We got a pair of glasses, and the process was easy. I got them for my four-year old little boy and so far, so good. They're not broken yet. I would recommend Zenni. They have a lot more selections than we were getting from the last place we ordered from and Zenni was a lot cheaper as well.

We are happy to know that you and he are satisfied with the glasses, which were delivered on February 14, 2022, according to the U.S. Postal Service. It also was good to read that you found the ordering process easy, that you are pleased with the wide selection of frames we offer, and that you appreciate the very affordable prices of our products. Of course, we are also happy to know that the eyeglasses frame has not broken, but we want to advise of our 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered. I ordered new eye glasses for my daughter's upcoming school trip and instead of mailing me glasses they sent me an envelope with a gift card for $120 off a Green Chef subscription. Upon contacting them I was told my glasses were in the package and they will open an investigation. Not holding my breath on that. So my only recourse is to contact my card company and go somewhere else. Problem is I have ordered from them a few times in the past no problems, however they kinda treated me like I am scamming them. I get it but come on they mailed me an empty envelope. Who do they have working for them?

Every few years, I order from Zenni. The quality is very good. However, the feature of downloading your face to try the glasses on creeped me out. I didn't like that.

I just received my third pair of glasses that I have gotten from Zenni. Every single one has been beautiful and the prescription correct. I have already recommended it to other people, because getting glasses at optical departments is extremely expensive.

The variety and selection from Zenni are fantastic. I like the virtual try-on. To get that very first one though, it's hard to hold the card over the top of your head and then take a picture at the same time because you have to stand far enough back unless you have somebody that's standing with you or you do that somewhere. It was weird. But it’s cool. If the glasses were correct, I would love the quality and the cost. But I have to send them back again. I have bifocals at the bottom and clear at the top. So, the first time that these glasses were sent to me, they were absolutely backwards. So, I sent them in and I got them back last week in the very same thing. If I want to use them to read my computer screen, I have to be about 13 inches away from my computer screen to see clearly. And when I looked through the bifocals, it's very fuzzy. So, I had to both times send my prescription to make sure that I answered it right. And I did. So, I’m going to give up on it.
I'm going to go to a regular eye doctor that can fix the issue in that situation. But for those that it works for, Zenni is fantastic and they have cute glasses. Also, the site is awesome to maneuver but it wasn't for me. I'm frustrated that I cannot get 100% of my money back because this would be the third time. If you choose not to get a replacement glass for them to fix the issue and just want your money back, you only get 50% back. I've given them two tries and I'm not being mean about it at all but I'm done.

We were sorry to read that you believe that you ordered eyeglasses with bifocals at the bottom and clear at the top. In fact, the eyeglasses you ordered on both of your orders – o3662847857, placed on October 15, 2021, and o4481842961, placed on January 26, 2022 – are designed to provide good up-close vision up to three feet away. We were sorry that when you returned the first pair of eyeglasses – in full-rim, round, flexible-plastic, black frame 2023821, with white stripes on the bottoms of the rims, and a frame width of 130 millimeters – for an inspection, we found manufacturing errors on these eyeglasses, but our customer service representative did not confirm the near-range workspace progressive prescription type on these glasses when you contacted us about this matter. Instead of a remake of these eyeglasses, you asked for a 100 percent refund of their price in the form of store credit to your Zenni account, and you used this store credit toward the purchase of your next pair of near-range workspace progressive eyeglasses – in full-rim, rectangular, flexible-plastic, spring-hinged, tortoiseshell frame 238625, with a frame width of 136 mm. We were sorry to read that you could not see well with these eyeglasses, either. Consequently, we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result. Nevertheless, it was good to see that the customer service representative advised that these eyeglasses were ordered as near-range workspace progressives, that we emailed you the instructions to return these eyeglasses to us for an inspection, and that we also emailed you a prepaid mailing label to use for return postage. If our inspection finds any manufacturing errors on these eyeglasses, we can remake them for you for free, and since the near-range workspace progressive prescription type apparently does not work for you, you may select a different prescription type for the remake. But if our inspection finds no manufacturing errors on these eyeglasses, we can return them to you or issue the refund available for an order paid for partially with store credit, partially with funds from a credit card. That would be a 50 percent refund of the amount of store credit you used to pay for the order to the credit card used to pay for part of the order, minus the $4.95 Standard shipping fee, which we do not refund in a situation such as this. We look forward to receiving the eyeglasses from this order, so that we may inspect them and email you the inspection results, which we hope will enable us to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.

Zenni was the first one that I looked at and I liked their prices as well as their designs of the glasses. I keep on getting compliments on my glasses and whenever someone compliments me, I direct them to Zenni. Ordering is easy too. I pretty much just copy and paste everything.

Glasses are so personal -- I bought a pair and they looked terrible on me. Their return policy is awful -- within 30-days you can return the item for 50% of cost OR buy something else (one time offer). Terrible.

