I had blinds done with 3 Day Blinds, and I was very happy with it. I called again because I wanted to surprise my daughter and do her sunroom. They came out again and it turned out perfectly. The installation was done very nicely. My daughter loves it, and I couldn't be happier. I did two other companies and 3 Day Blinds was the best price and the best product.
The first time, we had a guy come out who showed us different things. The second time, I was above and beyond thrilled. We wanted a sunscreen blind for the sunroom and they were able to come up with a perfect match to my daughter's sunroom furniture. Linda came out and immediately picked the right swatch. They couldn't have been more respectful to the home. They cared about how they walked in and made sure that their feet were clean. They carried in the product, put it up perfectly, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. I also received cornices that were not needed which they told me they wouldn't take back.

3 Day Blinds has a very good reputation. I went online and looked at the reviews of customers in my area, and they were very pleased. My representative was outstanding. The billing is going very smoothly. So, I haven't had to work with customer service, but I'm sure they're fantastic. The price is a little bit high, but you also get what you pay for.

We're happy with 3 Day Blinds. We found the same quality of products that they carried at a better price point. We got fancy-dancy shades that close. They were supposed to be room darkening. And they are darkening, but 3 Day Blinds told us they bring some light in. I expected them to be a little darker. But I didn't complain about it. They were comparable to the Silhouettes. And they did share with me prior to ordering that light would penetrate through them because they couldn't get a tight seal. And I expected them to be a little darker. I knew that they wouldn't be blackout. But they serve the purpose. They get rid of the sun, because I have direct sun.
The chargers were defective. 3 Day Blinds ordered new ones. One of the batteries in the big door wall blind is defective because it wouldn't charge. And I've tried different cords. So, it's either the charger or the battery. But I have one of the cords that would charge. I have two cords. One would light up, and one wouldn't. So, I'm assuming I would get at least one bad charger cord, but the other blinds would charge and the big blind would not. I have a service ticket in. And I'm waiting. They said somebody would contact me within five days.

We moved here about six years ago. I've known about 3 Day Blinds for a while, and I've seen ads and know people who have had them ordered and installed. I had two small windows that needed to be done. I wasn't happy with the quality of install of the company that had done all our other windows, so I decided I would give 3 Day Blinds a try. The appointment was quick. They came out and said, "This is what we want." The measurer came within a couple days, and we discussed if we want them coming from China or Canada. I said, “Definitely Canada,” so the delivery was so much quicker. The guy came, was here and out in a really short period of time. What we did install in the windows took care of the problem of the sun coming in at dinner time across the table.

3 Day Blinds is a good service. I called them. They came and measured, and I ordered the blinds. Everything was fine, except it was expensive. But it was very convenient. I was surprised that I had to pay $150 for two blinds for delivery from West Coast to New Jersey. That was too much.

We got the honeycomb blinds for our windows. Installation took an hour, and the guy was good. The quality of the blinds is good too. I highly recommend 3 Day Blinds.

Supposedly, we would do the project in three days, but it took longer than that. But the installer came when he said he was going to and did a good job. He also came back when he said he was going to. But the price is way too high. If they moved out of California, they might be able to lower prices.

I didn't have to wait very long for 3 Day Blinds to come in, and they had a lot of selections. The designer was very nice. It was a good consultation. The installers were very quick and good. I like the quality a lot. It's really very nice. The price is a little high but their product is very good.

I got the Waffle Weave from 3 Day Blinds. It pulls straight up because it's for a sunroom. The consultant that I dealt with seemed to know what to do because I was not good with stuff like that. The blinds seem to be a good quality. We liked 3 Day Blinds. We got a discount coupon through the circular, but it was a little pricey.

The reason I called 3 Day Blinds was because I thought I could get my order in three days. But it was not possible with my selection. The salesperson said the fabric of the blind that I selected was not gonna be available for three days. But I ended up ordering it anyway. She said it would come in by August, but it ended up coming in July. It was very custom so I expected that it was a lot of money.

Mistakenly, we thought it would be done in three days with 3 Day Blinds. That's what caught our attention. Once the person came out and consulted with us, we liked their product and we knew right ahead that it was more than three days. Our first order that came in was a cellular shade with the remote control. There was another cellular shade and a pull-down blind. They installed the three of those and we're waiting right now for the shutters that are on our front window.
We had originally ordered shutters for two of the windows that had the two-inch blinds on them. The installer was the one who noticed that shutters were not gonna work on that window and that they'd have to come up with another plan. The installer helped us in making a decision. If they didn't come out and measure, it would have been the wrong product and it wouldn't have been the right window treatment for that particular window. The installers were fantastic. They were very good about measuring. Once they brought everything in, they fit perfectly. I probably could have found them cheaper if I wanted to buy from another company, but they're very high quality and nice products. For what I paid for it, it was fair. I also found everything I needed to find on their website and I was also able to look up our order for shutters.

The rep from 3 Day Blinds was wonderful. She replaced what I had and I wanted something similar. She went into detail because I had the things that you pull to raise the blinds and she said it was a push button, and on the bottom. She explained how the top was. I didn't need a valance anymore. She was very thorough and personable. Initially, 3 Day Blinds sent the blinds and I was at work. So, that was weird because I didn't know they were coming. Barton, a very nice man, came and my neighbor had to take him across the street to his condo. My neighbor said I had some things there and I told him to take them in. I wish I would have known. He was there and saw them and thank God, nobody took them.
When the first installer came out, he put everything up and I had a double window made into a long blind. I didn't want it in twos like I have the rest of them. It's just a long piece that covers two windows. So, there were six slats on the bottom sitting there like that. I asked why there were six pieces at the bottom and he said they needed them for tension. My sister came two days later from Virginia and she said it was not acceptable. There's too much on the bottom and then, she noticed that there was a longer wand, which me and my daughter didn't notice in the kitchen. There are four little windows with three wands that are short. And on the right side, the wand was double the length. I called 3 Day Blinds and Linda came out. She said the one piece with the six slats at the bottom was too long. So, she reordered them. Letisha called, gave me a case number and they came out.
Recently, Barton was here and he changed the blinds in the room. It was great. But I felt like asking why he told me the long piece was for tension. That wasn’t true. But then he changed the wand and said that I have to cut it like I do a necklace. I have to cut this little ring at the top. He cut it and it broke. He asked if I had any Krazy Glue and he glued the little ring back that was inserted into the wand. Then, he put it back and said it was fixed. So I asked if he was sure. He turned it and showed me that it works. He left but one window wasn’t all the way closed. When I went to close it, I had to push it a little harder. And now, the wand is sticking up into the air. Where Barton cut the ring, it was put on crooked. The little ring was to the side. I sent Linda the picture and she said it should never have been glued. She ordered a wand and she said it would be shipped to the installer.
I liked the installer and I didn't want any trouble. I didn't want any repercussions from him but I don't know if I want this person back. I texted Linda back and asked if there was any way I could get a different installer. I didn’t want to cause any problem but that's twice already that he was here and there were problems. I didn’t know what Linda could do but I didn’t want the guy to be upset. I told her to tell me what I could do. But she never answered me back. So, I didn't know if I should call 3 Day Blinds. I have to call this 331 number and schedule today for the installation. So, I'm gonna reach out to Linda and hopefully, she's gonna take care of that. Still, the product is okay. At the bottom, there's a little opening. It doesn't close all the way. But that's the way they're supposed to be. It lays flat right at the bottom. So, there's a little gap but I don't care. That's the way they're made. And I love the color.

I went with 3 Day Blinds because I used them before. Their designer showed me samples. She looked at my windows, and she gave me some suggestions. Then we went through and looked at samples, and it was a simple process. I bought a shade-type honeycomb blind and the remote-controlled up-and-down blind for my slider. They're great. 3 Day Blinds was efficient and the installation and picking them out and having the blinds installed, it was an easy process, and that they're really nice.

