Ordered two pairs and had to return both. Both were blurry. I had to order as 3rd pair from Costco same prescription and they were just perfect. Waiting to see if these 2 pair I ordered from Zenni can be straightened out. I've ordered in the past and it had no problems.

Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the single-vision sunglasses you ordered on October 29, 2020, in order **, in full-rim square plastic blue frame 126016, with a 1.67 high-index lens that included the Blokz™ blue-light-blocking feature and a dark gray tint with a mirror finish on the lenses. We were sorry to read that you could not see well through the right lens of these sunglasses, although you confirm that your vision through the left lens is fine. Consequently, we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result. We were also sorry to read that the customer service representative with whom you spoke invited you to return these glasses for an inspection of the prescription. We are sorry for this because the prescription you provided confirms that, unfortunately, the right eye (OD) Cylinder value is -0.25, not -2.50, which is the incorrect value you entered for the single-vision sunglasses from order **, as well as for the standard progressive glasses in order **, placed on November 5, 2020, in full-rim rectangular plastic gray frame 124512 and the 1.67 standard progressive lenses that also included the Blokz™ blue-light-blocking feature. We are very disturbed that neither customer service representative with whom you spoke advised that the OD Cylinder was entered incorrectly, and we profusely apologize for these lapses in service. We want to confirm that we received the returned sunglasses from order ** today, November 18, 2020, and we received the returned progressive glasses from order **, yesterday, November 17, 2020. Since the prescription was entered incorrectly on both orders, we will not inspect the glasses from these two orders. I ordered 3 pairs of glasses. All progressives. The sunglasses are cute and stylish. My standard pair fit my face and are cute as well! My favorite is my mid-range pair. They are perfect for working all day on the computer!!!

My husband bought some glasses through Zenni before and some of our family has too. So we’ve been aware of them for quite a while. Other than taking the time to try and decide, the rest of the ordering process was easy. I bought glasses for driving and I’ve had them for probably a week. They’re good and I like them. I was pleased with the glasses. Zenni is the company to go with. I looked somewhere else and decided that for what I needed them for, I wasn't gonna pay $200 for a pair of glasses.

I purchased my first pair of goggles from Zenni 2 years ago. After less than a year, I noticed the (plastic) frames had cracked. At the time I thought perhaps they had been dropped at some point, though I didn't recall ever dropping them. I ordered another pair, and after less than a year noticed the frames had cracked in two places. I had been super careful with this second pair, never dropping them, keeping them in their case when not in us, never storing them in extreme heat or cold, etc. I only use these goggles on the occasional bike rides I take (street, not mountain biking) and am just so bummed that Zenni only stands behind their frames for 30 days. I would others considering ordering Zenni goggles to look elsewhere!
Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the goggle frames you have ordered from us that have broken. We were sorry to read that, even though you advise that you have been very careful with the goggles, they still developed cracks. In addition, since the cracks appeared almost one year past the end of the 30-day warranty period for frames, which starts the day an eyeglasses order is delivered, we advised that a replacement frame-only could be purchased at half price, rather than offering to send you a free replacement goggle frame, as we would do if this occurred within the 30-day warranty period or a short time after that. Consequently, we apologize for any dismay you experienced about this matter, and we hope that, should the goggle frame break again outside the warranty period, you will order a replacement goggle frame at half price. The glasses aren't right for my eyes, I tried them for 2 full days. I can't read out of them at all. Guess I lost my $100, a chance I took because a granddaughter told me she loved her glasses she got from Zenni.

I liked the way the full-frame looked on me and I went with it. I received them a week and a half after I ordered. It's good. I like them. My daughter wears them as well. It was gonna cost me $500 to get glasses, but Zenni is a faster and cheaper way to get glasses.

The experience was good. There are some glasses that I've ordered that I feel like they're not quite exact my prescription but I've ordered some that came out pretty good. I have told family members about Zenni. There are a few of us that wear glasses and they go to the doctor's office and pay like $200.

I love the glasses and think the shipping time was amazing. However I am not certain my prescription is accurate. My eyes are tired all the time and I am getting headaches. I have other glasses with the same prescription I entered for Zenni in other frames and they don’t seem to be the same.

Progressives are made possible. Glasses were ordered & adjusted in two tries; first try-in & sent back; adjusted for this prescription, within another prescription for same person, (being my mother). I was tired of spending $100s on one pair of glasses only to get "bored" with them because they are the same. A friend introduced me to Zenni and I won't be shopping elsewhere again. I love that I can have cute glasses and not break the bank. They are lightweight and may appear to be made cheaper but at the price point they are at I can afford to have multiple pairs to match my outfits every day!

Why pay over $500 for a pair of glasses from other places when you can get the SAME thing from Zenni for a fourth of the cost?

I've been a customer for years and I tell everybody about Zenni. The ordering experience is wonderful and fast. The glasses come before the expected time frame. I love my Zenni. It’s perfect. The glasses are stylish. There was one time I had a problem but that was only because my mom put in the wrong prescription. I told Zenni that it was an incorrect prescription and I returned it that night. Three days later, I got my correct prescription from them.

I totally screwed up and put a negative value on one of my prescription numbers, rather than positive. When I received the glasses, they were AWFUL. Zenni customer service helped me. I sent the first pair back and got a replacement pair with the correct prescription. I also ordered a second pair. I've been ordering from Zenni for years, and I will continue to do so.

