They invoice me 93.22$ in October 30, 2017. PayPal take from my account 97.2$. I paid also 14$ to the postal office. I never was the victim of a crook until I done transaction with rascal. There was free shipping to Hawaii when I first placed an order last year. Now there is a $16 charge to Hawaii. It says free shipping in U.S. - well Hawaii is part of the U.S. Disappointing to have to pay for shipping. You have great prices and selection of items.

No one answered the phone and listen to recording for 30 minutes. On Saturday 10/28 I received an email telling me the shipment of the package had already sent.

The past 3 orders my product has sat near Baltimore for 3-4 days according to the tracking. Not receiving medication on time can be very dangerous to your clients. I have continued to purchase from you due to the price of product, but if I must add additional funds for expedited shipping to receive in a timely manner the price is the same everywhere. I work away from my home most of every year. While on the road I have had to order many things, shipping them to whichever hotel I am staying. There has never been a problem... Until now. I ordered probiotics and had them shipped to a different address other than my home address. Instead I received an email the day before they should have arrived telling me the order had been canceled. The email state my card would not be charged. (It was charged). Luckily, I found a coupon ($5 off $49 purchase) on the internet that I used, but it would've been nice to have received it in my email, so that I didn't have to search for it.

When Biotene toothpaste disappeared from the marketplace for months, the manufacturer - Glaxosmithkline - refused to answer or even acknowledge inquiries from Biotene users. It turns out that they were "reformulating" their product line. There are a LOT of stores like LuckyVitamin on the Internet, but LuckyVitamin was the FIRST to notify me when Biotene toothpaste became available. That was a good start. I've found the other products I use (acidopholus, Ocuvite, and lutein) at attractive prices and the FREE shipping arrives quickly. I can think of no reason not to continue purchasing from LuckyVitamin.

I ordered about $50 worth of merchandise on 20 September and I still have not received the order. After waiting over two weeks, I contacted LuckyVitamin and their advice was to wait, that sometimes orders got held up at customs. The problem is that the last city the package was tracked to in Japan (on 1 October) does not have a port of entry. On top of that, the order was only paper muffin wrappers, which should pose no import problems. After pointing out these facts to LuckyVitamin, contact ceased. I can only recommend that anyone wishing to order from LuckyVitamin do so at their own risk. I will not be ordering from the company again and will never recommend them to other people in Japan. I am quite active in the health food cooking field in Japan and will be warning all of my clients and colleagues about the LuckyVitamin website.

Ordered about $300 products in one shipping, when placed the order, paid shipping and everything. When went to receive the order, had to pay $60 extra something called cash on delivery which they didn't tell me when placed the order. E-mailed them various times and no reply.
