I love my new first pair of glasses from you. The process of ordering was fairly straightforward. Having the feature where you upload or take a photo of yourself to see how the frames look is genius. They arrived in about the same amount of time as ordering from an optical place in my hometown. Thank you.

Have never received anything but top quality glasses from Zenni and the prescription has always been correct. The glasses fit perfectly and are identical to the pictures that they display. I will not try any other service for glasses since using Zenni.

Loved the service. Very quick and easy to order. Got my order at a very reasonable time. Recommend friends, and family. Packing was very good. The glasses were more than expected as the quality the lens were beautiful doing what they are supposed to be doing keeping the blue light out and headache at work from the light has disappeared.

The frames I bought for my daughter broke 4 months later. I was told that they would not replace the frames. I had to purchase new ones. I did and my daughter was without her glasses for weeks. When they did come in, one lens did not fit into the frames. It had to be forced in and did not sit well. She is unable to see out of the glasses because of the poor fitting lens. I called the company multiple times and was told to send photos. You can not see clearly in a photo the issue. They refused to replace the glasses again. I called a 3rd time and asked to speak to a supervisor. After a 15 min hold the same representative came back on the phone and said that the supervisor was not available. She again told me to send in pics of the glasses. NO RESOLUTION AND NO ONE CAN FIX THIS PROBLEM.

We were also sorry that we advised that we could not replace your daughter’s glasses, because the order was too far outside the order’s warranty period. As we recommended, you ordered this frame again with nonprescription lenses, but you were unable to install the prescription lenses in the replacement frame successfully. Consequently, we apologize for any dismay you and your daughter experienced due to these matters. Therefore, we are going to make a customer service exception to remake the glasses from the original order, o3782242015, for your daughter. You should receive an email from our lab later tonight, confirming that we are remaking these glasses for your daughter with a new order number. Once again, we are very sorry that the original frame 101235 broke and that the lenses did not fit in the replacement frame, and we hope that the remade eyeglasses order will resolve this matter to your and your daughter’s satisfaction.

I was waiting with my eye prescription in the optometrist office and then I heard the optician quote the woman ahead of me a price of $400 with insurance for her choice of glasses. I left and went straight to the Zenni website, found exactly what I wanted. The total price with shipping was $50! And I love them!

I have worn glasses for 50 years. These are as good as many of the expensive part I have owned. With the quality and price I own multiple pairs and love it. I had to return the first due to my error and they gave me a full credit and I reordered correctly. I know many companies exist but they were recommended to me by a friend. I am 100% satisfied. I highly recommend.

My daughter wanted a pair of glasses but we couldn't find anywhere local that we went. Then she found the pair she wanted at Zenni. So, I ordered her pair and I also ordered a pair for myself. On Zenni's website, you can do the little try-them-on with your picture and enter in all the information that you have from the eye doctor. It was pretty simple that you can do it from home. So, it was really convenient.

Zenni Optical was way cheaper than other optical places for prescription glasses. I just ordered some regular prescription glasses. The first time was a pair of sunglasses and I liked them a lot. And the shipping is not terrible in terms of from ordering it to getting it.

I liked the low payment rates and prices. I usually pay 400 and 200 for frames and lenses. And Zenni helped me. It was pricey to speed up the process. But it’s worth it. I like that the glasses are very lightweight. They’re perfect. Looking through Zenni helped me. At first, I couldn't see much, but the ones through Zenni Optical are very clean cut, and precise. I love them. I do have a problem with the fingerprint. They used to have it where you can buy it where it’s fingerprint resistant, but they don't have it now. Also, Zenni should have more styles when it comes down to men.

Friends told me that Zenni had good glasses. Zenni has a good selection. Lots of options and colors. I like it. Everything about the purchasing is very organized, and step by step. We followed the directions that Zenni gave, which are straightforward. Also, the delivery was quick. It was exactly whatever Zenni said it would be. I've had one of my pairs for over a year. And they have lasted me well. The quality is great, especially for the price. My siblings also purchased.

I got full rim glasses and I tried reading with them but I didn't succeed. They’re on their way back to the company because I couldn't adjust to them. I was thinking that it's the doctor's prescription who may have made the mistake with the stress of the glasses. Nonetheless, I would recommend Zenni because I was satisfied.

When ordering from Zenni Optical, you have to have all your information, like for the glasses, the frame, the spacing, how far apart your eyes are, and how wide you got them to be to fit your face. I knew my information so I just put it in myself. I had my first pair and they were good for over a year. Compared to glasses that I got from my eye doctor, those have broken. It was an okay experience and I’m still buying from Zenni.

It took 3 orders of glasses to get it right, but I love my final pair. I'm not a computer person, and they don't give you good in person help, questions are hard to get. Returned the first pair, got it almost right the second pair, but too heavy, and with some good chat persons finally got the order great on the last pair. Will keep the second pair as a back-up because the vision is great. I've ordered from them 2x in the past and loved my glasses. But they need better customer service when ordering. The price is great, the final glasses are great, and I will order from them again. Aloha.

Products came as described and I am happy. First order was properly delivered in my mailbox. Second order was dropped in front of my door where anybody could have stole it. I have a "Parcel Drop Box" on my porch, but the delivery person ignored it! If I order again, I will specify how to deliver... It shouldn't be like that but...

