1) I ordered the Organix Conditioner and then tried to order the Organix Shampoo and it kept going back to the conditioner. Then I tried to print a copy of my receipt (the website) said it would take up to 15 minutes. I order many items online and have never had to wait 15 minutes for my receipt.

Hi Folks... I was just placing an online order using the e-mail blast promo code I received via e-mail today (HEALTHY10). It was not allowed to function with my order. The error message: not usable with this e-mail. I called you and spoke to Cathy. I explained what occurred. She began to help, asking me my e-mail address. While on the phone with her, I tried to re-enter the promo code again. When I clicked on the apply button it caused an immediate new screen with my order number and total to appear. Your site's functionality activated the placement of my order without the promo code.

Ordered products on 8/16/17, got an email 8/17/17 that it had shipped and gave me a tracking # and expected delivery date 8/23. As of today 8/28 I have not received the order and the (new) delivery date is 8/29. What a joke, ordered the same product Friday from Amazon.com and they delivered Sunday. Waiting on the Lucky Vitamin package now just to refuse it and send it back. Would not recommend this company.

My mother purchased a mushroom farm as a birthday present for me over 2 months ago. While the package was dispatched via DHL, it has never arrived. So while this is largely a DHL issue, Lucky Vitamins has been very slow to respond, with only one email to me around how to track the parcel. Phone calls to DHL and emails to LV have resulted in nothing. At this point in time the issue is really between DHL and LV, and LV is the one that needs to take the issue up as the account manager with DHL. This should, by now, have resulted in a refund or a resend, but nothing.