I liked the first two glasses that I got from Zenni and this is the third pair. So, I have all my information saved already in my account and ordering was super simple and straightforward. I got my prescription from my doctor and showed them what they asked me. The quality of the glasses is amazing. I've recommended a few people to go and told them to use Zenni. It's such a good price for the quality of glasses and so much easier than picking out super expensive glasses in store.

I knew what I was looking for when I went in so, the order process with Zenni was easy and fast. Although I had a little bit of lag with the try-on feature, it eventually started working. The glasses came a little bit earlier than I expected and they seemed solid and good.

I purchased glasses one time, and the process was fine, but the quality is a 5 out of 10. I almost get dizzy wearing them, but it might be my own fault because there was a recommendation for something that was going to up the price that I didn't do.

I absolutely love Zenni Optical, and I can't tell people enough good things about them. A friend of mine told me about it and ordered five pairs of glasses. I tried it, and now, I got three people ordering. The online process is perfect, and I like my Zenni glasses better than my ones from my optometrist.

The website worked fine for me. I did the downloading my face and that was very good because it gave me a chance to really try on the glasses. I used to just get the full rim and I select the lens by the trial on how it looks for me when I try it on. I've ordered some frames a couple of years back, and the quality is good. I have recommended Zenni to several people.

They have a huge variety of prices and selections. The fact that I can get the frames and the lenses with different types of scratchproof and everything, it made it so much cheaper for me. Also, my daughter could try the lenses on with the Virtual Try-On feature and she loved that. She played with it for a couple of days before she decided which one she was actually gonna get. Then, ordering was very easy because I didn't have to keep putting in her information for her glasses. It's saved so if she breaks them or anything like that, I could just go straight to the website and order a new pair.

Zenni is cheap and I'd use it. I've had a good experience with them. I was able to take my photo and put glasses on my face so I could tell which ones were too big or too small. I could see how the frames would fit around my eyes.

Personally I feel under the size option that it should be a bit like how they do it on Eyebuydirect. They give you all the specs to work with but also help you out a little with options like "small" to "extra large". I think that would help a lot of people like me with abnormally large shaped heads and faces finding glasses that can fit comfortably and compliment our features rather than look comically small. I tried to put in a larger number for all the options but it became too specific to find a pair so I just sort of settled for the pair I got.
I'm not exactly upset but even when using the virtual tech to try on the glasses they still looked bigger so that was kind of disappointing when I put them on and they were smaller. I can't be too upset though because these are just the hazards of online shopping. I hope this helps and they can do something to help better cater to people with big heads and features as it is a hassle and quite discouraging when shopping for glasses because the right pair is quite the self esteem booster.

When I download pictures and try the glasses on, everything worked perfectly. But I had an order and had to return it because I left out the bifocal part. I noticed that I got the first order much faster than this one which is still processing. But maybe the reason I got it faster is because I left out the bifocal. Other than that, I like the glasses. There's always a great quantity available in the frames I select. Zenni really meets the guidelines of what they say they are.

Love my new glasses, prescription is great, frames need adjustment but I think they will be great. I ordered the clip on sunglasses as well, disappointed with them as the clips scratched my new frames on both sides so won’t be using them. Also the clips were in my sightline so I wouldn’t recommend purchasing them.

These are perfect for my style and for my nose since most glasses irritate my nose. They are very comfortable and easy to wear. They are not tight and fit perfect behind my ear. The color black is neutral and easy to wear with all your outfits.

Zenni's process is straightforward. But what makes more sense for me is to just do the measurements. With the try-on feature, I can try them on but if I don't know the size of my face, that doesn't help me a lot. Other than that, the glasses are of good quality for the cost. I've already told many people to order their glasses from there.

I wear glasses daily, and spend a lot of time doing woodworking as a hobby. I absolutely hate wearing glasses over glasses, so I usually just skip the safety glasses and hope for the best. Right arm on my glasses was loose and the screw would not tighten it so, I decided to take a credit and order a different pair with more substantial arms. The rep was very nice and informative when I called. I have always been satisfied with my purchases here.

There was an issue with one of the lenses sliding back and forth within the frame. As soon as I contacted the company through the convenient chat option, they opened a review and let me know they would take care of the issue. Within a couple of days I had an email letting me know how it would be resolved, and I was very pleased to receive a replacement pair that is perfect. Will use again for sure for myself and others in my family.

I got a new RX after cataract surgery. So far I have ordered 6 new pairs of glasses and or sunglasses. Price for the 6 pairs is still less than the last one pair I had gotten. Now I can keep glasses in my car, in my purse, different places in the house. Very satisfied with every pair. No problems at all. Cost is low enough I don't have to try to just have one pair of glasses. I see well and love them all!

Ordering was simple. Looked at many different frame options. Used the "Try on" feature using an existing headshot that was closest to my face shape. I got my glasses and am happy with the cost and glasses. I will order from Zenni again and recommend to family and friends.

