I was looking for glasses online. I had heard from somebody that Zenni Optical was reputable. They had so many different options, too. I’ve gone with multiple glasses. I’ve had a big black frame, I got sunglasses, and then I have ones that are rimless. I've had all of them together for about five years and they work very well. One time I called Zenni to see where the glasses were, and they gave me a timeline of when I’d get them and that was fine. I don’t get my glasses from my doctor’s office often anymore. I just get the prescription and I do it online. I really like Zenni and I keep using it. They have good quality, are reasonably priced, and they have a lot of options. I have recommended them.

We are a family that is blind without our glasses so the first order we did with Zenni I was a bit nervous about something being wrong, but they were perfect!!! AT LEAST THE FIRST ORDER! The first time we ordered we had all 3 of our scripts uploaded and what we wanted, got them in the mail and they were perfect, no complaints. The 2nd order was for my husband and will uploaded his script again. No problems. Paid for them and moved on, got the glasses later than we were supposed to, script wasn't his, mine or our daughter's. No clue whose script they used but wasn't his! Finally was able to reach someone on the phone because their chat system seems to always have you on hold so you will leave a message. In fact it will tell you the representative has left the chat room but they weren't ever there to begin with!

I liked the website of Zenni Optical and the multiple options they had, and my interactions with the reps were good. I bought some glasses. The first glasses were like some black thing with gold legs and the second ones were round, turtleback glasses. I've had these glasses for a couple of months and they're all good. Zenni Optical is a good company for glasses.

Both of our daughters have used Zenni and I liked what I saw. Moreover, they were happy with Zenni and with the products. About three months ago, I've bought two pairs, one a little more dressy, with metal half-frames and the other a tortoiseshell plastic pair. I usually choose something that looks too old. I am old but my daughters thought I should wear something a little more with it. My husband and I are housebound, so it was handy to be able to order it online. I found that it was easy to put my information in and upload a picture. I took my time and looked everything over. I will buy from them again. In addition, I’ve told friends about Zenni Optical.

I’ve contacted customer service through online chat and email. They haven’t responded to my last email. They are stating they sent me 1.74 high index lenses, plus I had to pay an extra fee for my SPH. With my lenses being 11/9.5mm thick. I used their linked lens thickness calculator Opticampus, with results stating the should be around 6.9/7.8mm, this is a huge difference. I also purchased frames in the kids' section, so they are small frames, with a frame width of 30. These are the thickest lenses I’ve had in 35 years! They are definitely not high index. Customer service has been very unhelpful, blaming my prescription and frame choice and now just not responding. Horrible company to purchase through, if they don’t back their product! Extremely disappointed.

I ordered my first pair of glasses from Zenni Optical with progressive lenses. When I received them and put them on, I was extremely disappointed. The area of focus for distance vision was very narrow. If I moved my eyes left or right of center, the vision was not in focus. The line where the progressive bifocal started was way too high. I took them to my regular eye doctor and they explained to me how there is a variation in lens quality and the areas of focus and the online companies use cheap frames that have a very narrow area of focus. I do not recommend ordering progressive lenses from an online eyeglass company.

I was at work and was complaining about needing new glasses, and one of my customers told me about Zenni Optical. Their online ordering process was super easy. In fact, their website is one of the better ones. I wanted something different from what I had before so I got the half-rim, gold metal frames. Zenni Optical has great glasses, their prescription is spot on, and you can't really beat their price. So, I'll just keep using them.

But I don't like how you can upload your picture and put the glasses on there. Unless it’s a 100% front face, it doesn’t come out right. But other than that, the website worked with me pretty fine.

It was easy purchasing online. I liked that I could have my stuff still on file and I could pick out my prescription really quickly if I had it saved. I've had my pair for about almost a year now.

A co-worker's referral led me to buy prescription glasses from them and initially, ordering from their website was confusing for me. But my co-worker showed me how to do it and it became pretty simple after that. For my first time, I ordered two pairs and one pair ended up being like a kid size. I had to call customer service and they were nice enough to let me return it and give me credit towards the next order. Later, I got one of those clip-on glasses. I like it when they have the discounts. The promo codes helped make my experience worthwhile and if it wasn’t for those, I'd rather get the glasses locally if I could have somebody there to help me out.

I’ve used Zenni Optical a number of times and my experience of them has been fantastic. I've recommended them. They have always been efficient and quick. I'm also always satisfied with the end result and the product.

So far, I've purchased three times from Zenni Optical. I bought children’s glasses and the ordering process has been fine.

I have ordered two pairs of prescription glasses from Zenni. One was when I had to switch my actual prescription, and the other was the first time when I bought sunglasses that were prescription too. I’ve had them for about two years and they’re holding up great. They have changed my life. I like their cost and the fact that they were delivered. Navigating the website to order and going back and forth from shopping and the cart were easy. But every time I had to go back to shop, it would take me to the very start of the whole page, and that was annoying. Other than that, it was pretty easy to follow.

