Updated on 7/16/2021: Still in the Byte process - had a week 13 checkup and they saw a few gaps in my aligners (aligners weren't a tight fit like they should be) so they sent out another impression kit and new refinement aligners. Was a little bummed that the checkup wasn't sooner - and that it will take a little longer, but they mentioned sometimes this may happen - but byte customer service took care of me and that is very appreciated! So for any byters out there :) - stay with the process and I would suggest sending pics with aligners every month or every couple of aligners changes to make sure all is good. And call byte if you ever have questions or want to check on things. That is the best form of communication and the quickest way to get a response. Overall I am still happy and glad I am with byte and looking forward to my new smile!
Original review: So far so good! On week 7 and moving along good. Customer support has been great and quick to respond and very helpful in addressing any questions or issues I might have. They have really good deals and am liking all the products!

I have always wanted braces and finally decided to get some after I quit smoking. After doing some research, Byte seemed like my most affordable option. It’s been worth absolutely every penny! It's been so easy to straighten my teeth with Byte. They send all the aligners at once, and I noticed a difference by week 6. By week 10, my top teeth were done and looked perfect. I have a few more weeks for my bottoms, but they are almost perfect already. The first week was a little uncomfortable, but other than that it was an awesome experience.

Writing a review while I’m about 7 weeks into my process. Getting the aligners after completing the mold of my teeth was a smooth process. The aligners have fit me pretty well, and looking forward to finishing. The only issue I’ve had is that the top aligner doesn’t fully cover my back tooth. I believe my teeth are starting to look a little straighter.

My new smile is everything that I hoped it would be. I was nervous that I might be bothered at night with the retainers in my mouth. But I've never had a problem. I'm past the half way point and I can't wait to see the final results.

Kept my teeth white during my entire treatment, super good, and it also kept my aligners very clean. I definitely notice a difference when I don’t use it which is amazing. I love this stuff. It makes the Byte process much easier and cleaner.

Byte is a super easy way to get your smile perfect in a short amount of time! They're clear so you don't have to worry about the braces look after high school. They make it easy to switch aligners each week with all the needed packets that come in at once. The BrightByte cleaner has whitened my teeth and makes my aligners feel clean and fresh again! Lastly, the HyperByte is incredible and eases any pain I might have from putting in a new set of aligners. They don't ever hurt that bad anyway!

This is by far the most helpful company I’ve ever dealt with. They text you constantly to make sure you’re satisfied and doing well. If you text them they get you answers very quick. I can’t wait to get my aligners! The wait for the aligners is 4-6 weeks, which is a long wait but I hope it’s worth it!

I am just starting out in my Byte journey and was very nervous. The customer service team and orthodontist were so professional and knowledgeable. The process have been very efficient and response times are very fast. I could see in the 3D plan that the impressions must have exactly of my teeth which also put my mind at ease. The total cost is less than a quarter of what I was quoted elsewhere.

The customer service has been fabulous. I don't know if I'm 100% happy with the aligner so far. I have a gap between my teeth that I've never had before. I was sent a new impression kit and mailed those off last week. I'm hoping my teeth will look good when I'm finished. We'll see what happens.

I'm pretty happy with my Byte experience so far. I previously had treatment with another brand and was disappointed with the quality of the aligner and retainer. It was so cheap that it broke when I took it off. Byte aligner quality is excellent—no break or cracks when I put it on or take it off. I would recommend it to people I know.

Their instruction booklet is well illustrated, and comes with straightforward instructions. Their customer service is great too. My questions and my concerns have always been promptly addressed. They can be contacted via text, and email (they’ll call you back).

My teeth were not terrible before Byte (at least that’s what I thought). I am noticing so many changes and my teeth look so much better! The discomfort each week doesn’t last long and the system is easy to use!

It's been a no-brainer to let these aligners do the work of straightening my teeth at night, little by little, while I'm asleep! I love checking the progress every few weeks and seeing my new smile taking shape. The BrightByte adds a little extra brightness to boot! I left off one star because of a shipping mix-up, some ordering confusion, and consequent delays that caused some stress and prevented me from getting started sooner, and I ended up eating the cost of the extra shipping to save time. But still well worth the effort!

