I thought the process of scanning and picture taking to gather accurate photos of my teeth was rather impressive and efficient. I liked the idea of receiving an entire kit with everything needed and no need to return for checkups. I was not impressed with pricing. I had braces for 2 years, a permanent retainer for many years after and was only needing minimal adjustments or straightening to my upper and lower set of teeth. I would be proceeding in purchasing the aligners if pricing was based off of how much adjusting needed to be done.
I needed minimal straightening and would have proceeded for a few hundred dollars, but not almost $2000, which was half of the cost of my braces that needed to accomplish much more than what is needed now. I also thought the appointment confirmation attempts were incredibly excessive and annoying. I did not need phone calls, voicemails, text messages, and emails. A simple text response would have sufficed. The gentleman, Marquise, who held my appointment was great though!

The 2 reps I dealt with were wonderful. Very personable. Katie was a joy to speak with and helped with all of my concerns. The rep who did my scan did a great job, and it was a much better scan than my initial scan.

I love working with SmileDirectClub. It's been a great experience. Everything pretty much got here on time just like they said it would. The teeth whitener is great. I love it. They did have a little bit of an issue where they sent me the wrong aligners but I called and they got it fixed for me in those times. I've recommended SmileDirectClub to three different people. It's been great for me.

We were extremely happy with our in person visit. Megan did an amazing job making us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend in person 3D scanning if your child has issues with textures. There is no way we would have been able to do the at home molding.

I am Recovering from an Invisalign mishap!! Looking forward to a Greater Smile.!! I had a really hard time when I attempted to change my impression kit to a nearby appointment for a 3D visit. The representative was difficult to understand and multiple times reminded me I would lose my rebate if I switched over. I told him over and over I was afraid of messing the impressions up and preferred the appointment. Still he again reminded me of losing the rebate and hesitated to offer an appointment date and time.

I went in with the expectation that I may not be a candidate. My bottom teeth are crowded. My top don’t even bother me. I was clear with them that the bottom were my concern and I understood I may not be a candidate. The “smile expert” insured me that I would be and that “people have teeth way worse the me”. “We can help you.” I was so beyond happy. A few days later I receive a call I’m not a candidate. They can treat only my top teeth for the same price. I’ll just go to an orthodontist who is fair and honest. I would have been satisfied with a maybe not a lie. Why would I pay full cost and receive a partial service.

I followed the instructions carefully as this was a retake. I almost was unable to get the impressions out of my mouth. The instructions said to leave then in your mouth for 3 1/2 minutes. That is too long. Very unhappy. Still waiting on my aligners or some word about them.

Peyton at Cincinnati location was personable and sweet. She made me feel very welcomed as well as made my experience visiting the office nice. As far as the product helping my bite… my 3D scans are laughable. They’re identical to my smile now and I suppose I’m a part of the “2%- 4%” or so that Smile Direct Club can’t help. Appreciate the nice experience at the office, just wish there wasn’t a HUGE stress to get you to sign up before you even know what your 3D scan looks like.

It was cool how SmileDirect gave me a simulation of how my teeth could be in the aligners and it turned out how I expected it. I'm happy with them. The only discomfort I had was when every time I put on my new set. There was discomfort when I would take it off then put it back again. But I didn't have to wait a week for my mouth to get comfortable. The process was about six months and I wore the aligners most of the day.

The Eastvale location seems to be severely understaffed. I arrived at 2:35pm for my 2:30pm appointment and I was told I cannot be seen. I asked if I could stay until the next available slot at 3pm and be seen if someone else booked for that slot didn’t show up by 3:05pm. She then said that’s possible but also because she still has to go for her lunch break, it is not guaranteed. The girl at the front was being as courteous as possible but I do not understand why you would have these slots as available if you cannot accommodate clients. Please only allow booking for the staff available on site. I drove 30 minutes to get to this location just to almost drive back and not follow through with SmileDirect because I was 5 min late for my appointment.

Why can't you just refund the money to the same card that I used rather than giving me a Visa gift card? To be honest I am very disappointed with SmileDirect. First they said that I could use my Delta Dental insurance, and that this whole process was going to cost $495 with insurance. Then come to find out my insurance doesn't work with Smile Direct (even though Smile Direct knew what my insurance was). Then I paid full price and did the whole process and now have a significant large gap between my two front teeth. I have done impressions twice now and still there is no plan to fix my gap in my teeth. Everyone asks me what happened to my teeth!!!! Then I have done the impressions and get a gift card to reimburse me for Visa - not where the money was taken from. I am to say the least very disappointed and would not recommend this hot mess to anyone.

The lady who helped us get started was super nice and way nicer than my orthodontist ever was. They explained it all and made the process of setting up painless. Definitely recommend and I haven’t even started the actual journey!

Terrible, terrible, terrible company!!!! Firstly, they charged me full price for upper jaw aligners alone, because they couldn't help me with lower one. Then I had 3 fitting issues with upper jaw aligner. I developed headache and I became very uncomfortable trying out the products since they continuously couldn't get it right. Customer service people are very nice but it is impossible to reach to a manager or your dentist. I started to think these dentists are imaginary. They do not call you back like they say. They prolong conversations. They send you email that goes to spam mail days later. I was eligible for a full refund (asked to return within 30 days) and they returned $56 out of $450 I paid them. I returned intact box. I didn't even use lip balm or whitening kit. SD is by far in my top 3 worst companies I ever dealt with in my life.

The initial consultation appointment I found very helpful! I showed up an hour early & was seen at 2:30PM... It took awhile to complete. I'm hoping to work out a finance plan. The takeaway dental hygiene items were of good quality and very useful; however wish the ?uv? light apparatus for whitening has plug in not just adapter. THANKS.

I had started it in January and it should have ended in April but I couldn't fit in the last couple of aligner trays. I contacted them and they had me come in and I was sent another three months' set of trays, and then dead silence. I was wearing my final tray two weeks longer than I should have before I realized I haven't heard anything. It seemed like this should be done by now. But then, I looked at my box and there weren't any more trays.
But, the process itself is great. The ball got dropped at the end. During my first set of trays early on, there was that email, "It's time to order your retainer." I didn't because I knew I was gonna continue with another set of trays. But there was no, "Hey, it's time to order your retainer." I was like, "Okay. Now how do I go about ordering the retainer now?" I need one now.
When I first got it and I did all this during COVID, as far as the ease of that first appointment, consultation, how I was treated at the office and the safety measures that were taken, all were amazing. I got my box in the mail and all my trays. There were messages, easy to follow directions as far as taking the pictures you had to take and submit.
But my final result, the issue that I wanted to be corrected, is still not corrected. As an adult, I previously had braces and did not wear my retainer as long as I should have. So my teeth moved back. I thought that SmileDirect aligners would be perfect so I didn't need to start from scratch. I was just correcting some shifting that my teeth had done after braces. The biggest shift is my two front teeth overlap each other a little and that part wasn't corrected by my aligners.

