    My experience with 3 Day Blinds was great and their customer service was very good. When the consultant came out, it was very thorough. I also like their quickness and the speed of appointments, delivery and installation. I purchased motorized shades and they're great. They were expensive, but I knew that going in.     The blinds aren't right. They go from top to bottom and from bottom up to top. There's a problem when you drop the top. The cords hang. It's supposed to be inside the window. When you go from the top down to the bottom, they're supposed to sit on the sill but they don't. A person came out but didn't correct it. He took pictures of it and tried to adjust them. He said, "They can't be adjusted. You have to get all-new blinds." I've been going back and forth with the 3 Day Blinds for a month and a half waiting to get somebody to come out and fix them. I got a call yesterday and Nelly in support said that she was gonna send out one of the installers and a manager to see what's going on.

    What can I say... There are so many companies, and so many options. We tried them all. We stopped with 3 Day Blinds. 1 - Personality and patience of the salesperson, experience, understanding, great amount of options of colors, materials and ability to meet expectations. 2 - Professionalism, time spent and work with budgets. I cannot say that we paid low price, or even moderate. YES, ALL window treatments are SUPPER expensive, but I rather work with 3Day blinds, knowing the quality, price, ability to chose, without pressure. We will do 2 other rooms next time with you as well. :)

    The salesman spent a lot of time with me and my husband. He was very knowledgeable about the product and understood what I was looking for. He was very good at what he did, and when the install guy came in, he knew what he was doing. He did the install beautifully, cleaned and took the garbage with him. I did white blinds throughout the house and different types of tapes. The blinds are faux wood, and the quality is very nice. There are 13 of them, and they look great. I have gotten compliments from people coming in. I would recommend 3 Day Blinds without a doubt.

    The rep was quick to come out to look at the house and give us suggestions. But the plantation shutters we ordered took very long to come in. The company is called 3 Day Blinds and it took four months. But we're happy with the product. The quality is great. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and helpful, and it was seamless.

    The rep was put off by the fact that we were plain vanilla and didn't have a lot of desire to change colors in every room and which side were the strings. But she was very nice. The installation was fast. The quality seems very nice. But I'm concerned with the mechanism for raising and lowering. Some of them gets down easily and some of them are tighter. But as long as they hang in there, I'll be fine. They do what we want them to do. They've raised the temperature in the house when we drop them. They're very effective.

    I didn't realize that they didn't have a store. But when I called, I liked their terms and they came out. I got two of the white fold-up shades. The designer was very good. She showed me the different options and the different kinds of material. She measured accurately. I'm happy with my purchase. The installation guy was good and polite.     The young men who installed the blinds were helpful and very patient in showing me how to set up the method of using my phone. Even though I said it was not necessary, they said, "Oh, you should do it. Come on, we'll show you how." I was laughing and said, "Trust me, if I'm gonna go somewhere, I'm gonna just close the blinds. I won't need to do it from far away." They stuck to it until they could hook it up to my WiFi and showed me how to do it on the phone.

    Before they did that, it was a rainy and miserable day when they got here. They took the old blinds down, took away all the mess, and put up the new ones. One gentleman was not very tall and he had to climb up on my kitchen counter to put the big one up over the sink. The other gentleman was up over the door in the entrance way and he had to climb up on a big ladder to get up there, then the very tall gentleman arrived and gave him a hand.

    The young men did four windows, so it was four separate blinds, and they did an excellent job. Compared to the ones that are in the other rooms, they are far superior. I'd tell people to go for 3 Day Blinds. We also got blinds from Blinds To Go, and they were a disaster. It never worked right. After we pulled them up, it would take 15 attempts to get them to come down.

    I purchased the vertical blinds, the up and down kind, from 3 Day Blinds. They open and close sideways in the middle. The design consultant who assisted me, Jenny, was very nice. The installer, Ashley, was very good but she's not finished yet. When she measured the area, she measured them too close. And when I open and close them, they hit my wood frame. So I have to go and pull it out. I need about an inch more extended out from the wall. She came out the day before yesterday and she said she didn't get the right parts. She got the valance because it had to be the big valance for my big window. She said she could use the valance from the big window on the small window when they bring it out about an inch. But she kept the valance here. She said something about putting spacers behind it but I said no.

    I thought the installer was going to come out on Thursday. I left a message and I told them that if she was going to get more parts, that was okay but let me know. But I've not heard anything. Other than that, I like the look and feel of the blinds. I would also tell people about 3 Day Blinds. It's not the installer's fault they didn't send the right parts. I just know I'm waiting for her to come out and finish it up. Also, when they brought out the string that you pull your blinds open and close with, one was white and one was blue. They're supposed to be blue to match the curtains. So they sent that right part and Ashley changed that out the last time she came out. Right now, we're just waiting on brackets. The brackets need to be about an inch pulled out from the wall.

    3 Day Blinds did a beautiful job. I love them. A girl came here and she was very nice, showed us everything she had. And because of the heat, I did not want motorized and she didn't try to convince me, which was good. The young man was very nice and early. He called and said, "I'll be there in a half hour." He was there 15 minutes later. He was alone. It didn't take him two hours to put up what he did. I don't have motorized and they sent him motorized brackets for the one on the porch. So, he couldn't do it. Somebody came 10 days ago with it, ready to put it in. And they sent him two two inches long metal pieces which were not the right one. He was so disappointed and he left.

    I'm still waiting for the job to be finished. But I called Elena, the girl that I dealt with that came here to measure, and she is supposedly working on it. She did the first time. But when that man came, he had the wrong brackets. Otherwise, I love them. The blinds are room darkening and I just touch the bottom and they come up easily. They're beautiful. I just got new impact windows. They make the house look bright and airy. And with the blinds, all I do is touch them and they move up, and I have a big, bright house. It looks like I'm outside. I've had my friends come over to look at the blinds. They thought they were beautiful. Buy them.

    The young lady brought various samples and went through the pictures with me. I picked three that I wanted to feel. She brought the samples into my house and I was able to touch the fabric and take a look at it. She was very calm and patient with me as I made my decisions. We worked through the financial process and I signed up to get them through 3 Day Blinds. I got white blinds. It has stripes in it so that you can allow as much light to come in as you want or you can tone it down. They're working fine. I love them. It's a good choice to go with 3 Day Blinds.

    The installer from Ray Line was very good, but the shades don't work well. If I wanted my window to open up, it gets caught on that thing, the stick turns, then it goes up further and it's gonna fray them. When he left, I went over to put it up and it won't even move at all. I'm not happy with them. They are terrible. I've wasted a whole bunch of time and money. They took everything down, wrote down what needed to be done and said, "Just call us when you're ready and we'll send it to Ray Line." But it's a long wait to call 3 Day Blinds.

