I got blinds for the living room and other areas of the first floor and the quality is good. I like them. The salesperson was knowledgeable and the installation went well. It was fast and easy. I was told it was going to take three weeks and that was the only misleading thing with them saying it’s 3 Day Blinds. But everything else was good enough where I can't complain. People should give it a try if they can afford it.

I decided to try 3 Day Blinds and I'm glad I did. I’ve had very good experiences. I've only ever worked with Barbara and she is absolutely fantastic. She had been here three different times to deal with different windows. She came in and looked at our decor. I hate shopping so I knew what I wanted in advance. It was a very smooth experience. From the time I ordered to the time the windows were installed, it was a couple of weeks. When we had the first go-around, I had vertical blinds for our family room and a sliding glass door. The installers forgot to cut the slots for the dog door and that was taken care of within a couple of days. The guys were awesome.

The shutters that we received are not of consistent quality and have flaws that should not be there. We did not receive any updates from the time our initial deposit was taken until more than five weeks later. We were charged the second half before the installation and were not given any way to hold off paying until the job was done correctly and with quality products. We were pleased with the installer, RST Installations. Their installer also confirmed the flaws with the product, took pictures, and allowed us to indicate such on the signature block. We are hoping that 3-Day Blinds makes this right.

The installer of our 3 Day Blinds was great. But I was surprised by how long the blinds took. I assumed a couple of weeks. But it took three months. But that's okay. We're very happy with the end product. Our daughter came home from university and arrived last night. I was showing her the blinds today and she was saying how nice they looked. It was a good experience all the way around.

On June 2nd, sales person came to my home & measured for four blinds. On July 5th, the blinds were delivered. Three out of four were measured correctly, the fourth blind was too wide. The installer re-measured. On August 1st, the installer came again and the same result, incorrect size. August 16th, another try at completing my order. WRONG!!! The blind was too short width wise. In the meantime, calling customer service was adding insult to injury as I was hung up on for asking for a manager. At this point, I just want to have the existing blinds picked up and get my money back. Apparently, quality control is lacking starting with sales, production, installation. Is anyone checking the number of complaints?

When some of our blinds broke, we called 3 Day Blinds. Their design consultant came by at the right time and showed us all our options and it was very easy. We went with what we had. The installation process was good. The guys came and did everything they were supposed to do. So far, the blinds are working. They told us that we should open them up before we draw them open and close, which I never knew with my old ones. The people never told me that. So, maybe that was what caused more wear and tear on the other ones we had from a different company.

The designer who came out to the house was extremely knowledgeable. Moreover, she arrived at the time she arranged. We decided on the blinds and plantation shutters. The blinds were installed pretty quickly and they are awesome! My only regret is that I didn't buy them sooner. I'm still waiting on the shutters. I have been a 3 Day Blinds customer for over 25 years and their customer service is unbeatable!

The rep talked to me about what he thought would look best. He seemed extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing. I ordered and paid for the wooden shutters. He told me it would be be delivered between the end of August and the first week of September. It came in half the time. They called and scheduled a time, came out, and got it done. They were very quick and didn't leave a mess. The shutters look beautiful. I love them. They're an upgrade to what I had in there before. I show them to everybody who comes over. Everybody should use 3 Day Blinds because they're wonderful. I have also used them before twice for other shutters in my house.

The design consultant is fabulous and very knowledgeable. She's been out twice. The first time, we put regular blinds throughout the house and on the second time, we did our doors. She helped us pick all the colors because I didn't want just white up there. We are doing a total of three doors and have two more doors coming in. The installation was awesome. They completed it all in one day.

Dealing with rep was a positive experience and installation was super. The installers knew exactly what they were doing and they were very good at what they did. I got three pleated shades on a very large window and I'm very pleased. The cost is on the higher end of things because it's motorized, but it's definitely worth it. I would recommend 3 Day Blinds.

I'm very pleased with the work 3 Day Blinds did. The rep was very knowledgeable. She made the appointment on time, discussed everything and gave me a quote. I was very pleased. And she followed up on it to make sure everything got done. I didn't want it done in three days because I would be out of town, so we set a date. They came on that date. They installed the blinds on time, as they said they would. The guy that came was very knowledgeable. And he completed the installation in 40 minutes. He cleaned up afterwards. He did a great job.

The whole ordeal took two weeks. It was longer than I expected, but that wasn't a big deal. Especially the quality, I was surprised. I love the blinds. The rep we had was fantastic. Other people are going to order from 3 Day Blinds because they saw mine.

We purchased plantation shutters from 3 Day Blinds. We also went with electric retractable roller blinds. Ours took months. But that didn't bother us at all. It's a custom blind, so it takes a little bit of time. Very happy with the design consultant. He steered us away from what we were probably gonna get just due to the size of the windows that we had. Some were too big for plantation shutters. He was the one that suggested the rolling blinds, which we really like. He was very personable, knowledgeable and seemed like a nice guy. The quality of the product is great too.

Somebody was supposed to come back to check on my blinds I believe that too short and I want to replace but nobody bothered contacting me. So I'm not very pleased with the service that I received. If somebody could come here and take care of this problem I'll be very happy. Thank you.

Had several companies provide my husband & I samples of window coverings that would work best for sunlight exposure, design for our rooms, along with price quotes. All were fairly comparable, but we made our decision with the help of design consultant, Tony **, with 3 Day Blinds. We felt the quality of our room darkening shades, even though more than we had hoped to spend, was and is well worth the investment. We love they are all motorized, and makes such a difference having the room darkening feature in all rooms! The shades came within 2 weeks, and Brock the installer, was precise, quick and cleaned up nicely!

Alexander ** was terrific to work with and generous about fixing another company's poor workmanship. He followed up on the order, made sure it was correctly measured, and made follow-up appointments promptly. The 3-Day installers were also extremely professional. My overall experience was excellent. I enjoyed the initial meeting with Justin **, she was totally helpful in her approach to what I needed and could afford. I love what we picked out. The only hiccup was in the scheduling, Laura/Lori, put the wrong date in so I waited all day, having put my dog in day camp, in anticipation of the installer's visit. She was very apologetic and was, thankfully, able to reschedule for the very next day (and again I put my dog in day camp). Laura indicated she would pay for the day in camp for my dog but I have not heard back from her on that, disappointing. The installer, Judah, was absolute perfection: a super nice, efficient, skilled guy. It took way less than an hour for him to have all the blinds up and working. I LOVE my blinds!!!

I was contacted by a Customer Service Supervisor and connected with a new design consultant who, upon visiting my home, was able to see the issue with the fabric. She worked patiently with me on selecting a new fabric that will have no chance of being wrong. I appreciate the follow up and the company's desire to make things right.

I have used 3 Day Blinds in the past and was very satisfied. The second time I ordered Roman shades for several windows, the final product did not look like the fabric I selected. Instead of the warm, neutral fabric the final product was a cool blue and grey shade. When I contacted my salesman, Dylan **, he assured me they would allow a reselection based on photos he took. Customer service said it was just a variance in the fabric and there was nothing they could do. I certainly did not select a fabric that had any blue tones as I have nothing blue in my home.

We had our original installation on June 29. This included about a dozen different shades and drapes for our bedroom. The two men who did the install were very friendly and very professional. However, the order was missing the curtain rod for the drapes in our bedroom. They said they would order it, and it would take about two weeks. I got a call that it was in and the date was set to come. The morning of the install, I got a call, saying that the rod had arrived broken. They had to cancel the install and order another rod. It would take two weeks. It came in and I got a call scheduling the install. The day before the install I got a call stating that the order came in but only the brackets were there there was no rod and they had to cancel the install. We already had the brackets. All we needed was the rod. That is where it stands now. That is why I am giving this only two stars.

