    This was my first experience with Zenni prescription glasses. The frames were good for a backup pair, but the prescription lenses were off. It’s kind of wavy and not strong enough. I’ve ordered glasses online from other vendors with no issues, so I think it was the manufacturer. I could make them do in a bind, but I’ll order elsewhere next time.

    My glow in the dark glasses could hardly be called such. The glow is just barely visible in a completely dark room. The prescription itself feels slightly off. Wearing the glasses for one day gave a me a massive headache. Very disappointing.

    The pricing is definitely hard to beat, but the glasses don’t fit my five year old. With how thick the plastic is, I don’t see any way to even attempt to adjust them. She loves the color, but they are constantly sliding off her face. We were also told that they probably aren’t as good for her astigmatism, so we will be looking elsewhere. Thank you for being so affordable though :).

    I placed an order on 10/14. The glasses were not quite right. My daughter complained of blurry vision. We called Zenni and they asked us to have the lens verified at the optometrist’s office. We did it that day. The optometrist verified that the lens didn’t match the Rx for the left eye. We contacted Zenni again for a shipping label for a replace of the lens that is incorrect. That process was really smooth. It is now 11/15 and I’m going back and forth trying to get the glasses that I paid for with the Rx that was entered and submitted correctly. I won’t do business with this company again. They still haven’t made it right. They just want to argue. I have sent screenshots of the order and the Rx. It matches. They are telling me it doesn’t. I don’t know where the disconnect is?

    I’ve been ordering from Zenni for a while and I’ve pretty much always been satisfied with what I got. I did an add-on to one of the orders, and it was the blue light but I wasn't crazy about those. But all the other features, I really liked. Before, when I order from the optometrist and it was usually with insurance, I would pay no less than 200 but sometimes 300. But for the last pair of glasses that I ordered from Zenni, I paid around 65. So it's a huge price difference and it's just a really great deal for what you're getting.

    The quality has been very good for the glasses. I like the way the frames look. They have several different face shapes so you can kind of see how it looks. When they arrive, they look just like they do online and they're sturdy. They don't look like they're cheaply made. You can see very well out of them, provided that you put the correct prescription in. I put my prescription from the optometrist. So I was satisfied knowing that the prescription I put in was the one that was in the glasses because I was able to see very well out of them. They even would send you the little measurement thing so you can measure your pupillary distance. I have no intention of switching to any other company because I've been pretty much satisfied with my orders from there.

    The right side of the frame is kind of off, like they were not put on correctly. They sift to the left, which causes it to sit slightly off on my face. I have to push the right side all the time so that it sits on my face correctly. No matter how much I bend them, they will not fit my face correctly. It's a bit annoying, but it's one of the downside when ordering glasses online.

    I have communicated with Zenni specialist be made an order, and I was told, if the glass doesn't meet my expected, they will replace a new one without any cost. After communicated with the girl name is Jennifer, she told me, "No need worry about anything," if the product doesn't work, they will do full refund or replace a new one. In fact, that was lying, and now after 4 months communicate with Bella, first time they told me, only refund 50% and has to be store credit, because this glass has my name on, so I told them, replace a new one and send to me. If new one still doesn't work, I can return them without refund me anything.

    They disagree with this, now the eyeglass is a trash for me, and ruined my eye vision too, this is how ** do business, they don't care their reputation at all.     The first pair of glasses I received were beyond bent and messed up. I reached out and new frames were sent and I was instructed on how to change out the lens. It’s obvious the lens do not fit that frame. I had a colleague with many years in the optometry field change them out/adjust and the lens do not fit the frame.     Somehow some numbers were missing from my address and my glasses was sent back to you. Instead of calling me, so I could go the my local post office and pick up the glasses, my glasses were sent back. I know Zenni has no control on shipping from US Postal Service but it is taking longer to ship my glasses back to Zenni than it took for them to send them to me the first time. It has been 10 days and Zenni has not yet received my glasses, so they have not sent them back.

    My phone number was on my account, if I was notified before my glasses was shipped back to Zenni, I could have went and picked them up from the post office. I have no idea if my glasses is lost or what, all I get from Zenni is that they have not received my glasses back yet. I know that Zenni should be able to track and at least see where my glasses are at! Are they in the states? China? Timbuktu? Where? I have no idea how long it's going to take for me to get my glasses.

    In the future Zenni needs to contact me before sending glasses back. I have many friends that highly recommended Zenni, so I give you a try and the very first order has been a bad experience. I'm sure I will get my glasses, but when? "Hopefully before Christmas". I think that Zenni should give me a free set of clip on sun shades for my trouble. I really want to give Zenni a good review.

    I loved my previous experiences with Zenni but this time around has been so difficult. My glasses have been ordered for 2 weeks now and they still have not shipped, I received a weird text message saying that my shipping address was "inaccurate" but when I checked my account; it's still the same address my previous glasses have been shipped to. Trying to contact customer service has been a headache and I just get told that it takes 2 weeks, and I'll receive an email when they ship. It's been 2 weeks, I got an email yesterday saying they've shipped, yet they still have not shipped. I still love Zenni and I will always recommend them BUT be warned that their shipping process is an absolute nightmare.

