I just received my new glasses today and I love them, they are comfortable and my Wife loves the look of them. I also ordered a pair of safety glasses at the same time and they are great as well. I have been recommending Zenni to others in my family and to friends. I first heard about Zenni from Adam Reader aka the professor of rock on YouTube and I am so glad I followed up on it.

These glasses are very comfortable, good fit. I have an astigmatism and two very different eyes in terms of the lenses, and got a pair of progressives. I found the AI try-on OK, but am still getting used to the look. I think that’s just me, I have a small-looking face but a surprisingly big head. Much better value than getting them at my in-town optical shop: I don’t give a hoot about fashion/name brands, I just want glasses that feel good, help me see properly, and don’t make me look like a fly.

Once I figured out how to use the tools correctly in order to measure my frame, it was pretty easy. There were a lot of extra costs involved though that are completely unnecessary and should simply be wrapped up in the total costs. I get that you are trying to catch the consumers eye with very low numbers at the onset. But, come on. Also, while I like my frames the color was way different than the ones shown in on-line photos.

Very easy and straightforward. Glasses were less expensive than 2 years ago. Shipping took less time than predicted. I like the try on feature, it really shows well how the glasses fit before ordering.

This was a very economical way for us to get glasses for our grandson. He has a hard script that was very expensive to fill at a regular eye place. We were able to get a pair of glasses that we could take our time to find a pair that he liked on his face. We usually feel rushed and pressured. This was easy to do and will not buy glasses any other way now. Thank you Zenni for giving eyes for our family.

I originally sent the wrong prescription but that was no problem for Zenni! I returned the glasses and was credited for the glasses. I reordered the correct prescription and they sent them back very quickly and they are perfect! I love them!

I go to Zenni because not only are the prices good, but they have frames my local eye doctor doesn’t carry. Their virtual try on feature has yet to lead me wrong and because I can keep my current glasses on while it works, I can actually *see* the new pair on my screen and make sure the colors and shape match my vibe. Have used this site for years and will definitely continue to do so.

My glasses are great (nice frame & good vision acuity), however, I purchased transitional lenses and did not get them. My lenses are standard lenses (don’t darken). Connecting with customer service has been difficult. Unfortunately, I’ve taken a loss. So I’ve lowered my star rating from five to three.

I was happy with the ease of ordering glasses for my son online. The glasses arrived quickly and they fit perfect. They look amazing. I spent hundreds on another pair in store and these look and feel a lot better.

I ordered a pair of glasses for my son and I. My lenses came back wrong so I returned them. To get the fastest action to get another set that worked I used store credit instead of being paid back to my card. I order a second pair of glasses that were wrong as well. At this point I just want my money back so I ask for a refund and they now refuse to pay me back the money that I gave them that they converted into store credit because of their faulty product. Don't use this company. It's not worth the hassle.

I have been a loyal customer of Zenni for almost 8 years now. My glasses are perfectly made and they last for a very long time. They are also light on the budget. I make it a point that when I visit the US, that I make my order. Within 2 weeks, my glasses arrive. I have tried ordering and sending home to the Philippines but the postal system of my country made it so difficult for me. It took 6 months plus I had to pay additional taxes.

Glasses came super fast and at a fraction of the price of what I bought at a local store. I ordered glasses two days before I found this website. I had my glasses from Zenni two days after I ordered them. It took my glasses from the store almost three weeks and cost 3x more. I wish I could try them on first. Then I found out you can get glasses shipped to try on. It is a pretty good deal.

LOVE the glasses!! This is the 3rd pair of glasses I've purchased from Zenni and like the others, I'm loving these! Besides being very pretty, they are very lightweight and comfortable! The style of glasses are flattering to my face shape and can pair with pretty much any outfit. I'm considering buying them in other colors!

Ordering is easy, glasses arrived quickly & correct, not to mention cute! I love having a site where l can order multiple pairs of fun specs for the price of one pair at the optometrist’s office! I will continue to order from Zenni every time.

Very dependable, this is my fourth pair of glasses. Always a pleasure. My glasses came quicker than expected. I have recommended Zenni to anyone who brings up how expensive their glasses were. I tell them they would be very surprised by how much they save.

The left hinge on one item from my three item order will not close. I have tried to loosen the screw, but to no avail. Now 31 days have elapsed since I received my order so I am out of luck to have Zenni fix their quality control problem.

Great experience! I have a really high prescription and don't ever get glasses from anyone but an eye doctor. But heard about this company and liked my experience. I also got progressives and they were what I expected.

I ordered 2 pair of identical glasses and one was not correct. I called and explained the situation and was told it was my fault in ordering. Impossible as I ordered 2 identical pairs from a previous order. Person at the call centre was very unprofessional.

I have been thrilled with my purchase. Was able to get 3 pairs for less than half what I would have paid at a local optical store. They are good quality and true to my prescription. I have a pair of progressives, a pair for distance only and a pair of sunglasses.

Zenni optical is one of the best online retailers for frames, hands down. The variety in their collection is awesome. The whole purchase process is easy peasy start to finish. Manufacturing and delivery is also extremely fast! Their return policy is amazing too!

Zenni Optical has a very nice selection of frames to choose from. I chose an aviator style for myself with the night driving lenses. I really like the glasses I purchased. The lenses aren’t like most lenses found in night driving glasses. Instead of a very yellow tinted lens, these lenses are more clear. There is a very slight yellow tinted lens but if you didn’t know that you wouldn’t know. I would recommend these glasses for anyone looking for a good set of night driving glasses.

I have ordered from them before and was generally happy. But this time, I wasted my time twice by picking a frame, inputting my script, selecting the lenses and options, only to have it remove my entire order from the cart because it the frame is out of stock. Why in the hell if it is out of stock it would be selectable?!? Waste of time.

They LIE about 24/7 online chat/customer support. When you click the link, it shows: javascript:void(0) which means they intentionally set it up to ignore clicks. Programmers will know what I'm talking about. Such a nasty way of doing business.

My glasses as required perfect. Fit, look and quality were what I expected. Would recommend. The shipping was quick. Give it a try. You can't go wrong for the price. You will find the right glasses for you!

I wanted the same frames that we ordered before, but the previous receipt didn't have the size on it. Once I figured that out, it was fairly easy to upload the prescription. They got here in a week, and they are perfect. The price is affordable. Great job!

Great price, great glasses! Win win! Both pairs I purchased were priced very fair and actually work better than my 2 pairs from my eye doctor, those were nearly $500 a pair! Got nothing bad to say.. Highly recommend.

The first time I bought glasses from Zenni everything was great even though they got lost in the mail. However the second time was a horrible customer service. They sent me two pair of glasses with the wrong prescription. I put them on and almost wrecked my car because I could not see the cars in front of me. They should be sued!!!

It was easy and affordable. It took a little longer then I thought, but well worth the wait...I love my new glasses. I will definitely use them again. When my husband gets his new script I will get his here as well.
