The reason I signed on the dotted line was because of the customer service I received from Acct. Mgr. Maureen. I could tell her key objective was to achieve total customer satisfaction. She gave me her direct dial number so I could contact her with any questions or concerns and I wouldn't have to speak to a different representative each time I called for information. That was a key selling point. She also made time for me and all my repetitive questions. She was extremely patient with me and has a very broad knowledge of all your products. Maureen obviously takes pride in providing high quality customer service and appears to have a great working relationship with a great supervising manager. Hats-off to both of you and thank you very much!

I reviewed packages online and was still uncertain. The next day I received an email and text from Luke, a helpful advisor with AFC who offered me discounts and options. We did all of this over text and he explained cost and my options and even added my husband to the policy. He signed me up quickly and at a great rate! I received the invoice and was able to pay right away.

Had to replace my water heater! They were exceptionally understanding, cooperative, professional, took care of the payment of the water heater in record time! This is a great company I highly recommend them! We had put in a new one and they took the receipt and mailed us a check. Nobody had to come out it was a great service! Having over Labor Day weekend and they were available for us by Tuesday morning! With a quick an expeditious resolution.

I previously had home warranty service through American Home Shield and Choice Home Warranty. I researched and found AFC. My Account Manager Kevin and I talked for a while before I committed to become a customer, because I had to make sure AFC wasn't like previous companies. I felt so at ease and content. This personalized service is exactly what I've been looking for since I purchased my house. Now that I am an AFC customer I plan in being one for life. Being able to prepay for 3 years of service brings peace of mind, especially since all repairs are guaranteed for 3 years.
Yesterday I had literally just paid about 10k on replacing a unit that should have been replaced under previous home warranty companies. AFC gives me peace of mind now knowing this new unit will be protected for life. God couldn't have put me in the right place at the right time to find AFC. I even have coverage for my stand alone freezer.

I asked for a quote at 5:30-6:00 am. I was contacted around 9:00 which is a reasonable time for most. I was buried in work and staff meetings. Luke understood I could not talk and called me at the end of the day. He talked about the benefits of the warranty and did not pressure me at all. When I had further questions, I called and received extra help with my questions. They were very kind and helpful to an older woman buying her forever home. I believe that I have a good plan at a very good price. The flexibility of the plan works well for me. I look forward to a good relationship as the years go by.

My water heater was kicking off the breaker. I made the request to get it fixed. It was a simple smooth experience from start to finish. They sent out a technician to fix the problem. They kept in contact the whole time to make sure things were going in the right direction. I am so glad I found this company!

Good experience but still waiting for reimbursement check. When I purchased the home warranty, I was not disclosed that I would be only be reimbursed for the garbage disposal and not the installation fee. I would have done further research for a home warranty. Receiving the check is a long process.

I filled out an online request for service & received an immediate acknowledgment. I was informed via text who the assigned vendor was & that they would be contacting me w/ an appt date. Top Notch Heating called as promised & offered an appt the next day. I was told the tech would arrive between 10 & 12. He was there at 10:02. He was polite and courteous. He had the failed part replaced and my furnace working within 30 minutes. As soon as he’d left the house, I received a follow up call from America’s 1st Choice to verify work had been completed to my satisfaction. Overall excellent experience!

I did not get a discount when I bought the AFC warranty. That is why I am cancelling with AFC now and will not renew. I have bought a home warranty and will start the warranty from someone else next month.
You purchased a 1-year plan with additional add ons for $550.00. This is below cost from most reputable home warranty companies. Please make sure you research in-depth who you want to go with because if they are giving you a lower price you will find that the product may be of lower quality. Absolutely phenomenal. Luke was knowable, fair, not pushy and simply an amazing rep. He gave me a great price (a lot lower than competition) ability to use your preferred contractor and the customer service was absolutely outstanding. It is inconvenient to have to wait 48 hours or longer before getting a call from AFC to inquire about the problem AFTER we submit the initial request online. We wait 48 hours for your call, then 48 hours for the repairman to be called and then 48 hours for an appointment. Waiting a week for someone to come out to fix an air condition unit is not ideal!!

I thought having a home warranty was a good idea for all the stuff that we have. It was easy to apply for AFC. I got the Platinum plan and it covers my pool. I like that plan. Nick was the guy that helped me and he was very nice.

