    The young woman came out in good time, made an appointment, and showed up on time. She was very personable. She did the measuring. We did some consulting for color, texture and what the needs were. She was super helpful. I paid 50% and then the installation guy made an appointment to come out. He was really fast. He was also professional and friendly. It was such an easy thing to do and the blinds look great. I was really pleased. I'm gonna call them back because they were easy to work with.

    I was mostly pleased that 3 Day Blinds was so efficient. When the young woman said, "Someone will call you within the next 10 business days," they did. Then the installation guy said, "I can come next week" and he did. I was really pleased. The blinds are easy to use. I got blinds that are sort of the accordion pleated ones and you just raise them with your fingertips and they fall in.

    I was impressed with the 3 Day Blinds salesperson and her knowledge. I was also impressed with the product. I love the way it looks. It solves the problem of letting more light in the house than the blinds that I had. It just looks very nice. Even though it was delayed because of COVID, I got them. Except when they were delivered, the frame for the shutter in my family room, which was the biggest window, was missing. The gentleman who installed it called me the next day. He told me he thought it was in his garage. It wasn't. So he had ordered it locally, to be expedited to be here in three weeks. We're on week five now but haven't heard anything. I reached out to my salesperson who said that she was going to check into it. She forwarded my email to the main office. But I still haven't heard anything.

    Everything was wonderful. The salesperson was a delight to be with and spent as much time as I needed to get all my questions answered. We visited, and she followed up. The installer was right on time too. He didn't mess around and got it done. I was very pleased with the whole service, and the mini blinds are of decent quality. It's different than the originals I had, but they were made 20 years ago. I know materials change over time, but they're operational and that's all I care about right now. The look is fine and they're doing what they're supposed to. I would recommend 3 Day Blinds. Their pricing was reasonable, and they had a senior discount, which was very nice. If I know someone who's in the market and is looking to have something similar done, I wouldn't hesitate to let them know who I worked with and to give her a call.

The installation went very well. The two gentlemen had it installed fairly quickly and cleaned up really well. I like the products.     I really liked 3 Day Blinds. I've used them twice. The guy that installed the ones that I got this time didn't think they were quite right. One actually wasn’t measured correctly. So, it was too short. Then he thought another one wasn't quite the right width. So, he remeasured and they replaced them all. I liked the blinds that I got from them. On my porch, I got the cellular blinds which I really liked. Then I got wood blinds for my living room, but I have metal windows and they let too much cold in, so I wanted to get more cellular blinds.

    I liked the representative that I had the first time, and I got her the second time. So, I was really happy. I liked dealing with her. She was very helpful. One of her suggestions was that I get the motorized ones because if they're not motorized, they need to screw down the pull cord and with my windows, there was nowhere to screw down the middle ones. So, I got the motorized ones. She helped me pick a color that I liked. They did a good job overall.

    It's been pretty seamless all through from our consultation to the installation. The installation was pretty quick and they picked up after themselves. We had a problem with one of the windows where the measurement was wrong. We coordinated for them to come back with the correct one and they put it up.     Updated on 06/28/2022: We purchased woven wood shades in april 2021 They were completely defective and would raise up or down. They did take those back and we replaced with roman shades for more money. It took about 6 months for the replacement. Within a month of these new treatments being installed a valance came halfway down. They send a technician promptly however the actual repair took 4 months and there was no contact from 3 Day Blinds as to timeline or status. I had to contact them. Then one of our automated shades completely broke. And other valances have come partly down. Again a technician came promptly but it has been about 6 months and the repair has not been done. And again I have to contact them. They never follow up. At this point I want them to take all the shades back and refund the money. Their products are certainly not worth the almost $15,000 we paid for them. I would never recommend them.

    Original Review: We had blinds installed and none of them would go up or down. So we had them replaced. It has only been 6 months and the valances are falling down and now the cord in one has completely broken. The quality is terrible. And I spent 11,00.00 If I could get my money back I would completely start over with a different company. It took 4 months before they came to replace the valance and then they had ordered it for the wrong window so we had to then wait again for the right valance to come in.

    I had 3 Day BLinds out here in November to do shades and I had them out again four months later to do drapes. That qualified me as a repeat customer to receive a $50 Amazon gift card. I never received that but I would love to. Other than that, everything was a great job. The guys that put everything up were perfect and they did everything better than I could have hoped to have everything hung. The quality of the product is excellent and it is better than I thought it would be. We definitely recommend 3 Day Blinds even though they are expensive.

    I was trying to replace vertical blinds but was having trouble with measuring. I got a coupon mailer from 3 Day Blinds. Peggy was my rep and she was wonderful. She communicated right after I sent the email. She set a time and a date that she'd be here. She confirmed it and she was on time. She was professional and full of good ideas. It was a very positive and pleasant experience.

    I wanted verticals and that's what I went with. The installers were terrific. They were here when they said they were going to be. It was a more experienced gentleman and then a younger man. They both put on the booties as soon as they came in. They were very careful with anything that they had to be near. They did it slam, bam, and they left in a little bit more than an hour, which is what they said it would be. I love my blinds. I had a hard time choosing the color. The one we settled with was spot on.

    I did 3 Day Blinds one for the availability of the consultants and the other was because I was looking specifically for plantation shutters. I also felt more comfortable with the person that I was talking with so I told her to come out and give me an estimate. She was very informed and she told me what the price was and the benefits of the different options. She wasn't pushing me on anything. She was perfectly content to let me mull over things. With the price point and the fact that I wanted to get them going right away because they have to be made, I went ahead and bought the plantation shutters on the spot.

    She told me exactly how long the process would take and it was pretty spot on. I got a call for them to come out and install it. One guy came out first to measure and he made me feel comfortable. He gave me tips that made sense. Two gentlemen then showed up for the installation and they had the plantation shutters up lickety-split. They're beautiful. I was happy with the whole thing. I told the rep that I want to do the rest of my windows after June. I want her to come back out and measure the other windows.

