Blue World came out right away, he was very friendly and professional. I had an idea of what I wanted but he measured and we decided what size I needed and the best place to put it. They sent out a contractor to install it and it only took a few hours, they cleaned up all the mess, explained everything to me and I was smiling when they left. I had it installed last summer and Blue World has kept in touch with me to make sure I am enjoying my pool and that everything is working ok. I highly recommend Blue World Pools!

Blue World Pools was so easy to deal with. They did not pressure me at all, but answered all questions. The salesman went above and beyond to inform me of every step they would take. The installer was very knowledgeable, and walked me through every step. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The Service has always been next to none. From ordering needed (Ionizers yearly) parts to questions about caring for our pool. Installers were quick and efficient and knowledgeable about the process of pool installation. Knowledgeable about instructions on how to take care of our once installed. Overall very satisfied.

Day of installation was great. Entire process was explained and brought to my attention before proceeding to next phase of installation. They showed and told me what they were doing before they did it. My installers were professional and courteous. I felt they went above and beyond to ensure I had a properly installed pool. They cleaned up when they were done, and left my backyard the way they found it, leaving the pool of course. I fully enjoyed my pool last summer and am looking forward to this coming summer to get back in it. I recommend Blue World Pools.

Installation of new pool - very professional crew. The guys were very courteous and did an excellent job. We upgraded from an 18' above ground to 28' above ground. They did a great job prepping the site and making sure everything was correct before they left. We would definitely recommend to friends and future purchase.

Had the pool put in late in season last year. We haven't been able to swim in it yet but it seems like a very nice quality pool. I would recommend finding your own financing, as the rates are high. It worked out for us, just paying it off with taxes to save interest charges.

We love our new Blue World pool. Over the years we have bought several pools. Seems like every year we have to buy a new one. Now we don't have to. We enjoy our pool and love that it is built to last for a lifetime not just a season. Thank you.

This pool system is the best I have had. All I did was add a gallon of Clorox bleach once a week and when heavy rain occurred I added two gallons. The pool is sturdy and has a great look. I would suggest this pool to everyone for an above ground pool! I have had 4 different pools and would never use another but this brand!

I was treated very well. My process of getting the pool was very easy. When they came to put my pool in they were well manner and very respectful. They know what they were doing and done a fantastic job. I would recommend anybody to get a pool from here. It well worth.

We had a pleasant sales person who came and answered all our questions about the pool we wanted. He was very helpful with helping us to achieve our dreams. We have had such a great partnership with Blue World Pools. When it came time for the installer to come out we were so excited to see him that we even offered to help in any way just so we could see our dreams come to fruition sooner. Once it was installed I could not wait until it was warm enough to get it filled and me get in. As soon as the temperature showed 80 degrees I was in my wonderful pool. We absolutely love, love our pool. The ionizer chamber has been wonderful as a additive to our pool. The water is always so crystal clear without all those smelly chemicals. My sister purchased her pool years ago and has had so many problems with hers! Not us, ours is wonderful. Thanks for helping us live our dreams!!!

I can't tell you how much I love my pool. We had a rough start because there was a defect in the first liner. We have a large pool and after filling it had to be dumped to replace the liner. But after that all was great. I always got the help and advice from service. I would recommend this pool highly.

We love our new pool. We used it everyday last summer and it was a pleasure. Our temps here are around 90 in the summer and we couldn't wait to get home and jump in the pool and cool off. This pool was a life saver for us.

We were happy from the very start. The salesman who came out to tell us about the pools, look at the area and tell us what size pool would work for us, was very nice and did a great job. We were able to get all the paperwork done and have the pool installed within a couple of months. There was a lot of dirt for us to get rid of however they told us that was part of the deal. :0). The gentleman that did the install was great as well and came back out this year to check the pool and go over maintenance with us again for a small service fee. Overall we have been very happy with our purchase and can't wait for it to be warm enough to swim in this year.

We bought this pool with no idea on how a pool works without chlorine. We have had a few pools and they never stayed clear all summer and used an excessive amount of chlorine. This pool was amazing. It stayed clear with only 2 gallons of bleach a month. The kids could not believe how clean and clear it stayed even with the whole family using it. The other amazing part was no chlorine smell or burning eyes.
Like we tell our customers, it is like swimming in bottled water! Blue World Pools, Inc. is happy you and your family are enjoying the pool. Swimming in a Blue World pool is a whole different experience, thank you for your business!

Was pretty pleased with the accommodations of my pool. The only thing that I would add is that they would put the dirt back or get rid of the dirt so it will not be a added expense. Besides that I was pretty happy. Maybe get more installers so the installer is. It's overbooked.
Thank you for the kind words! Back filling around the pool can only happen once the pool has been filled. Typically it takes a full day for that to take place and the installation team is onto the next install. You need a good portion of that dirt to back fill around the pool once it is complete. Back filling around the pool before the pool is filled can cause the wall to collapse! Our installation department typically explains that procedure to our customers so they are aware. I really like my pool. We have had it for two years. When we first got it I could not believe the upkeep was so easy. My kids love it. Every weekend my family meet at my house. We have too much company. My friends and family love it too.

Pool was installed quickly and professionally. Quality of product is good. Only complaint was after the initial sale a customer service representative contacted me about an upgrade. She said as part of the upgrade I would get a solar blanket. What I received was a "Solar blanket Pill".

Blue World Pools, Inc. found customers very rarely used the physical blanket because it was cumbersome. I would like to recommend Blue World Pools to all who are looking at pools. They do what they say and it was a very easy process. The upkeep is the easiest I have seen, you really don't have any. Shortly after we bought the pool we had an issue with the ionizer. I called but got told it was fine. I called again complaining but got told they would call me back, no one ever did. Called months later with same issue and now a liner that is supposed to hold up has a hole in it. We have not been in the pool for months so it's not from us. I called for help not only got an attitude but got told "too bad next time don't trust your sales representative. Read your contract". Which who reads all that anyway? So don't make my mistake and read your contract. Now I am stuck paying more expenses for something not even a year old!

I am a homeowner who purchased a pool from Blue World Pools. I only wanted their advertised pool for 399.00. But when they came to meet with me they told me right away I could not get the 399.00 dollar pool. And sold me a huge pool with ridiculous pricing. The pool was worth about 500.00 dollars they are charging me 5,000.00. It's so crazy. And I called them days later that all of the top screws in each section was all loose. They told me to screw them in. I am very displeased with blue world pools. They are a rip- off. Over charged by 100 percent. Do not get a pool under contract with blue world pools. Distrusting company. And not family friendly at all.

#1 my 18' x 52" round pool is not level. Company didn't explain how to connect skimmer or how to keep water clear and no chemicals were told to me to use. Installer only stated to add 1 gallon of Clorox bleach each week and to empty skimmer basket 1 time a week as well. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BLUE WORLD POOL TO ANYONE. This is a pain in the butt. I wished I had done some investigation about this company before I paid such a large amount of money for this pool.
UPDATED ON 10/11/2016: To begin with the staff was very rude, and my pool wasn't install on correct date and then my pool wasn't level. We didn't know this until deck was being installed. Now we had to buy more materials to eliminate this problem. I also had to build a privacy fence and with pool being unleveled made this a total big hot mess. Installer tore up my lawn and they just left like everything was ok. When I talked to Kevin at office he was very rude and I wouldn't recommend Blue World Pools to a dog!!!

We've had our pool for almost a month now. So far we have been enjoying it a lot. Seems to be very easy to maintain. The installers were very polite, and professional. They had our pool up in 1 1/2 days. This is a great addition to our home. We are planning on having our deck extended out to our pool in a semi circle. It will add value to our home. What a fantastic company. Very helpful! The pool is amazing! The installers didn't stop! They worked straight for 10+ hours. Very friendly. The pool is literally almost maintenance-free! Just pour in bleach and ta-da! The skimmer vac is great too! The solar liquid heat covers still unsure how to work them but the pool is amazing!!

