My pool was installed and built by Anthony & Sylvan Pools. I use them mostly for closing because of the warranty on my pool and if they come to close, I let them know everything and ask them to get me if they need anything. I had to get a new filter put in one time and I also had them retile my coping in the pool two years ago. Some of the tiles are coming up now so I'd be putting in a warranty service.

Anthony & Sylvan installed my pool years ago and I’ve been very pleased with their services. We use their services for seasonal opening and closings of the pool. If I have any questions especially about pool filters or chemical mixes, they’re always quick to answer and I've never had a problem in scheduling them to come out. Also, the technicians tend to be very friendly. It’s been a really good relationship.

I found Anthony & Sylvan on HomeAdvisor and they were the only one that responded. I had them restore my pool. The people who closed my pool were really friendly and knowledgeable when it came to what I need to do for the pool opening for next year.

Anthony & Sylvan Pools is a large company that we know from way back and we’ve been using them for 12 years. They open and close our pool every year and they always do a good job. I can depend on them and I’m very happy with their service. My neighbors had a couple of smaller local guys in Howard County try to close their pools down and they had one problem after another. Also, Anthony & Sylvan always email to let me know when they’re coming out. Then the day before, they place the call and say they’re going to be in the morning or afternoon.

Anthony & Sylvan Pools installed my pool so I decided to go with them as well for the pool service. I've used them for the opening and the closing. The crew has always been very professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. I'm very satisfied with all the work that has been done and with the entire process from the installation to the pool service.

The Anthony & Sylvan team put the pool in then for the first 10 years, I went to the neighborhood guy for pool service. But one year, he didn't close it correctly because the next year when I started the pump, there were troubles in the flow of the lower end of the pool. Since then, I’ve been taking Anthony & Sylvan for seasonal service. We do our own stuff during the week and we go every two weeks to the local guy around here to have the water checked and get the chemicals out in the water. So we have Anthony & Sylvan just for the opening and closing, the beginning and the end. The best thing is that I can trust them to do the right thing and based on my previous experience with the other person that I had, they seem to be a lot better. I have very little interaction with them because they come out on the days that I work, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. But I tell them what I want to be done and they do it well.

I use Anthony & Sylvan Pools for their closing services. I usually deal with their service manager and he’s very receptive and quick to respond to concerns and questions that I have. Also, you’re going to have some things go wrong when you have such a big project, but their follow up has been exceptional with what they’re doing as to make things right.

Anthony & Sylvan had been around for so many years and I chose them to build our pool because they seemed to be a good choice. Tom, the salesman, came out and was very personable. He projected a sense of his knowledgeable and he's confident about what he had to say in the sales presentation he makes for customers. I had complete confidence in him. However, once the construction started, it seemed as though everyone that showed up was a sub-contractor and sometimes the work was not always performed as well as the customer might expect. What happened was, when the pool started taking shape and different sub-contractors came out to do different aspects of building the actual pool, I would come home from work and walk around the pool as it was progressing and I would find things that were not correct and I would have to call the project manager and have it corrected.

We had been watching Anthony & Sylvan for about 10 years but at the time we couldn’t really afford them. Now we are in a better position and so we’ve decided to go with them. Our pool was installed and we got to use it for two weeks this year because it got put in not too long ago. We used Anthony & Sylvan for the whole construction and for closing our pool which we had about a month ago.

We had Anthony & Sylvan build our pool, then we stepped outside and gone to another company once for closing and once, I let my husband do it. But I decided that I preferred Anthony & Sylvan. I have them handle the opening and closing, with the occasional troubleshooting. They are responsive, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional. They are also helpful and explained what they were doing because we were interested in understanding the process. They didn't just come in and closed the pool. They were willing to entertain us by sharing what they were doing with us when we asked.

The employees who did the work did an excellent job with the workmanship itself, explained what they were doing and took the time to educate us on what it mean to be a new pool owner. We also had the pool closing in our contract when we purchased the pool so we recently had them here for that. I worked with their service team to schedule the appointment and do all the necessary pre-closing planning I had to do to be ready for it. They were very helpful in explaining the whole process and identifying what needed to be done so that when they showed up to close the pool, everything would proceed flawlessly. They did a great job and were very easy to do business with.

We spoke to a friend of ours and Anthony & Sylvan had put in their pool, and they had good things to say. Anthony & Sylvan replaced an old pool that we had had on the ground. Our pool is free-form but we asked for a different style than what the normal free-form patterns were, and we were accommodated. I love the color and I love that it’s heated. It’s comfortable all the time. Harold, our project manager, was phenomenal. True customer service comes out when things don’t come off without a hitch, and the ways that this company overcame those problems really help these guys stand apart. Harold, in particular, stood out in getting us the help that we needed as quickly as we needed it during those little hiccups. For that, we are grateful.

I had done some background searches on pool companies in the area that had been around for a while and Anthony & Sylvan has been pretty established. I purchased a free-form pool from them. It's 7,000 gallons, about 21 feet long and 10 feet wide on the end. It also narrows in the middle and has rock waterfalls. The project manager and the scheduling team were both great. They answered all my questions and were very proactive. They sent e-mails every week and they told me what was going to happen that week. They were also pretty much always on time.

Our pool was probably 27 years old and I believe that Sylvan built it originally. We had a company that closes our pool and we were trying to get his contractor to give us a price to redo the pool for a couple of years now. We had another guy that we've done work for and we tried to get him for over a year to get pricing. Anthony & Sylvan is a respectable company and we've seen their advertising on the side of the road. My pool is free-form and it fits the yard. It's clear and spacious. Communication with the project manager and the scheduling team was nice. They got the job done and did really well.

We had Anthony & Sylvan make us a free-form pool with a spa and two additional waterfalls. We were assigned a project manager and we worked with the team and their rep at the office since the office was monitoring the different stages of the build, scheduling appointments with the contractors, and linking them up with us. Also, at least twice a week, we had visits from the project manager who was surveying the work, taking pictures and sending it over to us by e-mail with a report on the advancement of the works. It was very good. We love the pool's design and the quality of the finishing and we look forward to spending time in it with family and friends. It's very convenient to have it in our backyard and it feels like being on vacation without being away from home.

They worked hard and always followed up to make sure that we were happy with the work that they were doing. A couple of weeks ago, they closed the pool. Their pricing was consistent and they didn't try to upsell us. Their people were prompt because they showed up within the window that we were expecting them to be here. If a problem is found, we are comfortable that Anthony & Sylvan can do any remedial work that may be required. We used them for construction, opening and closing. But currently, we only use them for closing since my wife opens the pool. Overall, we've been very pleased with them. They're professional and courteous. If we have friends who are looking at building a pool, we recommend that they hear Anthony & Sylvan out.

Anthony & Sylvan built our pool and we use them for opening and closing services. The technicians are very helpful and they really try to teach me as they're fixing things so I have knowledge on what they're doing. Twice this year, they came to do some patch work. While they were working, the guy explained to me how to run the system if our salt system is not working. He also allowed me to record what was going on and showed me how to do certain things so we would be more efficient in keeping the pool from turning green.

I called one guy and talked to him at 10:00 at night. They're fast, efficient, and direct. They give me a date and tell me if they are a little backed up. Their overall service and the communication of the organization are up there. They're all great and I love them.

When they were doing the pool at the very beginning, every single person who came out knew what they were doing and they were extremely polite. We had a rough start because weather was less than cooperative that fall and so the pool got started and then we had a big empty hole for the winter. We had to wait for the spring, when the weather has decided it was going to cooperate again. But they made sure that where they were able to stop wasn't going to cause any further delay and they could pick right back up. There wasn't going to be any dirt falling in. It was at a perfect stopping spot so even if the weather was less than cooperative, they were great.

When we have questions and concerns they get back to us, they listen to what we have to say, and they try to work with us as much as possible to help to resolve the issues.

The building experience that we had with Anthony & Sylvan the first time was one of the main contributors to us going back to them on building the second pool. The pool is geometric and we worked with the design consultant to come up with a pool that fit our needs and the size for the area where we had to do our pool in. I've wanted to have a pool for 10 years and I have two friends who have had pools built by Anthony & Sylvan. Our pool is called a Lazy L and it has a sun shelf in it. It has a stone wall and then all the way across the back of it is a waterfall that comes out. I like the color combinations, the aesthetics of it and how nice it makes the yard look. My project manager was fantastic, readily available, always returned my calls, answered any questions that I had and even helped me out on weekends if I needed something. There were a few hiccups with scheduling along the way but a lot of it had to do with weather. Some of it had to do with a couple of their contractors but nothing detrimental. When I got my house built, the Anthony & Sylvan pool was part of the package. The project manager was Skye who was amazing, accountable, and always called me back. I'm not the easiest customer because I can be demanding but they were responsive to every need and question. Working with them has been excellent. The pool is very relaxing and has a spa. Las Vegas is hot in the summer and it's nice to be able to come home and cool off in the backyard with the pool.