    At first, I was very impressed with the woman that came here. I purchased for two sliding glass doors, shades, and shutters for the rest of my house. I had to explain that I knew exactly what I wanted so I made her life very easy for her. I moved from a place that had the shutters, so that was what I wanted. She recommended the shades that I wanted and told me I would get my shades as quickly as possible but the shutters would take a while. When the installer would come with the shades for the sliding glass doors, he would give us paper covers for the rest of the house.

    The installer came within a week to hang the shades. He was perfect. But he had no idea about what she was talking about, the paper covers for my windows. I called her a couple of times, but she never called me back. When I spoke to the office, I explained to them that I would never recommend her again because she didn't sell me anything. Also, when the guy came to remeasure to make sure her measurements were right, he said, "You have to put a molding around all the windows." She never said that. He recommended a different way to hang the shades on the sliding glass doors, which she did not do. I was not impressed with her. I was impressed with the guy that came for the shades.

    It's been over two months I'm waiting for the shutters, and for two months, my house has been exposed without anything covering on the windows. Three weeks ago, we got a bill. We're being charged a lot of money and we don't have the shutters. I called them up and said, "I'm canceling the bill because you didn't give me my shutters yet. This is ridiculous." They kept giving me an excuse that it's gotta go to Georgia before it could come to Florida. It was supposed to get to Georgia over a week ago and it was gonna get to Florida last week and I was gonna have them this week. I still don't have them. They called me last night and told me that my shutters would be installed next Saturday. I'm sure that I'm gonna be very happy with the shutters because they have nothing to do with her. Once I get my shutters installed, I'm done with 3 Day Blinds and I'll never use them again or recommend them.

    I am very happy with my blinds. However, I have been working with customer care and my consultant, Lori, for over a month to resolve a refund I am due. I was billed for the black out version of my shades instead or the regular shades that were installed. I am owe over $124.00. I've been told the credit to my account has been processed but 15 business days have passed and the credit has not been posted to my credit card. I have written two more times in the past week and no one has responded to my emails to indicate they are trying to resolve the issue. The issue is being blamed on a new computer system and I believe there is a step being left put of the process. If it isn't possible to credit the card I used, I would like a check issued to reimburse me for the overcharge.

    Big disappointment I am constantly having to charge motorized blinds at least once per week. I was told during sales process it would be a couple of times a year… Not true. Do not recommend. They are not performing as promised.

    In early to mid November 2023, I scheduled a visit with designer, Jenny **, to see roller shades offered by 3-Day Blinds. The time between my request for a visit and a call back to schedule was 2-3 days. The designer arrived as scheduled and I picked out the shades I wanted installed on the main floor of my new house. After inputting all the info into her computer, she advised me that the shades I wanted were on backorder and couldn't be installed until January 2024. Although disappointed, I agreed to wait until January and paid half of the total amount of the shades. The designer informed me I'd receive a call from the installers in January to schedule the installation. In the course of our conversation, when asked for my email address, I informed the designer that although I have an email address, I do not regularly communicate through it and to call or text me if it was necessary to get hold of me.

    I waited the entire month of January for the call from the installers. On January 31, 2024, I called the designer, Jenny **, to see why I haven't received my shades. My call was not answered, but I left a message requesting that she call me back as soon as she could. I then called customer service (?) in hopes of getting some answers. After waiting on hold for way too long, I went for the option of 3-Day Blinds calling me back instead.

    I did receive a call back from Elizabeth. After looking up my order, she told me there was an issue with the material for my shades and I should have received an email informing me of the problem. I told Elizabeth about my conversation with the designer regarding my non-use of email and that phone calls or text messages were the only reliable way to communicate with me.

    Elizabeth informed me that she would look into the situation and call me back. That was yesterday. It is now 3:00 p.m. on February 1st and I have yet to receive a call back from either Elizabeth or Jenny. When I requested the appointment initially in November, the response was almost immediate. When I wrote the check for half the amount of the blinds, the check was cashed soon after. It is now February 2024. Although I paid half the amount due in NOVEMBER, I have no shades. I have no answers and it looks like I'll have to make more phone calls just to get my money back.

    I bought wood blinds from 3 Day Blinds in my previous home in Arizona. Then, when I got here, I was looking for something simple and I like that 3 Day Blinds has a quick turnaround. I bought motorized blinds for two of my sliding glass doors to keep out the sunshine and the cold. The designer had very good communications and everything went well. The installer was a real pro and very knowledgeable. I got what I wanted and it's perfect. I like the quality. The motorization is a little noisy, but that's not that important.     I like the quality of products, the color selection and the pricing of 3 Day Blinds. The design consultant we worked with was personable. He was positive. He didn't try and sell me anything that I wasn't describing to him that I was looking for. He was excited to see that I used color in my home and said, "We have color too." When he matched one of my paint that was on my wall exactly, it was incredible. The installer also cleaned up after himself. It was an incredible experience from start to finish.     I did 3 Day Blinds, and it was an excellent process from beginning to end. So, I can’t say good enough things. I have three blinds that are automatic. The rest are all cellular. The designer who came out was great. She got here a little early. I had a design consultant, and she wanted Roman shades. You lose half of a window.” So, my designer said, “Well, what would be the best for installation?” The whole deal that I have now matches perfectly, and they're beautiful.     The designer was very patient and she made sure I got the pricing that I needed and the time that I needed it done. I got a patio door and all the windows in the house.     My husband and I placed an order for four blinds on 12/1/23. The sales representative stated the order would be received 01/10/24. We agreed to pay a deposit of 1700 and change. Shortly after we noticed we had been charged the deposit plus the remaining balance. I called the sales rep and customer service and by 12/13 they had reversed the second charge. We waited for 1/10 and day later we hadn't heard anything. Once again I called the sales rep who said he would check on the order status and I never heard from him again even after texting him and trying him on multiple times.

    I then called customer service who advised they would look into it and email me an update. Once again no email update was received. I called again, in short, I called at least 4 times before a nice lady finally noted that the material was not in stock and appeared to be obsolete. She said because of this the order was in hold and advised she was raising it to a supervisor level to see what could be done and that the supervisor would call within 24 hours. 48 hours plus I called again and was advised all supervisors were in a meeting but they would let "Chris" know I had called. Finally, Chris called back on Friday 1/19/24 and stated that the material I picked was on back order and it was known from the day I ordered it (implying I was made aware - which I wasn't) and that it would be available in May and that I had two options 1) cancel the order or 2) wait till May.

