Over the past few years, I have ordered maybe a dozen pairs of prescription glasses from them - sunglasses with single or progressive lenses, reading glasses, computer glasses, and daily wear glasses with progressive lenses both tinted and untinted. Every pair has been well-made and the correct prescription. My brand new daily wear glasses and computer glasses are no exception. The communication and shipping are excellent and you can’t beat the prices. I often get compliments on my Zenni glasses and frequently recommend the company..

I had such a great experience with Zenni! Everything from start to finish was smooth and stress-free. The website was easy to navigate, with tons of stylish and affordable options to choose from. I loved being able to customize my lenses and see how the frames looked on my face before ordering. This is the first time I’ve ever worn glasses, and they are progressive lenses. I’ve tried on progressives from another company, and I had a really hard time adjusting to them even after three weeks. But then I decided to take a chance on Zenni! So glad I did! I was able to purchase a reasonably priced pair of progressives that are the highest tier of quality —which made all the difference. Still, it was about a fifth of the cost of the big name brand company. I have been adjusting to them very well, and I don’t have the dizziness and headaches like I did the first time around with the other company. I knew that I was taking a chance because I was not able to try them on. But the virtual tools were extremely helpful! I am going to keep these glasses, and I really like how they look on me, too!

My son and I both get our glasses from them and I get regular ones and the night time lenses for driving as well. Great prices, quick shipping, cute styles. We’ve bought many pairs at this point and always get a great fit as well. Also appreciate the quick and easy reorder process because my son is 16 so he’s not always gentle on his glasses lol. I’ve recommended Zenni to basically everyone I know.

Love my new glasses. I was able to get two pairs of glasses that fit perfectly (I got the measurements from a previous pair of glasses) for less than $130. One pair was a transitional lens pair of glasses. I would not usually buy these from the eye doctor because regular lenses are already so expensive. I will be telling all my friends and family about this site. I have already purchased two pairs of glasses for my husband. It’s so nice to get two pairs, one for everyday and one pair as a backup of current prescription for less than half the cost of one pair from the eye doctor.

2- I should order another pair and just get a refund on the first, after the inspection process and again without a timeframe
3- They would not refund the rush order charge because I had, technically, received the glasses in the delivery window.
I offered to send photos of the blank lenses. I explained this was a bit of an emergency (I know, all eye stuff is but, really) and the best I got was, after an extensive back and forth, they will make a note on my return to give me a full refund but that's the best they can do. I have used Zenni for a few years, my husband for a lot longer, pretty stunned by the exchange and will not be back.

I love these glasses. I have gotten them before. However, I do not like that they have text on the arms now. It was not shown in the preview when I ordered and is not in my original pair. If I had known that the text was on them, I would have looked for something without.

Prior to last month, March 22, 2026, I have had good luck with Zenni. Good glasses, inexpensive, and arrived within 7-10 days after they were manufactured. This March I ordered a new pair of glasses as I had stepped on mine. Went through the same process as normal. Manufacture time is what I expected. Then the trouble arose. The glasses were shipped 3/27/26 and were tracked to the local USPS facility. That is where the status remained until magically, on April 5, 2026 they make it to my state, but not to my city.
As of April 9, 2026, no status update. I contacted Zenni customer service the first time around April 1st telling them it looked like the package was lost since each day it would say "In transit to the next facility, arriving late." None of my previous orders had this type of generic tracking. They told me to wait until April 9th as this happens commonly. I called again today, April 9th to ask for a refund and they told me that it is only considered "as lost in transit if there is no update 10 days after the last scan". So, if a scan comes up 9 days from now with a new status but still not in my possession, reset the clock. They stated that it was out of their control once USPS took it.
It is true that the shipping is out of their control once USPS takes it from them. What is not out of their control is what they do about it. In this case, offer an empty apology and tell me to wait longer. At this rate it could take months to get to me as long as the post office updates the status every 9 days or sooner. I guess I should feel lucky that all other orders went well. I also will not judge or write off a company for one shipping issue. I will write off a company for poor customer service or a lack of caring. I got a canned response and told to wait. I'll wait as I have no choice however, I won't buy any more within my household. Lesson learned.