    Three props for the person that came to my house because she's the reason that I bought 3 Day Blinds' product. I loved her. She took my project very personally, made recommendations that she thought I would like based on what I asked. She was helpful even beyond the scope of providing blinds. She offered her design. And that was what was really important for me.

    In one room, the blinds are the roll-down kind. You pull down a wire and they come down. They're very taut. And I liked that you could see through the material. That was a big deal because I wouldn't have thought about the fact that there were a lot of trees outside my window. And our rep made sure that they blocked sun, yet you could see out the window. We have the bottom-up blinds in the other room, which we needed to have. And it was a great recommendation because we have privacy issues. We want to be able to get undressed and such in the bathroom. But we didn't anticipate when we open the window, the breeze comes in and it pushes the blinds out. We still like them, it's just in the summertime, the blinds are going to be pushed out and we're going to be push them back in. But there wasn't a better solution because we need the bottom-up for the privacy. It's just the situation in the room.

    I already had the blinds installed. There are just some details to be worked out. It was a new house. So, the entire house was done. It was $1,000 to get the blinds, which was an expensive deal. But the quality is very good. The first installer was very good. But the second guy didn’t do a very good job. My wife inspected everything that was done. Unfortunately, we had to get a few more things ordered. One blind didn’t have any way of rolling it back up, and the wrong type of chain was put on another. So, she put a call in. 3 Day Blinds reordered the parts and there’s gonna be no charge to get them back out here to fix it up.

    I love the blinds. They're wonderful. The guys were excellent too. They came out on time. The only problem I have are the ones in the bedroom, the bathroom, and in the closet. When the sales rep came in, I had dark black curtains that were hanging at the windows in the front end and in the back. In my bedroom, I had a darker cream color, but you couldn't see outside. I don't like to be able to see outside, and I don't want anybody to see me inside. We looked at blinds for here and in the bedroom, and we talked about whether the blinds should be dark. She showed me a pattern of a cream color. It's the one that I got here. From the swatch, they were real cream. But once you put it up, it's not. It's like a sandy color brown. That was not what I wanted in the bedroom. The other thing was she said that it wouldn't be a lot of light coming through. But it was the opposite. By the time 6:00 or 7:00, it is so bright. It's ridiculous. It's enough to give me a headache.

    At nighttime, I can see a little outside. I don't want to see any of that at night that was why I had dark curtains. The baby sleeps in the bed and this whole thing is so scary. I have to take my clothes off to go in the bathroom, and I'm a little leery about the same thing, because I can see the shape of the fence out the window. We have a shade that wasn't supposed to be able to see in, but I can see outside. I can see across the street, my neighbor's lights on his porch, and the tree that's in the front moving.

    The day that they put them up, I called the sales while they were here. She didn't answer. I just told the installer about the top valance, because that was the other thing. She said that because the window was so deep that we did the shade at the top on the inside, it would be a clean thing on that. But when they brought them, it didn't meet all the way over like they could have, half inch. They came out yesterday and changed that. I like that much better.

    I finally called again and she texted me that she had been on vacation. She didn't call me back the following week, so I had to call her back. She finally called me back and sounded that she was a little upset with me because I had that problem. I told her I would have to put a curtain up, and that would defeat the purpose of me paying for an electric blind to go up to let the light in to see what I can see already. She told me that she was gonna have somebody call me back. That was about two weeks ago and still nothing. I went on my computer and started trying to search through everything she has sent me. I found a number to 3 Day Blinds and called. They didn't take the money out and that was another thing. She had told me that it would automatically take the money. The rep told me somebody would get in touch with me within 24 hours. I didn't hear anything.

    When the guys came out to install it, I told them I've tried everything I could do, but nobody has been responding to me. They said to go ahead and take a picture and they'd turn it in to their supervisor and see what would happen. I got an email from somebody that I saw this morning. I called that number they gave me twice. They were busy and told me to leave a message and somebody would call.

    We moved to Colorado about a year and a half ago and we contacted 3 Day Blinds out there. When we moved back to Maryland, we contacted them again.     We purchased the full blinds, shades for the bedrooms, and two large shades for the sliding glass doors. The installation was fantastic. Of all the contractors we had, and we had a lot of contractors 'cause we refurbished our place, they were the best. When they said they were going to come, they came. The product they delivered was nice. They were very precise with their measuring and the product fit the windows perfectly. We had a very good experience.     I used 3 Day Blinds when I bought my house 10 years ago. I was adding some blinds to some additional window treatments I had added and wanted to match the new blinds with the original blinds. The saelsperson was was punctual and courteous. She knew her product and made some good recommendations. She brought everything she needed with her. The installers showed up on time and were very courteous. It didn't take them long to complete the installation. They did it correctly and the blinds are working great. They even sort of packaged up my old blinds really nicely and all the hardware that went with them. I didn't have to do that. They offered to do it.

    I'd definitely recommend 3 Day Blinds. They have a good selection and deliver them lightning fast. It only took a week from the point that I ordered them to have them installed. It's also nice to have that design help and to have the salesperson come out, take a look at the area, do all the measurements and make recommendations. It was a very pleasant and easy-to-do process.

    I found it appealing that you could get your blinds in three days but after dealing with 3 Day Blinds, I found out that that's a rarity. But I had a very positive experience. The rep was wonderful. He kept in touch with me afterwards as well to make sure I was happy. The installation was fantastic. It was a lovely man who clearly knew what he was doing. The third shade was so tight but he made it work. He spent time to make sure that it was installed correctly and that they wouldn't have to recut the shade. It was a lot of money for an ordinary product but when I compare it to my friends who have recently done shades as well, they have the same complaint - the shades are very expensive, and they aren't anything that spectacular. I was a little surprised by the cost but the shades serve what I was looking to them to serve which is for privacy. With the honeycomb, I am also getting some light through.

