purchase a Blue World pool in July and the salesman was excellent and very knowledgeable about the pool. He provided us with pricing and financing information. When he called his supervisor the financing information was explained again. They inform us of the total price, interest rate and how many months we will be set up for. However, when it came close to the installation date. We were offer a bigger pool with a lot of accessories. The price was lower, the interest was lower and how long we will be paying on the pool was shorter. So, I was truly please they offer us a much bigger pool at a lower price and a good interest rate. Although it took a little longer to get my pool, I was very pleased with the outcome. The installer was also excellent and knowledgeable about the pool and they even provided me with their phone number in case I have any questions.