I have a new condo with many expenses. Tony came to advise about window treatments and talked me into shades rather than drapes. He saved me quite a bit of money and the shades are beautiful. I get many compliments. The installation was quick and professional. The installer stayed extra time while I was pulled away to make sure I understood how to use the remotes. Andrea has been my consultant for over 10 years. She is professional and has always steered me in the right direction. I LOVE 3 Day Blinds. The blinds are hidden behind the valance- exactly what we wanted/needed. Barb the sales rep could not have been a nicer person. She was very professional and extremely helpful. My original order was discontinued and even though Barb was not notified she was on top of it by reaching out to the manufacturer and myself to figure out the mixup. When we had to order a different product and she came over a 2nd time and help pick out products that were similar to my original. Order was placed and shipment came on time. The installer was prompt, helpful and friendly. My overall was good and I highly recommend.

The 3 Day Blinds rep was good. She seems to know her stuff. I like her. I got one motorized shade for this big window I have, and they installed that and they did a great job. The installer was one guy and he was fantastic. He knew his stuff. I was really impressed with him. Through the rest of the house, I ordered shades, and I'm still waiting. I have yet to receive those. It's taking a really long time. They said it'd be probably in July, and that was fine, but we're at the end of July now and I'm wondering where my stuff is.

I liked my designer very much. She was very helpful. The installers were very good. But I have an issue that I had brought up to my design consultant, and she hasn't gotten back to me yet. On the huge window in the back of my house where I had the fabric verticals, it opens and closes with a rod, and you open it, all the way you have to walk holding the rod or the pole but I can't do that. I called my design consultant on the day of installation and asked that I have it changed out to the string open and closed because of my disability. She said she was gonna send an email and she would let me know as soon as she heard back from the email. But I had my blinds installed on June and I haven't heard anything yet.

We used 3 Day Blinds several years ago to get window coverings in a house that we had purchased and had a good experience. Then, we recently moved and we were given a referral to Budget Blinds from a neighbor. We called them and got an estimate for what we were looking for. Then we called 3 Day Blinds just knowing that they were a competitor and wanting to have more than one estimate. 3 Day Blinds ended up being a little bit more expensive than the other company but we chose to go with them because the salesperson who came here gave us some suggestion that was a little bit out of the box. It turned out that we liked it even though it didn't fit exactly what we said we were looking for. He read us a little bit and showed us something that we probably wouldn't have asked to see.
We live in an area that has extremely intense heat and we wanted good sun coverage or blockage in certain windows. So, we were looking for something that had a fairly high dense fabric that would give us a lot of sun coverage. You could get them in different colors and in different opaque thicknesses but they weren't necessarily all that gorgeous. The gentleman suggested fabric shades that gave a good amount of coverage from the sun but also had some texture and color to them. He showed us a couple of options with the samples and we decided to go in that direction.
The designer’s level of knowledge was very good. He seemed very experienced and confident and that transferred well to us. He was able to answer all of our questions and did that in a way that was better than the other company that we had an estimate from. There was a distinct difference between the salespeople. We had someone with the other company that was less experienced and didn't have a lot of answers, which made a difference too.
We had maybe 20 windows that were being installed. The installers came right when they said they were and were very personable. They explained how they were going to go about it. There was one gentleman and he was training somebody else so, they were working in tandem. He explained where he was starting and how he was going to go through it. And they got it done very quickly. The installation was quite easy and then, they showed us how to operate them and what to do. So that was good too.
I'm very pleased with the quality of the shade as well as the aesthetic look of it. Initially, I thought it was installed backward because the 3 Day Blinds label, which should have been on the back side of the shade, was showing on the front side. This is in a room that we don't frequent necessarily all the time so it caught my eye. The roller shade was installed appropriately but it was manufactured incorrectly. It was rolled on the roller wrong. So at the bottom of the shade, there is the thing that you can pull down on, and then there's a plastic pull in the middle so that you don't get fingerprints on the fabric. The flip side of that is a plastic, hard plastic piece that has the 3 Day Blinds label on it, which is usually up against the window. So you would see that side of it from outside of the house as opposed to inside of the house. But it wasn't a big deal.
I called the installer first and I asked if it was possible that they installed the shades wrong. The guy said that from what I was describing, it sounded like it was incorrectly made. So he said they would have to order another one. And they did. It has been a little bit disappointing but that didn't bother me. It was some mistake that was made and they were rectifying it easily. We got an email from 3 Day Blinds a couple of weeks later saying that the fabric was backordered, and it could be up to December 31st, 2024 before we would have the replacement. So, I called this woman who had sent the email and I asked if she mistyped the date and she said no. They don't know exactly when the fabric will be available and they like to push it very far out.
I said the shade is made fine. It's just improperly rolled on the roller. I asked if it could be deconstructed and then reconstructed rather than having to wait potentially a year and a half to get a replacement. And she said no but there's always a chance that the fabric will come in sooner. Yesterday, I got a text from the installer saying they can come and install our replacement shade on August 1st. I'm very satisfied but some of the communication and getting the replacement wasn't as easy or as thorough as I was used to with the rest of the process. I was given information that we might have to wait a year and a half and then, it's here. That's to my benefit but that could be improved. I would recommend 3 Day Blinds. There's a good selection, the prices are competitive and the quality is good. All in all, I'm very happy with what we got.

I got black shades which are see-through in between. So, as I close them, I can adjust how much light I want to come in. They're cordless because 3 Day Blinds didn't have a black cord. They have black blinds, but the cord was going to be a burgundy and I didn't want that. The design consultant who assisted me was knowledgeable about the blind, but he was unprofessional as far as the verbiage. For example, he would say, "Do you want examples or you just want me to tell you what I thought?"
When he first walked in and he asked me what I wanted and initially, I knew I wanted black wide planks. I wanted wood and he said that was too expensive. But he was supposed to speak towards the product, not my pocket, and he didn't know what I'm able to afford so. So, I didn't like that. I knew he was trying to build a rapport as I'm a DJ and I was telling him about the different parties I was DJ for. That opened up a door for him to tell me his wife's sexual preferences and I didn't appreciate that. That's not how you do a rapport. Also, he was late the first day and they had to reschedule because he was coming from a different place. I gave him leeway time, I scheduled the appointment and I had something to do, and his response was he just left a brand new house that had 20 some windows. I felt like that was information that was not necessary versus saying he was sorry it took longer than normal and that he would love to reschedule.
Other than that, the install process was seamless. They sent out three different people, which was kind of awkward, but I get it because the person who was doing the actual design did the rough measurements. Then, they sent out someone who was probably more professional to measure and he was on time. He was in and out and that was how I like it. Then, the last guy who came out was late. My time was 11:00 to something, and he didn't call until 12:00 saying that he was doing his paperwork and that he would be late. He also asked if I still wanted him to come. So, I called 3 Day Blinds and I told them about the experience. They ended up giving me a credit. But it's not really about the credit, it's about the experience because everything was a hassle from start to finish.
Besides that, having the design person out there is cool. They just probably need to do a little re-training on some house or personal etiquettes. Maybe people are frantic coming out of the pandemic, they don't really know how to work with people. Also, I'm happy that they had a designer because I would have went with blinds versus shades, and I really love my shades. I get a lot of compliments and people ask me about them. They're different and super dope.

My rep from 3 Day Blinds was the best. I liked his knowledge, communication, and personality. It as A+. He was all around just excellent. I did the wood blinds through the whole house and I did a sliding glass with the fabric. It took a couple of weeks for the installation and at one time I had to cancel because I had a conflict. That aside, the installation was good. The two gentlemen that came were very friendly. I was moving into the house so it was a little chaotic but the gentlemen did their job and were very good. They were quick and in and out. Everything is beautiful and I'm very happy. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

We moved down to Florida from up north in Illinois. When we were doing our other house up there, we liked what 3 Day Blinds had to offer and we also liked their selections. The lady who did it was very helpful and helped me pick stuff out. Then this time, we were down in Florida and we had a house built in a community. We thought, "Well, we'll go with 3 Day Blinds again 'cause we liked it from before." We never had anybody else, but I like the styles that they have. The quality is really good, too.
We chose the shades. We like the shades. We had shades before. We have a motorized shade for our patio door, which I absolutely love because it's so nice. Then we have Roman shades in the dining area and in the kitchen window. We have regular blackout shades for the bedrooms, and then a light filtering in the family room. They're all very nice. We had a problem with the Roman shades, and I called right away, and somebody came out a couple of weeks later. A few days ago, they put the new ones in. Everything's fine. It looks wonderful. I was really happy.
As far as the quality, they don't seem like cheap material. They always look like they're of good quality. Go with 3 Day Blinds. The prices were comparable. We did call another company besides 3 Day this time but then I wasn't really too happy with it. The selection with 3 Day was much better. Also, the other company was trying to push me to buy their thing a little bit. 3 Day never does that. Even at the very first time we had them, they came out and said, "You're under no obligation at all." That's what I liked about it, too.

