    3 Day Blinds can get your blinds more quickly than any of the other places. The salesperson was fantastic. Her name was Michelle. She knew what our budget was, and she was able to present blinds for our needs right away. She brought it with her. She did everything from her laptop in our home. She did the measurements several times to make sure they were accurate. She named the windows so that there would be no confusion on installation. So, when they did install the windows, everything fits. Everything was here, it was accurate, and they looked great. It was very fast.

    I wouldn't use blinds.com because they tell you they have a discount for a certain period of time, and then you have to schedule Home Depot to come and measure. Then, that takes a while. Also, they don't disclose to you that your promotional discount will expire after a certain period of time. So, the measurements don't occur by Home Depot and get uploaded by Home Depot accurately. Then, if the person doesn't call you and order the blinds within that time frame, which they are not going to, you won't get that discount. I had used them 10 years ago, and it was the worst experience ever.

    The sales lady was perfect. The gentleman who came in and put up the blinds was polite. But my blinds wouldn’t go down. It would keep on getting stuck. One guy came back and I showed him. He knew exactly what it was. The other guy didn’t screw in the screw and he fixed it right away. The other thing is I purchased two electric blinds but one of them wasn’t the one that I ordered. The installation guy looked on the order sheet and saw that it was the wrong one. They were supposed to come back with the new one but I’m waiting and it's been almost over two months now. I'm kind of upset with 3 Day Blinds.

    We did wooden shutters in the bedroom and the family room and paper blinds in the kitchen, with motorized motors on them. They call them Honeycomb. The people who did the installation were great and very familiar what they were doing. Our salesperson, Brett, was fantastic as well. We needed more poles to reach the blinds and he got us a couple more. However, the ones that he gave us were the right length but the tips weren't built right. They didn't have the proper angle to open up the blinds, so he's getting us some more that will work better. All in all, 3 Day Blinds has done a fantastic job. If I had to do it over again, I'd call them back.

    We decided to go the more expensive route and hire 3 Day Blinds because we wanted a polished, professionally measured and installed product. When the product arrived we learned part of the order was not designed correctly and another part was not produced or measured correctly. This caused and continues to cause a delay as the blinds are only partially installed. Our plan or idea of “spending more money will produce a quality professional product has" not rung true to this point in the project.

    The first time I ordered the honeycomb blackout blinds, we got three, and I really liked them. Then we ordered two more a couple of weeks ago and the problem I have with them is that the guy that installed them didn't install them properly. They're missing a plastic part that goes on the bottom. It's supposed to be secured onto the wall at the bottom part of the metal of the pull cord. He must not have had any. But they were already on the wall. I thought maybe it wouldn't matter and I'd just see if I could live with them.

    But it does matter because that plastic piece holds the blind. The blind connects on the bottom, vertical, so the cords are parallel to the blinds when pulling them. They're not twisted. Now, because these got directly done to the wall, the cords are twisted. I'm afraid they're going to pull away from the wall eventually. I called 3 Day Blinds last week and they're sending somebody out on the second week in November. Hopefully, they'll get installed properly. Everything went very smoothly, except for this last part. I don't know what happened there, but they are gonna fix it.

    The rep was a super nice lady. She brought a bunch of samples and then she measured everything. She quoted us on a couple of different things and in the end, we decided to go with one set of blinds and the three square windows in our bedroom. A really nice older guy came to install. He was super kind and patient. He helped me move furniture so we could reach the windows. Then, he installed the blinds and did an awesome job. He even helped tighten up a few other things and a couple of other blinds we had. 3-Day Blinds was easy to work with. They were friendly and everyone was super accommodating.     The rep from 3 Day Blinds was fantastic. She gave us options and listened to what we wanted. It took three weeks to get our blinds but we weren't in a hurry. I heard that people have to pay extra if you wanted them installed quickly but we waited because we didn’t care. We just wanted the blinds. With COVID, you got to give a bit of leeway to companies on time for that alone. So, you can't say you had a bad experience because they didn't come in a short period of time. We were fine about it although somebody else might see differently.

    We had motorized blinds and it's excellent. The installers were great. The last installer came and fitted the last six blinds and he did them quickly. We needed to reverse how four of the blinds were installed and we weren't sure if it would work, but it absolutely worked. So, if we need more blinds, 3 Day Blinds is who we would call and if anybody asks me about blinds, that would be the number I would give. I gave their number to somebody yesterday.

    I liked the rep from 3 Day Blinds who came out to call on me. His name was Art and I told him what I wanted, and he understood what I was talking about. He wasn't pushy and I appreciated the way he presented himself and the product. I got motorized shades in certain rooms, and then I got the ones that are like stripes that are shirred part.

