I liked that 3 Day Blinds would come out to the house to look at everything. The rep was wonderful. He was on time, didn’t leave a mess, gave me a full rundown of how to run the remote control for it, and how to plug it in to charge the batteries. He was in and out in 45 minutes to an hour. We went with the automatic blinds. And then, wood blinds for the bathroom. Everyone who came over has been amazed by them. We have friends now who are ordering through 3 Day Blinds because of what they saw at our house. I definitely would recommend 3 Day Blinds.

I live in a manufactured home and the ladies across the street use 3 Day Blinds. They said they loved them. If someone were to ask me now, I would tell them to go for it as well. I liked the design consultant. She was really nice. I was gonna get drapes in the bedroom but when she told me they cost an arm, a leg and an arm, I opted to go for the blinds. When the installation guy came, he took down my old ones and put up my new ones, and it was no big deal. He was in and out. He was hardly even here and he did five windows. So he knew exactly what he was doing. He was really nice too. One of my blinds didn’t work so he ordered another one and brought the new one, easy. His work was good. Everything is nice and straight, and everything works. You pull the blinds up and down, and they open and close. I had a little trouble figuring out how to work the drawstring but I've figured it out now. It has to be in a certain position to open and close it.

My neighborhood is about 42 years old and 3 Day Blinds has been around for 41 or 42 years. I've used them off and on over that time and I like that they have fair prices and professional people. Plus, their installer represented them well. I've had installers from other companies whom I was afraid to let in the door but theirs was a nice and clean-cut guy. There were also two ladies whom I've dealt with. One is a regular and the other is a regional person. They've always been professional and friendly. Most recently, I got 6 levels of blinds for my bathroom area. They're made of faux wood and have a nice trim on top. They're of excellent quality.

We're on month 3 of trying to complete our order with 3 Day Blinds. Missing parts, faulty instillations, and terrible communication. We were initially very wowed by their consultation and selection but this has been a miserable process. We have someone out right that they've sent out trying to fix their earlier job and 3 Day Blinds forgot to put in half the work order... AGAIN. Avoid.

I had a couple other people that I was going to look at, but I ended up being pleased with what was offered by 3 Day Blinds. I had a coupon. The design consultant was very nice and thorough. The installation went well. I was very pleased. They were quick, very professional and polite. We love 3 Day Blinds and we’re very satisfied.

I've had three homes and I've used 3 Day Blinds all three times. I like the quality of their blinds. I've had two estimates through Costco and the girl who came from there was really knowledgeable. She was taking me in all different directions and how I could figure it out. She was super patient with me. I got plantation shutters and the installation afterward went fast. I had wood before and the ones I have now are of much better quality. The louvers are really smooth and they open and close nice and tightly.

We liked that 3 Day Blinds offers the whole service, from the design to putting the blinds. Once we knew the price was right and that 3 Day Blinds would do everything, we kinda stuck with them. We bought rollers and shutters and we’re happy so far. They look good and the material is good too. Our rep, Ria, was great. We were really struggling to pick a color and she helped us all the way. She told us what worked best and what didn’t. She really heard our needs and told us what would work best for us. The installers were really quick to install everything and helpful if we told for them to wait a little.

We used 3 Day Blinds previously at a different house we lived at and we loved the blinds. There was a no-call, no-show on the previous one, so we kinda had a bad taste in our mouth but we liked the blinds themselves, so we thought we would give them another shot. This time, everything was perfect. The sales rep was the same guy we used previously. The installer was different but he was on time. He was very professional and he did a good job. The first time, I felt a little hard selling from the designer. This was a few years back so maybe he was new on the job but this time, he was very professional. We even had good conversations with him. So overall, it was a good experience. We got the blinds on all windows throughout the house and they’ve been good so far.

I was looking at reviews of various companies and 3 Day Blinds seemed to have good reviews and products. Our home is a new construction. We did the roller shade, some motorized features, and some blinds as well. Our stuff came in at two different times. The first shipment came in with everything except for our bathroom treatments. The installer installed everything in about three hours. There's a bunch of stuff. He did a really good job. He was very efficient and very clean in the house. He wore little things on his shoes to not make a mess. Then a second guy came out two weeks later to do the motorized stuff. He was also very good and did a great job with the bathroom stuff.
In the bathroom, one window treatment was broken but he installed it regardless to give us some privacy, which is nice. So it remains broken. It came that way from Hunter Douglas, so they're working to get that reordered right now. But we have it up so we have privacy so we're happy. It was the best. The 3 Day Blinds stuff is good. The Hunter Douglas stuff is a little sketchy. I've had a bad experience with Hunter Douglas in the past at a different home and this kinda confirmed that. It was not 3 Day Blinds' fault. It was nothing that they produce themselves. 3 Day Blinds is a great company. The in-home consultation was nice to go through. It didn't come in three days as they all claim as 3 Day Blinds. It's more like two-week blinds. But it wasn't a big deal. The delay is fine. I would definitely recommend anybody to the company. They did a great job.

I’ve used 3 Day Blinds before and had good customer service and products from them. This time around, I got a remote-controlled room-darkening blind for the master door that leads to the deck. I like everything about it except that it’s taken a little getting used to because we had a 3 Day Blinds product up there that was like an accordion horizontal thing. But this one has changed the view and a few other things. I know we’ll get used to it ‘cause I really like it.
I also like how it darkens out the room and the simplicity of it. But instead of being able to slide it a little bit open and let the kitties go in and out, it has to be raised up. And if there’s any breeze blowing, it moves the blind and that wooden dowel that is on the bottom taps against the wooden frame of the window, so it makes an echo sound. I haven’t quite figured out how I’m gonna fix that ‘cause I don’t always want the shade all the way up because there’s more privacy with it three-quarters or halfway down. Still, it is a nice blind.
I’m hearing from other people that they’re paying a lot less from other companies, but my experience with some of the cheaper companies is that the stuff was cheap. But the 3Day Blinds products are good quality. Maybe it was a little bit higher than it should be, but I understand it’s an odd window. Plus, the consultant was a very nice and lovely local lady. She even knew some of my neighbors. And even the time before, I loved the lady who came out and did my bathroom. She was great and I was hoping she’d come back, but that was okay ‘cause the other one was very good too. The installation was perfect and the guys were amazing. They were very nice young men. They were in and out, were clean, and organized. I really like 3 Day Blinds. They’re easy, they come in, they do their job, they get out, and before you know it, they’re calling you to tell they got your stuff ready. It’s not messy and things have to go back sorta thing.

I've used 3 Day Blinds before and I liked them. Someone came over but I knew what I wanted, and they just measured and double-checked the color. The installer was friendly and quick. My friends can come see the blinds if they want.

I like 3 Day Blinds' service, quality and price. I purchased from them blinds for the entire main level of my house. Their design consultant went over the options with my wife and she was really pleased. The installation process was smooth as silk. That guy was really good. He was there at my house 20 minutes early and he was done much quicker than I expected, and he cleaned up. I've only had the blinds for a couple of weeks and so far, they're great. I would encourage my friend to shop there too.

We used 3 Day Blinds a year ago and we were very happy with them. And we were very happy with them this time, too. Originally, we went with a patterned vinyl material shade. And this time, we went with a mini blind, but they coordinated perfectly. I used the same design consultant and we were very happy with her. The installation went very smoothly, quickly and cleanly. It was great.

Dealing with your customer service is not good. They just dismiss me. It’s been 2 weeks since my complaint and nothing done about it. I’m not happy. My blinds do not match in color like they told me they would.

Do not consider using Three Day Blinds for your home. It is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. My order came unfinished and what was available was frayed and looked like it had been cut by a two-year-old. My efforts to contact anyone at the company went unanswered. Hours and hours of my time were spent speaking with customer service which did not lead to a satisfactory result. Weeks later I was told they were not carrying my selection any longer and therefore would not be able to complete my order. Out of complete Frustration I finally just asked them to come and remove everything and cancel the remaining order. The entire process took over a month and a half. So much for three day service.

Using 3 Day Blinds ended up being a good choice. I had a coupon and it was quick and easy to schedule them, which was why I used them. Although we ended up having to redo the sliding door blinds, they came back out and made it right within a pretty quick timeframe. I’m happy with all of the blinds. They’re working great and look nice.

We've used 3 Day Blinds before and decided to purchase roller shades for the kitchen from them. I like it very much. I wish it was cheaper, but you can't get everything. I would definitely recommend them.

3 Day Blinds's salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. And she brought a lot of samples. Even the installers were knowledgeable. They had a hard time with the last one and had to do something different. Compared to the cost, the quality is good. But because of their name, I didn't think I'd have to wait as long as I had to. I think "3 Day Blinds" is really for something they have in stock and most people's windows aren't like that. I may not have called them if they weren't named 3 Day Blinds. I'm still waiting for them to come out and put up something that was damaged the last time. They did say that they'd be calling me. I like that they called ahead of time so I knew when they were gonna be here. This next time, I'm not gonna be able to be at home until they call because I've taken off too many days.

I was looking online and I figured out that I was gonna have to order a bunch of samples. Then, somebody mentioned this rep in my area and so I called her and had her come out and show me what 3 Day Blinds had. She was very personable and she did a great job. She showed me my choices and gave me some recommendations. Both she and my installer were great. So, I had a really good experience and I'm very happy with the quality of the roller shades. I got a couple of different types. For one room, I wanted to be able to see my backyard and be able to see my grandkids. So, I really like those. Then, I wanted blackout for the bathroom and another room where we watch TV and they worked great.

