I placed my order online for a product not sold in Spain. On September 5th I chose standard delivery which the site stated would be September 12th. I tried their online chat, emailed 3 times and only received a note saying, "We will reply within 24 hours, here is a ref number." They never did. I checked with DHL, they told me that, "They should never have told you the 12th of September as it arrived with us on the 15th of September in Madrid and LuckyVitamin knew it would then be send by second class mail to Valencia so you should receive it by the 29th of September." I will never use this company again. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had they told me it would take so long I would not be here complaining. Right now I have no idea if I will ever receive it

Great variety and detailed information on products. Prices are reasonable. I'll know more once I receive my first shipment. I wish the shipping was faster because 6 days may affect some of the supplements I ordered. There is an option to buy an ice pack and pay for expedited shipping, but is too much in my opinion.

What's not to like? At Lucky Vitamin, the prices are great, and the site is easy to navigate (something that's not always true for other sites). Been a user of Kiss My Face body wash patchouli scent for years, would usually buy locally, but thought I would buy in bulk to save a few dollars. This product is not cheap, yet I cannot reason sending it back at my cost of postage, then it costs me money for no product at all. I reason, if you can not get it right the first time, you do not get a second chance. Tired of being ripped off by inferior products online companies send. When I was ordering the supplements there was a part that said you qualified for free shipping but on the order page the charges for shipping is $21.00 USPS. 2 places. Before I had an account, I entered a name and a password, then realized that the New Account action was in the next column. So I removed Name and password and pressed the set new account button, and it wouldn't let me out of that screen. It timed out. After filling card information, I entered a promo code, and when I went to check out, it erred out saying someone at my address had already ordered. I don't know who, but that's not the point here. I then removed the bad Promo code, but the field remained in red outline, and wouldn't proceed to checkout. I had to go back a screen and re-enter the card info again. Just FYI.

I've been a VERY long time customer. I can no longer check out as guest. I'm not interested in an account with yet another damned password! I have to have sublingual and fast dissolve and they are often hard to find in the stores such as Walmart or Target or even the local pharmacies such as Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS, and the local vitamin stores.

I frequently have problems completing an order and getting all my codes to work. A friend I just referred to you complained about the exact same problem and that her codes did not work. I think it is ridiculous that your customer service people recommend splitting an order into two so that you can use two codes. That means that YOU are wasting money on mailing out two boxes and wasting money on boxes and padding material. Shame on you! There is no difference in the amount of money you are getting from me whether you let me use both of my rewards coupons at one time or if the order is split, but the inconvenience to me and the environmental waste on your part is uncalled for.
