I earned free shipping, however, each time I chose the free shipping, the screen almost froze and then reverted back to the $7 shipping. I had to get on that; the rep I was talking with said the $7 shipping was for a PO Box. I had previously been a PO Box but had changed it prior to getting to the payment/shipping screen. I am supposed to be sent a $7 voucher.

The Good: The website presents the products well and is easy to navigate. The products are in general competitively priced comparable or lower than competition especially when paired with incentives. The products ship in a timely manner and are well packaged. The Needs Improvement: Some products can be found at my local grocery store for less. UpTime energy drink for example; $2.75 on Lucky but $2.50 at the local expensive grocery store (Hyvee). Overall though good prices and website. Thanks.

Everything worked very well, as I would want it to. I found my items on the website easily, it was easy to figure out how to order, how to enroll in autoship, how to add payment options, and how to place my order. If I had one complaint, it would be that cancelling an autoship subscription is difficult and almost hidden, which can be a bit infuriating.

It was easy to find the product I wanted using the search option. I was able to save $15 on each bottle of fish oil I ordered. Free shipping on orders over $49 is a plus also. Checkout was easy and offered more than one option to pay. I ordered 3 packs of folic acid from Lucky Vitamin which were suppose to be delivered in standard 16 days window. For some reason I lost of track of the delivery and approx 30 days later I realized that the product hasn't yet been delivered. When checked with Lucky Vitamin I was told that it was delivered as per due date. When asked for proof they have none and neither could they comment if it was delivered at the right address. It is really terrible that the customer care of the organization stopped responding after a few mails clearly demonstrating they could do nothing more. I am surprised how some organization manage to do such irresponsible business in the current times. Lucky Vitamin runs such an amazing platform but their customer support sucks!!! I would give them minus 5 stars if there is an option. Wake up guys, be responsible and accountable of delivering your products.

I was not happy about being rerouted to the PayPal checkout in my process of trying to enter my credit card for payment. I don't use PayPal. Do not order from LuckyVitamin.com as you may never receive your order. My order has been lost and it has been blamed on the shipping method I chose at the checkout. There was not warning that I may never receive my order if I choose this shipping method. The company did not want to give me a refund until they get the package back. Obviously this it out of my control as I never received the package so I cannot ship it back to them. Ordering from this company is a waste of time and money. Do not do it.

I ordered 2 items on 16/10/17 and on 2 occasions was given a delivery date and stayed in all day. Spoke to the company on 2 occasions and sent emails. The money has been taken from my credit card account but the company appears to have no tracking system in the UK.

So often ordering stuff online you get right down to the final details and the price gets bumped up for one reason or another. It's a absolute pleasure to have it bumped downward. That's a first for me.

When ordering products online your system seems to have multiple problems. Error loading page and long waiting in between response time of moving the page up and down. This happens every time I try to place an order (not just cyber Monday, but all the other orders I have ever placed). Other than your website issues I would have rated as 5 stars.

I am very pleased with how LuckyVitamin does not use Styrofoam when packing my shipments. Styrofoam is not recycled as readily as bubble wrap (of which) they use to ship products. I am also happy how easy it is to navigate the website. Happy "all around". :)

Hello! My ordering experience tonight was good. I came for two distinct items. You had the best price on one of the two items, so I ordered three of them. The other item, you were at least $5 more on the item than the best price, therefore I didn't order any. My order could've been better had I been able to order both items at the lowest price from the same website. As a single parent of two, I need to do what's best for our family financially. Therefore, I'm now forced to go find the item on another website. Otherwise, the item was easy to order, the Cyber Monday code was easy to apply, etc. Thanks.