The prescription is not mine. I can't use them at all. How do I send them back and please send the correct prescription to me or a refund. This is the first time I have ever had a problem with Zenni. Please let me know how to proceed.

We see no records in our database indicating that you have already contacted us, so we invite you to call us at 1-800-211-2105, email us at service@zenni.com or chat with us live by clicking on the floating Support button that appears near the bottom of any page on our website. The first thing a representative will do to determine why you can’t use the glasses will be to verify that the prescription was entered correctly on the order; therefore we ask that you have your prescription and pupillary distance (PD) measurement handy when you call or chat with us, or you may email them to us and we will respond within 48 hours. The most recent pair of glasses I purchased, cause double vision at distance. I would like to return/exchange them for a pair like the first ones I bought that were perfect in my opinion. If I cannot exchange them I will most likely not be ordering from this site. I cannot find any return info on the website.
We are sorry that your glasses are causing you to have double vision, and we apologize for the disappointment you may experience as a result. Insofar as you implied that this was not your first Zenni order, we took the time to review the prescription details of your previous orders, and we discovered that while the prescriptions are the same on the previous and recent orders, the pupillary distance (PD) measurements were not. We wish to advise that the PD measurement rarely changes for adults, except in certain cases such as if the eyes sustain an injury or if surgery has been performed on the eyes; therefore, once your PD has been accurately measured, the same PD should be used for each pair of glasses. The PD you used on the previous orders were all within 2 millimeters, which may have worked well for you due to the relatively small difference in size; however, on the most recent order, you used a PD that was up to 9 millimeters larger than the various PD measurements you used for the glasses in the previous orders. If the glasses from the previous orders that contained the same prescription worked well for you with a smaller PD measurement, it would indicate that the large PD measurement you used on the glasses in the recent order is the cause of the double vision you’ve experienced. We want you to know that returns are allowed within the 30-day warranty period, which began the day the glasses were delivered to you, and when you posted your review, the glasses were still covered by warranty, so we invite you to contact us by phone at 1-800-211-2105 or by email at service@zenni.com to get the return process started. There is not a curve to the arms of the glasses so they hurt my ears to wear them. I can see out of the lenses perfectly and the frames look nice. Just can't wear them for long without my ears hurting.

I've never walked out of an in-network optometrist store without plunking down at least $350 for a new pair of eyeglasses, and that's WITH insurance coverage. I got really, really tired of it. I'm a very proactive consumer/buyer and I aggressively researched whether there was any way to get eyeglasses more cheaply - and Presto! Thank you internet for all of the great info you provided on how to buy eyeglasses online. I did a ton of reading on the top online eyeglass companies and after comparing reviews, prices and frames, I decided to go with Zenni. I bought THREE pairs of Rx glasses: near vision/readers; mid-vision computer glasses and far vision/distance. The total cost to me for all three? $140.
I got three pairs of prescription glasses for less than half the cost of what a single pair would cost me at brick-and-mortar retail optometry store. I got my glasses surprisingly quickly after I placed my order and I am SUPER happy with them! All three pairs feel good with both fit and the prescription, I've been wearing them every day and haven't noticed any problems. So far, so good! I definitely recommend Zenni and would buy from them again.

I've been trying to get ahold of Zenni because the bifocals that I ordered were extremely blurry. I can't see anything. I haven't been able to get with anybody and it's been a while. I've been trying to get ahold of them every day for about a week and a half when I first got the glasses. I'm displeased ‘cause I can't get anywhere to either get a refund or get the prescription changed. I spent $100 and I’m just sitting there. But we've never had any issues before. Other than this last prescription, my husband loves them and I love them too. Some of them have glasses that are too heavy but that's my fault for picking the wrong frame.

Upon unboxing my new glasses I was very impressed with their appearance. The fit was great, build quality is excellent. The Blokz lenses do a great job, as does the photochromatic finish. This is my second pair from Zenni and won't be my last. Also, my cat loves the blue laser pointer I got with them. I just have to put my other pair on that doesn't have Blokz to see it when I play with him.

So I ordered a pair with the anti fog on them, it didn’t work. I reached out to the return them, ok I couldn’t, they were my only glasses, I donated my old glasses, so I sucked it up! So then I ordered 2 more pairs, had the blue light put on them, they’re constantly dirty/foggy, so I reach out again, they said I was cleaning them wrong.. How the heck do you clean glasses wrong? Don’t get me wrong they're cheaper than any place, but seriously don’t get anything added to the lens!
Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the glasses you ordered with the anti-fog anti-reflective coating on the lenses, which we were sorry to read did not prevent your lenses from fogging. Consequently, we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result. We were also sorry to read that your subsequent order included two pairs of glasses with our Blokz® blue-light blocking feature that you were having a hard time keeping clean. We apologize for this matter, as well. Cleaning your glasses doesn’t have to be a time consuming or tedious task. Below is the quickest and most effective way to properly clean your lenses without accidentally scratching or damaging them. For cleaning on the go, Zenni also offers a handy Wash & Dry kit with a mini lens spray and mini microfiber cloth.
1.Place your glasses in the sink and run them under a gentle stream of warm water. Avoid very hot water since it can damage the lens coatings.
2.Add one drop of mild soap without moisturizers to the tips of your fingers.
3.Lather the soap on each side of the lenses. Rub all parts of the frame for a few seconds, including the nose pads, ends of the temples, and the edge of the lens where it meets the frame, since skin oils and dust tend to hide in small crevasses.
4.Set your glasses aside and wash your hands to remove excess soap. This will ensure oils from your fingers won’t end up on your lenses during the rinsing process.
5.Rinse your glasses under warm water. Continue rinsing until all visible film is gone. Again, make sure to avoid very hot water so that you don’t damage the lens coatings.
6.Shake your glasses to remove the excess water. There’s no need to over-dry them.
7.Pass a clean cloth over the edges of your frames to remove any remaining moisture. Your new Zennis come with a microfiber cloth designed for this purpose. You should use the cloth to remove any remaining smudges. (You can also use a cloth that has not been laundered with fabric softener or a dryer sheet.)

