I take a narcotic opioid medication and it is paid for by work-comp insurance. One of the hoops my doctor must jump through in order to prescribe is to send me for drug testing, specifically for this drug, to avoid issues of diversion. I knew about my urine drug screen at Quest for a month in advance. I arrived to find a dirty and disorganized office. When I finally was able to give my doctor's orders to the clerk he said he had not heard of the common medication that I was taking. I was amazed. I waited a while to be called by a tech and when she finally called me in she put me in a phlebotomy chair. I told her I was not here for a blood draw but instead a urinalysis. She became angry and stormed off to look at the orders again. She asked another employee (right in front of me) what buprenorphine was and how to test for it. She then looked it up online and researched how to test for buprenorphine. Again right in front of me.

Buprenorphine is difficult and expensive to test for, not nearly as straight forward as standard drugs, and clearly she had no idea what she was doing. Eventually she told me to "go to the bathroom" and handed me a specimen cup. I was unsupervised and wandered around until I found an empty bathroom and left my specimen in a little window with doors on either side (standard in labs). When I left I noticed that my specimen was still in the bathroom, with multiple patients around to potentially access it, and had not been retrieved by any of the employees that were all up at the front desk talking.

I could not believe that a test that can change lives, cause termination of employment, loss of driver's license, etc, was being treated in such a lax manner. Not surprisingly the test came back a week later with no drugs in my system, including the medication that I am supposed to be taking. I cannot get into the horror and nightmare this mistake has wrought upon me but it has caused financial and mental distress and may cause the loss of my work comp insurance coverage and more. It is a disaster. It has caused my doctor to question my honesty and integrity and I am now being referred to another doctor on the other side of the county in order to keep my access to my medication. Never go to Quest Diagnostics. Unprofessional and rude employees that have destroyed lives through incompetence. I am planning on suing them in order to recoup some of the costs associated with their mistake.

On 7/14/2014, my company provided an onsite biometric screening for the wellness program through Quest Diagnostics. Although I work at home and do not have a vehicle, I took advantage of the opportunity to go into the office and have my screening done at the same time. Fast forward 2 weeks and I received a letter stating that my wellness activity was not complete because my weight was not captured. Let me assure you, it was. On top of that, the technician reported my height as 2 inches taller than I actually am and also reported that my blood pressure was high despite advising me that it was normal at the time. After numerous calls and hours on the phone with the Blueprint for Wellness team at Quest Diagnostics, the only solution I have been offered is to go to a Quest location and record the measurement again. To put the burden of correcting the technician's mistake on the customer is ridiculous.

When it comes to medical records, I expect for it to be handled correctly and professionally. Try again. Although the service was paid for and completed on 7/14, my activity has been marked as incomplete due to the inept technicians that performed the screening. The result is that I have not received credit or the expected discount on my premium and I am the one inconvenienced by having to have my measurement retaken. I even spoke with a supposed supervisor today by the name of Donna ** who was extremely rude and spent the entire length of the discussion speaking over me and repeating herself. I am not at all happy with my experience and will never use Quest again if I can help it. If I could give them zero stars, I would without hesitating. I have also had issues with Quest's billing practices similar to many other complaints but that is for another day...

My Mother has had lab work done at the Quest Lab across the street from Lodi Memorial Hospital four times this year. It is great that you can make an appointment and we (I am her CG Daughter). The Clinic is on level ground (Mom gets short of breath) and the P. Techs have been great/skillful. No venipuncture complaints from Mom. The down side is that the Doctor has NOT gotten the results in a timely manner. Last month it was a Medication level (med. can become toxic), and the Doctor had to Call for the results during the follow-up visit (Thank God it wasn't at a toxic level). This month, we have had to wait for the results that check her kidneys (BUN/Cr, routine tests) to see if she can have Another diagnostic test (chest CT w/ contrast). It took 10 days and Numerous phone calls for the Doctor to get the results, and her Kidneys are Not able to tolerate the contrast media. This has delayed her follow up diagnostic test. This Is Not Acceptable.

For the past five months, I have been in a battle with Quest Diagnostics for improper/illegal billing. My husband and I had lab work done at our doctor's office which was then sent out to Quest. Since then, they have incorrectly billed my insurance company numerous times even though I and my insurance company have told them where to send the bill. They have even been paid in full by my insurance but continue to demand I pay the full amount. My insurance company even sent them proof that they were paid in full but they continue to ignore this.