    Worst customer support experience of my life (still ongoing) with 3 Day Blinds. Ordered 12/5/2021, with a promised install before Jan 1. It is 3/17/2022 and install is not complete; what's done is sloppy, incorrect, haphazard with some blinds not even working. Install finally began on Feb 16, between then and now have had 4+ no-shows on installs, installers coming without needed tools, needed parts for the blinds not ordered by the consultant, etc. I suspect the installer put the wrong blinds on the wrong windows in some cases, some blinds are hung more than an inch and a half crooked or not centered on the window; one blind can't pull down inside the window casement (have to leave it outside the casement when down); two blinds don't retract without manually scrunching the blind up while lifting the bottom with your other hand.

    I learned that the installers are coming from 3.5 hours' drive away, and I am always put last on the appointment list for some reason. While in-market, they keep getting "called out on new jobs" and pushing me further down until eventually ghosting. Was told by an install scheduler that their business (all third party installers) were "forced to take on a whole new territory" with no additional staffing support. Of my 4+ no-shows, it was always blamed on getting "accidentally double-booked" (but, it seems they are always double booked!)

    My "design consultant" and the customer support folks have been non-responsive to emails, aside for one time the design consultant just saying "I will forward this to district and see what they say." No apologies, no acknowledgement of this extremely frustrating and costly experience. Spent 45 minutes on hold with customer support today before getting disconnected. Their Facebook chat promised a couple days ago someone would call me within 24 hours-- never called. Now have another promise someone will call w/i 24 hours. We will see how that goes.

    I had some blinds made with a different company but it was taking forever. I kind of thought 3 Day Blinds would be faster and they were sort of faster, but not by a ton. The products were great and so were the price and the install but nothing about 3 Day Blinds is three days. Also, there was a blind that was bad and I called twice to the 800 number. After 45 minutes, both times, I ultimately hung up, never getting a person. That annoyed the hell out of me. But I called the installer people who sent somebody out to fix it. They came quickly and fixed the problem. Now, I love my blinds again. People like them. They look great. In fact, I will buy more of them to finish out some other windows.

He came out first to measure, to make sure that they got it all right. They came out and did the installation very quickly. He was here exactly when he said he would be. Very nice guy. There was a little bit of extra light coming in from one small installation because it's like right to the side of my bed. I had so many warnings about halos in advance that it was very clear to me. But it was just a little bit big. So he came back and reduced the size of the bracket that holds the shade away from the glass, and that has helped somewhat.

    The 3 Day Blinds sales rep was very professional and showed us a bunch of options. We ended up purchasing two sets of blinds for two windows. Installation went really well. The guy showed up on time. He provided notification before he got here and got everything cleaned up, too. The blinds are very good. They match the ones that we had existing. Unbeknownst to me, the ones that were previously installed were from 3 Day Blinds as well. They had information on file from the previous owner and that was easy to verify everything.

    However, we've asked for an additional part. At the bottom of the blinds, there's a plastic tab that's connected to the frame that when you go to pull the blind down, you pull them down. They've ordered twice what they think the part number is but it keeps coming in error. I still don't have it. Other than that, everything has been done exceptionally well.

    We live in a retirement community and we had room darkening shades put into the bedroom when we moved there in 2018. At that time, we didn't have the extra funds to do the rest of the living room, the dining area and the den. We waited and lived with the others that were left over from the previous tenants. Finally, the others started to break down and we needed to make the change. The rep, Michelle, was very efficient. We worked with her before too.

    We got the standard honeycomb. They have a little tone of slightly cream color and we have the top-to-bottom and bottom-to-top options, except on one window where it wouldn't be practical. The quality is fine. We've always had good quality there. I also got a call from 3 Day Blinds saying that they were going to send somebody out to our home to check on quality control after the whole thing was installed, to make sure everything was installed properly.     The saleswoman was really knowledgeable, because she had worked with the company for years, and she presented all the options. 3 Day Blinds had what I was looking for and she didn't try and sell me something else. She just got down to business. I'm an interior designer myself, so it was quite quick. When the installer came, he did his job. He has a really good system. He brings everything in, makes sure everything's there, and then he starts working.

    The installer was supposed to show up between 9:00 and 1:00. He showed up at 9:15, and he was done by 11:30. He even had to cut blinds. They were measured correctly, but they didn't ship them correctly. Having been in the business himself a long time, he was prepared. The blinds are perfect and they are exactly as promised and delivered on time. In fact, it was a week earlier than anticipated. When I turned the blinds wrong, something fell out and it was an easy replace. Nothing was broken. It popped back in, and everything was fine. They operate wonderfully. Once a month, I can swipe it down and the dirt falls down because it's vertical lines. It's really easy to clean.

We got about 22 windows and their customer service reps were very helpful. The choices were there, I knew what I wanted, and there wasn't a problem. Our initial installation was held back and we had to move in without the blinds. So they provided us with the paper blinds, which were fine. It was a couple of weeks after we moved in that the blinds were installed. The last time when I did the kitchen, which was three years ago, they came a lot quicker. And the ones I recently had about a month ago, they came within a week. So they're getting better. When they said 3 Day Blinds, I assumed I would get my blinds in three days.     First thing they will ask for is a 51 percent deposit, which in our case is a hefty sum of money (~5K), but following that, you go figure! After we paid the initial deposit and got our re-measurements done, it took another 5 days for orders to be placed, a week later we are told the material is backordered. We have 30 windows on this project, the rest of the windows for which the material is available is delayed without any explanation. I tried to call the customer care and the moment I said I have an existing order, my call was disconnected. Upon choosing another option on the phone line and waiting for an hour and half, still no one answered the call. The designer who initiated the contract has not much to say other than sorry. We ordered this one time and it is already a huge mistake. I would advise others to save themselves the trouble and not to order through them, for their terrible customer service and absolutely zero professionalism.

