I did a search online for glasses, and Zenni Optical came up. Ordering from them was fine. It was a good experience. I've ordered from them twice and the latest one, it seemed like it was quick. I paid for a 14-day delivery, and it got here quicker which was good. I wanted them for a trip last week, but I wasn't able to get them on time. But they came in while I was gone, and I have them for the trip I need next week. I buy prescription sunglasses from them, and I don't want anything expensive. So, I just buy the least expensive one that I can find. And the quality is fair. It is as expected. I would recommend Zenni.

One arm on my new 'stainless steel' frame is severely corroded after less than 3 months of gentle wear, Zenni won't replace the glasses or even the rusted arm, and (because they're rimless) I can't even buy a new frame and fix them myself. So that's $180 down the tubes for basically nothing... If you're not OK with throwing out your new glasses after ten weeks of use, STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

We were very disturbed to read your description of the frame and to view the picture that confirms your description of the temple arm’s condition, and we profusely apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result. Since you have ordered this same frame model numerous times, we are relieved that this has not repeatedly occurred, but of course we are very sorry that the temple arm on this frame corroded. We pleased that you provided the picture for confirmation of this matter, and that when we saw the picture we advised that we are making an exception to remake these glasses for you for free, even though they are outside the warranty period on this purchase. This remake request was submitted to our lab today, and when the glasses are completed, we will send them via Express mail, the same delivery method you selected on the original order. I heard about Zenni Optical from a friend and went with them because of the price. I bought full rim, children’s glasses and we're expecting to get them in the mail, but I had another order about a month ago that we’ve had. I ordered five pairs for five different kids and they were all nice. One of them didn’t fit the face shape of my child but spending 15 bucks on glasses, I didn’t feel too bad. I would just buy another pair. It’s cheaper to do so and get free lenses through Zenni than try to take the frames and pay for lenses somewhere else. Also, their customer service is always very professional and very courteous.

I received my order over a month ago. The frames are beautiful but the prescription is wrong. I confirmed that it was the right prescription and information. I still have not received a response from Zenni. I have left several emails and have found no other way to contact them.

You are only a little outside our 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered. Nevertheless, we will be happy to extend the warranty period for you, so that we may assist you regarding this matter. We do not see any previous orders placed by you, so we cannot compare the prescription and pupillary distance (PD) you entered on this order with those entered on a previous order. We also do not see any notes in the database record of your order indicating that any emails were sent to our email address, service@zennioptical.com. My daughter who buys 20 pairs of glasses a year told me about Zenni Optical. Everything’s been good. I have had zero problem with them. I beat my glasses to death, so their quality is good. I’m debating on whether I’m going to reach out to customer service on the most current pair I got. The sunglass things that came with them don’t really fit right, and if I were to use them more than once, they would scratch the lenses. So, I’m just using them on a different pair.

I called customer service after receiving a pair of glasses that I could not use to see with. The rep sounded like I was interrupting his life. I asked him to hold on while I added my son to the call as my prescription was with him in another state and the rep said he had to go over the prescription before we could go any further.... As soon as I clicked over to dial my son the rep disconnected the call!!!! DEAR ZENNI. Please call me to handle this and I would be happy to withdraw my review!

I have placed two orders with this company. The first was two years ago and these are the glasses I'm wearing right now, but out of necessity only. They were intended to be a replacement for some older glasses, but they were not as functional as my older glasses, nor were they as clear and comfortable as the old pair. I continued wearing the old pair until the frames broke and was forced to wear my Zennis.
The second pair was so poorly made, I got headaches and nausea each time I tried to wear them. I could not see clearly through either eye. I have just returned them as was told that the glasses were "slightly out of spec with the prescription". Slightly is hardly what I would say. They were awful! So, the first pair was not great, but I'm using them now...and the second pair was terrible and not usable at all. I'm going to have to find other options because the results are less than stellar. So far I'm not convinced there is a viable online store that can compare with having your glasses made to fit by a regular optical store. I do not recommend Zenni's at all.

I ordered my Zenni Optical glasses and they came in the mail. This was my second time ordering from them and I first heard of them from someone else that had ordered glasses from them. I got ordinary glasses and they're full rim.

Call the 800 number, (800-211-2105) several times and apparently the call is patched to a call center in the Philippines. Spoke with three different reps, three different times. Each time the call got dropped 5 to 6 minutes in. We ordered glasses for our daughter. Three weeks later we notice a hairline fracture in the lens. Though we are under warranty, we cannot connect with Zenni for any type of help. Spent 20 minutes on three diff calls and each time got nowhere. You think they would call me back? They verified my mobile #, too. Poor customer service. I would not recommend this to anyone, let alone a friend.

Zenni Optical was recommended by my doctor and this was my second time ordering glasses from them. The online ordering process was super easy because everything was already saved in my account. I've had my first pair for about six months and the second one for a few weeks. I like the way they fit on my face.

I am so very disappointed and dissatisfied with your company as several weeks ago on June 20, 2019, my wife Wanda ** ordered me a pair of eyeglasses plus a pair of clip on sunglasses through your online site just like she has done on several previous occasions in the past. But when the eyeglasses arrived and I tried them on everything was blurry and distorted. So my wife contacted your Customer Service Department, explained the problem and received authorization plus a shipping label to send the glasses back so that they could be examined to see what the problem was.
A few days later she was contacted by someone in your Company and was told that the glasses were made with the wrong prescription. Your companies/employees error not ours. My wife was also told at that time that my eyeglass prescription could not be filled with the frames that I had selected and also that there was only one set of eyeglass frames available that would be compatible with my prescription. Upon looking at the frames that my wife was told were available, I told her that the frames were unacceptable as they were hideous and horrible and that I would not wear them to a dog fight. As there were no other frames available except for that one pair of hideous and horrible ones.
My wife asked for a refund of our money but she was told that she could not receive a full refund but only a fifty percent (50%) refund or that she could receive a store credit for the full amount. That is totally unacceptable as it is/was not our fault that you made the original pair of glasses with the wrong prescription and that we were not told that there was only one set of hideous and horrible looking style of frames that would be compatible for my eyeglass prescription or we would not have ordered them in the first place.
And at this point with what has transpired I do not want/need a refund in the form of a store credit as from this day forth forward I do not feel that I can continue to do business with you or your Company if this is the way that you operate. I only want a full refund of our money so that I/we can go somewhere else to purchase my eyeglasses. Also in lieu of these unsatisfactory actions/decisions on your part I will also be passing this information on to several of my family members and friends who have frequently have purchased eyeglasses and sun glasses from your Company, Zenni Optical.
We have had good luck with purchasing eyeglasses and sunglasses from Zenni Optical and have been well satisfied up until this point. But this last transaction/incident leaves a bad taste in my mouth for doing any future business with you that is unless you can resolve and correct this error on your part. I bought Zenni Optical glasses five or six years ago when they first came online and the ordering process is really easy. I've ordered full-rim and half-rim glasses. The most recent pair was a full-rim and I've had it for about two to three weeks. I wear contacts most of the time and they're my back-up pair.