3 Day Blinds is high quality. I like the ease of going with them as well as their reputation and price. The rep was wonderful. She had all the information and brought all the samples with her so it was very easy to make a choice. The blinds that I got have foil on the inside and they're like cells so it keeps the light and the heat out. There are no cords and I just push a button and I can lift it and close it. They look really nice. Hopefully, they'll last for a long time.

I used 3 Day Blinds for other blinds in my home and recently, I went with them again as I was continuing my cellular blinds throughout the house. Their products are good quality and the consultant I had was great. She was very knowledgeable, caring, and personable. But I was shocked with the price. They were expensive and I won't be using 3 Day Blinds again just because of the cost. Despite that, if my friends need to get blinds installed, I would still tell them to give 3 Day Blinds a call.

I had a Roman shade and then the wooden panel shades with the valance at the top installed. The designer was super good. She showed me everything she had, and didn't push me to make any options or buy anything. But when I chose what I wanted, I asked her opinion of it and that really meant a lot to me. The installation was super good too. The designer did measurements and then another guy came out later and measured again. So when they actually came and installed everything, they were out in an hour and a half. It took no time because they were prepared. They knew what to do. They had their notes. I was completely satisfied with their work. I like what I've got.

I was impressed with the designer that came to our home. She knew our needs and I thought the price was fair. My only negative on this is we had some done a year or so ago and the chains were real nice, like beaded metal chains. We had all new ones put on the front of the house and they're like chintzy string ties and I was very disappointed that it was not what we had got the first time. Other than that, I was very satisfied. They were fast and it was convenient.

I would recommend 3 Day Blind to friends and family. They have quality products and great customer service support! Which is rare these days. I had a problem with the placement of my automatic roller shade fitting because my door openings were not square and the installers did everything to make it work.

3 Day Blinds was terrific. They came and listened to me. They were responsible and fairly quick. I thought it might take longer, but it didn't. We've been building the ADU in the backyard, and everything has been taking a very long time and some things had to be redone. But with 3 Day Blinds, it was easy and perfect. They managed to do all of it nicely, quickly and tidily. They also gave me a discount.
I did the honeycomb shades that are light-filtering in three cases and the fourth was room darkening. Except for the one which was only about a foot tall, the other three could be adjusted from the bottom or from the top. It could be like a belt across the middle of the window or they could cover the whole window or just the bottom or just the top. It's good because it's for the ADU in the backyard, where my dad will be moving shortly. He likes to sleep in that's why the shades are room darkening for the bedroom.

My designer, Sandy, was great. I wasn't sure what I wanted so she gave me some options then we talked about it. We talked about the price as well. She was very helpful and wasn't pushy about what I should get. That was my choice. The installers came on time and were very efficient. They explained to me how the motorization works. They also patched up the holes left behind from the old blinds. I love my new blinds. I've used 3 Day Blinds twice now and I've been very happy both times.

Prompt response and the installer were efficient and cordial. EMOLIO did an excellent job. The replacement for some of the blinds also came quick . A good company to work with and will recommend to friends. I do not have anymore to tell about this project.

A seamless experience! We ordered blinds for our historic event rental venue. The design consultant was knowledgeable and honest—didn’t try to upsell me on something I didn’t need. He listened to my needs and gave advice based on how our space is used. We appreciated that you sent a second person to double check measurements. We’ve had companies not do that and had bad results (with a building from the 1800s, nothing is “standard.”) The installer was punctual and did super fast, clean work. I will definitely call you again for future needs!

My experience was a pleasure from start to finish. I wanted a shade to span the bay window in my kitchen. And, motorized if possible. Nancy came out, showed me just exactly what I’d wanted. She was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable about her products. She did not try to up-sell. She completed her measurements, told me to expect a call from the installer the following week. The gentleman was here promptly. Clean & very professional. Did not waste time. Did not make a mess. Was thorough in explaining how to operate the remote, etc. I could not be more pleased with this experience. This was not our first experience with 3-Day Blinds. Nor, will it be our last. They have a good product and deliver on their promises.

My salesman was great. We had a great rapport. I think his name was Kyle. He is the main reason I spent so much on these blinds. The installer brought his wife and they were excellent hard-working people. Loved them both. They worked well together and didn’t stop for even a minute. One blind wasn’t included in the order. The valence for 6 blinds came in the wrong color- cream-and was supposed to be white to match the white shades. The installer told me to call the office the next day and they would refund my money. I called. The lady began by saying they’d have to talk to Kyle first and it would take 24 hours before they could get back to me. I thought that was a bit long and said so. Then she said it could take 48 hours to get back to me. I never heard from anyone ever again.
I had signed a form saying the blinds had been INSTALLED correctly and that is true. But, the order was not FILLED correctly. One blind missing and 6 covers in the wrong color. This has never been made right. The grass cloth shades’ valences are held together with tape and they fall off easily and look poorly made. So it’s been a difficult experience with a few good people involved. I’d appreciate getting my money back for the things that were wrong. Never apologized or thanked me for my business.

We decided to have shutters installed in three bedrooms. We requested quotes from 3 Day Blinds as well as another well known company. 3 Day provided the best all around quote and after we accepted their quote everything went very smoothly and professionally - from measurements to installation. Shutters look fantastic and we are very pleased - highly recommend.

Experience from start to finish was excellent. Sales no pressure, knowledgeable, fast, accurate measurements, prompt order details provided. Main office/scheduling prompt, installation date sooner than promised. Installation was faster than I had imagined. Installer was prompt, professional & demonstration of products was thorough, easy to understand {though not really complex}. OK price although I didn't research other providers for comparison.

I want to make it clear that I am reviewing 3 Day Blinds POST install. I am reviewing the service side of 3 Day Blinds. In fairness I will say that my initial experience with 3 Day Blinds was positive. The sales rep that came to the house spent the time needed to help make decisions and was knowledgable about the products and install. It’s AFTER the install is why I am giving them 1 star. I apologize in advance for the epic saga I am about to write, but that’s what it has been just to get a motor on a roller shade replaced. On one of our shades a motor failed in only a couple of years. Luckily they offer a “lifetime warranty” on the motors. I called and spoke to someone about it and they said the motor is under warranty but it would take 2-3 weeks to get it, and then the local company in the Phoenix area, Rayline, (not 3 Day Blinds) would have to call to schedule an appt to have it changed out.
On the call to 3 Day Blinds I made sure to tell them that this shade is 20 feet up so someone would need to be able to go up an extension ladder. On the call with the service company, Rayline, the appt was scheduled several days out. The day before the service I got a call from Rayline and was told the technician was sick so they would l have to reschedule. No problem. It happens. The call was rescheduled. Next, the day of the second service call, I received another call from Rayline saying the technician can’t come because he had a family emergency. Okay, that happens, too. Now we are scheduled out another week later. At this point the shade has been inoperable for several weeks. The day of the 3rd attempt, the technician showed up, but with only a step stool. He said he couldn’t go up more than several feet because he had a bad back.
More phone calls to 3 Day Blinds and the young man I spoke with put me on hold and called Rayline. When he returned he said that he spoke with one of the managers at Rayline and she assured him she would pull one of her guys off an install and send them over to do the motor replacement that same day. My wife then received a phone call from Rayline who told her that she did not have a crew nearby and that it would have to be put off until tomorrow. I then called the lady at Rayline back told her that the man at 3 day blinds told me she had someone coming from a nearby install that day to which she replied that she did not tell him that. Now I have to figure out who is not being honest with me. What a joke. Why not just give me the motor and I can replace it? It can’t be that hard.
The lady at Rayline also informed me that no one at 3 Day Blinds told them it was a shade up high that would require a ladder. Now I have a call back in to 3 Day Blinds to try and find out why this kind of “miscommunication”, or worse is happening. This is unacceptable. What good is a lifetime warranty if you can’t get anyone out to replace parts when needed? What good is doing business with a company if you can’t get straight answers? A lot of wasted time.

