Sales rep and installer great to work with! Installer made sure of perfect fit. They both were very courteous as not to disturb my ailing husband. The shades look very nice and great fit. I’m glad I chose to add covering the French door.

Extremely dissatisfied with product. Not was expected quality and installation. Want Valance removed asap with refund!!! Never again!!!’ The workmanship quality sucks. Cheap material. Overpriced. Looks like **. Will never use your company again. Very disappointed. Installer not experienced. ** job.

Everyone was great that I dealt with. Especially Karen the designer. The best! So warm and welcoming and really listened to my thoughts and concerns. The person who measured was very professional and on time. The installer was also professional, on time and cleaned up after.

Very pleased with my 3 Day Blinds. Look so much better than the "outdated" verticals. Have had may compliments on them. Consultation to installation was very professional. They were prompt and the installer was very meticulous and removed all my old blinds. Excellent service.

Was worried because connecting the app was not the smoothest experience. Once everything got hooked up though it’s been great. Good blinds, long lasting battery, no regrets getting it motorized. Friendly and nice people working there.

My experience with 3 Day blinds was very positive. The installer (Jesse) was very able and efficient. He was respectful, paid attention to details, and did his work with minimal disruption to my home routine. My only complaint was that the price I paid was much, much higher than what my neighbors paid for similar products.

Excellent service and excellent product. Price was better than competitors. Would recommend 3 Day Blinds to anyone. Representative who came to sell the product was very thorough and the installer was equally good. I tried 2 other companies first and am happy with my choice.

We had a great experience! Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. The timeline was short and right in line with what we were told (actually a bit early!). The installation was easy and they were super communicative and professional. We love our blinds and will definitely be a repeat customer!

I was very pleased with Lorena **. The installation was as promised & the installer was very nice. The blinds were a replacement for some I had in a bedroom & my master bath. I went with wood in the bedroom; faux wood for the bathroom (Used those because of humidity); and Honeycomb shade for a kitchen door.

This order was an addition to an entire house full of blinds. We added coverage for a patio door to match the others in the room. The look is beautiful. The service, was professional and superior. The sales agent was very helpful and the installer amazing.

Unprofessional installer. Rayline installation has been very difficult to communicate with. Poor support during installation process by Rayline and 3 Day Blinds. Reached out to CS and sales manager and district manager with no support. Shades are uneven and 3 Day blinds has been negligent on returning any calls or emails.

I had 25% off on each blind with 3 Day Blinds which I was very pleased with. I also like their selection. The rep was very good. We talked about the colors and what type of a blind that I might be interested in. Then she showed me what she had. I decided on the color and option. She started taking measurements then we scheduled for the installation. It was one man that came out and he did all three windows in no time.
I had a bay window, a sliding glass door, and a picture window. For the bay window, I got a blind that has vertical slats, and it can completely open up in the middle and go out or you can just pull the cord and it will open a vertical blind. It's the same type of blind that I put on the sliding glass door and on the picture window. On the sliding glass door, I can pull the cord to open it from left to right. But on the bay window, they open in the middle like a set of draperies. It's the same option on the picture window. That was one thing that I liked about it because I could open it in the middle just like I had. The overall quality is excellent. I love the color. I can let the light in. I can close them at night. I've got the privacy. I'm happy with them. My rep also sent me a beautiful thank you note which was awesome.

Working with their reps was great. I contacted their rep on. Saturday and somebody was at my house on Monday. The rep helped me pick blinds and measure. The tech measured again and the blinds were installed within four weeks. The installation was great. But there is a problem with one blind and it still hasn't been resolved. Other than that, use 3 Day Blinds. It's affordable, quick and easy.
I see that our Customer Care team has addressed these concerns. and the order is estimated to ship to the installer on 4/3/23 Thank you for your patience, and for allowing 3 Day Blinds a chance to address this matter.

The 3 Day Blinds salesman was very good. He did a great job of explaining and he wasn't pushy. We had seven units installed, all our downstairs and then a wider one upstairs, a double window size. They are textured cassettes and they're the push-up, pull-down ones. The installation went well both times. The first tech that came was new to the job, but still did a great job. The cassette had some wrinkles in them, so he took pictures and communicated it. But that was the last we heard about it. I called 3 Day Blinds and they said, "Your replacement is already on the way." Then, the next technician texted and said, "I'm available." Came by and knocked it out in 20 minutes. Just did an awesome job. I will recommend 3 Day Blinds. We're happy with the product but they should have better communication on what they were doing in the background.

The 3 Day Blinds rep helped me pick out colors, fabrics and designs. The installation was great. Both the installers were great and they were much faster than I had expected. They did a beautiful job. I like the quality of the product. But I wish the curtain rod was a little bit longer, so that when you open them, you see the whole window. Right now, when you open them, they cover the window by a couple of inches on either side. I thought that that's what I was getting and I didn't, but it's okay.

The installation was very efficient. The gentleman went through everything with me and asked me if I had any questions. So far, I like the blinds. Also, I am quite impressed with 3 Day Blinds' warranty. It's several years. If things break, they come and fix it for you. If you're not satisfied at all, they respond. That makes a difference. I was very satisfied with the experience and I've already recommended 3 Day Blinds to a friend.

I had a design consultant and our interaction was good. She showed me what I wanted and the colors. I got the bottom up, top down blinds in the the color that matched my windows, because I had new windows, and I didn't have a problem at all with installation. The installers vacuumed as well. The blinds are great. They look very nice. Overall, I like 3 Day Blinds and I'd recommend them. The lady across the street had these kinds of blinds before. She asked me where I got them and I told her.