My brother-in-law told me about Zenni Optical's website. I didn't have insurance and they have the best prices, so I went with them. I got two pairs that were half-rims and I had to send one back. Then, I got two pairs of full-rimmed glasses. My first pair of half-rimmed frames were really good quality, but my first pair of full-rimmed, plastic frames were really poor quality. This time when I ordered, I got the full-rimmed glasses and I've turned them into sunglasses and they were really high quality and really nice.
Then, the half-rimmed glasses that I ordered, they looked like a dark red on the website and in person, the red was like a tacky, bright, Christmas ball red and they looked so much smaller than what they were on the site. The color alone made it feel really cheap. That's the only thing I can complain about. I called in and I sent them back and everybody worked with me. It was really easy and my credit was back on the account really fast so I could order my other glasses. I'm really satisfied with the customer service.
I like that they did the new try-on tool. I love that you can turn your head and see the sides 'cause you could never do that before. I think that it sizes up a little better like when you put the glasses on, they’re still a little big to the face size, but it's so much more natural and up-close to what it is in real life now. I'd tell others to order glasses through Zenni. I told my sister and I sent her screenshots of the try-on tool. I told her she needed to order glasses through them because it's so much cheaper than going through the optometrist.

I love my Zenni eyewear. They look great and the quality of the frames is terrific. It's also inexpensive. I went to get a new pair of glasses from LensCrafters and they wanted $700. I have since bought five pairs of glasses through Zenni and I still paid less than $700 in total. Also, customer service is seamless and wonderful. It's easy and convenient. I’ve referred Zenni to a hundred people.

Zenni offers the best prices I know of for a pair of glasses. I have purchased four pairs over the past few years with no problem. But I did have a minor problem with the frame in the last pair I ordered. A screw was missing. It took over a month before being told it could not be fixed. Communication and explanation over that time was difficult to nonexistent. Zenni eventually agreed to resolve the matter by refunding my money and offering free glasses. I appreciate that and feel the matter is resolved.

I ordered a pair of glasses about two months ago and still don't have them. They initially arrived in about two weeks, but the temple arm on one side was missing a screw. After first asking me to fix it myself, which I was unable to do, they told me to send them back for repair. That was six weeks ago. No glasses but worse no explanation. And one customer service can't contact the lab for some reason. I am without glasses and very frustrated.

We were very sorry to learn that this frame came in a defective condition, and we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result. Moreover, we were sorry to learn that you are waiting for a repaired pair of glasses, which we advised we would send you. However, the notes in the database record of the order indicate that instead of remaking the glasses, we issued a 100 percent store credit refund of the price of these progressive sunglasses to your Zenni Optical account. Although we do not see any notes in the database record of your order indicating that we contacted you to advise that this store credit was available, we do see that you used this store credit toward the purchase of a new pair of progressive polarized sunglasses on June 6, 2019. Unfortunately, these glasses, in frame 137515, also had a problematic frame, and when you returned these progressive polarized sunglasses, we issued a full refund of the price of the glasses to your credit card. Nevertheless, because you were expecting the remake of the progressive polarized sunglasses in frame 379012, rather than a store credit refund, we are asking our lab to rush a free remake of these sunglasses as a customer service gesture, even though we issued the store credit for these glasses. You should receive an email from our lab later tonight confirming the free remake with a new order number. In addition, as an extra measure of apology for this matter, as well as a gesture of gratitude for your business, we are emailing you an item we hope you will use on your next order with Zenni Optical.

I ordered progressive lenses. However, I only wanted prescription in the right side. Apparently Zenni cannot do this -- although this was not at all clear from their site. I even clarified in the comments. However, they went ahead and filled the order. The glasses were great upon first try -- the frames were nice, I loved the "try on" option on the site which allowed me to pick the perfect frames, the clip-on sunglasses that I ordered fit the glasses well, etc. Everything about them was good but for the prescription. Both lenses were the same -- not what I ordered. It took several tries (chat, 2 disconnected phone calls, email then chat again) to get the problem resolved, but they refunded 100% of my money. So, in the end, I am satisfied, but I did not end up with glasses that worked for me. If you have an uncomplicated prescription, I think Zenni would be awesome! Give it a try.
Hi, thank you for posting your Zenni review of the progressive glasses you received, which had the reading addition correction (NV-ADD) in both lenses, when you had asked in the notes on your order to have no prescription in the left lens. We were pleased to read that you are happy with the frame, the virtual try-on feature, and the clip-on sunshades, but we are sorry that we did not contact you about the note you included advising that you wanted no prescription in the left lens, including the NV-ADD, before making your glasses, and we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result. As we advise in the Tool Tip (the blue circle with the white question mark) that appears next to the heading of the item in question, in this case the NV-ADD, “We display a single NV-ADD field since it is almost always the same value for both eyes.” Because it is impossible to order progressives (or bifocals) from Zenni Optical that have an NV-ADD correction in only one eye, the only way around this would be to order two pairs of glasses, one with the NV-ADD in both lenses, and one with non-prescription lenses. This latter pair’s lenses would be free, with the charge only for the frame and anti-reflective coating, should you select that option as you did for your progressive glasses. Then when you receive the two pairs of glasses, you may swap the prescription lens with the NV-ADD correction out of the left rim and replace this lens with the non-prescription lens from the other pair of glasses. That would give you a pair of glasses that would have a right lens with your multifocal prescription, and a left lens with no correction. We hope that this information is helpful. Moreover, as an extra measure of apology for this matter, as well as a gesture of gratitude for your business and our hope that you will order glasses from Zenni again, we are emailing you an item that we also hope you will use on your next order with Zenni Optical.

