A family member recommended 3 Day Blinds. I purchased a roller shade and two sets of Roman shades. Shannon was helpful, very punctual and friendly, and gave good information about the options. She was very clear and honest about what would look good. It was a very positive experience. 3 Day Blinds has a good selection of products, they are easy to work with and a high quality, honest company.

I've used 3 Day Blinds before and had a good experience. I used them again. The design consultant, Huyen, came to my office. It was really important to see the product and the samples, being able to hold it up against the window, just to have an idea of what was going on. What it would look like was very important. It's good that she had all the samples and I was able to really have a good idea. At least on what I wanted, she recommended, and it was all good.
I looked into different companies. When I got the quotes from 3 Day Blinds, I was shocked because it was probably double my budget but I knew that they would have good warranty, good quality and good customer service. It was really easy working with Huyen, and she was really responsive and helpful. She didn’t have an attitude and it was great. It took me a short while to get to the decision to say, “Okay, I really just need to bite the bullet, do it once, and do it well.” It was a great decision. I have no regrets.
I'm very happy with the quality of the products. I don't have any issues with them. They work well. They really block out the light and filter the light, and they seem sturdy. The install process was really easy and really fast. The installers came when they said they would. It was pretty smooth. This was done during COVID, and I felt pretty safe. They wore masks. They were distant. At my office, we already have the protocol but they were compliant. They did the work.

I found 3 Day Blinds online and I looked at a couple of other folks, but I liked the quickness of their response of my request. I went with solar roller shades. They sent someone to do a detailed measuring, and then just a couple days later, the people came and installed all of our shades. They were very organized, clean, and friendly. This is my third or fourth set of solar rollers and they're beautiful. This is my first experience with 3 Day Blinds and they're definitely the highest quality ones I've had. I would recommend it. I have already posted on it on social media and on my neighborhood's social media.

I got a coupon in the mail, and I thought 3 Day Blinds meant that you will get your blinds in three days. I found out that wasn't the case. It took three weeks. But my interaction with the rep was very pleasant. She was a nice lady and she did everything. The installer was a nice guy. He came on time in the window he said and got them up quickly, and that was it. He took everything else and made sure everything was good. He took the old blinds with him. That was nice.
The blinds are of nice quality. But for the shipment and all that, they're pricey for it. I have friends who want to use it. They want for the patio like me, but I declined because it's $2,000 for a patio and that's ridiculous. I got compliments on the blinds, and I told them if they want to pay that amount, they can. But I told them who I purchased it from and I had a good experience. It's just expensive.

About a year ago, the end of January or early February, we bought a used house. We've had several things we've been taking care of and finally decided to give some window coverings. And we knew we had a good experience before so we called 3 Day Blinds. We decided when the person came and presented what she recommended we do, and we ordered them then because we had had the prior experience. Maybe that's why we were comfortable with going ahead with 3 Day Blinds. When the salesman came, we knew what we wanted, so it wasn’t a long-time decision. The installers came about the same time they were supposed to, the blinds were installed perfectly, and we're happy.

The one who first came was delightful and suggested different things for me. I enjoyed her being here and helping me. Then Christian, the installer, knew exactly what he was doing. He had the blinds up, it was very neat, and no mistakes. It was all labeled for him so he knew exactly what blind to put on what window. One thing I would like to comment about, though, is I had changed my order in the beginning from six blinds to five blinds and then to four blinds. But the prices didn't change, and so I never knew exactly what I was paying. I was confused. But then I'm enjoying the blinds very much. I made a wise choice.

When I moved into my new house about a year and a half ago, I called 3 Day Blinds to come and do some shutters and shades. And then, there was a few that I had to have done that I didn't have done at that time, so I called them now because I had such great experience back then. I had some ideas, and then they explained different things to me. And I could see where the way they were explaining it, it made more sense than what I was thinking. So, we did it their way, and I'm happy how they did it. They came, took care of everything and everything looks beautiful. I've recommended them to a cousin of mine and she's happy, too. One time, there was one thing that needed to be corrected, so they took care of it right away. And even this last experience, there was one they had to reorder because it was a little tight that it was scraping the wall on the bottom. They took care of that right away, too. They're right on top of everything.

Next Day Blinds was highly recommended. But then it has gone out of business and 3 Day Blinds has taken up where they left off. Most of their employees were from the Next Day Blinds, so I chose them. The design consultant was very good. I got the insulated circular thing shade from them and the installation went perfectly.

Somebody I know used 3 Day Blinds and I decided to go with them as well. I bought their remote controlled shades and I had a good experience with their design consultant. Then, the installers were on time and the installation went fine. So far, the shades are good and I haven't really had them long enough to make sure that they operate correctly, but they seem to be what I expected.

The prices were better than the other two quotes that I received. The salesperson was on time then the design consultant was top-notch and she wasn't pushy. I purchased a top up, top down roller blinds and the shades could have been a little thicker. But I was satisfied with them. Those were professionally installed well and the guy had been doing it for 25 years. He was in and out and an extreme expert. The whole process from start to finish was extremely smooth and just one of my best sales experiences.

We have been with Next Day Blinds but they closed and were referring all of their old customers to 3 Day Blinds. We had a fine experience. It all went well. Our consultant was great, the delivery was fast, and the installation was clean. The only bad thing was it took a long time. If you're not in a hurry, 3 Day Blinds is a good option for your window covers.

My daughter had used 3 Day Blinds and she recommended them to me. A designer came out and I told her what I wanted, which was the same type of blinds I had many years ago. She showed me some of the products and I told her which one I preferred. She was very nice. The installer was really nice, too. He was a young guy and he did a great job. His work is beautiful and I'm really happy with it.

We LOVE our new shades! The only problem was that our phones would not work with adding the app in order to have the ability to work the shades individually. We have 7 windows and the remote works with less than the number of windows we have. We did receive a credit, but if we knew in advance that the app wouldn't work, I may have decided not to have them motorized.

We looked at a few different places and had 3 Day Blinds come out and measure. We liked what we saw and we went with them. The designer was great. We kind of knew what we wanted so it was pretty easy for her to figure out what was needed. We were pretty set on colors and style. The installation was very well done and professional. It was a very smooth experience. The finished product is great. They're very easy to use and they're like what we expected.

They responded quickly to my phone call. The designer measured every blind and she did a good job. The finished product is great. I installed one window myself. The rest of them were installed by the installer and he did a great job. I had 15 windows and he knocked it out within two hours. He showed me how to adjust the level of the blind. I adjusted one side because it was dropping too low on one side and too high on the other. They work great.

3 Day Blinds had good prices and a good lifetime guarantee. We purchased a blackout blind that raised from the top and bottom from them before. The blinds were broken at one time, and they were absolutely fabulous about coming out and fixing it. There was no problem with getting them out here and they were ready to replace them in a heartbeat. That was why I chose them the second time. The installers were great. They showed up on time and explained themselves. They did a really nice job. We were very, very happy with them. I would go to them again if I needed blinds again. The blinds were terribly expensive. But with the lifetime warranty on them and how good they've been about coming out and fixing stuff, it's the way I was going to go.
When I ordered the second blinds, I had to cancel the order and they were extremely understanding about it. Then I called them back and decided that I was going to do it. They were great. They put it back in and got it going. We had a little bit of a mix-up with the charging but it was my fault because I ordered, canceled, and ordered again. So I got charged twice. But when I called them, they took care of it immediately. So I was really, really happy with them. They're a good company and they stand behind their stuff. Their people are very nice and polite. I like them.

Day 1 saleswoman only offered roller blinds. Then couldn’t send my contract to me, I have yet to get it. Paid required 1/2 up front. Install day, 3 of 5 blinds arrived, they deducted entire balance. Waiting still. 4 days later called customer service, treated me as though I was being bothersome to be asking where the blinds were I HAD PAID FOR, quoting the contract, I NEVER GOT!!!

3 Day Blinds was the most popular over the other window treatment companies. I was looking for convenience and getting my window treatments done the right way the first time. So I figured I would go with a reputable company. Their rep, Susan, was amazing. She made the process painless. She didn't hesitate to put her two cents in with respect to her design experience and appreciated to narrow my choices down. Most customers might feel that she was stepping on their toes but I needed that and that just made the experience so much better for me. She has really made me feel good about the decisions because she's a designer and she knows what she's doing. And she was right. When all was said and done, I was really happy with the final product.
The installation process was another story. With the first go-around after the rep measured and our first install was perfect, everything was fantastic. But one of our blinds had a little hole in it. I called Susan and told her about it and she took care of it. Within a few minutes, I already had emails letting me know that she already submitted whatever was necessary to get me a replacement. I loved that. She absolutely owned it and she was gold star status when it comes to customer service. She was awesome. The installer has been fantastic. But he has come out three times and each time he got the wrong size. But he was taking care of it and he was letting me know. It has been a headache but I know that things happen. So it's all good.
We got the Roman Shades. I'm very pleased with it. We also chose the Manhattan Valance. It's a little cheaply made for what we've paid, but it looks nice. I just hope it stands the test of time. Also, maybe they should not use the same size valance for all windows. We have some windows in our home, that is of average height and some that are really tall. But the valance is the same size and it looks weird. So there are some windows where the valance looks like they're being consumed by the window.
Susan started us off on the right foot just made the nuances after the fact not seem so problematic. She cushioned the experience so well that the little hiccups that we had were okay. Susan was great and I would absolutely recommend her. These days it's hard to find anyone that understands what customer service excellence truly is, especially when you're paying good money. But with her, she got it. She understands what it means to make a customer's experience the best experience, especially when you're investing so much money.

Off to a bumping start when coordinator had to cancel twice on the night before because of personal emergency. But then appointment rescheduled and it was professional and courteous. Blinds were ordered and arrived ahead of schedule and the installer was great. He was professional and did an great job. Both appointments were Covid safe and masks were worn the whole time. I have used 3 Day Blinds at least 4 times over the past 20 years.

The product quality is really good. I'm disappointed with the "Concierge" service that I was sold. I'm disappointed with the sales followup. My windows aren't setup on the iPhone app or on Google Home/Apple Home. I need to order more blinds but I'm questioning the service and company pride in your products.

The sales consultant was wonderful. She worked with us to meet our budget. She is actually the reason we went with 3DB vs. a competitor. However, we choose to have the blinds installed in 3 weeks vs. 3 days. That should have been sufficient time to get the order in and delivered on time. Apparently it was not. The blinds installation was a week late. To me, that is just not acceptable. While 3DB probably uses a third party for the install, I still hold them responsible as they are the vendor that I worked with. BTW, the installer was great too.

Very smooth installation. Installer was courteous and obviously experienced. However, I am still finding the remains of the tiny hardware pieces that were dropped along the installation site. (nuts and screws, etc.) The control gizmo works smoothly. I am pleased with product even though the $$ was rather high, but they do the job that was promised.

Installing was very good, product is very good, however preordering was somewhat lacking as well as postservice. We asked for drawing to be made before before final purchase agreement. Salesperson just blew us off. Salesperson was condescending and pushing. We were told that an adjustment pole would be included (because of the height of the installed shutters). It did not arrive with the installers, we called the salesperson telephone and was promised a pole would be sent within five (5) days. Ten days we again called and was informed that the pole had not been ordered, and again was promised the pole would be sent. Now ten days later still no pole. I guess THREE DAY BLINDS doesn't care, if they did they would not hire such salespersons.

