So far, my Byte process and experience has been fantastic! I’ve had to call customer service to gain a few pieces of information and they have been nothing but helpful. Even when I missed a call back, they emailed me and proceeded to see if I still needed help. I was in contact with them and they sent me all the information I needed and requested!

From the start, my experience has been great. Jessica helped me through the process and I can’t complain. I found that pricing was better than Smiledirect. The product looks great, and looks quality. I’m still getting treatment, so we will have to wait to see what the final product looks like. I’m only on week 3 of 20.

It's been a great experience so far. My teeth were in the most pain on the first week of wearing the Byte aligners. Every week after that everything has been manageable. No one can tell that I'm wearing the aligners and I can talk clearly while wearing them. I do feel that there should be two bottles of the cleaner/whitener because it's hard to know when to order another bottle when the shipping doesn't happen as fast as you think it would. Team members reach out consistently so you can ask any questions if you have them. I can't wait to see how my teeth look in the next 5 weeks.

I really love the results so far from my aligners! I do wish that it was a bit easier to speak with someone and get in touch, but overall, it's been great! I like the Brightbyte stuff even if it tastes bad. I love to use it at night for overnight whitening.

My experience has been great and easy. Just pop the retainers in and wear all day. Feels like they are not even in. And results were very quick less than 15 weeks you have straight white teeth. I highly suggest the Byte.

I'm in week four and I've definitely noticed a difference. I'm liking how everything is going. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. The Bright Byte isn't showing super results yet. But I feel like I'll get there eventually. This is a good product.

Not getting what I was promised. Still waiting for the rest of my aligners. Not happy with the result!! My plan was to get 21 aligner. I got 15 (I am using the 15th aligner for last three weeks). Not received the rest yet I asked for them six weeks ago.

I love Byte! Any questions I have are a quick text or email away. I don’t have to check in with a doctor every week. Just online or in message there’s an assistant if you need it anytime. Retainers are really easy to switch out as long as you are shearing them 24/7.

I’ve had very few issues and have had no problem getting ahold of customer service. The aligners fit well and work quickly. Everyone has been friendly and more than happy to help and make sure I’m satisfied with the product.

I'm 5 weeks into the program and so far everything is going great! The first 24 hrs. I had pain but charted it up to trying to push the aligners on further when I should have been using Hyperbyte. :) I love how the aligners are almost invisible. Looking forward to the end results!

I have had a hard time getting someone to call me about my aligners. First they would not talk to me because they said my account was delinquent in January but it cleared my account Dec. 15, 2020. I'm been trying to get a schedule for just wearing my aligners at night time only but no one will help me.

I ultimately decided on Byte instead of to other aligner solutions because of the length of the treatment plan. No one wants to wear them, but the byte + hyperbyte system made my time wearing the aligners quick and painless.

I was on the fence about purchasing Byte for a few years before I finally ordered an impression kit. Being in my 20s I didn’t want to wear braces, and I didn’t want to fork out thousands of dollars for Invisalign so after much research, I choose to straighten my teeth with Byte. It has been the easiest process; the instructions for both the impression kit and aligners are very clear and if you need a hand, customer service is always quick to respond! I’m not finished with my treatment yet but already so excited about the results I’m seeing!

I started Byte almost 2 months ago and the process is so easy. I love the checks ins and the excellent customer service! At one of my check ins I was asked to wear my set few extra days because my teeth weren’t progressing like they should. They recommended I increase my Hyperbyte time, which I did and I am back on track! I would recommend Byte to anyone looking to perfect their smile!

First of all they are cheaper than any other aligned brand I have found. Their customer service have been outstanding! Impression kit was very easy to follow and of course to return! I came across Byte after getting discouraged by the dentist about metal braces and the cost. Byte was the perfect solution for me! I’m on my last set of top aligners, and halfway through the bottom and 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone. Plus the free whitening kit is amazing!

I’m very happy with my Byte experience. Their customer service is awesome, always ready to help! And the aligners Are so much better in every way than metal braces! I had no pain or any gum irritation. The system is very easy to follow and I love the Byte Bright keeps the aligners fresh and clean. I chose the night aligners because I grind my teeth at night and these are the best thing I’ve found to help protect my teeth from grinding. I’m so glad I chose Byte!

Byte has made me more confident in my smile and fixed some of the problems I had like the small spacing I wanted to fix. Their plan is not as expensive and quite affordable compared to other plans. The overall plan was effective and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to make a drastic or even a little bit on their teeth.