The rep from 3 Day Blinds was thorough and had examples, and gave us some ideas and her thoughts from a designer perspective. We got curtains. The quality is really good. They look very high-end, but they're very expensive, and they should be. They were the most expensive curtains I've ever had in my life. We got them for blackout. The rods could be hung differently to make it a little bit more black out on the edges, but I haven't had a chance to get in touch with them about that.

Their rep John was awesome about looking at my options and telling me about different products. He came up with something totally different than what I had in mind. I'm so glad he did because it was much better. The techs were on time and the installation was incredibly fast. I've told a couple of people that the blinds are wonderful and I'm so glad I did it. Everybody is surprised about how much money it cost. Everything these days is much more expensive than what you think you're gonna end up paying. But that's just the nature of the beast. I was completely satisfied with how things worked. It was better than expected.

I had a very good experience with 3 Day Blinds. The woman who came to my house was terrific. She explained everything well and she was why I chose them. I was impressed with her professionalism and knowledge about the product, and she was not pushy at all. I got the blinds with the remote control and the installation process was fantastic. I like the product and my experience with the 3 Day Blinds rep was good. I'm to the point, so I just told him what I wanted. He had suggestions, but I knew what I wanted. When the blinds were put up, the installer seemed to know what he was doing and there was no problem. But it was mismeasured, so he had to come back out. All in all, I would recommend them.

Never got a tech to come back with the valance cover. It was too short and did not fit correctly. I tried to contact the service and no one ever called back. I love all of my blinds that cover all my windows. First order was great, this last order not so good.

We purchased 3 window shades from 3 Day Blinds back in June, 2006. They have been beautiful and continued to work flawlessly until one little part on one broke this year. Thinking that that 17 years was pretty good anyway, but we wanted to try to repair it. We contacted them for a replacement part. Since there were none, they agreed to a full and FREE replacement of the entire shade!! Thanks goes to their warranty service department and especially the local representative who came out to evaluate our situation and make a recommendation for the replacement shade. They even had a professional installer come out and install the new shade. We have never had a lifetime warranty honored so professionally at anytime before!

We used 3 Day Blinds once before when we first moved in. I contacted the designer directly again because I was happy with the first time that they came. We ended up getting the shades that you could pull from the top or from the bottom for the whole front of my house. It was great when the rep came in. She measured everything. We discussed some of the designs and options that I had and worked up the price for me. It was easy. The installation was great too. I have a no-shoe policy because I have children crawling around. They came in right away and they said they'd put booties on and they were very respectful and cleaned up everything. It was very quick and easy too. They were only here for 45 minutes. I love the quality of the product. We're very happy with what we got so far.

Everything went fine with the consult. And I asked that it be moved up because I would have a party. Because the installation date was far out from the signing on the dotted line. The 3 Day Blinds designer was able to handle that for me, which I appreciated. And the installer was great. He was not here 15 minutes, he had it down. But it was an easy installation. It was one window, one shade. All in all, very good.

I'm very happy with 3 Day Blinds. The design consultant knew her business. She was very personable, professional and friendly. She did her job in an excellent fashion. The tech that came out to install the blinds was very good. He was in and out of here in a little over an hour. He cleaned up well, took our old blinds out, and disposed of them somehow. The quality of the product is excellent too.

The design consultant from 3 Day Blinds was 100% wonderful. I've got her card. When we do some more, we're gonna call her back. We had a huge window in the bathroom on the other side of a big tub, and I've had to crawl into the tub to open and close it every day. So, we got the honeycomb with a remote control so I could just hit a button and open and close it. Also in the dining room, we got Roman shades. Overall, 3 Day Blinds is really good.

I like the sales rep a lot. I called him personally to make an appointment. He was the design consultant as well because I knew what I wanted. I've had 3 Day Blinds within a couple of months of each other and the installation was very smooth both times. It went great. Both installers were very polite and easy to work with. I like the quality of the blinds and that they’re electric because they’re very big. I've recommended 3 Day Blinds before, and I would do so again.

I'm very happy with 3 Day Blinds. They were able to get to me fast. Kevin was a good dude. We did it in stages. We did one room then he came back and measured another room. He made three different trips to the house. The installers showed up when they said they were gonna show up. The first one, it was two blinds so the guy was done in 15 minutes. The second one, we did the rest of the windows. They were done in 90 minutes. All the way around, it was a very good experience. They did not leave a mess and took everything with them. The only thing is 3 Day Blinds was a little bit pricier than some of competitors. But with other places, it would have been three to four weeks, where this was ordered and in and done in 10 days.

3 Day Blinds was more responsive. I had reached out to another company that kept cancelling. And I wanted to get more than one quote. But 3 Day Blinds was the one that got back to me, kept their appointment, and did the right thing. The designer that came was very helpful and friendly. He was honest when I would pick things out. And he would put the color up against the wall. And he was, "That's not gonna work." He didn't just go along with me with what I wanted to make the sale.
Installation was a crazy day because we had a lot of people there. But they managed to work around the other people that were there installing things, got everything up quickly. There were a couple of places that they missed. Because we were just moving in and they couldn't get to those places. But for the most part, they cleaned up behind themselves. And they too were very friendly. It was an older gentleman and a young man. They were nice about everything. Go with 3 Day Blinds.

Working with them was very good. But they don't have a shop to go to to look at things. I have to do everything by way of the salesperson coming out with what to choose from out of a catalog. Other than that, we're satisfied with the blinds we got for a bedroom. The quality is fine and everything is good. Deal with them. You won't be disappointed.

