I came across 3 Day Blinds online, and I liked their presentation and product. So, I got 13 windows from them. The installation was very quick and smooth, and the installer was great. It took him about two hours to finish everything. I was very pleased with the final outcome. The product quality is fine, they’re working well and look good. I had no problems.

The blinds that I had are now 13 years old and out of date. 3 Day Blinds had really good ratings on what I looked at. They also went to all these different places as well, so they were available to come to me and put the blinds in. The designer who was in our particular area was no longer there, but the one who came from Raleigh was very knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for anybody better to explain the product and the company. The installer was super as well. He was in and out and knew exactly what he was doing.
I did a kitchen door and three bigger windows in the living area. I went with a wire color. Before, my blinds had the cloth strings that I could open. The quality of this one is a whole lot better. Number one, they don't have the strings. The designer told me no one sells them anymore due to the fact that a child or animal could get tangled up in them. Number two, the part that the other cord that you bring the blind up and down, you've got to get it just right or it won't bring it up. You've got to mess with it. I'm replacing these blinds. It's really hard to get that just right, and part of the time, they just go sideways. You navigate it as well by twisting the wand.
I have looked at blinds at different places and I don’t know if the quality and the operation of the blinds would be better. The only drawback with 3 Day Blinds is the price. They’re expensive. In the places that I have looked at for blinds, they look the same, but not as expensive. Also, instead of the button at the bottom of the blind to bring it up, I wish I chose the ones where you just put your hand under and just raise it up. The button is not necessary for me and I think it costs a little more.

My husband's office used a company and I called the number he gave me, and set up the appointment. A lady from 3 Day Blinds came out and measured. She was wonderful and very informative. And then she ordered them. And they came in earlier than expected.
And then the young man who came and put them up for me was awesome, courteous and polite. He put up the new ones and took the old ones away in less than an hour. It was good service all the way around.
We have the 2-inch cordless blind. Each of our spare bedrooms has one odd-shaped window. And when we got new windows, the inside mount was a little trickier. My husband didn't really want to do that so, that's another reason why we called a company to do it, so that they could measure properly and install them properly.
Price was fair–totally reasonable, because if I had to order them myself, I don't think they were that much more expensive. It was worth it to have someone come out and install them and take the old ones away. And my husband didn't have to worry about it.
We love the blinds. I don't know why anyone would’t go with 3 Day Blinds.

3 Day Blinds was a referral from my daughter. The consult visit was excellent. There was a problem, though. Somehow, 3 Day Blinds couldn't do it in one shot because something went wrong with the woman who came out. She didn't tell the installers what they needed, so they didn't have the right equipment to take down my previous draperies. We had to have a second visit. I got Roman shades with an automatic mover. The quality is good. I like the remote control and the design I picked. It blocks out the sun in the morning.

I used 3 Day Blinds a couple of years ago at another house, so I decided to go with them again. I dealt with the same sales consultant, so it was good, and the installer was very nice, professional, and informative so I had no problems with him. I like the motorized window treatments because it makes it easier to raise and lower them. I sent an email because the motorized piece that's over my sliders is all wrinkled, but I haven’t heard back from them.

We purchased blinds in late 2019. We have never been able to have our blinds serviced. During the pandemic we have to drive 60 miles to drop off a blind. Last year we called again for service - we were charged, because we had to pay someone they selected to service our home. They informed us weeks later, they had no one to service our home. Now the parts are no longer available so our option is have new blinds. By the way, if you replace your window - which is done with your blinds still on, because they are attached to house - they void your contract with them. Please be cautious when dealing with their fine print.

3 Day Blinds is really good. Their presentation was a wonderful experience. The individual who came was very knowledgeable and we had a very nice time. She did all of the measuring and it was great.
The install was fantastic and it went seamlessly. But we discovered that one of the mechanisms needed to switch to the other side of the window. We didn't know that because the sample we were looking at was broken and we didn't know what it was gonna look like visually. So, the representative who first came, came again, checked it out, and we made arrangements for one of the blinds to be redone. But I've been waiting to hear from Reemark Installations.
I made a choice for some Roman blinds, where the fabric might not have been the best choice. I chose what I liked aesthetically as well as the liner on the shade. I would recommend 3 Day Blinds, but be very cognizant about the choices you're making. Other than that, it was definitely worth it.

I used 3 Day Blinds to replace my shutters after my house was flooded and we love it. But we had an issue with one of the blinds and they're going to send 3 Day Blinds out again. When the sun hits the blind long enough, there might be some expansion and it doesn't stay shut. We tightened the parts that 3 Day Blinds told us to, but if the sun is on it, it's still not working right. But we're real happy that they responded right away.

I had used 3 Day Blinds in previous years and I like their work. They are professional people that come out and show you their products. This time, I had to have a custom faux blind made to go in a window that was high and an irregular shape. When the designer came out and measured and everything, it was good.
I’ve had troubles with the company they order it from, because the blinds come back not cut the way they ask, but it wasn’t 3 Day Blinds’ fault. The last installation was perfect. Because the blind still didn’t fit exactly in the window, the installer was allowed to cut it to make it fit, and it did.

My ordering was perfect. Delivery was much faster than in my last home. The man who installed the shutters was very professional. The man who assisted him was strange. He wanted to discuss where to lean each shutter frame. He wanted to talk to me too much & made me feel uncomfortable. When he needed to wet his caulk towels, he moved my dishes that were in my sink.

We’ve used 3 Day Blinds in our previous homes before. Just quality, and fast. This last experience, we went through a couple of troubles, but overall, we finalized it and it got complete.
They kept sending the wrong order sizes. Before, we used the blinds, which are the roller shades. The coverings came in different sizes, so they didn’t match. One time, roller shade came in a different color, so they had to reschedule again. Then one of the sections, they didn't know that the size won’t even fit. They drilled holes by putting the roller shades up, but the covering that's supposed to go over was not long enough. They said we had to custom-order it, we paid for the custom order, but months went by and it still didn’t work. And then we had to end up having to take those down and patch up our walls. But overall, the rest of the house they did came off fine.
I don't think anyone knew that custom order part wouldn't work. Then even had a team management that eventually it went to. Even the team handling it eventually discovered that custom orders only work with wood, not the roller shade material. And the size of the length, there were three doors together as one, and the covering wasn't matched with the keystones that would go in the middle to hide the seams.
It wasn't lining up. It prolonged the process that eventually came to a resolution that it wasn’t going to work, so we just had roller shades hanging there. They removed it and refund the money. But they didn't compensate for the time of me having to get it patched up and get the work done.
I didn't have issues with the installers, they were great. It was with the manufacturing and the ordering part. They kept sending the wrong color or size of the roller shade coverings. So it's having to make the installer come back into the house. At the time, we had a newborn. So it was kind of frustrating for us to constantly make appointments and clean up the dust everywhere. Other than this, previous installations went smoothly without any issues.

I picked 3 Day Blinds because they were local. The presentation only took about 30 minutes, and it was very professional and on time. They were on time for the installation too. The guy was very nice, he took off his shoes, and he was very quick.
I really liked the way the blinds looked. It was a big improvement over what we had before. I just thought it was an excellent service and an excellent product.

I used 3 Day Blinds for some other projects for my other house, and this time I purchased shades and one curtain for the bathroom. It took longer than expected because they ran out of fabric and had to wait a long time to get new fabric, but it didn’t matter for us too much.
The installation was fine and everything looks good. Everything seems to be working, so it’s fine. It got done, so we’re done with it. The cost is always crazy on blinds, though. I think it’s expensive. You guys all seem to get the same stuff from the same source.

I purchased wood blinds on a patio slider door with two panels, and I chose the remote-controlled open-and-close option. I really love the quality. The installation was within the three days, but I didn't get them installed in three days. That was partly me because I had to adjust my schedule.
I had a good experience. It was a bit pricier than I expected. Mostly because I added that motorized feature.I chose the kind that the slots open and close with the remote. but to lift the blinds completely, you still have to do it manually. I haven’t figured that part out yet. I have to work on that one.