The process was so easy! Popped in new retainers every week! It was so painless and didn’t have to make trips to orthodontist. I just opened a new pack every week and put the old ones back I maybe box in case the dr needs me to go back for a realignment.

Wasn't sure what to really expect although the customer service and instructions and videos are quite simple professional and impressive. Apparently I did my impressions correctly because all my trays (15, 1 for each week of treatment) have fit comfortably, not poking and such. The packaging is so beautiful and clean - which is great since I keep it handy to swap out trays weekly and refer back to instructions and expectations as needed. I can see progress after 5 weeks so I am really excited to have my straight teeth back once I'm through. Also, glad to have the reusable trays so I can use them to keep my Byte straight forever!

I was given a 20 week all day treatment plan. With the use of HyperByte every night, I'm seeing noticeable changes at week 12! I appreciate Byte's customer Service periodically checking in on my progress and they answer any questions or concerns I have via email. I've already recommended Byte to several of my friends. I'm so happy to get my smile back after neglecting to wear my retainers after having traditional braces so many years ago.

My Byte experience is a long one, but they continue to keep me happy. The first set of 15 aligners I received were excellent, but the last 3 didn't fit right. After completing that full set of 18, I emailed Byte to tell them my teeth weren't where they should have been at the end. So, they sent me another teeth mold kit, and after reexamining my teeth, they sent another full set of 15 aligners, and these fit very well. The first 18 aligners moved my teeth to almost completion. I am highly confident that these last set of 15 will move my teeth to match the original plan.

I am almost at the end of my treatment and I have loved Byte so far. The sign up was very simple, receiving (and doing) my impression kit was extremely fast and easy, the aligners have been a breeze, and the HyperByte is a super nice touch - that actually makes a huge improvement in comfort when putting on each new set of aligners. Throughout the whole process, everything you need is included - from gloves for the impression kit to a little file for smoothing (infrequent) rough edges on aligners! There's even a 100% lifetime satisfaction guarantee, that they are true to! They are currently looking into sending me additional aligners for some tweaks that I requested.
The only thing that was less than great was that I have talked to more employees (all in different roles) than I can count. They are always very responsive and positive, but it would be a nice personal touch if I had one employee that I knew, who could help me throughout my treatment. Kind of like your main orthodontist and nurse with traditional braces. Overall, I am extremely impressed and satisfied, and would recommend Byte to EVERYONE!!! :)

My experience with Byte has been great. My teeth are shifting into place, and the treatments are fairly easy now that I'm used to the program. Customer service is top notch and I'm really happy with my progress so far. The only recommendation I would have is about the progress updates. It seems it is entirely up to the user to remember to login and upload progress photos to ensure the protection plan is met. I wish there was some sort of reminder.

So far I’m happy with my Byte aligner! At first there were uncomfortable, and they hurt but now it’s all good! I barely even feel them throughout the day. Customer service is convenient (email/text), and response time is smooth and accurate.

The service is great but unfortunately my first set of tray aligners did not fit in my mouth no matter how many times I tried to insert it. I had to start from the second one, but everything worked out.

Overall, I've been pretty pleased with my experience with Byte and my aligners. I initially had some issues with fitting for the first set of aligners I received, but thanks to Byte's smile for life guarantee, I was able to get a new set of aligners molded sent to me with no extra cost. I do not recommend Byte at all. I was billed full by byte and am not a candidate. I went to my dentist and he informed me that I have two cracked teeth and need gum grafting surgery again. Byte charges me in full for their aligners and I have not received a refund from them for $1695 even though I am not a candidate.

So far in 3 months, I find using Byte nighttime aligners easy to use and very little discomfort. I can already tell my teeth are moving and beginning to look better! I chose the nighttime aligners so I wouldn't have to continually take them in and out during the daytime. This plan has worked out for me very well.