Absolutely amazing! Our consultant was incredible. Went above & beyond for us. Installation went flawlessly & very quick. We had faux wood blinds & honeycomb shades installed on 14 windows in our home. He installed them all in less than an hour. Every step of our purchase does our blinds for our new bathroom addition was seamless, professional, and perfect. Our designer, Andrea **, was the PERFECT professional in helping me to choose which blinds would work and look best in our new bathroom, as well as assisting in color choice. We went with a cellular, top-down/bottom-up cordless in a pale celery color to complement our bathroom wall paint color and they are nothing short of GORGEOUS!! The installation was perfect as well, and we are beyond thrilled.

We love our new shades and they are perfect in all ways but one. There are stickers on the back of the shades at the top that are visible from outside. It would make sense to put the sticker on the top of the shade so they are not visible when they are installed, that is my only suggestion for improvement. Otherwise, they are beautiful.

The blinds are beautiful and the installation was a breeze with their technician. Both the sales effort and tech support to have the blinds ordered and installed in a timely fashion were exemplary. The measurements were a bit off but it still works.

I requested a design consultation online and was contacted soon after to get it all set up and scheduled. The sales associate who came to my house was great. We were there for a while, talked and got to know one another. She measured everything and gave me a final quote. There was some room for me to get it lower which I appreciated. We got almost all of our windows done. But the thing that I was extremely disappointed with was the follow up after the sale regarding shipment status and installation scheduling. The sales associate went completely dark on me, I’d reach out several times and hear back once.
I called the service line, and honestly that was a joke. I waited on hold for 20 minutes before they gave me the option to do a call back option. I got a call back and the person was rude and didn’t seem to want to talk to me. She said she would follow up and it was delayed. I eventually tried to call again and heard the recorded option to check on my order via their website. The next day I received a follow up email from the person who I spoke to on the phone (3 days after she said she would follow up with me). She told me that the order hasn’t been shipped yet when according to their online portal it said it was. So I asked her about that and she had to correct herself. The installer was wonderful, in and out in under two hours. Very pleasant and enjoyed having him in my home. Truthfully, not sure if I would go through 3 Day Blinds again. Their customer service just isn’t worth what I paid.

My whole experience with 3 Day Blinds from the design consultant to installation was very good. Considering dealing with the pandemic I did not have to wait long from picking out my blind until it was installed. I was very pleased with my experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

We had an amazing experience with Chat, our design consultant, and our installer was excellent. However, the fabrication division did not notice that 2 windows were a different height and they did not adjust the length of the cords. Our second installer was not told to bring custom cords, and so could not fix them, and we had to wait longer for the cords to be found. It has been 5 weeks since initial installation and identification of the issue. Resolution expected today?

We had one window blind originally installed by Next Day Blinds (now out of business) replaced because the raising mechanism had broken. 3 Day Blinds did an excellent job but they were very slow & much more expensive. But the quality appears to be an improvement on the old blind.

I had 2 patio doors vertical blinds and 1 full length window blind installed. First you need to change your name to 3 month blinds because nothing was done in 3 days. I ordered my blinds on November 7. They were installed November 13. The patio doors work fine but the window opened 3 times then stuck. I called on November 16. Was told I would get a call from the installer. Nothing. Called a week later was told parts on order. Got a call from installer set up repair for December 3. The guy that came didn't have any replacement parts and said they were broken, probably dropped, so the other guy installed broken blinds and didn't do anything about it. So the second guy had to get a new blind ordered.
Got a call from installers to set up re-install after December 14th, so they are scheduled to come on December 17th. Hopefully it will be correct. These blinds are expensive and even though they aren't right we got the first payment statement already. I am not happy and have no recourse. Although everyone I spoke to was pleasant nobody apologized or felt a sense of urgency to fix the problem. Would not recommend 3 Day Blinds to anyone.

The response times of practically all of the 3 Day Team has been abysmal. We had to repeatedly hound our Sales associate to give us a final estimate. Email inquiries were ignored both by her and when submitting through the website. The installation was generally good but one blind was incorrectly installed with the chain being too tight.

Our experience w/ 3Day Blinds was awesome, from the designing phase all the way through the installation phase. We have two houses that we remodeled on one lot and had 3day blinds to all the windows on both houses. I would use them again without question.

I ordered blinds for 12 windows in my house. 2 of them were measured incorrectly causing a very long wait for the project to be completed. Hopefully the correct blinds will be installed tomorrow. Unfortunately, I need the installer to move some of the blinds due to the pulls being put on the wrong sides in 110 year old window sills.

I am very happy with every aspects of my experience with 3 Day Blinds. They came to take measurements right on time. They showed my samples and let me make the decision without interfering. They delivered right when they said they'd be here. They showed me best way to use them. The price was what I expected. No hidden fees, no problems. I am extremely pleased. Understandably due to Covid and the strain on the supply system it took a bit longer than 3 Days to receive the order. But their response was quick as far as coming to discuss the design I wanted and to sending a professional to do measurements. The blinds are of a good quality and I am very pleased with the finished product. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

My third order with 3-Day Blinds was installed Monday. I am always proud of the product, and I am indebted to the decorator's assistance in picking out just the right product for the window/door I am covering. The last window shade was slightly off size. Three-day blinds remade the entire blind, and the new one fits perfectly. This was done at absolutely no inconvenience to me. Eventually, I will have another six picture windows that will need covering, as well as coverings for the blinds on the windows that have already been covered. I will continue to rely on 3-Day blinds for all my window covering needs.

From the very first inquiry to the finish installation, all was FANTASTIC! I had had a tragic death in the family and all contacted at 3 Day Blinds were heartfelt sympathy for me. While Warren and George have been wonderful, I am less than pleased with your company. I ordered blinds/shades on November 11 at considerable expense and to date, some 4 weeks later, I have only half of the blinds installed. I specifically choose 3-Day blind because I believed that I would get my order quickly. I am very disappointed. Your products are wonderful, but I am not sure I would recommend your company because of the failure on your part to actually deliver timely.

Blinds are not the quality expected. Very flimsy and thin. Installation blinds do not close completely and all slates do not line up. Someone came to inspect the blinds and basically said that's the way it is!! Will not purchase again from 3 Day Blinds... The only positive about the experience was the Sales person, Barbara **.

The CCL snapped within 48-hours of installation after we'd used the blind maybe twice. That required an entirely new one be ordered, and we've now been waiting several weeks for the new CCL. This will also require having the installer come back at a time when we are limiting outsiders in our home due to the spread of COVID-19. We are very displeased.

The salesperson from 3 Day Blinds who came into my home was on time, answered all my questions and laid out my options. She showed me some different products that could have been beneficial for us. She’s a salesperson at the end of the day, so she tried to make an additional sale, which I respect but when I said no, she didn't press the issue, so I appreciated that. Overall, she seemed knowledgeable and the consultation was good.
The guy who did the installation was my favorite part. He was wonderful. I was told to allow for up to three hours and he got it done in an hour and a half. He was very quick and efficient. He didn't make a mess and he was very professional and kind. I liked him. There was something that I didn't understand though. I have a window. It's technically three windows so it's three different blinds on one valance, and two of the ones are super long and the third one isn’t the same height or the same length of it. So I was kind of confused as to why they did that.
The customer service call center was horrendous. When I called, I was super frustrated. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes, it finally gave me the option to do a callback. It would be fantastic if they make the option for a callback available three minutes into the hold. The person I got on the phone was extremely rude and I felt like I was inconveniencing her because it was towards the end of the business day. She said she would follow up with me and didn't for three days afterwards. That was completely lackluster.
My sales person even was extremely tough to get ahold of and kept directing me back to customer service. But the customer service isn't doing anything for me. Later, through one of the automated messages when I was on hold, I learned that you could check your order status. It should have been available to me a little earlier in the process. When I checked that order status, it told me that my stuff was shipped and when a customer service rep followed back up with me, she told me that my stuff had not shipped. Then, she said that it looked like it was shipped. She didn't even know what she was talking about.
I've worked in call centers before so I know how busy they get around the holidays and I can't even imagine managing it on top of a pandemic, so I'm very sympathetic. But at the end of the day, it wasn't good at all. The customer service experience that I had after the sale was made was terrible. I probably wouldn't recommend 3 Day Blinds again. The product is great but once the sale is made, they don't care because they got their money and then it was radio silence.

We have a brand-new modular home built three years ago. It came with Venetian blinds and I hated them from the first day. We have a big window in the front and two big windows in our bedroom. Our home is in Arizona and even though it's winter, the sun's still bright. The sun shines right on our front bedroom. We needed something that would block the sun better and wouldn't have to be dusted every other day. We called 3 Day Blinds and they came right away. The gal was here within less than a week. Our window in the front is 78 inches. We were looking at one that you just grab on the bottom and push up, and then they just fold together, like stackers. The gal said, "You know, with that big window, I don't know if that's gonna work very good."
She seemed to really know everything about them and she showed us a whole bunch of different things and these regular roll-up shades, but they're made with cloth. They're very attractive. She sold us on that. We were leaving to go back to Minnesota for 10 days and we told her when we were going to be gone. This was on a Monday and they came up that next Saturday and put them in. It's great for us. They do exactly what we want and I don't have to dust them every day, so we're very happy. The bedroom is now dark in the morning too. I'm retired and I don't need to get up at seven o'clock.

We got Hunter Douglas shades, which are great quality, and we're very happy with them. It was a three-week turnaround, by the time we ordered them and they got the order back and the installation guy called. It was really fast. Much better than Budget Blinds. We also had lots of options and the rep helped me choose the right color. She was great and getting her opinion worked out awesome.

We found 3 Day Blinds by reference to people living in Timber Ridge who had used them before and people were happy with them, so we went with them. The rep understood what we were looking for very quickly. She knew the products would fit well for us and was able to hone in on it quickly. A very nice fellow then came in and took care of the installation very quickly and it went well. It looks very nice. However, we're going to have to be looking at some valances because the batteries don't stay down below the valance on the upper trim.

I bought a bunch of shades and blinds from 3 Day Blinds. I did mostly honeycomb and then some roller shades. The rep who came to my home was very friendly. I had no problem with her personally except she did not have the products for my kitchen window over the sink in there. When the fellow came to double check and double measure the window, he said that he didn’t have that window on it and I said that it should be on it because I ordered it. It goes with the rest of the kitchen. So, he contacted her. She had the items on her papers but she forgot to order it and she apologized. I told her that it wasn’t my fault and she talked to her boss. Her boss said that they would order it. I asked if they would do something about it or give a discount on it. But they couldn’t do any more than what she already had in her order. I should get that one half price, but they didn't do it. So, I was disappointed with that.
The company should have backed that up. It was her boss who wouldn’t do it. I had to still get the product for the window because it’s part of my kitchen. I had one big window and two other regular windows in there. This would have been the next one to go with it. I like everything now that it’s all completed and I like the quality too. The installation was fabulous. The couple who came did a great job and it didn’t take them long either for all of those. They started at 10 in the morning and it took them two and a half hours. They just kept going one window to the next. It was perfect.