I’ve purchased from Zenni within the last three years. They got good products. I like the frames. They're what I expected. The Zenni representatives were all very knowledgeable. The only thing is they spoke great English, but they don’t have any inflection of their voice and it’s hard to follow and understand them. Other than that, they’ve done well when I had to make a return. It was my fault. I keyed in the wrong prescription and they gave me 100% refund on the next purchase, which I've already used.

I've ordered 2 glasses, different prescriptions based on what I'm doing at the time, and 2 sunglasses. Thus far, I've been very impressed with all of them. The frames are smooth and solid, very comfortable (perhaps too comfortable as I've fallen asleep in them). Unlike the pair of glasses I was forced to purchase from my eye doctor, I can see very clearly through the Zenni lenses, even when not as clean as they should be. I'm very satisfied.

I am very near-sighted with an astigmatism, and lineless bifocals. I have worn glasses since third grade and I am over 45. I am 99.9% satisfied! I love them and I am on my second pair in two months. I am planning to buy some for my daughters and my husband is a convert. What about the .1%? It seems that my transitions (photo-darkening) lenses aren’t as dark as I thought they would be in the sun but they are my first pair with the darkening lenses so that may be normal. As long you get your pupillary distance and your measurements right, you will be happy!

I have had the same prescription for a while and had multiple glasses, but this is the first time I’ve added the blue light filter even though I don’t get headaches, but do look at screens frequently as everyone does. My first day wearing it my eye strain was soooo bad that my eyes were watering. I hate the filter and don’t know how I’m going to wear these daily.

I was reluctant to buy glasses online, but after I had my PD measured by my optometrist, I ordered 3 pairs. They fit really well and the prescription was perfect. Even my wife's much more complicated (progressive) prescription turned out well. Plus, Zenni manufactured and shipped them at a low cost and relatively quickly. I returned the glasses because they were not able to be used due to wrong prescription. This company offers account credit only not a refund. They have taken my money and will not refund my money so I'm out about 60 dollars. Avoid this CompAny if possible.

This company should really let the consumer know that you cannot properly order progressives/trifocals WITHOUT having the vertical pupil level measured on the glasses you are buying without trying on. I've been through this three times with no explanations why I can't properly focus. Loss of money and trust.

Consequently, we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result. Insofar as we are an online optical retailer and as such, do not have the capacity to view a pair of glasses on a customer and determine where their optical center is, we have a standard placement of the optical center, approximately 1-2 millimeters above the vertical centerline of the lens. This placement works well for most of our standard-progressive glasses customers, although we understand that there is a small percentage of customers for whom this placement does not work without determining where their optical center placement should be. However, once a customer understands where their optical center is, and the eye doctor can help by informing the customer where it should be, we recommend that customers order a frame with a lens height that will put the optical center where the customer needs it. For example – if an eye doctor advises that a customer’s optical center should be at, say, 20 mm up from the bottom of the lens, we then will recommend that the customer order a frame with a lens height of 38 mm, which would put the vertical centerline of the lens at 19 mm up from the bottom, with the optical center placed approximately 1 mm above this. I couldn't believe it really was that easy to order. My glasses came when they said they would and the price was terrific. I went to a chain eye glass place last time and they never could get my glasses to fit correctly. This was my first experience with Zenni after hearing about them for many years. I have to say the prices are reasonable and the process is easy to order glasses. Also, one of the pairs of glasses I ordered wasn't quite right, but Zenni made returning the glasses and receiving credit for another pair very easy and quick. Ordered a handful of glasses for myself and my mother. All of the sunglasses were not dark enough to be useful as sunglasses. All of the frames felt very cheap. Afraid they will break if we have them adjusted to fit and many of them arrived wonky. Refund options are either you get only half back or you get the full amount back in store credit, but if you don't like the quality of the glasses why would you buy more? The return process was easy but the options were not ideal.

