My experience with the designer who came out was great. She was very professional, extremely helpful, and spent a considerable amount of time discussing various options with me. I ended up choosing plantation shutters. The quality of the shutters is generally great, though I need them to come back because the one upstairs doesn't close entirely. Overall, I would highly recommend Three Day Blinds.

3 Day Blinds offered me an estimate that was around $1,100 cheaper than another company, which was a significant factor in my decision to go with them. I purchased woven grass blinds, with two having a control wand and two others that could roll up. The installation process was smooth and took about an hour and a half. The team ensured everything was cleaned up and took the time to show me how to use the blinds. The designer who assisted me in choosing my blinds was very nice and knowledgeable. As for the blinds themselves, I am extremely satisfied with the quality; they are 100% excellent.

Tldr: While we ultimately ended up with reasonably nice shades, the length, stress, irritation, and cost of the process were completely unbearable. You couldn't pay me to ever buy anything from 3 Day Blinds ever again. June 2024: We move into our new house in Denton, which inexplicably has almost no window treatments. We put off dealing with it, since we don't feel like selecting, measuring, and installing everything ourselves.
September 30, 2024: Based on the large number of mailers we received from 3 Day Blinds, we have a salesperson visit us in our home. She is an interior designer and makes recommendations of what to purchase, which we follow. While we have major sticker shock -- the initial estimate is over $7,000 for a whopping 11 shades -- by being willing to wait longer for our order (so, not exactly 3 days, as the company name promises), that brings it down to an almost justifiable $4,469.48. This includes professional measurement and installation completed by their contractors. We pay a 50% deposit.
October 2, 2024: The contractor completes the measurements and our order is in process. October 18, 2024: The contractor completes the installation...except that two of the eleven shades do not fit, as they are too wide. He assures us he will put in for a remake and someone will call. We pay for the rest of our order. No one calls. I eventually get an email from 3 Day Blinds telling me that the material is now back ordered until December 6. This kicks off an incredibly frustrating round of calls and emails that ultimately goes nowhere. One example: On Monday, I am told they will "check with the factory." On Friday, having heard nothing, I call again. I am told they will "check with the factory," with no acknowledgement that someone was supposed to have been doing that five days ago.
December 22, 2024: The back order date is extended to January 24. At this point, I go on an email rampage with customer service, demand a manager and an exception to their policy that they do not offer refunds until an order is complete, and receive a refund of $1,000. They offer to have me re-select material for only the two missing shades, which I decline because...well, the point was to have an entire house of matching shades. Why would I want, for instance, one shade of three windows in a row to be different? I would not, and I'm pretty sure others would not either.
January 16, 2025: The back order date is extended to February 7. I am beyond incensed, since it appears that 3 Day Blinds will never be able to fill the order that wouldn't have been needed if their contractor had just measured correctly to begin with. After entirely too much time on the phone trying to get a manager (on hold for over 30 minutes without a manager being obtained), they finally agree to let me re-select material for my entire order of 11 shades from something that is actually in stock.
January 27, 2025: The salesperson returns and we select new material. She tells me that I am not her only customer caught in this back order disaster. January 30, 2025: A new and different installation contractor remeasures and points out that (1) most of the measurements were too wide and many shades are jammed in too tightly and (2) much of the original installation was not done properly, but rather slapped up in a sloppy manner. We are essentially starting over, except worse off because of the poor job done by the original contractor. This is the "professional measurement and installation" that I paid for. I again spend entirely too much time trying to get through to a manager and request an additional $1,000 refund, since this has become an absolute farce. I am told that they will only approve an additional $500, which I ask them to reconsider.
February 7, 2025: The new shades are installed by the new contractor, and I spend over an hour overseeing everything to make sure that the shades and valences are straight, work properly, etc. I email the manager again with the final issues and am again told that they can only offer me another $500. I send photos of scraped paint from the installation and am offered a referral to their damages team, as if I haven't spent enough time and frustration dealing with this.
That brings us to today, 4.5 months after starting this purchase. I don't want to hear from 3 Day Blinds ever again (except to refund me another $500, since I'll take what I can get). After that refund, our final cost is $2,969.48, or $269.95 per shade, which is almost reasonable. I can't possibly imagine ever recommending them to anyone for anything. Is the final result nice? Sure. Was it worth the hassle? Absolutely not. I wish we had gone with a local company with someone we could actually talk to, not someplace where customer service is clueless and useless and service quality is painfully bad. Stay FAR AWAY from 3 Day Blinds!

Sales person Carley ** and installer Scott ** did an outstanding job! Carley knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish with my new home! Scott arrived on time and was very respectful of my home and explained all the aspects of my shades and shutters. Carley was very prompt and responsive to all my questions and needs. I even referred Carley to my daughter who is now working with her. I also referred a friend who visited my home but purchased shades for her FL winter home. All was a very positive experience!

I have called the designer Holly and customer service and left many messages regarding a simple request for 3 Day Blinds to mail me a copy of my receipts from my recent 2 orders so I guess I will need to call the BBB. When I ordered, I was not sure how the shade would look. It is very long (12') and I wasn't sure another shade would work. When I saw it installed, I could not believe how beautifully it looked and how easy it is to control the up and down movement. I am more than happy, I'm ecstatic!

It was a pleasant experience working with 3 Day Blinds on our master bedroom project. From initiation to delivery and installation it was a flawless experience. We did have a little hiccup the first round of installation with the arch above the largest window; however the installer got it taken care of temporary; to cover that part; contacted customer support on our behalf; explained the situation, and got us a replacement with the exact measurements needed. Customer support had a follow up call with us afterwards to confirm the updated details, and 10 days later we received a call for the installation. Perfectly executed; the installer was kind enough to check all of the blinds and adjusted couple of them based on our request.

We are a repeat customer. We have blinds installed at our in Indiana and needed upgrade and replace blinds at our home in Naples. We called 3 Day Blinds and salesperson came to our home, next were the measurements by another company person and then the installation. From start to finish, we were very impressed. Inaccurate Measurements: The first major red flag was their measuring service. Despite having a "professional" come out to measure, the blinds were completely the wrong size when they arrived. It was like they didn’t even check the measurements before sending the order to production. I clearly stated I need Blackout shades and it had 2 solid inches from both sides and top as well.
Damaged Blinds: Once the blinds finally arrived, they were damaged. Scratches, dents, and what appeared to be some kind of manufacturing defect. It was honestly unbelievable. I couldn’t believe they would ship out such damaged goods. Payment Issues – Full Amount Charged Before Installation: One of the most frustrating aspects of dealing with 3 Day Blinds was their policy of charging the full amount upfront before installation. I understand a deposit, but charging the entire cost without even installing the blinds was ridiculous. And guess what? It was impossible to get a refund when things went wrong.
Refused Refund: After several attempts to contact customer service and resolve the issue, I was met with nothing but excuses and run-arounds. They flat-out refused to refund me for the damaged blinds or the incorrect measurements, even though it was clearly their fault. Their customer service is completely non-existent, and it felt like I was talking to a brick wall every time I called. So I had to just stop payment and had my bank to deal with it.
Shady Practices: All in all, it felt like this company was doing everything it could to take my money and run, without delivering anything of value. From the damaged goods to the shady business practices, they don’t care about their customers. They only care about getting paid upfront and providing you with subpar products and service.

The designer that we dealt with was great. She was attentive. She listened to our needs and got us what we wanted. She was very sociable. It was a great experience. The blinds are good. I don't want people looking through my windows and the blinds help privacy from the outside in.

I saw 3 Day Blinds, where it wouldn't take all year for me to get the blinds. That was one thing that sold me on it. It would be quick, which it was. If it hadn't been for the rep, 9 times out of 10, I wouldn't have purchased from 3 Day Blinds. I watch all things when I'm trying to make a purchase of this magnitude, and if he hadn't been good, I wouldn't have done it. The installer was awesome as well. It took him no time to install my blinds and that was the best part of the experience. I like the blinds but I'm not feeling good on the quality right now. I still owe 3 Day Blinds roughly $2,000, but I noticed a piece on the very end of one of the blinds was chipped. I don't know how that happened, if a chair was up against it.

Many years ago when I moved into my home, I had the whole home blinds made by Eddie Z’s. A few of the cords broke and when I went to have them replaced, I went back to look for Eddie Z’s and saw that they had now turned into 3 Day Blinds. That's how I became familiar with them and I used them to do the repair of the blinds that had broken. But they ended up having to replace them so, I had to purchase a new blind that matched the ones that I already had and they came pretty close to the same style.
They came right out, measured, took the order, and I didn't have to wait that long for the blinds to be installed. The installers were very good and fast and within 20 minutes, they were gone. Also, the quality is great. The blinds have some different pull cords that are safer and they're much nicer. I’d tell others to go ahead and use 3 Day Blinds.

We had five estimates from various other blinds and window treatment companies in the area, and we went with 3 Day Blinds for the product that they offered, the timeframe to install everything, and the professionalism of both the salesperson, Lisa, and the installers. Lisa gave us a number of different ideas to choose from but did not push us in any one direction like some of the other companies did. That allowed us to choose one of the three different options based on materials, time, price, warranty, and other minor items. Some of the other companies did not do that. They came in, measured, gave us a price and walked out. They didn't even follow up. But Lisa has followed up a number of times.
The first installation experience for the roll-down shades went very smoothly. The gentleman was very neat and polite. He answered all of our questions. When another gentleman came out to install the shutters after they were in, he was also very professional and cordial. We had special sizes that had to be built off site and the frame had to be put together on site because of the different window sizes that we have in this house. When they finished their work, they cleaned up and asked us if we had any questions on operation and gave us a number to follow up on if we did at a later date.
We really like the roll-down shades. They're battery operated shade, so there's no electrical wiring involved. They said we should get one to two years out of these batteries. It comes with a magnetic charger that you just plug in to a USB port into your nearest electrical outlet, let it charge for a couple hours and you're good for another couple of years. They're pretty neat and there's three of them. We have two on the sliders and one in the breakfast area. It's light filtering, so we still get light through the shade. Also, they ended up being a lot less expensive than the Levolor slider that we were looking at that we had in another home.