I needed help interpreting my computer glasses prescription. It said "add +1.50 to the sphere for single vision glasses." Instead, the online helper insisted adding 1/2 from the "add" column which would have resulted in + 1.25. Fortunately I chose to ignore this advice. My glasses are fine and very affordable, no help from the Zenni online helper, who seemed clueless.
Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the assistance you received from our customer service representative when you asked for help regarding the prescription your eye doctor gave you for computer glasses. We were sorry to read that the representative did not understand that your eye doctor provided a specific value to use for the computer glasses, and we apologize for any frustration you experienced as a result. For computer glasses, it is customary to divide the Near-Vision reading Addition (NV-ADD) in half for a computer-vision (intermediate) prescription. When customers ask for our assistance in this matter, we advise that they divide the ADD in half and that they add that half-ADD to their Spheres. However, since your eye doctor provided an atypical amount of the ADD to add to your Spheres, we are sorry that our representative did not recognize and affirm that your eye doctor provided a specific, precise value to add to your Spheres, and we apologize again for our representative's adherence to our typical procedure, even as it diverged from the correction your eye doctor provided. Therefore, it was good to see in the database record of your order, as well as in your remarks in your review, that you followed your eye doctor’s recommendation to add +1.50, not +1.25 to your Spheres, and that this resulted in glasses with good computer vision. We want you to know that we are contacting the supervisor of the customer service representative with whom you spoke, so that this individual and everyone on this customer service team knows that when an eye doctor provides a specific correction for computer vision on the prescription, this should be followed, even if it is at variance from the typical prescription reconfiguration for computer glasses. I have a high prescription, and my glasses normally run ~$300. I've purchased a pair from another competing company (you've heard the ads), and while they were cheaper than the optometrist, I wasn't too satisfied. When it was time for new frames, my best friend recommended you. I was so surprised when I saw the cost, I bought 3 pairs! The glasses were shipped quickly and the frames are super cute-- for the first time I'm using my glasses as an accessory instead of being stuck with one pair. I opted for the highest quality lenses, and I'm impressed. They don't smudge or hold on to fingerprints; a problem I had with the other company. Highly recommend, and will purchase from again!

I was able to purchase multiple pairs of prescription glasses from Zenni for less than I could buy a single pair from a local shop where I would have had to go in person. I was able to order safely from the comfort of my home, the photo "try on" feature allowed me to get a sense of how the glasses would look on me, and I was able to customize the lenses with the kinds of coatings I wanted, and I was able to get clip-on sunglasses to perfectly fit my frames. The package came earlier than expected, everything was safely packed and in perfect condition. The glasses fit perfectly and look great. I could not be happier.

I've used Zenni Optical for the past 4 years to buy glasses. I can't speak to their progressive prescriptions, but it's so inexpensive to buy glasses from them (and they're great quality), that I've bought sunglasses, computer glasses, distance vision, reading glasses, and bifocals from them. I use all 4 pairs every day, depending on use. Their site offers lens upgrade recommendations, which I've found have been spot on for my prescriptions re: thinness of lenses and weight. Their site also has a good number of search filters you can use to narrow down what you're looking for. I do wish they had a greater selection of glasses, though. Seems like I'm always looking for the lightest weight yet fashionable and cheap -- once you narrow it down to those filters, plus your size-needs, there isn't much left to pick from.

I was skeptical that the glasses I chose would be wrong fit or not work since it was my 1st time ordering online without real life try on, but, was PLEASANTLY surprised to find they were just what I wanted! Purchased the half rimless gold frames (round shape) and they are perfect! I got the 1.57 lens level (I think) to avoid thick glass and I think I made right choice. I would def recommend if in need of affordable specs. ;)

My daughter had another good sized change in her Rx from a year earlier, so we came back to Zenni to shop. She used the "try on" app so that she could see how she looked in the frames, limited her choices down to 3 she liked and then had her sister and I pick out the one we liked the best. She's pleased, so I'm pleased. We also got the blue light blocker added because she spends hours and hours on her phone and laptop and I want to lessen the impact of blue light on her eyes.
I also added the extra coating that keeps her glasses cleaner because I put it on my last pair and was very pleased with how easy it is to clean smudges off my glasses. She's got a pretty high script (-9.50 plus astigmatism in each eye), but Zenni made her glasses look great and still be affordable. I'm impressed! If we'd gotten something like this at the optometrist's, it would have easily cost 4 or 5 times what we spent at Zenni. Thank you Zenni for making glasses affordable again!

This was my first time buying glasses, so I didn’t know what to expect. Zenni has many options and made it really easy to find glasses that fit my face. Typically other optical stores charge $100+ plus for one pair of glasses. Zenni is a great option for great affordable glassware. I lost my pricey prescription glasses and my insurance doesn't pay for another pair until next year. I purchased two pairs of glasses to get me by. They came quickly, prescription is perfect and thanks to the digital try on they look great. No reason to spend loads more $ on glasses at the eye doctor. Love them.

The cost wasn’t outrageous either, my Medicaid doesn’t cover for a review & new pair of glasses until next year so this came in VERY handy. When my old pair just about broke the Zennis made it just in time before I needed up without a pair of glasses!!!

The first pair in a different style were thicker and darker than I thought and so heavy they fell off my nose every time I leaned forward. This pair feels cheap on my face and the nose pieces rub my nose raw after a day of wear. I really wanted to like these glasses but they were too small and uncomfortable. Wish I hadn't wasted my money.

The two frames you selected, full-rim round acetate tortoiseshell frame 101235, from the September 21, 2020, order, and full-rim browline mixed-material tortoiseshell and ivory frame 7822035, from the October 29, 2020, order, have very similar frame widths – 101235’s frame width is 131 millimeters, while 7822035’s frame width is 133 mm. If you measured a pair of glasses you have now that fits you well and looks good on your face, we are sorry that this did not result in frames that fit you well and were comfortable to wear. I was apprehensive about buying glasses online. My first pair were everyday glasses with progressive lenses! I was amazed at how well the try on selfie worked. I have ordered so many glasses from Zenni for the last 5+ years. Always looking forward to receiving my new spectacles. Thank you for having so many frames and options to choose from. Most recently, I've decided to branch out to plastic frames and got a pretty teal that super lightweight and a red with clear running through it with spring hinges. I've never been disappointed with a purchase with Zenni and I'm pretty sure I never will be.