    The guys who installed were very quick, easy and clean. It took us a few weeks to get the shades because they were custom, which was fine. But the rep who came back the second time measured incorrectly. So right now, they are making me new shades for my dining room. Then, one of my valances was all wrinkled, so that quality wasn't great, but they are replacing it. In ordering the new ones, it's been a long time and there was a mix-up but that happens. So, I haven't gotten my new ones yet. 3 Day Blinds is a good company to deal with and they're reputable. They'll correct if something is wrong, so that's good. I would recommend them.

    3 Day Blinds requires the designers to visit for measurements, to make sure it's right, and it took a while to measure everything. We were a little worried about COVID and we had a new baby in the house, but the lady who came in was very nice about it. She brought samples too. I purchased wooden blinds for bedrooms and cellular blinds for the living room and kitchen. It was expensive, but we're very happy with it.

    The installers went through quickly. I was so impressed and also very careful with the COVID thing. After they left though, I noticed a little flaw in the blinds and immediately contacted the designer. I took a picture of the flaw, and they agreed to quickly come out and check it out then they sent a new one. Someone came to install it and it happened so quickly that I didn't even get here. Someone else had to open the door for them. All in all, everything is good. I'm very impressed by the workmanship, the quick way of resolving an issue, and the quality of the blinds.

    My daughter had scheduled an appointment with 3 Day Blinds and so I said to have them come here too. I was very impressed with the sales representative who was very knowledgeable. I appreciated the feedback and the guidance she gave in selecting the blinds that were just right for us. When they installed for my daughter, everything went well, and the person who installed it for her was terrific. I was there at the time.

    When I needed to install mine, I had to be away. My son-in-law was in the house for me.     The salesperson was very attentive to my needs and very accommodating. I was going between two different fabrics, and I chose one, but I was not 100% convinced. She came back, dropped off some samples that I could use in the evening to look at how much light was going between the blinds, and how much I could see from the outside and inside. Then she came back again and worked with me on it. Whereas, the other company that I had gone with just set up an appointment and didn't ask me about my needs and they were not really available. Another company just took virtual measurements, had me measure the windows over the phone, and provide them with measurements, which I'm not a professional. 3 Day Blinds came over and measured things, and they still sent over a professional once I placed the orders to make sure that the measurements were exact so I really appreciated that.

    Having these things custom-made is not cheap, so that's fine. I just wish they have certain fabrics on hand a bit more. One of the fabrics that I was leaning towards suddenly was no longer available and there was no indication of when it would come back in stocks. I then went for another choice, which I'm really happy about in the end. Then I did not opt for the expedited service, just so I could save a little bit more. But still, they were able to turn it around in two weeks. From the moment I placed the order, they were able to install it. I had all motorized blinds put in and I still plan to go back to them for my last two rooms that need to be done. I've already recommended them to two of my colleagues that are interested in getting blinds done as well.

    The reps were well-trained for the initial visit although it was harder to catch them afterwards. They were busy. We had a first order and a good rep but she vanished on us for months and it was very frustrating because we lost so much time waiting around Neighborhood Windows & Doors. But our second rep was good. I wish the timeline was a little faster but coronavirus will probably be messing everybody up for another 10 years so that’s okay. 3 Day Blinds did a good job. There were little things but those are just something to consider. We ordered some big covers and they were probably too heavy to have plastic pulls. They were like solar screens and the pulls probably should have been metal, given the size. The plastic felt weak and it was stretching out. I also wish we would have done valances on more of the shades. We didn't do it on over half of them. But 3 Day Blinds was great and overall, I would recommend.

    3 Day Blinds got back to me quickly and the quality of the presentation as well as the professionalism of the sales lady, Pam, was good. She made an appointment with me and she was on time and brought good stuff in. She was tastefully dressed and not some hack salesperson. I wasn't sure what I wanted but she had good suggestions. She did measurements and knew what she was talking about as far as installation. The window trim that my carpenters put in is graduated so it wasn't a straightforward installation. It was a little bit complex and she saw that right away. I wouldn't have noticed that at all. She gave me the options of doing the blinds totally inside the window on the trim or putting it partway in and it'll poke partway out. So we decided to go for the half in half out because I didn't want it outside on my window trim.

    The installation team was one guy named Dave and he was good. Pam let me know that I was gonna get called by Dave when everything's ready. I have a crazy schedule so I can't come in the middle of the day and let him in. I had to work with my husband's schedule as well as Dave’s but it went fine. He came in and there was no mess. It was like he hadn't even been there except that I had these great blinds in my windows.

    The blackout blinds were more expensive and I asked if my guest room needed blackout blinds. But I changed my mind and said that we would do the blackout blinds. Some of the things she suggested cost her money and commissions so she wasn't in it for the money. She was in it to help me have what I wanted in my house, which was nice. Then, I had one valance that wasn't ready when the rest of it was ready so the installer had to come twice. But she told me that. The only place I was disappointed in was the color of the valance that I picked. The sample that she had was a great color but the actual valance was a more muted color than I wanted. It was a little beiger than I thought I was gonna have. The colors didn't match up with what I thought I was getting. But I was very satisfied and all was good with 3 Day Blinds.