One of my friends had AFC on his home and he told me about his experience with them. I said I'd give them a shot and when my microwave had went out, I called and put a claim in. It was simple and the young lady I spoke to was very informative. She walked me through the process and everything was taken care of. The technician then showed up and he was phenomenal even though he was unable to repair my microwave. He was very professional and he gave great advice. I then got help to go out and get another one and I was reimbursed. While I own a home, I will have AFC as my warranty.

America's 1st Choice's pricing was more competitive than the one that had been expiring and the application process was straightforward. I had one claim and it was fine. I had to pay the $75 deductible and somebody came out quickly to check it out. I renewed this year as well. One thing to note is that you have to have your HVAC serviced annually and you have have a record on file for it to be covered by the plan. You have to do it yourself too. If you haven't had maintenance done annually, and then it breaks and you make a claim, they won't process it.

I had a home warranty with American Home Shield and I was not happy with their services. I was looking for a new company and ended up with America's 1st Choice Home Club. This one was locally owned. I live in Georgia and they have an office here. They also gave me the option to choose my own service technician. I called and I was looking for the best coverage I could get for the appliances and for my air and heat unit. It was a good interaction with their customer service.
I had an issue with my dryer as it wasn't working. The technician that was sent out gave the wrong diagnosis so I ended up having to pay someone to come and fix it. When America's 1st Choice Home Club found that out, they sent me a reimbursement for half of the cost. That was good. Also, my garbage disposal stopped working. That's something that they really don't cover per se but they sent me $145 towards the purchase of a new garbage disposal. America's 1st Choice Home Club is a good company and they are responsive. When I call customer service, I don't get somebody in a foreign country but somebody who works for the company.

Both Patrick and Dave were extremely helpful in explaining the packages AFC offered, the pricing structure and benefits, and the benefits vs other competitors. Outside of the plan, Dave and Patrick were the ones who sold my wife and I on AFC.

I have two policies with America's 1st Choice Home Club and I like them. They replaced some electronic stuff in the stove and the techs who came out were fantastic. For this claim, I called them and the reps I spoke with were very good. The only thing is the timing because we had to wait until they got the parts. But other than that, the technician was very efficient and everything went through fine. And the stove has been working well since then.

I did my claim about a week ago. My stove wouldn’t turn off. AFC declined it straight away, because the switch was electric instead of being just a turn-off gas button. I wasn’t very happy about it not being covered for the stove, because a stove is a stove. Whether there is an electrical component to it or not is besides the point. There are other electrical things they would cover like the fridge and washer and dryer. I had a garage spring break about two years ago, but I didn’t think that would be covered anyway, because it was a spring. It wasn’t covered, and that was okay.

Great customer service and they always keep you informed. I didn't have to call about updates on my service. They contacted me via text, phone call, and email. Quick response time. I even received updates on Saturday's, which is unusual. No long hold time for customer service to answer.

My policy with HWA is expiring and I cannot wait to end my business with HWA. The customer service at HWA is awful. I started conversation with Nick @AFC last year and now that my policy needed to be renewed, I decided to make the switch. The rep today was amazing and able to help me get the coverage I need and ensured that I was not going to have a lapse in coverage. He also made sure that I was not covered by both companies at the same time. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the coverage and was able to answer multiple questions without hesitations. I've only used AFC for one minor claim. A problem with two toilets. They maintained communication better than the repair person. The only delay was once he came to evaluate and report back to AFC they weren't available. Once he returned from Lowe's I was able to contact them to verify coverage. It was approved, I paid my fee and the claim was completed.

The claim was handled poorly at first. Slow response then a referral to a business that refused to answer us. The 2nd referral went to a vendor who never heard of your company and was hesitant to do the work. But after we reassured him, he turned out to be great. The claim was delayed because your company didn't return his call. Everything got better when Lauren took over. She was understanding and went the extra mile to finally get our approval. She is the only reason for the good rating. She is a gem.

First of all I checked the BBB in regards to this company for ratings which was great. The representative I spoke to was well-informed, courteous and polite, he answered all my questions in regards to coverage for my property. My biggest problem with the warranty is that they find any and every way to disqualify the work that needs to be done. This is not uncommon with home warranties, but AFC makes an art of it. The phone wait time will often exceed 30 minutes to an hour. Once you reach somebody they will then oftentimes transfer you to another department so that the process can start all over again only to find out that you are not covered because of some technicality that they found to get out of it.
Lastly companies do not like to work with AFC warranty specifically. They claim the hold time is too excessive. They have a hard time getting paid for the work that they do, so they refuse to work on jobs that use AFC. This comes directly from a company that was referred directly to me by AFC themselves for plumbing. I would imagine that it would be the same for other areas as well. American Home Shield is difficult to work with and has a reputation 4 finding explosions in their policy yeah, but having had them before, I would say they are infinitely more easy to work with and are accepted by the technicians that perform the work more readily than AFC.

