    We have blinds and motorized at that. Good sales cycle and install but had some issues and support was less than acceptable and not one person could solve. Left me with poor taste in my mouth. One morning they pulled out and shade fell to the floor. 3 Day replaced the shade, which was damaged when it fell, and corrected the installation. We are very pleased with the shades.     3 Day Blinds is quick. However, I felt pressured during the presentation. It didn’t seem like I could sit and think on it. I had to make a decision quickly. We went with Roman shades and roller shades. The installation was fine, but the material is not quality for the money. They only show you a small patch. When it’s up, it’s large. We see it's very different than the small patch. Also, there was a discount out there, but it wasn't offered to us. I saw it after the rep left.

    I had big shades put in on my western side glass doors and I had the faux wood venetian blinds put in my other bedrooms. I also had a set of plantation shutters put in the front room. The shades and the plantations are motorized, and they are supposed to talk to my Alexa smart house, which isn't so smart. But I couldn't get them to do it. It told me to sign into my account and it said I had a password, but it didn't have my password. There's nowhere on the 3 Day Blinds website for help. Where you have an account, there's nowhere that tells you how to reset your password. So, I emailed Help and I got back a response but it didn't answer my concern that I don't know that there's a password and if there is, I don't know what it is. There doesn't seem to be an access for that or I couldn't find it. So far, nobody's been able to help me. But I'll reach out to my installer and see if he could help me.

    This has been a bit of a hitch but generally speaking, I would recommend 3Day blinds. Courtney, my salesperson, was wonderful. Isaac, who did the install with Raylan, was really good, too. The installation of my plantations was done by another person and it was really great, but he wasn't aware of the hub or the electronics. Courtney's on maternity leave and I reached out to the person that's sitting in for her because we're all trying to solve the mystery that my motorized plantation are supposed to be schedulable. I researched and finally realized that I'm supposed to have some sort of electronic hub, which I don't seem to have. I'm waiting to get that from them and I hope their reps are coming back out for that.

    I absolutely love my shutters. Michelle ** was my project manager both times. She came to our home, showed us several amazing options, gave us an estimate that day. The next day someone came out to measure our windows and we had the final total of what it would cost. Not cheap but totally worth every penny. We only got downstairs windows done first. Michelle told me usually people call back and want more and that’s exactly what happened. My whole house is done and absolutely lovely. There is no middle bar to open and close so the shutters very easy to clean.

    I'm very happy with 3 Day Blinds. Originally, the consultant came out, and we went with a different consultant because I was kind of annoyed with the first one. The first consultant was a nice person, but I felt like the second consultant really knew the product. I was happy with the product, but there were two problems with it. I was told the battery pack would not show at all. So, I didn't really get valances because I was okay with that. Then, I sent a picture where you could see that the roll was hung and you could see the battery pack. I was originally told the battery pack would be hidden behind the roll, so we'd never see it. It looked awful. I was really annoyed. So then, I sent pictures in. 3 Day Blinds offered me that if I did these inexpensive valances, they would cover them up.

    The guy that came out and fixed them put up the new valances. Some of the blinds weren't even hung where they even came down, and the second guy fixed some of them. He just said the first guy really did a bad job. I'm happy with the product, but I just felt like the company needed to maybe invest in more training for them to install the products.

    The 3 Day Blinds representative was professional. She had ideas about decoration. She went above and beyond just selling, trying to match the colors to what we already have. So, I really like her. The installation also went well. It was news to me. Also, the installers worked on time and were very professional. The guy answered all my questions. And he took his time to calibrate the motorized shades. So, it was good. But I had no idea, and maybe the rep didn’t say anything because it’s common sense, that you have to charge the motor.     I liked the convenience of 3 Day Blinds coming out and measuring the windows that I needed to see what kind of an idea of what I wanted and what the house looked like, instead of me going out to a different location and we have to sort through all the products.     3 Day Blinds did our other windows several years back. I liked the sales rep. However, in the end, I was very disappointed when I called her four times to find out the exact day our blinds were going to be installed. She did not return our calls and she never disclosed to us, once the sale was closed with her, to only reach out to 3 Day Blinds, not her. I left 3 Day Blinds a message and a gentleman got back to me right away and took control. Our roller shades were installed three days later and I love them. I wish we could have afforded the automatic ones though. The guy who installed the blinds was fabulous. We're looking at needing more blinds but I would not deal with that particular sales rep again. She was unprofessional. She was friendly and kind but not returning my calls did it for me.