Anthony & Sylvan is a long-standing name that's been in business for 75 years, so when we’re looking for a pool, we looked for a company that would be around to be able to take care of us if anything ever went wrong. Also, we like the longevity of their warranty. Our pool is free-form that has a spa, and we had them put in a fire pit that they incorporated into our existing patio. So, our pavers cover the existing patio and also goes around the pool in the spa area and the fire pit. We also added some bar stools where we could sit and watch TV that we mounted on our outdoor patio. We are in Texas and the only way you can enjoy your backyard is with a pool. So, we enjoy being able to enjoy our backyard and not fry here. Our daughter is on the swim team so she’s constantly in the pool. It’s coming quite handy and we love it.

We have a freeform pool built by them and we like its design, specifically the pebble plaster finish. We did the travertine tiles around and then the deck coating. It's the ideal pool that we wanted and it fits perfectly in our backyard. It was a construction project so it had the normal scheduling issues but our project manager was very responsive. Even with some weather delays, we still finished on schedule. They moved as quickly as they could and our goal is to be open by Memorial Day weekend.

I’ve wanted a pool since I bought a new house and for years I've known about Anthony & Sylvan. Their pools have good value and I also liked the warranties that came with it. Our pool is a large rectangle and we could have some jets put into it, but it doesn’t have a spa. But I like that it’s very large and it has a nice depth to it. The project manager, the scheduling team and I communicated mostly through email and phone. I met them a few times and it went positively.

We got a freestyle pool that is more of a natural kind and has a lot of Austin rocks and a leiter incorporated in it. We like the hot tub and the way the pool is shaped. It sits well with the landscaping of our backyard. We made it a little deeper since we have a teenager and his friends coming over. We love the deep end of it as well for the kids jumping in to do all the things that they love to do because teenagers are a little bit bigger than just small kids.

I’ve wanted a pool for five years and one of our friends got one with Anthony & Sylvan a couple of years ago. We got a free form pool that has a tanning ledge and a jump loft. It’s the perfect size for the family and we are enjoying it. It was constructed very well, looks very nice and fits perfectly in our backyard. He pretty much handled everything. The only thing that we were somewhat disappointed with was Anthony & Sylvan contracted out the excavation team, and the company that came out did a bad job. They made a big mess of my yard and wasn’t very cooperative as far as listening to what we wanted. But outside of that, everything else was pretty good. I already actually recommended Anthony & Sylvan to a friend who’s getting a pool.

Anthony & Sylvan did a good job on my pool. It has a spa and an oasis design. It looks pretty in my backyard. Also, their salesperson was really good and helpful. My experience with both the project manager and the team was really good. They helped me pick my tiles for the pool and the basic color. The crew was right on time, too. I'm definitely satisfied with Anthony & Sylvan.

When we decided that we were going to go with a pool, we started doing some research. We liked what we saw with Anthony & Sylvan, and we had them and a couple of other companies give us some quotes. Their team was very responsive. If we had a question or concern, they were pretty Johnny-on-the-spot. I know they were busy with other pools, but they at least got back to us and to say that they were in the middle of something and that they’ll get right back to us. We got a free-form pool. We built this also for our grandkids and it’s got a huge sundeck. It’s in a great location in the backyard and it looks great. It makes our backyard shine.

I thought it would be better for me to have a pool because of my age, for exercise. My daughter mentioned Anthony & Sylvan so I called them up. I also called up another pool company and the waiting time was too long before it was finished. The project manager from Anthony & Sylvan was wonderful. He was very nice and was careful in listening to me. However, I was upset with the workers that came at times. They all had very poor communication and they were mean to me. But the project manager was very helpful to me and he calmed me and talked with a couple of bosses. I got a five-foot deep rectangular pool and it has a step center to get in on both sides. It looks beautiful and I have it decorated nicely all around and it’s healthy for me.

Anthony & Sylvan installed our free-form pool with a spa in 1997. We got he pool 20 years ago because our son was in middle school and we had built a home and moved in at ‘96 with the intention that we would put a pool in for his high school and college. For his growing up years, it would be a good idea to have his friends over to our house and keep an eye on things and get to know his friends.

Our architectural designer, Bob, did an excellent job with the yard because it’s odd shaped. You could tell his experience with the way he designed the pool. I like its color and size. It doesn’t consume our whole yard, and it’s perfect for us.

I chose Anthony & Sylvan Pools because of my landscaper, Marc with M2 Planning & Design. It is a free form design with a hot tub. We did the landscape and the pool design was done by an architect, Brian. And then, Anthony & Sylvan translated the blueprint into a very pleasant pool. It's very nice - soft and rounded. It's beautiful to look at. We're very pleased with the design and the construction of the pool.

The pool we got built was a free-form because of the area and it looks good. I want to thank the Anthony & Sylvan design team and also the project manager. They were very knowledgeable in a sense that when I ask a question, I get the response quickly and I was able to work with them. The scheduling was good but there was one time they told me that there was a leveling crew who was going to come and they didn't come. I called to ask where the leveling crew was and the scheduling person was probably not in a good mood. I didn't have the date and I felt it was kind of rude. Hopefully, they fix their scheduling person. Other than that, the rest of the team was good. The crew finished it all very patiently and kept the site very nicely. After having the pool built, I'm looking forward to lots of swimming before the winter comes. I recommend Anthony & Sylvan.

We've wanted a pool for two years and we got a free-form pool with a spa from Anthony & Sylvan. Their project manager was able to make it the way my wife wanted it to be and now, we can swim whenever we want. The kids love it too.

I was Googling and reading some reviews about some of the pools then there was an Anthony & Sylvan sign across the street where a neighborhood had a pool put in. Their salesperson, Bob, was wonderful and their supervisor, Sky, was exceptional. They also made follow-ups and made certain everything was running well. They barely called, which is why they were excellent. They did everything we wanted, including the kidney shape, and it's a beautiful pool. We use it for exercising and we love everything about it including the size and the way it was designed. It's heated as well and that comes in handy. I enjoy being able to go out there, too. They put the deck when I don't want to get in the pool and I lay there for fun.

Anthony & Sylvan's office is just down the street from where we live so we went in and met with one of their salespeople. The team did what they said they were going to do and it worked a little faster than what I thought it would. They moved quickly from the time they started to the time they finished. I got a free-form pool and it sits in my yard. It's convenient and I enjoy the relaxation of being in the pool. It's a heated pool so we can use it at where we're at almost year round.

Finally decided to get an inground pool, and started the process with a sales consultation on July 8 2017. Gave in our $1000 deposit to hold the current year price end of July. We were advised by our sales consultant that the deposit is 100% refundable up to the dig, if we have not started the dig 12 months after putting deposit in it is up to the company to cancel the contract if they decide. Met with the sales consultant again to finalize design of the pool… i.e. the size we want, shape, tiles...etc. On Aug 11, 2017 630 pm, he then informed us he will draw the plan up and we need to look at it and either approve or make any changes to it. We got a phone call from Sharleen ** an Anthony & Sylvan sales administrator on Aug 22, 2017 asking to schedule a meet and greet with our sales rep/ design consultant and project manager.

We have a new pool for a new home and it’s geometric with a spa from Anthony & Sylvan as recommended by our realtor. I like the design that went in with the features of the home and the way that it was designed to fit the backyard and the tiling. There was constant interaction with the Anthony & Sylvan team and I was kept apprised of everything such as any delays or changes to the schedule and there were no surprises. I enjoy having the pool available whenever I would want to use it.

We checked another company that had the fiberglass pools, but the cost for the fiberglass pool and Anthony & Sylvan's were the same so we decided to go with the concrete pool. We moved here to Nevada from out East and we were going to get a pool out East, however, pool season out East is only three or four months. When we moved out here, we decided at that point we wanted to get a pool since we could do it year-round. We got a plain, simple, straight out 15 by 30-foot pool. We like that we can heat it up as hot as we want and could play in it as late as we want. Anthony & Sylvan's team was very good. Aside from some minor delays, all the scheduling done was timed perfectly. The workers, plumbers and electricians were here when they said they were going to be here, and it all fell right into place really well.

After researching pools on the internet, I interviewed prospect companies and narrowed it down to three. Then they did presentations and we ended up getting our pool from Anthony & Sylvan. It's free-form and a freestanding form bath system. It’s salt water and has a spa. We were out of the country when they did the installation and they stayed in touch with us very well. Everything was exactly like what we wanted it to be. We use it four to five times a week for a couple of hours a day. We enjoy the water. Then we have the grandkids over and they enjoy the spa and jumping off the waterfalls.

