I have been buying my glasses from my doctor's office and always complained they were not clear. These glasses I ordered from ZENNI are very clear and the best pair of glasses I've had in years. Definitely a happy customer.

They came quickly, they were affordable and they were correct! I've never ordered glasses online, so this was a super unique experience! I really like Zenni's site. It's easy to navigate, and there are so many cool styles to choose from.

I like the selection and the options for transition and XTRActive lenses. There are many options for frames and every style imaginable. I like the options for small and medium frames. My husband likes the XL options.

Zenni charged my credit card without me ever placing an order. I called their customer service line and the agent was so nonchalant about it. I had to inform the agent that he should be using phrases like "this is a concern we take very seriously" or "I am sending an urgent message to the appropriate department and someone will be reaching out to you within ___ hours." Terrible!

This is my 3rd pair of glasses from Zenni Optical. I've been completely satisfied each time. The quality is superb and the price is wonderful. I've worn glasses for over 50 years. Throughout that time, I've had both good and bad experiences. I'm thoroughly pleased with Zenni.

My order of glasses and sunglasses was not delivered by the post office. I sent one email to Zenni and within 48 hours, they informed me they were replacing my order at no cost to me with expedited shipping. That is truly excellent customer service!

Absolutely love both pair of my eyeglasses; they came exactly as described, the fit is also perfect. For the great price, it is a win-win. I am so happy I made the choice to buy them. I would definitely repurchase from Zenni Optical again soon!!!

Never try to claim your extended warranty. They said they would give me the full price of the glasses excluding the extended warranty. Guess what? Store credit I got the price of the extended warranty. Mind you I spent a little over $110 dollars for the glasses without the warranty.

Love my new glasses. I was able to get two pairs of glasses that fit perfectly (I got the measurements from a previous pair of glasses) for less than $130. One pair was a transitional lens pair of glasses. I would not usually buy these from the eye doctor because regular lenses are already so expensive. I will be telling all my friends and family about this site. I have already purchased two pairs of glasses for my husband. It’s so nice to get two pairs, one for everyday and one pair as a backup of current prescription for less than half the cost of one pair from the eye doctor.

I enjoyed shopping for new glasses on the Zenni site. It was easy and fun with a lot to choose from. Things like sizing and measurements were well-explained, so you could do it yourself accurately. My new glasses were extremely cost-effective, fit well, looked great, and the vision is excellent. I could order 3 pairs for the price of one at a doctor's office or optical shop. Five stars!

It was really easy to order and my glasses came pretty quickly. Also my glasses are perfect! The amount of options I was given to customize my glasses was great. I actually plan to continue to order more soon!

I have been a Zenni customer since 2004. This is a top-notch company with an extraordinary focus on customer service. 2 weeks ago, I set my progressive glasses on my car in order to put on my single lens glasses on for golf. Unfortunately, after playing, I left my glasses on top of my car after golf and got on the freeway. My glasses flew off and were immediately destroyed. I bought both pairs of glasses 9 months ago. I bought the 1-year warranty. So I called Zenni about a replacement pair. However, they explained that the policy only provides for damaged glasses and does not cover lost glasses. Although I was disappointed, the policy was spelled out clearly.

Easy use...satisfaction every time. But severely limited on large width options. I wear 141+ total width. There only a small handful to choose from. But the modifications you can make are great. I have used Zenni for years now and am always satisfied.

I love my new glasses and I absolutely love the nighttime new lenses. Thank you so much, Zeni. I will definitely let my friends and family know how much I love them.

Shopping online can be hard. You don't get a chance to hold or try on in person the item. I used their online try-on and picked a pair of glasses that I thought would work for me. When they came they were a lot darker and the frames thicker than they appeared in the try on photos. I returned them within a few days of receipt using the prepaid return label which appeared to be my only option. To my great surprise my refund was 20.00 less than the initial charge. I don't know how they justify a 20.00 shipping fee, but beware. At those prices a try on is just not a sound economic choice.