After doing some research, I have found out the Quest has been subject to multiple lawsuits for inappropriate billing and Medicaid fraud. I have now filed a formal complaint with the California Department of Health, a grievance through my insurance company, a BBB complaint and have notified my congressman. The reasons I am taking these actions is because there are people out there who may not have the time to fight these types of billing practices. Quest needs to be investigated and held responsible for their actions. We no longer trust Quest and refuse to have any type of lab work done with them.

I believe that Quest Diagnostics (QD) has engaged in improper billing practices via the process of delaying billing for long periods of time to give the consumer the impression that its prices are good and/or their insurance is taking care of it. Following is the time-line relative to this accusation: 8/12/13 - Our son had blood drawn as referred by his PCP. QD charged a $15 fee that was labeled “Estimated Cost”. No information or discussions of possible costs or charges related to tests that were to be performed were offered by QD staff. 10/26/13 - My wife had blood drawn as referred by her PCP. QD charged a $15 fee that was labeled “Estimated Cost”. There was no reason to believe that there would be further charges considering that we had been to QD 10 wks prior and that had not resulted in any. No information or discussions of possible costs or charges related to tests that were to be performed were offered by QD staff.

11/6/13 - I had blood drawn as referred by my PCP. QD charged a $15 fee that was labeled “Estimated Cost”, although it seemed like the actual cost due to consistency. There was no reason to believe that there would be further charges considering that we had been to the facility twice in the 12 wks prior and those had not resulted in any. No information or discussions of possible costs or charges related to tests that were to be performed were offered by QD staff. Seems to be a theme here. Additionally, it appears that various drug screening tests were performed that my PCP did not request. 1/16/14 - Our son had blood drawn as referred by his PCP. QD charged a $15 fee that was labeled “Estimated Cost”. We had no reason to believe that there would be further charges considering that we had been to the facility three times in the five months prior and those had not resulted in any. No information or discussions of possible costs or charges related to tests that were to be performed were offered by QD staff.

3/?/14 - Quest Diagnostic started sending invoices to us, requesting payments related to the visits shown above. In some cases, those were for visits that had occurred 6 or 7 months prior. At first, we were shocked to be receiving these bills, for if we had any idea that Quest would charge so much money for these tests, we would not have done them. Since Quest waited so long to begin billing us, Quest took away our right to make an informed decision based on past costs. Since Quest did not offer any counseling on test costs, Quest took away our right to make an informed decision based on past costs. Since Quest did not publicize test costs to our Doctors, Quest took away our right to make an informed decision based on past costs. At best, this billing practice would be deemed misleading. We also wonder if this practice is legal. We intend to start an investigation to determine if others have fallen victim to this practice. If you know of any such cases, please comment on this post. I will monitor it and take further action.

The doctor ordered labs which I had done on 7-22-14. When I went for my follow up the doctor told me that they could not get the results from Quest and that I needed to call Quest. I called Quest and was told that the fax # for my DR did not work. I offered to get the fax # and was told they could not take it from the patient. Quest called my Dr office and told them they needed to have the APRN who ordered the test to call them with the fax #. When I called the Dr office they said that quest would not take the fax # from the secretary. I spoke with Ashley at quest several times and spent over an hour listening to excuses why they could not get the info to my dr. When I asked why they would not take a fax # from the secretary I was told that it was because the telephone had been rerouted. Today is 8-12-14 and the dr. still does not have the results of my test which were a Vit D and thyroid levels. So I am left in limbo. I will NEVER use Quest again, this whole scenario is ludicrous!!

I went in to Quest for a series of blood tests. I don't have insurance and pay out of pocket every time I get a series of tests done about every six months. The price is always about the same, 424-450 depending on the lab, location, etc. I went to Quest Baltimore, gave the prescription and asked the price. They could not provide a price but since I had been to many Quest locations in the past I took the test and agreed to be billed.

When the bill arrived it was over 1800. I have called and spent hours on the phone and got nowhere. Nobody can make a decision, or explain why the price is suddenly 5x the normal price. I had Quest look at old test results and the low price and they said each office can charge whatever they want. (Crazy answer!) With that they sent the bill to collections and trashed my credit. When I look on the net I see Quest has lawsuits against them in almost every state for price fixing, and other activities similar to what happened to me. Any helpful suggestions?