    I used to have my own business and you never do not return calls to your client or consumer. Number one, that's insulting because the blinds were expensive. It was not like we were just paying $200. Secondly, we're senior citizens. She would want me to refer her to all my friends. I recommend 3 Day Blinds but I always say that they need to find out who the sales rep is. My husband told me to forget about it. But it was disrespectful. We were a consumer and this was a huge investment for one window. I’m not letting it go. But now that I've opinionated myself, I can move on.

    I ordered shutters in October 2021, with the understanding that due to COVID there would be a delay. In March of 2022, the installation process finally began. All the window shutters were completed leaving the sliding shutter door. The installer noticed a small piece was missing and stated he would have to order the part and return to complete the job, indicating it would take about a week. After 3 weeks I called to check on the status. After several phone calls, he finally showed up about 6-weeks later, with the wrong part. He again stated he would have to order the part and return.

    Numerous phone calls later, I was finally told a different installer would complete the job. The new installer came only to realize he too had the wrong part based on the information provided by the original installer (it is now June 2022). Finally the correct part was ordered, installer came to finish the job only to realize there was another issue. As of today, 1-year later, my shutter door is still not installed properly. I have paid in full and still I wait. Calling customer service with 3 Day Blinds was useless (only 1 service tech was helpful and helped to at least get me the necessary information on the new installer). I am highly disappointed. Would not recommend!

    My experience with 3 Day Blinds was amazing. Marge was really a wonderful person to work with. It was very easy selecting the product. I knew in the back of my mind what I wanted. When she pulled everything out, I told her, “This is exactly what I thought about.” She had everything that was in my head. The installation was quick. But they messed up the two-bedroom windows upstairs.

    We have eyebrow windows. Instead of stopping at the eyebrow and just going straight across the window, they went halfway through the eyebrow and connected the blinds. The blinds going to the bottom were 1 to 2 feet too short. It looked really bad. They have not fixed it yet. I had them come back out. We added some banisters ‘cause I want the hardware hidden and I want everything to match and everything to have a banister. Then they have to fix the two windows upstairs. They're remaking those.     We met with a designer in May of 2022. She measured all our windows and guided us on what would be the best options for our home, which we followed. Installation was scheduled for July 2022 when we learned that only 1 of 12 windows were incorrect. I contacted customer service ASAP. They rescheduled with a new designer (not scheduled until September 2022) who no-showed the appointment! We are currently left in limbo with no blinds, no money, damaged trim and walls from the attempted installation and no resolution.

    I have received exactly ONE call for a manager which I returned the next day- she was unavailable. I have tried calling, emailing and messages on FB. Customer service is terrible after you have paid them, prior to ordering they were very responsive. 3 Day Blinds do not respond to this post until the problem has been resolved. I know there is a manager on the case and I know what my case number is. At this point replying with that information is not helpful. I would like a resolution.

    We ordered our blinds in January or February of 2022. We were given an estimated installation of March for the wood blinds and at the latest, July for our shutters. Two different people measured our windows & casings. When the wood blinds finally arrived in April & they came out to install them, they were ALL wrong. They had to either send them back or throw them out. They came back a second time in June with the wood blinds again and they had most of them right, but one, which had to be done over...again.

    In July, the shutters finally came in and only 4 out of 8 were correct. At this point, we were frustrated and actually got a call to pay in full without the main shutters! We refused but they said they would be unable to install the remainder without it. So through pressure to finally get our shutters DONE we paid, waited 2 more weeks and they showed up today (08/27) to install.... *Drum roll* ONE wood blind...zero shutters. The installers apologized but said they didn't know anything about the remaining plantation shutters and just came to install one wood blind (it's for a small window).