I got a rectangular little pamphlet in the mail and saw 3 Day Blinds. I called and I liked the representative. They said they could come out and measure so I made an appointment. The rep that came over was Melanie and she was a really good salesperson because she didn't sell to you. She listened. We went with the faux wood blinds and we ended up buying fabric as well from her. At first, I had already picked out Levolor blinds for my bedroom because it was a small window. I told my husband to have somebody come out with the actual sample and material because we were gonna have drapes made. Melanie was very accommodating and calm. She didn't push us.
My husband was there for the installation and he really liked the gentleman who came. He was extremely polite and he did a great job. I love the shade we chose. We had ugly 1-inch metal blinds that we replaced. We were initially gonna go with the 1-inch ones. Melanie suggested the 2-inch ones and we agreed. We picked the color, which was perfect. When it was installed, my husband couldn't believe it. He was in awe and he even showed me the pictures. I could tell it was stunning just from the pictures. Unbelievable. The color matched perfectly with the wall.

When I lived in California, we used 3 Day Blinds and they did a great job. They came out when they said they would and we were in the house for 15 years and we never had a problem with the product. Now, we had a house built here in Virginia so I decided to go that route. I did inquire with one other blind company but I went with what I believe to be the safer experience. When 3 Day Blinds came out, we went through their products and they had different blinds that we liked. We went with three different types of blinds, two of them of different colors and the third one was a little cheaper model that we used in our garage and in our laundry room. There was a problem with one of the blinds so I called up the gal that came out here and she got right on it. Within a week, we got a new blind and it was great. I'd use them again.

The rep who came out was well-informed and explained our options very well. From the time she was here to the day the installers came was couple of weeks but she had told us about how long it would be. We had honeycomb shades installed for 11 windows and the installers were in and out. The shades look great and we're very pleased with them. I'd recommend 3 Day Blinds.

I was really pleased with what 3 Day Blinds did. It was superb. The crew they sent out was terrific. I've used 3 Day Blinds before in my old house, and I wanted to do exactly the same thing in the new house that I just bought. The design consultant was fine. She measured the 29 windows and many of them are the same, and I wanted one type of window treatment, and that was fairly simple and straightforward. The installation was great. They completed it all in one day. The products have the highest quality.

I called, we had an appointment made, and the lady from 3 Day Blinds came out. She was very nice and she brought her samples with her. I was looking for something in my kitchen and she had exactly what I wanted. I ended up picking the same blind color for my place and the cost was $800 which was a lot of money for a little window. But the installers were fast and great. Everyone around was perfect in terms of their customer service. The blinds are very good quality and I have no issues. If they ever lower their cost, I want them to call me right away because I would do the front room, dining room, and two bedrooms that we still have to do.

We called three different companies to come in and look at our situation and tell us what we could do and give us an idea of what it would cost. We were very impressed with Tony from 3 Day Blinds who was our designer. He really helped us have a vision for what it could look like and helped us with color selection. When the installer came to put them in, he was very professional, fast and careful. Everything looked great. The quality of the product is very good. One set is in the master bedroom with an east window. We have issues with the sun in the morning and these took care of that.

We worked with Matt and he was really patient. He brought good suggestions and listened to us. He also gave good input. We purchased honeycomb shades and blackout shades. The installer was really nice and he showed us how to do everything. He was fast and efficient. It was a great experience. The quality is better than the products of Next Day Blinds. The cost is a little more than I anticipated but it's worth it.

I had the reps of 3 Day Blinds come out a couple of times. The first time was when I decided on what I wanted and the guy explained everything. The second time, I had to do it because we decided to replace our windows. I also had to call them back because we replaced some doors in the family room and we were told that we could not mount the new blind on the door because we would lose our lifetime warranty on it. So, I had to order new ones to fit the new door and it had to be mounted above the frame. I couldn't do anything on the frame or the door and I was not happy. I specifically asked the window people whether my new treatments would fit and they told me yes. But they didn't tell me that I wouldn't be able to mount the blinds I had on the new doors. So, I had a different person come that time and she was great. She helped me decide what to do and how to do it.
All those times that I had the reps come out, my interactions with them were pretty quick. But the first time, when they put these things at the bottom to lock the blind so it wouldn't move, I couldn't figure that out and the rep wasn't really clear on doing that. But the second time, I asked the person and they showed me how. As of for the quality of the blinds, so far, so good and I'm very happy with them. In the kitchen, I got regular white blind. In the family room, they're those roller blinds and I picked sort of a grayish color, but it's neutral. If my friends were thinking of purchasing from 3 Day Blinds, I would tell them to go ahead.

I've heard good things about 3 Day Blinds. I wanted something fast because I was moving and I needed something on the bedroom door. I got a roller and it's automatic. You push the button and it goes up and down. I loved the rep who came out. She was great. The installers were in and out. The presentation was great and the rep was awesome and very thorough. She took her time and took into account what my house looks like and what we have here to get things to fit in. Then, the installers showed up on time and they let me know when they were on their way. The installation was very fast and efficient and they did a good job cleaning up when they were done. My experience with 3 Day Blinds was phenomenal. The guy who installed was phenomenal too. The installation was terrific. So quick, I couldn't believe it. He knew what he was doing and showed me how to operate the electric. The quality of the product is nice and very well done. I'm happy with it. The only thing that was a problem was the wood blinds that we got, I didn't realize that you could see through them at night. But it's no big deal 'cause it's not a bedroom. But Ann was so great with designing them with me and figuring out what I wanted. I loved working with her.

Daniel was great. He came out and measured everything. He answered all of my questions. There were several options when choosing blinds, but he was very good about narrowing them down. I told him the look I was going for, and we picked from a couple from there. The price was very reasonable for how many windows we did. They go by 3 Day Blinds and I would assume if we had only a few, it would have only taken three days. But since we had a larger quantity, it took a little bit longer. When the installer came out, he did 13 windows in two hours. He was very fast and efficient. I had an issue with one blind that came. The stick that turns the blinds up and down was broken upon packaging. But they came yesterday and reinstalled that. They were wonderful about the replacement process. We love the blinds. I've referred two people to them.

3 Day Blinds has good service. The young lady that sold the plantation shutters to me was a real pleasure. I called her several times asking her different questions, and she called me right back if she wasn't there. The installer was so polite. He was fussy. He tweaked them and tweaked them. He could have been out of there in half an hour, but he wanted it to be right. The price was very good. I've had people that have had these blinds done nine years ago at the same price. They're are very nice. They're not only painted, it's baked on so they're so nice to wash. They have a real smooth finish.

I called 3 Day Blinds and their rep was here within three days. She was a very sweet girl. We went over four things and we matched the paint so the blinds blend in nicely. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very good at what she did. Then, the guy who hung the blinds texted and said that he got through with his last appointment 30 minutes early and asked if I'd like him to come on over. He was on top of it and he was the most knowledgeable young man. He was efficient, friendly, and it took him no time to work on our eight gigantic windows. He also showed me exactly what to do and how to do it, and he told me things to watch for. I have a little ledge and he said to make sure the blinds didn't catch on it. He also showed me how to charge them.
I got eight blinds and I went with the remote control semi-sheer ones. You see light behind them and they're 10 feet. They're clean, elegant, and quiet. I love them and everybody who comes here wants to play with them. On the first day that I had my blinds, I went out there to use the remote and three of them didn't work. I reached out to the young lady who sold them to me via text and I never heard back. So, I pulled out the chargers, sat there and read the little directions in the box, and got a ladder. It turned out that they just needed charging and I charged them for about four hours. They've been working ever since. I love them and I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience; the designer who came out was super helpful and really considered our space and needs when helping us pick out fabric and design the install, etc. The installer themselves also did a great job! My only qualm was how long the blinds took to get shipped in, but they are custom so I guess that's how it goes. Even so everyone was very upfront and accurate about delivery dates and potential options to expedite, so there were no surprises.

