The entire process was easy and seamless. Perfect progressive lenses arrived in less than two weeks from order date. I spent a fourth of what I would have spent at my local eye center. I would recommend Zenni to everyone!

It was easy as 1,2,3 and made my teenager very happy! The shipping is timely even with her difficult lenses. The measuring process is so simple she was able to complete without help. We will be ordering more glasses in 1,2,3!

Happy with the product. The website was easy to navigate, the price was right. I find the glasses light and comfortable. This is my second pair of progressives that I've ordered and both times I had good experiences.

Zenni's virtual try on option is very accurate to the product received. If you don't mind waiting a few weeks to receive the order and don't mind receiving a generic brand that looks as good as any name brand, then you can save money. I'm every bit as happy with this shopping experience as I am with in-person shopping.

Zenni is simply THE BEST. Extremely high quantity, quick shipping and always perfect. I have used Zenni for the past 20 years and never go anywhere else. Their prices are usually 90% less than my optometrist. You’d be a fool to buy glasses from anyone else.

I am very pleased with my Great quality eyewear. Received as quoted per the issued timeline. Love my Zenni glasses! I give them a 10/10! I love the fun colors and multiple lens options. It’s so affordable that I can have a couple different options in my glasses rotation!

I am so pleased with my sunglasses! This is the second prescription pair I have ordered and the frames fit so snug on my face and the time to receive them is excellent. I will be ordering another pair shortly. Very good service and quality lenses!!

This was great! I did the whole thing while sitting on my couch! I ordered night time driving glasses with prescription lenses and they fit great, look sharp, and my prescription is perfect. Very very easy process.

Amazed how easy it was to order online. My son didn’t like the actual fit of the glasses and the return process was just as easy. We were able to get full credit back. Super happy with our next pair. Customer service was superb!

I ordered prescription eyeglasses & paid for rush shipping on 11/26/24 and today is now 12/06/24. The company advertises that if you pay for “Rush Shipping” they will expedite your order in 2-5 days. That is a lie and clearly misleading because they have NOT expedited my order at all. The order status says “Processing” and hasn’t changed at all since 11/27/24. There’s been no communication from the company explaining this extremely long processing time and they STILL haven’t even shipped the item yet. This kind of misleading and dishonest behavior from this company is unacceptable and they need held responsible for poor customer service.

Warning: Do not expect your insurance company to cover Zenni glasses. Aetna requires a National Provider Identification Number to process a claim. When I couldn't find one on my Zenni receipt or their website, I called Zenni. They don't have a NPI. Therefore, I'll be testing Zenni's return policy.

My son advised me to buy my eyeglasses from Zenni, and I am glad he did! The glasses are attractive and fit well, although they are a bit heavier than I expected. The cost was reasonable and delivery was acceptable. I will purchase from Zenni again.

I ordered a pair of every day glasses and a pair of work safety glasses in April, 6 1/2 months later the frames break on my safety glasses and Zenni tells me I have to buy another pair. They broke while working and I need them to see. The glasses were not being used in an any destructive way. I will not buy from Zenni again.

I ordered transition glasses with brown tint. I got glasses with the left lens pink and the right lens brown. It's not just that the left lens is pink, but the dioptry is way off. I've reached out to them via the chat on their website (I don't know for any other way to contact them), and both times I got the same response: "...you'll get replacement glasses. Please allow 24-48h to get a confirmation email for new order..." Did I get the confirmation email? No, not once, not twice. Learn from my mistakes and stay away and save yourself some money.

Oh Zenni. SMH. So yesterday somehow my glasses developed a crack on the frame on one side - it's not all the way through yet so as long as it doesn't get worse I should be okay. I'm also looking into Lasik so all of this may not matter much longer. I sent them an email basically asking what are my options. Their response left me absolutely shocked. They said that they couldn't just replace the frames (nor would they because they were one-month outside warranty) because they cycle through new frames every six months so the frames I bought last year won't fit the frames I would buy today. The frames are $25. The lenses are $150-ish. So my only option is to spend ANOTHER $200 to completely replace the lenses and the frames. That's wasteful and it's bad customer service. Shame on you Zenni.

It was my first experience ordering eyeglasses online. It exceeded my expectations! Great products and reasonable prices. I'm quite happy with the outcome! I would recommend Zenni to anybody looking for great glasses an good prices. Their customer service was really helpful as well!

I purchased a pair of glasses and when I got them, I really did not how the frames fit. I got hold of customer service and they walked me through the process. In a few days, I received a FULL refund. They are great people to work with and I am sure I will use them again.