I ordered my first pair in June 2021- multifocal sunglasses. They arrived super fast and are adorable. I ordered my 2nd pair in January and love them. The prescription lenses are not the quality as they are ordering from an actual optical department. They are of poor grade material and since being made in a different country, even though they do have to be made to our countries specifications, they are still measured and made by hands/people with built in habit memory. I had mine tested when I had my latest eye exam. My eye doctor advised me that my Zenni glasses are the reason for my headaches. That is why they are so inexpensive. Not to mention we have to pay for not liking how these glasses turn out?? Charge us 50% or just exchange them one time?! I buy straight from my insurance company now.

This was my first pair of glasses with Zenni, so I wasn't 100% sure of how to use their website to its maximum value. I didn't know how to use the "Try On" feature. The glasses I ordered are really nice and have the magnet sunglasses, which is cool. I don't love the glasses on my face, but I have learned to use the "Try On" feature on the website and have ordered an additional two pairs of glasses. I know that I'll be ordering more pairs from Zenni in the future. They make it really easy to get quality glasses at a decent price.

This was my second order. The first one was pretty great. The frames were only slightly tweaked. This second pair though is pretty tweaked. I can't get them straight and I'm afraid of breaking them off I try more. I'm also not a fan of the frame. They were smaller in the virtual tryon. They are quite thicker than I expected. However, the order process was easy and they were delivered pretty quickly with standard delivery.

I had ordered a pair of glasses with a progressive lens subscription and was quite worried about them be correct. To my surprise they were great. I had my subscription updated and ordered another pair, however that one didn't work as well. My distance vision is good in right eye, not great in left and my reader vision is not there. I've ordered another pair now with my old subscription so hopefully it works out well like my other pair.

I like the frames and they arrived quickly, but a visit to my eye doctor confirmed that the transition is too high in both lenses, resulting in my inability to see things at a distance. I don’t think I’ll order here again, even though the price is good.

Zenni was easy to use. I just took a picture on my phone, uploaded it to the computer, uploaded it to the program and tried on glasses from there. My brother started using Zenni. He had a good experience and the glasses came back nice so I used Zenni too. I have five or six pairs from them and the price is comparable. However, they don't roll and polish. Also, the quality of the frame is more of a short term use than long term.

I love my glasses from Zenni. They're very sturdy. I haven't had any to break or scratch, so they're very high quality. I ordered my first pair probably six months ago and I've ordered one more since then. Sometimes, the website is slow or it could just be my phone but other than that, it is very easy to navigate. I like the try-on feature 'cause you can see how the glasses would look on you.

I purchased my first glasses from Zenni in 2017 and I've had good quality glasses ever since. Recently, I had to return some glasses because the pupillary distance is wrong in both of the pairs that I ordered. They credited my account and then I bought two pairs again. That process was really easy. I didn't expect it to be that quick. Zenni has really good customer service and quick turnaround.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and received them in good condition. I could not see out of the lenses even though I ordered the ones that was recommended for my prescription. I even went back to the doctor to make sure it wasn’t a prescription error. Turns out the issue was the lenses curve. When I spoke with customer service, I was just told to reorder with different lenses. When I asked how I could be sure it would be the curve I needed, he just kept telling me to order different lenses. I finally got what seemed like a helpful answer as to how to get what I needed. I followed the representative’s instructions only to receive an email that they couldn’t complete my order. I’ve previously had great experiences with Zenni but this one has been a huge hassle.

I like Zenni. They're cheaper than other companies. Their website was fine. Didn’t get the virtual thing of putting the glasses on your face. But other than that, it was okay. The first pair of glasses that I got was fine. But this last one that I got was just too tight. It pressed too tight behind my ear.

I love Zenni. I have ordered 60-plus pairs of glasses from them in my life. I ordered glasses for my mom and grandma on there. I'm definitely a faithful customer to them. I’m excited that they rolled out the rewards program recently. So, now that they have that, I climbed up the totem pole on the rewards pretty quick. I typically order three pairs of glasses, every three months. For my job, I have to wear a uniform. I like to change my glasses and everybody always gives me compliments. Like, “How many pairs of glasses do you have?” I’m like, “A lot.” I like that. Some of the older ones that I don't wear as much sit in a drawer. But I keep them on my dresser and I have them all spaced out on my dresser so I can see what I’m working with.
They have emailed me before about pupillary distance because I had ordered two pairs of glasses but the distance was different on the frame, and they wanted to call and make sure that I still wanted to order them ‘cause they noticed that it was different. At the time, I was ordering one for myself and one for my mom. I thought that was really excellent that they had called to make sure that I knew I was ordering two different people or distance.