    Understandably, we are livid and the constant apologies mean nothing. It's been almost 7 months, we paid in full for a revolving door of incorrect blinds and installers and STILL have 4 HUGE windows that need plantation shutters. Every time they say they're coming, we take time off & take off our old worn out blinds just to put them right back on. We tried to call them again today and since it's a Saturday install (we weren't going to take additional time off), of course they're closed. Starting to wonder if we'll finally get our "3 Day Blinds" done by Christmas.

    I am unable to hang blinds myself. So, I needed a company that I know would come and hang them for me. I knew that 3 Day Blinds could do that. And I know from seeing other people's blinds that they have quality, beautiful blinds. I have three bedrooms upstairs. In two of the bedrooms, I just had regular, bottom-up blinds. I replaced them with top-down bottom-up. And that's what is in the other bedroom, on all four windows was top-down bottom-up. And in my living room and dining room, they're just the slats.

    The first time that they were here, this nicest lady showed me a catalog or pictures of stuff and I fell in love with those colored tape that cover up the strings on the blinds. That's what I have in the front room was two of the regular wood-slatted blinds with the dark brown tape because my floor is dark brown. They match perfectly. I'm very happy with the product, with the way they worked, and I especially love the newest ones they put up that the strings are not just hanging. I love how they're connected to the wall. If you can afford it, go with 3 Day Blinds.

    20 years ago, when I moved into this house, I got some shades from 3 Day Blinds and they have lasted. Their product is the best window product I've had on any of my windows in 20 years. I was worried 'cause I didn't see their shops but I liked that somebody came out and measured my windows and assured me that the mini blinds that I wanted to put in there would fit in these old windows. The rep had a sample and all the colors, and they came fast. The installer did a good job and installed them. She also cleaned up. I got quite a few blinds and they're nice.     We had two different installs with 3 Day Blinds. We had to wait on the second order ‘cause we didn't have the doors installed yet. On the first order, the installer did a great job. I’d left some brackets up for curtains, and I thought that they were gonna be out of the way, but they were not. When he installed the blinds, he put them over the brackets that I've left in place. When I noticed that, I said, “I'm gonna have to take those down.” He said, “No, I'll do it.” He took everything back down, took off the brackets that I left up there and put things back up. He did it in less than 10 minutes. It probably would have taken me 45 minutes. That was very nice. He didn't have to do that. The roller shades are great. The ones in the bedroom are probably never gonna move. They're just gonna be down all the time. But the ones we did in the basement will go up and down quite a bit. So far, so good. They felt expensive to me, but they're very high-quality products.

    I liked the guy who came. I didn’t want to go through the process of measuring and cleaning everything up. I wanted to be able to choose my pattern. He was very helpful with all of that. He spent a lot of time taking me through all the swatches. He came to the house so he knew what I was trying to do. He had some very good suggestions on colors. I have allergies, so I didn't want any grates, I wanted shades. I wanted the room darkening shades in the bedrooms, but not in the living room or the rest of the rooms. He helped me figure out what I could do there. The installer called before he came out, which was good.     I had installed blinds from 3 Day Blinds 20 years ago when I bought this house and they were good quality for the most part. I did the blinds in the whole house. Then I did some cloth shades in the living room, which didn't pan out very good. But the blinds panned out fairly good. Just recently, the serviceman broke the blinds that was why they came out and did one blind for the sliding glass door. The rep didn’t give me any price options though. She just came up with one.     I was trying to get shades for my skylight. I had asked about the automatic ones where you could put it on your phone, and 3 Day Blinds showed me that. They also showed me the different colors and were very helpful with helping me decide on a color. The installation day was good. I had an appointment at 8:30, and they called me around 8:10 to let me know that they will be there at 8:30. They were there early and sat in the vehicle until 8:30. The crew was very friendly and they explained everything to me.