The 3 Day Blinds experience could not have gone smoother in any part. We had dealt with the salesperson before in a different home and we got her again. She was wonderful. The person that came to do the exact measurements was very precise. We had two different installers, one for the shades and one for the plantation shutters. They were bith very good. The quality of the products were very good. I couldn't be more pleased. I got some food on the shades and they told me what to use to get it off and it came right off. I have recommended them to friends.

The 3 Day Blinds rep who did the presentation was very confusing and the blinds were too expensive, but my husband said, ''Go ahead and do it.'' And now that I know what it costs in South Carolina, it was way too expensive compared to what I got from another company for the exact same thing. Other than that, the quality is very nice and I’m happy with them.

I heard about 3 Day Blinds through an advertisement. I bought a Roman shade from them. The installation was very quick, but it took eight weeks for my order to arrive.
The installers were very professional, courteous, and interactive. They managed to set the whole thing up in probably less than 10 minutes, cleaned up, and they were gone.
I’m very happy with my shade. It looks good in the room. I like the fact that you can push it up and down without a drawstring. It’s very smooth and fits in perfectly.

I purchased blinds from 3 Days Blinds because they had a sale going on. The designer was excellent and very good. She knew exactly what I wanted, and wasn’t pushy. She helped me pick out the best and least expensive option. The installation was excellent. They put in four blinds. It could have been done sooner, but I had to push it a bit because I wasn’t ready yet for the installation. It took five weeks for it to be completed.
The quality of the blinds is good. They haven’t been in use long enough yet, but so far I haven’t had any issues with them. The installer knew that I had an issue with the wand, and I told him I don’t know if I’ll be able to twist it because of my arthritis. He said I shouldn’t worry about it, if it doesn’t work, he’ll come back and change it. But it’s working, and the more I use it, the better it gets.
I would tell a neighbor or a friend that 3 Day Blinds is awesome and very good. The price was excellent, and they were very efficient in helping me choose the best blind.

I went on the internet and googled 3 Day Blinds, and then called. The home visit was excellent. The representative that came out was very professional, knew what he was doing, and did exactly what we wished. We went with the motorized solar shade. We've used them twice, but this time, it was only one window. It's an excellent product.

We remodeled our home and had gotten these blinds for our living room. We got the automated blinds and love them. We decided we wanted some automated shades in our guest room and office and just recently got them installed. We love them as well. They are easy to program and look great.

I am always leery about sales people coming into our home because 99% of the time they are just trying to make an immediate sale and you have to say yes or no right then to get the "deal" being offered. I can tell you 3 Day Blinds IS NOT one of these companies. The salesperson was knowledgeable, gave honest evaluations of pros and cons of different types and styles of blinds. It was our decision to make whether it was that day or sometime down the line. Installation was flawless and the technician who did the installation was able to explain processes and how to use the equipment. He sought out our opinion when it came to placement of chargers and sensors, vs just where he thought they should be. We couldn't be happier with the entire process and would recommend them to anyone who want a quality product, quality installation, and most of all an honest and straight-forward company.

From the first day, the sales representative came out to my home, to show me their blinds, to the installation process, 3Day Blinds, really lives up to their name. They listened to what I wanted and completed their work within a reasonable time. Not just within the scope of time that they gave me, but ahead of time. Horrible experience and horrible company! They measured our windows incorrectly, provided a shade that didn't fit, promised and partial refund given replacement of certain parts, but the parts are obsolete. Two years of my life and thousands of dollars later, they offer no solution. DO NOT PURCHASE BLINDS FROM THIS COMPANY.

My consultation was great, the experienced representative made helpful suggestions but never disregarded my input on what I thought important. The final selection turned out better than I envisioned and daily looking at my shades makes me exceptionally happy. The only problem was there was a back order which led to a short delay. I highly recommend 3 Day Blinds which offers the best product within the price one wishes to spend on window treatments.

I purchased roller shades and wood blinds through this company. The consultation appointment was satisfactory, although the major point of contention was the installation timeframe. Contrary to their name, 3 Day Blinds felt more like 30 Day Blinds, as the process took a little over a month, which was frustrating. They say that everything is made and put together here in the United States, but why aren't they quicker to putting them in?
Despite the delay, the installation went smoothly. The installer was professional, worked efficiently, and handled everything courteously. The quality of the blinds is impressive; they look fantastic and have received numerous compliments.
However, I did encounter an issue with the roller shades. The cords, which are used to roll the shades up, have broken twice so far, and the company said that's just how they're done. It’s inconvenient to continuously call for cord replacements. In contrast, the blinds with chains in my living room have been much sturdier. I believe they should use chains for all shades to prevent frequent breakages.
Overall, my experience was mostly positive and I would indeed recommend 3 Day Blinds to others. I loved the whole process except for waiting for my blinds and the durability of the corded ones.

We previously purchased our shades from 3 Day Blinds, so we went back to them to replace those. The shades have good quality. Their consultant was very helpful in choosing colors and materials that would coordinate with the room. It went very well. There was a lot of good communication. The installation was very quick, organized, and efficient. Since we previously had 3 Day Blinds, the brackets coming down and the brackets going in may well be that the holes are lined, and therefore, it was easier to put them in. Having bought a different brand of blinds for a different room since then, these cost more, but I'm also having all the ones in the other room replaced because they've broken. So they are a little pricey, but it is a pretty quick and efficient process.

I went with 3 Day Blinds because I found their blinds appealing compared to others. Although they were slightly more expensive, they offered a feature I liked—a button that makes them easier to operate. The consultation visit was great; the rep was friendly and explained everything clearly. I opted for regular blinds, and I'm pleased with their quality so far. They seem sturdy, and I haven’t encountered any issues. Even though they are a bit more costly than what I was originally looking at, after considering the value, ease of use and service, I am satisfied. I would recommend 3 Day Blinds.

I purchased 3 Day Blinds and was quite pleased with the results. I had automatic blinds installed on my sliding glass door. The consultation was great, and the rep who visited my home knew the product well.
The installation process was quick and professional. The installer was very helpful, showing me how to charge the blinds, which apparently need it once a year. He was friendly and efficient, and I couldn't believe how smoothly everything went.
As for the blinds themselves, they're pretty cool. However, I found it a bit odd that the top piece came in two parts instead of just one solid piece. That aside, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality given all the advertising around 3 Day Blinds and was relieved to see the ads weren't just empty promises.
Ultimately, the staff was super nice and I got good value for my money. I'd recommend them.

I have been familiar with 3 Day Blinds since the 1980s when they had a storefront near my house. With their transition to an online platform, I continued to use them due to my positive experiences with their services over the years. During a recent consultation, I worked with a professional who truly understood my needs without any sales pressure. The consultation was straightforward, and I received precise measurements for my blinds.
I purchased remote-controlled roll-up blinds for my sliders, alongside window coverings for those that don't require remote operation. I'm thrilled with the quality and appearance of the products—they surpass my expectations. From the installers to the scheduling team and consultants, everyone was professional, focusing solely on ensuring customer satisfaction. I'm not a fan of high-pressure sales tactics, so I appreciated how they respected my preferences.

Going with 3 Day Blinds turned out to be an excellent decision. The quality of their window treatments is unmatched, and what impressed me most was their commitment to customer service. The consultant and installers were informative, measuring twice to ensure precision, making sure we felt at ease as they handled everything.
We've installed their treatments on a variety of windows, including motorized setups, and it's been a smooth experience. The quality is top-notch, the material selection vast, and the guidance in matching colors to our existing decor was invaluable. On the rare occasion we've encountered issues, they responded swiftly, resolving everything within a week.
We've had them back three separate times and we're gonna have them come back again because we want our skylights motorized. We have even recommended them to friends. For instance, my wife's friend recently had her house done by them and is thrilled with the results. In all honesty, they've proven themselves to be the best, and I can't say enough good things about my experience.