When I first made the contact call to get somebody from 3 Day Blinds out here, they said that it was going to be several weeks to come out in our area. But they were able to contact another salesperson that was not too far from us. She came out the same week on a Saturday morning. She was very helpful. She was here for about an hour discussing what I wanted. Then we looked at books to see what color of shade, what type and that, and we bought the shades the same day. We had them installed within three weeks. The gentlemen who installed them did a great job. He was very personable and he cleaned up his mess after himself. He was very conscientious that he didn't make any mess on it and that he took everything with him. Their price could be improved but everything was fine. The process was excellent and our experience was perfect.

We had just bought the house and the blinds that were here are very obtrusive. The 3 Day Blinds rep explained to me that they're cut wrong. They're longer than the windows. We went over everything. She showed me different styles of blinds. She took her time with me. We were looking at different colors because at that time, I still wasn't sure what I was doing down here. But upstairs, she got me something that went with my bedroom. I ended up only getting the blinds upstairs, because the downstairs, I'm getting new windows so it doesn't make sense to put the blinds up until the new windows are in. But I am using their service again.
When their guy came out to put the blinds in, excellent. He did everything as it should have been done. Some guys are messy when they do stuff. He got everything up, cleaned everything, everything is hung nice. It looks clean. It looks 10 times better than what it actually did. I'm getting new windows in February, waiting for windows to come. Once they come, I want them to do my downstairs too. I love the service. I've even recommended it to other people.

We had used 3 Day Blinds many years ago in our basement and then about three years ago in our kitchen. I like the quality and ease of use of their blinds. I also like the people that they work with. We have a very large blind that the cord has broken twice on it, and the turnaround time to get that fixed has been about three weeks because of COVID.

I found 3 Day Blinds through the mailers that come to the house. When I researched a little bit online, it appeared that they had been in business a very long time. It had some good reviews too so I gave it a call. I ended up with a motorized two-shade system for my doorwall and the cellular top down bottom up for the bedrooms. The rep was very businesslike. She practiced covid safe procedures which I appreciated very much. She was not pushy and I felt that she was able to help me narrow down my choices so that I could make a decision with one trip.
I thought that I would have them in three days and that was another factor for deciding on it. I had done without them for over a year and a half here so I wanted them up as quickly as possible. But the rep made sure that I understood that with covid, that probably was not going to happen. I was not upset because she made it very clear. From the time that she came until they were actually up was three weeks and that was fine with me. The cost caught my breath. I had it in my head, like the Home Depot price or Bed Bath & Beyond price. But once they were put in, the quality is unbelievable compared to what I would have gotten had I gone to Home Depot. The quality for what I paid was acceptable.

3 Day Blinds offered the motorized blinds. That really sold me because I'm not a big fan of cleaning shutters a lot. The rep was available to come out, show options and spend time going over what would work and what would not work. They gave some good expert advice. The installation was great. The guy was very knowledgeable and fast. He also showed me how to operate them. It was a good personal experience.

We had to replace the blinds because a window was replaced. The company that originally provided blinds for our house was purchased by 3 Day Blinds. I was hoping to get a replacement in the same fabric and model but that was not possible. So, I had to end up getting two new blinds through them. I had been assured that when our window was replaced, the existing blind would go back. With the previous company, you just call them and they come and reinstall it for you. It’s no big deal.
3 Day Blinds sent someone out who told me I would need a new blind altogether. Then, the consultant came out and tried to match the fabric to the other blinds that were already hung in the room but she was unable to find a match. But she was very helpful in finding something similar in style and color. Then she did the measurements and it was efficient. It was a very good use of time. The installer was great. He was very efficient too. I think he had been to my house with the other company so I felt he did a good job.
There is a bit of an issue with the product though. It is slightly disappointing. The raising mechanism is not anywhere close to the other company’s pulley system. It gets caught and it's a bit harder to navigate. The fabric is nice but the previous product I've purchased from a company called Next Day Blinds was nicer at a comparable price point. I feel a little bit like I spent a lot of money for something that isn't as nice as what I had originally and it doesn't lift or shut as effectively. It's not very smooth.

I got a remote control shade from 3 Day Blinds and the whole experience was wonderful. I've never had anything go so flawless. Usually, there's always something wrong and you have to redo it and redo it and come back. It was a little expensive but that's probably the best experience I've had in a very long time on having anything done. I've already told several people about it and they know that I love it.

I got something in the mail that said 50% off and I needed window coverings for one of our rooms. I scheduled an appointment online, which was very convenient. The 3 Day Blinds salesperson came out, and she gave me good advice. She was right about what she helped me with, and I liked her a lot. She was on time, she wore a mask, and she was nice. It was perfectly good. For the installer, my husband said he was in and out in less than an hour and did a fine job. He did a window and a covering for our patio door in our master bedroom. He also did a small window in our guest bathroom. I had vertical blinds in the master, and then faux wood blinds in the bathroom. They’re good quality.

With 3 Day Blinds, I could book everything online. Two days after I booked the appointment, somebody came to my house and she was great then installation was a week later. It was quick and I didn't pay for expedited shipping. If I had, then it would have been sooner. They seem to be good quality as well. All in all, 3 Day Blinds is efficient, maybe a little expensive, but that's the nature of getting blinds installed. If you buy your own and pay someone else to come install them, they will be cheaper, but it's easier to just go with one company.

I use 3 Day Blinds quite a bit. I have quite a few homes and in each home, they've done something. I've had blinds done in my Texas home then I've had electronic blinds done in my Oceanside, California home. They did my whole house there. I also have a rental property in Oceanside, and they put blinds in there too. I’ve only used 3 Day Blinds. They are wonderful and reliable. I have had some hiccups, but as soon as I brought them to someone's attention, they immediately addressed them. I'm building a new home right now in Texas. I've asked the girl that takes care of me in Oceanside, California if she can do the job. She's an independent rep, so she could. Her family lives in Texas, just north of me, and there's a possibility I'll fly her out and have her do all of my blinds in my new home.

We purchased the hex comb from 3 Day Blinds. They were the only ones willing to come out on a Sunday and that's the only day that we had off. Everything went fine. The consultant that came out was very knowledgeable. She was patient and went over our different options. The experience was positive and the installation went smoothly. They look good, so we're happy with that. We like the product and they're of good quality. We've only had one small problem. One of the points where we pull it down, it came loose. They were also expensive for the value. But I would still recommend them.

The seller has poor knowledge of the product the order was not clear and the order came bad wrong products, it tooks four month until I finally get my shades, poor quality, not what I expected at all.

I chose 3 Day Blinds for their price and the quality of their product. The saleswoman was very professional and a lot of fun to work with. She was pleasant and vivacious. She listened well and she made a couple suggestions when I said I didn't know how long I'm going to live in this house. They used really expensive shades and she walked me through it and tried to give me the best price. She was excellent and it seemed like she loved her product. I got the shutters in my closet and the honeycomb blinds in my bathrooms. I had two different guys because I had two different window products. They were the nicest men. They were clean-cut and very conscientious about making a mess. They cleaned up all the wrapping from the blinds. I have a lot of white area throw carpets in my house and they didn't want to walk on the rugs under my bed.
I love the products and I would have done it again. I was satisfied. They took a little longer than I thought especially with the shutters because they were custom-made for the size of my window but I told her that at the beginning I was in no rush. I have a huge window in my kitchen and I'm going to need new shades if we stay in this house. I will definitely call 3 Day Blinds first.

I purchased draperies and their designer and installer were very helpful. The installer was very thorough and he went to the extent of showing us how to clean the draperies properly. He went above and beyond. I'm still waiting on some more draperies that are supposed to be installed but so far, the ones installed are beautiful and of good quality. I highly recommend 3 Day Blinds. There's no need to look elsewhere.

I've used 3 Day Blinds several times in the past and everything's been great. The quality is not perfect but it's very good. I've ordered everything from blinds to drapes to plantation shutters and I've been happy with all of it especially the latest project. The rep, Carrie, was great. He was very knowledgeable. He brought lots of samples and helped me make some choices.

When we purchased our townhome, the lady that had it before us had 3 Day Blinds in there. When I called to ask them how to clean them, they said, "Oh, they were very old. There was just no way to clean them." It was a good 12 years old and I was impressed that they still had a record of it. Anyway, I made a purchase. The lady that came out initially was very nice. She was wonderful. She measured everything very thoroughly and she put in the order. The gentleman that came out to install them was nice too. He laid out everything and he did an amazing job.
The only problem is two of the valances that were supposed to come with the blinds were not included. They forgot them, so they reordered them. When they came in to install them though, they only had one of the valances, but they had a bunch of the blinds that were reordered. They didn't need to reorder the blinds, just the valances. They said, "Oh, no problem. We'll order it again." and we're waiting on that last valance. The first install was around October the 3rd, so it's been quite a while. I don't know where the mistake happened (if it happened in the factory or if the lady missed a box when she was ordering it), but I know the installer told them exactly what was missing.
If you're retired like I am and you have lots of time, then 3 Day Blinds would be great. The blinds that are in fit very well and they're a little better quality than the Home Depot variety 'cause I had those before in a different house. However, if you're someone working where you have to take a day off to have the installer come out and they made this many mistakes, then that wouldn't be so good.

3 Day Blinds sells a bunch of different products and we wanted something simple, clean and motorized. We talked to them on what we wanted for the kitchen windows. We ordered several products and one of them is the motorized shades, but we're still waiting for the other two to be delivered and installed. We're in the middle of that process. Other than that, 3 Day Blinds has been good. If we bought some more, we’d go to them again. This is our fifth home and we've used them and we're always happy.
The consultant wasn't as well-dressed or professional as I would’ve expected though. He came to our house twice and he was casually dressed. The second time, he was in shorts. He wasn't the experience we recall from past times. On the other hand, the installer was a single guy and he was very professional and efficient. He explained to me everything and he was really good.

I have three French doors, two with kind of a roll-up type shade, and they are beautiful. The installer was fabulous and he was quick but one is crooked. I wanted someone to come out and redo that or look at it and I cannot get a hold of anybody at 3 Day Blinds. When a rep finally answered, she put me on hold and then it went dead. You would think she would call me back but she didn’t. It took at least two weeks before I got a hold of anybody. Then, to get ahold of the scheduling people was even a bigger nightmare. Also, the lady who came to take the order was very nice but I could never get ahold of her later when I had a problem. Had I read the reviews about 3 Day Blinds, I would have never used them. Their customer service needs to be improved.

I'm happy with the motorized blinds. There's still some technical stuff I'd like to figure out and I was gonna try to do it on my own but if I can't, I'll reach out to Damon, the installer. I've used 3 Day Blinds for 30 years and for the most part, I have always had good experiences. I almost didn't go back to 3 Day Blinds 'cause last time I had such a horrible experience. But this time, I had a great experience with the saleslady and Damon. They were really great. The lady was knowledgeable. She was able to do the measurements quickly and gave me the price quickly too. The last lady that came out was at my house forever. The balance was wrong last time. For some reason, they did two different balances instead of just one as I had requested. It took a bunch of follow-ups for me to get it right and it was very frustrating.

