The workmen were very professional and they did a good job. They found a problem with the tub and they had a solution. They asked me what I thought and I agreed with one of the suggestions. I would recommend the product and the workmen that came in. I like that I can step in easily in the tub. You don't slip on the floor of it and it's easy to regulate the heat on the water.

We were going to get the price from American Standard versus others, but American Standard's sales rep came in and she knew everything quite well. She did such a good job, we just signed the contract right then. The young man did a good job with installation too. We've got one thing that he's going to do for us, but he's busy right now and I understand that. He'll be back. My wife uses the tub and she's plenty happy with it. As long as I can keep her happy, that's good news. The only thing bad about the whole thing is I have to pay for it.

We like the tub. The installers did a fabulous job. They were in and out and they were clean. But it bothers me a little bit that there's a rod where the door is and the water seeps out. It's something that I can fix by simply caulking. Other than that, I had no disappointment with the tub. We had the seat installed in the tub and it was a teak seat. I’m 80 years old and if I should happen to fall and hit the metal brackets that are holding that seat on the wall, I would probably get hurt seriously. So American Standard should look into that because it is a very severe hazard.

The customer service has been awful. I am 86, and I'm having trouble. They came out one time, early in time about the tub. That was my fault because I was not closing the door properly because the book says, “Do not put a lot of pressure on the door,” which was what I was doing. I flooded my bathroom. The guy came back out after that, took a look and said everything was okay and taught me how to do it. I also have a lot of film and brown flaky stuff in my tub and I'm not sure what the problem is. It could be my water heater. I'm gonna have to pay $500 or more to get my water heater taken care of. I haven't heard any more about it whether or not they were going to tell me, “Okay, we know what it is, we can fix it, or we don't know what it is and we're not going to fix it.”
I have been very unhappy with American Standard, and I had such faith in them. I didn't know anything with the other company, but I knew American Standard would take care of me and do what they were supposed to. They got my tub in one day, then the next day, I had to go to the hospital with my UTI problems and get shots. I wanted to use my tub, but I can't because I have infections. It's heartbreaking to not be able to use it. Also, everybody wants to see it, and it's gorgeous, but I can't until I can get that brown water taken care of.

The installer was great. He did the installation all by himself. He did a really good job. We love the tub. I like the handheld and where you can do both, have a shower or do the handheld. The room in it is nice. There's a lot of room. It’s nice for the older ones. They like the chair in it. So that works out good. I like the fact that the tub doesn't have rust in there too

Working with American Standard was good. Everybody was nice, and the installers were polite. Usually, I have a yeast infection under my belly and under my breast. When I’ve taken my bath every day, I don't have it anymore. I like it when I turn the jets on. It massages my body and it feels good.

It was very good with the sales rep. The only thing that we would have liked to have was a picture of what the tub was going to look like. The rep really didn't have any pictures. Also, the installers were cordial. They got right to work and finished the product. We got a little confused at the tail end. There was a lever on the big showerhead that makes it a forceful shower or a more gentle one but we didn't realize that at the beginning. We called the installer back and he showed that to us. Everything is working very well and we're very pleased with the product.

The sales rep of American Standard was very good. She explained everything to me. She gave me a discount because my husband's in the service. I'm very happy with my walk-in tub. They installed it in one day. They were kind. They always were thoughtful about what I was doing and where I am, where I could be, so I wouldn't get in their way. I had surgery on my knee. With the massaging, it is wonderful. When I get out, I’m walking better. It's really good. It also has a lifetime guarantee. I use it once a week and it's very relaxing. The only thing is, you gotta wait for the tub to fill up. But they gave me some stuff to put in to make it smell good. The lights come on and change. It's nice.

American Standard did an excellent job. We looked at American Standard. We liked the toilets and we knew they're the best on market instead of getting Kohler. We went to Home Depot and we wanted to get one of the tubs. One day I was poking around online to get more information first about them, and five minutes later, they called me up and asked if I wanted to set up just a home visit. It was on a Saturday I called and they came on that following Monday. They had guys come here and tell us all about it. It was really quick. They called Sunday to remind me that they were coming and everything was updated really well. Our communication was really good. I was really surprised. Usually, they don't call you back right away and this was on a weekend.
Everything was top-notch with the sales rep who came. He told us everything and he showed us pictures and a video. That went really well, too. The product was kind of pricey, but I went for it because they install it and they do the electrical and everything. I was like, "If we had to do it ourselves, it'll probably take a long time to do it." They did it in a matter of one day. My sister-in-law came here one day, and she was really amazed. She said that they had just a tub put in and it took a whole week for someone to do that.

Everything was 5-star. They did an excellent job. The installers showed up at about 7:00 and they left about 2:00. Everything was complete. They did what they were supposed to do. My mom is using the tub and she loves it. She's been using it a lot. So it's a good thing.

The sales rep was extremely nice. She was a friend when she walked in the door. She was real knowledgeable about the product and she was telling me the truth about everything that I asked her. The installer called me and told me what time they'd be here that morning and they got here within five minutes of him calling. They came in, started doing their job, and it was done on that day. They were real professional and they did an extremely nice job. I like going in the tub and sitting down and having those controls. I have arthritis real bad in my hip and it's great for that. It makes me feel a lot better.

The salesman was so thorough and gave us examples of other installs and different name brands. He seemed to work for at least one of them in the past. So the way he told us was a little bit enlightening. I trusted him and took his word for it and it paid off pretty well. The installation was straightforward. The only thing we messed up on was the money part of it. I agreed to pay for it on time and they headed down as I was gonna pay for it in full. So, we had to do some really quick paperwork in the morning before they got started. But after that little glitch, the install went perfect. I did quite a bit of the work ahead of time for them as far as the main construction-type stuff. It was pretty much a complete rehab of the bathroom. Everything went flawless and real quick. They were done in about six hours. The two guys that were here were very informal. They were very helpful and kind.
The hydrotherapy and the aromatherapy of the tub added quite a bit of joy. If either my wife or I take a bath, you can smell the aromatherapy pretty much the third of the house. It's really nice and clean aroma. We have a 107-year old house that we built and putting a hydrotherapy pool in 107-year old house was a little bit of a trick. But we got it accomplished and it's quite an upgrade to an old house. My wife and I are in quite a bit of pain. So we're real thankful for the tub. It helps out immensely.