I was drawn to the variety of options 3 Day Blinds provided, especially since they were local to our area. We decided to go with roller shades, which we found during a helpful and thorough consultation appointment. Their team presented so many options we didn't even know existed, making it easy to pick what was perfect for our home.
The installation process was surprisingly quick and efficient. It exceeded our expectations, and the entire experience flowed smoothly. As for the quality, it's top-notch. Although we're still waiting on some curtains, my interaction with Martin, who helped with the installation, was just brilliant.

We had just moved into our home. By luck of the draw, when you start searching for home things, especially when you have a new home, you have to get window covers, I ended up getting the ad from 3 Day Blinds. I said, “Let me look into it,” because I want a reliable company that has good sources and reviews, especially if I will pay so much money for something that I want privacy for my home. Once I did my research, I made an appointment with someone. My husband works nights, so I prioritized blackout options for optimal privacy, especially in our master bedroom. I appreciated the wide range of samples and the careful guidance provided to make the right decision.
For our home’s other windows, I opted for wood-type blinds to achieve a cozy atmosphere. With many windows, it was essential to obtain quality products. I also needed something user-friendly for my mother, who recently moved in with us and has some mobility challenges. The blinds' quality really impressed me. Despite expecting lengthy delays due to backorders, the company surprised us by installing the blinds much sooner than anticipated, which was a delightful addition to an already positive experience. Overall, I believe the cost was justified by the fantastic quality, and I would confidently recommend 3 Day Blinds for a similar great experience.

Their installation and service is done by a third party that does not pick up their phone or return any messages left to them. First, I will say that the design consultant who came to my home was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and was very happy with her. Promptness was very good for all appointments. However, the problem remains with the blind itself. I am 73 years old and have mini Blinds my entire adult life. My living situation is that I need to have the blinds closed facing upwards. These blinds do not do that. They only close one way. I have never heard of this. All Blinds I’ve ever had closed both ways…up and down. I was never told this when I placed my order. There is so much light coming through these blinds.
In my bedroom during the night when I wake up, my patio lights are shining right through. Michael came to inspect them and said there was nothing wrong with them. Also, while checking it out, Michael, broke the mechanism on the patio door blind…but never reported this in his report. Just got a call from Gabriel on that report and was told nothing could be done regarding my situation. At this point, I have no other choice, but to bring them to small claims court.

I knew what I wanted to put up. I did research and found 3 Day Blinds on the internet. I decided on the plantation blinds. The consultation experience was quite satisfactory. A consultant came to my home to explain the diverse range of products, colors, and sizes. The process was smooth, ensuring that the blinds matched my specifications. The installation was impressive as well. The installer, whom I believe was named Brian, executed the job efficiently and professionally with great speed and friendliness. I had quite a few blinds installed, nine in total, and he managed it perfectly. When it comes to recommending 3 Day Blinds to friends or family, I definitely would.

My experience with 3 Day Blinds was absolutely wonderful and surpassed all my expectations. I saw a 3 Day Blinds Facebook ad. I decided to explore their website and thought it was worth trying them. I did the downstairs first, and the upstairs second, but both of the designers had a good eye for what I was looking for. They understood the color scheme I wanted to do, very subtle and easy to take care of. The downstairs was two windows and the slider. Later, I decided to have my upstairs done as well. There were bi-fold doors near my kitchen, around my washer and dryer, that were in poor condition, so I replaced them with a beautiful blue roller shade that complemented the wallpaper seamlessly. It's such a pretty sight now. In the bedrooms upstairs, I opted for Roman shades similar to the downstairs ones, and they look wonderful.
In terms of installation, there was an early morning delivery where I found boxes at my step with no prior notification, which could have been communicated better. The installers were very efficient, explaining how to operate and charge the shades. During the second installation, the installer managed to remove old blinds that I couldn't, even after enlisting the help of a DIY-savvy friend. Everything was installed in about an hour, and the installer tweaked things so I can easily charge the blinds. I'm really impressed with the quality and appearance of the shades. The texture on the vertical blinds for the sliding glass door adds a nice touch and meets my aesthetic preferences precisely. Overall, I've been extremely happy with the entire experience and would recommend 3 Day Blinds to others.

I've noticed 3 Day Blinds’ ads frequently over the last couple of years and I have always heard they have a good reputation, which drove my decision.
My interaction with the designer who visited was fantastic. I am quite decisive, and she was able to understand my vision perfectly, offering helpful suggestions. Our collaboration was seamless, and I truly enjoyed working with her.
For my home, I selected vertical blinds for two windows and a honeycomb blind for a high window above the front door. On installation day, the technician arrived punctually and was very professional. I had already prepared the space by moving furniture away from the windows, and the installation itself was smooth. I noticed a minor alignment issue with the valance over my living room window, but after contacting the company, two professionals promptly addressed and corrected it.
Although I was initially concerned about the timeline since my family was visiting soon, the 3 Day Blinds team delivered and everything turned out perfectly. I am genuinely impressed with the quality of my blinds, especially the convenience of the wand mechanism over traditional pull strings.

It was after receiving a recommendation from my daughter, who's a designer, that I decided to give 3 Day Blinds a try.
It was a delightful experience from start to finish. The lady who came out to measure was incredibly helpful, and the installation was nothing short of excellent.
I chose shutters for my front door side lights, and the installation process was swift and seamless. The installer was efficient, friendly, and familiar with my house, as he had been there before I owned it, which made everything even smoother.

My interaction with the 3 Day Blinds consultant was positive, marked by excellent communication. No complaints whatsoever.
For the blinds, I opted for a design that features two layers, allowing for privacy while still letting light in. I'm not exactly sure about the specific name, but the function and style fit perfectly with my needs. Installation went off without a hitch; the technician was highly skilled, finishing the job meticulously in about half an hour, and the two large shades were installed perfectly even next to each other.
All in all, I’d happily recommend 3 Day Blinds to anyone. The only odd thing was their brand name. Despite the "3 Day Blinds" moniker, the blinds didn't arrive in three days, which wasn't surprising since they were custom orders. It might be worth considering a name change to better reflect their service—though I suppose the quality speaks for itself!

I purchased the cordless honeycomb shades from 3 Day Blinds and had a positive encounter with their reps who brought a comprehensive sampler and explained new upgrades meticulously.

I attempted to purchase blinds at a local home improvement store but had a frustrating experience. Eight weeks later, I could not ever find anybody there that could help me in the blinds section. I was done with dealing with it and called 3 Day Blinds. They advertise widely on TV. So they've been something that I've heard about for a long time.
I ended up purchasing three sets of blinds for my sliding glass doors and could not have been more pleased with the installation process. Within an hour to an hour and a half, everything was expertly installed, cleaned up, and the serviceman was out the door. The quality of the blinds surpassed what people typically find in do-it-yourself stores, aligning perfectly with my goal of long-term investment. I like it. We're gonna be here for the duration and I don't wanna have to replace them again.

I appreciate that 3 Day Blinds provides quick and efficient service at a reasonable price. The experience with the designer was fantastic; she reviewed all my windows, offered suggestions, and helped pick out the perfect color. I decided on some blinds with a valance to adorn the top.
When it came to installation, there was a slight hiccup because the initial installer made an error with the measurements, putting the wrong blinds on a window. However, they corrected the mistake within a week or two. Although it was a bit disconcerting initially, everything was resolved smoothly.