I placed a large order for roller shades for my company's office space. The initial consultation and subsequent email correspondence was responsive and informative. Once we signed the contract and paid the initial deposit and final payment, responses became non-existent from the design consultant. Two pieces arrived damaged and it took 2 weeks to receive replacements. The replacements were then sent to the wrong installer and our installation was cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment. Finally, the following week, the installation was completed. Overall, I am very happy with the product, but very dissatisfied with the customer service I received.

3 Day Blinds is terrible, really use anyone else. The order took a long time to come in, once in it wasn’t ordered correctly. I’ve called the terrible Customer service multiple times to get the order in for replacement. It took 2 weeks for them to process that. The service person, Anthony **, told me it was because he was busy and hadn’t gotten to it yet. He also told me he would call me back in 24-48 hours to give me a timeframe of when the reorder would be in. I got a call a week later. During this call I was told the reorder might take 8 weeks. He wasn’t sure, but normally it took 3-4 weeks. What?!?! Terrible operation! Go anywhere else!

The designer and installer were excellent. The product is good however the handle is poorly designed and will break at some point. This is our second skylight shade. On the first one the handle broke and I made a new one. then the cord in the blind itself broke. It did last many years but now that I know the handle issue I see the problem with the design. While overall I am satisfied, given that I'm a long time customer and this is a replacement blind, the price was absurdly expensive.

We’re very satisfied with our blinds. We got wood Hunter Douglas blinds and the ones that are cordless. I like the cordless part of it a lot and we got a pretty valance to go with it. We went with 3 Day Blinds because of their promotion "get 1 and get 1 50 off" and we were very pleased with Debbie, our consultant. She was very knowledgeable and had some good ideas. The installation went well too. The guy was very nice. He called the day before and when he was on his way and gave us a timeframe. I would recommend Debbie to anyone who is gonna go with the company and I have recommended 3 Day Blinds to neighbors.

We were satisfied with our decorative consultant (Tammy?). She was helpful and informative. We love all our new blinds. Our installer, Chris, was initially very courteous and professional. We appreciated his concern surrounding the placement of the patio door blind. We did not appreciate the extended time it took him to finally do the installation (3 wks). After all that, we are happy. After my first good experience with 3-Day Blinds I’ve had this company back 2 more times. Next year I plan to have 3-Day Blinds back to complete furnishing my entire home with new blinds. Chris ** is the salesman who has come to my home multiple times to measure and help me with choosing the just the right window treatments for my home. An installer by the name of David has come out for each install. I have had zero problems with all of the work. I apologize for not knowing David’s last name. I could not have asked for two nicer people to work with. I just love all of my new window treatments.

Consultation was good. Love the plantation shutters. Installation was excellent. The only negative was the length of time from order to install. I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks. It was 10 weeks.

I am not satisfied with the overall outcome of the shutters. They look like a big box over my window. I’m hoping the consultant, Nancy can help with new shutters. The blinds we got from 3 Day Blinds are gorgeous. They’re like a burlap type of material. You can’t see through them but they don’t block out a lot of light. My wife picked them out. She must’ve talked to someone and have heard nothing but good things about 3 Day Blinds, and we were not disappointed once their designer came out. She was a lot of fun. I loved her. We had a bad experience with them at first, though. The man that was supposed to come over originally never showed up. And they knew nothing about what happened to him. In his defense, they said he had a family emergency, out-of-state, and he just took off. We’re only miles from a Sunshine Drapes but we chose to go with 3 Day Blinds. We got it for the living room, the dining room, two bedrooms and one shade on our four season room. These blinds were $2,600 but it’s a great product.

Took longer than I thought. First window didn’t fit. Had to reschedule and make another one. That too longer than 3 days even though it was your mistake. Had to bother me and my tenant to schedule for a second time. No thirty notice, just showed up. Second didn’t fit. Urg has to schedule for the next day and yes bother my tenant again. I reached out to the sales guy and said I was frustrated and asked for some kind of discount. He agreed I, yes I should reach out. Really?? What about the sales guy??? What about you reaching with apologize and some kind of discount. You guys claim that you measure for accuracy so we the customer doesn’t have to. That is what I was paying for.

When I called to let them know that the job was left unfinished and all I needed was a phone number to the installer they said they couldn’t give me the number to contact them myself. I had to have a case opened and someone would usually get back to me with in 2 days. If they could just give me the number I could call and talk to them myself. Instead I have to wait for someone to call me and set up another time for them to come out and finish the trim work and caulking.
Initial review I said the installer was great. They said they would get back to me within a day or two and come back and finish. It’s now been a week and a half and I have heard nothing. Not a good experience to pay 6k up front and then wait almost 2 months for shutters to have them come out. Not finish and have to come back. The installer was so nice and I thought wow this is great. Not so much now since you all wouldn’t just give me his number so I could make the call myself to ask them when they could come back to finish the job.

The cellular shades were installed, but the product did not meet my expectations. The installer and I both noted that the blinds did not fit properly on top in the bedroom double shade. The installer stated that he would notify the company, but did not. When I attempted to pull up two of the shades (the double one in the bedroom and a smaller one in the great room), the cord "broke away", and the clasp came apart. I was left with a cord at the top of the shades, and no way to pull it up or down; the windows are high, and if I want to move them, I have to get on a ladder! I anticipate that the installer will come to my home to fix the problem. The verticals are just fair; the bottom weights keep coming out of the slots, and the blinds do not close evenly. This is my third home in which I have had cellular shades and vertical blinds; these are, by far, the most poorly constructed. The products are sub-par, and I would be hesitant to recommend them.

Just had roller shades installed on two very large glass sliding doors today. Product showed up damaged But was still installed. One looks great but unfortunately rolling up is very hard and difficult almost as if it is going to break. As for the other one it has been cut into two with a very large gap in the center which makes the rollup blinds pointless because you can see right through it with over an inch of a gap even the valance is Miscut and gaps in between. I’m just to the point where I just don’t wanted anymore. I suggest that you just don’t go with Three Day Blinds because of the Quality of the products seems cheap and is it going to break. Just don’t waste your time guys.

The design consultant from 3 Day Blinds was great. We like the company's price and reputation. We got shades and shutters, although our shutters have not been installed. And we have a valance that’s supposed to be replaced over one of our doors where there’s a shade, and that has not been completed. We have blinds put in our bedroom and upstairs and on our door going out to our patio. They were fine except the valance is too small for the shade over our door going out to the backyard. Other than those, so far so good. We have already recommended 3 Day Blinds.

This company is a big mess. They initially misrepresented the functionality of a product they sold me, have insisted upon multiple visits to my home for the same measurement, and are disorganized in ordering the parts needed for my project. I recognized 3 Day Blinds when I searched on the internet. I had my mind well made up, so it didn't take me any time to decide what I wanna do. I chose a divider blinds that divide the room and rotate vertical blinds. Somebody came at home and measured. The installation process was very simple. They were only here for 10 minutes.

We invited the sales representative to come and give us a quote on window treatments for our lanai and bedroom. After hearing the details, including the delivery and installation date, we agreed with the proposal and gave a substantial deposit. We were promised that the window coverings would be installed by the end of January. Today is January 29th and no one has attempted to contact us despite our phone calls. We have no idea when or if the window treatments will be installed and we are getting no response from the company.

It was an unfortunate experience that I hope others on this website will find helpful while making their decision on Roman Shades. The designer initially quoted over 23K for Roman shades and at time of selection inquired about Privacy Liner and at the time being a novice at selecting a linear especially with so many different type of roman shades material I could not decide on the type of linear thus picked one of the 3 options the designer provided. I released an initial order for 2 rooms (~$4500) and when the installation was completed the linear was transparent to the sunlight thus completely engulfing the design of the roman shade. (See pictures) - one at night time other one during the day.
I contacted the designer and requested a dark liner- she was quick to pass me a customer care number, I contacted the customer care department in hopes of having an installer change out the linear- which I was willing to pay for- but after 3-4 days of frustration no one helped. My recommendation to all buyers is that request the designer to match the roman shade with the liner-- it is virtually impossible to imagine what the room will look like because the opaqueness is combination of the liner as well as the roman shade.

I went online looking for budget blinds and we saw 3 Day Blinds. I set up an appointment through the internet and then I had another competitor committing for me as well. 3 Day Blinds was responsive and the woman who came to the house measured and we chose them. She was wonderful and I would recommend her to anybody. I would use her again. She did everything she told me that she would do in terms of follow-up so that went well. The blinds came in even sooner than I thought so it was overall a great experience. Plus, the installation went fairly quickly.
I was disappointed that some of my blinds are with a wand and some of them are pull cords. I don't like the wand ones as well but they'll be fine and I don't want them to come and swap them out. Then, the reps assumed that I was gonna put the valance back over my kitchen blind so they set them up a different way. I wasn't planning on doing that but I can put the valance back over the blinds. Otherwise, the quality of the blinds seems great. They seem sturdy and excellent so I'm very happy with them.

I used 3 Day Blinds years ago in another house I had and I liked them. I like the quality. So, I decided when I purchased this house that I wanted to go with them again. I ordered two long white vertical blinds for our kitchen, a shorter one for the bedroom, and some that are like shutters. I had a design consultant and she was very friendly. She had all the different samples with her and she was very knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with her. The installer came and the installation took about how long they told me that it would take. Overall, I'm enjoying them. I get a lot of compliments when my family comes over, and they like them too. Try them and make an appointment for them to come.