The picture trial was kind of foggy and it wasn't clear enough for me. So, I just took a chance and got my glasses. The only thing that was difficult for me was my prescription didn't have my PD on it, and it was hard for me to figure it out. So I had to pay for an app on my phone to measure to figure out what my PD was to finish my prescription. The first time I ordered, I thought I had the bifocals without the line. I was supposed to key in progressive so I had to send my first pairs of glasses back, and the operator of customer service was really nice. I sent the package back. She sent me the label, and I got my credit instantly and I was able to order the right glasses.
The glasses I've gotten are really good. I love that they're so lightweight. A lot of glasses that I've had were really heavy on my face. Also, my face is wide and I couldn't find any frames that were stretchy that could stay up on my face but not hug my face too tight and leave a line. But all the glasses that I picked from Zenni were perfect.

I have to send the glasses that I bought from Zenni back because the prescription was wrong and I couldn't see through my left eye correctly. This is my second time sending them back and they are sending them to the lab. They told me to look out for an email, so I've been doing that, waiting for them to send an email to see what the next steps are for. Other than that, their products are good and I like them. I was almost thinking of checking other places out but because I was with Zenni for so many years, I wasn't ready to leave. And their customer people are so good. I love them.
For the most part, their website is good as well but the try-on part sometimes gives me a hard time. When I want to try to upload my photo, sometimes, it doesn't work. But on GlassesUSA, I didn't have a hard time uploading my photo and my picture was on all the glasses that I wanted to see. Their website automatically lets you see the try-on and I didn't have to click on the try-on like on Zenni's website.

We've used Zenni for years. I recently ordered five pairs but there were two with flimsy frames. But they were only $10, so it's no big deal. I've been really impressed with this last set of glasses and how spot-on they are with my eyes because they're progressive. The prescription I had before, I went someplace else, local. They measured my eyes and it wasn't exactly where I needed it to be. I'm moving my head a little different to get to the correct spot. But the ones I got from Zenni were spot-on. One time, I returned one pair and got the full credit. I ordered another pair. They just didn't fit on my nose properly. It was the plastic instead of having a separate nosepiece and I didn't get it wide enough. I was very pleased that they took it back full price and let me pick another pair.

Let me start by saying that the glasses selection is awesome, and the glasses that I received were all sharp looking frames with sturdy cases. My problem is not with the product. My problem is with the return policy. I admit I should have dug deeper into this prior to making a purchase, but a 50% refund on unused products isn't something I've ever dealt with before with another company. If you order a product and return it unused and still in new condition, one typically expects to get their full money back. Heck, there are other eyeglass companies (one of their primary competitors at that) that allow you to select multiple frames, they ship it to you for free, and you try them on and send them back all at no cost. This way you can try frames on and figure out what looks best.
That's not the case with Zenni. Your only 2 options are a 50% refund or 100% store credit. Had I known this prior to ordering, I never would have ordered. It's not clearly indicated on the website, but buried in the FAQ section. If you're going to operate your business with an abnormal return policy then fine, but do your customers a favor and make it more prominently known BEFORE they place the order so they don't get caught by surprise down the road. Like I said, the products are great. I'm keeping one pair that I ordered. But buyer beware - they have a specific return policy that isn't like most companies.

Last time, I had one experience where it was not as I expected. But anytime I order, I get way more than what I expect. The cost of the glasses from Zenni is cheap. It's also simple going through their order process. I used the try-on feature a number of times. Then I learned my fit is better, a certain width, so then I just search for that certain width. I have had no issues ordering from their site. I've tried other sites as far as shopping for the glasses. Other sites were just a little bit too complicated or the sizing was different. They measured the width of glasses or the frames a little bit differently than Zenni does.

The price of Zenni is better than other companies. I got prescription sunglasses from them and I love them. They're great. It was super easy ordering through them. The reason I had to order twice is because I lost my first pair in a lake. So, when I went to reorder, I was like, "Oh, no, I'm gonna have to find all my information again." But I didn't have to. Zenni glasses fit well. They looked great too. I've been very satisfied with them. They're the only brand I buy. However, the prescription portion of the website could use some work or at least more instructions, like little information icons. Because I always am worried that I put something in wrong. I was upset when I saw that this time around that the rewards were now a thing because I placed two orders, one order was shipped to my parents' house for my mom, and then the other order was placed to me. But I only saw the point system on my order. Her order was $160 and I didn't get any points for it. So, that was a little confusing. Also, when I put square frames on there, it is so annoying having to go through all those plain black square frames and I can't even get to the cute ones. So, I know that there are other filters, but I don't want to filter it too much and miss something good. I think a stylist option would be cool. But overall the website's good.

I had high hopes when I purchased two pairs of glasses from Zenni. The frames were cheap, but my lenses were expensive and I ended up paying around $150 for them. The glasses that arrived were an absolute joke- coke bottle lenses is an understatement. It was like looking through a distorted tunnel. I tried to return them but the support woman in the Philippines told me I was going to have to send her a copy of prescription, then send back the glasses and they would determine whether or not I was eligible for a refund... and it all had to be completed within 30 days of ship date or I was no longer eligible.
I had just left for a two week vacation and it wasn't even going to be humanly possible for me to complete the actions in time. So I'm out my money and have two useless pairs of glasses. This company may work if you barely have a prescription, but if you actual are near sighted or far-sighted save your time and go somewhere reputable. This company is just banking on the fact that dissatisfied customers will not take the time to jump through all their hoops in order to make a return. Zero stars.

