I was a cashier and I had a customer whose glasses were really awesome. She told me she only paid 12 bucks for them and then proceeded to tell me the process of getting those cheap glasses from Zenni. I came from Medicaid glasses and the glasses that I had on at the time were a pair I had found while cleaning a hotel room years ago. So, I was in bad shape. When I went to their website, the variety of the glasses was awesome. Ordering online was super easy as well, but you have to know your prescription. And if you don’t put it in right, then you’re not gonna be able to see. My process was going and getting an eye checkup. And after the checkup, I'd ask if I could get my prescription, then I'd leave and order glasses from Zenni.

I ordered a pair of glasses and when I received them the prescription was wrong so I called customer service about returning them but I kept getting the answer of, "I'll send you a prepaid postage stamp in an email right now," which I never received and still to this day have not received and it's been three phone calls and two months later. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Zenni is terrifically great and wonderful. A friend used and recommended them and I've been ordering from them for five years. I've bought prescription sunglasses, glasses for work and transitional glasses. I've also gotten plastic frames for golfing and some kooky color for the fun of it. I have silver, gold and some other things.

I love Zenni and I’m never going back to an eye doctor ever again unless I need my prescription changed. I’m never purchasing glasses anywhere else because glasses from an eye doctor are $200 a pop, and then I end up screwing them up or losing ‘em. And then Zenni has such a reasonable price and you can change it up with outfits and styles, and it’s awesome. The website has always been there and I was always curious. At the beginning, I didn’t have my prescription on hand and I didn’t know how to type it in, so I never really used them right away. Then eventually, I did. I’ve purchased four pairs and I bought the first pair six months ago. And the online process was not bad at all.

I wrote to Zenni because I was trying to get my coupon for my birthday issued again. I had just missed the date by a few days. My email had no expiration date so how was I supposed to know it expired. The guy Jason I spoke with was not helpful at all and did not even care to what I was saying. Sending me condescending emojis like it was a joke. I have ordered here a few times but after this never again.

I love Zenni. I tell everybody about them and they always thank me. The price is a factor especially for people who have kids. Kids scratch and break glasses a lot. That costs hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Back in the years, Zenni also used to send a little ruler for the OD, like the measurement between the middle to the other eye. That way we can choose the frame size. That was really helpful but they don’t send that anymore. I like to have different kinds of glasses and I buy glasses every three months because of the price. I have the half-frame and the other ones were all plastic and round. I just like the way they look.

I was so happy with Zenni Optical when I saw the reasonable prices and selection of frames. I ordered several hundred dollars worth of product for myself and my husband. None of the items seemed to be good quality, but I accepted that you get what you pay for. A few months after the purchase a screw came out of one of the pairs. They're not normal screws that you can replace with those little kits - they're a two part screw, like a nut/bolt kind of thing. I contacted Zenni for a replacement screw. Apparently their warranty only lasts 30 days and they don't send replacement screws, I am told I have to buy a pair of replacement frames and change the lenses myself.

I’ve been ordering from Zenni since a friend of mine has told me about it 15 years ago. Their website is user-friendly and easy to get around. I've ordered all kinds of glasses and have gotten them on time.

I like Zenni Optical's price and they have all the different types of frames available. I’ve ordered at least five pairs of glasses from them and have been buying from them since 2013. Their online ordering process is useful and I like it. It is user-friendly and it has all my information saved including the prescription that they did. It also gives me a reminder of when my prescription expires.

Ordered a pair of progressive lens glasses. According to their website I needed the midrange which the top 2/3 of the viewing lens is for up to 14' and the lower 1/3 of the lens would be for reading but when I received them it was opposite. 1/3 of the lens at the top was for distance and the lower 2/3 was for reading which according to their website is the near range. Now they're saying it wasn't made wrong so at best I can only get 50% store credit. I just want what I ordered. Such BS.

I love Zenni Optical's glasses, the different styles, and the price range is wonderful too. Plus, their online ordering process is easy. I really like switching it up so I purchased 5 different pairs, which I have had for about six months now. I could get several pairs and leave them at different places, like my daughter's home and my other daughter's home, so then I don't have to worry about having glasses when I get there. With that, I'd recommend Zenni to my friends and tell them about the wide range of glasses that Zenni offers. The frames are very sturdy. However, I would not recommend getting prescription lenses from them because my doctor told me that that is something one has to do in the office, not online.

OK. I took a chance and order a pair of bifocal glasses from Zenni. Style was fine. Prescription was good. Now six months later I have six tiny visible cracks in my right lens above the bifocals line. The cracks are on the outside of the lens and I can feel them with my fingernail. And I never dropped or misused them. At first I was impressed with the price. Now I know why they are so cheap... inferior quality. Called customer service. Told me I'm out of luck. You get what you pay for. I paid for six month glasses.

I ordered prescription eyeglasses with 80% amber tint on 03-19-2018. I called customer service on 05-10-2018 because I was having trouble seeing in the sun. I got out some old pair that were 80% tint and the new glasses were not as dark. I only wear these glasses when driving on sunny days. So when I figured out the problem I contacted customer service. They refused to make them right. The reason was that they were out of warranty. It is not like they broke. Zenni failed to fulfilled my order correctly. A Zenni employee made a mistake but the company will not fix. That's wrong.

A buddy of mine had mentioned Zenni Optical to me. He had previously ordered online from them. At that time, I was looking at some glasses because I needed to update my prescription. And if you go in a doctor’s office, it’s bazillion dollars to get a pair of glasses. I work for a living and I don’t want a $700 pair of glasses. That's not gonna happen. But with Zenni, once I got my prescription, the website was easy and self-directed enough that I could figure my way through it. So far, it was my first time ordering from Zenni Optical and I was very satisfied. I’m very happy with my glasses. In fact, I'm wearing them right now and they work well. I can now see what I’m doing. Overall, Zenni Optical met all my needs.

When I first started to get big years ago, I bought a pair of glasses from Zenni and the product was poor at that time. The frame was chintzy and the chrome peeled, but it was okay. At least I got some glasses to comply with the US or state requirement that mandates an eye prescription. But I couldn't see any more out of those glasses I bought eight years ago, so I went back to Zenni. I went online and got new glasses from them which I had between 7 and 10 days. The packaging was superb and I was very impressed with it.