I got promotional offer from Zenni Optical in December 2021 that looks good. Even the glass I am wearing now is still good, I decided to order one for backup. So I went to have new eye examination. My glass prescription hasn't changed over the year. Placed the order online and received the glass in two weeks. However the new glass was blurry when I put it on. I barely can see things 3 feet away. I verified that the number that I entered for my prescription in the order was accurate. I contacted Zenni customer service and was advised that I can return it and get new replacement. After I followed the instruction and used their return label to return the glass, I received the notification of store credit.
Then I tried to order exactly same glass (same frame, same prescription, same added on features), the price went up 30%. I called customer service and was told this is new order. So they can't use the promotional offer (30% off) in my original order. The agent said it is their company's policy that there is nothing he can do. I asked for full refund to my original method of payment if they couldn't do the free replacement, the agent refused citing that he has no power to do so. Then I asked the agent to escalate to his superiors who can help. He said he would his supervisor to contact me the next day. Now 4 days has passed, no one from Zenni ever called me or contacted me. I am very disappointed with Zenni's product and its service. I regret to deal with this untrustworthy merchant. Now I have to file claim with my credit card company to recovery my loss.

Zenni had a lot of variety of frames and it was less expensive. I got a full rim for my 16-year-old. I did it all online. It went smoothly. I was getting emails that were telling me my order was on its way. She likes them. I'm planning on having my children, after they get their eye exams, order new glasses from Zenni again.

The website is okay but I don't care much for the checkout process. It's a little cumbersome. Also, sometimes I want to refer back to a pair I had bought before to see what size they were or something about them that I wanted to look for in another pair and it’s not really easy to go back into an old order and bring that information up. But as far as the shopping process, scrolling through the styles and being able to try them on my face, it's fine.
Once they say they're going to ship them, they come within a few days, which is kind of a long time but not so much that I wouldn't consider purchasing again. They've always been packaged well and I've never had an issue with anything being cracked or broken. Also, although the quality of a couple of pairs of glasses isn't stellar, the price offsets that. I have a pair I bought a year or so ago and they’re a little beat up. I’m a little bit disappointed with them. The quality of the plastic is not quite as good as I would like. On the other hand, I have other pairs that seem just fine and have been holding up well. I've given a lot of people a recommendation to go ahead and try Zenni.

Purchasing from Zenni has been fairly easy, but I can never get my picture in there. It’s not taking it. I even tried it on my other computer. But I absolutely love their product. It’s better than everyone else's. You can't also beat the price.

It was simple ordering through Zenni, except for the last time my husband ordered. I don't know if he put in the wrong information, but he didn't get the glasses that he wanted. So, he had to ship it back. But it was pretty easy. He likes the quality of the products. This was his second pair that he ordered.

My 13-year-old fell down the steps with the glasses in her hand and scratched the lenses on the wall as she was falling down. I contacted customer service and they were very quick about saying to take a picture of what happened and to send the glasses back in. They reimbursed me for what I paid for them and then I rebought the same exact prescription. All I had to pay was shipping. It worked out really well. Also, my daughter is happy with how the glasses look. I would totally utilize Zenni again.

The quality of the glasses I've gotten is pretty good so far, except for the last order where the stems of the glasses that go behind the ears are too short. I tried to see if there was a return label and I could not find one from my order email or on the website. Other than that, the glasses are durable for being inexpensive prescription glasses. The website is pretty user-friendly and the glasses get here in the time that they tell you. I don't think I've waited over two weeks for them to be shipped. Also, we like the glasses. Be careful when ordering bifocals. I bought two pair, they are not “no line” which is fine but one hits in a good spot, the other right through my line of vision. The glasses cannot be worn at all. I have otherwise had great experiences with Zenni.

Since you mention that one pair works well for you but the other one does not, we were sorry to read that you are having a vision issue with one of the pairs of bifocal glasses you ordered, and we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result. You do not mention in your review which pair of bifocals is working for you and which pair is not. The two pairs of eyeglasses you ordered are full-rim, square, mixed-material, ombre tortoiseshell and coral frame 7813125, with a frame width of 137 millimeters and a lens height of 41 mm, and half-rim, oval, metal, spring-hinged, brown frame 463115, with a frame width of 130 mm and a lens height of 30 mm. We want to mention that we placed the top of the bifocal segment height at 4 mm below the centerline of the lens. Therefore, since frame 7813125 has a lens height of 41 mm, the centerline of this lens is at 20.5 mm, and the top of the bifocal segment lens is placed 4 mm below this, at 16.5 mm up from the bottom. Frame 463115 has a 30 mm lens height, so the centerline of this lens is at 15 mm up from the bottom, with the top of the bifocal segment lens placed 4 mm below this, at 11 mm up from the bottom. This order is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered. Therefore, you may return the pair of bifocal glasses that is not working for you for one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the PayPal account you used to pay for the glasses. We've been getting our glasses from Zenni for a while now and the website is a lot better than I remember it being when we started ordering. Also, the glasses don’t fall apart and they don’t hurt my face. There's a feature where you can download your face and try the glasses on. It's a little weird and not the same as trying it on in person but it gives a pretty good idea of how it's gonna sit on your face. Zenni is a really good place to get some affordable glasses.