Scheduled to have my pool installed in June. My husband waited all day and finally had to call the office. "Sir, go ahead and do what you need to do and they will call you." Finally received a call the same day stating the installers had an emergency and someone would call me the next day. Never happened. A couple of weeks later, I received a threatening message on my answering machine that I owe the money since I never returned their calls for installation and am obligated to pay. First of all...no one called set up another install date. Received a call the same day, explained my situation and the person I spoke with 'Kevin' was given my story and he said 'I'll crawl their butt, for the lack of communication' BUT, never set a date for install. I called a week later and told the manager 'Mario' the entire story and for some reason, my file was placed in cancellation.
Mario scheduled and assured me that the installers would be at my home on July 30th and let him know that if they did not show, I would not be obligated to fulfill the agreement. He assured me, this would not happen. I receive a phone call on July 29th wanting to reschedule for Monday. I let this customer service rep know that I did not set the appointment. Mario did and let her know quickly that I would cancel this entire bogus agreement. Needless to say, it is July 30th...no call, no show! I should have known when someone came to my home and wanted to sell me a 22k above ground pool. I'm not stupid and let them know quickly I would not pay for this. This is a cash transaction for a midline. It isn't like I'm financing with their 30% interest program.
My plan...find everywhere I can post a bad review and when others visit my pool site, if it is ever set up, they will not like the recommendation I'll be giving. Good reviews are far more important than letting me out of my contract in which they have pissed me off altogether. I will search for all review opportunities to tell the absolute truth to potential clients. The outcome is not favorable to this company. Let me out of my contract or bad reviews begin. This is my last time and if it warrants an attorney, I will do so.
If I can pay cash for their pool/install then, I can certainly pay for an attorney to settle this matter. This pool was supposed to be put in before July 4th for my grandkids to enjoy their weekend. Good luck when I get through with this company. I am well aware of the impact of bad reviews. This is my business to know as I am in marketing and have been for many years. Now you want an order number? I never was given one. Listen guys...this company is all about their money and not satisfying the customer.

We are extremely satisfied with our 27 ft round pool. We are having so much fun and it's so EASY to take care of. The vacuuming is so easy -- just hook it up and let her go -- leaving us so much more time to enjoy it. Our friends are amazed how simple it is and economical. Some of them with pools pay hundreds just for chemicals every summer. US -- not, NO MORE! They want that too. We used to dread the opening day of pool season, figuring out all the chemicals, the vacuuming. Now we will look forward to all the summers to come!! Thank you Blue World. We recommend to purchase your next pool from Blue World Pools. The salesperson helped with the idea place for pool and it has worked out perfectly. The installation crew was beyond reproach. They hit the ground and did not stop 'til pool was up. They went over the operation and how the pool worked. I was also able to talk to corporate to make sure I was satisfied and that I was. They have contacted us multiple times to ensure I am a satisfied customer. Without a doubt, it is a wonderful blue world Summer.

I did get my pool installed on Tuesday. The crew finally showed up at 4pm. and finished around 8pm. There were some things that weren't done to specifications, so I just hope I won't have issues with it later. But all in all, most of the issues I had during this whole process have been with the installer, and not Blue World Pools it's self. But unfortunately, when people like me have this kind of unpleasant issues, it reflects back on Blue World Pools.

So many red flags. Why didn't I pay attention to them??? At this point I have to say that unfortunately, I purchased a pool from this company. Sounded good at the time. Agreed on a price I thought was reasonable. Have to say I was really excited to finally be getting a pool that I always wanted. Oh boy! I had no idea what I was in for.
I received a phone call from Blue World Pools saying that my pool was going to be installed on Thursday July 21st. Installer would be here between 9 & 11am. Great! I will be enjoying my pool by the weekend. Thursday's here and I'm so excited. Waiting. 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00 and no one shows up. Called the office to say Duane (my installer) didn't show up. They gave me his number so I called him and he said he was finishing up another pool and wasn't going to make it on Thursday. He didn't even have my pool with him. I asked him if he was going to call me or just leave me hanging all day?
I was very upset. I'm a reasonable person and I do understand that things happen. The reason I was so mad was that the guy didn't even have the common courtesy to call and say he wasn't going to make it, which he obviously knew the night before. Duane said he would make it up to me and even though Sunday was their day off, they would come and install my pool on Sunday. So we agreed. And yes, He'll be there between 9 & 11am.
I called the office back and let them know I was very upset that the installer couldn't have called to say he wasn't coming and that we rescheduled for Sunday. I heard 2 more stories on why Duane wasn't able to make it on Thursday, so at this point I know I'm just getting the runaround. Sunday comes and so does 9:00, 10:00, & 11:00. Nobody showed up again!!! Tried to call Duane and left a message on his voicemail asking if he was going to make it or not. Waited all day Sunday for a response, but got none! Boy am I steamed! I can't believe the guy blew me off 2 times in a row!
Called the office Monday morning and talked to Jim, the installation manager. Told him everything that has happened and let him know I was not a "Happy Blue World Pools Customer". He told me that what Duane did with not calling me was not the way they do business @ Blue World Pools. He told me that he would get a different installer and give me a callback.
Well. It is now Monday night @ 9:00pm and yes... you guessed it. Jim never did call me back. NOT THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS @ BLUE WORLD POOLS??? How about calling me back and getting my pool installed in my backyard and make me a believer that Blue World Pools really does care about their customers. That's all I'm asking for. STILL WAITING.

The representative is not aware of how the payments works and that there is one set rate. Blue World Pools did adjust the payments to a more affordable rate once they were made of this. The process was simple from the beginning to the installation.

We would like to thank Blue World Pools for our new pool. We would highly recommend them to anyone and have actually already recommend them to a few people including family members that have asked about our pool from pictures on my Facebook and they had lived the way it looked. We ended up getting the 27x52 pool and very happy that we did.
My kids which I have three love the pool and never want to get out of it. Plus it helps them get their chores done faster so they can get in the pool lol. It's extremely good for my mother which has a hard time getting around because of her joints and the water helps take the pressure off of them. And loved the ladder because it's easier to get in and out of the pool for her and safer for everyone. It was nice that Blue World even came out and did all the construction and the setting up of the pool and all the starter kit that came with getting the pool ready. If I would have gotten a pool from somewhere else I would of never have got it done right. So if you would like to have a great pool we would highly recommend Blue World Pools.

We decided to go with the 24 foot round pool. The water is crystal clear. Swim time is a lot more fun since we do not have to worry about all the chemicals. No worrying about red burning eyes or bleached out clothing. I would highly recommend Blue World Pools to everyone.

My grandkids have really enjoyed the pool. They have been in it all summer. My wife gets in sometimes. I don't get to enjoy it like I want to because it's hard for me to get in. I love my pool. Everything they say has worked out great. I have had to call them a couple of times and they have been very helpful. My pump would not come on but just him. They told me what to do and it was fixed temporarily. Now they are sending me a free pump, one year later. Also I use no chlorine and we love it.

I have had the pool for a year. Closing was easy and opening was easy. Took 3 days max to get up and running to include cleaning... Changing out the ion system was kind of challenging considering I had to go buy the tools to take it apart and put it back together again. That was kind of hard. But other than that I love my pool.

The best pool I've ever bought. The filtration system is something I've never seen before. I add 1 gallon of bleach once a week. That's it! No other chemicals at all. The automatic sweeper seems alright but it's easier to sweep the pool with a regular pool vacuum.

We originally looked at the 15 x 24 pool advertised on TV but when the salesman came here to discuss the purchase we decided after going over all the info that a 27-foot round pool was a better investment for us. We are absolutely thrilled with the pool.

Got my pool installed on Thursday June 30th. On Friday morning I woke up with a small leak. I called them first thing in the morning to report the leak. I spoke to a lady who said she will tell the installer and call me back. After several hours I called again. Left another message. No one called me back. I then called at 6 pm and left a message on an answering machine. I got a phone call on Saturday afternoon that my leak would be fixed on Wed. July 6th - 6 days after it started!! I called Monday because the hole was getting bigger by the day and I had to keep putting water in the pool for the filter to work. Today the guy came out at 7:15 am to fix what was a quarter size hole and made a 3 ft hole. All my water from the pool was in my backyard. I have no more pool and need a whole new liner!
It looks like a seam separation rest assured Blue World Pools, Inc. will fix it! That is a manufacture's defect not the the fault of the professional installation crew or something Blue World Pools, Inc. could have prevented. I have had this pool for a year. The pump and liner is holding up really good so far. The pool frame is really sturdy. The installers did a very good job installing and leveling the pool. I would recommend this pool for the long run of having a pool.

We had the pool installed 05-21-2014. Size 18 x 33. This past winter we covered it up like the winter before with the cover that came with the pool. Water was let out down to skimmer and return. After a month into winter the water went down 18 inches below return and skimmer. The cover was going down with it. We had to put more water in it. We calculate it was leaking 101 gallons a day. We have water running into pool 24 hours per day pool keep water level up. We have been trying to get with Blue World Pools for the past two months. We have a lifetime coverage. They promise that they are coming out and never do.

Some guy called me back and he said he was calling from Blue World Pools. I said ok, he then asked me was I the homeowner. I said, "No, my mom was." He put me on hold for 20 mins. How rude. Then I called back and some lady pick up the phone said, "Hello" like we best friends or something. $299 is a good deal, but before I let someone be rude to me, I'll suffer and pay over $2000.