There was no prescription in the left eye meaning it was just like clear glass, these were progressive. I wasted my money since they didn't want to correct the issue and just gave me 50% of what I paid. Also frame color was brownish instead of purple. Scam, never order from them again.

This is my first, but definitely not last purchase, from Zenni. I was surprised how long it took for the glasses to arrive in the mail but am pleased with them nonetheless. I don't know how they can sell glasses and lenses so cheaply... My eye doctor's selection starts around $300 and the ones I bought here were about $20. Yaaas! Make sure you read the reviews on each pair before you order - I have a very thin face and needed to order kids' glasses. I would highly recommend this site.

I bought a pair of frames. Since I wear progressives, I had the lenses made at Sams. Got the glasses home, put them on the table for the night and by the next morning, the frames were broken in 2 places (at the right and left corners). E-mailed Zenni and after I sent a photo, they replaced them. Had the new frames for less than one day and the arm randomly snapped off (I was wearing them and walking at the time so it wasn't like I was manhandling them). Zenni offered to give me store credit. Uh, yeah, not ever buying anything there again. They finally agreed to refund my Amazon Pay account. So minus 1 star for the quality of the frames, 2 stars for the customer service - at least they tried to replace the crap frames.

I've used Zenni for over 5 years and I've never been so angry until now. Got a pair of glasses in the mail today and they were horrible. Literally like wooden frames. I asked to send them back for a refund, and their policy is 50% refund or 100% store credit. I didn't like any of the other frames at all, so after paying $8 for shipping the first time, $28 for the frames and then having to pay $5 to send them back (because they don't even give you a return shipping label), I'm going to receive back about $14 of the $41 I've spent. Total bullshit. If they gave a prepaid shipping label MAYBE I'd be okay with 50% refund, but they didn't and I'm not happy. I will never do business with them again. Rip off.

Zenni Optical is incredibly cheaper than anything else I have been seeing, and they have a lot of options and add-ons. I’ve made five purchases now, and the square big frames and horn-rimmed glasses came in on time. They’re very affordable and the quality of the items is good. I have a pair that I’ve been wearing on and off for about two years, and they’re still holding up. I also have a pair that I wear more regularly, and I’ve had them for maybe five months now and they’re still fine. Zenni Optical is great.

I've bought nine pairs of glasses from Zenni Optical and I like them a lot. I recommend them to everybody.

Worst customer service ever. I purchased 4 pair of glasses, none of which I could wear, but their inspection insists 3 out of 4 are within "approved tolerances" and will only refund half of my purchase price. The customer service people are really good at snark and have no intention of making it right. They refuse to escalate the call up line to a supervisor and in fact, hang up whenever they decide it's time. Don't give these people your money.

My co-worker told me a lot about Zenni and its prices. I had lost a pair I recently bought from the optometrist so I decided to give Zenni a try. I've done two purchases now and it was very easy to order online. My first pair was a pair of eyeglasses with a thinner, metal type of frame, while my second purchase was for a pair of sunglasses. Their customer service was professional. I contacted them once to get an update on how long it would take for the eyeglasses to be made and them being shipped out. They were courteous and they got back to me real quick.

A coworker of mine was in love with Zenni Optical and she told me about them. I looked at Glasses USA also but their site wasn’t as easy as Zenni’s. I got a pair of flat eye-looking glasses from Zenni's and then as soon as they came out with the turquoise on the top and on the bottom, I ordered those immediately ‘cause I love those. Once I placed the order in for shipping, they were right on time and I got them within seven to ten days. I have the eyewear for six months now and they are great. They came fitted and I didn’t have to worry about going and getting them tightened up. Everything was perfect and I've had the best service so far.

I spent just under $20 for the lenses and frames combined, and was blown away by the quality. My glasses are a few months old, and I have been very surprised at the level of quality, which surpasses Costco frames I bought prior to getting these. The antireflective coating has been pretty durable, and although the lenses occasionally pop out during cleaning, they are easily put back. I sat on them once and was able to bend them back into shape pretty easily. We'll see how long they last, but I am pretty optimistic, given my experience so far.

I’ve ordered from Zenni Optical for the past five years and I like their selection and price. I’ve gotten five glasses for myself and five apiece for my kids for a total of twenty and I haven’t had any issues with them. The only time we’ve had issues is when we mismeasured ourselves. Also, they’ve always been courteous and prompt. I have referred them to multiple friends and I will continue to go back. I had an awesome experience with them. They're cool.