I would recommend them to a friend! I was treated with courtesy and good humor. Everything was explained clearly. The installer was very quick and showed me how to use the remote. Absolutely love these blinds. I have a cat and I always thought that I didn't dare have blinds, but these are terrific and my cat has left them alone. Just what I was hoping for.

Michael and his partner did a fabulous job as did Elisa. There was a little confusion and somehow my order was canceled. The issue was fixed, and my shades work great. I was missing a motor though. Denise did a superb job measuring and answered my questions. Jerry was an efficient installer. The "Chardonnay" honeycombed blinds look great and are such an improvement over what the house had. It's quite the expense, so I appreciate that the shades will last a long time.

Exceptional quality, work very well. So nice to just pick up the remote and close the blinds. Our cat loves when we raise the blinds, she knows by the sound, then she can get up in the windowsill and look out.

The only person I’ve been able to count on is the sales person. I had three discussions with 3 different customer managers and the first said she would call back with an answer to my issue. She never called back. The 2nd put me on hold to talk to her manager. After 40 min on hold, she never came back so I hung up. And the third manager hung up on me. Worst post sales customer service experience of any furniture or home hood vendor. Also, I continue to get emails to rate customer service. Please stop sending.

The entire process was excellent. The initial visit was easily scheduled and occurred in a timely manner. I already had motorized shades installed earlier in February, but decided to add the hub so that we could control the shades by the app. The installer came back, installed the hub and helped me set up the scenes and timer. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and we love having our shades on timers so that we don't have to individually raise and lower every one of them. Thanks so much!

When the consultant came, I was impressed by her. She was outstanding. I like her selling technique. Everything that she told me was true. I had had blinds and shutters made at Home Depot. Some of the things she was telling me about other companies was their blinds start sagging and drooping, and I had experienced that. 3 Day Blinds was a lot more expensive than what I had anticipated, but I wanted top quality, and I am very satisfied with the quality of the blinds and the shutters. I just ordered four more windows to be done for four more shutters.

The 3 Day Blinds rep was professional. She gave me lots of choices. She even brought back some fabrics to my house because I wasn't sure about the color. And mailed me a few more. I got a lot of good ideas for what to do. Everything was explained to me properly and all of my choices were laid out. I was stressed out about it, but it ended up being not a big deal. It was super easy and I didn't have to do anything. The person was very professional and finished it fast. So, it was a good experience. One of the colors that I picked for my shades was back-ordered. The 3 Day Blinds rep let me know halfway through that. So, I switched to a different one so I could keep my initial installation date. I'm happy with my blinds because mine were broken for a long time. It's just nice to have working blinds. And every time I see them, I feel good. I talk about my blinds too much to people.

I had 4 windows in my house measured for blinds by 3 Day Blinds. They installed them in December 2022 and three out of the four blinds were incorrect. We've been waiting over two months for the replacements but customer service keeps giving us the run around. Find another vendor as 3 Day Blinds is disreputable.

When I called 3 Day Blinds, their rep said that somebody could come out Saturday, which was in two days. Then, the girl who came out was wonderful. She told me that the delivery would take three days and I told her that I didn't care if it took longer. Then, the installers were here in three days, for eight windows, and they were all different. So I was totally impressed. The installation people were great and they had them all up in less than an hour. There were two men and one of them hauled all the stuff in while the other started putting the stuff up. It was very easy and they got the tons of boxes, the wrapping, and all the plastic out of here. Everything about my experience was amazingly wonderful and I'd tell others to go do it with 3 Day Blinds.

I saw 3 Day Blinds so I checked it out. I put in a call and they set the appointment up and I got messages. We got calls as a reminder that they were going to be here so it was great. My design rep was fantastic and helped us pick the color that looked best in our house compared to what we had and what we were looking for. She had plenty of samples to choose from. She didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't need.
A gentleman got here in the afternoon for the installation and it took him about an hour and a half. He was a tall, lanky guy with long arms so it was easy for some of them. But it was difficult for him to manage them sometimes. I figured it would have been nice if he had another person with him. Other than that, he did a good job. The blinds are nice and we like them a lot. It was white with a texture on it.

We called, and 3 Day Blinds set up an appointment to come out within two days. The guy came in to talk with us, and he was very nice and looked at what we had. He told us what he thought would work with what we told him we wanted, then he measured the windows and presented us with the total. We said, "We're gonna do it, just write it up." We did the mini, one-inch, alabaster fall blinds for every window in the house, except one, and the installation went so quick. I've never seen anybody work so efficient as the installer did.
The reps were friendly and we love the product. The blinds are exactly what we wanted, and it was the best upgrade we ever did. We can open the window, see outside and still have privacy. We had those cloth ones where you either pull them down or push them all the way up, and they were always breaking. Also, the alabaster fall blinds brighten up the room a bit, and even closed, our room seems brighter. The other ones were dark. We referred 3 Day Blinds to somebody, and they bought blinds for their whole house too. They're gonna be installed next Monday, and they're very pleased.

We worked with Krystal at 3 Day Blinds and she was very good. For the installation, we requested for a guy named Joe since we were told about him and he was the guy who came out and did all the installation. He did it very quickly. The second set of blinds was done by a different guy, but he was equally knowledgeable and quick. Nothing that we had put in was really complicated for them. We're very satisfied with our blinds and we've not had any issues. But I'm concerned with the motor one. We open it every day and that's what we should be able to do. But it seems like the battery doesn't last as long as what I expected because we already have had to charge it once.

