I had a negative experience on Amazon trying to purchase the PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter. Usually Amazon is the go-to for ordering products like this because of their free shipping. However, Prime aside the prices were way higher for the peanut butter. I found the 16 Oz for $7 but it wasn't letting me check out because it said it was an 'Add-on" item which means I can only buy it if I am spending over $25. I just wanted the PB and I didn't want to add anything else to my shopping cart, it was so frustrating! Placing order via smartphones is a pain, in fact even in website adding to cart keeps spinning and crashing. Adding/editing quantity is also a big pain. When I have a huge order it becomes extremely difficult to keep track of what finally got updated/removed and added as it keeps spinning and crashing the page. Also in smartphone my order got cancelled automatic without any fault of mine. I got an email saying order confirmed. Paypal sent me successful transaction email and next day morning I get an email entire order is cancelled. This was not done by Paypal or by me. In fact even today my huge order of $200 plus was not going through smartphone Paypal but it worked in computer. I am very disappointed as I mostly shop in my smartphone. Shopping is not a friendly experience for me. And I have never received any reward points as I didn't use my login.

Great prices, great products, great service. One of the few things to improve is having a larger stock of popular items, so there is less waiting time. More importantly, the shipping department needs work. Some food items have arrived scented, whether because they were next to beauty products or because the shippers wear colognes, I do not know. Once I received a completely different item than what was ordered and what was (correctly) marked on the packing slip. And another time the package got punctured and the product was spilling out. Customer service has always very graciously took care of all these, but why have these issues at all?

Great Experience. I normally purchase from iHerb due to the low postage costs over $50 and through Australia Post. I notice that you offer free postage over $49 however this does not work for Australia. However, by providing the low cost international postage you have opened up new opportunities for Australians. Our twin lab drinks show in stock with no limit but yet when ordered cause the entire order to be cancelled which is extremely frustrating when you are waiting on products that have been charged to your card and then days later it is all cancelled even the in stock items. I did check on Friday to make sure they were available before ordering and was told they were but now my entire order is yet again cancelled. Friday I waited on hold for 45 min before hanging up and sending an email to have my questions answered.