A friend told me about Zenni Optical and I like their prices. Plus, their reps are very helpful. I got one pair of glasses from them. I’ve had them for about two months now, and they are awesome. When I drive at night with it, I have no problems at all.

After 3 1/2 weeks - the glasses I received were incorrect. Now they want me to wait another 2 months and after they return them they only offer 50% refund?? After 3 months??? Now they want me to print out a label and return them - then they may or may not return half of my money.

My brother-in-law told me about Zenni Optical and I’ve been with them for about five years now but I buy infrequently because I take pretty good care of my glasses. They really have excellent prices. My most recent purchase was a pair of shadow proof sunglasses for work and they also had ANSI certified products that I needed. Plus, their website is user-friendly. I wish that they would update the feature where I can upload my photo and try on glasses because there are really simple facial recognition algorithms that they could use just to identify where a pair of eyes are in a photo. But, otherwise, everything has been pretty smooth. I have already recommended them to other people. If you’re looking for options, definitely consider this company because you cannot beat the prices. If they have what you need, then you do not need to shop anywhere else.

I love Zenni Optical a lot. I wanted recommendations on some eyeglasses, and a lot of people were saying Zenni. I never heard of them so I thought I’d give it a shot and I’m glad I did. I got the plastic type of glasses, the black, rectangular ones, and then some big red ones. I’ve had them for a couple of months now and I'm pleased with their quality. I bought a backup pair for one of my kids and then I bought myself prescription sunglasses from Zenni. I went with whatever I thought would look best. Their online site is user-friendly although the website was annoying. In order to place your order, it requires that you measure the distance between your eyes. Ophthalmologists don’t even give you that information and they don’t even measure it. Both my son and I had to go back to get that measurement then had it entered on the website, and then we could get the glasses. Other than that, there’s a wide selection and the prices are really good.

I got the Ray-Ban looking type of glasses and they’re really good. I like them. And Zenni's website is cool. It's easy to maneuver and see what you got to do and see the different styles. Zenni Optical is affordable compared to other stores and online websites as well.

When the nose pad broke, I reached out and asked if I could purchase a replacement. They offered to ship me the nose pads at no cost and that was great. While you don't get to try on the glasses, they have a lot of information online to help you choose the right one. It's also affordable enough that you can order a couple of pairs so that you never get stuck, like in a car if your contacts slip out or you can't find your glasses. You can always keep a spare around. Overall, I have recommended them to many friends and family members and they have all ordered.

Zenni has cute frames that look really good. I have five different frames, however, one pair has nose pads that keep falling off. I also have a pair of frames that are almost like a circle and the lens periodically falls out and I just pop it back in. But it just happens to the ones that are round. I have been ordering aviators and a bunch of different eyewear styles from Zenni for a few years now. My brother told me about them and they're much cheaper. Their online ordering process is straightforward, but their navigation is a little cumbersome. It would be nice to see all the glasses in one list. I’ve bought five pairs of glasses from Zenni and they're way less expensive than the other companies where we buy. I also love their frames, the styles, and the colors and that's why I buy there. I like their customer service too. They're doing a good job and when I had to change my glasses and send them back because they were too small, I had a courtesy of $31.99. I also like how they work and how fast they send the glasses, especially to Alaska. Always buy at Zenni.

I have purchased from Zenni Optical in the past and I usually go with plastic frames and sunglasses. They are not bad for the price but sometimes the quality of the frame is not that great. Some are good and some have low quality and don't come like how I expected it. But that's what you get for paying cheaper.

It's also easier to change the frame a little bit without the pain and the high cost of getting designer frames. Hence, I've done the full rim and the sunglasses from them, and I like both of them. The glasses came in the mail, which is how I do most of my shopping. Though it's somewhat a little bit close together, I found a couple of pairs that I like. As far as the frames are concerned, the length is a little bit short. As it's hard to tell sometimes on the website, even if you put your picture in there, it doesn't necessarily give you that feeling of "Oh, they're close together." There are so many things to look over at the website and I like it when they have new glasses, as I usually order the new design from them. The Desert ones right now is there, and it's better than going through all the pages.

I did my research before starting my purchase; starting with YouTube reviews of quality, and ending with recommended tips and advice. All was going well until a particular form was out of stock for almost 3 weeks. Once I tried to add the additional frame and options, adding the promo code from the holiday CYBER, it didn't work. It was expired. I tried the live chat option and was simply told it had expired and that they were NOT going to honor it, even though the frame was out of stock at the time of initial purchase attempt. My advice to you, if you still want to try the affordable Zenni Optical option; use the promo code when it is valid. This company WILL NOT honor their codes no matter the circumstance. I hope this helps future customers to make informed decisions before making their purchases.