You guys told me it would take about a month to get my glasses, I got it in like a week. I was so happy. I had a really bad prescription written for me last year, so my eyesight got worse and worse until everything was blurry. I finally was able to order new glasses and I was a little upset it quoted me 14-21 days, but when it came sooner than that I was so happy. This is the second time I’ve ordered from you guys and I probably will keep ordering for a really long time. ❤️

We tried the frames on virtually and they didn’t fit the same way when we got them and I need to return them and have no information on how to do this. My husband needs large frames aviator style but very large.

I've been buying glasses from Zenni for over 5 years now and I only buy my glasses from Zenni! They never fail and I always love how they look and the prices are incredible. Someone I know bought 500 dollar pair of glasses and it is almost criminal to pay that much!??? I looked at three different websites and tried Zenni. The price was the biggest thing. I could buy two of these glasses for what I pay at Costco where I normally go to. I like the glasses and the service. However, the glasses are a little big for the face 'cause I couldn't put it on my face to look at it. I didn't have a picture on my computer at the time to do that and I wasn't using my phone.
It was my first time and I'm going to probably order another pair. I'll use these as my shop glasses so I don't ruin my other pair. I'm in front of a lot of people all the time. I'm constantly doing stuff outside and grinding and welding. I really like the one pair but they had some bad reviews on it so I didn't get them. They made people's heads hurt. I've had glasses that are too tight and they make my head hurt. I didn't go with those ones even though I like to look at them the best. They fit my face the best and they didn't have any other even close to that. So I went with this pair and they're working. I like the way they had the clip-on which you could buy. I got the glasses in a timely manner and they're really good quality. They're gonna last a long time.

We find it very easy to fine eyeglasses that work for our children. There are so many options and styles available! You don't have to wait long for your Zenni's to show up, and they generally work well. Caution, if they are super inexpensive, they may be on the cheaper side. So, be happy with what you order! Adjust at home using a hair dryer.

I had received my progressive glasses a few weeks ago and I was very comfortable using them for reading and distance. The problem I had was using the computer. Because the screen is in a different position than reading a book it was uncomfortable for my neck and eyes. I ordered the computer glasses with the help of chat support. Ever since I saw these Rockrose glasses while browsing for myself, I knew these would be amazing on my friend Mesha. I finally got her to send me her prescription and from then it was ON. They exceeded my expectations, because not only did they arrive exactly 10 days after I ordered them, they were perfect. The subtle brown clear color suited her skin amazingly, and she called me overjoyed when she rec'd them. I love that they are sturdy and well-made, but also just light enough that they don't feel fragile. They have the perfect blend of classic/punk edge. I had been wanting to order from Zenni for a while now. I was worried it was "too good to be true" but finally bit the bullet. I have a $300 pair of glasses I was too scared to lug around with me so I would often go without my glasses. I desperately needed more. Not pleased with your shipping & tracking. After receiving an email saying my order was on its way it has not moved in a week. I have tracked it each day. It only says in transit. Not sure if this is your fault or the postal system. But it would be nice to know when I could expect it.

So much cheaper and more convenient if I'm just going for the regular lenses, especially in today's contact-free society. Site is pretty easy to use, each option is laid out so you know what you're getting. Came packaged appropriately. The glasses case is a bit cheap feeling, but it does the job. I don't expect a designer case for $30 glasses. First time ordering, and I'll be back for more.

My overall experience with Zenni was pretty good. The prices are about half of what I would’ve paid on similar sites. They were quick to get my glasses made and out for delivery, communicated frequently so I knew where they were in the process and arrived exactly as ordered. As for the quality of the glasses- not terrible but the arms feel a bit flimsy. They flex easily and feel as if they could snap in half. The shading in the lenses of my sunglasses are a bit uneven. I haven’t had a sunny day yet to test how they perform as I look through them. I noticed it as I was holding them.
The little clip-on sunglasses that I bought for my regular glasses feel cheap-but they were less than $10 so I’m keeping that in mind. I bought them as a backup for when I leave my actual sunglasses at home. They’ll be fine in a pinch. I gave them 4 stars because as the saying goes, “you get what you pay for”, so to expect these to feel just like a pair of $500 glasses would be unfair to Zenni.

Rx is correct, fit is good. Highly recommend. Only caveat, these glasses are made in China. Not helping US trade deficit. Did business in China for over 30 years. This is my first purchase with Zenni and I'm please overall. I'm very happy so far with the pair of glasses I ended up buying. Hopefully they prove to last a couple of years. In the end, if you have vision insurance, you may be able to get glasses cheaper elsewhere. I don't know that I saved as much as the advertising implies. Yes, the frames were significantly cheaper, but it seems the lenses bring the cost up to almost what other vendors would be. The convenience of shopping from home is an added plus.

I went online to purchase some glasses for my 6-year-old. He is in dire need of glasses that are the right prescription and they need to be here quickly. I ordered a pair from Zenni. I love Zenni. I have ordered several pair of glasses for myself on Zenni. I was excited that the glasses came so quickly. My excitement was quickly dashed as I put them on my son to find out they definitely were too small. We even tried them on our 4 year old and also too small. I finally was able to convince my husband to try getting his new glasses here. We had tried getting them from the doctor and also had tried getting them through places like the vision center in Walmart. To compare, the ones from the doctor were 300 after insurance. The ones from Walmart were 280 for their "cheapest" pair. These, at the absolute minimum that my husband wanted, were $40. Literally 7x or more cheaper. And they are fantastic. So great we ended up getting a 2nd pair with slightly different specifications and still around $40.
This is immensely helpful especially when you have children. If your child grabs a pair of 300 dollar glasses it's worse than if you can just replace the pair for 40. The glasses are clear, sturdy enough to withstand grabby child hands, and more scratchproof than previous glasses. His 1st pair was just a normal pair with Oil resistant and fingerprint resistant lenses. Which works great as they legitimately are more resistant. The 2nd were Blue Blockers and help him feel less eye strain after staring at monitors all day for work. Will absolutely only ever be buying glasses from here in the future. Take the chance, try them out. You will only regret that you didn't do it sooner.

