    I looked online and checked out a couple of different companies, including 3 Day Blinds. I usually try to find places that are close to me, although a lot of them operate out of headquarters somewhere else. But with 3 Day Blinds, I was able to get information more quickly, and overall, the process worked better for me. The initial salesperson who came was great and he played a big part in what I decided on. All the blinds in my condo are vertical blinds and the old ones had broken and were having problems, so I needed to replace them. 3 Day Blinds matched them as closely as possible to what I already had, and they tried to match the shade. The new ones are better because they block the sun more effectively. The installer did everything thoroughly and cleaned up. He was very pleasant and courteous. The whole experience with 3 Day Blinds was very good.

    The design consultation with 3 Day Blinds was easy and quick. Everything was very fast. I purchased the pull-down blinds, which are not wood. They can be pushed up or pulled down halfway, like honeycomb-style blinds. The quality of the blinds is good, and they are strong and sturdy. It was expensive, but 3 Day Blinds could do it quickly and I could get them within the timeframe I wanted. They did what they said they were going to do. They came out the next day, and by the following week, the installation was done. It was less than a week from purchase to installation, so it was wonderful.

    I had used 3 Day Blinds before. My design consultant this time was good except she didn't respond. When there were some concerns that I had, I sent her an email and didn't get a response. I got a call from 3 Blinds, and they were coming out to do some replacements. So, I never bothered to follow up on it. We got blinds that serves as blackout for a bedroom. They're expensive, but they're high-quality.

    The advertising for 3 Day Blinds and word of mouth were deciding factors for me in using them, and the experience was excellent. The design rep was wonderful.     We got 5 panels of woven wood from 3 Day Blinds. The consultant was amazing. He was on time. He called me the night before, just to confirm and let me know that he was on his way. It could not have gone better. I'm an old lady. I belong to a card group, and I was raving about them, and we were saying how unusual it is to be raving about service that goes to your home. It just doesn’t happen that often.

    The installation process was very similar. The installer was on time. I sent him upstairs and sent him into the office, and he took care of everything. He ran into a little bit of a snag. We live in a 100-year-old house, so nothing is straightforward here. But I heard him on the phone, and everything was done promptly, and they worked beautifully.

    We were happy with the salesperson who came out (Carley **) and received the blinds in a week, no problem. However, we were very disappointed to receive a text that the valances we ordered will not get here until July! That is a ridiculously long delivery. That would have changed what we ordered if we had known this. Additionally, we did not expect the blinds and valances to be as expensive as they were. I don't think we know anyone who would want to order from 3Day Blinds if they knew how expensive you are.

    The blinds are okay but they're certainly not what I expected. The gearing mechanisms that open and close the blinds do not operate smoothly and that makes them difficult to turn. Also, the direction that the wand needs to be turned to have the slats either point up or point down is opposite of every other blind I've ever used. It suggests to me that the gearing mechanism for the wands was installed backwards.

    We purchased 4 blinds for our bedroom windows and are overall satisfied with the quality of the blinds and the installation, although we thought they were a bit expensive. However, the billing process was totally unacceptable to us. We paid a deposit at a the time of placing the order and were told that the balance would be billed at a later date. This was also confirmed by the installation crew when we asked about the balance. We were quite surprised when we saw that the balance was charged to our credit card without the courtesy of any communication, or an option to pay a different way. When I called Customer Service I was told that the payment information was outlined in the 13-page contract we received when we placed the order. We received ONLY a 2-page order confirmation which had no reference to final payment information. Although we're satisfied with the blinds, we will not use 3-Day Blinds again.

    I am overall very happy with my experience at 3 Day Blinds. The product is even lovelier than I could have imagined and it was a very quick process from the moment I scheduled the appointment to the time they were installed. The sales person was very nice, but she did not follow up on any of the other windows she took measurements for. I was committing to getting shades on two windows, but we did have discussions about other windows in the house and she took the time to measure (as well as my time), so it's too bad she lacked the follow through. I thought the pricing was very opaque and wished she could have presented me a range of costs and leave the "mystery" out of it. I understand that that could be a company policy.

    In my dealings with Next Day Blinds years ago, it seemed as if I was presented with the cost and there wasn't any negotiation nor wheeling and dealing as there was with this transaction. It was a bit of a turn off. Perhaps with Roman Shades there are so many options so it's more complicated than honeycomb blinds or plantation shutters, but still.

    The one blind when closed has a bulge on left side which sticks out plus there ripples across bottom up about 3 inches. When Robert our installer put up we showed it to him and he said should work itself out but hasn't. The blind also is not even.,bottom left hangs down. We paid a lot of money for your blinds but as soon as checks are cashed we haven't heard from Jessica ** our design consultant since March,19. Have not heard from Kendra our support team since March 27th. This is so frustrating and is not helping my current health issues. No one is calling us about our situation. I gave Jessica and 3 day blinds a great review but now I am writing a new one where once they have your money they no longer care about the customer.