Our salesperson was very knowledgeable. She didn't just sell the tub, she also helped me think about the whole bathroom. She was really very helpful even afterward in communicating with the installer. One person came for the installation of the tub and that took three days. He was very condescending but in general, he did very nice work. A second person came for the electrical part. These people showed how everything worked. The only thing was the place wasn’t that clean after they left.
The tub is fine and my mother loves it. It's nice that American Standard has that smaller tub instead of just one size. But there are a couple of things that might use some feedback. One is that the drain keeps closing smaller and smaller so that it doesn't stay up. It keeps sagging lower and lower. It's getting harder to have it stay up when you want the water to drain manually. You have to keep holding the lever up to make the water drain.
I asked the installer to come back because he said, “When you have a problem just call me instead of the customer service number.” He came, looked at it, and said he already did what he could. That was just how it is. But it doesn't have to be. It has to be better than that if you pay $22,000 for something. I bought this non-slip mat and the installer insisted that it was the mat that was causing the problem. He kept arguing with me so I gave up. He said I was wasting his time.
Also, the reason I asked him to come was because when I opened up the aromatic thing, the rest of the thing fell into the inside of the tub where the pipes are. I didn't know how that was supposed to stay on the tub so I asked him. The only other thing about the tub is the floor could be more nonslip because my mother slipped the first time she stepped in.

The American Standard tub was exceptional and was over and above the other tubs I was researching. It had more jets to it and it released the water in a timely manner. In a couple of minutes, water can be drained out of the tub and that was very important. Those were the two reasons I chose this brand. Their sales agent was excellent. He explained everything in detail such as exactly how the tub operated and the exceptional features of the tub. I like the jets, the access door, and the drainage system.
The installers that came were very efficient. They knew exactly what they were doing and they explained how to operate the tub before they left and the whole bath. They made sure that we were satisfied with everything and it was a very pleasant experience. The quality of their work was very good. American Standard is an excellent company that follows through on their schedule and they take pride in their work.

The sales rep I had was very informative and encouraging. He told me all about American Standard and its history as well as about the shower. I was very impressed and I decided to go along with it. I was able to get the credit to finance it. I was very happy to have it. The installers were very nice, professional and friendly people. They showed me how to use my shower and they made sure that I was very well informed. They let me turn on and work the shower before they left to make sure that I would know how to operate it. I get the AARP newspaper every month and they offer a walk-in shower. But the American Standard shower is much better and more luxurious. With that sidebar in there, it's more than what's in AARP.

We had been investigating getting a walk-in tub and I know American Standard's reputation. We made an appointment and a salesman came. He explained everything to us. We are happy not just with the service from the salesman, but with everything involving the American Standard tub. The technicians that installed it were wonderful and professional. They did an immaculate work. They hooked into our power panel. They told me that they might have to make a hole in my ceiling to run one of the wires down. You can't even tell where they made the hole because they not only made it very neatly, they also did the spackling and you can't even see it. They laid down drop cloths and they took their shoes off.
They explained everything to me before they finished the installation. After the installer went through and showed me how everything worked, I went through it and showed him how everything works. He was very confident that I knew what I was doing in it. If I had any questions, they were right there with the answers for me. I had follow-ups several times from American Standard asking if everything was working okay and if I'm satisfied with how everything is working. This walk-in tub is safer and it's a huge relief to me. My doctor said that it's definitely shown an improvement in how my back feels. It's a little bit easier to work on my back. American Standard has my deepest heartfelt recommendations.

When American Standard's salesman came out, he did a good presentation with it and it was interesting and it seemed like something that might work. The main thing that I like about the walk-in shower is the seat, but that's it because it's very tight. I didn't realize that it would be the size of a standard bathtub. We had a garden tub, which is larger than a standard bathtub, and I thought it would be at least the size of that or something larger. But I could barely turn around in this. The representative measured and he measured a couple of times. But we never said anything about the size. And they have photographs and they look larger than actual. But when they came in and did the work, and I saw what I had, I have never seen a walk-in shower that small.

American Standard has better quality and cheaper price. They were 3,000 and 4,000 cheaper than the rest. They could do the work in a reasonable amount of time too. Some of the local guys we were waiting three months for and that wasn't acceptable. I take care of my mom and I get a break every nine months for three months, so I needed somebody that could do the work in a good timeframe.
Mark was my rep and he was really great. He showed me everything and he explained everything. He started at the highest point then went to the lowest, dollar-wise. He answered all my questions and stuff. American Standard was a very easy company to work with and everybody was so nice. Our first installer didn't show up. When I called, the lady didn't have any clue because they hadn't heard anything. It ended up that he quit showing up to places and didn't let anybody know. The lady returned my call in less than 10 minutes and had an answer for me. She worked on getting me scheduled before we went on vacation. I gave her about 10 minutes again.
The installers did the work the day before we left. It worked perfectly. Lee and another guy did the installation and they were fantastic. We had a blast. They have a good sense of humor. They were neat and tidy. Anything that they weren't sure about, they would ask me. My input was really important and I appreciated that.
We went with a walk-in shower and it's huge. We never realized how big that corner was until they got the tub and all that other crap that had been in there out of there. We were really tickled by it. My mom can get her walker or a chair in it with no problems. The lift is only two inches and she can lift her leg that high still. One person used the shower so far and loved it.

The rep came to our home from an out-of-town area. The experience was pleasant. The installers were a crew of five individuals. And each one had his task down perfectly. They went in and out with no problem at all, and no more than just normal disruption. My wife and I use the tub daily. We like that we have two different shower heads. We're very happy.

American Standard's rep told us all of the good things about their product and that it has 44 ducts. He went through it thoroughly and it sounded like it was the best and that everything is guaranteed. That was nice to know. We got a tub with a shower attachment that’s on it. I like the convenience of it. The person who put it in was very cordial. He did a great job and always cleaned up after himself. Everything was fine.

Had my tub three weeks and diverter went bad, replaced after a two-week wait. Contacted company about the installation of the shower and tub were done crosswise as the hot water lever is ready to scrape against the shower. Looked at picture in pamphlet and sure enough, it is wrong. Emailed company and heard nothing. I am hard of hearing so it is hard for me to use a phone. No email as I left it with them.

The American Standard walk-in bath works great and I like it because you can sit down and you got the handheld shower and different types of massage. I like the rain head too and my wife loves it. The installation was done in one day and the guy pulled the other one. He was great. As we get older, the tub is gonna be wonderful and those safety bars are gonna make it a lot better.