The rep was great and everything was very professional with the installer. He knocked the job out in record time. With the Mylar hexagon shade, the room holds in heat better and I don't have a bar of light going across my TV anymore. If I'm gonna be watching TV during the day, I don't have to worry about that. They advertise 3 Day Blinds. I could barely go to the bank and cash a check in three days. But the salesperson came out right away. She even had a mini version of the electric blinds to show how they worked. I ordered them. And she said it would take three weeks. 3 Day Blinds told me the blinds would be delivered. And I had to make an arrangement to have somebody come out and put them in. They called me and it was from the warehouse. They said, "We have them. We can come right out and put them up." They came out the next day and put them up. So, the whole process was efficient. I was concerned when I first saw them and the electric blinds. I thought it would be some big motor and some bulky thing. But they're so thin, you could barely see them. And that was perfect. That's what I wanted. I have already shown my blinds off to my daughter and friends and highly recommend it.
I have a big window, 120 inches wide on my living room, and I don't like drapes. I tore them down. But being winter here in Chicago, a lot of cold came in. I bought the blinds so I could put them down during the periods of cold and heat to insulate the place, and that has worked out great. It saves some money, because I have a big heating and air conditioning bill.

I got the honeycomb shade from 3 Day Blinds and I love them. The coverings that we had here before were drapes and the ones in the living room were a Roman shade kind of thing. They looked horrible when they were down and they didn't really block out much of anything. We live on a corner, so at night time when cars drive by, it's like living in a fishbowl and I hated that. So, we wanted something to cover it and we went with honeycomb blinds. They have the lift thing and there are no strings. These are a good option if we want to be able to see outside but we don't want people to see us, so we can put the top down if the sun goes down and still enjoy movies on TV and not have my neighbors wave at us.
The installer was great as well. He was fast and efficient. He explained everything to me and was in and out in an hour. I didn't have a whole lot of questions, but he answered all of them. He took away all of my old stuff, which was even more helpful because we had these giant wooden cornices. The blinds are was way more expensive than I was expecting because we knew we wanted to replace what we had before, so we've kind of been looking periodically. If it was not a sale, we could not afford it. But I'm a wheelchair user, so getting out to stores to pick things out is difficult for me, and we figured the extra money that we were spending on the blinds was for the convenience of a guy coming to our house, showing us all the stuff, taking the measurements, and doing everything.
I was also very impressed with how both Alejandro, who was the guy who sold it to us, and then Jermaine, who was the guy who did the installation, were both lovely. I don't know if they've dealt with people in wheelchairs before. If they haven't, it didn't show. And I appreciated all of the kindness that they included in their interactions with me.

He was very quick to install. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. I love the quality of the blinds. I loved that Chad walked through with me the design and how it would match the room or go with things that we might change out like the paint or even furniture. My husband has trouble sleeping, so we were definitely looking for the best options to help with sleep, like blackout blinds and options to go with that. He recommended different options. But mostly, I was impressed by the fact that she answered my questions, but she really had a depth of knowledge about the product. Michael was great. He didn't overstep any boundaries at all. I purchased roller shades and also plantation shutters from 3 Day Blinds. The rep was great. She was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in picking out things. The first installation was great. The shades were great. The plantation shutters were good. We were waiting on another set of plantation shutters, and there was a little communication problem there. Someone was supposed to come out for installation but they never showed up.
I called Lisa, the person that was scheduling, and she said he was supposed to be there. I said, “Nobody showed up and nobody called.” She contacted him and he said he was running very behind. He was still on his first appointment of the day and we were in the middle of the day, and no communication as far as calling and letting us know that he wasn't gonna be able to make it or was gonna be late. So that was a little bit of a frustration.
We had to reschedule it, and then, that was putting another inconvenience under our schedule. But everything that they installed was great. I love everything. The installer was also excellent. Very cautious about laying things down, taking his shoes off, putting other shoes on, and cleaning up after himself, and very polite and knowledgeable about everything.

I wish I would've gone to another company. I signed up on November the 11th for my verticals and for some shutters. My verticals came in, and the guy that put them in was absolutely wonderful. He showed me how to work it easily and I was doing it wrong and he came in, did his work, and was very professional. He answered all my questions and helped me understand how to open the curtains. I was under the assumption that my shutters would take a longer time. In January, I thought I'd call and find out what was happening with them. Nobody had my order number and nobody knew what I was talking about. I was on the phone on hold each time for over a half hour, never got ahold of a person, and never could talk to anybody. Finally, I did, and they said, "Get in touch with the person that wrote you up."
By that time, I was really hot under the collar and the rep did hang up on me. I don't blame her. I was really upset because I paid $833 and change for them to make it and nobody knew anything about my order. She called me back and said, "Oh, it's in progress. It was in progress November the 11th." It couldn't have been in progress November the 11th because that's when I signed up and nobody came to measure it for another week. So, I know that was not the truth. I said, "I want my money back." I was really upset. I just kept calling number after number and kept getting on hold.
If you buy anything from 3 Day Blinds, don't expect to talk to a person. She finally called me back and said, "It's coming in February, the first week or the second week in February." The same day, I got a call back saying my shutters were ready and I was asked when could they deliver them. They're coming tomorrow to put them in. Right now, I don't think I would ever go back to 3 Day Blinds. I had too much stress and my blood pressure went up. I'm calmed down somewhat now, but they said that they're coming tomorrow to put them in.