    I was happy with initial contact and delivery however the blind did not appear to be as the sample. One blind was too big and had to be cut down to fit and the way they are fixed is not as the prior ones so have a gap and the blind now covers the cord making it harder to move the blind.

Several phone calls and emails later, we finally have someone scheduled to come out to answer our questions. Over a month after the installation was completed. This was not our first 3-Day Blinds installation, but it may very well be our last. The service before, during, and after the first job was outstanding. This time, not so much.

    I have been very satisfied with my salesperson, Amy, and was initially satisfied with my two bedroom blinds that were subsequently hung. However, on the one blind, after the installer, left, I noticed that it made a louder, grinding sound than the other one did when it was in motion. I made a call to have another come out. Christian was there yesterday. After testing it and making a video, etc., etc., it was determined that the blind is defective, that it will be replaced. The good news there is that likely means the wand will be replaced.

    As it stands now, the wand does not hang straight down from the blind, but rather at an angle. It needs to be corrected. So ... I have had interaction with four 3D Blinds people regarding the bedroom blinds and still no resolution. Not real happy overall, even though I love the quality of the blinds that are functioning. Each appointment has required that I leave a four-hour time window open in my day, and that's getting to be more and more of an inconvenience.

    Two issues. The gentlemen who installed the blinds had to return twice to correct the position of the blinds. They came down crooked or didn’t clear the pulling mechanism. In retrospect, our representative should have convinced us to get separate blinds for the two big windows. Given their size and length, they still don’t align up on the windowsill because of their size and lightness. We do like the blinds themselves.

    We received a quote for drapes in our nursery. The quote was for $4800 to cover 3 windows that are all side by side. Area of roughly 6 ft in width and 8 ft in height. Joel, salesperson got my wife's credit card info to hold the quote so she could discuss it with me to see if we wanted to move forward or not.     BYER BEWARE. I spent several thousand dollars 3 years ago for Roman shades and other types of shades. One of the Roman shades does not go up or down. 3 Day asked for photos and explanation of the problem. I sent everything in and my repair was accepted. The problem they want me to give them $100 via credit card over the phone to pay the installer. I will pay the installer in person when the blinds are repaired. NOT THE POLICY.     I got lucky and got 3 Day Blinds. The rep pretty good. She probably had too many to select from but I didn't take very long. I went with an off white with some kind of a very subtle leaf flavor in the blinds themselves. The installer was great. He was in and out of here, an hour max. He advised me how to open up the blinds because the ones I had were different. He also said about replacing the blinds when they fall. The blinds also came early. They said about two months but it was about half that. Mine got expedited through the system. However, I didn't like and it almost turned me off that they're made in Mexico. Also, the cost is a little bit more than I thought it was going to be. But the quality is good.

    While the Draperies we ordered were great, we now find out that their customer services fail in almost all categories. We wanted to get them to remove our very expensive drapes and reinstall them in our new home and were told they could not move them because they were designed for our current residence (an apartment). We settled for them to remove and box up the draperies, which they said they could. I paid for that service only to find out they do not box up draperies for moving as they claimed they would.

    When we bought the drapes the salesperson stated unequivocally that they we could have them moved at a later date. Our experience with customer service was horrendous with multiple representatives providing differing lies about what we could have done. Finally I spoke with a Manager who charged me for the take down and boxing service and which I am told it does not exist. Do not do business with these people. They are not trustworthy, rude and certainly unbusinesslike in their dealings.

    I ordered motorized and regular blinds for my house almost three months ago. So far, I talked with two case managers and the installation company, just about two to three times a week now. None of them call me back with an update, even though they promise every time. They do not explain why and what is on back-order, but I received two texts with case numbers. I don't know what good that does to me. 3Day Blinds provided me with an installation appointment a few weeks back, but the warehouse people could not find my blinds that morning and they had to reorder. But again, they would not tell me which parts or exact information.

    When I call, I am on hold for an average of 20 minutes, and then they say they were just about to call me, or they just discussed my case with a supervisor. When I ask for the supervisor's name, they are not allowed to share the information. Week after week, they tell me my shades were shipped from San Diego, CA to Arizona but somehow they never arrive. I am being promised a call back by the end of business day, but it never happens.