    We used 3 Day Blinds in our other house. And it was before they were 3 Day Blinds. It was the one that merged or got bought into. Daphne was great in helping me. We did 13 windows. The blinds were put up within less than a week. It was really quick. We got blinds that are white and shear like a stripe. And I got those on all the windows. The ones in the downstairs, we got the custom-made valances. I love the windows. We just got the house painted, so now it looks even better.

    10/29/21 - Placed original order with 3-Day Blinds' local salesperson for custom Drapery & Rods (for sliding doors). Advised up front that it would take a minimum of five weeks for manufacture, delivery and install. 12/31/21 - Installation of Drapery & Rods.
    01/30/22 - (the weekend) Rod separated at centerpoint, & drapery collapsed to the floor.
    01/31/22 - I called to request repair, and emailed photos of failure area/damage.
    02/02/22 - Repairman arrived, determined a longer rod needed to be ordered.
    (March 2022) - A few inquiry calls from me regarding timing updates.
    04/26/22 - Repairman installed longer rod piece, re-drilled new holes & re-secured end bracket into the wall. Job done.

    I'm not happy that I haven't been contacted over a real problem. I paid over $3,000 for drapes to go across my small glass sliders in my villa. And they’re beautiful. Problem is that my rod was too short. I wanted it to extend six inches on each side beyond my draperies. But they barely extend to my door. So, we had a mismeasurement problem. The installer did his best to screw them together behind the center support, and I thought, “Okay. I'm stuck now.”

    It got cold two weeks ago. I closed the drapes for the night to keep the house warmer. Went to open them up the next day and it collapsed. They were hanging by the two end rods, and one had actually pulled out of the wall so now, it's drooping down. I thought, “Oh, crud. What am I gonna do?” This is a Saturday. I got up on a ladder, stood on my tippy toes because I have them all the way up to the ceiling. I stuck a spring tension rod inside of one of the ends of the black rod that I purchased and re-supported it up at the top, then I called the salesperson and left a message on her voicemail. Monday, I immediately heard from them. So, 3 Day Blinds' installers have been very responsive. They sent someone out right away, he made sure that it was safely stabilized, and he has pictures of the collapse. I took pictures of it right away.

    They said, “It should be three to five business days before you hear from the company to find out,” and to keep me advised what the next steps were. I said, “Well, the rod is too short. I need 12 inches more rod.” But I still have not heard back from the manufacturer in San Diego from 3 Day Blinds. I'm waiting to find out what exactly they plan to do about this.

    M drapery right now in the main room is a joke. I have company coming shortly in three more weeks and I hope to have this remedied by then. I don't know that that's going to happen, and I have very little confidence level in 3 Day Blinds' response. They're a big company and I know they have the ability to have had this taken care of already. So, I'm resentful at how I'm being treated as a customer. And I will never trust to buy from them again because they didn't fulfill my order properly. It has now been a week and a half since this happened and I haven't heard from them. I'm extremely dissatisfied.

    When I first purchased my house in 2006, we had a relative in Colorado that had used 3 Day Blinds for some window coverings for their home. I was purchasing a new home, I need a whole house full of blinds. So, I was looking for a company to come out and measure for the blinds, and then be able to install them because I had a short time frame. Apparently, from what I found out from the installer, 3 Day Blinds had just started doing that when I bought this house. They came out and they measured the blinds. Now, come to the present day, I needed a repair on blinds that I had purchased from 3 Day Blinds, and then I also determined that I wanted to purchase some blinds for a sliding door. I contacted them and they came out. I've always had a good experience with them.

    The rep was very helpful and nice. We had a nice little conversation, she helped me pick out the fabric for the blinds. She was sitting right where the window was, so she could see it's a high traffic area, so we have something that's not too fragile. I told her what I was looking for, she went and got the options that they had, and we went through them and she measured. Everything was fine.

    I got a call from the installer to schedule installation earlier than I had anticipated because they came in early. There was a little confusion on his end because I had also scheduled to have my other blind that was broken fixed, and he's also the person that does that. He came to the house, no problem, he showed up early, very neat, did a neat job, got them up very quickly. But then, he had forgotten that I had paid to get one of my blinds fixed and said, "No problem." He had his helper go out to the car, get the stuff and it was fixed. When I came in, done. Everything's fine. The one thing I really liked was getting the repair because to get someone to fix something if you get it installed is torture. I had my receipt from 2006, the whole installation thing. He said, "This is amazing." He looked at it and he said, "They just started doing in-home measurements at that time." He's been working for the company for a long time. He did it very quickly.

    We wanted something practical for rental, yet nice looking and appealing. We went with the honeycomb for each of the bedrooms with the darkening. Then, for the other windows, it was Honeycomb. But on a platform in the middle of the staircase with a nice big window, that one is more translucent but private. We get the push-button for the bedrooms and the self-darkening. Then because the window on the landing was so large, we did the cord, and it's worked very well. We really didn't need to adjust that much unless we wanted extra light during the day.

    I got cherry wood and faux wood blinds and the installation went great. The installer was very professional and got it done very quickly. The blinds are nice and heavy and they block the light.     When discussing the details of ordering and operation of the Roman shades I purchased, the salesperson never mentioned that these particular shades have a unique way of closing. Rather than just pull the rope, you have to put the rope behind the shade and lift at a 45 degree angle. Then again behind the shade, move the rope parallel to the shade and lower. It was only after I made a service call that I was informed of this unique method of closure. Not only is it very inconvenient, but half the times me it still doesn't lower correctly. Even the service attendant agreed that I should have been informed at the time of purchase. It would appreciate a call from the salesperson to see if this can be rectified. They were very expensive and I could not recommend 3 Day Blinds based on my experience.

    I was very impressed with 3 Day Blinds when they came. They were so punctual with the appointment, and it was perfect.     We ordered Three Day Blinds for our entire home. One thing I wanted was to have room darkening nonsun glare blinds up on the second level where the bedrooms and office are. When we ordered during the confusion between talking with the sales lady and measurements I forgot to reinstate the fact that we needed non-glare in our office. We received the three day blinds at a very sufficient amount of time. After the installer left we noticed that the office blinds were not non-glare.