My wife was looking for some inexpensive options to get her glasses and she found Zenni Optical online. They have a great app where you can try on different shapes so that was very helpful. I am nearsighted and I went for the regular prescription glasses. I was surprised because I got the glasses within two weeks although they said it's going to take a month, so I got it sooner than expected. I've already recommended them to a couple of friends.

After paying $140 for eye doctor at Walmart for myself & daughter, we start the glasses search... $300 later we're checking out! I came home, remembered a friend told me about Zenni & got online. $30 for my daughters & 25.65 for mine. Called Walmart To cancel order Asap and went up and for my refund. Received glasses in a week. Couldn't be happier. Now THAT made our Christmas Wonderful!! And I can afford to buy extra pairs to keep in vehicles. Love Zenni, will NEVER buy from retail stores again. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, same frame, style and prescription but one was tinted for sunglasses. Upon receipt of the glasses, they gave me headaches and I couldn't see well. I was working out of state and couldn't do anything about trying to find out why there was a problem. After returning home I took them to a local eyeglass retailer to have the prescription verified. It was discovered that they were made incorrectly (wrong PD, wrong axis). After calling Zenni to inform them I wanted to return these defective glasses, I was told it was beyond the 30 days and I was stuck with them!

Two months ago, I got a pair of rose gold transparent rims from Zenni Optical. I ordered them online and they came really fast. The lenses were weird right at the beginning before my eyes adjusted but they've been great. I was really pleased with how inexpensive they were. Plus, for someone who likes wearing different glasses and accessories, I think they were of great quality. I would have appreciated better sizing so the glasses would fit my face better. I know other websites where you can put in the dimensions of your face. They also have other tools that Zenni doesn't have. Also, the way Warby Parker put names on glasses is really cool and could be beneficial for Zenni.

I’ve been looking for glasses for my son online and I saw Zenni Optical. They had popped up in one of the top 15. They offer quicker and better service. And they have more frames for my son. I ordered from them the first time he broke his glasses, then I had to order two more again and he broke them again. I wish I can order just the replacement parts like an arm or screws for his frames. But they’re reliable and their frames are sturdy. I’d recommend the company to a friend. My sister ordered her lenses off of there, too.

I have ordered two pair of glasses about a year plus apart and I have been very happy with both pair. The only reason I had to get a second pair is because I was roughhousing with my kids and the first pair broke. 100% my fault they broke.

I lost two pairs of my glasses because they got stolen at school and I had to pay $200 to replace them. My sister took me to the Zenni Optical website and said that I could get some cheap pairs there. I got on a laptop and pulled up the women tab to see women’s glasses. I uploaded a picture of my face so the glasses could go on it. I followed the requirements and it was easy. They give you an outline of how big they want your face so I went through my photos and found one. I can also zoom in and zoom out with my face.

Thank you Zenni for resolving the complaint. I’m sorry the glasses didn’t work out. Customer Service is key when running a business and by responding as you did shows you care about your customers as well as the company you work for. Thanks again!

I had to call them back and ask for a refund because the stem was supposed to be all plastic. But there was metal protruding causing my skin to react and it blistered. The prescription was not spot on. I had the same prescription done with LensCrafters and they were not the same. My vision was blurry using Zenni glasses. The delivery has gotten really slow. As if it was intentional. Since they charge extra for early completion, they make you suffer first if you do not pay premium shipping charges.

I bought about eight pairs of glasses from Zenni Optical and they are great. I've changed my style a lot. I have sports glasses, shooting glasses and regular glasses. I’m really on a budget and I didn’t want to spend $80 to $90 on a pair of glasses even though my insurance covers most of it. So I decided to go with Zenni Optical and they’ve been awesome so far. I’ve been buying from them for about two years. The quality is really good for being at such a low price. I get the cheapest pairs and I like them a lot. They are durable plastic and I’ve only had one pair break on me out of the eight. I feel that the ordering process could be easier with certain items like the sports glasses. There needs to be more variety in them and I would love that and it would be great for everyone.

I heard about Zenni Optical from my son’s eye doctor and we’ve been using Zenni for 10 years. We chose them mostly because of their price. I got a full rim and a half rim glasses the last time and I like the way they look on me. We’ve always been happy with their service and products and we’ll keep using Zenni Optical.

The glasses I ordered were fine but I ordered a pair of the clip on sunglasses. Mistake! Cheap cheap cheap. Poor fit and it had scratches in it. I explained this to their customer service via email and they asked for pictures. Well you really can’t see the scratches on a picture so they said I have to send “better pictures”. Well this is ridiculous as I’ve bought 3 sets of glasses from them (over $500) in the last few years and they’re hassling me for $5.95? I just ordered a new pair from Glasses USA because of this. If they’re ok I’ll never buy from Zenni again. How foolish they are.