The salesman from 3 Day Blinds worked with me on the price. I had a lower bid and he wanted to make a sale because it was the end of that period. He was able to drop the price and match it to the other. You never know because you only see a sample but I liked the salesman and he was able to make it good. The kid who came in and installed the blinds was great. It didn’t take him very long. I have 11 windows and it took less than an hour. He showed me how to charge the batteries. You have to do that about every 9 months. When I pulled the shade too far and I couldn’t get it to go back up, he was about 15 miles away and he came back and got it to go back up, which was nice.

I needed blinds after a remodel of a couple rooms in the house and I wanted somebody who would come to me rather than me having to go to a showroom. I reached out to two companies, one of which was 3 Day Blinds. I never heard from the other one, so I went with 3 Day Blinds. The designer, James, was right on time and professional. My husband and I spread out some materials on our kitchen table and talked through options. I wanted to be able to see the samples. I'm more of a narrow the option down type of decision-maker since I'm more of a narrow the option down type of decision-maker. So, on a cold day, James went back out to his vehicle, got the rest of the stuff just so that I could be confident that I did not want those choices. We then settled on the decisions that we were going to make that day and I did not feel pressured.
In the end, I had three windows I needed done but I could only settle on a decision confidently on two of them. So, that's what we did and James did not pressure me into making the choice for the third right now. He said that we could get the two blinds installed then maybe it would be easier for us to make the other choice later. There was a risk of him not getting that sale, but the process was very comfortable and the paperwork was done smoothly at that point and now.
For the installation, I was told that the materials would arrive in their local warehouse within three days, which was going to be a Friday. They also told me that I should get a phone call from the installer. But I did not. So on the following Tuesday, I contacted my salesperson but wasn't all that worried about the urgency. I was just going with the timeline that had been told to me. So, it got that pushed back a little bit. Whether it's true or not, the story was that there had been a backlog getting to the warehouse. Then the installer was doing very little work because the materials hadn't been delivered. But when the installer would come in, he would have been all backed up. Also, getting the installation scheduled took several days longer than I thought it would. But in the end, things all worked out.
I now have two vertical blinds which are identical, and they are over sliding doors. The quality is very much what what we expected. Based on where the sun pattern is and the way the sun moves around our property, we were limited on some choices of what we could and couldn't do. So we knew what we were getting. And we certainly haven't had any trouble with them. They look fresh, new, and are working as expected. To get them, the price was right and I didn't have to leave my house. So that was super convenient.

Updated on 02/12/2025: It's been 11 days... still waiting for a response from 3 Day Blinds for my original review after they hastily responded that they would help resolve the problem (and I replied back with our purchase information). Unbelievably bad customer service! Please let us know as soon as possible how you plan to resolve the issue.
Original Review: I recently moved into a home that was outfitted with Eddie Bauer wooden blinds and valances. One of the plastic clips to attach the valance to the header of the blinds broke and I called to see about ordering replacements. The representative was very nice and explained that because of the age of the blinds she couldn’t find the exact part but could send me something that was similar and might work. She took my credit card information and said the clips would be sent via FedEx.
When I received the package, the clips were too big so I can’t use them. I contacted customer service to inquire about how to return the clips for a refund and was told 3 Day Blinds doesn’t accept returns. I explained that I have no use for the clips and there is nothing wrong with them. I even offered to pay for the shipping to return them so I could get a refund. The representative said again that the company doesn’t accept returns on parts and I could just throw them away. I was charged almost $30.00 for something that I cannot use! When I need to replace these blinds in the future, it definitely won’t be with 3 Day Blinds! I would like to understand why 3 Day Blinds doesn't provide refunds for unused parts, and would like a refund for the inconvenience.

On 12/26/2024 I met with salesman Robert ** to have shades and blinds put in my vacation condo in Boynton Beach, Florida. I told him I would only be there until 1/18/2025. He assured me they would be installed before that date. Started calling on 1/9 and did receive help from someone who was able to get the order of the final set expedited. At that point, I extended my stay for a week. Paid $150 to do this. When they arrived I was told they could not be installed until 1/29! I was told the schedule could not be over ridden. I was given another number to call. Same message.
I was told to call customer service. They read from a script. "Sorry," they said. "Can’t give you your money back." Needed to cancel by 12/31. Who knew this would be an issue on 12/31? How about giving me the $150 I paid to stay. Nope, can’t do that either. Their message was to find someone willing to sit in my condo for three hours and wait for the installers to arrive. Most neighbors did not want to take on that responsibility. I finally found someone who said she went through a similar issue but stays through the season so, although frustrated that her 3 days was 3 weeks, she said the installers were great. She has agreed to sit and wait for them on 1/29.
So my 3 Day Blinds ended up being 34 day blinds. I am hoping they look like I want them to look and all goes smoothly. I reached out to the salesman Mr. ** and never heard from him. To me, they could care less about the customer, they care only about the money. I would never use them again and I have told people about the frustrating experience I have had with them.

I like 3 Day Blinds. The design consultation went all right and the rep was fine. I got accordion-type blinds and the service was fast enough, but not fast. I thought the name of their business meant fast service. Other than that, I love the blinds. I wish I'd gotten a remote control, but I didn't.

We got a mailer and there was a buy one-get 50% off coupon in there for 3 Day Blinds, and the timing was right, so we reached out, and we're very happy. Their sales person walked us through all the choices. We had nothing in mind. We said we knew that there was a minimum of two windows, but it could be as many as eight that we were gonna have done, and we said, “Go look. What are your thoughts? What do you think? If this was your house, what choices would you try to do?” She walked us through all the possibilities, and we came to a decision and moved forward.
When they initially came to do the measurement, we have all Renewal by Andersen windows then and the way they did the trim, the designer thought they would be able to do inside trim, but it was gonna have to be outside mount. So, he was only here a few minutes and he told my daughter, “I have to talk to them because I can't measure them on the inside. They have to agree to do it on the outside because it won't work on the inside.” Shortly thereafter, I got a phone call from the designer who said what was going on and that there would be no additional charge type of situation, but we were gonna have to reschedule the measure so that they knew exactly what they were doing, and she had to get everything approved through management. It was seamless.
It was a minor hiccup, and when they came to install, my daughter was here. She said everything went seamlessly. Some blinds were electric and some were not, and the ones that were electric were demonstrated how they worked so that she could convey that to the rest of us that live there, and so everything was easy peasy. My husband was away for a month, and he came back and he said, “How do I work these blinds?” I thought he was talking about the downstairs bedroom. I said, “I'm busy doing something. You have to wait till I get downstairs.” He went, “These blinds?” I said, “Oh, they're electric.” He must have gone over to push them up and nothing was happening. He said, “I don't understand.” I said, “Because they're electric.” I had to show him because we mounted the thing to the wall. I said, “You come over here. You get this remote, and you push this button that says up, and it'll go up. If you push this button, it goes down.”
It is simple because you don't have to stand on your head to get to the blind to try to lift it up or down. That's why we went with the electric. The ones that we didn't need to have electric, the rep said there was no reason to have the electric unless we really wanted it. We heeded all her thoughts and insights of what to do, how to do it, and the pros and cons of the different things, and got to select the color. She was here longer than what she thought that she was gonna do, but she also left with a very good order, because we ended up doing 11 windows. I've already recommended 3 Day Blinds.

One of our neighbors used 3 Day Blinds and they were very happy. We decided to purchase from them as well and we got the white plantation shutters. Their consultant was great. I knew I wanted plantation shutters, so she just brought in the different sizes. That was great that she was able to do it at my house instead of me going somewhere. Then, she measured everything. We did the whole house, so it took a little bit of time.
A little less than a month later, we had the installation and the installer was awesome. He came from Philly and he rented a U-Haul truck so that he could fit our entire order into the truck so that he could finish in a day as opposed to splitting it up. So we were very appreciative that he was going above and beyond for us. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself. So far, everything's working great and the looking beautiful.
We are very happy and our only complaint through the whole process is that I originally had blinds in our garage then we switched to shutters. So the girl that we did the consult with switched them for us. Then, there was a credit which took three weeks to show up on my account. She kept calling customer service or whoever it was on her end and they kept saying that the credit was going to show in two weeks, which I was a little surprised that it would take that long to show a credit. But she kept after it and eventually, I got credited.

When I called 3 Day Blinds, the woman that answered the phone suggested the honeycomb shades and when the design consultant came, he had a bunch of options to show us. He was good and friendly. I asked him about what the woman on the phone was talking about and that's what we ended up buying. We chose gray honeycomb shades for the sliding glass door and the living room window. The two shades took a month to get installed, which was a bit longer than we expected, and all they told us was that the sliding glass door blind hadn't come in yet. Other than that, the install went well and the quality of the shades is excellent. I would recommend 3 Day Blinds. I used them and liked the blinds. They were a little slow and installation was way longer than three days, but I've bought other things that have taken way longer than a month. Give them a shot.