    At that point I called up your consulting office and I ended up talking to a woman named Sharon. I must state that Sharon was absolutely the best customer service representative I’ve ever talk to in probably over 30 years. She made sure that we were completely satisfied with our product and that three day blinds would stand behind our problem. She listened and corrected the problem with a quick solution.     I've been using 3 Day Blinds for years and I'm always happy with their products. I've used them for a cabin I have twice now. The rep gave me options and the limit of what he could do for me. I also got a bid from somebody else which was cheaper but I wasn't going to get my shades until February for some reason so I went with 3 Day Blinds because they were fast. The rep was right on spot as far as the time limit and I got them before Christmas. I paid more to get it quicker. Also, 3 Day Blinds offered a better product and I do like the home thing that it comes in with because they kind of know what you want in advance so they don't bring the whole store. They bring some of the stuff that you like. They’re very helpful and efficient in the sales end of it. They're not pushing the most expensive product.

    The guy that installed them was fabulous. He was very careful about everything he did. He wanted to make sure his hands were clean so he didn't get some dirt on the product. There were some things he put stoppers on to fit my window so they didn't come clanking down. I was happy with him and with 3 Day Blinds all the way around. I'm going to be selling my current house and when I go to my new house, I'm gonna call 3 Day Blinds and ask for the guy that came here before. I complained to them recently though. I used the wrong credit card and I have a credit card that’s free interest for a year which I meant to use. I wanted them to give me a credit then charge it back onto my card that has no interest. But whoever I talked to couldn't handle it so I just paid it off.

    My experience with 3 Day Blinds has been excellent. I called Noni, the rep, and she came out, sat down with me, talked with me and looked at what I needed to match what we were doing. We added a studio room on the outside to match the interior of the building I was in. She suggested that what they have at 3 Day Blinds would match the shutters perfectly. I asked about price and turnaround time, and they were reasonably close to what I wanted so I decided to go with 3 Day Blinds at that point. I was a little skeptical about the price initially but on further evaluation, it probably was pretty competitive and I got some kind of a discount.

    The installation was done by a 3 Day Blinds subcontractor. I was a little annoyed at first because I thought that the shutters should be available much more quickly than they were. But because of the pandemic, I got that added dimension that I didn't expect. But once the blinds were available, a guy brought them out, installed them in a matter of a couple of hours, and it worked really well. The only thing is there are two orders, order number one was for a shutter for a door and order number two was for five or six windows, but the shutter for the door hasn't arrived yet. I asked the reason why that was taking so long and the answer was the shutter for the door is wooden and the ones for the windows are plastic material which is much more readily available. I was told the shutter for the door would be available sometime around the 1st of February. I'm pleased with what they're doing. It’s just the length of time it takes to get it done.

    The design consultant brought samples and did a good job explaining what the options were, what we could get, and did a very good job of measuring and double-checking their work and making sure that what was gonna be ordered and fabricated at the end of the day would work out well. I was impressed with the specific installer that we had as he was an extremely personable and courteous professional who knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly programmed everything based on my specifications with no questions asked and determined that one of the batteries that was in one of the units was defective, and took it back on his own time, and brought a new one back the next day.     With the pandemic, it takes forever to get anything and when I saw that 3 Day Blinds had the electric ones, that was what sold me the name of the company. Their salesperson was amazing. If there’s a scale from one to 10, I'd give her a 20. The process took about two weeks. The products were in stock. I'm still waiting on something though. Back in the bedroom, there was a top down bottom up blind that I got and the motorized was backordered. So, I went with a manual one and I hate it. I filled out a survey form a week after I had it installed, and I've made those notes, but nobody has contacted me since then. I didn't call my rep back yet. The one side’s just too hard to get to and pull down. I want to get on with the motorized blinds in my bedroom. I've already told a few people about them. They're absolutely a wonderful company. The quality, their professionalism and everything are top-notch.

    We got some blinds purchased from 3 Day Blinds for three of our rooms. We got a set of the solar shades, wood blinds, and roman shades. They're very nice window treatments and everything that you get with them is worth the price because you get people that come in and go over things with you. The designers tell you what they think will look nice. then you get people coming in to measure your windows and do a fantastic job at that. I didn't know the first thing about what kind of treatments I wanted on my windows, so it was nice to have somebody hold my hand and do that. The installers that come in do a really good job, too. So, for the whole experience, you get what you pay for.

    I had used 3 Day Blinds in the past. So, I just went back to the same company when we moved to get blinds. I got the mini pleated light filtering shades. Quality's good. It is expensive, but I feel like it's a consistent high quality of what you get in the product. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product. The people who came out here were both fine. This woman insisted on having somebody double check her measurements, which my first guy, Alex, who's no longer with the company did not do. So, I did have to make a second appointment to meet them at the house and double check the measurements, but it was fine.

    I got a recommendation from our realtor who said that 3 Day Blinds were good, fast, and reasonably priced compared to other places. I purchased from them and they were great. They came fast and were really nice people. So I have no qualms at all. Initially, there were two people that came and they were very pleasant and sociable. We showed them around and showed them the rooms that we wanted the blinds to be put up in. They took measurements and they were gone. They were there about a half hour.

    For the installation, the guy who came out had a good sense of humor. I got a Hunter Douglas that pull up and down either way, but they're a lot cheaper. I have those in my studio space upstairs and the ones that he installed downstairs are a little different, but pretty much the same. For three windows and one door window put in, the installer was really fast and he was only here for about less than 15 minutes. The work is also really good and in terms of the amount of money that we would have had to spend if we'd gone through a traditional place that sold Hunter Douglas blinds, the cost was a lot less than it would have been, so I have nothing but good things about 3 Day Blinds to recommend to other people.

