I could not enter a new payment type (card) in your system. I tried 3 times with correct info and each time a message came up that something was wrong. Dissatisfied experience. I found this a total inconvenience as I did not want to use the card already in the system.

Horrible experience. Online shopping for 10 years now then decided to give LuckyVitamin a try. They were very late in shipping so they decided to expedite the shipping and charge me for it without my knowledge. When it arrived, I didn't know what these mysterious charges were for and my post office confirmed they weren't duties or taxes. I tell LuckyVitamin I don't want to pay for fees I didn't authorize. She (Kathy **) lies to me and convinces me the fees are duties and taxes. I go pay for it and upon unwrapping the box, a big white sticker says it was expedited shipping charges. I lodge a complaint again with LuckyVitamin, Kathy stops answering because her written emails show she lied. Her manager Gianna gets involved, says a full refund will be issued just send it back. I said thanks but LuckyVitamin always gives half-truths so define full refund.

I made a purchase today because I received a discount code for the Labour Day weekend. I'm a bit concerned about the shipping of my order to Canada, so I only made small order for my first time. Generally I found the checkout process easy. However, it was a little difficult to find the brands I wanted: Klaire Labs, Designs for Health, Pure Encapsulations. Also, the page with all the brand names was difficult to load, because of all the information.

My shopping experience was good but I was disappointed that I was unable to use the Promo Code "LABOR2017" on my order. I had just received it in an email today. But when I placed my order and entered the promo code, it said my order didn't qualify. I was under the impression it could be used on any order because it said it was site wide.

I like to order from Lucky Vitamins, but for at least 6 months now, I have not been able to order from your website unless I use my computer, rather than my iPad. Very frustrating. I add an item to the cart, then when I add my next item, it removes the previous item. I have been assuming by now someone would know and correct the problem. It is still an issue. Navigating the website and placing the order could not have been easier. Also, I really appreciated the discounted price (so I bought TEN boxes!). It is difficult to find nontoxic tampons in our town, as there are only a couple of stores that carry them.