    My follow-up has become a part-time job and when I get a hold of the case manager, they actually ask if I could hold for five minutes while they check on something. Really? That is NOT my job, I don't work for 3Day Blinds. I asked to cancel my order and get my money back many times, but both case managers ignore my request. I paid thousands of Dollars for my order, the day their 3Day Blind design consultant came to my house. On their Website, 3Day Blinds posts they have integrity, are one team, are superior, provide excellence and show passion. I see NOTHING. I hear empty promises, see no product, they make fake installment appointments and absolutely will not reach out to the customer, while they keep my money and don't give it back.

    Their slogan is: We design. We measure. We install. You relax. The only thing I saw them do is measure my windows and send someone out to re-measure a couple of days after I placed my order - almost THREE MONTHS AGO! I still don't know if I ever get any blinds. I prefer my money back at this time, but they keep it with no comment.

    Going with 3 Day Blinds had to do with their sales representative. She knew what I was looking for and picked out material and everything that I told her. She picked a few samples, and then we whittle it down quickly to the one I liked. It was a very easy process. So, I felt I connected with her a lot better than the other companies that I had come into the house.

    I got motorized shades. This is just one set on French doors. So, the installer was in and out in less than an hour and he explained everything to me. He asked me a question about this or that, how I wanted it done, any question about “Did you want it over here or over there?" It was very easy process. I haven't had the shades that long, but I like them so far. They're everything I wanted. They are serving the purpose of giving me light and blocking out the direct sun so far.

    I found that compared to the other companies, 3 Day Blinds was competitive. All of them were in the same ballpark, price-wise. So, there was no high end or low end, and that was what I found very interesting. They all had their incentives they were presenting. In the time I bought, I got the deal for buy one, get the second one for 50% off. I'd recommend 3 Day Blinds because I was amazed by the time factor. It was three days from the time I ordered it till they said they had them, but they explained to me where they were manufactured and, in their process, about how they could do it so fast and get it back to the city that fast. So, there's no question about how they can deliver the product as advertised.

    I felt the quality of 3 Day Blinds' product and the product warranty justified utilizing them as the vendor that we were going to go with. We did some cellular shades, and then we did plantation shutters as well. Their rep had all his samples. We talked over the options, discussed the pros and cons for each of the windows because we did quite a few of them. The installation took 15 minutes per window. It was very fast. The guys were fast, clean and left nothing behind. Even if there was something in place, they took that with them.

    Overall, the experience was very good. They should just change their name. It shouldn't be 3 Day Blinds. It's not ever three days. Fortunately for me, I had the time. Even compared to what the salesperson said, it did take longer but I was able to communicate with them and ask questions about when they thought it will ship, and they were very good about communication.     Years ago, there was a 3 Day Blinds store in a shopping center that I go to all the time, and I drive by it. That's the only one I know of, and when I was having trouble with sun beating on my counter, I talked to a rep, Armand, and said I'm not sure what I want. He said, “Oh, yeah. You need the honeycomb.” I didn't even look at anything else. He showed me a picture and I went with it. It was perfect. Installation was amazing as well and I couldn't believe it.     I have always gotten my blinds through Smith & Noble, and they directed me to 3 Day Blinds. I adored the designer and I liked her so much that I referred her to five different people. I've not had that awesome customer service in a very long time. I was impressed with the installers. They were clean and extremely efficient. They were in and out. But I'm a little disappointed in the Roman shades that I got. They remind me of RV blinds. I thought the material would be a little bit more fabric-like. But they’re plastic, and you can crease them and it stays. The part that you pull down from the top to turn it into top-down doesn’t go straight. It's uneven, so it's not level. The shades don’t look like they’re of good quality, and they certainly aren't if you touch them. But the customer service, everybody's attitudes and promptness outshine the quality of the blinds themselves.

    This is my second order from 3 Day Blinds. The first ones were for my screen porch. There are issues but I like the basic blinds. There is no tie down available for these so we had to design our own. The installer was not competent. This time I ordered one plantation shutter. The cost is astronomical for a 34 by 70 window. Ordered it in early December, it might be here by mid April. I agreed to it so it is my fault but they should change the name of their company since neither order was anywhere near 3 days or 3 months. If you want blinds or shutters faster... look elsewhere.

    I was ordering blinds for 4 windows. When the Sales Rep (Raevynn) came to my home she measured for all 4 windows. I did not notice she only gave me an estimate for 3 windows until the installer came - my fault for not reading the sales receipt. After the installer left I called my Customer Success Advocate (Magan) and left a message regarding getting a call back to see if the measurements for the 4th window are still on file. At this point I am still trying to give them more business. I never received a call back. So much great customer service.

