Obviously problems are going to occur, but the incredible customer service puts you at ease and allow you have trust in them. So far with my experience I haven’t had a lot of issue but when I did they were quick to respond to emails and assist me.

I am wired to be a skeptic and thought that the Byte marketing materials sounded a little too good to be true. I can't believe how quickly my teeth are straightening. The aligners are easy to use and cause minimal discomfort. I'm glad to be doing this!

Five star review for Byte aligners for sure! I am starting my fifth week of aligners tomorrow with zero complaints to this point. I looked into aligners to close the gap in my front teeth and straighten my bottom. The gap should be completely closed in 8 weeks... I am so excited about the short timeframe! At the beginning of the process from ordering the molding kit through receiving my aligners, the Byte support team stayed in close contact. They answered all my questions before I had to ask. When I accepted the treatment and paid, they told me it could take 4-6 weeks. However, I received my aligners in 2 weeks. I have had very little discomfort progressing each week. Anytime I felt even the slightest discomfort, I used the HyperByte and it was gone immediately. I have recommended ByteMe to anyone wanting to straighten their teeth.

Very pleased with how thorough the Byte team has been throughout the entire process. Each step of the way, I feel cared for and understood. It's been especially great too because I don't have to show up in person during a pandemic for appointments! Someone is always available to help when I need it right from home on my computer!

This process is easy enough and convenient but I went through the entire set and my teeth which were not even that unaligned to begin with, were still not straight so I am having to repeat the process. I would have liked to see Byte provide an additional bottle of aligner cleaner when having to repeat the process considering the price paid.

This experience was great and much cheaper than other places. I decided that since my teeth were behind a mask due to covid, it was the perfect time for 24 hour invisible aligners and I’m really glad I did it. I had braces in high school but lost my retainers so had a few teeth that needed straightened back out. The impressions were easy, took about 4 weeks for aligners to arrive and then I had an 11 week treatment.

My journey with this company has been very interesting. Right now I am on my third pair of aligners. I think the most difficult thing is emailing and arguing with the employees in trying to let them know my update and then I’m not understanding my point of view. And the fact I have to wait so long after, I honestly think my process should’ve been done along time ago. I think they need to be a little more attention to detail for how much people are paying.

This product and customer service is amazing so far. I have been recommending to all my interested friends. Taking them out is taking some getting used to but other than that it has been a great experience so far. Can't wait to see the results!

Customer service were very helpful. Aligners are very easy to use and you can gradually see the difference in your teeth. The kit and aligners were delivered in time. Overall it was a great experience and my teeth have never looked better!

The best thing about Byte, compared to competitors, is Byte’s customer service! All of my questions are responded to quickly. My experience with Byte has been thorough, easy, and extremely effective. I was very happy with my BYTE aligner experience. They were extremely easy to use, from the initial dental imprints to using the actual aligners. The instructions were clear and concise. If I had any questions I could refer to my instruction manual to find an answer. Customer Service was also very helpful

Bought because my teeth had started getting gaps between them. Byte aligners are easy and painless. Would recommend them to other people. Just one thing I want to mention, the Brightbyte really did nothing to whiten my teeth.

I Love my aligners. I have been using them for 5 weeks now and I can already see a difference in my smile. So far, so good! Week 5 and I have been religiously following the guidelines and all is well! It takes a little getting used to, but I find if I put them in for the first time right before bed, my teeth are used to them by the morning.

Choosing Byte has been a pleasant experience, from receiving the impression package to beginning week five of new aligners. There are videos, a live support team, and well-stated directions with all kits for every step. There is nothing to fear and no way to mess this up. I can feel slight pressure with the aligners each week, so I know they are pushing my teeth into place, as shown in after treatment photo. I can't wait to see the final results. For me, it's a dream come true. Imagine bright, white, straight teeth for half the time and money! Now, that's something to smile about!

I am blown away by the quick replies to e-mails and answers to my questions. In particularly, John B. has been so helpful in keeping me on my plan and my teeth moving, literally, ha! I am more than thrilled with how my teeth are aligning and only after a few months!

I had a great initial set up with the team, they were very thorough and friendly. Once I received everything, I did not hear from the team at all to check in. I'm on week 9 out of 12 and am not really satisfied with my top teeth. My bottoms still have a way to go too. Reaching out with the team has been pretty hard. Every time I contact or email its a different person even if its the same thread and I have to reexplain my concerns and take pictures every time. I feel like there should be a better way to communicate with the team about my concerns. It always feels stressful reaching out. Besides the poor support, the aligners have been really easy to use and I can see progress I'm making.

So far in my journey it has been great. Discomfort has been at a minimum and customer service has been good. Everything has been easy to follow and everything is right in one box. I would definitely recommend to someone who is looking to straighten their teeth.