The Sales process went great and we are delighted with the product. The issues stem from one of the shades that ultimately required replacement. Issue 1: Upon calling 3 Day to report the issue, we were provided a case number and told we would be contacted within a few days. After waiting 2 weeks with no phone call, we called to follow up. The representative confirmed that they had our case number in the system and that they would “start the process”. So it took me waiting two weeks and having to call just to start the process. Issue 2: After waiting another two weeks I was told to follow up with Simply Windows which I did. So another unnecessary wait period just to schedule my repair appointment. It then took about 3 weeks for the initial repair visit.
Issue 3: The initial repair visit went fine and we were told that a new replacement shade would be necessary. The representative from Simply Windows turned out to be the owner and he indicated that once the new shade comes in - that he would be the person to install it because he wanted to make some adjustments with the brackets placement on the other shades that were installed. Issue 4: This is where the things went sideways. The representative that showed up was not the owner. The rep seemed surprised that he would need a ladder to do the replacement. He brought in a metal ladder and dragged it across our hardwood floors to extend it. He then proceeded to place the top of the ladder directly onto the glass of the window!
I was shocked and had to tell him that he could not do that - the weight of his body and the ladder would surely break the window (he positioned the top of the ladder at the mid point of a 72 inch tall window). He kept pushing back saying there was no other way. I finally convinced him to extend the ladder so that it rested above the window allowing him to easily reach the shade. He finally agreed and of course that worked out fine. I am just flabbergasted that anyone would place the top of an extension ladder directly on the window glass on a two story window.

Worst experience I have ever had with such a large company. Measured for 6 windows. Installed only 5 and somehow that was my fault. While I was on phone with them about it they tried 3 times to charge my card after I said I wasn’t paying until work was complete (I had shut cc off). Installer went in house with no one home and salesman has had to come back, amend measure for third time. The way they talk to people who spend money there is horrible. Humberto ** works for them and doesn’t let you speak when you call to try and resolve problems. 1 star is too many!

The installation was good. The product seems to be good. Accessing the hub is a problem. I contact your office and was suppose to receive assistance.. that hasn't happened. Still waiting to be able to control the curtains via the Hub on my cell. I was told that someone from your office would set up follow-up appointment to correct the problem. Again, I have not been contacted by anyone to correct the problem.

Many years ago I was shopping for the motorized blinds for my family room but was told that the motorized device was too large to fit under my cornice over the window. Now, again I decided to call 3 Day Blinds for an estimate. When my salesman came over he said the motorized device is in the header of the blind which will fit perfectly under my cornice and I was elated. He gave me the estimate and just days later, the installer put the blind up in about 15 minutes and showed me how to operate it with the remote control. It is just amazing, so quiet and is so easy to glide up and down the window. I love it and now wish I had taken advantage of their 50% off the second window.

I when I replaced windows in my bedroom I needed new blinds. I love that the sales woman came to my house, measured the windows, and suggested things I didn’t know existed. When ordering the shutters, the salesman said the shutters would be installed by the end of June. There were 2 parts to the order -- shutters and a blind for the sliding glass doors. The next I heard was an email on May 29 saying my products would be installed by June 24. I went on the website June 30 and sent an inquiry -- no response. On July 2, I sent another inquiry -- no response. On July 5, I called. The shutters are being shipped and the installer will get them by July 10! That is lousy customer service.

We saw a rep within a day or two of putting in our quote request online. She cautioned us that it might take a couple of weeks to have the blinds ready for installation but, within another week, we were contacted by the installer. The two man team came out and, because the blinds are modular, all they had to do was take down the old blinds, change out the brackets, and hang the new blinds. Hooray!

Go elsewhere, horrible customer service. Order 4 blinds and it took over 6 months to figure it out and they look like they came from home depot or Lowe’s. Some came damaged, some were not hung right. Spend your money elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered wooden shutters for my office. It was delayed due to being on a ship waiting to be allowed into the USA from China. Understandable considering the tariff issues. However when they arrived around 3 weeks late the sizing was wrong. 3 Day Blinds said they took the correct measurement and it was Hunter Douglas that messed-up. They wanted to re-order it and they would have them made in the USA to eliminate delays. I asked for compensation. They said no. I re-ordered because they said it will only take 2 weeks since they were being made in the USA instead of my starting over with another company.
You cannot make this up-the blinds came in with the same wrong sizing. Again they said it was a Hunter Douglas issue again. My wife said let's try again (for the third time-no compensation for all the delays. Me I said I am not bothering with it you deal with them). After the 3rd time the blinds came in correct. We bought other motorized blinds from 3 Day Blinds before the shutters and have had to replace them. Definitely I would not recommend 3 Day Blinds.

We wanted to order the same product that we had ordered from Smith & Noble for our living room, which 3 Day Blinds had. We picked out different hardware and the rep assisted us with that. But the fabric we wanted was on back order. It was a very nice fabric and it was coming from India. We knew that from the start but it’s what we wanted so we just stuck with it.
It took three months to receive the curtains and it was delayed even further. We did receive emails and at one point, I checked in with them. Then we eventually received the curtains and the installation was a good experience. The installer, the design consultant and everything else was great. The installer was very quick and cleaned up after himself. There was a delay in getting the fabric but it was very high quality and we liked it a lot. We’re happy with it.

Seven years ago, I bought blinds recommended by someone I know. This time, I purchased roller shades for a sunroom from 3 Day Blinds. The designer who came to our home was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Installation was seamless. The gentleman came in, did what he needed to do, and was patient in showing me how to do it after they were installed. It was excellent.

I was ready to purchase at the time I saw the ad for 3 Day Blinds. I got their wood blinds. The design consultant was very good, very personable, and knew all the information that I needed. During installation, the guy was very good too. It was about four days after I had ordered that I got them installed. And he was very well-organized, very speedy, very personable. He took away every bit of trash that I had.

We used 3 Day Blinds about 15 years ago. And they had a local office, so we went in to look. And now, they no longer have a local office. You have to make an appointment and they come out.
A lady came and she was fairly knowledgeable. She had a case with her to show us the colors and explained to us that we couldn't have the ones like we used to have. Because they had the cords and they no longer make them with cords because of child protection. They have the ones that pull down that are magnetic. We got the color we liked. And then, they had the gentleman come out and he measured the windows to make sure they got them correctly. They got the right size and the right color when he came back to install.
It's a bluish gray. They look a little blue, but on the back side, they're gray to block out the sun. And they're very nice. They go up or down. So in the daytime, we can block them in the middle.
The gentleman came out and removed the old ones, and then he installed the new ones. It was very quick. Because he had already measured, they snapped right into the right place and it was very smooth.
I'm not 100% happy with the quality because it's not the same quality as the other ones. They reduced their quality because they're mass-producing them down in Los Angeles and that's a little disappointing. And they were expensive. We only had four windows done and it was over $3,000.
Look around before you make that decision.

I am delighted with the curtains. The drapes are just gorgeous, and I’m thrilled with them. The young man who came out from 3 Day Blinds was wonderful. He had a little trouble hanging the drapes because these didn’t fit the same way the old ones did, so he had a lot of work to do. But he was very patient and very understanding. I really enjoyed having him here.
The only thing I didn’t appreciate was having to wait so long to get them. The lady said it would take three weeks, but it wasn’t three weeks. I understand there was a problem with the fabric and they had to send it back.
Other than that, now that they’re here, I can’t say anything negative. I think they’re gorgeous. The customer service was also delightful. I had no problems with them whatsoever.

3 Day Blinds were offering buy one, get one half price. I got grey honeycomb blinds which are pretty good and does the job. The installation went quick and simple. They were a little pricey though. But overall, they’re a good company.

I received my motorized blinds on Aug, 2024. I was told one charge would work for 12 months even if I used these blinds several times a day. We open and close them once a week only. They need to be charged every 2 months without fail. I have called 3 Day blinds and when their repair company comes out they do nothing. Three visits so far. The last one the repair person said all the batteries were bad. He was going to order all new ones. One month later with my living room torn apart no call back. When I called 3 day blinds they claimed they would look into it but nothing. They offer a 5 year warranty which is not worth anything since they do not stand by it. Go elsewhere.