I thought I would give them a try. You need to measure carefully and read your scrip carefully. I made 2 mistakes and caught them after careful review. My only complaint was the reader portion. First I may have been off by 1mm (or 2mm at most) on PD. I noticed when I move my head while reading the letters would quickly be out of focus. I compared to my previous pair of glasses and found that the width of the magnifying area on my new glasses was smaller than my old glasses. I could turn my head further to the right and left with my old glasses before the letters were out of focus. Other than that complaint I would buy again.

I have been using Zenni Optical for five years but this is my first time purchasing sunglasses which I love. The prescription sunglasses I got were amazing. I went for the biggest one they had because I have a rounder face. I wish there were sunglasses that were equal in length from the top to the bottom. I love the glasses that I have. They’re fine but the top is wider than the bottom. Also, it would be helpful if Zenni has a video of someone putting the glasses on. I had to go to so many YouTubers to finally find one of my glasses that I got. Also, it's extremely helpful if people that buy glasses can submit their video and link. In that way, it’s easy access for us and then Zenni don’t have to do any of the works. Nevertheless, I had a great experience and their affordable price really wins it overall. I’m pretty happy with everything.

Well, I just donated to Zenni. The first pair prescription lenses was incorrect and it was my fault. The only thing I could do was either get a store credit for the full amount paid minus shipping or get 50% refund minus shipping. I, unfortunately, picked store credit and sent prescription again. Well, they arrived and The prescription was so off I could wear them at all. So, I lost my $131.47. No more returns allowed. I still have a little credit So, I figured I learned my lesson, and I just visited an ophthalmologist for a check up and had them check what Zenni did to the lenses.

I order online at Zenni and it’s very easy. I can just fit in my search parameters, like if I want to sort colors, size or shape, and that’s what it shows me. I’ve been with them for five years and I’ve got about seven pairs from them. The most recent one is a white, full frame, plastic-rimmed one as I’m into color-matching. I had one pair that didn't sit right and I sent it back. They immediately fixed it and sent it right back. Any dealings that I have had with them has been great. I'm very pleased this company and I couldn't be happier. I recommend them to everyone I know and I know a dozen of people that have ordered from them since they’ve seen my glasses.

I ordered a printable gift card for my niece for Christmas and never received it via email as promised. Even though they advertise this service, they were incapable of delivering. After numerous phone calls, live chats, and emails I finally demanded a refund. They had the nerve to tell me I had to call to receive a code due to "security". How do I wrap that as a gift? They are advertising something they don't have.

I ordered frames for my lenses. 3 times inputting the lens width and height each time. I received frames that were not even close to the right size. When I called customer service and waited 15 minutes for someone to answer I was told to send them back and they would determine if I had made a mistake. At which point I told them that I was returning everything for a full refund and was told they only give you store credit or at best 50% of your money back. Do not buy from this company. This is a scam. They will send the wrong items over and over and then refuse to make it right or refund your money.

I decided to try ordering online glasses instead of going to a more expensive local store and I learned my lesson, I will never do that again. First of all, the picture you upload to see yourself in the frames zooms in so much that all you can see is a round face and the frames, no hair or no way to get a true overall perspective. Next, I needed progressive lenses and many of the frames said they would not work for progressives. I finally narrowed my selection down to one frame and held my breath and ordered. Got my glasses and anxiously tried them on. The left eye was ok but I couldn't see out of the right eye. I called customer service and was told that if I paid the return shipping charges, they would test the glasses to verify they were made per the prescription. I was angry that I had to pay the shipping so decided to try wearing the glasses for a couple of days to see if I just needed a period of adjustment.

So far, I've ordered twice from Zenni and it’s very easy. I got a pair of full-rim glasses and also a pair of sunglasses. I used the picture app where I could see if the glasses looked good on me or not. The only thing is that my regular glasses have a bluish tint across it and it changes the color that I'm seeing. I didn't realize what I was getting when I decided what kind of protection I wanted on the lenses but it hasn't been that big of a deal. It doesn't have the glare on those glasses and I've been pretty satisfied. I’m definitely buying from these guys again.

I liked their selection and their prices are better. I got a half-rim frame that's got the dark things that go by the ears and then over the lens. It was easy to put everything in, however, I had a lot of problems with them and it was not a good experience at all. I was extremely dissatisfied.

I heard about Zenni Optical from a passerby who happened to use the site and I haven’t heard of any others that could do the same thing. It was a good idea so I tried them. I've made a total of four purchases and three of them were due to trying to get the lens correct as I wasn't quite familiar with the tint at all. For my first purchase, I had a sunglass pinned to it and it didn't make sense. They said that the sunglass lens was an 85% but when it came in, it was lighter than the normal 80% lenses. Polarized lenses have less tint and they even had a 90% but I was looking for darker ones. I ended up getting another pair of the original tint of 80% because that first pair that I got had really weird thin scratches that made it very foggy to see through.