I was looking for a quick installation and I know 3 Day Blinds has been around a while and they have a pretty good reputation. The saleswoman who came to talk to me was very professional. We walked through all the blind styles. But it took longer than three days for me to get notified that the blinds were ready and ready to be installed. I had to call and ask them where they were. My salesperson called them and found out and then everything went well. Once they got to me to install the blinds, they were here the next day. The installer walked me through how to use the blinds and cleaned up his mess when he left. Overall, I had a really good experience and I like the blinds a lot. They're beautiful installation. I will be calling 3 Day Blinds once I move because I know I will need window treatments.

I had 3 Day Blinds many years ago come out and do some blinds. The rep was personable and seemed to know what he was talking about. He explained to not do the pull with the strings because of possibility of strangulation for little kids. And I don't like the wands. Because I had some blinds that he replaced up in my spare bedroom that was the wand, and it broke. The other blinds were in my office and the string had broken, so I couldn't open and shut them. I wasn't happy about that. He gave me somebody who could fix the broken string. And I went, "No, I'm not gonna deal with that." I was nervous about getting the wand, and I ended up doing it anyway. But the blinds look great. And I didn't need anything done in any of the other rooms. It wasn't that cheap, but it was a smaller project. The blinds themselves are as good a quality as the ones I have.

We did a Roman shade, a full length curtain, and many other different types ‘cause we did our whole first floor. The installation was fantastic. They were super friendly, got right to work, and exceeded my expectations. I thought it was gonna take them a long time with what they had to do, but they were in and out. Everything functions and looks awesome. So far, the quality is good.

I bought new drapes and balances for the living room from 3 Day Blinds, and I was very shocked at how expensive they were. But the design consultant was fantastic. She brought in the fabrics that I was most interested in and she was very personable. We tried different fabrics up against the windows and I'm not one to drag a subject out, but it went rather quickly and she was good at follow-up.

I used 3 Day Blinds in the past and had a good experience. This time, I got some shutters and some other kind of blinds. The shutters take a long time to be delivered and we're still waiting on them but for the ones that have come in, the installation has been quick and easy. The price is high, but they're quality. The two ladies who came to our home were both very knowledgeable, kind and patient. It helped us make a good decision. We went with the cellular shade in a light color and we put two roller shades on our door wall. It’s working perfectly. A gentleman named Bob did the installation and he was wonderful. He was very careful, explained what he was doing and cleaned up after himself. We had an overall, very good experience and we’re very pleased with the quality. I had worked with 3 Day Blinds when I lived in California. They had done the shutters through my house there and I was happy with them. When I moved out here to Texas, I called the same company. Two reps came out and they were very nice. There was no pressure and everything went fine. The only thing that I wasn't happy with was that it took quite a bit longer to get the plantation shutters. They told me four to six weeks and it was almost nine weeks before I got them. The rep would respond every time I texted him but it was, "Oh, I'll get ahold of you when I get them," or "I'm trying to track them down." It was a long time. But the installers were in and out of here in a couple of hours for the installation and I'm very happy with the product now that it's in. They look great and measured great.

I called 3 Day Blinds first because I was a returning customer. I got blinds from them years ago. The rep was very friendly and helpful. Also, the installation was quick. The guy meant business when he came in the door. He took everything out of the package, put everything up and showed me how to use it. He wasn't there for more than 15 minutes. I got the motorized shades for my patio door and for my living room window. I love them. I had a good experience with 3 Day Blinds, and I would use them again.

Writing to affirm the reviews listed citing zero accountability and poor communication. Avoid this company if you can. I am in the middle of a full home interior renovation and have had positive experiences with all of our subs except this one. The core issue is poor communication: they are not professional, timely, or clear in what they are doing or when they are doing it in your home, but very swift to charge you (without notifying you in advance!). When the customer service team was contacted they made zero attempt to understand my core complaint and referred me to my contract rather than calling me back as requested. We were hoping to use them for all of our interior shades and will be working with another company going forward. I was surprised at the lack of care and disappointed in the experience overall.

I have seen advertisements for 3 Day Blinds for years as an adult. I recently purchased a new place 3 years ago and for awhile have been thinking I need to get new blinds. Benefit to me: a design consultant - (Homaira **) came out to visit my home by appointment, I described what I wanted - (sleep on my day off), showed me samples, took measurements and was given an est time they would be made. Their contractor came out to verify measurements. And also same contractor came out to do the installation. Everything was done from start to finish with the same company. A key selling point for me. Am very satisfied with entire purchase!

Since May, I've been waiting for a part for my new blinds. I have been in touch with customer service multiple times to check on the status of the part, but each time, I receive a different excuse for the delay. Lucy, who handles the orders, informed customer service that she shipped the part via FedEx, but it was returned by the installer without any explanation. The installer was supposed to receive the part for my blinds, but he refused it. Instead of communicating with me, he has chosen to ignore the issue.
Both Lucy and the installer have failed to follow up on this matter and complete my order. Dealing with customer service in this situation has been extremely frustrating. Every time I call, I have to explain the situation from the beginning and each time, they make promises that it will be resolved. Despite the significant amount of money we paid for the blinds, the missing part has still not reached us. I do not recommend hiring 3 Day Blinds. Their extreme lack of good customer service, accountability, and follow up shows. Go with a local company instead.

They came out to do an estimate for the blinds. First comment was my house “stunk like cat piss”. They came out to install the blinds.. I explained to them would need to be done. They did not speak more than 10 words to me unless I asked them a question. They proceeded to install the blinds in my bedroom at least two sets of blinds. They missed drilled holes into the window frames and had to correct them to make them fit properly. Two of the blinds in the bedroom Are missing the plastic pieces that are used to pull the blinds down.
As per the estimate they were supposed to remove the existing blinds and replaced with new ones. You may not do that and when I asked them if they were going to remove them, the only answer I got was no sign here. The cost of these blinds were over $3000. Installers were not very professional. I had to move furniture, she did nothing but screw the mouse into the window frames. I would not recommend this company to anyone for blind replacements.

Delivered blinds earlier than expected. Had a very large window that I had trouble finding a company that could do a blind that size. 3 Day Blinds came through with nice looking material. Installation was fast and professional. It took about 6 weeks not 3 days. They were a little higher priced then some other places but quality is good. Highly recommend.

Both the cellular shades and the Shutters are great. They removed the old blinds and cords and replaced the cords with safer looping cord. We love the shutters that you can adjust by just moving one vane instead of a center rod. Our experience with measuring, ordering and installation was extremely professional. I have only had my shades up for 3 weeks. One of the shades is already broken. I am sooo very careful when rising them up and putting them down. Once in the morning they go up and once at night time they go down. I am very disappointed and upset.

My only concern is that the pull cords will get dirty. My other pull cords are chains and easier to pull and won’t soil. Installer was very courteous and efficient. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Our designer was extremely knowledgeable and had great suggestions to save us money while giving us exactly what we needed.

I had 4 shades installed in 2 rooms. Malcom arrived on time and in about 20 minutes the job was done. These two rooms receive a lot of sunlight and they are usually warm. The shades let enough light in the room but now the temperatures are noticeably cooler. Nice job 3 Day Blinds!

