Pros: large selection. I look for products with a large number of reviews. I look for cruelty free products. I look for fragrance free products. I am pleased with LV's selection. Please remember to add my ice pack to my recent purchase. The last time I ordered an ice pack, it was not included. I have been reluctant to buy items with lotions or oils in them over the summer because of the missing ice pack in a past order (probably at least 1 year ago). Thanks.

There was no order number in the confirmation Email. Everything was fine except your website is a little bouncy when placing an order online (not real solid structurally going from screen to screen). So you might check that out. I'm in a hotel room, so there may be some interference. I'll see what else you have in the future. Like the prices and the fast shipping! But you need to technologically get a little more streamlined with selection, order placement, etc. like an Amazon. The benefit you have today is Amazon is HUGELY back-ordered until the end of August, so take advantage. Thanks!

PLUS CBD OIL (DIST by CV Sciences) - Disappointed that you are no longer carrying this. I originally had to order this out of California when it was not available in PA. Was looking forward to ordering from you when I needed to reorder and now you no longer carry this brand. Other than that I am very happy shopping with you.

This is now my 4th attempt to place an order (Greens Wild Berry Supplement) on your website. The three previous times I have had the order cancelled due, it informs me, to payment being declined. I have tried with 2 different accounts which I know are working accurately. I can only surmise that this could be due to the 'auto complete' function. Whilst I have tried to complete all the details manually, at the point of inserting the post code (zip code), it has slightly incorrectly completed the last part of both my shipping and billing addresses. I imagine that this then does not match the bank's records. eg it completes billing the city as 'Sutton, Sutton' as opposed to just 'Sutton' and again in the shipping address it inserts the word 'Rother' after Bexhill-on-Sea' which is not part of the address. This extremely frustrating.

I was looking to find some good wheat flour from Europe so that I could try to see if it does not affect me adversely like domestic flour does. I found that most prices were outrageous though. Lucky Vitamin had a good selection of "Jovial" flour and at more reasonable prices. The website was easy to use and PayPal is always a nice option.

Good experience. Minor disturbance was that the checkout was not particularly clear as I bought 4 items with buy-1-get-1-50%-off and the discount was incorrectly computed (the discount showed 2 items free instead than 1 (i.e. 2 items at 50% price each)). I doubled checked it a few times to make sure that I didn't order something by mistake. Good but could improve clarity of checkout.

I´m ordering all of my supplements abroad and Lucky Vitamin is one of my favorites so far. They sell quality products to a cheaper price than in my home country and that is with all the taxes and fees included. And they always have the products I'm looking for. It´s the first time I tried Nature´s Gift DMSO. I am using it to treat Trigeminal Neuralgia. That together with colloidal silver and St john´s wort is the only thing that have helped to keep my pain under control. So I´m very pleased.

Was attempting to place an order for Nattokinase. I have ordered through LuckyVitamin before, but they showed no record of my being a customer. (It is possible that I did not register previously.) But when I attempted to register, it said I was already on file. Not sure what that is about. When I finally was able to place the order, your screen said that PayPal was an optional payment method. However, PayPal did not show as an option on the payment screen. I did order the product using Discover. If PayPal is not a current payment option, why list it as such?

I like to order every 3 - 6 months. Once you held up my order for a month because someone else had been using fraudulent credit cards. That was after I had been ordering about 3 years. I have been waiting for 14 days for delivery of the collagen capsules I ordered. They were supposed to be delivered within 5-10 days. This is very important for me because I have my hand fractured and collagen tablets are necessary to get it cured. The supplier have not even responded to my complaint concerning the delay! Nice organized site search. I was able to find what I needed. (There were a couple of brands I had hoped to find that were not there, but other items sufficed.) I was inspired by both the wide selection of more than "just vitamins" and shipping discount incentives to buy more.

I found the best price on some supplements here, and the checkout process was easy. I suggest you add a "vegan" filter for vitamin searches -- that would have improved my experience. I also am happy to have free shipping, which I imagine most orders will qualify for.

I would not recommend this company to anybody as I still have not received my products, it has been well over the 3 week mark and I was advised that it would arrive within 5 business days. I have attempted to email the office and still have not received a callback or email. I really hope I get my products as the order cost a lot of money and I don't have faith in them rectifying the issue in the case I don't receive my products. My advice to consumers is save yourself from issues and find another supplier for your products.
