A little disenchanted - all coupon codes are for new customers. Why not reward return customers who continue to return to your business? This is my second time purchasing - I thought it was great the first time, but I was disappointed to see that all offers are only valid for first time customers.

Ordering is easy and quick. I really like the selection of products available. Most items are readily available. Any backorders are usually handled fairly quickly. The website is pretty easy to navigate. One of the products that I ordered is cheaper from Lucky Vitamin than it is from the manufacturer.

I received a 15% coupon in the mail & the items were less expensive than other companies. I saved more money by ordering from Lucky Vitamin. I have been satisfied in the past with the products ordered and they arrived quickly. Also the shipping was free.

Awful. I ordered from Mexico and they charge you a 5-10 days delivery but when it arrives to the country give it to the local post office which was never explained from the beginning, otherwise I would have saved myself the money and bother. When contacted consumer services they refused to refund me, because the merchandise wasn't insured. I ordered detergent, and the thought of insuring it, even if they would have offered it which they didn't anyway, it’s ridiculous. So it's rather different from any experienced from ordering within the US where local laws always apply. I assume since I'm in Mexico and can't take any action they just take advantage and give a very poor service. Sorry but it was AWFUL.

I called LuckyVitamin to inquire about a product (Pearls probiotic). The photo showed an older style of box. I asked the agent if she could tell me the expiration date on the packaging, She did not know what I was talking about. I gave her the item no. code and she said, she would check. Then the line went dead. I called back and got a recording, all agents are busy, I waited about 10 minutes and then I got a recording with the option of leaving my phone number, or continuing to wait. I chose to wait, and then the line went dead again. I tried a third time and the same thing occurred. It doesn't take much consideration to simply say I don't know, rather than to play games and hang up on customers. That is okay, because they just lost one!

I was not so happy with your website, especially when trying to do comparisons of products. It was taking forever to bring up the comparison between 2 items, only blank screen and was still thinking and trying after 4-5 minutes. Just closed out and went back in. Don't think I will try to compare anything again. Also wish on items ex. kitchen items, that there would be better descriptions of the items and that pictures even enlarged would be readable ex. OXO storage container. Specific dimensions would have been great other than "tall".

Never received this $10 reward, even after countless back and forth with customer service. My last email to Aquil was not even answered. Was unable to reach Lucky by phone, so resorted to website contact. Called today and thought it was taken care of but it was for incorrect amount. The site is very clean and does an amazing job describing each product in amazing detail allowing one to make a very informed decision (which is precisely what I value). The only issue with this is that it causes my computer to run so slowly. Possibly there is a way where you can still provide all the details but in such a format where if one wishes to find this information they still easily can, but not have everything loaded at once. In this way, not having everything load at once causing the site to run slowly, customers still have move through the website swiftly but can easily find the necessary information they desire to make the appropriate decision.

I was notified of an impending "Stay Lucky" Auto ship, and I came to cancel that because I have plenty of Vitamin D. The trouble with the suggested auto ship schedule is that it saddles me down with a great deal more product than I need. Free gift isn't really free. I made a video showing that your website says that if I purchase 1 SweetLeaf Water Drops that I get a Strawberry Kiwi Water Drops for free. After putting in the Raspberry Lemonade Water Drops in my cart, the cart says I don't qualify and have to spend more money. I'm not sure if this is a mistake or false advertising, so I took screenshots and video just in case.

Good Experience, but the search engine needs work to only bring up what you search for and have the option to bring up all of the search results for during various searches throughout the shopping session. Please carry more organic items in general, and organic salt free and sugar free products - for example Westbrae Organic, sugar free, unsweetened ketchup, and low sodium and no salt added organic Dijon mustard would be nice. DO NOT ORDER unless in you live in the 48 contiguous states. Shipping to Hawaii is 20%, which is not reflected until after checking out. The shipping wipes out any possible savings from shopping at the site. They ship the very next day, making it almost impossible to cancel the order. I will never order from them again.

Had a very easy web search for Speed Stack Fruit Punch 18oz. To my awesome surprise lower price over 12 bottles so hopefully 12 in a case so order 3 cases. Your site is very user friendly. When I placed my order online, I clicked on 2nd-day shipping for $15. I did not pay as I needed this order quickly. When my confirmation came it showed standard shipping. I immediately called. The rep said he did not know why the shipping changed but he could change it to 2nd day, however, by that time, he did not think it would ship today. Why would I want to pay for 2nd day when it would be 3 days.

Went to this website to place a first time order. Using a coupon code for 10% off first-time customers from a website I use regularly for coupon codes it applied the discount. I had tried another code and the ordering process said that code was no longer valid so I assumed the one it did accept was valid since it clearly was validating codes. After I placed the order I received an email confirming my order but it did not reflect any discount so I tried using the online chat now feature but could never get anyone actually online to help, so next I tried calling but after holding for a long time opted for the callback process that says you keep your place in the call in queue but I never got a callback.

You seem to have a problem with back orders and having items sent automatically are a problem for me. I get my ss check every 3rd Wednesday so it is different every month. But I do love the variety and ease of shopping and I would recommend it to all of my friends.

Experience fine. I was playing with quantities and frequency of save and ship (or whatever it is called). I put a quantity in the cart that qualified for free shipping and went to check out. Then I reduced the quantity. Though it should have still been free shipping, it was not. You probably have some difference between the calculation of the free shipping threshold on the product page versus the checkout page.

I had looked on another site and the price was several dollars higher. Even with free shipping, the price was a few dollars higher on the other site.