    I ordered glasses on Sept 17. I received an email on Sept 28 saying they sent them to someone else. They said they were going to remake the glasses on a RUSH basis. They did NOT. When you call, no one speaks English and they REFUSE to refund my money. They are not a trustworthy company. I'm going to have to file theft charges.     Ordering from Zenni Optical was easy and they've all been great. But we didn't like the quality of the last pair of glasses that we got from them. It's a lot flimsier though it's not a super expensive one and we didn't care for it as much. We need to send it back but in the meantime, I've ordered another pair, so we're supposed to be getting another pair anytime. I also tried the glasses on through their website where I've taken a picture of myself in hopes that I could somewhat see what they look like. When they first added that feature, it was really difficult. But it's a lot easier now than what it used to be.

    Other than that, the other glasses that I got from Zenni which is more than five years old held up really well. Their products are a lot cheaper, too. The lenses are so expensive from other companies and our eye doctor is next to LensCrafters. But it seemed like it was so much easier through Zenni Optical. It's just couple clicks and you have 10 million glasses to choose from. Then, if you end up not liking the ones you bought, they're just glasses and they're cheaper, so you feel better about that.

    I really love Zenni and have had great service and received excellent glasses that held up to everyday wear. I did do believe their "Only Once" return policy is highly problematic. I reordered the same pair of glasses and the second pair came in so large they wouldn't even touch my ears when sitting on my nose. The frames were completely stretched out. When I asked about a return, it was then that I learned of their "only allowed to return once" policy. I did successfully reorder, but I am concerned about trying a new frame style in the future....What if it earnestly doesn't fit (like my previous experience)? Will I just have to keep the frames that don't work at all? I just believe they need to make this very clear when you become a client and may need to think about how to make this more fair to consumers (especially those that really need help and are not trying to abuse any type of return policy).

    Zenni has all sorts of cheaper frames and I can get all sorts of options for a lot less. I have enjoyed it. I was always happy with what I found. I've been able to use the same prescription now for at least seven years, which is nice. The virtual try-on tool helps for the shape of the glass frame, and for the colors. But it's hard to get those pictures to match up for the fitting.

    I had one bad experience. I ordered a set. It's like a clip-on. I get them all the time for sunglasses. I have the yellow-tinted ones for night vision. I like those ones. I also have the sunglass ones that I clip on. And I got one for the 3-D viewing. Unfortunately, the ones I got, I couldn't see a difference. I can see the 3-D effect when I look at the things through 3-D glasses on top of my glasses. So, my assumption is there's something wrong with what Zenni sent out because it didn't give me any effect. But that wasn't anything on the site or the customer service side. Manufacturing must have made a mistake somewhere.

    Zenni has a fast approach to sending glasses out and they have cheap lenses as well. I like their website and their app too. They have this feature that lets you use a picture you take beforehand. That didn't work as well as I imagined and it made the glasses bigger on my face than what I thought.     If you read the return policy, it is misleading. A one time full credit refers only to the frames (although it does not say this). I bought 3 pair, 2 were fine, but the 3rd were blurry & gave me a headache. When I called they would do nothing to correct the bad lenses, but offered the one time full refund, so I accepted this - thinking I would get back what I paid. I only got back the amount of the frame. I complained & all they would say was “That is the option you chose.”

    So I asked them to return the frames so I could take them somewhere else for lenses and they said no they donate them. I told them I was very unhappy & would never buy from them again (these were my 6th pair). Upon hanging up the representative said “Don’t forget to use your credit.” Then I received 2 more emails about how it was my fault for choosing a one time credit - which no one ever gave me a different option. After the second email, I responded with the request to stop emailing me. They then sent another email telling me not to forget to use my credit. My advised is buy at your own risk.

    Zenni was convenient to look up online. I purchased twice from them and the variety of their products is good. When we ordered the glasses, we did the Try-On thing. The glasses were for my son and they ended up being three sizes too small. We sent them back. All in all, the initial engagement is time-consuming and a little bit clunky. It's not super easy to use and you have to figure a lot of things out on your own. But once you walk through it a couple of times and understand how the user thing works, it gets a little easier.

    Ordering from them is seamless and easy. You just go to the website, pick your frame, put your prescription in, and order. It works well and it's easy to do. It's fabulous. The frames are fine. They are equal to what I was getting at my eye doctor's office. The way that your progressive lenses are ground down and centered in the frame is important. With Zenni, sometimes it's spot-on but sometimes it's not. So it's mediocre. But it's much more cost-effective than going through your brick-and-mortar optical stores, and it's good quality. The delivery used to be pretty good. But now, I get the impression that the lenses are being done in China and it takes longer to get your glasses.