I've been trying to get my refund for several months now and they refuse to do it. They blame it on "policy" and they give you the runaround so that you are forced to buy from them again. Just like another reviewer posted, I also was told my prescription was written wrong so they are not at fault for my glasses not working. Also, they suggested reordering the glasses, so I did, and again, they were wrong! Finally, I paid about 75 dollars for some cheap ugly glasses that did not work so I returned them and I never got my money back. I was offered 50% store credit.

I liked the affordable prices at Zenni Optical. Their online ordering process was very easy but Zenni could reduce the amount of waiting time for the glasses. I got full-rim, circular framed glasses from them. I've always wanted circular frames but then the ones at stores were too small. Those from Zenni were wide enough for my face width. I've had the glasses for two months and I've been enjoying them so far.

Zenni Optical is cheap and some glasses can be very expensive. I went with the rectangle glasses which help me when I'm driving. I've had my glasses for about four months. I recommend Zenni.

I was looking around online for a cheaper way to buy glasses. Then I found Zenni and I’ve been purchasing from them for 10 years now. They only charge $4.95 for shipping no matter how many pairs I buy and didn’t have a bunch of side charges. With them, I’m able to buy the number of glasses that I want. This year, I bought four pairs of reading glasses, my regular bifocals, and sunglasses with bifocals on them. Before Zenni, all I could do was buy a pair of glasses that cost me $700 and I was sick of it.

It was super easy to order glasses at Zenni Optical. And it was my first time using them, but it was easy to plug in the prescription and then pick a pair of frames that I like. My husband sent me a link to the website because I needed to order glasses and we didn’t have a lot of money. The ones I went with are plastic. They are full frames and have little flowers and little stones on the side in, like a reddish burgundy color. And it's been a couple of months since I owned these glasses. They are wonderful. So I intend to buy some more. I’m a mom, so glasses are a necessity especially with three little ones. I’m just like, I need some new ones just in case. Also, you can’t beat $40 especially when they’re actually well-made. I was impressed. At first, I was like they’re going to fall apart in a week. And their representative said to try it. And I did. I’m sold and I recommend these glasses to everybody.

A co-worker told me about Zenni, and after doing further research on the web, I've now used them extensively for about six years. I liked their prices and the ease of using them. The price, compared to going out to a retail place, is like cutting out the middleman. They undercut the problem of clients having to go to an optometrist and then to a retail place and go through that procedure to where we can just do it all online. And on their website, we can get the 3-D image of the product, revolve it, try on different frames and see how they're gonna look. Also, we can now upload our image and try them on and do the 360 thing, which is really beneficial.

My mom knew a lot about Zenni Optical and she told me about it. I then bought full rim glasses from them and have had it for a couple of months now. My friend has a pair of glasses like mine. But hers were like $200, and I got mine from Zenni at a better price. My glasses are nice but they’re slanted now. I don’t lay on them. Although it’s crooked, it still does the job. I still see well with the prescription. But I just wish they’re a little more sturdy.

Won't refund my money and instead want to give store credit. I don't want anything from their web store. I want my money refunded. Telephone line says "We're sorry, waiting time may be over 20 minutes..." This is a RUSE and a BULLY TACTIC. Don't shop with these scammers! They need to be put out of business for being BULLIES.

I like Zenni's price and I also like the wide assortment and options they have. I’ve ordered sunglasses and regular glasses from Zenni in the past, which I did online. For the most part of the ordering process, it was easy. But the one thing I struggled with a bit was trying to figure out the sunglass option. I was looking for a sunglass button and I finally figured out that I had to choose the tint, but that wasn’t obvious. The sunglass option needs to be a bit clear that that’s available. But I was glad I have that option and it’s also a great product at a great price. I’ve also had rimless glasses and my most recent purchase was a regular framed glasses. I liked the frames but they seemed to be blurry. The quality wasn’t as good as the other batches that I’ve ordered. Nevertheless, it was a positive experience with Zenni.

My healthcare won’t provide me with a new pair of glasses but every five years. I have to leave the country so I won’t be here at the time where my insurance will pay for the next pair and Zenni had cheaper glasses which I wanted. I love the options I have with them. The whole trying on the glasses with the picture is really cool and I wish that was something that was available in more online shopping places because it gave me a good idea of what the glasses was gonna look like before I spend the money. They have you take a picture of your face and you have to upload it to the site. It keeps that picture, so when I find a pair of glasses that I want, I can go to that page and there’s an option that says “try on”. It will bring my picture up and show me what the frames look like. It helps me to show where my pupil was so when I upload the picture, they can make the glasses fit as well. It’s as accurate as something like this can be.

I like the price of Zenni. I bought the cat-eye frame from them because I thought it looked really good on me. I order a pair every other month from them and the process was very easy. It's just that the temple broke easily on the first cat-eye frame that I've ordered. I’ve ordered four pairs since and they're holding pretty well. I’m satisfied with the style options that I’m seeing from Zenni although it would be nice to see more cat-eye frames. But I would recommend Zenni Optical to anyone who hasn’t tried to order from them.

I am a Zenni customer for a few years. All my orders were made for glasses with polychromic lenses (the lenses are changing to darker when in the sunshine and back to plain white when back inside). Never had any problem with my lenses, they would became dark dark amber in the sunshine, for the tune of $29 added at the time of the order. The lenses received with my last order are clearly faulty, they simply don't get any darker than vaguely pale.

Zenni glasses were inexpensive and good value. Be aware that bifocals and progressive prescriptions require exact measurements of your face, eyes and frame. Every frame is different for the lens center and your eye. I would only order single vision lens from Zenni. The PD is an easy measurement.

My wife's friend talked good about Zenni Optical so we chose to pick that company. I bought a pair of glasses for my daughter and it's kind of big for her but it's good because her face is a little bit small. Also, maybe it was me who didn't really know how to choose the right size. And I didn't know the numbers of the optical, how they work that out, and how close is the eyes to the nose. I did it online and if it would've been in person, it would've been a little bit better.

I saw Zenni on a commercial and they had a lot of choices. Plus, ordering from them online is easy. I got full rim glasses a few months ago and the quality of the item is good.

I ordered online and I was thrilled when the glasses arrived. I got three pairs for under $40 and one of the glasses had a half-rim frame. I lost one, broke one, and I temporarily lost the other one so I would be ordering again. I was happy with them. I could see through the glasses and there wasn’t any crappiness to them at all. Zenni Optical had a fantastic service and the experience was a breeze, and I recommended them to two other friends.