    I had cellulars put in the kitchen, bedroom and living room, and I'm very happy about the quality. The installer from 3 Day Blinds who came was the most professional, gentleman-like person I've ever had in my house. He was wonderful. I just moved and somebody’s here every day, sometimes five at a time, doing things. The scheduling was great and I was thrilled with it. It was so much quicker than I thought it would be. The woman meant well but the person who came to do the selling was scattered. There was another window I wanted done and I didn't have it done because I couldn't stand talking to her anymore.     I love my new blinds but the batteries all went dead within about a month after installation. I two blinds where the charge port is accessible without removing the blinds from their mounting brackets. But all of the other blinds require that I remove them to access the charge port. It was difficult for me to remove and then reinstall the blinds. I felt like it required me to touch the cloth areas of the blinds which will contribute to oils from my skin causing dirt accumulation and shorten the life of the blinds. I wish there was a way to charge the batteries that didn't require me to "manhandle" my blinds.

    Hello, I am a repeat customer to 3-day blinds (Order # **) and this time unfortunately it’s not been a good experience. Our Installer (Collin) came in August to install but had some incorrect products than what we ordered. He filled new order on our behalf for the missing products. We were then contacted by the installer’s office (Sara) in mid-August saying that they have received the shipment with our entire order so we scheduled a date for the Installer to come. I stayed home all day and at 7pm Collin called saying some stuff in our order is still missing. I contacted Sara and she told me that 3-day blinds did not sent the entire order. She said the shipment will reach in a day or two. Now (September 11th, new order # **) I see that the order for missing stuff was placed today.

    We are very disappointed to see the change in the statement from Sara (all the text messages are available if required) in regards to our order or maybe they installed our ordered products at someone’s house. We very happy with our plantation shutters by 3-day blinds and the service at our previous house so we came back again this time. We were also looking forward to place another order for long curtains in our Master bedroom like we spoke to 3-day blind designer who visited us. But now it has become frustrating as to what’s is going on with our stuff and wondering if we should just cancel and go with other blind company. We would appreciate if you can resolve this issue or give our money back.

    I did a lot of googling and 3 Day Blinds had the best reviews in our area. We purchased from them and we got the pull-down shades that are black-out. We also bought the ones that sort of fold into themselves like an accordion, then we got curtains that haven't arrived yet. Their design consultant was like a sales rep and she helped us determine what we needed, measured everything, and helped us pick out the colors. She was great and we had her come out because it's an old house and the windows are funky-shaped. So, we wanted to make sure we were choosing the right things for the windows.     3 Day Blinds was excellent. They were the priciest but I liked the color and texture of the material and the construction of the blind itself. I liked the color of another blind but it didn’t have a showroom to go to. It was the Graber one and it could close left to right but the rep didn’t seem to say it was anchored to the ground. I couldn't understand the mechanism, which made me fearful of it. Hunter Douglas was the brand that 3 Day Blinds had and I had previously had those for 25 years. So, there was a confidence level there. I’m very pleased with the quality of the blinds. I was fearful with how construction and things were more cheaply made 25 years later but I’m very satisfied. I would recommend 3 Day Blinds. They met my needs. They were $1,000 more than the cheapest blind but I was skeptical. You don't always get what you pay for. More is not always better but I was satisfied.

    The reps knew their product and they were efficient and capable. The installer installed a little high. The threshold is one that bevels down and he miscalculated the height to hang from. I said that one of the many reasons I was replacing was I previously had rug and now, I have hard surface. So, the ones I had were high water and these are high water again. He fixed it without any reluctance at all. Also, with Covid, they had very excellent adherence to public health policies.

    It has been the fourth time I've used 3 Day Blinds. I can't measure and I can't install them myself. 3 Day Blinds is comprehensive. They do everything. They do a good job. They just no longer carry the purple color in anything. Other than that, I love their products. I love the way they do business. I like their employees. I get free advice from their employees. All their employees seemed to have a world of experience beyond 3 Day Blinds, and so they can give you advice about things.

    A designer came out and we went through some of the materials together. Then, a measurer came out and we waited for the material to come. But there were some issues with the installation. The designer, who's no longer with them, made some really huge mistakes as far as measuring. Everything was not symmetrical and everything needed to be sent back. It took a really long time to get everything resolved but they went above and beyond to resolve everything and make sure that I was completely satisfied. It doesn't matter that they made a mistake, what mattered was that they fixed it to my satisfaction.

    We reordered the drapes and they let me choose a different fabric. They were remade and rehung. The manager came out with the installer to make sure that they were hung correctly. Then, he came back and painted where there were holes for drilling in the wall and came back a fourth time because we needed a little bit longer attachments for the rings. Now, I'm just so happy every time I go into the room. It was exactly what I was looking for and it was something that I had waited 10 years for because it's so expensive. Now, I feel the house is finished.