You will not be disappointed purchasing with Zenni, this is really quality material. Sturdy, fashionable, and reasonably priced; you can't go wrong. So happy I found them. I'll never overpay for eyeglasses ever again. Got 2 pairs for under $130.00 compared to other places that are 200.00 and more for only 1 pair. Do yourself a favor and just try them out I'm so happy I did. Glasses come with free cases, a ruler to measure your pupil distance and microfiber cloths to clean your lens also a laser to show you are protected from blue light. The wait time was reasonably. They ship through USPS; you may be able to request a speedier delivery method. I went with the free route with no problems.

I foolishly left my glasses on the trunk of my car and then drove off. About a half an hour later on my way back home I found them in the middle of the road. They had been run over and broken. It was so easy for me to just go on Zenni’s website, go to my previous order, and click re-order. I completed my order and only then realized that I did not ask for expedited shipping. So I contacted Zenni, and a helpful person got it all set up so that I could pay for expedited shipping. I got my glasses within one week. EXTREMELY satisfied with the fast service.

I really like the looks of the aviator sunglasses but they are too dark I don't know what I did whether it was adding the blue blocker but they are way darker than average sunglasses and it makes it hard to see.
We are sorry that the tint on your lenses is darker than you anticipated, and we apologize for the dissatisfaction you experience as a result. Our records show that you selected Blokz sunglasses with a classic sky blue mirror finish, which comes automatically bundled with a dark gray tint. We want you to know that there are other options that will not be as dark as the one you chose. For example, choosing regular sunglasses, instead of Blokz sunglasses and then selecting the gradient instead of classic mirror tint would be a slightly lighter option. Choosing a fashion tint without a mirror finish would be lighter as well. The gradient tint option will still be a pairing of the sky blue mirror with a gray tint, but the gray tint will be dark near the top of the lenses and gradually get lighter as you move toward the bottom of the lenses, while a fashion tint would be lighter throughout the entire lens. Although the 30-day return window for your glasses has expired, we will be happy to make an exception to allow you to return the glasses for store credit so that you may try a lighter tint option. Ordered a pair of prescription eyeglasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She needed new glasses, as her old pair were too loose on her and wearing out. Not only are their glasses comfy and stylish. They are affordable. Lenses and frames for as cheapest 9.95. UNHEARD OF!!!. Go to your doctor's office, you are lucky if you can spend less than 300 on cute glasses and lenses. I'm happy with all of the glasses I've purchased with Zenni. I got 4 pairs at 12.95 a pair, plus a pair of sunglasses...Maybe I spent 105 tops. I was shocked because prescription sunglasses are a luxury item when going to the actual doctor's. The first time I ordered with Zenni it was great. This time it seems to be taking forever and I don’t think my glasses will arrive on time and there is seems to be no way to contact customer service or change/cancel the order.

I order once or twice a year from Zenni and I like it. The first time, I had to wait two months but it was while we were having some problems with getting things shipped in so I expected it. It’s hard to get the website to do what you want to at times, but it’s good. I recommend Zenni all the time based on price. You couldn’t find anything cheaper and as decent. Even though it's a cheap little case, it's a good case and it always comes with something to clean the glasses. An explanation of the pupillary distance can be helpful though.

The glasses from Zenni have always been readily available for me. They come very quickly in the mail and I've been very pleased. I had in the past just one style. I ordered it twice and both sets bent, and I couldn't get those fixed. But the rest of them that I ordered were fine. They were very durable.

This company seems like providing low-cost eye glasses, but it is really a rip off. If anything goes wrong with glasses, this company doesn't provide any replacement service, only available option is to return with 50% refund or store credit. If the glasses goes wrong again, the store credit will be refund at 50%. For eye glasses service, this policies are unheard of, it is like a scam for consumers to absorb our cost in order to feed them revenue that they don't deserve. In addition, the agents are rude and I got hanged up twice. First time, the agent was mysteriously disappeared when I was asking questions and never came back. The second time, the agent closed out the chat window when I was still typing. I honestly won't come back and would warn everyone to be aware this company.

It's super easy to use Zenni’s website. I haven't tried the try-on feature because I use my computer but I love every pair that I've gotten. Plus, they came super quick. I like the design on the glasses that I got because it was different and I've never seen anything like them. I got a pair of sunglasses too. I tried Zenni out and they worked really good. When you go on there, it's all pretty self-explanatory. But the lenses of the sunglasses I got were a little small and I need wider frame glasses. They have a filter for wide frames but some of the wide frames are still a little tight so I have to make sure they're past the millimeter mark that I need.

First of all, I have more than five pairs of Zenni glasses. They are inexpensive and stylish which is great. The service is fast and they deliver without fail a good product at an inexpensive price. The problem is that over the years, the lenses, or the coating on the lenses gets wavy which renders the glasses unusable. The lenses spent most of the time in a drawer and were never exposed to heat. I don't know if this is the coating that turns them darker in the sunlight or another coating, but for whatever reason, the lenses degraded. This is something that happens longer than two years from purchase. It is not covered by warranty. I have followed up with Zenni customer service and they offered no solution. I totally understand. I have not had this experience with glasses from other sources.
The other consideration is that the focus point for inexpensive glasses is very specific. Moving your eyes to the left or right will result in some blurry images. This doesn't happen as much with lenses sourced from other retailers. Overall, Zenni provides good value for cost, but if you are looking for lasting quality lenses, do your comparisons and try to set your expectations. I don't feel bad about three of my Zenni purchases, and am only disappointed in two of my Zenni glasses.