BUYER BEWARE! I used Smile Direct Aligners to try and correct a crooked tooth on my lower front teeth and to straighten my overall smile. My first set of aligners came and I was very happy with the ease and limited contact this service provides but just a few sets into my treatment that changed. The aligners are cheaply made and some sets fit well while others are jagged and dug into my gums making them painful and sore it got so bad that I went to change into my new set one day and they simply didn’t fit. I went back and they did a complimentary rescan and in a few weeks I got a new treatment plan with new aligners.
I wore every set like I was supposed to and got to my last set and my teeth had not been corrected at all. I went in for a 3rd scan and they have a new treatment plan for me but here is what they don’t tell you. These can hurt your teeth, I have 2 new chips on my lower teeth because my bite has changed and I think the way my teeth hit has caused this breakage, my gums have receded in several places I think from wearing these everyday for such long hours, I also have a hard callous on my outer gum from where they rubbed everyday and lastly I think there is a crack in a lower front tooth from the stress they put on my teeth.
I have declined the next treatment plan which was going to be for 8 months and am going to my dentist to see what they can do to help me. BEWARE. They will not refund your money if your problem is not corrected no matter what they tell you in the office. My teeth are worse today 6 months after starting and I wished I had never used this product. I am 51 and during Covid I wanted the limited contact but that was a huge mistake. This is an inferior product and very expensive to get no results and no help from customer service. Just be careful when you deal with them. They take your money and leave you damaged.

The tech took down my insurance coverage and we signed that I would be paying $875 after insurance. And I was told the money wouldn't be taken out until I got my email with my new smile. I was charge $2,000 on Fri and I never approved to be charged, nor did I approve that amount to be charged. My house payment came out on Fri and this withdrawal caused us to be overdrawn.

The process for the 3D scan was quick and representative answered all my questions. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that I was told I would have my results in 72 hours. It has been 6 days and I still have not heard from anyone.

I can't speak for the aligners yet since I haven't received them but I was really disappointed when I saw that the credit card I used to purchase the impression kit was used to charge the aligners. I very clearly wrote down my care credit number on the placard with the impression kit. When I called, I was told there was an error with the care credit transaction. Instead of someone calling me to clarify, I was charged $1,950 on a credit card that has a high interest rate. I choose care credit because of their grace period with interest. I had to call 3X to finally get someone to reverse the charges on the credit card and re-attempt the care credit. In the end, everything worked out. However, it was inconvenient. A quick phone call to confirm details before charging a card that was not meant to be charged would have been appreciated. Thank you for hearing me out.

The process was smooth and easy and the price was right. It was kind of awkward getting used to having the pieces of plastic in your mouth. The lower piece and the upper piece had a little ridge on them. But I got used to it after a while and I am impressed with my results. My teeth are a lot straighter now. I'm anxious to see what my X-rays look like at my next dental appointment because they were pretty scary looking before.

Went to the Smile shop after getting a message that my at home impressions weren't the greatest. So happy I went into the shop. I was in and out very quickly, the staff were super nice and professional and the area was clean. Everyone wore masks and gloves and the equipment was sanitized after use.

Going with SmileDirectClub was a far more cost effective approach than Invisalign. There were also lots of testimonials that said it worked for other people, so I was willing to give it a try. I did the six-month program in six months as designed and it was easy to stick to the routine. I also didn't have any trouble wearing the aligners. I had a little bit of aching in the beginning when I would put in a new set of aligners because of the amount of movement that was taking place in the first day or two. But it was very minor and not enough that I ever took any ibuprofen to alleviate. I'm also very happy with the results. My upper teeth are perfect and my lower teeth are uneven because of the shape of the teeth. But the alignment is very good as well.

Had to have adjustments made after finishing my aligners and you tried to ship me new aligners without showing me first. And then I contacted support because I never heard back and the smile plan was horrible!! I am now waiting for another revision but again haven’t heard anything. I went to the clinic on Nov 4 for new impressions and told the lady exactly what I wanted fixed. Still waiting for a proper smile plan following my instructions.

They wanted me to make a decision on the spot and give them credit card information, before we even found out if we were eligible for the service. They didn't want us to get a second opinion or consider other options and when I said I wasn't going to provide my credit card the girl helping us blamed me for not reading the information ahead of time and became very snippy and rude. They market the appointment as a free consultation and scan, but expect you to decide on the spot and give them credit info. Very back door and unprofessional approach. They also send tons of spam emails and called me 3x at work to confirm the appointment.

I went to the Smile shop today to get my 3D scan and sign up for the Smile Direct program. The technology is amazing and made this an easy process. My visit was very quick and efficient. I had questions that she answered very well and was able to let me know what she could not answer. The only thing I did not get was my whitening pens. Overall the visit was great. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name.

I bought aligners and retainers a while ago but I haven't started using them. I made the mold for my teeth two times. So that it could be perfect. I want my teeth to be perfect that's why I bought this. That's why I paid extra for the retainer.

The people there were so nice. I love how they treated me with respect. They made sure I knew what to do when I get at home check ups and how to send them in. They made sure to basically show me everything I needed to know about the box. They also shared their experience with me and showed me their before and after pictures of their teeth. If I could rate it a 1-10 I would give them a Beyond my scale.

This experience was okay until the end. I paid for retainers that do not fit. I contacted SmileDirect and was told I needed to submit a new impression kit which I did. I never heard anything back after 2 weeks. I called back and there was no update. I was told I had to wait another 3 to 5 days because they would send out another email. So now it's over a month I have no retainers and guess what? I am still waiting with no response from anyone from smile direct. I just want my money back, calling this place is a waste of time. No one has anyone updates on my retainers.

