The glasses are beautiful but I feel like the lenses strain my eyes, I put the right eye prescription so I don’t know what went wrong if I need to break them in or what. Other than that they are very cute and stable good quality.

We are happy to know that you like the frame, but we were sorry to learn that you are experiencing eyestrain when you wear the glasses, and we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result. This order was delivered to you on June 23, 2022, according to the U.S. Postal Service website, and as such, it is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered. However, since we see no previous orders placed by you, we cannot compare the prescription and pupillary distance (PD) you used on this order with those values on a previous order. Therefore, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and anyone who answers will be eager to assist you. Please have a copy of the prescription you used to place the order handy when you call, because the customer service representative will ask you to read the prescription to them to confirm that it was entered correctly. If the PD is not on the prescription, please be prepared to advise how it was obtained – self-measurement, friend or family member measurement, or eye doctor measurement. If you confirm that you entered the prescription and PD correctly, we can invite you to return the glasses for an inspection. Zenni is simply the easiest and most cost effective way I’ve ever used to purchase eyewear. I’d never owned more than one pair at a time my whole life, but now I have no less than 5, all different styles for different looks. Average price per pair? Under $50.

The ability to filter by various criteria and whittle down the options to that which suits me best is very helpful. Then the ability virtually put them on a photo of mine made it much easier to imagine myself with the glasses. Finally, the cost for what I got was the best part.

This order includes a pair of everyday eyeglasses, and a pair of safety glasses for woodworking. I've been getting eyeglasses from Zenni for several years, and I like these glasses more than any others I've got from Zenni. The lenses are perfect, the glasses are comfortable, and the price is very affordable.

Zenni offers excellent products. It is easy to order online, and priced well under local opticians' services. I was pleased by the good communication and wide selection of frames. I've ordered twice from Zenni, and will continue to do business with them. Because of recent issues, the manufacture and shipping took about 10 days total when I ordered expedited service, but overall I am very happy with the process. Thanks, Zenni.

I really like my glasses. I am kinda bummed that there are no colored transitions. That would be a lot cooler and I would definitely buy some of them. Also it kinda sucks that because my eyesight is getting worse I have to pay more.

Zenni always fills the prescription very well. Mine is pretty strong so I was really excited when I found a pair of aviators that they could put my prescription in. I am so happy with these sunglasses. Always, always, always a good pair of glasses, and always get lots of compliments!

The sunglasses were different than what I had ordered so I contacted them. They didn’t hesitate to send me the correct ones at no cost! Great customer service! My glasses arrived two weeks after I contact them. I loved my glasses and will keep ordering from them!

I'll never order from here again! Not worth the penny nor the headache. I talked with a few other places that offer a lot and makes sure your happy with your glasses. My first pair I didn't like, so I got a second one. These hurt my head/ears. They only would give half of what I paid, I work too hard for my money and I'm not going to just take half of what I paid. I'm very upset.

The website is not nearly clear enough on how prescriptions are used when ordering. Find it strange that orders automatically use the prescription last ordered rather than what is on file in the user account. Frustrated to learn that even though I updated my account prescription, it didn't use it, and had to cancel my order but too late to receive a full refund. Just a very deceiving, non-user-friendly way of creating the order.

We were sorry to learn that you were unaware that unless you enter a new prescription when you are placing your order, if you choose to use a saved prescription, if you do not designate a particular saved prescription to use, the website will enter the most recent prescription you used. Consequently, we apologize for any misunderstanding or confusion you experienced as a result. We want to recommend that whenever a customer places an order, they confirm that the prescription is correct when they are on the Checkout page, before they click the Place Order button. Moreover, if they use a saved prescription, we hope that they make sure the prescription used is the most current prescription they received from their eye doctor. We were also sorry to learn that you discovered that the wrong prescription was on the order more than 24 hours after the order had been placed, on May 28, 2022. Ordering went relatively well but it was a little tricky. I accidentally ordered something I didn't intend to. So, I had to call them up and got a refund. Once I learned how to Navigate Zenni, it went okay. Overall, I was pleased. The tools for getting my picture on there and trying on the glasses worked well. I loved that. The glasses are great. But I wish there was an X-Large size. I would have ordered that and I should have done custom. That has been an issue. There are plenty of big heads out there that would benefit from an X-Large. Other than that, Zenni has saved me a lot of money. Just be prepared to customize your width.

We've ordered from Zenni a lot. I love that it saves a prescription. The order comes very quickly too. It's a seven-year-old wearing the glasses so there's been one or two frames that have gotten broken fairly quickly, but for the most part, they've done well. There were a few times when I didn't understand the terminology that was there but that's because I'm new to the glasses world.

I've been purchasing from Zenni for four years. Every pair has been exactly what it should have been like. The fit is always right. Never really had an issue with any of my glasses. Their app also makes it super easy, especially like how the glasses are gonna look on you. I'll never buy glasses from an eye doctor again. I always go in and get my prescription and then go to Zenni and order.

When I first ordered from Zenni, there was a plus and minus in the final numbers. I made a mistake, but they credited me back. I just got a new pair. For what it is, it's acceptable. But when you pick something up and you try it on, it's totally different. The software they use could be better.

I love the website of Zenni. The website is user-friendly. Whenever I showed my grandparents, I was able to help them navigate through it and they absolutely loved it. It's incredible for us. I really like the fact that they go in-depth when you're in the ordering process about what you want from your glasses, all the way down to payment and shipping methods. My glasses also show up a week before they're supposed to.
The variety of frames is fantastic. I love the new ones that I got. I plan on ordering more when I get some more money to be able to play around with some glasses. I'm a very big fan of the tint that you can add to glasses as well. The quality of the glasses is fantastic. The only problem I've ever had with a pair of glasses was a couple of years ago. I got a pair of frames and I messed up and did the PD wrong. I'd have to smoosh them a little closer together where the nose bridges and the bridge broke because I kept messing with it. So, that was my own fault. Other than that, I've had zero issues with the frames themselves unless I've dropped them from a long distance and they've broken. That only happened once as well. Everybody that I've told about Zenni about, they love it as well.