I scheduled an in-home estimate with three different companies. When I met Lauren, the sales representative of 3 Day Blinds, I really liked her. That's what made me make my decision to go with them. They had a promotion going on as well. I found the product I wanted almost immediately. The installation was seamless. There was nothing for me to do except open the front door and let the technician in. He was absolutely a professional. He had complete instructions and he knew what rooms he would find which windows. Once I pointed him to the rooms, it was almost like he wasn't there. He did his job, he cleaned up behind himself, and it was perfect. Everybody has been extremely professional. The product is great and I love them. It has certainly added to our home and I am 100% satisfied. I recommend 3 Day Blind's service.

I got the blinds with a remote control which is up really high and we can't get to it. It's high quality and I love it. Ordering it from 3 Day Blinds went really well and the installers were super. They were very courteous to my house because it's a brand-new house. I would tell others to give 3 Day Blinds a shot. We had another company come out before them and we had them give us an estimate on all the blinds. They were at $4,000 for the same blinds that we got from 3 Day Blinds and I was almost dropped to the floor since we got that from 3 Day Blinds at $1,000.

I had new blinds put up in my living room. There are 7 windows and face south and provides a lot of sun with is lovely but do require shades to block some of the sun. I like the way they look and the fit is very good. The measurements they took were down by a very good tool to be exact and accurate.

These 2 sets of drapes were well worth waiting for! I love the fabric, color and how well they were installed. They look great in my bedroom. I recommend 3 Day Blinds for drapes. They offer a lot of styles, fabrics and colors to choose from. I was able to get just what I wanted in this set of drapes for the 2 windows in my bedroom, as well as 2 windows in the living room and 2 windows in the guest bedroom. There is nothing special about these blinds. I was told by the salesman that I would be able to see out but no one could see in, well it is one big shade that when It's pulled down no one can see anything in or out. I am not happy with the blinds or the price.

Excellent service. I was pleased in every respect--with the sales rep and, especially the installer. I recommend 3-day Blinds unconditionally. The installer repaired a malfunctioning motor from my previous order, and the shade works perfectly. Your product is great.

Sales rep was excellent -- listened to me, came up with exactly right materials for what each glass needed. Carlos, the installer, was outstandingly efficient and super nice. Window treatments look great, are functioning beautifully, and are a joy to use. 3DB is not cheap, but if you have the cash to spare, it is so worth it.

Great experience, Shelby the designer was excellent in helping us order what we wanted; room darkening shades/blinds in the bedrooms, and vertical blind coverings for the patio door. 3 Day Blinds personnel were extremely prompt and professional. We have had several installations with them and each time they were helpful and highly professional. We have had both shutters and blinds installed...some in some very tight and difficult windows to treat. I highly recommend them.

Leigh, our in home sales consultant, was prompt, professional and helpful. We were provided with temporary blinds until ours could be installed and they worked perfectly. Our blinds arrived two weeks early and the installer was quick, polite and friendly. 10 of 10, highly recommend. Next time we need blinds, I will definitely call 3 Day Blinds again.

This was our second purchase from 3 Day Blinds. We were fortunate enough to get the same sales rep Lisa both times. She is totally professional and a pleasure to do business with. Her suggestions when asked of her, were excellent and provided us with a product that we love. The Installation was done by Peter, who was also very professional and did an outstanding job. Service by TC was good. However communication about the status of the missing blinds is below expectations. Very bad. Installation took place on Jan. 4. Still waiting on the missing blinds as of Feb 2. Today. Nothing offered to smooth the issue.

The process was quick and easy. I knew exactly what I wanted and my rep gave me the best way to accomplish it. I purchased motorized roller blinds and black out blinds for my house. They arrived on schedule and installation was great. They help me set up the app and everything is running smoothly.

My blinds are already hung but they're crooked. 3 Day Blinds is supposed to come out and repair them. That was supposed to take two to three weeks. Now, everything's copacetic and there's nothing more they can do. The handles go out to hang blinds over an Andersen door. The installers are gonna have a problem because Andersen puts their handles so far out and they can't make an adjustment for it to not hit them. They did the best they could with what they had. The extensions were not long enough and they put an extension on the top to push it further out away from the door. The door handles stick out so far. If they put a longer extension, the light will come in from the side of the door.
The young lady that came out and measured everything as well as all the people that work for 3 Day Blinds are great. They're just making ** for a product. I used 3 Day Blinds 100 years ago when they started. They made metal blinds, which are a lot better than these wood ones. They needs to go back to metal and make copper colored blind that matches the majority of any browns. Those are lighter weight and they don't scratch. I had those things for 20 some odd years and there was not a mark on them. When Harvey came, they drowned and died. I wished I had to put them together and save their little lives because they're a lot prettier than this scrap. The quality of the wood ones is not good because you could take the paint off with your fingernail. You hit them and they scratch. They show dust and it's just a waste. They're not worth a damn and I am very dissatisfied. I try to save the company by telling them to go back to metal blinds.

The product delivered was not what was promised or expected. Specifically, The shades had unexpected dangerous controller strings. I would never knowingly put something this dangerous in my house and my salesperson did not tell me he would knowingly deviate from the design I requested that did not include controller strings.
Corded blinds are dangerous to children and pets. Roughly one child per month dies from blind cord strangulation, and more than 600 children per year are injured. That's nearly an average of 2 preventable injuries to a child per day. Between 1990 and 2015, more than 16,000 children were injured. In my installation, the cords hang almost to the floor, making them extremely dangerous. Additionally, the shades are low-quality material and construction and not the style requested or promised. My requests for customer service have been ignored.