I initially got SmileDirectClub to correct my underbite, when I first came and in my consultation I explained this, it should be told from the start to consumers that the aligners are not designed to correct bite issues, instead of taking people's money. I was lied to and that is very unethical. I paid out of pocket for this in full, and found out later that the aligners only correct spacing, straightening, or crowding. Just an FYI.

I was told that my credit card was needed to put my plan together but I would not be billed, which was a flat out lie. Smile Guide Tanya from the Houston - Upper Kirby SmileShop is a liar and engages in fraudulent business practices.

I went in today for a 3D image and to see if I need aligners. Rebecca was very helpful and kind. I loved her enthusiasm, she made the whole process easy and comfortable. I loved how she was able to answer all my questions and make jokes throughout the process. If everyone there is like her I would definitely recommend!

I was very pleased with the promptness of my appointments. I got there early like a half hour and they took me in because the first patient never showed. The exam went quickly. It was explained thoroughly and I was able to see what she was seeing which was nice.

I was very impressed with the entire process and the attention to detail at every stage. Quick, helpful, and effortless. I have decided not to pursue the endeavour for two reasons. First I am a candidate for a second bridge on the upper right teeth so prefer to wait and secondly because I think that if I choose to pursue treatment I would like access to a clinic and an actual Orthodontist. My daughter completed the process with SmileDirectClub and she loved it. We went with them because of a recommendation from a friend that had really good success. There was also the difference in price. And once we had the initial meeting, we were thrilled with the way that we were treated and followed up on every step of the way. My daughter was a binky child and her front teeth were protruding. We wanted to pull those in and align them better with the rest of her smile. It was important to her because she felt like it was noticeable and she wanted to improve her look. There was a slight discomfort for the first few hours of the new aligner, but the process was incredibly easy. She was able to maintain it and she did the whole thing by herself. She didn't need me at all and she's only 13.
I'm amazed with the results. People are amazed as well and they can notice. We started in May and she was done at the beginning of September. So with not having seen her over the summer, people who haven't seen her in a few months were stunned at the difference. So far, I've already recommended SmileDirectClub to two people that have actually joined the club. And if anyone asks about signing up with them, I'd tell them to 100% do it.

I had a very pleasant experience getting my 3D scan. I had received a text with a link to a video and it explained what to expect. It did say we would receive a free whitening kit so I was disappointed they didn't offer an approved alternative to Irish customers.

1130 appointment. They stress that you have to be there within 10 minutes of the appointment. I arrived to a room with a gentleman waiting for his appointment. I arrived at 1120. He had been there for 20 minutes. No one signed him in yet. 1128 a lady came in to dump a ridiculous amount of soupy hand sanitizer on my hand, and my shorts. She informs the gentleman in front of me he will be another 15 minutes. I ask about my appointment, and she tells me they allowed some guy to come in at 1100 so it's pushing everyone back. So I'll also be about 15 minutes late. I tell her if it's going to be longer, I can go grab a bite to eat. She says she can reschedule me if I have an issue with waiting, but it shouldn't be past 1145.
1230 I get seen. They take my photos, collect the card info for the $2,149, offer financing if you'd like to spend even more, and hand me a bag with the "whitening cream" in it to fulfill the whitening visit advertisement. They could care less about the lunchtime hour wait for a scheduled appointment. Not a fan of the people working here. They treat you as if you are a burden on them for spending thousands of $$ here.

You advertise how quickly your product works but you fail to tell people it takes two months to receive the aligners. Your phone service and in person store associates lied to my face and told me to rest assured that my aligners were shipping that week across the span of multiple weeks. Recently, after over a month from my order date a phone associate told me it would be several more weeks. I had an career event deadline before which I was trying to straighten my teeth and you completely screwed me over and wasted my time. I had told friends I was doing it and they were going to also sign up but now I will tell everyone I know that you are a JOKE.

The 3D scanner was very professional, clean, had her mask on and gloves, changed out her gloves, cleaned the scanner cap on wand or tossed, explained my questions. I didn't ask if they take dental insurance. They didn't ask so I wait 5 days to see what the team dentist suggest for my teeth 30 minutes.

Very personable and seemed interested in my boyfriend and I’s hobbies like gaming, KPop and anime. Made the 3D scan much less nerve-wracking and calmed us down after taking an hour or so commute from SF proper and even ran a little late. Ran down everything that might be useful to me as I went along the process of receiving my box, payment options and even navigating through customer service.

I was referred from my sister who is currently in treatment having her teeth straightened. From the moment I walked in everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I signed in and was taken back shortly after, the place and the equipment was very clean. Gigi walked me through the whole process of the treatment, she was very thorough in explaining everything to me. I had to go in for a touch up because my teeth weren’t shifting the way I wanted them to, and I went to the Towson location on 11/16/21. My smile guide was Mercy, and she was fantastic!! She was so welcoming and friendly, and my scan/consult was done in 15 minutes. Whole experience was great; definitely made up for dealing with 695 traffic lol.

When SmileDirect called me, they told me about the value, what kind of treatment and how many months or weeks. My daughter has a perfect smile now. They fixed it for her. The results were so fast and better than braces. Because my son has braces and I saw the difference. For me, going through SmileDirect was better than going to the clinic.

The beginning was really good. The fitting was good. They were very friendly and nice. But at the end, I didn't get any follow-up on the results. The treatment ended and that was it. I just received my retainers and nobody triple-checked that everything was good or as expected. I'm happy with the results. But it'll be nice to have somebody confirm that everything looks the way it's supposed to look.

Tatiana was so awesome at her job and making me feel welcome, relaxed, and not embarrassed about my teeth. This is something I have wanted to do for a while. She was informative, upbeat, professional and caring every step of the way. I felt like I was at a spa not at a dental experience. Most importantly she took the extra care to notify me the flash was on before she snapped the pictures which for me is important as a person with migraine. One flash could equal a severe migraine due to light sensitivity. By that simple professional step that yo me is above and beyond service Tatiana!

Hi there. I loved looking at the potential smile I would be able to get by using the aligners. I wasn’t able to see any movement in the bottom teeth. I think the video might not have loaded. Once I can see what the entire smile would look like I would feel much better about moving forward.