I would give the in-house representative, 5 stars, but I would give their customer service 0 stars! 3 Day Blinds makes a very good product. I have 19 windows with their beautiful blinds on them! 5 of them developed string malfunctioning. They were all still under warranty. I also wanted to order 5-8 additional window blinds. So I called, and a wonderful representative was sent out. She spent a lot of time with me, and we picked out more blinds for a large new order. She could not have been nicer or more helpful.
When she called in to the company to order the repairs and place the new order, the representative answering the phone was quite rude. He emphatically claimed that the malfunctioning blinds were not bought through 3 Day Blinds. I absolutely bought them all at the same time, through 3 Day Blinds, no question about it. The representative that was with me in my home, repeatedly tried to explain to him that the blinds were all matching, and obviously from 3 Day Blinds, and that the identifying tags had just fallen off of some of them. He rudely refused to discuss it any further. I felt accused of wrongdoing, and cheated out of my warranty! The in-house representative and I were quite upset and disappointed. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT HONOR ITS WARRANTY! SO I CANCELED MY ADDITIONAL, NEW LARGE ORDER, and my blinds remain malfunctioning at this time, and I am still fuming.

I had seen the truck around and I had heard other people give 3 Day Blinds good ratings, so I decided to go with them. Somebody came into our house and his service was very good. We had a vertical put on a French door type out in the patio and the installation was good -- it took around 40 minutes do to that. They did a wonderful job. We were trying to match some other shades we had and it worked out great. The quality has been very nice, overall.

We had a 3 Day Blinds coupon and bought different manual shades from them. Some, you can push up with your hand. Some have a cord that’s tied down. The design consultant knew exactly what to get. We didn’t really know, but he told us exactly what to get and was dead on. The installation was quick and there were no issues, whatsoever. We love the shades. They're beautiful.

Really wish I'd gone with a more reputable company. George gave me the most outrageous quote, literally THOUSANDS more than 3 other competitors who were each similarly priced for similar fabric and then without a fight he dropped the price to below the lowest competitor - so he just inflated the price to be unscrupulous?!? Still, the custom drapes were quite an investment and after installation I see my drapes are a full inch too short. I was so clear about how long they needed to be and he clearly miscalculated the height of the ceiling track. My very expensive drapes now look like high water pants. Don't hire these people. The alleged follow up to poor reviews is just lip service.

I was looking at immediate blinds because my closing date for the home was very near and I did not have much time. I was Googling and 3 Blinds came up. When it did, I went through some Yelp reviews and found that most people like them and everyone gave them a thumbs-up. I selected 3 Blinds and the design consultants came to my home. They showed me multiple options. They were also able to explain the advantages and disadvantages of each type. That was when I found out that we could do a top-to-bottom and bottom-to-top in the hallway and other rooms. I had a good conversation and I really liked the way they explained.
I got two types of Honeycomb blinds. One is a top-to-bottom and one is a top-to-bottom and bottom-to-up in the hallway. We are satisfied with the quality and the installation procedure they did. They gave a date and they came by the date. Also, they did a double confirmation of the measurements. Initially, they gave me a final bill, then later, one more person came and did thorough measurements. When the installation person came, there was no gap at all. The installation took only one hour, which was very fast, and everything was perfectly fitted.

3 Day Blinds was the one that I used many years ago and I always have heard great things about them. Then I received a coupon in the mail and when I contacted them, the gal that came out was lovely and so thorough. She took the time to make sure we were getting what we wanted and she also gave suggestions. She worked with us and followed up with us, and she was right on top of everything. It was wonderful and everything went perfectly fine.
We got the honeycomb style that filtered light and that could open from the top or the bottom. We got two like that, and one is 93 inches long. Then we also got three that are the honeycomb that also opened top and bottom, but they are the blackout, as well as three more that filtered lighting that only go up. The quality of these products have been great. The gentleman who installed everything was quick, and he took the time to show us how it worked and what was the best way to work the blinds. He was very thorough, too. Then he asked if we had any questions. I have already recommended them to several people.

In the process of ordering black out blinds for our skylight, the order was not manufactured correctly for our home. When this was discovered, the re-order process took over a month before we finally received and had our order installed. While we love the blinds, we were dismayed with how long it took for a relatively small order and the fact that it took effort on our part to keep the urgency with the company.

We ordered blinds for the entire house back in August of last year. The person who took our order left the company so we had to start all over again. We received samples of the fabrics we selected. However when they installed the blinds they were a different fabric, a less quality product. Also they stitched up extra fabric to make them fit to the windows. Some of them work, others don’t even go up All the way. They were not even measured properly. Now they are telling us they will not give us a refund because we did not cancel three days after the order. How are we to know they were going to deliver the wrong product. I do not recommend dealing with this company. They are totally unprofessional and they do not have designers. All they have are sales people, and when you select something they don’t have it.

Everything we did with this company took way to long to accomplish. Sales person did not give other options for our windows. Let me pick shades that were inappropriate for our application. We are very unhappy with what we have and the shades were really expensive. When Lowe’s has a sale we will replace these blinds. Quality of the blinds themselves are good however.

I found 3 Day Blinds over the internet when I went to Angie’s List, and they were definitely cheaper than a few companies we price-quoted. That time, it also seemed like they were gonna be offering a better service overall. We ended up getting heat-blocking, solar roller shades. We had 13 windows treated for one office and 15 for another. Our design consultant was Debbie and she was wonderful. Her knowledge and experience were great, and she was very honest. She told me what was gonna work and what was not gonna work.
Debbie also measured on the first day, and so her coming in alone, personality, and her knowledge of the business were pretty much the selling points, along with the fact that they beat out two other companies that we had. Then, the installation was seamless. The team came in and they measured. After that, one guy came back and he had all the shades up. The shades look good and are working good, so we’re really happy.

Sales man was good. Men came on time. Spoke a different language to each other which always makes me uncomfortable. I thought one of the blinds was a different color. The lead installer seemed to think one of the blinds was a little too long. 3 Blinds then contacted me and I gave this info. 3 Blinds started leaving messages that said the had blinds to install. I left a message twice and still was getting calls for an install. Not sure if this was an install or re install. I did not ask for a replacement. Still not sure I got the color I ordered but would not ask for a change since it will work. Pretty confused by all the call.

Our entire experience with 3 Day Blinds has been a major disappointment!!! The window coverings that were to create privacy, do not. At night when the lights are on, you can see into all the rooms from the outside. The order that was placed on 9/27/19 has yet to be completed. The Case Manager does not return messages, and quite frankly, we wish we had never contacted 3 Day Blinds!

I have spent about $3,000 over the last few years and will not use 3 Day Blinds again. 3 years ago I ordered a blind that opened from top and bottom. Hated it. Never would go all the way up. I just thought this style blind worked like this and would never use this kind again. Then this year ordered the same kind of blind for another room after talking to Gail who assured me it was a defective blind. Loved the second one I ordered. Gail said she would get someone out here to look at the defective blind and fix it. A rep come out to repair it. He could not fix it so took it into the shop. Did not hear anything for a month.
After calls, and getting Gail’s help I learned it was lost. But before I knew this I ordered living room blinds. The installer was rude. Installed with a twisted cord and now one of them is not raising and lowering correctly. When a different guy came out to fix the twisted cord he told me he was ordering a new blind for the lost one and would put a rush on it. Well. A month later still no blind. Called Gail. She got on it. The order had never been sent in. So now, 2 1/2 months later, Someone is suppose to show up tomorrow to install my new blind. I am not holding my breath. Gail has been wonderful. She gets things moving when I finally email her. Don’t know where I would be without her. Terrible service and incompetent employees. Gail was absolutely the best!!!

I am surprised to get this request as I have already written two favorable reviews. I am very happy with my blinds. The sales person was very helpful and the installers were professional and efficient. I do have a small crack in the side strip of one of my blinds. I was told by the installer that someone would be out to repair this; however, I have not heard from anyone as yet.

Blinds were ordered, came in in a reasonable time but one was cut incorrectly which meant another month. Even then, the second one had to be cut by the installer to make it fit. So not the best experience with your company.

Hi. So glad you contacted me again. I bought the shades for my son who lives in LA. I was visiting there in October. I have just returned from another visit and have seen the shades. I have to say that I was extremely disappointed in the material. The example that the representative showed me appeared to be fabric. They were lined. Actually, the material is much more like paper/plastic than fabric. I will not purchase from your company again. The shades are very expensive. I think I could’ve gotten something better in Ikea.

I was referred to 3 Day Blinds by a friend and the representative, Marnie, who came over was really knowledgeable. I had some general ideas about what I wanted, and she had enough samples and a lot of insight about the products to help me hone in on exactly what I wanted. I was really happy with the suggestions she made. Then, the installation team was really professional and they did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves and were really efficient in getting the work done. I got custom shutters in my living and dining room, basic white blinds in the bedrooms, and a tan-beige combination pull-down that’s like the full length of the downstairs walk-out slider. They all look good, especially the shutters, and I’m really happy. I wish that I had gotten more shutters but they cost a lot more money. Still, I was going for a clean look and I’m really happy with the look that they gave.

It went fine with 3 Day Blinds including with the design consultant. The one I got was the same thing that I had before and it's good. The old one broke, so we needed a replacement. The guy came and he did it very quickly, in just a few minutes. They did a very nice and professional job. I don’t think they could have done anything differently.