My teeth have improved greatly since beginning with Byte. Byte has guaranteed satisfaction and seems willing to do what is needed to finish the process and perfect my smile. I think instructions could be a little bit clearer when all of the aligners arrive but otherwise it was a pretty simple process.

I am on week two of my treatment and I am really happy so far! I was quite sore the first week, and my tongue was hurting quite badly. But ** made it manageable. I have been really impressed with the customer service I have received, and even if there were delays, I was always kept in the loop. I’m 100% happy so far and would recommend.

By the end of my first week aligners I saw and felt changes in my teeth positioning! And noticed whitening from their whitening tray foam! I’m in week four now and am addicted to each week’s progress! I already feel more confident in my smile when I take my mask off and I’m not even halfway done!!

Good customer service, Kaden was very understanding, supportive and helpful thru the whole process, he waited for me to make the payment after 3 weeks of doing the impression sets, we had a meeting and discussed all my payment plans etc.

My teeth have shifted and are looking great, But one of my upper tooth on the left side is going almost sideways. Also, I haven't received my set of aligners for week 15-23 yet. The Byte experience has been fairly easy! The customer service is like no other. They respond quickly and speak to you as a valued customer. I do see noticeable improvements already. The only drawback I have is that I did continue along in the process however my teeth haven’t moved to the intended positions so I have to go back a few sets and start over with those. This could be due to my own error but the team is being very helpful in figuring out the correct plan moving forward.

It is the same old story, a SalesForce algorithm pings you to death, once they get your money, they pretend to care until you have a problem. Sending pics and waiting days for emails from "support". Silly me, did I think that was better than going to a real doctor to get Invisalign? Caveat Emptor. Full disclosure - I'm OCD, I followed their instructions to the letter.
My "personal" aligners didn't fit from the start. I contacted them, they say, "No worry, just cut them down." Really? I thought I made a "custom" mold of my teeth? Why do I have to cut them, did you not get paid 2 grand for custom aligners? I did it anyhow, but sent in a complaint in month #2, telling them that my lower teeth were more crooked when I started. Their response? None. I keep pushing on, hoping they will magically align.
Month 3, send two more emails. It's only been 5 days, but still no response. Even if they answer in a week, you have to ask yourself, would you accept that from a doctor you paid $2K for aligners? Probably not. Wholly dissatisfied, will seek some legal means to recover my funds. 10 uncomfortable hours per night of my life the last three months can't be recovered, but I shouldn't have to pay for "custom aligners" that aren't custom if they don't fit.

First off, their customer service is amazing. They will email, text, and call you and are very personable and friendly without being pushy. They also love to offer deals and discounts! But really, above all, is that Byte WORKS! It works quickly and I am shocked at the results! I've had an open bite for most of my life, making me feel very self conscious about my smile. And now, within just a few months, I can't stop smiling! You can barely see the aligners or feel them when they are on. They are seriously an amazing investment and I can't recommend them highly enough!

Byte had great customer service and was a lot cheaper than going through my dentist for invisible aligners. I would recommend them to anyone. I began noticing a difference in my teeth after only a few weeks. I’m now on week 10 out of 15 and can see a huge difference!

I get so many compliments on my teeth and I'm not even done! The Byte system is very intuitive and easy to follow. The aligners themselves are well made and are BARELY visible. Many times people don't even know I'm wearing them. My only feedback would be a faster response time from customer service. I often find myself having to 'check-in' with them to make sure they are keeping up with my progress, even though it should be the other way around!

Paid over $2,000 for a full treatment. Received 15 sets of aligners and followed the instructions very carefully. I accidentally threw away my step 12 aligners. Sent an email to customer service and didn’t get a response so I called. Rep on the phone told me I could either pay $150 for a new set of step 12 aligners and wait 4 weeks, or I could skip to step 13 aligners and wear them for 2 weeks. I obviously opted for not paying the $150.
Fast forward a week or so when I sent in check-in photos, I was told that the rep gave me incorrect advice and I would need to backtrack to find old aligners that fit well. I only kept one prior week of aligners as the cartoon instruction book they sent said “save them when you’re done. They’ll come in handy if you lose or damage your current set and are waiting for a new one.” It doesn’t say that you might have to go back multiple weeks due to a bad fit. I was also given the instruction by a rep to just skip ahead.
Where does it say to keep all of them because you might have to backtrack? In the tiny fine print. Now Byte refuses to acknowledge the bad instructions by the rep, the incomplete instructions in the cartoon book, and they want me to pay $900 to finish the treatment. My advice? Avoid Byte. Nothing but a stressful headache dealing with them.