The rep from 3 Day Blinds was great and really patient. He explained everything and gave me options. I got mini blinds and one wood blinds. After I had these installed, there was one that was the wrong thing. It was a split, but I didn't want a split for that window. Everybody was really nice. They came in and reinstalled it. It was a really great experience from beginning to end. I love the whole thing.

I had a really great experience with 3 Day Blinds. My consultant's name was Sharon, and she was very helpful and informative with all of the questions that I had. I wasn't sure about the timeline of when I'd be able to move forward with the process as well, but she was really patient and understanding with the whole thing. We purchased roller shades, and the installation was really smooth. Richard was the individual that came in and installed the blinds. He called to let me know when the products arrived. We scheduled a time for him to come in and install it, and everything was done seamlessly. Also, the quality of the product itself is great. It made a big difference in our home with blocking the sun when we need it to. I'm satisfied.

3 Day Blinds is great. I had a very positive experience from beginning to end. The consultant came to the house. He knew exactly what I was looking for. I filled out the online form. He brought me samples from the company. He made a recommendation. We matched the color to the walls. Overall, the products seem to be great. The installer showed me how to work them, how to charge them, and told me about them. They were just like magic. You push the button, and they go up or they go down. When they get to the bottom, they open up.

We had the kitchen cabinets painted, and we took down the shutters. We called 3 Day Blinds, and Mark, the rep, came out and showed me options. I chose the electric blind for that window. We've had it about a couple months, and 3 Day Blinds was offering buy one, get one 50% off. I said to my husband, in the den, which is next to the kitchen, “You know what? It's kinda dark in here. I'd like to have something light, bright, and easier to get to.” He said, “Yeah. I kinda like that blind.” We both discussed it and we said, “Let's go for it.” So, we called Mark again and he came back out. Overall, I've been pleased with 3 Day Blinds. In fact, I showed my daughter-in-law's mother my blinds the other day, and she said, “Can you give me the contact information for our lake house? I really do like these.”

I left a review earlier on the original order, but I recently reviewed the remake order and saw that a second shade was included in the correction. I requested a change to the original order which was submitted, but with the requested change an erroneous change was added. With the second contract, I approved the change I requested, but did not notice the erroneous change. To my recent delight in reviewing the customer care remake details, I learned the second shade is also being remade. Customer satisfaction is off the charts! I will be a loyal customer from now on - thank you!!

These people are absolutely fake & just want to get a hold of your money before dumping & disrespecting you. The two sweet-looking home consultants (Peggy & Elizabeth) who visited my home at the time couldn’t have been more friendlier & respectful, but you wouldn’t believe what happened when I didn’t get what I thought was sold to me & called to complain. Peggy spoke to me in the most disrespectful & hostile way, asking me if I thought good window treatments came cheap. I called the customer service at 3 Days Blinds to complain, & only got more frustrated.
Apparently this place is designed to give customers more delays & runarounds 'til they get tired & stop bothering them. I got a call from one Jennifer who promised to send another consultant to my home to take a look at what was installed & try to make things right, but Jen turned out to be another liar. Since my installation in April, 2022, 3 Days Blinds have simply disappointed me. My experience pointed one thing out to me, 3 Days Blinds is nothing but a fraudulent company that over-promises, under delivers & ignores dissatisfied customers. After taking your money of course! Customers beware of the 3 Days Blinds Window treatment company!!!

Vertical blinds were ordered for 2 bedrooms & were to be delivered w/in 3 weeks. 4 months later, multiple calls w/ hold times over an hour, I have a sheet on 1 window and nothing on the other. Two orders were delivered but 1 blind w/ 5” too long TWICE and the other blind opened in the middle instead of the side & the cord was too short. This is the worst company I’ve dealt with while remodeling my home. Promises were made but nothing happens. I want my money back but they say the 3 day cancellation period is over (3 days after my initial order). STAY AWAY FROM 3 DAY BLINDS!

I used them last year and I went back. I was happy with them. My rep was very nice and she was very easy to work with. They got everything up right away. The first time we got shades and last time, we got blinds for the basement. The installation was fine and we're satisfied with the service. The rep was fantastic. She helped us build and visualize the things from an early idea to something that became practical. We were able to see it unfold as they installed the blinds. We went with a rolling shade for our living areas and faux wood blinds for the bedrooms. Our installer was even better. He was able to get out a little earlier than we were hoping. He was awesome. The product from 3 Day Blinds looks great. It came quickly and it was installed nicely. However, I had limitations because of the size of the window. They unfortunately don't block out enough of the light, so I feel I spent a lot of money but they don't serve my purpose. Also, after finding out the price, I wasn't sure if I was gonna proceed with it, and the design consultant lost her cool and I thought that was unprofessional. I was eager to replace the blinds because I am moving at the same time, but I was concerned about the cost, so I was contemplating what to do and doing it out loud.

Two days after my inquiry, my specs were taken, samples were show and I signed contract. One week later installers installed the blinds in one hour and cleaned up everything. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency. I would highly recommend this company. If I ever need additional blinds they will be the company I call.

Ordering the blinds was very very easy and most pleasant. The price was very affordable and the installation went flawlessly. The blinds look great! I ended up getting blinds for both the family room and living room as it was a 50 percent discoun on the second set (which was great)!

Nice, but I wish they had done a better job of installing the latch/security mechanism which secures blinds down so that when wind blows bliss do not fly all over the place. Some sort of contraption was install but not very affected.

Love the fabric I selected & the ease of control. Very sleek design to add to my decor. I have received many compliments on my selection even though the name is misleading. You can get a consultation in 3 days but the blinds didn’t arrive for several weeks.