Brand new glasses arrived scratched. Really disappointed after waiting so long to get them. I have been ordering from Zenni for as long as I've been wearing glasses. Thinking I won't be doing it again. No time to sit on hold with customer service

The glasses are super cute but I wondering they thought process behind my glasses. My glasses (Frame #2031523) have a little space on both sides of the glasses next to where the glasses bend ( on the part that you put on your ears). The hole is so annoying and my hair catches in it and gets ripped out every time I take the glasses off. I love how the glasses look, but if possible I’d say take the random hole out? Also the shipping takes forever or else I might have gotten different ones before a trip.

I bought a glasses with my prescription and it wasn't good enough. They didn't do a refund!! They do credit!! Ok with me because I want them to fixed it. Then they sent me again a glasses anti scratch & anti fog WITHOUT A PRESCRIPTION DUMMY and they want this time half of the credit!!! THEN I asked them why is the first 2 glasses were perfect and the third keeps back and forth...the answer.. They are thieves. They make money. Steal the customer return. DUMMY.

I've been ordering from Zenni for years. I was in love with a pair of glasses and they cost almost $200, and I found them on Zenni for like 20 bucks. I just couldn't beat that. I ordered from them and they were amazing. I have since ordered so many pairs of regular glasses, sunglasses and my kids’ glasses. I did order a deal pairs that were 6.95, and the quality wasn’t spectacular. I'm really rough on glasses anyway, so I'm ordering cheap glasses like that. It is awesome that they even offer that. Every other pair I have had has lasted me forever. I was skeptical about ordering sunglasses, especially for $50 to $60, but they have lasted me forever. I have just now bought my second pair. I ended up throwing my first pair away. I had them for three years.

Tried on my new glasses with great expectations they would be as good as my previous pair. They are so wrong that my head started swimming and the vision was blurry. Tried to return but the steps are a little too hard to fulfill. So now I have a new desk ornament and still need new glasses. But I will not be getting them from Zenni.

A fellow family who was prior military like me was raving about Zenni and telling me about the great prices and how hassle-free it was. They assured me that there was no crazy back-end fee. I’ve been shopping at Costco and stuff for years. I was getting good frames and they were name brand. But even with the glasses at $100 a pop, it was just a lot. I didn’t get to have multiple styles during the day. My daughter also ended up needing her first set of glasses. I went on Zenni and tried it. It’s been beautiful.
The website was really great because I could break it down into super cheap for my daughter. I could just bust out five of these and have them ready and that it was affordable. I went to the highest prices for myself and they were still super affordable. The other thing I really like about the website is the little picture thing where I’m able to upload a photo and see it from the site. That’s really big for me. I have a longer face and I don’t have a face that can pick up all frames. I’m very picky and I have to be able to try stuff on.
I lean towards the kind of sexy librarian glasses. These are the ones that are compact, square and black. I had 15 different sunglasses and I have no sunglasses right now. When I had ordered my daughter’s glasses, I had made myself a pair. Because I was so used to Zenni's cheap prices, I scoffed at the whopping $40 pair of sunglasses. I kept them out of my cart, got my daughter's, and I have been regretting it ever since.
Somebody came in the other day, and I was like, “I like your sunglasses.” They went, "They’re prescriptions. It cost me 200.” I told myself I was an idiot and should have bought those sunglasses. When I get time off, I'm gonna go on to Zenni and get two new pairs of sunglasses. It’s a great deal. The quality has been fabulous too.
The delivery of products is quick. I got my daughter’s glasses within a week or two. It came right to my post office within the time that they said, even a few days before. It was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for anything different. If anyone asks about Zenni, I would pull it up on my phone and make them go through it and be done with it so they're not sitting around waiting on sunglasses like me.

Just as great as the $300 ones you would get from the eye doctor but I only paid like $60!! I’ll definitely be ordering all my future glasses from them. I have ordered several pair for myself, daughter, and son-in-law over the past couple of years. All ranging from $9 to about $30. Use to pay over $100 a pair at the vision centers near me. My latest buy was a cool set of frames with prescription lens I had tinted to turn them into sunglasses. Total was like $22, other sites wanted around $56.

One of the lenses in my glasses seems to be made wrong. When I look through it it's blurry. I bought an inexpensive pair of reading glasses. The cost of return shipping will end up costing me almost as much as the price of the glasses. This to me is quite unfair.

I’ve been using Zenni for several years with absolutely no issues. They offer a large variety of styles and ordering is easy. Cost efficient too! I’ve recommended several of my friends and family. I am happy with the glasses and the entire order process. Ordering was easy, the glasses shipped quickly and all at a great price. However, with the accessories packed into the glasses case with the glasses, the frame was bent. I am constantly trying to get them to fit correctly but I haven't had any luck so far. Great glasses, will probably order an identical pair and ask to have them shipped without any accessories.

Zenni replaced my new glasses after the RX had to be changed. They gave me a full refund for the wrong RX pair that was not their fault. They sent me a new pair with the corrected RX. I was able to use the credit to pay for my replacement order. Great company!

When I received my glasses they were cooked. They sat on my nose with my left side sitting up higher and right side much lower. When I lay them flat… the left arm will touch the table but the right is in the air.