    Chris did not start by even addressing the issues 1) that I was never made aware the product was not available 2) I was never contacted via email on status updates as told. 3) Sales rep never responded direct calls. 4) 3 Day Blinds took a deposit knowing they didn't have the product. Unfortunately, I picked this company based on reputation and this was a horrible experience. You hold on to someone's money over a month and a half admins the solution is cancel or wait. I expect a lot more from a well-established company to include better solutions. I understand delays, but zero communication??? To your customers??? How about start with full transparency and let customers choose if they want to wait for materials that aren't available.

    I've had paper curtains for a month and a half waiting on your service. Now I have family arriving in Feb and have to deal with this... a bit of advice start by apology and offering a solution...how about, "Hey we messed up... pick a different material and we can get it to you asap..." But my guess is that offer is not on the table because there is no such thing as 3-day Blinds even though it's your company's title. Additionally, I asked Chris for the next level supervisor and he assured me he was the highest, yet another lie... a company making millions with 5 CEOs and this is the best you have to represent yourself.

    Updated on 01/24/2024: I already reviewed this place. The company responded to my review and said that I would receive communication in 48 hours. That is the 3rd time that 3 Day Blinds promised a resolution within 48 hours. Again, the company did not respond or do a thing. I am not out thousands of dollars with shutters that do not work and with no shutters at all. I am now going to sue.

    Original Review: 3 Day Blinds installed bedroom shutters that would not permit my windows to latch. That was 8 months ago. The installer said that he would replace the shutters. I ordered kitchen shutters 6 months ago. They brought shutters to my home to install 3 times. Each time, they were not installed because they were either the wrong size, missing parts or broken. They do not communicate at all. Judging by their Facebook reviews, I am not the only unsatisfied customer.

    My house had a fire, so I had to replace all my blinds and I called 3 Day Blinds to put up my blinds for me. I only had a short time and they did it in about a week. I had one automatic blind and two vertical blinds installed. And all the other windows have a push button at the bottom. You push them up or down and rotate the blinds. The installation was quick and the installers did it in two hours at the most. I was happy with it. I also had a vertical motorized blind in my bedroom here and it broke after about six times. But it was because there was some paperwork that was left inside of the blind which broke one of the wires. So I called up 3 Day Blinds and they asked me to take a picture of it. I did that then they said they'd send me a new one out and have the installer install it for me. About a week later, I got a new blind installed. So far, I've had no more issues and everything has been working great. They're the color I wanted and the blinds I like.

    The reps from 3 Day Blinds were responsive and when I inquired, they came out right away. I really liked the gal who came, measured, and worked with me on a solution. I got the blinds that are motorized. They look like blinds, but they're fabric. I was able to pick what I needed, so they are pretty much customized because they were for my huge windows. There were several options that we went over, then we discussed the pricing and the whole nine yards, so I felt very comfortable with it.

    The installer was great and you didn't even know he was here. After he came in, he took down what we had up there and got rid of all that stuff for us. He was very professional. The only problem I had with the whole experience was that the installation was delayed. Because my windows were so big, the first batch of shelves came in broken and the second batch went to the wrong place. So there was some disagreement on whose fault that was and I got caught in the middle. I also had to wait for the shelves to come.

    But other than that, the blinds have been working and I'm happy with them. I would also tell my friends to look into 3 Day Blinds. There may be some other places they could use, but I would use them again. They delivered what I was needing and they kept in contact with me. I got good emails as well as good text all the way from the status of the blinds, the window of time their rep was to come, and the installation. They gave me a discount, too.

    I loved 3 Day Blinds. The lady I worked with went over everything with me and was patient. She held up samples, took her time, and let me be indecisive.     The lady that came when I picked out the drapes and the man that came to install them were both knowledgeable. The lady was in the room where the drapes were gonna go and the very first thing she pulled out of her bag was perfect for that room, but I didn't say it right away.     I would highly recommend 3 Day Blinds. The salesperson was low-pressure.     I ordered blinds for my sunroom in November. They said if I paid in full. I would get a discount which I did. I was also told they should be ready and installed by the end of December. I figured a month isn't a big deal. Well, here is well into January, I have called. I have emailed. I have called again. No one seems to know where my blinds are. When they're going to be installed and why it's taking so long. In the meantime, they sit on my cash. Collect interest and take their ever love and time getting my blinds installed.     This is the second time I've purchased from 3 Day Blinds. The first time I was very happy with both plantation shutters and blinds, which is why I chose to use them again after my move. This time the sales manager didn't seem as knowledgeable as the first time I used them. She had a very difficult time placing the order and didn't give me many options. The installer was fantastic and did a great job, as he had done with my first purchase. However after he left I saw that the blinds protrude from the wall leaving a gap of about 3 inches. I live in a ranch style home and I'm level with the property. I purchased the blinds for privacy but having that gap doesn't give me much privacy. I wound up having to put privacy film on the windows. I really regret the purchase and the price I paid for something that didn't even achieve what blinds are supposed to be for.

    I am very pleased with the motorized shades I purchased for my sunroom. They work perfectly and the installer was excellent. The other shade was a double window, cellular, room darkening shade. I purchased a "top down/bottom up" shade. The pole needed for the "top down" feature is VERY long and heavy. The designer was not familiar with it and did not know that. It is a useless feature for me as the pole they sent me came without the adapter needed. Even with the adapter, it will likely be too cumbersome for me to use. I wish the designer had been able to tell me about the pole - if she had, I would have saved the money on the "top down" feature or purchased the blind from another company.

    Maybe change the name as Three Day is not accurate. The consultant was nice, however; waiting for the guy to measure was difficult as he called five minutes prior to the last minute he should have arrived - frustrating when you have been waiting since eight in the morning. A text would have been appreciated. We were then charged for blinds that weren't installed until the next week as they documented they were installed when they were not. We are still waiting for the other two windows, which although we would were told it would take longer, there has been no communication as to a date for installment. I wouldn't mind except for the fact that we have already paid for half of the amount due and they are not cheap. I would suggest working on communicating with your customers.

    The rep from 3 Day Blinds was personable and knew the product. She also did accurate measurements, which is critical because if they weren't accurate, when the installer came in, there was every chance that there would have been a problem. The installer came in and he was very professional, open for discussing the product, and efficient. There were six windows and two glass doors that required blinds. He installed them all and made sure that if I had any questions, that he would answer them. I was very pleased with the installer.

    I have three windows and two glass doors across the front of my space where I'm living and I put a power motor system in place so that the fabric blinds can all be raised and lowered at the same time. I can adjust the level of the blinds, and I can adjust them independently. Each window has its own power motor, and it's all operated wirelessly with a wall-mounted remote that I can take off the wall and do however I want it done. But when you've got five blinds across one wall like that, to have to manually operate them, this is a much better solution. I love to show off the ability to drop all five blinds at one time. I push a button, down they come, and everybody says that's something they wanna do.

