Great prices, great products, great service. One of the few things to improve is having a larger stock of popular items, so there is less waiting time. More importantly, the shipping department needs work. Some food items have arrived scented, whether because they were next to beauty products or because the shippers wear colognes, I do not know. Once I received a completely different item than what was ordered and what was (correctly) marked on the packing slip. And another time the package got punctured and the product was spilling out. Customer service has always very graciously took care of all these, but why have these issues at all?

Great Experience. I normally purchase from iHerb due to the low postage costs over $50 and through Australia Post. I notice that you offer free postage over $49 however this does not work for Australia. However, by providing the low cost international postage you have opened up new opportunities for Australians. Postage from US is often so expensive to Australia it simply not worth it. Great recommended +++++.

We always order from Lucky Vitamins and have been 100% satisfied up until this past month. We have been trying to order several times. Our twin lab drinks show in stock with no limit but yet when ordered cause the entire order to be cancelled which is extremely frustrating when you are waiting on products that have been charged to your card and then days later it is all cancelled even the in stock items. I did check on Friday to make sure they were available before ordering and was told they were but now my entire order is yet again cancelled. Friday I waited on hold for 45 min before hanging up and sending an email to have my questions answered.

If you are thinking to buy from this site outside the USA because it's cheaper than Amazon, please think again. Import taxes are not included in the price and if you choose the basic shipment method with DHL (10 bucks) you have no insurance and limited tracking. I had the bad idea of trusting them and DHL and my package got lost somewhere in the USA over a month ago. Simply disappeared. I called them and they said it was stuck at the customs in Italy. They told me to ask DHL. DHL told me to ask LuckyVitamin because the good never left the USA. I also called the local customs but they told me that if I haven't received a local tracking number it means that the goods are not at the local customs.

I am not a first time customer. The orders are delivered at a timely fashion. The products no matter what they are are always available if they are back ordered. There was only one negative experience and that involved large liquid detergents. They were delivered in shambles with 2 of the four containers empty and nearly empty and the cardboard box had absorbed the spilled liquid, it was a mess. I called and complained. I have been a customer of LuckyVitamin for over 10 years. On 10/30/2017 I ordered 2 bottles of Solgar - Natural Dry Vitamin E from them, along with 2 other bottles of supplements, for a total of $104.88. When the package arrived I threw away the return label that always comes with the orders, because as far as I can remember, I have never returned anything to them. The Vitamin E gave my husband and I stomach trouble, so I decided to return it. I returned the opened bottle to Solgar, and the unopened bottle to Lucky Vitamin, as instructed to by Solgar. I paid $12.75 to the USPS to ship the bottles back to Lucky Vitamin. They refunded me $13.50, $7.95 short of what I paid for the product. On Friday, Dec. 1, 2017 I called Lucky Vitamin's customer service and spoke to Russell **. He said they deducted $7.95 for shipping.

I am excited to see that you have many of the products that sadly are not available to me in Canada. I made some bad choices in my young age and can't cross the border. I have seen many products that I have resorted to buying thru the USA Amazon site that mean I pay a lot of money for shipping and many times can't find a seller to deliver north of the great divide! Perfect example Item #: 67327 Source Naturals. I paid that much in US dollars and then had to pay I think 12.00 US for shipping per bottle and many varieties are not available. Bought item 24th December 2017 with estimated delivery by 1-2nd of January 2018. From US to UK. Item not received by the 2nd of January 2018. Contacted company & told they apologized that delay due to holiday season. To check tracking with carrier in UK. Found out from UK tracking DHL E-commerce that my order was sent slow mail & the company should had made me aware on ordering that I could not possibly expect my order on the date stated for delivery on ordering. I would have to wait at least 10 days from my order arriving in UK, to receive my item. The UK courier appointed by LuckyVitamin have no records of the status if my order.

The item I received was expired. I did not notice until later in time because I trusted that it would not be expired. Very disappointed to know that I was consuming an item that was expired. By the time I noticed I was unable to get a replacement or refund. I received a voucher and used it. I am hoping to not receive something expired again.

Your searcher could improve. I was looking for sinus rinse salt and had to try a bunch of different combinations to find the variety of products you have available for it. The way I ended up finding the products I ordered was by clicking on the customers also bought section. For international customers would be amazing if there was an option to see how much the international duties and shipping cost would for a product instead of each time a product was added had to go through the checkout process to figure out what's the cost. Or at least explaining a bit how the cost are calculated to have an idea of the real price of a product when browsing the selection. But still I'm really happy you deliver to Mexico so I can get products that I haven't been able to find in stores here.

For the most part, my experience shopping on your website was positive. I had some trouble though understanding when autoship's 5% discounted price would show up at the checkout. Even the customer service representative had difficulty with this. One thing would make the shopping more pleasurable and that would be to have the expiration date for the products in the item's description. That way, I wouldn't have to phone for the info.

It just takes too long to order. I had to enter my information, including my credit card number twice. Plus, I had to set up PayPal. That's just one more place my information is out there that can be hacked in my opinion. Prefer just using my credit card without having to set up anything else, or another password, etc. etc. My preferred shipping address is my PO Box. I ordered vitamins for my pregnancy in October 2017. I have not received this order. I messaged LuckyVitamin at the end of November asking for some information on the location of my order. They have fobbed me off several times telling me they are looking into the delivery. Every time I had to chase them. I have been patient and polite and given them every chance to resolve the situation by either refund or replacement. As a customer it should be their number one priority to ensure delivery, however they prefer to leave you chasing the delivery, 3 months later with no product. Absolutely disgusting. I have never experienced service like it.

Constant back ordering of products, slow order fulfillment and one of the worst customer support efforts. Despite opening of a “ticket” for problem resolution, the problems are never resolved. Worse, no response to repeated requests for status on resolution. One of the causes of disputes is an ordering system which frequently ignores to carry promos or discounts to order total after clicking place order button. Company refuses to honor discount after the fact.

You take forever to load when I seek information regarding a product, going back and forth to the cart for updates, using the back arrow, etc. Any change of screen takes forever. I just placed an order with Puritan Pride, about the same size as yours, and it took me about 15 minutes. I have spent over an hour doing this order. If this continues I'll go elsewhere. I had a really good experience with LuckyVitamin! As a chronic migraine sufferer with scent sensitivity, this is my favorite place to shop for cleaning supplies. Here is my problem with your program regarding my charges. There is no good reason why you translate my American visa to Israeli Shekels, rather than charging me directly in dollars. What happened your charge was translated to Israeli shekels and then charged back to dollars, whereby I was charged by my American bank a fee exchange. And instead of being charged $85.21 cents, it turned out to be $92.85. That is not acceptable.