I've ordered 3 times with Zenni, each a different type of prescription and they have been perfect fit and spot on script. Sunglasses (single vision), computer glasses (arm length distance with blue blocker), and progressive. The website provides all the info necessary to make sure the frame you choose will actually fit, and the virtual 'try on' feature is a great. Delivery was earlier than they 'expected'. Would highly recommend.

I had to reorder glasses because the prescription was not right. I got my new prescription. I was under the warranty thing where within 30 days, I could get a new one 100%. When I turned in my glasses, I got credit on the account to reorder. But I was charged $20 more. When I ordered from Zenni initially, it was a Memorial Day sale. That sale was already done but I was still within my 30-day warranty. I understand that but if I'm gonna get the same frames and a different prescription, I shouldn't be getting charged more. I was just switching. That was the only thing that I didn’t like. Other than that, Zenni is good. It's just that I'd like the transition lenses to be a little bit darker.

My 1st 2 orders were correct but the last 3 were way wrong. When I returned my 3rd & 4th order I got a little over 1/2 the cost in store credit. Pretty sure that anti-reflective coating worked, because I can't see my own eyeballs reflecting off the inside of the lens like the ones I had previous, I may have skipped the reflective coating when I got them but idr.

I couldn’t recommend Zenni’s more! Quality for an affordable price, customer service that is amazing, and a fairly quick turnaround time. My only wish was that there was a referral bonus as I have sent countless people their way and that there was an option for a pre-order welcome kit that came with that handy PD measurement tool and maybe a certain card to use that would help with the alignment of the try on graphics. That being said, that would only be a bonus to an already amazing company!

Pretty pissed off. Zenni has my money as of 4/26/22. I have nothing as of today. After 17 great experiences now I’m out $87 with no product. Need more help than I have gotten. Was emailed that I will receive a remake but nothing to track this with. I will escalate as needed.

I love the fit and look of my last pair of glasses. I finally got the fit and right prescription and wanted them in transitional lenses. The glasses came and the fit is perfect but they are not transitional lenses. I contacted customer service yesterday via email and have not heard from them since. I hope to get this resolved soon!

I received my glasses and started wearing them immediately. I started to experience bad headaches for 5 weeks before it hit me wait I have new glasses. I have wore glasses for 20 plus years and never have had a problem so I didn't even think that my glasses were causing all these headaches. My order came and from the moment I opened them there were imperfections on the lenses and frame. There was a 'lil nick in the coating I paid extra for. I was supposed to receive a blue light laser as well, however it WASN'T in the order when I received it. I really like the frames and the sunglasses that come with them. However, I will say they are not as sturdy as I'd hoped. I also would suggest maybe offering a scratch resistant lense. I have a toddler that knocks my glasses off my face a lot and scratch resistant is something I look for.

So I am one of those with little money, I used Zenni Optical for prescription sunglasses for my kid for summer. Zenni told me they would have the glasses ready in 7-14 days, well good, I had planned in advance, so no issues until now. The problem started when they kept missing delivery date, They told me they will consider the package to be stolen only after 10 days of no activity from carrier. Ten days go by and still no glasses, now my kid is getting restless, he was expecting glasses, so I say hell with it, I will purchase it from retail, so I asked zenni to cancel my order, they said if I cancel I won't get any real money back, just store credit, now what will I do with that, considering what happened currently in this order, So basically they robbed me, took my money provided no service and I can't get my money back. I've been a Zenni customer for perhaps 15 years. Overall works well. Some suggestions:
1) Rename "Universal bridge fit" to "Low bridge" or simply "Asian fit". I don't believe "Universal bridge fit" is a common term among consumers, while "Asian fit" is self-explanatory.
2) When I view all the prescriptions in my profile, they are not sorted in any meaningful order. The order appears random. Please sort by prescription date, newest to oldest.
3) When I pick a pair of frames, the website automatically suggests a prescription from my profile. However, it does not specify the name/label for that prescription. This is worse than useless, because it can result in a user inadvertently selecting an old prescription, or a prescription for the wrong person. This is especially problematic for accounts containing prescriptions for the entire family.
4) Tinted lenses should always only have backside AR not frontside. I was informed this is true for Premium sunglasses, but should apply to all tinted lenses.
5) Not all lens types come aspheric.
6) The selection of active/sport styles is sparse. I liked frame# 257421 which is no longer available.

My prescription isn’t very strong, but that being said I’ve gotten several pairs of glasses and sun glasses, they all work out great. Being able to buy glasses at $15-$70 instead of $250+ at a physical glasses store lets me buy more pairs for more purposes (work/home/weekend/sunglasses). Since they are cheaper I always have a backup pair too, before I was taping my glasses together whenever I needed new ones because I could only afford one at a time.

Zenni has been awesome, but my eye Dr. has given me the wrong prescription the last 2 times so I can't wear the glasses. As soon as we figure out my right eye I will order again. They have always arrived quick and seem to be good quality.

My glasses did not sit straight on my face. Left eye higher than right. I took them to Walmart optical shop, they bent them, improved somewhat. My husband then bent them more with pliers. I am using them as a spare pair in case my good pair is lost or damaged.

I like the amount of selection, and the ease of use with the website. I have pictures of myself, and I also use the pictures that are loaded up. It's accurate. Usually, I pick similar style frames. So in most cases, they would be something that I'm used to wearing anyway. I only utilize that like when the glasses that I just ordered are more round than I normally prefer. And they look funny on the try-on thing. But when I got them, they were okay. Also, I get my glasses quickly.
I just referred somebody to Zenni Optical yesterday. And I refer them all the time. I will buy my glasses from my optometrist, because I know that's how they make their money. But we all know how much it costs to buy glasses in an optometrist's office. So if I spend, a pair of glasses will be $800. Insurance will pay majority of it, I still end up paying $200 or $300 out of pocket. But I like for my glasses to match my clothes and what I feel like that day, so I go order my other colors from Zenni. So, I spent that 200 and something on the regular glasses, but I went and bought another three or four pairs for the amount I pay for one, depending on what I pick.