    My concern was because it had started getting so hot, I ended up closing the old ones before they came. But the quality is good. I don't open mine and close them every day.     I used 3 Day Blinds in Philadelphia for an old house that I had there and I loved the quality even though it was more on the expensive side than what's available now. I started looking for blinds for our house now and I made appointments with Home Depot because they have Roman shades. I also made appointments with one other place. In the end, I opted to do 3 Day Blinds because I know that I'm gonna get really good quality.

    Mel was my rep and she was awesome. She's very Philadelphia. I lived in Philly for 10 years so I knew what I was getting. I appreciated her bluntness because she was to the point saying, “Here's what you need. And here's why.” I'm a salesperson so I knew what the consult was about, but I appreciated her being, “Listen, you can get this. And, yeah, it’s gonna be more practical, but I don't think it's gonna be as stylish or it's not gonna be as neutral for your buyer.”

    I just wanted an upgrade from regular blinds but it should still be something very neutral for a buyer because you don't know what kind of style they're gonna have. I knew it needed to be white and really do the job of showcasing a neutral backdrop on the house and showing off the backyard and the greenery. That's what it did. We got the roller shades and you have to lift them all the way up so you really see a lot more of the space. It's really beautiful. The roller shades are not blackout but they're one of the most popular ones. It's a warmer white and a little bit textured.

    The installers did a really good job. A man came in with his assistant or son. They were quick and I was totally fine leaving them there to pick up my daughter. I have a security system with cameras and remote entry. They were texting to make sure I locked the door when they left, which was really nice. 3 Day Blinds is awesome. They're the way to go because you know you're gonna get really good quality. It's really worth it for the peace of mind.

    The salesperson who came out to our home brought some samples along. My wife and she went over what we were looking for. It was a specific type of a blind which is a fairly new style. The two of them agreed on what was the right thing, measured the sizes of the windows that we were dealing with, and chose the blinds and colors. Within a relatively short period of time after we gave her our deposit, we got a call that the blinds were ready. We were given the name of the installer where currently they subcontract their work to. It was also great. Within about 10 days, we had the blinds installed.

    We got a little concerned because the young man that came over to do the installation, apparently, it was his first installation. But at the end of the day, this young man was as good as they come because he was detailed and very professional. He showed us how to use the blinds and did everything he was supposed to do. I tipped him on the way out, which is something I typically like to do if I get good work done for me. We're very happy with 3 Day Blinds. The experience was better than I ever anticipated.     There are suppose to be Custom Window shades. We chose 3-Day Blinds because of the years in business and our consultant made it clear they back up their product. Who would have thought it was the worst decision we could have made. Ordered on May 25, 2022. On June 11, 2022, the day of install we immediately stopped the installer due to the product not fitting properly, and called our consultant to inform her of the horrific quality, material, fit and install of the "Custom Shades". Since the installer removed all our wood blinds at once and carelessly threw them in the back of his truck, they were mangled and unable to be reinstalled. So after discussion with our consultant Kathy & the installer, they decided to continue with the install and will contact us and resolve at a further date.

    In the meantime, we have noticed more defects with these "Customer Shades" and told 3 Day Blinds, we just want a refund. We don't trust their product, the quality or installation. We have been going back and forth ever since and asked that they schedule to have these removed, with no luck with removal or refund. They have made no attempt to come and remove these "custom shades" that look like we just threw sheets over our windows; and now they are calling trying to get final payment and said they are going to charge the card on file without our authorization. We are currently in dispute with 3-day blinds to refund and remove these horrific supposed "Custom Shades". I wish I could share the pictures.

    I saw the ad in a home improvement magazine and called for an appointment. Faustina came over and showed me some options that would work in our home. I chose the motorized, off-white cellular (honeycomb) design with her concurrence. She took preliminary measurements and shortly afterwards their installers came and took very precise measurements. A few weeks later, an installer came to mount the shades and showed me how to use the remote controls. All very efficient and professional. The shades are beautiful and easy to operate. They are totally opaque but translucent enough to keep the rooms light and bright. A vast improvement over those old heavy drapes we had before!