The Process was made easy and provided the best savings! Representative was patient and really wanted to get me the best deal and most for my money. I was able get 3 years of coverage for less than I would have thought possible.

I called to report that the downstairs air conditioner was not working. The rep said I could call my own repair service but that I must be there to tell the rep what the diagnosis was before the repair. I called 2 heating and cooling businesses and both said d/t the above 90 degree temps and the hectic schedule for keeping up with service calls the tech did not have time to talk on the phone but he would answer questions I was being asked on the phone and I could relay the information to the rep while the tech conditioned the repair.
However, the AFC rep emphatically refused to listen as to why the tech couldn't talk to her. I told her I would just cancel my service and pay the repair charge myself and hung up. About 2 hours later a very nice rep by the name of Karen called to help me. She sent me an email of the information she needed on the invoice. I passed this on to the repair company and they emailed the invoice to me which I emailed to Karen who then called me and told me what would be paid and when and how I could receive reimbursement. AFC needs to train other reps to be like Karen!

Submitting a service request was very easy to do online and I received text/email updates. The same day I notified AFC that I was having an issue with my toilet, they had a technician reach out to me to schedule an appointment. The technician did a fantastic job with repairs! When I called in with plumbing problem, I was told scheduling could take 2-3 days. I was able to get local plumber to come out next morning. Calling for approval while he was working was easy and approval happened immediately. Since plumber did not want to accept AFC payment, I had to pay in full. I am confident reimbursement will be quick and I will have no problem being repaid. This is my first repair under this home warranty. So far, so good.

This is the first time we submitted a claim and we don't know yet how to rate the experience. Let's wait until the results of the check up come back. As for the technician, you used Empire Appliance Repair. The guy used a mask during the whole time, very polite and professional. He said it would take 48 hours to submit his report. Good experience with this subcontractor.

AFC has been quick to respond to claims and assign vendors. They’ve also paid out claims where it’s a reimbursement format very quickly. There are some claims they didn’t cover because the issue date fell outside of the coverage window. And if your appliance has an active warranty they won’t cover that.

I called to alert that the repair didn't work and another option was needed. I was on the phone for over an hour.. Transferred 5 times and then sent to an answering service....It was terrible. I was frustrated and let down.

The request for a quote was place on Saturday, received call on Sunday asked to follow up in email, Adam did as requested, returned call today and Andy provided the information that I was requesting by comparing AHS and AFC.... I have to give it to the both of them my biggest concern is customer service and they were on point from the beginning. I even told Andy, I called for comparison and I am giving you my credit card to purchase the product...too smooth...but appreciate the candor and information. So I am hoping for a continued transition of service for this next year.

I am still on hold with the rep to approve the basic plumbing issue. The tech had to wait and I am very uncomfortable stay with him for a long time. AFC has not come up with the solution yet. I am on hold as well. Very bad customer service.

I am very unhappy with AFC using false advertising to claim they will repair or replace covered appliances. On (2) service request since April 2020, the Resolution Department will only agree to reimburse repairs based on the prorated value of my appliances. Their argument is any appliance over five years has depreciated and when repairs are greater than the prorated value, they only pay part of the repairs. I am requesting a Manager to contact me.

Just purchased a new home and after a couple of days, the dishwasher stopped draining properly. Called to schedule service and after multiple calls and escalations with America's 1st Choice Home Club, we have decided to just pay for a new dishwasher ourselves and not even put in the claim for repair. All insurance/warranty companies are obviously in the business of weaseling out of paying as many claims as possible, but with America's 1st Choice Home Club, their story changed several times for why we were being denied and in the end I just think I've wasted $400 for coverage on my home, since I have to spend that money on a new dishwasher anyway.
Some advice for those shopping around for a Home Warranty: Save your money to pay the actual repair bills and you won't have to deal with arguing your case and most likely being denied anyway and paying for the repair yourself. Or at least go with a warranty company that charges monthly so you can cancel if you find yourself unhappy with it after a few months and your first denied claim.