The sales rep from American Standard was thorough on how they would go about the installation and how long it would take, and went over the product well. It was easy to understand and it was the lifetime warranty that got me that some of the other ones don't offer. On the installation day, the guy showed up here at about 7:00 am. He proceeded to look everything over and figured out a better way of getting it in and installed. He set up his game plan and went to work right away. The guy was full of energy and didn’t stop moving all day. He tried his best to get it wrapped up that day. He had another call that came in that he had to go see somebody on a service. So, he left but came back the next day, and it was the same thing. He was doing everything he could to get it in and the quality of the work seemed to be excellent. He had a good attitude and got the job done.
We probably could have gotten by without the tub but we figured we weren’t getting any younger and as long as there was a lifetime warranty, we would get it. I like the tub being able to have plenty enough hot water that it stays hot and continues to stay hot. So, if you just want to do a nice soak and be there for 45 minutes, that tub isn’t gonna cool down. It keeps that temperature. We definitely were due for a remodel. So, we’ve enjoyed it so far and we’ll enjoy it in the time to come.

My wife decided on an American Standard. The installation went expeditiously. The salesman said it would take two days but they did it in one. It's a sit down tub and my wife's happy with it. The only thing she doesn't like is we asked for an outward swinging door and they ended up bringing an inward swinging door. Other than that, everything was fine.

Five years ago, my husband had a salesman from American Standard come to our farm and he gave us a pitch. We learned about the product at that point but we didn't go ahead with the purchase. Our health was still good and we were in our 60s. Our health is less robust because now that we're in our 70s. We looked at some other products through Lowe's and the American Standard product still looked like the best option. We went ahead and made that purchase.
The first sales representative five years ago was not good. He didn't do any measurements. We live in an old farmhouse so the doors are narrower and the bathroom was very small. He didn't look at the electrical panel either. He told me that he would order the tub and the rest of it was the installers’ problem. Having spent 25 years of my career in commercial real estate, that didn't really work for me. I was not comfortable with that expense of a purchase without having more attention to detail.
The lady who came out this time around was awesome. She did the measurements, checked the panels, and took a picture of the panel. She did the pre-work for the installer so that they knew what they were looking at. The gentleman who was sending out the installers called me personally to ask me about the ingress and egress of the driveway since he was out in the country and he was bringing a big truck. We're on a country road and I sent him photos of how to get in and out. It was pretty easy and the attention to detail this time was stellar.
The installers did a very nice job. I watched because I like construction and it was interesting. The only thing I had a question about later was the GFI breaker to the toilet, which is backed up by the GFI that's on the other wall. That's all interconnected with the tub. I understood that electrical schematic. Everything's operating the way it's supposed to. It's a blessing to have it right now because my husband just got out of the hospital. They told him in the hospital that he could use his tub to shower since he had to sit down and he wouldn't fall. He has a handheld sprayer and just not use the bathtub feature. It’s all great.
My husband weighs about 240 pounds so he displaces more water than I do. I weigh about 178 pounds. It takes longer and more hot water to fill the tub up for me. Other than that, I'm good and I like the tub. Initially, the hot water heater was set at 120 and I was running out of hot water when I was just getting the water to the seat. But I turned the hot water heater up to 125. I can still have hot water and get it up to where I can run the bubbles.
Everybody has bathed in a certain fashion for us for 70 years. When the American Standard product comes along, it's a different style of bathing. You’ve just got a lot more options and your space is different. You have to learn how to work within the space provided and use the different options. Once you figure out how it works best for you because everybody does it differently. My husband's just as pleased as he can be. That is great because he has vertigo. Standing in our old bathtub shower was dangerous. Having American Standard was certainly a lot cheaper than going to the hospital with a serious head injury. He goes in, sits down, and he's happy taking his shower or his bath. Most of the time, we just shower.

We needed something that was large enough to accommodate and that wasn't a fly-by-night organization. We had a wonderful experience with American Standard all the way around. Our sales guy took the time to walk us through the process and really take a look at the area, what requirements we would have, what limitations he saw if any, and any additional accommodations we might need to make or consider. He was fantastic. The same can be said about the installer. Everybody's using the tub. My 35-year-old son came over to our house. He is 6'4 and he went, "I fit in this tub. I'm taking a bath."

I've been having bad sciatica and leg issues. To step into my tub was really high so I needed something different. It was throwing out my back and I couldn't believe how tall it was. I got an American Standard walk-in tub and customer service was very nice. The delivery was very good. I'm still getting used to my tub but I do get a little bit of relief.

The guy who sold us the walk-in tub was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything to me. The price is kind of high on the tub but I really like the lifetime warranty and that it's made in the USA. When it was installed, the installer was Derek and he was very good. I have a very narrow door for the entrance into my bathroom and in the coat closet in the living room, there’s a panel you can take out and it accesses the plumbing for the tub and shower that were there. So, we had to take the door frame off and the tub fit through, but it was quite an ordeal. The young man that helped Derek was also very good and they did an excellent job.
I have arthritis in my knees and my hips, and when it gets to acting up, that tub is an amazing thing. It's very soothing to get in the tub and it helps with the arthritis. It's also easy to keep clean. It has the massage feature but I don't use that every day because it takes so much water. One time, I decided tohave a bubble bath. I had some Calgon bubble bath and the Calgon says to use two capfuls. I used one then I proceeded to run the jets. I had bubbles going up the wall, so I don’t use bubbles anymore.

The installation was very good. My husband uses the tub a lot. He likes the jets. They seem to help him with his arthritis. I like that the water goes out very quickly. But the shower really stinks. The water doesn't come out as powerful as a regular shower.

I love my walk-in tub from American Standard. At first, we had to put it on hold and we had to make up for another time. Then, when the reps were supposed to come, they didn’t. They said they called but I didn’t get any message from them. But when they finally came, they were here on time and did a good job on it. They had to cut my door a little bit wider so we could get it in and they put another door in. They did what they had to do. They had three guys working on it and they would have been able to get it done in one day if they didn't have to get a pipe. But the next day, they came and finished it all.