My friend and neighbor used 3 Day Blinds, then she used them again when she moved out of state. When I was talking to her, I said, “I need to get some blinds.” “Choose 3 Day Blinds.” I made a phone call and the designer who came out was great. She explained a lot of different things and gave me different options. I was gonna go with one, but her option was better. I have no complaints about her. I did nine honeycomb blinds and I wanted them in before Thanksgiving. They got them in in time. There was a gentleman who came and installed them. I was walking out the door, so my husband dealt with him and there were no issues.
I like the honeycomb blinds a lot. I was all about, “I don't want blinds on my windows,” and now, we haven't put them up because it's been really cold here. It's helping keep the heat in, so it's been really good. I've had some parties where the sun was shining in and my guests were sitting on the couch, and because of how my room is set up, the sun was in their eyes. We were able to close just one of the blinds and it helped. The blinds have been great and I'm glad I did it. If someone's thinking of blinds, I would tell them to use 3 Day Blinds. Everything was easy. Sometimes people get nervous about who the installers are or where they're from. When they go to Home Depot, they don't know who the installer's gonna be. 3 Day Blinds has their own installers and I felt more comfortable that way.

I got six white wooden blinds. The price was fair, but it took a while to receive them. They weren't custom and it was at least a month later before 3 Day Blinds came and installed them. Other than that, the young man was very good, fast, respectful and cleaned up after himself. I was satisfied with the work he did and the quality of the blinds. I would refer anybody that needs to get blinds to 3 Day Blinds.

3 Day Blinds had a fair price for what I was looking for. I had gotten several estimates and some people were telling me to get something different. The rep with 3 Day Blinds pointed out some things that the others didn't point out, like if I got the certain kind of shade that I was thinking about getting, half of my window was gonna be blocked and it would look stupid.
For the installation, a poor guy showed up when he was supposed to but told me he didn't have our blinds. They weren't loaded on his vehicle. He was from the Columbus area and we're in Cincinnati. But to his credit, he had a job the next day at 11 o'clock in Columbus. He got up in the morning, drove the two and a half hours down, installed our blinds and drove back two and a half hours to get to his next appointment. He went above and beyond. I love the blinds. It's something we have been considering for a while and we're glad we did. It's worth it.

3 Day Blinds did some blackout shades for us. Cathy, the woman who helped us was very nice. However, the installation was more than three days after the sales visit. It was about six weeks. 3 Day is kind of misleading. But the installation itself was very quick. They did a great job and we're very pleased.

The salesperson from 3 Day Blinds was very knowledgeable about the products. I have a unique window thing with the windows that pull all the way out and go into the walls and she had experience with that and could recommend a really nice blind product that would work and then offered automation for it. She actually gave me some tips on some places to go for furniture and other things. So, it was a positive experience. The install went really well. The installer kept complimenting the guy that measured and saying this guy measured perfectly. Everything fits perfectly. So, it went seamlessly and then he was very much about showing me how to use the electronics, and where did I want it mounted. Everything was really great. The process was very quick and everything happened as they said it would. So, I would recommend 3 Day Blinds.

I purchased my blinds from Smith and Noblile two years ago and now that company was purchased by 3 Day Blinds. One motor shade is not working because the company provided wrong motor charger. It has been 3 month battle to receive right motor charger or request to replace my blinds. The customer care response with the answer that they will take care of it and I should receive my charger but they never do what they said. I spend several thousands dollars for those shades and would never work with them if I would know how horrible customer service is and that they do not care of you after you receive your product.

I purchased motorized shades for my new apartment about 7 months ago. In the first place, "3 Day Blinds" is a misnomer; the project took nearly a month. Though the shades have operated fine since they were installed, I now have mysterious red light blinking on 2 of the shades when they are raised or lowered. I have charged them both, one for 24 hours, the other has been on the charger for 3 DAYS!!! Still, they blink red when moving, whether on the charger or not.
It has been a NIGHTMARE trying to communicate with 3 Day Blinds or their installer. I THINK they are sending someone to investigate the day after tomorrow, but I was given NO documentation about what the lights mean, why 2 shades blink EVEN AFTER HAVING BEEN ON THE CHARGER FOR DAYS, why the 3rd shade isn't blinking (yet?), or anything else to help figure out the problem. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! I paid thousands of dollars for these shades and I am unhappy with their service and customer support in the extreme.

Their name is a misnomer. For a mistake they made on a measure, they are saying another month to replace. That’s two months total. Why call themselves 3 Day Blinds? Here is their response: “The reason it's taking a month from the remake is due to a few things. 1 The shipping status, ground shipping - installer scheduled usually is about 7-10 business days. 2 The holiday season, starting November through the New Year we are extremely busy and experience factory delays & closures. Due to this there are delays in the factory causing the Faux Wood blinds to take longer to create then usual.”

I had a terrible experience with 3 Day Blinds, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They offered a low price for installation, but within no time, my remote-controlled blinds stopped working for no reason. When I reached out for help, I was passed around on hold for hours and constantly got a sales pitch for unrelated services like car insurance and pest control.
Eventually, I spoke with someone who promised a callback, but of course, that never happened. When I finally got through again, they refused to repair or replace the faulty blinds, claiming I signed an agreement that waives refunds—even though the product is defective! It’s been a complete nightmare, and I’m stuck with faulty blinds and no solution. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for window coverings. 3 Day Blinds is a scam.

My design consultant quit 3-Day Blinds. It’s been 6 weeks and still no product or installation. They are way, way overpriced. I was informed my shades would arrive before Christmas and it’s Jan 10 today. I was not allowed to cancel my order. I compared product and pricing to Lowes and You can get great quality of product and service at lowes for 1/2 the price. Our installation rep was really great! Very knowledgeable and precise. He was friendly, worked quickly and did a perfect job with our installation. After he left we realized the one door blind wasn't secured at the bottom. We called the installer and he came back after the job he was doing and installed the clip for us. He provided great customer service.

I purchased blinds from 3 Day Blinds last year and have been extremely disappointed with the customer service and product quality. From the beginning, some of the blinds didn’t work properly. For instance, one of my kitchen blinds couldn’t be adjusted using the string—it wouldn’t stop where I wanted. We eventually had to send the blinds back for restringing because the string broke. After waiting approximately three weeks, the blinds were returned with new strings, but they were white, while the blinds themselves are tan. This mismatch was frustrating, especially given the long wait. We asked the installer to leave the blinds with us since we had already been living without them for so long. At this point, we’re unsure how to proceed, as it seems the team struggles with writing accurate orders and delivering diligent customer service. This entire experience has been disappointing and frustrating.

We had plantation shutters from 3Day Blinds at our former home and wanted to replicate the look for the front half of our new home. Kim, the consultant, came out within a day of my call for an appointment and she professionally walked us through the options, the measuring process, and set the expectations for delivery and installation. Ultimately, our shutters were installed on 12/20/24 - well ahead of the estimated date timeframe of 12/29/24 to 1/4/25! We love the shutters and look forward to purchasing shutters for the rest of the house. They are pricey but worth the investment.

I would not recommend 3 Day Blinds. They did not measure properly the first time then they themselves cancelled my order after I laid $2k. Got them back on track and after months of calling them (and they never returned my call or provided updates) they installed the shutter and the top part doesn’t open both ways and the doors don’t fully open because they didn’t measure correctly again. Called and called and finally they gave me half my money back if I would just keep the broken shutter. Then I got a text yesterday from the installer that he had my new blinds and he had no idea about the refund. They don’t communicate well at all, with the customer or with each other. Buyer beware.

We have had nothing but problems with this company from the get Go. First of all they are not at all consumer friendly. Lady who came to measure the windows did not do a good job so we ended up having to re measure some of the blinds. There is NEVER a follow up. We could not get ahold of this person as she had left the company. In 3 weeks some of the blinds became not operational so we had to get them again to do the repairs. The installation company that is contacted have no idea of their work. They took them down for "repairs" with a promise to come back within 2-3 weeks at the Max. it is now over 2 months and yet no sign of our blinds. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone of authority in the company, they NEVER Call you back in spite of leaving several voice and Text messages. The temporary paper material screens they put out are an ugly sight and are also tearing in places.
My request to have new set of these paper screens have been constantly ignored. We don't know if we ever going to get the original blinds back and feel like living in a homeless people shelter with all the ripped off papers sticking on our windows and worst of all been exposed that scene during the entire holiday season with many of my friends and relatives visiting from overseas!! Worst customer service and follow up. I would not recommend this company.

I've used 3 Day Blinds in the past, and this time, I did Roman shades, retractable blinds on my sliders, and a remote control. I spent $14,000. I'm happy. My installer was wonderful. Everything is good. I would recommend the company.

It was a great experience with 3 Day Blinds. A nice lady came out to the house, did the measurements, and gave me a quote. When I told her I couldn't afford that, she said they have a program where they can bill me monthly and there's no interest charged for a year if it's paid off within a year, which I went with. I got a folding blind in my kitchen and wood blinds in my dining room and living room. I like them very much. They have very nice quality.

3 Day Blinds was something that my brother used prior and recommended it. When I selected them, the person that did the presentation was Robert. He was really good. He laid out everything that we would want to have or didn't have. He was able to explain what was the best quality, which was a great help. It was a great overall experience.
I did shades, then I did shutters and so far, so good on the quality. It seems like they're gonna be around for a while. Installation was a speedy process. I was amazed that the guy could get upstairs and get it done within the time frame he did. It didn't take him any more than 30 minutes. The service overall was exceptional. I would recommend that.

Worst blind company to deal with for blinds for your new home. They lie they don't deliver on time. They make you pay a 100% upfront, including installation a month and a 1/2 later, we can't get ahold of them. We can't get our blinds. Put in after I finish this review. I'm going to the bank, to dispute the charge. They have not followed through on anything that they say that they would do, nor have they called us back. We own a building supply and a finish material business would sell millions of dollars worth of materials to contractors, and I would never ever recommend Three Day Blinds to anybody.