My first experience was okay. It could've been better. I needed some work done on my Kitchen faucet. It was leaking and the whole facet needed to be replaced. I talked to three different people and it took a couple of days for a plumber to come out. Soon as I found my own plumber and called the insurance they finally found someone to come out.

The technician who checked microwave was very nice and efficient. The service rep I talked to on the phone was very helpful, too. The reason I have not given the top rating for the service was due to the delay in issuing the e check. It looked like the person issuing the check was not familiar with the process, so caused several days delay. The problem was resolved after my calling and emailing your company as well as e-check.

I wasted $500 on this policy. Out of the entire year I was with them, I only filed two claims but was not able to successfully receive service for either of them! My AC unit repair was denied for an absolutely ridiculous reason and then for the other claim, they assigned a plumber who never even bothered to show up. Horrible service. Just save the $500 a year in an account to pay for your own repairs! Much less of a headache.

You can pick your own licensed technician and cover more of your appliances. Customer service is located in the United States (Georgia) so you are not having to talk to somebody in India or the Philippines. They have several plans to choose from that are reasonably priced. After being a customer of AHS for years. I was happy I decided to shop for a new warranty company. Right at the start AFCs promptness in answering and returning calls showed me they were better than AHS. The wait time and constant call transfers I experienced with AHS was ridiculous. AFC was prompt in answering the questions I had and thorough in explaining their policies and the coverage options. Not only were their prices cheaper but their coverage was better and they also give you the option to use your own repairman.

Our washing machine started making noises and stopped spinning. AFC sent a HVAC company to diagnose. The HVAC people said it was my shifter assembly gears were stripped out. AFC claims they will not cover. Person on the phone said it was connected to the drum which is not covered. Shifter assembly is NOT listed under what is covered or not covered. Very disappointed. This is not the company the Luke sold us on.

Found out that they do not cover total price if system needs to be repaired. A/C went out and it took them three week to get a tech to the house. After a couple of days of finger pointing who had the ball it finally went into review. Take this into account that this is week 4 with no A/C. Once they decided to replace they only covered 200 for a new A/C. This is not a warranty company. This is a scam and doesn't give you peace of mind if something breaks. You will pay for it out of pocket. Better to go with a different company and read the fine print. You get what you pay for.

Everything went well with the claim for the washer. It wasn't washing and the water pump was bad on it. The guy replaced one part and it was something else too so it took him a couple extra days. But he's done good. AFC took care of their end fast and the guy took care of his and it was great. I was really impressed. I'm sure I'll re-sign up with AFC next year.

I checked around and at that particular time a couple of the builders said that America's 1st Choice was number one. Actually they were number two at the time, but since then, they have fallen considerably. I hadn’t thought about checking the ratings until my cousin gave me feedback of her experience with them. I’ve heard some negative things and I'm really disappointed. She had a couple items that had went bad and she was explaining to me that they didn't replace and repair. From my understanding, they gave her a prorated account for an air conditioner unit due to the age of it. It also wasn't very much, in my opinion.
They told her that it was it was an older unit and to me, that doesn’t make sense. That's the whole purpose of the home warranty. If that's what I'm gonna have to deal with, they need to go and send me a refund. With a different warranty company, I had my complete heating and air unit replaced and it was an extremely older home. It didn't cost me a dime, other than the deductible, which was minimal, and it got taken care of immediately as well. They did it in one day. For those purposes, I'm looking at if something happens with one of my units, even though the property is only five years old today, AFC is gonna be prorating and I'm not gonna be a very happy camper about that.
So far, I haven't had any issues, but I'm basing my rating upon the experience of people that I recommended them to. I’ve recommended them to several people and they checked the policy out. Now I'm getting feedback of bad experiences and that makes me look bad because I had them switch from their home warranties to go with America's 1st Choice. They trust my judgment on things and here it is, I made a bad judgment call. I just renewed for three years and I wanna cancel my policy. I'm extremely dissatisfied with them.

For the first 30 days, you don't have coverage. It's like a waiting period. Then there's another 30-day waiting period where you only get $150 towards any repairs. AFC would’ve covered the claim 100% had it happened two days later. But I got to use my own person which was great. The reps at AFC were all very nice and trying to be helpful. That was my first experience with them and they do their best to make their customers happy. I signed a contract for three years with them.

