The website states that they provide shipping to Europe, fast forward a couple of weeks, the package is only tracked to Stockholm, not the final delivery address and they cannot provide shipping details. And then customer service advises that there could be customs charges but cannot track the package since it has arrived in destination country but NOT at its destination. That's like saying your package is in New York, but you live in Miami - yes it's in the United States but the locations are not related and/or close to each other. What is the point of sending a tracking number if the package cannot be tracked? What's the point in saying that you can ship to a country if you cannot provide information. Not impressed!

I've always had very good service and much of the time can buy products direct from LuckyVitamin in the USA which arrive in London much cheaper (including postage) than I can even hope to get here in the UK. I am very happy and will continue to use and promote LuckyVitamin to my friends in the UK.

Customs charges are in excess of £16. Very very vague information provided about hidden costs. Advised not their responsibility for charges or fact goods took 3.5 weeks to arrive. Advised they do no accept custom returns or refund. However on their website they state the following: If an item is returned to us due to a customs related issue, you will be billed a 20% restocking fee. In addition, your credit card will be charged the extra shipping costs. Not a happy customer at all.

I love the stevia products you carry! I do wish you could be more consistent with them. The mint stevia y'all had that my husband liked, you stopped carrying it, the caramel crème stevia is just to die for! I love it, and it too, has disappeared!

B-50 complex was backordered, your site says 7-14 days average. It took approx a week to ship the order on March 1, around the 15th (now approx 3 weeks since item ordered), still no notification. I had to email you to find out that the item isn't expected until around the 21st. I ended up going to health food store to purchase bottle because these vitamins are very important to my health. You need to be more honest about lead times and also notify people when the delay is more extensive than originally promised. Was trying you out after disappointment with my normal vitamin site. Avoid this company if you are from England. This looks like a British Company with the Union Flag but it turns out it is not, it's very deceitful advertising. My parcel did not arrive so I contacted them for a refund, they would not refund due to the parcel coming from overseas so they say it's not insured if it's lost. My friend had also ordered & what she didn't realise was the free delivery does not take into account the customs and import fees so a £21 order another £11 was added on to be paid to the Post Office. No joy at all with the customer helpline, I'm really annoyed at how they say it's all in the terms and conditions, this should be made clear at the checkout.

I have no further info yet I am told by Lucky customer service I need to contact my local customs office!!! Huh??? It's not my responsibility to chase their delivery... I've paid for their service. My advice, if you don't live in the US, never order from these guys as you risk being fobbed off. I am seeking legal advice if my order has not arrived after 30 days.

I had a negative experience on Amazon trying to purchase the PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter. Usually Amazon is the go-to for ordering products like this because of their free shipping. However, Prime aside the prices were way higher for the peanut butter. I found the 16 Oz for $7 but it wasn't letting me check out because it said it was an 'Add-on" item which means I can only buy it if I am spending over $25. I just wanted the PB and I didn't want to add anything else to my shopping cart, it was so frustrating!
