I got the blackout option for blocking out the sun in my daughter's nursery and the rep from 3 Day Blinds was friendly and answered all my questions. I was told about the procedure and what it was gonna entail. The installers came in and made sure they had their masks on. They even had covers for their shoes. They brought in the product, opened it, headed to the upstairs rooms and removed the old blinds. They installed the new ones, cleaned up after themselves and took the old blinds with them. They were great as well as the blinds, which I’m enjoying very much. I would recommend Day Blinds. I shopped around and they came in the cheapest.

I was happy with the rep. She took a proper amount of time to help me find what I needed and she helped me with the price as well. The blinds looked good and the guy that installed them was nice. They were a lot faster than I thought. So, we're happy with that.

My initial consultation was so easy and quick. She was extremely personable and helped me pick out the right blinds. My installation then occurred seamless. I love my blinds and it makes a huge difference in blocking out the light at night.

We had an excellent experience with 3-Day Blinds. I really enjoyed working with Diane **. She made some helpful recommendations. She was very responsive to my questions during our initial discussion about blinds and after we signed the contract. The gentleman that came to verify the measures was very nice and he was efficient (in and out). Lastly, the installer was very professional and did an excellent job.

The whole of my experience was top notch. My estimator was on time, efficient and willing to spend the time with me to understand what I wanted. She was terrific with color choice, too. The installers were polite, respectful and adhered to all physical distancing regulations. Plus they were nice human beings. I had one small issue post-install which was handled immediately. Because of the virus, delivery was delayed, but the staff kept in touch with me to let me know about the status of the order. I am very happy with the blinds as they are perfectly matched and installed. The room looks completely different than before.

I wanted the job done quickly so I worked with 3 Day Blinds. I liked the rep. She had good ideas. The guy that just did the installation was very good and polite. He came and then measured the blinds. And then they came back about a week later and installed them. Everything went smoothly. We bought the custom-made blinds. They have 10-foot windows, and one of them is on a roller. I have an electric motor on one to open and shut it. The windows are very nice. Go for it. It's a good deal.

3 Day Blinds is a great service. People know what they're doing and they're very knowledgeable. They give you samples and you can see all the stuff online. I call them and they get stuff done and very efficient. It's always good to work with them. I've used them many times in the past. This time, we put blinds in a new studio apartment we just built with a new garage. They reps were very good. The work was straight up. It was just wood, two-inch blinds on five windows, and we knew what we wanted. We've done this many times before. I just had them come in and I said, "We'd like this and this and this," and that was it. From when the order first went in, the installation was six weeks altogether.

Both my wife and I are very happy with 3 Day Blinds' products. They're all working. They look good. We had used 3 Day Blinds at another home that we owned and it was so easy and seamless and a smooth process. So, we didn't go anywhere else. Our designer was great. She had a lot of information. We asked about different colors and she definitely was a big help on picking stuff out that would go with everything else. The installer was here a couple hours and he threw everything together. We had the power blinds and he made sure they all work good. He went through them a little bit.

Natalie was a great help. I had a set of soft Roman blinds done in my family. Gives the room a total different look for the better. Also installers were professional & did a great job. I went and did soft Roman blinds in my living.

The sun shines through into my eyes at about 6:30 in the morning, and I want blinds. We've been in this house a good while and it's been, for me, an annoyance. I finally said, "This is the year I'm going to make the effort." I got a flyer from 3 Day Blinds for buy one get one half off and I thought, "Well, I'll have a look at that." The next thing I know is I have an appointment. It was not a hard sell, but it kind of wasn't what I was expecting. I should have been smarter about it. I should have been quick to say, "Well, thank you for your estimate, but I'm going to look at two other people." I didn't. I should have said, "I'm going to get some other estimates to see if you're in the ballpark or you're very expensive." The blinds themselves were not that expensive. What was expensive was the installation and the shipping. That knocked the price up to nearly twice the cost of the blinds.
I chose 3 Day Blinds because of the buy one, get one half off, and it kind of went a bit faster than I would have liked to have gone from the sales point. Their rep was very good about choosing colors, and she was very helpful. My only real hang-up is I should have gotten three estimates. But I like the blinds, and 3 Day Blinds did their job.

I had a great experience with 3 Day Blinds. All the guys were really nice. They came here and I liked the blinds. I also had a design consultant come over and he was really nice. He gave me some good pointers. He thought beige would be better because I had beige, but I'd had beige before, so I wanted white this time. I wanted to change it a little bit. I was looking at material because my old ones were made out of material more than whatever these are made out of. But he said, "Well, look at these." When I looked at the ones that were plastic, I thought, "Well, they look like material from a distance. They don't look like they're just plastic blinds. They have a design in them and everything." So, I went with those because I couldn't find one that I really liked that much with the material blinds. The blinds are made pretty well.

Very pleased with our purchase. When I inquired about an estimate Amy was here within days. She was very professional and took her time explaining everything I needed to know. She then helped me with financing. The installer was here within 3 weeks. He was also very professional and installed our blinds in a few hours. As an added bonus we received a $50 gift card for referring one of our neighbors who also purchased blinds for her unit. Overall we are very pleased with this company and will consider them for any future purchases.

I was so tired of the sun shining in my face in Spring. I called Glenn having a great experience with him when I purchased shutters for all windows and one large patio door. I went with his suggestion to get two separate remote controlled shades as the sun moves across my patio doors, I wouldn't have to completely close off both sides. I am very happy with these and wonder why I didn't order them sooner! Glenn really knows his stuff and made all my purchases a very easy process.

I purchased through Next Day Blinds several years ago. I got plantation shutters from them for my living room, and I've always loved them. I wanted to get them for my bedroom. When I tried to find them, they said that they were no longer in business and that 3 Day Blinds had taken over. I contacted 3 Day Blinds and had a design consultant come over. It was wonderful when she was here at the house. However, I ordered my blinds on December 22nd, and I didn't get them until April. That is unacceptable, as far as I'm concerned. I almost thought about calling to cancel. But in the meantime, I had called her when it was in March and I had not heard one word since December from them.
I left a message on her voicemail. A couple of days later, I called her again and I said, "Can you tell me the status of the shutters? Are they on the way? 'Cause the contract said no later than March the 10th." She said, "Well, I'll check into it." Then it took her two days to call me back. When she did, she said they were coming. The parts have to be shipped. I've owned my own business for 28 years, so I know what good customer service is and I know that sometimes, if you stand on your head, you can't satisfy people. So, I try to be very understanding. But the consultant should have followed up with me instead of me having to follow up with her. I called her back again after that and said "They're still not here. Have you heard anything?" She said, "Let me check." She called right back and she said, "Oh, yeah, they're here now."
Then, she said that someone would call me for an appointment, and they did. They were very prompt at doing that. The gentleman that came out and put them up was wonderful. He was very professional, friendly and did a fantastic job. I'm glad I didn't cancel it because I'm very happy with the product. They're beautiful. I just can't understand why it took from December to April to get them. I would definitely recommend them because I love the blinds. But I would tell others they have to be very patient because it's a long process.

The house we moved into had 3 Day Blinds but they were starting to get aged. I had liked them and saw the tag on them so I called for consultation. I had a consultation with 3 Day Blinds and a couple of other companies. Amy, the consultant with 3 Day Blinds, was awesome. She was punctual and very helpful. She seemed to know what she was talking about and helped me pick out certain styles that she could tell went with my house. They had everything I wanted in stock and gave a decent discount too. I was worried and wasn't sure if I would like them but when they were installed, I loved the way they turned out. Everything that was installed is great, has good quality and does everything I wanted it to do. Getting everything installed was a little longer than I thought but I didn't want to rush it to get a good quality product. Overall, I was happy with my experience.

I ordered through Katie **; she was amazingly talented and helpful in selecting the right product. When our condo burned down in a massive fire, she was instrumental in helping getting our order canceled. From start to finish, every single person that I talked to at Three Day Blinds was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. Our installer was super polite and very quick with the faux wood blinds that came in before the condo burned down with 12 other units. I'll absolutely use this company when the condos are rebuilt! Can't say enough!

After having my inside townhome painted, I had to replace downstairs window treatment for sliding glass patio door and upstairs two bedrooms. Downstairs previously had vertical blinds over 24 years old, fell apart. I replaced with honeycomb coverings which I like a lot so far, very light weight, easy to use and attractive. Upstairs I had to replace 24 year old blinds which I got from 3 Day years back because the wand broke to open/close blinds, replaced with new ones with no wand, so far so good. Other bedroom just needed valances replaced on blinds and work ok. The sales person came to my home, was very nice, professional and I think gave me a decent deal and I am pleased so far with the results. I've recommended to others using 3 Day Blinds.

I am really disappointed with the quality of the blinds. Slats keep falling off for no reason. The bedroom blinds were not measured properly so the blinds don’t fit the windows. The pull on the sliding door blind does not work as we were told. Will not buy this brand again.