    I’d leave less than one star if I could. STAY AWAY FROM ZENNI… Worst service ever! I placed an order on August 2nd, they said 7-9 days to receive the glasses… 13 days later I get an email that the glasses had shipped and the address on the shipping was not mine. I called them immediately to which I got the rudest man who told me too bad, nothing we can do. No refund for the glasses, no store credit for the glasses not even an apology for ripping me off. Went all the way to a manager and still I was told to ** off. Now I’ve had to go to my bank to dispute the charge. These people are liars and scammers. I checked, my account even had my correct address, but when I asked the manager to read me the address she showed on my account she read back the wrong address from the shipment, not the address on my account to try and cover her **.

    When I called her on it she made up some weak excuse about not being able to see the information on my account and still wouldn’t even admit that they had made a mistake. Then she left me on a continuous hold after 15+ minutes I finally gave up and hung up. Hours later I received a call back offering me 10% off on my next order for my inconvenience. Like I’d ever order from them again after this, it’s just throwing money away. I am now out $73, but Zenni is going to be out every customer I can refer to somewhere else. Perhaps they need to realize they have competition now and people don’t have to be scammed by them. I’m not even sure they really manufactured the glasses at this point, it all seems like a big scam and I see other people complaining about receiving an empty bag sooooo yeah….

    Standard shipping to U.S. residences comes with a seven-14-business-day delivery-time promise. This order was placed on August 2, 2022, and according to the U.S. Postal Service website, it was delivered to you on August 13, 2022, the ninth business day after the order was placed, which was within the delivery-time promise for Standard shipping to U.S. residences.

    The shipping address on the order is the same shipping address as the one on your orders placed on June 17, 2021, and May 17, 2022. We cannot see if you changed your address on your account, because that is private, password-protected information.

    You would have had to change the shipping address on the order for it to be delivered to a different address or contacted us with the new address before the order was shipped.

    I was under the impression that the goggles would have a band or strap to hold it to my face since I got them to play sports and that is what I Googled when I found Zenni. I googled sport goggles and searched sport goggles when I bought them. The glasses do not stay to my face on their own. They do stay on my ears but not sturdy enough on my face to where the prescription lenses help me. Because they do not stay in one place on my nose and face the prescription lenses causes me to not be able to see clearly while playing soccer. If I press the goggles against my face and hold them still then the image is clear but I can't play like that. Also finding a separate strap to fit them has been impossible. I've tried and had to return them because they didn't fit it.

    I bought a four pairs total from Zenni. One pair I accidentally entered the numbers wrong on my prescription and didn't notice till they had already sent them out. They still sent me a new pair with the correct lenses. No charge!     I’m a hairstylist and one of my clients told me about Zenni. She had ordered a pair for herself so I tried it out as well. Both of my kids started getting glasses in January of this year. I ordered at least five or six pairs within the year. The quality is good. The virtual try-on was pretty cool but we couldn't get it to work for my kid as he wouldn’t sit still.

    I just wished the kid's glasses would be a little bit more broken up. My kids are 5 and 11, and they tend to be on the same glasses. I ordered one pair and they were too small for one of them. I just kept the ones that were too small as it wasn't worth the trouble trying to figure out how to return them at this point. And they weren’t overpriced. The only other thing is that my kids have really high prescriptions. One is a plus 7 and Zenni doesn't go up that high. I just wish they would go up higher. Other than that, Zenni's been pretty right on. One of my kids has special needs so I really liked the plastic that wraps around his head. Those are the most comfortable. I wish Zenni had more options with those such as different colors and styles. I would order one for every color so he can match his outfit.

    I love the different options of glasses that Zenni had. The purchase that I made was for my daughter. I wanted her to have multiple pairs of glasses starting out for school so that she would be able to switch things up. I went ahead and purchased her a pair. It was actually a smooth experience. I looked at everything and saw what it was that I needed. I contacted my daughter's provider to get some information and the prescription. I filled in all the information that was asked for.     I looked through Zenni's glasses and they were cute and affordable. My daughter could pick out whatever she wanted. I found that it was really easy to find the glasses. I sorted them by the width of the glasses and looked through those. I've done two pairs of glasses - the normal frame glasses and the flexible one for my four-year-old.     I had an order for my son. Supposed to have free shipping, nope if I wanted them from the post office I had to pay the shipping because Zenni didn't pay for it. I was told I would get a refund for the shipping. I haven't gotten anything at all. Then after having them one day the frames broke, but that's ok you can get replacement frames, you just better be good at changing out the lenses yourself! Would not recommend!

    I recently bought the kids round translucent glasses for my son. He broke his glasses while at camp and needed a pair quickly as he cannot see much of anything without them. We checked with his optometrist office first to see how much a new pair would cost. He found a name-brand pair that was about 3x the amount we paid with Zenni Optical and they look nearly identical to the name-brand pair he had picked out. I was skeptical about the quality of the glasses at first because the price was such a great deal, but now that he has had them for a couple of months I can say they are very durable and great quality!