    Overall we were pleased with our experience. The sales rep's initial response, quote follow up, sending of temporary blinds to use (we moved in to new construction) was just fine. The blinds arrived and the installer was awesome. We had one damaged pull cord which he took care of ordering. The quality of the blinds and the one pleated shade are great. However, we NEVER heard back from the sales rep. Not once!. Not a thank you for the order, not a follow up to see how the install went or an inquiry as to whether we were pleased with everything. NOTHING.

    I guess all she cared about was receiving her commission for the multi-thousand dollar order. Concurrent with ordering our blinds we also ordered a custom master closet. The sales rep for this company was amazing. She provided just the right amount of follow up, before, during, and AFTER the entire process was completed. I spent my entire 40 year career in consumer product sales and I can assure you I never failed to follow up with a customer, especially when I was awarded new business. Had your rep's communication been better I would have rated 5 stars.

    Three Day Blinds... what a difference in service and support. Three Day Blinds purchased NextDayBlinds several years ago and sent notifications out explaining how they would honor all the NDB contracts and warranties. Well, that was not true. One of the reasons I purchased NDB was the lifetime warranty. Well TDB did not honor that warranty and I had to purchase a new blind from them. That would have been fine if the new product was as good, or better than the NDB I have had for several years. It is not, not the same craftsmanship, not the same quality... far worse.

    In order to get the product to match my NDB's I had to order additional parts on the internet because Three Day Blinds could not make them match. I would not recommend this company to anybody, much less to a NDB warranty claim. Be careful, go to Lowe's or Home Depot - but not Three Day Blinds (and don't even get me started on the three weeks it took to get Three Day Blinds).

    A year ago, I bought the honeycomb blinds for my living room, then I had 3 Day Blinds come back to do the kitchen and bedroom blinds and the guy who came this time was very knowledgeable. I got regular blinds in the kitchen and blackout blinds in the bedroom, and the installation was great. I love the installer. The guy was so helpful, and he went out of his way to make the valance that I currently had work so I wouldn't have to call my handyman out.

    I thought the blinds I got for the bedroom would be a little more darkening than what they were, and I asked 3 Day Blinds to come back. They're supposed to be coming back out and switching those with blackout blinds, which I believe to be at no extra cost, but I'm not quite clear on that. Overall, the products were too expensive. I noticed that from a year ago, the price doubled in my product. I was expecting it to be half the cost of what it ended up being the second time that I called them, but I was too much in the process to start over with someone else. People could get the same blinds at Home Depot for half the price, and I regret that I didn't price it out more the second time around.

    I was looking for someone to do some window dressings for me. I called 3 Day Blinds' 800 number and got an appointment. I got someone in right away. They took the measurements and everything was ordered. The first set of blinds that I got for my bedroom was the blackout screen. I didn't like it. It came in two pieces and I didn't understand that. But it turned out the size I needed wasn't in this particular design so I made another appointment. The lady, Lisa, came back and did a good job of getting me another design that's even better and gave me a little bit of a discount on it. I'm changing it out as soon as the new one comes in.

    The time had only been about a month to six weeks before my materials came in, which is good in this climate because everything seems to be backlogged. The quality is great for the money. The prices are good. The privacy screen that I have is fine but I don't like the gap in it so we're gonna get one solid piece for me this time. My blinds in my kitchen is great. However, I had a little bit of a problem with the installation of those, so I asked for another more experienced installer this time. They're coming up for my drapes today.

    I took an appointment with Dani and she really helped me what kind of fabric I needed to get and what color and design would suit my house. She was really good with that. The installer was Jack and he also did a good job installing the motorized blinds and the rest of the blinds.     The girl from 3 Day Blinds came out and did the measurements. She was excellent and she knew what she was talking about. The samples were adequate enough in order to pick out whatever color you want or whatever design you wanted. Within a week, maybe even less, a guy came and installed the blinds. The service was fast and great. He went room by room and installed each individual blind. He was very pleasant, he knew his procedures, and he didn't have to do anything secondary. He was in and out of here in no time.

