We would choose to order from someone else if we could... Not because of your service or prices, but because FedEx has been awful on the last 2 orders. The last one shipped to 50 miles south of use in WA, within 4 days and then sat there in their terminal for another 5 days according to their own tracking data. You should switch to UPS. We've only ever had one problem with them. We've had problems with FedEx from other providers as well!

Thanks for providing a lower cost option for these products. They are even lower than Walden Farms.com or home company itself and providing easy access and maximum information. This helped as I looked everywhere for these products in stores and could not find them.

My parents and I have been ordering products from this site for a little while now and are usually more than satisfied with everything. My daughter has severe rheumatoid arthritis and I treat her all naturally which can get quite costly, being able to order her supplements here has saved me a lot of money. There was an issue with a delivery being damaged and had to deal with that but it all worked out good in the end. Checked shipping prices, one day expedited shipping showed as $20. When I reviewed the order, that price had jumped almost 100% to $38! I was unable to get it back to $20 as originally stated. The website is very functional with the ability to locate products alphabetically by brand name, ingredient, health concern or category is very convenient; the only comment is that on the website I do not see my reward point total listed.

LuckyVitamin is a very easy website to maneuver. You had all but one of my 16 products in stock with it on a back order (ship when back in stock) that I ordered. I love the promo code sent via USPS or email. Personally prefer the USPS as many time I just delete emails.

Walden farm products are pretty good overall too. This is the only site I have found the blue cheese dressing and that is the best kind.

I spent over 1/2 hour trying to see if you carry pads for incontinence. I put in search with no answer and the kept reviewing each pad. Would have been nice to just get an answer, such as “do/don’t carry”. Also I see “lucky points”. Maybe I’m missing it but where does it tell what lucky points are?

Your website design has changed, and it is extremely frustrating that when my search brings up a group of items, there are no prices indicated other than the amount of money that will be saved from the recommended selling price. I have to click on a specific item to see what you well it for, instead of looking at the range of prices of all of the items in front of me. That is REALLY annoying!!!

I ordered ** capsules from LuckyVitamin.com in September (this is now early April following year, 7 mos later) and had also ordered earlier in May last year since they had a big discount promotion. I "stocked up". I just opened two of the bottles and they were oily and smelled rancid. I called and was told there was nothing they could do since it was beyond the 90 day limit. No refund, no replacement - this is $60 worth of supplements. When they have their big sales and people take advantage of ordering more than a 90 day supply, do they expect you to take ALL the supplements in the 90 day period? I guess so. So now I have to toss $60 of supplements. I will NEVER shop with them again!

THEY BLOCK THE ME WHO COMPLAIN PARCEL LOST AND ALERT OTHERS ON THEIR FACEBOOK. Here is the detail: Order placed on their website on Jan 29th 2018 and have not received the parcel till now on (61 days). Check the courier (DHL eCommercial) website and was advised to contact the online shop (LuckyVitamin) who can claim the lost parcel and offer the solution. But the email from LuckyVitamin answer: "Because the shipping method you selected is not an insured package, we are unable to issue a refund for the order in the case the order does not arrive to you." It seems LuckyVitamin change the original policy of courier supplier. Suprised after reviewing their Facebook there were so many customers outside US facing the same problems.

Only this time, when I saw the total it was different from the total it generated after using PayPal. The S & H changed from $5.95 to $7.00. I did not mind paying the $5.95 but would have stopped the order if I knew it would change to $7.00. This is my only issue!

Got the HONEY app and it applied an almost - $10.00 discount on my NOW Foods xylitol products. Then when tried to go to Payment Method page, the site locked up on 'Processing'...so hit Refresh button on computer, which then voided the coupon discount saying 'Oops! Somebody in your household has already ordered today using this coupon' or words to that effect. So my order totaling $93.01 was to have been discounted to $83.77, but that discount and the coupon eligibility miraculously DISAPPEARED because your site locked up on the 'Processing' phase as I just described. I believe LuckyVitamin owes me a rebate of that amount!

My orders take too long to arrive. Generally, it is TWO weeks before my order arrives. That's way too long to wait after an order has been placed. Is there no way to speed up the process for a normal delivery?

I like the site, but the performance is a bit slow compared to other sites like iHerb and Amazon. I also find the shipping costs quite high compared to others. It's not very beneficial to place orders about 21/22 Euro, because we get taxed and get handling fees of about 15 to 20 Euro for higher priced orders. So lower shipping costs on smaller orders would really help. Your competitor iherb often offers free or very low shipping charges on smaller orders. I would definitely order more from you if you could do the same!