I am Almost out of my first bottle of BrightByte and wanted to talk about the cost and shipping for some more. Brittany was great in explaining all the options and telling me about a promotion where I could receive a free bottle. She explained how the more bottles you buy the less expensive it gets and that shipping is free. I love bright byte bc it WORKS, my teeth are really white, my Aligners are clean and my breath is fresh! I will never run out. Before starting Byte, I definitely did my research to see what my best options would be in regard to price, length of time with aligners, and just how simple the process would be in general. Half the price and much easier than Invisalign. Easy to follow all the steps at home without needing to ever step foot in a dentist or orthodontist's office. I have just recently started the process but it has been great so far! My plan will have my teeth straight in just a few months while wearing the aligners at night for at least 10 hours.

The entire process was very quick and simple, they walk you through everything every step of the way and they’re not pushy at all. They just want to make sure you get the care you need. I thought this process would be arduous, difficult, and time-consuming. My Byte advisor thankfully proved me wrong! I couldn’t ask for a more communicative, helpful, and understanding representative. When I called to request my retainers be started after I started on week 13 aligners I was told my aligners were too loose. It has taken around a month for Byte to get back to me and they are just now sending me out new impression kits. This is delaying my treatment for at least 2 months. I am not happy about this delay and the amount of time it has taken them to get back to me. In the meantime there is a crack in my top week 13 aligner. I am told I need to keep wearing them until my new aligners can be made. They will not last that long!

My top aligners never fit well and by tray 4 did not fit the left side of my mouth at all. Process has been extremely slow waiting for responses from Byte and the clinical team. Was told 2-3 days and it's been 5 with no update.

I'm so happy that I made the decision to get aligners! When I was younger with braces, I didn't stay on top of wearing my retainers like I should have and basically all my progress was lost. The whole system is very easy to do and customer service has been quick and easy to reach. I am currently on week 4 of my treatment and I can already see a difference. All you have to do is complete the online questionnaire, and if you are a candidate, Byte sends you a kit to make 4 impressions, 2 top and 2 bottom. After sending in your impressions, it takes a little over a month to receive your aligners. Then you wear your aligners, either all day or only at night, depending on your plan. Each kit comes with simple instructions on care, etc.

I am on week 3 of my prescription of Byte and I am loving it! Super easy to use, the customer service is amazing, and it was affordable compared to other programs. I also love that the program is not as long as your typical treatment plan when straightening your teeth.

So far my experience with Byte has been exceptional. I love the retainer, the workers behind the scenes, and the HyperByte. Only complaint would be that the case for the retainers is a bit difficult to open due to the strange shape but aside from that, my retainers have been working their magic!

Everything was so fast and easy from signing up to making the impressions to getting my aligners. They all come in one box with everything you need! I opted for the nighttime aligners and I’m so glad I did! They are comfortable and I can sleep right through my treatment! I would recommend them to anyone that’s thinking about it.

I am 5 weeks into my 6 month treatment. Everything has been great so far. I can already see my teeth are getting straighter. Love I only have to wear them at night! Retainers have all fit well and no need to sand any edges or anything. Only suggest maybe a larger case- could be because I have my wisdom teeth. My sets may be larger than normal.

After a LOT of research Byte was the way to go for sure and I am so glad I did! Being older I was hesitant...I had braces 18+ years ago as an adult due to only having baby canine teeth (no adult canines) that were barely holding on, needing to be removed and complicated by a very open bite. I do not recommend this company for orthodontic treatment. The impression kit that was sent to me had damaged the putty. The cost of treatment seems to be the same rate for everyone regardless of what your teeth condition. I already wore braces in the past for years. My teeth have a very tiny gap that started to form because my retainer broke. The price I was told for treatment is the same as someone who would need to wear aligners for 2 years. My gap is very tiny and would only need one retainer or one aligner. It would close in 1 week. Why would I have to pay the same rate as someone who needs to wear it for 2 years? Basically, I would be getting ripped off with Byte. If I went to see orthodontic in person the cost would be drastically cheaper. Do your research before committing to a plan with Byte.