Zenni Optical had the niftiest glasses. I've ordered from them twice and among the 17 pairs of glasses that I bought, I like the black ones with my polka dots. I had my eyewear since September of last year and I pretty much bought all the plastic ones. My mom also ended up getting some too and we even had a matching pair by accident. I really liked the choices of frames and the quality of their glasses, but it would get smeary if I wiped them with anything other than the cloth that they sent them with. So there were times when I was outside and the glasses would get a little wet and I had to smear at them before I could get to my car or get my purse.

Zenni seemed to have a fair reputation, so I ordered using my new prescription. I found the pricing very reasonable and quite surprisingly inexpensive. The glasses arrived and my initial impression was the quality appeared to be acceptable. I started wearing the glasses (which had progressive lens) and after less than an hour, my eyes hurt. I tried again the next day and the same situation. I took them to my optometrist to have the prescription checked. Both eye prescriptions were off... Not just by a little, but a lot and the reading element was off as well... As was the axis measurement. All I can say is they were consistent in their manufacturing... Every element incorrect.

Zenni Optical's pricing is great and their choices of frames are excellent. I’ve ordered the full-rim metal ones before and because it was so thin, it snapped. I ordered them again and it snapped again. I ordered the full-rim plastic pairs which last longer and they're durable. I’ve had several pairs and I've had them for a couple of months now. Some pairs lasted longer than the others. In addition, the online ordering was easy. There was also a section where I could simply press “Re-order.” It was super helpful that I didn’t have to go and search for the frames. I always tell my friends that once they get their child’s prescription, to go to Zenni Optical. They don’t need to spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars.

Last year I lost my optical insurance. So I ordered glasses with a new Rx from my eye doc through Zenni.com. High magnification, high index lens, bi-focal. I get the glasses from Zenni and I can't see across the room. I can't see up close. Everything looks like a double image. I think my eye doc made an error. I go back to the eye doc (at LensCrafters). He checks the glasses from Zenni on no less than 4 different machines. Then he re-checks my Rx and gives me an example pair. (you wander around a mall looking like a spaceman) The example pair works perfectly, I can read a sign over a hundred yards away. I can see the texture on dust particles.

I was working in the medical field and a couple of nurses were talking about buying glasses from Zenni so I checked it out. I've used them since 2014 and I have two accounts with them. My ordering process is pretty simple. I like the way it’s set up and I like the way it saves my prescription. That way, next time I go in, I can just click it and it’s done. Customer service has been wonderful. I have three children that wear glasses and they go through about 15 pairs of glasses each year. So whenever they break them, Zenni gives a decent time and price. Also, they have a good selection. You can try the frames on your face and they’re wonderful quality. I'm very satisfied.

I’ve been purchasing from Zenni Optical for six years. Somebody told me about Zenni and I’ve ordered four times from them. They have cheap, decent glasses. I could get better ones but I always find the cheap ones because I work with little kids. I typically order online the full rim glasses since it’s the style that I like to put on my face. The quality of the eyeglasses that I received from Zenni is fine and these were a lot sturdier than I expected them to be. I've had the eyeglasses break on me only once, when one was stepped on. Also, a screw came out of another one, but that was easily replaceable.

Be aware that Zenni will not refund charges to your credit card - STORE CREDIT ONLY. Customer Service via telephone or online chat is near impossible to reach - When we did speak to a representative, we were told that after they received the returned product, we would receive a refund. Only when we received the instruction email afterwards, did we see that we would receive a Store Credit.

Zenni Optical’s prices were better. I’ve ordered from them for about three times already and I usually go with the basic brown acrylic frames. The ordering process online was pretty simple. I just picked out the frame online, then put in my information. Then the eyewear was sent to me within a couple of weeks. I’ve had my eyewear for a couple of years now and they’re good quality.

I’ve been a Zenni Optical customer for about eight years. I like the variety and the price. I prefer the cat-eye frames and if it’s sunglasses, I like the wraparound types for protection. I also have a lot of wireframe glasses and even the rimless ones. The cat-eye is complementary and the rimless are really lightweight. Also, when I’ve lost a screw or a nose pad, they’ve always been really good about replacing them. So I can have glasses that last for years and keep getting new ones, so I have a nice collection. In the last order I had, I mentioned that I needed new nose pads, so they threw in some nose pads for the pair of glasses that I needed. It also came with the little screw that I need to get the nose pads to stay, so it was cool. They just pop that in with my other order. Somebody actually reads the notes that I put on the order, which is nice. A lot of places don’t.

I got a square-rim style glasses from Zenni Optical and I used it with the tint for sunglasses so I could use it for driving. I first knew about them when I went online and used a Google search. I also happened to mention them to my boss. He said he was aware of the company name and that they were very good. Zenni's customer service was awesome. I needed to submit a receipt for my insurance coverage and what I got from my email wasn’t that great. So I contacted them and asked them for a formal receipt and they sent it to me the next day. They were very quick and they did resolve the problem. They had a very effective and fast process. If a friend would ask me about Zenni Optical, I would definitely tell them to give it a try because the prices are great. I found that some other walk-in type of service places sometimes have more fashionable ones but I was very satisfied with Zenni so I would definitely order from them again.

I paid for priority shipping and did not get my glasses within the guaranteed timeframe. I was not able to get a person on the phone and the online chat offered no help. Poor customer service. I would not recommend and I will never use them again. Not worth the trouble.

I like to change up my style and I like to order a lot of glasses. That’s hard to do when glasses are $200. But at Zenni Optical, they are so cheap that I can try them out which is nice. Apart from the great prices, they have a lot of options, like different styles. And I've tried things that I won't usually, like the aviator style that I got. I like the big cat-eye glasses too. I have been with Zenni for two years now. I have 10 pairs of glasses and I've never had a problem with any of my orders. The shipping is really fast too. Their interface could use an improvement but I like their Instagram post. Zenni is really affordable, stylish and cute with good quality and I've told about 20 people. They like that too because nobody wants to have one pair of glasses when they can switch it up to try different styles.

Zenni Optical's prices are cheap and I've recommended them to friends. I ordered from them a few years ago and since then, I've ordered wireframe, plastic frame, and all different types of glasses. Mostly, I've ordered the same style, just made of different materials. I would just put my prescription in and place the order online. And the prescriptions are always right. The process takes about two weeks. Once they manufacture the glasses, they send them in the mail and that usually takes three to four days.