I wanted to use Next Day Blinds, but Next Day Blinds got bought up by 3 Day Blinds. It was a long wait for three days. I got faux wood blinds. The design consultant was all right, but she couldn't follow directions. I told her I want the blinds to open from the center, patio door blinds to open to the left. The patio blinds open to the center and the front windows open to the left, and they got to fix that. Because when people go out on the patio, you don't want them walking between your blinds.
I reached out to them the same day that the man was putting the blinds up. And then I did the review and said the same thing. Some lady called me and I told her that on top of it, I think I paid too much money for these blinds. I'm new to North Carolina. So, I didn't know a whole lot of places to go around here. But the bottom line is that I think they overcharged me. And then the guy came, he put the regular blinds up. And then they had to send another guy to put the vertical blinds up, because the other guy told me he didn't know how to do it. At least, he was honest about it.

We knew about 3 Day Blinds from previously. I had replaced all of our windows. We knew we wanted to get new blinds so, we got the process started with them. I've got two rollers in the family room. I've got an automatic roller that goes up and down on my door to the patio. I've got wood lines everywhere else. The designer who came out was a professional. She was helpful. But there were a couple of things we were concerned about. But overall, our experience was pretty positive.

3 Day Blinds was having a buy one, get one sale, and I took it from there. My experience with the designer was very good. She was a very nice woman. She gave a lot of helpful suggestions. As a matter of fact, my daughter's gonna give her a call. She wants to have her next. The product I got is the one that's like an accordion. It goes up and down. It has a remote control. The installer came out and re-measured to make sure that the measurement was right. He came and was gone before we knew it and everything is working well.

I found the 3-Day thing of 3-Day Blinds appealing. The rep I worked with was fabulous. Had all kinds of options and ideas and was very helpful. I couldn't have been more pleased with her. There was no pressure during sales. Everything was complete as far as an estimate, too. The installation went fine as well. The man was very thorough. He did a very nice job. We were very pleased with the installation. I purchased the faux wood blinds. I also ordered draperies, but we haven't installed them yet.

I like that 3 Day Blinds is local. Their rep that came out was very nice and professional. She made good recommendations and was willing to work with me on my budget. A gentleman came for the installation and in 15 minutes, he had the roller shades up. I am happy and would recommend 3 Day Blinds. They're a little expensive, but they're comparable to other companies.

I used 3 Day Blinds 10 years ago. I've had blinds put in my house. I like the product and the service. I'd use them again. I bought a condo and I wanted to have window coverings. 3 Day Blinds did a great job. Very efficient. Beautiful-looking installation. I was pleased. However, they swapped the fabrics I asked for for the kitchen and the bedroom. I called 3 Day Blinds and they immediately took care of it. They would come back on Monday to do the installation for the fabric that I asked for. It was quickly handled. No hassle, no questions. They apologized for the error and immediately took care of it.

The 3-Day Blinds representative was very helpful in measuring for two blinds on my windows. She also arranged for the installer to fix two damaged blinds I had installed several years ago. The installer was helpful, quick and cleaned up after the visit. I would not have a problem recommending this service to my friends. Now my light in the kitchen can be regulated and I don't have the dust collection you would with curtains.

The rep was lovely and patient. He knew his stuff and it was great working with him. The installer was quick. He talked to us about what he was doing. He was super friendly and knew his stuff as well. He cleaned up after himself and were really impressed with him. We're very happy with the product quality and I would tell others to use 3 Day Blinds. However, I don't know why it's called 3 Day Blinds because it's not three-day blinds. I filled out a form online then they called me and got me an appointment in three days, but the blinds themselves took a few weeks. But the website was easy to navigate and easy to put in the information. It was also very easy to schedule the installation. It was on a Saturday, which made me happy. That was the first option. I didn't have to wait weeks to get the Saturday installation day. It was very easy process with 3 Day Blinds. The price was good and I would use them again.

A friend of mine used 3 Day Blinds and was very pleased with the product and service experience. I felt comfortable going with them because of that. Their rep was very helpful without being pushy. I did two blinds that were motorized and four of them that were stationary. The installation was quick and easy. They scheduled then called me in advance that day to let me know they were coming. The mechanized blinds work very well. They look nice too. 3 Day Blinds was easy to work with and I would recommend them. Cost-wise, they were reasonable.

When the Honeycomb Shade was installed, it did not include the end caps for the valence in the shipment box. The installer stated he would check his warehouse for extras. If he didn't have any, he would order the missing end caps for us. The installation was on Oct. 8, 2024. It is Dec. 4 and still no caps.

We are so happy with the service and product from 3 Day Blinds. This is the third project that we have used them for. We had them do two bathrooms and a family room. The shutters are of high quality and look great. They have updated the look of each room and they are easy to use and clean. Liz is a great designer with good recommendations and Jeff is the best installer who after installation makes sure you know how to operate everything. The product is good. Service not. I have had two dates for recharging my motorized blinds. They are 15 feet up and I am 77 and cannot do ladder work. No Shows both times. Called and complained after first no show and they rescheduled and did it again. Not good to do this. Talked to service rep and he swore he would be here. Now I want to swear.

I've done business with 3 Day Blinds before many times and my whole house has 3 Day Blinds. Other than it being that they don't give the products to you in three days, they're pretty good. It took a couple of weeks before I got them, but they fit all. And the installation was quick and easy for them. So, I'm very pleased and I'd recommend them.

The person who came out was very nice and 3 Day Blinds had a better financing situation. I got a cheaper estimate from another company, and they said they would match it more or less, which they came close to. The person who came out originally and gave me an estimate was supposed to get back with me about adding two additional valances, but she never did. Other than that, installation was easy. They were very professional and did a good job. I'd tell people, "The quality and installation are excellent, but shop around," because they were very expensive. I bought two shades and two blinds, and it cost me $3,300. I was sticker shocked.

We got roller shades from 3 Day Blinds. Our designer was very nice. She did a fine job. She was very knowledgeable. She brought in many samples and we went through a lot of different things. She wasn't pushy. If we didn't want them, we didn't have to have them, but we liked what we saw and we just bought them. Installation went really fine. I had no problems except they sent us one wrong shade. So then, we had to wait like three weeks before we got the other one. It was not a big deal because it wasn't a room darkening shade that we ordered. We had one room darkening and one not room darkening. So, that was kind of weird. It was in the master bedroom, and that's in the back of the house so it was not a big deal. The price was a little dicey, but we got a good value for what we paid.

We've used 3-Day Blinds before. We purchased blinds and shutters from them recently as well. My experience was good. The rep showed us what the choices were and he was intelligent and courteous. The shutter’s been great. The blinds, they missed a piece that they had to reorder and then they had a broken blind. The shade in the kitchen latch was too short. They had to reorder two blinds. Then they got them in. Then they forgot the trim piece again. The blind that they were supposed to make longer to our back door, is still too short. It doesn't stay connected. I'm still not happy. They're having to come out a third time.

I found 3 Day Blinds online and it appeared more quickly that they might have the product I wanted. The designer did a wonderful job. She treated a little old lady like she wanted to be treated. I got the dual direction shade in a roman shade kind of style. I wasn't sure that existed in that style and I was thinking that I was settling for dual direction for functionality. That's one of the reasons I like the designer. She very quickly helped me understand I could get both the style and the functionality that I wanted. The cost was what I expected, and it was fine. Nobody wants to put that kind of outlay than they need to for window covering, but it was within my budget and exactly what I expected.
The young man who came to do the installation was absolutely stellar as well. Installation day went zip, zip, zip and it all looked beautiful. I love the quality, and I like both functionality and appearance. I also got some shutters for the front windows of my house in my dining room because they look very pretty and very classic from both inside and outside. I'm very happy with that option as well. Overall, I was really happy with both of the young people that I worked with. They were not just professional but also personable, and they were part of what kept me going forward. I'd tell people, "At least give them a try because I think you'll be happy."

We had our windows replaced and my husband wanted to get window coverings. I went to Next Day Blinds and they said they were bought out by 3 Day Blinds, so I went online and made an appointment. This is the first time we've used them, and they followed through. Everything went as smooth as it could, and the designer was wonderful. We're very happy with the way everything turned out and how he assisted us in choosing what we needed and how it would look and the size. We had windows replaced upstairs, 12 of them, and the original blinds that I had wouldn't fit. The designer was very professional and honest. He was also on time, knew what he was talking about, looked at the old one and we were impressed.
We ordered six mini blinds and installation was very quick. The installer was very professional as well. He called half an hour before he got here so I knew when he was about to arrive. He had the blinds and he put them up and did a great job. He was done in about half an hour and we haven't had any issues. So, we're happy with the quality and installation. I'd highly recommend 3 Day Blinds.

The sales technician was excellent. The installer did a nice job, was right on time and nice cleanup. But we have a problem with one of the closing mechanisms. I put in a service order over six weeks ago and received three text messages acknowledging the request for service but still have not had a service date scheduled. The blinds are nice, but the after-installation service absolutely sucks.

Tried to make an appointment to get a measure so I can buy new blinds. Amir was so rude over the phone. He would not help find a sooner appointment than over three weeks away. He told me they were busy and that’s it. I asked for a Supervisor, he refused to transfer me. 3 Day Blinds, if you are so busy HIRE! What is true out of having 3 Day Blinds is you have to wait a month for an appointment. GET IT TOGETHER!!

Don’t ever buy blinds from this place!!! I ordered shades from them in February. They have installed and uninstalled 3 times by 2 different installers and still can’t get the correct shades installed! I have over 20 cases opened with 3 days and they can’t get any of them corrected. I have spent over 15k on craps shades. The sales rep will never contact you again after you purchase so any issues you have you have you have to call the 1800 number which no one knows what they are doing or resolves any issues!!! It is now Nov and my job is still not complete and I have so much damage in my house due to constant taking on n off. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with!!!! DO NOT EVER BUY FROM 3 DAY BLINDS.

3 Day Blinds installed the blinds and they broke. They installed them in the evening and the next morning, I went to open them. I pulled on the cord and half of it came down. They came out this morning and fixed it. It's working fine now. I liked the sales lady. I just called her and ordered from them again. The installation took longer than it did in the past. It took about two weeks to get them. I like the overall quality. That was why I reordered them, and I'm gonna reorder again. After the first of the year, I'm gonna buy some more.