I love Zenni! I have a history of purchasing with them. I flubbed my most recent order and had to return my order. Their return policy is awesome. I initially phoned in and was greeted by a very polite customer service agent who explained the return policy in very clear terms. I'm pretty upset with the fact that whenever you go to check out your prescription glasses your website is constantly trying to up-sell and get you to buy more unnecessary and increasingly expensive options. I just simply wanted affordable, straightforward, prescription glasses for my everyday life. You can imagine my extreme frustration when I received prescription SUNGLASSES in the mail. Apparently, because of YOUR website's automatic up-selling selections when customizing my order, I accidentally agreed to a grey tint and was charged an additional $33 for it. So a simple $15 purchase turned into a $54 order and there of course is no returns or refund offered by your company.
I understand the no return or refund policy as the glasses are tailored to each individual customer, but if that is going to be your policy maybe you shouldn't try to sneak in little unwanted add-ins and costs to up the price tag. It leads to unwanted results and very dissatisfied customers who will seek other companies next time they needs to order new glasses. Also, as a side note, I know other companies offer a try-at-home option so you can actually see what the glasses will look like on you and you can feel more secure in your purchase as you know that the frames you get will actually look good on your face.
There have been so many times where I received a pair of glasses that either didn't look like their picture on the website or don't look good with the shape of my face. The virtual try-ons aren't super accurate, especially when it comes to color and sizing. My brother tried this option with Warby Parker and he loves his new frames so I am honestly probably just going to go with that company next time I need new glasses.

As you have stated last time I was allowed a ONE TIME return as was your policy and was told this was a one-time option per customer and would not be offered again. I am certainly glad to hear that your policy has changed since then, although it would have been nice to know about that option before reordering my glasses with the correct lenses that I wanted. Also, I would love to know the company's opinion concerning my main complaint, that the "customization" during checkout is too confusing and is too open to accidental opt.-ins and add-ons which increase the price of the glasses when it isn't wanted or needed. Also, it would be nice to have a try-at-home option as stated before so one knows what they are getting when they buy. As you yourselves have pointed out, there have been times when I bought glasses from your company based on how they looked on your website and was very disappointed with the actual look and color of the product when it arrived in the mail.

I was a bit apprehensive ordering on my own because I have had eye dr. glasses orders that they themselves have messed up. Got a new prescription and liked several frame styles on Zenni better than the selection at the eye doctor, plus the price is about 25% of what the doctor charges so I felt it was worth a try. Put all my info into the site, picked my frames and waited. I am very happy to say the glasses came and they were perfect - so much so that when I had a coupon I ordered another pair in a different frame. I liked the price and the try-on feature on the website was great. I ordered a pair that had the blue blockers in July then this is my first prescription there. They have blue frames and kind of a larger square lens. I love them. They're very stylish. Ordering is super simple too. The fact that it asks you for measurements instead of you having to decide whether or not they’re necessary is great. I knew what to put in and it was very helpful making sure that the glasses that I’ve had previously matched the measurements on my new glasses. Zenni is very user-friendly and I've already gone on to say it's great. I did not have any issues and didn't have to contact anyone which is great.

I love my new glasses. I'm not running into all kinds of stuff anymore. My biggest problem with my sight was I would think things were closer than what they are and I'd constantly be bumping into stuff. It was like a depth perception thing. After I got these, it's been great. I have another pair of glasses that are sitting here that I got off of EyeBuyDirect. They sent me kid-sized glasses and I didn't realize they were. When I was first trying to wear them, I was getting cuts behind my ears and on the bridge of my nose because they were so tight tried to return them and they wouldn't let me because they said too much time has passed. To top it off, they did not refund any kind of money. Those glasses were like $80.
A friend told me about Zenni and I went ahead tried them. The glasses were here right away. It took about a week, maybe a little less. With EyeBuyDirect it took over a month to get my glasses just to have them not fit me and be terrible. But these ones are great. I see perfect through them. They fit me perfectly and they're comfortable. They look good. To top it off, I only paid $19 for them in total compared to these $80 pair of glasses that didn't fit.

Another mom told me that Zenni was where she ordered her kid's glasses from and she liked it. I've been ordering from there for years and we've been happy with every pair we've gotten. I also like the little sunglass clip-ons. I recently ordered a pair of glasses for myself but this is the second pair I've ordered half rim that chipped almost immediately, like the first day I wore them. I don't think I'm gonna order the half rim again. Last time, I had a full rim plastic but I like these better 'cause they don't interfere with my vision by having a rim at the bottom. I also have bifocals so it works. I have to look at the bottom of my lens. If there's room there, it impairs my vision a little bit. I contacted customer service to return 2 pairs of glasses. They said 'cause it's already been a month, they couldn't accept them back but they were polite.

My sister recommended Zenni to me and I went with it for the price. I would recommend it too. It's fairly intuitive and easy to use. There were plenty of options and I didn't even get to look through all of them before I found a couple that I liked. The delivery was fast. It took less than a week for me to get the glasses even though it said it would be four to six weeks. The tools are somewhat dated though. It didn't work very well for me. Their glasses try on thing where I took a picture of my face to try on the glasses wasn't as good as it could have been. I've seen better things online through YouTube videos of people trying them on.