I'm four weeks into my aligners and already seeing straighter teeth. Byte personnel have been great to speak with either by phone, text, or email. Some issues with the fit, but I was in contact with an orthodontist shortly to help make some easy adjustments right here at home. Highly recommend Byte for overall great service and product.

Overall a good experience. I was expecting more results than I got but I think I set my expectations too high. My teeth are straighter and aligned better just not quite what I hoped for. Early in the process, excited to see the end result. Only issue so far is the rep I had was not very good at communicating. Would have to wait over a week for a response and sometimes wouldn’t even hear back. Once I reached out to someone else the issue was resolved.

I have had a great experience with Byte so far. I received the impression kit very quickly & the staff was always checking with me to see if I had any questions. Once I opened my kit, I had all Light colored clay for the impressions so Byte staff sent me a new impression kit immediately. Many many years ago I had braces, but when I broke my very expensive retainer I couldn’t afford to buy another out on my own, so slowly over the past 10 years my teeth shifted back to being even more crooked and my confidence took a major hit. Although there have been a couple times through the process that I have had to hold off on putting in the next week's retainer (I had a couple events that I couldn’t wear the retainers all day so this is why it set me back) my teeth feel amazing! I’m on my last couple weeks and my confidence is coming back. Byte whitening even got rid of the annoying medicine stains I’ve had on my front teeth since I was a baby. I’m extremely happy with where I’m at now.

The last few weeks I had left around the 10th one. The aligners wouldn’t fit properly to my teeth or would start cracking the aligners. Even with 20 min using the Hyper Byte. The aligners wouldn’t sit correctly. And if you need a revision. They take a good few days or weeks to get back to you.

The process was so easy- completely online start to finish. Their sales team is really accessible. They texted me right off the bat so I was asking random questions at any time of day (sorry sales team). My teeth are generally uncomfortable with the new aligners but that’s expected and the HyperByte helps a ton! They gave me a whitening kit through a promotion. I’m halfway through my treatment (nighttime only) and have already seen a massive improvement. Can’t give a full 5 star review because I’m not done yet. No issues with my bite. The process went smoothly from start to finish. After reading and rereading the instructions, and being really sure about the timing, mixing the putty and making the impressions went smoothly. We used the box they supplied to send back the finished impressions. I was then notified by one of their sales staff that I could place the order. A few weeks later we had our aligners. My son did not complain of very much discomfort. In just three and 1/2 months there is a very noticeable difference. He is very happy to have straightened teeth and it has really improved his self esteem. He had his wisdom teeth removed prior to this which I think was important. We are very satisfied.

I called to speak with a rep about an issue I was having and when someone picked up the phone all I heard was chatter in the background for almost a minute before I said, “Hello” and the person responded back saying, “Yea”. I remained quiet for a couple of seconds thinking she would adjust her greeting but to no avail so I hung up. The next person didn’t help me either. I was placed on hold for a while and then when they got back to me said someone else would have to call me back to help. Please do better.

My roommate and I both decided to get aligners. She chose SDC and I did Byte to compare. We’ve discovered that Byte wins with customer service hands down, but SDC seems to be far more accurate with tracking due to their in-house technology that doesn’t require you to take at-home impressions. With that said, SDC forgot to include a random week for my roommate and it was a nightmare for her to get it corrected, so the quality control doesn’t seem to be up to par.
Other things to note: SDC updated my roommate with emails every time they needed to be changed out which could be convenient or annoying to you depending on how you feel about emails. Byte is very hands off. Very little communication unless it’s absolutely necessary, which I personally like. I received a consultation from SDC and saw what my treatment would look like and noticed that SDC moved more of my teeth and molars than Byte. Byte seems to focus on your front 6 teeth and SDC seems to go for the entire mouth. I have no idea what’s better, just an observation. Overall, both companies are going to ultimately bring you a straighter smile for about the same price, but Byte will be much quicker at solving any issues along the journey.