    Also, when Raevynn came to measure the windows and make the sale I paid the 51% down payment and was told I would need to pay the remaining balance before installation. Once an installation appointment was scheduled, I called Raevynn and left a message asking her to call me back to let me know how I should pay the balance. I did not receive a call back from her. Instead, the card I originally used was charged the remaining balance the next day. I was planning to use a different card for the balance. I did not give permission to use that card for the remaining balance. I let that issue go too.

    As stated above, I have tried to reach out to the Customer Success Advocate and have yet to receive a response. I have also tried to call the main customer service number - 800-560-1506 and continually receive a message stating "Due to technical difficulties the call can't be completed." When I called the main customer service number - 877-712-3329 I waited 30 minutes and still didn't get through to a live representative.

    I am so frustrated at this point I will be calling another company to complete the blinds for the 4th window. I do want to add that the local company that came out to instill the blinds (Vasquez Window Coverings) were great. Their installer was on time, quick, courteous and professional. He did a great job. I do not recommend 3 Day Blinds due to the poor customer service and lack of follow up. Once they had my money all professionalism went out the window.

    I purchased cellular blinds, the top and bottom poles from 3 Day Blinds. I'm delighted with the quality of the product. I'm really happy with them. The salesperson who came to the house was new, so his mentor came with him. That was comforting because it was obvious that he was a little unsure of things, so it was great that there was someone there with him, which was excellent. The installation was fast and painless.     If you're looking to have somebody come in and help you decide what you want for blinds, I would recommend 3 Day Blinds. I've used them before. The designer came in. I already knew what I wanted. We talked about it, we measured things, I looked at stuff, and chose what I wanted. I'm very happy with everything. I went with Venetian blinds because those are what I already have in my house and I wanted continuity. We also put up one vertical blind for a sliding glass door. The installer was nice.     I heard advertisements for 3 Day Blinds then I saw an ad on Facebook that made me look at it further. The designer was awesome. I would go have a coffee with her. She was really well versed and personable, and she listened to what I said. She brought the samples and made things super easy. I got wooden shutters and they’re beautiful. The installer was great too. I have one little issue though. On my front window, he installed it so tight, I can barely get the window open. The other ones are fine. The shutter itself is close enough to where I slide the window, but I can barely slide it open, so I need to get ahold of him. That needs to be addressed. All in all, it was an excellent upgrade, and I'm really happy I made the purchase. I would highly recommend 3 Day Blinds.

    My experience with 3-Day Blinds has been very disappointing. They were highly recommended as well. The product received was not what I requested and two out of the four are defective. I reiterated to the salesperson several times that I wanted automated blinds. To ensure she understood what I wanted, I asked what was the correct term for remote control? She assured me that she understood exactly what I wanted. She did not discuss with me any other options so I was extremely surprised when we got blinds with an attached wand. To add insult to injury, one of the dysfunctional blinds was installed backward, and we were unable to discover the issues with the blinds because we did not get a required charger for the wands. So it was several weeks before the salesperson came over with a borrowed charger. The charger had to be returned right away.

    All of this happened in December of 2025, we are still waiting for the blinds I thought I ordered. Also, I paid in full for them at the time of placing the order. Because there seems to be a problem with receiving what I thought I was paying for and it is now more than two months later, (4 blinds—- 2 defected and unusable). I requested they remove them and return what I paid. They refused. I ordered some extra room blinds but to ensure I got correct ones, I ordered manual blinds. I received them correctly with no issues. They were installed correctly too. I guess they specialize in manual blinds.

    We had a good experience with 3 Day Blinds back in our previous house over a decade and a half ago. And when we were purchasing our new home here, we decided to stick with them. The designer was very professional, and brought lots of samples and supplies for the color options. She explained what would work best for our particular windows and doors. She did the measurements very quickly, and everything went very smoothly and nicely. We ended up going with the honeycomb blinds. And they're light reducing. We got sliding glass door blinds as well. The installation was easy. The designer called in the remeasure request, and the installers were able to get out that same day.

    Between the holidays and FedEx having shipping difficulties, they couldn't guarantee the three-day timeline anymore. But the designer gave us her best estimate for when the installation would happen. And she was within one day of the installer being able to come out. He was having a very busy day. But he was still able to make it out, even though we were his last stop. He came in and got everything installed quickly and nicely. He made sure that we knew how to use all of the different ways to open and close, and that everything was cleaned up afterwards. He did a great job. Blinds can be expensive but 3 Day Blinds does a fantastic job with the range of options to help fit your budget. They'll help you pick out exactly what's gonna work well with your house and get it installed professionally.

