Worked with Justin at the Villages Publix. Very polite, helpful and caring about the new prescription I needed. Researched and went over it with me, and so did the other pharmacist. Very informative. The staff is always professional and prompt.

When calling the Publix Pharmacy in Senoia, Ga., the lady Tina is so very rude. She definitely doesn’t know how to say, "You’re welcome," she just says, "Umm."

Is anyone going to do their job? Why are patients having to call and play middle man on communication and why does it take so long to get things done. Sick people are waiting forever for their medicine and y'all have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Just blame a doctor office or another pharmacy. INCOMPETENT. UNACCEPTABLE. DO BETTER. DISAPPOINTED ASF.

Taylorville location needs some attitude changes. I realize it's a high volume store. My pain meds are 6 days overdue and little girl had attitude about being short handed and backed up. I get it, they had to order my meds but they were showing there. I asked if they could look for them and she said no. So I asked when they open the boxes could they make it a priority and pretty strong faced said everyone is a priority at this point. I fully agreed. So my problem is if your that far behind on my meds which is only for pain, then how about the people that heart or lung meds. These people are not customers, they're patients. You can do better. Still waiting on mine by the way.

Publix Pharmacy is getting very sloppy at filling Rx. They used to call to notify when Rx was ready BUT long time now they do not call and they tell me that Corporate says all thing are WORKING OK WITH THE CALL SYSTEM. SOME HAS THEIR HEAD UP THE DARK PLACE.

When you drop off a prescription and you’re told it’ll be ready in an hour but yet you give them 2 1/2 hours before going to pick it up and you are told, "It looks like we are still working on it." Of course it's normal to become aggravated yet the person behind the window wants to smart off at you like you somehow made up the time yourself. This has become normal for Publix to the point I'm gonna start looking for another place to get my medication. Don't give me a time if you are not going to honor it.

It should not take 5 days to get a Levothyroxine 100mcg refilled. Especially since I am supposedly on their synchronized refill plan. For three days in a row, I drove there and was told "tomorrow after 3." This is one of the most commonly prescribed medications.

I have a dog with a seizure disorder. She takes phenobarbital. In December her medication cost me 32.00, this month 114.00. Publix vehemently denies they raised the price. I reported this to the BBB to no avail

I have to think about that this pharmacy is overextended and can't keep up with demand. It used to provide great, prompt service. This past week, end of February, they lost or didn't record a phone-in prescription from my dentist. Then, when I hand-carried a paper prescription, they weren't able to fill it in the time allotment they gave me of 45 minutes. I didn't get a text as I sent as assured I would get so I went in person to check 2 hours later. The clerk was polite and cheerful but it took her some time to find my script in a pile on the counter. She said it had been a "madhouse". The delay caused a delay to necessary dental work. I'm going to have to find another pharmacy even though it's near my home.