    My experience with the design consultant at 3 Day Blinds was fabulous. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She answered all of our questions and really made it easy to order what we needed. We needed vertical blinds, but it was throughout our home.     The design consultation appointment was amazing because the lady that came was of similar age to me and we had similar tastes. She was really helping me choose and she had that eye. I got very lucky. For the installation, they gave a timeframe from 2:00 until 6:00 and the installer came closer to 6:00. I would have preferred it to be early, but I completely realized that we were in a timeframe. The tech was pretty thorough, did the installation pretty quick, and cleared everything away. I love the blinds. With the placement of the blinds and the above head, it completely matched the furniture. The price is high, but I am on an understanding that that is just the price for this.

    3 Day Blinds sounded like it was the way for me to go. A salesperson/designer came out and worked with me on what I wanted. It didn't take very long. I decided on what I wanted and picked out some colors. She made some measurements. She was very knowledgeable and she knew what she was doing. She had a good design sense for a younger person. There are a lot of young people out there working in retail that don't even know what they're selling as far as features. She was very professional. She didn't rush me but we got done quickly.

    A couple of weeks later, the blinds came in and were installed. That was fine. I was under the gun to get them done by a certain date and 3 Day Blinds accommodated that. A single guy came out for the installation and that had me a little concerned because one of the blinds had to be eight-foot wide and it was for a short long window. The guy got them done in an hour and he cleaned up everything. I asked him if he needed my help and he said no. He put on booties. He cared about my house.

    The blinds look good and I'm happy with them. I have flat blinds and they're faux wood. They work well and the quality is good unless they break. On the whole, the experience was great. The whole thing was pretty much seamless. 3 Day Blinds is expensive but spending the money was worth it so I didn't have to worry about it.

    I would recommend 3 Day Blinds. My neighbor gave me the name of the gal that comes out to help, and I sent her a message. She got back to me right away and set up an appointment, and we were all set. I knew what I wanted, and she showed me what I could do and showed me everything. It went well. We got one vertical blind, two horizontal blinds, one vertical big blind on the patio door, and one of those see-throughs. And we have the remote to put it up and down because it's up so high. The installer explained everything and how to do it. He was very efficient and showed us how to work everything and how to do the remote one. Everything went fine. One of my neighbors said, “You paid three grand for all that? That's a lot.” We were ready to put in a bit more money to get what we have, and they look beautiful.     I would recommend 3 Day Blinds in a heartbeat. Everybody that I dealt with with 3 Day Blinds was personable. They understood my needs. Nobody pushed and said, “You need to do this” because it was more expensive. They listened to what I had to say, they heard my concerns, and worked with me. That was a big plus for me.

    The two installers came in. They introduced themselves and were very pleasant. They told me what they would do and in no time, they were finished. Told me how to take care of them. Explained the installation and the workings of the blinds after everything was done. All the gentlemen said the same thing. “If you have any questions, feel free to ask me along the line.” I did ask them a couple of questions as they were doing things. And the same for the installation, because I had the other blinds installed by Penney's, and they lasted okay but they broke easily. They explained to me that these blinds are not like that. I was very satisfied. It's what I wanted. Twelve years ago, it was the strings hanging down. Now, I have the wand on the one side to lift the blinds up, but it's not within children's reach. Nothing that I should have to worry about when the grandkids come over.

    Stephanie, my rep with 3 Day Blinds, was amazing. She was a voice of reason. I knew what I wanted when we went into it but she would weigh into it. She said, "A pattern may not go with that comforter. You want something that's gonna be timeless and classic. You probably want a solid color." I picked out a couple of things then we narrowed it down. Then we talked about shutters in the dining room and got some faux wood ones for the secondary bedroom.     I like that 3 Day Blinds has a lifetime warranty on their products. They don't have the largest assortment but in some ways, that's a good thing. Sometimes, if you're given too much, you can't whittle it down. They gave very honest feedback on what they felt would look good or not. I also like the quality and customer service. There was a misunderstanding on my part of which blind was going in, but the rep immediately took care of it. I didn't have to contact customer service, but they also didn't have to call me to ask any questions. They trusted the rep. They replaced it at no cost when I was the person who made the error and not the rep. She has a wonderful disposition. She has a great background in design in general. For years, she worked as an interior designer but now focuses just on window treatments and loves it. She's been very available. She even texted me. I trust her. She's forthcoming and easy to work with. There was no pressure from anyone at 3 Day Blinds.

    I didn't have my phone for several days. The installer called three times. He was persistent in calling but very accommodating and was not concerned at all about the calls. He was wonderful. He had to come back to reinstall the one woven shade that I was having replaced and was, again, very accommodating about it. I just placed another order with 3 Day Blinds yesterday.

    The rep was very nice. I felt she was my friend. But I had to call a couple of times and ask for a statement because I didn't get a written statement. It was all done on their little laptop. I also used the website a couple of times. I had a hard time trying to see what the products looked like, but it wasn't bad. The young guy who came out to do the installation was wonderful.     The roller shades we got from 3 Day Blinds have the color and the materials for everything we're looking for. They were pretty expensive but they're good. They'll probably last quite a long time. Three of them were motorized and the motorized mechanism seems good with the remote. That was a neat feature that the consultant recommended we got. We're happy with that, too. They look pretty nice, but some of the details are a little bit to be desired. I wasn't really happy with the fit of some of them. They're doing their purpose, though.

    Our design consultation was the best part of it. We really liked our rep a lot. Her name is Amy. In fact, we invited her over to see it after they were installed. She was pretty excited about it. The installation process was stellar, too. The guy was a pro. He came in and out. We had eight blinds installed on two different occasions, and he was super quick. The guy knows what he was doing. His name is John. Overall, it was a good experience. The consult and the installation were top-notch and we're happy with both those aspects of it.

They said as soon as they got it made, they would bring it over, and that was what happened. The installation went great. It was very professional. The end result is perfect. But when they arrived, the valance was cracked. So we put in an order for the new one and they replaced it. It took about a week because they had to build it and then bring it over. The color of the blinds is a perfect match with the paint. However, the bar and the top and bottom of the blinds does not match the blinds and looks terrible.     Diana came out and measured all with a cost estimate. I was astonished at first, then decided to have a professional do the installation, rather than guessing the dimensions. Absolutely amazing, and we received a Veteran Discount for my husband's military service. Initially, we just had the 9 windows done. After painting all the living room walls, we had to remove the traverse rod above my sliding doors adjourning to the sun porch. Diana came back out at my request to measure the sliders to measure for verticals, So professional and friendly. Highly recommended, unfortunately, I ran out of windows and sliding doors.     My husband and I love the products we got from 3 Day Blinds. We got the roller that goes all the way up and all the way down.     Check out 3 Day Blinds. They have been in business for many years. They stand behind their work. The price was a little high, but it was reasonable. And I wanted good quality stuff. The rep was very courteous and professional. He came here with all the layouts with the books of the sample material, and he let me go through everything I wanted to. He went to the car to get more. The colors, the fabric, any designs. And he measured everything exactly.