    I bought shutters for four rooms from 3 Day Blinds. The installation went fine. It took the installer a long time because he said that the designer should have ordered a frame to support them. The installer's supervisor came out and said that they couldn't guarantee them for a lifetime guarantee because of the way that the designer ordered them. He was gonna go back to 3 Day Blinds and tell them they needed to redo them properly. I got an email two months ago, but I have not heard back. I also don't know who to reach out to at this point.     3 Day Blinds had good reviews online, and when the rep gave the presentation, she was very thorough. She went over the different types of blinds, how much they would cost, how long it would take for the installers to come in and the installation period. We got the blinds that go up and down, and we also got the kind that goes from left to right, for the bigger sliding glass door.

    The price is a little steep but they’re not cheap blinds. They're worth the money. I've had blinds that were inexpensive before and they break, and don't look good. But the rep from 3 Day Blinds said they gave me a discount. Whether they did or not, they said they did. They might have over-priced and then brought it down, but we're happy with it. The quality is there and I'm satisfied with the product. We’re not financially strapped. So, spending the extra dollar wasn't a big deal for us. But maybe for somebody who was counting their pennies, they might go with a less expensive option.

    I've referred a couple of people to 3 Day Blinds, because we liked it and they look good. When we tell people we’re remodeling, all of a sudden, people want to remodel.

    The company should be called Three Month Blinds. Delivery was very slow. The blinds look great; however on one motorized blind, the motor gave out in a month, with usage of twice a day, and it took weeks to get the motor in stock, let alone installed. We are fearing that other motors will do the same, despite the installer claiming that his were still good three years and running.

    People in our network had experience with 3 Day Blinds, and it was all positive. We contacted them as well and the rep was very knowledgeable. We bought a couple different kinds of blinds from them. We had the honeycomb kind. Some had room darkening or filtering, and some didn't. Most were one strand, it pulls it all up. We also had a couple that we could lower from the top. We had traditional blinds too. They were cedar colored because the room had cedar windows.

    The installation was super easy. They told us when they were going to be here and how they needed access. They had asked that we have things moved out of the way, but sometimes we just couldn't. We did when we could, and they figured out a workaround to get it done. So far, so good. The building is 30 years old, and I don't think they'd had new blinds in a long time. Everyone is very pleased with the new blinds from 3 Day Blinds. I get a lot of compliments on them.

On the initial call I described the problem and the associate was quick to tell me it probably wasn't going to be covered by warranty but to send a picture.     We used 3-Day Blinds twice recently. In both cases, our experience with the sales person was excellent: he was helpful in guiding us to appropriate window treatments without pressuring us. However, in the first instance, the delivery set-up call (for delivery and remaining payment) came from two unknown numbers (which I didn't answer bc I didn't expect calls from CA or the Midwest, which is where the two calls came from). I ended up calling the sales rep to ask him if those were legitimate numbers. He looked into it and it got resolved quickly enough.

    The second time we used them it went very smoothly. The price for the blinds and shades were quite a lot (even given the buy one, get 50% off a second blind), but we needed them quickly (new home) and the quality of the product seems to be good. No complaints. It was just more expensive than I planned, and the strange delivery/payment phone calls for the first order are what took this to a 4 star review.

    Ordered the 2" Ultralift Faux Wood Blinds. Received them on a timely basis. The installer came by and did an amazing job of putting them in. The blinds look great and work really well. Now the reason for four stars, not five. I removed the blinds and valance panels to paint. The valance panels came off easily, but trying to reinstall them was frustrating as h. I remembered that the installer had some problems installing the valences as well. Whoever designed the valance system obviously never put one of them together in the field.

    My advice: DO NOT pay in full until the job is done. I paid for my blinds back in November of 2025. The blinds were installed with the wrong size and a mismatch color on the valence. The reinstall was rescheduled for Feb 9th and no one showed up to do the reinstall and no one called to tell me anything about not showing up. I took the day off so I could be home for the reinstallation. I texted my sales rep and she has yet to respond. I wish I had shopped around for other companies and read reviews. Lesson learned!

    Beyond disappointed and frustrated with 3 Day Blinds. Completely remodeled my house last year. My designer and I met with the salesperson in August, at which time fabrics were selected, and measurements were taken for installation around Thanksgiving. A total of 13 roman shades and two sets of drapes were ordered, and full payment was made in September. On the day of installation(!), the salesperson informed us that there was an issue with the fabric and the shades were not available for installation (note that there were 3 different fabrics, and the two sets of drapes were the same fabric). Only one set of drapes and two drapery rods were installed.