I purchased a pool from Blue World pools. Everything was great till after a few weeks the thing started leaking like crazy. The tube between the pool and the ion filter is just spraying water. I called Blue World and to make a long story short it is a month later and the thing still isn't fixed. You would think they would be doing everything they can to fix it but, NO. I mean NO!!! The water level has dropped so low that the filter won't work and I've gotten a citation from the city.
When I told them that, still I'm sitting here with a pool that looks like a swamp. Mario the supervisor assured me they would do all they can to get the problem resolved. I am so glad that I'm not in Florida because I'm sure there would be a gator living in there. You know, when I called him back today, yes, I had to call him back, after three days, he is still telling me the best they can do is get someone out next Tuesday. This is after I talked to them on Tuesday. Look at these pictures and you'll see the story. Very Sad.

We have had our pool just over a year now and have been very happy. Installation took longer than hoped but only because of the weather and relentless rain. As soon as the weather permitted the installer was fast and professional and even made a trip out 2 weeks after install to repair a pinhole leak. The maintenance and upkeep has been hassle free and my kids love the pool. All orders for parts and service have been prompt and worry free. Strongly recommend a Blue World pool. You will not regret your decision.

The pool is great!!! When they installed it, the installer hit my well head with their truck and destroyed it. We were out of water for 2 days. So much gravel and stone went down the well that it ruined the casing and the pump. Had to get new well casing and pump for a total of $6528.00. This just happened on 6/17/2016. Called Blue World Pools and of course, they say that the installer has liability insurance and will take care of it. I have sent pictures of damage and the bill for the new well, but no response from anybody!!! How can a so called good company recommend a guy that won't fix his mistakes? I will keep you updated as to what happens!!! I will post images and the bill in the near future.

I had issue with the installation ranging from the wrong liner to the pool not being straight and missing screws. Also, was told by the salesman the pool had a lifetime guaranty. However, he neglected to inform me that I need to register the product with the manufacturer within 30 days of the purchase. Had to call them back several times and it took weeks for an installer to come back to address the issues. This company has horrible customer service and in the end the pool was never completed to a satisfactory status. The pool now has small holes in liner from the rails rubbing the liner. For a product costing the consumer over 10,000 you would expect the service to be exceptional and a willingness from the staff to take care of problem. I would highly discourage others from doing business with Blue World Pools, Inc. This company needs some education on how to treat the consumer.

This company is an absolute joke. The Econoline pool commercials are entirely misleading. The company botched my appointment three different times – AFTER insisting that my husband and I both be present. We work different shifts so I had to cancel out part of my day – only for the appointment time to move three times. Then when the guy called me (5 minutes after he was supposed to arrive) he said he was JUST informed by his company of our appointment and was still 40 minutes out. Once he finally arrives he has to use MY phone to check in with his company per company policy. (What?! Weird!) He immediately launches into a spiel about a 20,000$ pool. We were interested in the 299.00$ Econoline pool. We get to the backyard and he was completely unaware of city requirements and restrictions. (You'd think that a company who sells pools for a living and surveys land would be familiar with code. Glad I studied up in advance).
It was clear that our yard size is not sufficient for the 15x24 Econoline. The guy was very honest with us about Econoline. You get what you pay for. It'll last a year or two. Plus you have to pay 600 to prep the land. And 1200 for insurance. And 400$/month in chemicals. The Econoline pool is not at ALL what is advertised on the commercials. They use that commercial to pitch you the 20,000$ pool. That's all that's for. But at the end, we had to fill out a survey. It ACTUALLY ASKED if our rep was disparaging about the Econoline pool!!! So this poor guy is going to get in trouble if he doesn't lie to us and sell it the way the commercial does?!? Our sales rep was awesome, but this is a zero integrity company. I cannot believe I wasted half a workday for this. I actually looked to leave a review on their Facebook page. I'm not at all surprised that they've disabled that option.

As stated in a previous review about the sales and installation process I experienced with the company I was not happy with the confusion I experienced. I do however want to commend them on the quality my family and I are experiencing while using the pool and the cleanliness of the pool due to the products they use! I still believe there was a lot of confusion in the sales and installation process, from the salesman to the installer. As a salesman myself there is an integrity issue with their sales process/installation as supported by the notes I have attached.

I am only describing my experience with Blue World Pools from sales/installation process. I am in no way trying to discredit Blue World's reputation in the pool industry. I feel it is important to give my assessment so people can make more informed decisions before buying a pool. Please remember that this is a business and all businesses are out to make a profit. I cannot speak about the quality of swimming compared to others because I have not used it yet.
The sales experience was a sales experience. You have a salesman that is trained by Blue World pools to sell their product. It took 4 hours for the presentation and it involved a lot of bashing of other types of pools and pool companies and the materials they use and then the salesman pulls out of his little goody bag with all the materials that BlueWorld uses, making it seem like this is some luxury pool. Remember we are prospects and the majority of us know nothing about pools and are vulnerable to a lot of BS.
My family had an above ground pool in NY for 40 years and paid $1500 for it and had to change the liner once over that time span and is currently still in good working condition. I am aware of inflation but Blue World makes it seem like their pool is indestructible and you will not find a pool like that anywhere. They also reiterate over and over that, "One company, one product." This means that there is no subcontractors involved throughout the whole process.
When you get to the end of it the process, the salesman writes his price down on the paper and your jaw would probably drop and then they go through this "Show Pool gimmick." Where you would agree to make this pool be accessible a certain amount of times to show to people in the area that are looking to get a pool through them installed for a "Discounted Rate." Now at this point remember you have not even seen one of these pools, why is there any need to rush to buy it? The pressure is on though and we as human beings are impatient.
Do I think there are people that would purchase the pool for the initial price, ABSOLUTELY! If the initial price drop is not enough, they will get you to call the office and work out another price drop if the initial one did not work. They dropped out price considerably and we bit the bait, and ultimately felt we were getting a good deal.
The salesman had promised and the contract states that if the pool is being placed on a slope, they will go down 2 ft for free, which is one of the reasons we committed to the pool because being in a residential community we did not want to be looking into our neighbor's yard. We signed the contract which has SO MUCH SMALL FINE PRINT, and let's be honest who really reads the fine print when we are in the moment of our impulsive decisions?
Now the waiting and planning process started until the installation would take place. Within a week or two I got a call from a "Subcontractor" James who said he would be installing the pool. This kind of put me on guard because the salesman Allen said this is, "One company, one product." I shook this aside and asked him about going in the ground, and James said "We do not go in the ground unless it is on a slope."
When I called the headquarters and spoke with the installation manager and asked him about going in the ground at least one foot - two ft, he said "We do not do that, it will void warranty." I was upset because we were told one thing by one person (the salesman) and then another by the installation department. I told him what happens if I rented a Bobcat and dug down two feet, he clearly stated, "We would have to sign something saying we are not responsible for any warranty because you did that." Ultimately what ended up happening I decided to just forget about it.
The installer James arrived with his family to do the installation. I told him where I wanted the pool, and it being on a slope he told me he would go to the lowest point, not even making mention of the 2 ft the contract says we get for free. Lo and behold he ended up going down 8 inches!! James also had something different to say than the salesman and the installation supervisor. He said "you get the first 12 inches for free and then I will charge you an extra $126/hr." Our contract states an extra $8 per inch. Beware about the small fine print on your contract about moving dirt as well, because as my pictures show, the installer with his heavy machinery moves 1 pile that was about 5 wheelbarrows full and they leave the rest around the pool.
In my opinion if it took you that much of my dirt to install my pool that I am paying thousands of dollars for, MOVE IT YOURSELF with your heavy machinery that would take an hour! Any company that takes pride in their work should do this in principle. Once the pool was finally up, I kind of chuckled at the rushed decision I made into this pool, and how much the salesman puffed. I started to think about the "Show-room" gimmick. I thought to myself if they ever brought someone to my house to look at this thing, and then told me that initial price I probably would have laughed in their face.
Also with the amount of dirt that was left for me to "figure out what to do with it," does not look good but again who reads the small fine print? I am 28 years old and will be able to move the dirt, but what about the 50 or 60 year old that has a large mound of dirt around the pool to "figure out" what to do with. The motto of this story, do not be impatient and feel the pressure of the Blue World sales process. Reflecting back on the process I think we got our money's worth on product, but the installation process was a lot of confusion.
Their motto, "One company, One Product," and each guy in the company has something different to say apparently. What kind of company does a job and requires a certain amount of dirt removal and then moves only a little of it? Oh because it's in the contract, I get it! I had two different companies come to install each side of the fence, and they stacked my dirt in 1 nice pile of my choice. Do yourself a favor and get 3-5 price quotes from your local companies and see what they have to offer, to really see if Blue World is your best choice. What do you have to lose? I will make the most of my pool, but the psychological aspect of sales is manipulation. I myself am a salesman and that's what people do in the industry. That is cool but walk the walk if you are going to talk the talk!