My experience today was excellent! Your staff was short handed but we would never have known if they didn’t let us know when we walked up. They were prompt with everything but never rushed or made me feel rushed. Took time 3 times to ask me “what questions do I have” and when I said none the young man went over a few things many other people asked and sure enough I was so glad he did because I would have wondered in the next day or two! He was extremely clean and sanitary! He was very personable and professional at the same time. He didn’t get frustrated when I could manipulate the mouth piece correctly and showed me a couple of times without frustration. When he scanned my mouth he was gentle and quick. This young man has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED IN A VERY LONG TIME!
Businesses need more people like him and I would imagine he would be a great person to teach employees how to treat people. I’m very excited about getting started and I left totally motivated about my dental endeavor with Smile Direct. I didn’t feel pushed to make a decision which was great and he even insisted running my medical insurance because “maybe, they will cover something for you. You never know.” GREAT YOUNG MAN AND YOU GUYS ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HIM!

The pop-up experience was way better than going to a dentist or orthodontist! As soon as I found out there was a pop-up shop in my town I made sure to book an appointment. I have always been told by dentists and orthodontists that the state of my teeth is not good and would always be scared by the procedures, timelines, and prices I was told to expect. Walking in, Chanel was a great help and was very kind, and Rosie was amazing to talk to and guided me throughout the whole process. Overall, I’d describe the experience as very comfortable and uplifting.

I was welcomed by two people at the door. Kristian was the tech that handled my case and was very professional and kind. So grateful that she took her time to explain so much info in a short time, made it easier. Glad that my adult daughter was able to come in the office too, always helps when making a decision. I was so happy to learn that the imaging equipment did not give off radiation. I did Not like that I did not receive a receipt of some type showing the amount of money that I signed off for.

I was told it would take 72 hours for an update. I had to call twice for updates after that 72 hours. The last update I was told that I was only approved for one tray. No one reached out to discuss this or to explain my options. Very disappointed with the lack of communication. I still have not heard from anyone. I would not recommend you to my friends.

Everything was easy when I got set up with SmileDirect. Everything went fine online. There was no hassle. SmileDirect has an option of doing the payment every month. So it's not like you gotta pay all one time. You could also change it and you don't have to go in the office to do all that. So far, everything is going okay. But sometimes I forget to put in my night aligners.

I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the SmileDirectClub employees on site. I was also pleasantly surprised with how quickly my 3D plan was developed. I am a bit hesitant to move forward because of two little things— first the email I received about my appointment said that everything we touched would be sanitized, etc, but I was disappointed to see employees directing many people to use the same iPad at the entrance without washing their hands/using hand sanitizer.
Also I felt pushed into making my decision on the spot, without even receiving my smile plan yet. I was made to feel odd about waiting to hand over my credit card until I was sure I liked the plan. I am still not sure if I love my plan, but I will take some time to decide and possibly talk it over with the dentist who will be putting in my fixed retainer at the end. From a customer service standpoint though, it’s a relief to visit SmileDirectClub after having so many irritating experiences with orthodontists providing Invisalign!

We went to SmileDirectClub's mobile thing, and it was nice. They were clear explaining all the information, so my daughter felt comfortable with them. I'm also more than happy with the service we got. My daughter had braces, and when it was taken off, her teeth started to move apart again. As soon as she started to use SmileDirectClub's product, we saw a big difference. It was so easy to follow instructions that she did it, and we have amazing results. I would really recommend it.

Received a phone call 5 days after visiting for my initial exam stating my teeth were not suitable for the aligners. Funny thing is. When I had the consult the lady told me she has seen a lot worse and they were approved. Overall very dissatisfied... Pictures on Smile Direct show people with teeth much more crooked than mine.... My credit card was charged for the consultation. Now will be lucky to get my money back

The representative was very nice. She showed me a lot of stuff and a lot of details about it. I liked it, so I tried it. At first, I was iffy about the process, and I didn't like the third aligner. I called about it, and they said that I had to push it in the teeth. I forced it, and it was good after that. All in all, I had a good experience, and I'm very satisfied with what I got. I like my smile. Some people want to get braces, and I tell them about SmileDirectClub. I say, "You can just go for like five to six months with this."

Spoke to manager at SmileShop downtown Chicago. Explained my hsa doesn't start until Jan 1 2022. She said, "No problem, we will start your treatment now and you can pay in January." Lo and behold got a call today saying no treatment unless I pay first. I again explained I can't be billed until Jan 1 and had to cancel the aligners for both me and my son. Giant waste of time. Now I think SmileDirect is sketchy and don't trust them.

However, I got a small gap back between two of my teeth, and that's the reason that I wanted to get it in the first place. I'm going back this afternoon to get scanned again and hopefully, get new retainers to fix that.

SmileDirectClub sent me the trays and the mold to do on my own. They gave me specific instructions for the upper and lower teeth, and it was extremely easy. It took less than 10 minutes then I mailed the mold back and I didn't even have to pay to ship it back. They then sent me a box with all my aligners in it, and each aligner packet was numbered 1 through 18. There were instructions on each bag that had the aligners, and it told me how many weeks to wear it and how long to wear each day. I had two choices. I could either do it within six months and wear my aligners 22 hours a day, only taking them out to eat or drink, or I could spread it out over 18 months and wear them two hours a day and then only at night.
I opted to go for the six months and I wore them 22 hours a day. I made it a point to swap out my aligners right before I went to bed, and there was a bit of discomfort, but by the time I woke up in the morning, the discomfort was gone. I slept through it. I couldn't feel my teeth moving, but I could see them moving as I went through the aligners. By aligner seven, my husband and I noticed a difference.
Throughout my six months, I had two times where SmileDirectClub gave me a mouth stretcher so that I could take pictures of my teeth with and without the aligners in, then I uploaded them to the site. I was assigned a specific orthodontist who would review my progress and either add more aligners or give me more time in my other aligners. I didn't have that problem. The feedback I got was that I was going along the way that I should. Two months before the end, I had to get a retainer, which I wear at night.

I researched online, then I contacted SmileDirectClub. They sent me my kit to do my own impressions, which was easy. It was funny doing them, but it worked out great. I sent them in, then they sent me my aligners. However, I asked for the nighttime aligners versus daytime, and they sent me the daytime ones. I called them up, said, "Hey guys, I'm supposed to have the nighttime," and they were so awesome. They replaced the aligners, no problem. I did the nighttime aligners, which was fantastic 'cause I didn't have to wear them during the day. In six months, it straightened up my teeth beautifully. I now have my retainers, and they contact me with promotions. It was a really great experience, and I was pleasantly surprised.