Buy two pairs of Zenni eyeglasses. They had the metal side bands. They Must had lead in them and it’s happened to other people from their reviews. The skin on your face starts to break out with blisters and red spots. What happens is the metal starts to break down and were on the side of your face by your temples and from your temples to your chin you’ll have this horrible blister like Puss and red Marks all along the side of your face. You’ll have to go to a dermatologist to get a special cream clear this up. Please do not wear these glasses again ever again. Throw them out. It's that cheap China metal that they use. It’ll take you about a year and a half to clear up.

Been ordering here for a long time now and have had no issues with anything. I get a lot of compliments with a lot of the glasses I have purchased here and you can't beat the price. I use progressive lens and now I can buy 4 pairs instead of 2 pairs as per my insurance coverage. Good customer service too and delivery times are pretty good, no longer than 2 weeks for delivery. Also, never had a pair fall apart like some of the more expensive frames I use to buy. And you get a choice what type of lens you want.

I own a pair of Zenni Optical glasses and I find the quality to be mediocre. The product I picked was with a Transitions type lens and they just do not get Dark at all, I got these to use when I golf because all my others have readers included on them but that does not work for Golf. I also think the plastic lenses are cheap and inconsistent. I would not buy these again, nor would I recommend them.

They ask for a prescription on their site which is rather nice. So I bought a pair of eyeglasses, with the prescription I uploaded, and they sent me a pair of glasses that are completely see-through (no prescription). So I went online to their support, and they asked me for the prescription, and I asked them to just log into my account, which they said they couldn't. Fine, so they asked for an image of the prescription, and I sent them the image from their own prescription, and they said ... "No, we need an image of the prescription from the doctor." It's what I used to upload to their own account, so they were essentially calling me a liar. What a waste of time. Use Costco guys... unless you want to waste a ton of time with this made in China mess of a company.

I’ve ordered three pairs from Zenni now, two in the past couple of years, and then I just bought one from them a month ago. My second pair are not the sturdiest of glasses, but I still love the shape of them and they're so cheap that it makes up for it. It's not bad quality, but you can tell they're not a $100 pair of glasses. I've been wearing them for two years now. The most recent ones I got from Zenni are amazing, and I love them. They’re super pretty and durable. They were one of the neutral-colored ones, and they’re nice to wear. Zenni Optical is a great company. I'm gonna continue ordering from them, and I recommend them to people when they ask where I get my glasses from.

I’ve been waiting almost three weeks now for my glasses. They were here in town and got sent back to sender. Now I’m waiting for them to come back and I really need them right now. I’m very unhappy that they were supposed to be here a week ago and I haven’t received them yet.

Do not purchase glasses from this company! I had these 6 days and did not wear them everyday/all day just while watching tv. I was using the cleaning cloth (for the first time) and I heard a pop, the frame popped in two place around each lens. I’ve had glasses and sunglasses (Costas) for YEARS without any of them breaking -I am disappointed. Now I need a replacement of some sort which they do not provide, only a store credit minus shipping.
I can see if these were dropped or something they might break but CLEANING THEM…. When you need glasses it is not worth the two weeks to get subpar quality and the hassle of returning them for a partial refund is just RIDICULOUS. I’d rather deal with going to a store where you can actually touch the item you’d be purchasing to see the quality for yourself. What good is a store credit when you’re just going to receive the same poor quality product. I would not purchase from this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

I've been ordering from Zenni since 2017. I bought twice, if not more, this year. I recently bought two pairs of shades. I like the variety of different frames and the cost that Zenni has. I can pay $130 for one pair of glasses at the eye doctor, but I go to Zenni and get about five or six pairs for that one pair price. Zenni is cheaper. I also like to switch things up. Today, I got a browline pair with glitter across the top. I like the different options of looks and colors.
I really got into the round frames and got some. I got these browline ones too and those are my favorite ones. There were also the floral ones and Zenni discontinued them. I ordered them twice. The quality of the glasses is pretty good. You know what you're getting before you get it. I also like Zenni's website. It's pretty easy, especially if you go ahead and save in your prescription. They'll tell you that for your prescription, it's preferred if you get this type of lens or frame.

I love the glasses but for one problem. The reading portion of the lenses are too small. I have to hold them up to even find it. Is there a pair of similar frames that might make the reading portion come up a bit higher?

Insofar as these glasses have a lens height of 35 mm, this means that the top of the progressive reading corridor is placed at approximately 22.5 mm up from the bottom, since the centerline of a 35 mm lens height is 17.5 mm, and 5 mm above this is 22.5 mm. The intermediate (computer) and near (reading) sections of the progressive reading corridor are below that, in sections of approximately 5-7 mm. However, to get the best answer to your question, we will pose it to our lab, and ask them to email you their answer, with some alternative frames that should put the reading section higher on the lens. I've never had colored frames and wanted to try them. For this price it seemed worth a try, even if they didn't work out. I love love love them. I love the blue. Bought these for boxing class, they stay on my face very well and look cute.. The nose piece digs in after a little while but only wear them for about 2 hours, no trouble with fogging up while sweating, in general I have good luck with getting a good fit from Zenni.