I called to check your special out then man that answered the phone was very rude. I had to keep saying "okay" in order for him to tell me more about the deal. He then hung up on me so I called right back - he answered. I told him I was just on the phone with someone they hung up on me. He then put me on hold and hung up again. We love our new pool! It is so roomy. My grandkids can splash around and have plenty room to play while I float and relax. We can now fit bigger floats for them to play on, which they are loving! It is very nice to have my girls over to lay out and float and we can all fit... Our floats don't bump into each other. The water has been crystal clear and the pump has been keeping our pool beautiful! The vacuum was so easy to set up and get working that I did it myself. We are enjoying our pool so much!

I am not having the best customer service or getting any responses for the pool needed. I called last week, because one of the sides of my pool has been leaning outward since it was put in last summer and it is getting worse, but no one has contacted me about coming to fix it. When the pool was put in, the worker told me it's fine, it is supposed to look that way. I was also told if a pool guy comes to look at it, I will even be charged for that. I also haven't been able to adjust the copper levels since the day I received the pool which is another issue, somehow another charge that is annual that was never mentioned.
So I call the company and they tell me I have to pay 169 to get an ion chamber, but this makes no since if my pool was never able to do this option in the first place that I am required to pay for this. This pool is becoming a money pit and it's only been a year. The filtration system on my pool also isn't working correctly, starting making noises out of nowhere. Every time I have called the customer service line the person that answers has been horrible, they are telling me I don't know what I am talking about and they would never do bad work, yet I am in this position. I might not know a ton about a pool but I know customer service isn't supposed to treat me like trash and not try to help me. I would never do business with this company again and I wish I went through a different company.

We called last YEAR because the pipe from the pool wasn't installed right and were told this happened to a lot of people and this would be taken care of before pool season opened, first of April. Began calling when they opened for the season and given 6 different appointments by the service guy backed up by the office. He then decided he wasn't coming at all because they wouldn't reimburse him for the mileage. Waited again and told they had a new service person who would absolutely be here today. Guess what? He's not here and called again and told definitely Thursday. Run from this company as fast as you can. Nothing but a nightmare.
Updated on 06/02/2016: They were to send out a new installer to fix the pipe going into the pool. When he came the pool was up and running, vacuum attached and fountain. Instead of running the pipe directly into the pool, he has it going in a circle with several elbows. When we got it ready to go into about a week later, all start up maintenance had been performed, we noticed the fountain no longer worked except for a trickle, and the vacuum wouldn't work. He called last Friday and was on hold about 35 min. The tech who came on told us to backwash again and test the pressure and call him back. We did all this and it was from 3.5 to 5. He said they would get in touch with the installer. Called Monday and were told somebody would call back and they didn't.
Called Tuesday and this time the tech said the other tech told us wrong. He said to run a pressure hose through the clear hose to see if something is stuck, he did and it made no difference. He called back and he said it must be the pressure valve that's bad and that running the pipe in a circle with several elbows should make no difference. We had a relative who bought a pool local look at it and before we said anything he said, "This shouldn't be running in a circle, no wonder you don't have pressure." We then called a local pool company and asked how the pipe from the pump to the pool should be and they said straight in, just what we figured. Also we noted water staying outside the pool on the low end so called and they said, "We'll send you the kit but you have to fix it" and also said they are sending the gauge but we have to do that.
When we bought this nearly 9000 pool the saleslady said if we upgraded our liner it was much better than the standard liner and had a lifetime warranty, same we've heard about the rest. There are no children in this household, nothing sticking up on the bottom, nothing has been in the pool that's not supposed to be, and now a leak they won't fix. So what good was this "best warranty in the business" if it's leaking? I might add the pool is not even a year old yet and we only used it 3 months last season and it's falling apart. When you call you play phone tag with many different people and it all comes down to "Sorry about your luck."
On Friday our tech was talking to another tech about them having a pissed off customer (that wasn't me... I talked to him myself and wasn't irritated at all). This isn't a cheap pool from a chain store, it was supposed to be a lifetime pool and it's been nothing but a problem. Calling doesn't resolve anything, you get ignored. So now it leaks, no vacuum pressure, no fountain pressure and my pump is working itself to death. It will cost us 185 just to get somebody to come check the leak, they don't provide this service on my warranty covered liner, and we don't know what it will cost to get the line going into the pool replaced yet.

I really would recommend Blue World Pools to everyone 'cause I love my pool and they are very friendly and helpful every time I have had to call them, and even the parts that you do have to have are cheaper than any other pool places around. I would recommend for anyone to get one from them, especially the upgraded one that is their best seller 'cause it is so wonderful. My kids just love it 'cause there's so much room for everyone to get in and I love how's it's maintenance-free - only one jug of Clorox a week and that's all. I love my Blue World Pool. I purchased the midline pool, late last summer (2015). Was very pleased with customer service, financial, actual pool installation. Ready to get it up and running this summer. Didn't have much of a winter, so my grandchildren didn't understand why we had to close it up for winter. They are very ready to start swimming.

Well it's been almost a year since we got our pool from Blue World. Already opened for this season. We checked with several different dealers and local pool installers and choose blue world. Everything they promised us was true. When we first opened, I had some problems getting the water sparkling. I called blue world. Talked to them about the water and they told me what to do. 24 hours later sparkling beautiful water. We're just added a deck and my whole family is very happy with our pool. It is beautiful and easily maintained. Thank you blue world!!

Everything we asked for was delivered and because we paid cash our pool was upgraded to best package. It is strong and very pretty. Has a set of strong steps that stay where you put them. Liner fits very good and looks great. Also a great filter system.

We didn't get our pool installed until later in the summer. But what little time we had, was great. It was easy to keep clean and we liked the ionizer system. We are excited to be able to open the pool this spring and enjoy it all summer long.

I promised my daughter to replace the pool we lost in a storm with my tax return & blue world made it easy to finance the balance. She swims daily in season. It helped to rehabilitate my torn meniscus w/o putting weight on my knee while exercise.

Our pool was installed last summer. It is big and has stayed crystal clear with very little maintenance. Our installer, Tony, was knowledgeable and helpful. I have talked to staff at the company several times and they have always been accommodating. It's March now, we can't wait till it is warm enough to swim this summer.

My experience with Blue World Pools was easy, smooth, and completely satisfactory. We love our new pool and have had many hours of fun with family and friends. There were a couple of glitches with the initial set up, but the company took care of the problems right away and compensated us for the inconvenience.

We had always wanted a pool. We love swimming and wanted our kids to have something to do in the summer. We called Blue World Pools and the rep came out and have a great presentation for all the benefits of getting a pool. A little while later the pool was installed and we were able to start enjoying it the next day. The kids love it and were in it almost every day the rest of the summer. Getting a pool from Blue World was a great decision!

Due to unforeseen health reasons i.e. Transplant, I missed this month's payment but EUGENE started screaming "Pay your bills. You're crazy," threatening me over the phone. When I told him I was recording him and I wanted to speak to a manager, he said there was no manager for me. He continued to scream and yell calling me crazy and lazy. I WILL PAY THEM but I have him recorded and will go to the Better Business, and attorney for harassment.

I purchased a Blue World pool 1 1/2 years ago. It has been a nightmare every since. First the finance department was horrible. I got several employees that did not know what they were doing and the information I got from them was incorrect. I wanted the less expensive pool and was sucked into buying the more expensive pool. Oh the sales pitch was so full of bull now that I look back on it. The pool was suppose to cost 6,000.00 but with everything else it is now costing well into the 20,000 dollar range.
It took over 2 months for them to get the pool installed which again the sales person said that it would be just a couple (2) weeks. So now the pool is installed and what a crappy job it was. The bottom is so unleveled. I called the installer to come back and fix the bottom. However they did not want to come out that year so I had to wait until the next summer to have them come out and see about it.
And just as I figured no they did not repair the bottom. I have a case with the BBB because of the horrible customer service, installation, and finance with Blue World Pools. If I would have done my research I could have found a better quality pool for less than what I paid and had it installed the proper way it is suppose to. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS POOL TO MY WORSE ENEMIES LITTLE ON MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY.
UPDATED ON 07/08/2016: I have had my pool for two years, the worst two years ever. This company is the absolute worse in customer satisfaction. I have called right after the pool was installed to let them know that the bottom was not leveled. I was told to wait until the next summer as it was just cosmetic and they would come out to fix the bottom. Oh I also had a leak which they would repair when they come to deal with the bottom. Ok so I waited and the bottom go so bad that is showing stress marks on the liner. I have called and called to get them out to repair it. I drained the pool, had it cleaned and oh yes the installer did come out and well half-ass tried to say he fixed it. The bottom is so much WORSE than it was before they came out to fix it.
Again I called and got in touch with someone that claimed that I would get a call but here it is two weeks later and still no call. I cannot even use the vacuum because the bottom is so horrible. I am so upset. I cannot stress the fact enough. DO NOT GET A POOL FROM BLUE WORLD. You would be better off getting from another company. BLUE WORLD HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and an even worse installation department. Please go somewhere else to get a pool for cheaper and better service.