We got a quote for blinds for our small basement windows. Although pricey, we chose 3 Day Blinds. After the initial payment, no contact was made regarding installation until I reached out to our sales rep asking about the status of our our and to ask for the second 1/2 of the order to be placed on our debit card, not the original charge card. She did not respond. The original card was used (which has had fraudulent activity found and since closed). Surprisingly, warehouse reached out via text the same day I sent the email to the sales rep to set up an install since someone cancelled the next day- what a shocker!!
Our installer was great! He called to ask if he could come a few minutes early. He was in/out and cleaned up in a timely manner. Since the day of install I have called the 1-800 # every day to get the second 1/2 credited and the debit card run, as I asked my sales rep. Every day I am told someone from accounting will call me back later today or first thing tomorrow. No one calls me back!! Three days later I ask to speak to the escalation department. This woman tells me my request has been approved but we are waiting on accounting. We have been waiting on accounting for days & NO ONE calls me back. I love the look of my blinds. However, customer service and follow through is definitely a 1 star.

The representative, Aly, was very professional and helpful in choosing our Solar Screen Roller Shade for our kitchen door. The order was completed in a timely manner as was the installation. I had to contact Aly as our dog accidentally broke off one of the small parts at the bottom of the shade. She immediately contacted me to let me know that replacement parts were being shipped to me at no charge. What great customer service. I'm very happy with the shades. They go up and down easily. Let's hope that they continue to work. They're supposed to be forever. After you purchase, 3 Day Blinds will fix them. It's not true if you obviously manhandle them, but they should last. I'm glad I got them. The only thing that I would complain about is the constant barrage of surveys that they send. Enough already, okay? I love them. They're fantastic. I would suggest anybody to get them.

The presentation from 3 Day Blinds was a great experience for both my husband and myself. Eric was very knowledgeable of the products and helped us make the decision of what we actually went with. It was a very fair price. We did the plantation shutters for our bedrooms and we're still waiting for our Roman shades for the living room to come in because they're on backorder.
They did the install to where I don't have to worry about that. I was very impressed with the shutters and the installer. When they call to do my shades, I want to have the same installer come back out and install because he was also excellent. I would highly recommend 3 Day Blinds.

I was very happy with the 3 day Blinds I bought six years ago. I liked the style, and that's why I decided to go back to them. What I got now were very similar to the ones I got the first time. I got vertical blinds for two bedrooms.
I would recommend 3 Day Blinds. They have good customer service and good quality products. Price is a little high, but you get what you pay for. You expect to pay a little bit more for a good quality price.

Overall, this project was a huge success. First, the sales representative, Cindy **, knew exactly what I needed, and did a great job helping me through the fabric and light resistance options; she also did a professional and effective job handling the measurements. Second, the website was effective in setting up a good design process. Since I had worked with Cindy on a previous project, she had made me aware of the sample visualizations available on the website; I was able to preview color options to optimize our time for the design and measurement visit.
Lead time was excellent, the blinds were available earlier than I could schedule installation. Installation was delightful, not only was the installation rapid and professional, the installer was polite and effective in instructing me on how to use my new blinds. Finally, the product itself looked incredibly good, exceeded my expectations regarding how it would fit with my room's decor, and most important, significantly decreased the amount of light that entered the room at night. All in all, a near perfect project!

I bought blinds for two windows that look like shades, but they’re blinds. They’re automated, and I can control them with a remote. I can’t remember what they called them, but they don’t look like old fashioned shades. They’re modern, sleek, and amazing. I love them.
The installation was very smooth and easy. The gentleman showed up on time and finished both windows within 45 minutes. He was very clean, picked up after himself, and then he left. I was very happy with the installer.
I know they contract with someone and not in house, but I was very pleased with the contractor as well. In a little while, I’ll probably call them again to get the rest of the windows done. I’m thrilled with the blinds and with 3 Day Blinds’ service.

I called several people and told everyone I was only interested in replacing a couple of plantation blinds and those 2.5-inch slats. The guy from 3 Day Blinds was the only one that showed up with samples of different colors. When he made a calculation mistake, he called me and I said, "That's fine. Let's just roll in the two side windows on my front door and that'll pay the difference." I appreciated his honesty.
For installation, it was two different sets of people. One did the mini blinds and two guys did the plantation shutters, and they look great. I’m very impressed with the quality. The guys who did the mini blinds was awesome, while my son said the guys who did the plantation shutters were top-notch. They knew what they were doing and were very careful. All in all, I give 3 Day Blinds an A++. It was an excellent experience, with a competitive price and great customer service from beginning to end.

I'm not sure why this company is called "3 Day Blinds" as it takes more like a couple of months unless you want to pay a hefty extra fee but still takes longer than 3 days. Our blinds are great. We are very happy with them. We really liked our salesperson but as soon as we paid, it felt like she was done with us which was a little disappointing. When we had questions, we got a curt response passing us off to someone else.

I needed help to replace all the blind in my house. The previous blinds were worn and faded. Alex from 3 Day Blinds came over and showed me the styles and color blinds offered. I had a tight budget and Alex was able to get the job priced at a huge savings. The blinds were ready to install in two weeks and they look great and functioning perfect to meet my needs. Unfortunately, they were not good to me. I paid for some real and some faux blinds. They all look and feel the same. I asked them to prove that some of them are real or refund the difference. They would not come to the house to do so. They would not refund the amount they over charged me. If they came back and proved that they were right, that would have been fine.

I recently spent over $11,000 for 9 motorized soft Roman shades. Here is my experience.
2. Poor Value for Price: The shades do not match the quality promised at the point of sale and appear cheaply made despite the premium price charged.
3. Damage During Installation: The shades were installed improperly, which caused damage to my home.
4. Product Not as Described: The shades were purchased for privacy and light filtering. However, due to excessive gaps between the window and the shades, they fail to provide the intended functionality. Visibility into my home remains an issue.
I contacted 3 Day Blinds to resolve these concerns and spoke with a representative named Irene M. She was unprofessional, refused to authorize a refund, and did not follow up with promised instructions for submitting evidence of the product issues.

The representative who came out was very personable and knowledgeable. She quickly helped me figure out what I needed. Then she measured everything and took the order. I thought she was very professional and competent.
It took only a couple of days before they came and installed the blinds. The guy knew exactly what he was doing and put everything in quickly. I couldn’t believe it. He showed me how it worked and put a remote on the wall for me. I was very happy with the service all-around.
I got the automatic ones that go up and down when I push the remote button. I couldn’t do it any other way. We have a whole wall of windows that faces the lake, and we’re opening and shutting them all day to keep the sun off the furniture.
At night, when we watch TV, we close them so we don’t get the reflection. During the rest of the day, we like to have them wide open for the view. So, yeah, they’re up and down all day long.
I didn’t do a lot of shopping around, so I don’t really know how they compared. The cost wasn’t cheap, but it was fair. It was great all the way around. I would highly recommend 3 Day Blinds.

We purchased all of our house windows blinds from 3-Day Blinds few years ago. When one of them had a string that broke, we called them. One of their service man showed up, completely destroyed the blind, and told us he couldn’t fix it. We called customer service again and they told us that this was it, they couldn’t do anything else for us. They destroyed the entire blind!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS, they don’t stand behind their product (which is expensive in the first place and should warrant some good customer service)

I’ve used 3 Day Blinds before. They’re very good, as well as their designer. I was replacing a blind, and the installer did a good job. He was only here for about 10 or 15 minutes. So, he did an excellent job, as he explained everything.
I think the quality of this one is very good. But I was disappointed with the other one, the way it broke down. But I had it for a little while. I also had two in my bedroom, and the cords weren't very good, but they're holding up okay since I had them in 2016.

Prepare to be hounded daily. I finally relented and set up an in-house appt. Kept getting hounded again insisting on phone consultation first. So I relented again. The phone call was an automated one with me going through several prompts and finally being put on hold. I never spoke to a real person and was VERY annoyed at the whole operation so I texted them and cancelled the in-house appt then blocked their number. Glad I did. Then read the negative reviews and VERY glad I cancelled.

Both blinds have closing issues, Neither actually really meets in the center... Leaving an open space in the center. Your installer struggled with the same defect but his persistence did not reap a long lasting solution either!!!! There appears to be a loose bumper piece on each blind that could be responsible for the malfunction.