I've wanted to have a pool for a few years now so I had Anthony & Sylvan build a rectangular pool with a spa. It’s where we cool off from the heat and it’s also a family-gathering area. I love that it stays clean all the time with the in-floor cleaning. It’s clear most of the time and without too much treatment. The spa is also nice, warm and big. The project manager that I dealt with was great. He helped whenever there was an issue and resolved it. He was available as quickly as needed and pretty quick to get little issues resolved.

Anthony & Sylvan installed a geometric pool for us and it has a spa. I like that it’s very convenient to the backyard and the spa in the wintertime. We had quite a bit of interaction with the scheduling team, and then I had two interactions with the project manager. One for the installation of the gas line and another for the introduction that he was going to be the project manager. So far, we enjoy using the pool and swimming in it.

Anthony & Sylvan had good reviews online and I had them build a free-form pool. Our project manager was Tyson and he was super professional throughout the whole process. Everything was very on time from day one and worked like a well-oiled machine. It all flowed together really well and Tyson kept us informed as to what was going on and the timeline, which was really great. Our pool has a really beautiful design and it goes from three and a half feet to six feet. It has a spa that flows into the pool which I really like. There’s a little bubbler fountain too and a tanning deck that I really enjoy because it's good for small children to splash around and not yet into swimming. The dogs like to get into that part as well.

A neighbor had Anthony & Sylvan do their pool and I really liked it. We liked everybody that we met with from Anthony & Sylvan and we liked their product. We got a rectangular, salt water pool and this is the second pool for us. We’ve always had one in our house, so when we moved in, we waited about a year before we put one in. This was a very large project and everybody was flawless. They were so organized and emailed us every step that was approaching the project and I never had to ask where anybody was. Everybody was very concise with their answers and it was seamless.

We started looking to build a pool about three years ago. I got a referral from a friend who has built a couple of times with Anthony & Sylvan. Their scheduler was very good about keeping me informed about upcoming appointments or the next steps in the building process. My pool’s now complete and I like how clean and nice it looks. We enjoy being able to spend time with the kids. We have something to do with them in the summer without having to go out to a public pool and deal with the crowd and travel.

Anthony & Sylvan Pools built our pool in Kingwood, TX and we had a very bad experience with them. They did not keep what they promise to the clients, the workers made several mistakes in the pool that they should repair later but one of them (white spots on the bottom of the pool that look terrible at night with the lights) are still there, they could not fix them. Lupe who works with them was in charge of the construction, he told us the pool would be ready in December but it was ready almost end of January! Every time we called him he never answer the phone. We paid a fortune for our pool and the result was nice, the pool looks beautiful but with too many issues, frustrations and mistakes in between... So be very careful and do not believe everything they promise.

We just had Anthony Sylvan put in a free form gunite pool. We went with A&S because we really liked our salesman, Tom **, and I did research and was happy to see what customers had to say about them. After 9 weeks, the water went in 2 weeks tomorrow. During the entire project there was very little communication at all! We were given an extensive list of impressive titled persons and phone numbers that we would be hearing from during the project, that didn't happen. In fact, when we had concerns, we had to leave voice mail messages and would eventually be addressed through an email. This company must strive to keep their employees off the phones :).

Highly recommended! Since second time pool owner. After visiting with several design consultants, we decide to go with Anthony and Sylvan Pool of Austin. Aaron ** is our design consultant and he is great and very professional. It is very busy season for the pool builders, so little delays here and there but they will help you to build your dream pool.

After getting surveys and opinions off the internet, I had Anthony & Sylvan install my geometric pool. The project manager and scheduling team were very clear every step of the way. They made sure I understood the process and the duration. They kept in touch almost every day with anything I needed to consider that might wind up being unexpected than we planned for. All my interactions with them have been very positive. I like the water features and the design of our saline pool. It's really nice for just the comfort of the water compared to using chemical chlorine. I’m very happy with what it turned out.

When we were shopping for pool contractors, we talked to three or four different ones. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories from the neighbors that had the worst experience with their pool company. Anthony & Sylvan was then recommended by a friend. From sales and design, all the way through construction, and even afterwards with the warranty, the whole project has been very pleasant and smooth. We now have a freeform, lagoon style pool with a spa, a large sun shelf, a rock water feature and a bubble machine. The pool is heated, it’s a good use of space in our yard and the kids love it. My kids are still young so we've got lots and lots of years to enjoy it and we look forward to the family memories that we’ll have.

When I was getting my things approved for the pool, a lady up in the clubhouse confirmed that I made the right decision after she told me that Anthony & Sylvan are fantastic. Also, whoever I talk to about them only got positive feedback. Ron, the project manager, was on top of the construction of the pool and was absolutely wonderful. They showed us what we could have for the backyard, brought the procedure step by step printed out, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. We knew exactly what was going to happen throughout the whole process. They knew what they’re doing, and came exactly when they said they were going to come.

Anthony & Sylvan was referred to me by my friend who had his pool designed and built by them. Also, we went with them because out of all of the other competitors, they were really good and gave honest pricing. They didn't try to mark us up. The process went very smoothly and their team was great. We had rain a couple of times, but they worked through it. The scheduling was on point and everything went according to plan, with the exception of a few bad weather days, which was out of their control. They let us know that they would be out the next day weather-permitting and stayed in touch. If we had any questions, they were available 24/7. My new pool has a grotto feature, a raised spa, and rock features around it. We're very happy with it. Aside from the fact that it keeps us cool when it's hot and doesn't heat, we like the eight and a half feet of depth, and the absolutely fun time with the family.

A colleague recommended Anthony & Sylvan and their team has been really great and I would highly recommend them. We had them install our free-form pool with a spa. It's a pebble tech, no plaster, with tile and stacked stone, and it looks good.

Anthony & Sylvan have built two pools for us. During the time the second pool was being built, we've had very good interactions with their rep, David, especially on any issues, concerns that I had during and after the construction. He was very quick to address every concern that we had and made changes. We had some features that included the stuffing of fire pit valves and plumbing and Anthony & Sylvan were very well in tuned to on the fly changes to the current work order plans. So overall, it's a very good experience with the team.

I’ve owned my home since late 2014 and we have wanted a pool for a while since it brings my family and friends together. A friend of mine who bought a home a few months after mine had her pool built by Anthony & Sylvan Pools. I liked her pool's design so I called them and sat with who did hers. My interactions with Anthony and Sylvan have been very good. Their project manager and the scheduling team were always there when they said they were going to be. They were really good about working around my schedule because I work and there are no other adults in my home to be there. Also, the process went along with the time frame that they had given me. Our new pool brings the family and friends together. My parents had a pool years ago and used a lot of chemicals like chlorine. But my L-shaped pool has a salination system which is a good feature that helps me keep the price and usage of my chemicals down.

Anthony & Sylvan's scheduling team was very good. We had some problems with the rain but we were on time with everything. Also, I was very happy with the project manager. He was receptive to my calls. If I had a problem, he would come out and take care of it. They were very friendly and helped me figure out what I wanted. And now, I have a geometric pool and a spa. I love the spa and they explained everything so well about the pool that I have no problems with it at all. It’s easy to take care of everything. I think my pool is pretty and I enjoy relaxing and sitting up there in the evenings and turning the lights on and watching it. I enjoy being in the pool and spa very much. I love when my kids come down there and that they have a pool to go to.

Please find this review of Anthony & Sylvan Pools as a consumer awareness before signing a contract. Anyone familiar with doing a major home improvement project has surely experienced obstacles, delays, and/or inconveniences. Upon deciding to take the "plunge" associated with an inground pool, we anticipated a couple of delays related to climate such as Spring rain.

When we were purchasing, I really like that Anthony & Sylvan's salesperson, Jason, did not pressure us and gave great advice in the design of the pool and what features to put in. Our pool has a spa that flows into it and it's got a shelf for kids to play on with the bubbler. I also had them install two spring fountains that shoot up into the pool. It's very relaxing to step out near the pool in the evening and it keeps the kids occupied. I like that it's close by and I enjoy it with the family during the summer.

We had nothing but outstanding interactions with Ray, the project manager from Anthony & Sylvan him. The scheduling was with Patty and she was very efficient in keeping us up to date on what was going on as far as scheduling goes. Our pool is free-form with a sundeck on one end. The tanning deck is our favorite because it allows our grandchild to get in and enjoy the pool. Plus, we put a heater in it and it allowed us to open it at least a month or a month and a half early. Also, I'm disabled and I'm able to work out in it. It also brings the family together and since we put it in, we've had more family time because we all come and enjoy the pool at our house.