I've been ordering for years and I can't imagine buying glasses anywhere else now. I used to buy more styles to match outfits, but these days I just stick with black or tortoiseshell cat-eyes and I get so many compliments on my frames! I always order the cheapest versions and I can always see well, never have headaches, slippage only once because I ordered the wrong size, but a little warmth and gentle bending fixed that... And their customer service is great, so I know they would have solved that problem if I couldn't.
I can't recommend Zenni highly enough. Before I complimented a random girl in a gas station years ago on her frames and she told me about Zenni and how her stylish glasses only cost her $15 with the lenses included, eye care was a major problem and expense for me. Now, if I break or lose my favorites, I always have a spare and I look forward to choosing new ones. You guys changed the market and - affordable vision is crucial! - my life. Thanks Zenni!

This is the first time I have ordered a pair of glasses online. I was a bit nervous, did the online try on multiple times and even talked with customer service to receive guidance on what type of lenses I should order for the frame I selected. The service was exceptional! I ordered my glasses on 7/14/2019 and the glasses came in the mail on 7/22/2019. The glasses are absolutely beautiful, look great on and cost a fraction of the cost of what I would have to pay if I bought them at an optical shop, Thank you, Zenni Optical!

A friend of mine that is a loyal Zenni Optical customer recommended this store and website to me. I was hesitant at first, as I had never ordered prescription glasses over the internet. I of course am used to trying them on inside a store. After I made an account and filled out my prescription information, everything was so easy to navigate and they let you use your own photo to give you an idea of how the glasses you choose will look on your own face. The prices are hands down the best you will find anywhere!
This isn't all- my first pair of glasses came in less than a week (much sooner than predicted for the shipping). I had an issue with my glasses getting damaged during shipping, so Zenni replaced them very quickly without question or hassle. I cannot believe the amazing quality of both the frames and the lenses for the small price I paid. I have never received customer service as good as they have provided. 100% recommended by a first time customer who will be ordering from Zenni again!

I ordered the sunglasses because it costs too much to purchase from eye doctor. When I ordered the sunglasses I had to order regular glasses with tints. Also I needed bifocals and prisms. I was told I could have one or the other, so I chose prisms. I think I ordered tints that change when you move up and down. This is not good for me as it makes me nauseous. Because I don’t have bifocals I cannot see very clearly closeup which could make me nauseous as well. Anyway I wanted to try them but I am not sure it was the right thing to do for me. One thing I want to say is they fit very well. Thank you.

We were sorry to learn that you had wanted multi-focal (specifically bifocal) glasses, but when you learned that we do not put prism corrections in multi-focal glasses, you ordered single-vision sunglasses so you could have the prism corrections in your lenses. We were also sorry to learn that you cannot see clearly close up with these sunglasses, insofar as they do not include the bifocal reading addition correction, and we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result. We want to confirm that the tint you selected for these sunglasses is a gradient brown tint. Gradient means that the tint is permanent, but the tint on the lenses is darker at the top of the lens, getting increasingly lighter toward the bottom. We also offer photochromic lenses, the type that turn dark in the bright sunlight and become clear again when you are out of the sunlight. It is good to know that you are pleased with the fit of the frame you ordered, model 158321. Glasses for daughter. They are adorable and cute. She's had more simpler glasses. And never cared for them but these ones she care for so much. The design and fit are perfect for her. These are the 2nd pair I ordered when she upgraded her prescription.

My glasses are not correct, I can not wear them because my vision is blurry and the foci of vision are not at the right height. It forces my eyes and gives me a headache. The left eye is the worst. But my sunglasses is perfectly adjust.

We understand that you declined to return the glasses for an inspection, and instead chose to receive 100 percent store credit, which we issued to your Zenni Optical account on July 16, 2019. Nevertheless, we would like to provide some information we hope will be helpful. Our progressive reading corridor starts at 5 millimeters up from the center line of the lens. Your frame 2018716 has a lens height of 35 mm. Since that means that the center line is at 17.5 mm, it puts the progressive segment height beginning at 22-23 mm up from the bottom. The progressive glasses in your previous orders have lens heights of 31, 32, 33, and 34 mm. There are no notes in the database records of those orders indicating that you had a problem with the placement of the segment height or anything else. However, since you declined the inspection, we do not know whether we made the progressive glasses from this most recent order incorrectly, or whether the progressive segment height was positioned correctly on the lens and it was simply too high for you. Nevertheless, as an extra measure of apology for this matter, as well as a gesture of gratitude for your business, we are emailing you an item that we hope you will use on your next order with Zenni Optical.

I've ordered 4 pair of prescription glasses from Zenni. I order no line bifocals with photochromic lenses, so I like the prices. I think they have a fair selection of frames. I haven't had a problem ordering or with my glasses at all. Overall I'm satisfied, and glad I found this company.

I have been a customer for years and have been very happy. However, this time my glasses were crooked. They don't lie straight when placed on a flat surface and so don't lie straight on my face. I would still recommend to a friend but because your normal service is usually very good.

I've used Zenni for two prescription cycles of progressive/multifocal pairs of glasses and they've been of good quality and build. The prescriptions have been filled well, though I guess nothing beats a personal fitting. However, I've had no problems with the frames and lens purchased and I will likely use them again.

I ordered from New Arrivals, which is not my norm. I purchased the Cateye shaped frame and the Blockz Lenses. I absolutely love them. The glasses are comfortable and lightweight. I can see perfectly and am not constantly removing them. I get many compliments. I tell everyone about Zenni. Shipping was faster than I had anticipated. Received them quickly (around a week).

When my son needed just a slight correction for reading the TV and computer screens, we went with Zenni as I use it for my own glasses and love it. We used the 3D picture to "try on" the glasses and measured his face so we knew they would fit (something I hadn't done with my own glasses and learned from). When they arrived, he was so excited and then embarrassed because the frame he chose had tiny Hello Kitties on the side that we did not notice when we chose the frame. From far away they look just like the online, but we didn't zoom in to notice the pattern on the blue arms. Not a huge deal, but just another thing to learn from.

I have been ordering from Zenni for 3 years now and have never had less than a great experience. They always arrive on time, in great condition and I have never had a pair break - I have quite the collection. Having the freedom to be creative and ever changing with my glasses has been life-altering. It's a fun, easy and temporary fix when I need a change but having glasses that I feel confident in every day has been a new and very welcome experience.

Glasses were made wrong, customer service kept saying "if wrong". Was not helpful and I thought she was rude. When I tried to explain, she would cut me off. Her attitude made me mad. I will NEVER use Zenni again, nor recommend to anyone.