There was a defect in one of the shutters and he "made it work" for a period of time until the replacement part could be installed. I love my living room and dining room blinds. I'm not thrilled with the fit of the others. Although the young man told me that the window was not standard, but it wasn't compliant with what he had to do. There seems to be quite a bit of space between each side. Now, this is more so in the spare bedroom as opposed to my main bedroom. But I get rave reviews over the ones in my living room and dining room.

We were previous customers of 3 Day Blinds and we were replacing the 30-year blinds that we had in the house. We had done the fake wood and with wear and tear and children and dogs, we had some issues. But other than that, the quality of the material was good. This time, we went with blackout shades in some of the rooms and just regular in the others. Seven of them are motorized and some of them are on chain, and we have two or three that you pull down and lift, which I still haven't checked on. We were supposed to have the one where you just lift it and it goes up automatically. We're very pleased with everything. The rep who came out was sweet, very good, helpful and thorough. She listened to what we wanted, made some suggestions and if I liked it, we went with it. If we didn't, she offered more options.
The guys who did the installation were great. There were a few places where they made some scratches on our walls and I didn't catch it until after the fact. We just had our home remodeled. So, it was a little disappointing to see some of that. But I didn't complain about it. It's probably part of the job. The guys were very thorough, helpful with setting up the motorized ones and patient with me because I'm not very savvy with technique. But we got that done. If people are interested in replacing their blinds, they should go with 3 Day because everything was top-notch from start to finish. I don't plan on doing it again at my age but if we had to, we would pick 3 Day Blinds again. The ones that have seen it are quite jealous of what we have.

I had a bad experience with somebody else so I called 3 Day Blinds and was very happy with the gentleman who came out. He was very informative and pleasant to work with. We had a lot of laughs and he knew his stuff. I felt good about it and placed the order. I put two plantation shutters in to complete my house and they’re even higher quality than the others that were in the house. The installation was simple. There were two other companies that I contacted to set up, check and give us an estimate. One company didn't get back to me until we already had the person from 3 Day Blinds come out here and we placed our order. I was self-employed most of my life so I recognize that when a client puts something out needing a service, the thing to do is contact them and say what they do. Some people will outbid you or underbid you but from the time that we contacted 3 Day Blinds, they were right on top of it.
3 Day Blinds had the salesperson come out and then we had the blinds in before the heat came up. So, it's great. We got blinds for our kitchen and the kind that you pull down. They got Roman shades on them. The salesperson had a wide variety to choose from in terms of colors and texture. We're very happy with the quality. We've got one window that faces directly out and gets major direct sunlight in the afternoon. So, let's see what this is gonna be like in three years.

The design consultation was very thorough and the rep was very knowledgeable of the product. I purchased a self-motorized darkening shade and the installer was great at what he did. He was very amiable and thorough. He had a quick answer to every little question I asked and it was simple for me to understand how to operate the product. The shades seem to work efficiently with no glitches. It helps us with the heat reflection and it also darkens the room when we're trying to watch television and it's bright outside. We're all-around happy with the investment. Just yesterday, a neighbor mentioned it to me and I was happy to say that we've had a good experience and I felt like it was cost-effective. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The rep from 3 Day Blinds answered all my questions. We talked about our options and made a selection. The vertical blinds for the sliding door are the same as the ones we replaced but the one over the sink is an automated shade that goes up and down. The installation didn't take long and the technician was very helpful in getting off the covering that goes over the top of the things, which made it easier for us. It hadn't been washed in a while. Everything worked as requested and so far, I haven't had any problems with the products. I could refer my friends to them.

Spent 1 year trying to get them to fix 2 errors. Very poor customer support!!! Then the fix resulted in no fix for expensive shutters that swing open into the room instead of staying against the wall. The installer said our house windows were not square!! I wonder how many homes have perfect windows? I wonder how many shutter, or door installers leave an installation in such a condition? The other fix was to cover finishing nail holes that were simply left uncovered. The fix was a simple puttying over without any sanding or matching paint! Best they could do apparently! For $1600 (a year ago price) I expected much better quality!!

Three Day Blinds is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not only were my blinds delivered late, but the third-party installation company they work with, Blinds to Go, further delayed the process. It took over two weeks for the blinds to arrive. To make matters worse, within less than a month, one of the shades completely broke.
When I contacted them about the issue, they sent Blinds to Go to assess the problem. The owner of Blinds to Go informed me that Three Day Blinds should have never sold me that particular shade, as it was too large and heavy, and that I might encounter the same issue again in the future. He recommended that I get a new shade. However, Three Day Blinds opted to send me a part that turned out to be ineffective, wasting an additional three weeks of my time. I escalated the matter by speaking to several managers at Three Day Blinds, but they refused to provide me with a refund for their mistake and the faulty shades!

I've used 3 Day Blinds in the past and recently, I purchased two and a half-inch width, off-white blinds for all 13 windows in my house. They're like a composite wood. The lady that came out for the design consultation was very helpful and she had suggestions for my back door to put a roller shade on it, which is perfect.
The installation went swell. The people that came out took down the old, very icky metal blinds that were here for 20 years, cleaned the area, and put the new ones up. It was fast and they worked great. I was having some problems I thought with getting the windows open and the guy said I gotta put the latches both facing the same way and the windows opened. He went around and opened every one of them in my house for me so I was very grateful. It was a great experience. If you need blinds, call 3 Day Blinds.

I've used 3 Day Blinds before when I first moved here and I've been here almost 25 years. They were based in Temecula, but that store left and I assumed that they had gone out of business. Then recently, I saw an ad for 3 Day Blinds. I called and requested a service call estimate. The sales rep was appropriate and non-aggressive and the installation fellow who came out to measure was very efficient and quick. Then, he did the installation in one day.
The product seems really good. But when he installed and measured, I have a security shade so now, I have to go one side to open the blinds and the other side to pull up the security shade. It's a little bit annoying now. The other thing is the blinds go beyond where I already have a cabinet so it gets stuck and hung up there. If I don't pull it all the way, there are two blinds that are really close together and that's a hard pull. There's only one that I really pull away open in the morning and it has a nice slide.

The girls who showed up to do the measurements were amazing and the guy who did the installation much later was great. He had three, giant windows done in a few hours. My husband and I were not quite sure when 3 Day Blinds advertise as such and you don't get blinds for four months. So, we were a little bit upset but other than that, it was good. We found out there was no actual store for 3 Day Blinds, so we contacted the number and someone was sent out to our house to measure the windows and show us what was available to put on as blinds. She showed us the different fabrics of the blinds, decided to go with the motorized shades instead of manual shades. Straightforward. 3 Day Blinds called us a few weeks when the blinds were in stock or delivered, and we scheduled an installation date. Gentleman came out, installed them. Showed me how to use them, how to program the keypad for the electrical motors, and how to charge the motors.

Their reps were very pleasant and always gave lots of options, but were happy to go with whatever we chose and finished up the paperwork quickly. I would highly recommend 3 Day Blinds and tell others they were very neat and thorough, and the price was reasonable. We had to match the other blinds that were there because this was one of the side panels and they were very good. They brought in some colored chips to get it as close as possible to the ones that were there. The process of the salesperson showing the chips and taking measurements was professional. Also, the installer was here between the hours 3 Day Blinds said he would and was in and out when the blinds arrived for installation. He was very careful with the furnishings and some of the antiques that are in the home, suggested I move a couple as he worked, and I did. He knew what he was doing. I would eventually have to reorder a replacement blind because they're getting old. I would use 3 Day Blinds.

The installers were great. But the rep tried to talk me into more than what I wanted. Also, she didn't explain well what the roller shades would look like. I don't know if I would have bought the roller shades if I had known the way they look. There was about a month lag in between the order and installation. And it was really bizarre that they just kept calling for me to do an order. It went on for about a week. I called and complained about it. And it still went on for four days before I was off their call list.