I try to stay away from any that has nose pads and I forgot this time. But other sales are fine. Made my order online and waited the 2 weeks for delivery. Glasses that arrived were plastic, didn't fit, and the optics were terrible. When I called for a refund I was told that they would only give me 50% back. Go to any retail optometrist and avoid these people. Terrible.

A friend of mine who's an optometrist gave me the number or told me about Zenni and I've done business with them on three different times. The first set of glasses that I ordered from them were worthless because I didn't know how to order them and no one answered the phone call. You had to put all this stuff in over your computer and they couldn't take an order over the phone. I couldn't focus with them. So, they were a big expense and I got nothing out of them. I should have returned it but I didn't so I just ate the cost of that. That was several years ago and I had to have some glasses. So, I ordered some from Zenni a second time. I did my due diligence and read everything. And the next pair of glasses I received, which was just a spare pair until the ones from the optometrist came, were better glasses than the ones I received from the optometrist. I could see better from them.
The frames weren't as good quality but I was just ordering a pair of glasses. So, it seems like the thing they have going for them is that they're able to extrapolate from what the user says to exact specifications. I was able to get the glasses and I'm wearing them now. You get what you pay for. But I wish that their coatings were not so expensive. It seemed the lens is where they make their money and not the frames.

My niece placed an order for glasses for me. I'm 82 yrs old and don't know anything about online shopping. I went to the eye doctor for an exam. Being on a fixed budget I could not afford the in office cost. She ordered from Zenni which she spoke highly of even tho they messed up her glasses. She blamed the doctor for a bad prescription and she didn't return the glasses. Well we ordered and when they came, I was excited until I put them on. I couldn't see the TV, the middle of the glasses was blacked out or block out or something. She sent them back and they wanted the prescription and how the PD was retained. That is something I had to pay for in the office, so how do I explain how it was obtained? My glasses was the 3rd pair returned so I guess they didn't want to be accountable for their mistakes.

I like the app and that's what I used. It's a lot easier than going all the way back to the eye doctor. All the other eyeglass websites don't have apps. I also like the price. I ordered before but I messed up the prescription myself. I went back to the eye doctor and re-upped my prescription before I ordered again. Since I got it fixed, it was a lot better experience. I love the glasses that I just got in. They're clear frames with green arms. Everything went smoothly for me.

I found a pair that I really liked at Zenni Optical. They also offered military discounts. I've seen a little difference in the prescription from going to my regular eye doctor versus ordering the glasses online. But they were still pretty good. The ordering process was pretty easy and straightforward. I just put in my eye information from the doctor and then I got them in about maybe a week and a half. It was pretty fast. I would recommend them to other people.

One of the first pairs I had, I bent the frame a little bit and it snapped. Then the second pair I got, I'm still wearing it now. I ordered another pair and I bent these and it didn't snap so I was okay with it for what I paid for it. Also, it got here pretty quickly about a week and a half. Zenni Optical sounds good to me and I appreciate it. I have my glasses saved so when I need more or whatnot, I can just go ahead and do it. I'm gonna get some sunglasses with them, but I just haven't gotten around to it. I like that I can put it together with different colors and stuff like that. It's pretty cool.

I've been a longtime customer with Zenni. Their website is very easy to use and very comprehensive. I like the lenses and the options, and the ability to be able to see those frames on my face. They've only made that technology better as the years have gone along. It's a very accessible website. They are very prompt and very polite people if you have to make any contact or communication. They're very good at communicating via email and on the website when they're shipping things out because it does come outside of the country, so it can take some time, but they do a very efficient job at it. They’ve always had my frames and my lenses exactly the way I needed them ordered. From the time I order, it takes around three weeks to receive my order. So I was very impressed with how quick they were to getting it built to getting it to me.

I've been wearing glasses for a long time now. The ones that were given to me or that I bought off the doctor's office would usually break. I didn't want to take care of them sometimes. I found an ad for Zenni on Facebook. I looked it up and I decided to give it a shot. I was very impressed. I've beat up these glasses that I've had from Zenni and they've never broken. The glass never came out of its little thing there. They're more durable and very sturdy for the price. You can't go wrong. I've had a pretty good experience. This is the third time I ordered from them. I have the standard run-of-the-mill glasses. They're the full-rim ones and that's the best. Also, I never had to call their customer service.

My parents had bought from Zenni and they said that it's reliable and guaranteed to work for me. Their website is simple to use and it has everything you need - the sizes, blue light, and sensing. I got full-frame blue light glasses from them. The quality is good. Sometimes, I sleep with them and they don't break. They don't even bend and the blue light helps a lot. All of my coworkers in Nashville are wearing glasses. They would always be wearing different colors. I asked them how they could afford to have different glasses and they let me know about Zenni. The first pair I ordered was a couple of months ago. I have two of them now. Everything was electronic aside from the email confirmation. The first time ordering it, I had made a couple of calls to make sure everything was right. But once I had my prescription, the second pair just took 10 minutes to order. It saves your prescription and it's really simple to order.
The quality is great for the cost. I was really surprised by how well the prescription fit. I have double vision. The glasses are almost indistinguishable from my other glasses, which were 400 bucks from the dealer. As far as the prescription, it fits really well. The frames are a little cheaper, but they're plenty sturdy enough. It's nice to have glasses that if one breaks, it's only 16 bucks compared to a couple hundred. My grandparents were talking about their glasses and I told them that there was no need to get expensive glasses or prescriptions. As long as they have their numbers from their checkup, just use those to order them from Zenni.