We were impressed with the quality of the product and how knowledgeable the sales representative was in regards to the blinds. However, we had a few issues during the installation. The cord on one of the blinds was on the wrong side. They were supposed to come out but nobody ever called and nobody showed up. We placed a call to the customer service team to let them know but they didn't call us back so we called again. They were supposed to come Friday between 2:00 and 6:00 PM. The gentleman called and said that he was detained in the job he was in. He was telling us he would be here after 6:00. It was almost 7 o'clock and he called and said that he was still on his other job. He's supposed to come this morning so we're waiting to see if he shows up today.
We had another shade and the second time that we tried to lower it, the bracket was broken. They're gonna come check it to see what happened. They're supposed to fix that today as well. On scale of 1 to 10, we give 3 Day Blinds' service a 3 because they didn't even have the decency to call. We were sitting and waiting for somebody to call us.

I went with long plastic blinds for my family room and a window covering for my kitchen. The rep who came out was awesome and very informative. He answered my questions before I even had a chance to ask him because he knew I was confused about a couple of things. He was very patient with me. It was great. Then, a gentleman came to the door with his little mask on and gloves, came in, and put the blinds up. He showed me how to work them before he left and he was very professional. I have told a lady from work she should go to 3 Day Blinds and I gave her my guy's name. I would recommend him in a minute.

Order shade, taken too long for the Company or installer to call me for the installation. Then had on the website that they were installed on a Certain date and were not! They gave me the date on or before October 31, 2020. They put down they were installed on the October 27, 2020. They also said they were install 3:00, installation was completed 4:00 pm. It's October 30, 2020. Still haven't heard from the installer...I was given excuses but that's not on the consumer. I just hope they look beautiful when ever I received them. I will update later.

A salesperson had three appointments and she did not show up every time. I called and told 3 Day Blinds I didn't want that person because she had lied too many times. I requested for somebody else and the woman who came out was a great person. She wasn't here 15 minutes and she knew just what I wanted. Everything worked out fine and the installation was perfect. I had good luck with 3 Day Blinds after I got rid of the first salesperson. They are a good company to use. They were polite and they knew what they were doing.

I got blinds and a few months later, I got cellular shades and the design consultants who came out were both really nice. Also, the installers were very professional. They came in, did what they needed to do, and left. We've used 3 Day Blinds before and we've always liked how quick everything is.

3 Day Blinds said they could get the job done in three days and a guy came over and I told him what I wanted. It went pretty quick. They set the blinds in a little too close to the window so when I raise a couple of the windows they catch on the latch for the window, but that's not a major issue.

The installation was fine. The guy was really nice, and he was wonderful, and installing the shades and the drapes were very nice. We got white shades that are in a pulley. The only bad thing was having them put in this giant box in my house, and then I had to get ahold of the installer. Because the blinds were supposed to come to the warehouse, it came to my house instead. The shades were okay. But the drapes came to my house in a giant box, which I didn't like because I live in a large building and I had to carry it from a lobby all the way to my apartment. And then, we had to get ahold of the installer. I kept writing emails to the people from 3 Day Blinds, and I wrote to the consumer people, and finally, I got the installer two weeks later to install it. I guess this is the problem with everything, whether it's 3 Day Blinds or Home Depot. You just have to get them to get the installer.

I ordered wooden blinds that fit my windows and it took a while to come in but I was patient. The service I got and the technicians that came over were excellent. They did everything that they were supposed to do and they went over and above. They straightened up some of the things to make them more efficient and matched the wooden blinds with the window blinds already in there. I will recommend 3 Day Blinds anytime.

They were willing to come out and do the measurements. Other companies wanted me to do the measurements and then send it to them. I don't pay for things like that. So I wanted somebody to come out and do that. 3 Day Blinds was offering, so I was glad to have that happen. They came out and measured, and within 10 days they were out to install. So it was very good. It was during the early part of the pandemic and it was a bad time for people to be coming in, but I was glad that they did. It's a very nice blind for a very large bay window that we have on rental property. I've rented the property and the tenant loves the blinds. So I'm very happy with it.

My previous blinds' drill string broke. I couldn't use it for anything. I called 3 Day Blinds and since July, I've had their blinds up. I'm having a problem though because I can't get the drawstring of the blinds to go up and down. When I pull it up, it doesn't stop when I get it so far. It falls down all the time instead of staying in place. Also, 3 Day Blinds is very expensive. $600 for one blind is awful.

I liked the ease of contacting 3 Day Blinds during this time period and their ability to react quickly to my needs. I did the silhouette and when the reps came to install them, the installation was quick. We had a problem with attaching the cord, which they had to attach to the wall. So, they had to remake the middle blinds. I did a series of three and one of the cords was on the wrong side for attachment from the set. They were able to correct that although there was a delay in getting the new replacement. They left the old one in place, but cut it so it wasn't a loop return. The quality of the blinds is what I expected. 3 Day Blinds was easy and efficient. It was a good experience with them and it happened in a timely fashion, which I needed.

My wife passed away a couple years ago and I'm keeping up what was there before. I got windows replaced and window treatment replaced, and so on and so forth all at the same time. The customer service was very well and it wasn't the runaround some companies give. The finished product looks good but they don't get heavy use use because I don't use that room a great deal.

I chose this company because I purchased 12 foot vertical blinds from them which lasted 20 years. We ordered blinds for nearly the entire house (13 wood mini blinds and 2 vertical blinds). Detailed measurements were taken but when installed 7 of the wooden blinds have st least 2 extra blinds which lay on the bottom - this is NOT a custom installation. Previous Levelor min-blinds were an exact fit with no extra blinds. I would expect this only from an off-the-rack purchase. Support only says they were manufactured properly and refuse to fix the problem. If they were made properly why aren't they all the same way.
The 2 vertical blinds were 8 and 12 feet wide so the valence came 2 pieces. We were told by the sales woman (who no longer returns our calls) that a cover stone is provided to hide the seam between the 2 pieces. However the cover stone provided is attached to one side and the other side will NOT slide into it resulting in a gap. The installer said this was a known problem and they are working with manufacturing to find a solution. A tech came out to deal with the problem but knew nothing about the "known" issue nor did the person he called. I have a case number but am doubtful they will follow through. These blinds are NOT the same quality I purchased previously. We paid a lot of money for a custom job but find the end result embarrassing and NOT custom. I won't recommend this company or do business with them again.

I looked on the internet and looked for window treatments and I saw 3 Day Blinds. I have 14 windows and I did the shade where you pull it down. Then on the big windows, I had the electric automated up and down. The rep came in and I chose what I wanted. She was very helpful and then, the virus happened. So, the factory closed. It was a good long while before the drapes were able to be installed so, I'd almost forgotten what I had ordered by the time they were ready. But I like them very much. The young fellow worked very well and when I was told he would come, he came. But he didn't clean up the floor after so there was little dusty stuff everywhere. But that was okay. It was easily cleaned by my housekeeper. I’m very satisfied and I was very pleased with everything. It was very nice working with 3 Day Blinds and they would be good for anybody.

I have used Smith & Noble and I just decided I'd try 3 Day Blinds because they're three days. That's a nice amount of time if you need something and you're bored because it's COVID time and you're quarantined. That was probably part of my motivation. The rep who came was very professional. I knew what I wanted so she just had to help me by telling me what the choices of colors were in the very small range of colors that I was choosing from. She was great and the guy who came to install did a professional job. Both of them seemed to be very capable of handling being in somebody's home when they're supposed to be wearing a mask. So it was all good. It didn't take three days but one of the selling points is you get it within a week or two. You don't expect it to be hanging on the windows in three days but it was quick.

I purchased shutters and I have long windows, and 3 Day Blinds has the curved eyelash style. So, they could produce a good fit for less money and relative quality. I liked the price. Dina, the rep, is pleasant, very nice and she’s very experienced. She and her husband has been in this business for a while. There were two gentlemen who came for the installation process and they came in appropriately with masks. They did what they needed to do. There was a little bit of shimmy that was necessary because the walls are never 100% flush. They did a little extra caulking to make me happy. 3 Day Blinds is not really three days though. It’s longer than that. But I like the final product a lot. It gives a different look to the room.

I got venetian blinds for the windows and vertical blinds for sliding glass door from 3 Day Blinds. To block the sun from coming into a window in the living room area, I purchased some thick, wooden shutters. I did a thorough prep before the arrival of the installers so that when they got here, everything was super easy to access. They followed through with what I expected them to do. They were professional and courteous, and cleaned up before they left. I'm glad 3 Day Blinds was available. I've been working with them for 36 years and it's nice that they didn't go out of business. The quality of their service didn't go down. It remained the same and they're reliable and consistent. Also, the cost was reasonable. People should check out my stuff. If they like what they see, they're gonna get the same.

I had just moved back into my house, and my tenants destroyed my house. So, I wanted to replace blinders in the middle of a pandemic. The salesman's speech made me decide on 3 Day Blinds. He explained the difference in the mechanisms of the product and how those from them are metal versus plastic and that plastic breaks a lot easier. He also explained the warranty that they have on the product. He was very thorough so he made my decision a lot easier. I looked at different places and even though 3 Day Blinds was not the cheapest, it’s the one that has the best product for the price. 3 Day Blinds was backed up though. They had to shut down for a period of time so the three days became four weeks. But that’s understandable. The delays were not due to them. They had delays with their suppliers as well who had shut down. So, it was a cascade of several things that pushed out the delivery so much.
The blinds seem to be a very good quality, which was why I chose them over some other ones that also came to visit and pitch their product. The people who came and installed the blinds were great. They piled everything out of sight because they were unable to take it with them because of COVID. They helped me fit everything outside so that I could put it on the curve for the trash.

When we moved into our house 16 years ago, we had Next Day Blinds. We had an issue with one of our blinds breaking, so we figured we would go back to them. But I found out they went out of business and were bought out by 3 Day Blinds. So we had a consultant come out and decided to go with them. She was awesome. She was very informative and gave suggestions that I hadn't thought about, which we ended up going with. It's very easy to work with. We had white wooden blinds installed on three back family room windows and the back kitchen window. They're two-inch pleats. They're very nice. We like them a lot.
We had two different installation appointments. First, we had the sliding glass door, that's like a regular vertical blinds. The guy ended up drilling three different times on that one. So I wasn't too happy. I have a little bit of patchwork that we have to do for that. But he did finally get it right and it looks great. When they're closed, you can't even see that part of it. So it's a little bit of paint, but everything else that we've had done went up perfectly, and it looks good.

3 Day Blinds has a lifetime warranty. Quality wise, the product is the same from other companies like Levolor or Bali. I got Roman shades and shutters. The rep who came to my home was very friendly but she was very new at the job. She'd only worked there for a month. I thought she didn't know too much about the products. As far as the installation process, they came over to measure the windows. Then it took a long time for them to receive them. But once it was there, the installation guy came in and he was done within two hours. There was a lot of 18 windows. He was done quicker than I thought. I would recommend 3 Day Blinds because the work was done properly. I didn't have to make calls about my order. I was informed what's going on. It was a great experience.