    The blinds are a bone color. Those are brighter, neater, easy to operate, so I picked that one. It was one big blind. It was one big window in my living room. The installation day was exactly they said when the installer was coming. The gentleman arrived to put the blinds up. Very good service. He took his time. He put it up neatly. He nailed everything and asked me how I wanted and where I wanted to put the valance put on, and he cleaned up everything after. It was also very quick. He didn't take the whole day. One of the side cups would not go in the wall properly. He took it apart again and reinstalled it. It was perfect. He was also very courteous. What I see is excellent.

    The sales rep knew her stuff and not just the product. She gave input on what’s gonna function well for the type of window and that was helpful. The installation went very smoothly. Then about 5 weeks in, we had purchased wooden blinds and they had liners that operated as a separate entity behind the wooden blinds. And they started going bad. Half on one side wouldn't go back up and nothing on the other. We called and 3 Day Blinds sent a technician out. He checked every window in this particular sunroom area we were having trouble with and he showed me all kinds of little tricks connected with the blinds but said four needed to be replaced. He said he would put the paperwork in and get that going. About three weeks later, another liner goes bad and won't go back up. So, I called and found out that 3 Day Blinds misread the technician's information and they'd never done anything. That was not acceptable.

    3 Day Blinds had a good technician handling everything well and they fell on their end. So they said they would see that that gets taken care of. I told them we had another one that's gone bad. Their warranty says that they have to replace like kind and that made no sense. I've worked in retailing all my life. You don't replace a problem with a problem. But they held on to that agreement. They said they would replace the whole sunroom and everything in there with the same product. I said I would call them back in two days and let them know. I brewed on it for a while and my husband and I talked about it. But 3 Day Blinds said they have to put back the same thing.

    I called my sales rep, Regina, and told her what was going on. The options didn't make sense and asked her to help. She said there was the potential of putting the liner and the blind as one unit. So when one goes up, they both go up. When it comes down, they come down together. It is an additional cost to that, but 3 Day Blinds needs to eat this because of the problems we were having. So she said she would take care of it and contact 3 Day Blinds directly for me. So that's where it ended in terms of my request that it would be a replacement. If those malfunctions, we’ll go down another path. We spent a great deal of money redoing all the windows in our house and it makes no sense that a six-week window and you've got half of what's in that room malfunctioning. Regina, my sales rep, said she had never had this happen. She's been at this for too long that it doesn't make any sense.

    It takes sometimes a week for us to go through any notes that have been left by anybody prior to this. Because we're so busy on Mondays and Tuesdays, we can't get to it. That alone reeked of poor customer service that they were telling me that and then, they get the information on Monday and Friday is the first free moment we've got to get back to them. I don't know where those people are located but they need better training. Nobody's been here to give me a reinstall nor have I had any information as to when that would happen.

    Regina told me that it would take probably four to five weeks for the order to be redone so I wasn't expecting it to be happening overnight. But I haven't heard any update that the blinds are being remade and that they’ll contact me. But the sales rep, the technician who came and did the installation and the guy who came to look at the blinds when they started malfunctioning were all top-of-the-line. These three people who were in my house were wonderful.

    If you're considering buying blinds from this company, we recommend that you look elsewhere. We just bought a new home without any window coverings, so we ordered more than a dozen miniblinds and shades from this organization. The quality of the product that they've delivered so far is definitely not up to par with what we've received from Next Day Blinds in the past, but the real frustration we've had has been with fulfillment of our order. 3 Day Blinds seems to be plagued with supply chain problems and they've repeatedly called us at the last minute to say that we should expect further delays. When we tried to inquire about the component that was unavailable so we could adjust our order, we got different stories from their customer support department and the design consultant we worked with and ultimately never got a straight answer from anyone over there.

    We needed everything installed before our move date so we would have window coverings, so we opted to pay an extra $700 to expedite delivery within 3 weeks. We appreciate that they agreed to do a partial delivery, but they clearly only did that because we were calling and emailing them repeatedly expressing our frustration. To date, we are being told that our full order will not be delivered until late January (long after our move in date and more than 3 months after our order date). We tried to negotiate getting our $700 premium back, but they were unwilling to do that. So bottom line: their product and delivery claims are NOT worth the price that they're charging. We recommend they change their name to "3 Month Blinds" and strongly advise anyone who considers using them to look somewhere else.

    Sales rep Morgan ** does great presentation but offer and product fall short in all aspects. Biggest issue is lack of ability to resolve problems with product and measurements she personally did.     Our salesperson was very engaging. Somebody else had come the day before from a different company, and she was like dealing with dry toast. She had no suggestion. She had no personality and creativity. But Lee from 3 Day Blinds had a very extensive background in design and architecture, so she was very knowledgeable about her product and helpful. There was a very wide selection of colors and fabrication. Very quickly, I was able to narrow it down to what I thought would look best. I like that I could get the blinds in three days, which didn't quite happen, but that wasn't their fault. The fabric that I had ordered for downstairs was out of stock, and it looked like it was gonna be three weeks. The customer service called me and said, “We just got the fabric, and you'll have them in the next few days.” It was true to their word. Their communication was great. Our salesperson was great in following up with everything.

    Their website is very good. There are a lot of information that you could delve into, seeing the different types and the fabrications. You could also order samples of the fabrics if you needed to. On the second floor, I did cellular shades. On the main floor, I did layered shades. I didn't expect it was gonna cost what it cost. But it was in line with the other company that I had from the first day. The installer installed them within a very short time frame. Two of the blinds required motorization, so that took a little longer. It has a remote control that's super easy to use. It could accommodate up to 15 different windows. The fabrication of the shades is very good quality. The way they open and close is very smooth.

    I placed an order for honeycomb shades on 10/22 under the impression that the order would be shipped 3 days later. I finally called to find out where the order was. The rep I spoke to could not find a delivery date so he checked the warehouse and got a date of today 11/9. The installer fit me into his schedule for tomorrow 11/10 as I was having guests over to see my new home. The installer texted me to say he had not received the order. I emailed the rep and he called me back. I was a little annoyed because I had to ask him repeatedly to give me the FEDEX tracking #. I asked FEDEX to update me by text and finally got a delivery date of 11/14. Now I have to schedule the installer.