    Jane, the sales rep, was very friendly, explained some of the options, worked with me on the color of the material and told me what the installation would be like. On top of that, I did not make a decision on the blinds for nearly eight months. When contacted her again and said that I was still interested, she was back on board. The price had expired a little bit but she was able to give me a very close price to where it was before. She was more than willing to work with me and did a very good job.

    After I decided on it, it was going to take about three weeks for them to get the blinds in that were customized for my windows. I got contacted when they came in and then, they wanted to schedule an installation date. The guy who came was probably in and out in 30 minutes and cleaned up all his mess. He only had a large bay window and a back-room window on one floor to do and he did it quickly and told me how they operate. We had a great conversation about working with 3 Day Blinds and I was very satisfied. I love the blinds. They were exactly what I was looking for. The type of blind came to me from a friend recommendation and I called several different companies that didn't have them or had them. I had several companies come out and they didn't offer the top-down, bottom-up blinds. But I looked at other window treatments and I was overall happy with the price, the service and the quality of the material. Also, I would recommend the salesperson.

I got the blinds that has one side going up, then I got ones that go up and down. The rep I worked with was excellent and when the installers came out, they did their job, got it done, cleaned up, and left. And I couldn't ask for any more. I had two installers, a man and a woman.     I initially purchased lots of draperies for a living room but 3 Day Blinds had trouble with the fabric. I ended up getting just one on a patio door and all the rest were cellular blinds with the mylar. The rep, Chad, was fantastic and the installers came when expected. They had no trouble putting the products up and didn't bump any walls. They were very efficient.

    I like the blinds a lot. They are good quality and if it hadn’t been for Chad when I had all that trouble with the order for the curtains, I might have given up. He was right there. He came back and said that they were having trouble with the fabric and that he pulled some others that looked like it, and I could pick from them. It made it smooth even though it was delayed. I ordered them in May and they got installed in November. People should call 3 Day Blinds and have a consultant. I would suggest Chad. My other son needs to replace blinds and I'm trying to get him to use 3 Day Blinds. The experience with them was so positive. It couldn't have been more perfect.

    I'm in the middle of hell with 3 Day Blinds. Incorrect measurements, charges for a motor I don't need and absolutely no follow through. I promised to post reviews and their installer from Hughes Entities, Andrew told me they don't put any stock in reviews. That's probably why they have one 1 star review on Google. What a nightmare! And it keeps getting worse. I was told I wouldn’t be charged the remainder till after the work is done. Last night you took $350 from one account and I just got a notification from my bank that you put a ACH through for the balance. Thank God I called my banks to refuse any payments to 3 Day Blinds. You guys are pitiful! Now I’ll have to post more negative reviews and mention stealing!

    A friend told me she had had 3 Day Blinds and that everything went very smoothly with them. I was told that people came out and everything was very professionally done. That was good enough for me so I decided to go with them. The rep I dealt with was very good.     It is now 2 months since I started my “3 Day” Blinds experience. They don’t return my calls or emails and the job is still not done. At this rate maybe they should consider changing their name to 3 month blinds. The light comes through the blackout blinds despite their promise making them wider than the window frame would be an efficient way to resolve the issue. There were wrong measurements, defective blinds, every issue you can imagine. Plus I’m still waiting for the last set to be installed. They’re were NOT inexpensive so I can’t even tell myself you get what you pay for. I probably should’ve guessed this would be my experience when the sales consultant was taking personal calls and texting during our appointment but I gave the company the benefit of the doubt since the sales rep is just a person. She actually turned out to be the only one who will respond to my texts albeit not offering any help or apologies. Look elsewhere.

    The quotes that we received from other companies were months out and based on the name, I assumed that 3 Day Blinds was going to be a little more expeditious. Our sales rep was lovely and we made the appointment online. When he arrived, we went through all the options and all the space. He had a few ideas and we went with what his idea was. Then, the blinds were delivered here in a couple days. They told us that we could wait a little bit longer and get a little discount on the installation. We weren't in a rush, so we went that route and the installer called us before we were even supposed to have the blinds put in. So, they were put it in earlier than scheduled.     For starters it was more like "3-week blinds" versus "3-day blinds." On top of that, on the day that my installation was scheduled nobody showed up, nobody called to check up on us and we waited all day while trying to contact every number we had for this company including our sales rep who would not answer my calls or texts once I paid in full. She was extremely responsive and helpful during the selection process but as soon as I gave her my credit card and paid in full she went dark and would not respond even when we were having issues like the no-show install. I had planned to use 3-day blinds for the house we are currently building but after this experience there is just no way I will work with this company again.

    We were buying shades for a rental property so I only wanted to cover the windows that we needed for privacy. And I was confused with the order because we I had thought that we were getting 4 areas of the house covered but one of the two bedrooms was apparently not included in my $3,000+ payment because the sales rep Shauna counted the master bedroom twice and it confused me. The sales rep Shauna was very professional and easy to work with up until I paid. Then she went dark and would not respond to any of my communications regarding missing blinds and a no-show installation.

    One more. For the price I paid to have just a few windows covered, the quality of the blinds are very very very low. I purposefully chose the lower end since I will leave in a year and they won't come with me, but still, to pay over $3,000.00 for just a few windows (one window living room, two master bedroom and one in a small bedroom) is really pricey from my view and I don't think these blinds will last much longer than the one year I am living here anyway. CHEAPO!! Lastly, I will say the one star in this review is dedicated to the installation guy... that is the one who finally showed up after several days later from our actual install (that guy had a family emergency but I had no idea). He did a great job and was courteous and professional.

    My previous motorized blinds didn't work and when I contacted the company that made the motorized unit to get new ones, they said to go to 3 Day Blinds. The rep I talked to was fine and he scheduled the installation right there. Then, the blinds came about a week later and we had no difficulties during the installation. But I have to call 3 Day Blinds because when you go to charge up the unit, it keeps blinking and I don't know what's going on there. So I have to find out why it's not working the way they said it should. Also, I don't know what the warranty is on the motorized unit as I never got that.