We are also sorry that the customer service representative with whom you spoke did not ask you to confirm the pupillary distance (PD) you entered on this order, 60 millimeters, which was a different value from the one you entered on the previous order, 64 mm, which you canceled when you discovered that you entered the polarity of the Cylinders incorrectly, as minus, when your prescription calls for plus. If 64 mm is the correct PD value, this may be why you were unable to see well with these glasses, if the other prescription numbers and polarities were correct. We are also sorry that we do not accept the return of prescription lenses without the frame the lenses came in, and we apologize for any disappointment you experienced about this matter. However, since it appeared from the conversation you had with our representative that you do not plan to return the glasses, and instead will use the frame to have lenses installed that would be manufactured elsewhere, we hope that you are able to purchase lenses that work for you, and keep wearing the Zenni frame, model 451312, which you like. On my first order, the glasses were too big for my taste. The return process was great. I made an error in the checkout process, but customer service was able to apply my store credit after the purchase was complete. The glasses fit great and feel lite on my face. Plus, the lenses stay way cleaner than the frustrating $394 pair I bought from my optometrist. Zenni is the only way to go!

This site is a must for the frugal, yet fashionable. Everyone who wears glasses in my family have a pair of Zenni's. They're too good to be true. It's super easy once you have the specs of your prescription. Then it's no good barred. You find the quality is so good, so reasonably priced, you'll need a few pair. I recommend Zenni.

I can order my sunglasses however I want - I can pick the shade - brown, grey, pink - and the density of the shade. I can choose mirror! I can get my name inside the arm of my glasses, too! I love the glasses. It is so hard to find rainbow colored frames, but Zenni has them! I’m not a fan of the case they came in though. When I opened the package, the case almost immediately popped open. It has a very flimsy plastic catch. I ended up using one of my older and tougher eyeglass cases to store my glasses in. TLDR- perfect glasses, crappy case.

I absolutely love Zenni Optical. As someone with a horrible prescription and astigmatism, they were able to put my prescription in the glasses I wanted for only a tiny additional cost. The glasses came quickly and fit perfectly, and best of all, I could actually see again! I found the glasses I wanted, which I couldn’t find in stores, for half the price! Exceptional as always!

Both pairs of glasses I recently received the prescriptions are wrong... same prescription I ordered the time before and these two pairs I cannot see out of for blurriness. Fit however was perfect... just wish I was able to use them and returning them didn't seem worth it as I would only receive 30% of what I paid for them.

First was great, except they were too small for my face. Returned and received a credit. The second pair was great. I had the help of customer service guiding me on the right temple size. Apparently my head is wide and need to go to a retail shop for adjustments. Suggestion that you have a form for the following: frame width, lens width, lens height, bridge height, temple length.

Bought 3 pair glasses this year. Exactly as expected. Great value and first class frames and lenses. Only complaint is range of frame selection, especially in the all metal group. I still do not understand why Zenni will not allow frames in the sunglass selection be ordered with clear lenses. Makes no sense at all. Would easily widen frame selection. Zenni is the best. I've been buying from them for years and years. Ever since I got on the interweb and searched cheapest glasses online and saw an ad for $7 dollar glasses (no hidden fees). I've tried over and over again to find a different establishment (due to their discontinuing my fav frames) yet I have reluctantly returned every time. The frames are young, the prices are amazing, the website is slow (only downside), no hidden costs. I think I found 1 similar website, forgot which one, but Zenni Optical just keeps getting better and better. Yeah, I can't believe I love Zenni.

I ordered two pairs of glasses from Zenni and a pair from EyeBuyDirect at the same time, I put the exact same prescription in the order. The pair I received from EyeBuyDirect was great, but both pairs from Zenni the prescription was off. The glasses themselves were nice, but I was really bummed that the prescription was off and I have to squint so I keep them at home and use them as my home pair of glasses.

The ordering process was helped by a very patient and knowledgeable assistant on the phone. Shipping was fast and more importantly, the glasses look good, feel good and are good. I have recommended Zenni to several of my friends who are amazed that I was able to get good quality glasses at a fraction of the price that I usually pay. My first experience ordering online was very unpleasant. Even though I had uploaded my prescription, the glasses did not work and I was never able to use them. Glasses were progressive lens. Unable to wear. Stark contrast between distance, computer, and close up. Nausea occurs with wear. I waited too late to return. Loved the style. Price is good but will not be able to use even SS spare.

I have been ordering from Zenni since they had another name: over 10 years. I have purchased over 30 pairs for myself and my family. The styles are always fresh and fun. Out of all those glasses, I've been bummed about maybe 3 or 4, but not enough to send back. They just didn't fit well. With prices this low, I cannot believe the success I've had. I tell everyone I know. I know people pay more than $600 for one pair and it blows my mind! It's Zenni all the way for us.

Over the past 3 or 4 years, I have ordered countless pairs of glasses on Zenni Optical. Every time I switch it up, I get SO MANY comments! I am constantly recommending Zenni to others, especially to people with kids that need glasses. I like having a variety of pairs because I often misplace glasses or now with a toddler, they break. Has every pair fit perfectly? No. One of my pairs got scratched up right away, another was too tight on the sides... but once I figured out my face shape and the right kinds to purchase, it was well worth the money I had spent. $30-$40 for a pair of glasses is far more reasonable than any other places I have seen (some are even cheaper). You can't go wrong.

I ordered a pair of nice frames with bifocal lenses from Zenni. I must admit that was a little skeptical about ordering everything online for prescription eyeglasses but I had heard good things about the company. I was pleasantly surprised that they were every bit as nice as glasses that I had purchased from a chain store a couple of years earlier. They're so economical that I decided to get a 2nd pair in a different colored framed immediately! The lenses are crystal clear and their frames are great!

This is my first purchase at Zenni. I had my eye measurements done at an optical retail outlet when I purchased a pair of glasses from them. I wanted another pair of prescription sunglasses as a backup pair. I specifically wanted dark photochromatic lenses so I could use them as sunglasses. I received the lenses and noticed that there were 3 small parallel scratches on the inside of the lenses. I wore them out into the sun and the glasses darkened, but not enough to even be considered sunglasses. I took a photo and could see my entire eye through the lenses, even while looking directly towards the sun. The lenses simply are not useable as sunglass lenses. There is a quality control problem if glasses with visible scratches on the lens are shipped. Since I purchased the glasses to be used specifically as sunglasses, they are worthless to me and have been regulated to a junk drawer.