    This whole fiasco has not been what I expected. I will never use 3 Day Blinds again. There are many window fashion places in my area and I probably would have gotten the treatments installed sooner. How can a company call themselves 3 Day Blinds...My order did not take 3 days to make....more like 2 weeks. With ground shipping it takes another week for the installer to receive them. I'm very upset with the whole thing and I believe I need to be compensated for the misinformation I was given. Shame on you, 3 Day Blinds!

    For some reason, the blind was ordered in the wrong color. This order was separate from the first one and should have been that same color. Hopefully, the correct color has been ordered as a replacement so the wrong one, which was hung just so there would be something on that front window.

    The designer was great. He was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my wife had an emergency thing that she had to go to, and he was very helpful. I got her on a Facetime call and she was able to put in input and he was very patient with that. He made recommendations that were reasonable and she agreed. We were able to get it done. He went out of his way. The installation was fine. The original person seemed pretty good, but we had a problem with one of the bigger ones. We needed more support in the installation when the blinds were put in, and it didn't work. Then the motor tried to reset itself and it couldn't do it. So we had to get another one. They did replace it. They came out as soon as it was made to custom fit the window. They put it in more effectively. It's been working fine since. I like the blinds. They're easy to clean and very nice-looking.

    We're a business and we got nine faux wood shutter blinds from 3 Day Blinds. The design consultant was super convenient to work with and the installation was also convenient. The installer arrived on time and the communication was there. I showed him where it was and he did his thing. He let me know when it was done and it had been one of the easiest vendors I've worked. The blinds look great with the room they're in and they're chic with a dark gray. They don't get a lot of use, but everything has been positive, so far.     Absolute worst customer experience ever. I had a wonderful sales consultant that ordered 2 custom blinds for me in June 2023, they were installed in July 2023. At this time, we noticed the blind chords were not long enough to reach to bring the blinds up and down. She submitted a replacement order for me in late July 2023. New chords were not received until September and were the wrong color. New order was submitted for the correct color and was not sent to installer until end of Oct. Installer only received ONE chord, not two as required and I now have to submit ANOTHER REPLACEMENT ORDER.

    I must have called 3x a week asking for an update on the order, status of the shipment, etc. to ensure this would be corrected in a timely manner as this is for a rental property with a new tenant starting Nov 1st. Every time I called, the customer service rep was confused by my situation, couldn't find the order, couldn't give me information on tracking or connect me to the right person, etc. This was after I would wait on hold for 5-10 mins. For 2 blinds that cost me $1200 I am extremely UNHAPPY!!!!

Installation of blackout blinds left BIG gaps in sides of windows light streams through (salesperson intimated it was MINIMAL. 1/2 inch gap is not minimal). Skylight blackout blind uses WHITE TRANSLUCENT PLASTIC rails that light up like neon when streetlight over our roof turns on at night! Really? They can't use opaque aluminum rails the same color as the blinds to block the light? MOST expensive place, poorest quality I've ever had. Including mail order blinds.

    We got plantation shutters. Working with their rep David was excellent. We had some odd windows and he was really good at suggesting what we should do with those. Also, the techs were very professional. They're on time and they cleaned up after themselves and they're very polite. On this latest house, the installation was pretty close to perfect. We had one shutter that after they had left, we realized, wasn't closing correctly. It was bowed, and so we called them. The shutter had to be remade so we're still waiting on that to be finished. But they've always been really responsive whenever we call them with an issue. So, no problems there. The plantation shutters make the house look more modern and pretty.     I called 3 Day Blinds in for an estimate, and they gave me a nice sales pitch, and I went for it. We purchased two large bedroom windows in the master bedroom and two large windows in our cafe kitchen window that looks out the front of the house. I was told that the following day, when my husband and I signed a contract and paid some money, somebody was coming out to measure again. When that person came, it sounded like he spent a good part of his life in installation of many different companies. He then made me feel better about the purchase because he was explaining that there's only one line that could be better than the one we had. He knew all the different companies. He does installation for many different blind companies. He made me feel a little bit better about our purchase.

    I was surprised at the price, but they did tell me that a house appraiser would give them value because they were a high-end one. I had spoken with a Realtor who just got her whole entire house done. We paid over 3,000, she paid 6,000 and had every one of her windows done in her home. We have a rather large home, and we really only had the master and the cafe room in the front of the house. It seemed expensive. I wanted to get Costco out to get me an estimate, but the gentleman that came to do the measuring the following day from signing the contract seemed to know quite a bit.

    We bought shutters. We're happy with them. They explained to us that it's pretty much a lifetime. If anything goes wrong with them, they'll be covered, and that somebody would come out. The thing I was disappointed in was we were given an estimate, and I realized it's an estimate of time. I pulled out the contract months later, and I looked at it, and we had already passed the date by about two weeks.

    I called and said, "We need the window treatments up. When can they come?" I realized a lot of people do their whole homes instead of just two rooms like we did and I thought, "Are they holding us off because it's a smaller job and trying to piggyback us on some other installation day?" When I called, what was interesting was they came out within a week to 10 days, and we got the first morning appointment. It was rather quick, and it was very professionally installed.

    I had a broken shade and I was going to try 3 Day Blinds to see what they might be able to do, and it turned out that I didn't need them for that. But I needed something downstairs in my family room, so I kept my appointment with their sales rep and I ended up ordering two shades. I went with the Honeycomb, the kind that has some energy savings qualities to it and I really liked the consultant who came here. She was outstanding and was truly key in my choice and my happiness with my new shades. She was right on time and knowledgeable.     So far, I love the new shades. They sit right up in my windows. But I pulled them down because we have some painters here, just for privacy, and I couldn't figure out how to get them all the way back up.     I had been looking at blind companies, and 3 Day Blinds offered financing. We purchased see-through shades for the kitchen, dining room, and the den area. I love them. The woman who sold us the product knew her product very well, and we were able to cut through a lot of the chase. She was able to show us what we wanted, did some samples of what we wanted, and we chose from what she showed us. It was right on the money because we gave her a picture of what we wanted. The guy who did the installation knew his process well. He was absolutely wonderful. He knew his product and what he was doing. We left him alone. He did exactly what he needed to do when he needed to do it. He couldn't have been more efficient and couldn't have done a better job.

    I'm totally impressed all the way around. We had a great experience with them. I wish that I would have gotten the products all electric, but I didn't have the money. I got two electric and five manual. We lift the manual ones from the bottom up. They're cordless blinds. I've had a stroke, and so I'm not able to handle them as well as I can with the ones that are automatic, but that's okay. Those are the two that I really need. Those are the biggest ones, and they really block a lot of sun. They do exactly what we thought they would do. I couldn't ask for a better product and for better people. They did a great job all the way around.