    The rep from 3 Day Blinds, Harmony, was great. She came out a couple of days after we moved in the house, and she was super helpful and totally knew what she was talking about. She came out just recently to help out with replacing some broken blinds back in June. Going back to seven years ago when we did everything, we had everything shipped here and I did the install. I'm handy that way. I figured it was easier to do that than to try to schedule an installer. I always like to joke that 3 Day Blinds is never three days. It's always a lot more, especially when you order 29 different blinds. Ours is about 29. But everything showed up, everything fits really well, super easy to install, and everything looks amazing.

    The only complaint I would have would be about the mechanics of the blinds themselves. The blinds that I have are called Simply Sheers and they've got kind of this internal plastic set of gears that helps the two panels slide back and forth and open and close and completely retract. Everything's plastic and those gears break. In the seven years that I've been here, I've had over half of them break. So, that's been really unfortunate and frustrating. Considering how much each blind itself costs for just one window, it's been a bummer about getting them all replaced. But other than that, everything's great. When I call 3 Day Blinds, everybody on the phone is great.

So, we ran out to grab some lunch, and he called and said he was on his way. He got here a few minutes before we did. He was early and he waited for us and didn't fuss about it. He went in and he was very polite. My husband offered to help him carry stuff upstairs. He said no and that that was his job and for us to just relax and he'd take care of everything.     3 Day Blinds always answer the phone and I always get to talk to a real person. I just had to wait much longer than anticipated because of COVID. I had renters who were gonna move in, and they had been promised for between June 15th and June 30th. I called and spoke with the regional manager that the blinds were in and it was just the problem with the valances. I also told him that I needed those blinds in because of the renters moving in and they need some privacy as it's in an urban area.

    The installers came when they said they were going to though they got delayed. I had to go up there and spend a couple of nights in a hotel, which was no problem. The last blinds were installed on Wednesday and my renters had moved in. They gave me a temporary shade as it was in the bedroom. It's a motorized blind. But it had been measured and it was 2 inches too long. I was impressed because of COVID and supply chain issues, that in two weeks, they got the order in and it got there. When I saw the other blinds installed right before the rain or some event, it seems to be very high quality. I had to push 3 Day Blinds on the install day and they were very accommodating. I would recommend them. If I ever have occasion to have a condo again in another city, I would definitely hire them.

    I've got motorized blinds and one blind was not charged when the installer put it up because it wasn't running right then. We put the charger on overnight and it still didn't do anything. Now, there's another one that's doing the same thing. The people are coming in two weeks. I don't like the time frame for any of it. 3 Day Blinds is kind of misleading. It's weeks, not days. It's ridiculous. I like my blinds and I like how they look. I just do not like that one of my blinds hasn't worked since I've had it.

    The design consultant that came out told me that the blinds would match the colors of my room far better than what was in there. She showed me pictures on her phone and on the computer and explained to me how they would work and how they would sit and what her decision was, how to have them hung, where the placements of the rod to open and close them would land. The two gentlemen for installation removed their shoes when they came. They took all the debris with them including the old blinds. I like the look of the blinds. I also like the light when I can open them partially or pull them up with still having some privacy. 3 Day Blinds was well worth the money and the people working for them, both the consultant and the installers, were very knowledgeable and will guide you through it.

    We're at the post office and we needed one blackout blind for the window section so no one could look in when they're counting money at the end of the night. Our previous blinds was from 3 Day Blinds, so I just went with the same company. The installers did the best they could because it's in a tight spot. When the door opens all the way, it pushes it to the wall, so we just have to not open the door completely all the way. But that's the only way it can be put up. Other than that, I would definitely recommend having my friends give 3 Day Blinds a call.

    We had fabric rolldown installed by 3 Day Blinds. The installers were here on time. The only issue we had is the designer had missed a part for a bracket for install, so we still don't have a complete installation. We have a little back and forth, the delay for getting that last part, and they wanted to charge another $500 for the shelf to mount the brackets to after we already had them out in the house, looked at everything, and then failed to identify the part that the installer identified.

    I needed someone to come out and help me find something different that I could clean because my blinds were way too wide. They were four feet wide, and there was no way to take them down and clean them. So, after so many years, it was like, "I can't stand it anymore." I had gotten the blinds before through Next Day Blinds, and I found out it changed to 3 Day Blinds. I reached out to them and got a great rep. As a matter of fact, it was the same person that was here with Next Day Blinds, Jo. She showed me the roller shades that are mechanized. I told her I like those. I just had a little bit of issues. One, the charger wasn't working, and had issues with the set-up. The installers tried changing the charger device. They were here a couple of times for the same blind.