They said that I would get a virtual view of my son's teeth and how they can potentially look when treatment was done. I was supposed to get that 2-3 days after I took him to the office to get his 3D scan. It's been 2-3 weeks now and all they've done was charge me $250. They tell you that you have a 30 day money back guarantee yet they don't actually send you your aligners for about 30 days. So how's that fair? I took my son to an actual orthodontist to see what they had to say. The orthodontist told me my son wasn't a candidate for aligners because he has a cross bite that has to be corrected with a pallet expander and head gear... And here's smile direct club telling me he has a underbite, no an over bite and never mentioned a cross bite.. I wish they had an actual orthodontist look at my son's teeth personally.,. Looking at a digital image doesn't do anything..

Went into an onsite location for a 3D scan on Saturday 10/30. I provided my credit card information which was to be charged $25 ONLY in the event that I was a no-show to the appointment. Before anything was done, I requested the associate confirm that I was not going to be billed for anything and I was not committing to SDC by taking the 3D scan. She confirmed that to be true. During the scan, I communicated that I did not want to proceed with SDC and instead consult with a third party orthodontist before proceeding with anything.
Flash forward to Thursday 11/4, when I receive an automated email stating my card had been charged $1,850 and my aligners were in production. Based on this experience I will not be proceeding with SDC due to dishonest business practices. The associates onsite did not document a single thing I communicated. You had my credit card information ONLY in case I was a no-show. Please provide a statement back to my email so I can include that in my complaint to the BBB. Thank you.

Only the top teeth were eligible for aligners, but they still would have been full price so I will not be purchasing them. The only way I knew that aligners would not work for the bottom though was through contacting customer service. The 3d smile plan didn't change for the bottom, but had I not noticed that and purchased them I would have been extremely disappointed because that wasn't spelled out anywhere. Otherwise, the process was smooth and quick and customer service was helpful and fast when questioning why the bottom teeth didn't change.

There was a SmileDirect office close to my daughter's house and I thought to try it. I also knew that it was less expensive than Invisalign. It worked out really well because I only went once. I got the aligners in the mail and they were working out. My teeth are almost perfect. But I'm still wearing the retainer at night. My top teeth looked pretty good, but the bottom teeth that had been aligned has been moving the last 20 years. Now, I don't like the smile on the bottom. I had braces for my top teeth when I was a little girl, and I remember going to the doctor every month and all the stuff you had to do for a couple of years. But the technology with SmileDirect is really so much better now. I didn't have a lot of fixing to do but the four months that it took was really good. I like the results.

I had braces as a teenager and what I needed was minor. I didn't have crazy misalignment or gaps that would require conventional braces. I just had some teeth that had moved back or moved forward and I wanted to line them up. I figured the best thing to do was something like SmileDirect. At the time, there was an in-store location not far from my house. I realized the whole process can be done from home and that is a great option. But for me, being new to this whole thing, I thought it was great that I had the option to go in person, talk to somebody and get the scanning done in person.
SmileDirect is very user-friendly. That's good especially if you're the one that has to manage the program. The whole process from start to finish was straightforward and convenient. The way the kit was packaged was easy to go through and hard to mess up. I liked the fact that it came at once. It's a little uncomfortable the first day or two when you get used to each new set. But also having gone through the conventional metal braces as a kid, it was better than having the metal brackets and having your mouth torn up by all that. It was definitely something I would prefer to do with a kid as a next step if they are in need of it. It's a little less intensive than traditional braces.
I completed the program with SmileDirect and I'm on the retainers now. The outcome was what was anticipated from the beginning and I just had one tweak that added on a few more weeks. But SmileDirect was happy to take care of it and facilitate the tweak to make sure that I was fully happy with the final results, and I am.

I really enjoyed the appointment the whole time I was there for my 10:00 AM appointment, Shelby who was helping me and telling how the whole process works was very direct with everything to getting straight teeth, while taking pictures and showing certain parts of my teeth that need the most care getting ready for Invisaligners, and how payment and options would differ from each other to choosing the best option possible. I hope to be ready and see results when they send me information on how everything is going to be and form my teeth to a better structure!

My daughter loves SmileDirectClub and now she’s just using the retainer. So she’s finished with the process. Before, one of her two front teeth was overlapping but now, everything pretty much straightened out. Going through SmileDirectClub is cheaper and it was easier for me to do the monthly payments. If I would have had to pay it upfront, I wouldn't have been able to do it. SmileDirectClub also had good customer service. When there was some months where the aligners weren't fitting correctly, I would message them and within a couple of minutes, they would respond back. And now, my step daughter had sent in her impression kit to them she's going to do it, too.

My 3D scan was actually in Mobile, AL and not New Orleans as shown on your email. Tech was very friendly and professional and explained the process very well. I am disappointed that you are unable to recommend a treatment plan for my lower teeth. A family member used SmileDirectClub and he said he had a great experience with them. So, I tried them as well since I had gaps on my teeth that I had to close and I am very pleased with the results. During the process, I had a couple rough aligners that were tough to get on and off, but I contacted them and they walked me through everything. The kit instructions were pretty cryptic, so I had to look for a video online to better understand how to do things (there's a reason they do this type of thing in an office). The most frustrating thing, however, was actually the rebate: they send it to you in the form of a "gift card" that is more like a credit card, and it doesn't combine with other forms of payment online. Essentially, you need to buy something that is exactly $18 or you don't get your full money back. I think there's definitely an easier way to give you your money back, even just sending it back directly to your bank.

I love the idea of Smile Direct Club. It's easy, fast, and affordable. I don't need to leave my house, and I don't need to make numerous appointments with an orthodontist. And best of all, no braces! I am, however, disappointed with your service–especially, your pricing model. I made it clear from the beginning, I already had braces, and that I need to correct crowding on my lower front four teeth. My upper teeth are fine.
That, however, doesn't matter when it comes to cost. Evidently, everyone at Smile Direct Club needs upper and lower retainers, and everyone needs to wear them for 22 months, and everyone needs to pay the same price–regardless of how mangled or straight their teeth are. Please explain to me how that works? Do you mean to tell me, I have to pay the same as someone who needs both upper and lower alignment and never had braces? That doesn't make sense. How is that even ethical?
Regardless, I can tell you, it certainly isn't very professional or personalized. At the very least, you should assign your customers an advisor to assist them and explain things along the way. P.S. Please stop calling me. I keep getting these creepy calls from Nashville, where someone calls, hangs up or doesn't leave a message.