    We're happy with 3 Day Blinds and glad we went with them. They were a bit less money than the other company that we got a bid from. The design consultant went through the aspects of it, what we were looking for, what will fit or what constraints there were, and we were able to fit what we wanted in there. She went through the materials, the colors, and she put it all into something to make sure that would all fit, and then she generated a quote for us. We got what I would call drapery because they cover the sliders. They pull out and they have a magnetic closure in the middle. They're kind of an accordion shade. They're opaque, but they're translucent as far as light coming through.

    The installation went well. The guy was able to come in a little bit earlier, which was fine, and he was done a bit sooner than I expected it would be. He also went through some suggestions, how to close them, and where the magnets are and how they work. There are magnets that keep them closed. The blinds seem to be fine. The other blinds we had were a little bit more difficult to open all the time. These new ones are much easier to adjust and to close.

    3 Day Blinds' rep was very knowledgeable. He explained the pros and cons of various choices. So, he listened to what I needed and wanted and we got right down to it. And he responded in kind. He demonstrated with the UV level, how much it blocks. He had samples for me to look at. What colors I wanted. But that was the last part of it. The important part is what I wanted. I did like the colors of the product and what they had. It was appealing to me.

    I went with a 99% UV blockage. And I ended up going with a dark gray, but it had little other colors in there. It was a textured. And it wasn't a light gray. I wanted more depth to it. Because when it comes down and it has all that light, I couldn't see what color it is anyway. And if it was a light gray, it would have not been noticeable. But I love that it retracted to the ceiling, which is what I was looking for. So, it had everything on my wish list.

    The installers were adamant. They wanted to put the blinds in right. And they put it in one way. It didn't working because of the way the window frame stuck out from the wall. So, they were very good about putting additional spacers in behind the wall so that when the blind came down, it wouldn't hit the window. And they set it so that it would stop automatically in one location, which meets the top of the window. But I could always raise it up all the way so I could see the wall above the window. That blind could come down exactly to the window sill level, which is perfect because I don't need it to go to the floor. They were attentive to what I needed. I said, “It looks a little like it's off.” Sensor wasn't covering the window frame entirely. They fixed that. They were very good.

    I love the blinds. It's very good quality. Works like a charm. I love that I could charge it once and it lasts two years depending on my usage. And very easy to charge, because there's a magnet up at the top so that, boom. Connects. I don't have to fiddle with getting it in like we do with a phone or any other USB device. It's fantastic. Was it expensive? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely. Look into it because it's something you might wanna consider.

    These blinds are supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Called them up to check coverage and was told this one part is not covered. So when it came time to purchase the part, a guy who would not give his name was beyond rude. He asked me for my order number or phone number. Since I didn’t remember what number we used at the time of order, I asked if I could provide sales order from my receipt. But it did not say “invoice or order number” on receipt. But it lists our name and address.

    After giving my address the guy said it’s not here so you will have to call a third party to purchase the parts. When I insisted it must be there because I called previously and they found my data in the system, the guy replied “great”. However, I wish I could upload the recorded call I had so you could hear the distain and frustration of him just simply doing his job. Buy beware of after the sale support! Oh, by the way, we purchased 25 blinds. I will look for another company to replace them.

    I went with some shades and then with some wood ones for the office and the garage area. The designer helped me select the colors. I was really happy with the colors. I told her I wanted to buy a bedspread and she told me she would get me samples of the blind so I could go and match the bedspread but I never received those. So, I ended up buying a bedspread, and it was too dark for the shades. But it was no big deal.

He came over and pretty much explained to me that that's how they're supposed to look and we could stretch them down. I was under the impression that that was as far as they would go, but he showed me how to work them. So, it was fine. 3 Day Blinds was expensive. But the service was fast and really good.

    The rep gave us a lot of information and let us make our decision. We got the Duette shades that pull up and down. We also got drapes and window coverings for the country kitchen area where we had trees. Then we suddenly realized we really needed something for a little more privacy because they had died. The installer was very good. I was really amazed at how quickly they could put it together, and how well they cleaned up. I was really impressed with how meticulous the tech was and how he was leveling things. He had to make some changes and he really worked with us. The finished product looks really nice.

    There's a certain amount of frustration in ordering anything now. And that has been part of the case of knowing when people were coming. They don't always know either. But other than that, we got what we wanted. It took a little longer than we thought but I've been pleased overall.

    They scheduled an appointment and they were on time. They were very courteous and informative. They worked with me very well. I was very happy with the experience. I went with the blackout blinds because I wanted to have sunlight removed in the windows in my little office. Once in a while, if I get conked out on the couch, I don't wanna have light inside the room. I have a projector TV in our living room. So I got blackout blinds for the living room also so we have a better picture. I got them both motorized and they work with Alexa. The quality of work and the blinds justify the cost.     3 Day Blinds' design rep was very good. She was very polite and professional. She measured everything very carefully. I got an electric waffle weave. There were enough colors to choose from. The one I got has two different colors and they look good. Three guys came for the installation. One did the work and was training, one was overseeing the trainee, and one walked around and opened packages. The installation took a couple of hours. They took a long time trying to be sure that the blinds were all working. There were five of them and it was a pretty large area. The installers were careful to be sure that they all would work on the remote but they didn't. They said that the blinds were spaced out almost the maximum of the range of the remote. Once in a while, I'll be in the exact right spot and they'll all go up or down. Most times, I have to adjust one or two.

    That aside, the blinds are nice and of good quality. I had to have someone come back once because I thought the bottom of the shade wasn't balanced correctly or they weren't leveled. Someone came in very expeditiously and he corrected those. Customer service was extremely nice. I like 3 Day Blinds and the company was good. It was expensive though.

    I love my motorized shades. They are beautiful. The sales person, Jamie was so wonderful. The installers were very professional. They work perfectly. The shades do a great job of blocking the heat from the sun. I bought the hub but I cannot use it due to poor internet service. I was told when I ordered the hub that if it did not work, I could return it for a refund. I need someone to contact me with instructions on returning the hub.     The 3 Day Blinds designer was very helpful. She helped me make my decision. Then two guys came in for the installation. They were very nice and professional. They did it within an hour and a half, and that was putting all the hardware in. It was very good and quick. I chose blinds in rooms that I wanted to be able to see out, but not necessarily have somebody see in. Then in the master bedroom and other area on the back of the house, I wanted something that could block out anyone seeing in and insulate as well because that's where the bedrooms are and that's where you need some insulation in the winter time.

    I got a regular faux wooden blind that's in white because it's kind of neutral. Then a cream color that's not room darkening for the living room. But for the master bedroom, it was with the room darkening because I have a cul-de-sac behind me, and I want a little privacy. I'm pleased with the blinds. It hit my pocketbook, and that was my big thing. I'm very satisfied with what I have.