Love my blinds. I'm replacing similar blinds that were more than 20 years old. The best part of the new blinds is the cords for lowering and raising are better constructed - in the past they were always breaking - now they are much better. I couldn't be happier.

I had my master bath outfitted with pull-down rollers in a very delightful speckled material that picked up colors of the tiles and flooring. Roman shades for a downstairs bedroom which are very colorful and really livens up the room. Then a L-O-N-G pull-down off-white shade in a very tall ceiling to floor window. All windows look so stylish and beautiful (finally). I would recommend 3-Day Blinds to EVERYONE!!!!

I Googled Blinds in a Day and saw that they were out of service. The next link was 3 Day Blinds so I clicked on that. They came the next day and all my measurements were done in three days. But then I had to wait for my order to come through. I like these so much that I'll probably try and finish the rest of the windows in my home. At least I have the front, all the window treatments done, and then, I'll have six or seven more additional.

The salesperson who came out here was a delight and seemed to be very knowledgeable. I was happy with her measurements and how she did things. Something that I overlooked that she did a good job about was the valance chosen for the living room blinds. I did have all blinds put in and forgot to ask about what the valance over the blinds would look like. She did show us a picture but I didn't remember what was shown on her computer to us. I figured she picked it but maybe that's what came with the blinds we picked. I love the valance. They are beautiful on the living room blinds. There are two sets and I love the texture of the ones in the family room. Also, the gentleman that put them in seemed to know what he was doing. He did it in a timely fashion and we were very happy.

I did Roman shade-type window treatments and it was great. The material was in stock, so it was only five weeks before they got them over to me. It was definitely a good experience. They did a great job. The designer lady was awesome. She took the time to go through the materials with me. She had all the samples in our car and she asked me what color scheme I'd be going for. She also made the suggestion that the blinds I got on the kitchen could be a different material than the ones in the living room, even though it's like all one big room. So it was really helpful. The installer was great. He was in and out of there in about 45 minutes. He installed eight different blinds. He knew what he was doing. The blinds look great. I couldn't be happier with the way they look.

Diana was my 3 Day Blinds salesperson and she was wonderful to me. 3 Day Blinds advertises in the local community here in Silverdale, and I got the 50% off coupon. Many of us here are all retired, so we only can get maybe three or four blinds at a time whether it's dining room and kitchen, and that's what I did. Diana was so understanding. I said, "If I could, I'd have my whole house done." I have one more payment, and then I will be calling her again to do my living room.
The quality of 3 Day Blinds is unbelievable. I have custom one-cell blinds that were very similar looking until you touch them. And when you touched 3 Day Blinds, there's a marked difference in the texture of the fabric that they use. They're meatier. They're really quality and mine were custom. I'd tell others, "Come over and feel them and compare my new ones to the ones I have in the living room. Feel them. It's unbelievable, the difference in the texture." I got the honeycomb and they were energy efficient. They have three cells, not one like the custom ones that I have. I really liked the three-cell because it helped the energy of the windows. It's colder by the window and they really do make a difference when you pull them at night.

I wanted to block the sun in my living room, especially the afternoon sun is really blaring. I had very sheer white curtains so it wasn't blocking. I just wanted to get a quote and see what the cost for it. When Cindy gave me one, it was at a very good price.

3 Day Blinds got excellent blinds. The tackler, the gentleman that came in and put them up, was very nice and polite. He wore masks and hand sanitized his hands before he came. Everything went well. But supposedly, there was another order. The gentleman that came to do the measurements the second time was supposed to give my sales rep the measurements so then I can get the rest of the blinds that I need. I didn't get a callback so the gentleman that came to install them checked on the status and he said that they were pending on the system. I should give them a couple more weeks and see if they call me. I want to know where the status if that comes. Overall, they're doing wonderfully.

The design consultant was wonderful and very helpful. What she measured and did everything worked perfectly. The installation was very well done also. I got the wooden shade blind and I love them. I just thought it was a little more expensive than I expected it to be, but it worked. I'm very happy with it all. I recommended it to a neighbor who is thinking about getting it.

The rep who came out from 3 Day Blinds was super nice, very helpful, quick, easy and clean. He knew what he was doing and knocked everything out quickly from an installation standpoint. So it went well. The slats that I got were great and the quality is good. They seem like they're gonna last a long time. I recommend going with 3 Day Blinds. We got the full wood blinds and wood shutters from 3 Day Blinds. We recently had all of our windows replaced. The blinds that we previously had installed no longer fit. They were made to be an inside mount, and the inside mount no longer fit. So, we had to have them all replaced with outside mounts. On the first go around, we were kind of disappointed. The product that came back wasn't exactly what we expected. On the box that goes up above the head rail, my husband immediately noticed gapping in the corners.
The sales consultant that we've been working with, Chad, was a pleasure to work with, he's incredibly professional, and I felt really bad about calling and saying, “Hey, we're just not happy with what the result was of the install.” He was eager to help us that it's made all the difference. I really have to commend him because he's been absolutely wonderful. We enjoy being around him. He came back out. He was here yesterday. He took down our head rails, and he realized that when they were put together, they weren't glued, which is why they were all gapping. He was like, “I have to put together my own head rail samples.” He showed us his samples and said, “This is how they're put together.” They're put together and then they're sealed with some sort of sealant. He was like, “None of your head rails were glued, which is why they all look like this.” It was really reassuring that he took the time to investigate the problem.
A technician came out before he came back out. The technician didn't go to the detail that Chad did. We have been really pleased with Chad. We have two separate windows that are kind of like connected. We didn't realize that there was no gap in between the blinds that we were ordering. That wasn't what we expected because we wanted them to kind of be duplicates of what we previously had. Chad came out, and he didn't make us feel bad at all. He remeasured everything and made sure we were 1,000% happy with what we ended up coming up with.
Due to the problems we had and the way it's been resolved, it has given us confidence that we're not going to be left unhappy. 3 Day Blinds was going to go the extra mile to make sure that the end result is what we want and that we're satisfied. That is really appreciated because a lot of companies don't really care. We had initially had Chad come out just to replace the existing blinds. But we have a main living room that gets hit by the sun all day long. We like that it backs up to wooded areas, so you don't really need window coverings on it. We just really didn't think anything of it, but he made some recommendations that we never really considered. We really want them now.
Chad was able to not just address the immediate request but he gave us recommendations to solve a problem that we hadn't asked for. We're having some renovations on our house and having all the window frames redone. Once that's done, we're going to then have Chad come back and we're gonna do solar shades for the back of this wall. He did such a phenomenal job for what was going on.

We had 3 Day Blinds before and we really liked them. So, we decided to go with them again. We got the blackout blinds. They're in our son's room and my sewing room is also a guest room. That side of the house gets a lot of sun in the morning. Our design consultant was really helpful. She is a great listener, had all the different options there and didn't even bother to try to talk me into anything that would be her preference. She tuned in on what I was trying to explain to her. So, it was a great experience. I love the product's quality. It's top of the line. I would definitely recommend that others look into it. I would show them mine.

My friend used 3 Day Blinds and was very happy with the service. Michelle is the best. I'm waiting to call her again next week. I'd like to make another appointment with her. Also, the installer was very thorough and efficient. Whatever he used, he cleaned up immediately. We got energy-efficient, mushroom honeycomb shades and they look perfect. If the sun is beating down on someone sitting in the little solarium, we can change them out.

We did 3 Day Blinds in California years ago and they were always very helpful. We had a very weird-sized window and they did a great job with that. Here in Chicago, one of the blinds went and I saw on the bottom of the blinds that they were originally from 3 Day Blinds, so I went ahead and called them. They gave me a lot of different options, what kind I wanted. It took about two weeks to get the blinds installed and the installation was very good. I remember them being not expensive years ago, but everything's gone up in price. But I like the blinds. They're the kind of blinds that don't block out the light. Then I realized later that I should have gone with one of the other ones that their rep recommended. I should have gotten the opaque one 'cause in the morning, it would get bright in there. But it's fine. I can just put a curtain up in there.

The plantation shutters from 3 Day Blinds were beautiful. We’re very happy with them and that’s why we've ordered five more. I wanted to do the rest of my first floor. I called the rep again when I made my second purchase. But because of COVID, it took them double the time to get the blinds from China. I ordered the blinds in November and they were due in early January, but we didn’t get them until the end of March. The length of time that it took to get the blinds were a little bit unsatisfactory. But I understand why.

My first thought was to go to Walmart, buy my own blinds, and install them myself. I could have saved over $2,000. But I got a professional job through 3 Day Blinds instead and they did some great blinds. Their rep discussed my options and the prices and she did her measurements. Then the installer showed up on time, took care of his business, and was in and out within an hour and a half. He left me no mess. I love the blinds. It looks like wood but it feels more plastic. The price was a little bit high, but it is what it is. Overall, it's been a great experience.