I found the frames that I wanted and ordering them from Zenni was fairly easy. They are progressives. This was my first purchase from Zenni. The only problem that I experienced was the first frames that I got didn't fit my face properly. So, I returned them for a credit towards a new pair. The website wasn't really clear on where to put my credit code. They said that I should have entered it at the very beginning and I thought it would be during the checkout process. So I totally missed putting it in and I had to call in. Now, I'm waiting on my checking bank statement to be sure that I did get credit for my return.

I have purchased (5) pair of glasses from Zenni and have been very impressed with their quality and value. I have introduced many of my friends to Zenni Optical too! That is until now. Four months ago I bought a new pair of glasses and included clip-on sunglasses with my purchase. I have other sunglasses so I didn't try them out until 3 weeks ago. I am happy with the quality of the clip-on lenses. Some of Zenni's clip-ons attach with magnets but these attach to the frames with arms that go behind and press on the inside of the glasses. It requires two hands to attach the clip-ons but it wasn't a big bother. After wearing the clip-ons around maybe 10 times, my wife asked me how I scratched my new glasses on the frames. The lenses are not scratched; the metal frames are badly scratched and above both lenses.
I was puzzled how this could happen until I studied the attachment of the clip-ons and could easily see that the metal arms are rubbing on the metal frames. My new glasses are ruined so I called Zenni customer support, explained the issue, and was told that the 90 day warranty expired a month earlier. After arguing for a bit about how this issue should be in the category of defective merchandise, the service person asked me to take pictures and send them to her. She would forward them to their technical department for review.
I received an e-mail from Zenni the next day stating their warranty policy but since I was unhappy they would give me a 50% discount on a replacement frame along with instructions how to order and "snap in" the lenses. I returned to their website to order and see that my frames have been "retired". Imagine that? Twice, I sent e-mail back saying they aren't available and would there be any other frames I could get that would accommodate the lenses. No response. I am very disappointed in Zenni.

I purchased two pairs of glasses from Zenni. Ordering online was pretty easy. I had a mix-up but other than that, it was fine. It's pretty good quality for the price. The only thing I didn't like was how long it took to get here. It was almost three weeks.

Because of the pandemic. It was more convenient to just have glasses sent to my house. I Google searched glasses sites and Zenni came up. I went on their site, and they had a pretty good web application for searching for different frames. I just spent some time researching on their website and found a pair that I liked and had it sent. The particular frames that I got did not fit me, and so I ended up going through their return on policy, but I liked the quality. It's good. Zenni was very clear about their return policy. I felt that my time on their site went very well. I liked their selection of frames. The process for returning the frames that I purchased was pretty straightforward.

I have a somewhat thick Rx & was worried it would make for thick, bulky, embarrassingly heavy lenses on a rimless or half rim frame. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and professional the half rims turned out. I sought help with the order because of the 3 prescription combo, and the rep was so incredibly helpful. For a great (unbeatable!) price, I got featherlight glasses with Blue Blokz, and I absolutely LOVE my glasses! I absolutely LOVE Zenni optical!

One of my daughters told me about Zenni. I like the way that you're able to try on the glasses before you get them. You take a picture of your face and then you can try the glasses on that way. They were also a lot cheaper than what I was gonna pay from Walmart. I’m very satisfied with Zenni.

A friend ordered a pair of glasses from Zenni Optical and I liked how fast she got hers. I got mine within a week and it was the classic round rims. The online ordering process was very user-friendly and self-explanatory as long as you had your prescription from your eye doctor. It gave you what to do, how to measure and everything. It was simple. I was extremely impressed with the price as well. I got some from the eye doctor at sales and they were extremely expensive. And for spending 50 bucks on a pair of glasses, I would order from them again. They got great quality.

My wife informed me about Zenni Optical. The costs of the glasses were much cheaper than local. I even have eye coverage with my insurance, and they only had a small section that were within that amount, but they did not have any frames for men. It was either children or women. I go on Zenni's website and with the glasses, you can do a virtual try-on, which you essentially take a selfie and save it to your phone. Then, they put your selfie in whatever frames you're looking at. That process was very easy. I got glasses with really good quality, and I got them in two to three weeks. I'm very satisfied.

There are a couple of things on there that you can click on that I had no clue what it is talking about. Other than that, everything went pretty smooth.

I've been looking for circular glasses, and I found them on Zenni. They look very pretty. I like the prices and the different kinds of options for the eyewear. The check-out is very easy, and the process of going through to put your prescription into the glasses is easy as well. I had a wonderful experience buying and wearing my glasses. Because of COVID, I decided to try an online retailer and I'm very happy with the glasses that I purchased from Zenni Optical. They have a purple frame and the tint on them. I work on a computer most of the day, so I put the tint on them to help with being in front of the computer all day every day. This is the second pair that I got from Zenni and their website was easy to navigate. I also got my order in about a week, which was quicker than I thought. And now, I’m about to order another pair because I got paid today.

We have four people in glasses so we need to find a more affordable way to get them. I found Zenni through a Google search and after I asked online if anybody had used them, a couple of people said that they use them and like them. So far, finding what we need on their website is super easy and I don't have any issues. I could filter for me and for my kids, for boys and for girls. Ordering from them is really easy to do as well. But I had an issue where I entered something wrong and they picked up on the discrepancy. They emailed me to make sure because it wasn't matching up with what I put in the prescription. They fixed it and that held the order a little bit. But rather than shipping me a bad pair of glasses, they corrected it. And I got it sooner than I thought I was going to get it. I also had an issue where I had to return an item. They gave me a store credit once it was in the mail and I was able to order a different pair. It was super easy.
When ordering from Zenni, you have to have all your prescriptions right there with you. That way, you can double-check everything before you submit. In my experience, that got a little hasty one time and that was how we had the issue. But other than that, their website is super user-friendly and I'm planning on getting another pair from them.

We will be ordering from Zenni again. The price is affordable for the blue light blocking and the transitions lenses we got. The frames are a little bendable so if my son gets them bumped they don't snap like other glasses. I'm very happy with them. My sons like them.