I called to get a few prices from different places and some places didn't get back to me very quickly, and 3 Day Blinds got back to me right away. They had someone come out quick once I got in touch with them, and the gentleman that came out did a fabulous job showing me their different options. He did all the measurements and gave me a quote. We ordered and then less than a week later, a gentleman came over to put in the blinds. He cleaned up after he put them in. We love the blinds. Compared to the other blind places that I tried to get a hold of or used in the past, this was one of the best consumer experiences I've had.

All I have to say is I’m forced now to file a claim in court after viewing an invoice where the “designer consultant” forged my elderly mother's signature. She avoided me and now customer service is avoiding me, so here we go. It’s horrible to see a company who promotes employees who commit fraud but I absolutely will make sure that this employee and company remember my name and my elderly mother's name at the end of this. I’m personally filing a criminal charge against her for fraud and filing another claim in court against Three Day Blinds and the zero resolution.

I was trying to find something before the holidays and I found 3 Day Blinds. They quickly got back to me with a schedule and I read a lot of reviews. Their design consultant came over to my house and we had an awesome interaction. Then, the installation process was perfect. The installer was on time, quick, and clean. 3 Day Blinds is a misnomer. I'm not upset, but it is. It's not three days. Everybody wants things immediately. In my case, I wasn't tethered. I started the process back in October. A nice lady came out, and we talked about the products and she said somebody else would come back and measure. I have a back sunroom and I got a pull-down blind. And then for my dining room I have a big window that I needed to do something because it doesn't have a window treatment, so I got plantation shutters for that. The ones that were like the pull-down shades were perfectly lovely. They're beautiful and I'm very pleased. They came out before Thanksgiving and everything was great. There were no troubles, except it wasn't three days.
The plantation shutters had to be cut. So this week, finally, we were having the installation. I had to take off work. That was the other thing that was interesting is they don't provide any services outside of regular working hours. For the other shades, not for the plantation shutter part at least, maybe I have to get my contractor. But they got there timely and they were perfectly nice. It wasn't their fault. The installers just got the product, but the product was either measured wrong but cut wrong. And so, the blinds can't open or close because they're cut too close to the wall. So they said they did install it, so I have something in there, that they are gonna re-cut it, that they'll come back and reinstall, and I'm gonna have to take leave again. They said more like three weeks. It wouldn't take three months this time because they would be prioritized. I'm not displeased. Things happen.
I can recommend 3 Day Blinds, but it might take more like three months. They also need to get the correct product. I'm waiting now for the next time they contact me and tell me that they've got the correct product. When they were putting in the trim I said, "Do you wanna save that and it would get cut too?" They said, "No. The whole thing will just go in the trash." They're gonna redo the whole product, send it away again and get it through that process. But I have confidence in the end I'm gonna accomplish what I set out to do with my window treatment.

I used 3 Day Blinds in the past and they were very good. This time, I got a shade that you can open, close and pull down. The rep was great and very thorough. He took the time to go over various options. We went over measurements together too, just to double check then the installation guy that came out was great too. He did two separate jobs for us on two separate dates. My very young kids were talking to him and they didn’t distract him. He was very friendly with them. He was a good and personable guy. I'm very happy with 3 Day Blinds. They have excellent choices, good customer service, and a great install. The quality is really good, which is why I keep using them for a certain job that I have. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and products, so I’m sure my friends would be as well.

We had a complete home done with blinds, horizontal and vertical. The horizontal blinds quality and installation was fantastic. The vertical blinds were shipped minus a set of hardware, which had to be reordered...delaying the project completion. The measurements for the verticals was done on or about 11.14.2019. When the missing hardware was noticed at installation, a claim was initiated to send the missing hardware on or about 12.20.2019. I asked if the hardware could be sent overnight, and was told no. I offered to pay the shipping with no response. I realize the holidays have slowed shipping, but I feel the time lapse is unacceptable.
There are several options for a more expedited delivery than was utilized. We used 3 Day Blinds in Denver and were very pleased with our consultant and the product. Not the case here. The design consultant washed her hands once the $10,000 project was sold...no contact concerning the hardware delay. Regret using 3 Day Blinds and will never use again.

I was very satisfied with the whole thing. I went with it because of the price. I had seven windows treated and the blinds seem to be what we wanted. The quality seems good. A young man came for the installation and he was fast. He had them up in probably an hour or less. He was also polite and professional. The customer service was excellent too.

The consultant was very nice and helpful. We had three different blind places, so we had two different ones come out before she came and we had different ideas. She asked me questions and figured out exactly what I was thinking and what I wanted. We have the roller blinds, and we have a big sliding glass door in the back bedroom. It’s one big roller with a chain, and then the other ones are pull down blinds. But we picked different colors and fabrics and it’s really nice. I do have one complaint, which is that they put the stickers. We put the jeans on the front three windows, and then they put these big stickers on it saying, “Your child can hang”. It looks really ugly from the outside, and they were hard to remove.

We lived in a house that previously had dealt with 3 Day Blinds, so we saw their name on the blinds themselves. We got one of their representatives come out and she's very lovely. She's a very good salesperson, professional, and cordial. We got vertical blinds and the regular horizontal blinds, and they're the roman shades. The installation team was very good and cooperative. And because of the holiday season, there were some issues with shipping, but they were very accommodating. They got it done right at the starting date of Christmas. The only thing is they were supposed to deliver one more. They were missing on one slat for one of my verticals, and they haven’t called me back or delivered it yet. The quality is excellent and I’m very happy with the product.

I am disappointed in the quality of the Roman shades. I had 16 windows in total covered and most of them were the Roman shade. Several were dirty, a couple have creases that will not come out and one has had to be replaced because it was not made correctly. My consultant never returned my call and it has taken weeks to get my new shade. I think it’s ridiculous you pay so much to have it in 3 days, however it has been almost two months and my new shade won’t be installed until next week. Really dissatisfied with the product and the follow up.

I needed more blinds and I started to do some research over the internet. As soon as you do any research, you are hounded by SEO retargeting, which I was by everybody and anybody who made a blind suddenly started to show up on my Facebook feed. I also went to one retail store close by from a competitor just to see what the blinds looked like but I responded to one of those retargeting ads from 3 Day Blinds. I had a nice phone call with the individual who was in my neighborhood. They were offering both design and installation assistance.
The people from 3 Day Blinds were very responsive with bringing the product to the house so that I could actually see it against my windows. They were very responsive and the price was as competitive as other people. It wasn’t the cheapest, but that was not the consideration. Everybody has the same thing and it comes down to if there’s somebody that you like and you can work with. The people were very nice and the whole interaction process reinforced my decision to choose them over the many other people who continue to follow me on Facebook, retarget and stalk.

A friend who knew people who used 3 Day Blinds mentioned them, and I looked on the website and it looked good. I called and they were very helpful. They set up a consultation appointment and we went from there. I got cellular shades and a couple of faux wood blinds. The rep was very good and knowledgeable, and the whole process was very efficient. I was given a timeline of one week but it took less than that. The installers were nice and knew what they were doing.

Do not use this company. The first issue was the guy who came to take measurements (because the blind consultant is not allowed to stand on a ladder) was 45 minutes late and I had to reschedule. I had ordered $4300 worth of blinds from this company. I needed nearly my whole house to be completed. I ordered three Roman Shades, which cost me S1570. The three shades were not cut correctly and were crooked at the bottom. There was about a half inch difference on one side which you could clearly see. I took pictures and advised the company. New Roman Shades were ordered and installed at my house. This second time, the blinds were still cut incorrectly and crooked at the bottom. I again called the company and provided pictures.
The blind consultant assured me the next round of blinds would be inspected and should be correct. A THIRD appointment was scheduled and new blinds installed. These blinds were the worst of all of them. Two of the blinds were missing a bottom pleat and the third blind was still crooked. Now I’m angry. I work and these appointments were wasting my time. I took pictures and spoke to the blind consultant again. I told her just to refund me and let me keep the defective blinds so I at least would have something. She told me she would refund me 10% of the purchase price, or $150. I said no. She stated she would see what she can do. We later spoke and she gave me three options: a $315 refund, another appointment for the same blinds to try to get them right the fourth time, or a full refund and the blinds get returned.
I was not happy with these options. I did not want to pay $1255 for defective, crooked blinds. I did not want them trying to get them right a FOURTH TIME. And I did not want them to come out again to take the blinds completely (now I wouldn’t have anything and holes left in my walls until I can contact another blind company (mind you it’s busy holiday season)). I asked for 50% refund, which means I would’ve paid $785 for these defective blinds but at least would have something over the holidays. She said no the company won’t allow that. Beyond frustrated, I told them to schedule a FOURTH appointment to come and take back these defective blinds. I told her how disappointed and flat out angry I was for wasting my time. Now I have to be home…. Again and find a new blind company during Christmas because I will NEVER use this company again.

The sales rep was very helpful. I bought wood venetian blinds and they are all a very off white cream color. And some are a little bit darker, somewhere like a natural wood color too. The designer was fantastic. She showed me lots of options and a very large product line. She was very, very helpful. But I'm a little old-fashioned when it comes to windows. I had wood blinds in my other home, and I liked them. I like the way they look. The installation went very well. He was very quick and very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He did a good job.
I had installed Blinds To Go myself before, and the blinds from 3 Day Blinds operate better. They close a little bit tighter. The installation was done better. When I sized all my windows, I sized them to the exact dimension of the old window, which was pretty much the same type of window I have now. However, when Blinds To Go went and cut them, they clipped them a quarter-inch short. But when I saw 3 Day Blinds and how they took the moulding on top that covers the Venetian blind, they cut it perfectly flush so that it went side to side of the whole window. It looks a lot neater and nicer. Whereas at my old place, since they cut them quarter-inch off the sides, there are gaps on the sides. 3 Day Blinds definitely has a distinct higher quality line than what you get at Blinds To Go. I'm very satisfied. My experience has been great.