The salesman had a terrific personality. He measured everything and we went over everything. He said, “I'll be back during the installation and when it's finished.” When everything was done, the installer showed us everything. They did a terrific job putting it in. I like the work. We were finishing out our final payment, and we got to talking about everything. I said, “The salesman didn't show up.” He said, “He won't. I've been doing this for a long time. I’ve never seen one of them show up at the end.”
We love everything about the tub. I like the safety features. I also like the easiness of getting in and out. I had a tub that was deep and I could barely get in and out of it. With the walk-in, I like the fold-down seat. I've got neuropathy from taking chemo and my wife and I are both 70 years old. Because of my neuropathy, my duration of standing is not that great. The only thing I had was I talked to a fella from Texas about one of the installers that had gotten some of the plastic cement on one of our curtains in our rec room. We had conversed about trying to clean it with something, but we were leery. We didn’t want to make matters worse. I was hanging in there till he called me and told me how much that could change it or totally ruin the curtain.

American Standard’s salesman was more real and straightforward than the other salesman. And what we were getting was more for the price that they asked. They had better value. The installers were nothing but great. They had done the installation for yeas and they were fabulous. There were two of them and they went right to work. Each one had their jobs to do and to check and they didn't waste a minute. They did an excellent job. We were fortunate enough to have a place for the original tub. The new tub fit perfectly and we could use our old tile.
We love the new tub. You’re surrounded by places you could put your hand if you need to steady yourself. I like the jets. The grandkids use lights but I don’t need a bunch of different colored lights flashing around. We like that the shower is there so you can pull it out or stand up or sit down with the shower too. It’s a very comfortable tub. I have no problems getting in and out.

American Standard listened to what we said and it made a difference to them how they proceeded. We felt like we were going to end up with what we wanted. The installers showed up when they said they would and kept us pretty up-to-date on what was going on throughout the day. They said if they ran into any problems, they would let us know, and they didn't. We had several questions about halfway through the afternoon so they put things on pause and addressed our questions. I'm glad we made the switch. We don't have to be concerned with climbing in and out of the tub and slipping and falling. There are plenty of safety bars to hang on to. It's one of the better things we've ever had done in the house.

The installation was absolutely wonderful. The installers were professional and great. They did a good job and they cleaned up after themselves. But I had American Standard come out twice to fix the tub. They told me that they would be taking care of that and they were good on their word. Somebody came out, but he did not do a very good job. But then, somebody else came out from the company, and it was one of the gentlemen that actually installed it, and took care of everything right there. So I was happy with that. After that, it worked fine.

The sales rep from American Standard was very good and the guy who did the installation was great. He drove 160 miles to come out and install it every day. The walk-in bath has been used at least by two people every day since it's been put in. Everybody in the family wants to use it. American Standard is a good company to do work with. I can't walk and I was taking baths with that bench-type thing that goes over this tub in the other bathroom. So I was so glad to have the American Standard tub put in. It's so nice. I love the bidet that came with it. It's everything I had hoped to have. I love it. The best team that the company had came to my house. So they were really, really good. They were really nice and very friendly. They could speak very little English, but when I asked them something, they would look to the leader and he would explain and tell them what I said. Everything was nice. It was well done. There was no mess at all.

I learned about American Standard back when I was a little kid. My father was a house builder and that was the only thing he used in his houses. When I built my house in ‘76, I put all American Standard in it and when I got ready to do a shower, I wanted American Standard. The sales rep was very nice, pleasant and quiet, and did an excellent job. The contractor took about two days for the process and he was out of here. I get in the walk-in bath, turn on the shower and take one. There’s a water hydrant with the spray at the top and the other little spray. And there's a place to put my soap as well as handlebars. So, I use those and I get out. Taking a bath is just something that I do but now, I don't have to climb out of the tub.

Everybody we dealt with from American Standard was polite, very caring, professional and did their jobs. So, we appreciated it. The rep was very easily understood and helpful. My son was very pleased because he handles all the financial ends of everything. The installers came, installed it in the time they said they would. They were clear. They showed the product to us before they brought it in the house so that we made sure we had the right product. Also, they cleaned up after themselves. The best feature for me is that it's easy for me to get in and out of. I can walk in the tub. It's a very small step down. Any step down is a big step for me. But we're very satisfied.

I purchased my walk in bath tub in 2019. And I have had some problems with the tub leaking. I called the troubleshooting number 855-225-2183 and they have to contact someone to come out but I never hear back from them. I am going on 4 weeks to get someone to come out and fix my tub. After a week of not hearing from them I was told they order parts before they come out to save on making a service call, Why they don't tell you that or call you to give you an update. The amount of money I paid for the tub they should send someone out immediately to look at the problem and then decide if they need to order parts. All other service companies do that. I then call and asked a few days ago to have the manager contact me and I still have not heard from them. Very poor customer service and I would check other places with better customer service. If I could remove the tub from my home I would definitely, do it.

I have the American Standard shower and we've had a lot of trouble with it. But their reps finally got it solved. The bottom of the shower is so slick though and you can't even stand up. We've got a man who is supposed to be getting us something to put down there.

American Standard told us it would take one day to install, but it took three. But the guys that did it, seemed to know what they were doing, and they did a very good job. And they were very professional and very organized. We heard the quality was very good. And it seems to be. My husband has problems getting around. So, he uses the sweet seat every time he takes a shower and his three safety bars on it. But we have one problem with the tub. It leaks out around the door when we're taking a shower. They came back once and lowered the door. It doesn't leak as bad, but it's still leaking. I called him, but he never came back. So, I have to call them again. Other than that, we love it. It has made our life a lot easier, especially my husband to take a shower. And I feel a lot safer with him taking one because he doesn't have to lift his leg up over the tub. We've told others and the quality is very good and it's guaranteed.

I picked American Standard out because it has 44 jets. It also has the shower package. It has the little beads you can put in it to make things smell sweet. American Standard's rep was very good, knowledgeable, and informative. The installers said they would be here between 7:00 and 8:00, and they were here five after 7:00. We were told it might take up to three days. But they were out of here at 6 o'clock that day, all cleaned up and everything working well. They tested everything. I was getting to the point where it was hard to step over the tub. And the tub I had was a Jacuzzi and I couldn't use it because I couldn't get down. And if I did get down, I couldn't get back up. This way, I can sit down and use it as a Jacuzzi, and I like it.
The only thing I would recommend is they gotta redesign their door. There's one company that I looked at that their door is like American Standard's, but at the very top half, it extends out a little farther. It's like an upside down L, where your door is just straight up and down. If you were a big person, you would have a tough time getting in and out of that door. American Standard needs to redesign their door and make it bigger on the top. Other than that, it's an excellent tub. It does exactly what I was looking for.