Zenni Optical's prices are fairly cheap. I ordered online and it was pretty simple. The site asked me all kinds of different questions about what I wanted to add, like lenses. I already had a pair of glasses that had thick frames and I wanted a different pair. And I liked that I could take a picture of myself and put the glasses on my actual face. That way, I could see how it was gonna look on my face because just looking at them on somebody else’s face doesn’t really help. They got the glasses to me in a quick manner and I did not have to pay for shipping. But when the glasses came in, the lenses were a lot thicker than I expected even though I had paid $30 extra to make sure that they weren't too thick because I'm super blind. But overall, I liked Zenni Optical and I would recommend them.

I’ve been advised about Zenni Optical by a friend that have already tried them. I like their price and the quality of their products is not too bad. I’m very happy they are in the market. I got full rim glasses from them and ordering was pretty easy, except the part where I needed to put the number. When I went to the optometrist, I got a number. But sometimes, it is a little bit different and I needed to ask the optometrist what was the right number. Also, the top film on my first order started peeling after some time. It also started having little scratches too much and I needed to throw it away. Other than that, I was very pleased with Zenni. Ordering from them was fast and they were reliable. I'd recommend them to others and I'd tell them not to go anywhere else.

I ordered from Zenni for the first time five months ago and I got a pair of full rim glasses. I had gone to the eye doctor before and I've always wanted a pair that looks like that but I didn't want to spend. But since Zenni was so inexpensive, I went with them. I went online, took out the pair of glasses I wanted, put in my prescription and ordered them. Then they came to my door. It was very easy and convenient. The experience was great. I will definitely order again through them and I would tell others to order through them as well.

I received a defective pair of glasses. I tried contacting this company through both the company's, Live Chat option on their website and calling. Both, left little result. I was never able to speak to someone on live chat, because when a live operator came online, they would automatically disconnect me, prior to greeting me or addressing my concerns. When I called, each time I received a hold message, with an anticipated wait time of over an hour. I emailed the company, and received a response.

My cousin told me about Zenni and I was able to try her glasses on. I like the glasses so I bought them with a pair of sunglasses as well. Their prices were really reasonable and when I spoke to their customer service, they were excellent and really helpful. The part that goes around my ear was a little bit too big so I contacted them to see what I could do and they offered up an immediate solution. It was a very good service. The ordering process online was extremely easy too and very user-friendly. Recently, I decided to get a third pair of glasses, regular dark-frame glasses with a full rim. I have had a great experience with Zenni. Their glasses are very affordable, they have a very large variety and they have a very fast shipping. I suggest people check them out.

FINANCIALLY: Zenni is very rewarding. PRODUCT QUALITY: Zenni lenses are good, but Zenni rimless frames are 100% very disappointing and very frustrating (read: entirely worthless). I've tried 3 pair of ZENNI rimless glasses (yes - three), each demonstrating bridge screws that always constantly loosen and always constantly fall out (that's 3 pair out of 3 pair - an astounding 100% failure rate!). CUSTOMER SERVICE: Contact Zenni by phone and, no matter the time of day, I've always been on hold for 45 minutes (plus!), while enduring the same repeated recorded message every 20 seconds advising to continue waiting. SUMMED UP EXPERIENCE: I've given this company two chances and all items have failed - AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.

Zenni Optical has a lot to choose from and a lot of add-ons too. Usually, I like to try on eyewear before I buy it but my friend had a specific pair of sunglasses that I like so I went with them. I bought a pair for someone last year but this is the first time I purchased for myself and I got myself a pair of sunglasses with clear frames and tinted lens. Their website was easy and the ordering process went well. I’ve had it for two months and I love them. Zenni is doing a great job and I will continue to buy from them. I’m a happy customer and I’ve had a really good experience with them.

Zenni was easy to deal with and they had really good prices. Their online ordering process was super easy too. I ended up going with two pairs, and they were both trendy style with large rim glasses. It was a pretty good experience. I’ll be ordering from Zenni again.

I ordered a product and selected specific criteria (gray tint). However, when you order and you scroll down to select other criteria on the page, it clears some of your previous selection. Clearly, a website glitch, but I have to pay for the shipping to-and-from, and I can only get store credit. When I contacted customer service, they said, "Yes, you can't select this and this option." But the website is NOT clear about that. It does provide a "Quick Tip" which I overlooked. Who would think a "Quick Tip" would indicate a way to completely alter your order without even knowing it?? Very frustrating.

Zenni Optical was easy to deal with and inexpensive. I've ordered from them six times. I broke a lot of glasses in the industry that I'm in. So I just set the glasses down, forget them, drive over them, crush them and scratch them. They're inexpensive glasses and scratch easily. But, for their price, they're not bad. I've tried a wide variety of their glasses and they were either really good or insanely bad. I've gotten lenses where when I look through them, I can't see scratches, but I see a whole bunch of circles from the center point of the glasses out, making them actually useless. I can't get a hold of anybody on the phone that can help me, so I called up to get customer service and it was challenging, so I ended up tossing them. It's not worth the hassle. But usually, I don't see the circles when I'm just looking through them.

I bought a few pairs from Zenni Optical about 10 years ago then I got LASIC and I stopped buying glasses. But then my eyes are getting weak again so I started buying glasses and Zenni's prices have kept me with them. The prices of eyeglasses have been going up and it’s nice to have lots of pairs. Their service is great and fast too. I've mostly gotten the smaller, boxier frames just for the need of it. I choose the glasses, go online and order then two weeks later, my order comes in. I’m very satisfied with Zenni Optical and tell friends to buy from them. You can also put your photo on your account and virtually try the glasses on.

I caught up with a friend of mine at a local studio and I talked to her about her glasses. She said where she had got them a little inexpensive and delivered online and she gave me Zenni Optical’s website. I’ve ordered from them twice now and I’ve had my eyewear for maybe two years now. I got a pair of glasses because I was traveling, then I lost the pair that I had my prescription and I had no time to go back to see an eye doctor and get another pair.

One of my coworkers had some yellow frames and it was so cute. I asked her where she got it and she showed me the Zenni Optical site, and I went with them because of the affordability, their selections, and how fast the orders come. The ordering process is fairly quick. You take a picture of your prescription and upload it. Then they verify it and then be on your way. The cat eye and the circle frames are my favorites. And I also like the plastic frames together because I have small kids. My experience with them has been so simple and easy and I’m very pleased, and I order glasses from Zenni as often as I can.

I wish I would have heeded the warnings about Zenni Optical, their sloppy job, their policies and the awful customer service. I wish I would have known in time that at least one in four glasses they make are unusable. If you're getting one of those three in four, you're fine. If you get, however that one in four botched glass, then you're out of luck. You better cut your losses, and order again your glasses somewhere else. Otherwise, you're just wasting time and shipping money with returning your defective glasses, because they will never admit to their mistake, and will never send you new ones!!!