I liked my glasses. The only thing that I wish is that they had larger glasses. I have a larger face so I have to have frames that are large. People posted reviews and pictures of themselves with the glasses and the glasses looked really big on them but when I got them in person, they were not as big as they seemed. But the quality is like any other glasses that I've ever gotten, even the super expensive ones from our eye doctor. If a friend asked me about Zenni, I'd tell them to go ahead and order.

We ordered my husband's glasses and the glasses are protruding out. It looks weird. They have the option of putting a picture in and then getting glasses on but in reality, it's different than the pictures.

I submitted my prescription and order a pair of frames that I found. The ordering process went well and I found a pair that I wanted and was excited to receive my glasses, put them on and the vision is so blur. Is there a way to have this problem resolved?

I have gotten two pairs from Zenni already and they're good. I had the full length, plastic texture. It's easy to find the style that I put in my options. I check my options and go straight to the pairs I want. I had a pair that was made blurry. They weren't my right prescription. And they were nice. Zenni took them back and exchanged them in for the right prescription.
Just recently, I had a pair that was too big for my face after I tried them on, and I sent them back so they gave me a credit to get another pair. But when the credit came in, they were still blurry. I sent them back and they told me I couldn't get a full refund. My credit from returning the pair that didn't fit right was $121. I could only get half of the refund because I used the store credit. It was very weird. But they said it was for processing and I was like, “Well, it’s my money.” But I didn't argue with them.
I went back to the eye doctor last November. I got my right prescription for this year. I put my prescription in and the glasses came back blurry. When I told Zenni that, I used my credit. And when I told them that they were blurry, they said I had some type of something vision setup on it. I told them I couldn't see out of them. They told me because it was a store credit that I wasn't able to get my full refund back. They only credited me back $47. Other than that, it has been great.

I tried Zenni and got a nice pair of glasses at a good price - however, they came apart in about 4 months. No damage they simply fell apart. The temple is connected to the hinge via a small pin and it is simply glued in place. Most good quality glasses have temple that screw into the hinge. But these are just glued in place and very easily come apart and you can't fix them. I have used Super Glue and they are now in place but the hinge no longer works. I am very disappointed because I really liked them but their poor quality would prevent future purchases from them. Their return policy is just for 30 days. Almost like planned obsolescence. Designed to fall apart just after their warranty period.

I got some mixed help from various people, but in the end I was happy - I asked for a couple things to be changed and it wasn't an issue. I would say I think there needs to be a video of how to measure and such; some of the stuff for glasses prescription wasn't given by my optometrist so that's confusing... maybe an explanation as well for that. Also, my case is almost impossible to open - I need to write on chat and ask for a new one. But, I am happy with my glasses and will buy from Zenni again :).

The prescription glasses that I wore previously cost me about 150 bucks out of pocket from my eye doctor. But I paid $48 for the comparable glasses at Zenni. Compared to cost, the quality at Zenni is good. If you buy Ray-Ban frames, they're 200 bucks. But the same-looking frames from Zenni are 12 bucks. They're probably made in the same factory, which is ridiculous.

I’ve been purchasing from Zenni for about six years. When I first started wearing progressive lens, they were so expensive in town. But they were $300 less through Zenni Optical. So I've been a pretty good, satisfied customer of Zenni Optical ever since. They have very reasonable frames. They have unquestionable quality. I never had a pair of glasses from Zenni Optical that didn’t work, and I wasn’t totally satisfied with. My last glasses has an octagon frame, and everywhere I go, everybody wants to know where I got it. I just ordered another pair from Zenni. They got everything you need.

I love that I can get relatively inexpensive frames from Zenni. If they break, it's not a huge financial loss on my part. But I like accessorizing and glasses are an accessory to me. With Zenni, I get to pick several different styles and colors. If I find a style I like, it comes in multiple colors. So I can get many of the same frame that I like, but with different outfits. I purchased for both myself and my daughter. She has a very high prescription. So I like that I'm able to do the same for her accessory-wise. Two months ago, we got matching styles and it was fun. Anybody who asked me about my glasses, I always tell them to use Zenni. They've shipped anywhere from El Paso to Alabama to Alaska. We love Zenni. We're really grateful for their service.

Everybody's talking about Zenni Optical and it’s much cheaper to order from them. They have a good selection and they have that upload where a picture can be uploaded. I use it a lot and I have the saved hearts for the next few. Where I'm from, the pair of glasses would cost us 500 bucks. We got no choice. However, the shipping takes three weeks. It’s great if we have a prescription saved. I don’t know what their process is, but I just click, and then bam, and I sit and wait for them.

