    I ordered from Zenni for backup glasses, but they're definitely not as good as the ones that we order from the optical shop. But they're cheap and fast and it's quite easy to use the website. They also generally get it quite right if you key in the right numbers.

    But quite a few pair from this company, my main pair that I wear daily was supposed to turn dark in the sun, but basically has stopped. Called them trying to find out if there’s anything I can do. Pretty much since it was just past warranty they were pretty rude. Basically look around other places. They will not stand behind their product.

    Zenni is a very affordable website for glasses and I've been ordering from them for a couple of years. The online ordering process has been a good experience. It’s straightforward and the hardest part probably is deciding which frames. One of the features I had trouble with was the distance between the pupils. And in the end, I decided to not care about that and just get a frame. If it doesn't fit my face that well, it's okay, I can deal with it. I like the Try-On feature where you can upload your face and they’ll put the lenses on you. For some lenses, they have a 3D view so you can rotate it in the frame. I also like the filter features of the color and material.

    Most of the frames I've gotten are plastic. They're long lasting because I've had the same frames for four years and they haven't broken. And I take naps in them. The only complaint I have for my current frame would be that it slips off my face. But that's a problem with glasses in general, not with my frame, because it happens with a lot of people.

    We want to recommend that when the lenses get smudged, you wash them with warm water and gentle, non-abrasive soap, such as hand soap or dish soap, then dry the lenses with the microfiber cloth that was included with the eyeglasses.

    The first time that I used Zenni was not pleasant. I received my second pair of glasses with the same prescription as my first one, and I received them and it didn't have any prescription on it at all. So when I called Zenni, they said that I input it incorrectly. But I used whatever prescription was saved. So it took the rep about 45 minutes to tell me what I did wrong before she would give me a credit and asked for me to resend them back. When I used them again, I had called back to have them make sure my prescription was correct, and the rep was very helpful.

    I can see out of them and that's pretty good. I REALLY wish I had chosen the anti-glare option because these are SUPER reflective. Like I would be on Zoom meetings and you could see my screen on my glasses. Just in any occasion in general they are incredibly, annoyingly, reflective -- so if you do decide to get these definitely go for anti-glare or whatever the option is called. I will be smarter and choose that option next time. I thought I would get over the reflectiveness but it's just too apparent and omnipresent.

    I opted to give my business to Zenni based on the large number of favorable reviews and on the purported "free return" policy it publicizes. I was foolish enough to order 3 pairs of prescription glasses - 2 with progressive lenses and one pair of computer glasses. The computer glasses are fine but the 2 pair of progressive glasses - ugh. Both are blurry, and yes, I triple-checked and the prescription I gave was correct. I ordered high-index lenses, but they are not nearly as sharp as my existing lenses - and my existing prescription is old!

    I also note that none of the glasses have the measurements on the side, as do all my other glasses. This seems cheap to me. In any event - biggest problem is that yes, I can return, but ONLY for credit. No such thing as a full refund -- they only provide 50% refund, which would leave me out hundreds of dollars. I will never, ever use an online place to purchase glasses again. What a racket - if this is a good online place for glasses, I shudder to think of what the other online places are like. Free returns my foot....I feel had.

    Zenni is the only place we get glasses now. I got glasses for my granddaughter. They're frameless heart-shaped. She likes them. They turn dark when she goes outside. So, they can be sunglasses and it helps when she's driving. I got the blue blocker put on them. She's on the computer a lot. It really cuts the glare down. It helps a lot. I ordered a pair of glasses for my granddaughter that she didn't like. On the website, they looked brown and that's what the color they said they were. When they came in, though, they were really orange. I had to send them back. I just got credit because it was kind of more like a burnt umber.

    I had another pair I needed to return because it got the wrong prescription put in them. When my granddaughter put them on, she said, "Grandma, I can't see at these at all." When I went to return them, I found out that you only get to return them one time. After that, then you only get half credit for them if you return them. So, I wasn't really happy with that. I just donated the glasses to the Lions Club. It's easier to do that. I'd rather do that than send them back and go through the hassle of finding the post. Our post office isn't open very often. The first time I called them about it being a pair she didn't like and wanted to know what I could do, they told me that I could send them back and if I wanted store credit, I could get 100% credit. If I wanted a refund, it's a 50% refund. I was surprised because I've never heard of being able to get 100% back on something that you made the mistake on.

    Zenni Optical was introduced by our babysitter ages ago. She said that they are very affordable. The glasses were great with kids. You can go through and try them on online so you see how they look in your own personal space. She was very happy with the results and she'd used it for years. So, we tried it and have the same result. We love it. Their website does require a learning curve. Going through and uploading the pictures or the 3-D is a little bit on the painful side, and I can't see side-by-side of the different glasses that I'm looking at. I have to look at them one by one. So, if they want to take those and improve, that'd be great because we're going to keep using it.