My girlfriend purchased a pair of glasses from Zenni, and I was really interested about the blue light aspect about it, so I looked into it more. Their purchase process was very simple. There were quite a few selections to choose from, so it was hard to make a decision, because they were so nice. But it was pretty simple to go back and forth until I finally made a decision. My daughter ordered from Zenni and was satisfied with them. Their website was easy to navigate. I've ordered a few pairs from Zenni. The quality is good for the cost. I haven’t had any trouble before this last pair that I've ordered. There was something wrong with the lens. It was fuzzy. I've sent the pair back and I’m having trouble getting them back. They said that it would take 14 business days and it had been well over that. I've sent them another email and they haven’t responded back yet. So right now, I’m very aggravated with them.

I ordered lenses and frames, blue blocker, photochromic. Photochromic does not work. Was told to give it a week. It's been 4 weeks. After talking to a representative he asked for account number. After giving it he researched it. He came back and asked if I could take a video after exposing them to the sun for 2 minutes. Sure, I answered. Then it changed. Send glasses in and two weeks after receiving them the lab would determine whether or not they were made wrong. So maybe I get the problem fixed and maybe I don't but either way the plan changed and I'm out of eyewear for what, 6 weeks or maybe longer? I think not and those were my last words to him. Should have known better.
I've dealt with a Canadian company before and never had this happen. Now I don't have a choice but to purchase polarized clip ins while I wait for a local company that will charge me at least 3 times what I paid. Since I leave on vacation in 3 weeks I guess that's what I'll have to do. Customer service used to treat patrons as kings but that's long dead in America.
Thank you for posting your Zenni review of the eyeglasses you received, with lenses equipped with the photochromic feature that we were sorry to learn is not making the lenses turn brown when you take the glasses outside. Consequently, we apologize for any dissatisfaction you experienced as a result. In addition, we read the notes of the Chat session you had with our customer service representative, and we see that this individual did not provide accurate and effective customer service, and we profusely apologize for this, as well. This representative gave you incorrect information when he said that you would have to pay to have the glasses returned to you if we received them and found that the photochromic feature is not faulty. We want to confirm that you would not have to pay to have the glasses returned to you under any circumstances. Moreover, we were appalled to read that the representative contradicted his first instructions to you, to hold the glasses up to a window (which also was wrong) and then to send a video of the lenses after holding the glasses up to the window for two minutes (wrong again), and subsequently told you that you would have to return the glasses for an inspection. First, we want you to know that we are advising the supervisor of the customer service team on which this representative works of these lapses in service, so the supervisor can review the correct procedure to follow when a customer complains about the photochromic feature on the glasses with this representative and the entire team, and also review our expectation that our customer service representatives provide accurate and effective customer service at all times, a standard we are deeply sorry we did not uphold in this instance. We do not see any indication that we emailed you instructions to return the glasses for an inspection, nor that we emailed you a prepaid mailing label for you to use for return postage. Therefore, based on this, we are assuming that you have not sent the glasses back to us. If you do still have the glasses, here is what we want to ask you to do: Please take the glasses outside, when it is bright and sunny, and point them at the sun for five minutes. You do not have to stand outside holding the glasses up to the sun; you may leave them on a surface outside so that the lenses will be exposed to the sun. Then take the video or some pictures of the lenses that show that the lenses are not turning dark. We want to advise that the photochromic feature works best, meaning that the lenses get their darkest, on a sunny and cold day. However, even if it is sunny and warm or hot outside, the lenses still should change color. Then please email the video or the pictures to us at service@zennioptical.com, and please put your order number in the subject line of the email. If we see that the lenses have not changed color, we will offer to remake the glasses for you for free. You will not have to send them back to us. But if we see from the video or pictures that the lenses are getting only a little darker, we may ask you at that time to return the glasses to us for an inspection, or if you prefer not to return the glasses, since you mention that you would be without them during a crucial time for your vacation, we can issue a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the credit card you used to pay for the order. I have the metal, full-frame glasses. They've been doing pretty well. I did have one of the lenses pop out, but I managed to pop it back in. I really liked the style, and the UV protection lenses option was cool. Zenni Optical is fast, easy, and cheap.

Very difficult to navigate through your website and place an order. I needed to contact help to make an order. I have ordered glasses twice now and the same experience needing help... It's very difficult and time consuming. However, I am grateful for the pricing and quality of your products. I will suffer the ordering process again if I have to. I have had a great experience with Zenni. I have ordered 2 pairs of prescription glasses and have enjoyed both pairs. I got my glasses very quickly. Very cute styles. The only constructive comment I have is that the arm of the glasses was screwed very tightly and hard to close. But I had my optometrist adjust.

I have been a Zenni Optical Customer since 2017 and have been pleasantly surprised with the quality and value of the prescriptions I have received from them. I had made a mistake in my prescription and the customer service rep figured out the error I had made when entering the values and they promptly issued a credit for the full amount and allowed me to re-enter my prescription and receive a new order at a minimal charge. I cannot say enough about the service and quality I have received and the money I have saved and will save in the future.