    The representative and I scheduled an appointment and she came to the house. She pulled out all our options.     When the installer was installing my shutters, I noticed that the pull rings were not on the shutters. I was so disappointed because I ordered the shutters to match the shutters, I have in my other rooms.     I bought a replacement shade for one that was damaged during renovations. The replacement was identical except for the color. The shade cost $482.00. I discovered, after the fact, that the installation cost was $452.50! Almost as much as the shade itself? Why? The hardware was already there. The "installation" was sliding out the old shade and sliding the new one in. When I had blinds and shades installed 5 years ago the average installation cost was $66. I gave this review 3 stars because the sale and installation was very fast and I love my new shade. It’s been several weeks and I’ve had the installers at my home at least three times and I still don’t have operable window coverings. Three Day Blinds does not offer refunds. Don’t use Three Day Blinds! I would recommend IKEA over Three Day Blinds. I’ll be posting additional negative reviews on various websites and advising my friends to avoid your company.

    We LOVE LOVE LOVED our experience. After receiving another quote, this company came in with the same product at roughly the same price, BUT ALSO a MUCH BETTER warranty. When I explained the price was the same, the sales rep worked some magic and was able to discount the price by ~$400. The tech came and measured the same day. A few weeks later they were installed in under 3 hours. The installer took all garbage away and previous window treatments at my request and made sure we knew how to open and close the blind mechanisms. Overall it was an easy, thorough and pleasant experience from start to finish.

    The rep was very good at her job. She was very patient and professional. We tried a bunch of different styles. The installation was really quick.     We are extremely disappointed and unhappy with the customer care and service we've been receiving. September 6th will be 3 months since the day we placed our order and we are still without drapery in our master bedroom. It's been extremely difficult to sleep with all the light getting into the bedroom every single night that passes. Had we known it was going to take 3 months or possibly longer, we would have never purchased with 3 Day Blinds.

    We were told 6-10 weeks by the sales rep. My wife and I call every week to find out why it's taking so long and we are always given the same runaround answer about some part that's not in stock. Nobody ever calls back or updates us. We literally have no idea when this order will be fulfilled. How can that be?! Extremely sad, frustrated, and disappointed with the way 3 day blinds have been treating us after spending $4000. I was actually thinking of ordering more items with them at first but that's certainly not going to happen now. Nobody at the company cares, only argues back and tells us to go read the contract and tough luck. Unbelievable disregard and no compassion for human beings. Typical large corporation robot feel, they have hundreds of employees, but no one is in charge and we are just another number. ZERO stars for customer satisfaction.

    3 Day Blinds's designer was really helpful and made it really easy to make choices. I did two bathroom windows and that took about 10 days. The custom Roman shades for my bedroom took three weeks. The designer told me that timeline upfront. The installers were awesome and cleaned up everything. The guy who did my master bedroom repackaged up the old window treatments so I could easily take them to donate. They were super fast and efficient. I couldn't have been happier with that. The blinds look really nice and the quality is good. I love the automation of the remote.

    We had Rob from 3 Day Blinds come give us the price and a quote, which was a very nice number compared to what we had paid for two windows. We were putting them in two bedrooms. The blinds it elevated both of those bedrooms. And he said, “I love it so much.” And lo and behold, our one window treatment, one side, because we have a bay window, broke. I did it. It was an older window treatment that had been here when the house was purchased 18 years ago. And they were the pull-down blinds. It was the opaque. And they had the nylon strings inside. So, when I pulled it down, which might have been on the rough side as I've been told, it snapped. My husband said, “So, now we have to call them back again. I wanna have them done in these windows also.” So, the whole front of the house is complete with wood blinds going across.

    The rep knew exactly what I was looking for. And I wanted to take what we were now getting in the faux wood for the two bedrooms compared to the real wood that we had in our primary bedroom. They're not sitting right next to each other, but I said I'd like to have continuity. That's what I'm looking for at this point in the house versus choppy, which it had been. So, he brought a sample up. We went with the snow white. They matched almost identical.

    This is the second time that the installer has been to our home. We requested him. He had done the two bedrooms. He was a breeze. He was in and out in less than 40 minutes for the two bedrooms. One bedroom, we had already taken the blinds down. The second bedroom, he took the verticals down for us. He asked if he could get some spackle to fix the holes because the painter was coming in a week and a half. He was neat, wiped up after himself, in and out. And the same thing exactly today. Brought everything in, did what he needed to. He asked me to show him the extra room, because we had the half-bath in the den also done to replace out that window treatment, a bit on the dated side. It was also green. I didn't want green anymore.

    The quality of the blinds compared to the wood is 80%. The solid wood is a little thicker. It has a nicer weight and feel to it. But if someone is looking at it directly and don't know it's not solid wood, he wouldn't know the difference. They gave us a better price because instead of by air delivery, we went by ground delivery. They were still in very quickly. So, we saved $300. Go with 3 Day Blinds.

    It was initially a little difficult to set up an appointment with 3 Day Blinds. They did not wanna come out on a weekend. I was moving into a new place and I was only gonna be there on weekends. When I finally was able to get somebody on the phone, they did a phone consultation first before they set someone up. The process to actually get somebody out there to measure and show me samples took a while. There was also a little bit of a discount if I had signed that day. I like that there was the option to be able to pay for it over a period of time.

    Once the shades were ordered, it was not three days. It was several weeks. When they came, the techs installed them. I thought 3 Day blinds would give me a narrower window. I couldn't respond back to the messages that I received on my phone so the window was 9:00 to 5:00 on a Saturday. It was a huge window. I had to stick around all day long waiting for the installer. Once the installer came, she was really great. She took care of the job within 30 minutes so the process went really well. She showed me how to use the hub and explained how to get them charged. I have top-down bottom-up shades and they are electric. I have the hub so I can control it from my phone. I love it. The shades look great and they work well. If you have more than three days, 3 Day Blinds is fine. I'm happy with the product.

    I am caught between differences in opinion from the salesperson and the installers. The salesperson claims I should not need valances and the installer tells me that valances are needed because the ceilings are not level. The issue is that some of the blinds are attached to the ceiling and others are attached to side walls creating large gaps between the blinds and the ceiling that must be covered. Will the valance cover the blinds or will the blinds hang beneath the valances. Cody who called me from leadership at 3 Day Blinds and was reviewing the situation relayed that he would get answers for me but never called me back. I've tried calling him several times with no response. I've also called the customer service number for the installers and have not heard from them either. I cannot get assistance or make any progress on this project. I am so disappointed in 3 Day Blinds!