Zenni was simple and easy to get through. All I had to do was put my stuff in and order them and then I got my glasses in the mail. Since I don’t have transportation, this process helps me a lot. I already ordered twice. But I had mailed back the first one because I can hold them out and I can see perfectly fine, but I couldn’t see perfectly fine with them on my face all the way. That pair was just classic and it was black and white. It had little skulls on the sides and I put my name on there because I thought that was neat. They were also cheap and cute.

I’ve ordered some glasses from LensCrafters and they wanted a whole lot of money. I saw the Zenni Optical ad, did a little bit of research, looked into it, and got two pairs of glasses for just a small percentage of what LensCrafters are worth. Also, I was amazed at how they estimated the product arrival time and that they were shipping close. The delivery was alarmingly quick. I got an aviator and another one that’s semi-frameless, small rectangular lens. The aviator type has been what I've been using before. The frames were a little bit smaller than I had anticipated for the lens size though. I’m near-sighted, and I got the other one so that I can peek over the top of the lens and read if I look through lenses and see far away. I was amazed by how awful the prescription was on my left eye but I’m pretty happy at this point.

I've had Zenni Optical eyewear for over a year now. I knew about this company through a friend and I loved the design and the affordability of their glasses. I went online to order and the site asked for as much information as possible pertaining to my prescription to give me the most accurate pair of glasses. I love that I was also able to customize the glasses. I have ordered three pairs and all have my name on the sides. One of them was a clear pair that's full-rimmed and a little cat-eyed. I also had put the transition lenses on one of the pairs while the two had the clip-on to convert my glasses into sunglasses and they work perfectly. I'm comfortable with the glasses and they fit my style. People would always give me compliments and ask me where I got them. The prices were amazing as well. Zenni is good and I have recommended them several times.

I ordered my glasses for the first time, paying for the fastest shipping at an additional $18.99, they were supposed to be here by Saturday. On Monday they were "out for delivery", on Tuesday they were "out for delivery", by Tuesday afternoon there was an "exception scan"- it is Wednesday and I've tried contacting them via their "chat" but after waiting to be "connected" for over a half hour I've opted to call. I've now been on hold for 19 minutes. Very disappointed after having someone tell me to try Zenni.

I used to just go directly to my optometrist and when my niece introduced Zenni Optical to me, I've ordered from them. Zenni has a lot of selections and ordering is quick and very easy. Everything has always been on time and although I emailed their customer service once asking them when I would get my glasses, they told me right away when I was going to get it and then gave me a tracking number. My glasses last me a bit. The one I have now is wire-framed and I like its shape. I've been purchasing from Zenni for about four years now and I’ve had a great experience with them.

Do not buy these if you want the correct prescription. I returned the glasses and multiple times Zenni said they were defective but returned the same glasses! I would not recommend to anyone. Also customer service is slow to get a hold of.

I purchased progressive lens glasses and shortly after receiving them, Zenni updated the options you could get on progressive lenses. I discovered after wearing my glasses for a short time that I needed one of the other progressive options. I contacted them and was sent a return authorization with no problem. According to my tracking number, the glasses have arrived back at Zenni but I still have not received the credit on my account so I can re-order my glasses. I have tried to contact Customer Service on several occasions and each time the recording says my wait time will be over 20 minutes. My only complaint at this point is that they need to hire more personnel to improve their Customer Service. Otherwise, I feel they offer a good product and are a reputable company.

I bought my first pair of glasses at an eye doctor but it's very expensive so I searched for cheaper alternatives online. I found Zenni and they had good reviews and people seemed pleased with their experience. I’ve been using them for 10 years and ordering is easy and streamlined. They don’t have any problems and I’ve always been happy with it. When I got glasses from my eye doctor, it took longer for me to get it done so Zenni works quicker than my optometrist. I told my other sister to use Zenni and I will refer my friends too.

Ordered a pair of reading glasses. Glasses arrived but the lenses kept popping out of the frame. When I called to complain Zenni sends me a new frame. However the lenses kept popping out of them as well. You would think it was obvious that there was something wrong with the lenses right? Customer service sent me a prepaid label to mail the whole shebang back. Several days later Customer Service insists that I did not send the lenses back. They are crazy. All this hassle for glasses that I paid $6.95 + shipping which was $11.21 total sale. Look at all the fighting I had to go through and still no glasses. I solved my problem by disputing this charge with my credit card. They refunded my money. Stay away from this company. Junk all around and no service at any price.

I used Costco and a local company before but friends recommended Zenni's website. I've had their glasses, the metal ones, for about seven months now and everything is okay but the focus is a little bit too up-side. It has to be down, maybe half inch down. When I use it, I have to put my glasses on the up to a little bit more higher and it’s a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, they’re really good glasses and I love them. I would recommend Zenni's website to several friends.

A friend of mine bought glasses from Zenni’s website and told me about it. I needed a new pair of glasses and I liked the frames. I got a style which had a circular frame and the bends that went around my ears were tortoise. My sisters, my mom and my friends bought glasses from them. I've told friends that it's inexpensive and fast and I'd still recommend today.

I was trying to find a different company and Zenni Optical's prices were less. In December, I purchased black glasses with little rims. They're thin frames with little rhinestones at the end of the eye part and the arms. I like the style but I thought they were bigger than they were. Also, I didn't know you could check your eyes online. I was telling my eye doctor that I didn't know how to do that then a friend told me that I had to go through a certain place and I could measure my eye. Still, I have recommended them.

Poor quality of manufacturing prescription lenses. Could not even see properly out of lenses. Customer Service was very negative. Customer service only offered 50% of total price paid or credit for another pair. Why would I order again when the lenses were wrong and prescription was not done properly the first time. Will not recommend this website to anyone. Buyer be aware before ordering glasses from this website. Quality and service were horrible!!! I am post this warning on social media websites. Do not order glasses on Zenni.com. Customer satisfaction is not guaranteed.

I've never had an issue with them until I recently purchased a pair of "sunglasses" with a horrible pink tint. On the website they look like gold aviators which is what I wanted and selected a 10% pink tint. That's ALL the lenses were. These glasses looked like they belong to a 12 year old girl who loves pink. There was no gold at all, just pink. And absolutely zero protection from the sun or helped with the brightness at all. So I called customer support to get a refund for return. Little did I know they only give you HALF of your money back... Of a one time 100% credit to use on other glasses, which you can't even use for a month. That is total bs and after I get a new pair of glasses since they're robbing me of my money, I will never be back.