Bottom line: Beware of Zenni if you wear anything other than simple, single-vision glasses, which they probably are just fine for. If you need a specialty lens such as a progressive, know going in that, while they might make your lenses correctly, if they don't make them correctly, they will lie about it and refuse to either fix them or refund your full purchase price.
I wear progressives. First, I bought a pair of "workspace" progressives from Zenni, and these were made perfectly. (I'm wearing them now.) Yay! The frames are a bit flimsy, but I don't throw my glasses against the wall, so I wasn't bothered by that. In fact, I liked the style of the frames so well I ordered a second pair of the same frames, using the same prescription, except this time standard progressives.
They made the standard progressives incorrectly. The distance part of the lens seemed correct, but the near and mid-range areas were just wrong. I couldn't get sharp vision through them at all, even after adjusting the nose pads to various positions and trying several different head angles. I thought, no problem. This is a great company. I'll just call them and sort it out. They will remake the glasses, and all will be well. But that's not what happened. I made the call. First, they walked through having me read aloud directly from my prescription and confirmed that those were the specs they used. Then they had me ship the glasses back to them with a prepaid label. So far, so good.
They received the glasses back on 08/24/2020. A week later, on 08/31/2020, they emailed me to say they had received the glasses back and would let me know the results of their inspection within 14 business days. On 09/12/2020, they emailed again saying they found the glasses to have been produced correctly and offering to (a) return them to me unaltered, (b) issue a 100% store credit, or (c) issue a 50% refund.
Knowing the glasses were not usable as standard progressives, I replied asking whether the lenses were some type other than standard progressive. Had they simply cut the wrong type of lens? They confirmed the lenses were supposed to be standard progressives. I obviously didn't want the glasses back. I didn't want the store credit, since I don't want any more glasses made by Zenni. So I took the 50% refund, allowing them to keep about $70 of my money for absolutely nothing.
So there you have it. They lied about the glasses being correct, knowing I wouldn't be able to do anything about it. (Except write reviews like this.) They know no one is going to sue them over $70. If it weren't for the lie and the refusal of a full refund, I would rate my experience with Zenni as three stars. But given the dishonesty, they don't really even rate one star.

Amazing is all I can say! Order from them and they go out of their way to make sure you are happy! Unbelievable customer service and the quality of the glasses are by far done amazing! I got these glasses to wear while I work. I'm a writer, so I'm staring at a screen all day. The blue light blocking technology in these helps me tremendously with eye strain. I love the way they look and fit, too. Plus, they turn into sunglasses when I wear them outside!

I love my Zenni glasses. I've ordered about 10 pairs over the last several years. It is so much fun to have lots of different styles and colors to coordinate with my clothes and it's really convenient to have a pair for my purse, a pair for my nightstand, and a pair for the car. They are great quality and a super great price. I always get compliments from people on how much they like my glasses too and I always tell them I got them from Zenni. I just got my first two pairs of bifocals from Zenni and I LOVE them!

The first pair I ordered got lost somewhere before being delivered, so I reached out and Zenni remade them and sent out another pair. So I ordered two more pairs and they got to my house super quick. Would recommend. They fit perfectly and the lenses are good too. It's like a brand new world without scratched glasses.

This is a great company. Their quality for the price is better than 2 other online companies I have used. Also the other companies do not have the clip on sun shades that you can order to go with you glasses. This is a huge plus for me. I do not have to have separate sunglasses and the cost is very low for the clip ons.

The website is very user friendly. The ‘try on’ feature is wonderful because it allows me to see what the glasses really look like on my face. It’s not blurry like being at an optical shop trying on frames. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Glasses were not the same color as online, glass was low quality—can’t wear them without feeling like I’m looking through a fun house mirror, and they were so much larger than online. I discarded and went to a local place to buy glasses and told everyone I know to do the same.

I work in optical so I am always excited to double check Zenni’s work. High astigmatism for both me and my son is always on point. After buying EyeQue, I wondered how this would work, and was skeptical at first. The testing took a little longer than I expected. I ordered my glasses. They got here fast and the prices were great. I ordered 2 more pair. One from Zenni and the other Goggles4U. The Zenni product arrived faster and were a better quality. I'm now 3 styles deep from Zenni. A pair of bifocals, driving and sunglasses. I see great in all of them and they are quite durable. Will be ordering other styles in the future.

Updated review. We received my son's glasses. They are great. They transition well. His name engraved looks very nice. They look super cute on him. I appreciate the company remaking our order and fixing the problem in a timely manner. The only thing we weren’t satisfied with was the sunglasses clip on. They are not a great fit. The nose piece hits his checks. But it was only a couple bucks so it’s not a big deal. I just wouldn’t order that particular add on again.

I never received my package. I bought glasses for my son and they did not get delivered. Super disappointed. I reached out to customer service and they have not responded. It’s been several months. When I looked into it further, it appears Zenni did not put my P.O. Box number on the package, so the post office could not deliver it.

The processing time in both my orders were a month before they shipped and then that took a week. I have used Zenni several times in the last few years, and never had a problem with them until this last order. I placed an order in June, and expected a little delay however nothing like what actually happened. I used priority shipping so I would receive my order in 15-16 days from that day. Three weeks went by and I finally got a notice my order was shipped. I said, "Great. At least its finally on the way." Another 3 weeks went by and I still did not have the order. It was still showing as sitting at the mail center.
I finally decided to call the customer care, and they let me know they would try and see what happened and get back to me within 3 days. The next morning, I received an email and it stated the order was lost and they were going to rebuild the order and ship it to me. I got an email later with the new order, however they decided to ship it standard not priority?
3 weeks later I did receive my glasses, and I was little underwhelmed, as they did not seem to be as clear as I expected. I decided to let it go and would order my glasses elsewhere. I never got around to ordering the replacements, but the original order that was lost in the mail center finally arrived at my home. The package was stepped on, crushed, trashed, but the contents inside were unharmed. I tried on those glasses for the sake of trying them, and they actually were the quality that I expected.
I did appreciate they rebuilt the order, but I really wish they would have rushed it, and also made it the correct way. In the end though I did receive a quality product from my original order, it just took almost 3 months. I will probably give them another chance, because I have always used them before without issue, and they did try to rectify the issue for me. I honestly believe the lost shipment was mail center issue. However I feel Zenni could have done a little better with the replacement in quality and speed. Thank you.