We love the drapes that were delivered a few weeks ago. Only complaint is that they could have been pressed or ironed before being hanged. They are too heavy and big for me to take down to press or iron. Love the material I chose for both the Living and Family Rooms.

One week after our blinds were installed the battery on our remote control was dead. I called customer service and was told that you don’t supply the batteries. Now I understand if it had been months after install, but ONE WEEK! The fact that you supply nearly dead batteries after customers spend over $3,000 and then don’t supply a new one for $8 at Target is inexcusable. Also it is extremely hard to get the back off of the remote control. This was very disappointing especially since we had an excellent experience with the sales and installation of our blinds.

The plantation shutters are absolutely beautiful-something I have wanted for decades. The installation was perfect and flawless. Everything went perfectly and I would refer this company to anyone wanting great service. Nothing left behind-clean installation---and the attitude of the installer was wonderful. My experience with 3 Day Blinds was very pleasant and the blinds have improved the look of my rooms. The room darkening shades work very well. I needed to raise it a little to let in some light because it was too dark! The install process was about an hour for all seven windows and they cleaned up and took away the old shades. Would order from them again.

We have purchased through 3 Day Blinds several times. Always very satisfied with the product and the installation. We recently ordered 4 roller shades. 1 of them will no longer operate - this occurred within the first week. I called for a repair and 1 week later I am still waiting for the repair. Very disappointed!

Order came on time. Installation was done easily. Auto function was explained very well. I am pleased with the entire process. Shades were installed in 3 different rooms. Some automatic and some by hand. Kitchen shade even was given a pole to facilitate raising and lowering. Everything made easy for an 80 plus year old senior to manipulate. All in all I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

I just bought a house with 18 windows and no window coverings, so I had 3DayBlinds install 16 shades, 6 which were motorized because they were hard to reach. I am supremely happy with the results. The designer was very thorough and kept in contact with me to be sure everything went as planned. The installation crew was wonderful, in particular recommending and installing solar panel chargers for the 2nd story (unreachable) motorized shades. I am so glad I chose 3DayBlinds for the window coverings.

I was very happy with the work the installers did. They arrived on time and finished in a short amount of time. They were neat, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. Only one issue that I didn't notice until later-- one of the blinds doesn't sit evenly on the window sill when completely lowered. If I had seen it before they left, perhaps it could have been fixed.

We wanted blinds installed on our accordion doors and wanted it to match the existing blinds on the windows adjacent to it. Luckily, the previous owner of this house left the folder showing the source of the blinds. I contacted 3-day blinds and immediately got my appointment. We are very happy with how it looks now, and we don't have to worry about our plants burned or furniture faded due to the harsh sunset light. Both Courtney (sales) and the installer were pleasant and knowledgeable. Will definitely contact your company again should the need arise.

This was my 2nd order from them and the service has been flawless. They operate just as they stated and we've recharged them after the 1st year on the 1st installation. The batteries are very easy to remove, recharge and replace back into the holder. The only feedback I have is the cassette colors could have more options. If you have an ivory shade, I would like an ivory cassette. Otherwise, we couldn't be happier.

I decided to work with 3 Day Blinds based on their availability, price, and reputation. The rep was a nice kid. He came in, went through all the options, showed me all the colors, walked through the rooms with me, showed me how it's different between light and dark for night and day. So, he did a good job. 3 Day Blinds was Next Day Blinds initially. We had Next Day Blinds throughout the house. We were very happy with them. We recently got the plantation shutters in our kitchen. We had plantation shutters in there before, but we've had them since '05. So, my wife and I wanted to get a fresher one. The rep was very knowledgeable and customer service-oriented. The installer talked to me as he put the blinds up. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous.

The company that I've used before that 3 Day Blinds bought out was a Hunter Douglas distributor. The ones they installed earlier were a Hunter Douglas. So when I showed the man that came what I wanted, he said, "Well, we have our own fabrics and we do our own whatever. That's why we're called 3 Day Blinds." I said, "Okay, whatever." Both the salesman and the installer that came were very, very nice. The product was not really what I wanted. But at that point, I just went with it. The salesman gave me samples of the fabrics. He was very pleasant. He was running late, which was fine. He was knowledgeable on the subject. He knew what to present. The installer took away the old verticals, which he told me he had never seen in his seven years of installing. They were heavy, heavy wood, which I could never close because they were so hard.
The look wasn't what I had expected because I never saw a picture of what the finished product would look like. I thought they would be a little thicker. But I'm pleased with it. I'll never put the shade down. I just wanted it on the window. I got them with the remote and it has only been used the day they installed it to put them up or down. The remote is very slow. I can fall asleep watching them come down to the floor. We have remotes on all the other ones we've installed with Hunter Douglas and those shades go up and down without any problem. Overall, 3 Day Blinds is a good company. They believe in what their product is. But if you're used to a higher end, it wouldn't be for you.

I got three different kinds of products from 3 Day Blinds. I have the motorized honeycomb blinds, roller shades, and the usual honeycomb blinds. The rep who came out was wonderful. She explained the product and my options very well. Three weeks later, the installer came out and he was very professional. It didn't take him any time to install. So far, everything looks fine and the quality was okay until the honeycomb motorized shade broke. The installer came back out and tried to fix it but he couldn't. So, he ordered me a new blind and that is going to be installed next Tuesday. I would use them again.

THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HIRED. It took OVER SIX MONTHS to get my Blinds - AND then, then sent a WRONG BLIND and NEVER Replaced it! For SIX Months I called and emailed and was IGNORED. I threatened to put out negative reviews if they did Not replace the Blind - OR Remove my Balance - and they agreed to remove the balance due - NOW THEY PUT THE BILL IN COLLECTIONS! So now, I break my word and will put out the TRUTH about their LOUSY Service and Product - FIND SOMEONE ELSE - Don't deal with the stress that this company put me under! 3 days Blinds!?? What a JOKE! I had an absolutely wonderful experience with them. The designer was professional, on time and efficient. She was very easy to work with. I purchased blinds that you pull out for some patio windows. What was promised was delivered. The installer was a nice guy and we have absolutely no complaints. The blinds work like a dream. I would recommend them to anybody. Everything went really seamlessly as far as the ordering. When the rep came out, she was very helpful and informative. She came up with some great suggestions and even had to go out to her car and bring in some other stuff that I would not have thought would have been a good fit for us, but it ended up being a good fit. Also, the installation went really well. They had a little bit of a mishap on the scheduling issue, but the installer didn't know it was added to his schedule. As soon as they realized what had happened, he fit us in that evening. He even came late and installed it.
The only downfall is when I take the blinds all the way down, it doesn't stop appropriately. It goes too far and there are no instructions with the remote or the programming. I gotta call and find out how to do that. Other than that, the quality is perfect. It's very sturdy. I would love to be able to do it in more parts of my house, but it was a little expensive to do the motorized one that we did. But you pay for what you get.

I had used 3 Day Blinds in a home we purchased about seven years ago and I was happy with the service. Then, we purchased blinds for my daughter's condo. I like the blinds because we can turn them where we see out and people still can't see in. Also, we enjoyed working with their rep a lot. He was very cooperative and it worked out well. I love two rooms of the blinds and the third room I would like to replace. I thought I would be able to see through the living room blinds like sheer curtains. I should have asked more questions. The salesperson was excellent. I wish I had held the samples up to the window and understood more how opaque they were.

The rep was a very nice young man. He was dressed properly and even took his shoes off when he came in. He sat with me for quite a while and answered all my questions. He looked at the windows and measured things. He gave me a price for what the windows might cost and gave me some options. I got the motorized shades for my lanais. The installer explained what he was doing as he put the blinds up. He showed me the way to change each shade and showed me the equipment that goes with them. He demonstrated how the remote worked. What surprised me was when he took down the old hardware, he had caulking filled in the holes for me. It saved me that job. I just had to touch up and it was very minor. When he left, I knew exactly what I had to do with the shades.
The shades are exactly what I wanted. The mechanism is working fine. It wasn't inexpensive but it's top quality. If I ever need another window treatment, I will certainly call 3 Day Blinds.