I had drapes installed and I'm working on getting shutters. The install wasn't done properly. Three days equals four months to them. Shutters should not take four months to get installed. 3 Day Blinds doesn't respond to the responses like customer service calls and emails. They asked for surveys, I told them exactly what was wrong with the product that we installed. They still haven't responded to me. It's very crappy. I'm not impressed at all. I should have gone with local.

We needed something for a medical office that would make it difficult for people to look in from the outside and give a little bit of light, but dark enough that they could turn off the lights for certain equipment. 3 Day Blinds was able to offer a good product at the right price. I was very pleased with how they handled the appointments and the installation. They worked with us. There was a little gap in communication for a while. They didn't return my calls for a while. But then, they apologized and called me back, and we finished the installation. It was a good experience.

I'd never purchased blinds before, so the sales lady from 3 Day Blinds explained everything. She was really nice and helpful. And I was excited to get the order into the system. But I assumed, based on their company name, that the whole process and installation would happen faster than it did. Then, they had a shipping delay, so that took a little longer. Also, they should improve their process on scheduling the installation. At the time, it seemed like that was up to me. I have been told when they should have received the last part of the shipment and I waited thinking I would hear from them. When I hadn't heard from them, I made a call. But when they received my shipment, they should have called me to schedule the install.
But when the guy came to install the blinds, he did it really fast. He took about an hour for everything and we haven't had any problems. The majority of the blinds that I purchased are the honeycomb style. Then for two rooms, I got the waterproof and more traditional slatted blinds. They all look really nice and I'm really happy with them.

I like the idea that someone came to my home, showed me what they had and worked with me. Then, I had the products in less than a week. I pretty much knew what I wanted and I told the rep and she understood. She was extremely nice and helpful. She was very open and she listened. There was also a woman who came to install. I was amazed that she was able to do it by herself but it went off without a hitch. She was great. I would recommend 3 Day Blinds.

3 Day Blinds is really good at what they do and their price is competitive. Their rep showed me the options. Then the installation didn't take too long and the installer knew exactly what he was doing. I got a couple of blackout shades for a bedroom. They're not horribly expensive, but they're doing the job I want. I was mostly concerned about sunlight. I really prefer shutters, but not in this particular place. In my other house, I had pretty much all shutters.

The woman who came out was Debbie and she did an excellent job. She looked at the situation that we had, gave us some suggestions and showed us a lot of materials. We had an issue with the living room with the way the sun was hitting the window and it would glare on the TV. We needed something that was going to cut down on the glare during the day. So, Debbie made a couple of recommendations. We looked at some different materials. We also decided to go with the motorized version because the way that window is situated with the furniture, it'd be difficult to bring the blind up and down and that worked out really well.
I originally had drapes up just hanging on both sides of the window, not going across. Debbie had shown us some wood cornices that we could use and they looked really good from the samples that she showed us, so we decided to go with that. She also explained to me that if I still wanna do a decorative rod and still do the same drapes but have the actual wood valances up there. I have the wood valance but if I choose, I can put up a rod and do the drapes on the outside edges if I want.
In my dining room, we get a lot of southern exposure back there. So if you're sitting at the dining room table during big family dinners, the person facing the window gets blinded. So, we wanted to do something with that. We found a really pretty material, nice shade, so we went ahead and did that on both, the big picture window in the dining room and then the smaller window. Then we did the wood valances to match.
3 Day Blinds had done the window in my bedroom, but we didn't do anything with the patio door. In the window, I had this very soft material. They were almost sheer, like blinds. So, we looked for something that would go with that. But I wanted a vertical blind, so we picked out a material.O/overall, I'm extremely happy with the whole process.

I went with the shutter blinds and the consultant who came out to my house was very knowledgeable. She's going to do some more work for me. The price was a little high, but everything has gone up. So if you want something good, you've got to pay for it. For the installation, one guy came out and everything was going to take him a few hours to finish, but he was in and out in 30 minutes. In fact, I didn't even know he was done because I was upstairs. I was also very pleased with the quality of the blinds.

I love the honeycomb shades that I got from 3 Day Blinds. When I ordered them, the reps from 3 Day Blinds were right when they said they were going to come in. The designer, Jen, was cool. She took plenty of time with me and didn't pressure me. We came up with the colors together and she worked really well. For the installation, I had Ken and he did a great job as well. He was here in less than 45 minutes and he put up three big blinds which are perfect. He also explained everything on how to work them. I've got another window to do and I'm going to wait a couple of months to do it. But I will use 3 Day Blinds again.

The consultant explained and went through everything really well. I got the style that looks like crown molding and she explained the balance involved in that, so that's what I got instead of the regular one. After I ordered the blinds, it didn't take long for the installers to come in and they installed them rather quickly. They knew what they were doing, too. The tech who came out had a trainer that he was with and he was training, so they may have been a little slower than what they normally do, but they still worked fast.
Other than that, I ordered extra blinds, verticals, and when the box came, there was one short. So they used one of the eight that I ordered and I still haven't gotten it back. They said it was ordered and should be shipped, but I don’t know what's taking them so long. Despite that, they did a good job and I’m really happy with how they did it.

The drapes from 3 Day Blinds are beautiful. We ordered curtains that come off to the side for our big windows in the dining room and then on the large sliding glass door. The sales rep was wonderful and the people who came to hang the drapes were really nice. But I'm not happy with the way the sliding glass door drapes hang. Otherwise, our experience has been good. We have three others that we're going to put in as soon as we can.

I got the cherry wood two-inch blinds and I've been liking the dark of my house with the double stream. When I ordered, 3 Day Blinds sent out their design consultant, David, and he gave great suggestions as far as the design and which windows would need more. The blinds give the opaqueness that I wanted for privacy for my home. The installation and the design specialist did an awesome job. It was very quick and seamless. The design specialist was very informative and I appreciated his opinion. He helped me pick out what he thought would be best and what I think would be best and gave me some tips. When doing the measurements, he educated me about what side the blind should go to or what kind of wand I should have. On the other hand, scheduling the installation and then the payment being taken out once you schedule the installation is a little complicated because I work during the day, and every time somebody called to schedule an installation, I was at work.
It would have been easier for me to just have a number, and I could have called 3 Day Blinds and scheduled the installation at my leisure. We could have went from there, but I wasn't given that option. I had to wait on their call. I had countless voicemails, and then I called them back when I got off, but they were closed. We played phone tag for a week before I could even get an installation schedule. Also, when clients can call and schedule the installation, then they know that the payment’s gonna come out of their account when they schedule it on their time.

I liked Tammy's level of knowledge and her input on my thoughts when I was heading this or that direction and the different options that she gave me. I really liked Tammy. In fact, I called her and ordered more blinds from her. I really liked the installer that put up the other blinds that got in first too. I liked what he did. However, my blind lasted five days and it goes up 14 inches and won't budge. I have called ProVision (the installation company) so many times. That is unbelievable. They say "We'll get back to you within three days," or "We'll get back to you..." and that's if you can get through. Also, I originally ordered three vertical patio door blinds and I am still waiting for my vertical blinds, that I was told I would get March 25th to the 31st.
I understand the blinds finally got here in my area a couple of days ago, yet nobody has reached out to schedule an appointment with me. I told them we're getting ready to go back up north and they're gonna be sitting somewhere for six months if I don't cancel it. Nobody seems to care at ProVision. Finally, I called 3 Day Blinds to complain to them. Number one, I hadn't gotten my vertical blinds. Number two, my blind broke after five days and it will not go up. The lady on the 3 Day Blinds side was very nice. She said, "I don't know why ProVision even told you any of that. The repairs come straight through us and they should have directed you to 3 Day Blinds."
When I talked to the lady on 3 Day Blinds, she was very efficient. She put in a repair order for me, but it has to go through ProVision. Therefore, who knows when I'll get my repair and when I'll get my verticals, which is $5,000. I'm ready to cancel the whole freakin' order. I'm pleased with 3 Day Blinds as a whole. I also very much like the quality. Everything on the blinds, including the thickness, the quality, the valance as well as everything so far on the shades that I have received, I like what I see. I think the one that broke was a fluke, but I'm very dissatisfied with the response that I'm getting from the installation company. Because of that, I will not deal with 3 Day Blinds again. I need three more blinds that I was going to order through them, but I will not order anymore from 3 Day Blinds.

I did some research on companies and I ended up getting three different quotes. 3 Day Blinds was great because the sales representative gave me a bunch of advice about blinds that I would want or blinds that wouldn't work. The colors and the styling all turned out great too. It was a good experience. Everybody there was super responsive every time I needed to talk to them. Even the installation was good. There was only one guy who came but he did 11 windows in an hour and a half and he did a good job.
I'd just advise people to make sure that all of their windows are included on the write-up because I missed it. I didn't even realize I was missing a bathroom one even though we took measurements for it. I just forgot about it. I'm still working with them to rectify that. I don't think it's going to be an issue to get it, although I haven't put in a ton of effort to fix the problem yet, and I haven't heard from them in a couple of weeks. They put in a case and I got an email about it that they were looking into it on their end. Everything was great. I don't have anything bad to say about the service.
3 Day Blinds is very comparable to all the other people I had come into my house to see the windows. The difference that they made was that they had a lot of suggestions, what type of blinds I might want in my kitchen, roller versus wood, and that was helpful for me. They thought of things I never even thought of, so I don't think there's anything that I would warn future people about.