I was about ready to give up with this company. I wanted to give them negative review everywhere I can. But today for some reason I wanted to call see what they can do for me for the last chance. Quick back story: I have been trying to call them, email them in regards to my son's Byte and to no avail. So I call and Madison picked up. She listened to what I said and right after she heard what I had to say. She apologized and asked if she could send us the “continuation kit” - mind blown!! There’s a continuation kit? This is all we had to do and they made me wait over 3 months for this? I am soo happy that Madison figured out what happened right away. I cannot believe she is new. I have spoken with many reps and she helped me without making excuses. Amazing customer service!! I don’t like byte but I will tell you this, Madison M has my business. My teeth are for sure moving, the aligners aren’t too uncomfortable. Overall I’d recommend. The snow kit that comes with your order definitely helps to whiten your teeth. I’ve had braces before and I definitely prefer this Byte treatment over braces. I feel more confident day to day with byte over braces. I have had no problems with my aligners. They fit well and the progression from one set to the next is just right so that I can feel them working but without any major discomfort. I can feel and see the difference at the halfway point in my treatment plan. My teeth feel healthier and dental hygiene has somehow become fun instead of just a necessary part of health. Customer service has been pleasant and helpful during the process. I like the fact that they want to check progress to make sure the treatment is working as expected. And the packaging is fun.

I could never have considered in office dental work, even if we didn’t have all these COVID restrictions - with 3 kids I need a smooth and simple process for everything possible! My experience has been ok. Customer service was great but my top aligners weren’t working. I didn’t know to make sure the aligners were sitting flush or to look for air gaps. Didn’t see anything about that in the paperwork. At 12 weeks I sent picture and was told to go back to best fitting aligners and do more hyperbyte. Then it was just back and forth with customer service for weeks before a new impression kit was sent. Now waiting on new aligners and hoping it works this time.

When I first began looking into at -home aligners, I was comparing Byte and Smile Care Direct. After doing some research, I went with Byte because everyone bragged on their customer service/support. I was a little nervous about starting this since you do not meet with an orthodontist on occasion; however, they are very attentive. They have emailed me throughout my course of treatment and have me upload pictures every few weeks when switching aligners.
I am noticing a huge change since Week 1 with Byte. I take pictures before switching out my aligners and I compared week 1 to week 8 and can see a major difference! I was always insecure about my smile because I had so much crowding. Now with just the small time of 8 weeks, I am much more confident in my smile. I can't wait to see my smile when my treatment is complete.
The aligners are very easy to clean and are SO convenient. At first, it was hard to talk with them, after about 2 weeks, I was back to speaking normally. Now my family and friends say they can't even tell I have them on. I was also surprised by how clear the aligners are. They are not noticeable/visible when you smile. They are easy to pop on and take out.
Lastly, The Hyper Byte device is AMAZING. As I mentioned before, week one was probably the most painful. I had taken Tylenol to manage the pain some and it worked but I used the Hyper Byte treatment for about 15 minutes and the pain subsided. I now use Hyper Byte 20 minutes a night because how well it helps my teeth fit into the aligners. They also send you a bottle of Bright Byte along with your aligners. This stuff is awesome! I use the Bright Byte aligner foam along with Colgate Optic White and my teeth are now visibly white! I do recommend this company. If you are nervous, give them a try. If you have the same experience as I have (which I am sure you will), you will not regret it.

The only issue I've had is some spacing between my front teeth during the course of the treatments. The team has been helpful and is working to get it fixed. The aligners have been great. Other than bad pain the first few days of my first set, I hardly notice they're there and my teeth are SIGNIFICANTLY straighter. Wonderful and responsive customer service as well!

My experience with Byte so far has been amazing. I saw almost an immediate difference just wearing my first set of aligners. The clinicians were helpful with answering all of my questions in the beginning. I’m almost near the end and the process has been so smooth. I haven’t really had any issues. So far my Byte journey has been great, currently I am on week 3 tray 3. When I first decided to give Byte a try, I received the impression kit in a day. After sending it back, I was notified through the portal every step that was being taken. I really appreciate that. Once I was informed that my treatment was ready, I approved it and paid, it took 22 days to get my aligners! A lot faster than anticipated. Treatment is going well, and I’ve already checked in a couple of times and they’ve gotten back to me within 72 hrs. I hope it continues this way until the end!!??