I love the frames I purchased from Zenni and I loved the price. After reading the reviews, I chose not to have them do my lenses. I wear progressives and just didn't feel comfortable that they would get them right. So, It took forever to get the frames I ordered. When I order from Coastal, I get the glasses lenses and all in under a week. These took three weeks. Second, one of the pairs I ordered did not work and I called to return them for an exchange blah blah blah. The customer service was horrible. I literally decided that for the $12 I paid for the frames, I was better off throwing them away or donating them than I was trying to get a refund.

I filled out all the important information and got my order very quickly. Over other eyewear companies, they have a much better price which was the main reason I chose them. Also, ordering was quite easy because I can choose the type of face and then put the glasses on to see how it’s going to look on me. I would recommend Zenni to my friends.

The ones I just purchased from Zenni were the same style, and with several of the optional services (upgraded UV etc.) and upgraded shipping, and they were less than $48! More importantly, they fit perfectly, and feel great! So, all of you out there that want to complain about your sub $50 pair of glasses, because they don’t fit; maybe it’s due to user error. Lastly, if you aren’t happy with them, you can send them back and they’ll fix them! Wake up people! These are GREAT DEALS!

I got glasses from LensCrafters and I really liked them but they were about $300. When I heard about Zenni, I decided to check the prices and they were great. There were styles that I really liked and I decided to give it a shot. I got a pair of progressive bifocals and sunglasses from them. I used their website and everything was cool. The sunglasses were perfect. The only thing that was hard for me was measuring the pupillary distance. It was hard to get the right numbers staring into a mirror. The first time I did it, I got it wrong. I figured out pretty quickly that was wrong since none of the glasses were in that range. I didn’t think my eyes were that weird other than being severely nearsighted. So, I measured it again and the second time I got it. The last time I got glasses though, I got a little card that’s just for measuring pupillary distance. Next time I’m going to use that. It’s easier to use so I can double check the distance.

I’ve been using Zenni for a couple of years. I use them and Warby so it’s just between the two. Zenni's pricing has been very competitive. The reps have been accommodating and helpful. The only issue I had was if you order clip-on shades, they don’t show you what you’re getting, and if I saw what I was ordering or what I was requesting I wouldn’t have ordered it. I didn’t like the style and I didn’t like the fit. The one aspect that I would choose a different service like Warby Parker over them is that Home Try-On. But with their home try-on service, their styles don’t really update like Zenni’s do. That’s a give and take. Other than that, everything came as I ordered and it came in quick. Zenni has a lot more style than one of the other places do. It’s a lot more affordable, so if you’re buying more than a couple, it helps.

My eyesight is very bad and I can't drive unless I'm wearing my glasses, and I needed glasses really fast because my glasses had gotten hit by a car. I got a plain and simple blue pair of glasses from Zenni Optical because I needed a rush. I got the $6.75 glasses and the price was reasonable. I have every single member of my family who need to wear glasses. I’m looking for something inexpensive but good quality and I’ve got that with Zenni. I really like them and so does all of my family members. We have used Zenni for at least six years. The glasses are all still holding up, but the prescriptions change every couple of years, so I get new glasses. The first time I ordered, it was difficult because you’re not exactly sure what you’re putting where. Then they need you to put in the Pupillary Distance and it is the hardest thing to get. I have gotten a pair of my daughter’s wrong and she got five glasses so she can’t wear those. But it doesn’t take long to get the glasses. Usually, they process them quickly. I’m very pleased with the service all the way around. I keep telling everybody about Zenni and we’ll keep coming back.

I purchased 2 pair of frames only (no lenses) from Zenni according to their 'face' guidelines. The frames were extremely rubbery and were way too large for my face. After contacting, they offered only a 50% refund or a one time exchange. After 2 pair being too big, I wasn't taking the chance on a 3rd. DO NOT buy from them. It will not be worth it!!!

I’m Zenni's biggest spokesperson and I tell all my friends about them. All my orders were as expected and their cost is awesome because I bought glasses through my insurance at my eye doctor’s which I paid $200 for and they’re literally the same thing as the ones I got from Zenni. So the reason why so many people shop with Zenni is because their prices are what glasses should cost. It should be a maximum of $50, not hundreds of dollars. But if they start raising their prices, people are going to shop elsewhere. My mom had gone to Costco and they wanted $700 for the no-line progressive bifocals she wears. But I was able to get her some cute glasses from Zenni. They also give the best deal on sunglasses. I live in Hawaii, so I wear sunglasses a lot and I love that there's an option to customize sunglasses.