Initially I was really excited when I heard about Zenni. I would be able to afford to have different eyeglasses for different styles of clothes. Unfortunately I will not buy any more eyeglasses through Zenni. It is just to difficult to order glasses without being able to try them on and see them. The first pair I purchased were different than what I expected. The frame was thicker but they were ok and I did get a few compliments on them so I was satisfied, sort of.
Then when my work smock was changed to navy blue, I wanted to get frames that matched. I got on the Zenni app and found a pair that were described as "navy blue". I saw online there was a tinge of pink on them but I was ok with that. When I got them they were not navy blue at all but rather teal. I thought maybe I would get used to the color and set them aside. I tried them on several other times but wasn't happy with them. Now we all know how time flies. It was a busy end of summer and before I knew it, it was 2 months later.
It is COMPLETELY MY FAULT that I didn't return them during the 30 day window. But I thought I would give it a shot and see if Zenni would work with me in returning them. They didn't at all. No half credit or we'll make an exception and do it this once for you especially since THE COLOR DESCRIPTION ONLINE WAS INACCURATE. They are clearly not navy blue. Again, I didn't send them back in time, but I would have thought they would work with me. Customer service is so very important. I've worked retail in one way or another my entire life so I do have some experience with this and I know the difference between a customer that needs some help and an abusive customer. In the end... Zenni has lost a potentially profitable customer. In the end... I will delete the app.

Ordered a pair of custom prescription lenses (great prices!), and found out the frames were too small, they returned them without a second question and got me the right pair while guiding me to the information I needed! Will definitely be ordering again!

Horrible customer service! They 'destroyed' my returned glasses (aka; resold them). They won't stand behind replacement on an RX that was filled incorrectly! Glasses were new! Never using ZENNI again.

I had purchased from Zenni 3 years ago at my old address. I purchased new glasses from them, making sure to update my address in my address book on my account. I checked out and was so excited to get my new glasses. A few days later they sent me an email stating my new glasses were on the way to my OLD ADDRESS. What??!! I contacted Zenni right away and told them the problem and the told me to contact the courier and get them to return the package. So I contacted UsPs and by the time I heard back from them the package was out of their hands. So I re-contacted Zenni. They told me to GO TO MY OLD ADDRESS AND SEE IF I CAN GET THE PACKAGE BACK. What??!! I asked for a refund. They declined. Now I’m out $100 bucks and I’ll never use Zenni again.

I definitely love my sunglasses, the fit is perfect and prescription is spot on. Couldn't ask for a better fit. Delivery was awesome. Will definitely be buying from them again. Highly recommend this company.

Both a pair a rimless only the past May and after few months the arm snapped. I spend over $300 on this pair and I try to take to my local optical and they can't even touch them, so I'm stocked with a $300 pair that I can't fix or return. Contact customer service and pretty much they can't do anything about. They ask me to send pics to them and I never heard back. I guess that don’t need my family business.

I’ve gotten glasses here before and they were ok for the price. But I have to return a pair and the time between Zenni accepting my return and me getting glasses I need are about a month away. I’ll have credit but will have to buy glasses locally. Only good until you have an issue.

This the worst Eyeglass Optical I've ever dealt with. Cheap eyeglasses and poor customer service skills. They will make a mistake on your order and won't take any responsibility or make things right. I'm now ordering from Diff, ZEELOOL and Lensmart and I'm sticking with them. Won't ever order from Zenni ever again.

I had an awful experience with Zenni. My order was lost and sent to the wrong address multiple times, and when I reached out for help, they refused to reimburse me for their mistakes. I’ve wasted time and money, and Zenni’s customer service has been completely unhelpful. If you value your time, money, and patience, I would strongly advise against using them. You truly get what you pay for, and unfortunately, with Zenni, that’s a whole lot of hassle and frustration.

I placed an order for eye glasses on Aug 9. Received glasses on Aug 20. Fair time on shipment. When ordering, apparently, I made a mistake on entering prescription. When I called the representative was quite cordial and polite. After all information was presented, I was informed that there was nothing they would do. They thanked me for the money I gave them. And to have a good day. I will never order online again. There is a whole lot more to this experience but, not enough room to type. They got a one star because is nothing lower. Order number number **.

I ordered my first pair of glasses through this company. Unfortunately the frame was too small for me. When I reported the issue to them right away they asked me to look through the frames and see if I could find the proper size and if I could not find my size they would refund me. I must have a weird head size because they do not have a frame that would fit me and when I asked them to send me the refund they refused to refund me and instead put my money in as a credit. A credit. That is no good to me.. Lesson learn. Never try to cheap out and go for something cheaper. They pretty much stole my money. If I had known this would happen I would of fought harder to get a refund that day rather than them talking me into looking at the frames again for the right size.