We purchased the vertical blinds and the standard one from 3 Day Blinds. We had the design consultant coming in. Everything was nice. But then, overall, we had some frustrations over the timeline, because we were promised that it would be given to us three weeks earlier than promised. So, after the consultation, the maximum time that we were gonna wait was this time. Then, from there on, I needed to follow up every single time when are they going to install it. Then, we were promised a Saturday schedule and it didn't turn out that way, too. So, it was frustrating. Then, the installers were subcontractors. They weren’t on top of it. At the same time, it wasn't discussed to us that there were no spare vertical blinds. That's important, because, at least, we don't need to make another transaction for that. At least have that be offered in the beginning.
The price was good though. Our design consultant gave us a 25% discount, so that was so nice of her. But, it was such a mess after the design, so we settled on the price and we also had the measurements, then this third company who took over said that we needed to change our doorknob and that was confusing. One more thing. Our house is clean and we are neat freaks about this COVID. So, the guy who came just stepped with his shoes and stepped over the bed. After the designer, this was the second one who came to our house to verify all the measurements and it was not so nice of him. The third guy, the installer, it was just a series of, “We cannot do this. We cannot work on your timeline.” But we were promised a schedule. But, overall, the product is okay.

The team arrived at set time, with masks, and set to work. All but 1 blind (which was made incorrectly), was successfully hung, and all looked nice and proper when they left, several hours later. The salesperson (Sherry) followed thru with her offer to bring a temporary paper blind to cover the slider, while that vertaslide was being remade. The new blind was installed when completed.

Love, Love, Love my new shutters!! They are room darkening & help blocking out the noise (my room is facing the street) & they look great! They weren't supposed to be installed until mid-Nov., but were ready in Sept. & the installer was very nice & professional. Had them up in less than an hour. Bought automated blinds. Despite 3 installation attempts could not get them working. Also they were unable to secure the antennas which were unsightly- they taped them up and they keep falling down. Now I am stuck with nonfunctional blinds (the remote doesn't work which is the only way to get them up and down). Customer service was horrendous- they went by the installers' word that it was our fault, even though we had signed paperwork from the installers indicating they never worked! They literally never left the house on any of their visits with the blinds working. The non-motorized blind on our door window keeps shifting and can't stay in place. It took almost 4 months to get our shutters. One didn't fit and now we need to wait another month for another installation of the last one.

It took 3 attempts at installing the vertical blinds and cornice on a very large patio door situation. The first attempt to have the proper vertical blinds and cornice installed was not successful because of original mismeasurement OR the wrong product was sent. The 2nd attempt to install the vanes and cornice were due to the first installer not understanding the correct way to measure the length of the vanes. One of your installers, Jerry **, was excellent and he re-measured and on the 3rd attempt, he was able to install the correct vanes and correct cornice width. Jerry was excellent.

Loved everything about our experience except the plastic pieces on pulls for the blind strings are crap. They all broke within days of getting the blinds under normal use. You're in the blind business. These plastic pieces shouldn't fall apart. Makes the blinds feel cheap.

We waited 6 months for 3 Day to finalize our order. In the beginning we ordered plantation shutters & vertiglide for our slider & shade for our kitchen. The shutters arrived & 1 was not designed correctly for the window. 6 weeks later the kitchen shade arrived & the vertiglide was lost in transit & had to be re-ordered. When it arrived it was the wrong size. Another re-order that took until October. The installation was less than acceptable. Finally after numerous calls to the installer & 3 Day the problems were resolved.

The shutters are beautiful but one panel arrived damaged and was reordered by the installer. It hasn't arrived. I am also waiting for my patio door shutters which were measured for at least 2 months ago. The window shutter guy was terrific. The guy who measured for the door was kind of rude.

I bought shutters, and then accordion shade for the kitchen window. My design consultant was very good. She was very thorough and very informative. The installers were on time and the installation was really quickly done. The products work well. They do what they're supposed to do. They look good. So I'm happy with them.
When I first ordered the plantation shutters, they were different sizes of how far they project from the wall. One was 5.5 inches and one was 8.5 inches. Somehow, we didn't even exactly get that until the man who came and did the second measurement. It would be helpful if they could show you something that shows you the difference of how far from the wall it'll come out or a piece of the border that comes out to show you the difference between the smaller one and the bigger one. So a visual for me would have been a lot more helpful. But overall, they've done really well with me. They were on time and they do what they say, and they look good. The measurements were fine. Everything fits.

I've gotten several different kinds from 3 Day Blinds. They used to be in Stockton and I bought them there and then I've just bought from them since. The most recent purchase was a double cell shade. The installation process was fine. However, the quality of the items has gone way downhill. I would no longer recommend them. The blinds that I got, I wanted exactly what I had in all my other 30 windows. It got two problems when they were installed. They no longer sit tight to the top, so we get light that comes through ‘cause they've got a different bracket now. They told me, “You'll have to put up a piece of wood trim.” It was like, wait a minute.
I've got some rather expensive wood molding around my windows. They said, “We’ll just move them up onto the other part and put a valance up.” That was not the plan. Also, they didn't have any longer a strip underneath that hides all the white. I've got a tan color. But when we sit in my dining room and we look at the window, all we see is the wide-open metal underneath and it's all white. In both cases, eyesores. They seem to function all right. The top rail is now covered with a cloth and the bottom piece is covered with a cloth instead of plastic so, that gets dirty really fast. The people I dealt with were great. But they couldn't do anything about the product. I was also getting some repairs done. The guy worked with me and finally, he figured out what the problem was on a different blind.

I got the fabric Roman shade and the designer was excellent. The installation went very well. But I had to wait a long time because right after I ordered, we went into that lockdown for COVID. My consultant was excellent. He submitted my order and I waited and waited. I didn't get any notification until kind of into the lockdown. But once I did get them, I had the installer come and he was excellent. He hung them beautifully. He kept my home clean while he was working. He was very friendly and professional. So I was very happy with the installation too. The quality is fine. I'm happy with the quality. I had a good experience.

The designer that came out was great. He was very informative. The installers came out two different times. The first time, the guy did the bathroom and he was done in about 20 minutes. Then a different guy came out a month later for the living room. He was done in about half an hour. He was very fast and very professional. It went great. We love it.

I saw the ads for 3 Day Blinds in the newspaper and at the time, there was a special going on. It was buy one, get 50% off the other. I got the accordion-type sliding doors. I did that same blind on the dining room window and then, I did some side drapes. In our bedroom and bathroom, I got the roller shades and the material was the sort of woven, weave and woody look. The design rep was awesome and I enjoyed all the ideas that he gave me. He said he has been with the company for a long time and he was knowledgeable on the product.
During the installation, the first rep who came to do the bedroom and the bathroom was perfect. All their installers were excellent and very professional. But we ran into a glitch when they came out to do the glass sliding doors, which are 15 feet. They sent out one guy to install these. So, my husband had to get his ladder out and help the guy. In the meantime, the guy was trying to install it and the whole blind slid off the track, and then there was a tear. So, we had to have them replaced. 3 Day Blinds came out a second time and sent out the same guy. This time, though, between him and my husband, the blind got put up perfectly. The gentleman was very good and hopefully, whoever I recommend 3 Day Blinds to, this guy comes out because he was great.
We also had a problem with the scheduling. We had the glass sliding doors and the dining room window with the drapes because they were the exact same type of blind. The rep called and told me that it was ready for installation. Then, the guy came out and I asked where the glass sliding door was. He said he didn’t know and that they weren't on his work order. I told him that the rep said they were going to be installed the same time. He said he saw a box sitting there but it wasn't on his work order. We got a hold of someone and 3 Day Blinds got it all straightened out. But I was very disappointed that the scheduling was not efficient.
With the Coronavirus going on, that played into effect with our whole installation and timing of things. But we're pleased with the product and the costs. It was good. I would recommend 3 Day Blinds to people. They have a lot of selections with different styles and ideas. The experience was nice from start to finish, with having someone come to the home, show their product and give you some design ideas. I’m very satisfied with the end product.

We're not happy with the installation by 3 Day Blinds. The quality is fine but they're in there crooked. We asked for a technician to come out a month ago. Now, they won't come back out and we haven't heard from them. We paid them an exorbitant amount of money to put in. They should call us back and get back with us about fixing our blinds.

We were purchasing a new home and we had a lot of windows to cover. I got quotes from three different groups. One was a local person. I also wanted to go with a national, so I chose 3 Day Blinds. They're located in Houston and the other was something similar, but the presentation, choices, service and price were all better with 3 Day. The installation was then done in a day. I opted for the motorized on the roller shades. I almost didn't and I'm very glad that I did. It's an investment, but it's well worth it.
The representative was also very knowledgeable. She listened to what I wanted and I never felt that I was being pressured with an upsell. She had lots of products to look at, but it was not an overwhelming amount. She was good at narrowing it down to good choices, and she didn't rush me when I couldn't make up my mind and had to keep carrying them around from window to window.

I was searching for a company prior to COVID, and I got things rolling as COVID evolved. I knew what I wanted and my sales rep was very patient with me. I get a lot of sunlight for the last half of the day and he helped me process that. With his input, I made the right decision and I appreciated that. He knew what I wanted too and he was very respectful to what I was hoping to get, which was to block some of that sun and the heat. Even the installer said, "Just be mindful. Make sure you open them and close them. It gets the dust off too." So I make sure I rotate whether they're open halfway or all the way. My window coverings are in the stairway. I have high vaulted ceilings, and I can't reach those suckers unless I have a 12-foot ladder. I'm also afraid of heights, so if I ever buy a new home, I’m gonna make sure the windows are easily accessible.
This was a bit of an expensive investment, but it was worth it. When a customer is making this type of investment, they have to be very mindful with things like they don't have any change in colors. They better stay in that color because I had learned the hard way of color choices. I remodeled my home in the past year and I made some wrong choices, but not with window coverings. Thankfully, the area where I was looking to have the window treatments, I had that recently painted, so it was very helpful to have the samples handy. I had a clean slate of the decor that I had going and I would never wanna have to pay 1,500 dollars again. I'm gonna get new walls instead of buying my blinds.
All in all, I was happy with the customer service and considering the timing, I was impressed due to the pandemic going on. It was such a seamless process with 3 Day Blinds. The only reason why there were certain holdups was because of COVID, whether it was staffing, and I understand it was due to the safety of everybody involved. The product is wonderful, the installer was fantastic, and my sales rep was great too. They were very kind and very professional and I knew when they would be here. They answered any questions I had when each of them were here respectively. If needed, I would definitely go through 3 Day again. All bases were covered, and I had a 100% percent positive experience. I'm super satisfied.

I have purchased a cream-colored honeycomb pull down and pull up shades from 3 Day Blinds. The design consultant was really helpful. He was very qualified. The installer was professional, quick and did a good job. Everything went really smoothly. The shades came in quicker than I was told they would. I was very pleased. I like the shades. They seem to be of high quality. Every once in a while, when I pull down, it seems like they hang up in the top part, but it smooths out with one pull-down. I haven't had a problem yet.

Stay away from this company!!! Don’t be fooled by the “good” reviews!! Very quick to make appointment to sell the product and secure your money. After that, no one knows anything!! Ordered two shutters over 10 weeks ago and although seller indicated that it will take 8 to 10 weeks, I never received an update regarding the delay.
When I called customer service after Beverly from Sarasota (the seller) did not respond, I was on hold for 40+ minutes every single time!! The first time that I called customer service, the response was that it had arrived from China to California and that I should hear from installer within a week. Two weeks went by... The second time that I contacted customer service, I was told that it had arrived in California but it would take until the end of September to be delivered to Sarasota bc of the fires!! The 8-10 week waiting period was bc of COVID-19!! Now it is the fires in California!!! Wow, wow, wow and the process of getting two shutters is not over yet!! Horrible company, horrible customer services!!! Stay away.