I had a plumbing damage so I had to get a plumber to come out. The plumber was through AFC, and the other work was done through my insurance. The plumber was able to assess the damage in one day but the work that needed to be done was not a plumbing issue because of the damage. But the experience was fine. I like the peace of mind of having a home warranty.

I was offered 2 options for the repair or replacement of over the range microwave. We opted to replace and was told we were allowed $280 towards replacement. We purchased replacement, haul away old one and installation of new one. The total was over $300. I understood we were "Allowed" $280 towards a new one. No amt. was given saying it was only for the microwave and nothing more.. We had to dispose of the old one. There was a fee, we needed new one installed. This was an additional fee. Otherwise I would have purchased a more expensive model. I called this am regarding the reimbursement check we received for $228 not $280, I was told someone would call me back. It is after 3pm and I received a text message saying this case is "CLOSED"????

I bought AFC premium home service for my rental property, I used the oven repair service last week, the service (Drew L helped me) was fast within 24 hour, and the reimburse procedure was convenient and quick as well. I went through an excellent application process at America's 1st Choice. At the time, I was looking for washer and dryer coverage. I went with them and I once submitted a claim online. Their site is good and they have excellent customer service. They have good contractors too. Other people should definitely take this warranty.

I am 90 days from the expiration of my AHS warranty, and my horrible experience with them had me looking elsewhere. After reading that AFC was ranked "Best Overall" by Consumer Affairs, I decided to check out what they had to offer. One phone call with AFC was all it took. The account manager assigned to call me was friendly, personable, and professional. Every question or scenario, including things I went through with AHS (e.g. "In x-example, how would AFC handle this problem?") was answered thoroughly and patiently. When I didn't know which plan or payment option to choose, it didn't turn into a money-making scheme or sales pitch; it became a case of what is best for me and what will give me the best value for the dollar amount I spend. Plus, I get to choose my own technicians, which AHS never allows, which is fantastic in a rural setting where local choices are limited (AHS chooses vendor according to zip code).
Hands down, AFC is the place to go, if you are looking for a home warranty provider. Their customer service is unmatched. Their coverage plans are unbeatable. Their payment plans are so reasonable that I am kicking myself for not researching options sooner. Plus, they offer discounts on things like home security through ADT, restaurants, and a whole host of other bonuses for FREE! They're incredible. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this company and I'm just getting started. I'm never looking back! If you are looking for a home warranty service company, go with AFC. If you are with AHS, switch as soon as you can--before your coverage ends. You will be glad you did.

I was doing some research and looking at some reviews, and one of the things that attracted AFC to me was the option for a customer to use their own contractor. That was very rare. They were very helpful when I signed up. The contractor was very professional, did a great job and identified the problem very quickly. I was really impressed. I just upgraded my policy to Platinum and the cost is reasonable. I only used it just recently but I was happy with it and hopefully, I don’t have to use it again. But I feel comfort to have that possibility. I like the fact that it sounds like AFC has their customer service that takes the calls for their customers locally in the United States. Sometimes large companies have the customer service outside, and it’s hard to understand the person on the phone.

AFC account rep explained and offered a better plan. AFC's immediate response is very good. Their plan and coverage seem to be better than my current plan. The important thing that they confirmed is the response time of 24hours for the service call.

The first contractor that came out that repaired our HVAC system was one that I had dealt with before, so I was fine with them. They came out and they replaced the part. Then I put in the claim, but AFC wasn't gonna pay anything towards it except for the good faith payment to replace the system. Then two weeks later, the system started failing again, so I just went ahead and had the system replaced.
I paid almost $5,000 to have a new system installed. AFC paid $200 for me to put towards a replacement of the system. Then, a year ago, July, we had a claim. We were told that since it was a real estate transaction and we had a home inspection, that the probationary period would be waived. We had a claim for 400 and some dollars for repair to the system. Then we were told we were not in a probationary period, but we were in a stage where AFC only paid a certain percentage in the first 90 days. I was like, "That's not what I was told." Then the answer I got was, "Did you read your contract?" I said, "Obviously, I didn't read every line for line on the contract. So, if that's what's in there, then I guess it's on me.” I wasn't too happy about that.

A few minutes after I submitted the $285 I received a call from you stating the two or three items that “are not covered”. This famous statement is the demise of your industry. There WAS a problem with our A/C unit and IT IS FIXED NOW. Where does the “NOT COVERED” come from? Very disappointed.