I have ordered with Zenni before back in 2020, and loved my frames. However, I am so disappointed with my most recent order. I ordered their Flamingo Square glasses & the first time I received them, they had a huge glare, even though I was charged $4.95 for the anti-reflective coating. I contacted support, they said, "Best we can do is remake them at no charge." I said fine. After taking almost 1 month and several days, the glasses I sent back were finally inspected and they came to the conclusion that they did in fact forget to put the anti-reflective coating on it. So they offered to remake them. They said they would send me a new tracking number, which I never received.
I finally received the second pair of glasses and they still have a huge glare. I can see the lights bouncing off my glasses and it is distracting to others. I wasted $45 plus tax, still don’t have a new pair of glasses, and am exhausted with dealing with this company. They don’t offer refunds which is scammy behavior, and they only can give you the refund back in the form of Zenni credit. I am beyond livid that I paid $4.95 for the anti-reflective coating and neither glasses have it on. I will be going to another competitor, as it is obvious Zenni only cares about one thing: making money.

I have EyeMed, and I had my other one that we changed to EyeMed. But their glasses are so expensive that when I found Zenni, I liked their prices. I bought several pairs from them. I find that they are very fair in the game, but on some of them, they bait and switch. They don’t tell you the real picture. That’s where they make up what they lose.
I put my picture on the virtual try-on tool and I’m able to look at them. I got to take a better picture because I took it at my desk. And I need to have it in a lighter background so it will reflect. But Zenni needs to tell that you need to put it in a sterile environment so you could get a better look at the picture. But it’s a very good tool. You get to see how they’re going to look on you. Also, whoever does the designs out there are doing very well. And Zenni's glasses are reasonable enough where I would buy one pair of glasses for a year, I can buy two or three. And I can change the design that I want to have. So, it is very good for me.
The only time that I was disappointed was I had a pair that I could not use, and I paid the ultimate for them. When I did my PD, I was just learning how to do it and it was not correct. My center vision was off, and I called about it. I said, “Can I send them back?” And they said, “Well, you did that, we didn’t.” I thought that was horrible. And that was a waste. But after I looked at it, I said I would try them again. I tried to do the PD myself. I did it with a friend. So, I’ve got my correct PD. I still use that pair.
I’m one of Zenni's cheerleaders. I've recommended it and given it to several people. I looked at their competition. I’ve seen glasses online and Zenni still beats them all, hands down. And I tell people, especially now as inflation is rising, I’m seeing more and more that Zenni is raising their prices too. Everybody is gonna raise their prices. But Zenni still raises theirs where you get a great value. The glasses look like they’re more of a designer effect.

The whole process was painless. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I love to go out there and see the glasses in my mailbox, ready to go. Zenni's online presence is so complete that I figured out how to measure my pupil distance. Of course, the optometrist never includes that information on the prescription. So, they showed me exactly how to do it. I was very happy. And the quality of the lenses was spot on. I ordered the first pair on April 7th. And that was prescription sunglasses. But that was sort of a test. I wanted to see how these would work out. I like them. So, March the 7th, I ordered a pair of just regular glasses. I did a lowball on those. I got the standard bifocals on. The upgrade I got was the anti-reflective covering. That has been nice. My night vision is much improved.
I also ordered a pair of computer glasses which were single vision. And I got a pair of $7 glasses. They’re exactly what I wanted. They’re good glasses. I have told all my friends, “Look, you go to the optometrist, you get your glasses, and of course, they automatically send you to their eyeglass department.” And you have a very limited number of friends. It still takes two weeks to get them. Everyone has taken me 14 days. So, nothing is different there.

It was a little bit hard to figure out what frames to get because Zenni doesn't have many frames that are for bigger and wider faces. I had issues finding some in the style that I like. Also, the shipping took a little longer than expected. But other than those, the quality of the glasses I got was great. Placed my order March 25th. On March 29th status changed to Manufactured/Enroute to Distribution Centre. Stayed on same status until I filed a dispute with Paypal 5 days ago. They then switched my account to complete with Tracking number stating that Data received in Burlington Canada which means a ship label created. Up to this point Zenni reps have told me it shipped. Then the story changed to it is in Shanghai waiting to get on a plane. Then I filed a dispute and the next day switched the status. But my order has still NOT shipped.
Feel free to watch my tracking number that miraculously appeared on my account. I was supposed to receive this by April 1st! It is now May 6th! And they still will not accept that my order is obviously lost!! They refunded my 6.95 shipping. What a joke!! I tried to get them to cancel my order and let me place a new order, but they just keep saying please be patient!! I am escalating my paypal dispute on Monday if they fail to resolve this issue.

I did not like the virtual try-on tool. Even when I did the picture thing, my face looked dark. Something was going on with the internet so it got cut off. But I was able to finish doing what I was doing. But I like the style selection. Also, I ended up having to do the check with customer service and they sent me a link with the color that I was looking for. It took a bit for the glasses to arrive, but I like them. They look tight on my face even though I have the large size. But they’re fine.

The purchasing experience has gotten better each year I've ordered new glasses because they've improved the website. I also like the tools available to order. I use all the different faces that are there already. However, ordering takes slowly. The product takes a good couple of weeks to arrive. But I like the quality of the products a lot. For the most part, I've enjoyed Zenni a lot. They have a good selection of frames for any sort of budget. The last wireframe glasses I ordered did a lot better than the previous pair which had a small issue with the screws that hold the side pieces. Those kept coming loose so I ordered the new pair. The new pair has so far done very well and I've been really happy with them. If you need glasses that are reliable and you can't afford to go to a conventional retailer or eye specialist but you know your prescription, definitely go through Zenni

We've gotten glasses from Zenni when they were originally 6.95 for almost all of them. It has changed throughout the years. I spent a whole lot more now because they separated the lenses from the frames. We've done lots of business with them 'cause I seem to be getting new prescriptions every year and so does my husband. They've also helped my husband. They said that his PD extended the optician's recommendation for those glasses, but they worked with him and figured it out. He was able to get his same frames that he likes.