This time, I got two large windows in my bedroom where I wanted the blinds retractable and not wood. They are some kind of fabric that makes the room very dark at night. However, right now, I'm not 100% in love because I put in these retractable blinds and they told me that if you put it on number one, one side goes up. On number two, the other side goes up and on number three, they both go up. But number three doesn't work.
The sales lady was frantic when I talked to her and was in a hurry. She told me not to call her on the weekend that was her daughter's wedding and she was taking Monday off. So, the presentation wasn't as peaceful as I thought it would be. She could have been a little more placid. But the guy who installed the blinds was wonderful. He was great. She sent him out twice to remeasure and when he came out the first time, he remeasured. The second time, he came out to install and he showed me how to do everything. He was very good and I liked him. I'd use 3 Day Blinds again because I like the company and the way things are done. I like the follow-through. The blinds were expensive but it was the right thing to do.

Had the majority of the house outfitted by 3 Day Blinds 15 years ago. Needed to replace 2. Their cord had broken. Set up appointment, easy to measure and choose options. Blinds were ordered and came in about the time expected. Easy to arrange installation. installer came on time and had everything completed within an hour. New version of blinds have some nice features compared to the originals. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase blinds.

During a recent 3 room remodel I contacted 3 Day Blinds for a consultation. Amanda arrived on time and spent a lot of time answering questions, suggesting style and color combinations and helping us decide on blinds. They were ordered and installed on time. Emmanuel our installer was efficient polite and professional. The cord on the kitchen window hung over the window sill and did not look custom at all. When I ask about the cord on kitchen window over the sink he said he would order a different length because it was too long. The shorter length came in and we discovered that I couldn’t reach it without a step stool. The window is over the sink and I’m short! That wasn’t going to work. Emmanuel contacted Amanda and resolved the issue and I received a new blind installed. I would definitely recommend 3 Day Blinds, Amanda, and Emmanuel. Thank you. I love my new window coverings!

We lived their product, design consultant and the finished installation. Also they installed way before given timeline. Loving the product so far. The roller shades look fantastic on our windows. The other product we got was the roman shades. It's good too but a big fan of their roller shades.

We had used them in Delaware and we chose to go with them again. I called on the phone and they came over to my home. Jason displayed a couple of different variations and we chose the one we wanted. The installation was very quick and he picked up all the trash that was left over. They were very good and efficient and I appreciated their service.

3 Day Blinds was the first company that came out and I liked the presentation. The only thing is I found out after that there was a lot of additional cost. It ran up to $1,500 and I was not given the opportunity to review all of those charges beforehand. I did sign something electronically, but I did not read the whole thing to see how much was all these additional charges. Once I did realize that, I reached out to the company. They basically said, “Too bad.” They said that I wasn't given till I had three days to resend the order because this was done in my home.
The saleslady was very nice and very personable. In fact, I hired her on the second presentation after to give me some decorating tips. But when I realized the amount of money that was paid, and then there was some administration fee attached to each one, and then when I asked about that, they said, “Well, that goes to the state.” But there was no further explanation. I replied back to them and never received a response again. Overall, I'm happy with the product, but I'm not happy with the cost or how it's handled.

Ordered 8 shades from 3 Day Blinds, and the motorized honeycomb shade in my primary (my most used blackout shade) broke in 12 days. It took SIX WEEKS for a replacement product to be installed, and I had to follow up FIVE times to confirm a date. Terrible customer service.

I have requested several times that I want to receive a mailed a statement every month....I receive emails on portals, I won't use this.. Installation was only professional part of this expensive deal.

Oct. of 2023, I had a design consultant appointment. She was on time & very professional. I needed shades for three windows & I mentioned what colors (which were in the grey tones), I was looking for, but she spent more time looking thru her samples than asking me what I liked. So, she picks one out, it's beige with hints of grey, but I don't see it blending with my room color scheme & I mention this to her. She is very persistent on what she had chosen & tells me I'm going to love them when they're installed.
After the first shade is installed, I don't like it. I wait for a couple of days to see if they grow on me, they don't I get involved with Customer Support & the best they can do is give me 30% off on a reorder. I didn't accept, that would be too much money coming from my pocket for three shades which If I had selected would have been satisfied with. I am telling family & friends of my experience with '3Day Blinds'. Currently looking for new shades (Not from '3Day Blinds') to purchase & install myself.

I wanted to have the blinds replaced quickly. I saw 3 Day Blinds and it sounded like it could be a fairly quick turnaround. When the sales consultant came, she was very professional. My husband and I liked her a lot so we placed an order that day. We bought 2 sets and if you bought the first pair at the regular price, the second pair was discounted. It was a half off which was a nice incentive. The installation was very quick and efficient. The installer was wonderful. He gave us a lot of good tips about couple of do's and don'ts. We were very satisfied with the product and the service that we got. We were kept informed. We would do it again with 3 Day Blinds.

I love 3 Day Blinds. I've purchased the cellular blinds from them then I called them back for a second round because I was so pleased. I've also purchased curtains from them and Roman blinds as well. They're an amazing company. I've had a really good experience with all of the people that I've dealt with there. The salesperson and the installer were a pleasure to deal with. The woman who came, Kris, was extremely knowledgeable. She had very good taste. She offered great fabrics and solutions to my every problem. The blinds are extremely well-functioning. 3 Day Blinds did a fabulous job. They came a week before they were supposed to get here and everything's turned out really nice. It took them an hour and a half to install both of the blinds. I got two windows that they did. The big ones were for my sliding glass door for my living room and the small one was for my bedroom, which they made darker so I can sleep better. It's a huge difference. It's awesome quality. They fold up and are out of the way. When they come down, they're blocking the sun. I love 3 Day Blinds and thank them for installing these. If you're getting some blinds in your house, I would recommend them. They were upfront with me with everything that was going on, that they manufacture their own stuff. I also like that they're their own company so if I have any problems, I just call them.

The lady that came to represent 3 Day Blinds was not pushy. She listened to what we were trying to do versus trying to tell us what we should do. We went with vertical blinds for the sliding glass doors and wood slats for the bedroom windows which they were able to design so it was customized to fold up all the way up to the very top. The install team was great. Even though they used a separate installation company, it was seamless. The only process that took a little longer than expected was the manufacturing of it. But it's a good quality product. I like the way it came. There was nothing damaged or that had to be reordered. I like a process where I'm not having to send something back.

We got motorized cellular shades from 3 Day Blinds. The installer was very quick and knowledgeable and friendly. We had a nice conversation, she did nice work, and everything was working when she left. She had the blinds up in probably 15 minutes. She was able to use the hardware that I had on one window. It was very similar. She was here for about an hour. The problem was our Wi-Fi in our house. We got it working, though.
The shades are really nice. We're happy with them. 3 Day Blinds' app needs some work. I would like to be able to look at the app and see if my blinds are up or down. That feature is there but it's not always correct. There's a feature where you can set up your timing on your blinds for weekdays or what particular days of the week or weekends, and they don't really give you enough options. I would have liked to be able to add more options to that so I could really make it vary as to the times going up and down for every day of the week, but there's a limited amount of entries there. The timer part worked fine, but the app is not reliable.
In regards to trying to get our blinds online on to our Wi-Fi system, there's a Mac address because it goes on to your Wi-Fi system, and we had to go jump through hoops through our own side of our own router and that Wi-Fi to find that Mac address. Well, people got back to me and said, “Here's the Mac address,” but you had to have the app set up to find that Mac address, so that Mac address should be written on a box that they come out of or on the unit itself so that it's right there. We were trying to get the app set up, but in order to let it on our Wi-Fi, we needed the Mac address, and we couldn't get that Mac address until we got into the app.