I've been wanting to have a new pool for 10 years. After doing a lot of research, I learned about Anthony & Sylvan and ended up using them. We did the project in November and December and it was freezing cold that time but the guys showed up when they were supposed to unless it was a weather issue because they can't do some of the things if it's raining. Everybody was helpful, very friendly and polite. I had no issues with them being on my property. Everything was picked up and they were great. I like the pool they made. It’s fabulous, free-form with a waterfall.

Anthony & Sylvan are nationally advertised. After sitting down and talking with them, their warranty pushed me towards them. I had them build my free-form pool which has a built-in spa and a four-foot waterfall. It also has a travertine deck. The pool came out nice and everybody in the family likes it. We could go out in the evening and be in the spa or the pool. Kids and grandkids could come over and we'll have picnics. It's a good focal point.

We've wanted a pool for a while now, maybe 10 or 15 years. So I did my research online and read through online groups that had reviews and testimonials from customers. Then I called my top three pool companies and decided on getting a free-form pool installed by Anthony & Sylvan Pools. They kept us in the loop and if we had concerns, the project manager, David, worked hard to address them quickly for our satisfaction. Our backyard living space has now been changed to where we want to spend time in. Plus we're now able to entertain guests and have kids over to enjoy it. All in all, it was a great experience with them.

After doing an online search, we reviewed the information and quotes provided by Anthony & Sylvan and then made our determination to get a simple, free-form pool from them. We have about under an acre of land. The pool's not very large, about 30 X 20 and standard 6ft at one end and 3.5ft on the other, and it's the right size. It sits in well with the topography in the backyard, which we landscaped around the pool to look like a woodwork. The pool is maintenance-free, symmetric and blends well with the overall impression of the house. It’s also convenient and beautiful. It’s heated by the sun because it’s in the right position to it, and in the winter, we have a heater on the pool. So, we can use it for 10 months out of the year and most of the time the water temperature is right. It's absolutely perfect for us. I'm looking forward to being able to access it with no crowds and use it whenever I want. I do laps and I can choose any time of the day or night.

We worked with the salesman, Chris, and got a big free-form pool from Anthony & Sylvan. It has a great layout. We decided to have two steps up to an elevated area where we attached a slide. That part has been the favorite of all the kids. While our interactions with our project manager and scheduling team were a little rough, our scheduler Michelle was our biggest godsend. We were very pleased with her. She became our interim project manager after somebody left. She kept us going on-track and finished the project.

We looked for pool builders and interviewed a few of them. We saw Anthony & Sylvan has been in business for so many years and they also had a reputation, so we decided to go with them. I like the lady my wife dealt with in the office, because she was on the spot. I also had pretty good rapport with the project manager. He values customer satisfaction and I appreciate what he’s done. I like that he was focused on the customers as well as getting the pool done properly. When we have questions about what they’re doing, they would call the project manager. Then he would come out, we'd talk about it and we got relieved that they get things straightened out.

When I moved in here, I wanted a pool built since I always had one. I then saw Anthony and Sylvan's commercials and got recommendations for them, so I wanted the estimates. I've always gotten free estimates before going in a project. So I mailed all the pool companies and Anthony & Sylvan seemed to be the most responsive. The manager was great and the scheduler was fantastic. They always let me know when they were coming and what they were doing. They were real professional about it and they built the pool on time.

I had several interactions with the Anthony & Sylvan team, including my project manager, Ray, and our scheduling person, Patty. They were all perfect and everything always went as expected. Our free-form pool that they installed has a spa, a dive rock, an 8-ft end, and a shallow end. I’m free to go in it whenever I want.

Pool in process of building. Newly hired salesman had good ideas but not much experience in construction. Project manager has nice personality but not around usually until called by homeowner. Excavation crew dug and formed nice pool design but disaster in removing excess dirt, clay, and grass. Just spread over my beautifully manicured yard. PM had to bring in two different crews to cleanup mess and haul off six to seven loads of useless dirt. Now my entire back yard is destroyed. Will need several loads of good dirt and grass.

We contracted the remodel of our pool by Anthony and Sylvan (A&S) on July 5, 2011. This remodel included plastering the interior of the pool and spa and this plaster work was under a three-year warranty but the work wasn’t completed until 2012. On June 30, 2013, Bill wrote an email to Hart ** at A&S stating that the “Plaster on the seat [of the spa] was extremely rough, not smooth like it used to be. So rough, we couldn’t even sit on it. Very disturbing. Is it ruined? How could something like this occur?”

Although it took way to many reminders and patience. My pool looks outstanding and all they have left to do is at the end of the year will put the Anthony and Silvan tile marker.

A few months after losing my husband I bought my current home for my kids and I. I struggled with making the decision to take on such a huge investment and commitment myself as a newly widowed single Mom of 3. I wanted to give my kids a gift, something to help keep them busy, happy, something to bring friends and family over for fun times. So I contacted, set up multiple consultations, and in the end Anthony and Sylvan, and the project designer and manager had me sold. They were by no means the cheapest, but like they said I was paying for a life long investment, lifetime guarantee on concrete pool, having a project manager who is constantly on job site, great professionalism, executed on time project completion, and regular check ups after pool completion.

Our retirement dream was to have an in-ground pool. We choose Anthony & Sylvan because of what we thought was a good reputation. We gave our first deposit on January 23rd, 2017 and today is June 12th, 2017 and we still do not have a completed pool. We were told the pool would be completed close to Memorial Day, now the 4th of July is around the corner and I am very doubtful we will be swimming in our dream.

I wanted a pool desperately the minute I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, when it was 120 degrees outside.We got three pools put in by Anthony & Sylvan Pools for our multiple properties. They design pools any way you want. The first pool is 6 feet deep, 12 feet wide and 25 feet long. I customized architectural corners to it and fit pillars in each corner. And then they’d done the big steps where one can get out on the deep end but it's a very basic rectangular pool. The new pool we had done six months ago has a Jacuzzi and modern features. I like that my pool is solar heated and I can warm it up to any degrees I want. We keep it at bathtub water. I like that it’s not too deep. I don’t recommend people buying deep pools, especially when we usually never use the deep ends.

We built the pool with Sylvan over 40 years ago. Then, we had the interior remodeled with them as well. We had a fine experience with the design consultant. Came out and measured everything, told us what to expect, how long it would take, what substance they use and when it would be done. The team that scheduled and coordinated our renovation was Spanish-speaking and I do not speak Spanish but if I had a question there was one gentleman I could speak with. This is the second summer now since it was done and it looks nice and is smooth. Nice clear water and we've had no problems with it.

We've been wanting a pool for 10 years and I heard about Anthony & Sylvan Pools through a website advertisement. Now, we have a free form concrete pool and I like that I got the nice pebbled type and the nonslip-resistant features of the pool. Although I never got to utilize it as much yet because of a new construction, I like the way it's located in my backyard and the way it gives a nice feel to it. The interactions we had with them during the process was real nice. They kept in touch with me on a regular basis and their project manager came by at least once a week to check on the progress and spoke about stuff. It was a pleasant experience.

We had built a new home three years ago and considered having a pool shortly after we built it. We backed out and then we just started talking about it again and went shopping. I had gone online doing some research because I was working at less expensive alternatives. Anthony & Sylvan were one of the companies that would advertise to do the in the ground type shell pool and I wanted to get information on that. Turned out that they didn't really do that in Texas so I ended up talking to a salesperson and letting them come out and give me a bid on a full- length ground pool, which is what we really wanted. I had a great experience with Hannah and I thought that she really listened to me. We got to design more and paid more attention to details of what I was looking for. Price is within the budget that we were comfortable with so we decided to go forward.

I have my pool built by Anthony and Sylvan Pools fall of 2016, it went smoothly to the end. But it left my drainage around the pool with water that stayed for days without any drainage capability, I have contacted the Project Manager right after the finish which is just a person without any responsibility or power and he responded that it will drain it by itself. Spring has come and I have tried several times to contact the salesperson (Mike **) and other persons in charge by emails and phone calls as well as the project manager for a month and nobody has responded back to me regarding the issues. I did mention to the salesperson about the drainage around my house at the time of signing the contract and he assured me that they will take good care of it. I am very unhappy about this company.

Anthony & Sylvan built our pool in 1971, so we went back to them for the renovation and they gave us a good price. The design consultant came out and he told us what we needed to do. He was very professional and friendly so we did it. They replaced the tile and picked some of the coping. I like the covers that they did on the pool.