We were very impressed with 3 Day Blinds with their Sales consultant and their Install crew. Very fast and professional!! 3DB has a great selection on shutters and we were very happy with the results! I was originally only going to install shutters where I had 3 large arch windows, but the product and install turned out better than I expected and now I will consider adding 2 more shutters in another room. I will be contacting 3DB when I'm ready for my next window project.

From the phone call to set up the appointment to the install this was a very good experience. Pricing is competitive, blinds were ordered and installed within a week (including custom motorized shades). Both the consultant and the installer were very professional and easy to work with.

I needed blinds to go with the ready-made valances I had purchased because a string had broken in a large bedroom blind. I didn't want the same type and decided on a roller blind. I am really happy with them. Especially, the large one that is motorized. Even the smaller one is easy to raise and lower manually.

Very good experience, the installer was professional and cleaned up after and removed all unwanted blinds. It took a while to get them installed, the installer got sick and then I was sick. I will probably order. More Shutters in the spring for my downstairs.

I placed my order with 3-Day Blinds last November. The blinds have been installed at my granddaughter's house at **, but the drapes and sheers have not been installed yet. I can't really respond to this survey because I have not seen the blinds, or do I live close enough to see the drapes and sheers once they are installed. This was a very expensive project and the time to accomplish the work is excessive.

Customer care 5 stars. Installation 5 stars! However, experience with designer was not a great experience. After the order was placed, I reached back out to designer to change the placement of hanging and was advised the order was in and couldn’t be done. According to contract I had 3 days to make changes as I kindly reminded her. I felt she didn’t want to deal with the change or rectify it and customer service was not her forte’.

We had an "appliance garage" with a door that rolled up and down and the mechanism broke. 3 Day Blinds helped find a good replacement. The colors match perfectly, and the roller blind covers the shelving. Easy and clean install so Thank you 3 day blinds.

The sales rep was very helpful. Installation went smoothly except there is one blind I cannot open. I have a call into the installer and hopefully they will call back soon to resolve the issue. The cord sticks when I try to open it and we can’t get it going.

I could not be more pleased! The drapes are very handsome, and of an excellent quality. The installation was very well done, and the black out drapes render absolute darkness. While some reviewers report less than satisfactory experiences, mine was galaxy quality extraordinary, so much so that I ordered a third set after the first two. The measurements were taken perfectly, and I cannot think of how this could be improved upon.

I cannot give a review since the job was done incorrectly. I had ordered a four panel shutter slider for my glass doors and got two panels connected with hinges to each other. It was suppose to be 4 panels to overlap so that the glass doors can open completely. I made the mistake of signing off on the installation because I trusted the work was done correctly. I immediately called my sales person and sent her pictures and she confirmed it was done incorrectly. Now waiting on a replacement.

So far all three work together great. They look good from the inside and outside. Price was comparable to others with installation included. The wife is very happy with them and no faults yet and don't expect any. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences in my life. I contracted for $20k of shades from them. The installer damaged my brand new home in three places & didn't say a thing. Many of the shades aren't centered properly, & some weren't sized properly by the designer. When I called to explain the situation I was given a claim number by a very nice rep who was promptly removed as the case manager for my claim for reasons unknown to me.
They finally sent a supervisor from the installation company out. He said the damage was obviously from the installation & took photos. He also looked at the other issues & said some of the shades needed to be redone; some valances aren't installed correctly, and the four shades that cover my multi-panel doors should be remade as two panels because they're not sized correctly and don’t hang properly. I also told him that the designer said that the cords on corded shades are in the center.
For that reason we didn't request cords for the upstairs windows, but the ones installed downstairs have the cords to the side which don't show. He said cords are always installed on the side. I asked him to note that we want cords installed on all of the manual shades. He said we are within our 30 day window & he would submit the changes to 3 Day Blinds & I should expect to hear from them by Monday. I followed up by emailing the rep assigned to my claim summarizing what needed to be done.
It’s been over a week since he came out, and I still haven’t heard from 3 Day Blinds. In the 3 weeks that I've reached out to the case manager, not once has she responded. In the meantime their Accounting department wants to charge the second half of the total cost. I briefed the rep on the issues & she said she'd forward my concerns to the case manager. She still hasn't responded. I'm stuck with misaligned shades and damaged walls in my home.

I used their online scheduling tool to schedule a consultation, choosing a date and time from the options that was convenient for me. No one showed up, so I called. The representative told me my appointment was for the next day, argued and talked over me, and wouldn't allow me to get a word in edgewise.

My experience was very surprising. I met With Pamala on a Monday. She spent at least 2 hours with me helping me decide and giving valuable insight. We went over blind choices, and also possible stationary panels if I decided I wanted them later. We then reviewed samples and she had those sent to me. I ordered my blinds Monday. On Thursday I got a call seeing if they could install for me the next day. I couldn’t believe that the blinds had already been made!
The installer was also amazing. He looked young but was professional and tidy. So within 5 Days I ordered, and had two French doors blinds installed. Amazing. I love the blinds and am so surprised with the competence of the everyone I worked with. So I would definitely recommend 3 Day Blinds if you want quality and surprisingly great customer service.

All the people that 3 Day Blinds send over have been very kind, considerate, clean, and well-spoken. So the people that they have come into the home are wonderful. But it is the product itself that is giving me spasms. This rope that I have to use to haul these things up and down is so corded that it hurts my skin. With the last two fabric ones that I've gotten, it is very difficult to put these up and down. But they are beautiful. The fabric is beautiful when it comes down.

