I came across LuckyVitamin when looking for toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrushes and deodorant as the range of these products that aren't tested on animals is not very good in the UK. I found the site easier to maneuver and liked the fact that you are rewarded for buying in bulk on many of the products. On my first experience I couldn't fault LuckyVitamin on anything and so will be back in the near future.

I didn't have any trouble with my order until your company discovered some sort of a glitch. So, I just went back and used another Wells Fargo credit card and that took care of the problem. Horrible customer service! Horrible packaging... things broke open and spilled all over the other contents. Everything is just thrown in the box... heavy items with light items, heavy liquids with things that come in dinky cardboard boxes. My box arrived with rolled oats in every nook and cranny of everything that was in the box, including inside the individual cardboard boxes of my sanitary items. Tried to carefully unpack the box, but still had a huge mess of oats all over my floor. I filed a complaint, and emails have gone back and forth for days, and my replacement items have still not been resent. Total incompetence, and nowhere near the caliber of Vitacost, Jet, iHerb, drugstore.com, etc.

After wasting over 1.5 hr trying to place an order which involve a change of address, I resorted to phoning and the staff was able to change the address in about 10 minutes. When I tried to change it the Lucky site repeated that "you can't check out" without changing the address, even though that's what I was trying to do (not check out at that point). Valuing my time makes stumbling through this site a waste.

I honestly do not mind paying, especially a flat rate of about 5 dollars, shipping to shop online with a company that is relatively local and in state rather than the mid west or New England. However, when I went through the checkout process and had all indications that my order would ship free then suddenly was charged 8 dollars I nearly cancelled and almost started filling an online cart with the same items elsewhere. Instead I went back through the process changing my address to include my street address and when given the choice to change my shipping to standard all looked like it would work until suddenly the choice flipped back to USPS 8 dollars anyway.