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses for my fiancé and not only did they take forever to get here, but they were the wrong prescription.. When we called to see what the return policy was, Rose said it would be a 50% refund or she can do a full store credit after the return was made. This was all very inconvenient.

Zenni has pretty good quality options. Personally, I’d keep buying it. I used their virtual try-on and I liked it. The shipping now seems to be a lot faster than what it used to be. One thing that I was kind of turned off at the beginning was how it was taking a long time to get the glasses. The last three pairs that I've ordered have come pretty fast.

Zenni has a lot of different options. I like to use glasses as a fashion piece. So, it was intriguing to me to be able to get different options. I got half-rim glasses and they are metal without a rim on the top. They’re round. I liked them so much that I actually bought them again in my new prescription. I have used the virtual try-on before and it looks a little silly. It’s not perfect, but you can get a good idea of what it’s gonna look like. That tool is good for getting a gist of the shape, but if you’re not sitting in a room that has good lighting, it’s gonna look a little funny.
I recommend Zenni to a lot of people. One thing that I wish they had is a way to send back in frames. I will buy them, and my prescription will change. I have probably five pairs of glasses that are old prescriptions, and I wouldn’t mind even just sending them back in for credit, or using them and getting just new lenses to put in, but it would be nice to be able to reduce some of that waste.

Don't waste your money on Express Shipping. They do not deliver what they promise, and when they fall short, they are very quick to blame it on FEDEX and even quicker to say they do not OFFER REFUNDS ON EXPRESS SHIPPING COSTS ($18.95). I ordered two pair of glasses, one an RX sunglass for an upcoming eye surgery to use to protect my affected eye. They did not deliver them as promised, my eye surgery came and went, and the Order Status Update said "Manufactured/En Route to Distribution Center" for EIGHT STRAIGHT DAYS.
When I called, the rep said that FEDEX was to blame as they had my package for 5 days but hadn't provided a tracking number to Zenni yet. She just kept repeating that they would be delivered the NEXT DAY, which was Easter Sunday, a federal holiday in the US, and a Sunday. When I reminded her of these facts, she went back to FEDEX hadn't provided them a tracking number yet. When I asked her how she could be so sure that FEDEX would deliver my glasses on Easter Sunday if Zenni didn't even have a tracking number from FEDEX, she went right back to saying that FEDEX had had the glasses for 5 days. Around we went.
But she was VERY QUICK to say that my shipping costs would not be refunded, and that the delivery estimate was accurate and that it was FEDEX and on and on and on. I will not buy from Zenni again. I understand that it is an Internet based company in China, but they should stand by their policies and if you pay for a service they offer, you should have a reasonable expectation that the service will be provided.

Dogs chewed up my glasses after they were delivered intact to my porch. I was devastated but thought I would give customer support a shot. They allowed me to return my glasses and use the refund to get a new pair. The new pair is perfect. I'll be a lifelong customer now.

I needed a new set of glasses 'cause I broke mine in a motorcycle crash. At the place that I got my eyes checked at, it costs $200 a frame. I looked online and Zenni was the first thing I found. It worked well that time so I bought again last time. It took me a half hour to find a set of frames I like and five minutes to check out. It wasn't bad at all. The glasses themselves are great. But it's got a couple spots in them because I was doing some work out in the garage using the grinder and they got burned a little bit.

I like my glasses through Zenni. They are priced well and I can get a bunch of different styles. I like the try-on to look. I've ordered quite a few pairs and I like that I can save my prescription in there. But yet they still ask, "What prescription do you wanna use?"

There were quite a few I liked better than the ones I chose, but per my prescription, they kept saying it wouldn't work in those. I'm sensitive to the weight of glasses. I don't like them quite as much as I thought I would and it's hard to tell that, looking online. The fitting is loose and I can't go to a vision place and get them adjusted when they're not purchased from them.

I love Zenni. You can't beat the price. I got a couple of pairs of glasses for less than a single frame from my normal optician. They also have very fashionable frames and good variety. I've had a lot of people already speak highly of the product. If I were just going into it blind and buying a pair of glasses for eight bucks, I wouldn't expect high quality. But it's on par with what I've gotten from my eyeglass shops. I am not planning to go back to brick-and-mortar eyeglass stores, that's for sure.

I've always been happy with the frames I've gotten. The ones that I have now were under $100, which is great. I'm a single mom and my husband's dead. So Zenni works perfectly with my budget and needs. My only complaint was that there were just too many frames to choose from. I already got my next frames picked out for next year. I love the quality of the frames. I have two pairs with my current prescription. I really like the square frames better than the cat eye frames and that's what I've been wearing all day. But if I go out and do something, I'm wearing those cat eyes.

Although these are beautiful frames and help my distant vision (which is not that bad), my close vision through these progressives is horrible, blurry, and only in the bottom-middle-third of the glasses. My eyes get tired. I have to use store-bought glasses to see near. I am so disappointed.

The glasses from Zenni have been really good. I first got a pair of Ray-Bans from my eye doctor. Then, I've gotten all these different ones from Zenni. One of them actually feels better quality than my Ray-Bans do. And all of them have felt really sturdy and they're comfortable.