We've been looking for a pool for about three years. I went out to several of the pool builders for a bid. Anthony & Sylvan was not the lowest bid, but it was the one that I hoped could build the best pool and give me the deal for my dollars. I was not disappointed. Our pool is a non-heated, free-form pool. I like the water features and the way it was designed. It fits well because it doesn't overwhelm the backyard. There's little room for walkways and gardens. Now we have a nice and beautiful backyard and we will be able to maximize the use of it. I have a 15-year-old daughter who can't wait to have some pool parties.

We normally have pools before but when we moved to our current house and it didn't have one. We were new to the area so we went with the well-established company which Anthony & Sylvan seemed to be. The project manager was great. He always kept up on things and followed through. We got a three to five feet, free-form design pool with a little deck and spa and I'm looking forward to using it.

We've wanted a pool forever and made the decision to get one after we visited a friend in Houston who had a salt water pool. We checked several different pool people that had advertised and looked on the internet for pool people in our area. Anthony & Sylvan was the most responsive and seemed the most professional. We got a geometric pool from them and I like looking at it. It's beautiful. However, we had a problem with communications for scheduling. It took a while but once communication was working for us, our project manager realized that the technical people were not getting our information to us twice a week. Something was a glitch. He couldn't have been better and understood how vital communications were.

I've been wanting to have a pool for six years. I then had Anthony & Sylvan build a free-form pool. It has a waterfall and a spa which are my favorite things about it. Everything was fine with keeping things on track and issues that arose as we were going. I would recommend them. And I'm looking forward to swimming in it when it warms up.

For over 20 years, I’ve always wanted to have a pool. I think it'll keep all my family close together. I enjoy having my grandchildren around. They love swimming and one of them loves to have all her friends around. It's going to be fun for them as they grow up. What Anthony & Sylvan had to offer was clear and concise, so I contacted them. I had two schedulers and everyone worked well. They were on time and very knowledgeable. They took care of everything so I was pleased. Even though it's an ordeal they made it easier. Our pool is gorgeous! It's egg-shaped and it's eight feet deep on one end. We've got a little diving board. We got the one that has an ochre color. It's neat and it changes as the sun goes across the skies and to the different shades of blue in the pool. The tile work is just beautiful. I got the tan tiles that were different from what most people have. Then, I had extra areas of cement put through. It's really nice.

We had Anthony & Sylvan build our new pool. I like that it is a gunite pool and I like its tanning ledge. Our project manager and the scheduling team were very cooperative and on time with appointments as to what parts were ready to be done on each part of the pool as it was being constructed.

We've been looking to get a pool for our new house for the last two years. We had to wait until the ground settled at the new house. We had another house that had an inground pool and that pool was built by Maryland Pools. They had some issues so we didn't go with them. We had so many pool companies come out and we were so impressed with Anthony & Sylvan that I had a really good feeling. We also happened to see them online and then a friend of ours was doing a pool decking with them and then he told us about it. So, we had Anthony & Sylvan come out. They came in a little bit higher in price compared to the other pool companies, however, we do know that we get what we pay for.

I got an Anthony & Sylvan standard pool. Their price is reasonable and the salesman I talked to was courteous. As far as the communication, I give them a A-grade. Throughout the construction process, their people kept me in the loop, from digging the hole to gunite the pool, and the whole progress. I like the size of the pool as it is long enough to do some real exercises instead of just fun and soak type of pool. It is 17 by 35 rectangular-shaped, concrete pool, 8-ft deep on the deep end and has a bench on either side, too. On a hot summer day, I can dive into it.

A family member had the pool from Anthony & Sylvan and so I went with them for my pool. They were all very professional. I have a Grecian style pool and I like the newness of it. We have a five-year-old and a seven-year-old and they're really enjoying it. I'm looking forward to having family and friends over.

I heard of Anthony & Sylvan through a builder I know and I chose them based on his recommendation. I had professional interactions with their reps and our pool that they made is salt water. I also like the auto cover and the spa. I'm looking forward to a relief from the summertime heat in Las Vegas.

We wanted our pool to be fiberglass and Anthony & Sylvan was one of the only ones who did that. We had a lovely freeform pool with a nice size entry. We're older and so it's a nice size pool for us to be able to handle. It also has a four-foot by three-foot ledge which is one of my favorite things. I have five grandchildren with a couple more on the way and so it has a nice platform that is shallow to get into the pool which is one reason why we bought it. We have a lot of company and so the pool is very much of a relationship spot for us.

I talked to the project manager and scheduling team frequently which was definitely a good experience. My pool is peanut shape, heated and has a spa, and I look forward to utilizing it once the weather warms up. I would definitely refer Anthony & Sylvan to a friend.

It's been forever since I wanted a pool and some friends of ours recommended Anthony & Sylvan. We had a free-form pool installed by them last year close to winter. They were all very prompt and everything went really smooth. I'm living in Central Texas and it will be a relief to get in the pool on an August afternoon.

We found seven different vendors and we chose Anthony and Sylvan because of their customer service, the quality, their price and also based on what we had heard from other reviews. I have a free form pool with spa built by them and we are very happy about it. There are lights and patio decking that went with it, the placement and a shelf. Its features really fit our needs. The project manager and his scheduling team were very responsive and considerate. Everything was done on time. I'm grateful to the gentleman that oversaw the pool construction. He found things that we didn't even know that needed to be corrected. We really felt like he went over and above finding those issues during the inspections. We really appreciate this especially since we're a novice in this area in understanding what needs to be done and that it was being done right too.

We had seen a couple of advertisements and a few people in our neighborhood had used Anthony & Sylvan. My husband started doing his research and he felt very comfortable with them. He also liked their product and their customer service. Our sales rep Brian was very forthcoming and gave us all the information. He was very helpful and patient with my husband because my husband was not completely convinced that he should do it. Everybody was very professional. We were very lucky with the weather and scheduling, so whenever they were able to schedule us to something, they were here. They did what they had to do and cleaned up and were out of here on time.

Vince from Anthony & Sylvan was our project manager and he was good to work with. He was easy to communicate if we had any questions. We really like how the final finish of the interior of the pool turned out. However, after the final concrete was put on, we left the pool for a few days because we were instructed to and now there are some stains in the bottom of the pool which I can't get rid of. I'm curious if they'd still be there when the season breaks for us and we reopen the pool.

Anthony & Sylvan's bids were good compared to everywhere else I had come out and they had a good vibe when it comes to customer satisfaction. Our project manager was awesome. He had to switch for a little bit, but when he came back, he emailed me every day if he or I had an issue. We talked all the time. I'm a general contractor’s kid, so I was probably inspecting them more than him, but he was great. The scheduling turned out really well. The only issue we had was a little bit of miscommunication on certain things. The startup could’ve also been a little better, but other than that, everything was good. The pool is free-form, which has a 9-foot beach, a 13-foot bench in the deep end, and a 6-foot waterfall. It has Pebble Sheen, pool decking, and LED colored lights. The tile turned out really good.

We've bought the house new and intended to put a pool in from that point. We've wanted a pool for about 3 years and went with Anthony & Sylvan to construct it because they have a good reputation. I had a pool in Texas before I married my wife and had considered Anthony & Sylvan at that time but went with somebody else and then I didn’t have the greatest of experiences. Also, Anthony & Sylvan has the nationwide support so we could get better customer service.

My pool is free-form with spa and I like everything about it especially the design and finish. I had really good interactions with their team. The person in charge who was assigned for everything was Tim and he really made the whole project a breeze. He answered on the same day every time I called, was really on the top of everything, and has been really great. I'm now looking forward to summer with the kids and enjoying leisure in the weekend. We bought a free-form pool with a spa. Aside from the size, we chose Anthony & Sylvan because of expectations that they would be able to follow through with building the pool and they'll be around for the next couple of years. I've had several interactions with their team and they were all positive. The project manager was excellent to work with. He kept us informed with what was going on and did what he said he was gonna do. Their sales guy was very confident, too. The pool makes the backyard a nice place and we don’t have to go far to get to it. I look forward to the entertainment of having the pool.

I've always had a pool so I got one from Anthony & Sylvan when I moved into my home a year ago. I got a free form one and I love everything about it - the spa, the finish that was done on it, and the shape. Every single person I dealt with - from the minute they came to the house, to the sales people, all the way through the booking of everything and the project manager - were all incredible and explained everything to me each step. There were different people that I had to deal with from the breaking of the ground, to the plaster, to the plumbing and they were right on target with everyone. They showed up whenever they said they were gonna come. Everything was great.