I've had two sets of blinds from 3 Day Blinds installed. That was a good experience. The installation went well. I like the installation team. They were courteous and they answered all my questions. They were exceptional. I ordered some shutters and most of them have been installed. But then I had some arches that's been ordered. It takes so long, but it can't be helped because I know that it comes from overseas.

I had blinds installed by 3 Day Blinds about15 years ago and they were wonderful in their consulting and measuring. I have loved the blinds. I had to call to have them repaired and the repair went well. My experience was very good. I have the rolling shades for my back sliding door and room darkening honeycomb shades for my daughter's bedroom. They're still up and the woman who measures is very knowledgeable. She serves as a good consultant. The installer was a really nice guy. He showed me exactly how to use them, was very respectful, and fast. He was great. The quality of the blinds is great and the room darkening feature is true. One time, I went outside of 3 Day Blinds and I ordered from a big box and they were poor quality. They don't filter the light well and it was hard to measure. I had to make several trips back and forth. It took a long time. So I just really loved 3 Day Blinds.

I got white blinds that were kinda wood-like from 3 Day Blinds. My experience was great. The installation was good. The installers were here within just a couple days. To put the blinds in, it was less than 45 minutes. I love the quality of the blinds. The customer service was awesome. They honored the appointment times that they made. They called and let me know when my blinds were running a day behind from coming in. That was courtesy. It was very professional. I was very satisfied.

I used 3 Day Blinds last year for a simple kitchen treatment as they had a sale going on. Then for this last installation, it was the dining room that's adjacent to the kitchen, but it's all open and I wanted the exact same window treatments to match, so I chose them again because it was the same material. I had somebody come out so that she could measure it and I told her exactly what I wanted. The installation was quick and easy, around 10 minutes.

I had these old little slat blinds that were a pain in the neck to keep up with and they collected all the kitchen yucks. I'd been planning to replace them for a while but it was always down on the list. Then when I saw the 3 Day Blinds ad, I thought to do that. Actually, it was three months blinds because of the pandemic. I ordered it right before we all shut down. But that's not the company's fault.
The lady who came and showed me all the patterns was great. She didn't pressure me to buy anything. I was getting a new backsplash at the same time, so we had that to work with. I'm not good about decorating so she laid out the ideas and let me have at it, mixing and matching. The guy who came to hang the blinds was wonderful and cleaned up after himself. It's a Roman shade for my kitchen and then a red thing on top. I just love it. They are so beautiful and I couldn't be happier. A terrific experience all around. I'd love to do all my windows in 3 Day Blinds. It was a good start and I would recommend them to everybody.

I was kind of in a hurry to get blinds. I've seen so many of 3 Day Blinds' commercials. I took a chance and called them, and I had a really good experience with them. I liked my salesmen a lot. They did a good job. Then when I decided to redo them, I called them back. My installers were wonderful. I didn't pay extra to get them in three days. The process took a week and a half overall. We were just moving in too. It wasn't any big deal. We did a bunch of stuff to our house before we moved in it. The only thing is don't expect them in three days unless you wanna pay for it. They don't advertise that part. If you want them in three days, you have to pay for that.

A friend of mine who had blinds put in her house recommended 3 Day Blinds. We got the plantation shutters from them. The design consultant came over and she was great. The installers came in, measured, and then they ordered them. Then it took most of the summer. We started in June, and they installed it in the beginning of August. But they were great. The shutters are beautiful. We're totally happy with everything. I would recommend 3 Day Blinds to anybody, and as a matter of fact, somebody asked me about them the other day. My neighbor across the street asked too, and I said, "Yes. 3 Day Blinds."

I saw an online ad for 3 Day Blinds, and then I got these value pack coupons in the mail. So, I reached out to them. Angela, their designer, was very attentive. I could text her. I could call her. It was almost like a friend relationship when she would come in. She was great to work with. The installation was also amazing. As soon as they got the blinds in, they would call me. It was the same guy every time, which was great because I've had it three times. They were clean, courteous and quick. Then they were out.
I did have an issue with one of my blinds. Part of the base of the blind that you pull down had tore off. It was almost like a piece of wallpaper that came off the wall. I have been working with Angela for six weeks trying to get a new one sent. I had never had to go through that process before, so that was a little frustrating to me because it was supposed to be sent directly to me. I didn't need an installer because it was just clip off, clip on. But it went to an installer, and he tried to call me. It ended up being that the installer had to drive it to my house. I didn't have them install it, but the process of exchanges or issues to me was difficult. Other than that, everything was really good. The blinds are great. Angela was perfect and so were the installers.

We used 3 Day Blinds about 26 years ago, we had the aluminum blinds put in the house. We wanted to change over to wood blinds and I just couldn't find the paperwork somewhere, so I went online and googled the phone number, and called them, and set up an appointment to come out to give us an estimate. Jessica was my consultant that came out to do the measurements. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The installation was very quick and professional. The installer had everything lined up before he entered the home because we had about 26 windows, so he could just go into one room and just do it in a way where it didn't take up a lot of time. The quality of the blinds is good and I know they're pretty much a lifetime warranty. I'm impressed with the heading and it looked very nice. I recommended them to my daughter and she's still waiting on some things. They custom-made the blinds for her and they redid it, and it’s still not fitting properly.

We had a direct mailing that said 3 Day Blinds had some type of discount at the time when we made the purchase. The designer who came in was very good. She analyzed the room colors where we had our furniture laid out and she made the recommendations on the blinds that we eventually chose to purchase. Then the installation was very quick. The guy cleaned everything up and installed the blinds. When he was done, it looked like he was never there. He also wore his mask and everything COVID-related. He did a good job and we were happy with it. The blinds were a little expensive as opposed to if we would have gone to someone like Home Depot or Menards. But we pay for the quality. So far, no issues and everything's working okay.

I liked the 3 Days Blind price compared to two or three. I knew what I wanted so I got the louver blinds. The installation was quick. The guy said he would be here at a certain day. He came, it was done, and he was gone. He was polite and answered any questions I had. The quality of the product was comparable to anything else I've seen. Overall, they’re good. I'd tell others that they'll be well satisfied with what they’ll get because 3 Day Blinds will show them samples when the sales gal comes up. So, it’s the same thing as the sample.

3 Day Blinds has been around a long time. I was familiar with the name and they seemed to get good reviews so I called them and they came out quickly. I liked that the salesman wasn't pushy because that turns me off right away. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and that's what I look for when I'm working with someone. The price was reasonable as well. I love the blinds and I got two different blind options. I bought a two-inch blind for my kitchen, and I bought two wood blinds for my family room. The installation was quick and professional and they did a great job. They were efficient overall.

After getting 2 new windows in our home I was looking to quickly have new blinds installed before our new baby arrived. With the name 3 Day Blinds I figured they would be one of the fastest options. I called at the end of July & they couldn't have a sales person come until August 5th. On that day the sales guy came, took rough measures & provided me an estimate. He asked when I needed them and I said 3 days, he said if I placed the order that day and paid over $100 extra for expedited shipping then I could have them by August 11th, if we didn't opt for expedited then we wouldn't receive them until August 21st but either way they couldn't install until the end of the month.
We asked if we could install them ourselves & they agreed & we agreed to pay for expedited shipping to ensure they would arrive well before our baby as the blinds are going up in our room & her nursery & we currently have no window treatments up. The sales man told me the tech measure would reach out within 24 hours to schedule the tech measure & that's when the issues started.
We signed the contract on Wednesday 8/5 & each day after I called the sales man to let him know the tech measure had not reached out & I was afraid it would impact our timeline. He assured me they would contact me even when I asked if I could reach out directly. Eventually they did & they came out on Saturday 8/8 so we already lost a few days to start. Then when August 11th came & went I called both the sales guy & customer service directly to check on the order status. The sales guy said, "Hmm now it's saying a delivery timeline of Aug 21-28th & I have no idea why." He said he would look into it & call me back, which he never did.
I called customer service & explained what had happened & he said, "The contract you signed was for ground shipping & had a timeline of Aug 21-28." This is not accurate, at the time I signed the contract the timeline said pending tech measure which was delayed on their end, I was never asked to confirm the timeline after the tech measure came. If I had been & I had seen that it was for ground shipping vs expedited as we had requested I would have asked them to update it & to charge me for it. The customer service rep said he understood the situation & would request that our order be expedited & 3day would incur the costs for my inconvenience but he couldn't guarantee it would go through.
I then called our sales guy to see how the order was listed as ground when we had discussed & approved expedited. He said he was with a client & would call me back, which he never did. In the meantime, I have also typed all of this up & sent it to 3 day blinds, I received a call back on a Friday evening after 6pm that I missed & have contacted the rep 3 times but she has not gotten back to me.
It's now August 27th & while it looks like our blinds were shipped on 8/18 when I check the FedEx Tracking it says ground shipping which means despite my repeated attempts to expedite the order & willingness to pay for faster shipping my request was never honored & no one has followed up with me. I am extremely disappointed in my entire experience with 3day blinds. I do understand that with COVID there are shipping delays & that may be out of 3day blinds control, what was in their control was when the sales person came, when the tech measure came out & when the blinds were produced & that they expedited the order with FedEx. They also could have been more open in their communication & ensured they followed up with me to provide updates or to let me know the blinds were delayed so I could have made other arrangments. If you are looking for blinds quickly I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

I worked with the branch in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I worked with the Fort Lauderdale Florida branch. Scott ** was the salesperson. It was easy to set the appointment and Scott is a likable person and that is the only reason why I have given this company just one star. Before I tell you why my first advice is to move on and do not use this company. I am amazed that the Better Business Bureau even gave them such a high rating but I know that the company is very aggressive in soliciting reviews from its customers.
My wife and I purchased over $3500 worth of shades complete with partial automation. Scott did not really know the product and could not answer a couple of key questions. It should have given me a heads up to look elsewhere. He promised me that the installer be top-notch, would remove my old blinds and would install the automation and cloud-based SomFy system so that we could operate our shades from our northern New Jersey permanent residence.
There is much pressure to have you sign a contract right away which is done on an iPad and after you sign it they send it to you by way of email. Thank God I looked at the email before he left. There were errors and overcharges on the contract which to his credit he did correct. The fine print stated things contrary to what he promised and when I brought that to his attention he would simply say, "Do not worry about it. I will be there on the day of installation and make sure that it gets done."
Needless to say once you are finished with the salesperson you will never see them again. One installer showed up and some of our blinds were 108 inches in width that require two people. Installer pretty much expected that the person that was there to help me would assist him in the installation. That is not professional. Further, the installer does not work for the company but is contracted out and he could care less what your contract says with the company but works exclusively with the company to simply put the shades up.
The installer refused to take people blinds although both Scott and the contract required and advised my helper that "he does not get paid" to do the remote and automation installation. My only regret is that their contract mandates an automatic charge for the balance of their product before the installer even shows up. The New Jersey that would be a violation of the state consumer fraud laws but I guess it is not in the state of Florida but it is just bad business practice. The installer also initially refused to take the old blinds and only when my assistant threatened to call our security guard did the installer do it but I've heard that he simply dumped the blinds into the condominium trash bin but I have not verified that to be completely fair. There is more but I do not want to bore you. Walk away from this company and go somewhere else.