At first, the installation had some slight issues, but they were quickly resolved. However, we had an issue with the ladder that has not been rectified. Overall, the pool is great. We could not be happier with the ease of care that this pool requires.

I would like to thank Blue World Pools for a wonderful summer. The pool was installed in May of 2015. My entire family and friends enjoyed being outside during the day and especially at night swimming. The whole buying experience was not bad. It's hard to trust TV advertisement, allow someone to come into your home (believe them) and then make a big purchase such as this. I must say that my family and I are pleased. The installation was perfect. He explained everything to us about the pool's maintenance and parts. He and his workers did an excellent job. We love the pool. We have put solar lights around it and a fence. Anyone can come by and see it. There are some additional beautifications we would like to do so we are looking forward to next summer. I have had other pools in the past. They haven't held up and were a pain to care for! Not to speak of all the chemicals that you had to measure, mix and deal with. With this pools it's as easy as falling off a log. There is no fuss in chemicals, you just have to do a few simple things once a week and you're done. No fuss, no bother. I love my pool.

We saw the commercial for Blue World Pools on the television and made the call. We were impressed with the representative for Blue World Pools. So we made an appointment for the demonstration. We were impressed with the representation and materials used for construction of the pools. We looked at different pools from different companies and none of them offered the same quality. We were impressed with how thick the liner (25mil) is, the ionized filtration, the side wall material and construction and warranty Blue World Pools offered. We made our decision to go with Blue World Pools. What we did not know was that it would be a rocky start. All parties hung in there. Blue World Pools turned it around and gave us a great product. They came and installed our pool and we had a summer full of fun and relaxation in our new Blue World Pool.

We love our new pool. I was skeptical at first about the maintenance and just how much we would use it. When the salesman told us all we had to do was add two bottles of bleach a week and it was that simple, I thought "Yeah right. There is more to it than that." I was shocked to find out that we really only have to use the two bottles of bleach. It is wonderful. I can't keep the kids out of it. In fact that is the only negative thing about it, is that the kids never want to come in. We are very satisfied. It is absolutely beautiful and easy to maintain.

I bought a Blue World pool after the understanding it would be easy to keep up. It is not. Originally, the pump was defective and sand poured into the pool. Blue World was on the job and sent parts to repair this. If Kenny, the installer hadn't been in town to install a pool at our neighbor's (which we don't have many, we live in the country) we would have been lost and not known what to do, as Blue World reps try their best to help over the phone but that would have been impossible without someone there knowing what exactly to do. Getting all the sand out of the pool was a nightmare and we are still having problems with the water being chemically correct. It has not been as we were told that only 1 gallon a week of bleach would be all we would have to do to keep this pool "perfect". I can't express how many trips I've made to town to get the water tested and the chemicals I've had to add.
Also, with these trips to the pool store, speaking at length with the customer service representative, I realize I should have purchased a salt water pool like I originally wanted and spent A LOT less for a bigger pool and much less aggravation!!! We use the pool daily and enjoy it mainly because it was a pool we wanted (that's why I called the company) but I haven't been able to have a pool party this summer mainly unsure if the water will be correct on the day I plan. I can't give this pool 5 stars but will give the customer service 5 stars as they have been excellent answering all my MANY questions and walking me through things. Bottom line, if you've had a pool before and are used to adding chemicals this pool is probably fine but if you're a first time buyer, RUN.

Ok so wanted a pool for our family of seven and ground pools were $30,000 and out of our price range. Then we find Blue World Pools. Loved the chlorine free system so we went for it, 27 ft classic with all the bells and whistles. Install took 5 weeks to complete and everything seemed fine... until... I started noticing divots in sand bottom and then I noticed more and more. Now at a month since install I am losing 3 inches of water every 12 hours and the ground around the pool is soaking wet (I inspected the pump and filter and find no leaks). The leak is coming from the vinyl liner.
I had left messages for service about unrelated issues (The old broken fountain they sent me and now are on back order and they can't replace) but No one ever called me back. However when I called and threatened them I got a callback. Amazing how that worked. Now I am waiting on the installer to call me to set up coming out and fixing the pool which I am sure will take the rest of the summer of not being able to use the pool not to mention the $100 in chemicals it cost me to balance the water since I am losing it all to a leak. If I didn't have these issues and lack of response from the company I would give them 5 stars.

Bought a 15x26 oval pool on 5-26 2015. Since that time pool has been installed. After filling pool with water and getting the water balanced we found that where the metal plates are under the pool plus the metal band that is connected to each side of the pool by the metal plates are actually sticking up in the pool to where you can see them. One spot is so bad you can actually trip over it as you walk around the pool. Called Blue World, they said it was rare but sometimes happens and I should call the installer to fix it.
After about a week leaving messages, Doug, my installer, calls back to inform me that he's going to Kentucky for 2 weeks and he would call me when he got back to take care of the problem. He also assured me it was okay to use the pool and that nothing would happen to the liner or it was on him and he would call Blue World to tell them what he told me. All of this took place between June 8 and 26. Called Blue World up after the 26, found out Doug never called them. It is now July 14, Doug should have been back at least two weeks now but I have heard nothing from him.
Every time I call Blue World, they just give me Doug's number. Left him message today. Paid 10,000 for a nice pool that does look awfully nice in my backyard but can't really have people over to enjoy it because I'm still waiting to have my pool fixed plus I notice today there is wet spots on one end of pool so I may actually have a hole in my liner and there are at least 4 different bad spots on bottom of pool-- all of them by metal plates which kinda makes it hard to fully enjoy pool.
Updated on 09/09/2015: Okay so this is a amendment to my previous review on July 14, 2015. Blue World Pools did indeed fix my pool. No more plates showing, bottom of pool looks good. They even put in a new liner when they redid the sand floor however I ended up having to do everything twice. Had to fill the pool twice, cost about $60 first time on me. Second time installer's fault. Also my new pool came with two bags of salt and chemicals to start up pool and balance water second time around. I had to buy all that stuff. Also had a lady call me about 2 weeks ago. Not sure who but told me they would be sending me a ionizer for the pool for my trouble and that it was a $160 value but so far nothing. I'm happy with the pool and the price. Just not real happy with everything else.