I got faux wood shutters, and there were three steps. Step one, a consultant comes by with options. They bring the literature where you can see different styles and variations and some samples. They measure so you know the price, then you can put down a deposit. Step two, a person that measures comes by and remeasures to make sure it's accurate, because you don't wanna be off even a centimeter. A centimeter can make a difference, because the light can come through. The third step is to wait. It could take a few weeks or months until the installers come by, which can be anywhere between one and three people. They are the ones that install the inside shutters themselves. Overall, 3 Day Blinds did an excellent job. I got the shutters for my parents' house, and my brothers have come by and seen them. We all like them.

We're repeat customers. We just had our house constructed two years ago and have any window coverings at the time. So, as we were reviewing the companies and got our estimates, the one that we received from 3 Day Blinds sold itself. The first time they were here, they came in and did our bedroom, two guestrooms downstairs, and office. We were so pleased that when we decided to start doing the theater room that we went right back to 3 Day Blinds. There was no question that we would go anywhere else.
3 Day Blinds had a big selection and their representative spent a bit of time with us reviewing our wants and needs. And the installation was very timely. It was usually within a week of us putting in the order that we got the new blinds installed. We had a huge walkout glass sliding door that we needed covered and a window on that adjacent wall. The options that the rep presented to us were numerous, but we came to the conclusion that this particular one that she chose for us was perfect. It's an accordion style, honeycomb slider. Even though the pattern of the fold goes in a different direction than the window itself, it looks pleasing to the eye. It's a cordless, 9-foot slider. I'm very satisfied with the product.

The salesperson, Kim, was very nice and good. She was very engaged and knew exactly what I wanted, and went out of her way to try and accommodate me with what I needed. I got four blinds that are electronically controlled up and down. You just press a control button up and down, so I don't have to climb up and turn any kind of lever, and they're rechargeable. The installers were very good. The quality seems very good. Also, they have a lifetime warranty.
My only issue with 3 Day Blinds was returning phone calls. They don't call back. So, if you want to give them some advice, that the salespeople or the installation people or the management, they should set aside 30 minutes in the evening or in the morning to return calls from the day before. I have waited for two or three weeks to get a phone call, and that can be very frustrating.

I recommend 3 Day Blinds. It's affordable. And they have always been quick, easy, and very good to work with. I worked with the design consultant a month ago to do blinds for part of my business. After being open for a month, we realized we could have coverage on one more window that would help. So, we hired them again. They got here on the scheduled time and were done in 10 minutes.

My experience with 3 Day Blinds was excellent. Seriously good. I did it twice. We were living in Europe, then we came back and rented a place up in Northern California. They had no blinds and we thought the most cost-effective but aesthetically looking was 3 Day Blinds. The price was right and the product looked good. When we came down here, we ordered from them again. Carlos, the guy that installed, was absolutely marvelous, quick, efficient, and made no mistakes. He did a fabulous job. Our designer, Peggy, was another perfect person. The blinds exceeded our expectations down here, because I could not fathom what that would look like in this one room, and Peggy did an excellent job. In fact, we had her come back four times and finish the rest of the downstairs. So we're really happy with it. We love it.

I finally completed all my windows for the house. I love the two inch blades on the wooden blinds. It opens up so much light so I can see all my mountain views. I had forgot to ask the installer to make a few cords longer so I could reach these. He did the ones I showed him, but I found three more after he left. I called to get extensions for those cords and was told I would have to order them at the cost of $11-13. When I had the back of the house done, they just sent them to me in the mail. I will not pay that much for them..I guess I'll have to see what I can rig up so I can reach them.

I ordered 6 window treatments, two of them came in right away and were installed. The installation was done quick and they look great. The other window treatments have been back ordered and are taking longer than I expected. I called last week to get an update and was told it would be another 2 weeks but as soon as they come in someone will call to get them installed. Hoping they don't get delayed again! Really looking forward to some window treatments on my windows.

The salesman, Christian, was very helpful and listened to what I wanted. The blinds arrived quickly and the installer was quick and efficient. He took all the boxes and trash with him. When I discovered a problem with one of the blinds, a manufacturing problem, Elizabeth in customer service was so pleasant to talk to. She asked me to email a picture to her but I had to ask a neighbor to help me with that. Elizabeth called me back that same day to tell me the blind would be replaced. It was a good experience!

Overall everything was great, great quality, great install. Everything is good. One big problem, when I have windows open and blinds down, the window shades crash against the wall with the plastic part creating a noise that is impossible to sleep with. I have reached out 3 times to representatives with the hopes they would send me the magnetic piece to rectify this and no one has followed up with me. :( Hoping someone will help me out.

I telephoned a week ago about our hub for the motorized blinds not working. They said they couldn’t help me over the phone and that they would send someone out with a new hub or to see if they could get the old one to work. She stated someone would call to schedule and hopefully be out by the weekend. I received a text this morning that the first appt available is 6/22. These are brand new products and it concerns me that I have to wait almost a month to get them fixed.

Amanda with 3 Day Blinds called and she was so personable. I really liked her. She came out to meet with me. She brought a carload of samples and we spent a couple of hours on that first initial visit. I ordered 20 blinds. She measured everything, and they fit perfectly. When the installer came out, he was every bit as incredible as she was. He set them all up and went through it all for me. He even set up scenes, so at the back of my house, I could do them all at one time if I wanted or do each window individually. They both came out and told me about products I didn't know, upsold me, and made it where I was very pleased with it.
A couple of weeks after they came in, I realized I missed two windows, so I had them back for a second time. But they were amazing. They literally did every window in my house. Amanda's input was great. I would not have thought I was gonna go with a mechanized blind. She showed me and talked me through it, and I'm so glad. So she definitely upsold me, but she did it in a way where it was understanding the convenience of life and where they were located, and it was brilliant. It's an accordion shade that is mechanized from the top down. They’re inset in my windows. They're expensive, but they’re beautiful. They're professional, quality products. 3 Day Blinds understands your needs. They bring design advice to the table and really make sure that you get exactly or more than what you even wanted.

When the consultant came over, we sat down at our table in the kitchen with her laptop and she talked to us through the options and more or less money depending on what we wanted. We got blinds for most of our windows and all of our doors. 3 Day Blinds sent another person for the installation. They kept us informed as to any production delays, of which there was only one. One time we had to contact the sales representative who had done the original pricing and sales with us to follow up on when the installation was going to happen. Communication fell off for about a week, and we needed to figure out what was going on. But she forwarded us to the right person very quickly once we contacted her, and everything started moving again.
They sent another person to install everything. But it turned out that one of the blinds hadn't been made correctly. It wasn't the right type that we had chosen. So at no cost to us, they left the blind up because the incorrect one was installed in our bathroom. We really needed a blind on that window for privacy reasons. So they fixed it and created the right one, and then came back two weeks later and installed the correct one in the window. We were happy.

I've been using 3 Day Blinds for years. Going back years ago down in Mesa, they were able to service me. I went with them again this time. Their rep came in and she showed us all the things that we were asking about. We knew what we wanted and she helped us with different options. We wanted to have the ones that were controlled by the remote and she showed us everything in the installation. The ones we got can be automatic and we just do it by ourselves. It has a fabric shade that rolls up and down. So far, I love them. It was perfect for us. The installation went perfectly. The crew was ready sooner than we were because we were in the midst of a remodel. We asked that they push it back a few weeks and they did and it absolutely went perfectly.