I thought at that point, going with a national chain would have been wise. There wouldn't be having someone to chase down and there will always be someone to answer my calls. Back in 2004, we built a house and we wanted to hire Anthony & Sylvan to do a pool. We started the contractual process but then had to stop it because we ended up relocating. So when we came back to Pennsylvania and we were able to finally get a pool, we wanted to go back to them because the experience the first time was fantastic. We got a free-form pool with a spa. I love the shape of it. In fact, we designed the shape with them. We like the LED lighting and we love the saltwater. It is phenomenal. We would not do it any other way. It's beautiful and a great pool to have. We did a darker colored plaster, so it looks phenomenal in the sunlight. And then we did the decking, so we poured stamped concrete decking around it.

We had our pool tile and the coping remodeled by Anthony & Sylvan and it was gorgeous. However, they were a little rough with dropping something in the pool and scratched it here and there and everywhere. My consultant came back and looked at it, then he took pictures. He was supposed to get me some pool paint and he never did. But, I love swimming in it.

We got a free-form Anthony & Sylvan pool. We actually built it for saltwater but at the last minute converted it to chlorine. But it has a 3-foot rock wall along the entire backside which was like a tiered rock wall with stacked stone wall that has a waterfall that comes out from it. I love the plaster and the stone and tile selection. But the wall is definitely our favorite.

I've wanted a pool for 20 years and Anthony & Sylvan were the most thorough and their presentation and prices were the best. My pool is a 17 by 33, has a spa, free-form but symmetrical pool. It's a rectangular pool, not saltwater, and has an ozonator. I love the spa and that it's heated. Also, the kids and I love the lights. All my interactions with both the sales team and project manager have been phenomenal. They are prompt to respond to any issues that I have and they've had great communication with me so far so I have no issues at all. Everything has been great with them and I've already recommended them to a friend.

I've wanted a pool for a long time but the law did not allow me to do that where we lived. So I moved and this particular location where I live had a pool but it was a liner pool. We had to totally start over. I researched on the internet and Anthony & Sylvan's reviews appeared to be top-notch. And for something that I'm gonna spend that kind of money on, I wanted to make sure I had a quality pool company that stood behind what they built and offered. I give the top rate kudos to Patty, the project manager. She was very articulate and did a phenomenal job. Anthony & Sylvan should be happy they have her. She interacts with us customers and is making sure that the next step, if it's rain, she's gonna be on it to say, “this is why, this is where you are in the schedule and this is what I'm trying to do.” She treats people the way she wants to be treated. I truly appreciate Patty.

Some friends of ours had a couple of pools built by Anthony & Sylvan. We've checked around and we felt more comfortable with them because of their warranty, length of time in business, and their size. We got a 5 feet deep rectangle pool with a small deck on the front of it, which they call a splash deck, for the little grandkids. It has one water feature on a wall on the back with a flat fountain coming out of it, and a couple of bubblers that’s on that little ledge they call splash ledge. We've really not gotten use to it yet because when it got finished, it turned cold about three days later. But we like it because it's out there for the grandkids to come use it and it's what we were looking for. I'm looking forward to see my grandkids to get in there and play because they love a pool.

We wanted to upgrade our 20-year-old pool and get something fresher since its tiles aren't around anymore. I called three different companies, but Anthony & Sylvan gave me the best price, and I liked the fellow that I dealt with. He showed us a lot of pictures of different things that we liked. We called them and he got back to us again and gave us some ideas. He knew what he was talking about and did a good job. Then their staff showed up and did what they were supposed to do. They finished the pool and it looked terrific but we had to close it for the winter. So I'm hoping, when we open it in the spring, it'll be very nice. It was a pleasant experience with Anthony & Sylvan.

Our pool was built in 1983 by Sylvan before Anthony joined with Sylvan. I actually got half a dozen estimates before I elected to go with Anthony because I figured they were the safest and their price was pretty competitive. Their design consultant always returned my calls whenever I had a question about something because I always have questions that I would like answered once the salesman leaves, and he was very quick to respond. After the renovation, the pool looked like how it did when it was new. Our three children are now out of the house but they have a bunch of grandchildren, and everybody really enjoys the pool when they come over.

Anthony & Sylvan did my pool and spa renovation. The consultant came out to give the estimate and a pamphlet to choose our tile and he was helpful with the planning of it all. He was very pleasant and I was very satisfied with him. Also, the scheduling team was fabulous. Someone would call the night before and let me know what was going to be done and when they would be showing up. Everything that they've said went exactly as they told me. My pool looks brand new and the water is nice and blue. The tile is a beautiful color and I love it. They were a great company and they did a wonderful job. I'm a tough person to satisfy, and they did it. I also want to get some plumbing work done and will have them come back. I was so happy with them.

I've wanted a pool for four years and my landscape contractor recommended Anthony & Sylvan. I had them install a simple free-form pool and it has a sun shelf. I had several interactions with the project manager, as well as the scheduling team, which was all through email, and everyone was very polite. The only thing was I felt like I needed to stay on top of the project myself to make sure things kept moving along. But all in all, I like the lighting in the pool and the overall aesthetics. So far, it's been easy to take care of too. I also enjoy our family time there and entertaining there.

I had an above ground pool in the last seven years before I had to replace it. And I've wanted an in-ground pool for a long time. I grew up with an in-ground pool at my grandparents' house. Anthony & Sylvan did a concrete, kidney-shaped pool. It has a sun deck, a low end and a deep end, and a diving board. And it looks awesome. I like having the deep end. My project manager was awesome. He's the only reason why I think my pool got completed, and he was the one who fixed any issues that I had except for one that we're still working on resolving. Also the scheduling team were prompt on getting everything completed. I like cooling off in the pool in the hot summer days.

We were in constant contact nightly with the project manager via text or email of what was coming next, and they were always out here double-checking because we had just moved into our home. We like the design of our Anthony & Sylvan pool. It's a free-form pool with a fire pit where we like to sit around, and we also like the hot tub in the colder weather. Their rep was open with the timeline and the communication if there were any delays. There were a couple of hiccups which he addressed and went off without a hitch.

The hot tub is probably my favorite about it. Relaxation and family time are what I enjoy with my pool.

Anthony & Sylvan built our pool in the late '80s. I read very good recommendations online and we chose them for our pool renovation. My husband had interactions with their fellow in Pennsylvania and the interactions were outstanding, very helpful, and very good. There was very quick communication. He kept us apprised every day of who was coming and when they were coming as well as what was going to be done and on what day. Unfortunately, when we did it in May there was a lot of rain but the fellow was always able to tell if they were not going to be able to work that day and scheduled a day they could. They hurried up and it was an effective service. Their team dug the pool out and put in a whole new one. They remodeled, replastered, and retiled the whole pool. The overall look of the pool is beautiful and it's very well done. We also like the tile selection that we got.

I've wanted a pool for about six months. I interviewed six different companies and decided to go with Anthony & Sylvan, and I got the Free-form, waterfall pool from them. The project manager was very helpful in picking out the color of the decking.

I grew up on the East Coast and their name is familiar. We also interviewed a couple of different builders and we liked what Anthony & Sylvan had to offer, and they gave us a better deal. They installed a free-form pool with a spa and water feature. It has a sun table with a bubbler on it. The scheduling went fine. There was a few weather delays but it's to be expected. But they actually got the pool in a lot quicker than we were expecting. Project management went smooth. They helped us at every turn. We're still dealing with a few minor issues with the water feature, but I'm sure it'll be resolved soon enough.

The project manager and scheduling team were all very good and on time. The pool is a 14 by 30 rectangle. It has an eight-person spa connected to it. There's one water feature, and the spa also spills into the pool. What I like about our new pool are the LED lights and that we can work everything by remote control.

Ours is geometric, it has a spa with a waterfall, and I really like the color of the pebble path. Moreover, the project manager always answered our questions and was very helpful. The scheduler went above and beyond to make sure things got arranged in a timely fashion.

From the very beginning, Jason from Anthony & Sylvan has been great as far as helping us understand how a pool is constructed and what the mistakes have been in the past and how it should look. He also helped with the design. After that, Tim has been over and beyond what he needs to do because I had a lot of questions for him and he's been wonderful. We’ve got four kids, so not having to pack up a car to go to a pool is gonna be wonderful because it’s gonna be right in the backyard. Right now I like the spa since it’s too cold to get into the pool, but the way we formed the travertine around it was the best decision we’ve made as well.

I heard about Anthony & Sylvan from HomeAdvisor and chose them because of the brick pools that were used and done on HomeAdvisor. They made me a free-form pool and the interactions that we had with the scheduling team were all very positive. Bianca was very well-informed, a good communicator and always on-top of what was going on. However, it was different with the project manager, named Sean. He was not a great communicator, seems like a lot of things that we talked to him about didn't make full circle of communication and required multiple requests. So there was a lot of frustration with him.