These are the lightest glasses I've ever owned. They are super cute and I love the color. 40 bucks. I've been getting compliments on them from strangers and I've already advertised for Zenni many times over, I really should get a discount at this point! The lenses were blurry and very poor quality. Called and they will only refund 50% of purchase- not the worst loss because they were cheap but definitely got what I paid for... Disappointed as I had hoped for a cheap pair of back up glasses that were comfortable on the eyes. Frames were ok.

We have ordered several pairs of glasses in the past. Although the quality of the ordered glasses were not of the quality of glasses purchased elsewhere, the price was right. I guess one “gets what one pays for” and I have always accepted that during purchases! I always assumed that if there was a major issue with the Zenni glasses that the stated guarantee would be honored and I would not be forced to surpass obstacle after obstacle in order to “get what I paid for!” That sure isn’t the case!!! I have followed the company’s request to submit a copy of my prescription, explain my issues, etc.
But now I’m being told to send in my glasses and Zenni will decide if I CAN SEE CLEARLY when wearing my glasses. If I can (by their judgement, not mine) and I am still dissatisfied, I will be sent a 50% refund. Zenni, I will keep these inferior glasses and not play your game! In lieu of the time and effort to resolve this issue, I will chalk this up as a learning experience, take the lost and purchase my glasses elsewhere!

I have purchased 2 pairs of prescription glasses from Zenni, and both times they arrived in record timing! Seriously less than a week and I just chose standard shipping! They fit perfectly, I can see clearly, and they are exactly as I ordered. And, when the worst case scenario happens and you lose a screw or something along those lines, they are more than prompt in fixing the issue. I will NEVER go back to those expensive glasses stores!

Got my eyeglasses from Zenni with the exact prescription with my main glasses and I have had headaches wearing them. Plus the fit is very tight as well even though the glasses were in the Large category. I would not recommend Zenni glasses to anyone.

I’ve worn glasses all my life and Zenni Optical was probably the best company I’ve ordered from so far. In fact, I did go with another online eyewear company but it didn’t work out for me. So I decided to go with Zenni and I like them a lot. I will never order from anywhere else. Plus they’re cheaper. Some of the glasses weren’t made well where they're just crooked. But I have ordered like 40 pairs of glasses, just to have options. The website is good because you can search for your size. For my face, I look for the large size. If I choose a $5.95 shipping, it takes a month but if I choose the $10 shipping then it takes two weeks.

This was a great experience. The large selection for a low price was fantastic. I enjoyed the feature to "try on" styles before purchasing. My frames fit perfectly and feel like they are of real quality. They arrived quickly. The lens case and cleaning cloth with each set of glasses are a definite bonus. I will definitely order again!

Glasses delivered quick and lenses are good, but the glasses themselves appear to be low quality and really uncomfortable to wear. Going to try a different brand for my next purchase. The glasses try on feature online is very unrealistic and had scale issues. Would not recommend a purchase based upon that. Need sporty sunglasses along with an ANSI rated pair.

I really love my new glasses. The only concern I had was that the frame was slightly bent. I took them to a local optical store and they straightened them at no cost. I especially like the case that the new glasses come with. This was my third order and the cases are so well constructed.

I wanted to try something new, and Zenni Optical's prices were cheaper. Navigating through the website was easy. Zenni was the first prescription eyewear company I went to. It looked like it was gonna work and I was in a hurry and needed glasses. I've ordered five glasses from them. They let me know about the timeline and that it's being done. I appreciated that. The first time I ordered glasses, they weren't right and Zenni said that I could send them back, but I didn't. I though I might as well have a backup. So I kept them but I lost that first pair, so I did the second pair. Then, I ordered some more. And in the internet, I ordered two more pairs of glasses just for computer use and I'm happiest with those.

Initially a great company and I have purchased about 8 pairs of glasses from Zenni over the last several years. However a recent pair spontaneously broke at the metal frame 11 months after purchase and I was told by the Zenni employee that they only give a warranty for 30 days. This clearly should not have occurred with a decent pair of glasses. In the next pair that I purchased one of the lens was cut too small and was loose in the lens holder. I returned it and Zenni agreed and sent it back (to China?) to be recut but the entire process is going to take about 4 weeks. Also the price of the glasses at Zenni's seems to have increased some, while the price elsewhere has drastically decreased. (Actually I would credit the latter to Zenni.)

Recently, we ordered simply polycarb glasses from Zenni for our son, who was shot in the eye with a BB gun by kids at the babysitter. He is fighting to keep his bad eyeball, and trying to protect his good eyeball. We tried hard to get the 360 try-on to work, but it wouldn’t work correctly. I’m not sure if it was because his bad eye doesn’t open, or what. Suffice it to say I ordered his glasses that were described as “BLACK”. The only photo I could see showed black frames. We were on a tight timeline, so we paid for quicker shipping. We ordered Sunday, and glasses were delivered by Saturday. Perfect! We were happy because we are on a tight timeline and just got approval to go on vacation.
Except when he opened his glasses, the side arms had choo choo trains on them. He’s 10. Nowhere in the obvious description (BLACK) did it say “choo choo trains”, or we’d have made a different choice. I called customer service and they said I was supposed to click the three black squares at the top left of the screen. I missed that somehow. Super disappointed! Perhaps somewhere more obvious they could accurately describe the frame designs?!
I called customer service and they said I would have to send them back (5 days) and wait for a credit, then reorder... dragging out this long process. I asked if there was any way to expedite a pair of non-prescription glasses even if I had to pay more, and they had no other solutions. No apologies, no empathy, one solution that will end up taking at least 3 weeks when we need protective lenses now. While this started as an amazing and painless experience with Zenni, it has quickly turned into disappointedly apathetic customer service. We ordered a new pair of nonprescription glasses and paid extra to get them rush shipped to our house hopefully before we leave for vacation. They might not make it. After we get them, we’ll send the choo choos back and we’ll have a store credit to spend. After that... I’m not positive we will be back.

The try-on feature is amazing! I was very skeptical about ordering my glasses online, but my skepticism was put to ease when I could see the glasses on my face. Ordering was easy. My sister orders from Zenni Optical all the time. She didn't have any problems at all. I wouldn’t have got a problem either if the ones that were delivered to me were the right glasses. I ordered glasses from them a month ago. When it came, the glasses were quite huge and it wasn't the same from the picture. The ones that we saw were really cute but the ones we got are really funny. It looked to me like they were replaced and it wasn't the glasses that we chose. I didn't return them though and just used them for spare or something I could use in the house. But it's nothing I'd wear out in public. I wasn't a happy camper. But other than that, the quality of the glasses is pretty good. I would recommend them to friends.