My optometrist messed up my prescription resulting in glasses I couldn't use. Even though that was not Zenni's fault, they replaced them for free when I got a good prescription. I feel totally safe with Zenni that I will end up with what I want.

I just received my new glasses today and I love them, they are comfortable and my Wife loves the look of them. I also ordered a pair of safety glasses at the same time and they are great as well. I have been recommending Zenni to others in my family and to friends. I first heard about Zenni from Adam Reader aka the professor of rock on YouTube and I am so glad I followed up on it.

These glasses are very comfortable, good fit. I have an astigmatism and two very different eyes in terms of the lenses, and got a pair of progressives. I found the AI try-on OK, but am still getting used to the look. I think that’s just me, I have a small-looking face but a surprisingly big head. Much better value than getting them at my in-town optical shop: I don’t give a hoot about fashion/name brands, I just want glasses that feel good, help me see properly, and don’t make me look like a fly.

Once I figured out how to use the tools correctly in order to measure my frame, it was pretty easy. There were a lot of extra costs involved though that are completely unnecessary and should simply be wrapped up in the total costs. I get that you are trying to catch the consumers eye with very low numbers at the onset. But, come on. Also, while I like my frames the color was way different than the ones shown in on-line photos.

Very easy and straightforward. Glasses were less expensive than 2 years ago. Shipping took less time than predicted. I like the try on feature, it really shows well how the glasses fit before ordering.

This was a very economical way for us to get glasses for our grandson. He has a hard script that was very expensive to fill at a regular eye place. We were able to get a pair of glasses that we could take our time to find a pair that he liked on his face. We usually feel rushed and pressured. This was easy to do and will not buy glasses any other way now. Thank you Zenni for giving eyes for our family.

I originally sent the wrong prescription but that was no problem for Zenni! I returned the glasses and was credited for the glasses. I reordered the correct prescription and they sent them back very quickly and they are perfect! I love them!

I go to Zenni because not only are the prices good, but they have frames my local eye doctor doesn’t carry. Their virtual try on feature has yet to lead me wrong and because I can keep my current glasses on while it works, I can actually *see* the new pair on my screen and make sure the colors and shape match my vibe. Have used this site for years and will definitely continue to do so.

My glasses are great (nice frame & good vision acuity), however, I purchased transitional lenses and did not get them. My lenses are standard lenses (don’t darken). Connecting with customer service has been difficult. Unfortunately, I’ve taken a loss. So I’ve lowered my star rating from five to three.

I was happy with the ease of ordering glasses for my son online. The glasses arrived quickly and they fit perfect. They look amazing. I spent hundreds on another pair in store and these look and feel a lot better.

I ordered a pair of glasses for my son and I. My lenses came back wrong so I returned them. To get the fastest action to get another set that worked I used store credit instead of being paid back to my card. I order a second pair of glasses that were wrong as well. At this point I just want my money back so I ask for a refund and they now refuse to pay me back the money that I gave them that they converted into store credit because of their faulty product. Don't use this company. It's not worth the hassle.

I have been a loyal customer of Zenni for almost 8 years now. My glasses are perfectly made and they last for a very long time. They are also light on the budget. I make it a point that when I visit the US, that I make my order. Within 2 weeks, my glasses arrive. I have tried ordering and sending home to the Philippines but the postal system of my country made it so difficult for me. It took 6 months plus I had to pay additional taxes.

Glasses came super fast and at a fraction of the price of what I bought at a local store. I ordered glasses two days before I found this website. I had my glasses from Zenni two days after I ordered them. It took my glasses from the store almost three weeks and cost 3x more. I wish I could try them on first. Then I found out you can get glasses shipped to try on. It is a pretty good deal.

LOVE the glasses!! This is the 3rd pair of glasses I've purchased from Zenni and like the others, I'm loving these! Besides being very pretty, they are very lightweight and comfortable! The style of glasses are flattering to my face shape and can pair with pretty much any outfit. I'm considering buying them in other colors!