    The blinds that I got are good quality. I dealt with Hunter Douglas before and compared to their, the 3 Day Blinds products that I got have the little button that you press to bring them back up. The other ones I had, you just pushed back up and down. These ones also seem to be a little bit more sturdier than the ones that I had.

    I've used other window covering companies before, but after reading their reviews, I decided to try 3 Day Blinds. I had 3 windows that needed new blinds (1 mini-blind and 2 cellular blinds). After filling out the request form online, 3 Day Blinds sent an estimator out within a week. He was professional and thorough as he measured every window and showed me samples of various blinds. He provided a quote for a 3 day turnaround, and when I said I wasn't in a hurry and didn't need a 3 day turn, he lowered the cost and we agreed on a 10 day turnaround. I got a call in less than 10 days saying the blinds were ready and we set up an appointment for installation. The installer was on time, very professional, and quick.     I did the shutters in the front of my house 5 years ago and it looked so good, I wanted to do all the windows in my house. I had them come back and do the rest of the windows and do the big curtains as well in the back, overlooking the pool. I liked the lady that helped me pick out the curtains. She did a really good job and it looked really great. Also, the install guys were really good. They had messed up the one in the garage. They missed the arch part of it and they had to order a new one because I mismeasured it the first time, but they were good and came back and fixed it. My only complaint was it took too long, but everything these days is taking so long because of the supply chain issues. I understand that. Other than that, I'm satisfied. Everything looks great and it really makes a big improvement on that house.

    I got the regular standard Venetian blinds that are 1 1/2-inch wide and the installation day was great. The men were clean and they had clean uniforms on. They brought their own little booties to cover their shoes with. Also, they identified that on two of the blinds there were some minor flaws. They made a note and would replace the whole blind later. They cleaned up, left, took all their trash with them, and made the arrangements to have the replacement blinds come out a couple of weeks later, which they did. I like the quality of the blinds. The only thing is the way that the blinds are designed, they don't close all the way. Cheaper blinds close better.

    It was an issue with my kitchen blind. When I contacted the gentleman that sold me the blinds he made me feel like he was not concerned at all. The next installation some pieces were missing which required another visit and another 2-3-weeks... When I called Kevin I found out he was no longer there...     First they gave me a 5 hour window to pick up my blind and never showed up. After 2 weeks they showed up, grabbed the blind and ran out. No paperwork, no nothing. After a couple days I called and they said it would be 4 weeks. After 4 weeks they said my blind was in but they had to check that it was working and they would call in a couple days for an installation day. After no call from them, I called and they said the blind was going to corporate and it would be another 4-5 weeks. The way they handle repairs is broken. The communication is awful and it is obvious systems are not in place. The discount and warranty is not worth the headaches!!!

    I got some sun-blocker blinds to go on two large windows and the quality was very good. The designer did a good job. He came when he said he was gonna come and was very polite. But when he was here showing me the blinds, I was looking for a specific color that had a specific sunblock and he told me he didn't have it in that color. As I looked through his book, I found it in that color so, I didn't know if he was new and just didn't know it was available. I was a little surprised. But I was impressed when the tech came. We had a couple of dogs here and I was afraid they were gonna aggravate him. But he was sweet to them and he got the job done very quickly and showed me how to work the blind.     I was a repeat customer for 3 Day Blinds. I used them in my last house, but what cinched the deal was they also gave me one of the two most competitive prices. The design consultant, Anne, was great. I give her an A-plus. I liked her. This time, I got a mix of fake wood blinds and shutters. So far, so good. I still don't have the shutters though. It's a hell of a lead time. 14 weeks is pretty ugly. They promised me paper shades in the meantime. Then, it was like, "Oh, our paper shades are on backorder." So, I didn't even get the paper shades and I've never heard any kind of follow-up. But I like the faux wood blinds. It's the same thing I had in the other house. They haven't changed in design or technology or any of it. They're good. The tech who installed, Carlos, was really good, too. I give him an A-plus. He was really thorough. He explained everything.