I love being able to buy and have so many glasses but the lack of consistency is frustrating. I had a pair that fit perfect and when they broke I bought the exact same ones again. This time one of the arms is straight instead of having the bend in it like it should and they're also twisted with one arm sitting higher than the other. I've tried the techniques to fix them with no success. I've had these issues with other frames before also and then some come in perfect as they should be. I just wish there was better quality control making sure the frames are shaped as they should be.

I think it's unfair to your customers when returns can ONLY be store credit OR a 50% refund, especially when your customers can't try on glasses. It feels like you're ripping people off when they return an item, that was never in use and in perfect condition, and can't get 100% of their money back. Not every pair of glasses will fit right, I'm sure you're aware of this with being an online glasses store. To top it off, when writing this just to inform you that it's not right, it literally says "Remember, you are responsible for what you write." I'm well aware I'm responsible, I'M the one writing it. I will not be purchasing any more glasses for the fear I won't like them when they are on my face, knowing I won't get my money back. It's wasted money, which the customers shopping on your site, can't afford.

I ordered two pairs of rimless eye glasses from Zenni. The nose bridge broke within a matter of a few months. They refused to help me or stand behind their product. The young man who answered the phone was so unfriendly. Both frames broke at the nose bridge and both of them are thrown my their cases in my drawer. No other eye glasses shop wanted to fix them for me because they didn’t recognize the maker. So, I am stuck and really regret buying glasses from this terrible cheap company.

My glasses are not working out due to a prescription issue or lens issue. I reached out a week ago about my glasses and have not received any kind of reasons. I really like how the glasses fit but I cannot wear them because of the lenses. They are only clear if I’m looking straight ahead. If I turn my eyes left or right it gets blurry.

It was impossible to see out of the first pair of glasses I ordered. I called and received a credit and was told the glasses were too big (top to bottom). I was also told Zenni would only give me a credit one time. I always see a rainbow through the bottom of the replacement pair. I love that they are so economical so I can have multiple pairs for the same price as a single pair bought from the eye doctor. There are a lot of fun colors and the customer service has been really good. Once you buy from Zenni you won't go back to buying your glasses from the eye doctor. I bought glasses for my 6 year and he absolutely love them. They arrived way before they were supposed to, I will most definitely order from them again in the future. The extra items he received were a plus. He got two cases for his glasses, a wipe, and a little keychain laser. He was all smiles and showed everyone his new glasses.

The service was good, as always. The glasses I have reordered a couple of times have been retired. I was disappointed because they were perfect for me. I ordered similar ones this time, but don't really like them much. They seem heavier and the lens seem to be more reflective.... which may or may not be accurate. I'm sure I will adjust to them, but would have preferred the previous model.

We see that the frame you selected on your most recent order, o3978611619 – full-rim, rectangular, stainless-steel, spring-hinged, brown frame 416315, has the same dimensions as 917915 – 138 mm (frame width), 52 mm (lens width), 18 mm (bridge), 34 mm (lens height), and 140 (temple arm length). Nevertheless, perhaps because this is a full-rim frame as opposed to a half-rim frame, and perhaps because it is constructed of stainless steel and not memory titanium, you did not like this frame as much as you liked frame 917915. Love using Zenni. We save a ton of money and get to create our own style. We love the try on feature online. It is very easy to do and set up. The only complaint we have is that it takes about 2-3 weeks to get our glasses. The savings are so great that it really isn’t a big deal.

I was skeptical about ordering my prescription glasses online, but I am now a loyal customer! I left my local optician's office shocked by how much they charged for one pair of glasses. I had to call a CSR to figure out how to get tinted lenses on just a 2.00 non-prescription lense. It was difficult, at least for me, to understand/order tinted lenses and not have them on one of my prescription lense orders. The CSR walked me through the process and was excellent.

I order new glasses about once a year from Zenni! I like adding different styles to my collection, and given the price, I can. I've purchased the $6-$25 frames (7-10 over 4 years), and have only been disappointed once (to be fair, my fault. I took a gamble on frame style/size and it didn't pan out). I was very skeptical of order glasses on line but was tired of the major prices of in person. So, I gave it a shot. I bought 3 pairs of glasses for cheaper than what one would have been. I got a “fancy frame” that I love and wear every day now. A pair of sun glasses and I feel like my entire world has opened up with prescription sun glasses! And a backup pair that were super cheap in case something happens to my others (my dog has been known to eat a pair or two). Every pair I love. I have been recommending Zenni to everyone now!

I've heard of Zenni for years and recently tried it for the first time. I wasn't very happy with how the glasses looked on me, but they were absolutely perfect and I was able to send them back and exchange extremely easily. The shipping was about 2 weeks faster than the physical store I got another pair at. I couldn't be more happy with my glasses and the price. I even went back to order a pair of sunglasses. I'm so happy to find them since I have an eye condition that's going to require me to get new glasses more often than normal and I won't have to go broke buying new pairs when I need them.

I ordered 2 sets of glasses, one set was damaged and I couldn't see out of either pair. I messaged about it multiple times with no resolution and now I'm out roughly $130 with 2 pairs of glasses I can't use.