After my mini blinds were installed, I noticed that they didn’t open perfectly horizontally. They are always slightly slanted. I called the installer, who rather patronizingly told me I had to hold all the strings together while opening the blinds. Obviously. He said I had to call customer care.
After SEVERAL calls, with no response and false promises to call me back, I called my saleswoman. She said she’d get Customer Care to call me. They didn’t. I wasted over 2 hours over the course of a week with NO results. The blinds are still crooked. Life is too short to keep contacting a company whose only interest is to SELL, but not care enough about its customers to service. Regarding the quality of the product, they are flimsy, and I doubt they will last very long. I’m very disappointed.

I had a couple of reps come to my house and the quality from 3 Day Blinds that I was feeling and seeing was what I wanted to choose. The quality of the product was better than a couple of other companies that I researched. The price was very fair. I would recommend them. We purchased wooden plantation shutters. The design consultant was very good, and we talked about curtains in the future and other window treatments. We only did the master bedroom. There were seven shutters, and it took the gentleman two hours to put them in. We had one blind that seemed to bow, and it didn't seem to magnetize shut properly after we used them for a few weeks. So we called them, and someone made an appointment. The gentleman came out and said it was the actual sheetrock in the wall that wasn't completely flat, so he adjusted the way that he attached the wooden shutter to the sheetrock so that the shutter would close properly.

3 Day Blinds had a buy one, get one promo. They were 50% off at the time and that attracted me to them. It took longer than three days to get my shades but I wasn't in any hurry. I got the Roman shades and they're the normal ones that has a little cord and you pull it. I was a little hesitant at first because I've always had the plantation shutters. But I'm on Anchorage, I wanted to be able to raise them all the way up, and I didn't want any lines like shutters give you. And I really like my shades. They look good from the front, too.
The rep who assisted me was very knowledgeable and very experienced. She was a big help and she knew what she was doing. The installation went real well, too, and the one who came out was a nice person. All in all, I'm so happy with the shades, though I would've liked to use the remote control ones. I don't know if it's just 3 Day Blinds or all of those Roman shades, but if they're over a certain height, you can't use the remote control ones. Still, I had a good experience and it was all done in a timely fashion.

Annie, the saleslady, was very good. She knew the products and she was very easy to discuss with. She was very personable and we enjoyed talking to her. We liked her and we liked the product, so we went with 3 Day Blinds. We got a pulldown shade in one room, and then we got shutters in the other room. All that has been installed is the one shade, and it went perfect. Its quality is great. The guy was in and out very quickly. As with the blinds, they said it would be eight to 10 weeks before we get them. So, we are still waiting.

My original order went very smoothly and happy with product. Upon installation it was determined one blind was incorrectly measured and had to be reordered. 3 Day Blinds completely dropped the ball, replacement took over 2 weeks with several calls from me. Designer neglected to “order” the new installation and it sat for over a week at installer.

We have had several issues with our blinds - first the cords were ordered in the wrong size for 60% of our blinds, 2) our blinds don't fix correctly on the only windows that were ordered correctly. They are too long and I've sent pictures in and haven't heard back. We have our second installation tomorrow. I assume we will need a 3rd due to the additional issue identified. Very disappointing.

We had a super experience when ordering our blinds. Eric helped us choose the exact blind we were looking for and came back 2 times so I could make sure they were right. The order was correct with no errors. We didn't wait long and Mark the installer called. He was highly qualified and installed all 11 blinds in no time and cleaned up after himself. I’ll start this off by saying I never went through with reviewing 3 Day Blinds on my first order with them, which probably wouldn’t have been great (not terrible either, but the workmanship was well below expectations). This second order was GREAT though. Blinds ended up being made faster than projected, and I was able to get them to both install the new ones, AND reinstall the old ones that had been taken down when I installed new windows while also correcting the several issues the first set had. I’ve now got a full home of working, good looking blinds and am very happy with my decision to go with them. My only wish now was that they didn’t use Greensky for financing, but that’s not a big deal.

The installation was quick. Two weeks after our Blinds arrived two out of three of them broke. Defective / low-quality. Although Blinds are under warranty, an expensive and inappropriate fee is being charged to us for coming to fix the defective blinds. I am highly dissatisfied with 3 Day Blinds. We have a whole house that we need window coverings for and will not be using 3 Day Blinds ever again.

When blinds installed 11/1 the hardware to hang the valance was missing. A return visit was made today 12/4, but when the installer arrived he informed me the box with the necessary part/s were not in the van. He said he'd check the warehouse when he returns to Santa Rosa today and someone would call to reschedule (again!!) It's extremely poor customer service to take over a month to get this completed.

I do not recommend this company. They misrepresented their pricing, I have been waiting over a month for draperies. They came in short, skimpy and look worse than ready mades. They called for final payment yesterday. Half of house still doesn’t have blinds. I don’t believe their rep knows what she is doing as for measurements. She is supposed to be handling corrections. We will see. I do not believe I will have my treatments before years end. I have not worked with company this awful with service. I was an interior designer for many years. Proceed with caution if you choose to use them. I had to threaten them with reversing charges on credit card before they agreed to take action.

In the beginning we were very happy (meeting with Cindy was great, the installers were very efficient and the shades look beautiful). BUT we are still missing our largest shade. When it was manufactured it was not made to size. No one has called up to schedule the installation for this shade. Also, the cords are too yellow, they look very dirty compared to our white walls. It's been a few weeks and I'm still waiting on 3 Day Blinds to reach out. The company name is very misleading.

I am not happy with what's going on with my order and how it is being handled. First, this is not the first order with 3-Day Blinds (rest of the windows in the house were done by your company), however, I'm not getting a warm and fuzzy this time and am concerned that it will be installed as promised this week. The representative was fine but didn't leave her card/invoice or email it to me. Had to call 3-day to get it sent to me. Also, that rep changed the location/company that would be doing the install, so it had to be redirected, yet to arrive at the proper installer.

Tammy was so great to work with. She listened to how we were going to use each of the spaces in my home and helped me pick what would work best. She is a designer and helped me figure out how to cover a large sliding glass door without just using vertical blinds. I love how quickly the blinds came and they were able to install them the day after. The cord free blinds are really easy to use and look great. Very happy with the process and final product.

We could not be more thrilled with the helpful advice and guidance we received from Maria (?) when she came and measured for our blinds. The installers were extremely professional and efficient. The entire process, start to finish, was stress-free and the blinds look fantastic and are very functional in our space. I contrast this with ordering online with many questions about the products, and only hoping that you understood the online explanations--and the concerns over measuring. Maria measured several points on large windows in case they were not exactly square. Would recommend 3 Day Blinds unreservedly.

The experience was okay. My salesperson, Mary was very knowledgeable as I would expect. The installation was okay, but the installer didn't vacuum up after he drilled into the walls to install the blinds. The blinds themselves leave a little to be desired as not all the slats lay flat. That being the case, I would still use this company again should the need arise.

I was very pleased to receive follow-up phone calls regarding 3-Day Blinds' service. I had some issues with the initial measurements but have since decided I can live with the gap where the roman shades meet the windowsills. I did not want extra holes in the wall where the brackets were installed, so chose not to have an installer return to fix the issue. I merely wanted the sales rep to be made aware that measurements in my unusual installation requirement were critical. And, that info would be helpful for future orders and sales visits.

Shutter installation due on 11/20/19 - 12/4/19. As of now I have received no updates on whether the shutters have been shipped or when the installation will occur. In addition, there was an error on the color. I have called numerous times and have emailed the design consultant (Renee **) to correct this and to confirm installation and color. I have yet to receive a callback. I was fairly happy with the process for our blinds in the family room, but not pleased with the customer service I have received regarding the shutters for our guest room. I probably will not recommend or use 3 Day Blinds in the future.

We did not ask for express shipping or anything else on the product, and it did not take three days. It was all as expected. The quality of the blinds seems good, but the cost is very high.

This house was built in 1999. After we moved in, we installed 3 Day Blinds. I had it for 20 years, and I had to replace it. This time, I got vertical blinds for the sliding glass door. The quality is fine. I made a selection but I didn’t know it would show up as dark as it is but it's not a problem. The only thing I wondered was this was 3 Day Blinds and it took two weeks to get it delivered and installed.

I went with 3 Day Blinds because of their name, which sounded like they do it right away, and secondly the 50% off, which sounded like it was going to be a great price. However, neither expectations were met. The person came the next day when I called to make the appointment in having a representative come out. So, that was fast, that was within three days. Then, I asked how long it was taking and she said it would be done on the 30th of October -- she was at my house on the 1st. I said that was a long time and she said that things like these take long.
So, it took another four weeks before the blinds were installed. It took about three weeks to deliver. It was delivered in the pouring rain and the box was absolutely drenched, but the blinds inside the box were in a plastic bag. So, they did not actually get wet. They could have put it somewhere underneath an overhang, but they just put it right out in the open during the rain. They knew that it was going to get drenched because no one was home. For the price I paid, the blinds are not very attractive looking too. I was expecting to get the honeycomb, which is the one where you are able to raise it from the bottom and then you are able to lower it from the top, but it was not. I wrote the person and she said, "You said the top-down style was too expensive," and I do not remember telling her that. Needless to say, I am extremely distraught over these blinds. I would never ever recommend this company because of all these.

