And then customer service advises that there could be customs charges but cannot track the package since it has arrived in destination country but NOT at its destination. That's like saying your package is in New York, but you live in Miami - yes it's in the United States but the locations are not related and/or close to each other. What is the point of sending a tracking number if the package cannot be tracked? What's the point in saying that you can ship to a country if you cannot provide information. Not impressed!

Customs charges are in excess of £16. Very very vague information provided about hidden costs. Advised not their responsibility for charges or fact goods took 3.5 weeks to arrive. Advised they do no accept custom returns or refund. However on their website they state the following: If an item is returned to us due to a customs related issue, you will be billed a 20% restocking fee. In addition, your credit card will be charged the extra shipping costs. Not a happy customer at all.

Avoid this company if you are from England. This looks like a British Company with the Union Flag but it turns out it is not, it's very deceitful advertising. My parcel did not arrive so I contacted them for a refund, they would not refund due to the parcel coming from overseas so they say it's not insured if it's lost. My friend had also ordered & what she didn't realise was the free delivery does not take into account the customs and import fees so a £21 order another £11 was added on to be paid to the Post Office. No joy at all with the customer helpline, I'm really annoyed at how they say it's all in the terms and conditions, this should be made clear at the checkout.

I love your company. You have a great variety of healthy products and I order often. My one problem is how slow your website is. I use an iPad and it is slow to respond to scrolling. It constantly freezes. You have to tap the activity buttons many times before they respond. It is an exercise in patience. It took me an hour and a half to order $50 of products today. It is just your website, when I briefly left your site to go to PayPal everything worked normally.

It's been 25 days since I placed my order with ironically named Lucky Vitamin. When I placed my order it wasn't clear that my order would be coming from the US. Nothing on the website implied it was a US site. It was only a week or so later when I checked the status or my order that I realised it was a US shipment! Normally stuff coming from the UK takes a few days. I thought it may take a week or so but now, I've checked my tracking number and it seems to have arrived in the UK but not moved from Langley HWDC, GB- since 23rd Feb!!! I have no further info yet I am told by Lucky customer service I need to contact my local customs office!!! Huh??? It's not my responsibility to chase their delivery... I've paid for their service. My advice, if you don't live in the US, never order from these guys as you risk being fobbed off. I am seeking legal advice if my order has not arrived after 30 days.

Your website is sooo slow. Scrolling up or down on a page takes forever and the page bobs up and down. I almost gave up, but I decided to have patience because you do have an outstanding variety of products. I went to Amazon and Walmart at the same time I was online with Lucky and had no problems maneuvering on the websites. The mobile site is much better but hard to view items.
