This was my 2nd or 3rd order (Not sure if auto ships count) yet I just used my "introduction welcome promo code" and I wanted to thank you for allowing that to still be valid. Great promotions and good descriptions for the items. One suggestion or request please add the 25g protein Orgain nutritional shake (chocolate fudge) so that I can cancel my Amazon subscribe and save. I would rather support your terrific company yet we need the higher Protein option.

Ordered products on 8/16/17, got an email 8/17/17 that it had shipped and gave me a tracking # and expected delivery date 8/23. As of today 8/28 I have not received the order and the (new) delivery date is 8/29. What a joke, ordered the same product Friday from Amazon.com and they delivered Sunday. Waiting on the Lucky Vitamin package now just to refuse it and send it back. Would not recommend this company.

My mother purchased a mushroom farm as a birthday present for me over 2 months ago. While the package was dispatched via DHL, it has never arrived. So while this is largely a DHL issue, Lucky Vitamins has been very slow to respond, with only one email to me around how to track the parcel. Phone calls to DHL and emails to LV have resulted in nothing. At this point in time the issue is really between DHL and LV, and LV is the one that needs to take the issue up as the account manager with DHL. This should, by now, have resulted in a refund or a resend, but nothing.

Everything went great and I think your site, on the whole, is very easy to work with. The only thing that I had trouble with was, after I placed my order, I was unclear how to check out. I touched my order button again because I wasn't sure it took. Of course, it meant I had ordered it twice. I did finally look up and down and found the checkout button. I'm not sure how to fix this but I did find it confusing as in other sites, when you place an order it shows you where you are and then gives you the option to either checkout or add something to the order. Excellent ordering experience, this is the second time I have ordered Ultima from Lucky Vitamins. The first order delivered quickly, the price is very good, and Ultima is an excellent product. I stick with Ultima because it uses Stevia instead of sugars or artificial sweeteners. The Ultima mix works excellent for someone on diuretics, my bloodwork is consistently in normal range and muscle cramping stopped with the use of Ultima.

When a box appears on my computer screen telling me that I can save 10% if I place an order in 2 hours, and I quickly place my order, only to be told that the code has expired, I get pretty disgusted with Lucky. Why do you send customers a code for savings and then not give them a reasonable time -- like days, not hours -- to take advantage of the special savings? Better yet, why don't you just give extra savings to loyal customers that they can use whenever they place their next orders? One of your competitors does that. They call it a loyalty discount. What you just did is a great way to alienate and lose customers.

Prices get higher and less coupon or promos or any help on prices. I have been a long time customer and do not feel appreciated. You use to give more promo for all products. All in all not that bad website for ordering products, I do find a few things cheaper on other sites. Also on some sites the more you order of a product the more you save. For instance, if I ordered 5 coconut butters for $7.99 each if I was to add a 6th butter it may drop to $6.57 a butter. Another thing is the rewards for ordering frequently through this site. You don't get rewarded with promo codes or percentage off. Additionally, I have updated my new address 3 times in my account or during an order and for some strange reason it does not keep my update.