I contacted Blue World Pools the second week of June to see about purchasing a pool. I was told a sales rep would be out to see me in the next day or 2. Sales rep called and said it was too late, he'd come the next day. Next day no call no show. The next day, he didn't call so I called the company. Sales rep finally called at 6 pm, said he'd be there in a couple hours. 830 he shows up. We express we only want the pool if it can be in by the 4th. He says it'll be close but it takes 2-3 weeks for this process so they will make us a "show home" which expedites things. Ok...next.
Nothing happens for the 3-day waiting period in which you really know nothing as far as interest rates. So if you base your decision on that it'll be too late. A week later I get a call from financing. They tell me they are gonna upgrade the pool to a deluxe for 8,000 more but my payment would stay the same because the interest rate was half of the state max if I took this deal. Of course I took the deal... better interest = less money over time. Now the paperwork goes to the installation dept. and sets. I get mad and call Kevin **. Explain to him that this is a long drawn out process which the date I was told it would be in around, has not held true. I want to cancel the contract. He informs me I will have to pay 6,000 dollars and they will put a lien on the property if I don't pay it. Keep in mind I've already put a 1000 dollars down.
He then says, “For your inconvenience, I'll deduct 2,000 dollars off the purchase price.” Great! We are now at July 2, clearly not getting a pool by the 4th. Now the paperwork has to go back to finance to be reworked so we repeat the process. Financing calls then this lady from installation (Janita) calls, goes over terms, and said she will be giving the paperwork to the installer the next morning. July 8, I still have not heard from the installer. I call back and Janita said she asked for 7-10 business days after the installer got the paperwork for him to contact me. At this point I've had enough because I thought 7-10 days was the timeframe for the installation.
Here we are today, July 14th. I call Janita again to see why the installer still has not called me. She says, "Let me give you his number, you can call him." So I did, the number was disconnected. I call back Janita answers immediately, asked me if I could hold. I waited 5 min. Hung up called back. A man answered, I explained that the number she gave me was disconnected. He said, "I'll look for another contact number." Eventually he says the one he has says the mailbox is full and he'd have him contact me when they could get a hold of him.
I said, "Well, I've spoke with Kevin already and I'm not very happy." He interrupts me and says, "Threatening me with Kevin don't scare me, I'll carry you to Kevin anytime you wanna talk to him. You're not gonna threaten me with that." I said, "Fine put me through to his voicemail." He doesn't come in until 1 so I know it'll be voicemail I get. I left him a message to call back. This has been nothing but a nightmare! Don't do business with these runarounds!!!
Updated on August 5, 2015: As asked per this company I am following up with my original post regarding their company. We were scheduled for our pool to be installed on July 25, 2015. The installer called and said he would be out at 11:30 on Sat the 25th. I waited until 130 that day and called to make sure he was still coming, at which time he said he was and was about 2 hours out, his helper had quit on him that morning and he had been given a wrong pool and had to go back to the warehouse so this put him behind. At 5:30 he still was not there and I called back. At which time he said he was an hour out. 6:30 pm he and one other person show up to install my pool which is said to be a 6-8 hour job. (Note the time is 630 p.m.).
They unload their equipment and begin working. Clearly neither knew much about operating this machine they brought to do the dirt work, because at 2 different times they turned the equipment over while working that night. At 2:30 AM they decided to call it a night, the dirt work was still not complete. They come back Sunday morning at approximately 8 am. Begin working the dirt once again. They continue this process until 9:30 Sunday night and decide to leave going back home to Muncie, Indiana because they had another pool to pick up Monday morning and they would be back sometime Monday to finish my pool installation.
Monday came, no installers by 3:30 so I called the installer and he said he had a family emergency and wouldn't be there but would be out on tues for sure first thing on Tues morning. (Why no courtesy call?) Tuesday at 1:30 pm the installer still had not shown up so I called him and got voice mail. I called directly to Blue World Pools (which the installer had repeatedly told me not to do). I was put on a 3 way call between Blue World Pools and the installer. He didn't answer them either. A second 3 way call was made, and he answered. At this time the installer told his boss his truck had died and he was 5 miles from my house and I needed to be calling him NOT Blue World Pools.
I got home to find him, a female, and a child finishing my pool installation at 4 pm. The installer never spoke with me. They finished the pool installation at 10:30 pm at which time he had my fiance sign the paper work. (The loan is in MY name NOT my fiance AND he told my fiance to sign MY name.) Now, I was told I would be asked to take pictures with the pool.. I wasn't, I was told I would have to sign papers after the install. I wasn't. A 6-8 hour job took 4 days. My fiance and I both missed 3 extra days of work. 1 which was double time pay for my fiance. Next, it takes a few days to fill the pool up. Thursday morning I was called to see if everything was ok with the pool. At that point, I thought it was, however, the pool hadn't finished filling up.
When I got home Thurs afternoon it was leaking from the return, and around the skimmer. I called to report this and was told they would send someone out to fix it. It has been 6 days and NO ONE has came nor called. So we are paying a higher water bill now due to this significant leak. I just got off the phone with the service department which informed me they were never told about this problem but will send someone out this week. When called from the company to ask questions regarding if I was happy with the install, the installer etc, I was told the call was being recorded for my protection, ok. I answered honestly, and was told they would have to "come back to those questions."
By the time I was done answering questions, she said a manager would have to call me back, which never happened. Apparently they didn't want what I had to say recorded. I hope anyone considering buying a pool from these people really do your research because this is an experience I wouldn't wish on no one. I will say this... in the BEGINNING, I was given a "credit" toward the purchase of my pool. But this is not near sufficient enough for the hell we have been put through, the time we have lost from work, the time we have lost from being able to use the pool nor the time put into numerous phone calls trying to get problems solved. And now, I have no idea how many gallons of water we will have lost and paid for due to leaks that have yet to be fixed.

I have bought a pool from blue world pools and I've read so many reviews on them that don't seem to be good so now I'm out $$$ and no pool. I refuse to give them another dime. I was told it would be in by the fourth of July. Well it's come and gone and I have no pool. I agreed to pay an outrageous price for their Classic Pool only because I have a special needs daughter and I wanted one for her to enjoy this summer and she still has no pool!! Try explaining that to her... I've been waiting on the installer to call and I've heard from NO ONE!!! I'm just relieved that I'm not out as much money as others. I'm just afraid of the consequences, to my mistake of trusting them and I'm a single widowed mother. I'm not paying for a pool that I don't have, so I'm not looking forward to the fight if they try taking money from my account. I will not give them another dime. I'm very angry at myself for trusting them...

Unfortunately, there was a hiccup on her end recently and are waiting for her to tell us when to come out to install her pool. Blue World Pools, Inc. has resolved all the customers concerns. The installer was very professional and explained every detail about the pump and ion process. The pool is great, excellent quality. We are very happy with our decision to buy from Blue World Pool. The first red flag was finance. They wait until after the three-day cancellation period to call and tell me the interest rate would be 34%. Outrageous. We got financing from our bank to keep from paying them 50% of the pool price for canceling then the real nightmare began with their lying installer every day was a different lie and we are still waiting for our pool. We were promised covers and lounges and lights and I'm waiting to see if we even get them. If this is not resolved soon we will be going to court. Too much money for these problems. Not pleased at all!

I purchased a Blue World Pool Classic, 27-inch round pool in July 10 of 2014. First thing is the salesman told me I could put pool at certain place. When installers showed up they said pool could not be there so I allowed them to put pool where he thought was best. Month later I complained about floor of pool and they have said for 11 months they would fix it. Well now it's worse. The ladder is cracking. I have refilled my pool this year with new water. I really don't want to empty and refill again. I know it's only 150 bucks to fill but it's the principle. All I want is my floor done right without rocks and stuff pushing thru and you can feel when you step on them.
I believe the pools are good pools but the work is shotty at best. The installer was a good guy but said he could not get all the rocks out from under the floor. Well why not find a solution you're the installer. I just want help and refuse to make another payment until repaired and now my ladder is starting to crack in less than a year. I hate to see what they really call customer service cause this ain't it.

First off, I specifically checked that I wanted to be called in the evening. I was called at 1100 while I was at work! Which was okay. We scheduled an appointment 06-25 at 130 then 230 came around so I called to ask where ** was, they said he must be sick or something. They rescheduled it for 2030 tonight then 2130 came around and I called. They said ** said he was never told to come out! Twice in one day then they tried to reschedule for tomorrow and when I said forget it was somehow my fault they lied twice!
I have personally reached out to Brooke Mathes to apologize for her experience with Blue World Pools, Inc. I assured her that if she gave us another opportunity that Blue World Pools, Inc. would be there at the specified time. Blue World Pools, Inc. will be happy to come back out at the customer's convenience.

The installer was to be here at 8 a.m. He called at 9:45 and said he didn't know where the pool is. Called at 11 and said he found it at a trucking company in Knoxville and he was on his way, should be here by lunch. He called at 3:30 and said he broke down but should be fixed within the hour and he was an hour and 40 min away. I said "You must have not gotten far if you're still that far away" and he said it was traffic. He called at 8:45 p.m. and said he was an hour and 40 minutes out but would drop the backhoe. He said he had to go to Kingsport in the morning to get the pool. I told him he told me Knoxville and he said no, but he'd be here at 7.
Showed up around 9. We showed him the property line marker for dumping the dirt. The first place we asked him to dump it he said would cost more. They finally got it up and it's a gorgeous pool, but he left tread marks all across the yard and the neighbor said who does he send the bill to for moving the dirt off his property. The guy buried the marker. Called the company and the guy was snarky and said they weren't paying to move dirt, we should have told him. We told him we did show him twice and he did it anyway. He said deal with the tread marks... lovely people.
Thank you for your business! Blue World Pools, Inc. sent the installer back out to put the dirt where the customer wanted. Back filling around the pool itself is the customer's responsibility, however Blue World Pools, Inc. will put the excess dirt at a location to be determined by the customer. Generally the use of a bobcat may leave some tread marks but they will go away with time. Please also remember installation is the construction of a pool. I had my pool installed last year, and due to the way the pool was installed when I opened the pool this year the sand that the installer had put around the base of the pool had washed out and left pebbles between liner and wall of the pool. The pool is just now a year old and I already have to replace the liner in it directly due to the way the installer set the pool up. Blue World pools is telling me it's my problem and they are going to charge me to come and fix the issue. For the amount of money I paid for the pool and the setup, I should not have issues this soon. Stay away from this company!

Our family is excited and nervous about our purchase of our new pool. We love to swim, but we have not purchased anything this nice before. The installers were amazing! We started the day with beautiful sunshine, then around 2pm it poured rain. These guys kept working and installed the pool anyway rain or shine. We are happy with the installation and appreciate their hard work. The weather remains a bit cold for swimming but we love not having to smell constant chlorine. We are happy and excited with our purchase. Counting the days till we can have warm enough weather to swim.

I sent them a pic of the wall of the pool that came loose. I was told there is no danger. If I want it fix I have to pay for it. They would tell me what to do to get it fixed. This pool is only 7 months old. I think they should have fixed it. All they want is your money. Once you pay for the pool they don't care what happens.