The representative came here, and I knew him very well. I knew his family. Also, the installation team was really good. They were here for two days and they never stopped from what they were doing. The first time I used the tub, I felt unsafe in it, but it could be from the soap, without it going down the drain and I didn't wait for it. I haven't had any problems though. The tub has a protective thing on it so I don't fall, but I've never used them. I might do that later on down the road, but right now, I'm doing fine without them. I like the chair and I also like the handheld very much because I can move it around. The hand bars come in handy too. However, the American Standard tub is expensive, and I was wondering if there was a way that I could get money back. I read where Medicare could pay for something like that, but I've already had it installed, so I don't know if they will do anything. I never even asked them, but I'd be glad if they paid half or some on it.

The salesman was nice, but he incorrectly measured the space. I also have to follow up on the financing because we put a lot of money down but it's not reflected in the financing. We just did our first month. I was waiting for things to get in place and then call American Standard. The salesman had all the information. The installation was scheduled and the workmen came, but they didn't begin construction because of the measurement. The item had been delivered to them, and they brought it in the house, thinking that they would be able to make it work. They double-checked the measuring, and the item was too big for the space.
The workmen didn't want to demolish the whole route to the bathroom and then get it there and it be off. They elected to take that back out of the house and put it back on the truck. It took a couple of weeks for it to be reordered, but when they came back to install the the proper size, the guys were really good and the quality of work is excellent. The showerhead is very nice and the quality of the product is really good as well. It has the jets, but the feature I love the most is the drain motor. The tub is very comfortable. I also have all these different aromas I can put in, but I haven't used them.

American Standard came down and showed me the stuff they had. I had them do the job and when they finished, the showerhead that came with the tub wasn't really the showerhead that I had seen. Then I thought I was going to get a shower curtain to match the rest of the hand grips and everything that's in there to go across a short shower curtain. But I never heard anything about that. Then, when they did the wall, they did it nicely but when it came all the way to the end to meet the shower, they did the corner all ugly.

The sales representative was good. He sold us, and he was very thorough, polite and nice. We got the lowest-priced walk-in shower, and installation day was great. The crew that came out was awesome. We even left for a doctor’s appointment and came back, and they had finished and kept the house clean. Our walk-in shower has a seat in it that we can pull down and use, a big showerhead, and a handheld shower. It’s also got two shelves in there. It’s white and it’s pretty.

American Standard's representative that came to our house was outstanding, very kind and thoughtful. But he made a mistake when he went in and assessed our bathroom. It wasn't a serious flaw, but it caused a delay that was upsetting to me because I needed it installed sooner rather than later, as it wound up being. He assessed our bathroom as needing a tub with an in-swinging door. When it was finally time for the installation, the man came the first time with the installer and they brought the inward swing door. But we needed an outward swing door, which I did not know until that day. The regional install manager really saved my butt because he pointed out that that was what we needed versus the in-swinging door. So they had to order the tub again.
Aside from that, they had hired a new installer in our area and initially, they came not on the designated appointment day. I got a phone call from the regional install manager the morning they were supposed to be here and he said he was out of town at sessions and that he had mistakenly sent the installer to a different customer's house in our area. I was so disappointed because I had a really urgent need for the product. I opted to get the bathtub installed in the house because I would have access to it and the jets, especially, because of my severe back issues. And I opted to do that rather than moving and spending the money on the hot tub that we have sitting outdoors, not doing anything, because we had a concrete patio installed. Other than the install hangups, I'm 5 foot 10 and I weigh 293 pounds. I'm very tall and the product that is making it difficult for me to use it right now because I have trouble getting up from the seat.

The sales rep was the third one I had and he covered things well. He was very good and didn't overdo it. The reps who did the installation for the American Standard walk-in shower were efficient and very neat. They were done in a day. I couldn’t have asked for more. The door, which is my favorite feature, looks lovely and glides smoothly. Also, there's no leakage. I have two grab rails and two little shelves on the shower. I wanted it simple as possible so it's easy to clean. I did not want a seat because that would be extra to clean. The only concern that I have is that the floor inside the shower is slippery. I assumed that it was gonna be a rougher floor, so I had to buy a mat.

The guys who did the install were super. The American Standard tub is not worth the amount they charge but it is worth it to me to have the tub. It’s overpriced but I’m happy with it. I already have a hot tub on my back deck, so I'm comfortable with the jets. The tub is handy for me to get in and out of. I'm 81 years old and that's one of the main reasons I bought it.

I have a lot of American Standard things. I got my commode from them. I have a home in Florida and I got the air conditioner. For the tub, the installation team did a good job in a good time. It took them about eight hours and it surprised me that they did it as quick as they did. It was excellent work. I have a shower, a regular faucet and 17 jets on the tub and the different color lights. Also, you push a button and it drains three minutes. It's great. I like everything about it. American Standard has made my life great. My wife likes the color lights and the jets. She can't get around so good and she likes the tub because it's easy to get in and out of and everything about it too.

I couldn't get into a standard tub. Commercials made me interested in an American Standard walk-in tub and I looked it up on Google. Their sales rep was very informative but a lot of his information wasn't correct. He sold me the wrong tub and it wouldn't work in my bathroom. He told me that there wouldn't be any problem with the towel, which we just put down, and that the other tub would take that up. But nope. Afterwards, I had to pay somebody to put the towel down. He also told me there wouldn't be any problems with the wall when they took the old tub out. Again, I had to pay somebody to fix the wall as they took the tub out. The sales rep just gave me the information that he thought I wanted so that I'd go ahead and buy the tub.
The guys who brought the tub to install it said there was no way they could even get in because of the way the door opens. I can't get close enough with my walker to get in it because the door swung in so I couldn't use it. The guy had to take it back and order a different tub that swung out so I could get into it. As far as the tub, the installer took care of all that for me. As far as the flooring and the wall, I didn't call to complain because I thought "Okay, maybe this is what they do to everybody." But if I had known I would have to pay somebody to fix the flooring and the wall after they finished, I would not have done this tub. I'm pleased with the tub itself and the installer was absolutely great. I just got misinformed when I was purchasing the tub.