I had a lot of windows that needed some treatments and 3 Day Blinds was the only ones that reached out, so I decided not to even look anywhere else once I talked to them and realized how efficient they seem to be and they were willing to come right out. Their rep was fantastic. She completely understood exactly what I was looking for. She completely didn't try to sell me things that weren't applicable. She had all kinds of samples to show me. She walked around the house with me to make sure that the colors matched everything.
It's totally worth it to sit down with them and go over what you need. What I thought I needed beforehand, she steered me in a little different direction with regards to how they open and close because of having kids and pets. I was grateful for that. They took that into consideration too. The installer guy was fantastic too. He came in, did his thing and cleaned everything up. When he said he was going to be there, he was there and really did a great job. Very personable as well. Everything looks perfect. I don't see anything crooked or damaged.

Our understanding was that it would be a few days before they were ready for install and we didn't even get the order confirmation for a few days, and then that was when the clock started for the installation. 3 Day Blinds' sales rep called me back immediately and she made time out of her day, even though her day was really booked up. I don't live far from her house and she stopped here before the end of the day, which I appreciated, because the other blinds companies were making me wait weeks to even get an appointment. She showed great level of knowledge and she was spunky. She was fun and most importantly, she was willing to work with me. I'm a sales manager and I loved the way she wasn't letting up and got me to get the deal. And after we bargained, I got my price.
I bought the wait button pull-up blinds and this is the second time that I worked with them in less than a month. For the installation, the same gentleman came out as the first time I used them and he is so good at what he does. This guy is so amazing at coming in and getting out of your house in 20 minutes, even with six blinds in multiple rooms. There's absolutely no reason to go with anybody else, especially because 3 Day Blinds does things so quickly.
The blinds are also top quality and the warranty is fantastic. So, I felt comfortable enough after the first installation earlier in the month to go out and immediately get a whole bunch of others that matched exactly the same for a few more rooms. They really completed some rooms that had some old window treatments that really needed to go. And the minute we put the new window treatments in, they just made the room look so much more modern. So, the blinds are so worth the price and if you don't use 3 Day Blinds, it's your fault.

My daughter recommended 3 Day Blinds highly. She had some done. In the front, I ordered the louvered blinds. In the back, I ordered a sliding curtain to cover a sliding glass door with the head treatment. In the bedroom, I ordered the head treatment and the automatic blinds. Marie was awesome. She even wanted to come back and see them finish because she said she never gets to see a finished product. And when she came, she was able to help me with something else. One installation was early. The installer was sitting outside and he said, "I'm early. Can I come in early?" And I said, "Oh, yes." And then, everything else was right on time. It took a long time to get them, but they told me it was would take a long time.
I'm enjoying everything. They're beautiful. The shutters are awesome. The automatic blinds took me a bit to get used to how to get them to open and shut and do everything they're supposed to do. But now that I have, I love them. And the horizontal blinds over the sliding glass door are awesome because you can open them and you can see outside or you can keep them shut and nobody can see inside.

I did the consultant. He helped me out to match the existing blinds and we went through the options to install it. 3 Day Blinds was able to match what we have and the performance is there. It comes with a standard warranty, so we're okay. And then, the installation was flawless. 100% satisfaction. The blinds are the best in the industry. If you're in the market to replace the window blinds or anything that does with window shading, get three proposals but one of them should be 3 Day Blinds. They're a good service.

The gentleman that came to our house to give us a quote was very personable. His name was David and we really liked him. He was the reason why we decided to go with 3 Day Blinds. We had another scheduled appointment for a different company to come in and after speaking with David, we canceled the other one. I don't even know if 3 Day Blinds had the best price but we thought that it was a good company and had good representation.
We went with a full wood blind and the installation was quick. The gentleman that did the installation, Abraham, was wonderful too. I enjoyed having him in our home. He seemed to know what he was doing. However, there are a few inconsistencies I'm hoping we can settle with 3 Day Blinds. I like the quality of the blind itself. I like the looks of it. But some of the strings don't match. I don't have matching toggles on the bottom. The part at the top that holds the strings together don't match each other. Other than that, the service was top-notch and I would certainly use them again.

I like their expediency. They were fantastic, got right back to me when I had a need and they were able to send a designer out right away and the blinds were delivered within a week, so it was awesome. The designer was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, personable, polite, respectful and helpful. She really wanted to help me come up with a solution that I really like. I happened to see an ad for 3 Day Blinds in the Sunday paper just when I was realizing I needed to move forward with replacing some blinds. I did two cellular blinds with them and a different kind for a third window. The design consultant was very helpful and had all the right samples. The guy who came to install was very quick and efficient. He called before he arrived. I was appreciative of that too. If someone asks about 3 Day Blinds, I'd say, "Go right ahead. They're trustworthy and good and you can't go wrong."

I've had another company come and their rep had difficulties wearing her mask. When I opened the door, she didn't have a mask on and I had a mask on, and right away, she said, "Oh, I have to wear my mask?" I went, "Yes." So, she went back in her car, and then she didn't have any material for me to choose from. I was really disappointed in that. So then, I said, "Let me try 3 Day Blinds." I called them. The gentleman that came and helped me was very thorough and he had all these books. He wore a mask. The other lady was trying to sell up, and he wasn't. He listened to what my needs were instead of trying to get me something I really didn't want. That was why I stayed with them.
As far as the product, I got a long valance that comes down and it's automatic When you press the button, it goes up and down. That's what we were looking for, and the prior company said that looked like a sheet. I didn't know they came in different fabrics and it turned out beautiful anyway. The product was good except it had a couple of little flaws, which on the material itself had a couple of spots that were gathered. So, when I called 3 Day Blinds, I took a picture and the rep right away said, "Oh, we can get another one out to you." I said, "Well, would you be willing to take some pricing off?" She did. So, we kept it the way it was.
3 Day Blinds is very professional. They listen to your needs. They don't try to sell you up. They don't encourage you to get the more expensive fabric. They're there for our needs, not for theirs. That's what I liked about them. We were very pleased with the end product, how it works, the mechanism, and most of all, the sales rep. He was very good.

Jeffrey did our blinds when we lived in Citrus Heights and he did a fabulous job. We sold that house, and then we moved up to Foresthill. When he came to the doorstep, my blinds were going to be wonderful. Jeffrey is fabulous. He's such a kind man. He just comes and does the job. We got the black metal ones all in the house. The rep was incredible and professional. My budget was very limited and she helped me find something that would fit. We got two-inch mini blinds throughout the entire house and the quality for the money is perfect. It's better than I expected. The installation also went way faster than I ever imagined. It was great. The guy was perfect, professional, and he cleaned up after himself. That was awesome. I would tell friends to have somebody come out and look at the variety of what they have and share with them honestly what they're able to spend, and there's a good chance that 3 Day Blinds would be able to help them out.

Overall experience from beginning to end was fine. Gave a 4 instead of 5. After installing blinds I noticed couple end caps missing. Installer explained missing from box from factory. Someone from 3 day was to contact me for replacement. Haven't heard from one to this date.

My sales associate was really great and helped me ordering and she got me exactly what I wanted and it looked perfect once installed. The problem I had was with the installers. They installed and it looks great. I then needed to paint the room and called to have them take them down because the brackets are not easy or normal for my contractor to do it without risk of damage. I called and left messages for over a week and never heard back. I was going to pay, not even expecting they do it for free...absolutely no answer or response from Sunnyside blinds installers.

We ordered faux wood blinds for all 15 windows and 1 roller shade that was super large for our sink window in our kitchen. They turned out absolutely beautiful! The sales rep Nancy was super helpful and brought all the appropriate samples to make a great decision, and the installers came so quickly and had the blinds organized by name of the room. It was flawless and the installation didn’t take long at all. All of the employees were very friendly. I would use them for all of my homes! Great quality

While the sales person, Lynn G. was very polite and nice, there were errors in the type of shade she ordered. And when the revised order came back one of the shades was the wrong length. Head office person was not diplomatic and never an apology for the mistakes. One blind fell off its railing. There is a small knot in one of the cords which works but is more difficult to move up and down. The installers were courteous. I would not order from 3-Day Blinds again due to all the errors.

After an 8 month failed shutter install by Costco/Graber Manufacturing who installed 3 sets of bowed shutters, I finally got my money back and went with 3 Day Blinds who was $1,400 cheaper in the end and I got real blinds. The product was excellent, the install was easy and the consultant was very friendly. I will use them again.