I am leasing a house and I wanted to have some darker shades in the bedroom. I called the owner of the home and she recommended 3 Day Blinds who had installed the original ones. They had an absolutely wonderful presentation. I was immediately sold on it. Everything was spotless from beginning to end. So many times, workers don't take off their shoes, they don't wash their hands, but the person who installed it was excellent. Everything was in perfect condition before he arrived and after he left. We definitely had problems. We're doing fine. And they kept saying they're coming, and then they didn't come. Then they said, “Oh, sorry. Now, you have to re-pick something else, re-select something.” And I said, “Oh, really?” It got all screwed up. And I was very surprised ‘cause I've never had a bad time. And so, I was on this lady. Then a miracle occurred. They said, “Oh, our supplier isn't making those anymore. You have to pick something else out.” Then the next thing I knew was, “Oh, now we've got the problem fixed, the problem solved.” I said, “Mm-hmm. Okay.” It took a really long time to get them, but they look great. I like them. I would definitely use 3 Day Blinds again, but I would just be careful to find out what the process is. The lady who came out was very nice, the little salesperson. She was pretty good on the follow-up. And then the installer was incredible. They were both here when they came out to measure and when they actually put them in. Those people are the best. And then the in-between people were horrible. I've referred them, given their name out to people, but I would definitely tell them, “Just stay on them.” The first time, I had no problems at all. But we installed them throughout the entire house. Then they came, and I got them to come back out. I really like them.

I purchased new blinds. When they were initially installed, I did not notice that one of the blinds had a blade that was warped. I contacted 3-Day Blinds about this issue. They responded quickly to my concern and had a new blind sent and installed in my home. Great response and service!

The company installed my last order with you prior to the balance being paid. I called customer service at least 3 times & was told an email would be forthcoming. I received 3 emails to which I responded. My email was never answered until I was able to call back with a corrected phone # was posted. Your customer service should be able to transfer a call to Accounting. Very disturbing how inept your company is.

Our whole house was done by 3 Day Blinds. We had an area that we were doing over and renovating, and the consultant came up with solutions for that particular area we were concerned about. He was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, showed us all the different colors, availability, and the finished product has met the standards of the previous ones. Of course, they were Next Day Blinds originally when we started working with them, but the last couple of times, we've had 3 Day Blinds. So, it's been a continuing success story.

I ordered electric shades from 3 Day Blinds. The consultation visit with their rep, Barbie, was great. The guy was the best installer I've ever had for anything. He was amazing. However, I'm not totally pleased with the product. The automatic system is just so-so, and isn't an easy clean system. If I had to purchase it again, I probably wouldn't do it. It's my fault for taking the product. But they need to work on their remote-control system.

3 Day Blinds did a really marvelous job with our work here. We bought both blinds and shutters. And they were very timely and efficient. We've used them in the past. So we're just returning customers.
We went with a different type of blind, like a honeycomb blind, and the quality seems good. They work well. They're new, so we haven't had any issues yet. Well, the price seems fair. They're nice quality. There are lots of color choices.

I picked 3 Day Blinds because I found a coupon in one of those little magazines that came in the mailbox. I went with a roller shade and vertical blinds.

I have always known about 3 Day, and I gave them a shot. During the consultation, Victoria did a great job. She came in with all the samples, knew what I needed, and took care of it. From manufacture to installation, it took about three weeks. The day of install was great, and the contractor came in and knocked it out quickly. The quality is great. Eventually, I will do all my blinds at my house with 3 Day Blinds.

We are truly happy with our new blinds. We have been excited to have our home lit up compared to the old blinds. Having them remote has been just what we needed to ease our daily life. We worked with Nadja is order blinds for a double bedroom window. Within three weeks timeframe our blinds arrived. The installer came in, and within15 minutes blinds were installed. The area was left looking just the same after the blinds went up. We have used 3 Day previously and were extremely pleased with their service.

Excellent service from appointment to installation. Have purchased 9 sets of shutters for my home. Call were perfect and installed as expected. I had a very knowledgeable salesman. There were a wide variety of quality blind samples for me to choose from. Motorized blinds and blackout blinds were an option. Competitive prices were provided. Fast install date was made available to me. The installation man was efficient and clean. He explained the motorized remote and made sure that I was comfortable using it.

Absolutely the Worst Experience – Avoid at All Costs. I wouldn’t wish our experience with 3 Day Blinds on my worst enemy. From start to (still not) finish, it has been an absolute nightmare. After we signed the sale—spending over $20,000—we never heard from our salesperson again. The quoted lead time was completely false; what was supposed to take weeks has stretched into over six months, and we are still not done.
The quality is atrocious—flimsy, poorly installed, and nowhere near what you’d expect at this price point. Multiple blinds are already falling apart or have broken within weeks of installation. One of the key pieces we ordered, an $8,000 automatic curtain rod, worked for exactly two cycles and has been broken ever since. That was six weeks ago, and it still hasn’t been fixed. To add insult to injury, they offered a laughable discount to try to keep me from writing this review—yet we’re still stuck dealing with them, chasing updates, and getting nowhere. The entire process has been filled with delays, broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability or customer care. This is hands-down the worst company we’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration—go anywhere else.

A $10,000 Lesson in Corporate Incompetence: 3 Day Blinds, Never Again. If you're considering spending real money on custom motorized shades with 3 Day Blinds, do yourself a favor—don’t. After investing over $10,000, we received not just faulty electric blinds but a masterclass in bureaucratic runaround and customer disservice.
Our shades made loud, grating mechanical noises, so we contacted customer service. That started our descent into a Kafkaesque email abyss, where the only consistent response came from one Angela Balles, whose title—“Customer Care Advocate”—should be listed under “satire.” After months of back-and-forth, conflicting messages, and vanishing promises (including a mysterious text from “Tom” saying replacements were on the way), nothing happened. Not one installer ever showed up. No shades were remade. And we're left with two expensive, useless, obnoxiously loud blinds. For a company that markets itself as premium, 3 Day Blinds delivers the kind of scatterbrained, low-rent customer care you’d expect from a fly-by-night pop-up tent. Their internal communication is so broken that employees contradict one another within hours. At best, it’s chaos. At worst, it’s contempt for the customer.

When I was looking, I stopped in different stores and it was very hard to decide. I needed somebody to come to the house and I wanted to see samples. I got that from 3 Day Blinds and the rep was really good. She talked us into it and she gave us all the information we needed. We paid big bucks, but we’re happy with what we got.
We got the solar ones and two blinds for the kitchen. We also got the honeycomb for the ceiling. The installation was very good. At first, I was a little bit not happy with the installer because he came late. But he was very nice. Installation is a lot for one person and we understood that. We were the last one but that was okay. Then I had a callback because something was a little bit crooked. They came back and fixed it.
I wish the price would have been lower though. It’s way overpriced. But other than that, I would recommend 3 Day Blinds. I’m happy with it and they did a good job.

We’ve used 3 Day Blinds for more than 20 years. They have first-rate quality products. I wouldn’t keep going back to them if it wasn’t good stuff they had. We’ve never had a problem with anything fading, falling apart, or not working.
The interior designer who came out this time offered ideas different than mine. We ended up going with his ideas because they were much better. He set up the installation and called for the person to come out. I didn’t have to do anything. We got the automatic blinds that go up and down that have a little remote and we got sunshade for light and heat. We have six or seven windows with those. They also did shutters for us. Now they're installing drapes or like little shades for us. They’ve always been professional. I would recommend them highly. I’ve actually recommended them, and the one or two people I’ve talked to have used them already.

I originally used Smith & Noble, now 3 Day Blinds, and it was great. I already knew what I wanted, so they just sent somebody to do measurements, ensure they were accurate, and showed me the different color selections. The names of the colors were not the same, but they were able to match the ones I already had.

