I like shopping at LuckyVitamin because there is a wide selection and competitive prices. I think it is important to buy vitamins that come from whole foods which LV carries. Also, I will NOT buy products if they have GMOs. Being able to purchase organic products is also important to me. With LV, I have these options.

While spending the summer in LA, I placed a large order with Lucky Vitamin. When my order did not arrive, I contacted Lucky Vitamin. They were holding my order BC the shipping and billing addresses were different. Lucky Vitamin claimed that they emailed me about the issue, but I did not receive any correspondence from them. I asked them to expedite the order since they failed to contact me. They refused. I cancelled my LARGE order. I contacted their parent company, GNC, to complain, but never was called back. FIGURES! So Lucky Vitamin will not get over $2,000 in annual orders from me. I have chosen other companies to order from. SHAME on them. When a small company is bought by a big corporation, the operations often go "downhill." Don't expect much from them; avoid them to avoid incompetence and disappointment.

I was quite please with the ease of my order. I chose and added to cart and checked out. I'm happy thus far. Now on to receiving and using the product and hopefully no leg cramps. My friend turned me onto this product and wishing 2-3 days of use he had no more leg cramps. Time will tell.

Think it is a good site. Have a big variety of products, with good prices. I really needed the Organicville Balsamic and olive oil. On the site it said that it will ship between 2-4 days. I waited for about 5 days and still wasn't available. As I really needed the other products I could not wait and now if the Balsamic comes into stock again it will be too expensive to pay with shipping to UK. So I am a bit set back by that.

The refer a friend tells the friend to remember that orders over $49 are always free shipping. That's a lie. I place things in my cart that total over $49 and it tells me I have earned free shipping. I've ordered Halvah, #:112082, numerous times and upon arrival, especially during the warmer months of the year, the inside of the box, the packaging, and most of the contents of the box are coated with oil leakage from the Halvah. There was free shipping to Hawaii when I first placed an order last year. Now there is a $16 charge to Hawaii. It says free shipping in U.S. - well Hawaii is part of the U.S. Disappointing to have to pay for shipping. You have great prices and selection of items.

The past 3 orders my product has sat near Baltimore for 3-4 days according to the tracking. Not receiving medication on time can be very dangerous to your clients. I have continued to purchase from you due to the price of product, but if I must add additional funds for expedited shipping to receive in a timely manner the price is the same everywhere.