The blinds on the patio door are too long. One of the three living room blinds you have to climb on the couch to open and close it. I’m a little too old to be climbing on the couch. I called the designer. She said, "Oh you put a couch in front of the window," no the couch was always there. The slats on the patio door are not even.

The initial appt was great. Our sales rep was wonderful, but immediately following that it was downhill. One set of blinds was measured incorrectly. Had to Be reordered. Roller shade was apparently MIA and thrown away by installer. Another one had to be reordered. Shutter took forever to arrive and the installer was late. So for our one order we had I think 5 different install appointments. Also the turning rods were put on incorrect sides of the blinds. I need to reach out and have that fixed. The sales rep, phone rep, email communication rep, install company were all less than helpful and informative as we tried to figure out the process.

Jean was great to work with and very helpful. I realize due to Covid it was tough getting samples out and product was installed before we received them. I realize this was not Jean's issue as she could only order them. Initial installer was professional and they went up quick. He noticed a small issue and reordered a too perfect on the front door relights. The second installer fixed that quickly and reprogrammed the shades in the Master Bedroom. Very pleased and would recommend 3 Day Blinds.

I feel like I have written this before, sales rep made a recommendation which I accepted. We are very pleased with the product though very expensive for small basement windows. Installer had some difficulties due to concrete. He made a couple of holes. He did not use and failed to tell me which will need repair. My daughter, Erin **, who recommended the company to me did not receive her $50.00 gift card as promised.

I ordered my shutters at the end of October, and was told to expect their arrival by mid December. Mid December came and went, so I emailed their customer service to see when I could expect my shutters to be installed. The customer service rep stated to expect them to be installed mid January. Okay, that would’ve been nice to know/have that expectation communicated to me.
Mid January comes, and no word from customer service or anyone when I can expect my install. I email customer service again, and do not hear from them for a few days. During this time, the third party installer calls me to schedule a time for install, which ended up being the next morning. On the same day I schedule/receive the call, a customer service rep from 3 Day Blinds emails me back to say that it appears an appointment has been scheduled for installation, and to contact them if this is not the case. Really? The product is fine and is as expected, but your customer service is lackluster. Communicate with your customers and let them know about delays. It’s not hard.

My experience with 3 Day Blinds overall was really good. Victoria came to our home and was very professional and did an excellent job giving us recommendations and showing samples. The installer was also very professional and did a very clean job on the install. The only issue we had was the length of time it took for our valance to arrive. It took close to about 2 months. Unfortunately there was also an issue where the wrong valance was sent out to the installer and that delayed the process even more. That was only issue we had with 3 day blinds.

So I buy some shades and The repair department has to come fix them like four times until they work right. Then the sales consultant comes out and says, "I have no idea why I even sold you those." So then she proceeds to sell me the same kind for another bedroom and those don't work right either. Now they won't fix the situation but they would happily sell me another shade.

My consultant was wonderful to work with and even gave me some additional design tips. Then I was handed off to a local vendor for measurements and installation. Somewhere along the line the height and width measurement was mixed up for my blinds and the reorder took an additional few weeks. During the wait, the motor on my roller shade broke which added another 2 weeks to the wait. Total time from order to install was over 3 months, not 3 days. Final product is top notch and great quality.

I wish I had never purchased blinds from 3 Day Blinds. I spend over $7k and almost 4 months later the order is not complete. MaryAnn has ghosted us ever since we placed the order and is not responding to any calls, text and emails. From a so called established company the service has been poor and not acceptable.

We ordered our window covering end of October. It took several months for first shade to arrive which was damaged. Second shade took approximately a month and was wrong color and also damaged. We are awaiting the arrival of third window shade for installation. This process is taken much longer than anticipated with very little communication from sales representative regarding these problems. One customer service representative has been helpful in informing us of status and answering questions. Terribly slow process and lack of communication to customer.

We went here because of the name. We then learned that you have to pay an extra fee to get 2 of the 30+ blinds in our order in 3 days. Paid the extra fee, and it took weeks to get the first 2 blinds. Then we were told it would be 6 weeks for our shutters, waited just shy of 16 weeks. Never got the shades we ordered. "No clue how that happened." Now we have to wait another "6 weeks" for the shades. Simply asked to rush the shades since we have waited for so long. Sorry, nothing they can do to help. Still waiting for an order placed back in October.

The rep was fabulous. First, we wanted drapes, and the rep said, "Your windows are so beautiful that the drapes are going to take away from the beauty of the windows." We have a big window, and then two small ones on the side. She said, "It's kind of hard to do these." We said, "Okay. Well, we'll go with the blinds or the shades then." She listened to everything that we wanted, talked to us and showed us how much of the window are going to be covered up with drapes. She said, "You want blackout in the whole house?" I said yes.
I love the blackout roller shades that go up and down. The quality is excellent and the price was good as well. I was thinking it was gonna be a lot more, especially for custom shades that 3 Day Blinds had to make. It was also a week and a half quicker than what we expected. They did a good job. I really like them. The installer was here an hour and a half and he had them all up. He showed us how they worked too. He was good.

A friend of mine had done business with Next Day Blinds and that was a good enough recommendation. I looked Next Day Blinds up and there was a link to 3 Day Blinds. Melanie was the salesperson and she was very cordial and professional. She had a couple of questions trying to get an idea of what we were looking for. We took her sample case around and matched it to the new wall colors. It wasn't a long process but it was thorough. She knew her product very well and made a couple of suggestions here and there. When I called her to confirm that I also wanted the top-down as well as the bottom-up cellular honeycomb things, she changed it on the fly so that was good. The first fellow who came was also professional. The second guy didn't talk a lot but he was very informative. 3 Day Blinds' personnel selection is excellent and I've mentioned them to a couple of people.

Everything went well with 3 Day Blinds. I had called a couple of other blind places and they got so technical with me. I knew I wanted the horizontal blinds instead of the vertical blinds. When I said I wanted that on every window, nobody else understood. When I called 3 Day Blinds, they agreed that they'd send somebody out, talk with me and figure out what I wanted.
The woman that came in and helped me decide explained the blinds that I was wanting and the best ones to get. She was wonderful. She knew colors. I'm about 30% colorblind so when I look at a color, it's not the same as when somebody else looks at it, particularly the blues, the greens and the grays. She was trying to be very polite. I had questions as I was waiting for the blinds to come in and she answered all of them all the way along. When the two gentlemen came in, they were very polite too. They didn't freak out when my cats wanted to play in the boxes as they were doing stuff. They did a really good job. I've had a lot of work being done in here in the last six months and 3 Day Blinds was one of the best.

The rep with 3 Day Blinds was wonderful and very informative. Whatever I would like, she would suggest. She was very nice too. I liked her. I got the automated blinds that have the button at the bottom. You push it instead of the old fashioned ones that you pulled the string. I'm glad that that wasn't a choice because I have my grandchildren here and you hear about accidents with children playing with those long strings.
The front room and the dining room are the two rooms that I purchased the blinds for. The quality of the blinds is great. I love it. However, the front room was supposed to match the dining room but didn't. They brought the blinds out and there was a smooth finish. Those should have a wood stamp. They took those blinds and when the installer came back, he opened the box up and found out they were smooth again. You have to pay before they even come in the house and see if they’re right. I had to pay over thousands dollars for two rooms and this will be the third time and hopefully the last time that they have to come out and make it right. It's been a week and two days so the three days is out the window. But the installer has always been very friendly when he comes out. It's probably not his fault because he doesn't know what's in the box.

Everything was excellent. Our sales rep, Joe, was amazing and awesome to work with. He answered all of our questions. When we had the blinds installed, Malcolm was the best ever. He did a great job and we're loving the blinds. One thing that was kind of weird was some of the blinds look crooked but that's because when we had our house built, the window boxes weren't straight. Malcolm explained all that to us and kind of tried to offer some solutions if we're not happy with the way that they look.

I got an ad in the mailing in the value pack coupons. There was an ad for 3 Day Blinds in there. I had just put a new bathroom in my house, so I needed window treatments. I had 3 Day Blinds' design consultant come over to my home. I was disappointed that my bathroom’s painted in lavender with a white ceiling, and I wanted lavender shades and valance, and she had nothing in lavender. I had to go with another color. So, they could add more pastel options for the colors. The guy that installed them could have done it in his sleep. He demonstrated how to work the remote. Then he showed me how to recharge it once a year and all that. So, he was excellent.

A neighbor had recommended 3 Day Blinds as well as Debbie, the representative who they worked with. Debbie was very nice. She had all the material there and she made a good point. We live on the side of a mountain and have very good views. If we would have chosen the wood blinds, we'd lose a significant amount of view. Whereas if we use the honeycomb blinds, it would have compressed that and we've had more views. It was less expensive which was also a plus. She was very knowledgeable with that. She worked with my wife on the color scheme as well and it matched up very well. The installation was efficient and quicker than I thought with all the blinds that we bought. It was very good and the product, so far, is fantastic.