Ordered sun activated blue glasses and a purple activated pair. The picture shows clear but the blue I received are a horrible yellow color. I sent in proof and customer service rep said that they will send me a new pair just for me to get email 2 days later stating different. Supervisor was suppose to call me and never did. The activated purple pair have bubbles in the frame where your nose sits. Just not good frames and poor customer service for spending over $140.

I have been wanting prescription sunglasses for years but never got around to it. I got 2 pairs polarized, express shipping, and a case for around $120 with a Black Friday coupon!!! Once I ordered my first pair and then another pair. I was able to look back at the dimensions of those to know what I liked and what size was good for me. It usually says it’s gonna be a crazy amount of time to deliver. This last time, it took almost two weeks. But usually, it’s fairly quick for the timeframe.

I ordered 3 pairs and am sad to say I’m not happy with any of them. I have ordered in the past and been very happy, not sure what the issue was this time. I use the try on and EACH pair looks completely different in hand! Sizing is so so off! The nose piece on 1 has turned green after 2 half day wears and one plastic pair seems to be lopsided. I’m hoping to return and find something that works because the appeal of not having to go to the optometrist is the reason I started ordering in the first place.

Took longer than expected to get them. Single vision prescription only viewable if looking straight through the lenses. Double vision if diverting eyes left or right. Transition is annoying. Seldom use them. The accompanying clip on sunglasses do not fit.

Website, ordering, and shipping all excellent. Not pleased with the frames or lenses. Frames are crooked (don't sit square) and the lenses look like they are transition lenses that haven't fulling cleared. Reminds me of the 70s with lightly tinted lenses.

I really like the clear pink glasses that I got, but the metal and pink/blue framed ones are VERY small. They seem children sized, although they were labeled as adult, and the review images appeared to be much bigger. I’m very disappointed as these are unusable for me.

I added and paid for photochromic grey onto my lens and my lens do not tint whatsoever when they are in the sunlight when I am outside. Other than that, I love my glasses, but next time I do order, I suggest that they are tested and made sure all the added features are there.

I ordered a pair of men's glasses. They fit great and I can see through them. My problem is they are brown glasses and the inside of the legs are pink. I went back to make sure I ordered men's and I did. And the pic shows they are pink. No other glasses in the selection of colors has different color lens. I would think the majority of men would not want glasses with pink on them. I'll have to order new ones.

Anti fog coating does not work. Used applicator as directed, glasses still fogged. Unhappy with paying for something that does not work. See attached pictures. Otherwise the glasses arrived as advertised. Ordering the glasses was easy, saved prescription worked well. Lens clarity (when not fogged) is good.

Both pairs of glasses I ordered had the wrong prescription in the left lens. I returned my order, saw that it delivered about a week ago, and have yet to hear back from Zenni regarding the correction. I will be calling later this week if I do not hear about a correction soon.

I’ve been able to find what I wanted in Zenni's selection. The rep was supposed to get back to me about the glasses that tint as you go out in the sun and he never did. I was concerned because I didn't think it was effective in that. The second time, it was the wrong script, and it was my mistake. They took them back and gave me a gift certificate to buy another pair. I would recommend them to a friend. I just wouldn't do it as a one-time deal. It's too important to get a script that’s correct and that’s what I was told. With my shopping here, I only had to get a new exchange once. They’ve been a good experience overall and I would continue to order from them.

My purchasing experience was excellent. As long as you have your pupil distance and all that, it's perfect. There are quite a few products to choose from and I like that Zenni allows me to choose a face shape and try the glasses on virtually. It makes the buying experience much better. I was pleasantly surprised that the glasses arrived quickly. It arrived just as fast as if I had bought them in the store and I didn't even go to the store to get them. Also, I thought the glasses were going to be cheap knockoffs. I'm a police officer and I've gotten into a couple of scrapes with them and they have survived quite well.

The quality is not as nice as expensive glasses. But because of the lower cost, I'm fine with that. It's convenient to use Zenni because they already have my prescription. So it's just an easy couple of clicks to drop all of that into new frames and get new glasses.

I like the face-to-face customer service. They stay open early and stay open late. But when somebody calls the helpline, they should be a little fast answering the call. I loved the variety at Zenni. I've ordered two pairs of full rims, one purple and one turquoise. The quality is great. But I might have to send the turquoise pair back because the lens is not right for my left eye.

Zenni is my favorite place to get glasses. Everything always ships super quick and I get the tracking right away. There are never any damaged items and I always get exactly what I ordered. They have quality glasses, where I have designs that I can choose from. Then if I like the type of glasses, I can get different colors of them. I started with really cheap plastic glasses and I absolutely loved them. Six months ago, I decided to go a little bit out of my comfort zone and get a different shape of glasses. I decided on metal ones and I was so surprised by the quality of it. It felt like ones that you would pay $200 for at a regular glasses place.

Sometimes there are hidden fees so instead of the frames being $20 or $30, I'd be told I have to pay X amount for the lenses, which are recommended for my prescription or something like that. Things like that could be included in the price a little more. Also, sometimes the stems are a little short and the protective coatings aren't as strong. But generally speaking, I really like them. I keep buying them.