I thought an American Standard walk-in tub would be an excellent idea because it would be a big problem when we get a little older and we already have trouble getting into tubs. Our friend let us come over and look at their tub. I wanted to sit in it and see what it would feel like to be in it. Our friend let us do that. I called American Standard and I got an appointment. Sean was the rep that came and he was very helpful. He told us a whole lot about the product and all the ins and outs. There was another company that I had an appointment with but I never even talked to them. We were so convinced by Sean that American Standard was what we wanted since I had already seen one and checked it out. There were also a lot of things about the product that we liked.
Young people came for the installation and they were very efficient. They knew what they were doing. There was a problem with hooking up the electricity because the fuse box was at one end of the house and the tub was at the other end of the house. They figured out how they could go in through the attic. They bore through a couple of walls to get to the electrician box in the kitchen. They then repaired that beautifully. They said they would be through in a day. But the work took two days. I'm glad they took their time because this was a complicated thing that they were putting in. They bothered us as little as possible. They were very congenial and I welcome them into my home anytime because they were such good people. Their work was perfect.
One of the features that I really like was the fact that when you get out of the tub, it had something that will go automatically and it will dry out all the inputs. I heard people say that they had a Jacuzzi or a tub in the house but they didn't use it much because it built up mildew in the water vents. Our walk-in tub also had a pump that would pump the water out. We like that too. We've had friends that had a walk-in tub and they had to sit there and wait for the water to go out.
We decided to go with this walk-in tub even though it was expensive because it would keep us from going to the nursing home. We decided the nursing home would be a lot more expensive than a walk-in tub. We wanted to stay home. Our friends are still staying home with their walk-in tub and they're still satisfied with it. This walk-in tub has certainly made things much simpler and I don't have to worry about my husband when he says he's going to take a bath. I enjoy it too. I have arthritis and sometimes I can lie in there for a while with the pulsating water. It really helps my arthritis.

I was looking at walk-in tubs and I wanted something American made with American made parts. That was why I chose American Standard. Working with them, from the salesperson to the installation, was wonderful. Everybody was very knowledgeable and they answered my questions. We've been very pleased with the product. We have the Liberation and I like everything about it such as the ease of getting in and out. I have MS so I have some mobility issues. My husband as well has some mobility issues and COPD. It was important for us to be able to have ease of getting in and out of the shower. The only concern I have is how to clean it. That information was not readily available to us so I had to go online to look it up. That should be information that should have been handed to the person. That would be helpful if that would be given to the customer at the time that they install the product.

I love American Standard. Their policy is wonderful. Their guarantee is unreal. We just decided that even though it was a little more, it was a better deal. The first person that called us set up a date for someone to come out and talk to us and take measurements. He is one of the nicest gentlemen you'd ever wanna meet. We just sat and carried on a conversation like we'd known him for years. My son went with him back there when he measured the space for the tub. We really enjoyed his visit and the information that he gave to us.
The video that he showed us was so self-explanatory. We decided to order it that day, and they set up a date for it to be installed. It took them two days to install it. They did a beautiful job. I like everything about my tub. If I'm in a hurry, I can take a quick shower. If I've got plenty of time, I love soaking in the tub and the jets and everything in it. I can sit in the tub and wash my hair. It's been a miracle for me. My problem was I could not step in the tub and get in it, and I have a chance of falling. I have a walk-in shower, but by the time I get through taking a bath in it, I feel like I've run a marathon. It tires me out. With my American Standard tub, it is a relaxing bath.

My husband wanted American Standard, but I thought it was too expensive and they couldn’t give me the glass door. I had to go someplace else to get the glass door. The measurements that they told me were there were not the measurements that were there according to the glass installation. So, there were two different sizes there, and it made a lot of problems for me. Other than that, the installation went well.

We looked around at a couple of different options, and American Standard’s price was the best that worked for us. We got the second-tier tub. It had an electric drain. It keeps the water warm. It has some lights. It has some jets by the feet, by the back, and a wide enough door. I was concerned but the installers were able to put a door on the correct side that it needed it to be. It is a nice tub. The installers came pretty much on time. They checked it. They took off the door. They had to change over the faucet to the other side of the bathroom. I wasn't there most of the day. My mother was and she said they were really nice. They explained everything.
The only thing was like two weeks later, the electric drain stopped working, and the water, for some reason, is not staying hot and the lights were not doing what they are supposed to. My mother called up to get someone to come down to check the electric because the drain’s not working, and she can’t sit in the water for five minutes while it drains. It's been a couple of days, and as of today, we haven’t heard back about anyone coming down or fixing it. That's a little disappointing.

We have a couple of American Standard products in our own home and I've always been pleased. I liked the salesperson that presented us all of the information. He was very thorough. My parents are elderly and they were mostly concerned with it being done in one day and not being all torn up. The salesperson looked the place and the situation over well, explained very well what my parents could expect and that was how it occurred. They were happy. It's taking them a gradual time to use the tub to hit its full potential. They're learning along the way but the tub is meeting all of their needs.

We've used American Standard products before a lot. We've remodeled houses and used the American Standard fixtures. We got the tub for Jim. We were gonna do a shower, but we switched to the tub because it's a much safer option. Plus, it cuts down on the pain meds he needs because he can get in there and do the whole cycle thing with the jets, and then he can go all night without any pain meds at all, which is helpful. So far, the tub functions as it should. It's certainly an enjoyable and relaxing deal. It's got a lifetime guarantee, too, and the guys that came to install it were very professional and courteous. They did a really nice job.

The American Standard reps were top-notch. They answered all of our questions. The installers showed up on time and worked right through lunch and got it all done. When something was going on, they would tell us what they were doing and how long they figured it would take. So, we were in the loop the entire time. They even added some trim across the bottom because my wife said, "The bottom kind of shows." They said that's basically the way it goes but they said, "I'll put another piece of trim in front of that."
Our new walk-in tub is easily accessible. There are safety handles and several things that you can reach at the same time, and they're anchored very securely. The only thing is they said that we might have to get a new hot water heater just to get enough hot water to run the thing. Our hot water heater was like 30 years old. So, a third of the bottom was probably filled with sediment, and it turned out to be that way. The first time we used it, the water wasn't cold but it was kind of tepid. So, we got a hot water heater installed in a day and now it's good. They did give us a heads up on that and we got a $500 thing.
The tub empties fast. When you fill it, you can turn on the different segments at different times as they fill. So, you can be soaking your legs when it gets up that high and then turn on the back ones and the side ones when it gets up. You don't have to just sit there for the 10 minutes that it takes to fill it. Ours emptied in less than two minutes.

We liked what the American Standard salesman had to say and we bought the tub. The salesman was excellent. The installers were a team of three people. I was surprised they were able to do it in one day for the amount of stuff they did. They were very efficient. They cleaned up whenever construction gets dirty, and everything came out really nice.