The first batch didn't fit my teeth so I had to go back in and the second batch was okay but then towards the end, it didn't fit again. I had to do the process all over again. And right now, I still have a few gaps and my teeth are not exactly where I want them to be but I'm happy with the outcome as of now. It's different and I like it.

The impression kit came within a couple days. Super easy to follow instructions. Put it in my mailbox and within a couple days they let me know they got them. They kept me updated on every step! Used a promo code upon making my scan reservation that said I would receive a free electronic toothbrush and whitening pens, didn’t receive either. I was told I would have my results and program activation email in 72 hours. It has been almost 2 weeks and now they are saying they will only do my top teeth. No photos or explanation. The scan itself went great with the in store rep- everything after leaving has been frustrating and disappointing.

I’ve always thought about straightening my teeth. It was brought up many times through the years by my dentists but has never been a super huge issue. Seeing myself constantly now on camera in this virtual world I see how much my bottom teeth do show. The gentlemen at the shop was super knowledgeable and helpful. The process was fast but not rushed as in you have time to ask questions. You are encouraged to. I found it to be a lot cheaper than going through the dentist. I plan to add money to my hsa and do this next year. The emails are a bitttt too much however it did get it on the top of my mind to book a scan on my day off.

I didn't want to give dissatisfied because initially I had a good experience until the end where my teeth did not shift properly and I had to request additional aligners. I did not get communications if my mold was approved for 2 months, I sent emails every other week, being told I had to wait 3-5 days each time for a response. Since then I have a cracked aligner and feel like my teeth have shifted. I still need my continued aligners. :(

We sent the aligner molds in, paid for them in full and received top aligners back in a few weeks (4). Top aligners only. We paid for top and bottom aligners. We were never told we “may” receive only top aligners because of their clinical diagnosis. We were never asked if we only wanted to move forward with top aligners only. They took our money and now we can’t get in touch with anyone. I contacted chat and they are not authorized to do anything. We will gladly send this unusued, incomplete box of aligners back to them for a full refund. After looking on several sites I found reviews that this happens often with SmileDirectClub. My advice? Find a location to go to, don’t work this online. A waste of time and money.

I loved how quickly I received the impressions kit. My husband and I did it at the same time and mailed them back the very next day. I just don't like how long it takes to actually get the aligners. That is really my only complaint. It's been about 2 weeks now, and still have to wait another 4-5 weeks.

As I got older, my teeth were starting to turn and get out of line a little bit so I got SmileDirect to get them back straight. The process is very easy and I'm glad I didn't have to go to an orthodontist or anything. I did everything at home, including making the impressions. It was nice getting all the liners at one time. Also, the customer service was very good during the experience. I had trouble with a couple of liners but they quickly addressed those. I have finished the plan and I like the results. It worked out well.

I didn't want braces because they hurt and can be pricey. I was trying to see if there were any companies that could be a little bit less expensive. I went with SmileDirect and my experience with them was good. When I would first put a new set of aligners, it would seem like there was a slight discomfort, but it was nothing painful. Being able to take them off and eat and not feeling the pain of a lot of pressure in my mouth was better than what I hear from people who have braces. Now, when I smile, you can see my straight teeth. I have recommended SmileDirect.

I'm not sure why, but for some reason the website kept erroring out every time I tried to upload the corresponding photos. Both in my phone and laptop. I had to call customer service 3 times over the course of a month to move along to the next step in the process. It was easy to email the photos and get them associated with my account, but I kept getting emails about submitting the photos. Finally got someone who seemed to understand that I didn't just need the photos associated with my account, but needed to manually move me along in the process. Once that happened, I was good to go. Support folks were very kind and helpful, but the process was frustrating.

I went with SmileDirect to fix a slight misalignment. They sent me a three-dimensional image of what my teeth was like then with a progressive movement of the teeth. They sent me 12 mouthpieces that incrementally moved the teeth into position. I'm finished and my new smile is nice. It was pleasant experience.

I am very disappointed with the fact that I have been waiting 6 weeks since I sent my impressions in - TWICE - as well as photos and haven't received my touch up aligners. I have called 3 times to get the order processed and kept being told that they are reviewing the impressions and would get back to me. It has now been another 2 weeks and I still haven't heard from anyone. Had to call and wait to hear that they have finally processed my order. I have been wearing broken and ill fitting aligners for 3 months since my retainers don't fit and my teeth have shifted back to how they were before I started this journey 8 months ago. I now have to wear them for another 8 months before my dentist can help put in a retainer. I am very unsatisfied with the time and effort this has taken and no follow up from the company except to send me hundreds of texts to buy additional products I don't need.

Had to cancel my order as I was promised 3-4 weeks for aligners to come in, and it's been month and a half and nobody told me it will be late, and last time I asked it was no ETA I was told it's delayed to Delta, they didn't know how long it will be. The whole country is back to normal but they have an excuse - Delta, why not let the customer know what's going on and then I can decide if I want to wait that long. So disappointed. The office visit was very nice, but 24/7 online support were nice in the beginning, but I hate when companies lie to the customers.

My son really liked SmileDirect. He heard about them and decided to try them to close up his teeth back to where his braces were, and he liked them. I thought of doing it too. My teeth weren't bad, but they could be better. I started doing the whole system after he finished his and I'm about halfway through. I have 12 aligners and I am on number eight now. I can see already that my teeth are pretty close to where I want them to be. I'm very confident that, by the end, they'll be exactly where I want them to be. It's been a great experience and I would recommend SmileDirect.

Impression Kit arrived very quick with lots of reminders to get it sent back in. Directions with the kit were easy to follow, I liked doing things on my schedule with no doctor visits... Super convenient! Can't wait to get started!

I had a pleasant experience during my 3D scan. I made it clear to the rep that I want to see my treatment plan first before I decide to go through with treatment. As soon as I got my treatment plan emailed to me I was also charged $1950 without my consent. It was infuriating. Your company charged me after my explanation to the rep and without my consent. This negative experience makes me want to go to a competitor for a better experience, even though I had a pleasant experience at the 3D scan.

Not impressed with procedure. After ordering the retainers the person is left on their own. No follow- up to see how progress is happening with patient. Not very impressed. When a person is fitted with a brace on foot or leg or neck the doctor will want to see patient periodically to see progress of patient. With you after braces are ordered it's goodbye.