Zenni has phenomenal prices. I've ordered five pairs from them. The first pair I ordered was for a single-vision distance pair, and I expected to just throw them in the garbage. But the quality is incredible. I ordered naked, thick, 152 plastic. I have a plus or minus prescription, so it's not gonna be thick anyway. It came in and the optics blew me away. If I have to have a complaint, on one pair, they put the sag a little bit low.

Zenni's website is fairly easy to use. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and a pair of single-vision glasses. I did the full rim ones. I got them in on Saturday and so far, I like them. They're worth it and I may order another pair. I used the try-on feature prior to my purchase. I'm gonna try to figure out how to order my bifocals. I'm a little nervous about ordering those.
I wasn't paying attention with the first order I put in and I put a plus when it should have been a minus. I called customer service to get a store credit. The rep sent me a shipping label. I shipped the two pairs of glasses back under that label. I only got the credit for one pair until they received the glasses and opened them. I was then credited the second pair. that took a little longer. The rep understood that both pairs were ordered at the same time but they were ordered under different order numbers. Other than that, my experience was good.

Zenni's frames are less expensive and I can have more different style frames. There was also less of a risk. When you're ordering online, you don't know what you're gonna get and if it's gonna work. This is regardless of the return options. I decided to go with Zenni because it was an affordable risk. I bought three pairs from them. One was a pair of regular plastic. I was wanting something other than metal in case I was in the sun. They are the ones called transition lenses and those were okay. The covering of the first pair is peeling by the ears so there is a lack of quality there. But when you're paying 40 bucks, how much can you complain? The two other pairs I ended up with are half rimless. I got a pair of prescription sunglasses too. The ordering process is very easy and I like the fact that the Zenni website stores prescription.

I've purchased glasses from Zenni twice now. I got their basic pair of glasses. Ordering through their website was not too confusing so it worked out. My eye doctor had measured my pupil distance and told me what to put in on the computer. The delivery took about three weeks. The glasses are extremely cheap and they hold up pretty well so I'm happy with that.

I bought my first pair of Glasses from Zenni. I was super excited to get them, I started to get sick and had a feeling it was a little off, I went to my eye doctor and they checked the glasses. My right eye according to my prescription is a 22, Zenni glasses had my right eye as a 115. I called and they asked me to send my glasses to their inspection team, and then I got an email that said nothing was wrong but could receive a 50% refund or a partial credit, why not my glasses back if nothing is wrong? They wanted me to accept the credit. I told them no, per their guidelines that all they can offer. $54 down the drain. Can't even get my glasses back.

Am wearing them now! Eye dr quoted 3-6 weeks delivery & those from Zenni arrived in Alaska EXACTLY 2 weeks after I ordered! And I ordered a few days AFTER I saw the eye dr so they beat the others to my door! The website was a bit difficult for me, but could have been the way my eye dr wrote the script- made it harder to find the right things for the online order. My first online order for prescription glasses, but it all worked out. The bifocal vision is perfect, the fit is right, the quality is great, what more can I say? I actually wear these more than my higher dollar eye doctor glasses. Highly recommended.

Prescription and measurements completely wrong, can't see anything unless it's completely distorted. Looks like I'm seeing out of a fishbowl. I guess you get what you pay for and I should've followed my eye doctor's advice and not ordered from this company.

I ordered the polarized prescription sunglasses after comparing with the big name brand companies. These look and feel great, but are definitely not as durable. After my third time wearing them, they got a deep scratch right in the middle of the lens. It’s small enough that I can still see with them but it just always looks dirty. I’m generally very careful with my eyewear, so it’s a little disappointing that these scratched so easily.

I've purchased from Zenni quite often and the items are of fairly good quality, especially for the price. They changed the website a little bit and it was hard to figure out the new website but once you go through it a couple of times, it's easier. Zennie is easily accessible and great to work with.

I've ordered a couple different pairs from Zenni Optical, and I've been having issues with my vision. So, I went back to my optometrist. They checked the prescription and said that it was off from the one that I had entered. So, it wasn't a complete match. I've been wearing them for a while, and it's been causing me some issues with my vision. So, I've had to stop ordering glasses from Zenni because it hasn't been guaranteed. I checked the last three that I got with them, and all of them have come back either slightly off or completely off from the prescription that I had ordered. I have astigmatism in both eyes. So, my prescription has to be spot on. So, it's been a little bit frustrating because now, I’ve had to go back to my optometrist and fork out the $400 to pay for glasses that will be my exact prescription. I was really hoping to avoid that, which is why I went to Zenni in the first place.
Zenni's return process is not the greatest. They said that they would return and credit it back to me. But they can't refund the money back to my account, which doesn't do me any good if I can't get that guarantee of my prescription. So, I haven't returned any of the glasses because there's not a whole lot I can do with credit. I've just had them recycled at my optometrist’s office.
In the past, my experience has been fine. But my astigmatism has gotten progressively worse. Usually, I will always recommend Zenni. I have in the past and continue to do that, but I do it with my cautionary tale that if you have astigmatism, it might not be the best option for you. But if you don’t, I'll still recommend Zenni because nobody wants to pay hundreds of dollars for glasses. I do tell people, in my experience, the prescription doesn't always line up. But I like the platform and how easy it is to order online.