The rep who came was super nice and I liked her. I already had what I wanted in my head (the natural woven grass solar shades) and I wanted to see stuff like it. It was perfect. The guy who came to install was nice too and he did a great job installing the shades. Now, it keeps our porch a lot cooler. We didn't have shades before, and now we're using our porch a lot more than we ever have. They look nice too. The price is spendy, but I love them. I was hoping that if I ever have 3 Day Blinds come back to do my big window, they'd give me a better deal.

I decide to use 3 Day Blinds because to me they were more reasonable. A rep came to the house and she was great. She was very helpful and she really let me see all that was available. I choose the one that I really like and the reasonable one. I got the mini ones and the regular shades in the living room and the bedroom. It's the vertical one. A guy then came and installed it. He knew what he was doing. He did the mini blind upstairs. Everything was fast and easy for him. I like the blinds and quality-wise, the shades are 100%. I was very satisfied with the cost too. I recommend friends to really go with 3 Day Blinds because they're reasonable and they're very helpful. Everyone was very experienced in what they were doing.

I researched and looked online, and they were the quickest to come out. I had several other companies come out as well, but 3 Day Blinds had the best pricing and I liked the sales rep. I like that I could get service with 3 Day Blinds quickly. I got roller shades from them and I like them a lot. I had two sets of consultants. I had a gal three years ago in the fall and she was really great. Then I had another guy and a gal come about a year ago and I liked the first gal better, although they were good. It’s just the other gal had been with the company a long time. The installation was quick, easy and great. I have told others, “This is what you should use.” They already have products from 3 Day Blinds.

I needed the blinds and I liked that with 3 Day Blinds, it would only take three days. I had a design consultant come over. At first I wanted plantation shutters, but then I went with what she said, which was a Roman shade. That went well. And then, the blinds were there in three or four days. The guy came and he was like a ninja. It was an easy and fast process. The shades were nice. They were expensive but I got them in three days so it was acceptable that it was costly. If you have more time, go with someone else. If not, then go with 3 Day Blinds.

My sister recommended 3 Day Blinds to me. Their rep was super nice and she wanted to show me all the different things she had. But I already had some other blinds put in. I actually put an addition on so I kinda wanted to get the same blinds to match what I had on the other side of the house. I wanted to kind of just stick with what I had and 3 Day Blinds had ones that were very similar and they fit perfectly. For my sliding glass, I got the straight-up blinds. But in the windows, they're the ones that go across, the pull-ups.
A gentleman came and installed the blinds. He was in and out pretty. Timeline-wise, it was pretty much right on time. He was really efficient and the process went really smoothly. The blinds are well worth it and it's a quality product. It's very nice. I would definitely recommend 3 Day Blinds. They provide a really good service. The consultants were really nice and everything went smoothly. I got exactly what I wanted, so it worked out really well.

I had worked with them at home before and had a good experience. Recently, I went with them and the rep was great. The guy who installed was wonderful as well. He was quick, thorough, tidy, and clean. However, the company offered an extremely limited selection of a neutral white blinds that were room darkening. I went with a white blind, but it provides no room darkening. It was the only basic white they had. There were none that didn’t look like cheap, Walmart, off-the-shelf blinds. All in all, the quality is great and I would recommend them. Just be aware that if you’re looking for a neutral white, again, it’s limited.

I love 3 Day Blinds. I had an email and when I called, the girl that came out was good. She was very nice and I bought the blinds then. I have different sets of blinds. I have big ones. We have three front windows that are 16 feet tall, so I have cloth vertical blinds, and I like them. They’re good. I got the shades in the dining room later. My dining room now has black and white half shades that you can roll down or up. Also, I have three bathrooms and one is done in my bathroom. Everything was installed perfectly. I’m also thinking on getting something else, but I haven’t gotten that far yet. We’ll definitely use them again.

There was one room where we went for a vertical option for the blinds and there were other rooms that we went with horizontal options. The rep of 3 Day Blinds made choosing color really simple. And the installation guy was really speedy and clean. There was a wire hanging down at my daughter’s bedroom. He said, “That’s strange. Let me get rid of that for you.” He was really great.

I worked with 3 Day Blinds because of the research I did online. The service that the consultant gave us and the installation were both fine. I went with a dark brown, slat-type blind. They, however, are not quite as good as I expected. They are not exactly even all the way up and down the sides on both windows, and that perturbs me a little. But, overall, they are fine. It is acceptable.

We worked with 3 Day Blinds because of the selection of the fabric. We went with the wooden composite cordless blind or shade. We got both types of window coverings. We got shutters and then we also got the shades, the roll up with a chain and roman shades. The consultant who came over was awesome and she did a good job. We love her to death. The installation was very professional. Once, we had issues with the windows in the bay window. It was cordless and we had issues. We had four window shades then replaced, and here have not been any problems at all since then. Overall, it was a good experience. We are enjoying the product.

The rep was very good and very nice. I asked for suggestions and she gave me a lot of good ones. We ended up getting the the wooden slats, the flat blinds and the installation process was very easy. Even though I am having a problem with one of blinds (the valance keeps falling off), it’s good workmanship and I like it. All in all, I like the quality of their work from start to finish between the consulting and the guys who installed them. Everything they promised, they delivered. They were great.

I sometimes receive coupons in the mail and there was a whole bunch of them, including ones for restaurants. There was also a 3 Day Blinds coupon in the packet, so I called the phone number, set everything up and away we went. It went beautifully. The gal came in, measured and gave me exactly what I wanted. Give them a try, talk to them and see what they have to offer. They were recommended by someone else in the neighborhood and even though we got a couple of other quotes, we liked our salesperson, Jessica, better. It also seemed like 3 Day Blinds had a good deal. We got the shades, the wood, then we have some darker ones, and then we got drapes too. The quality is very good and we have one more set of drapes we want to get, but not right now.

Had a very successful measurement and planning meeting. For $6000 I was expecting a superior product. 3 day blinds? The majority of shades arrived in over a week, a larger one took several weeks. Installer couldn’t get the shades to work (they were electric). Technical support couldn’t help him and even the VP of installations came on the phone and couldn’t help. Three months later, three installation visits later the blinds are not right. The last installer looked around and said they would make a report. I never heard back. Customer service takes a week to reply to emails and still offers no help. They don’t even pretend to care. I’ve told them I want a refund and they are ignoring me.

The person from 3 Day Blinds that came to sell to my home was very helpful in picking out things. She helped me to pick up the style and the color of everything. And also, I had one door that was a little complicated and she helped me with that. Somebody came out to check the measurements of the door that was ordered and said, “She didn’t think the door that was ordered was quite right,” and they would have to modify it, and I thought that was really good that they didn’t go ahead and make it.
She said it would have been too tight. The fact that they sent somebody to check the first person’s measurements was really good. The installers were very good, too. I was satisfied with everything they did. The only thing is that they were a little bit expensive, but probably no more expensive than anybody else. I know you can get blinds cheaper, but maybe not real people come to your house. And the quality they gave me was perfect.

3 Day Blinds is helpful in selecting what you need and it's all done within a good timeframe. I used them before. Their rep was helpful and seemed knowledgeable about design and everything as well. And then, the installation went great. The installer didn't need anything from me. He was on time, cleaned up afterwards, and did very well. My shades are of good quality. I've been happy with my honeycomb retractable shades. However, I'm waiting on someone to come and fix something on the previous shades that I bought. Both of them have issues, but they can be fixed.

3 Day Blinds bought Next Day Blinds (which was a wonderful company to work with that build their blinds locally in MD) and since we loved NDB we were willing to try 3 Day. They are awful. Quick to schedule your consultation and charge your credit card but good luck trying to schedule your installation. I’ve been on hold for over an hour. We will NEVER buy blinds from them again nor will we ever recommend them.

I live in a mobile home. We had curtains on the big sliding glass door in the living room and I had 3 Day Blinds take those out and put my blinds in. They came to the house, took measurements and showed us samples. We scheduled the installation and the guy came in and he did the job and left. He was only in our house for about two hours at the most and he did a real good job. He knew what he was doing. I would use them again if I needed them.

The rep from 3 Day Blinds was very helpful and had good suggestions. I'm not very decisive. And she led me the right way. They were all installed in the bedrooms, so they were for privacy. The blinds were roller shades. Three of the rooms were textured grey and in our bathroom and front door, we put an airy and a little bit looser weave gray and white one. Then our master bedroom already had three on a big window but I had three little box windows that I had them put in as well. The installation was perfect. In fact, when I feel that I need some more blinds, I'll call 3 Day Blinds again.

They sent an installer to our brand new home and the guy hit our fan with the cornice of the shade. The fan was tilted and has a chip in it with the same white paint as on the cornice. When I filed a complaint with 3 Day Blinds, they told me the installer denied it and so they would only reimburse me for 50% of the fan which was over $500. Legal action is pending, I am very disappointed that this is how they treat their customers!! We paid several thousand dollars with them on shades. I will never use them again or recommend them. Please use someone who treats their customers with more respect.

We had four different reps come out but Lisa from 3 Day Blinds seemed the most informed and willing to work with us. The designer we had was awesome and she went over a bunch of different options. My wife was very specific in what she wanted and they just jibed. The installation was great too. We had a guy come out and do it for us. We did our own blinds in our last house and I swore we'd never do it again. But he put those things up in two seconds.
The blinds are of excellent quality and they feel good. They block the right amount of light. We have purchased the wooden blind with a backing to them so the sun doesn't get through. We have almost a blackout in our bedroom. We also have the one with a thick backing to the wood so it lets different amounts of lights into our room. They did a really good job and the cost was worth it. All the way from Lisa to the guy that installed the blinds and the customer service agent that I had to work with because one of the blinds was wrong were completely A-plus service.

This lockdown is disgusting enough. But I call 3 Day and tell them that our ** gov has opened the state of MI to realtors, they said, "We have MI opening on May 28." I said. . "You are incorrect." It is now May 5...people can come thru a home..go into a home and out... and visit any home they want. Unlike at Easter our dictator said we were not allowed to visit family....my POINT??? Dint give a damned about customer. They hold the power. Senior in my 70's and have been walking around here since March 4 with no window coverings. At night I sit in complete darkness ....I despise 3 day. Cant get my money back cuz like a fool....I paid CASH IN ADVANCE of install otherwise would cancel in a heartbeat.

Use 3 Day Blinds. The rep was very kind, and everything went well. I’m a quick shopper and I already made my decision with what I wanted, so she didn’t have to do a lot of talking. We looked at a couple of different textures, and then I said I wanted the cream one. I got the cheapest blinds for two small windows. They’re plastic too. The contractors who came were very nice and tidy and the installation was quick, less than 20 minutes. They did everything and got it going.