Zenni is very easy to use. They ask you about your left eye and your right eye. Then you put your prescription in. You can also upgrade if you want and get the glare or reflective and you can make it more durable, too. They have a very broad selection, which is really nice. But it also made it difficult for indecisive people like me. So, I spent hours looking, and I finally found the perfect pair and it was very affordable. I love the different styles. The heart-shaped ones were startling. I kinda got those because I'm too blind. They came so fast, too. The website says delivery takes three to four weeks, but I got them like a week later. The quality of the frames is wonderful. I never wear my glasses in public, but I've worn my glasses every other day now in public.

The cost was very reasonable. There was a lot of variety, especially within the price range I was looking for. The time from when I ordered to the time that I received my glasses was very reasonable, considering that it would have taken that long or longer going through a local eye doctor. I've recommended Zenni many times. The quality of glasses I've received from them has been fairly good. The frames have held up. I'm getting about two years out of each pair that I buy. I do switch them in and out as well. Their website is also well laid out. It's one of the simplest things I've been able to use.

I've known about Zenni Optical for several years. We've been ordering glasses from them since I was 12. You absolutely can't tell a difference between going and picking them up at the regular eyeglass store and getting them through the mail. Really amazing service for the quality and the price. I use the virtual try-on sometimes. It lines up a little bit weird, if you have a different phone, but other than that, their website’s self-explanatory and helpful. They always have little side things. If you have any questions, you could look right over there and there's the answer.

I love the products every time I order them. I like the price, because they’re so much cheaper than getting them from the eye doctor. Ordering is always really easy, and the whole process was within 10 business days, which seems quicker than normal. The virtual try-on is extremely helpful as well. Sometimes, the glasses look bigger than what they actually are, but I can tell while doing it that they look bigger than what they should be, so I don’t base my purchase off of that. This time around, it was even more accurate than last time. I don't know if there had been improvements made, but it was thought on practically. I also like that there's a tracking on the website. I pretty much like everything, and I would tell friends to try Zenni. I've done that quite a few times.

My stepson ordered a pair of glasses from Zenni and was happy with it. Even though I have VSP insurance, I decided that I would check it out online. I was very happy with the ease of use in terms of picking out the frames and being able to put frames on a virtual animated character worked great. The questions that are asked in terms of putting in your prescription is very easy. It looks just like the prescription that you would receive from the eye doctor. The only concern that I had that was difficult for me was the millimeter size. The measurement there was a little bit abstract for me. I wasn't really sure what I was doing. But once I got the glasses in, I didn't have any problems. The quality is fabulous. The shipping is great. It comes within 7 to 10 days like it says. I am a walking advertisement for Zenni. I did a service talk to all of my employees and several of them have went to Zenni and bought glasses.

I've been ordering from Zenni for years. There are so many different options that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I like that you can design them too. You could put your name on the side of them or do whatever you want. They have a lot of cool things that regular eyeglasses place don't offer. They're also not expensive. I recommend them to mostly anybody and everybody. As soon as they say they like my glasses, or if I even hear anyone talking about needing glasses, I always tell them they should check out Zenni.

I've been a multi-time repeat customer of Zenni. It's been overall a really good process as a customer. I have used the Try-On feature and it was good. It's not quite the same as wearing a pair of frames, but it gives a good idea of the shape and if you're picking out different colors, what it would look like. It's a cool feature. Getting an order seems quick. It's always been within whatever they indicated. They're also moderately priced. But I wear the frames for quite a while and they wear out. But that's normal for something that's in that price range. I had an issue one time when the order got canceled by them and it had to be reordered. But they took care of it and they were really good about it. I would definitely recommend their products.

Zenni's site is really good and they have really cheap prices. Delivery is really fast, too. I've gotten a lot of glasses over the years from them. I got all kinds. The snap-on sunglasses are my favorite. They're magnetic. They're awesome. My last ones were from RX Optical. They're like $400 and they're not even close to these $12 ones. Zenni glasses are really good for the price. It's amazing how cheap they are. I got some work glasses for under $10, and they're awesome.

We buy through Zenni all the time. We recommend them all the time as well. Even going into Walmart and buying what you would consider to be a cheap place to buy glasses, you're gonna walk out of there with one pair for $200, where I can get at least three from Zenni for that price. The thing that I love the best is the virtual try-on. I also had some sunglasses that I ordered that the tinting had bubbled and they replaced them very quickly. I generally plan on a week or two for manufacturing and shipping, and I've never had something take so long that I had to check up on it.

I love Zenni’s products. I’ve been ordering for the past three years now. I don’t go on their website frequently. I only go in every year if my prescription changes. One thing I do like is that when I received the glasses right before my last purchase, they came with the PD measuring thing. That was really cool because they weren't putting that with the shipment of the glasses before. So, you had to go on the website and read the instructions on how to get your PD. The only thing is I thought of getting something for my 10-year-old but there's not a bunch of options for kids.
As far as delivery, a product would get to me in about two weeks before the pandemic. I feel like the previous one before the last one I just ordered took a little longer. But I'm patient because I'm so happy that I can go to a place where I don't have to pay $300 just for one set of frames when I can get four different sets of frames for not even half that amount. So, I don’t really care how long it takes as long as I get them.

The first set of glasses that I got from Zenni was fine. I actually got three pairs, two regular ones and then one pair for the computer. I did order two more pairs and the experience was not so good. So, I took my subscription back to the doctor. They gave me another prescription. I sent the prescription to Zenni and they did another set of glasses for me. I can't see anything, but I didn't even send them back. I have just decided to stick with the old pair because I don't know if the prescription wasn't right, even though the doctor double-checked it and made some adjustments, but the last two pairs that I just received are not working at all. I don't have the confidence that I had when I received the first three pairs. They were perfect. Then the second time I placed an order, the glasses didn't work. I was told to send them back, and I did. Then I got the replacement again and I still can't see. So, I didn't do anything else with it. I just have them sitting in my drawer.