If you are looking for months of aggravation and worst customer support EVER, call 3 Day Blinds and schedule an appointment. I don’t know how a business can be this inept and not go under. I still don’t have all of my blinds and this started on August 9!!!! (well over 3 months ago). A consultant came to my home with little material samples (no photos or even line drawings) so you don’t know what the finished product will look like. I ordered blinds and paid almost 4K for faux wood that looks slightly better than something purchased off the rack. After running my credit card my consultant had very little interest in helping me. She missed a window in the initial count, and later tried to blame me because I signed the statement, then she tried to charge me $365 (another installation fee) for a blind worth $116 even though the order wasn’t completely installed yet.
After the initial consultation someone comes out to measure the windows. They also didn’t notice that a window was missed & they didn’t measure the kitchen sink window correctly. I have a tile backsplash so I was asked if I wanted a bump-out, which means the blind wouldn’t be the same width vertically. I said NO very adamantly as that sounds terrible. The wrong size blind was installed and didn’t even close properly & had to be remade (more phone calls).
The installers left the blind pulled up halfway and didn’t even mention the problem when they left. I tried to close the blind and it got stuck on a diagonal. They did remember to ask me to give them a good review though. That blind had to be remade and took several more phone calls. When I called my consultant to ask for help, she said it was out of her hands (no more $ coming her way) & that I needed to call corporate & place a ticket (then you get a case manager who is supposed to help you). My order also included an arch blind that got lost, so I had to call the corporate office and place another ticket. When it finally arrived, it looked terrible (runs horizontally with about 8 vertical supports). I wouldn’t have purchased it if I knew how terrible it would look.
90+ Day Blinds uses a 3rd-party installer and there is zero communication between the 2 companies, so it’s an endless loop of ineptitude that requires countless phone calls to try and get things back on track. Somebody from corporate puts notes in your file that nobody reads. The minute the installer gets a blind they want to schedule an install even when the order is incomplete, instead of waiting for the remaining blinds. I work and this has been very inconvenient. Today is Saturday and I’m waiting for the installer to come and install the last blind, which required yet another ticket. I was supposed to get a call yesterday to narrow it down to a 2-hr window, but nobody called. Someday I am hopeful that all of my blinds will be installed and I can move on to other things. I never write reviews, but feel that I need to save others from this trauma.

I’m still waiting for my shutters, which doesn’t make me very happy. But the quality of the shades and the color palettes were fine.

We had a wonderful designer come over to tell us about shutters, She taught us about the shutter options and did preliminary measurements. Another person came by for final measurements. The order was paid for and placed. It took 2 months to build the shutters for 3 windows. The installers came. They did a wonderful job placing them just right. They taught us how to clean and adjust them and explained the warranty.

I have used 3 Day Blinds in the past and I knew they were easy to work with. They also get their product done quickly. I got fabric Roman shades from them this time around. We had thought that something else would work better but then their consultant pointed out how well the Roman shades would fit our sun problems. The installation was shorter than expected and the quality of the shades we got is great. They're a little difficult to raise as they are heavy, so I wish they could have been motorized. Also, they were very expensive as they were almost $5,000. Still, we love the shades thus far.

Overall it was a good experience. I do wish I would have had a clearer picture of what the string would look like and the placement of the string. I was under the impression that it would not be noticeable but it really is. I wonder why it isn't placed at the end of the blind versus crossing over, doesn't look like I feel a blind of this price should. I guess I would have ordered the same blind without the strings.

I ordered blinds back in August 2019. It’s now Nov. they do not fit my window. Huge gaps shades hanging below the valence. Which btw they stated it doesn’t say that in my contract it’s supposed to cover. Isn’t that what valences are supposed to to do, cover? I spent $5200, It’s so hard to get a hold of a person. They finally assigned a caseworker, nightmare, assigned another one who claims to be helping, made it clear the line is being recorded only because our credit card has been advised of how bad this has been. They have the nerve to tell me to pay more for a mistake that was made with the original salesman. They are so confused, one woman told me they would be installing another blind. It’s a circus act. I wish I had more space to write. Please do not buy from this company. On my heart and soul, it’s the worse experience one could ever imagine. It actually makes me cry.

3 Day Blinds was the first one I called, and their agent emailed me immediately. I'm in sales, I expect what I do for my customers and they did. I had the verticals and they had to do a little bit of customizing because of the way that our rooms and our windows are shaped. We had a design consultant and she was knowledgeable. What she did not know, she found out for us. The valances that the agent recommended were really good. We, however, had a couple of measurement problems but they were addressed immediately. The first one who measured it was off a little. But they didn't try to say, "Oh, he did it or she did it.". They said instead, "We'll take care of it," and they did right away. Overall, 3 Day Blinds was very good and their outsourcing for the installers were very professional too.

From Start to Finish, my experience was really great. The design consultant who came to my house was really wonderful and knowledgeable. She helped me avoid any errors and I'm so glad I took her advice. I purchased 4 Shutters and one blind. Everything turned out so great and at a really good price. They called to set up installation and were patient with me because I had to delay them due to other work being done at my house. They were understanding and super accommodating.
The installers also - neat, tidy and efficient. I had one shutter that ended up having a problem which was NOT 3 Day Blinds error but due to a bathroom shower that ended up being larger than I thought. The installers were able to work around it and I ended up getting it installed and looking perfect. I honestly couldn't be happier and I'd highly recommend them.

The in-home consultation and ordering process was very good. The issue that I have is that the lead time for shutters is a bit extensive in the amount of time you have to wait. I don’t understand why it takes 8 weeks. The temporary paper shades don’t have much adhesive and repeatedly fall down which is annoying. I have used 3 Day Blinds before and will continue to use them for my window treatment needs.

Worst customer service experience of my life, and I'm a Comcast (Xfinity) customer so that's saying a lot. I ordered from 3 Day Blinds because I needed blinds fast for my new house and with a name like 3 Day Blinds you would think that's what you are getting. Their consultant came, took some measurements then quoted me a price...$1500 for three windows and one sliding glass door, wow, that's expensive, but hey I needed them fast so I'm happy to pay a premium. After I've paid she drops the bomb on me that I should expect a call from the installer in 3-5 business days to schedule the install for next week. Ok, so 7 Day Blinds, I guess I'll deal with that.
Well now the fun begins, they screw up the zip code and my blinds end up being delivered 50 miles away to a wildfire zone. How do you screw up the zip code when you came to my house to measure the windows? After waiting a week for a call to even schedule the install I called corporate customer service. Never in my life have I met such ineffective and clueless people. "I'll look into that and get back to you," should be the company motto. Nobody knew what was going on, nobody knew who knew what was going on. My assigned case manager Chandrice avoided my calls and never responded to an email.
I didn't get mad with them, I didn't make demands, all I asked was that they do what they could to make me say I was happy to choose 3 Day Blinds. Finally, after almost 3 weeks from my purchase I called and told them it would be my last time calling for better or for worse, I sat on hold for over half an hour only to be told "The blinds supposedly left Sacramento today and should be at the installer, but nobody knows for sure."
That's it, I told them to please cancel my order. I was told the customer service rep couldn't do that and I'd have to hold. After another 5 minutes of waiting to be transferred I hung up, called my credit card holder and initiated a chargeback. I'll just get them cut at Home Depot and install them myself. A company should keep their customer service informed and empowered to actually help customers, it felt like the CS team for 3 Day Blinds was there to run interference until you just give up and go away.

3 Day Blinds' name stuck out and I got wood blinds and a solar shade from them. We've had it for almost a month and a half now. During the installation, a man showed up and I was skeptical, with him being so young. But he did an awesome job. He installed it exactly based on what we talked about and it works perfectly. I'm even thinking about calling them back to come back and do another window. However, those remote blinds are expensive so it has to be till the time is right. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.

My sister-in-law has 3 Day blinds on her house. And when I was looking on Facebook and saw it I made appointment. The designer was really nice, and the installation process was very quick. It was not even 20 minutes. The installer did a very good job. He cleaned up everything before he left. The design of the blinds was really cute. It's better than the other blinds. I like it.

My sister-in-law used 3 Day Blinds down in Tucson. My wife asked her about it, and she said 3 Day Blinds was really good and quick. Our design consultant measured everything really good, and he was very knowledgeable about all the blinds, and he helped us pick out what we should have. He was down-to-earth. He wasn’t a pressure seller. The installers came in and they took down all the old blinds and put all the new blinds up. Everything was cleaned up, and everything works really good. The products that we got are of very good quality. They’re nice and thick. They’re a little bit expensive, but we have to pay for the material and stuff they used. We had a few problems with some of the blinds. One of the panels over our patio door was falling down, but it’s working good now. They mismeasured one of the rooms, but other than that, I would recommend 3 Day Blinds.

I've used 3 Day Blinds before. Originally, my order was some blackout, some up and downs in the front bedroom because of the light coming in. This time when I reordered for the rest of the house, I just did regular one inch blinds with the little cap on top. And then, I reordered one for that bedroom because it got destroyed due to a window leak.
The consultant I dealt with was very knowledgeable. It was a different one than I had the first time. But they both were equal. I'd deal with either one of them. I wasn't here when the installer arrived. I had somebody there, and when I got here about a half hour later, the installer asked me some specific questions for clarity. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The blinds I got are fine. I was looking for something inexpensive because I'm gonna sell this place, so I wanted to update it. Everything was great. I liked that it was a fast turnaround. I've been happy with both agents that came out and the installation and the quality. I'd tell my friends to try 3 Day Blinds.