The 3 Day Blinds rep who came out was a true pro. Knew exactly what she was doing. Quick study. We had corner windows. The question was, would we use one with a cord or use one with a button to push it up? And we chose the button. The installers called to confirm the appointment and they got there early. They were out in 10 or 15 minutes. Knew exactly what they were doing. It's been a few weeks now and so far, the quality of the product is perfect.

Not a happy customer. After the first visit not all the items came. Waited a very long time for the bedroom curtains. I had to call out to California and ask where the blinds were. The California customer service told me the installers should have called me and explained the situation. Once again they arrive with the blinds and they are too short

Our experience with 3 Day Blinds is always good. The installer was great, no problems. In and out in about 40 minutes. We had 3 Day Blinds install the original blinds when we purchase our home and was very satisfied then, but I did notice that the blinds we got to replace our original were not as nice. These blinds were so much lighter, vs the old blinds. Only reason we bought new blinds was to accommodate the new windows. We wanted to stay with the original to match what was in the rest of our home. The quality of the new blinds is not the same, seem cheaper. Otherwise we're satisfied with our new blinds.

The rep was very complete with doing her measurements and explained the transition from 2 Day Blinds to 3 Day Blinds being a national company. She was very familiar with the building that we live in as they've done a lot of work in here. The person that came to hang them was terrific and explained how everything worked. But he had dirt on his shoes so in one room where he was putting in a new window treatment, the carpet got totally ripped.

I've had very good experiences with 3 Day Blinds. They bring the product to you and you figure out what works in your space. Then quickly, the product comes, and it's installed without a problem. It saves so much aggravation. I recently got a set of plantation shutters for a double window. My estimator was very efficient, timely, and pleasant. The installer was able to come earlier in the day and had called to see if it would be okay. The 3 Day Blinds design consultant who came out was great. The installers were awesome too. It's expensive, but I'm happy with the quality, so it doesn't really matter. I budgeted for it.

I went on the internet, 3 Day Blinds in Santa Rosa, and scheduled an appointment. The rep brought all kinds of samples. A woman came out to measure, give us a preliminary estimate, take preliminary measurements, and arranged to send out someone to do the final measurement. The installation was amazing. We have an arched window over a sliding glass door. That was measured incorrectly by the guy who came out for the final measurements. But we waited three months for the two other shutters in the kitchen and family room. They got that to us in less than four weeks. And it was perfectly measured. So, the installation went great.
It was the same guy who installed, who measured incorrectly the first time. There was a different installer who came out for the two shutters - one over the kitchen sink, one in the family room. And the original guy who made the mistake came back and installed the curved one. The second guy that came to install the other two shutters had the round one to install, realized that it was too short, took new measurements, and sent it to the company to order another shutter. He fixed the mistake. But the kid that made the mistake was the one that came out and installed the curved one. For that one, 3 Day Blinds quoted $1,400. We ended up for 2,900, putting that one in and the one over the sink and in the family room. So, for less than just one, we got three.

Terrible customer service. The sales lady lied about so many things. To start she lied about the turnaround of the blinds. She told us one to one and a half weeks, and there are a month out. When contacting her about the time frame issue she then ignored the message and just tried to charge the remainder of the blinds without a text or call. My blinds aren’t even installed yet. And if this is their customer service prior installation, I can’t imagine the nightmare from here on out

We were trying to replace our blinds that had strings with the ones that didn't have strings. We got the honeycomb from 3 Day Blinds. I replaced four windows. The design consultant was very nice and good. The installers were very polite, very nice, and they installed it faster than I thought. The new blinds took a little bit of getting used to, but they work fine.

The colors that 3 Day Blinds have are good and the designer did a great job on helping me choose the colors. She measured and I thought she knew what she was doing but she was off a little bit on two windows and she was off a whole lot on the window in the living room. The installer, Ryan, had enough room to adjust the two blinds and hang them up but he couldn't do the one in the living room. He called me up to show me what was wrong and he took new measurements and sent them in. They had to send the blinds back and get them redone. And I paid for express service on my order but the express service that I expected on February 21st didn't happen. Only two blinds were put up.
3 Day Blinds told me that the next blind would be installed on the 28th but that didn't happen. I called and the rep said she didn't know why they told me that my blinds would be installed on the 28th and that the blinds was still in Illinois. I asked if I have to call them back to set up a date and she said she would set it up right then. She set it up for March 5th and Marvin came in, the other installer. He was wonderful. But 3 Day Blinds owes me a refund because I paid for express service for the 21st and they didn't get them installed until March 5th. The last person told me the refund check would be here on April 5th but it didn't come. I called yesterday and the rep told me I had to wait 24 to 48 hours. He tried to research it, but he couldn't determine what has happened to my refund check. The quality of the blinds are excellent, now that they're installed but I had a very bad experience with them and I would not recommend 3 Day Blinds to anyone.

The rep was fantastic - very honest and understood what we were talking about. He could not be a better rep. The guy that came for the installation was professional. You couldn't do a better, cleaner job. I'm a very critical person because there's not a lot of good things that come out of most places. But this was perfect everywhere, from the guy that came out, to the installation, to how the blinds works. We are so happy. It amazed me that 3 Day Blinds did this as quickly as they did.

The design consultant was very professional and very good. I love him. He knew his craft and he helped me a lot even though I knew what I wanted. I'm gonna do my whole house and every time I do a room, I ask for the same consultant. The shades provide privacy and I don't get any light in my bedroom when they're closed. It's doing what I need it to do and I love the look. It's a very rich look.

I worked with Jim and by the time he left, we were like old friends. We got to know each other a little bit and that was the personal level of the face-to-face part of our contact. Besides that, he was extremely knowledgeable in his products and he spent the time to recommend a bunch of different styles. It was pretty much off-script. I already knew exactly what we wanted. But I let him go ahead and describe their products anyway. He was such a nice guy. I got the 2.5-inch Venetian blind style plastic.
The guy who did the installation was all about business. He was completely prepared. He showed up, took him about three minutes to walk it with me, and he had everything in place. He was driving away in less than an hour. We had the blinds in seven 4-foot square windows, and they went in so fast. I hardly knew that he was here and it was over. He was really efficient and did his job very well. I was instructed to get the lowest priced item that 3 Day Blinds has that we could gain possession of an installation as quickly as possible. So, I got the cheap ones and even for that fact, they have reasonable quality. They're not badly made to save money.

In our laundry room, there were bi-fold wooden doors that are sort of standard on a hallway room, and they were constantly getting in the way. I imagined a pull-down shade to cover that area, and when the rep from 3 Day Blinds got here, she suggested the automated one, which is spectacular. When the install guy came in, he was so efficient as well as very friendly. It didn't take him any time at all.
The custom shade is so easy to use, and we don't have to leave them plugged in because the battery works for a really long time. At one point though, I couldn't find the remote, and it does not have a button anywhere on it that I can say go up or down by just pushing a button. I wish the custom shade had that button. That might be nice, but it's not changing by wishing that we've done it one way or the other.

We went with the fake wood, white horizontal blinds from 3 Day Blinds. The design consultation was wonderful. The consultant was very professional. I liked how he presented everything, and we didn't feel pressured at all. The installation was great. The installer arrived early and I was amazed at how fast he was able to take down our old window treatments and put up the new ones and made sure everything was working properly before he left. He was fast. In half an hour, we had four windows done.
He cleaned up after himself. There was nothing for me to do. I appreciated that. He showed us how to put them up because there's a little button and they go up automatically like that on the bottom. We were told to be careful with that and we have to make sure the button was pushed in all the way or the gearing could get damaged. I would recommend 3 Day Blinds, but the only issue that we had that we're not very happy with was with the wand and the closing and opening is not as smooth as the blinds that we've gotten from Lowe's. But they do work, so I would just make my friend aware of that. They're great. 3 Day Blinds is a good company.