For the most part, my experience was good. There was an issue this time because I also had a single vision for my computer glasses, and there was a miscommunication. I sent them a prescription and missed their follow up then they cancelled my order, but we ended up getting it worked out. The customer service was good. The rep was very helpful once she understood what I was telling her. I like my glasses and I recommend Zenni to other people also.

I have called in the past about a pair of glasses (sunglasses) that I ordered. I have never received the sunglasses. I have tried to e-mail your company and all I am told is that the company records state that I received them. I ordered two pair of glasses and I only received one pair. I would not be calling constantly if I had not received them. I don't even want a refund. I would just like to receive my order.

The whole process took less than two weeks total. Glasses were just as described, got great, and are super cute! Prescription and transition lens works well from inside to outside in the sunlight too. I also enjoyed the glasses try on feature on the website so that you can see what they’ll look like on yourself before ordered.

I've always had a good experience with Zenni. I've been a loyal customer since 2015. However, these frames are extremely uncomfortable, and very heavy. They give me headaches every time I put them on. If you're used to lighter frames, I wouldn't recommend these.

I like how Zenni gave me everything I need and I could see. But they should stop retiring the cool colors. Also, I ordered a pair of glasses and forgot to put negative in them. So, you gotta have your eye prescription and then you should be fine. Getting my order takes no longer than three weeks.

Zenni's glasses are the cheapest I could order online. The selection and quality are the best. I only paid $20 for my glasses, and I think they're just as good as the ones that I paid $100 for at the doctor's office. Also, I was really satisfied with the shipping. It said it was gonna take 21 days and I got my glasses in seven. I would recommend Zenni to anybody. It was a great experience and definitely great quality for the price.

I order a lot from Zenni. I like that you can see the glasses on your face. You can put your picture in there and look at the different images with the glasses on. I just did an order and got them in 10 days. That was pretty good, especially since they were progressives. The quality is very good too. I've noticed that now Zenni will send your glasses and they put a thing to measure it yourself too so when you order your next glasses, you have it. That's cool ‘cause they never used to do that.

I’ve done business with Zennioptical for years now. I always order the same two pairs, occasionally getting third. I’ve never had any problems with the glasses. They do become looser over time a little quicker than other glasses I’ve tried BUT to me they are still worth it at this price. You can’t beat it! The shipping/delivery does take two weeks, but be patient. Again, it’s worth it. Order from her and you won’t be disappointed. I wish they sold contacts, too!

Ordering from Zenni has been pretty easy. I like that I can upload my own photo to see how the glasses work. Price is the main factor for me and the fact that I can five pairs and throw them all over the house and still not pay as high as in some places for one or two pairs. The most recent order I had included a pupillary distance ruler which is a really nice touch. I wish could have used that in the past but it's pretty nice for new customers. Also this past week, my order was fast for something that's made in China. I've been telling people who need some glasses, "Hop on Zenni and figure it out." Zenni definitely has my vote.

My youngest son introduced me to Zenni when he learned I was needing new glasses. I got my prescription back in October of last year but hadn't ordered yet due to the cost at the usual place I would get my glasses from. Zenni is easy to use. It's easy to find what you want and upload your prescription. But I tried the virtual try-on and I could never get the glasses that looked right on me. They always look like they were sitting smashed up on my face. Other than that, I love my Zenni glasses. They're doing great.

Metal framed glasses with tortoise shell. I love these glasses. They are so light and easy to wear. And just the right size. The tortoise shell is not a dark tortoise so it looks really nice on my face. The frames are light that seem very sturdy. They fit right out of the box. I think they would go great for most women.

I always have a hard time finding frames small enough for my face, this frame has a small enough bridge that it doesn't slide down off my nose. I wear progressive bifocals and this are good, not quite the quality of higher priced ones but they work. The color is great and equally dispersed, and frame feels sturdy. I did quick adjustment and they're perfect. I would recommend this frame to anyone with a small face! This is my 5th order from Zenni and I haven't been disappointed yet!

I've bought about 8 pairs in that last 5 years, and will probably keep buying in the future. They are adorable and come in infinite styles. I like the accessories like clip on sunglasses and safety shields, and they are cheap. That's nice because I'm prone to losing them. Some of the cheapest models feel a little flimsy or uncomfortable, but come on- they're like 12 dollars. I buy the nicer ones, myself.

I got my first pair of glasses and I didn't want to pay a lot for something that I may not wear. They do look great and they worked darkening in sunlight. The problem was wearing the glasses make me nauseous and dizzy. I wore them for a while hoping it would go away, but after a few days I was still walking like I was drunk.

When we have issued the store credit refund to your Zenni account, we will email you confirmation that it has been issued. We understand from the notes in the database record of the order that you advised that you intend to use the store credit toward the payment of single-vision distance eyeglasses and single-vision reading eyeglasses. For the single-vision distance glasses, simply select a single-vision prescription option and you will not enter the NV-ADD. For the single-vision reading glasses, the practice is to add the NV-ADD (+1.75) to each of the Spheres. The right eye (OD) Sphere is +0.50, so +1.75 added to this Spherical value results in +2.25. The left eye (OS) Sphere is -1.00, so +1.75 added to this Spherical value results in +0.75. Also, the distance pupillary distance (PD), 64 millimeters, should be lowered by 3 mm, to 61 mm. To start with, I have been pleased with every pair of glasses I have ordered from Zenni.com. This last pair cost $76 and change and I received them about a week and half after order. I ordered a second pair from eye doctor and has been nearly 2 weeks and haven't received them yet and provided them with frames plus my insurance paid $200.00 plus it cost me $69.50 out of pocket. What a difference in cost with zenni.com. I could of at least bought 3 pairs with zenni for what the cost was with the doctor and had to provide the frames because the frames started at $140.00 at the doctor. So pleased with zenni, even if you were to order a pair you didn't care for as much, the price is so good, you can order another pair. Good job, my glasses look good and I am proud of them. I would order again and I recommend to my friends.