I ordered a pair of glasses for my daughter back in December. With insurance, our local place wanted $300. When I got online, it said it was 50 bucks. It was cheaper to go online and pay full price at Zenni than it was to buy through our local place even with insurance. Also, even their How to Measure guide was pretty easy to follow. I will recommend and use them again.

These are my favorite glasses!!! I have been ordering Zennis for 7 years and I love every pair. Many options to choose from at great prices. You just can't beat the value and the price! I have always ordered photochromic lenses, and I absolutely love them. This year I decided to also order Rx sunglasses and they are fantastic as well! Highly recommended!!!

I have been ordering glasses from Zenni for several years now. I keep coming back because they always have a great selection and I know they will fit because I can match the measurements of the glasses with the measurements of my face and PD. The quality is just as good as the expensive glasses at the optical shop, but the price is so much lower!! I can afford to get several pairs of Zenni for either the same price or less than what I would pay for only one pair at the optical shop!! I always recommend Zenni to friends and strangers alike.

I have been ordering with Zenni for years for myself and I need up to 3 prescriptions and like to have a backup of each. I also order sunglasses as well. As of this order and any more (if I decide to continue with Zenni) I am also ordering for my son. As his vision is vital to learning, I need to have the consistency from your company. And for me it is vital my glasses are correct to prevent debilitating migraines. I spend over $250 on each order. Every time I order I get an email asking me to confirm my prescription (I do have horrible astigmatism, nearsighted and farsighted) but somehow this time when I confirmed each prescription the glasses I had ordered to be my sunglasses came in clear and with no coatings. Since I didn't get charged I have them as a backup pair but would never really wear them out of the house. So while I appreciate a good deal, this caused me to rethink return business with you or if I should check other companies.

I have ordered from Zenni before and have been generally pleased with the outcome. The glasses came in a very timely manner and Zenni kept me updated on my order. I have had my glasses for one week. I really like the fit and the way they look. However, the paint on the frame is already starting to chip, which is disappointing.

Can't rate what I haven't received! It has been going on 3 weeks now. I have talked with both postal workers in Beulah and Rosedale. The only thing that came out of it is that the box number in the zip code probably was overlooked but where is the order now? Please help make it right. Zenni's prices were really good. I’ve ordered prescription sunglasses a few times. Ordering is pretty easy. I just scroll through the page, see what I like, compare measurements to other glasses I have and then, I order them if I like the size. Most of them are pretty good. Some of them seem to be a little bit smaller than I was anticipating. With the last pair of sunglasses we ordered, my partner thought he was ordering one set of clip-on glasses with it, but he ended up with two of them instead. He ended up paying for them because it wasn't very clear that the clip-ons already came with it, and it offered the add-on of a clip-on. They should not let that pop up when you’re already getting a pair of glasses with clip-ons so you’re not going to accidentally order another one.
Also, sometimes, the measurements are not looking quite right. Other than that, once the glasses get shipped out, it’s pretty fast. If you need some glasses and you need them cheap, Zenni is the way to go. I’ve also bought some prescription sunglasses from EyeBuyDirect online as well, and I just tend to like the Zenni ones a little bit better.

I ordered lined bifocals instead of ones without lines by mistake. Called and they said just return for credit and order progressive bifocals. Very helpful and great service!!! Would highly recommend. I will definitely order glasses from Zenni again. Nice selection also.

I’ve bought multiple times from their website and am never disappointed! Buying my first prescription lenses was scary because I’m not one to purchase glasses through an online website. However an agent assisted me in finding my prescription and correct size. When I purchased a second pair they were the incorrect type of lenses. When my glasses arrived the bag was a little janked up. I opened the bag and the eyeglass case was cracked and broken, the glasses on the inside were messed up with the left leg sprawled out. Took pics and called support. They asked me to send them the pics and immediately ordered me another pair, which came in in perfect condition. Thank you Zenni Customer Service, you’re great.

Love my Zennis! Have ordered several pairs for me and my daughter who also wears glasses. I was impressed to get lens with blue block & scratch resist + frames for under $50. My favorite pair I’ve ordered is the cat eye! The last pair I ordered was a bit smaller than I thought they would be but I still liked them and for the price am still satisfied with my purchase.

The process was simple and secure. There was a good selection of frames and lens color. Only con was the virtual try on in the app wasn’t were good, especially on a phone. The view on the phone was too small. Also the virtual didn’t represent how the glasses would actually look on me (Warby Parker virtual try on is much better). Overall, very satisfied.

I am very happy with my prescription for these frames. I have gotten prescription glasses from optometrist shops, department stores, box club, and I always have to tilt or hold my head a particular way in order to read through the bifocal area. So when ordering from Zenni and not getting measured for the focal point, I thought “how is this going to turn out?” Well, at least they don’t cost as much as all my other glasses. But, I was truly surprised when I tried them and I could read with ease and not try and find the “sweet spot”! Since then I have bought another pair. Not only because of the price, but I also like to mix up my style and color of frames with what I wear. Zenni makes good glasses affordable. My only complaint is that when I need adjustments to frames after wearing for awhile, I hate to take to my optometrist because they know I didn’t get the glasses from them.