The quality of work done by the installer was good, except I noticed when he was demonstrating them to me, he had trouble getting the far right one to go out. He paid no attention and went on, "This is how they go up and down." I've noticed ever since he left, the right one catches. I was surprised that he didn't stop and say, "I don't think this quite went in correctly. Let's do some quality control here," but he did not. But I was happy. I just wish he realized that there was a problem.

I like 3 Day Blinds very much. The price is right and the service is excellent. The girl that came was so nice and such a good salesperson. We did a couple of blinds to the upstairs then when I needed more, I called her again and she came again. Her installer also is very efficient and nice to come into the house. All my blinds are done by 3 Day Blinds. I had some old ones which were a little heavier than these. These are lovely and I like them a lot. The wooden slat blinds are very sturdy and the fabric kind is a little more delicate but I'm very happy with all the blinds I have in the house.

I was really happy with Robin who came out and showed me blinds and samples. She was the first person who came out, and I just signed it up right there. I got the Cordless Faux Wood Blinds. When the installer came out, he was completely prepared. He was safety conscious. I needed him to put the blinds up and take them right back down because we were in the process of having our kitchen painted. He put them up, made sure that they worked, and then took the blinds themselves down for me. I was happy with the service from start to finish. 3 Day Blinds is a great company. They're easy to work with and they give upfront pricing.

A family member used 3 Day Blinds before and she referred them. I purchased regular blinds from them. Their rep was great, very polite, on time and very nice. He knew what he was doing. However, I was told by the installer that I didn't need a second measurement for the one that I got. But when the installer came, he said, "No, it was not correct and you want what you paid for," and he ordered a resized blind and I got that. Everything is nice so far. The rest of them are supposed to come on Friday. The installation was fast, quick and clean. A friend of mine has some that they got from Lowe's and I can see the difference. I was very happy and I'm going to be ordering more from 3 Day Blinds.

A decorator that my sister used recommended 3 Day Blinds. I was a new build. And I ordered them. The poor guy came the first day, and my floors were being done, so we couldn't get inside. So, we rough-measured outside. And then, they sent out a guy to remeasure when we could get inside. I asked to delay the installation for a couple of weeks and they were very accommodating doing that. The technician was very good and quick. We had one problem. There was a motor in one of them that didn't work. He said he had it happen once or twice before. But they had it with them the next week.
I got four rooms of blinds. I have the electric ones. I have a very large patio with glass doors all across. I have electric in my bedroom. Three windows. I also have three windows at my dining room. I like them very much. They let the light through, but you can't see through the other side. I have the roll-up ones in my guest bedroom. I'm very happy with the blinds. I recommended it to a couple of people already.

I had a very good experience with them. They took the measurements and then they came and put the blinds up. The designer was very good. The installers were very good too. I got the cellular shades and they look good, compared to everything else. They haven’t fallen off the wall. The consultant that I dealt with was great. The installers were exactly what you would expect. They weren't the greatest. But compared to everyone else and if graded on a curve, they were amazing.

Both the installer and the saleslady were awesome. Initially, Hilda came out and did her consultation. After she left, the installer came and remeasured the windows and then 3 Day Blinds called me and said, "Hey, they want to install them." When the installer came, he was in and out and did his thing. The saleslady also followed up to make sure everything was okay. It was a very smooth process and it went awesome.
Everything that they told me was gonna happen happened exactly like I anticipated and it's the reason I'm about to get me some more blinds from them. I want everything to match and I'm gonna end up getting all of my windows throughout the whole house done. While the guy was installing, I had him measure a couple windows and I'm gonna call my saleslady to order some more stuff from them.

3 Day Blinds had good reviews, but they were one of the pricier options that I saw. Other than that, the shades are great. The installer was also very helpful and friendly. The consultant did a great job in terms of measuring. They all fit perfectly.

We moved into our new place and we have huge windows and no privacy. We needed window treatments very quickly and no one came even remotely close to the speed that 3 Day Blinds offered. We got seven motorized shades, and then we got six pull-down shades. The factory made one of the pulldown blinds to the wrong size, but they're going to replace that next Monday. Other than that, the rep did good and the installation was straightforward. The gentleman who came was very conscientious. At that time, we were doing no contact, so we just let him in our house. He was very accommodating, friendly and he worked efficiently. Definitely give them a shot and get a quote because it was a good experience for me.

Everything was fabulous. The person that first came out came out on time with all her protective stuff and being careful. She did a great job measuring the windows and next thing you know, they were ready. They took the time to come and install them and once again, they were right on time. They did a great job putting them up and cleaned up after themselves. I really appreciate what they do. I have used 3 Day Blinds before and have redone most of the blinds except for a couple of odd windows that I hadn't done when I first moved in this house. They were able to match everything perfectly. You wouldn't know that they were done in two installments. I’m looking at my beautiful blinds and they make me happy.

It was good to get the consultant's input and help figuring out what I wanted and then how it would look or work out for my windows. She was good. I got a 3 Day Blinds coupon in the value pack and there was a lot of windows that needed to be covered, so I wanted to see how much it would cost, instead of trying to do the measuring and the figuring out. We did 20 windows. I got roller shades for the bedrooms for room darkening purposes and then the faux wood blinds for the main floor. This is the first time I've purchased blinds like that, but the quality is good. Everything went smoothly as well. The installation was in the timeframe that the consultant had given me and I was happy with it being at the beginning of the timeframe she gave. They came in faster than I was expecting, so it worked out well how quick the process was. It really made a difference.

I have a friend who suggested that the company is extremely good, and the prices are affordable. I went to order Honeycomb Shades Clear and the model was a textured GrandCell. Everything was great. The shades are cream color with the sort of cells to trap the air so it doesn't get too hot or too cold. I love them. They’re really good.
Barbara was good too. She was in our home for an hour and a half telling my partner and I everything and it was right. The installation was exactly what she said. Way afterwards, I went to Yelp and I found out that some people were complaining. They said, “Oh, this is not done on time,” but for us, we’re extremely happy with 3 Day Blinds. In fact, I may call Barbara again for the bedrooms as well.

3 Day Blinds had a special going on and I got very neutral, off-white shades. The installer called and said when they were coming. I called him into my gated community and he came in with a mask on. He was also very tidy, cleaned up behind himself, and very quick with the installation. It took longer than expected for delivery, but that's probably beyond their control. Other than that, we like the shades very much.

I purchased a new home and there were some windows that did not have blinds for weatherization purposes. I chose to put blinds on those windows to keep the facade of the home. I looked at the blinds that were existing and I noticed that they were from 3 Day Blinds. For continuity purposes, I chose to go with that company because I knew that they would have the exact product.
Part of the service was coming into our home because they needed to physically be there to make measurements and assess what was there. The rep was above excellent. That person had all the proper tools and followed all local COVID-19 protocols. Very personable. I would definitely do business with 3 Day Blinds again because of that person. However, they should do more advertising to let people know that they're out there. It's one of those companies that you've always heard of and knew of because they're so old, but people forget that they exist.

We requested that the blinds match the other sets of blinds in our home that were previously ordered and installed by 3 Day Blinds (which had a wood texture). During our meeting with the Design Consultant, we handed her a copy of the previous order/contract. We also stated MULTIPLE times that we wanted the blinds to MATCH the previous sets. The consultant did NOT inspect the blinds from that previous order to make sure the correct blinds were ordered. We trusted that she listened to and captured our requirements correctly. When it came time to sign the order/contract, we were handed a tablet for us to digitally sign, which we did.
Unfortunately, the wrong blinds (without the wood texture) were ordered and installed. Now we have mismatched blinds in our home, which is exactly what we were trying to avoid by going with 3 Day Blinds for this order. We contacted 3 Day Blinds Customer Care, and they advised we contact the Design Consultant first in order to address this problem. We left a voice message for the Design Consultant concerning the problem, and she called back saying she would talk to her supervisor. We never heard from her again.
Three weeks later we contacted Customer Care again, and they opened a Case for us. They said the Design Consultant had 24 hours to respond. The next day we received an email from the Design Consultant with a copy of the signed order/contract, and no mention of replacing the blinds which she incorrectly ordered. We respectively request the blinds be replaced with the blinds with the wood texture that we specifically requested.

I bought a couple of wide shades from 3 Day Blinds and it was a wonderful experience. The installation was very good but one of the shades is very difficult to lower and raise. I’m worried it’s gonna break and I hardly move it for that reason.

I have used 3-Day Blinds many times for my window coverings. They are professional & accommodating. Their salesperson is very knowledgeable and makes helpful recommendations. We are pleased with all the roll shades. They work well and are attractive. However, we are disappointed with the two vertical blinds. The material is rather cheap looking, & and the wand bends when you try to open and close the panes. The panes also look quite narrow which gives the appearance of an inexpensive window covering. I have 3-Day Blinds verticals in another house that must be almost 20 years old now. They are still very beautiful & functional. I guess, like everything else, the price goes up, but the quality goes down.