Unfortunately we are very disappointed with the shades. We spent a lot of money and our bedroom is still showing a substantial amount of light. Definitely should have saved ourselves all that money and bought blackout curtains. This is our second purchase of shades and even recommended it to my son who also bought shades from your company but this particular purchase is very disappointing as the light still wakes us up in the morning.

Some of our windows were done in wood shutters. Then we had some woven shades that go up and down electronically. The other shades go up and down, but they're not woven wood. It's another fabric. We also got some curtains. I'm a little not happy with some of them. They have not been delivered, but I was charged for them. I was not happy that the charge went through even though when the gentleman came, he didn't have them. I called 3 Day Blinds and I told them that I wanted that money refunded to my credit card because it was 2,000 something for those particular curtains that were not delivered. They said, “Well, that would take six to eight weeks.” I looked yesterday and it's still not there.
They said, “Oh, yeah. The fabric’s in.” Then it was, “No, it's not. And it'll be the middle of October.” Then it was, “No, it's the middle of December.” I find that ridiculous. We were also not happy with one of the wooden blinds that was delivered. It didn't roll up straight and it had a couple little holes in it. When I called, they said, “Okay, we'll replace it.” A week later, they had the replacement, and they said, “We'll bring it out and we have your curtains as well.” They make them and then they ship them to an installer, and the installer that came had the rods and stuff, and he said, “Gosh, I realized they didn't send me your bedroom curtain. Well, that's interesting because they sent the rods." When I called 3 Day Blinds, they said, “Oh, no. They're not ready yet.” We spent a lot of money on it. They said it would take five or six weeks to reimburse me.
Other than that, I love the quality of the products. The people have been very nice. I was not happy that I was charged for fabric three months ahead that I hadn't even received. They responded that they were sorry, but delays happen. So, they really didn't even address or get the point that I wanted my money. Otherwise, we're happy with them. We got a lot of windows done. It’s a brand new home. The shutters and all the blinds that’s been there are great. I would recommend them.

Wonderful experience and superb satisfaction with working with my designer and installation team for my plantation shutters. One small wish, not so much a complaint, is that I had a tool to reach up high enough to operate the tallest sections of my louvers in my garage. Can’t get them open with a broom/mop handle; only way for me to open them is to move my car and step up on the biggest ladder we have. Otherwise, quality and appearance of the shutters is great!

I usually do the blinds myself, but there are so many of them that I decided to have 3 Day Blinds do it. I had some vertical blinds. Our design consultation was very good. They called me for the installation, and then their guy came and installed. It was very simple, easy and good. I had one that already had a problem. One of the ropes broke, and I called in to them. They're gonna fix it.

My old blinds are not bad, they're just 10 years old. I know that 3 Day Blinds do really good work and I have to do some budget planning to purchase from them because their blinds cost about as much as the windows. So, I had to do it in spurts and I ended up just changing the blinds for three windows right now. The installer was in and out in 10 minutes, and the installation was simple. The quality of the blinds is fantastic and I really like it. I've also gotten lots of compliments on these blinds because one set is in my living room.
I would tell my friends to give it a shot with 3 Day Blinds and see if it's in their budget. A lot of people try to go with an easier route of getting something from Amazon but getting the proper measurement and the proper fit is important with certain windows that have random sizes. The functionality of the 3 Day Blinds that we got is great, too. They are pushed from the bottom up versus having a blind and opening the blind. So they're operated a little differently from other blinds, but it's manageable.

The design consultant and the installation were great. The quality of the three roller shades is great too. The only thing is we picked out a couple blinds and they weren't available. They were on back order. We needed them fairly quickly. Still, I would recommend 3 Day Blinds.

This has been the worst experience as a consumer I have ever had. Everything started fine with the salesman and ordering. Once the measurements were taken I was told it would be approximately 2 weeks to actually have the blinds installed. Fast forward 2 months, I get an email saying my blinds are delayed a month. I wait the month, send an email looking for an updated timeline and was given a specific date a couple weeks later. That day comes and goes and I heard nothing from the company. I reach out again and the customer service rep informed me that my order was approved but never put through processing so it will be another 2 weeks.
At this point, I was very frustrated and they did reimburse me some money back. However, the install date was pushed back another 2 weeks. Also, they did not reimburse my money right away when they said they did, that took another email to get straightened out. FINALLY, 4 months later, the install was scheduled. They came, installed 1 of 2 blinds and told me there was a measurement/cutting problem and the 2nd blind would not fit, it needed to be cut down. The guy installing the blinds told me they just have to cut it down at the shop and could come back later that night. I get another phone call from the installation company to reschedule the blind to be installed 8 days later. That was unacceptable and they gave me every excuse in the book to not come back later that day to finish the job. They expected me to move my entire schedule around to fit their needs.
The next day they came back to finish the installation. I thought everything was fine after that and I no longer need to deal with this terrible company.....until the handle on the blind broke the very next day. I will never use this company again and wish I would have gotten a larger reimbursement for their shit product, that costs a lot of money, which breaks within 1 use.

I met with Sharon from 3 Day Blinds and ordered three wood Rustic colored blinds and three white colored blinds for our shop. It took six weeks to get my blinds and when I received them, the wood colored blinds were red and not brown. They said the color I had ordered was out of stock and no longer being made so they sent me another color. I refused to put that color in and met with Sharon again and re-ordered another color for my blinds. She reassured me that this color was in stock and that I would have in two weeks.
After two weeks, I called her and she said she didn’t know what was going on, and the main office called me and said that the color that I had picked again a completely different color was no longer being made. I have now wasted 2 1/2 months trying to get my blinds. I am just asking for a refund. Hopefully they will issue a refund. If you want even fair service do not go with 3 Day Blinds.

3 Day Blinds are professionally worst in their group of business... Have very bad sense of business ethics...which is what makes it and their understanding of only money....is not correct.. Customer comes last... Quality is bad, delivery is always delayed and partial... Price too high, cannot be in business like this, ads on Instagram, should not taken serious, they are extremely poor business company, they suck in all respects, have not provided the required chargers even after talking to their representative Chad... Calls are not returned, they lie every time.

We called 3 Day Blinds and they did really good. There were 10 windows we had to cover, and we knew we wanted the shades that we can pull up and down. We did that, and then we did the automatic ones on the sliding glass doors, which was really good. The designer helped pick colors tremendously because I'm not good at that. We did white in the main room and then a taupe color and a yellow. They all worked out great. The installer came and put them in so fast, it was amazing. He was very nice. I love the quality of the product, and they're holding up fine. They were expensive though. All in all, it was an easy experience and I'm very happy with the product, but I wish I would have done more automatic ones.

I researched a few companies within the area and I requested quotes from all of them. 3 Day Blinds came within a reasonable quote with a good quality product and Mickey, our representative, was very detailed in his information. he said that whatever options we needed, they could figure it out and help us. And overall, their process was easy, simple, and clear. We paid a little extra for expediting it but it was worth it.
I liked how Mickey was clear on the design. We told them about our budget and they worked with us. They told us to get the most out of our money and what would fit in our home and my aesthetic. One part of the house gets a lot of sun during the day and that was a concern because my children's rooms are in the back. Initially, I wasn't in favor of the cellular shades, but with all the information that Mickey gave me as far as how it would black out the room more and all the benefits of it, I ended up going with the cellular shades and we're very happy with them. We got a total of four cellular shades and they're all for the back room.
The installers were on time and they seemed very organized. I was also very surprised of how quick the installation was. When we had one issue with one of the blinds, I contacted Mickey, then he gave me the number and I called it. An installer came out within three days and he was able to resolve the issue in one visit. At first, I was a little iffy on the quality because cellular blackout shades were paper-like. But grew on me and we got nothing but compliments. The front are light filtering ones and those are beautiful. In the day, it still brings in light, but yet we still get privacy.

One of my clients used 3 Day Blinds. I made a picture of what they did in her house, called them and did the same in my house. The rep did everything I asked. We worked around the price and she gave me options. I have another place and she's gonna come out next week to measure. I'm in the interior decor business and the installer was the greatest blind installer I've ever met. I have nine windows and it took him an hour. He cleaned up as well. The shades are easy to use and have perfect quality.
I've told several of my clients to use 3 Day Blinds. I also told them the trick, that if you don't need the blinds in three days, then you are getting them for much less expensive. Just because it's 3 Day Blinds, it doesn't mean you have to have it three days because it's a lot to get it in three days. That's an upcharge. But it's still a great company for not using it for three days, just a regular order.

The rep was excellent. She helped me focus on what I wanted. The installer was wonderful and got everything up. He was a little bit early, but he communicated if it was okay to come a little early. I was very impressed with the installation. I got motorized white Roman shades for three windows and they look very nice. The quality seems very good as well. The price was high, but you get what you pay for. Also, the motorization added quite a bit to the cost.

I'm happy to say that 3 Day Blinds is awesome. They're expensive, but I'd tell others to go with them. I had used them at my other house and they were so good I went right with them again. This time, we got roller shades and a couple of them are motorized. Our rep, Stacy, was so helpful and fabulous. The installer was great as well but he had to come twice. The installation was done in two installments and he brought someone with him. At first, I thought it was a helper, but he just sat around. It was a little strange to have this stranger in our house who he didn't introduce to us. Everything went so well, but that was strange.

The rep with 3 Day Blinds was prompt and helpful to think about the different types of blinds available, what might work in the space, talked through colors and held them up to make sure I understood how they would look during the day and at night time. I felt informed. The installer was fast and did a great job. We got a bunch of different shades. We got the top-down, bottom-up, white, regular shade that went in some of the bedrooms. They're great. We also got a really nice one for our front window, which is great for privacy. It's top-down, bottom-up and also has the remote control so we can control it very easily. We love those.