I wasn't able to afford anything higher. I then went with Zenni Optical because of their price. I ordered two glasses, one after another. I got one with a square frame and it has a wooden stick for the ear, like it looks wood and there’s a little bump coming out of it. I like that pair and have had it for three or four months now. They seem to be doing great. It was a good experience. The only thing is sometimes I find it hard to try the glasses on or hard to match it. I didn't know how far my face should be from the camera. It's hard to put my picture in like it wasn't telling dimensions exactly. So, I didn't know if the glasses really looked good at me or not. So, I was doing a guess.

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and policy. This is exactly why I do not purchase online or from cheap websites. I should have stuck with Warby Parker. My glasses came in the mail today and the quality is worse than when I use to go to Dr. Bizer's. I compared both lenses to my current glasses and the prescription is off. The lenses are also flimsy. I am not happy that I will only receive a 50% refund on products made incorrectly and with CHEAP CHINA lenses. Zenni Optical's prices are excellent and I've been using them for the past six months. Last time, I had ordered glasses that was way too big for my face because of the color. I emailed their customer service and I got no response right away. I’m not the kind of person who likes to wait so I ended up following up with a call. I spoke to someone and they told me there was a one-time-only return thing, and I was grateful. They said, “No problem. Send it back to us.” I did and I was issued credit and I ordered two new pairs. They sent me two pairs that I had my eye doctor put lenses in, and I've never been happier with a pair of glasses. They came in a very timely manner and I was very, very pleased.

Several people at my work recommended Zenni optical for inexpensive glasses so I finally broke down and bought prescription sunglasses. I was nervous about buying online but was extremely pleased with the purchase. I bought the plastic frames without the adjustable nose pads and they don't slide down my nose at all. Upload your own photo to try on the glasses, make sure your prescription includes the pupillary distance (ask the doc to add it if it's not already included) and review the measurements of all the parts of the frames and you should be good to go.

I have ordered from Zeni Optical many times over the years. The latest ones I got are rimless with the impact-resistant lenses. The glasses that I bought before without the impact-resistant lenses were shattered around the screw area where the lenses attach to the frame near the temples. And they didn't have any kind of a warranty around that. That should've been taken care of because it was a manufacturing design flaw. But they've dealt with that by suggesting the impact-resistant lenses, which costed more but would make a huge difference if they were not going to get wrecked.

Zenni is cheaper than going to the store. I got half-rim glasses from them that have the top and bottom, but the sides are gone. I had to do a replacement because the prescription the doctor gave me originally was for contacts. I told the rep I wanted it for glasses, and it was just within the timeframe period to get a free replacement. So, I called them, I did the replacement and they helped me out doing everything free. The service was perfect and the ordering process was easy.

I have tried for weeks to order a pair of glasses. Order form keeps sending to review, deleting information and telling me that my address is invalid. I cannot place the order. When I received my glasses I tried them on but was unable to see anything. I contacted customer service to let them know that I needed to return them. I ordered from Zenni over 3 weeks ago. I never received my glasses and have contacted them at least 10 times. Each time it takes 24 hours to get back to me. They eventually told me they lost my glasses and I asked them for a refund. They ignored me and said they’d give me free express shipping on my new order. Lol. Uhh duh you lost my last order. I told them, "No. I want a discount or refund." They ignored me again. I finally got ahold of someone who said they processed a refund. Haven’t gotten it yet but we’ll see. If not I’ll just contact my cc company but buyer beware this is a horrible company. And their customer service is extremely rude.

My daughter told me about Zenni because she ordered her glasses from there. I decided to try it too and it worked for me. The bifocal eyeglasses I got was good. It went fast when I got my glasses and I was happy because I had a discount. Other glasses here in other places are too expensive that you cannot afford and this is affordable.

I went for the cheapest lens and frame combo possible because it was the most affordable. I had those for a couple of months and they were great. I lost them a couple of weeks ago and I'll order another pair this week.

However, there’s one time at the end of December, I was going on vacation and I didn’t get my glasses when I should’ve, so I called them. They looked it up and said that the glasses didn’t pass the inspection before they sent them out, and they were redoing them. Other than that, the CS reps were really nice. I bought the full rim glasses from Zenni Optical and I take baths with it. Their customer service reps were very helpful. However, I made a mistake on my order and the glasses were wrong. I called them and they went right to the problem, found out where it was, and gave me a certificate to reorder and send the glasses back. It couldn’t be better. I've heard of Zenni from Clark Howard Show but never thought that would be for me. However, things change in life and I'm on a tight budget so I gave them a try. I had an updated prescription from an optometrist and fill out the needed data on Zenni's website. Chose my frames while staying aware of the dimensions for the width, temple length and pupil centers. I had a progressive bifocal prescription. The glasses arrived in 2 weeks in perfect shape and the lens were dead on! I'm quite pleased and would recommend to anyone. My cost was under $100.

I have been using Zenni for about three years now. I order online and after three weeks, I get the glasses in the mail and they are just exactly what I ordered. It's a pretty smooth operation and I would recommend them. I've gotten about four pairs of glasses from them, and they were all good and very cheap.

Called company because order had not shipped. It will be 3 weeks tomorrow, and clerk advised me they would create shipping label tomorrow. I advised her not acceptable. They were promised in 2 to 3 weeks. We are leaving country this week. They will not be forwarded to me as traveling to Canada. Asked to speak to supervisor and clerk refused. I was not offered expedited shipping. She just kept saying, "You will be issued a tracking number in a day or 2." Not any help to me, as I will be in Canada for 6 months. These glasses were ordered Feb. 14, 2018.

My friend ordered glasses from Zenni for her whole family and never had any problem. I decided I'd try and I've never had any problems either. Zenni is very affordable and their online ordering is easy. I’ve been ordering from them for years and I usually go with the full rim style glasses, like what I last ordered six months ago. I ordered a different pair originally and when I looked back at the order, I realized that they had a blue tint. So I called Zenni and they were so helpful. They cancelled that order for me right away and then I was able to put in a new order. I was really happy when I talked to customer service. I recommend Zenni all the time.

So I have received my new frame from Zenni and I was able to swap my lenses to the new frame with the included tool. I am happy and that is all I wanted. In the future please have your customer service reps find a solution for your customer rather then saying sorry I cannot help you. I am happy though and thank you for your service.