We had an American Standard shower system installed. The installation was flawless. The techs knew what they were doing. They did whatever they had to do. If they thought I needed some extra, they asked me about it and took care of it. Everything is first class - the rails, the sides, the faucets and the shower. I wouldn't have any other things.

American Standard's presentation was the best. The guy that did the presentation knew the facts. He was very helpful in giving me everything that I needed done. The installation was quicker than I thought it would be. They came early and before 1:00, they were finished. I like sitting in the tub and turning the jets. The lights soothe me too. I also don’t have to worry about falling.

We were gonna have a new shower put in but the walk-in tub was a better option. American Standard had the best warranties and guarantees. Other companies said we had a warranty for two, three years for this and that but American Standard said they were warrantying everything for life of the tub. The installers left the bathroom cleaner than when they found it. I like that I can sit in the tub with the bubbles and the jets going. There's a knob on the right-hand side of the tub which is below the grab handle and that adjusts the flow of air between the jets. However, it’s in a very inconvenient place. If they could move it up top someplace, that would be a lot better for everybody.

I was dealing with a problem in the electrical system. I had a fuse box that was needed to be upgraded. We had to deal first with the electricians and get a date, which they kept changing. Then I had to deal with the man from American Standard who was very accommodating to keep up with the electricians. The installer and his assistant were excellent. I was very pleased with them. They got here when they said they would and it went well. There were challenges getting it programmed though. That had to be changed several times. They also found something wrong with the new electrical system. The next day, the electricians came back and that got resolved. In moving the old tub out and moving the other tub in, the installers had to remove was some of the wood around the door. There had been a gouge in the wall that they repaired. But they couldn't paint, so I'm going to have to get that wall repainted. It would have been nice if they had mentioned it to me.
I'm using the tub and enjoying it very much. I'm glad I have it and I would recommend it. I love the bubbles and the jets. They seem to work very well. It drains very quickly too. However, it's a little slipperier than I expected. I bought a couple of new bath mats that are rubber, so they don't slip at all. It also has a shower attachment so that I could wash my hair. However, the pressure of the new tub is low.

The place wasn't that clean when the installers went in there but they had left locks, chips and nails on the floor. American Standard called me after they installed who I recommended and told me if I recommend someone, I'd get a $500 incentive. But I didn't get that yet because they installed hers before they did mine.

When the man from American Standard came in and talked to us, he went through the house to see what was going to be to get the tub in and all that went through. The bathroom is in our bedroom. So they went through there and on into the bathroom to see how everything was located and what needed to be done. He told us that our bathroom door was too small and that it was gonna have to be enlarged to get the tub in, which was no big deal to us. But he came back out and said, "Now we're fixing to unload the tub and put it on the porch and let you look at it and get in it and see if you like it, how well you can get in and out of it."
They got the tub unloaded so I went out there and got in. But I had a little difficulty getting in and I had trouble getting up because of my ability with my ankle, to bend and work with it like I needed to. He said, "I knew that when I saw you getting in it. I knew you was gonna have a problem there.” It would have been better if it had been set up because I would have had the bar to hold to when I'm getting in. But because it was not completely installed, I didn't have that to help me. But he told me that I would do better with another tub. He said they have one that opens to the outside and that I could actually just back up and sit down and swing my feet around and be in the tub without the step up. So they boxed up the first tub and went back and told what had happened to put in an order for the other tub.
I am very happy with everything about the tub. The men that worked on it were great. They were like friends that you had known all your life. They were so friendly and nice. The only thing that I was not happy with was that we did not get a receipt for the purchase of the tub. The bank has cleared the check but you usually get a receipt for purchases. To keep with all my other stuff, I would love to have a receipt.

American Standard 's rep started off with a lie, but we ended up okay. The only thing I don’t like about the tub is unless the water is running, the showerhead does not work. But I like the jets and the warranty.

We needed a new bathroom and I wanted somebody who would warranty their work. I saw American Standard's warranty. I had a great salesperson. The only thing we wish we would have done would have probably gotten a door that could be opened from both ways.

We were looking into remodeling our small bath into a shower and my mother happened to mention American Standard. We got in contact with them and when we talked to them, we felt very at ease with everything that was told to us. We liked what we saw, signed the contract, and loved the guy that installed the shower. He did a real good job and did the work in two days. We've been very pleased and happy with our shower. The quality is excellent. I love the rain showerhead and I enjoy that every time we take a shower. I like that we can clean down the shower whenever we get a chance. Overall, everything done has been excellent.

Our daughter was visiting and was looking for us to buy a walk-in tub. She looked at American Standard and everything was made in the USA. It was a quality product. We had a rep that was very upbeat, positive, and congenial. We had two installation day. The salesman measured wrong so the wrong tub was sent out the first day. We had to wait another couple of weeks before we could get the right-sized tub. The tub was installed and the fellows that did it were very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and they really didn't interrupt the family routine. They did a very professional job. The tub is easy to get in and out of. The controls are very user-friendly and the tub has all the features that are needed to get a very soothing bath. It also does not require cleanup to an extent. We just wipe it down. Go for American Standard.

I liked the customer service of American Standard. I called and they called me back very quickly. They came and did a presentation. That was excellent. The installers guided us through each step they were taking and everything went well. The tub is exactly what I wanted. It's nice and I can sit down and my complete body is immersed in water and the jets. I love the tub and I'm glad that we got it.

I needed to replace my tub and wanted to do it the right way so that instead of stepping into a tub, I just walk into it. I now have American Standard's shower and I love it. My sles rep was very nice and courteous. He walked me through all the steps that the process would take. He told me all that was going on, what it would entail, and that it could probably be done in a day. I have an old house with a small bathroom with a cast iron tub. He was telling me that that one had to be cut out. He said that a person will come out and will be able to tell me exactly what he’s going to do and what it will entail. The sales rep also helped me and he showed me the different samples of the tiles.
On installation day, a young man came and he was very nice and business-like. He told me what was going on and all that would be taking place. He told me I would need to get a plumber out here to clean my drain. He wanted to know if I wanted to go ahead and install the shower or wait. I said, “If the guy can clean out that drain without messing up my shower, I’d rather go ahead and get it installed today." He called somebody and they said, “Nobody should have to tear up anything when they just take a roto-rooter down the drain." We went ahead with that. The guy walked me through some of the steps. When he finished one area, he would show it to me.
I’ve always liked American Standard. I loved the work they did. The shower is easy to get to, easy to turn on, and easy to get out of. I don’t have to worry about stepping over something nor do I have to worry about walking into something. When you have MS, you don’t know what you’re gonna do most of the time. The guy put in a new handrail for me. It’s very convenient and beautiful how everything in the area is. I’m just really happy with it. The only thing was I was hurt that the guy couldn’t do my other bathroom because it doesn’t have a tub or a shower in it. Other than that, I thank American Standard for having such a good company, good qualified people all over the place.