    A few weeks later, a second installation day arrived. Several shades were manufactured incorrectly (some could be installed temporarily, and some could not be installed at all). Some roman shades didn’t arrive at all, including the second set of drapes. The third installation day was on January 22, 2026. One roman shade and the second set of drapes still didn't arrive. One shade was remade without blackout material, and one of the existing shades is now broken. And to make matters worse, the installer knocked over a metal recipe holder, damaging my new hardwood floor. I am now waiting for three shades and one set of drapes, as well as the hardwood installation company to come out to fix the floor. I have a customer advocate, and she has offered little help. I had to reach out to her three times before she returned my call. This morning, I received the automated message:

    ****Thank you for your purchase of sales order ****. Unfortunately, there is a backorder impacting this order, which is causing a delay in manufacturing your product. Your order is a priority and we apologize for the inconvenience. If there are any further changes we will provide you additional updates. SOFT ROMAN SHADES - CORDLESS - 3DB MADE [002]. Estimated Ship Date: 2026-03-13. To streamline your installation, after all of your products ship and arrive at your local installation company, they will call you to schedule an appointment. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order in the meantime, please respond to this Email. ****

    Unclear whether this applies to all window coverings. Seems odd to me that three roman shades (with different fabrics) and one set of draperies are all experiencing a backorder delay. Also, I received a cheerful VM from someone at 3 Day Blinds that was clearly unaware of my case, informing me of the same information. Really?!?

    If—and this is a big if—the four installations complete the order by the middle of March, it will be 6 months from the original order date. Six months for roman shades and drapes! This company has failed at every step. For a company that specializes in helping people make their homes beautiful and functional, this experience has been anything but that. Every day, I drive up to my house to see paper shades that are neither beautiful nor fully functional. I've seen the 3 Day Blind responses. Do not respond with the customer advocacy group phone number. At this point, the CEO or the executive responsible for operations, QA, or customer experience should be calling me.

When I asked the sales person, she said that we would just do that one during "Round Two". What Round Two?!? Now I am spending more money with you?     Writing this review before the blinds have actually arrived. We signed a contract in September with an estimate estimated delivery date of 11/18 for our custom Roman shades. Our design consultant said she felt confident we’d have them for the holidays. We received subsequent notices of delays, and now the blinds are not expected until the end of February — but there’s no guarantee that we will actually receive them at that point. The contract allows for a laundry list of “permitted delays” with no limit on the time frame or protections for the consumer. In the interim, I have received several mailers with coupons for buy-one-get-one offers for 3 Day Blinds. Given I paid full price (which was hefty!) I feel resentment every time I see it in the mail. Only giving two stars because our consultant, Natalie, was very nice and helpful during the consultation, and I am looking forward to the blinds if and when they arrive!

    I do not recommend this company. I’m genuinely so sad and disappointed to have spent $5k on curtains for two windows. The fabric looks like polyester, has a strange sheen, and does not appear the same quality-wise as it did during our consult. The Roman shades don’t line up perfectly with the window frame and the installer damaged our wall when he set them up. There’s also a black smudge on of the curtains (the installer had it covered with a plastic wrap tie and told us to keep them wrapped for a week to maintain the pleats.) I just took the wrap off to find the black scuff. Complete waste of money, I am so sad to have ever placed this order. You’re much better off ordering curtains from reputable sites that allow returns and exchanges.

    An absolute nightmare. The design consultant came to our Palm Springs condo last JUNE. He said he had been working with 3 Day Blinds in the desert for 8 years & he was there expert. I gave him a $2,615, deposit toward the $7,290 total. He said the installation would be between July 22 and August 02.Having not heard from them, I call Mid August and made an appointment for install August 15.

    In addition to not delivering the topper for the kitchen window or master bedroom, neither of the blinds in the downstairs were measured properly. After they trashed my existing window coverings, they left me with temporary paper drapes that fell down within a day because of the desert heat. THEN 3 day blinds told me that they didn't have any products that would work on my kitchen window or slider!! I had to hire another company to rush and get me window coverings by Dec. 19, as I was having company.

    On DECEMBER 8, OUT OF NOWHERE 3 DAY BLINDS CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $3572!!! I immediately called my bank and reported the fraudulent charge. I then called 3 Day Blinds and was told by Letecia that they had a computer glitch and than they were working on reversing the erroneous charge.!! Since then it has been a nightmare of credits and debits to get this mess corrected.

    I purchased blinds in July 2025. From the moment the installation was completed, I had problems. I had them fixed or replaced (9) times! 9 times!!!!! I asked for my 9000. dollars back after the last redo. They said NO. They said they would replace them with something of equal or lesser value, and that was on November 3, and it’s now December with no blinds.     I had a great experience with 3 Day Blinds. We purchased a lot since we did our whole upper level. We did honeycomb, we did the Roman shade, and we did the blackout. Every single window, we had a window treatment put in.