I’ve ordered from Zenni almost every month since October. I needed glasses at the age of 30 and it took me a while to figure out what actually works for me. The first one was the wrong PD, which was my fault. My sister, both my sons, my husband and I all wear glasses. I’ve ordered glasses for almost everybody. When I put in a different prescription, I was never questioned. It seems like they’re really understanding that you have probably more people in your life than just yourself who wear glasses. My son has two pairs of Zennis that he loves, and he’s wearing right now. The second ones were too small for my face. But this last pair that I got in December is perfect. And I now know the size that I need. I just kind of order things that are the same size as the ones I have now.

My sister told me about Zenni Optical and I've exclusively bought glasses from them for about two or three years, five to 10 pairs of glasses a year. I've always enjoyed the prices and I like that I can go back to my profile and just hit reorder because I don't want to look for my glasses again. The interactions with the reps have always been fine. I had one pair come in a bit scratched, but I ended up not doing anything about it. I was going to send it back to them but I opted to be lazy since they couldn't see the scratches on the film. Other than that, I'm satisfied with Zenni overall and I recommended it to a lot of people. I have a friend with glasses and I tried to tell him about Zenni and that it's huge savings.

Zenni Optical has low prices and I’ve ordered from them three times already. I’ve gone with several different varieties of glasses and I’ve gotten one of each, half rim and full rim. I usually use the tablet or smartphone to check their website. I have certain challenges to the website that’s not unique to them. Nevertheless, I tell my friends that Zenni is a good option. The only challenging thing is knowing what glasses will fit the customer. Usually, once they order a pair, they figure out if they have a big nose or not. The average joe on the street doesn’t know how to match their face for glasses, so it might be a good idea for Zenni to have some guide or have a section on that.

My kids bought from Zenni Optical. Our relatives also told us about it. Zenni Optical's service and commitment were good. Ordering online was easy as well.

First order impressive, as glasses arrived in a week. Next order was not even manufactured within 2 weeks, still not received after 21 days. They offered a 50% credit for products that I have still not received.

I have ordered from Zenni Optical twice. The first order was a big, light colored, and retro looking plastic frame. But that broke so I had to order new ones. I got plastic gold wire frames. They were nice and pretty cheap. I have had them for three months now. One time, I called the Zenni team to check on tracking and they were pretty nice and they got me straight to the point. They are doing a great job. I am going to be ordering more pairs of glasses from them in the future. I would recommend Zenni if you are looking for glasses, especially ones that are affordable and that you could get within a reasonable time.

I was trying to find a more economical way to buy glasses when I found out about Zenni Optical. I liked their prices and the different styles of glasses that they have. Online purchasing was easy and I liked the options on the website where I could put my picture in and then try the glasses on my face. The ones I got were half-round and titanium on the side. It was different and I have never seen it before. So, I figured they would look right on my face. I've had it for a few months now and I like its quality. I will be purchasing from them again and would definitely recommend them to everyone I know if they're looking for glasses.

Summary: Zenni Optical did a poor job in communicating with me about when I would receive the glasses I ordered. The glasses eventually arrived about a month after the order was placed. On the plus side, the lenses and frames were solid. Had they arrived in a more timely fashion, I would have been quite satisfied with the purchase.

I commented on a friend’s glasses that they looked so nice, and she told me about Zenni Optical where she ordered several pairs. I went online and saw that Zenni’s pricing is great. They also have an amazing selection and options and everything is fantastic. However, I ordered a pair of glasses four or five days ago and I noticed they changed the option where I could get the glasses tinted. I really liked that, but I ended up not ordering from them and just waiting. Zenni does not have that option anymore to get the regular tint for 4.95 unless I order the better class that costs $49 or $59. It has to do with preparing the bifocal. I used to pay $17 for it and I used to be able to order the $10 glasses and get 10%, 50%, or 80% tint. I hope they put that option back to being able to pay $7.95 plus $4.95 instead of $59 plus $4.95. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.

I ordered dark blue glasses, I thought. Only the bows were dark blue. The main part of the frame was purple! I love them and almost daily someone told me that they like them! Now I'm getting my new prescription.

I discovered Zenni Optical last year and then I ordered glasses from them which didn't take that long. They sent me a link to track it and then I got it in my mailbox. I like that there are different kinds of styles now such as the square style that a lot of people have and quality-wise, it doesn't break. Zenni is a good company. They have fast shipping and just pricing.

I really like Zenni. The cost is affordable. In fact, I already bought three or four times from them. I've been using their glasses now and I don't get them from the doctors anymore. The reps were good. They handled a couple of my mistakes well, like when I ordered the wrong prescription and they were able to refund me. Their website is easy to use and I like that it has my order history so it's easy to get the same prescription. I would tell a friend to go look at the website and see if they like anything first before they go and get a $200 pair of glasses.

In August I received my glasses from ZENNI and all looked good. However while cleaning my glasses the frame broke earlier this month in February above one of the lenses. Since this is an odd place for a frame to break I clearly suspected a product flaw. After contacting ZENNI it became clear that the frame was no longer available and that a replacement frame needed new lenses as well. Since the warranty of 30 DAYS was expired I was offered to place a new order for FULL PRICE. When checking their website for similar frames it became clear that many people complain about exactly this issue... acrylic frame breaking above the lenses. Needless to say I declined the offer to buy new glasses from this company.

I've bought glasses from Zenni Optical for three times now and the service has been really great compared to other companies. Their website was straightforward and it was really simple to click what you want and if you need help. I questioned my order and their customer service replied to me right then. The glasses' material is good and doesn't break easily, depending on the glasses. And the shipping is very fast. It's not expensive. They have a really great price compared to Walmart or any other company. They also put an extra thing on cellphone and laptop screen. It's 10 bucks more but it works. My eyes don't strain and get tired as much. Overall, It was a really great service and great product. I'm going to purchase my next glasses from there too.

Received my glasses beginning of Feb. Metal frames are cheaply made, lenses are supposed to be thin but are not. Nosepiece on glasses is way too high on nose. I took to optometrist for adjustment and was told they could not be adjusted in order for me to see properly. I have been requesting an RMA be sent for return since 2/10/18 - have not received yet. Emails from Zenni say they will give me 100% store credit; but I do not want to get another pair of these cheap glasses. I will eat the difference in refund as a lesson learned. I just want the RMA. 30 day refund limit is approaching. I have ordered from other online companies, with no difficulties. This company is a rip off.