I liked the rep from 3 Day Blinds. I liked her ideas. The installation was great. I loved Jeff. He did a great job except we have some strings clinging from the really high blinds that are motorized, and I can’t get through them, so I’m waiting for him to come back to fix them. I was expecting a call from him today. But the quality of the blinds is great. The cost was a lot more than I expected, but the blinds are very nice.

I got honeycomb blinds from 3 Day Blinds. I can do top-down or bottom-up with automatic control. The 3 Day Blinds consultant was great, and the installation process was terrific. I'm getting more of the blinds installed tomorrow, so hopefully it goes well.

The sales person who came out described a product that doesn't exist, dual shade top-down bottom-up honeycomb shades. Also told us double cell cost the same as single cell (which I questioned but he assured me was true). Also said double cell (which I originally wanted) was same translucency as single but better insulation against Texas Sun (which I also questioned but he didn't have a sample to prove it). After getting the blinds and everything he told us was a lie. We were offered replacements. They were less expensive lower quality blinds but I got NO REFUND! We paid hundreds more than the product was worth because we fell for all the lies the sales person told us. DO NOT BUY FROM 3-DAY BLINDS.

I Googled custom window treatments, and 3 Day Blinds came up. The rep was very nice and she was fairly knowledgeable. After the order was placed though, I wish she would have told me about a couple of things. Still, the installation was good. My shades are fine, but my problem is I've been waiting 10 weeks and I still don't have my balance, and it came wrong. They said that they're going to renew it, but it's not expedited in any way. I also had a problem with the lining, and they still haven't told me if they're gonna fix the problem with the lining at all.

The order called for all installs to be inside the window casing. I spoke to the installer before they came out to make some adjustments and was told it would taken care of. Still waiting for "that". Curtains do not work well with the blinds' box on outside of the window. Please fix.

The worst customer service I can imagine. We ordered our shutters in Nov 2018, they were not installed until Feb 2019. I'm Ok with that as I realize they are busy. A couple of the shutters turned out to be damaged and they had to be re-ordered, that took an additional few months. Within 6 months the shutters started to fall apart. I called customer service on 9/25 to set up an appointment for someone to come out and fix them. Greg was assigned to me as a Customer Care Rep, I have exchanged several emails/calls with him over the past month and to this day have not received a response from the installers on when they can come out to look at the issue let alone fix it. Not sure what exactly Greg is helping me with or why it would take a month for him to coordinate an appointment. The real kicker is my $14k financing through them is due 11/3 for a product that fell apart within a year with no one seeming to resolve the issue. Just horrible!

Three Day Blinds aggressively contacted me after I searched for their services and made an appointment. It must not have shown up in whatever system they got because I was contacted within 24 hours by phone, text, and email encouraging me to make an appointment. I already had. I ordered blinds. The installer came. One blind was wrong. I have reached out 3 times over the ten days since the blinds were installed to ask when they will make this right, and have gotten zero response.
They are actively pursing my feedback on the installer they used (he was great), but they've asked for not one word on my satisfaction with Three Day Blinds. I have to think that's because they are not doing well. I have one blind in my house that is not what I ordered, and have made multiple attempts to get them to tell me when they will correct this problem. They are not answering that question. A really stark difference to how aggressively they reached out before I made an appointment and gave them my money.
The blinds are nice, but I ordered two identical blinds that open both top down and bottom up. One is as ordered. The second is only top down, which is not good if you like to open your windows. I do. Again. I have asked four times over the last ten days when they will correct this problem and gotten zero response. So fine if they get it right the first time, I guess?
PS If you do go forward with them, don't book right away. They will send increasingly valuable coupons to try to get you to sign up. And they will call and text and email to try to get you signed up. A little less crisp to respond if they mess up your order it seems. They honored one coupon that they sent me, but not the other, because I booked too soon.

Valances are crooked, uneven and look totally unprofessional. I was handed back hardware for the installation. Missing a cord to charge the batteries as I went with motorized blinds for my 19ft ceilings. But being that they look directly into my loft and hallway and I live in a townhouse with neighbors in front I definitely wanted them to shut. Hours after the installers left with shoddy work the blinds are now stuck open. I contacted my sales person who said that someone would get back to me but the end of one business day has passed and I have yet to hear from anyone as I sit writing this at night in my loft waving at my neighbors! Definitely not happy so far!!!!

I had 3 Day Blinds before at another condo that I purchased. And I got blinds from the again and their sales rep was very knowledgeable, friendly, gave me good advice and tried to do the best for me that he could as far as the cost went. The installation process was also excellent -- really clean and the installation guy got right to work and knew exactly what he was doing.
I had wooden blinds before, and the one thing I liked about 3 Day Blinds was they replaced the blinds because they were warped. I had an added feature that I was supposed to block the light in the bedroom, and it wasn’t blocking the lights, but the guys replaced the whole complete set of blinds in that one bedroom. So I was very thrilled with that. When I got the advice for my current blinds it was a whole different situation. My windows don’t look out on a beautiful scene, so he advised that I get accordion blinds, and I can lower them from the top. I can get the sky and the light from outside to come through, but the undesirable scenery is blocked out.

There was another company who contacted me and said they would call me with quotes and they never did. So, I said forget it. I saw 3 Day Blinds in an advertisement in our local paper. The design rep was lovely and gave me exactly what I asked for. I didn’t get any discussion as to, “No, don’t put these here.” The installation was on time and very nice. I have recommended 3 Days Blinds to a friend.
In my dining room, the blinds are sort of a shade, and it’s folded. They’re self-lifting. You just have to touch them lightly and they raise. I like them very much. The ones that I chose for the kitchen are too heavy to raise. They are plastic slats blinds and they’re alright but knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t had gotten them. If it didn’t cost so much, I’d redo it.

My wife got referred to 3 Day Blinds by her brother. We heard about their reputation, and we thought it was pretty good. I'd recommend them in a minute. The work they did was well worth it. We got the white shutters with the open rod. There's a little rod in the middle where you can move it up and down and open the shutters. The blinds are beautiful. The installer was very clean and professional. There was not a single thing on the floor when he left. We also love the design consultant who was absolutely fantastic.

A friend of mine that used 3 Day Blinds said they had a good experience with them. So, we purchased the window blinds from them too and my interaction with their consultant was really good. She was perfect. The installation process was perfect as well. Everything went good although we're still waiting on one set of blinds. If I'd purchase another home and we'd need more blinds, they'd be the first one I'd call.

Please read the 1 star reviews and stay far away from 3 Day Blinds. This company is horrible and only interested in their bottom line and could care less about whether their customers are satisfied or not. I purchased insulated cellular blinds for two large windows that both have a separate half-circle arched window at the top. The original order came with 3 of the four blinds incorrect. The installer confirmed that the measurements were correct and the blinds were manufactured incorrectly. I was assigned my case manager, Frank. He seemed to be fine until the second try only resulted in one more properly fitting blind. The 2 arches still did not fit properly. Frank insisted they could be adjusted but the installer was not able to fix them. So they were remade again.
The third install resulted in only a slight improvement, and again, the installer confirmed that the measurements were correct. He showed me where the manufacturing had been done wrong again. The installer left these blinds in place because he was able to squish them into the opening and it finally gave us some relief from the blazing sun. But they are crumpled at the center point of the arch and look awful from both inside and out. At this point, it had been over 5 months since the whole process started so I asked for a refund.
Frank insisted that I give them one more chance and they would have the installer draw a template of each arch and the blinds would be made to fit the template. That was done in August and after emailing Frank multiple times, he finally responded today asking what my issue was? He couldn’t remember anything other than a damaged blind from the original install date. (No blinds were ever damaged, they were just the wrong size.) Finally today, after much back and forth, Frank remembered that he had ordered the templates and admitted that no one had ever moved forward with making new blinds from them. I asked again for a refund and he told me they would give it to me after they picked up the blinds.
I highly doubt they ever actually give anyone a refund so they will not be picking up my blinds. Or they can come pick them up the day their check clears. So lesson learned on my part! Any company that requires payment in full before the final project completion (they require it to place the order!!) is one you should stay far far away from. There are much better companies out there who actually care about the product they put out and that their customers are happy!

HORRIBLE experience!! While I’ve never complained about any service company but I must WARN anyone thinking about using 3 Day Blinds, DON’T. Every room was measured incorrectly and had to be reordered after holes for install were drilled (and not repaired). Then a reordered 3 slider window treatment was LOST in delivery. I ended up with window treatments in my bedroom I didn’t actually want because I was told what I originally ordered wasn’t possible. The final straw was after months of waiting, the dining window shutters came in with 4.5” louvers instead of 3.5” so they don’t match what is already there.
3 Day blind customer service is always “working” on it. Do NOT use this company. No one is responsible or accountable. It’s been a horrible cycle of errors and after months it’s still going on. I only get excuses with consumer service blaming sales and subcontractors. I’ve never been this frustrated and disappointed with a business transaction in my life. Save yourself the pain.