Tell me about your designer that came out was okay. I only have two panels of drapery, and I don’t have a full drapery job. They hang nicely, and I wanted them in the bedroom. I have been in the furniture business over 40 years and we always sub the drapery and blinds and all that out. I’m semi-retired, but I know a lot of people, and we still have the store. But they said, “No” to my request. I waited months and months and months and months. I was not happy.
Then they called me back and they said that they were in California and they were being shipped on a two-day ship. I know about shipping, and I know about late deliveries. I know about the imports that come in, and you have to wait for fabric. There are 10,000 excuses, and they were giving me everything I have heard. I reached out, and I never heard from them again.
This is a temporary apartment, but most of my furniture is all in the storage because this is a very small apartment. I only took it temporarily. I sold my house. I only took it temporarily because it totally was gutted out and everything is brand spanking new, right down to the refrigerator and the bathroom.
So, I wanted to hang a panel on each side. They already have the wood blinds that you push up with your hands and they have the little twist on the thing, and they are nice. In sum, go to Blinds To Go. I know people there and I should have went there. I have a friend with Blinds To Go and they handle the drapery and the whole nine yards.

I chose 3 Day Blinds for their price. Someone came and did a presentation and it was very straightforward. I knew what I wanted and he had the product. When it came for installation, the young man had them up and running in no time. I chose the standard one that you can close or open easily. Installation took about an hour and a half. I would recommend them highly. I did give 3 Day Blinds a referral, and they sent me a gift card for the referral. However, it is so complicated to use that I'm not happy with this formula. I will delete it from my emails, and I’ll never ever get to use it. It does put a damper in the whole experience. I wish they would have a better way of giving a referral fee.

The 3 Day Blinds presentation was very pleasant and I got to choose what I wanted. We purchased roll-up blinds and some sheers. The installation time was reasonable because the curtains had to be handmade, so that took longer. But the installation time was very short and there was no mess. The quality looks very nice. I was a little skeptical as first with 3 Day Blinds since I saw them from an online ad, but I took a risk and schedule service with them. I had never ordered window treatments before and with there being so many options on there, I was extremely overwhelmed and really wanted professional help. 3 day blinds took all that stress away and gave me such a relief with the whole experience. My designer rep was delightful and immediately knew what would look best with our home, and we liked what they recommended. Once the selection was made, their team comes to get exact measures of your windows and then the next time after there is installation which took no more than one hour. The installer was very professional and helpful with explaining everything we needed to know (We picked motorized blinds) and I didn't have any follow up questions. Overall, 3 day blinds was great. I will be using them again for future window treatments in my home.

3 Day Blinds was very professional and they had a great salesman and installer. The salesman wasn't in a hurry. He acted as if he was genuinely concerned and answered my questions. He took his time with me and sold the product.
I purchased a gray, motorized shade from them and it was considerably cheaper than my other estimates. I have another window in my home that has motorized shades and I can see differences in both companies. But after they had been up for a couple of days, I started to see some puckers that should not be happening.
After I experienced that small problem, I contacted them and they got on it right away. They rectified it and they're sending me two new blinds. So I'm quite happy with the service after the sale. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors. They have a great product and they provide service after the sale.

The house we bought in ‘93 was built in ‘89. The whole house here where we live is completely done with 3 Day Blinds. It lasted 35 years, and we’ve had no problems with the strings. That is why we searched 3 Day Blinds because of the quality that was already here. Also, 3 Day Blinds had a superior motorized blind that we needed in our master bedroom.
The salesperson was extremely good. The only problem was it took about three weeks for the blind to be installed. She said it’s 3 Day Blinds, so it means three days to get it, so she was inaccurate. We’re wondering what happened, why it was taking so long, and if we did get scammed.
The salesperson never called us back, so that was disappointing. We found out later, when I got a hold of customer service, that it was being assembled in Mexico and coming up to the 15 Freeway. The representative was very good because when I called and asked why the salesperson would not call us back, he handled it and took care of it.
The installer came out with the wrong drape. He had to go back and get the correct one. When he came back the next day, it took him two hours to finish because the motorized drape had to go on the existing door that had a slightly different configuration. We did have an Andersen door, and he did what it took to make it fit and look good. In the end, it was a nice rape. We love it. It works to this day, and I can control it with my phone. It was awesome.
For the price, we were shocked and reluctant at the beginning. We paid $1,395 for that motorized drape, but seeing how well it works, it was good quality. We got a very nice thing, and that’s what we had to pay to get what we wanted. I wish it was lower, but it was a good investment.

The 3 Day Blind salesman was very good. I purchased the two-inch slat and he did a very nice job of demonstrating it and telling me what I was going to get. The installer was also great. He was in and out of the house in no time. It took an hour to get them installed. The experience was fantastic. I had everything cleared away and I watched them put it up. The structure was simple enough to move along. They were a little pricey. but since I was not installing it myself, that was the price I had to pay.

They're very good, sturdy, easy to clean, and I’ve had no problems with them at all. It’s pricey but it's a nice product and it’s well worth it. The installation person was the same each time and he was wonderful. He was very thorough, kind, conscientious, and did a great job. I'm almost amazed it was the same person, and this has been through several years, it wasn't just like all at once. He knew us, the dogs, the house, and he knew exactly what we had done in the past.

You will regret working with them. They were very quick to give us a quote, and we placed and fully paid for our order right away. We were told everything we selected was in stock and that delivery would happen in March. Since then, I’ve called five times, and no one can give me a real update. I would cancel if I could, but their contract protects them—not you. Even if they delay your order by months (or years), canceling means losing your money. A few days ago, they finally sent an email with an update, but after reading the more honest reviews on Yelp—where people mention waiting over 5 months—I’m not holding my breath. I wish I had seen those reviews earlier.

3 Day Blinds, all but two of the shutters were installed on 4/24. One window was mismeasured and the shutters for the other window did not show up. They are being reordered. The ones that were installed are fantastic. Great quality and I love the look. I'll give you a B+. It would have been a solid A+ without the previously mentioned issues.

The order was placed in January. I’m still waiting for my shutters to be delivered. There has been no communication or update unless I call. The delivery date keeps getting pushed by two weeks. It’s ridiculous at this point. I would really love to take the paper blinds off of my windows.

The measuring experience was easy peasy. There were a ton of good choices. The installer was super nice and both flexible and punctual. The blinds were for my teenage son's room. It's 11:30am now and despite the little league parade that just went by, he's still sawing logs; they block the light real good.

The blinds were easy to order with the rep. They look great and block the heat in the kitchen. These blinds were always something we wanted to do for the sunlight windows. The installation rep was very good, explained everything to us about the remote controls. We enjoy the blinds and wish we did them sooner.

I started out by ordering the white shutters for 3 different windows/rooms. They make the inside & outside view of my home look totally different. Within a few weeks I called 3 Day Blinds to have 5 more shutters installed. Now my house is complete. Nick was my installer and he was excellent. He did an awesome job. I give him a 10.

We had them install some shutters a few years ago and love them. We got a cat this year, and he loves to claw up the honeycomb blinds we put in when we bought the house. They're old and now ragged, so we got more shutters. Couldn't be more happy.

I am very happy with the service and quality of the Blinds and Shades I ordered. I bought Blinds about 4 years ago for 3 rooms in my home. They were excellent and the installer was friendly and professional! This past 6 months I ordered Shades for my living room, dining room and bedroom! The shades for the living room and dining room were perfect. The installer was professional and very helpful explaining how to use the remote and how to charge the batteries. My bedroom Shade had a problem and they sent it back and ordered me a new one. It came in a very timely matter and is perfect. Once again the installer was professional and friendly. Working with my sales person Liz ** was a fun and easy experience. Liz arrived fully prepared to make the selection of the Solar Shades for my office so easy. I thought going through all the choices and colors would be a tedious and time consuming experience. Liz's expertise shined as she made the perfect suggestions that worked for our office. We had three different sets of blinds - motor driven for a triple window, smaller manual blinds for glass doors and then shutters for bathroom. Our designer was very helpful and the installers were very professional and polite. The installers were very competent and efficient. They always call prior to arriving, they get the job done without interruption and looking very good.