I purchased a pair of glasses from Zenni Optical online #1910015. I paid an additional amount of money to have photo chromatic lenses, lenses that get darker outdoors. When the glasses arrived I noticed that they were not tinting outdoors. Even after 10 minutes in direct sunlight they only slightly had a bluish tint. Nothing like what was stated when I was ordering or the photos and illustrations provided. I contacted Zenni optical, they informed me that the best they can do is give me a store refund credit, which does not include the 30% off coupon or the shipping and handling costs or they could refund me my money but only at 50%. Either way I will be losing money because they misled me and had false advertising.

I love the price of Zenni Optical. I like how quick my order shows up in the mail. The quality's just like the price. It's cheap. They break, but so do other glasses. I'm paying 10 bucks. I'm kind of thankful I'm not paying 400 because those will also break. Two of my children wear glasses, and I order tons of glasses for them at a time. I would be so sad if Zenni didn’t exist.

I've ordered from Zenni Optical about six times and sometimes, the quality is good and other times, it's questionable. The glasses I have now, there's a spot in the lenses that just don't seem to focus. I had that with more than one set of glasses. I also have some glasses that the lenses fall out or the arms come off of them. Sometimes I notice that they don't give you all the options for the lenses when you go to order. Sometimes they pigeonhole you into whatever they want you to order. You have to find the button to say what other lens options are available. I would like to know all my options instead of having to hunt around and try to figure out what my options are.

I love the quality and the price of the glasses that I've gotten from Zenni Optical so far. The delivery time wasn't bad. It wasn't really quick either. It was a couple of weeks. I have one pair that I like to wear. I ordered four different pairs, and they're all the same as that prescription and each of them, when I put them on, it does not feel like it. So, I do feel bad and I do not like that because it hurts. Also, I like the oversized look. So, I wish there was a little bit of more options for the oversized sunglasses look as well.

My mother started to use Zenni's service for her glasses and recommended it to me. I like it a lot. Shipping time has been a little slow. I’d still recommend it to friends, but I would warn them the time it takes to ship. It takes a little longer than a month. Even my rush order was about three weeks. Other than that, I have no other complaints. I do like that there is a lot of selection. I've broken a few pairs but for the price I'm paying, that's pretty fair.

I did not know you could buy glasses online when I was first told about it. Zenni was the first one that I knew of. So I gave it a shot and liked it. This has been my second go around buying glasses from them. Buying from them is easy once you decide which glasses to get. I've liked the quality of the glasses a lot. The first pair I got was from my optometrist, and Zenni can compare to them. So I'm happy with it. I'm glad that Zenni is there to provide not only quality, but the cost is really cost-effective too.

The nose bridge on their glasses (Plastic) fell off within 6 months. Called them and they said that there is nothing they can do. Then the audacity of the woman asking me if I would like to buy another pair of glasses. Ridiculous! Fix your quality problems. If you think you are getting a 'cheap pair' please be careful before buying from Zenni.

In my first prescription, I put the values in wrong and Zenni handled it fine. Also, I wanted to do a return, but it was past a year, and they didn't even have the screw for the glasses. They wanted me to order a new pair and try and put the lenses in. They could be different and off, and the lens wouldn’t guarantee a fit. I couldn't believe that they did not have that screw.

I always love my glasses. I've contacted customer service once and it was only because I had gotten my prescription wrong and I wanted to correct it. They corrected it right away and I didn't have any issues after that.

Zenni has good prices sure but they have had my glasses now for almost 2 months and I still don't have them back. The first pair they sent me was messed up and I couldn't see anything at all. I verified with my Dr the RX was incorrect so she adjusted the RX and we sent the frames and lenses back to have them corrected. They then emailed me saying there was no issue with them and I could only have a 50% refund. I called them and they are still saying they didn't mess up. I have the RX and I have called so now I am out $200.00. To some this is not much but to me this is A LOT!!

I'm a school nurse, and we have a lot of low-income families. They won't take their kids to an eye doctor, so we do free eye exams here then I always refer them to Zenni. I've also been in four different school systems, and any time we have nurses' meetings, I always bring up, "Hey, ZenniOptical.com is always an option." 'Cause a lot of us nurses will pay for it.
I hate glasses, so I rarely wear them. But Zenni's so cheap. Five years ago, the prescription they sent me was wrong and I got really bad migraines, so I took them in to my doctor's office. However, I thought, "For six bucks, I don't really care, and especially since I don't wear them." I just have far distance, and usually, if I can't wear my contacts, I will just play on my phone up close. There was one time I got an eye infection, so I had to wear my glasses for seven days, but other than that, I wear my glasses so infrequently. If I do, it's not in public and it'd just be something to watch TV.

Zenni Optical doesn't screw up my prescription glasses and I've got seven pairs of glasses off their website so far. Everything I've gotten has fit the description 100%. They're pretty fast to get it to me. It's only a couple of weeks before I would get the prescription glasses.