3 Day Blinds came up on my ad, both Facebook and Instagram, as soon as I started googling blinds. It’s a nationwide company. It was for a home near Lake Tahoe and they were willing to come out and not charge me for the visit, and other companies were going to charge me to come out and measure. Their rep was great. She showed up on time and brought a bunch of samples. I knew what I wanted. I had some windows that I didn’t think I wanted covered, and she agreed with me. She didn't talk me into buying what I didn’t want. She went and measured, and it was easy. The installer seems great. He has been an installer for many years and he has done a lot of vacation homes. He came in, installed, then sent me pictures since I was not there for installation. Everything went easy and seamless.

I purchased Cellular Blinds from 3 Day Blinds. Their rep was great. She had all the information and was good in giving me advice on what to pick. It was a whole house full of windows and it was installed within a couple weeks. The installation team was great. The blinds were a little expensive though. Until the rep wrote up the whole order, I didn't realize how pricey it was gonna be. Had I known it all along I might have chosen something more affordable. I would have had more information to make a better decision. But by the time I found out the price, it was too late and it wasn’t worth going back. So, we went with it. They are functional and they look good, so I’m happy with it.

When we ordered our shades, the lady who came to our house said that she would follow up on some issues that we had with some of the other 3 Day Blinds shades we have. She took pictures and said that she would have someone get back to us. We have never heard anything. This is very disappointing as all of the window covers in our house are 3 Day Blinds. It would be difficult to purchase any more shades when your customer service is so poor.

The 3 Day Blinds rep did a good job of measuring, but when she walked in the door, she wiped her feet on my good carpet and not my other rug. And the first thing she asked me was if she could use my bathroom, which was unusual for someone who has never been to my house before. We purchased all wooden blinds and accordion shades. The installation didn't take very long and I liked the installer very much. He was very efficient and worked very cleanly. He took everything away and it was like he wasn’t there.
The blinds look good and I feel very good about the product's quality. However, I’m somewhat concerned that there is an accordion blind that one blind covers the space and it's very heavy. I can feel the pull on the cord when I go up and I hope that it would withstand time. The other one goes up quite easily though. Overall, it was a job well done and I would recommend 3 Day Blinds.

I’ve been a contractor for 25 years. Originally requested a quote with installation. It was a hefty $ 1800.00 for a single 10ft blind. Without install it dropped to $ 990.00 somehow. Tim, was nice and professional and came in to measure and show samples. I expected the same level of professionalism moving forward. The track came in about a week (not 3 days), it was bent. White valance and slats I ordered did not come in.
Reached out to Tim, who after 3 days put me in touch with Jennifer ** in customer service. After sending her pictures they replaced the track a week later. Still had not received slats or white valance. Next day valance came in, it was beige, and with a 1” cut out on both ends. So in other words, it did not span the entire opening. I reached out to customer service again with pictures. No response. I sent Jennifer over 30 emails. Then I texted Tim, the original contact. He said he had to contact the district office. That was two weeks ago. Since then I have heard nothing from anyone. I am disputing the card charges. Stay away from these people, they are as unprofessional as it gets.

I had 30 Day Blinds about 30 years ago, so I tried them again. The designer was amazing. She was very friendly and very accommodating. I had ordered a carpet also and I forgot to match the carpet with the drapes. So, she came by my office and brought the drapes sample so I could match that with the carpet and the tiles. For me, it was above and beyond.
The installer did a great job. He came out and measured. It was a great experience. But the company that does the scheduling was a nightmare. When the guy called, he used a mechanical voice. And in the first two times he called, I thought it was a joke and did not call back. So, it took a little while to get that to coordinate. But even when I talked to him, it was a challenge. There was a lot of feedback, but I don’t know if he has some physical challenges and that was the only equipment that they could use, but for me, that’s not a good set. If it were electronic and we were just doing emails, that would be great.
For the billing process, I gave them my deposit and then they came out. They couldn’t do everything at one time so they brought out part of the orders first within four weeks. And then they billed me for everything. But I have not received my drapes yet. So, they billed me for the $8,000 after they delivered the $1,000. I could not get through to customer service. I even tried several different lines, trying to get ahold of anybody saying that I wanna place an order and patch me through. But they said they couldn't do that and that I have to call the special number. So, that was frustrating. I sent them an email, called my consultant and told her I was going to put a stop payment on it until after I received my drapes. So they were delivered yesterday and everything’s great. The quality of the drapes is very great. They're perfect.

Sadly, overall I am disappointed with everything except for the contracted installer Kevin who was great. The product is way overpriced for the so-called quality. They look great from a distance, but up close they look cheap. At first installation, one part was missing, and post installation, I realized how crooked one of the sets was. Had to wait for parts and re-install. Just within 1 year (how convenient - at warranty expiration time) 2 cords were messed up. The repair person didn't fix one of them because the wrong part was ordered, and I am still having issues getting it to hold in place. After he left I noticed part of a plastic holder piece for the valance was underneath my bed - so it apparently broke off when he incorrectly removed the valance, it flew across the room, and he didn't even say anything! I happened to find it later and had to fix myself - the valance was not even put back on right! I would never order from 3 Day Blinds again! Waste of my money!!

We are happy with the blinds. However the install took longer than expected due to inaccurate measurements on two windows and a "lost" request for new blinds. Our installer, Nick, was very professional and a credit to 3 Day Blinds in wanting the final product to be perfect. Once we reached our customer service rep, Wendell, things seemed to move better and we were able to send photos to show him the issue. I appreciated his attention once the problem was pinned down. Khristian ** was very good at the decorative side of helping us to decide on blinds we needed and they do look great. Overall, I wish it went easier but happy with results.

I had 3 Day Blinds come out to do a quote, and I was really impressed with the salesperson, and his knowledge and professionalism. I was really stricken with the way that the rep helped us out. We had roller shades installed in five windows. The installer called me when he was on the way. He was really proficient and everything was easy. Everything went perfectly as scheduled. Dealing with 3 Day Blinds was easy, fast and affordable.

What a pleasure to deal with people who know their product, their role in the organization and their relationships with their co-workers. We had a large auditorium for which we wanted to get blinds. Everyone said it would be great. The blinds finally came in. Yeah! The unfortunate part is the remote doesn't cover all the windows even when you stand in the middle of the room. It is awful because you can't get all the blinds in one area to stop at the same level. Really annoying for all the money we spent.

First, the sales guy was worthless. The measurements were not correct. He measured incorrectly. The measurement guy did measure correctly. They used the first set of measurements which I knew and the measurement guy knew were incorrect. When I got the confirmation that the blinds were to ship and looked at the dimensions I called the sales guy numerous times to alert him that they were wrong. No return phone call. It was a Monday holiday but I called the facility in California as well but no response.
Finally the installer came with 2 blinds instead of 4 as he said that's all they put in his truck. He came back later and installed the other 2. The installer was nice but it was inconvenient taking off work for most of the day. The blinds are not cheap and are ok, not great. The customer service people agreed to send a $100 debit card for all the problems I had. That never came despite a few calls. They don't want you to post a negative rating but rather contact them which I did and no resolution. I would never go back to this company for blinds and would seek other alternatives.

Called 3 Day Blinds regarding non-functioning blinds. Spoken to a rep who indicated he would call back as to when a repair person could do the fix. I never got the call. The blinds I believe were less than a year old and we have since had additional 3 Day Blinds installed. We are presently away from that residence and will not return until late spring.

I had a great experience with 3 Day Blinds! I first ordered blinds for two of my dining room windows and 2 bathroom windows. I was so pleased with the results that I later ordered two more blinds for my living room windows and 3 pairs of shades! Marene ** was my consultant and she was very thorough in assisting me with picking the window treatments for my home! The installer was also prompt and installed all of my treatments perfectly. I will be recommending 3 Day Blinds to others!

I googled some companies that do window treatments and I asked for appointments for them to come out and give me estimates. 3 Day Blinds was the first one to show up and I went with them. I worked with their design consultant and they were very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what was for my windows. Then, there was only one guy during the installation and he actually did it really quickly. He took about an hour to do the whole house. But it’s all good and the blinds have been working perfectly so far. I went with some basic blinds that are for glass and the quality is good. I’m really happy with them.

Saleslady showed us our choices, measured perfectly, turned in our order. We were called to set up an installation date. He showed up at time promised. Took down old blinds, hung new, cleaned up, Done Beautiful Job.

Ordered 2 blinds. Everything was professional, prompt and turned out as they promised. Ron, the person who came to measure was so nice and helpful. The guy who came to install was quick and thorough and kept me in loop when he was arriving unlike some companies like Terminix.

First I sent a review and what happened to that one. Well here is the information. The sales staff and installers were very professional and receive five stars. It’s the product. Three Day Blinds are now three weeks. The product came damaged. Actually two of my blinds were damaged. Now we are still waiting for the new ones to be installed. The price is high and we expected the product to be perfect. Why wasn’t the product inspected before it was brought to our house? We are not very happy.

I was attracted to the 3 Day Blinds ad and they seem to say there that they are very responsive. Also, 3 days fit the speed I want so we're not gonna wait forever, and they gave us that. When their design consultant came out for a visit, he was very good and we had an excellent interaction. Then during the installation, I sat on the couch while the guy went into the room and installed the blinds. It was all done within an hour and my husband had to operate the remote as the blinds are electric. We got blackout blinds that are like accordion blinds for a door and a window, and we love them! I thought they were expensive, but not out of line with what I would have expected. All in all, 3 Days Blinds did what they said they were gonna do, and we're pleased.

The 3 day blind agent explained to me all the different options for my sun room. After choosing one, the blinds were delivered and installed 3 weeks later. The price was comparable with other companies and I was able to take advantage of special being offered from a coupon.