    The installer finally replaced it the last time he was here. Every time I asked, "this is how I want my "scene" set up at this time and which shade, they'd go, "Okay, you're all set. You're all set." But they wouldn't work. They'd go up and would stay up. The installer was here Saturday. So, Sunday, I went online. Unfortunately for us, it's easier to have a printout of the instructions, which they don't have. Everything is YouTube video.

    I was gonna send Jo a note and tell her to let the installers and whoever comes out, "The deal with the scenes is you need a new scene for every function." I wanted these four particular blinds to go up at 7:00am and close at 10:30am. That's to have light for the plants for a few hours, and then I wanted to block the sun and the heat. When I watched the video, I said, "Let me try this," and they've worked great. What it is is you have to have a scene telling them what to do and how much for 7:00am, and then you need another scene to tell them what to do at 10:30am and how much. So, once I saw the video and I did it, it worked. I was proud of myself I figured that out. I have no issues with the blinds themselves. They're great. It was just trying to get the program straight.

    This was the most stressful and frustrating experience I have ever had. My order with 3 Day Blinds was placed immediately, and paid for in full at that time (before installation). Three days became almost 3 months. Customer Service is a joke - they rarely answer the phone and when you do get to speak to someone, you're told that they will look into your concern and get back to you. They never do so you have to continue to contact them. When the window treatments were installed, it was noted that the valences were cracked and therefore had to be reordered. Again, more weeks go by. While the shades are nice, the anguish experienced was not worth it. What a disgraceful company. Avoid them at all cost. They advertise well, but deliver poorly. Substandard.

    I knew that buying blinds during Covid would be challenging, so I was anticipating some lead time issues. Three Day Blinds sent a saleswoman who immediately said, "due to Covid, we are not three days, we are 7 to 10 days". I was happy to hear that. I thought it would be longer, but it was that lie that kept me on the hook. I proceeded to work with Lisa, who did not know the product line. She would get me excited for a product and then say, "oops, it doesn't come in your size." Then she handed me the book of samples and told me to go through it myself and look at the sizes to see if they would fit. She doesn't measure well, so we had to double check and believe that she knew what she was doing.

    Ultimately, we ordered some custom roller shades which cost nearly 3,000 bucks. Well, the blinds took nearly TWO MONTHS to be installed. Every time we called we were told to wait. So that was lie number one. The installer arrived and the first thing he said was, "bad news, they aren't long enough, but I'll try to fix that". He then proceeded to hang the first blind and it didn't roll up. He said, "ooh, well this one is broken". He then hung the other two and the headers were crooked and there was a HUGE gap between the shades. He said, "yeah, this doesn't look good. Write down what's wrong and I'll order a new blind and come back".

    He also made a point of disparaging Lisa, calling her a "meatball" and saying she didn't "stretch to get accurate measurements". Well, they then had a girl named Kristin call me and she was so perky and happy and said she was going to make this right. She said, "as long as you choose something else that you love that isn't way over the cost of the other blinds, we'll take care of you." So... they sent another saleswoman, Barbara to the house.

    Barbara was very nice and showed me other options. She said she would price everything out and send me samples. Today I received a quote, offering the new blinds at another 1000 over what I already paid. I have spent hours and hours, wasted time and money and all I have are ugly, poorly installed blinds to show for it. I would not walk, I would RUN from three day blinds. The name is a lie. The company is a lie. They are taught to close the sale no matter what. I can post photos to show what I was left with. I will contact the consumer affairs office to correct this issue. IF you're still reading this, pay attention... three day blinds is a nightmare! You're better off going to Lowe's or Home Depot and paying thousands less!

    The sales experience with 3 Day Blinds was very low pressure. I've used them twice in the past five years and it was both a good experience. They let me pick out and told me which sort of things were more expensive than others. It was at least five weeks before I received the products but they were custom-made so I didn't worry too much. The installation was quick once they called me to make the appointment. The guy who came in knew what he was doing and put them up perfectly. He was very quick and polite, and there was no problem. The blinds were expensive though and I spent $1,000 for two of them. But 3 Day Blinds will fix them forever for free.

    Ordered blinds April 2nd; young and inexperienced gal, shared little beyond what I already read on the website. Order went in April 3rd. May 12 installer came: roller blinds for the sliding glass door could not be installed--didn't fit; one of the two identical living room blinds came 5-6 inches too short. Thus, 3 out of 9 blinds were incorrect! Installer remeasured and the next day new order went in. June 26th correct blinds finally installed. I did ask for some adjustment to be made on the bill, but this was ignored.

    The company has a policy: the date installation is set (not after installation is complete) they charge your credit any remaining amount. As such, they have all your money prior to any blinds going up. They have a partner company that actually does the installation. The first installer was great, the second not. So beware, you have to deal with a completely different company to get anything installed.