I am still waiting for my skylight shade to be installed. I have had no correspondence from them. 3 Day Blinds! How about 3 month blinds. What is the holdup and is there not one person working for you that can take 2 minutes and send out a text for a reason why the job has not been completed.

Our blinds are beautiful, but the salesman, Nate ** suggested a 2” slat for the window which we okayed as we have only had mini blinds on that window - we trusted his recommendation. When the installer put the blind up the valance stuck out leaving unfinished ends. First l text Nate twice and sent a picture. He said he would look into it. Never heard from him! Called the company and Garrett said he would look into it and sent the installer back and said he would have a cover for the ends, but reading the job description it said they would be adding an inch - l feel they are going to just Gerry-rig the valance, but again l haven’t heard back from the installer either! I have always heard 3 Day Blinds were the best, it is why we chose them. So far this has been going on since the first week in September. I am at my wits end!

3 Day Blinds had a sale for buy one, get one, 50% off. Also, I called three different places and 3 Day Blinds responded the quickest. I went with them, even though they were a little bit more on the expensive side. But we did a financing program. I'm happy with the blinds. It took a while for us to get them, but I was expecting that because some of them were motorized and others were roll-up special blinds. The installation was extremely fast. The guy was great. He was out in less than 15 minutes. He was here and did what he needed to do very quickly. He also took the time to show me exactly how to use the motorized remote. I probably would have been a little bit lost with it.
I love the blinds. They provide perfect ample shade. The zebra blinds or the ones that open and close, I have them on three windows that were high and they needed to be motorized. It works out perfectly. The roller blinds are nice too. I love the color. Once they were installed, I had wished I had them motorized. But, it is really expensive to get them all motorized. So, I only got the three that were the most important to me.

He was quick, clean and great. Both the design consultant and the installer were great. They were nice people and they represented their company very well. The quality of the blinds is okay. I didn't want something expensive. So far, it's good. It's exactly what I wanted and it's perfect. It took a little longer than I expected. But the installer gave me a window, and the installation was well within the window.

A rep from 3 Day Blinds came out to the house and he was very nice. I looked at all the samples, he went through everything with me, and I tried to make a choice. The only thing that would have been more helpful was to have larger samples. From a little swatch, you can't tell what it's gonna look like when it's big. But other than that, he was really helpful. I have blinds in the house and wanted to match those on some other windows. I also wanted to get something different upstairs in the bedroom. I looked at the different samples for the blackout shades and we ordered it.
The blinds are not cheap but they look nice and I'm happy with them. But my expectation was different from what I got and none of these things were explained to me. I assumed that they would be comparable to what I have but they are different in certain ways. The blinds I already have are from a different company. The valance on the 3 Day blinds is not the same material as the roller shade. I like the valance to match the shade, and I assumed that it was going to be matching. But I didn't realize that every single shade was gonna have the same thing and just be white. If not for my existing blinds, I wouldn't have realized that. Mechanically, the way they work is different too. The ones I have at home, you don't have to pull on them for them to move. Whereas these ones, you have to pull down then they kind of spring back up. I thought that with a push, they would go up, and when you pull them, they go down, but they don't do that.
I was quoted a date of September 4th at the latest, but they weren't installed until the 18th. I did not wanna wait for anything else so I never spoke to the sales person about the issues again. But they never contacted me again to ask how's everything. Also, on the sales level, they should be explaining some of these things and they should come out with that information and tell the customer this is how they work and this is what they look like.

When I saw 3 Day Blinds, I really thought at first it was gonna take three days to get them. But that wasn't the case. I didn't have to wait long. I got the wood Roman shades. They're little bitty wood. The appointment was wonderful. A girl named Jenny came out and she was absolutely wonderful. The installation went fine. It took the guy less than 30 minutes. He was in and out, and he did a great job. A very nice, pleasant, young man. The shades are absolutely beautiful. I sent a picture to the young lady, Jenny, because she had left her number with me, and let her know how much I appreciated her help.

Going with 3 Day Blinds was a family decision. Everybody I spoke to in the family said they wanted to get it done. The consultation was long, but the rep was very accommodating. We didn't have everybody on board and because everybody was involved in the decision, she wanted to meet everybody. On the other hand, the guy did the installation very fast. We did not do the entire house, but I didn't realize it was easy then to install. We did three motorized blinds for one level of the house. We can remote control it, and the quality looks okay. It's durable and I'm hoping it will continue to work. If it does, it's great. If somebody wants to get this done, 3 Day Blinds is a good option.

The sales rep was great and the installer was so fast I couldn't believe it. He was very good also. I was very pleased with how 3 Day Blinds came out. Originally, I was told the timeframe was the middle of October to get the blinds, and they showed up far faster than that. My whole house is done by 3 Day Blinds. 3 Day Blinds sent me the coupons where if I order the blinds, they'd come within 3 days. I figured I wanted to get new blinds for my bedroom, so I called them and they came right away. They measured and they did a great job. I ordered the shutters and the shutters came out beautiful. I also ordered a blind for one of my windows and they did an excellent job. The designer who came out was a lady and she was very nice. We spoke for a while and we talked about what I wanted. She was very helpful. Then the guy came a couple of days later and he measured before they ordered the products. They told me my order was going to come at the end of October and it came four weeks earlier than that. They had to make the shutters but the blinds were already made, they just had to measure them. It's easier to make a blind than it is a shutter. But I had very good experience with them.

My sales experience with 3 Day Blinds was great. The guy was fantastic. I loved working with him. He understood what I was looking for. He pointed me in the right direction. He gave me choices, and I picked, and we were done. I'll probably call him again because I have two more rooms that have broken blinds. This was for a rental, and we needed to get it up and ready. So, it worked well. The product meets the standards of quality. It's their own brand but so far, they're working very easily. My renter has no problems. She's 88 years old.

I had a condo down in San Diego where I wanted to replace the Levolor aluminum blinds with the cellular blinds. 3 Day Blinds had an ad, so I called them up. Then, I them replace the blinds in the whole condo. Less than a year later, one the cord in the the pulley system of the larger blinds were eaten through because the cord was going through sort of a mechanical roller. 3 Day Blinds came back and replaced it for free. So, when I moved up to Menifee, I had them install blinds in my home because of that replacement.
The designer, Eric, came out. I knew what I wanted, which were roller shades, and the only thing that he showed me that I was not aware of was the new automated system, the location of the battery, and the ease of recharging it. I also wanted to match the color with the rest of the blinds and it was an easy pick for me. He showed me how the automation work was better than it was in the previous years and that's why I got it.
The products from 3 Day Blinds are quality. I used to work for a company that installed blinds and I know all the different brands. But 3 Day Blinds had the experienced reps that knew what they were talking about. And it's almost like they themselves had blinds in their own homes. So, they could personally relate to you. I've told several relatives and friends about 3 Day Blinds.

I have plantation shutters on every window except for the big windows in the living room. I wanted the windows in the living room to be the blinds so it's not so clunky, because I want it mostly open air. I was very clear to the designer about what I wanted in my bathroom on the casita. I said, "I want it exactly like the other bathroom" and I pointed it out. Instead, he made it the same as the big windows in the living room, which he measured as well. My husband was home when 3 Day Blinds did the install, and by the time I got home, I said, "Oh, this is not what I ordered." Besides that, I like the blinds in the living room a lot. I practically don't even see them because most of the time, I want the windows all open and that's what I love. In the two or three hours during the day when the sun is just beating up on us, then I want to bring it down.

3 Day Blinds' price is a bit more competitive. I dealt with another window company four years ago and who is supposed to be more reputable. I didn't have a very good experience with them. I went, “I've used 3 Day Blinds 15 years ago and they did a great job in a short period of time for me on an issue.” So, I circled back to them. I did these roller shades for privacy. I knew upfront what I wanted. I purchased those less than a year ago, for a place that we have in Chicago. So, I had already seen them use them there a couple of times. It's in a different location than this one. I said, “Wow, this fits and does exactly what we need to do.”
My experience was lovely. The gentleman was nice. He was very familiar with our area right off the bat and knew I lived on a busy street. He had a great input when it came to choosing color, because sometimes it's hard to imagine something of a substantial size when you're looking at a small slat. The installation went well, despite a problem. The installer came in to install two blinds, one in the bathroom and one in a office. Looked nice. Stepped back and said, “We checked on the mechanism going up and down a couple of times. It's not working properly. I'm gonna order you a new one. We'll leave this one in place. And they will be in contact with you as soon as the new one comes in with a better mechanism.” They didn't even do the final payment. He said, “No. You'll see no charges until I come back.”
He ordered the new one. He set up the appointment to come back and see me. He took care of everything for me. I didn't have to follow up. I didn't have to chase. That is not what happens nowadays in many situations when you're a consumer. He came back no more than seven days later and installed the new one. The roller shades are much in line for what I paid for. They're a nice quality. They function. The materials are nice and exactly what I expected.

The rep was amazing during the consultation with 3 Day Blinds and I got faux wood and roller blinds and some of them are motorized. They’re of great quality and the installers were great too. I have referred 3 Day Blinds to three different people so far. It's just I was supposed to have everything done at once and there were four different trips of which I had to take off of work to be home for. 3 Day Blinds was good other than that and having to call to get a credit for the expedited delivery of the blinds.
The reps made a mistake in measuring the last blind that was installed and I was told it was in backorder. So, I called to see if I could change the color to black before they started making it and I was told no. So, the rest of my house has black blinds and my bedroom has white, and it looks ridiculous. I chose white because the other blind in my bedroom was white. It just doesn't go with the window because the window is black and all the rest of the shades in the house are black. I would have thought that since there was a backorder, I could have changed the color because I wasn't changing anything else. It was frustrating because even the installation guy said it looked terrible compared to all my other ones. He said he would make a note of it and that they care so much about customer service that he was sure I'll be hearing from someone. But I never did.