We moved into a new house and we wanted some privacy blinds put up in two of the bedrooms. We were attracted to 3 Day Blinds because of their name and we thought we could get it done pretty quickly. But it was not a three-day process and the whole thing took about two weeks. Despite that, we were very happy with the consultation with their rep, Sarah. She was very helpful and that went very quickly. She had a specialist come out and do additional measurements to be absolutely sure, then the installer was very good. We're very happy with the product.

Everything with 3 Day Blinds has gone well. I've used them now for a couple of houses. I'm happy with them. I had a problem where I couldn't figure out how to recharge the motors right on the shade, but that was my problem and not theirs. My problem seems to have resolved itself.

When the salesman came out, he was really good, and we just clicked. I got the four sections shutters and I love them. Every day I'm raving about them, because before, I had vertical blinds. In the afternoon, the sun comes blaring through the big picture window and with my verticals, I used to have to shut it and then the room was very dark. But with the shutters, I like that I'll just partly close them. I would tilt them up. So I'm still getting light in the room without getting hit with a blaring sun. I'm very, very satisfied.

I purchased roller shades from 3 Day Blinds. They were quick and the rep we worked with was a little quirky. He told us no less than five times that he had been on The Price Is Right and he showed us the video. The installation was also excellent. So fast, quick and professional. It was done in under 20 minutes. It was the same guy who came to remeasure and certify that the sales associate's measurements were correct. He was very respectful of the property. He got the blinds up and was out of here in 20 minutes. We have a dog that believes it is her job to protect the neighborhood from anyone who walks by. So having operable shades is very important to us. Our old ones didn't go up and down. Or if they did, they were a pain in the butt. These shades are very easy to get up and down. So when she's yapping, we close them. When she's not, we have some light coming in.

The reps were good and the design took 30 minutes. After that, installation happened in about six weeks. We got wooden blinds and we like them. I would refer 3 Day Blinds. We've used them in the past 10 years and it’s a good company.

The reps from 3 day Blinds were very nice, approachable, relatable and very thorough in asking questions about what we want. They knew the products and what they were talking about. They asked questions about what side we wanted to pull things from. I never had blinds before so I didn't know what to say. But my mother-in-law had blinds so she knew what she wanted and that made it easy. Whenever we weren't sure, she kinda had a good answer that worked out well. The installers did a good job. They were right on time and they didn't leave a mess behind.
My mother-in-law loves the blinds but I don’t like them. I'm not the best at using them. My mother-in-law closed the blinds in the dining room once at night and they weren’t open in the morning. I fight with them and I can't figure out what string to pull or what knob to use. So, I need them to be electronic and automatic so that I don't have to think about them. But my mother-in-law loves them and she's the person we got them for. So, they work well. She can have them. But I don't wanna mess with them.

3 Day Blinds was terrific and I was very pleased with the design consultant who came out. He brought samples of the different types of shades and colors, and worked with me in deciding what I thought would be best for my needs. I bought the honeycomb shades and I had them installed in multiple rooms. The installer came at the date and time that he was supposed to be here and he did a great job. It took 45 minutes to an hour. Recently, I had an issue with one of the shades not retracting the way it should. So, I need to call 3 Day Blinds to see if somebody can take a look at them. But otherwise I've been very happy with the shades and I would recommend 3 Day Blinds.

This company sucks. Everything from product to customer service. They are incapable of correctly measuring and getting them to respond and or correct things is like pulling teeth. They sell expensive crap and are 3 Day Blinds because that’s how long their products last.

I had eight windows done with the honeycomb from 3 Day Blinds. Their reps came and measured. Then we had a little communication breakdown. They had to come back again and measure two of the sliding glass doors but it wasn't a big deal. Then they came and installed the blinds. But two of them had to be remade because they were off about a quarter of an inch. Also, on one of them, the motor wasn't working properly. So, within a week and a half, the reps were back and everything's been fixed ever since. I love the blinds and the ease of using them with the remote control. Four of the eight are not motorized and they're very easy to use, too. I would recommend 3 Day Blinds highly.

I had interviewed many companies and none wanted to do drapes. I was Impressed the representative who listened to what I wanted and helped me in selecting the best fabric to match my room. Overall the experience was wonderful. Sheryl ** did a great job explaining the options, answering questions, making great suggestions. Only thing we would change is the handles. Too small!!!! We are in our young 70's and find the handles awkward and too small for their intended purpose especially on the heavier room darkening blinds.

I originally was ok with paying more for blinds that I thought were going to be great quality and last a lifetime. I am embarrassed to say how wrong I was and how much I misjudged the situation. The sales associate was nice but I don’t believe they were installed properly. The “warranty” didn’t cover fraying of the fabric that occurred within a few weeks of installation. I have had for 6 months and The fraying continues to worsen as I try to figure out a solution to make these blinds last longer. Personally, if I could do it all over again I would buy blinds from Lowe's. High expectations low long term satisfaction.

I had 3 Day Blinds 15 years ago and I was really happy with the work at my last house. So when I moved, I called them. I got three different plantation shutters, two for the living room and one for the spare bathroom, and I got regular old blinds for my little spare room that most people would call a den or an office. The experience with the design consultant was great. I told them what I wanted and they measured and they came out perfectly, just like my last house. I've had friends that have used other companies and they didn't fit the same. They weren't as nice when they went with the budget blinds or whatever they were. I also love the kid who installed it. It was the same kid who came out to measure and put them in and he was great, on time, polite, clean and didn't leave a mess. He did a really good job.

The rep was very helpful. I explained to her what I had in mind and she knew right away what I was talking about. She helped me decide on the color. I enjoyed working with her. Before the installation day, 3 Day Blinds sent someone to do a finite measuring. I had an unusual installation. One wall is brick and another wall is not. The window sill is metal so it was quite a challenge. But they got it all measured. They came on the installation day and quickly got everything done. The shutters look terrific. They're not cheap, but the quality is good for the price and the whole experience was very good.

The rep with 3 Day Blinds was fabulous. She took a lot of time discussing options with me. At one point, we were looking at higher-grade versus lower-grade materials. She said, "For your purposes in your home, you don't need to spend the extra money for the very top echelon blinds," which I appreciated. I also found out that by not insisting that the blinds come within 24 hours, the further out I was willing to accept the delivery, the less expensive they would be. I knew I would be getting blinds for the two bedrooms and depending on what it ran, I was considering getting the blinds for the sliding glass door. Because everything was within my price range, I was very happy to get all the windows done.
The gentleman who came who did the installation was terrific. There had been a slight problem because the rod for the sliding glass door was longer than the dimensions of my elevator. He had to take it out of the box to clear an extra couple of inches and get it into my unit that way. He was a good problem solver. I came from a home where I had curtains and window shades for 37 years. When I moved into this condo, there were 30-year-old blinds. The blinds were not the first thing I needed to do and when I got to them, I didn't know what to expect because I've never researched window blinds before. But I'm very happy with what I have.

I did plantation shutters for the downstairs, faux wood blinds upstairs and motorized blinds on my bigger doors that go out to the sliding glass doors. The final results are good. When they did the plantation shutters, they were good about coming out and getting it done. But when they came out to do the faux wood, they made a mistake and forgot the blinds. The technician 3 Day Blinds sent out was rude. I ended up having to track it down through calling 3 Day Blinds again and they fixed it. They sent a guy out who was great and finished it up. 3 Day Blinds has a good product. However, there were some balls dropped by them with letting me know stuff was here and making sure it got installed. I had to keep calling trying to figure out where my stuff was.