    I'm a repeat customer of 3 Day Blinds. I needed blinds for a three-story townhouse in Seattle in order to manage privacy and cut down some light. I appreciated that they were very responsive and they've sent designers in person and that went really well. The result was outstanding and the level of quality was very high. Since then, I had them return two more times for my home. It's a two-story 2,100 square foot house. My first need was I needed to have light-blocking shades in order for me to manage the lights for business calls and with the video conference environment that we're all in. Then, I had them back again to add window shades in rooms where we had completed remodels and needed to put in final shades. Then, I'll have them back again for the last round of window swaps.

    Met with Liz, she was helpful and was able to get measurements and a quote. We decided to splurge on window treatments in hopes that they will last a while. The woven shades were ready quickly, within a week or two. Installer came and got the install done quickly. One woven shade broke in in the first week, a tension spring broke. A repair person came but didn’t have the part. It’s been ordered, but still waiting for it to be fixed. It will be about a month from the time it broke to the repair being complete. We are glad that the shades have a warranty and someone to come service them, but were slightly disappointed that one broke so quickly. We are still waiting for plantation shutters, was told it would be about 2 months before they were ready. I think those will be nice and sturdy, but can’t comment otherwise on those yet.

    The blinds were just as expected and all fit properly. My only complaint was that “3 Day Blinds” took about 6 or more weeks to get. False advertising! Also, we were required to pay a non-refundable 50% at the time of order (6 weeks prior) and the additional 50% a week prior to delivery, without being able to see the finished product. They were very expensive. I would not recommend this company. It is not like the “3 Day Blinds” that I used for my house 3 years ago. Apparently each one is an individual franchise now.

    A couple of years ago, 3 Day Blinds did a couple of my windows and I had a good experience with that. We redid our whole house this past few months and I had them come out and put shades on all my windows. I had my downstairs done and then, I had the installer come back and do my upstairs. It was the same guy. For every window that was done, he was here in less than 45 minutes. Everything took place very fast. Even ordering and getting the blinds in was very quick. The people were wonderful and I've recommended them to several people. It’s hot here and I love the shades because they let the light through but they block the heat out. Also, if I have the lights on at night, you can’t see in. There’s no shadowing.

    Everything was great with our experience with 3 Day Blinds. The rep was great. We love the blinds. We have a two-story home, and on the first floor, we have a huge living room. So we have a lot of windows and we can’t really see the TV if we're watching a movie during the day because of the sunlight. So now, it's perfect because we chose the blinds where it’s not totally dark. We could still see some light because I love the daylight in the home. But it was so perfect. We were satisfied also with the color ‘cause we just got some new furniture that came in and it blends in very well. Everything was on point.

    Our experience began with a very knowledgeable and helpful sales representative - it went downhill from there. We selected the 3 week delivery date as we were not in a tremendous hurry. The first issue was dealing with the contract via email; it took 24 hours for 3-Day Blinds to get the contract to us as the file was too large to come through. We then waited 6 weeks for the blinds. We were never contacted offering a reason, explanation, or apology.

    Once the blinds arrived, they were installed and the installation went well except for a small accident by the installer that put several deep gouges in our newly installed engineered wood floors that are very obvious and a broken clip so the vertical blinds were missing the middle slat. It took over two weeks to get a replacement clip.

    During this time, we requested a wand for the vertical blinds that matched the blinds. When the clip arrived and was installed, but the wand not changed out, I contacted the sales rep who apologized - there was a misunderstanding on who would respond so we did not get the response that the only wand offered for vertical blinds was white. The issues with 3-Day Blinds are:

    1. Relying on automation.
    2. Not keeping the customer informed of any deviations in production.
    3. Not providing at least 1 or 2 extra clips.

    4. Lack of matching wands for vertical blinds so the end result looks cheap and tacky.

    I cannot, in good conscience, recommend 3-Day Blinds after my experience and the memento of the gouges in the floor will remind me daily.

    The designer was great at first. In the beginning, she was so sweet and nice. The installer came and she followed up. But then we had a little complaint about the color that we had originally chosen so she had come back out to take a look. She was not happy with the way we commented on the color. When she came initially to give us a swab, it looks like a certain shade of white during the day. But then at night, it changes color and we let her know that we were unhappy with the color it ended up being. It turned out more brownish than whitish. We let her know that we would be interested in changing it. We realized there was probably a fee with it and to see what you guys can do about it. But we never had a follow-up and that was three weeks ago already.

    The designer said that she would talk to her manager to see what they would do but the fact that she never reached out after our complaint left a sour tone with working with her. She left us hanging. Other than that, the installer, Eddie, has been amazing. I loved that when he was installing, he already noticed some cracks in the material that he brought, so he took it upon himself to mention that to us. He said that he could send in the replacement and that he would come back and replace what was cracked. He always followed up what he said he was going to do. I appreciated the honesty because some of the little imperfections that he found, we wouldn't have noticed in our naked eye.