I used 3 Day Blinds a couple years back for electric rolling shades and they did a good job, so I called them back for this last one. I got the cordless honeycomb, and the install was really good. The person that came over from Stone was a third party, but he was one of the best customer service people I've ever met. I'll use 3 Day Blinds again. I have other projects I have to do at the house.

The blinds are beautiful and easy to use, the only thing that’s weird is that when I program the blinds are open at sunrise they open at 1:11 AM every day. Definitely not sunrise lol, so I just deleted that particular scene… other than that they seem pretty cool.

3 Day Blinds has a large selection, and the designer was really good. She had good suggestions. The installer was also fabulous, and I really liked him. While the experience was really good, I kept getting all these advertisements for buy one, get one on custom blinds. I paid over $6,000, but there were zero discounts. My decorating with them did not involve me choosing a lot of different colors for each room. I'm a monochromatic person, so it was a rather easy install and manufacture. There were several rooms that were mirror images. The exact same blinds that we did in one room, we did it in another room. Three of the rooms were all the same blinds. I don't understand why I wasn't afforded any benefits.
I'm disappointed in the company and their ability to say, "Oh, by the way. We have a sale going on." Since I didn't bring it up, it was just, "Nope. We're gonna charge you full price." I won't to be quick to have them come and install again. I need additional work done, and the designer knew that. So, that's her bad. Other than that, the install was really good, prior to and since the installation. The product is very good as well, and they gave me the ability to contact them if there were any problems, but I've had none. I really liked the product.

The entire transaction was seamless & trouble-free. The sales rep did not try to upsell me when I indicated that I knew what I wanted. The blinds arrived a couple of days earlier than projected and were installed shortly thereafter. Work site was left clean when they were done. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I'm very disappointed with how this order was handled. Installation is not complete and won't be until after the first of the year. My original installation appointment was scheduled for a window of 1 - 5 since I had dinner plans with my daughter for her birthday. I was texted around 2:00 and told that it would be 5 - 5:45. I rescheduled with my daughter because I did not want to wait another 10 days to receive my blind. The installer did not show up until after 7 (no additional timeframe was given after the first text). He was here for a little over an hour before he told me that he could not finish the installation because they sent the wrong parts.
I was sent an email from my sales rep saying that the order was complete so I emailed her 9 days ago to say it was incomplete, with no response from her. I heard from customer service 6 days ago that they would be in touch with me in two business days to let me know the status, and I had to call them yesterday (4th business day) to find out what was going on. I was informed that they are making a completely new blind, rather than sending the parts necessary so there is still no guarantee that it will come through with the correct parts and it won't be in until at least 12/26 so I will not have my blind until after the first of the year. This has been and continues to be a frustrating experience given that the only information I am given is when I call and ask questions. The salesperson and your company came very highly recommended and I was very happy with the process for the regular window blinds but this has been handled very poorly.

The 3 Day Blinds rep was very nice, and I love their faux wood blinds. We just moved into the house in June, and the old ones were all faded. They were also faux wood blinds, but they were brown and dusty, and even though my sister and I tried to clean them, they just kept collecting dust. We had painters come in, and they painted all the wood trim white. I didn't want it all brown. I'll also be calling 3 Day Blinds back to do some of the other windows when we're done getting the rest of the brown painted white.

3 Day Blinds did an excellent job on my porch. We got new windows in there and shades, because we get the morning sun in. So, they gave me the material. And everything was very nice. So, when I needed them again, I went back to them. The design consultant was very pleasant. He brought a material to my attention. I thought it was too busy. But when we put it up, it looked amazing. So, he really knew his stuff. Because I live here in Hampton Beach on the ocean, so I wanted more nautical. And the blue starfish was blah. And the other one was okay. But he said, “Fine. Just put it up. We're here.” I said, “No, you're right.” And being a woman, you could see the ugliest dress, but you put it on. It makes you look like a million bucks. When they got it up now, oh my God. The bathroom came out gorgeous. And I have a long narrower window, and just I wanted that shade to go up and down.
The installers were very fast and thorough. In and out. And I'm sure they're on a tight schedule because good help is hard to get. They installed upstairs, because I have the pleated shades that go up and down from the top down. Because our houses are so close, and this was in the bathroom, so I wanted to open a window without my next door looking at me sitting on the toilet. It’s very pretty. I recommended 3 Day Blinds to my girlfriend. She got thousands and thousands of dollars’ worth from them not even three weeks ago.

I had original blinds in my bedroom for years from 3 Day Blinds and then, I had some new ones put in that are electric. The quality is not as good as my old one but I like the look of them. The installers were friendly and once they got here, they got it done quickly and were gone. Everything was clean. But I'm waiting for 3 Day Blinds to repair another room right now and it's taking a while. They couldn't repair the blinds so they're replacing them, which is nice, but it got lost for a while. They're not going to install until the 29th of this month. So, it's been a few months. But they're not charging. With my first order, I'm satisfied but I'm annoyed right now. I wish 3 Day Blinds had the local store that you could go into and get your blinds fixed like they used to.

The design consultant at 3 Day Blinds was very good and knowledgeable. I purchased automatic honeycomb blinds and I like them a lot. I'm impressed with how long the batteries last. I've had these for over a year and they lasted about three months before they had to recharge. But the recharging process is a pain. You have to get a stepladder to get up on top and I'm an old man, I don't climb ladders so much anymore. Other than that, my experience with the blinds has been pretty nice.