    There was just one thing that I don't like at all. It was even unclear to the point where I had to call my design consultant. When they're listing out the bedrooms, everything's itemized, so I know the price of everything. Suddenly, the labels were primary bedroom window 1, primary bedroom window 2, etc. So, I called Anne, and I said, "Primary, is that what the new master bedrooms and master bathrooms are supposed to be called?" She was like, "Yeah, that's what it is. A lot of people aren't catching that, but that's what they're supposed to be called now, and 3 Day Blinds was doing it." I told her flat out, "I don't like it. I think it's silly." They should not reinvent the wheel.

    3 Day Blinds was excellent. We’re in a sort of an unusual condo. It's like a little bungalow, and so we did the living room, dining room, both bedrooms, the one bathroom that has a window, and the kitchen. We got wood blinds. The quality is perfect. Nothing has broken. They're great. Our design consultant was wonderful. The installer was great, too. He had called and given us advance notice. He said he'd be here between 9:00 and 10:00, and it was like 9:15 when he came. They were very professional. They did such a good job with the ones in the condo. That was why we went back to them for the porch. We have a sun porch which is 12 by 14, and on its three sides that attach to the house, it’s all windows. We got about 40 feet of blinds.

    I got the vertical blinds from 3 Day Blinds and I absolutely love them. I got a mix between red and orange. They’re beautiful. I was all overjoyed with the sales rep, the person who came the second time to do the fitting for the blind, and the installer. Every last one of them was excellent. They were knowledgeable. They were on time, which is very hard. I live in Northern Virginia and with traffic, people always come late.

    My blinds are working perfectly. I had told the guy who came for my blinds to do the second fitting that I had blinds from Next Day Blinds and that I was calling them because the blinds were no longer turning and calling 3 Day Blinds, they told me I could get free blinds.     I found the online site and I could make an appointment easily. 3 Day Blinds' design consultant was great. Also, I found the timelines reasonable. Two guys arrived with everything they needed, put the blinds up with minimum fuss and noise, checked that they worked on and left. I would recommend them highly. I got the motorized blinds that roll down. They are excellent with one exception. We had identical blinds in our two bedrooms and living room because of the way that our condo is put together. And for the bedroom blinds, everything is perfect. For the condo blinds, we wanted what is called a valence, like a box, at the top, against the ceiling, and that had to be made in two parts. And the fabric is not nicely joined. It's quite ugly.

    The gentleman at the shop on North Ave was personable and helpful, the designer, Beverly, was knowledgeable and the installer, Tim?, it’s been so long, was so good at what he does. It all boiled down to the ridiculousness of the customer service. I was on hold forever and long story short, they would call me time and time again and I would return the call and they would not have any record of my phone number. So they were unable to help me.

    Number one I’m a teacher and I’m at work so it’s difficult to sit and look through all my emails trying to find the account number to assist them, and also I had just moved so my life has been turned upside down. It all amounted to me doing much more work than the people on the other end of the line at three day blinds trying to reconcile the issues I had with one of my blinds not working. All the employees were great. It was the Three Day Blind's system that absolutely sucked. So if you have any troubles with the blinds as did my friend who I referred to three day blinds, she too experienced the same poor customer service, steer clear.

    The rep was a very positive and uplifting person, cheerful and happy. He put all the options on the table and showed us who, what, when, and where we can go and what we can get, as far as budget-wise. He wasn't pushy. He just showed all the ins and outs, and all the pros and cons of everything that he had. We put in an order for four window shade blinds and the installation was fantastic. The guy was good and you could tell he has done it before. He was in there, knew what he was doing and was done in no time. He showed me how they work and how to install. It was a very simple installation process and he told me what I will do if I ever need to take them down to paint. It was an excellent experience with 3 Day Blinds. We were very happy with them and we're promoting them to a school that is looking to replace their blinds that are shot. We're going to have 3 Day Blinds come in there and put a proposal together.