When checking in for blood work, a Quest Diagnostics Rep will take your driver's license and insurance card. The customer will assume by this action, that they are validating your request. Not the case. We received a bill for nearly $4,000 in blood work (which in of itself is insane) as our United Health Care Insurance does not cover Quest (They do not cover them as they charge twice as much for the same test as other labs). If the Quest Rep had told us that they did not take our insurance, my husband would have gone to LabCorb which takes United Health Care to have his blood drawn. After looking at all the others that this has happened to, it appears to be something Quest does intentionally and requires a class action suit!

I had blood work done at a local Calif. office 3 times. Each time I had to sign a form saying I would pay what Medicare and my secondary insurance would not pay. The third time I go to this office, I'm handed a bill for $74.91. Medicare rejected some of the tests. I wait for a bill and when it finally comes, I spend 2 days trying to find a phone number where I can talk to a real person. Not one phone number available to me worked or I was directed to some automated phone tree. I finally call the corporate office in New Jersey and get 2 new phone numbers for California.

After waiting on hold for 37 minutes, I am told that Quest will not make any effort to get the bill to my doctor so he can provide the correct codes. I was instructed to have the Dr.'s office fax the order to Quest. I get off the phone and call the Dr.'s office and am told that they don't do that and they are always being contacted by Quest for more info. Back on the phone to Quest and another 34 minute hold time to relay that info to Quest, and I'm told that it's illegal for them to contact the Dr. for a "diagnosis". No suggestion about how to deal with my situation either. I am frustrated beyond belief and I'm not sure what my next step will be. I may just let them send it to collections and then they can pay a lawyer many times what they will be trying to collect from me. I will never use Quest again though.

Again I went to quest diagnostics in may 2014 to make sure whether those levels are correct or not. This time they checked my TSH levels and said that it is 12. I was shocked seeing the report. How could my levels go from lowest level to highest level within this short time. I postponed my pregnancy because of this results. I got depressed seeing this results.

In july 2014 my gynecologist told me that I am pregnant. I told her that my major concern is my thyroid levels and I gave her my previous reports from quest. She told me to get my TSH levels checked again. She said that blood reports are not convincing and she told me that there won't be this much variation in TSH levels. When I asked her about medication, she told me to wait until my reports.

This time I got my Tsh levels checked, but in allegiance health. To my surprise my TSH LEVELS ARE 2.57. What is wrong with quest diagnostics? What happened to me and my pregnancy if one of my doctors had started medication based on blood results from quest? Who will answer about the turmoil and agony I went because of their reports? Who will pay the money I spend in advanced tests to rule out any thyroid disease after seeing reports from quest?

The technician did wrong blood test. I had to repeat the test. When I received the bill, I called the billing department. The billing rep. talked to my doctor's office. I was assured by the rep that this will be taken care of and that they will not charge me for their mistake. Yet, they kept on sending me the bill. I talked to the billing department each time I received the bill and I had to repeat the same old story over and over. I was assured that the issue would be resolved, yet nothing was done. I spent so much time with their billing representative that it is almost not worth the fight. I just feel this is a matter of principle. We should be compensated for their mistakes, instead I was being punished.

After waiting 4 days for them to fax over the results to my doctor, I finally called their line (the only number they provide, because you can NEVER get the location phone number). They proceeded to inform me that they had no record of my visit to the lab. After being on hold, and passed on from operator to operator, I finally got a lady that informed me that she would fax the lab requesting the information, and for me to call back and ask for Barbara. Well... when I called back, nobody in the call center knew of a Barbara, so I started explaining all over again. This time a Linda, "helped" me, and said that she would call the mysterious location and get back to me in 10 minutes. Fast forward 2 hours, no Linda. My insurance changed, so I have to use Quest now. The building looks nice on the outside, but the inside looks really rundown. The woman who signs people in is grumpy, she starts yelling if you don't get to the window fast enough and she doesn't tell you which room to go in to get your blood drawn, so you have to wander the hall until someone calls your name.