I am have not yet completed my entire set of aligners but will say the experience has been great. The products are of high quality the support is excellent. I have not finished my full treatment yet, but Byte staff is incredibly responsive and friendly. I've asked a few questions regarding fitment and how the process works and they've broken things down to a level I could understand, provided detailed instructions, and also helped modify the length of my treatment as my teeth were more stubborn than others. Some notable shifts about 6 weeks in, looking forward to having my front rows fixed. Their 3D model of your teeth "moving" on a timeline on your personal profile is a great visual gimmick. Their prices are also incredible comparative to other at home aligner brands.

Some stages felt as if the bite needed more than a week. Some bare retainers seemed a little more intense than others. Putting new ones on at night was a good recommendation...with an ** helped as well. I am pleased with the progress and the ease of the system as well as the little notes in each packet and followup emails. Great system and progress.

I am not finished with my treatment plan but they seem to be working very well. The only complaint that I have is the fact that once I received my aligners, I never heard from my advisor again. Other than that, everyone else have been very polite and responsive.

The edges kept cutting into my gums. The BrightByte wasn't enough. I didn't like the smell of the retainers and I was told vinegar and water and I started doing that but other than that I was a great experience not as painful as regular braces but I love the way my teeth feel.

Byte has been such an easy choice from the beginning. I was looking into getting a few minor things corrected with my teeth. Right from ordering the impressions kit at a very discounted price, I was contacted and assisted through texts and phone calls right away and consistently. It wasn’t an overbearing amount. They were kind and respectful. They helped answer all my questions and concerns. Finally receiving my aligners, they were also just as excited for me which was nice to feel like they truly cared. Any issues or minor mishaps they were quick to correct which I appreciated so much. The aligners are great so far, a bit uncomfortable but less uncomfortable than the first day for sure.

I'm about halfway through my treatment and THRILLED with Byte! The process of getting set up and evaluated was super easy and very effective. All of my questions were answered and I never felt forced or coerced. In fact, when I got my treatment plan with amazing 3D video showing the weekly changes, I responded that I wanted to see something a little bit different in my new smile. They took my input and made a couple of adjustments without any concern or argument. I really felt a part of the process. The Byte by Night plan has been perfect for me and the simplest thing. The biggest thing that won me over was that Byte worked with my insurance and set me up with everything I needed to incorporate my coverage. I hadn't seen that with any other provider. Overall, I totally recommend Byte and have encouraged my daughter to consider Byte to tweak her post braces smile as well as few friends.

Easy to work with. Great customer service. Really great results so far. My only complaint is that I was sent 15/15 aligners for my bottom teeth. I thought I was almost done when I hit number 14/15. Then they told me I actually had 18 on the bottom and had to now wait 5-7 weeks to get the last three. That was not made clear before and adds a significant amount of time to my whole program.

From a clinical perspective, it's in our best interest to wait until you're closer to Step 15 to ensure that the teeth are tracking properly. If we were to send the rest of the aligners earlier in your treatment, we cannot be certain that you'd still be on-track by the time they arrived.
Leaving this brief buffer also allows your teeth to take a break from movement before jumping into the next phase. The movement of your teeth will begin to slow, allowing for your teeth to settle into their appropriate positions.
We are sorry to hear that it was not made clear that you would need to order your remaining aligners. We are currently working on addressing this and finding better ways to communicate that with our customers. We can't wait to see your final results!

I have to say the whole process has been way easier than it would've been had I gone to a dentist. Customer service is always really helpful when I reach out to them, and although my dental insurance won't pay for mail orthodontics, they did look into it for me and let me know right away. I haven't heard much from my Byte Advisor except when I put a down payment on the aligners. I was supposed to hear back once I received them but I never did. So I don't really see the point of having one that you can text.
As far as the aligners go they are uncomfortable at the beginning of each week, as you would expect, but if you follow the directions they feel fine by the end. I do think the Hyperbyte works well to help with discomfort and moving the teeth. I feel like I don't notice a huge difference in my smile until I compare side by side photos, but I definitely notice a difference in the way my teeth fit together and that one tooth that was the most out of place is not as far back as it used to be when I have the aligners off.
I do feel like the routine combined with the brightbyte, and (free) snow whitening system have done really well to start whitening my teeth and give me better oral health in general. My fiance now complains that when he smiles next to me I make his teeth look bad with my pretty smile! And I'm only halfway through my treatment! Over all I have recommended Byte to many people so far, and will continue to do so as long as my smile is looking beautiful! I'm excited to get married next summer because my smile is no longer crooked! (Photos won't upload for whatever reason).