Shipping was very good and came quickly, but when I tried my glasses on, I was very disappointed. I couldn't see out of my new glasses at all. When I barely put them on I could see, but fully in my face it was like I had no glasses on at all. I’m wondering how this situation can be rectified? Am I able to receive a refund, or can I get them fixed in any way? A response would be much appreciated.

My brother buys glasses through Zenni and he told me everything worked out fine. I didn't wanna go into a store, and it was easier to order online. I looked at the cheapest prices from Zenni and figured that the full rim glasses was cheaper. It was easy to order from them but the bifocals that I got showed a line. I wish I could’ve investigated more to see how to get without a line. I also didn't know that when you're plugging in the stuff, you don't know what it needs from your prescription. But other than that, it was fine. I liked the feature where you can try the glasses on. I was happy with Zenni and I would tell someone about it.

I love how these fit, and purchased them to wear for computer use. However, the right lens feels ‘off’. The prescription wasn’t exactly right. Not totally happy. But Zenni’s customer service isn’t great, from my experience with past orders, so I haven’t even contacted them about it, figuring that nothing would happen.

Attempted multi times. Unable to get any glasses. Took to eye Dr. office and let them put in information and check order. Still unable to get called to cancel. Was told in email sent to me they would fit my prescription. Tried those. Still unable to get glasses. Went to another company. Got a pair first time no problems. Wanted to try y'all but way too difficult. The only thing satisfying was that you returned my money.

The glasses were too big for my face, which I should have expected, but they are cute, with rainbow sides. However, the lenses distort my vision when I look at things near the edges of the lens. If it were the very edge it would probably be ok, but it's like an inch from the frame all the way around, so there is actually only a smallish spot in the middle of the lens where the vision is fine, and then further out everything gets stretched or squashed when I look at it. I wear glasses all the time, so I cannot really use these since they affect my depth perception and make me dizzy. I might try again with smaller glasses/lenses, but I'm sad I cannot wear these cool rainbow ones.

Glasses failed (yellowing lenses) after just over a year of ownership. I bought the nicest pair I could with great transitions lenses and this happened. They only warrant their glasses for 30 days and provide absolutely no exceptions, repairs, or credits toward a new pair after the glasses fail so early into ownership. My other glasses, from a big box store, were twice the price, but are also over 5 years old with no issues. Beware: Zenni's glasses only last a year and they know it, as evidenced by their 30 day warranty.

I have bought two pairs of Zenni's glasses and I have never been more happy. One, they’re definitely more cheaper than even going to Walmart with insurance. Both pairs are photochromatic, and have the perfect prescription in them. I use both interchangeably, and have gotten many compliments from my pair. Already I’m recommending the site to anyone; I’m a firm believer and consumer now. Already I have plans on getting a third pair.

I've bought glasses from Zenni for years but on this last order, I mistakenly ordered the wrong prescription. Customer Service chat was helpful and quick to refund my order as quick as possible and cancel the wrong prescription before it finished processing. I was able to get 100% store credit for my first-time refund and reorder the correct prescription! My new glasses came in and I love them more than words can describe. I'll always get my glasses from Zenni????

Ordered in early May for a trip I had on June 6th. I received an "Order Shipped" email on May 16th, and since then checked the tracking link indicated. On May 22nd it said it arrived in Australia (looks like a very slow shipping), then day-by-day it started to change dates on the tracking site till May 27th. Then packet was not given to postal service till June 7th for last mail delivery (advised by Zenni) which finally arrived on June 8th. Most frustrating was that Zenni support wasn't able to give me any information on status and did not want to give me a contact detail to the last shipping company (Landmark Global) so that I can call them. This company is located just few kilometres from my place. This is probably my fifth and last order from Zenni and I doubt I would recommend Zenni to friends any more.

The website would not accept my email address for the offered coupon. I called and spoke to a rep and he offered a discount code that the site also would not accept. I emailed customer service and got a reply that advised a 10% discount had been applied to my order and that Zenni was sorry for my inconvenience. I was pleased with the quick order and delivery of the glasses. I am wearing them now and my eyes adjusted quite easily to wearing another pair of glasses. The only thing I hope is that I don't have a problem with a screw falling out and not being able to put it in properly. That happened with my previous pair from Zennis which necessitated me having to buy another pair. So far the screws seem to be fine and it's good to have another glasses case. I didn't realize that I had ordered a sunglass clip on which I didn't need. The screws are put in an awkward spot - in the middle instead of on the sides. The design should be improved so that it doesn't get in the way of seeing. The glasses are fine, though.

I really like Zenni Geometric Glasses 2026018! This frame is the most unique frame shape on the website! I used the 3D create a try on but I had difficulty looking straight ahead while trying to be sure my face was within the parameters of the circle without looking down. Even with using the try on option, the glasses turned out to be a little too big for my face. The frame & lenses are heavier than I expected. I was also disappointed that the transition lenses do not get as dark as I would like when outdoors.

I purchased a pair of glasses for my 7yo. They were way too small for him, and I did get a refund in the form of a store credit. I used the credit for another pair of red sports glasses. When they arrived, they were pink - not red. He liked them, so I got over that. However, in the first day, the lenses popped out several times. I requested a refund, and was told I could only get partial store credit. I was pretty mad, but I went ahead and just bought new frames to put these lenses into. The frames haven't arrived yet, but it doesn't matter, because the lenses popped out again, and this time one was lost. The glasses were cheaply made, and I wouldn't recommend.

Considering how expensive eyewear is, compared to the actual cost of materials, I find it ridiculous what name brands charge for these pieces of plastic. I find Zenni's options and pricing great. I also like how it saves your orders so you can reorder easily.

I love my new glasses. They fit great and look like they are great quality. I have had them for about a month with no issues and wear them every day. No scratches or anything. I would definitely recommend to a friend, and will probably be ordering another set soon.