I was skeptical ordering online prescription glasses....but, my granddaughter had ordered from Zenni and loved her glasses...So, I took a chance and I am so happy with my purchase. I used the prescription from my optometrist, which BTW, I could not wear my glasses from there. I couldn't see good through them. The ones I ordered from Zenni, are perfect! If the issue is that the pen does not shine a blue light when you press the button on its side, we will be happy to send you a replacement blue light pen, and we will confirm that it works before we send it. When I saw these blue glasses with the tortoise shell on the bottom....I had to have them. I had seen a pair very similar to these glasses at my doctor's office and they were way out of my budget. 3rd or 4th pair of glasses from Zenni. This is the first time my experience was not great.
2. Even after getting better help, the tech was good BUT:
a. glasses selection options were extremely limited, even worse than ever before.
b. I had to have glasses so I got a pair that were ugly, turned out to be too small, and don't fit well.
c. The glasses get skin oils almost immediately after cleaning and interfere with vision.
d. They are actually not as wide as needed for my head, even though the tech and I spent some time working on that.
e. The fit in the frame is not wonderful, as they are somewhat loose and you can feel it during cleaning. That usually means they are not going to last very long.

I ordered in 2/24/22 and order status is enroute from manufacturing to delivery processing; still have not receive items as of making this review. I would rather pay more for 1 pair of glasses with Warby Parker’s due to the urgent need I have for the glasses. Investing and improving in your manufacturing and delivery methods and processes would make me recommend Zenni to others. I may consider a cancel and refund to go local and find a sooner time for obtain my prescription.

I have not received the glasses. The glasses have not been delivered to my address as of yet. I have checked with the post office. They don’t have them. The post office in Oxford, Mississippi is continuing to check for them. No one seems to know where they might have ended up. I will likely need another one sent. I've placed several orders with Zenni over the last few years, as well as with a few other online eyeglass retailers. They are my preferred vendor, to be honest. They ship out relatively quickly, and I can usually get a full pair of glasses, with lenses, for less than the $20 copay my insurance offers. Though I had a tracking issue this time, it was an issue with USPS supplying the wrong tracking #, not an issue with Zenni.

I previously wrote a 5 star review and now I change my mind. Their “one time” store credit offer is deceiving. I’ve spent plenty of money with Zenni and I’m being penalized because the glasses were not the correct size for me (not my fault... That what happens sometimes when ordering online). I had read good things about prices and quality. I even had a few people recommended y’all. But I personally found the prescription questions regarding PD confusing. Maybe that’s due to my own lack of experience in such matters but even after chatting with someone I wasn’t quite sure I had filled things out correctly. I was also disappointed in prices compared to quality. Especially because the one pair my son really liked kept saying wasn’t compatible with the PD. Then it took forever to receive my order. Overall not impressed and will likely go elsewhere next time.

This is my first time in literally 15 years of buying my own glasses that I am 100 percent satisfied. I was skeptical because my prescription is THICK but my glasses are lightweight and gorgeous! Of course I got the hi resolution etc etc but it has exceeded my expectations. Especially the price….like glasses that are AFFORDABLE and stylish with some thickkkkk lenses. I was so tired of paying almost 500$ for glasses!!!

When my glasses came, there was just something off. I thought I’d wear them a few days to see if I could adjust. After looking at the PD measuring tool they included, vs what we had measured, I realized that I had mismeasured! My error! When I contacted support, they offered to let me return the glasses for store credit! Even though it was my error!!! Zenni has won me over. Once the credit is applied, I will definitely order again - but with the correct measurement this time!

I always went to the eye clinics and the glasses are too expensive. I never bought glasses all the time and kind of kept the same one for two to three years. But now, I can get them all the time with Zenni. I like them. I feel comfortable with them. The website is very easy to use as well. It goes through every single step from you liking the glasses, it asking to view them, you looking at yourself, and it asking if you want to order. It asks you your prescription. It has everything saved for me in there already. There are some times when you click on what kind of frames you want for your lens and it confuses me but other than that, everything's great. I have recommended Zenni to my sister and friends. It's fast and cheap. It's great quality too. I play around with them a lot and throw them everywhere. Sometimes, I sleep on top of them and they're great. You can do anything with them and they won't break pretty much.

Zenni was one of the only companies that offered my daughter's particular prescription. Ordering from them was simple. The frames are great for her. However, I got an anti-scratch on the lenses but they're already scratched.

I bought glasses for my son from Zenni and he loves them. I like the price and the service. I also like the ease of being able to pick your glasses and put your prescription in and how quick the shipping is. I'd normally pay for the expedited shipping and I didn't this time, but still it was two and a half weeks. It's not bad at all. It’s actually better than most brick and mortar stores you can go to. The only thing I would like to see improved is the color choices for kids' glasses. I would like to see more red. That's his favorite color.

I've ordered three or four times with Zenni and the glasses are very sturdy and well made. I have a son who's got sensory issues, and he's pretty rough but the glasses have held up. I was also worried when I first started ordering, trying to figure out how to put all the information in, but the system walks you through it. It was not as difficult as what I thought it would be. Being able to print it off makes it a lot simpler to figure out everything. I had a friend that asked me about it and I gave her information so that she could order. There are also tons of different ones to pick from and way better than going to an actual eyeglasses place.

The latest pair I bought from Zenni were rimless Titanium glasses. It's lightweight. Zenni's website is pretty easy to navigate.