Everybody was wonderful at 3 Day Blinds. I had four shutters put in my bathroom and everyone did a good job. The only crazy thing was, it was 3 Day Blinds, so we ordered them and then three months later, they got installed.

I had shades made for my entryway. They damaged the decorative wood above the front door. I have been trying to get a resolution for months to no avail. They finally offered $100 toward the repair (painting). I accepted this offer just to be done with them, but they never came through. I’ll never ever use this company again.

We do enjoy our blinds, but for the amount of money we paid for them, each blind has a bright orange sticker on it which is visible from the outside of the house. It’s very tacky looking for $15,000 we paid. Also, our remotes do not work. The blinds are just ok. I wish our sales person would have showed us more options. She was insistent that the honeycomb would be the best, but I’m not sure they look that great for this cost. I sort of regret the whole decision.

The first person from 3 Day Blinds who came here was very nice and the installation guy got done so fast, I could hardly believe it. The blinds have very good quality but it better be because they were expensive. It's a very good product. These blinds are very sturdy. They're not Home Depot.

I had a couple options in mind and between those two, I decided the roller shades worked better for the small area I had. The rep was very helpful in telling me the options that might work better than others. I was very pleased. It wasn't three days like 3 Day Blinds said but it worked out. Once they called and said it would be installed, the installer was here on time. He was very efficient and completed the job in very short time. The roller shades are excellent.

3 Day Blinds has quick service. The appointment was on time. Two women came for the installation and it took them a couple hours. They did accordion, pleated roller blinds and we like then. They're expensive, but they're good. We'd recommend 3 Day Blinds.

Why isn't zero stars an option? I ordered a custom drape that cost almost $9,000 including tax, and fees. It's been almost 5 months since I ordered the product with a 6-8 week delivery window, and they have yet to complete the order and are refusing to give me a refund. To try and briefly summarize the saga. Within 8 weeks of purchasing the drape, the installer came to install it. There was a piece of the track broken and they couldn't install it.
Two to three weeks later the replacement part was in, installers scheduled a time to install. About 1 hour before the scheduled time the installer called to cancel and rescheduled for a week later. Installer showed up to install the curtain, and discovered a different part was broken. They needed to once again order a new part.
About 3 weeks later they showed up with the replacement part. Did finally install the curtain, but the valence was not the right size and needed to be rebuilt. Was given a new 6 - 8 week delivery window. 6-8 weeks came and went with no word. I finally called and asked for a refund. They said they couldn't give me one, couldn't give me an ETA on the valence, and offered me $500 off the order. This is unacceptable, they will not refund my money for a product they can not deliver.

Ruben (installation) was fantastic. Very kind, friendly and very thorough and was able to do an inside mount installation which the salesperson had said we likely can't do. All the blinds fit perfectly and look fantastic. The 5 stars are for the installation and the quality of the blinds, not the salesperson.

3 Day Blinds was recommended to me, and the design consultation was great. The rep, Laurie, was very knowledgeable and was able to help guide me to what we needed. The installers then came, did their thing, and it was all good. The quality is great. There are a few more that we need in the basement. The salesperson was very good, and I was very pleased with him. A lady from 3 Day Blinds told me he was one of the oldest persons there. He knew what he was talking about and he showed me a few things that helped to guide me. I got two wooden shades that go up and down when people push the button on them. A guy came to measure and the same guy came back to install, which took him about 30 minutes. I like the quality of the wooden shades, and I would show people what I have and suggest for them to have a salesperson to come out and take a look.

Six months ago, I had something done in my master bedroom. I had different people come through and I just picked 3 Day Blinds, and everything worked out pretty well. So, when I wanted to redo another room, I said, “Oh, might as well go with them, the same people, right?” The only thing is that on the first job round, everything looks good, but it's battery-operated and it doesn't seem to hold a charge in that room. They said, “Okay. Well, we'll put in a report about that.”
The installers were very helpful. However, I still haven't heard anything. It's been like three weeks. I thought they were gonna follow up because it said report filed. Other than that, everything is great. In my bedroom, I don't open and close the blinds so much. And the rest of the house, whatever they did is looking great. I just feel like 3 Day Blinds should say three week blinds. It's not that I was expecting it to happen in three days and because when it's custom, you need more time.
Everything is good overall. They've got three different parties running this show. They got the person who comes out and gives the big sales pitch. Then they got the people that actually make it. And then you got the people who install it. And I don't know if they even talk to each other. That’s the way life is. You don't get everything under one roof.

My consultation with 3 Day Blinds was very good. The rep was very professional. She was very friendly, she answered all our questions, and she made some recommendations for us. The installer was very good and friendly. He also didn't leave a mess, he cleaned up after himself and was quick. However, the blinds didn't keep the light out as much as I thought they would. I talked to them and they agreed to replace them free of charge with the room darkening shades. I was very impressed that they handled that and took care of it for me.

I like that 3 Day Blinds is local. The person who came to our home first wrote up the contract. He was a very nice guy. He was very informative. He knew his business. He explained everything to me. I liked his demeanor. I like everything about the guy. He was very professional. We got blinds for a sliding glass door. It's wide and it's all one piece, and it's a power, up and down with the control. They were solar, and they block out the UVs. The quality is top-notch.
A guy showed up right on time on the installation day and it didn't take long for him to install. He knew what he was doing. Then, he went through everything with me, explained about charging it and where it hooks up and told me what to expect. I don't use them very much. I just keep them down all the time or halfway down. He said if I'm not gonna use them that much, the charge is gonna last a long time. He was very informative about how everything went.

We liked 3 Day Blinds' product quality and also they provided the blind that we wanted. Two of the other people we looked at said what we wanted couldn't be done and 3 Day Blinds did it. Their rep was very knowledgeable about the product. As far as keeping you informed, they're one of the better people. We've had all types of updates done on our house and 3 Day Blinds kept us better informed than anybody else that we dealt with, which was about eight different vendors.

We purchased two mini blinds and one wooden shutter blind from 3 Day Blinds. The consultation appointment was straightforward and professional. The quality of the products is good. However, I tested two out of the three. I didn't test the third one. The installer left and the next day, when I tried to turn the rod to close them all the way, it would not close all the way and would not open all the way. So, I had to call them up and they sent a technician here about two weeks later. It took a long time for me to get that going. The original tech couldn't come by because he was too busy. I wanted him to come by because he left some tools at my place. I wanted to give them back to him. The second technician tried to fix it, and he took it completely apart. He made new holes in the wall to fix it. He reinstalled everything, and then it worked properly. Our experience was, overall, good. I would recommend the company.

She even came a few days earlier than initially scheduled. I bought the bamboo push-ups that hide under a valance up top and the consultation with the rep from 3 Day Blinds was great. She was very informative, gave me a lot of options, and was honest about certain ones to purchase, given the location. I was impressed with her professional ability regarding the products and she was easy to speak to. The young lady that did the installation was also very professional. I couldn't believe how quickly she had the custom blinds installed, cleaned up her mess, and thanked us and headed out the door. I don't even think she was there for half an hour. I would 100% refer 3 Day Blinds. I was a little shocked at how much the two shades cost but we're really pleased with the install, the customer service, and the look of the blinds that were chosen.

My brother and sister-in-law had 3 Day Blinds do their home a few years back and they were very pleased. So, I took my cue from them and I'm happy with the choice I made. The rep was very thorough and professional. She showed me everything, all the options I had and made some suggestions. She did a good job in setting this up and scheduling. When she came out, she worked very efficiently. It took about an hour to get all the blinds up and she knew what she was doing. So I’m very happy with her work. The quality is excellent. The blinds work well and slide up and down very nicely so I'm pleased with the results. If people need blinds and a quick installation, they should go with 3 Day. From the very beginning until the installation, there were no problems at all. They did a great job and we would recommend it.

My experience was very positive. The shutters came in early. Installation was great. Only thing I did not get was the wand to open and close them. I texted the saleswoman and still have not received it. It has been more than a month since she said it would be sent to me.

We recently purchased solar shades from 3 Day Blinds. I recommend the product, and the installation. However, I would never recommend the sales representative, Melissa **. We were originally going to use a different shade company, but Melissa was very good in selling us not to use the other company. I believed and listened to Melissa and trusted her sales Tactic. She told me that it would only be a week the most that it would take to have installation done then I was contacted by the company themselves and they told me almost a month out. I had to consistently reach out to Melissa for follow-ups, sometimes not even hearing back. Finally, everything was installed, and I can tell you the installers were amazing.
We had issues with the product that Melissa specifically told us to buy. When I reached out to Melissa, she ghosted us and decided not to return phone calls and would only text every so often. She was more concerned about what the installers were saying, rather than how I felt on what we paid for and the outcome of the product. I asked If there was anything she can do to make this right. She told me she would get back to me and never did. I had to follow up with her and a week passed and still haven’t heard back… So if you were going to use 3 Day Blinds I recommend the company itself, but do not use this sales rep. She is nothing but a phony sales person. Not dependable.

Previously used 3 Day Blinds for cellular shades and they were installed without problems after 6-7 weeks of waiting. Used again for s shaped vertical blinds to replace 20+ year old verticals from LEVOLOR. There were multiple issues with current blinds beginning with installation. Installer noted the head rail was not operating properly and therefore was reordering. The company could not or would not add to the width to completely block the light from coming through. Also, after 2 days the wand track piece complete fell out. As a result the verticals can not be closed or opened with wand. Currently have paper on the windows. Tried to cancel order but "per their contract" order can not be canceled. Additionally, beware the pricing with installation. Consultation pushed the price due today. In reality it's only about half. Beware dealing with this company. Better yet, avoid doing business with them.