The sales representative showed up on time, was knowledgeable, courteous and professional, made selection easy. The installers also showed up on time and removed the old blinds and set the new blinds for 10 windows in 1 hour. The process was quite easy: We made an appointment; a nice guy came pretty quickly and did a walk-through with us, showing us our options; we placed our order; we had our blinds pretty quickly (we went for 4 days instead of 3); they came out and installed them right away. My only issues: One of the blinds already did something kind of funky, where it wouldn't push up (we got the kind with no cords). We had to pull it down and then push it up again to make it work. I worry that the cordless ones aren't as sturdy (though they've got a great guarantee). The other issue is that we have one BIG blind which is behind a table. We've never had cordless before so it didn't occur to us that you do NOT want a cordless blind behind a table/sofa/piece of furniture because we have to squat down and reach behind the table to pull it all the way down or to push it up from being closed. I wish the guy had pointed that out. Otherwise, a good product I think.

Rep came to my home and helped me pick out the perfect color (light gray/silver) for my black-out bedroom shades. I was replacing 25 year old Hunter Douglas shades, and wanted same top-down bottom-up. I would say that the quality of my prior HD shades was superior to these 3 Day, which were a bit heavier and better quality hold on the pulls, but these new shades are lovely and I would definitely recommend them. I did have a problem with one pull, and the customer service department was all over it and took care of me quickly which I was very happy about. Service can fail after purchase with some companies; that did not happen here.

I had a great experience with 3 Day Blinds. My sales rep, Barbara was great and my installer Paul was fabulous. I Had a damaged blind and the young man who came out to replace was also great. I have no complaints. I worry a bit about the cords wearing out or fraying but I am confident if I have any problems, 3 Day will stand behind their products. I had 18 windows treated....Very pleased.

I was looking for blinds to offer some privacy in my sunroom but not block the light. These are beautiful and fit perfectly. The Tech installed them in about 5 mins! The designer was professional and friendly. Very helpful ideas. I will call them when we do the upstairs windows.

3 Day Blinds has Hunter Douglas make the slider. I ordered it all blinds 12/3/2020. The slider still isn't here. My installer said it would be here between 1/14/2021- 1/21/2021. I do not have it yet. That is my only complaint. The rest of the blind awesome.

The lady that came by to discuss the blinds was friendly, patient, and answered all of our questions. She was “hands-on” in demonstrating the blinds which was very helpful. She also took the time to go over the blind options and colors which I appreciated as I didn’t feel rushed into picking what I wanted. The two men that came by to install were quick and efficient. I would have given this a five-star but only one of the men showed up on time and he had to wait for the other gentleman to show up with the blinds. The final product looks nice but based on the experience from sales, to delivery to installation the process as a whole is overpriced. The product looks good but the investment in time from purchasing to the issues with delivery & installation follow through puts a greater investment cost into the process than the sum of the experience.

I chose 3 Day Blinds for their rule of three days and I liked the guy who came out and sold me the blinds. He was very nice. The design consultant was perfect as well as the installation process. It took almost two weeks but it was during the Thanksgiving holiday so I shouldn’t complain. The installer was super nice, did a great job, was very thorough and cleaned up nicely. I love the cellular shades in the sunroom and I like the faux wood blinds in the other room although the color that we chose was not the best.

I went with 3 Day Blinds for the name. I was hoping to have the blinds installed in three days. However, the experience was the worse I've ever had. From the salesperson to the installer to the customer service, it has all been terrible. I don't have the blinds yet. Apparently, their manufacturer was closed down for two weeks and the salesperson failed to give me that information. I would not have made the purchase at all. I had to prepay in December on the assumption that they'd be installed within a week. I ordered them the second week of December and they're not even in production yet. The reason I ordered from them is completely null and void. I will never order from this company again and I will advise my friends on the same.

I like the reputation of 3 Day Blinds. I thought their design guy was cool. He knew what he was doing. He was professional, courteous and presented himself well. He knew his product. The installation went without a hitch. The guy showed up, came in, put his booties on, did his thing and took care of business. I called 3 Day Blinds back because there's a crease that's developed in the product. They said, "Hey, try this and see if it goes away." It didn't go away, so I gotta shoot back the response in an email so they can come and address the issue.

I wanted my blinds up in three days. I heard 3 Day Blinds and I figured I could get new blinds in three days. I bought roman bamboo shades and the rep was excellent. She took the time and was really nice, very polite and very respectful. She held my wife's hand through the whole process. She was punctual too. If I can give it an 11 out of 10, I would.
The blinds are great. They were exactly what we were looking for. They seemed sturdy. The only thing that I was a little concerned about was the guy didn't use the brackets they came with. He was able to fasten the blinds directly to the window sill. I did ask him were the blinds supposed to be installed like that and he said typically, they come with a bracket but the brackets are not very sturdy and they break. I'm glad that he used his experience and said that this is a better fit. It'll be stronger and more sturdy. I'm 100% happy with them whether he used the bracket or not. He was quick, clean, and out in 45 minutes. If you want your blinds quick and easy, then go to 3 Day Blinds.

I asked people, and they said 3 Day Blinds is good. It's just that I've been really disappointed with their follow-up. I wish they didn't have a part broken, but they did. Last time, they were supposed to come and install the part which broke when they opened the box. They were supposed to come 2:00 to 6:00 on the 30th of December and they didn't even let me know whether or not they were coming. At 6:30, they didn't show, so I texted Michelle. She's the representative and she was disappointed too. She worked it out and kept trying.
On Monday, Michelle said, "Well, did anything happen?" I said no, so she did it again. On Tuesday, I got a text that said, "Well, we're gonna be doing your service 2:00 to 6:00 today.” At 8 o'clock this morning, I had an email that said, "Your job status should say 'confirm your appointment'." They said if there were any problems, I should call the number they provided. I called customer support, and she said, "Well, let me try and call the installer." It was too early. My time was 8:30 and theirs was 7:30. Nobody answered, so I left a message. They said they'll be there 2:00 to 6:00 today. I said, "The email doesn't sound like a job status. I don't understand." She said, "Why don't you just wait and see." I said "Well, what if they don't come? If you call me back, that'll be too late. They'll be gone."
I hope they come. Also, on the day before they installed the blinds, they couldn't find it for days. It was bizarre. They need to be more organized on the stocking section. Other than that, Michelle and the installer were super. Everything, the people working and the business, is perfect. It's the little detail that drives me nuts. I'm the person who likes to get things done. I hate mañana. I want it now.

We were looking for Next Day Blinds and learned it was no longer there and had been taken over by 3 Day Blinds. We worked with a design consultant. It was very helpful and responsive. 3 Day Blinds was responsive and we could schedule an appointment with them quickly. Their designer was helpful, though there wasn't a huge variety of what I was looking for that was currently in stock. But she was good when it came to figuring out the design and the vibe that I was going for. After that, it didn't take very long to get to the installation part. In fact, the installation was done in a little bit over a month and they were much speedier than Rockwood Shutters, which was who I was using for other blinds. The installation guys were super nice, too. The blinds were crooked at first and we were drilling holes and walls. So it would have been nice if that wasn't done incorrectly the first time, but they fixed it once I showed them that it was crooked.

I found 3 Day Blinds on Facebook, then I took a look at the reviews, and I liked that they came into my house so that I wouldn't have to go shopping around. Their designer was great, efficient, on time, all business, and good measure. She let me choose, but she had some opinions. She brought a good amount of choices, so I found exactly what I wanted. What was the most impressive to me was whatever platform she was using, she was logging on and giving me prices on the spot, going through choices, and putting the order in as I was making choices. There wasn't a step after that and it was happening in real-time with her platform.
It took a couple of months from the time I decided on the design until the installation of the blinds but I wasn't expecting them in three days. Plus, I wanted to get hat I wanted, so I was in no hurry. And now, they're up and they look good. The installer was great, too. He came twice and the first time, he came to double-check the measurements. Then, he came back and installed the blinds. He was quite personable and I enjoyed having him in my house. He was thorough as well and at the time, I had a little problem with my rod. We were using my rod and he said he would have fixed that because he's a professional, but he had to move to another appointment. All in all, the process with 3 Day Blinds was nice and it was super convenient for me because it didn't take long.

They were really helpful and they weren't shoving it down my throat when I called them. Some people would upsell you but I didn’t have that kind of experience with them. It was really good. The rep that I worked with was great. She was so helpful. She walked me through it and helped with color. She showed me her idea, and it was definitely something better. A young man came to do the installation and he was so nice. He cleaned up and it was a good experience all around. The roller blinds are fantastic, especially because I'm getting older and it's hard for me to do certain things. They zip up so easily. I love them. Overall, my experience was great from beginning to end. If I decide to do something different, like in my bedroom, I will definitely go with them. They have so many options and colors.