I chose Byte because they were affordable and they didn’t take as long as braces. I enjoy my aligners from byte because they give me confidence. One thing I would improve would be the durability for the retainers because I had a pair break on me.

Every week is a bit more painful than the next but I can tell the difference. I didn't know if they’ll be completely straight at 15 weeks but I’m hopeful. I have four more weeks to go. So hopefully I won’t need any additional treatment once the 1( weeks are over.

I started Byte 5 going on 6 weeks ago. I wanted to avoid the metal in my mouth while getting my teeth straightened. So far I’ve had great results. My teeth are whitening while getting straight! Can’t beat that! I have gotten compliments on my teeth a few times and they don’t even notice I’m wearing an aligner.

Everything about this process has been wonderful. I had some molars come in. As an adult that really messed up my teeth. I struggled with confidence due to my smile. Adult braces wasn’t something I really wanted to do. This process has been amazing! I noticed movement in my teeth after three weeks and by week 8 a tooth that was basically an island is now in-line with the other teeth. So convenient you get your whole treatment plan at the beginning. So much saved time this way.

My experience with Byte has been great! My aligners came to me as soon after my plan was developed. All of my questions were answered and the price was just right! My teeth are moving beautifully. Absolute crooks. It is sad they provide a “guarantee” and do nothing to make you satisfied. They take no accountability of their aligner treatment plan not working, and are willing to let you go on your merry way without actually straightening your teeth. They told me I’d have to pay an additional $899 on top of the $2400 I paid to fix ONLY my bottom teeth that haven’t moved even a tiny bit. Please, please do yourself a favor, save the money you will waste here and go to a real orthodontist who actually cares about your smile, confidence and the money you pour into it.

The whole process for Byte has been pretty good so far. When you first start the process you talk to someone nearly everyday and it feels like they really care about your process. Then you send your impression kit and they let you know that they’ll keep you updated during the whole process. I wasn’t updated until I reached out about a week after I sent my impression kit then the next day it was ready. You can also tell there’s some miscommunication between some departments. I initially got byte using my student discount then when it came to sending my impressions a different customer service rep told me if I paid for my aligners that that moment I would get $150 off. So in my mind I thought that I was getting $300 off since my student discount was already applied. But the rep assured me it would only be the $150.
Then I had one rep let me know if I sent my impression kit back by a certain date I would receive a bottle of bright byte. Which I have not received. Then I get an email today to review byte on 3 different accounts to get a free bottle of bright byte. So there is definitely some lack of communication and it’s awesome that they are offering free things for certain things to make sure the process goes fast for you and for them but maybe they’re offering it too much on every encounter to where it’s putting a negative thought on the customer thinking they’re getting all this free stuff when in reality they’re not. It's just kind of misleading. But other than that it’s been a great process. I haven’t received my aligners yet so hopefully that part goes smoothly.

So far loving Byte! Prior to purchase, I did a bunch of research into the different invisible aligner options available & originally thought I was going to use Smile Direct Club (because I've used their teeth whitening before). I'm glad I didn't pull the trigger right away because I then came across Byte! It seemed like a no-brainer decision after reading up on both brands. I'm now a few weeks into my treatment plan & it's been such a seamless process. Instructions for the impression kit were super clear & easy to follow - I had no issues at all. Really loved that it was an HSA-eligible purchase & that everything is done at home!
Best part is that people can't even tell I have my aligners in!! And they're comfortable to wear. I feel like the Hyper-Byte device truly helps & the BrightByte is AWESOME. I've already been recommending Byte to my family & friends. Can't wait to see my smile at the end of my treatment plan!! For the price paid compared to the $3k+ on name brand aligners I am happy so far with the progress. First several weeks you do might not see progress face to face unless you look inside your mouth. For my plan my teeth needed to be push out towards my cheeks to create space for my teeth to be straightened. Being on week 12 I am now starting to notice the difference from the front as my teeth are not getting straightened. My only issue so far has been that their aligners are sometimes imperfect and you might need to go back a week and have new aligners sent out.