    I can say this is one of the worst services I have seen in my life. 1 star is even too much for them. 1st order 100% wrong, never saw the 2nd order, and waiting for my refund... They are very quick to come and measure and charge you... but when it is to deliver time, everything goes wrong... I think no one does their job right in this company. 1st order came - nothing fit as all the measurements were taken wrong – THE DESIGNER FAILED AT HIS JOB. On top of it the brackets for the blinds were different sizes - THE PRODUCTION FAILED AT THEIR JOB. Then I needed to redo the order - After 4 emails - 3 calls, someone contacts me, and tells me they will reorder (gives me a discount so I don't cancel the order) and promises me that I will have them in a specific date, otherwise I will have full refund.

    I thought they are going to make this work this time. As you can guess it didn't happen, she disappeared and never answered to my emails- THE SUPPORT SPECIALIST FAILED AT HER JOB. I sent another 6 or 7 emails to her and the customer service with one generic answer, but no solution. CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILED AT THEIR JOB. Now they are blaming the installation company who apparently FAILED AT THEIR JOB. Again, worst service ever. You pay a lot and get nothing and no customer service to follow up or fix their errors. Now they have my money, I lost more than a month (so the 3 day is a LIE), I don't have my blinds and need to keep fighting to get my refund. Be smart. Don't use them!!!

    I had used Next Day and they were bought out by 3 Day. Next Day Blinds had done all of my blinds, and then I needed a new blind on a window in my house. So, I called 3 Day Blinds because they were the only game in town. They had the things that Next Day Blinds had. A consultant came out, looked at the situation and made a suggestion for doing one large, long blind for three windows that went across the top of one wall. They weren't full scale windows, but they were creating such a problem with sun onto my computer. I couldn't see it. So, she suggested room darkening and a big, long blind, which I'd never seen before rather than small ones for these tiny windows that were in row. That was what we decided.

    I like the product a lot. Because of the way my window handles, they sort of get in the way of the blind a little but the guy who installed it showed me to just pull it toward me a little bit as I'm raising or lowering it, and it shouldn't be a problem. I really don't have to raise it or lower it very far. I keep it down close to the bottom most of the time until the sun hits between those hours, and then I bring it down the next three inches. Then I pull it back. So, it works fine.

    I did my most recent purchase with 3 Day Blinds because I've used them before. Their design consultant was amazing. She was really helpful and explained everything. The quality of the products I got matches the price. So, it's a good value. I needed to have one blind taken down because I had no blinds on the windows that were going up. There was a little mistake that one of the blinds had come down. They charge you to take stuff down, but then the installers said, “Oh, no, no. Don’t worry about it.” They took it down. So, I was not charged for it. The installers were two amazing young men and they were knowledgeable, clean, efficient and did everything. I was very happy with them.

    I called to get my appointment, and they came the next day. I actually got the blinds faster than I had expected. Everything was perfect. It was really a very good experience. I was doing a bunch of different home improvements, and some of the things weren't going right. I was really happy that there were no issues with it at all. The process is very streamlined. It's like they come in, you order them, the order goes in and you're kept up in the loop the whole time. It's very efficient.

    I ordered window treatments for my whole house in February 2021. Installation (by third party) did not begin until October 2021. As of writing this review, the installation of the shades has not been completed. I've reached out several times to get the job completed without success. I paid extra for the Somfy system to control the shades from the app on my phone - I was just given the box and told to set it up myself. Some of the motors on the shades sputter and skip as the shades lower. There are uneven shades, crooked and missing valances. Fit, finish, quality and installation of products is low.

    I used 3 Day Blinds 10 years ago. I had Roman shades put in downstairs on two windows and I was very happy. I also recently enjoyed working with them except I understand I'm going to have someone out on December 1st. The motor is so loud. It sounds like a Tesla backing up. I spoke to my consultant and she said it should be whisper soft. Also, it doesn't line up completely with my windowsill so they also have to make an adjustment on that. Mary, my consultant, has been on top of things. She was able to get ahold of the motorisation department and have them give me a call back because I’ve tried numerous times with no luck. She’s the best. Gio, the installer, was great. He said because our house is older that maybe the windowsill is just not 100%. So I'm just hoping that when they come out they could go ahead and make an adjustment on that one side.

    The gentleman from 3 Day Blinds that came out here was the best one of what we were looking for of the prints that we wanted, and we wanted those automated up and down because we have windows high up and I knew that there wouldn't be any other way to open and close them. I have somebody that comes and cleans the windows so he would be the only one that would be able to get that high up on the ladders. So, we never opened the blinds there. I wanted to just open when it's not hot outside, just to be able to open up the whole house. So that was nice.

She offered some constructive advice, but she didn't try to upsell or overwhelm me. She listened to what I wanted and if I had any questions, she answered them.     Our sales person was very helpful. The installation went well until 2 valances had to be modified with different hardware. New parts had to be ordered. Parts came in wrong. Nobody notified me. I had to get a number from my rep to find out what was goin on. Installation company said they ordered new part and would contact me when they arrived. 3 weeks passed. No follow up call from anyone. I contacted my rep and she didn’t seem interested in helping. I had to ask her for a number I could call. She gave me the number but maybe she should have followed up not me. Part is still not in. However, 3 Day Blinds put a check through then they automatically deducted out of the account again.     Some friends had good experiences with 3 Day Blinds so thought we would give them a try. The installation process was fine to a point. We got the blinds, but for some reason, the verticals on the three patio doors did not come. Also, the header for the windows upstairs did not come. But the installer whose name was Robert did a fantastic job on what he could install on time. He came Tuesday and had the header for the upstairs blinds and the verticals.