I decided to go with @byte aligners because they got very good reviews. I began noticing some months ago that some of my teeth were getting more and more crooked, so I thought I'd give this method a try based on the good reviews. WOW! I have been so pleased! I saw a difference within 2 weeks, and the improvements have continued steadily ever since. I am very excited to see the end result; I am halfway through.

I have been very happy with customer support and the ease of use and comfort of the actual product. My teeth were not nearly straight after the initial wear period but Byte acknowledged my concerns and issued more aligners for me to wear to continue to work on my smile.

My smile has always been my biggest insecurity. Since braces are so expensive I didn’t think that my dream of having straight teeth would come true anytime soon...until Byte came along! I was honestly skeptical at first but after doing a lot of research I decided to take the plunge and order an impression kit. Finally, in my life I decided to straighten my teeth. After a little research online, I chose Byte because it was highly rated. Their patients also rated customer service high stating they were able to reach someone quickly. My teeth are stubborn. You would expect that since I am 62 years old! I have followed all the directions. My teeth started moving right away! It has been a little uncomfortable at times but I really can not say it has been painful. At this point I am a little more than half way through my plan. They are reevaluating my teeth. I did new impressions and am waiting for the rest of my aligners to arrive to complete my plan. I would recommend Byte to anyone and especially if you have endured crooked teeth your whole life! It is true, Customer service has been wonderful and the best thing is my teeth are finally being straightened!

I am in my fourth week of Byte treatment. So far I believe it is ok, the only problem I face is that the aligners on the back of my teeth does not align very well (way over my teeth) and consequently is often uncomfortable and even gave me blisters as a result.

The process is basically seamless. They send out your impression kit and you send it back. In just a few weeks you are on your way! They are quick to respond and are great to work with and for a great cause - your smile!

Worst customer service ever!! Took my money & now on my own! Been in treatment for 9 weeks and only been reached out to one time! All the other times were to refer a friend and make $200! Very poor service for the type of personalized we should be getting! Have made numerous calls to speak to a manager and only got one email in response instead of the phone call I requested!

I received my aligners almost 2 weeks ago and so far I’m loving it! I can already see a small difference and I’m so excited to see the final result! Customer support has also been very nice and responds to me in a timely manner. If I have any issues or questions they’re always there to help!

I’m at the last week of aligners (week 15) and haven’t used the hyper yet out of laziness but I kept the aligners in for about two-3 weeks before moving along to the next set. I see minor correction in alignment but still not satisfied since I can still feel the crookedness on some of my teeth. I requested additional aligners after which they made me send in another set of impressions so I won’t know my complete results after this final set they send in another 4-6 weeks IF my impressions seem more correction can be done. Not sure how that is determined compared to orthodontists who prescribe braces.

Being able to text (an actual person!) instead of dealing with 800 numbers and automated systems has been so reassuring in what could have been a very intimidating/confusing process. The liners seem to be working well. It seems like it’s harder to move the back teeth and that the liners don’t fit as well in the back as I move along with the next week. It may just be that it will all work out once it gets closer to being done.

I am about 11 weeks into my treatment and so far everything is going great! It was super easy to get started and the customer service has been nothing short of amazing! I received my aligners quickly and the treatment has been very easy so far. I chose the nighttime aligner option, which was better for my lifestyle, and have had little to no soreness. I am loving my Byte experience so far! I can definitely feel that my bite is changing! I know this will not only change the aesthetics of my smile, but will also fix the wear on the teeth that were not properly positioned. Updated on 05/19/2021: About halfway through my treatment I found out I needed a filling. I understood the rules regarding dental procedures, so I did what I was supposed to do & contacted them. It took A MONTH to get the ok for the filling. When I was 2 weeks from finishing treatment, I noticed my bottom teeth weren't on track. Reached out to get help and talk about retainers. Still haven't heard back from anyone.

I was one of those "had braces as a tween/teen and didn't maintain my retainer use" and my teeth seriously moved. I started Byte 10 weeks ago and LOVE the progress I've seen. I've been doing the Byte at night so I don't even have to wear them during the day and I can't believe how effective it is. Some discomfort when switching out the aligners each week, but generally has been a really seamless process. Would recommend to anyone looking to straighten their smile!

I am beyond pleased with my Byte treatment! My teeth shifted after getting my braces off 10 years ago and byte has helped get my teeth back to perfection. The aligners fit perfectly and the best part is that they’re invisible!

Great customer service, listened to what I wanted and quick turnaround in product. Pricier than others but the results will be completed in just 4 months using night time slingers compared to 8 months that others advised so you pay for ever you get.

Overall the experience has been good. The aligners are comfortable and they work well. I had to get refinement aligners because of fit issues but Byte gets back to you so quickly it wasn't a major hassle. I'm airless more than halfway in my treatment and I think I might have to get more refinement trays, but I don't mind. Byte keeps their word and as long as you check in, they will happily accommodate you to get the smile you want.