Their sales person was very professional, accommodating, and actually made the choices very simple and straightforward. We did the pleated honeycomb blinds and it's a quality product for a reasonable price. The installers were top-notch and very professional. The work took an hour. I highly recommend 3 Day Blinds. A 3 Day Blinds rep came and he walked me through my different options. I already knew what I wanted so he didn't necessarily have to consult too much. It was more him coming out and measuring. He was good. I went with the ice white cotton blinds. They were the cellular top-down bottom-up blinds. The installation was great. The guys were really nice, very professional, and approachable. The installation was more pleasant than the consultation piece of the process. The only negative thing so far was, the consultant didn't measure one of the windows correctly so the blinds that the installation group had didn't fit like the middle window. The installer took the measurement and ordered the blinds for me. The crew installed that today.
Another thing is 3 Day Blinds sent us the wrong color for our sliding door piece. They gave us a beige color instead of white. We had to call a couple of times and send pictures. That was a little inconvenient but they are correcting that so it's okay. That aside, I like the blinds. So far, so good. It's been a really hot day and we feel the cool air is in here. We're not getting the heat from the sun. It was a positive experience. We don't really want the blinds to pull any attention as they are supposed to fade into the background. The top-down bottom-up is great because we can still let in natural light while controlling it. There's also that privacy component. We can still walk around by having the top part pulled down a little bit so we could get some natural sunlight. It doesn't feel too claustrophobic. That's nice.

My experience with the design consultant was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, savvy, and overall pleasant. The install was good. The shutter blinds were for two windows. The gentleman was in and out within half an hour. I liked it. Overall, it was great. There was just one little hiccup. He left all the screws and my old blinds in my children's room. I got a two-year-old and two three-year-old children. They were playing with the little screws in their hands and that wasn't safe. I've got about seven windows from 3 Day Blinds and they're really good.

3 Day Blinds has excellent customer service. The rep was so informative because I always thought that I wanted a bamboo, the real material, and she explained to me and showed me that with that product, you would see the cords from behind. If I would have those on the front of my house, when you look at the front of my house, you would see those cords hanging in the windows. It was a huge help in my decision of which product to buy. I ended up going with the one that looks like bamboo but is not.
She was very knowledgeable. I trusted her opinion, because it was overwhelming when I saw all the choices. She really helped me narrow it down. She could tell in my decorating what I liked. She really was working with me to find what was going to fit there. She really knew the products. The installer was also very efficient, worked from the back of the house to the front. He was done in an hour and he even instructed me and showed me how to operate everything. Since having the product installed, I see the biggest difference in the temperature, ‘cause it's hot here. It's almost 90 degrees now and it makes the house look so much warmer.

Someone came out to the house to show me their product line. They were totally professional. No pressure of any kind and gave me a lot of options. What I thought I wanted was not what I eventually bought from 3 Day Blinds. When I looked at options, I decided to go with shades instead because I like them better. They gave me more light. They slide up into a little balance so that they're out of the way if I wanna pull them all the way up. There's great ease of operating them with a little slide on the side that I simply pull them, can position them any way I want them. One of them in particular, I used to go up and down because I have a computer that I use at my table in the kitchen. This is able to block the sun while I'm working at my computer.
The install date was only a few days after I ordered. They notified me that they would be coming out on a certain day. They showed up early in the day. There was an older gentleman who seemed to be the more senior person. He seemed to have an apprentice working with him, but the apprentice was very knowledgeable as well. He was a young man. They worked in concert with one another so well, one knowing exactly what the next step was going to be in providing the tool and the parts. It was so clean. They came in with the shades in different boxes. They took each box and set the equipment aside for each window. It was three windows.
It was in a very awkward position over my kitchen sink because there were not a lot of areas where you can put your knees down and get leverage. But the two gentlemen did a fabulous job. They were polite. They cleaned up after themselves too. It was spotless when they left. It was completely efficient from start to finish. Everything about it was a really positive experience.

My whole experience with 3 Day Blinds was great. The consultant and the installer were both amazing. The consultant was very nice and it was done that day. We didn't even really go anywhere else because it was just so relaxing and there was no pressure. He helped a lot. The installation was done in two or three weeks. They called and they had the blinds in. The installer was amazing and he gave us a lot of tips such as how to take out the blinds when you want to clean the windows. I like the blinds. They're the ones that roll up to the top.

The customer service at 3 Day Blinds was great. From the inquiry, they said that they would send somebody with no charge to do an estimate. They showed us everything before we signed up for anything. They gave us upfront how much it was gonna cost and if we could do a payment plan. After it was done, there was a little mismeasurement. The person who installed it said, "I'm not gonna install this because it's gonna look off on your window because the measurement is off. Just call, and I or somebody else will come back." They did what they said. They sent somebody again and fixed it right away.

I called 3 Day Blinds, and the person that filled out the order form for me was very good. I ordered shades to the sunroom, then three weeks later, they were installed. The installer called and said he could come an hour and a half earlier, and I said, "Well, my husband's here. Go ahead and come." By the time I got home at 2:00, it was done and all was good. I love the shades. I want them open most of the time, so I just needed something I could close in the evenings. I was very pleased with 3 Day Blinds, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The technician was great. None of this was his fault. But the person who I called to ask a question about our remote was going to have someone call me to troubleshoot. No one ever did, but then someone called about the install for our shutters we have been waiting for. That was scheduled for today, but it was actually a repair for the remote. I didn’t need a fix—just a phone call! We had already taken down the shelves and temporary blinds. Now we have to wait much longer to get our shutters.

I met with the sales rep and I was pleased with how the sales rep helped me pick out something and with the service that I was given. We went with roller blinds -- two of them are motorized and they have the square valance. The installation was great. We had about 10 windows done and it was all done in a couple of hours. The installer did a great job and cleaned up really well. I would tell others if they want new blinds, they should go with 3 Day Blinds.

Very good experience. Initial appointment was scheduled very quickly, our Design Consultant, Silvia, was great to work with. Installer was very professional and did a wonderful job. We are happy with the blinds, though, since we made the order have found very similar blinds for much less. We were surprised at the cost when we ordered, but I guess were anxious to replace what was currently in the home we had just purchased and thought that was normal. So, even though we are happy with the product, there is nothing overly special about them and in the future, will be purchasing at a more affordable establishment.

I got two Roman blinds and the rep let me know as soon as the blinds were made. The installation was scheduled a couple of days later and it was very quick and professional. The blinds look good and they're exactly as I expected them to be. They are expensive but you get what you pay for. I'm very pleased. I've got about six more windows to do and I'll probably use them again.

From start to finish 3 Day Blinds was top notch. The sales person, Marie **, was so knowledgeable and helped us make the perfect selection. The first order number was the order of the three blinds and the installer arrived on time, installed the blinds effortlessly, and spent time going over the remote and programming. Unfortunately one of blinds wasn't cut right and had to be reordered which is the second order number. The product came in within a week or so and fit perfectly. The second installer was just as helpful. We love our blinds and will use 3 Day Blinds again and definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank You for everything.

We just bought our first home and needed custom window treatments for a majority of our windows. Traci was our sales rep and she was excellent!! She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted while still in our budget! She even came back to show me the newly released shade colors when the original color I chose was discontinued. We are extremely happy with our final shades. And installation was so fast and easy. Carl did our install and he was so friendly, fast, and efficient! The second time using you for blinds and the job was good. Ready earlier than expected and installation went smooth and the blinds look good. My previous order where the sales person pushed for a blind for two windows was wrong. And separate would have looked better. The man that came out to measure said inside mount would not work because there is not enough room even though other people said they could be inside.

What a great experience! I was dreading having to purchase window treatments for my entire house as I had no idea what I wanted. Lynn came in and made some great suggestions which I just love! Marcos the installer was also fabulous, he was organized when he brought the window treatments in to install. One of the roman shades was not lifting correctly so I placed an order with customer service for a warranty replacement. Marcos came in and replaced it and now it works great! When the installer came with 2 blinds, one for my daughter's room and one for my master bedroom. The installer already installed my daughter's room which came out great! Then the installer discovered something missing and told me there are missing brackets for my blinds. They already reported the missing parts and told me they would contact me. Well it's been more than 3 weeks and I have not heard anything back about getting the parts ordered/arrived. I am VERY upset that it has been prolonged and delayed for so long. NOT happy with the waiting and waiting to hear from them.

We upgraded and the young lady from 3 Day Blinds who came showed us the latest design where you just push the shades up and you don't pull them up with strings. We got new shades, pull-up and pull-down, and their reps came in within a week and put them in. The young man who came out for the installation was very sweet and fast. He had a good suggestion, too. I have so many Next Day Blinds and he suggested I save the three last good ones with strings. And in case anything breaks, they have the same width. So that was very helpful.