    We had a problem with the verticals because the package was damaged and the header was all bent. He straightened it as best as he could and said he would go ahead and install it so we would have the privacy we needed. We can open it and slide in if we want. But as far as pulling it all the way to the right, we can only open it a foot. If you pull it all the way, you can't get it shut. The blind had to be reordered so, now we're waiting on that. It took a while for Robert to come and now, it's gonna take a little while for him to get here again because they're dependent on the shipping. But I am very pleased with the quality. It's a little pricey but you pay for what you get. I'm satisfied and the service with the two installers has been fantastic.

    3 Day Blinds offers in-home measuring and consultation, which, rather than running all over creation looking at blind samples, I like that. Their design service is free. The person who came in and did the measuring was extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable and gave me a great deal of confidence in her ability to do the job. She was top-notch. She's been in the business for a long time. Since I was in the market to replace blinds, it was very simple, easy to do and I was able to pick out what I wanted. She knew what details to ask me as far as the design went, had the samples with her, was able to pick it out in one fell swoop and ordered them on the spot right then.

    The installation company called me before they even received the blinds to set up an appointment because they had a pretty good idea when they'd see them. That way, we weren't waiting for a delay with installation service after they finally got the blinds. So, I was impressed by that. If you're seriously in the market to buy, 3 Day Blinds' design service makes it really easy. I had one thing in mind when their designer came in. It's a very large window. My original thought was to make one continuous blind and she pointed out to me that that was gonna be really heavy. Since it was an inside installation inside the frame, her suggestion was that I do one header so the blinds are connected, but they're two separate blinds. When they're opened or closed, it still looks like one blind, but it's not nearly as heavy. So, she had some good ideas as opposed to something that would take a crane to raise up so I can wash the windows. It's worked out very well.

    We were replacing some blinds that we had in our bedroom that were translucent with blackout shades. The consultant who helped us came to our house and was on time and professional. We showed her what we needed and she got what we were looking for. She showed us something that she thought would match it well. Then, we discussed some other options and whether we should have motorized blinds or not. She sort of gave us all the pros and cons. She knew what she was doing and even took the measurements for us so we didn't have to have a second person come back just to do measurements.

    The install took way shorter than I expected and considering the guy was taking down the old blinds and putting up the new ones, I thought that was great. We asked him if we could keep the old blinds and he packaged them up for us. We really like our new blinds. They're better quality than the blinds we replaced and seem more sturdy when we pull them down. Also, they are definitely blackout and my wife is very happy about that.

    I love 3 Day Blinds. What makes all of 3 Day Blinds is the sales lady that I use, Amy. She’s pretty good but she's busy and she's hard to get ahold of. The whole thing that makes any company go right is the installation. I've been in business for 50 years and I don't care if I deal with somebody who is stupider than hell as long as the installation goes well. With 3 Day Blinds, they have an installer named Matt, and he's fantastic. He makes the installation go really fast, really well, and it makes the whole 3 Day Blind experience. Matt really knows what he's doing.

    Amy's great with the measurements but Matt checks out all her measurements and then checks back with Amy to make sure that they don't have a problem. I'm doing my blinds in five stages, and on the last stage, the windows were too big for faux wood blinds. Matt caught it with Amy that I had to switch to wood blinds. So, they're a good team.

    The designer was very good. I really enjoyed her. She had a lot of good ideas. She seemed to have a lot of knowledge and good solutions to what we wanted to have done. The timeline that she said was spot-on. It was very good. The selection that they have seemed very good for every kind of blind or window covering. The prices were in line with everybody else. We got the room-darkening roller blinds that are also motorized. We were contacted by the installation company and they set an appointment for a day that worked for us. They gave us a two-hour window and also the name of the installer. He arrived right in that window. He was a really nice guy. He did a perfect job. He was very professional and he cleaned up everything.

    3 Day Blinds was fast. I didn't expect it in three days, but the other companies that I did talk to were 8 to 10 weeks out. So, I was very, very impressed. I'd highly recommend them again. It's a fairly new house, so we're going to be doing some more window treatments and I'll probably call Lisa back again and not even bother with anybody else. I'm also going to ask for the same installer next time we have something done because he did a great job and he seemed very capable.

He was so tall and he was able to do the installation without a ladder. We were extremely happy with our experience. We were very pleased with both James and Malcolm. So far, I'm really happy with the product.

    The consultant from 3 Day Blinds was very professional and very down-to-earth, and we thought it was a fine visit. We got a simple vertical blind. So far, so good. The installer was very professional, too,and was very nice. We were very happy with 3 Day Blinds. We were very pleased with the installation and with the time. It was delivered much earlier than they said it would be. I didn't wait on it. I paid half the bill when we made the order, and the other half was due upon completion of the job, which was fine and which we agreed to. When I got my statement from the credit card company, it seemed that more was withdrawn than what's on my statement. It was a matter of $172. When I called, they were very lovely and very cooperative. She said that it was because we had a change order that had come through the email and that I had electronically signed for, which was not true.

    She did some research, and they did, in the end, say that they were going to refund the $172. But I was aggravated because we had been so pleased with the entire procedure. Had I not noticed it in my credit card bill, I would never have realized that they withdrew more than what's allotted on our order form. Other than that, I would very be happy to recommend them always.

    This was the second time I used 3 Day Blinds. We were so happy with the quality the first time we went with them and wanted to get the rest of the house done with them again. Michelle was amazing from the very beginning. I called her again but she was not working in our area. Another guy, Bill, was able to work with us remotely so that she could get it done for us. It was amazing. Our blinds were in within a couple of weeks which was the first time we had to wait for quite a while. But we've had a really good experience with 3 Day Blinds. It was wonderful in every point.

    The installation was quick. The guy cleaned up after himself and made sure all the little lines were filled. The first time, we only had a couple. The next time, we decided to do the whole house. He brought someone to help him so that they could get it in very quickly. They took out all the extra stuff that didn't need to be there. There was one little mishap with one of the windows that didn't get ordered correctly so the bottom was cut off. They ordered it, came back and finished it up. They made sure everything was perfect before they signed off on it.