I never wore braces as a teenager. Fast forward 20 years, I had crowding on my bottom, and one of my front tooth actually stuck out. So I needed Byte. I've had misaligned teeth forever and was told by professional orthodontists that I wasn't a candidate for invisible aligners previously. I am about 1/3 of the way through my treatment and I must say that, so far, I could not be more pleased with Byte. I chose Byte for several reasons out of all the options available because 1) The positive reviews of those who had already enjoyed success with Byte. 2) The marketing of the company itself which was polished, professional, and extremely good humored. A good sense of humor tends to inspire confidence. 3) The company's track record in dealing with complaints as noted by the Better Business Bureau.
Since taking the plunge, I was impressed in the very beginning with the discount they gave the impression kit. The kit itself arrived packaged every bit as slick and polished as you might find with the Apple Company when you unbox a new iPad or new iPhone. Top notch notch materials (high quality boxes and paper the literature was printed on). The impression kit itself had instructions that was very easy to follow and which duplicated the materials so that you could take a practice run. My first attempt was less than perfect (as expected), but the practice I got (coupled with crystal clear instructions), enabled me to take a flawless second set of impressions. So glad I did not have to pay any extra or wait an extra week to send more materials. What great foresight.
The trays were received within the timeframe given and my customer service representative, Jason, was as friendly as he was responsive. Always returned inquiries on the same day and answered every question I had. The electronic mouthpiece they provide which helps tightly seat the alignment trays on your teeth works great.
Although I have yet to finish the treatment, I can already see that my teeth are brighter and are already straighter. Everything about my experience is going in the right direction (as are my teeth!). Thanks Byte! I couldn't be more pleased with your program and am very confident in a good outcome. So far so good. I was eager to try these, but a little nervous because I have a terrible gag reflex and can't take having foreign objects in my mouth. I am SO glad I took the leap---they are very easy to wear. My smile is so different, it looks amazing!! The most challenging part was sanding the edges if they rubbed wrong, but it was nothing this crafty gal couldn't fix! I had braces when I was really young and when my wisdom teeth came out and I didnt take them out in time my teeth got crowded again.. I was hesitant to get braces again in my thirties since I feel like it took too long and it was painful. Since getting my Byte aligners it's been awesome! I'm on week 10 and have about month left. If you follow the instructions and don't forget to put the liners on it will work. I had very bad crowding in the bottom teeth and they are getting straighten out and my teeth are getting whiter using the BrightByte foam.

Updated on 10/07/2021: I will say at first I was skeptical. I didn't understand how after being told braces would take 4 years, that these "aligners" would be 3 months!? But After 5 weeks, I already saw a difference. Granted, I had to get a re-mold and start a whole new system from week 1 again, but that's because I have strong teeth. The representatives and customer service made it so simple, that I felt like it was all part of the process. Here we are 5 weeks away from the end of my treatment and my teeth already look like I had braces! I've recommended this company to friends, family and co workers. Original Review: Let me start off with, I was told it would be 4 years of braces to "straighten" my smile.. and an astronomical price. I put them off for 10 years of my life. I ordered Byteme in April 2020 and got my aligners May 26 2020. Originally a 19 week plan. After 6 weeks however, the new aligners were almost impossible to get in. Tried to get an online appointment but that take weeks (currently 7 weeks). At the end they told me to stay in the current aligner set until they send me a new kit. That process took almost 6 weeks. August I started with the new set (2nd). Similar issues happened and after 8 weeks, they told me to go back to week 2. November they decided to get me a new kit, which I got again 6 weeks later, end of December 2020. Since then I was able to get to week 3 with already issues that the teeth weren't moving. Now waiting for over a month to get set number 4, and after a month waiting they asked for new imprints. So it will be 6 more weeks until I yet again can start. 10 months in almost, barely any progress.
I don't know if they are severely understaffed, but the follow up is just not great and way too slow. Waiting 7 weeks to get a video call, waiting at least 6 weeks between new sets. The whole process has been frustrating the least. I really wished i would have gone with Smiledirect (which was even cheaper). I went with byte since they said results in 2-3 months.

So far I am 10 weeks into my Byte At-Night treatment plan. The process overall was a lot less complicated than I was anticipating. The at home impression kit was very easy for the end user to complete. It was well organized and you can tell there was a lot of thought put into it. My adviser after my impression kit was very helpful in selecting the right treatment option for me and was able to adequately answer any questions that I had.

I only give 5 stars if everything is 100% perfect and my biggest gripe is communication- they need to get a little better with the duplicate emails and calls because it is confusing to talk to 2 different people about the same thing. Otherwise, it's been lovely working with them.

Received my aligners and one of the back molars did not fit - they repeatedly told me to just “cut off the back portion of the aligners” - refusing to make new aligners to fit my teeth. Repeatedly emailed and received same reply.