A neighbor had a pool put in so I stopped by, looked at his pool and asked him how it went. He said Anthony & Sylvan did everything they said they were gonna do and that everything went on schedule. I had been doing a lot of research on pool companies around the Austin area and most of the stuff I was hearing was that most people were always behind schedule and contractors made a lot of promises that they never met. But Anthony & Sylvan did a really good job, so I decided to go with them.

Our pool made by Anthony & Sylvan got done at the very end of summer, so the hot tub is my favorite piece right now. The pool is geometric and it does have a spa that is raised with a negative edge on all four sides so the water cascades over the top. It has glass tile on it that matches the back wall, which is an 18-inch raised beam. Anthony & Sylvan's project manager was polite and great to deal with. He answered every question we had and he quickly resolved any issues that came up. Their team stayed in contact with me all the time to let me know what was going on. I'd recommend them.

For the last six years, we wanted a pool and we got a bunch of quotes from multiple pool companies. We were really pleased with the Anthony & Sylvan salesperson over everybody else. This person came out and discussed everything with us. We ended with a rectangular chlorine pool with a little deck or beach area. It also has a raised one-foot wall on the backside and my favorite is the travertine feature. However, I wasn’t pleased with my interactions with the project manager and scheduling team. Sometimes it was hard to get a hold of them. But most of the contractors who came out here were good.

When we moved into our home, for 20 years, I've always wanted a pool. We decided to go with Anthony & Sylvan Pools for their reputation and our neighbors used them. The project manager and the scheduling team were all great. We have five acres and a sloping backyard. My favorite thing about the pool was the way that Rob, our consultant, had set up the decking. The pool is also lower than the above-deck. I have a 36 by 18, six-and-a-half-foot deep rectangular pool. We look forward to our grandson swimming and enjoying with the family.

We have a spa attached to our Anthony & Sylvan pool and love the hot tub. We didn’t get too much use out of the pool because it was done at the end of the season, but it’s really beautiful. It keeps the family together with something to do. We got the dark bottom, so the water’s very dark which is a cool feature. The spa has the water fall over, which is very neat. The project manager Harold was great and super helpful. Anytime I had any questions, he was there to answer them.

I have a 20 by 36 free-form 7-ft deep pool by Anthony & Sylvan. I like the way that it looks and that there is no maintenance fees to be done to it. And the kids love it. However, I did have some issues that were probably out of the project manager's control. I had a problem with the guy who did the decking. He was awful and also rude on the phone. I had to fire him, void his contract, and find my own decking contractor because he was just bad - he was the worst one out of all the contractors. He dumped crushed concrete all over my yard and destroyed things that he didn't have to. The best contractor was definitely the excavators. They were very professional and took care of everything during the first step of the pool building.

I had four different bidders for our new pool but Anthony & Sylvan's price and schedule were my main reasons for picking them. They did a gothic Roman style saltwater pool for us with an attached spa. The project manager was good but should have been more hands-on during the critical tests such as the pouring of the gunite. But what I'm finding out through most of the pool companies is that the project manager is not there for that. It's just their foreman and I think that's the time one is gonna have problems. It should be required that the project manager would be there. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend Anthony & Sylvan to a friend.

One of our friends in the neighborhood had used Anthony & Sylvan so we got them for our rectangular pool. We got a large family so we need a lot of square footage for the space. We haven't got to use it a whole lot because it didn't get done until about the end of September, but so far it's been good to get the family all out and active in the summertime. That is our main goal in having the pool plus the ability to use it to invite people over for social events. The first project manager was good but wasn't the most responsive and ended up leaving towards the end. But the lady who took over was super responsive. Anything I had a question about, she was very quick to answer. I was really impressed with her.

We didn't think a pool could sit in our backyard until we had somebody come out and take a look. It wasn't really a possibility until this year when we took a shot to see if it was possible. We did some research online and asked our friends. And we had a friend in my son's school that had purchased an Anthony & Sylvan pool and was happy with the instruction and quality. So, we decided to go with them too. We got the free-form type with waterfall and a bonded theme on the left side since we have a slope in the backyard. So, it's a two-tier pool where the elevation changes where we go down. It's higher on the one side so, I have a large wall on one side of my pool. That's where the waterfall comes into the pool. And it's also great for jumping into the pool.

We love our pool from Anthony & Sylvan and they provide a good warranty on it. It's a sports style pool where the middle is a little deeper and shallow on the end. We like the tiles, coping and all the parts. We love being able to set up the volleyball court and be able to play. On the other hand, during its construction, our project manager wasn't always available so we had to call on other people but we never really called into the office and that seemed to be our best way to get things accomplished. They were always very quick to respond and tried to meet our needs so it's a pleasant experience all way round.

Anthony & Sylvan was recommended by a lady down the street in our neighborhood, and I chose them because their pricing was competitive and I like their product as compared to the other two that we had come in. The scheduling team was amazing. We were trying to get the pool built before our birthday party, and they got it done based on opportunistic scheduling. They were able to get it completed about two weeks before the party and it made my oldest daughter very happy. I've already recommended them.

We moved at our home two years ago and have always wanted a pool. A neighbor had Anthony & Sylvan put in their pool and they were happy. So, we just had them come out and got the quote based upon our neighbor's recommendation. Their staff on a weekly basis, checked on the progress of the building and anytime there was an issue, they were quick to resolve it. I've got a free-form pool. I like the way it looks and we enjoy it as a family. Seeing our children being able to have something that they enjoy doing at our home, versus having to take them somewhere is something I look forward to.

We live in Manhattan and a pool wasn't really an option, so when we built the new house, we wanted one. Anthony & Sylvan was the company that worked with our builder and we got a sports pool from them. It's about 4.5 feet deep and rectangular in shape. I had it put in the fall and will be using it for exercise. The only thing was I would get an email at four o'clock in the afternoon that would state that if I didn't make a $20,000 payment by nine o'clock the next morning, they were going to have to reschedule our appointment or whatever phase they were working on it. It's very annoying to get an email and have four hours to make a $20,000 payment. It happened in two different locations.

We have a free-form, in-ground concrete pool from Anthony & Sylvan. Their staff was good but there were some miscommunications and some things that still hasn't been taken care of so I'm still waiting for that to happen.

We chose to have an Anthony & Sylvan Pool because I heard great experiences from my friends. We had a Roman pool with a raised spa that goes into it. I really like its shape and how it complements our yard. The spa is my favorite part of the pool and second is the sun shelf. We also have designed it in a way that there's a lot of different areas for socializing. Best thing with the pool is when we use it as a family to have a quality time. It's very nice and we enjoy it. We had Trevor as our project manager and he was awesome, seeing every aspect of pool design, construction, care, and maintenance. He answered all of our concerns and he was very patient with us. He always responds with the right information. The scheduling team was very good, I saw everything move very smoothly. They were able to schedule at the beginning before they started working and they stuck to that. They did a great job with completing it on time.

I've wanted to have a pool for several years. And Anthony & Sylvan has been in business for a really long time and has a lot of satisfied customers in their location which was close to our house. I bought the pool from them to spend time with my children. And my pool made by Anthony & Sylvan is just beautiful. I had people come over and tell me that my backyard looks like a resort.

I've wanted a pool ever since I've been in the house seven years ago. I grew up with a pool in Florida, so I knew what it's like to have one in my backyard. I had Anthony & Sylvan install a new pool for us because of the sales guy that I met with and his ability to put together a design for me, the type of pool that they were going to design, and the lengthy tenure that they've had in the business. So, they made us a free-form pool and the design was made to fit my backyard. There's no spa, but there's a tanning deck in the shallow end, a concrete deck room, and a sitting shelf in the deep end and the dive rock, and we even have a waterfall. I like the overall design and I love the waterfall. The umbrella holes, as well as the tanning deck and the seat in the deep end are awesome. I'm looking forward to the endless hours of swimming and I like the activity for my two year old child.

Having a pool is particularly wonderful with the children and it's a lifestyle for us. I chose Anthony& Sylvan because of their years of experience in the industry and knowing that I would have recourse if there were any problems. It wasn’t a fly-by-night company or a company that would potentially go out of business. They built a free-form pool for us and we're thrilled. We got bids from four different people and another one from Anthony & Sylvan. We liked their bid the most and what they could offer. They built a free form pool for us and it has a sun shelf with one water bubble feature and another seat in the deeper end. I love the color that we chose. We’ve also added some lights to it ourselves and I'm looking forward to being able to use it the entire summer.