Website was more educational about how to select a fit than any optometrist has given me. The ability to narrow search to the best look & fit was wonderful. The ability to preview what the frames would look like using my own image proved accurate when I received the glasses. Arrived quickly, perfect fit and correct prescription! First I would like to say that I see fantastic with my Zenni glasses. The prescription was right on. However, the frames are so flimsy and uncomfortable. They are not at all what I expected. They are very cheap. I will not be ordering again which is unfortunate because I see so clearly with them.

I was using eBay and Zenni was one of the stores that gave cashback on eBay. Also, I really like that they were cheaper than going to the store. I've ordered twice from them and navigating through the website was really easy. I got prescription sunglasses and then an everyday use glasses and they've been good, so far. I bought two pairs of Rx eyeglasses in 2015 from Zenni Optical. The price was great and I saved a lot of money. One temple broke after the warranty ran out and the lens coating on both glasses started to wear off after a year.. Today I was going to buy another pair without any lens coating and wanted to return the good pair of frames for new lenses as my prescription had changed. I was told they don't replace lenses in frames even though I bought them from Zenni. Hopefully this new pair will last since there will be no coating put on them.

I got progressive lenses... for distance and reading. I've been practicing for a while, but I have to lift the lenses up to use the reader portion. It's really annoying and I have to switch back to my readers. This, of course, makes the progressive lens pointless and I'm bummed as to the extra $ I've laid out.

When customers complain about progressives that have distance, computer, and reading sections that are not where they want them to be, we advise that, if the frame has adjustable nose pads, the nose pads can be pinched together to raise the glasses or spread apart to lower them. Because your frame, model 125615, does not have nose pads, we recommend adjusting the temple arms, which we were happy to see are embedded with stainless steel rods, which make them easy to adjust. If you bend the temple tips (the part that follows the bend at your ear) down, this will put the lenses higher on your face, which may also raise the reading section at the bottom of the lens to where you will be able to use the glasses effectively for reading. I have many pairs of glasses through Zenni, but I can't buy from them anymore. The problem is not with Zenni in particular, but with mail order glasses in general. The frames looked good in the picture, and they seemed to fit my face in the mock-up, but when they arrived, they was too big for my face, and worse, the side pieces were so large they kept popping out from my ears. In effect the glasses were useless. Since they were already made I was stuck with a pair of glasses I absolutely couldn't wear. In the future I will look for a firm that sends you a few frames to try on, and when you're happy, they make the glasses. Buying from a picture is too much of a crapshoot.

I needed glasses with a military look. I went to Zenni's site and ordered a full rim style. Finding my style was a little tricky because I would find a pair that I liked, then I would do a side-look on them and it would have some kind of design on it that wasn't very obvious if I was just looking at it from the front. I used the virtual fit (by uploading a photo) to "try on" my glasses and chose a snazzy red pair for my single vision driving sunglasses. On the Virtual Fit they looked about the same size as my normal glasses - I did NOT look at the specs and that probably would have been a good idea. The lenses are perfect - accurate to my prescription and the darkness I wanted, but the frames themselves are reading glasses sized. Whoops. My husband says I look like Grace Jones when I wear them. I kept them because they were inexpensive and Grace Jones was pretty cool back in the day, but they weren't quite what I'd hoped for. Shipping was prompt and over all, I still love Zenni's options. As this was my first pair and I'm more experienced now, I'll know better to check the specs and not just how they look on my "face."

I ordered progressives and was not happy with the way progressives work. Ask to return, no problem, gave me a store credit. I then bought the same glasses with bi-focal with line. Love the glasses. Since I've navigated the Zenni Optical site, looking for the style I like has been pretty easy. Also, I've figured out the different sizes of the glasses I need and it makes it a lot easier to find the ones that will actually fit my face. The quality of the day-to-day glasses is really good. I’ve purchased from Zenni twice before and then I put in an order for a couple more. I live in Hawaii so sometimes it takes a while to get things. But I was in contact with them, pre-emptively when a shipment was delayed for some reason so I felt pretty good about that communication with that item. Also, compared to my prior orders, there are a lot more styles and colors. I really like that which is why my order that I did this time had more than previously. But I felt like I had a lot more options compared to a year and a half ago when I checked it out. Other than that, I would recommend Zenni.

The prices have risen since I began ordering years ago, but I like the fact that I can buy glasses that come with magnetic clip on sunglasses. Paid extra for the best lenses coatings. After light wear, my lenses are covered by what appear to be thousands of tiny hair scratches/swirls. At first I thought it was persistent oil on the lenses, but they cannot be removed with lenses cleaners or dish soap. Cost and shipping time were fine, but quality of lenses could have been better.

I have ordered eyeglasses from Zenni in the past and always had a good experience, but my latest order is by far my best. I wear a progressive lens and prefer metal frames. I found a frame that works with progressives, and truly love the way they look on me. Not only that, but the time needed to get used to the progressive lens was minimal (maybe 2 days). Excellent website, easy to navigate and filter. Especially, in my case, since I have been wearing glasses for most of my life and know exactly what I need for a great fit. What amazes me is the difference of cost with retail. I spend on 2 pairs of glasses what would cover only the frame in places like Target. Some would say you do not get the service they offer. Well, they are wrong! I have been a faithful Zenni customer for over 7 years, because I have never been disappointed. I cannot say the same when ordering my safety glasses through a local outfit here in Atlanta.

At least the non prescription lenses (for "blue light blocking") are not worth their "cheap prices" (frames were ok for cheap/get what pay for). Though as bad quality as lenses are, makes me doubt even Zenni costlier frames/prescription lenses are much improved, as the ad said "blue blocking" - that aspect is not that strong. Ok for driving but not so much up-closer/phone or computer and such, and besides not being great at blue light filtering; though the lenses are thin in being non-prescription, the ones I received distort clarity by very noticeable amount. Wait, when can afford, and buy quality natural material, and or US/local or regional produced/marketed opticals!

This is my 5th pair of glasses over the past few years. Everything has been great. I stay with the metal frames. I did order an all plastic prescription sunglasses, they were hard if not impossible to adjust fit. I tried a hair blower to bend the plastic and it warped the lens.

My glasses came in and were well protected, fit well and the quality seemed good. They were supposed to be photochromatic lenses but they are faulty. Tough to get pictures for Zenni when it is an intermittent problem. That is what customer service wants to see. Beware of photochromatic products.