    The rep was very helpful. Took the time and effort to put out samples that would go best with our decor.     On September 25, 2025, I met with a sales representative with 3 Day Blinds. I agreed to purchase the window blinds, so I made a down payment of $ 2206.75, with the reaming balance of $2120.22 to be paid after installation. On October 14, 2025, I received an email and text that my blinds would be installed on October 16, 2025. However, on October 16, 2025, I received a call from 3 Day Blind informing me that the installation had to be canceled as the blinds did not get delivered and ultimately were shipped back to San Diego. On October 17, 2025, 3 Day Blinds, without my consent and without installation being done, withdrew the remaining balance of $2120.22 using the account I provided for the down payment.

    I have requested a full refund; I was originally told that I could not get a refund because my request was past the refund date. On November 13, 2025, almost a month after, I received an email from Stephanie ** indicating that I would be receiving a refund check for the total amount. As of today, I have not received my refund.

    The 3 Day Blinds rep who came out was phenomenal. She was amazing, easy to work with and kind. I didn't know what kind of blinds I wanted. She showed me the different kinds. She brought in her books. She's had an artistic background and so, she got me on my comfort zone. I've been very happy with what I chose. I wanted to do something that looks like a bamboo in my bedroom, but it wasn't. It was more of a cloth. Then I went with curtains in my dining room that were not just plain. They had a design on them. I'm very happy with those as well.

    The installation was easy. The person who did the curtains was great. The person who did the blinds was great, too. The original guy who did the shutters not so much. I complained about him because he canceled, canceled again, then he came out, and he brought the shutter that opened the wrong way. The guy that ended up installing did a great job. He came back out. He said, "This was not ordered correctly. We're gonna get it ordered correctly. It's not opening the right way." He was great.

    Mis-measuring issues for Order **... It was meant to be a blackout shade but either the measuring was off, the shade is defective or it was hung wrong as it's completely ineffective as a blackout as there is about 1/4 inch gap on one side and an 1/8 inch on the other. If this is a common issue, designer should have suggested an overlay versus inset blind. We have had the (very rude/curt) installer out a couple times and he treats my resident disrespectfully and has basically said... it is what it is, deal with it.

    For order **...the designer and or measurer should have measured not only the overall width, but the heights from the ends and CENTER of the window... If they had, they would have found that the sill is not totally level and the shutter should have been made slightly smaller to enable to shutter to actually open. But once again, after a couple return visits by the rude installer, and several emails to customer service, we were told "too bad, have the sill replaced"... so now we are stuck with a shutter that barely opens and thus it is very difficult to open the window it covers. After 10 years and maybe $40k in business, this client will never return to 3Day Blinds as I do not appreciate being blamed for your faulty measuring practices and poor design recommendations that have left us with ineffective/problematic window treatments.

    I recently purchased roller shades and valances from 3 Day Blinds without obtaining additional quotes. The blinds themselves look great, but unfortunately, the installer didn’t set the track up correctly, which left a noticeable long spot on my new shades. I reached out for a replacement since the product is still under warranty—it was only a week after installation—but I’ve had a very difficult time getting the issue resolved. I keep getting the runaround instead of real assistance. While the quality of the blinds is good, I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before purchasing.     Absolutely horrible product and customer service. Do yourself a favor and buy anything else. Spent thousands of dollars for what is marketed as a superior product just to have 6 of 8 units fail on multiple occasions over a short period of time. After failing the first time they charge for a service call to attempt to fix their inferior products. After the second time they still want to charge for a service call, third time, etc..Furthermore, return communications to discuss a resolution are promised, but never occur. As of today's date (11/10/25), I am still waiting for a response from a communication that took place on 9/16/25.

    There are only two people in my household, therefore these units are used less than average and always handled with care. Like most consumers, when I purchase a "premium" product I expect for it to not routinely fail and inconvenience me by having to schedule for repairs versus replacements. I also expect at least mediocre customer service. It should be noted that I purchased an off the shelf comparable product from Home Depot at a fraction of the cost, which works perfectly every time. If Hunter Douglas owns this company as I have been told, the 3 Day Blinds products are an extremely poor reflection upon that brand as well.

    Three day blinds is not a good company. I actually question some of these reviews whether they’re legitimate or not. I ordered blinds for three windows and it came up to almost $800. The installer absolutely butchered my windows. The person they sent to my home was inexperienced and caused significant damage to my home. I spent three months, trying to get them to resolve the issue and all I got back was lies and delays. It was obvious that they were trying everything in their power to not pay me for the damage that they caused. To this day I still have not been paid for the damage. All I’m getting is “You need to give us this. You need to give us that”. Just the run around and just hoping that I get tired and give up. This is more a warning than a review. Stay away from these people or you will regret it.