    When I made the appointment, Sarah from 3 Day Blinds came and I was really impressed with her professionalism. She measured everything for the installer. The installation was phenomenal. I went with roller blinds and the tech took down my blinds and then installed them. He was very neat and efficient. There was a little pinhole and a flaw in one of them and he ordered a new one. The only thing is that the financing piece got me. There were options that I didn't know about that I would have selected other than what I did. I don't necessarily want a payment every month but I didn't want the interest. Other than that, I like the way the blinds look and I'm very happy with them.

    The rep was professional and friendly. She showed me a lot of options and we discussed different colors. I got a battery-powered roller shade because it’s on the second floor and two roller shades on my back French doors. The installer showed up on time and got to work. He was there for a little bit and did his thing. He walked me through how to use the remote when he was done as well as how to use the roller shades on the French doors.

    The blinds took longer to come in because of production issues. It seems like that's the trend these days. So I wasn't expecting but they told me when I made the appointment that that was not to be the case right now. So that I knew up front. The quality of the products seems good. They have a better structure and you can tell that the motor itself has better quality. 3 Day Blinds was a little on the higher side for cost but you get what you pay for sometimes. I got a good value for what I paid and they seem like they're gonna last a long time.

    The guidance of 3 Day Blinds' rep was great. She was on time. She measured the windows multiple times and gave advice about certain finishes. A couple of the windows had to be double layered. We had a roller shade put in and then the actual vertical blind and she had all those samples right there. Our windows are weird so we had to custom everything. Our roller shades were good but it took about three or four weeks for them to come out.

    The guy who installed super nice and fast. Just make sure that your house is clean and that they can get to the windows easily. I had several that were hard to get to. Also, we had to move some furniture around because the new blinds went over the edge a little bit 'cause we wanted it to cover the entire window so we didn't have any light gaps especially in our bedroom. The guy carried things upstairs and downstairs. He was great. We were very happy and we would definitely recommend people to go through them.

    The design consultant completely put me at ease and I immediately fell in love with her. I told her what I wanted and expected, and we made it work within our budget. I told her what my priority was as far as the look from the outside in and then what we needed from the inside out. I showed her a few pictures and how we have our house designed. We ended up with bamboo shades in our bathroom, in our bedroom, and in the rest of the house.

    The installers were so much fun. The timing could not have been worse on that too because our dog had surgery and we were trying to keep him away from them. The guys were cool about it.     The motorized skylight blinds I ordered from 3 Day Blinds turned out to be unattractive, clunky and one malfunctioned right away, leaving the battery pack dangling from the ceiling by a thin cord. I expressed my discontent and asked 3 Day to remove the blinds and issue a refund. I was told that they cannot do so and, silly me, the contract I signed states the same. My experience with other window treatment companies who seem to care about happy customers and provide a quality product leaves 3 Day Blinds ​sorely lacking in comparison.     We had blinds put up over our shadow box windows. We had 5 small ones and the one in dining room are they did a long one. The guy was awesome, so polite, took time and explained everything. I would definitely recommend 3 Day Blinds. If I would ever move I would call 3 day blinds again.

    First install on May 6. There was a mismeasure so the installer remeasured and asked if he could leave the blind that didn’t fit and he said he would get it on the reinstall. It has been laying on the floor ever since. So when the remake came that was a mistake as well. That installer jammed it in to make it fit. It looks like crap. That installer didn’t take the blind on the floor as well. I emailed the sales rep about the situation and got no response from her. I called the 800 number and talked to Gizelle and then felt like I would finally get some help. Still nothing. So I called the 800 number about 2 days later and talked to another person. That was Thursday June 3. I explained the situation and felt like maybe I may get some help, but nothing.

    During the call I expressed my frustration with the company and she assured me that an installer would be in touch by Friday. But nothing. I also expressed my frustration again and told the lady to have someone pick up the blinds and issue me a full refund for my purchase. The lady said she would see about some compensation. But nothing. I am looking for a government agency to file a complaint about 3 Day Blinds. This is the worse company ever dealt with and would not ever ever recommend them to anyone and would be happy to share my experience with them. So today is June 7, have heard nothing from the sales rep, customer service rep and the installer. I feel like the company has my money and they don’t give a crap.

    I have ordered 13 shutters in total waiting for my last three. They were ordered 3/26/21. I am very pleased with my shutters and the people who installed them. Not happy about the wait time for these shutters, takes almost four months, how can I suggest these shutters based on the wait time! Plus I never get an e-mail or call from 3 Day Blinds. I always call your customer number but they never give me detailed messages. It’s well their shutters, it takes longer, but then why does the customer have to pay an outrageous price!

    We purchased two shades for our skylights at $850 a piece, motorized and solar-powered. The first two shades installed required fixing after just five weeks, and they stopped working again after three weeks. Seems the solar-powered mechanical shades have not been perfected. Don't buy them. Customer service has been good so far.