I am almost done with my treatment and I am so excited to finish in two weeks! This system was so easy, fast and affordable. I have had several people ask me about my teeth and say how straight and white they are getting. I have already referred a few friends and I am so excited they are purchasing because this truly was amazing! I feel so much better about my smile and I can wait to see the final results! The support and customer service has been great and I would highly recommend this product. This was not painful and you can easily pop the aligners out to eat. I just got my kit yesterday so I’m adjusting to it. My aligners fit well. They’re good and snug and I’ve only had to file one area. I didn’t receive an aligners remover in my kit so I had to order another one. I slept in them last night and they had no effect on my sleep at all. I have hopes for straighter teeth and less of an overbite in the future.

The process is going well. So far I have not felt any discomfort or pain. It actually fits quite nicely on my teeth. I'm currently on my fourth tray. My younger brother also is a Byte consumer. The only thing that bothers me a bit is when I use the Bright byte on my aligners it leaves this weird taste on my tongue. But still Thank you!

My experience with Byte has been great, compared to the last Compared I tried. They have been responsive, and I’ve seen great results with my treatment. I received my aligners super fast, and when I messed my molds up they sent me a new mold kit for free.

Very good, the impression kit was very easy to use. Also, I liked how the support staff reached out to me very timely and tried to improve my experience much better. Overall not a bad experience. The HyperByte really helps with the discomfort of moving teeth. Customer service is great. Had some fit issues in the beginning and was sent a new set of aligners and those were much better. Just finished my last week and while the overall results are great, there is still just one area I feel does not exactly match the original treatment plan I was shown. With that being said, I am not sure I want to go through the process of getting new aligners so I might just suck it up since it's close.

It hurts when you put the aligner for the first few days. But it is worth to get a pretty smile. I can see a little changing with my teeth. Cannot wait to see when I complete my plan. I’ve had a positive experience so far. Communication from the staff is prompt and helpful. The staff is an easy text or email away if I have any questions. The teeth straightening process has been smooth thus far. I had no issues receiving the impression kit, sending the kit or receiving the aligners. I am pleased with my experience at this time.

I will be forever grateful for Byte... I got my teeth back!! No pain, like traditional braces and fast. I am in week 9 out of my 15 week plan and my teeth are looking incredible! I started seeing the improvement by the third week. Not bad for only having to wear them at night and a 10 minute daily HyperByte treatment. I am on week 7 and the aligners are working great so far. It can be a little tight leaving my teeth sore when switching to a new pair but the electronic vibration guard makes it feel better instantly. I would recommend Byte to anybody looking to straighten their smile!

Amazing products and customer service. Always quick to get back to you. Not pushy when I was buying. All around amazing! Customer service is fantastic! Super personable and get back in a very timely manner. Whole process was very straightforward and easy to navigate. My experience with Byte have been a good one. A little pain when changing aligners. Using HyperByte helps with the pain so I use it multiple times a day. Also the teeth whitening form is amazing and I'm overall excited about this experience.

All my problems were addressed, and I was always responded to really quickly. For example, when I lost one of my retainers I was helped almost immediately and they helped me figure out what to do and make a decision.

I used to have braces in middle school. Was always pretty good about wearing my retainers but as I got older One of them broke and I never got a replacement, that was right around the time I got my wisdom teeth pulled. My teeth ended up spacing out. It took me a while to conking but I’m glad I did and I’m glad I chose Byte. They have been nothing but professional and I feel like I know these people without even meeting them once. Thanks guys!!

About midway, maybe a little less, through the process. The materials are high-quality, the fit is good, and Byte's customer service has been excellent. Proof is in the pudding, of course, so the end result will be the real judgement. That said, everything feels and appears to be moving along just great!

I love that I don’t have to go to any office visits. My aligners came straight to my door, and everything is so convenient and easy to manage from home. The aligners are comfortable and virtually invisible. I love the Brightbyte, my teeth are looking whiter already!

It was fast and easy. And I seen a big difference from just a couple weeks. They all came at once and packaged and numbered. And if adjustments were needed, I had a filer right in the package. Along with a case for the retainers. I loved the quotes that were put on the inside as well to keep you going! I loved my experience!

