I like ordering from LuckyVitamin but I'm always frustrated that your coupons that I receive in my email are only valid for a couple days. Luckily, I found a coupon ($5 off $49 purchase) on the internet that I used, but it would've been nice to have received it in my email, so that I didn't have to search for it.

Slow website. Slow web page also, high shipping fees are really a sad thing. Do I get charged on every monthly auto ship? So my $7.59 item is costing close to $14. Not good. I will cancel. But the fact that LuckyVitamin has so many items I like to shop here. It really is a bummer this 1 item I needed on auto ship gets hit with such a high shipping fee!

I feel if you put all creams, tablets, patches or pills available of the same product, all together on the same page, it would help placing our order/s. I didn't order the "cream", it disappeared as I read up on other products! We have used your products for 10 yrs.

When Biotene toothpaste disappeared from the marketplace for months, the manufacturer - Glaxosmithkline - refused to answer or even acknowledge inquiries from Biotene users. It turns out that they were "reformulating" their product line. There are a LOT of stores like LuckyVitamin on the Internet, but LuckyVitamin was the FIRST to notify me when Biotene toothpaste became available. That was a good start. I've found the other products I use (acidopholus, Ocuvite, and lutein) at attractive prices and the FREE shipping arrives quickly. I can think of no reason not to continue purchasing from LuckyVitamin.

My wife and I try to avoid overly processed foods and supplements. When we hear about something new, most times you have it in stock. Your site is easy to use, but requires patience. Our internet speed is limited by our location (out in the sticks).

Ordering was easy. Wide selection. The only problem I had was that I did not have my password and requested a new one. The message was that an email was sent for new password, but I never received the email. I did this several times, until I found the old password. :)

I ordered about $50 worth of merchandise on 20 September and I still have not received the order. After waiting over two weeks, I contacted LuckyVitamin and their advice was to wait, that sometimes orders got held up at customs. The problem is that the last city the package was tracked to in Japan (on 1 October) does not have a port of entry. On top of that, the order was only paper muffin wrappers, which should pose no import problems. After pointing out these facts to LuckyVitamin, contact ceased. I can only recommend that anyone wishing to order from LuckyVitamin do so at their own risk. I will not be ordering from the company again and will never recommend them to other people in Japan. I am quite active in the health food cooking field in Japan and will be warning all of my clients and colleagues about the LuckyVitamin website.

Ordered about $300 products in one shipping, when placed the order, paid shipping and everything. When went to receive the order, had to pay $60 extra something called cash on delivery which they didn't tell me when placed the order. E-mailed them various times and no reply. That's how their customer service is... once the product is sold then they don't care if the customer is satisfied or not. Never ** again gonna shop from **Vitamins.

Awful. I ordered from Mexico and they charge you a 5-10 days delivery but when it arrives to the country give it to the local post office which was never explained from the beginning, otherwise I would have saved myself the money and bother. When contacted consumer services they refused to refund me, because the merchandise wasn't insured. I ordered detergent, and the thought of insuring it, even if they would have offered it which they didn't anyway, it’s ridiculous. So it's rather different from any experienced from ordering within the US where local laws always apply. I assume since I'm in Mexico and can't take any action they just take advantage and give a very poor service. Sorry but it was AWFUL.

I called LuckyVitamin to inquire about a product (Pearls probiotic). The photo showed an older style of box. I asked the agent if she could tell me the expiration date on the packaging, She did not know what I was talking about. I gave her the item no. code and she said, she would check. Then the line went dead. I called back and got a recording, all agents are busy, I waited about 10 minutes and then I got a recording with the option of leaving my phone number, or continuing to wait. I chose to wait, and then the line went dead again. I tried a third time and the same thing occurred. It doesn't take much consideration to simply say I don't know, rather than to play games and hang up on customers. That is okay, because they just lost one!

I was not so happy with your website, especially when trying to do comparisons of products. It was taking forever to bring up the comparison between 2 items, only blank screen and was still thinking and trying after 4-5 minutes. Just closed out and went back in. Don't think I will try to compare anything again. Also wish on items ex. kitchen items, that there would be better descriptions of the items and that pictures even enlarged would be readable ex. OXO storage container. Specific dimensions would have been great other than "tall".

The site is very clean and does an amazing job describing each product in amazing detail allowing one to make a very informed decision (which is precisely what I value). The only issue with this is that it causes my computer to run so slowly. Possibly there is a way where you can still provide all the details but in such a format where if one wishes to find this information they still easily can, but not have everything loaded at once. In this way, not having everything load at once causing the site to run slowly, customers still have move through the website swiftly but can easily find the necessary information they desire to make the appropriate decision.

I was notified of an impending "Stay Lucky" Auto ship, and I came to cancel that because I have plenty of Vitamin D. The trouble with the suggested auto ship schedule is that it saddles me down with a great deal more product than I need. Free gift isn't really free. I made a video showing that your website says that if I purchase 1 SweetLeaf Water Drops that I get a Strawberry Kiwi Water Drops for free. After putting in the Raspberry Lemonade Water Drops in my cart, the cart says I don't qualify and have to spend more money. I'm not sure if this is a mistake or false advertising, so I took screenshots and video just in case.

Good Experience, but the search engine needs work to only bring up what you search for and have the option to bring up all of the search results for during various searches throughout the shopping session. Please carry more organic items in general, and organic salt free and sugar free products - for example Westbrae Organic, sugar free, unsweetened ketchup, and low sodium and no salt added organic Dijon mustard would be nice. Program the search bar to give suggested words which closely match what the patron is typing, i.e. I searched for ** but left out a letter or two, the search bar didn't give options requiring me to go get the box for correct spelling; thankfully I had a box! 2. The site was glitchy and slow to respond especially when I was trying to scroll down and shop - frustrating.

I had tried another code and the ordering process said that code was no longer valid so I assumed the one it did accept was valid since it clearly was validating codes.