I spoke with **, she was absolutely amazing. I had intended to buy filters but she recommended to use the gift certificate towards the Ion parts because it was more expensive. I really want to thank her for that because we had no idea we had to replace that every year. She was soooo helpful and curious, just love her. I am very happy with my new 27 ft pool. It is what I always wanted. I done my homework and shopped around at all types of pool. I looked at a fiberglass pool. I also looked at a inground pool. When it come down to it I got the 27 ft round pool from Blue World Pool. The Finance was easy. The salesman made an appt with myself and my wife once at the house. He took time to explain the pool. We also got to pick out liner that goes inside pool. After a week I got a phone call from the install team. We set up a date for the pool to be install. The installer told me step by step on what was going on. I am very happy with BLUE World POOL.

We purchased a 27 foot round pool last year from Blue World Pools. I have been very satisfied with the pool and the service from them. We enjoyed the pool immensely last year and am looking forward to it this year. The pool power ionizer made it virtually maintenance free. This was our second pool and the first one used chlorine. It was expensive and the water was green as often as not. With the ionizer the water stayed clear all year with very little maintenance. The pool is great and Blue World Pools did everything they promised.

We ordered a blue world pool last year and have loved it. We also have saved so much on chemicals. After filling with water right out of our outside faucet and adding the chemicals that were provided with the pool, it was ready for swimming in two days. Just add one or two gallons of bleach once a week and that's it. The water stayed crystal clear the entire time.

I am a retired coal miner and we decided to purchase a pool. We looked at many versions of above ground pools and Blue World seemed to be a perfect fit for us. We have 9 grandkids and 2 great grandkids. They all love the water. We needed a large pool and Blue World has a 27' round pool. We got the the heavy gauge liner, it is great. Also love the ionizer. I have had chlorine and salt water treatment pools and by far and away the ionizer is the best in my opinion. Easy to use. This pool is easy to take care of, like I said I'm retired and didn't want a lot of extra work. Blue World makes it easy to take care of your pool with a minimal amount of time and work!! Love it!!!!!

We were pressured by a salesman to purchase a pool from Blue World. The installation was poor. After several calls about it they finally came out to house and said it was right. Now almost 4 years later the system is worthless and the company has caused me several bank fees because they would try to take payments out before due date so when I closed my bank account they refused payments by mail and the representatives at the call center are extremely rude and refused payments. We are contacting our lawyer as we speak. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

After a few false starts in scheduling the installation of our pool everything happened quickly. The sales man was helpful in choosing which one to purchase and where to place it. The installers were very polite and quickly had it finished. They even cleaned up after themselves. We had to wait about a day or so for it to fill but as soon as it was we quickly started to make use of it. Enjoyed it for the rest of the summer.

We recently were refinancing our home; in the process, we needed Blue World Pools to a subordination. Our lenders had to contact Mr. Eugene ** in which he was very arrogant, rude and hateful in trying to get done what needed to be done. I myself then had to contact him. He also talked to me in a very demeaning manner, rude, arrogant and hateful. Well to find out later, we needed 2 subordinations with Blue World Pools as they have 2 liens on own home (not 1 like we were told there would be), so once again our lender needed his help in getting the process done in which he would not help to get done what needed to be done.
We are paying customers and cannot believe that Mr. ** would be so unhelpful in the situation that was needed. I cannot believe that Blue World Pools would allow for one of their employees to treat a paying customer in the manner that he did. We will definitely not recommend Blue World Pools to anyone as this is so unprofessional and you do not treat especially "paying customers" in this manner. Our lender made a comment that out of all their dealings with people they needed to have subordinations done with he was absolutely the worst person they had come across to deal with and would never purchase a pool from them for this reason and will pass the word along to everyone else. Please do not deal with this Mr. ** or you will be very disappointed in this company.

After quitting job, swimming pool is one last thing I wanted to have due to hearsay about high maintenance costs. I wanted to have a swimming pool for aquatic exercises and many benefits of owning one such as more often parties that bring family and friends together.
I decided to have one in summer 2014 and I started to look for guidance in the web when I came across a pool with ionizer that require less maintenance than a traditional in-ground pools. I called Blueworld pools and was able to talk to a representative who set an appointment for an actual person who conducted a 90 minute presentation, ground survey and explained more information about above ground pools and maintenance costs.
After a couple of weeks, I called the installer, called to setup an installation date which is 2 days after the call. Installer that consist of 3 men arrived on agreed time and made measurement and recommendations on location and how the pool setup going to be.
Normal installation takes only a day but mine was delayed for a couple of days due to rain but as soon as the weather gotten better, the installer came back re-flatten the surface, pour sand and continue with the installation that lasted for 3-4 hours. The installation delay was not a factor on the installer's professionalism and being courteous and customer-service oriented.
Lastly, the installer explained the operating instructions, maintenance, and chemical application thoroughly as the system would self-explanatory, but he took the time to walk me through the pool operations and what to expect in the future. My children and granddaughter enjoyed the pool during the hot temperature of August and I could not be more happier.

I was very pleased with the installation. 2 gentlemen came out and were polite and friendly. They had my pool set up in a day. Our salesman was exceptional!! He helped us find the perfect pool. Now enjoy our new pool very much. Our children and grandchildren have enjoyed the pool as well with us. The only disappointment I experienced was that the style of stairs I was promised (the wedding cake stairs) were not delivered with the pool. After calling, I was told that style wasn't available. The maintenance of the pool is surprisingly simple. It took very little effort to keep it sparkling.

I have been interested in obtaining a pool for some time now. Recently after seeing an ad, I contacted Blue World Pools for an estimate. A meeting was arranged quickly for someone to come to my home. After hearing the details and seeing the beautiful pools, I decided to purchase an above ground pool. Arrangements were made for the installation and I now have a beautiful 24' Classic pool in my yard. I was genuinely surprised and pleased at the size of the pool and how many people can comfortably swim at the same time. The pool looks great and friends and neighbors have been very complimentary on the results. I am landscaping the yard and have been very pleased with how nicely the pool has fit into the landscaping. It looks great. Even though we did not get to enjoy for the entire summer this year, we look forward to many years of enjoyment. By far the best pool I've ever owned. This is my third pool, my first with Blue Water. Here in Texas it is really Hot, and you need a pool. It's great to be able to jump in the pool anytime and not have to worry about the chemical, because there are none, the chlorine smell, because there are none. Just enjoy the cool water.
The installers, I have to say, by far the best. They were on time, they came with everything, and cleaned up. He explained everything to me and did a walk around to make sure that I understood what I needed to know. Even after the install I was called and asked if I had any concerns or questions. During the initial start up I had a question about the pump function. Within moments I got a answer for my question. We've had the pool about 3 months now, and the water stays clean all the time with the ionizer, again no chemicals, and I truly believe the water is cleaner than the water we get from our water supply company. The company did everything that they said they would do. We didn't go wrong this time.

This has been the worst experience ever! The sales guy that came out was nice enough, but from there it went all downhill. We were advised that when BWP left that we would be able to swim.. Well that was just a flat out lie. We live in the country and have a well. I advised the sales guy that our well would not support filling up a 27k gallon pool but he stated again not to worry. We were also promised that the pool would be installed by July 4th -- we signed the original papers on June 8th.
A week before the 4th I started calling and was advised that there was no way it would be installed by the 4th because installation department just got our documents and we were advised that the installer would be contacting us. A week or so after the 4th the installer still had not called, so I called the installation department back. I had to get the installers phone number and contact him -- I called him, had to leave a message and he never returned my phone call. I called again, left a message never received a call back.
Finally I called him again and got a hold of him and was advised that he would be out that Sunday in order to site prep. Sunday came and he never showed up, never called. I called him, had to leave a message and he never called. He ended up showing up the next Wednesday morning (a week later) at 7:50 am. I had to leave to be at work at 8:30 - which I had explained to this man several times in order to install. I ended up having to have my mother come over in order to install and then come to find out they ordered the wrong pool.
It was over a week later when he finally called and stated that he was on his way - this was at 8:00 pm. He finally got here at 11:00 or a little after, so we did our paperwork and he showed up the next morning in order to install the pool. Now like I said in the beginning, I advised them that we have well water. We ran out of water when trying to fill enough to get the wrinkles out. This made the installer red mad and was cussing and just rude. I was happy when he finally left. Now we have a pool that we are trying to find someone to come and finish filling. And the company has been so rude every time they call. I would NEVER recommend anyone to do any type of business with this company.