All went well until March 31, when the cord broke on the dining room blind. It left a 1/4 open blind that left an open view of my dining and living rooms. I contacted the factory, but as of April 3, there had been no response. This is not acceptable! The consultants and installer were great. I have nothing else to say until my blind is repaired and back in service.

I recently had my blinds replaced with remote blinds. The representative was extremely knowledgeable and installer was quick, clean and friendly. Everything was explained. I love them so much, 3 weeks later I called them back to do another room. Then another smaller room. Before I know it they will have done every room in the house. I got the light filtering shades to cut the sun in the afternoon.

I really liked the experience 3 Day Blinds overall. The intake appointment was efficient and the consultant knew how to help me pick the best blinds for my home. The installation was quick and went without a hitch. Would recommend and will use again for he final room in my home that does not yet have blinds.

We had really wonderful electric blinds, but we had them for probably eight years or so. And our biggest blind had two different pieces. And when we bought those blinds, my husband was working. But then, when he retired, he’d be watching TV in the afternoon. And there was just a slit between the two blinds that was enough for the sun to shine through, which was irritating to him. So, we were just gonna get one blind to replace that, but we ended up just replacing all of them to have them all look the same.
And then I saw 3 Day Blinds on Facebook, and they had the same blind that we had, the material. So, just after seeing it on Facebook, seeing somebody in person who had the materials, that’s what really made me wanna buy them.
So, they're battery-operated blinds, which we’re a little bit nervous about because all our blinds were electric except for one which was battery-operated. But so far, we’ve just been really happy. They’re actually quieter than what we had before. And we haven’t had to recharge them yet. But that was the reason we changed. I guess it’s based on the number of ups and downs and how many times you have to charge it.
And it seems like the quality is very good. So far, we haven’t had any problems with it. And when I think of quality, I really think of the motor aspect of it. And I’ll probably know more in a year about how everything is going after we recharge it and how long it takes to recharge it. But right now, I think the quality is excellent.
So, we were just pleased with them and the people that we worked with. The installers were wonderful, too. Them and the person who sold us the blinds were knowledgeable. And so, it was a pretty seamless process.

I chose 3 Day Blinds because the sales representative who came out was just amazing, just walked in and already knew what I needed. I wanted something that was gonna be a blackout for my bedrooms where no light can enter. Then for my front windows, like my kitchen and my living room. I wanted something that wasn't going to take away from the stained glass that I have, but still was gonna be allow privacy at the same time, allow sunlight to come in. Something that was gonna be easy to clean, because I have kids, that's pretty much it, just something manageable. The install was great. He came in, did what he had to do, and was in and out. Then showed me how to use everything, how to take care of it. He was awesome. The blinds are amazing. We've had them installed for probably two months, and they're great. He even reminded me, because I have accordion blinds in the room, make sure to lift them for an hour throughout the week just so that they can keep that same texture on them, but they're great, easy, and very easy to clean. They're good. If you want something with great quality at a great price, with a fast install, because I will say that I did this after the holidays, everything came out great. And the follow-up through that, I would strongly recommend. Even the sales rep gave me her personal number. I was able to text her back and forth. She kept me updated on my order, so it was great. Even though she provided me with the website, she still let me know when everything was gonna get done.

Tony from 3 Day Blinds came to me after a lady down the hallway got a blind from him. Her back blind, which is really quite large, was done by Tony. She told me I had to call him, so I did. He just fits in wherever he goes. He was the middle of the ground. He wasn’t the highest and definitely wasn’t the lowest, but I was the most comfortable and happiest with him.
Bruce came over to install the blinds and he was just as personable as Tony. He even told me he likes M&Ms. There was a problem because we’re in a complete concrete building, but he just worked himself right around it and everything was just perfect.
The blinds I got are not wooden. They go up and down and are on a roller. They’re solid. At first I thought I wanted the ones with the little perforated holes, but we’re right on the gulf with a direct west view, so Tony said I needed a solid solar shade. I love them. In fact, I’m planning to get two more for the bedroom, and I told Tony I’d be talking to him again in a few weeks.

3 Day Blinds was referred to me by a friend based on the warranties that they provide. I did not think I would need the warranty, but I'm glad I went with 3 Day Blinds because I did need it. The consultation with their rep was fine. I felt really bad because I live on the 3rd floor and she wanted to show me everything, but I knew what I wanted. She was really helpful, though. I got the simply sheer shade, like the zebra ones. I had two visits done. I wish the first installer had told me the first blind was short. I just let it be. But the guy who came the second time to remeasure was amazing. The installer was so-so, but quick and efficient. 3 Day Blinds is expensive but worth it.

I used 3 Day Blinds because they purchased Smith & Noble, who I had used frequently before. We have roller shades. One is manual, the other one is a double with a blackout shade and it's motorized. When I moved into my house, I had 3 Day Blinds install some blinds. So, when it was time to replace them 30 years later, I called them back. They're responsive. They listen to what you're saying. The most important thing to me was I told them I didn't want the sales pitch, that I knew what I wanted, and don't waste your time or my time, and he didn't. The quality and warranty is good.
I had them come out twice because after I got the first one done, I had them come out again to do more, and both of them were very good. I got a couple of plantation shutters and then I got several of the blinds that are electric. You push the button, they go up and down. The guy that came out for the first set of those electronic blinds, he wasn't the nicest of guys and he was frustrated because he couldn't figure out how to do the manual electronic. He said people don't generally do this electronic, they have it on their phone and do it through the Wi-Fi. To have to push the button, he had to program it differently, and he was mad because he couldn't figure that out and had to call for help. The second guy knew exactly what to do, very professional, in and out, no problem.

The vertical blinds on the living room window that I bought from 3 Day Blinds did not turn all the way open or in the opposite direction when I went to turn the slats. I haven't done anything with it ever since the gentleman who installed it showed me what to do.
So, I reached out to Brian, the person who sold me the blinds. I called on Saturday to talk to him because I never did ask the price for the remote blinds. I also wanted to know if that could still be done because it's harder to pull that for me on that big window, and he said, "No, you have to order it that way," which I understand. I also explained how the slats don't open all the way on the living room window, and he said that he was with a customer and asked me if I could send some pictures, and then he’ll get back with me.
I sent the pictures, but he never called back. When I didn’t hear from him, I called once, and it said his mailbox was full, so I dialed again, and he answered since he saw it was the same person. I’m not really happy about it, but I figured I’d give him a day since he said, "I would get right back to you." I assumed that would be on Saturday after he was done with his customer. I also tried the 800 number but never got an answer. It’s now Tuesday, and granted he was off Sunday and Monday, I thought I’d wait, but I have not heard back from him yet.

When they came out, it was supposed to be three days, but it was beyond the three days. The person I dealt with during the consultation was okay, but not as thorough as I thought she would have been explaining stuff. She was showing different products, and I didn’t realize they were expensive. I would have gone with someone else because I’d had a blind person in my home before and it wasn’t as expensive as this. But I went ahead and ordered it anyway.
I, however, had to call the lady who came out here and ask her what happened because they were supposed to do it within three days. Then they called and said the blind didn’t come in so they couldn’t install it way after the three days. So, she had to call them and talk to them. And then they called me and changed it. So, they didn’t meet the timeline at all. They don’t need to tell people three days. They need to take that ad off.
Nevertheless, the guy who came out did an excellent job putting it up, and he cleaned up his mess. The quality of the product is okay. But, I was very disappointed in the price. I told my girlfriend not to use them and to get somebody else.

My other blind is old and it’s wood, but it was from Lowe’s many years ago. It was done in 2010 when I was buying a house. But at that time, I put the same my neighbor talked about. So many people live in my house that they broke. And then, this time, I wanted to put something to match everything.
Then I saw 3 Day Blinds service. The lady came over and took a measure. It was before Christmas and they could not do that day and the time. They came back January and did a beautiful job. I got six pieces of wood blinds and they look beautiful. I love it. I’m happy and satisfied with the job. It was a little bit expensive, but everything was done beautiful. If I can afford to pay, I don’t care. If I had to move, I will call them again.