I purchased a pair of eyeglasses ($94) after my annual eye exam. I measured my PD according to the websites ruler and sent my new prescription. I was very excited to my glasses until I put them on... It was like I was looking out of a fishbowl. The lenses were so thick, they were bulging out of the frame. Not only did they look wrong but I COULDN'T SEE!

I love my Zennis and I will keep buying from Zenni Optical. I like their prices and the choices they offer. I've been ordering from them for years and I am very satisfied with the product I get. The latest ones I got were black full rim glasses and they had a blue color on the inside. I go more for a classic design and I don't like the rim-less, and I go for the acrylic. My favorite pair's side pieces are black and the front is kind of a clear acrylic with a pink tint with black dots. And I get tons of compliments on these glasses. I've only had to send back one pair of glasses and I got a total credit and I used it again. Zenni is working for me and I keep telling people where I get my glasses.

Zenni Optical sent me a replacement pair of glasses so my faith in the company has been restored. Based on their response I would purchase from them again. I'm upgrading my review to four stars.

This company is not interested in keeping their customers. I was unhappy with my purchase but admittedly, did not call within the warranty period. When I called, I was looking for some kind of incentive to give them a try again. If they had offered me the standard 10% off with an order, I would have tried them again. The supervisor I spoke to kept repeating that I did not respond within the 30 days so there was nothing that he could do. It seems to me that, given that this was the second time I had ordered from Zenni and that I called back to give the company another opportunity for me to send my money to them, the company would be interested in keeping me as a customer. I will deal with a local company that is interested in my business.

I went online and bought four pairs of glasses from Zenni Optical. Their purchasing process was easy and the website was easy to navigate. I like the glasses and they are really nice.

I have ordered no less than 4 pairs of glasses from Zenni. All have been great; however, my prescription is simple. My daughter is more vision challenged than I am. She has also ordered 4 pairs of glasses and has found the results are a bit hit and miss. Still, she is happy with the results relative to the price. For myself, I am ecstatic. Between the two of us, we'll do our part to make sure Zenni stays in business!

I was referred by one of Zenni Optical’s customers and it took me a long time to come around actually ordering from them but when I did, I loved them. I like their half rim and full rim glasses. I used to purchase the Ray-Ban Clubmasters and those used to cost me $150 and on top of that, the actual lenses. In the end, I’m looking at a $300 frame but the one I purchased from Zenni only cost me $35 in total and they hold up just as good as the Ray-Ban Clubmasters.

I had been frustrated for a little while because I know how expensive glass frames are and as soon as my friends told me about Zenni Optical, it opened up a whole new world. I get new frames every six months at least compared to before wherein it was years before I got new ones because they cost so much. My experience with Zenni Optical was awesome. I always get my glasses from them now. In fact, I've ordered from them six times now. I like to mix the style up a little bit and I change my regular frames once a year. Then I usually get some prescription sunglasses with different frames. Ordering online has been easier for me because I had my prescription ready. That's the more difficult part of the ordering process but it wouldn't be too hard to go to the eye doctor and ask them for a prescription. So far, my experience with Zenni is perfect the way it is right now.

I bought a pair of glasses from Zenni Optical. The ordering process was straightforward and a large factor that made me pick them was the price of their frames. I’ve had the glasses now for three months and they fit well on my face. Zenni has a lot of variety and it's easy to order from them. I would recommend Zenni to any of my friends who need them.

I bought glasses from Zenni Optical in two rounds. I bought one pair of glasses for the first round and I liked it so much that I needed prescription sunglasses and I went back. Then I bought a whole bunch of other stuff. It was an easy online experience. It took a while for the glasses to get here but I understand that it takes a while to make custom glasses. Everything else was really great and I like the glasses. I've had the first pair that I bought for over a year and there was one pair that broke but it's a cheaper pair. It's easily repaired but I haven’t got around to doing it. Their return policy was also wonderful when I got a pair that was too small. Zenni Optical was reliable and had good customer service.

Paid $18 extra for faster shipping and waited over a month... I called multiple times and after an hour wait I finally talked to someone. No refund on the extra $18 I paid and no reply on any emails. Use another company and thank me later.

I normally get my glasses at Costco. Then I tried out Zenni Optical and I had a super easy experience with them. The online ordering process was pretty comprehensive and their website’s well done. The only issue I had was measuring my pupillary distance. Zenni provided a cool tool that you print out. However, it’s hard to measure the pupillary distance with the paper ruler accurately especially if you're taking into consideration that one eye may be farther away from the dead center of your face than the other. So, there's nothing that Zenni can do unless they invent something to ship to the customer first, but that's going to incur cost. It would be a good idea if Zenni would notate there to have an optometrist measure your pupillary distance so you don't have to go somewhere to have it done.