They cleaned up their mess when they finished the installation. Found a review from an employee, who described exactly step by step what happened with my wife and I. These people would not leave, even after telling them "no" several times. Short of calling the police, or physical altercation we didn't see a way to remove them. So we signed the contract, and my wife and I told each other we would just cancel it the next business day so we could get them out of our house. Guess what!? You cannot cancel over the phone, and if you try Mr. Kevin ** will try to put a lien against your house to scare you into staying with them. We are a low income family, and all I wanted was the opportunity to purchase their econoline pool that cost no more than $300. Now I am stuck in a contract for over $10,000. That or I could simply just pay them 50% of the cost in one lump sum. Who has that much money? If I don't pay them I lose my home to a lien, in which they will foreclose. My house is the only thing I own, and it took years to be able to afford it. These people just want your money, and do not care whose lives they destroy in the process. Top it off, I lost my second job, so making payments to them is devastating financially to my family and I.
They were rude on the phone, we get an apology. We do the in home "presentation", they get pushy, refuse to leave. Force us to sign the contract while standing over us. Then you complain, and say we do not want the pool. Once you get them to leave, and Kevin ** the VP calls and laughs about placing a lien on your home. Telling us to find a lawyer if we want, but he will have the lien on our home before we get a call back from the lawyer the next morning. Absolutely does not care about customer service, what the customer is going through. We even told them before they played the "you better pay or else card", that it just wasn't the right time for us but we would call back about one of their options later down the road.
Long story short, they took the contract, they took our deposit, they claimed an installer would call me to install this pool, and I still have not heard my phone ring once with information about the install since I told Kevin ** how I felt, and what was going on.

It is well above our expectations for an above ground swimming pool. Also our installer was very kind and helpful to get our swimming pool back in working order after draining and solving the debris problem under the liner. I had our new pool installed 8 days ago and at the finish, the installer said that the hose that connects the filter to the pump was missing from the kit. When he made the call to the installation dept. to say he was finished but the part was missing, the lady assured us that the part was on its way. The part did not come, so I called again 5 days later and the man says it didn't show anything being ordered, so he would get the part on its way himself. Still no part yet and our pool water is now a murky green and has slimy sides and bottom despite me adding bleach every few days until we can get the pump and filter running. There's also several holes along the bottom where the sand I guess was not level or packed down. I called this Sean ** guy twice with no return call (maybe on vacation?). Not a happy camper right now.

We LOVE this pool. We had talked about installing one for a while and even contacted some other companies. No other business was as helpful as Blue World Pools. The sales personnel answered every question and concern we had before-hand and make the purchase super easy. The pool installers really knew what they were doing (even in the rain). They even called the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. Maintenance is a breeze. We've never had a pool before, so we had a few hiccups at the beginning keeping the water clear. The customer service people we talked to were very helpful and patient, and after just a few weeks, our pool was crystal clear and we've had no problem since. It's been wonderful in this heat to have this cool water to jump into everyday. We wish we had done it sooner.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I've had dealing with a company. First of all, no one can answer a question. I get transferred about 5 times every time. Second, you have to do all the work. I waited 3 weeks then called to check on install just to be told my install is ready to be schedule, wait 7-10 days to hear from installer. Day 11, I called. They said, "Oh yes, your pool is ready to be installed. Here is the installer's number. Call him to set it up."
6 days later, after calling him and leaving messages, he finally calls back and schedule install a week out. I called him 2 days before install and he didn't know he was supposed to install my pool in that agreed day. Now we have to reschedule again because none of his equipment is working. This company is unorganized. The people in the call centers are unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company. They preach customer service but that's as far as it gets they haven't given it yet.

Before we decided to get a pool we asked our friends about theirs and all we heard were the cost of the chemicals would surprise you so when I went looking for a pool I was a skeptic. There are so many types and sizes to choose from but when I came across Blue World Pools they didn't have just one size fits all and they had a variety of pools to choose from. This is where it gets better. They had a pool filtering system that doesn't use harsh chemicals and it was the size we wanted, so those of you out there looking for a pool you should look at Blue World Pools. We are very pleased with the pool we got and I love the low maintenance.

I am changing my tune on Blue World. After talking with Sean Warren....he has resolved our issues, been more than helpful and gracious. Sean addressed the customer service concerns I had and has agreed to be our main conduit should we have any future concerns. I doubt we will. But, I appreciate his time and ability to turn things around for us. Not many companies can do that! Thank you again Sean!!

I am not sure what is going on with blue world, but totally agree with the comment "they are a rip off," and the customer service is absolutely terrible. I mean terrible. Do not get swindled into their system.

I would never recommend Blue World Pools. They are a total ripoff!! In 2 years only $1,000 has applied to principal @ 226.00 monthly! They have the rudest customer service care I have ever dealt with (Eugene)! Please do not use your hardworking money for a company that has no regards to your family! I wish my husband and I wasn't so naive when dealing with this company!!

We got our pool installed Saturday Jun 28th and what a blessing it is. With continued communication with Blue World Pools installation office and Mr. Sean Warren we got our pool. It seems there was a big break in communication between Blue World Pools and the contracted installer that actually comes to your house to install the pool. The pool looks amazing and we can't wait to go swimming!
Our situation is not typical with Blue World Pools and I am sure if we would have contacted the installation office a little sooner we would have had quicker results. Thank you Blue World Pools for your help and resolution to my problem. We look forward to ordering more things from your company for this gorgeous pool.

We sat down with our salesman on April 30 and decided we wanted to get the pool. We specifically told the salesman that we both worked and the only day we could be home at the same time was Sunday. He said it was no problem they could install the pool 7 days a week. Now here it is, June 27 and still no pool. We have had plenty of empty promises from the installer and frustration with the whole process. We have contacted the Installation Supervisor who coordinates all the installations and told him what was going on and he said he would contact the installer and get it fixed. Well after the 3rd time, we were told someone was going to be here to install the pool and no one showed. We have had enough. Contacted the supervisor again and he assured me he talked to the Installer and the installer agreed the he would be out to install the pool on Sat Jun 21. Guess what, he didn't show. We called the supervisor once again ... mind you this is like the 6th time we had contacted the supervisor and he apologized for the problem. I asked if there was anyone else that could install the pool for us. He said it was an option.
After talking to the installer again the supervisor asked me if I could give him one more chance. We agreed not really wanting this man at our house because of all the frustration he has caused. Well, my wife told the installer we wanted him to come out one evening during the week, kinda of a good faith showing to start the pool so we could ensure he would be here Sat the 28th. He agreed and said Wednesday would be fine. Wednesday rolls around and he is in Joplin, MO installing a pool and he got held up 2 hours and had to go to his house to load the pool and then drive all the way to my house, so it would be between 8 or 9 o'clock before he would get here. Who starts installing a pool at 8 o'clock at night!!!! What good faith!!!
My wife called yesterday the 26th and talked to the lady who works in the supervisors office, not the supervisor, and she said enough was enough that she was contacting the Vice President of Blue World Pools for us. Well that didn't happen and she contacted the installer again who said he would be here Sat the 28th of June to install the pool. I really hope this is not yet again an empty promise. My kids have waited 2 months for a pool that was said to take 2 weeks to get installed. I hope we get the pool in and it is the best thing next to sliced bread, but at this time the frustration is sure to dampen the excitement!! If the Vice President of Blue World Pool get this feel free to contact me please.

I have been more than happy with my experience with Blue World Pools. The employees we have worked with have all been polite and helpful. When we first got the pool we were not able to use it much due to all the rain. However for the past few weeks we have been in it almost every day! The past two summers we put up and took down the Walmart pools which is a lot of work in itself. Plus trying to get the chemicals right was always a problem. Our new Blue World Pool has been low maintenance with clean clear water. I have two grandchildren, ages 6 & 2, and they love it. I'm looking forward to our fourth of July cookout with extended family so we can all enjoy the pool. Although the pool was more expensive than we initially planned to pay, it has been well worth the investment.

I would highly recommend Blue World Pools for your summer fun. The staff was very helpful in explaining each and every pool, the sizes and each piece of equipment that comes with them. They explained each piece and every part so your pool care was easy. The goal is to enjoy with as least work as possible. The pool installers were all very good and also explained each and everything in detail. Every one we spoke to or had any assistance from were very nice with great work ethic and respect. We love our pool and would highly recommend this company. Let's go swimming!!

I would recommend Blue World Pools to all my family and friends. We enjoy our pool on a daily basis. Our experience with this company has been a very positive one. The installers were very courteous and thorough. They cleaned up after the install, and leveled our pool perfectly. The quality of all materials is superb.

Our pool is very nice. The ionizer is a great feature with no chemicals to poor in. The installers did a nice job but there is a wrinkle in the floor of the liner and they didn't get the sand smooth.

We bought a 24ft round pool from Blue World Pools. We Love it!!! Very easy to maintain. Don't forget to buy pool cover for winter. Installers were fast and great. Would recommend very highly. THANKS AGAIN.

We have had our new pool up for three weeks now. Our family is enjoying it so much. My husband does all the work on the pool and loves the low fact, that it is low maintenance and low cost to keep running. The installers that came to our house to put up our pool were very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job setting up the pool and giving us instruction on the next steps before they left. Another great feature with Blue World Pools is that they are always just a phone call away. If we have any questions or concerns, all we have to do is pick up the phone. My family and I feel we have made a good investment with our pool purchase and are excited to enjoy our new pool in the years to come.