I purchased new glasses in October of 2017. Yesterday I went to put my glasses on and found a nose piece missing. Being I am home recovering from shoulder replacement surgery I knew the nose piece had to be in the house. After some searching I found the nose piece but could not find the retainer screw. So I emailed Zenni at 9 am yesterday to see about a replacement screw.

I’ve been using the Zenni Optical website for a few years now and I like it. I’ve ordered several pairs of glasses from them, this time I got the full rim ones and it looked like a nice pair of glasses. So far, I'm pleased with Zenni and will continue to order from them. Zenni Optical is a fantastic company and I recommend them.

I purchased 4 pairs of glasses. All 4 glasses had the wrong script. I know it was the wrong script as I took the glasses to my local eye doctor. He verified it was incorrect. I also verified that I entered the script correctly online. This was 100% Zenni's mistake. I called Zenni to get a return label and waited on hold for 20+ minutes to speak with someone. I finally spoke with customer service and they provided me with a return label explaining I would hear back in 1 week from someone regarding next steps. I never received a follow up email or phone call.

I've been using Zenni for two years now and I order glasses from them all the time. The process is easier and the quality is a lot better than going to Walmart. I usually get three glasses at a time and in different pairs. When a doctor gave me the wrong prescription and I ordered glasses, Zenni gave me an exception to return them and they sent me a new pair with my correct prescription so they’ve been great.

What people need to realize is that you will still need to take these glasses somewhere to get adjusted. I purchased 5 pairs, and paid for all of the extras for my lenses...when I took them to my eye Dr.'s office to get adjusted one of the lenses cracked right off. I just got off of the phone with Zenni, and they will not stand behind the quality of their lenses. That for me is a indication that they KNOW they are selling people CRAP.

I got recommendation from some people using Zenni Optical and a lot of people have been buying from them. The first time I purchased, I couldn't see anything. I went back to my doctor and he kept changing my prescription two or three times. I don't know if the problem was the doctor, Zenni Optical or my eyes. So my recent purchase is my second time ordering but the first time I will use something from Zenni. However, it had only been two days and I'm back to my older glasses because I cannot see properly with the prescription. I have to see to help teachers and students and it’s difficult to do that when I’m not feeling comfortable with the glasses. It might be due to the lack of communication between my doctor and Zenni, and shipping took a week and a half that possibly my prescription changed after having my older prescription while waiting for the glasses.

I purchased my first pair of glasses from Zenni Optical 10 years ago. Then I decided to buy from them again mostly because of the value and the history I received from my prior purchase. I wanted to get the same pair that I had because it should’ve had some spring hinges but the ones I received didn’t have the spring on it like on the site. Their website was extremely user-friendly and everything was self-explanatory.

They need to get new models in as their models stay the same a lot.

This was the first time I ordered from Zenni. Overall very happy but I wish they be easier to clean. I didn’t pay extra for the resistant coating and I sincerely regret it. They are so hard to clean. But overall I’m happy with them. Would order again, just would pay that extra for the resistant coating.

I have purchased regular eyeglasses, so far, because I prefer these types. I’ve had it for about a year and the quality is fair for the price.

6 months later my wife's glasses had a yellowish tint to them. Called support and they said it was due to the FREE "Standard Blue Anti-Reflective Coating". I dont remember anywhere that it was going to cause yellowish tint on the glasses. They said there is a 30 day guarantee. Well it takes a few months of time for it to get yellowish. We cant use them any longer. They dont want to help us with a new pair of glasses. All we want is a pair of glasses that are not going to turn colors after time. Stay away from them. Good deal or not, it's not worth it.

I thought, for $6.95, the Zenni Optical glasses weren’t good but I didn’t have much to lose and I just needed backup glasses back at that point, but I’ve ordered from them since then. Now, I’ve already ordered about seven pairs of glasses from them. For said price I can get a pair of glasses with every outfit. I like the half-rim design as it suits my face better, it’s not so intrusive and they seem lighter in weight. Also, I like the metal ones better than the plastic.

But they still have more room to improve. While I really enjoy the convenience they offer, I wish they had a way to get the eye tests for your prescription without paying a doctor or they could have their own locations so that I could give them my money rather than to someone else. With Zenni’s prices, I order two pairs of glasses now for far less than one pair would cost me at any of those optical outlet places here in town. But although Zenni’s online ordering process is doable, the website could flow a little easier. Once I’m ordering, I’d have to go back to look at the glasses, then I’d have to go to the menu and get my account again. It could be a lot easier. Additionally, when you go in to look at women’s glasses, you can look at the bestsellers but then you have to go back to the menu and try and look at all glasses. It’s an effort. That aside, I was very pleased with my glasses and I’d tell others to use Zenni too.

The prices were great and the quality of the glasses is incredible for the price. I am not gentle with my glasses and none of them are broken. The shipping time was a little bit long but it wasn’t bad. I’ve been wearing the glasses ever since. Zenni’s website is generally good. There’s some weird stuff in it though. I have unusual prescription where one of the values is positive and one is negative and I was trying to order another pair the other day but I couldn’t scroll down. It has to pop up so I couldn’t check out. But otherwise, everything is fine. I would tell my friends to go ahead and order a pair from Zenni Optical.

My daughter could not find any frame styles she liked at any stores we tried, but Zenni had them. Zenni had an extensive selection-much more than stores. The glasses arrived on time, inexpensively and she says she can see well. The value for the price was excellent and the quality was good. The only hassles were PD-we had to get them measured, then the glasses arrived with a template tool for measuring PD. Also, I had to file the insurance forms myself.

I wanted to try Zenni Optical. I got one pair of glasses that was just for distance and I got another one for reading. For some reason, the left lens was not done to my prescription. It was a lot weaker than my left eye needs for distance. That was unfortunate but I kept the glasses. It didn’t seem worth it to try to have them corrected and I didn’t want to pack them up and send them back. So I have the glasses now for close to a year. I also got a pair of sunglasses that have progressive lenses and I love it. It's very easy to order from Zenni. They have cheap frames and I thought they would look and feel better than they actually do, but you get what you pay for. They’re decent products but make sure that you check your prescription after they arrive. If not, send them back.

My friend from work recommended Zenni Optical. I ordered glasses from Zenni and their website was very easy to navigate. I got the glasses with the cheetah or moose print frames. I've had these glasses for six months now and they're awesome, and the price was great as well. I would definitely recommend Zenni Optical to others and I’m probably going to get my boyfriend glasses from there too.