We interviewed a couple of companies and what sold us on 3 Day Blinds was the sales guy. He was a great sales guy and we trusted him. He broke things down really well for us. We got a plantation blind and the installation went really smoothly. The installers came early, which was kinda cool. After they came in, they did the installation and they were gone within an hour and a half. We love our blinds. We’re in a brand new neighborhood and a lot of people need blinds. Everything with 3 Day Blinds went beautifully. Everything was fantastic, nice, and smooth. The woman that came out she was awesome. She helped me pick out the designs I wanted and she had some great ideas too. Sometimes I said, “No, not my style.” And she’d go, “It’s all right. You can try something else.” It worked out really well and I am so pleased with them. I absolutely love them.
I got some of the cloth Roman shades- three for my bedroom and one of the same design for my kitchen. I also got two in another design for my husband’s office. I also got the cloth honeycomb ones for the bedrooms, from the top up bottom down and vice versa. One thing I am concerned about is that the Roman shades are a little bit crooked. When I bring them up, the right-hand side will go up a little bit more than the left. Other than that, I just messed it a little bit so that it looks like a zebra right now.

I got vertical blinds for the sliding door and my front window. The design consultant Jane was wonderful. She sat down with me and went through my lifestyle. She took the time to work within what I wanted to spend versus what was available and what colors and styles. She looked at my front windows and said, “How does the windows open? Well, you can open this one over here by the TV, you can open this one over here by the chair. Which one you're gonna open?" I would not have thought of that, and it was good.
On the installation day, the guys were fabulous. They were super nice young kids, and they were clean and neat. My only complaint was that they did not send the right piece for the sliding door, and then I had a little bit of sticky problem afterwards. It was weeks and weeks before anyone contacted me about it. And then they said, "They're trying to come out and put it in and contact you. You need to call them." I was like, "I have not heard a word from you people." They were accusing me of not returning voice mails. I didn't like that. But, we finally got in contact, and the guy came out again. Overall, I highly recommend 3 Day Blinds.

The 3 Day Blinds designer was so competent. She was an expert. It was absolutely bewildering because of the vast array of options, and she just knew what would look good and she narrowed down the choices for us. The project was really for my parents who are older. They’re in their 80s in the condo, and she recommended a device suited for my mom. She understood how the people living with the product will be using it. The installer was also good. He was fast and he was very polite to my parents.
The cost is probably greater than some other competitors, however you could just tell the quality is very nice. It may be more expensive in the short run, but if you’re still able to use them and looks beautiful after 20 years, that’s pretty good. In my house, I have used blinds that I put in 20 years ago. They still look brand new. It’s a great investment.

I had a get one half price coupon at 3 Day Blinds and they had what I wanted so I went with them to get the remote-controlled pleated blinds. The designer was very nice and knowledgeable. We have a big living room window but the furniture is in front and I can't get some morning sun. So, I had some challenges and she steered me to what would be the best. The installation went very well too. It was very fast and it was completed in under two hours. So far, the quality is good and I'm very happy with 3 Day Blinds.

Barbara, the saleslady at 3 Day Blinds, was awesome. I loved her. The product met my expectations, the price met my expectations, but she went above and beyond to give me the customer service, the pricing, and to meet my requirements as they changed as they evolved. We were looking for certain things, and as our requirements changed and we got more educated, they got different. She was always right on money, right on attitude, and right on customer service. She was spot-on all the time and ready to work with us.
During the installation, the guy who came was fantastic. I wish I could remember what the instructions were, especially for the blinds in the automatic roll-up. But nonetheless, he worked hard and long and we had really challenging requirements and he did a great job. He left no mess at all. From the measurements, it was the same guy who did the measurements and the installation, and it is beautiful.

I used 3 Day Blinds three different times. Our first experience was with the new house here, and we had looked around and just decided that we give them a try. It didn’t hurt that there was a promotion on at that time. We had the guys come in and did a super job of estimating and explaining the different products. We went ahead and ordered what we needed then. We got curtains through them too. We also had a second set of blinds put in, and then just recently, we had the three sets of blinds put in.
The first design consultant was fantastic. He did a great job and was very informative. He had been living out here for quite a while. He knew a lot about the area so it was very easy to interact with him. And he was really very knowledgeable about the sizing and the fit and the products and everything else. The installation was a lot quicker than I expected. The guys knew exactly what they were doing. They checked all the things for placement, the depth of the sill to make sure everything was consistent, all of the adjustments were made, and we haven’t had a problem.

We already did something with 3 Day Blinds in the past, and then we remembered. From time to time, we get some brochures or some promotions even in the email. And we decided to do this extra cover for the sun in front of the TV screen. It’s in the big living room. We thought about 3 Day Blinds first because we were very happy with their service at the beginning. We knew what we wanted. It’s just a screen going down from top to bottom, a shading to cover the sunlight during the day. We’re very busy people. We’re working, but when on the weekend we would like to watch the big screen TV, the reflection of the sun interrupts the view. So, we thought maybe we will do an extra one. In the beginning we thought to buy something black and then we ended up having a white, but it’s definitely blocking the sun.
The rep we worked with was great. He was very professional. My husband is a really tough guy and he liked him. So, if he likes him, you can tell that he did a great job. He came back a few months after because the rail and the string fell off. We called 3 Day Blinds and they sent him, and he came and he changed it to a better one. There was no charge and now, it works perfectly. So, we’re happy.

I got a bid from somebody else and it was high. I looked at some blinds they already had and they were 3 Day Blinds, and it worked out great. I had a coupon too. The designer was very efficient and cordial. I got the bottom-up top-down cordless and the installation was quick and easy. I just opened the door and they went up. The guy just came and put it in. The quality of the blinds is excellent.

The designer from 3 Day Blinds was very good. I had the rolldown blinds and the two-inch faux blinds in white. I love them but I wanted to see if it was possible to switch out the blinds that I had purchased in my bedroom to the roll down blinds. I've called customer service and the designer, and I just haven't gotten return phone calls. I'm a Realtor, so I deal with different clients that purchase homes, and I always recommend them. They did a great job. I just wish that their customer service skills were better.

Someone that we go to school with recommended 3 Day Blinds. Their sales rep was great. And then, the installation went really smooth. The installers were on-time and professional, and they cleaned up after themselves. The blinds are wonderful.

I purchased three sets of bedroom blinds from 3 Day Blinds. Everyone was super helpful. The person who installed was great, as well as the representative who came out to the home and showed us the product. She was fabulous, gave tons of different ideas and she's very thorough in measuring. As far as the installation, it would have been much faster, but we had some work being done in the house. So, I asked the rep to delay it, and as soon as I was ready to have it installed, I called them. They were here the next day. It was really fast.

I heard good information about 3 Day Blinds from my neighbors. I had a design consultant come to my house and she was very good. She listened to what I wanted and then, she made a recommendation, as opposed to simply telling me what she thought was suitable. I purchased wooden plantation shutters and the installation process was great because the gentleman came out to do the actual measurement. He made sure that the color of the plantation shutters matched the other ones that I had in the room. He was fabulous and a very conscientious person. He cleaned up after himself.
If I need to have other items put in the house, I'd hone in on the company because the quality was excellent. They’re really not 3 Day Blinds though. I like the name but it is longer than three days. So, that’s a little deceiving. It’s a great tactic to go ahead and get the people on board, but once you talk to the designer and you talk the installer, you realize, depending on what you’re buying, it could be more than three days. But once I received verification from the installer, it went smoothly after the actual shutters were delivered.

I’ve been working with 3 Day Blinds for years. They’re the best. I got curtains this time, and the quality is great. I love them. I did three rooms of curtains. The design consultant was great. There were two guys that showed up at the door for the installation. They were very professional. They told me what they were gonna do, hung the curtains, and they were very efficient. It was a great experience. I would recommend 3 Day Blinds.

We had a couple other people come out and they weren’t very thorough in what they were telling us. They went into what could be done and my wife called 3 Day Blinds. She had experience before with them in California. They installed blinds on our large window wall and they came out when they said they would. They did a really good job of showing us what options were available. The installers came out on time, and it was put up in a really good time, and left this house looking just like it was when they left, when they got here. It worked out perfectly. If we need blinds again, that’s who we’re calling, that’s for sure. We have a different brand of blinds on the rest of the other 16 windows in the house and the 3 Day Blinds work better. The only thing that could have improved is if they were earlier on time. But that’s hard to do when in the middle of the busy season.

The price at 3 Day Blinds was very competitive. They came to our house, which was nice, and it sounded like they could get it done relatively quick. We didn’t have much of an opinion with the design but the reps did a good job at the end. We did shutters and when it was installed, I let the guy in and then I had to leave for work. When I came home, it was done. He took pictures and he called to discuss with me. It was really nice. The quality is great and I love it. I’m considering to call them again to do some more. 3 Day Blinds is the company to use. We’re very happy with how things went all the way through.

I liked 3 Day Blinds' quickness and availability to come in the house and take measurements. Their rep was friendly and transparent to the process. It was informative, quick and efficient. They scheduled the time, came to the house, installed the curtains, and were in and out quickly. They had to come back because they forgot to put the returns on that we paid for. So, I didn’t find out about that until a month later. But they promptly came back and installed those. The curtains looked great. They're definitely quality and good hardware. It's all custom. You prepare it. The only thing is the cost is a bit not in line with some of the similar competitors out there. It's a bit on the expensive.

If I could give this company zero stars I would, but the lowest rating is one star. I ordered 3 window shades and 1 vertical blind for a rental that I own. Since a new tenant was moving in within a week, I paid extra for express shipping. They were promised on March 27th. They did not arrive on that date and when I contacted customer service and was told that they would arrive on March 31st. No communication beforehand or apology for the delay. They did refund a portion of the shipping.
When the order did arrive, late afternoon on the 31st, the vertical blind was missing. I contacted customer service again and 2 different people said that it would arrive on the 31st. I finally got someone to actually read my email and look into the missing shipment. The factory neglected to give the complete order to FedEx. I tried to cancel the portion of the order that was not delivered, but even though it was their mistake and the blind was not even made yet I guess you can’t cancel an order. In the meantime, I had to pay my installer twice because of the delay, the only compensation they offered was partial refund of express shipping, and I still don’t have the vertical blind. I will never do business with this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

3 Day Blinds was recommended by a friend. I got the self-rising blinds, the one that didn’t have the strings, and the two-inch wood blinds. One of the reps was supposed to contact me back because there was one window that I was getting replaced and I didn’t wanna put a blind up until it was replaced. I texted her about three weeks ago and I've yet to hear from her. That’s a little disappointing. I had a follow-up question for her when I got confirmation and it took her a long time to respond to that as well. They were a little expensive, too.

I wanted to have my blinds done in a fairly short period of time and 3 Day Blinds was running a special. They were able to set up an appointment within a couple of days. They came out, we picked our things, and it was a very easy process. We got just what we wanted and it was very professionally done, so we’re happy. They put headers above the blinds we got. We got ones that cover our big glass patio door, and I also got two smaller ones that are on rollers and roll up into themselves. Those don’t open up like some of the blinds I have where you just use a little wand. They said installation was gonna be up to three weeks but they came out in about two weeks. 3 Day Blinds was excellent.

My sister-in-law used 3 Day Blinds once and loved them. I thought, "Why not?" And I called to get a quote. The lady who came was very knowledgeable and knew what I wanted. We were able to work out what I thought was a really good deal. I had the measurement done at the beginning of January and got the shutters installed after about five to six weeks. The installers were very professional and finished in a little over an hour. It looked like it was gonna go slowly, but once they figured it out, it went really well. Once they got the first window finished, I looked away and the rest were all done quickly. I love the shutters.