I used Discount Blinds for my bedroom and went with 3 Day Blinds for my living room. I wish I had gone with 3 Day Blinds for all of them. They kept in contact letting me know the blinds were being made, when they were being shipped and when they were being delivered. They called and made that appointment for the installation. I didn't get any of that with Discount Blinds. The installer with 3 Day Blinds was very professional. He cleaned up after himself and wore booties in the house. The blinds roll up from the bottom and from the top as well. The salesman was sweet ‘cause he picked out the color for me. He said, "This would go with your floors. It's a little lighter. It's antique bronze." The blinds are beautiful and work well. I love them and recommend them to everybody that comes in.

The rep with 3 Day Blinds was awesome. She was easy to work with, super helpful with suggestions and made the process simple. The installation was super quick. They gave me a call on the day of to let me know they were 30 minutes out. They were super nice and made sure that I checked everything over before they left. I love the blinds. We did the feature where we could have the blinds come down from the top or up from the bottom. Speedy reply for service. After the visit by repair person my husband was able to fix the problem. Thank you. I love all my 3 Day Blinds. The problem was a area of our window frame was wider than the other areas causing the blinds to catch and hang over up when we tried to lower the blind. My husband was able to insert a small mail and solved the problem.

The rep with 3 Day Blinds had a lot of positive suggestions and helped us with the color selection. She walked us through the measurement, the factory-building, and when we would get the install done. A gentleman showed up, did the install, and showed us how to work everything step-by-step. It was very seamless. We love the roller shades. They're top-notch.

We did 3 Day Blinds about six months ago, and we were very happy with the designer and the product, so we decided to do it again. This last last time, we did a solar shade and the designer was excellent. She did a good job going over everything, and installation day was great. It's the third time that the same gentleman had been out to install for us. He was excellent. All in all, we are very happy with the quality and the workmanship.

I would recommend 3 Day Blinds in a minute. It's two times now that we've worked with them, and both times were very pleasurable experiences. This time, we got their battery-operated roller shades. The design consultation was fabulous. They sent a very knowledgeable salesperson. It happened to be the same one that we used before. She was very professional. She showed us various options. We selected one. She took all the measurements of the windows, where we wanted to have them installed, and submitted them, and then about two weeks later, somebody came out and installed them. Installation took 45 minutes, and the quality of work was exceptional. Also, we paid a fair and reasonable price for a high quality product.

The design consultant from 3 Day Blinds was great. We had a good idea of what we wanted, but he didn't waste a lot of our time showing us a bunch of things we didn't wanna see. So, that was good. We have light-colored blinds in the kitchen and white in the living room, and we decided on the sheer white fabric. It's a pull-down. We have motorized ones in the kitchen. We wanted the products to be installed later because we could save money that way, and a team came in with two guys and split them all up. They were great. Apparently, the representative had written down installation instructions because we didn't have to say anything. They came in and they nailed it. So far, the product quality is good. I do have one problem. The kitchen shades could be a little more opaque. At night you can see through them. I did pick the type of shade that would be less visible through it. There's no backing on them, which would have been optimal.

We loved Renee. We've referred her to many of our friends. And we've had her come back to help us with our side windows that needed to be done. She is a very thoughtful person. She paid attention to what we said and our budget. She didn't try to oversell us. Also, she's a face-based person and we connected. Also, 3 Day Blinds' installer was professional. He came in and introduced himself. He surveyed the site of where he would install. He made a couple of recommendations about doing an inside mount instead of an outside mount so that aesthetically, it would look more pleasing to the eye. He was in and out within two hours. And he cleaned up after himself. He was a personable young man. We've requested him to come back and be the person to install the shades that we just ordered. We love the automatic shades. They're exactly what we were hoping for. The color is perfect.

I LOVE my new, grey, motorized blinds. They are perfect!! Wish I had gotten that on my initial order ln my deck windows. They are well worth the additional money. Silvia was a great salesperson, knew just what I wanted and we handled the sale quickly and efficiently. And the install date was perfect, too.

Besty was here and measured our window for the needed blind. She gave us an estimate, which we agreed to and then told us when they would be installing the blind. When we received notice that our blind was ready to install, our installer was here when promised, quickly installed the blind and took all garbage away. Very efficient.

We liked 3 Day Blinds' reputation of quality, knowledge, experience, and the ability to provide the color choices that we were interested in. I can unequivocally provide my 100% recommendation. They were fantastic. Also, the rep was top-notch. We chose one motorized for sliding glass door and an outdoor lanai with the sun protection. That's not automatic. We chose another one for two French doors that are a bedroom office when we have company.

I ordered blinds for my bedrooms, living room, and sliding glass doors, they were professionally done, they were here in the time given for arrival, overall a great job, I would recommend them friends, and family. The installer was kind and courteous and explained the operation, left a sample with information on it in case I had a problem or needed to order more in the future, or should one get broken it could be replaced.

I wanted two blinds upstairs and, for the future, I wanted to know how much remote control blinds cost. That got confused into thinking I wanted remote control blinds upstairs. Despite being told I would hear three options, the contract was written indicating remote control blinds upstairs. I signed it and paid before realizing the mistake and then wanted it amended to remove remote control and charge a lower price. I was totally confused when I was told, “You can’t. You have to buy something else.” That led to another exchange when I was asked, “What do you want?” I repeated I wanted the contract rewritten to remove the remote control. I eventually got the money back but remain puzzled by the exchange. I like the blinds because they can easily be raised either from the top or bottom, and they have flexible screens that are easy to twist into place. I wish I could buy more from this company but I don’t want the same customer experience.

The saleswoman Kelly ** was excellent and very knowledgeable. The issue we have are one of the blinds doesn't sit straight and the installer said it would in a few days. It's been a few weeks and it hasn't gotten any better. In the bedroom all of the blinds do not always go up or down at the same time. I just they aren't synced together. The installer did a great job.

We ordered blinds for every window in our house. After spending way too much we were very disappointed in the customer service after the salesperson neglected to ask about window candles. They wanted to charge over $1000 to move half of them a few inches front.

The designer was awesome. She was personable and very professional. She gave me lots of color choices. We went up in the room and measured. I went with the plantation shutters. Then the installer came and measured, and then he came back with the product. He was very professional and nice. He was very meticulous about everything, making sure everything was measured correctly. He cleaned up his mask and wore shoe covers. It was a very good experience. I would highly recommend 3 Day Blinds to any of my friends.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The 3 Day Blinds rep came, showed up on time, brought the books in, and showed us what we asked for. We wanted motorized blinds and she showed us her options. We saw what we liked, picked it out, and ordered it right then and there. The installer was phenomenal. The blinds are battery operated. And when they're due to get charged, they came with a little charger and you plug it in. And it automatically recharges the battery every six months. It lets you know. She said it would beep and let us know when it's getting low on battery. And we would plug it in overnight. Very good quality.

The 3 Day Blinds rep cared not just about selling, but about what worked for me. Also, the installer came faster than the time they told me. I work at home and he was very respectful of that. When I told the designer what I wanted, she showed me the sample and it was no problem at all to select from what she brought in. She just came up with it in almost no time at all and I said, "That's it." I was very pleased. The installers were very professional. They were ready in two weeks. Surprisingly, it was a short amount of time. I was impressed with what they did.

3 Day Blinds did an excellent job. They were wonderful with an excellent quality product. The installer was very good. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough, he did a great job, and explained things to me. I had two blinds installed and it took him 40 minutes. I went with the blinds that have a string and not the lift-up kind because I don't have little children that live with me and I wanted to do that. It was still an option when I ordered. I liked the woman who came out and measured. She was very knowledgeable about the different features of blinds. She was very informative. I would tell other people that I got my blinds at 3 Day Blinds. Every piece of them exceeded my expectations. I really was impressed. Their prices were very good, too. I would encourage others to check out 3 Day Blinds.