Anthony built my pool in 1974 and we had it renovated 17 years ago by Anthony. We recently had the second renovation, and the design consultant that I dealt with has been very helpful. He knew what I wanted, told me about the tiles to pick out and it worked out fine. The team was also very helpful. They called and once they got started, other than weather delays, the renovation went smoothly. We always liked our newly renovated pool and I like the feel of the new plastering jobs. When I brush it, it's smooth and not bumpy. Anthony & Sylvan did a beautiful job on it. I'm anxious to see how it's going to look when we open it up this coming season. I don't want to see any cracks in it but we closed it and it's fine. I'd recommend Anthony & Sylvan. In fact, I already did when some of my neighbors stopped by they were doing the pool, and they asked about Anthony & Sylvan.

Anthony & Sylvan did a really great job with my pool. Because of the reputation of their name, I had them install my new rectangular pool. It has saltwater and a spa, and it's got an area with a shallow end that we created off the spa. I love the fact that we have an app to be able to turn the pool on and off. And the app does a lot of other things that we're still learning about at this point. The pool looked absolutely beautiful, was put together very well and the shape was great. I enjoy being able to have a private pool to swim. Every day, I'm looking forward to utilize it, especially in the summer time. We've already used the spa and it is absolutely wonderful.

I've always wanted to have a pool my whole life. When we did a Google Search in Austin, Texas, Anthony & Sylvan had the best reviews and so we decided to go with them. The project manager and scheduling team who worked with me were all very pleasant and responsive. It's a free-form in-ground pool and we love its shape. We also have a step backdrop with a sheer waterfall. I also love the stone work and I enjoy using it in the Texas heat.

My dad told me about Anthony & Sylvan and we talked to several pool companies, and Anthony & Sylvan wasn’t the cheapest, but they weren’t the most expensive. They were in-between so we chose them. We spoke with David, their project manager, about every other day and he was always polite and got the job done right. Our pool made by them is free-form and it has a spa. We have a table built into the pool as well. We have a suntan ledge that’s 18 inches up above the pool with the waterfall coming out of that, as well as a fire pit that’s integrated into the pool. I personally really like the table. I can sit back, drink beers, and let the kids play in the pool and not bother me.

We moved here from Arizona in 2006 and we’ve always had pools out there so we’ve been wanting to get one since then. We had Anthony & Sylvan build a free-form pool for us. Our decking is Travertine Pavers and we have a nice tanning shelf with little bubbler. I like the shape that we picked with the benches in it and the tanning shelf. The tanning shelf is my favorite then the deck jets which are fun. Our Project Manager was a wonderful gentleman. He was happy, positive and provided good information. What he said was going to happen, happened. Our scheduler was communicative, polite and very prompt in getting back with us.

We had researched a couple of other pool companies and we liked how thorough Anthony & Sylvan were. They had a specialist to go in each department while some pool builders try to do it all. We met with their designer who specializes in designing and then we worked with the general contractors who oversee the pool building and then they had other people they recommended that they worked well with. So we used them because they were used to working together. I’ve had another friend go with them that also had a great experience, so that was the icing on the cake.

One of my colleagues was under a construction with Anthony & Sylvan and he had nothing but good things to say about them. I also used them and they finished our pool construction in October. The project manager was awesome, and the scheduler was on top of everything and couldn't be more helpful. I love the look of the pool and the color couldn't have come better than what we picked out. We got a nice stone retaining wall in the back side of the pool for us. We have a nice patio, too. They poured the exposed aggregate for us so it looks great. We can't wait to get a pergola and a grill on it.

Anthony & Sylvan send flyers in through the mail for anything that needs to be renovated so I went with them. Since they installed the pool it’s the best choice to do. I had them replastered the pool because I probably would have had to redo it in another two years. We took care of everything at the same time. Our pool looks brand new and beautiful all over again. I would definitely recommend them to other people. Everyone was fantastic. The consultant came in, explained how the process would go, gave me my options on the reinstall of the coping and gave me a breakdown of how the payments process would go so everything went fairly smoothly. The team called the night before to make sure that I knew they were coming and if nobody was going to be home we left the area open for them and they took care of everything.

My wife and I were looking to get a pool and we got five different quotes from different companies. Then a lady my wife worked with recently got a pool put in by Anthony & Sylvan. She recommended to give Anthony & Sylvan a call, so we added them to the list of quotes. We narrowed it down to about three companies and we ended up working with Anthony & Sylvan because they had the best customer service and price. They were about $12,000 less than their competitor. Every time we asked Bryan, the guy whom we dealt with, he would get us an answer within 24 hours and he was there to help us throughout the process. He was very professional, articulate and to the point. He drew up a 3D sketch of what our plans were and what our vision was. He had a good vision and was willing to work with that and drew it up for us exactly how we wanted it. I’m glad it came out great.

Anthony & Sylvan was a referral from a friend who told me that they were good to deal with. Their project manager and scheduling team were very communicative and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with the job. They did it on time and came in at budget. My pool is free-form and has a spa. I most look forward to the aesthetics of how it fits into the landscaping and the house.

Our general contractor recommended Anthony & Sylvan Pools so I gave the company a call and that’s how the ball got started. They did an outstanding job construction wise. These guys are very punctual and easy to work with. One or two small things popped up but they repaired it immediately. We love the pool. I've had one before but we never had one like this and never paid as much for a pool as I've had for this. It is absolutely beautiful. It has a very odd shape and two free-flowing waterfalls though we've only moved into our house since December 1st and it was 10 degrees here last night so we haven't had a chance to swim in it yet. But I look forward to the pool in the summertime because I have three grandkids so it's certainly available to them. It's very exciting. I highly recommend Anthony & Sylvan.

We have been wanting a pool for the last couple of years and we decided to go ahead and call Anthony & Sylvan. They were also a referral from people that we know in our area who were having an Anthony & Sylvan pool built. And when Bill came out, it was a no-brainer. He was such a good salesman and a good guy. And with the special that was going on that time, we signed the contract that day. Everything was great with the scheduling team. Their rep would put it on their website and I would go and look and sure enough, they ran true to almost the exact day every time. The project manager was amazing, as well. Our pool is free-form and it's seven foot deep. It's a good size pool and it will be such a great entertainment for my grandkids during the summer. Also, we have a large family and we have people here all the time and just to watch them enjoy the pool would be the most fun for us.

We had our house on the market for two years and it didn’t sell, so I told my wife, “We’re building a pool in the backyard and we’re gonna stay.” That’s when I contacted Anthony & Sylvan. The project manager was awesome and he’s still responsive. The guy that showed us how to operate the pool, Mark, has been incredible. We’ve got the pool shut down for winter now, but I can still text him and he’ll get back to me almost immediately with answers to my questions. I like the convenience of being able to just go out there and jump in our pool whenever I want to. My dogs love it as well and it’s beautiful in the backyard. It’s free-form and has three fountains in it. It got a special little layer in the bottom of it. It’s not your normal gunite stuff. Plus, I’ve got a heat pump on it that heats and cools the water, which really hasn’t worked though, but that’s a different issue.

We have always wanted to have a pool ever since we lived in this home. We had obtained a list of pool providers from our home's association, but the first one was another resident and I wasn't gonna go with a small company. The second number off that list is Anthony & Sylvan and I called them. We got a free-form pool with a raised spa from them. It has a beach entry with a promenade then step down into the pool which is great for my wife because she has a lot of orthopedic issues. It also has a nice sized waterfall with a weeping wall on each side and some fountains on the beach entry. They also installed a seating area on one end of the pool.

I did some research on different pool companies and Anthony & Sylvan seemed like the most fair-priced and accommodating. The design consultant was very helpful in picking out the different tile patterns. They suggested different stuff for safety on the steps and the different order tiles on the pool because I had it all redone with new plaster, new tiles, and new coping. I like the new plaster, it makes the pool much brighter. I also like the safety feature that they put on with the tile on the steps that highlight it, which I didn’t have before. And then also, they suggested the bullnose coping for safety, like the grab rail almost with the bullnose on the top of coping.

I chose Anthony & Sylvan because they may not be the lowest price, but they have the best value. I interacted with their people quite frequently. We'd be on the phone with them when needed. We haven't been able to get into the pool yet because it turned cold as soon as we have it put in, but the hot tub and everything looks really good. Looking forward to getting in it and swimming and enjoying cooling off in the hot days.

Our neighbors next to us used Anthony & Sylvan for their pool and were quite happy with it so we agreed to meet with Anthony & Sylvan's salesperson, Bob. He listened to what our desire was and was very helpful with changes that would allow us to achieve our budget goal. He gave very creative solutions to the design of the pool including the layout of the Jacuzzi as well as the layout of the pool using papers rather than a concrete board. A lot of the credit to the design of the pool goes to Bob and we couldn't be happier with his critical recommendation.