My family has purchased more than 10 pairs of prescription glasses from Zenni and so far we are pretty satisfied with the quality of the frames and lenses, and the accuracy of our prescriptions. The online tools to "try on" frames weren't that helpful. We really relied on other customers' selfies in the frames we were interested in. The prices are excellent, and shipping is hassle-free and rather quick. We have a family of 4 and three of us wear glasses. Zenni gives us the financial freedom to buy multiple pairs and styles for each member of our family. The glasses were unusable. My prescription was not transcribed to the glasses accurately making them useless. I had to have the lens removed and accurate ones installed in the frame. At least the frame was correct. I would appreciate a refund of my money.

My coworker recommended Zenni & I purchased my first pair of blue light blockers. I was sad that they were too small in the frames that I loved, so I had to return them. Their return policy is a one time refund & the second return/exchange would only be a 50% refund. RIDICULOUS! So I went to look for a bigger sized frame & they don’t have many cute frames in the big sizes. Shame. The second pair I got didn’t fit either so I gave it to my bf. I bought my first pair of Zenni glasses as a spare pair. I was so happy with them that I ordered other pair that also auto darken. I had some questions about choosing a frame that would fit and called customer service. The service rep I talked with was so helpful!

The ordering process was easy. All the information I needed was on my prescription. The frames are very nice and fit well. Since this is my first pair of glasses, I guess I now know where my eyesight is bad, up close. I receive my order as expected and no damage was done in shipping. I will most likely use Zenni again in the future, as my wife will, and we will tell our friends about this site. The only challenge on the site was picking a set of frames since they all looked the same.

My husband and I have been shopping at Zenni for our glasses for several years now. The huge selection of frames and lenses can’t be beat, and prices are very good. We usually buy 2 pairs each and still spend much less than friends spend on a single pair. Our glasses are durable, holding up so well that I end up donating them after wearing for 2-3 years.

Zenni is beyond great. I have two children in glasses, one since 2 years old. The glasses are affordable, fast to delivery, and easy to order. Having young children who can lose and break glasses easily can make purchases highly unaffordable. With Zenni, I have been able to afford glasses and replacements while having options. I don't ever feel that salesperson is 'guiding' me to pick an overpriced product.

I loved the ordering process. The virtual Tryon let me narrow down my choices. I ordered frames to try them on. I then used the store credit to order my glasses. The quality was lower than I hoped, but you get what you pay for.

The ordering process was so easy and there were so many different options for the style I wanted. It's not easy to find cateye glasses local so I was happy with Zenni's selections. I printed off the easy to use pupil distance measurement tool from their website, entered in my Dr prescription which also has directions that were easy to follow, entered a few selections about types of lenses, type of bifocal I wanted, etc and i received the perfect pair of glasses. They're so inexpensive I could afford to grab a couple pair. Plus they offered a sunglasses clip for about $6 which fit on my cateye glasses perfectly. Now I dont have to switch glasses back and forth. I love Zenni. $100 total for cute, prescription, bifocals is absolutely unheard of. I'm very happy. I've had them several weeks. No regrets.

Love shopping for glasses through Zenni. I ordered these glasses recently and love them. Lightweight and you can’t tell you are wearing glasses. Made a mistake and ordered the tint that turns darker in the sun but actually am happy they do that now that I’ve been wearing them a while. Would definitely recommend!

Had an issue with glasses specifically for tennis. Thought I had ordered incorrectly but Zenni insisted I return them so they could check them out. I received an email that, in fact, the lenses were faulty so they replaced them.

I ordered glasses on May 8th. and paid. About a week later I got an email saying that my order could not be filled because of my prescription. I have a very rare eye disease that require 3 different types of glasses to wear at different times. As you can imagine going a week without my new prescription glasses was extremely difficult & then put me in a position to have no choice but to go back to my eye doctor and order glasses from them that cost me 3 times as much and I had to wait another two weeks. I ordered glasses from Zenni last year and was extremely pleased so I decided to order again this year which cost me a three weeks of partial vision. I am normally very easy to deal with and understand that bad review's can hurt a seller, however in this case this entire situation was uncalled for. If you do not make certain prescriptions then that should be addressed upon a customer doing an order, not a week later.

Therefore, on this date we emailed you again, and on May 13, 2019, you contacted us. When we advised that we could not make your progressive glasses with an ADD lower than +1.00, you requested that we cancel the order and refund what you paid to your credit card, which we did. I am extremely pleased with Zenni Optical. I have ordered about ten pairs of glasses from them throughout the last two or three years. They're always exactly as described and my prescription comes out wonderful. The one time I did have a problem they replaced the prescription immediately. I have a high prescription and prism but my glasses still come out great every time. I recommend them at least once a day when I get compliments on my frames.

I’ve never had a negative issue with Zenni Optical. Fair prices and always accurate lenses. I’ve gotten single and bi-focal. We’ve ordered several pair of sunglasses also. I first used Zenni when my prescription changed about every 3 months due to cataracts. My insurance wouldn't cover surgery until my vision could not be corrected with glasses. Each and every pair was perfect. After getting the surgery, I still needed reading glasses and have continued getting them at Zenni. I've told everyone about Zenni and many have ordered multiple pair. My son now has Zenni glasses and he is ready to order a second pair. Inexpensive, quality and service. No reason to go anywhere else!

I couldn't see right out of my new glasses from Zenni despite a recent eye exam and new Rx. I contacted them and they supplied a prepaid label for return. They checked them out and determined that there was an error making the new lenses and gave me a full refund. So that's all I'll expect from a vendor, only loss to me was some time. I will still order from Zenni like I have in the past!!!

Glasses are priced low and there are too many designs to choose from. The virtual fitting of glasses helps to find the shape and color that will suit the facial circumference. Customer service is great. My order was processed and delivered in less than 2 weeks.

I have ordered half a dozen or more pairs of glasses from Zenni Optical and have always received accurate, punctual service. Most orders required customizing that Zenni willingly cooperated to make happen. My only regret is the loss of blue tinting for tinted lenses. Given the relatively low prices, it’s a loss I can accept.

I ordered two pairs of glasses on June 14th and paid for the rush shipping in hopes of having them in around 10 days. The order has still not shipped. Zenni refunded me the rush delivery fee which is nice, but I still dont have my glasses that I purposely bought for a trip I have this week. This is my second order with Zenni. My first order came in on time and I was very happy. Now with this delay, I now have to think if I'll order with Zenni again.

I ordered a 10% tint. I received a pair that are 30%. This inaccurate tinting happens too often with Zenni. If I ask for a redo, they tell me all the restrictions on me, as if their mistake is my fault or as if I'm making a preference return. Michael