The customer service was excellent and the process of receiving the aligners was smooth and stress free from start to finish. Unlike other products the customer support attendees did not bombard or harass me with random phone calls out V spam email.

When I first discovered Byte I was pleasantly surprised to find how affordable it is in comparison to similar companies. As soon as I contacted byte I was assigned a personal advisor who responded to my many questions very quickly. Between the low cost and great customer service I was sold! I particularly love the visual treatment program they provide that shows exactly how my teeth will shift from week to week and what they will look like when I am finished. As I anxiously await my aligners in the mail, I keep going back to that visual. I am really looking forward to getting started!

Good customer service respectfully, the quality is pretty good. I have a few cracks in some of my aligners. But not horrible. The whitening kit is awesome as well. I had awesome experience with all the employees over the phone.

Although the end results weren’t exactly as I expected and I have to get new aligners to fix a few things, the process went well and I’m impressed with the results I did get so far. I’m excited to get restarted again.

It's super easy to get aligners for your teeth. Avoid lots of trips to the dentist. And the email customer service is good and easy to reach. But I expect a shorter responding time. Like real-time chat. I am now dealing with unsatisfied result situation. The CS team handles it well and I am continuing my journey to get teeth straight.

I have been enjoying my experience with Byte so far. I didn’t expect to have fun on my teeth straightening journey but it has been exciting to switch my aligners every week. The customer service has been quick and educational every time I’ve needed assistance or had a question. I ended up needing further treatment and the process to do so has been managed efficiently by the Byte team. I contacted them with concerns and they created a new treatment plan very quickly to address my teeth straightening issues.

I started out on a rocky foot with Byte. I had trouble with the aligners and that took a while to correct. Then I had problems with the FSA reimbursement. The insurance did not cover it. So I wasn't completely happy with the process. I have new set of aligners and just starting over. I am on step 4 of the 11/15 week process.

Aligners came in super early and they fit great! Can already see a difference in my teeth and I’m super excited to see my final smile! They have been comfy with no discomfort and the hyper byte actually helps with any pain when my teeth are starting to shift!

So far it’s been pretty easy. I’m doing the night time plan. I’m almost 4 weeks in. I wear them during the day if I can. The whitener/cleaner for aligners is great I’m noticing a difference in my teeth color already.

I would highly recommend Byte for anyone looking for invisible aligners! It is way more affordable than Invisalign and just as effective as long as you strictly follow the instructions.

I debated trying Byte for a few years, I’m glad I finally took the plunge, after only a few weeks I already noticed a difference. It’s a lot easier than I thought it would be. I wore braces for 5 years when I was a teenager and I never stuck to all the rules. So I’m glad I’m able to work with these .

Before Byte I wasn’t fully confident with my smile. My teeth weren’t awful by any means but I had an overlap of my front two teeth. You couldn’t really notice it unless I was smiling in pictures. I still have more weeks to go with Byte. I’ve already noticed a difference and have more confidence!

The process was very painful at first but then the HyperByte helped a great deal. Then I saw some changes happening in my teeth and I was happy and surprised. Overall when I saw my ending results I was happy about 85% :)

It took exactly one month for the Snow whitening kit to start shipping, which seemed a bit slow. but otherwise I got the treatment plan in good time. I wish the Byte carrying case had a tab or some other feature that made it easier to open and close. My current main issue is the lack of any cleaning solution apart from the 1.69 fluid oz bottle of BrightByte, the 3-in-1 foam cleaning and whitening solution provided with the initial shipment of aligners. I will say, given the price of this treatment plan, I would expect Byte to provide a cleaning solution for the full course of the treatment.

Byte is perfect for anyone who wants a confidence boost without having to see an orthodontist in office. There are some things you can’t fully correct without in-person orthodontic care, but if your goal is just to straighten out a few crowded teeth or close some gaps, Byte is the way to go! Straightening my teeth has helped my self-esteem so much more than I expected it to. It’s totally worth the price.

I just finished week 7 of my aligners. My teeth have moved exactly how I expected them to. The spaces are closing wonderfully with little to no discomfort. Updated on 07/23/2021: Byte aligners do work. My teeth were moderately crooked, but not bad, and they bothered me. I didn't want the time commitment, hassles and pain of braces. The process and customer service with Byte have been great. When I hit my final aligners, my lower teeth still weren't full straightened. At no additional cost, I now have additional aligners coming to get my stubborn lower teeth where they need to be. I wish I had done this a long time ago!

A specialist messaged me shortly after I purchased my impressions kit. I was able to ask any questions before I completed the impressions and was helped regarding smaller size trays. After my impressions were mailed off, a Byte advisor messaged me and answered all all of my questions. This advisor even had the clinical team contact me for clarification on a question I had regarding my teeth. Overall I have received great customer service from Byte!