The initial visit was for a representative to look at my situation, discuss my desires, explain options and the process. The rep arrived on time and was knowledgeable about the products offered. He explained everything. He was courteous and professional. The next appointment was for precision measurements. That guy was on time and professional. A few weeks later the installation was completed. The installer was also on time and was courteous and professional. The product was as described and was expertly installed.

After searching online for a window covering company. I responded to 3. One never responded and one, asked me to measure all the windows I wanted new shades for. The latter, I deleted immediately. 3DayBlinds contacted me and Design Consultant, Lauri set up a a meeting and arrived on time to show me their catalog and explain in detail the different kinds and their applications. I made a decision that day on what I wanted. Another appointment was made with a gentleman who measure each window precisely followed by the installer, well inside the timeline that had been set. He was excellent, asking me to okay each shade after their install. When He finished, I was more than pleased. From start to finish, the entire process and those who executed it were the best I've ever had!

Tony was instrumental in providing us with a variety of options for our blind needs. We eventually selected the motorized blinds. They are wonderful addition to our decor. We also love the ability to program the opening and closing daily. In addition, having the program on our phone makes it very convenient to make changes. We wanted to experience 3-Day Blinds so we spent several thousand dollars on the first half of the job. After the initial install we decided to do all the rooms in our home. The salesman came out, took our order and told us he had to confirm the cost of the shutters removal. He left and we never heard from him again. Flaky Company.

I was informed of all phases of the installation, price and billing. The installer arrived on time and removed the shutters and completed the job in 25 min. BAD COMPANY!! We ordered some motorized inside mount blinds and when they came and were installed the wands did not lay flat on the wall and they did not hand evenly. The installer said he couldn’t adjust them. I would have to submit a request for repair. I did. They sent the same guy who again said they could not be adjusted. So, I called again and requested adjustment or return and they sent the same guy who again said they could not be adjusted.
So I called again and requested they come and take them down. Their response was: (NONE OF THEIR INSIDE MOUNT BLINDS CAN BE ADJUSTED) and they would not issue a refund.. This should have been stated at the very beginning. THEY WOULD NOT TAKE THEM BACK. They would replace with a different product of same value and that was the only solution. The cancellation policy states cancel only 3 days from order placement NO MATTER WHAT PRODUCT YOU GET IT CANNOT BE RETURNED NO MATTER WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT. Horrible policy and not customer oriented at all. I will never order anything from them again and WARN YOU NOT TO EITHER.

I can not recommend this company. I have not been treated like a valued customer. And the worst part is they do not seem to care. They do not honor appointments that they have scheduled. They changed my scheduled install appointment but forgot to notify me. I waited around all morning and when the 4 hour window expired, I called them only to find out that they changed my appointment and forgot to notify or consult me. The initial design appointment was also not honored as agreed upon and was rescheduled by the consultant. That should have been a warning flag in the beginning, but I went ahead and made a purchase anyway much to my regret. Then I waited over a month for the blinds to arrive and consequently did not like the fit in my bedroom.
The room darkening blinds do not cover the whole window. There is a big gap at the top and the bottom when the blinds are fully extended. My question is, why pay for room darkening blinds when it lets light in anyway? When I called them to find out how the situation could be remedied, I was left on hold for an extended length of time and was finally told I would have to continue holding or call back when I had more time to waste.

3 Day Blinds would come to me instead of me going into a shop, and they would bring the samples. Everything went very well. They worked with my time. And I was very pleased with the service. I was surprised because they sent the blinds, but the blinds were delivered to me, which I don't know whether I just missed that piece of information. But the blinds came. There were directions to check the box and to give them a call that the blinds had arrived. And we made the appointment for the installer to follow to come out.
It took a little longer to make an appointment for installation. They're called 3 Day Blinds, so we thought that in a week to 10 days. However, they started making the blinds immediately. I found that out because they came on a Friday and we did everything. And on Saturday morning, my daughter woke up and said, "I think I wanna change the color." I called 3 Day Blinds to see if I could change the color. They told me that the order had already started being processed. Made me think that it was already in production. So, I said, "Okay. So, they are gonna be ready in three days. I might not have them, but it sounded like they were gonna be ready."
But when I told her, "No. It's too late." And she said, "Okay. Well, we'll just wait and see what happens. Call back if you are not satisfied." But she decided she liked them, the color that she picked. So, I said, "Are you sure? We can have them come back." She said, "No, no. I like these." She didn't think she would like the color. But once they were up and in the daylight and you open the blinds and see with sunlight streaming, she liked them. Everybody has blinds in their rooms. We are all very happy.

We had used 3 Day Blinds 20 years ago, and it was a good job. We went back with them and the rep gave us a lot of information and a lot of choices. We got the power roller and I like it a lot. The installation was great. The installer came in when he was expected to and got it done in a timely fashion. The price was a lot more than I was anticipating though.

I got plantation shutters on one window and a set of roller shades on another window. The installer for the plantation shutters was very good. The other guy had to come back a couple of times because something was missing in the order and he had to redo it. Other than that, everything's good.

I don't understand how this company has high ratings. My parents ordered a few blinds. The motorized one was broken. It needed replaced. Another blind was not cut correctly and too tight. It couldn't be moved up or down. We called and they sent someone out to re-measure. At this point the blind is stuck 1/2 open in strong August sun. It too is broken. Also, you can see directly into their home at night. Two weeks after the re-measure they called to tell them they discontinued that material and she has to pick a different one that won't match the others she had installed. Also, not only are they not giving a discount for their incompetence, they told her if she picks a cheaper one they won't refund her the difference. They are send someone out to AGAIN to re-measure This has been going on for months and the company employees don't seem to care. This is awful customer service. Save yourself the aggravation and take your business elsewhere.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Stephanie **, sales consultant, was very knowledgeable, however, when it came to pricing, the total looked good, but individually things did not match. We ordered 1 Roller Shade and 3 Shutters. The Shutters took almost 90 days and when we repeatedly asked for updates, we got no response. Finally, once I told them to cancel the Shutters, they magically appeared that day.
They did Cancel the Shutters, however, they said the single Roller Shade was $1200. Never were we told a single Shade was $1200! These are easily available for under $400. I asked for signed quotes by me and they sent quotes with my name typed in, not signed. This is complete Fraud! Run, don't walk away from 3 Day Blinds!

My journey with 3 Day Blinds has been frustrating and prolonged, now stretching over 4 months with no end in sight. Initially attracted by their extensive design options, despite higher quotes compared to competitors, our experience quickly soured after payment was made. Customer Service: The customer service has been a recurring nightmare. Initially, representatives presented themselves as accommodating and eager to help, likely due to their commission-based system. However, once payment was processed, the attitude shifted dramatically. We have been shuffled between multiple consultants, with each interaction proving less helpful than the last. This lack of consistency and accountability has made it nearly impossible to get any straight answers or timely updates.
Product Availability: One of the primary reasons we chose 3 Day Blinds was their wide range of design options. However, this advantage turned out to be misleading. Many of the designs we selected for our new home were either out of stock or placed on an extensive backorder of up to eight months. This has significantly disrupted our renovation timeline and left us in a difficult position. Installation Process: The installation process has sub par standards, so far. Already installed few of the windows started sign of degraded quality. The lack of a physical location for the company only exacerbates the situation, as we have no direct recourse or place to address our grievances in person.
Overall: I strongly advise potential customers to consider other vendors. The initial appeal of more design options is vastly overshadowed by the poor customer service, unreliable product availability, and overall lack of professionalism. We are left feeling cheated and helpless, as there seems to be no straightforward way to resolve our issues or recover our funds. Final Thoughts: Please stay away from 3 Day Blinds if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. Our experience has been nothing short of a disaster, and we regret our decision to engage with them for our window treatments.

I had blinds done with 3 Day Blinds, and I was very happy with it. I called again because I wanted to surprise my daughter and do her sunroom. They came out again and it turned out perfectly. The installation was done very nicely. My daughter loves it, and I couldn't be happier. I did two other companies and 3 Day Blinds was the best price and the best product.
The first time, we had a guy come out who showed us different things. The second time, I was above and beyond thrilled. We wanted a sunscreen blind for the sunroom and they were able to come up with a perfect match to my daughter's sunroom furniture. Linda came out and immediately picked the right swatch. They couldn't have been more respectful to the home. They cared about how they walked in and made sure that their feet were clean. They carried in the product, put it up perfectly, and made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. I also received cornices that were not needed which they told me they wouldn't take back.

3 Day Blinds has a very good reputation. I went online and looked at the reviews of customers in my area, and they were very pleased. My representative was outstanding. The billing is going very smoothly. So, I haven't had to work with customer service, but I'm sure they're fantastic. The price is a little bit high, but you also get what you pay for.

We're happy with 3 Day Blinds. We found the same quality of products that they carried at a better price point. We got fancy-dancy shades that close. They were supposed to be room darkening. And they are darkening, but 3 Day Blinds told us they bring some light in. I expected them to be a little darker. But I didn't complain about it. They were comparable to the Silhouettes. And they did share with me prior to ordering that light would penetrate through them because they couldn't get a tight seal. And I expected them to be a little darker. I knew that they wouldn't be blackout. But they serve the purpose. They get rid of the sun, because I have direct sun.
The chargers were defective. 3 Day Blinds ordered new ones. One of the batteries in the big door wall blind is defective because it wouldn't charge. And I've tried different cords. So, it's either the charger or the battery. But I have one of the cords that would charge. I have two cords. One would light up, and one wouldn't. So, I'm assuming I would get at least one bad charger cord, but the other blinds would charge and the big blind would not. I have a service ticket in. And I'm waiting. They said somebody would contact me within five days.

3 Day Blinds was a friend's recommendation, and the consultation went well. They showed me everything that was offered. The installers were very compassionate.