The next problem is that the phlebotomist I saw was not friendly at all. I don't think she said anything to me except to call me in the room and tell me to sit in the chair. It was really awkward. It seemed they only had one size needle (the collections jar was right next to your face in the chair, so I got a great look at it) which seemed odd, seeing as people have different veins). She was rough with the needle. She got me on the first stick, but she held my arm at a really awkward angle, right in front of me, and there was a pop when she broke my skin (not sure if I heard it or just felt it, but it happened). It hurt more than your average blood draw, and I ended up with a massive bruise that is still not entirely gone 3 weeks later. I had an IV done just three days ago that hurt way less and is already healed up, except for a tiny spot that is almost invisible.

Beyond that, I suspect some of my test results are inaccurate. I'm not going into details. It happened to two of my family members and I've even been told by a doctor that they seem to make a lot of mistakes. I'll be going back to my old lab, even if I have to pay a high copay and don't get free labs anymore. Interestingly, none of my family members have ever had a problem with Quest Lab's billing. On April 8th I was given a quantitative beta draw by my OB's office to confirm a viable pregnancy after a recent loss. My first draw went well however my second draw (on April 10th) was returned with the result of >2 which equates to negative. (This was even typed on the lab result provided by Quest). I was told by my OB's office that based on the lab results I was experiencing a miscarriage. This is obviously devastating following a previous miscarriage.

When I returned home later that evening something just didn't feel right so I decided to take a home pregnancy test to confirm. The test returned a BLARING positive. I then quickly ran out and purchased two different brand tests and both returned positive results. I called my doctor and they confirmed this would not be possible if HCG were not in the blood stream. They immediately ordered a new blood test with a different lab and the results turned a 1675! Now this would obviously not be possible if my HCG was >2 earlier in the day! They along with the independent lab concluded that the results from Quest were clearly faulty.

I called Quest to report the lab error and I kid you not, the first thing out of the woman's mouth and I quote "That's simply not possible, we do not make errors." You're a multi-million dollar company and you do not make errors?!? YOU OPERATE HUNDREDS OF LABS ACROSS THE US AND YOU DO NOT MAKE ERRORS?!? I was absolutely livid. I tried my best to remain calm and explained the results provided by the independent lab concluded they did indeed make an error. At this point she stopped talking simply repeating over and over "They could not discuss results with patients."

I am now in the process of disputing the charges with my insurance provider. My provider covered the cost of the lab work but they should in no way be responsible for paying for faulty work. Had Quest simply admitted to the error this would have been dropped. Now I will do everything in my power to vocalize their incompetence so others do not have to go through the stress I did in believing, EVEN BRIEFLY that they had lost a child!

I went to this lab last year and told the woman who drew my blood 2 - 3 times that it has to go to Lab Corp or my insurance will not cover it (a step which should not be necessary as she has my insurance information). Of course the moron sent it to the Quest lab and my insurance refused to cover it.

One would hope that it was just one incompetent moron, working at the Mansfield site. But apparently that is not the case, the entire company is filled with incompetent morons. I've been dealing with them for a year now as I try to get them to straighten out THEIR mistake and they insist that I pay for the services. One in particular, Casandra **, doesn't bother to return phone calls or answer her phone. When you do manage to catch her, she gives the same song and dance every time. Apparently she has been looking for their Sales Department for about 4-5 months now to find out if they can straighten out the problem. HOW MESSED UP IS THIS COMPANY THAT IT TAKES THAT LONG FOR AN EMPLOYEE TO LOCATE THEIR SALES DEPARTMENT?

If your insurance requires you to use Quest, I sincerely feel sorry for you. Personally, I would be looking for a new insurance company, if at all possible. I am eternally grateful that my insurance company is smart enough to deal exclusively with Lab Corp! Interestingly enough, my wife works in human resources and has stated that many of the employees that she supports have had lots of problems with Quest as well. I had gone to my Primary Care doctor for a yearly type checkup. He ordered a number of blood tests to check and see if my medications were working properly. I was sent to their in-house lab, Quest Diagnostics. Prior to doing the tests, they 'demanded' that I sign a form stating that if the insurance company would not pay that I would be responsible. I thought that I had never had any difficulty with Medicare paying for blood tests, so I signed. Well, I think they have a reason for having you sign this document up front. When bills are sent to Medicare, they adjust the amount downward typically so the patient isn't overcharged. Hmm.

Quest submitted the bill to Medicare using codes that did not match what the doctor had ordered and 95% of the items for routine blood tests were denied. Hmm. Quest rebilled me for over a thousand dollars at their full price amount. My question is do they do this on purpose. After emails and certified letters to Quest requesting their help in resolving the denial by Medicare, I received no correspondence, emails, phone call, etc. Just a new bill from a collection agency. Hmm. After reading a number of other posts regarding Quest, that too seems to be their typical MO.