I was actually happy with how things were going in the beginning but when I finished and still needed adjustments I sent my impressions to you back in August and said they would be reviewed and I would be contacted in 3-5 business days. It’s now Mid October and every time I’ve tried to follow up I get the same generated message saying to allow 3-5 business days. Even an update would be fine with me but I have received no response, which is why I will be asking for a refund by November if I still get nothing.

My spouse is the one I created the account for and he has been using his final aligners for 2 months now. It is ridiculous that when you ask for an extension and you get a kit to take your impressions, if they aren't good I should be sent a new kit right away not have to go order one again. Not to mention, now I have to actually go order the new aligners, it should be automatic. Instead of giving people false hope and saying it'll be done in 6 months be realistic. Really dissatisfied. Only keeping with it because it already cost me the full price and I don't feel like starting over again.

Actual experience (9/29) on the 3D Scan was fine. However, during the appt. I provided information on which Credit Card I wanted the Balance ($875) to be billed to. The Card you had on file was billed instead. I have spoken with your Customer Service Reps on 10/4 & 10/12. On 10/4 informed him the incorrect card was billed, please Credit the account and then provided the correct card.
In addition I confirmed with the Rep that my Insurance company was billed for $875 and I only owed the balance of $875 that was billed (I have not been notified by my Insurance that the $875 was billed). I requested from the Rep an e-mail be sent to me confirming our conversation. Have yet to receive the confirmation e-mail, Credit to my Credit Card and Correct Card billed. On 10/12, spoke with your Rep who assured me all would be taken of and an e-mail would be sent to me confirming our conversation which I was assured I would receive that day. Have yet to receive the e-mail, Credit to my account or correct account billed.
I have wasted too much time with the billing issues and am very annoyed that I have not received the confirmation e-mail and probably will be cancelling the order by Monday (10/18) if all is not resolved (I informed your rep of this during our call on 10/12). BTW - I did not receive the electric toothbrush which was part of the promo (ditchkit).

Paid for aligners on 8/25 and never received my order or a follow up call to discuss my order. Therefore, I cancelled it as of 10/12/2021. Not ethically sound to take a client’s money and not deliver the merchandise.

Ads make it seem as though a 3D scan is a consultation. Representative wanted me to purchase or decide on the payment plan option on the spot. It would be a better experience to know that additional appointments with a dentist or orthodontist are mandatory to check progress on the aligners.

Hello. The impression kit was good. This is the 3rd time I have used one. I am waiting anxiously for my new aligners as my retainers did not fit. I never had them replaced and now I am having to start again with new aligners to move my teeth back to where they were months ago. I just want to finish this process with aligners and retainers that fit--and if they don't fit, to have them replaced immediately so I don't end up back here again.

I put off getting clear aligners because of cost and the idea of constantly going in for new appointments for castings and aligner adjustments. The pop up shop I attended made everything extremely easy, convenient, and mess free and I’ll get all the aligners I’ll need at once. I was offered a Visa gift card for attending the pop up that I never received but other than that the experience was helpful.

Looking back, my visit started with a call from the office asking if I could change my appointment time due to a staffing issue. Being in the medical field, I understand completely and was happy to change my appointment time. When I walked into the building, I was greeted in a pleasant manner, but was somewhat concerned about the "telemarketer feel" I got when I passed all of the empty rooms.
The girl who did my assessment (Desiree I believe) was fine, until we got to the "sign up today" portion. I came in for a consultation to even see if I was a candidate, knowing full well that I would not be signing anything until I spoke with my husband. She said that we could call him and I responded with the fact that he was at work and also in the medical field and in an interventional case and could not take a phone call. And to be honest, I would never put him on the spot like that. She then pushed with, "Well, you could just sign up today and change the plan you chose later." No, I will not pay interest for anything that I can pay in full and I have enough respect for my husband to not spend two thousand dollars without having an in-person conversation with him.
All in all, it left me with a bad taste in my mouth and was thinking I would not follow through. Then, when I opened my email today to see the way my smile would look and there was very little change, my decision was made. Thank you so much but I will not be using SmileDirectClub for my orthodontic needs. I also will not be using the $25 card that I received for allowing the staff to record a video of my visit as I was honestly looking for a consultation and not "free stuff". Appt started promptly after being late due to traffic. They were still gracious and told that we're just happy I made it safe. Very thorough in fine print paperwork instead of just have me sign sign sign. The 3D scan was not uncomfortable and very quick. I was given all my freebies as promised and now I can't wait to start!

I reached out to Smile Direct Club before I ordered my impressions kit. I informed them that I have a missing tooth that is causing jaw pain from the shift in my teeth. I wanted to bring all my teeth together. They told me that smile direct club can close the gap. However, after doing my impressions, they told me they can’t close the gap. Now I’ve just wasted my time and prolonged my pain. It’s very frustrating.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Downtown Orlando office. I was greeted by the manager Courtney, who by the way is so knowledgeable. She broke down the appointment for me and was so friendly and fun. Almost forgot I was there for a consultation. Luz was the attendant who took my scans and guided me through the rest of the process. Luz was so so fun and also very knowledgeable. It was almost like having girl time during my consultation. She took an interest in my life and took her time explaining the consultation and my next steps. Both ladies made my experience amazing and got me so excited to wear my aligners. I have been attempting to purchase aligners since June of this year. I returned my impression kit and received confirmation of my photos. I got an email stating it would take 72 hours for approval from the dentist. And that’s all I’ve heard since. I have contacted customer service at least 4 times since and have been told a case would be opened and looked into on my behalf. Yet here I am again, with no answer and no aligners. I am extremely disappointed and ready to take my business elsewhere.

Upon completion of my aligner prescription. I was unhappy with my final result. And immediately contacted Smile direct for a new impression kit. I sent it back, and it was received. Mind you I have been stuck wearing my last aligners for 1 month! I have been incognito on my app. It only allows updated info after receiving retainers. It’s an inconvenience not knowing if I will be receiving a new aligner. Extremely unhealthy for me to continue with these same aligners this long. The fact that I haven’t been refunded for my “free impression kit” all of my payments have been made on time up until now. I do not like how my case and situation has been handled. I’ve reached out numerous times concerning this. And it’s being dealt with in an inappropriately and untimely manner. This experience has surely wipes the smile from my face.