I called them up and then a lady came out and measured them up. She was upfront and she gave me a deal. She was great. She knew what she was selling. When the installation guy come out, one of the blinds had a broken rod. We swapped one out with a window that would be easy to replace, and then one of the balances was too long. He said he was gonna come back and that he would bring the right one. He ordered the stuff and then came back out. He was in and out in five minutes. He was right on it and took care of it. The lady called me the next day about the parts. So they got right on that too. My blinds look like they were made for these windows. They have good quality. Everything fit perfectly.

I had a good time together with 3-Day Blinds' rep. I took standard shades from them. The installer was wonderful and he represented the company very well. The installation didn't take long at all. The shades are beautiful but I'm still in sticker shock that I paid that much money for blinds. I understand that what I got are customer blinds but they seem really expensive to me. Other than that, the quality and the service are very good. I'm really thrilled with the blinds I got. This was a very pleasant experience.

I used The Shade Store before and it was more expensive and it took longer. On the other hand, I was very happy with 3 Day Blinds. I like the cost and efficiency. They installed one blind that had a stain on it so they replaced it. It was very quick. The guys that came the first time and the second time were both good. 3 Day Blinds doesn't have a huge selection though. The Shade Store has more patterns and designs, while 3 Day Blinds was basic. But it was lucky it's a modern apartment so it works for us.

I called 3 Day Blinds up for an estimate. Tracy came and she was the person who designed it for us. I had been saving my ads for the sale prices and she offered me the same sale price so I was happy to go along with it. She was great and was open to our suggestions. She didn't upsell us. She went along with what we wanted and showed us ideas that wouldn't work.
The people who did the blinds came the next week and were great. They came on time. The guy cleaned up after himself and was very pleasant. We waited 12 weeks for the shutters which was a long time but we understand the special circumstances of the days. When the installer came, he wasn't happy with the size of the framework. Although he installed them, he put in an order for different frames that came four weeks later. The same guy came back and installed them and they're perfect. We're very happy with the quality. The faux wood blinds don't close real tight and we're okay with it but we would like them to close tighter so there's no light that gets through them. But the other ones that are real wood in the other room close tight. The shutters are perfect. We're very satisfied.

I used 3 Day Blinds before. Heidi was really good. I liked her a lot. She was knowledgeable, but she also listened to me, listened to what I wanted. We're going to order some more blinds, and I'm going to request her. And then, the installation was very quick. I went with a Duette, like a heavy honeycomb shade, and they seem great. However, they were much more expensive than I expected. But I used to be a designer so the rep gave me a credit as far as the design discount for being in the business myself. I'd recommend 3 Day Blinds, and I'd recommend Heidi as well.

My daughter used 3 Day Blinds before in her home and she was very pleased. I had my condo painted. She said, "Mom, I have a very good person that will come out.” She was the one that set this up for me. The representative from there was very nice and helpful. She had the samples, and I decided what I wanted. She went with the furniture that I had in the living room, dining room, and the bedroom, so it worked out beautifully. She had very good samples for me. She had so many samples, and then she wanted to see the walls and my furniture. She gave me a lot of good opinions on what to select. I felt very comfortable with her. And then, the person that came out who did the blinds for me was a very nice man. They worked with my schedule, and it was done very neatly, so I was very pleased.

We did wood blinds through 3 Day Blinds. I've heard of the name before and I knew it was a quality product. Their design consultant came to the home and was very helpful and answered many of the questions I had. We had purchased this home used and I was not happy with the blinds, and this consultant helped me figure out what I wanted to do and with what I can do when I wanna order more. The installation was easy, quick and efficient. I'm happy with the quality. I like them. I'll use 3 Day Blinds again when I decide I wanna change some other things like that. I'm happy with them.

I used them in years past at my old house and they got the job done. Back then, I got woven blinds with a blackout for the kids' rooms. They held up well and they weren't super expensive. The installation process back then was fine. But this time around, they ordered a wrong part for one of the blinds in my son's room, so the motor wasn't working. The guy who originally came out was great and got everything up. They scheduled for the new part and for someone else to come. When that guy came, he did not have the correct part. Then he thought he left his drill here, and we looked all over the house, and he kept hounding us about where the drill was. It was not here, so that was annoying. Then he finally came back and installed the correct part and the motor is now working. Overall, the quality of the products is good.

I went online and I had narrowed my choices down to two companies and 3 Day Blinds' price was better. The rep found something that would work with our budget. The young man that came out said he was coming down from the Prescott area, and he was right on time and did a great job. He was pleasant and efficient. He took the time to kind of go through everything with me again. He cleaned up right after himself. He was wonderful. Overall, 3 Day Blinds has a good quality product for a good price.

We used 3 Day Blinds about 15 years ago. We found them on the web at that time. When the blinds that we had finally broke, we figured we’d call the same company again. The people who came to our house were great and they all wore masks so it was pretty safe. They answered any questions we had. I was really happy with what 3 Day Blinds did.

I've used 3 Day Blinds before and had a good experience. I used them again. The design consultant, Huyen, came to my office. It was really important to see the product and the samples, being able to hold it up against the window, just to have an idea of what was going on. What it would look like was very important. It's good that she had all the samples and I was able to really have a good idea. At least on what I wanted, she recommended, and it was all good.
I looked into different companies. When I got the quotes from 3 Day Blinds, I was shocked because it was probably double my budget but I knew that they would have good warranty, good quality and good customer service. It was really easy working with Huyen, and she was really responsive and helpful. She didn’t have an attitude and it was great. It took me a short while to get to the decision to say, “Okay, I really just need to bite the bullet, do it once, and do it well.” It was a great decision. I have no regrets.
I'm very happy with the quality of the products. I don't have any issues with them. They work well. They really block out the light and filter the light, and they seem sturdy. The install process was really easy and really fast. The installers came when they said they would. It was pretty smooth. This was done during COVID, and I felt pretty safe. They wore masks. They were distant. At my office, we already have the protocol but they were compliant. They did the work.

A family member recommended 3 Day Blinds. I purchased a roller shade and two sets of Roman shades. Shannon was helpful, very punctual and friendly, and gave good information about the options. She was very clear and honest about what would look good. I found 3 Day Blinds online and I looked at a couple of other folks, but I liked the quickness of their response of my request. I went with solar roller shades. They sent someone to do a detailed measuring, and then just a couple days later, the people came and installed all of our shades. They were very organized, clean, and friendly. This is my third or fourth set of solar rollers and they're beautiful. This is my first experience with 3 Day Blinds and they're definitely the highest quality ones I've had. I would recommend it. I have already posted on it on social media and on my neighborhood's social media.

I got a coupon in the mail, and I thought 3 Day Blinds meant that you will get your blinds in three days. I found out that wasn't the case. It took three weeks. But my interaction with the rep was very pleasant. She was a nice lady and she did everything. The installer was a nice guy. He came on time in the window he said and got them up quickly, and that was it. He took everything else and made sure everything was good. He took the old blinds with him. That was nice.
The blinds are of nice quality. But for the shipment and all that, they're pricey for it. I have friends who want to use it. They want for the patio like me, but I declined because it's $2,000 for a patio and that's ridiculous. I got compliments on the blinds, and I told them if they want to pay that amount, they can. But I told them who I purchased it from and I had a good experience. It's just expensive.

About a year ago, the end of January or early February, we bought a used house. We've had several things we've been taking care of and finally decided to give some window coverings. And we knew we had a good experience before so we called 3 Day Blinds. We decided when the person came and presented what she recommended we do, and we ordered them then because we had had the prior experience. Maybe that's why we were comfortable with going ahead with 3 Day Blinds. When the salesman came, we knew what we wanted, so it wasn’t a long-time decision. The installers came about the same time they were supposed to, the blinds were installed perfectly, and we're happy.

The one who first came was delightful and suggested different things for me. I enjoyed her being here and helping me. Then Christian, the installer, knew exactly what he was doing. He had the blinds up, it was very neat, and no mistakes. It was all labeled for him so he knew exactly what blind to put on what window. One thing I would like to comment about, though, is I had changed my order in the beginning from six blinds to five blinds and then to four blinds. But the prices didn't change, and so I never knew exactly what I was paying. I was confused. But then I'm enjoying the blinds very much. I made a wise choice.

When I moved into my new house about a year and a half ago, I called 3 Day Blinds to come and do some shutters and shades. And then, there was a few that I had to have done that I didn't have done at that time, so I called them now because I had such great experience back then. I had some ideas, and then they explained different things to me. And I could see where the way they were explaining it, it made more sense than what I was thinking. So, we did it their way, and I'm happy how they did it. They came, took care of everything and everything looks beautiful. I've recommended them to a cousin of mine and she's happy, too. One time, there was one thing that needed to be corrected, so they took care of it right away. And even this last experience, there was one they had to reorder because it was a little tight that it was scraping the wall on the bottom. They took care of that right away, too. They're right on top of everything.
