I think LuckyVitamin Corp may need to research the postal costs to the UK as I had to pay an additional £14.00 to collect my last parcel from our post office. The Great savings on products are hampered with this additional cost though.

The items on the site are great, prices are reasonable, service is good, but the web site is very slow. I noticed this happened after LuckyVitamin made changes to it. Sometimes Internet Explorer reloads the page due to a long running script. While on this site today, Explorer gave me message that it has changed the web page to stop cross scripting. I don't know what all that means. I just know I had to walk away & come back due to it taking so long to add items to my cart or to give me info on items I clicked on. It was frustrating experience, but I'll happy to get the items.

Ordering is slow. Repeatedly had to click on stop script in order to get things to come up. I don't like the way you are trying to trick people into reordering automatically by checking that box so we have to undo it.

The only issue I have is some autoships come up automatically and you have to change it manually to one time only. I think this borders on deceptive practices. I find I have ordered something on autoship I did not intend to and have to have one of your staff reverse the process. Otherwise I think LuckyVitamin is great.

I do not do much online ordering. To compare products that had the same photo and size but different product numbers was not simple at first. I saw that the different order numbers related to the flavor. When signing up for the monthly order, I could not see the terms or minimum term -- such as 3 months or 6 months or whatever -- what if the patient dies? Also, we are about to move in October. We already have the new address which is 3 blocks away, so I used the new address to keep it simple and not have to change in 2 months. We can receive items there, but our credit card billing address has not change yet. I hope that does not hold up the order. I invite a call if more clarity is needed. Also, I am hesitant to give more personal information such as birthday due to IDENTITY theft and now we are more vulnerable. Also, it is not clear how we increase the frequency of the shipments after the original choice made today.

The website has a transparent pricing scheme as the delivery fee was a separate charge, the delivery fee was reasonable with various options but defaulted to the cheapest so it wasn't trying to scam you into paying more for delivery, I have only just ordered but it was a simple process, in all it was a very good shopping experience.

As usual, I have a smooth ordering experience and quick delivery of products. The website is easy to navigate, and the prices are excellent. There is a very wide selection of items and it is easy to compare brands to make the right choice for my needs.

Shipping took nearly a month, and the original estimated delivery date was completely off. After that date passed, I had no estimate. After the package was in Canada, it said "delivery soon", there were no updates and I didn't get my package until 2 weeks later, far longer than any domestic mail ever takes. I'd consider the more expensive shipping option, but as the shipping time for the cheaper options was completely inaccurate, I don't trust the other options either. I like Lucky as the prices are cheaper than Amazon, but the fulfillment is terrible. Lucky should highly consider using a Canadian fulfillment center. It would save money on shipping for your customers and allow for vastly improved customer experience. If that business recommendation isn't worth a gift card, I can't think of anything else that would be. ;)

I like that you can search your order history. This way I can find what I have previously ordered and reorder it. The only way it could perhaps be made better is if you had a way to have every product I ever ordered on one single page. If you could sort by the name too that would be nice. But that way you don't need to click randomly into each order to find what you are looking for, you could just look at the list of things you've ordered.

I like how easy it is to use your site but I rarely if ever get any discounts for the products I buy from you. The other issue I have is you charging for shipping.