So far I’m in my 11th week of having my Byte aligners. I have already noticed the progress so far and despite a 5 week setback due to one stubborn tooth I’m happy with the results so far. Bryce helped me with advise and reassurance when I had questions on my tooth not tracking well. It’s nice to have an encouraging team although it can take a couple days to wait for a response.

Only on week 10, so I haven’t seen the final result. Good thing is that the discomfort is easy to manage. Get past the first night and the rest is a breeze. Wish I wouldn’t known that only the first 4-6 teeth in the top and bottom rows get treated before I purchased. I did notice a gap that is actually created by using the aligners, but my tech assured me that the end results won’t have a gap. Hoping she’s right...

It is very easy to get started with Byte. All the reps are super friendly. One rep I talked to called me an hour after their hours because I work during their hours. Today, I am switching to my second set of aligners. So far, customer service has been great. I love that I can text any question or concern and get a response fairly quickly. As far as the aligners go, I haven't had any problems aside from the first two days of discomfort, which is normal. I can feel my teeth already shifting and am excited to see results as time goes by. Also, considering how much I spent, I feel at ease knowing that if I'm not happy at the end, Byte will work at fixing that at no extra cost to me. I am generally satisfied but think the products for Byte are stupid expensive. A replacement vibrating mouth device is $699.00. Outrageous. What if mine breaks?? Seems steep for a very cheaply made vibrating piece of plastic. Also wondering when I get my virtual check up. Advertised but so far, no actual orthodontist has checked my progress in 10 weeks.

It has been pretty great. 15 weeks to straighten your teeth for less than $2,000?!? Heck yeah!! However, my alignment got off track???? I went to put week 12 in and it wouldn't fit. Something's wrong I said, so I emailed customer support and they've been working to get me back on track. I send pictures to let them see my progress and they respond so quickly!! Even around the holidays!! Even though I've reached a bumpy road, I am still super happy with my results so far, with customer support, and just overall!!

A few weeks ago, I realized that (though I'd made much progress!) my teeth weren't quite yet where they should've been at that point, and the team has been helping adjust my treatment to get me back on track. They've also reassured me that they will do whatever is needed to make sure I see the results desired, even if my teeth are a bit stubborn. Regular check-ins where you submit photos of your teeth are also useful in keeping both yourself and Byte accountable for your progress. A great relationship all around.

So far, it has been a wonderful experience with Byte. Customer service was excellent & fast responding to all my questions. I’m only a few weeks in with my aligners but so far so good. The aligners have been comfortable & I haven’t been in any pain or discomfort. I can’t wait to see my smile once complete!

Service has been excellent and prompt. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The aligners caused some mild discomfort for the first week but then I got used to them and don't really mind now. Seems like a much better way than braces...

I don’t think this is any fault of Byte, but my bottom aligners don’t fit quite right. I’ve seen this issue across the board with other brands offering aligners. I contacted byte about this concern and they responded promptly. Aside from this, the packaging is beautiful, the directions are straight-forward, and after a few days of getting used to sleeping with these in, I basically don’t feel them anymore. So far I’ve had a great experience.

I'm on week 2 of the overnight aligners and the process has been very easy from the molding kit to purchasing to insurance. Byte has been very helpful every step of the way! It's only been 8 days but I already can tell my teeth are shifting.

I am only a month in but I am seeing results already! They have excellent customer service as well! Anytime I have a problem or concern, I am attended to A.S.A.P. via email. During the beginning process I was able to directly message customer support via text every step of the way.

The overall process has been super easy. I can see my teeth aligning and getting whiter only a month into my plan. I won’t lie. I was very skeptical at first about this only because my teeth were so badly crooked but in just 14 weeks I have gone from a very crooked smile to something I am not ashamed to show off in public. I never smiled with my teeth in public until now, and it’s all thanks to Byte! I have gotten my confidence back and I can finally say I am happy with the way I smile for the first time in a most 25 years.