    Using 3 Day Blinds is convenient and they come to your house to install for you. You get more of a custom feel than trying to just go and do it at Home Depot. I purchased their regular blinds.     Call 3 Day Blinds. They're great. I used them once before and I liked the sales rep and loved the installers. So, when we decided to do the other windows, I said, "We're just gonna call them." The same guy came out and made his suggestions. Two installers came out, husband and wife, and did a fabulous job. I got the window blind and a fabric shade blind. The first time around, they were electric and covered the skylights.

    The second time around, we had a half-moon-type window up above and two on the other side. The rep recommended those. And when the installers came, he said, "You're gonna like these." They have these in our whole house and it made a huge difference in the master bedroom as far as the sun coming in. They were good at recommending and great at installing.

    I ordered my shades through 3 Day Blinds and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Half of my shades were delivered and installed while the other half were back-ordered (keep in mind, I did not find this out initially). After 3 months of being told they were delayed (multiple calls with their sales team), I received notification that they would be ready in a couple weeks. Then, a week later, I was told that they were still on back-order and would likely never be coming in. They offered for me to re-select a different option or they could simply refund my money for the portion that they did not install (none of their other options matched my others, or were anything that I would want - I originally had chosen a black banded/zebra shade).

    So, after they sent another salesperson out to my home assuring that they had a very similar color option (which they did not), I had to cancel the remaining order. Now, after 5 months (and still not having shades in half of my house), I've had to go with another company - keep in mind the new company's headers and other items will not match exactly. So, whether they kept receiving incorrect information and kept passing it on to me, or whether they were just flat out lying to me the entire time, I cannot be sure. Either way, their customer service is terrible. I would never want anyone else to have to deal with all of the issues I've had with them, so I would never recommend them to anyone.

    Never ever before had an experience like this Scheduling an appt. The "consultant" texted a day prior to confirm the wrong time. I answered I can't and the appt happened at the time that was scheduled. She came with some samples and after a short introduction since I had many windows to cover I was asking what is the best way. The answer I kept getting was I can't afford. This are for people that have millions of dollars. 😀 I asked what is the difference between these and other blinds so I can make a decision. She had no answer and was not in mood to measure the windows. I asked for the first floor only please measure and send a quote. Design consultant Sarah in Port Charlotte Florida was no consultant at all. I had to pick a color that I thought will be relevant with my home and she left.

    One week passed I called for the "customer service". She left because she didn't feel safe. Mind you she spend 20 min at our home. Why she did that no idea and the answer from them next day was by email was, "We can't serve you. Find another company." Hope they do not have all the consultant at same level phone customer service was nice. Why she lied about God knows If I'm in fear for my life I don't stay 20+ min at somebody's home. I felt offended at my own home that I couldn't afford what they sell. This is my experience. Thank you. This is for the people around my area where this type of people serve. I don't need any answers from the business. It's just blinds. Not a big of a deal. There is hundreds of other companies that evaluate people's business I'm including the pictures of some of the windows that I needed and only the small ones that she measure dragging her feet.

    The blind Is nice. It's a single blind on a door, and it's not fastened at the bottom, so I would recommend, in the future, that they offer blinds that’s fastened. Because when you open the door, the bottom just flies. The price was competitive, though.

    We used 3 Day Blinds again after we had a good experience before in another home. The designer was great. She knew exactly what she was doing. We went with the honeycomb and four windows on top that go down this time.

    The installer was a great guy. He did his best to get it fixed. The first time he came out, 3 Day Blinds sent the wrong size of shades. The second time he came out, he put them all in, but we had an issue with a couple of the shades. The installer hadn't tightened the strings right on one shae and other shade needed a shim. When he came back, he tried to fix it and broke the strings in one shade, while he fixed other one. He had struggled figuring out how to get the shades set.

    I went online to look at the instructions and it's tough. You have to set the shades on the top and toggle three times, then set them on the bottom and toggle three times. It's really unclear how many toggles it has to do. It's an issue with the product itself. The motorized hasn't been perfected yet. The shades are great, but they don't have their act together on the install.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with 3 Day Blinds. I originally was going to place an order for Roman shades on 7 windows but I only did 4 (thankfully). When I placed my order, I was told the project would be completed within 1–2 weeks. Instead, it has dragged on for several weeks, with constant delays and rescheduling. The installation has been a nightmare — multiple visits were required because the shades either didn’t fit properly or were installed incorrectly.

    To make matters worse, the salesperson assured me I could continue using my existing accessories over my new shades, but that turned out to be completely false. The product itself feels cheap and is not worth the money I spent. I have lost count of how many times my installation date has been pushed back due to errors on their part. This has been a frustrating, time-consuming, and expensive experience, and I would not recommend 3 Day Blinds to anyone looking for quality products or reliable service.
