If you are going to offer a great deal, I think you should make it easy to take advantage of. After spending almost half an hour, I finally gave up trying to add the BOGO items to an already existing auto delivery scheduled for tomorrow (despite the offer on the site) and I placed a separate order. When a small company is bought by a big corporation, the operations often go "downhill." Don't expect much from them; avoid them to avoid incompetence and disappointment.

Think it is a good site. Have a big variety of products, with good prices. I really needed the Organicville Balsamic and olive oil. On the site it said that it will ship between 2-4 days. I waited for about 5 days and still wasn't available. As I really needed the other products I could not wait and now if the Balsamic comes into stock again it will be too expensive to pay with shipping to UK. So I am a bit set back by that.

I love your site. You have great selection at great prices, but your site is misleading. A box at the top says you can earn free shipping with orders over $49. The refer a friend tells the friend to remember that orders over $49 are always free shipping. That's a lie. I place things in my cart that total over $49 and it tells me I have earned free shipping. Then when I process my order it charges me shipping anyway. If you are not going to honor that, then don't post it. I am very irritated.

I didn't like marking my experience as "dissatisfied", as I'm overall very satisfied except for one issue. I've ordered Halvah, #:112082, numerous times and upon arrival, especially during the warmer months of the year, the inside of the box, the packaging, and most of the contents of the box are coated with oil leakage from the Halvah. On one occasion, the oil had even soaked through to the outside of the shipping box.