Shopping for a home warranty is kind of a racket. Not with AFC club, I received an in-house customer service call after asking for a quote online, from someone who spoke highly of his family owned company and patiently answered all my inquiries about the contract (Their company was the only company that had their sample contract online). He outlined the pitfalls of going with other companies and how his company addresses that. Kevin also worked to get the best price for me for a 3 year plan. I feel good knowing that I have a personalized agent handling my Home warranty account creating accountability and quick effective service. AFC club won’t charge you several deductibles for someone to come out and look at the same repair for up to 3 years unheard of! And, they let you use your own technicians. I did a lot of shopping but I’m confident that this is the one of the best coverages and services for the price. Highly recommend!

AFC's claims process sucks 'cause everything I've ever submitted a claim for never has gone through. I've had refrigerator troubles and none of it's ever been covered. They didn't pay for my plumbing that I had to have done. When I had my garage door stuck at some time, it was 5:30 at night and I had to be somewhere. I went by someone that told me there was someone right in our little area that would come. The person I called came right over but forgot about my insurance. Then I called AFC and I had to have approval first so I paid that 500 out of pocket. That didn't do me any good. I also don't understand why preventative maintenance like an AC check every year isn't covered. I'm just waiting for my air conditioner to go out, knock on wood.
I ran across a nice guy that called me and got me to sign up again this year and I did, and I'm not unhappy. I don't know why I have AFC and why I stuck with them. I could get an upgraded one but I never have done that. Everybody asks why am I not putting that money aside.

My experience with Customer Service has a high positive note. They were trying to get as much information as they could to expedite a resolution of the issue, very specially because I have respiratory problems. I would like to see less waiting time for a tech to give a diagnostic, for I waited three days and had to call constantly the tech before I got an answer. My experience with AFC is a positive one, they care. I highly recommend this company.

The home warranty I had wanted me to renew and I told them that I was putting my house up for sale. I would renew as long as I could transfer the policy to my new house. They said yes but apparently, it was a no. I could transfer it to the new owner of my house but I could not transfer it to my new house. I cancel the warranty then I got America's 1st Choice. I've been with them for a couple of years because there's somebody else.
My refrigerator went out and they took care of it. But the service people that they hired were horrible. Some of this wasn't the home warranty's fault though. My refrigerator was out and it was not something you put on the backburner. But the contractor took a week and a half to get us an appointment. They called when they got to the house. I was in a meeting but I had my wife on her way there. They wouldn't wait 10 minutes for her to get there so they had to reschedule for another week. And then they had to order parts. It took I think about three weeks to get my refrigerator back working. I wish that the service people America's 1st Choice hires are better. If I had hired somebody to fix my fridge, I would never use those people again.

Other home warranty providers weren't as willing to work with other companies to get things done for me quickly enough 'cause I live in a rural area. So, I went with America's 1st Choice. I had a problem and told their rep that I needed something fixed and that I knew somebody who could fix it. The rep told me "Okay" and he took care of things. They have an easy claims process. The contractor was at my place the next evening and fixed things. Other people should invest in this home warranty.

I was looking on the internet to change my house warranty and went with AFC based on reviews that I have read. I applied online and it was very good to navigate. I had an icemaker claim and the tech who came out was very professional. He explained the problem and what happened. Also, he was wearing all the protections that were needed like a mask and gloves. I bought a 4 year plan on the 4/16/2020 when we were purchasing our new home. It was very simple to purchase and they answer on the first or second call. I asked many questions before I purchased as I had spoken with other companies as well. This week our air conditioning has gone out and I have been displaced from my home now for seven days and continuing due to lack of help from AFC. It's a shame you don't be more upfront with people about what they are purchasing as you don't really pay for anything. You find reasons as to why it's not covered so really we wasted our money on this plan.
It's 108° here and we have no air conditioning. We have stayed with family for as long as possible but now we have to return home to a HOT home. I wait for near an hour at a time to speak to someone in your claims department, wait days before you give an answer and then state we are not covered. I asked was there any requirements when I purchased this warranty. Nothing was asked of me. Today I am told I need maintenance logs from prior owner whom I do not know or have contact with. If people ask I will base on my experience and tell them not to waste their money. I work for the largest title company in Texas and I certainly wont be recommending to any customers.

What a great experience with this company. We had a home warranty with another company for over 40 years and they outsourced billing and customer service overseas. It just became miserable to deal with them. Not so with AFC. Every contact we’ve had with them from service to paying for repairs has been great. Highly recommended!