The rep had a good selection. I have a trim around my windows and I wanted the blinds to be the same color. She matched the color perfectly. The tech did a good job with the installation. I got the kind of blinds where you push the little button on the bottom and you push them up. I'm not sure I like them though. It's clunky to do and I don't think I would do it again. When I'm pushing from the middle, the blinds don't go up evenly. Also, the window is so huge so it's not like I can hold it on both sides.

I reached out to 3 Day Blinds and I got to speak to one of their consultants, and we made an appointment. He stopped by and showed and explained different options such as colors for the different rooms and different sizes of the windows. I got a one-year financing without interest, which was the reason I moved forward. Also, we’ve had the previous curtain for over 10 years and it was old and shabby. It's in bad shape. So, I needed to replace it. The installation process was very quick. I was very impressed. The two workers showed up and it only took them an hour to get everything done. One person removed the old blinds and cleaned up everything, and the other one installed. So, it was great teamwork. I'm pleased with the curtains. You can pull on both ends and I like that. You can have privacy and the sunlight. And the color matches with the other rooms.

I worked with the rep from 3 Day Blinds a few years ago for my brother's condo and she was great then, and she was great this time too. I have several different options because of different windows so, we talked about them and they're perfect. Some of them are traditional. They're honeycomb but they come just down from the top. The others are split and can come up from the bottom or down from the top and meet in the middle. Those are new to me and I wanted them for my front windows and I'm very pleased that I got them. I like that these newer models have no strings external to the blind. They are easy to open and close. The installation was very simple and quick. The installer was here about an hour and it was faster than I would have thought. It was the whole house, so it was a lot. He did seven windows. The quality of the blinds are very good and I'm very pleased with them.

I contacted two other treatment companies and they said they couldn't do it because of the size of my windows and they said they don't make motorized blinds for the skylight. I gave 3 Day Blinds a call and a lady came up. She said they motorize the skylight and I asked about my other three blinds, I didn't even mention that I wanted dark blinds through bedroom windows and they have shutters on them already. She said they could put them on the outside of the shutters. We signed the contract on Saturday at noon and by next Thursday at noon, all six windows were taken care of. She picked the colors out for me and helped me do it and the guy that installed them was in and out of here so fast. Everything works perfect and I'm a happy camper. It was one of the better buying experiences I've ever had in my life.

Their reps did a phenomenal job and everything was quick and very easy. The sales rep, Anne, showed me how they would be installed, walked me through the process, and provided her recommendations. The 3 Day Blinds design consultant was very knowledgeable. She came out here twice. She was flexible with me. She had to measure and remeasure, gave me one option and then was willing to switch to a different one after we decided to do something a little cheaper. She was very helpful and polite. The blinds have been up. We got just regular blinds, but they had to be custom made because the windows are very large. It's like an old Victorian home, so it's actually a commercial but residential. So, the windows were kinda special in the fact that they had to be custom. The installation went well. The guy was quick. He cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased. It didn't take very long. We're happy with the blinds. They look nice. They serve their purpose. 3 Day Blinds' process is pretty simple and they have consultants that help you along the way and answer questions. Overall, we had a good experience.

3 Day Blinds' quality seemed better than the others and what did it for me was their sales lady. She knew what she was talking about and what she was doing. I liked her personality and knowledge. My comfort level with what she was telling me was superior and that was what clinched the deal. I did the shades and the blinds throughout the house and 4,000 square feet. Both gentlemen who came for the installation knew what they were doing. They showed me how to snap or remove the shade and the blind and how to put it back.
Everything went wonderfully. I'm just really upset because I paid for the product, and they said the installation was going to get removed. The lady said I have a $30 charge for the installation. I said, "I have an email stating I will not have to pay anything further. I spent over $9,000. And now you're telling me about $30?" I spent that cash. Other than that, considering I've spent so much money, I'm happy with everything. The products give out the proper flair. 3 Day Blinds should keep their consultants. They seem like they're the backbone of the company. They know the measurements, how to measure the quality, and what color goes best with the house and with the paint. I really appreciate it. I wouldn't do anything differently. I would pay all over again.

The design consultant was very good, and the installer was great. We purchased five motorized shades and the cost seems fair. They were expensive because they were motorized, but that's what we wanted. The first two have been installed, and we love them. The last three shades have not yet been installed, but we're expecting the installer for those today. All in all, the communication has been very good, and I would recommend 3 Day Blinds.

We wound up purchasing the white shutters from 3 Day Blinds and I had them put in eight windows. They were a little bit delayed in getting it made, but that was okay. Everything is delayed these days. But otherwise, they were great. The installer finished in one day. A couple of hours and the gentleman was done. It was excellent. 3 Day Blinds also did my first job. That's my second job and I have a third one going on in Florida right now.

I did the roller shades and my whole purpose for buying higher-end shades like 3 Day Blinds was because I needed automated shades since the windows are too high. Their sales rep was great and the installer was awesome. He installed nine blinds in 20 minutes and he knew exactly what he was doing. These blinds are kind of complicated. He had to have a big ladder and he did great. He was also friendly, nice, and easy to work with. So far, the roller shades seem excellent and I'm really glad I picked them. 3 Day Blinds only offered the highest available in the automated blinds. Other companies offer much lower level type of automation, but 3 Day Blinds don't even offer that, which is smart. Also, when somebody already asked me about the shades, I recommended them.

3 Day Blinds is reputable. My mom was a Realtor so she always recommended them. I got a coupon in the mail and when I called, a lady came out really fast and was really personable. She had all the samples. It was really nice doing everything in one go right away. She was really great. I knew exactly what I wanted, and she made sure that I knew every little detail of the offerings. I got more than I wanted. I didn't realize some of the ways that you can open the shutters were really nice. It was a positive experience.
Ephraim was the installer I had and he was super nice. He took down all the existing stuff very carefully and put together the new stuff. He couldn't use the existing mount so he had to take everything off. I’m glad I didn’t have to get on a ladder and do that because it’s really hard. It was very clean and he took all the trash with him. He was really good and super fast. I was really surprised. He tries hard and I appreciate it. My blinds now are a lot nicer than what I had before. They're really high quality.
There was only one thing. I have faux wood blinds and there's a little cover frame that covers the mechanism on top. I wish that that was the same exact material as the blinds themselves. It's really close, but it's not the same color. I wish it was an option to have the frame that covers the hardware up top match the shutter that you picked out exactly - same exact materials and same thickness. And the only reason I know is because I painted around it and no one else would ever know if you go forward. That aside, I recommend 3 Day blinds if anybody needs blinds. You get what you pay for. It wasn't cheap but it was good. It was worth it and I’m happy.

I called on the phone, then a woman came out and did the measuring. She was very polite, efficient and knew what she was doing. I wanted a certain style and something that I would like. She gave me some examples, I picked something out, and within two weeks, the blinds were installed. Installation went very well, and the installers were very quick and did a fine job. They brought their step ladder and all the tools they needed, and it was done within an hour.
I'm very pleased with my blinds. They are so easy to move up and down, and they block out the UV, which is very important to me. They're very good quality, and they're supposed to be lifetime warrantied, so that’s a selling point for me. I won't have to replace them. 3 Day Blinds was a referral from a friend, and I would refer them as well. I would tell people, “Whatever you have in mind, explain to them what you're looking for. We were trying to shop for some roller shades online last year and after pricing at a few different times, I didn't wanna hang them ourselves. So, I talked to one of my neighbors and she mentioned that they use a blinds company. I started looking at blind companies and I picked 3 Day Blinds. I ended up working with Betsy. She's really nice to work with. She's really responsive and she knows what she's doing when she gets here. She looks stuff up, finds it, and you get the right price. She helped us get some battery-operated roller shades last year, and then I just called her back this year and asked her if we could get the plantation shutter blinds. The installation was great last year and this year. We had the same installer for both. He comes in and you can tell he knows what he's doing. He's very organized and clean.
The cost is a little high for the plantation shutter blinds, but I expected that. The shades were a little bit high last year, but Betsy was very good with working with me on what my budget was. As soon as I told her my budget, she had a solution. So, we were good. I would recommend 3 Day Blinds. The only critique I have is the name of the company is very misleading. You wait multiple weeks for the blinds. When I did the shades last year, I waited about a month or so and this time, I waited about a couple of weeks.