    Going through and even being able to see the glasses on our own faces is huge, especially for ordering online. We can go through and have the option where you can put a name or a phone number on the inside or on the outside of the glasses. I don't want my daughter's name to be on the outside where anybody can see that but having them on the inside when she takes them off and sets them down, the janitor will be like, "Oh, this one's Jemmy. Here are her glasses. I know what class she's in, go drop them off." If she leaves them at a playground somewhere, it's got my phone number on it on the inside. She can go through and whoever finds them can call me and I can arrange for a pickup. It's been a saving grace and we love that. You can call it convenience, but I call it a safety feature.     The glasses were delivered yesterday. But they are not usable. I took them to my eye doctor today. He verified that I gave Zenni the correct prescription, but Zenni made the lenses distorted. The Zenni website also measured the PD wrong. It said the PD was 74, but my doctor today measured it at 67. Zenni shouldn’t have measured it on their website if they can’t be accurate. I called customer service to get a full refund because the distorted lenses and the wrong PD was Zenni’s manufacturing error.

    At first the employee said they don’t measure PD on the website, which isn’t true. When I ordered them on 11/26/22 it did. Then he said I only get 50% back or in store credit. I don’t want more Zenni glasses after this. They are a bad product. It was Zenni’s mistake, not mine. I should get a full refund. But he said no. After looking at the website today, the PD measurement option has been taken down. So Zenni knows it was a problem but I still can’t get my full money back. That’s bad business. I’m now forced to either send the glasses back and lose half my money, or pay even more to have my eye doctor put new correct lenses in the Zenni frames. Zenni is a bad business. Never using your service again. I will be sharing my bad experience with others.

    There was a bit of a mixup with the prescription. The questions that are asked at the very beginning about what kind of prescription you are getting don’t cover all kinds of prescriptions, so since I had to pick one of those I put the prescription in wrong for my husband and they came out wrong. I think this needs to be addressed. Also there should be a place to attach a pic of the prescription and this could have been avoided altogether. Customer service was very kind and worked everything out it just took a long time with all the mix up and he needed his glasses. I hope that through my experience a few things could be tweaked in your ordering process and it can be better for others. I appreciate that it eventually worked out, thanks.

    Not a true mirrored lens. People can see my eyes through the mirror lens. Also, because the two lenses have different prescriptions the size of what is mirrored on the outside is different sizes.     Wish they hadn't taken so long but we love them. We will most definitely continue to shop with Zenni! Hopefully there will be more choices for children as there are barely any for boys and my daughter wants rainbow glasses and the only ones I found were expensive. Zenni is not expensive for adults. I don't understand why it's so pricey for kid frames.

    Zenni is amazing. It was also cheaper to get glasses through them than it is through the eye doctor where my daughter goes to get her glasses. They're all affordable. When we were at the eye doctor, the frames alone were $80 and then her prescription, I had to go and get that from the doctor's office. They were really cool about it. But Zenni nailed it out of the park. The quality is amazing. It didn't feel cheap. The cases are also awesome. They also have that microfiber on the bottom of that plastic case. It protects your eyeglasses so they don't get scratched.

    My daughter loves the glasses. I was afraid they're gonna be on the cheaper side and not have the quality of a regular pair of glasses, but surprisingly, they were very good build quality and sturdy, and my daughter still got them. I was really impressed. They also had all the options. I was really nervous because they said you need to figure out the center of the pupils. But they had that offered there to print off. They also walk people through it, so it was really nice. Their website was really nicely laid out. Everything made sense. It was super easy for a guy that's never bought glasses online. We're gonna definitely order more from Zenni.

    Nevertheless, the U.S. Postal Service website advises that the order was delivered to you on October 14, 2022, which means that it was a few days outside its 30-day warranty period when you posted your review, on November 18, 2022.

    I have had the same pair of glasses for two years now so I was really ready for an upgrade. This pair is similar to my old pair but smaller, which is exactly what I needed because the others kept slipping off of my face. Which two years worth of wear added to that along with me losing some weight. The glasses did take a while to arrive but that was a mishap on the postal service’s part. When I opened them I couldn’t believe how nice they are. Hoping to get a year or so’s wear out of these. I’d definitely reorder this pair in the future.

    If the frame to which you refer is full-rim, square, flexible-plastic, tortoiseshell frame 2030339, with a frame width of 143 millimeters, from your order o5150637062, placed on October 21, 2022, we want to confirm that the U.S. Postal service website states that this order was delivered to you on October 31, 2022, which means that this order is within its 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered.

    Therefore, we invite you to telephone Zenni Customer Service, at 1-800-211-2105, and please provide the order number, o5150637062, to the customer service representative who answers.

    Also, please take a picture that shows the issue with the frame’s temple arm, since the customer service representative will ask you to email the picture of the frame to them so that they can see that the frame is defective.

    When the customer service representative sees from the picture that the frame is defective, we can offer to remake the eyeglasses for you for free, and you will not have to return the glasses with the defective temple arm.

    I was really, truly surprised when I got my first 2 pairs of glasses from Zenni 4 years ago. The glasses are plastic - not glass - and so they last quite a while but are subject to scratches over the long term. I probably spend $50 every 10-12 months on a new pair. This is actually really nice as it means new frames (I have children and my frames get beat up) and a new style. My wife takes better care of her Zenni glasses and so she still actually has her first pair and they're in decent shape. I really can't recommend these enough. Paying $300 dollars for a pair of glasses from an optometrist is just an insane concept to me now.