    I had 3 Day Blinds come out to my house several years ago. The quality of the blinds was very good. The saleswoman was super. So I went with them again. The designer was very pleasant and great on conversation. He seemed to know what would work best. The installers drilled the holes, hung the things, popped the honeycomb blinds in, and it worked. When they were here, it was obvious that the gentleman who was most knowledgeable was training the new guy. But they both were good. It was well done. The experienced gentleman made sure everything was done right, and he inspected it. I'm very pleased with the quality. The blinds fit the windows well. The quality and material look really nice. You get what you pay for. They were very expensive, but I'm hoping that their quality will withstand the test of time.

    The designer was wonderful. She had everything together. She was very organized and she knew her material. She was very nice too. She told me about the different options and then I decided that I wanted to do the motorized one. The installation guy was great as well. He did have to come back out a second time. I had three blinds that went across, and I was under the impression from the sales rep that they would lower at the same time. Like I could just stop them anywhere and they would be the same all the way across. But after he left, I noticed it didn't stop. So then I called 3 Day Blinds and then they sent the guy back out. The only thing he could do was establish a halfway point where they would stop because he said the different motors went at different speeds. So it was a communication that I didn't understand. But it worked out fine.

    I went with the honeycomb blinds. It was on a buy one, get one free promo. The consultation was excellent. The designer came over and brought a lot of samples with her. We discussed all options. She was very nice and helpful. I told her my main concern was that we live in a condo and it has specific rules far as what you see from the outside. She said, “Don't worry. All our blinds come in white and then different colors inside.” She was very excellent. So I was very happy with her. We went through everything and she was down to the point on what it was gonna cost after all said and done. We reviewed that and she said, “We could do it as fast as three days if you don’t wanna wait a couple of days. Just do a general mail will save you, if you're not in a rush to get it done as soon as possible,” which we did. We took the latter option because we weren’t in a rush to put them in. She was very helpful with that.

    She gave me the email and the site to monitor the shipping. The blinds came faster than I expected them to. So that was great. They gave me a call with the installation, and we set up that date. The installers were dead and spot on time in between that time zone that they quoted us. So we're very satisfied with the efficiency of the time they said they were going to be here and put them in. The installer themselves were excellent. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the blinds. I recommend 3 Day Blinds to anybody ordering blinds.

    The designer was knowledgeable, friendly. It was quick. It was a good experience. I got the motorized roller shades and the installation went pretty well too. The guy who did it was really, really good. He did it in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable. The only thing was that he wasn't informed that we have windows that were over 10 feet high. So he didn't bring the right ladder. We had to have another person come out and do it again. Also, one of the shades wasn't ordered. So they had to order for that window and we need a second installation day. They also forgot to order our laundry room window. But most of the windows are done. Overall, I would highly recommend 3 Day Blinds.

    The product is beautiful and the installation a breeze. The young man who came to install was professional, neat and clean, very polite and very efficient. I was pleased with the entire process until the end when 3 Day Blinds withdrew payment from my bank account twice, I gave a check for 50% of the total balance due. Upon installation someone in accounting withdrew the entire amount from my bank account, rather than the remaining 50%, causing an overdraft of $640. When I brought it to the attention of the Design Consultant she denied it. I had to call her three times before I heard from Accounting.

    The person there was very courteous, but I had to demand that she check my account before I received a copy of my invoice (which I never got from the Design Consultant). It took me three weeks of waiting and multiple emails to get this straightened out. Then they wouldn't reimburse me for the $35 overdraft fee, saying "unfortunately, it is not our policy to pay bank fees". I responded "not good enough. You guys caused the overdraft, you pay the fee." I didn't hear back for two more days. Finally, 3 Day Blinds did reimburse the fee and my account is now good. Overall, it was very frustrating and I doubt that I'll do business with you again.

    The design consultant of 3 Day Blinds was very polite, nice and she offered suggestions. The installer was very good, too. The quality of the products is very good too. The only thing, one of the windows is off by about a quarter of an inch so it comes right into my eyes. But I'd recommend 3 Day Blinds.

    We used to deal with the blind company that 3 Day Blinds took over. I was happy with that prior store's quality. We met with our 3 Day Blinds associate, and then he mentioned he worked for that prior company and we were happy with him. We felt comfortable with him and he was very knowledgeable.     3 Day Blinds has a very good product and the rep knew what he was talking about. He was very good. Their installer was very knowledgeable. Everything went perfectly and I would buy from them again without a problem. The only minor problem we have is that up behind the blind, there is an attachment for our alarm company for the sliding glass door, and it seems the blind may be rubbing on that and knocking that loose, therefore, making our alarm system not being able to function. The installer thought he had the problem solved but we may have to find a way to glue it up. It's held on by Velcro and it's been up there for 19 years. So, it isn't exactly their fault. I would try to do it myself, but I don't know how to get the blind down, which is why they're going to come out. They're more than willing to do that. They were trying to give us a time frame yesterday but we weren't home and I have to call them today.