I've used 3 Day Blinds before when I had a different name and I liked the experience with them. Everybody was timely, pleasant, and did a good job. The rep he was very helpful and found the perfect thing for me because I didn't know what I wanted. I was replacing some cloth blinds that have been in here for 25 years and they were falling apart from the sun. He found a nice product that was reasonable for me and I was pleased.
The installer came on time. He asked if he needed to take off his shoes and I said, "Whatever you want," and took them off anyway. It was snowing out. He took down the old blinds, put up the new ones, was very professional and personable, and took all the debris out. In this day and age, when you find somebody who does a good job or comes or calls when they say they would, it's the exception rather than the rule. Use 3 Day Blinds. We live in a gated community with 151 homes that are in the $600,000 to $900,000 range now. I do a provider directory for the neighborhood. I am going to put 3 Day Blinds in it.

I called 3 Day Blinds and they got back to me. The conversation lasted around nine minutes. The lady that came over was very nice and she showed me the books. We looked at the computer and we looked at a few things. I had to find the right things for me. I finally did and then she measured. We put the orders down. The installer I had was fabulous. I love the blinds. They were a little costly but it's a good quality for what I got. I told my friends about 3 Day Blinds and they're going to call.

The salesperson was fantastic. She came to the house and knew exactly what to do. She helped me with the colors and I'm glad she was there. The installation was a piece of cake. 3 Day Blinds sent three guys and they were done in five minutes. I have a door with two windows on the side. So, they installed a massive curtain. I love it. My neighbors are all over me asking, “Can we come see your house?” Kudos to everybody who was involved, from the person who sold it to me, to the people who installed.

They're neither Next Day or 3 Day blinds. I got the mechanical blinds and it took three weeks. They sent a sweet, professional consultant out. Then, a gentleman came and remeasured. He said all my windows are different and that the awning is gonna stick out by 3/4 of an inch. So, we're having molding put around the windows so nobody else is gonna notice it. The two gentlemen who installed had a routine. They took the awning out of the boxes and set them in front of each window. It was so fast and they knew exactly what they were doing. However, I wanted a white shade and the consultant didn't have too much of a selection.

I liked the 3 Day Blinds consultant's personality and demeanor. She was able to create conversation and lead it back to what we were doing. The installer did a good job. It was done quickly. He carried a trash bag with him and cleaned up as he went. It was everything that my consultant told me to expect in terms of timing and how long it would take, and everything she had said was what happened. We're in a year of different types of construction, and it was one of the best of installation of something that I had experienced. We like our blinds. We're very happy.

I got mini blinds for a bay window that we had installed in our kitchen. The rep was polite and he communicated well. The tech came through with an intern but he knew exactly what he was doing. He did a fine job. However, I ordered larger wooden blinds for a living room but they've all warped. When something doesn't work, when a manufacturer or a company does not fully test their product under normal conditions, I will not buy that product again. They should have said, "This is possible because it's a natural organic substance. You may wanna pick a wood alternative." But I was unaware of that. Over the past couple of years, the blinds have started to become irregular and it looks funny.
Other than that, I enjoyed going to their store and having a tactile feel of what the blinds look look like instead of looking at a 6-inch sample of the material or pictures of them in a window. That doesn't offer the same experience in the decision-making.

I'm very happy with 3 Day Blinds. The hardest thing for me is not having anything on my windows. I just have the blinds up there now and they look nice. I'm getting too old to get up on the ladder to change curtain draperies Even if you got the the shades up, you still have some sheers on your windows. I'm not used to having everything just coming right through the window when my shades are up. I am happy with the way the product looked. I'm gonna send an email to the rep and say, "How do I dust these or clean them?" I have a sliding door and it'll be open for the summer. I figured, "Well, that's easy enough. You take the vacuum and you just go vacuum them." If it gets dirty and I have a problem, then I could always call and see what I can do for it.
The rep was very friendly, very informative, and helped me with color picks because I didn't even think of that. I just figured they were gonna all be white. She explained the whole process and how they made and what they would look like when I got them in. She showed me the demo. She and even the young fellow that came in to put them up were very pleasant. I love the blinds. I like the look. It's a different look for me because my house was always the colonial style when I got married and a lot of the furniture is still here. I like the way they are up or down and it's easy to take care of. If I have anyone that ask me about it, I will certainly tell them about 3 Day Blinds.

The first time the design consultant came out was to really talk and listen to us. We had a lot of misconceptions about things we thought we wanted but he was able to dispel myths or ideas and expectations we had about certain products. They really listened to us and helped us find the product that we really wanted. When they found out that there was a deadline to order it, they made sure that we were aware so that we could make a decision quickly. Then, they came back out to do a second remeasure. We had two different people and they had the same measurement.
The installation was the quickest of all three meetings. I made sure I was gonna be home all day but the installer was here for half an hour. We got architectural shutters and they take the room to a whole another level. We needed them for sleep and they do exactly what we need them to do. We opted for a big, flat piece that opens completely into the room and it's so awesome-looking.
Also, the design consultant we were working with knew that we would get the tiniest sliver of light at the bottom of the shutters. So, he said to put in the first product and then see what we think and they could always come back and put in the curtains additionally if it's not all that we want. I'm so glad that we did that because that tiny sliver of light that comes in at the bottom aids us to get to the door. It's so pitch black in our bedroom with the shutters, even when it's super bright the minute you open the door to the hallway. It's one of the best products we've gotten so far. We really appreciate 3 Day Blinds.

The installer was precise and exact. He inspected the shutter before installing and made sure the surface was perfect. All was clean and neat when he completed the installation. The shutter are of excellent quality and craftsmanship. We have recommended 3 Day Blinds to our neighbor.

Your installers are awesome! It's the office staff that are not professional when there is a problem. They won't respond until you call/email them multiple times. Then they have the audacity and say there was so much information that I either did not understand or hear what was being told to me. I find this is appalling! I am still waiting to hear back from Emily for scheduling consultant to come out once again. You have my $5000+ and one of my shades and left me with a shade that not only looks like cxxx, but it does not work. I have to stand on a stool and wad the shade up and prop it up in order to have light in my kitchen.

The consultant I worked with at 3 Day Blinds was excellent and very responsive. She did everything exactly as she said she was and provided some samples. She was on time and the quotes she gave were right on. Everything was great when we purchased the shutters and when the tech came to install them, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about what he was doing. So far, I love the product.

The estimator and the installer were professional and explained what they were doing from measuring and describing fabrics and various types of installation. The shades are pretty. Unfortunately I was not given all the ins and out of the blinds I purchased. Wish I had been given more accuracy of the product, how it would hang and click as the air flows from the fan, people walking by in the breakfast room, a busy spot. Probably will need to be replaced. :( Installer was great, Marilyn was good. But the information was not and since I have never had these shades, I wish a more knowledgeable assessment had been thought thru so I would not have this situation. It would have made functional sense to have had the blinds mounted inside to avoid this issue. I don't really know the answer. I am just very disappointed.

The liaison who came to my home initially was warm, professional, patient and respectful. She really simplified things and made me appreciate the ease of the process. The installer was just as courteous and professional. All went as planned and promised. Overall an amazing experience. No issues whatsoever. This is a costly project and I deliberated for a bit. Glad I went through with it in the end.

I have already listed my evaluation but I will add this since the follow up with the installer. We had bery good relations with the in person sampler person and the installer. The bad part was when I called Customer Service to reschedule a follow up reformulate the "cords" that pull up/down. The person we spoke with was completely not a listener, and instead she wanted us to take a photo and send to her. I told her that I do not know how to do that, but she would not accept. It got so adverse that I requested to speak with the supervisor. This required at least 5-8 minutes of discussion which escalated my frustration. Finally, the supervisor said that she would look into my complaint. I don't know if that ever took place or not. Instructions on how to include images on our order would have helped, but the customer service person did not offer it up.