My brother-in-law was trying to find something cheap and found out about Zenni Optical and tried them out. We saw what he got and the next time I needed new glasses I decided to try them out too and loved it. Ordering took two minutes to figure out the first time and the website was very easy to maneuver through. I have a few glasses from them now and every time I buy, I go straight to the $6.95 section. I'm laughing at the fact that I'm paying $12 to get glasses that I used to pay 100 bucks for.

I was in the market for a new pair of glasses and I saw Zenni's ad online. The glasses were really cheap and because I was in a budget, I chose to buy from them. I had worn prescription glasses since I was in my fifth grade and they easily cost a couple of hundred dollars even with insurance. I lost my Ethical Insurance at work, so Zenni was very appealing. I'm wearing a pair of Zenni right now and I really like them.

I was online and Zenni’s app came up. I liked the price and the design of their glasses so I bought full-rim glasses from them. I had seen someone wear them and I liked it. I’ve had the eyewear for a year then I had my second pair of glasses but I can't settle in it because it's too dark. I returned them and Zenni sent them right back. My experience has been great and I have recommended Zenni to friends.

I have been using Zenni since January 2015. I have purchased 9 pairs of glasses from them. Until now, I have been satisfied with the glasses and their customer service. One pair I purchased was a pair of sunglasses with a blue tint and an anti-glare coating. The anti-glare coating appears to have melted and it is impossible to see clearly through the lenses. These glasses were purchased in 2016 and so out of the one year warranty for the coating. I understand Zenni's need to limit their warranty period as they are a discount eyeglass provider. I don't understand their total lack of regard for wanting to determine the cause of this coating failure.

This company's return policy is horrible. They will sell you a frame that does not work with progressive lenses and will not stand by their product. A purchase made in June, made wrong, returned at my expense, (if THEY decide they made a mistake, they will reimburse only $2.50 of the $2.67 cost) returned to me with the same error. The second time returned with the same error and they claim nothing is wrong. I can have a credit, minus all the shipping fees, or 1/2 of what I paid. I took half of what I paid as a refund and will never do business with them again. This process took 9 WEEKS!! Cheap glasses, break easily and their return policies are garbage. If you shop with this company you are taking a risk.

I got prescription retro glasses which is the Malcolm X type of glasses with one rim. The glasses I ordered the first time were like that as well. That was the first time I took a chance on a style because the cost was cheap enough and I liked it after that. I have the one I have now for a couple of months and I plan on ordering again. They have really cost-effective and fashionable glasses and I tell everybody about them.

I’ve been to a different company and I had to put in my credit card information before I was able to look at anything. I didn’t want to do that so I went with Zenni Optical instead plus the fact that they’re more affordable. I like the glasses that I got. They were nice and pretty. All my orders were done online and it was easy. I showed the same website to my dad, and when he takes a picture so that he can try the glasses on his face, we couldn’t get the picture to flip around. Overall though, everything was good.

I use to be a happy customer for about 10 years, but everything changed when I was ordering glasses for my mom June 2017. I chatted with a representative to make sure the size of the glasses were right for her, because the website use to show the frames in sizes: S, M, L, now there is not any more sizes, so the agent told me to put the PD and that will be the game's size. I couldn't understand the connection between size of a frame and a PD... But the agent insist it will be fine. Later on, problems with the frame, and extra fees to adapt the glasses for the prescription. They advise you with number score the frames... So, when I receive it, one pair of glasses was too lose for my mom's head, and the other one was too tight. The frame they advise me was for a kid.

It was my first time purchasing from Zenni Optical and I decided to do it because of the price. I also liked some of the styles that they had. It was easy to choose the glasses, to do the steps following for what you needed for your glasses and to check out. I purchased a pair of full-rim glasses and I also liked that the glasses were customizable. The process for that was easy as well. All in all, Zenni Optical provided a great and quick service.

I bought two pairs of individual single lens glasses from Zenni, two separate orders. And I wanted it to be photo chromatic which means transition. They shipped me two different shipments. I got one pair but they weren't photo chromatic so I got an RE and sent them back. They said they're lapsed as they're advertised. And then I called my bank, Wells Fargo, and they cancelled all charges.

I purchased my first pair of progressive lens glasses from Zenni 2 years ago, and there were significant problems with their qc in China. It took them 5 times before the lenses were made correctly. Note: 5 times OK'd in China, but 4 times rejected by their office in the USA. Now, I ordered progressive lens glasses in June, and this pair was OK'd by China, but I had to return them because they were not right. Zenni has confirmed that they are not correct and are remaking. Because of the continued hardship and inconvenience that I had experienced with Zenni, I requested a refund as compensation in addition to a remake of the glasses. They said they couldn't offer compensation. Hmmm. They can't offer much as far as quality control in my case either.