    The installer did a good job. We have solar shades and for the most part, we're very happy with them. But we have an issue with two of the valances that have fallen off. We put them back up but they're not really steady. So, we'll have to have the technician back out here to correct that. Other than that, we're happy with the quality of the product.

    A while back, we had someone from Home Depot come in and said their company couldn't get the blinds that I wanted. I said, "Well, I'm gonna call 3 Day Blinds." And they got exactly what I wanted. The rep knew her stuff and got great personality. I would recommend her to anybody. The installer came in, did his thing and off he went. I would give others the rep's card and tell them to call her. Go for it.

    The lady who came in first made us feel very comfortable. She helped us make some of the decisions and answered all our questions. Our whole experience was awesome. The customer service is great. On installation day, the gentleman came in at the perfect time. He had told 3 Day to let us know what he needed to be moved from the walls and how long things were going to take. Once he installed the items he showed me how we could close some and open them. He also said there's a guarantee that if something gets broken to contact them. He also showed us how to clean them. Other than that, everything was pretty good with them. We love our blinds.

    You contracted 3 Day Blinds to install 6900.00 dollars worth of window blinds. We started the process in January. As of this writing the blinds have still have not been completely installed. The installers have been out to the house 4 times and counting. The salesperson did not measure properly so blinds have not fit. Valances were too small, valances missing. Each time they say they have it right then when they come to install the product they continue to have the wrong product or missing the part altogether.

    It is now may and we have some of the windows with blinds but can't use a few of them because the valance was cut to small and the blind will not roll down. We have a motorized blind on the slider. There is only the middle blind up and no valance. It looks ridiculous. We've spent hours on the phone. Customer service is inept and keep you on hold and never answer or when you speak to someone and they say they'll call you back but they never do. This the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Don't care about their customers. They are simply pathetic.

    We ordered motorized shades and paid a deposit of $4700. Six weeks of constantly changing stories and downright lies by each and every employee until the truth came out. They finally admitted they were out of stock to the point where they couldn’t even project a date. At best the wait would be four months. On the date of the deposit we were assured all was in stock. In hindsight, they only wanted the deposit. I have never in my life met a more miserable, poorly run company. Please never ever do business with 3 Day Blinds. Please.

    The rep was great and I loved her so much. She gave me all the information I needed. She was very quick, personable and professional. I bought blinds for my bedroom and then, I got to thinking about it so I texted her back and told her that I wanted some for my living room. And that I wanted her to come and do it.     3 Day Blinds did exactly what we wanted. And if it' would have been left up to our own resources, we would have purchased white or kind of a creamy. Then the consultant showed us, it had enough of a brown tint. Because the ceiling is wood-paneled, and the color pops. I wouldn't have thought to blend with the walls since the blinds were up in the roof in the wooden part. It's perfect. It looks like they were made when the room was added. We couldn't be happier. Also, the consultant listened to me and wasn't a hard sell. We bought what was just right for our house. And we appreciated him not giving that old pressure to go up higher. The installation took longer than three days, but that was okay. The installer was out right away. He came out quickly. I would highly recommend 3 Day Blinds.

    When I met Victoria, she was super cool and friendly. The installation crew is great. They've been the same crew each time. One of the panels of the blinds had an issue with it. They came out within a couple of days, looked at it and decided to replace it. And they came out and reinstalled it in 15 minutes. So, I was very impressed with their responsiveness, customer service, how quick they were to make sure that I was satisfied. Also, the blinds feel sturdy. We really like it. The blinds are wood. They seem composite. They're plantation shutters. They're all connected. And they're nice. What is even better is 3 Day Blinds messed up on the first order and it ended up looking right. So, they gave me a discount on the second order. We came to an agreement. Instead of replacing it and waiting all that time and spending all that money, I'll just keep what I had. They're cool to work with.