I guess I have no recourse except to take them to court. If anyone knows someone to file a complaint with, please let me know. I recently went back to the same doctor and he needs additional blood work. I refused to go to Quest and requested an alternative. The doctor also was not that helpful in helping resolve the issue either. Hmm. Another possible question could be asked here. Does the doctor receive referral money back from Quest? I'm irritated as hell and don't need this aggravation.

In the next 3 months, the same thing happened. I went into Dr. ** office and confronted her "office staff" about the problem. They then said that the medical codes were entered incorrectly. The bill then was paid by insurance company. Sounds like a "resolution"... nope.

After missing 3 months payment, my credit score was lowered 90 points. After talking to 5 other friends who use Dr's that utilize QUEST, they had similar problems but after getting "credit notices" that their credit score would be damaged... they paid QUEST the bill and I have found out the QUEST then sends a 25% "payback" to Doctors who have participated in the "scheme" with their more affluent patients who do not want their credit scores damaged. I called the Doctor's office (had no recollection discussing the test results and did not get any copy I requested); they did not have them either. Now, blood test results are time sensitive items (there must be some rules - one week, ten day, two weeks?), not some merchandise with delayed shipping but retaining the original usefulness. I refused to pay the bill, but I keep getting it. The pathetic part is that the insurance (Aetna Medicare Advantage PPO), whom I contacted, seems not to care a bit about the money they paid for nothing. Go figure.

Quest Diagnostics will not perform a lab test without getting a credit or debit card number from you. Even if you have all of your insurance information and government ID and are in good standing financially, they will not take a specimen and process it without a credit or debit card number. This is discriminatory and is dangerous. Other labs like Labcorp and Bio-Reference offer the option to pay by card, but DO NOT REQUIRE IT. This is a wrongful practice. Now you know!

It seems like this lab does everything possible to discourage giving them insurance information. Maybe they think if it's difficult enough, patients will give up and pay the full amount before an insurance discount, and without them having to process through insurance. Easier and cheaper for them - more expensive for us. Twice in the last month, my husband had lab tests there and gave full insurance information. But the huge invoices came without being processed by our insurance. Though the invoice said the insurance info could be submitted online, we were blocked both times from submitting that way. A call to the company results in three levels of unnecessarily long messages and choices before being able to speak to anyone and give the information. And they didn't even retain our information from the first set of tests to the second one, only a week later. We'll be trying another lab next time!

I said that was already done a few weeks ago. She snapped that it was all she saw, so she charged me my $30 and took the sample. I called the doctor, who confirmed that the order was in the system and should have been seen by Quest. He issued a new order, plus one for blood work. I have spent all day today trying to reach someone at Quest to verify they have the order. No answer at the office from 8:30-2:30. I called corporate HQ, a very nice lady tried to reach 7 local offices, no answer. So it is now 3:30, and the doctors are still waiting for the results of tests that have not been done. The lab tech didn't seem familiar with the tests. I looked up the directions on the Quest website and proceeded to collect samples. I had problems with one collection because I had to skip medication in order to have a movement and wouldn't be home when it occurred. I took a clear, never used Ziplock Baggie with me. Collected the specimen directly into the Baggie but could not unscrew the top of the collection vial. I took my medicine to stop further diarrhea and went to the lab to get assistance opening the vial. You would have thought I committed murder because I had not defecated into the plastic hat I was issued by the lab.

The supervisor finally allowed me to use the specimen to prepare the vial but only after I explained how difficult it was to collect multiple specimens on different days and that the website allowed for different containers for collections. One plastic "hat" for different specimens is not near as clean as using a clean Baggie or other such container and who can travel around carrying such a large piece of equipment. The whole thing was silly. The first person I spoke with was rude told me I could go to another lab and have a nice day. The supervisor was at least willing to be reasonable. Quest appears to hire people off the street and train them to only follow a prescribed script because they are unable to use reasonable judgement from clinical knowledge.

I have always received bills in the mail from labs after they have been sent to my insurance company. This is fair, as I have a $6000 deductible and have no idea what the negotiated rate will be once the insurance company processes it. Blood tests are very expensive before they have been discounted. And since my deductible is $6000, they are still very expensive even after they have been discounted. When I receive the bill, sometimes they are hundreds of dollars. I pay whatever I can, and sometimes must pay monthly payments of $50 a month until I have paid them off.