The whole process of doing the impressions and returning them was simple. I was kept up to date on where things were and the next step. After inquiring about a few things I had seen through social media, I feel as though my concerns were brushed off and I didn’t feel valued at all as a customer- who had paid in full AND still hadn’t received my aligners. I was upset due to the fact I was rather excited to start my journey with SDC. Your customer service department is lacking tremendously. I knew immediately this wasn’t a company I wanted to do business with.

I had the best experience getting my custom aligners. The employees were friendly, outgoing, helpful and knowledgeable. My appointment was on time. Everything was explained in great detail. The use of the 3D wand was easy, painless and gag-free. I was able to use Care Credit to pay for my treatment plan. They even included a free whitener kit. Can't wait to get my aligners and started on my new smile.

I had braces when I was younger, but after my wisdom teeth came in, they made my retainer not fit so my teeth went back to being crooked. I was so excited to use Smile Direct Club. I work full time so I don't have the time to always make appointments. It's so nice that the kit made it so easy to make my own impressions and was thorough in the instructions on how to use the kit. It was very easy to use and I was so glad that I could do it all from home.

As of today, 10/6/21, I am very disappointed with my treatment plan and the customer service. I went into this process eager, excited and hopeful; but now very disillusioned. I started this process in March 2021 and received aligners in May 2021 due to errors. The length of time to receive aligners was very frustrating; unfortunately the level of service thus far has mirrored the same and gotten worst.
My treatment plan was supposed to be 4-months and completed in September. It's now July and two teeth have not straighten, but I have an overbite and misaligned teeth. I have one aligner left before my smile is supposed to be perfect. For me, the lack of communication and consistent calls to customer service month in and month out is damn frustrating. I complete the check-ins where you send pictures of your progress, then nothing. No response is ever received. I checked-in twice and constantly have to call for a status. I did a check-in on 9/25 and was told 3-5 days for feedback from the ortho and to check my Smiledirect app for info. I called 10/1, was told my pictures were under review and to wait. I emailed the dental team on 10/5 for a status.
I received a support ticket email where someone would respond in 48 hours. Today, 10/6, I received an email stating the ortho is reviewing my case and they would get back with me in another 72 hours re next steps. Well, what review occurred from 9/25 - 10/5? Nothing obviously. I was told the pictures I submitted on the first check-in were corrupted and needed to be resubmitted. Well, I didn't find this out until a month later because I never received any communication from smiledirect. They apologize as always, offered a discount on retainers but the same behavior continued. I've taken at least 2 impressions at their facility, so the ortho should know the issue with my teeth which were relatively minor.
I've paid in full and still have no idea if or when my treatment will be completed. I struggle to eat, chew due to pain from my teeth. I've said this several times via the phone and in emails. I'm very disappointed and want at least a partial refund because I did receive/use the aligners. I will start my last set of aligners on Friday, 10/8. I'm waiting for guidance from the ortho, but will look to file a formal legal complaint. I will say a couple of reps were very helpful and I appreciate their efforts. Nonetheless, my overall experience has not been positive and would not recommend smiledirect at this time.
I've read many reviews and am happy for those with positive experiences; that's what everyone should have. However, the reply from smiledirect to those with negative experiences are all the same..."we're surprised or sorry to hear this. Please email or call us." That's not true because the complaints have been voiced many times with no resolution. They should be reaching out to us rather than us contacting them again, and not able to speak with a manager or anyone in charge. Very poor business acumen and very disappointing.

My son needed to have his molars moved back into position as other molars were hitting the sides of the others. I wrote this on the form as our reason for treatment during the scan then told they only correct back to the molars.

Sent in my photos on September 8. It is now October 6 and I still have not received an email confirming that my aligners are being made. Every time I call I get the same story to wait 3/5 days and it’s been 4 weeks and no one lets me speak to a manager. I want my money back. Smile Direct Club is not worth my time and entertainment I have to put in to get what I paid for.

I am honestly surprised at how easy the whole process was. I went in prepared for impressions and was pleasantly surprised that that wouldn't be necessary. I started my aligners on 5/7/2018 and still am in the process (today is 10/4/2021). Emails/Calls to customers service are never responded in a timely manner nor will they answer questions. There is no communication between doctor/dentist aligning teeth, customer notes for the desired outcome, or Smile Direct customer service notes. I've been in this loop for 3.5 yrs, should have been completed 2.5 yrs ago. I will have at least 6 more months (doubtful) of treatment only if the doctor/dentist reads my notes for the desired outcome for my teeth.
I have also been asking customer service about new retainers as compensation for the looong drawn out Smile Direct process, it was not until my 5th reply email with customer service that someone actually answered my question. Complete waist of time! Here is a list of Dental Team members from Smile Direct who could not answer my simple question directly;

Early this year, I decided to go with Smile Direct Club because it was cheaper and seemed like a good solution for my teeth that had misaligned due to me not wearing my retainers for the past 4 years. I got put on a 4-month plan, and everything went relatively well aside from the fact two teeth refused to rotate, causing a partial open bite on the side on of my mouth.
Now, smile direct club has a LONG shipping period. With my last aligner broken, and knowing I wouldn't get a touch-up set shipped to me early enough, I reached out to customer service, asking for a partial refund, so I could go and resolve my issues elsewhere. Instead, the account manager promised to send me a retainer for me to wear as I wait for my new set of aligners. I agreed.
3 weeks pass, and no retainers. I call customer service, and they tell me the retainers were never ordered and my new aligner set won't even ship until the next two weeks. I ask them to cancel my plan, they refuse and redirect me back to the account manager who does not answer my emails, phone calls--- nothing. I eventually decided to order retainers from a local dental practice... got them the next day. The smile direct club account manager still hasn't gotten back to me by the way. It's been 2 months. No aligners, no retainers, nothing. This has been the worst business experience of my life, will recommend it to nobody.

Everyone was super welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. They made me feel like I was already part of the smile family which only made my decision to join so much easier. This company is probably fine if your aligners work perfectly right out the gate. But hell have mercy if you need any sort of assistance with aligners, payments, or retainers. Their system does track issues so if you call back or get disconnected no one knows what you're talking about. They will tell you months later that your orders weren't processed due to an error on their end, blame it on you, and not offer a solution.
My first treatment plan was for 24 weeks. At the end of the 24 weeks, my teeth have barely moved. I now have to do an additional 26 weeks. But getting my additional aligners has been a nightmare, and their customer service team is in no way equipped to help. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra for the Invisalign. It will save you so much chaos in the future.