American Standard's rep explained how it would be done. He was nice. The walk-in shower was scheduled to be installed on the 22nd of June. But they didn't make it because one of the guys had an accident and he was over at the hospital. He called and explained to me what was going on. And he said he would call me back and let me know if they would be able to make it on that day. I figured they wouldn’t because I know how the hospitals are. So, he called me back later on that day and said he wouldn't make it and asked me if it would be all right for them to come the next day. I told him it would be fine. I understand accidents happen. He told me he would be here the next day by 8 o’clock. And when I looked up, he was out at 15 minutes to 8:00. He did the biggest of it that Thursday. He came back that Friday morning and finished everything. My mom and I are enjoying the tub.

I was looking at Kohler and American Standard. I went with the latter as I liked the composition of the material better. The salesman was very helpful and informative with all of our questions and the installers were very good. I thought the installation was gonna take at least two days but they had the job done really fast and I was surprised. They cleaned up after themselves and they were very respectful of our home, considering they had to go through a wall to get to where they needed to put the walk-in tub in. The tub has been a good thing for us and our daughter who is having some physical issues. It's just we still haven't figured out which way to turn the jets to get them to be on and off.

I'm 78 years old, and I need a bar at the beginning of the shower to get in. But American Standard got the bar way across. It's in my way. I have to reach across to get it, scared I'm gonna fall. I don't stand up to try to do the shower. I would like to walk in, sit down so I could sit down. Also, I cannot reach the soap if it's up there. The shelf is too high. When I'm sitting down the shower, I don't have anywhere to put the soap but on the floor.
I have been calling American Standard for going on four weeks. I even called the guy that came by to introduce us to the shower with them. Plus, I didn't get the bidet, because I don't need it. So, they owe me 500 and something dollars back. I haven't heard anything from that. My husband asked me yesterday, "When are those people supposed to come back and do this?" "I don't know. I've been calling them." The last time I called, I said, "I hope y'all are not upset with me because I keep calling." They claimed they couldn't find the guy that is supposed to come and do it. But I'm tired of waiting.
I was gonna send in two payments, and they told me don't send any more. They told me I've had the other ones that I've sent that one in after the 18th. But I've sent the first payment in, because I don't get paid on the 1st. In order for it to get done on the 2nd. Because my due date is on the 7th of the month. So, I have five days period of time in order to get it in. I'm very upset. I do not like what's going on at all. The next thing I was thinking about was a lawyer. Don't mess with American Standard. They ain't gonna do you right.

I was getting quotes from several different companies and I liked what American Standard had to offer the best. My rep was very nice and knowledgeable. He helped me out with my selections and I was very pleased with that. Two gentlemen came out for the installation and they did a very good job. I'm very happy with the products. It's what I wanted and everything works. The installer put in some extra things such as supports that were needed that I hadn't thought about. It's solid.

American Standard's rep was nice, very informative and professional. Sat down and talked to us for a long time about the disabilities that I have, how it works as far as all the information about the tub, and how it’s processed and put in. And helped us to say, “Yeah, this is something that we need.” But the installers weren’t able to get it in the day they were supposed to. Something happened to the paperwork, so I had to wait an extra month.
But the day that it was installed, they came out, had it planned. And there were three of them. First, they looked at the electrical box, and they started tearing everything down in the bathroom, and put in the new tub. They had me look at it first and get in it before they brought it in the house to make sure I fit in it and I was comfortable. It’s a beautiful tub. I like the fact that it gives me better circulation, and it's easy to clean. I just wish that it was a bit wider. Because when I turn all my jets on, the water seems to come up on the back of it and gets the sides really wet. Other than that, I’m very happy with it.

I scheduled an appointment, American Standard's salesperson came to my home and did a presentation for me. He did a PowerPoint presentation. He showed me all the features of the tub, left me some brochures, and gave me pricing. It was longer than I expected. But the installation went smoothly. I built a new house, so we just had the area roughed in for plumbing. They came in and installed the tub, and finished off that bathroom area. The tub works as expected.

I knew American Standard was good. I knew they would stand behind their work versus someone else that wouldn't stand if I don't know. So I went with the name and the company and knew it wouldn't be closed next year, because it has been around for eons. And they make good product too. The installation took two days, which was fine. I felt bad for the guys, because it was 500 degrees outside. And it was a second floor installation. But besides that, they worked hard. They knew what they were doing. They were also friendly and outgoing. I was pleased with their work. The tub looks very nice. I'm looking forward to going in, sitting and relaxing and use it instead of taking a shower, because I know the jets will be quite relaxing.

I reached out to several companies and got several estimates. American Standard was the only company that talked about a good circulation for diabetics. I love the tub. It's so relaxing when it bubbles me. I turn them jets on and I'm very relaxed. I’d recommend American Standard over any of the others.

The rep gave us the promotional package, which things were fixed in that. But he did good. We are satisfied with the tub. But we would like to have more of a choice on the commode or bidet. We're gonna change them. They function and work. They're just not perfect. Other than that, the installers were professional and took care of things well. I’m satisfied with what they have done.

The installation was quick, easy, and clean. I like the quality and the way that I can adjust the temperature of water. And I don't have to fool with it from one day to the next. It has been a lot easier in getting in and out of a tub. This was nice. I can walk in and walk out. I'm very happy with it.

The rep was well-versed in the knowledge. We were disappointed in the fact that we paid him cash on the spot, and it still took him two weeks. Because he said that we would have the bathtub in June 20th, and he did not submit paperwork, so that we got the tub in July. American Standard said they did not get the funds for two weeks. So, it delayed us a month. But the tub looks and works great. The seat and the handheld is great for my husband. I am wondering, how come there's a rail behind the toilet up against the wall because it doesn't help. It would have been great to have it on the side that we go in, which would be the right side, not the left side, hidden behind the curtain that you don't know is there. Other than that, I would recommend American Standard.