Quest is requiring that we give them our credit card number so that they can automatically receive their money immediately once the insurance company processes it. First of all, there are high interest rates associated with using credit cards. If I receive a charge of hundreds of dollars on my credit card, not only do I not have the money to pay the credit card off immediately, but I will also incur 15% + interest on top of it. I do not just turn over my credit card information to anybody unless I know exactly what the charges are and have signed for it.

Due to exorbitant insurance premiums, I pay Anthem monthly to maintain a $6000/year deductible. I have to make payments on all my doctor's bills from my checking account, sometimes $50/month. That's just the way it is. I only make so much income. What if the negotiated rate is $500-$600? Are they just going to add that onto my credit card? I cannot afford to pay that at the end of the month and, therefore, will incur interest charges on my credit card.

They are taking away our rights by this Easy Pay system. Don't be fooled. You will pay more in the long run on your credit card. It is Easy only for them. It will cost you. Don't give away your rights. Refuse to give your credit card information for them to use however they wish.

On May 14, 2013, I had an appointment to have blood work done. Ms. Regina was the phlebotomist. It wasn't until it was all over that I became upset. I ended up with a nice sized hematoma which I have never had. Being 57 years old, I have had blood drawn many times. In looking back, there were a few things that disturbed me. The first thing was her demeanor. Not to distract from Regina’s setting up for the drawing, I remained quiet. After a time and before drawing blood, I would start with small talk asking, “How long have you been working here?” She would reply, “A while.” It wasn't just the curt answer but the monotone, dismissive voice she would use. It was obvious she wasn't going to be talking to me. I was feeling very uncomfortable to say the least, and we hadn't even started drawing the blood.

Second, she put the tourniquet on. I read it should be 3-4 inches above the selected site and on only for 2 minutes. She did neither. She had it high up my arm and on for a very long time until the time came and she was unable to draw more for some reason or another. After applying the tourniquet, she took a cotton ball, adding alcohol and swiped 2 or 3 times to the general site. I am reading online exactly what they are supposed to do. If there is supposed to be a circular fashion, beginning at the site and working out, then she did neither. She swiped two or three times at the general area. I say “general area” because she never used her finger to trace the path of the veins, nor did she ask me to make a fist. She just injected the needle. I found this strange in that it was a quick and careless manner done, or it at least felt that way.

A nurse friend of mine told me that you could see at what angle she took the blood and that she had even come at the wrong angle, coming perpendicular to the vein rather than more parallel to it. I took a photograph of the site a day later to show the damage. What really angers me is going online and finding where people have had serious damage to their bodies from such people - lifelong nerve problems in the arm and hands. The pain actually started when she began probing. She had drawn some blood, but as my friend was telling me, sometimes the phlebotomist is unable to continue because the body wants to naturally coagulate after some time.

I saw Regina wiggle around and I would winch in pain. Not ever experiencing anything like this, I thought it’s normal. She would say she couldn't get a vein. She had had a vein. My friend told me that when this happens, you switch arms and do not go probing as she did. Yes, she did ask me if I was okay. I told her that I was. I assumed she meant apart from the obvious wincing from pain. The next day, I got a phone call from the office asking me to return. She had done some blood work incorrectly. This time it was done on the other arm since this one was traumatized.

On Apri,21st 2001 my doctor sent the blood sample for testing for my physical check up to quest diagnostics as quest diagnostics participate in my health insurance plan ( Medical Mutual ) Quest diagnostics submitted the bill to insurance company for $482.65.

Insurance company dsid not pay the bill and Quest started sending me the letters for collection. I was talking to the insurance company so I sent a check for $43.25, so that I amy not be sent for collection. Later insurance Paid the claim under check # 9007569 dated 8-21-01 as per their calculation, which was toatl $96.13 in place of $482.65. I kept on getting the threatening letters from collection agencies and ultimately I paid 439.40 under my personal check # 1523 dated 2/11/02.

I did not know the claim sattlement has been done by the insurance company till the time I wrote the check. As soon as I came to know about that, I called and asked for refund of my money $482.65 which I paid thru my check. I never heard from quest diagnostics. Please get my money back. Thanks.
